- 0:46we building that brand.
- 0:48Grab a plate, tune in now,
- 0:50you part of the fam.
- 0:55It's lunch time.
- 0:59What's going on?
- 1:00Beautiful thing.
- 1:01Beautiful thing.
- 1:03Not a whole lot,
- 1:04to be honest with you.
- 1:05It is CrossFit doldrums right now.
- 1:09No wind blowing from any direction.
- 1:10We're just kind of stuck in one spot
- 1:11until we at least get some sort of
- 1:13announcement or something, right?
- 1:16We know when the Open starts next year.
- 1:22Cool.
- 1:23Yeah.
- 1:24We know that Brute has three team members
- 1:27for SoCal,
- 1:28but we don't know any other team members
- 1:31of any team or whatever.
- 1:35And we now know that Hayley Adams and
- 1:39Heinrich Heipelainen have gotten an invite
- 1:42to Rogue.
- 1:42Yeah.
- 1:45And that's about it for the last
- 1:47twenty-four hours.
- 1:49So the Heinrich Heipleinen,
- 1:53he was getting a bid regardless, right?
- 1:55I would think so.
- 1:57They popped his Achilles,
- 1:59so they got to have him back.
- 2:00They'd be like, hey, man, look,
- 2:01we're really sorry about the Achilles
- 2:03thing.
- 2:04Would you like to come back?
- 2:05Because if you can, if you could,
- 2:07that'd be great.
- 2:08We would really,
- 2:09really love to see you back on this
- 2:10floor after the whole incident that shall
- 2:13not be named.
- 2:16I'm assuming we'll get the Gabby McGowan
- 2:18invite in the next day or two.
- 2:21After she comes on the show.
- 2:24Gabby McGowan is scheduled to come on the
- 2:25show.
- 2:26I know.
- 2:27It's the fact that she's going to Rogue.
- 2:29I just made that up.
- 2:32This is like the nerdy fitness version of
- 2:34NFL fan experience two weeks post-Super
- 2:36Bowl.
- 2:39Yeah.
- 2:41We are in that spot where you are...
- 2:45digging and diving for anything to talk
- 2:48about.
- 2:49It is super, super.
- 2:51So it's time for a way too early
- 2:53picks for next year's CrossFit Games
- 2:55champion.
- 2:57Yes.
- 2:59Who you got, Corey?
- 3:00Oh, man.
- 3:01I'm going to go with Amy Kringle.
- 3:06Let's go with that for right now.
- 3:07I'm going with Amy Toomey Orr.
- 3:16I love it.
- 3:17I love it.
- 3:18I'm going to go with,
- 3:18on the men's side,
- 3:19I'm going to go with James Pepper.
- 3:23Fergie,
- 3:23down to two-twenty-six body weight,
- 3:25at what point do you pull my Clydesdale
- 3:28card?
- 3:28Got a few more pounds.
- 3:31How tall is Fergie?
- 3:32He's like six-four or something.
- 3:34Six-four, two-twenty-two, so that's lean.
- 3:37Oh, yeah.
- 3:37That's like... He's probably going to...
- 3:45on that borderline of Clydesdale,
- 3:46no Clydesdale.
- 3:47But the height helps him, right?
- 3:50Yeah.
- 3:50Because Clydesdales are tall.
- 3:53And he's not losing height.
- 3:58Larry Young,
- 3:58that's my goal to lose the Clydesdale
- 4:00card.
- 4:01Larry, I've met you.
- 4:02You're more of a silverback than a
- 4:04Clydesdale.
- 4:05Sorry, brother.
- 4:08Well,
- 4:08we have you in the club at least
- 4:09for a few more years.
- 4:10Yeah.
- 4:10Yeah.
- 4:13And one,
- 4:14I think Larry's a good looking man.
- 4:15And he is a good looking dude.
- 4:18Larry looks like if he got a hold
- 4:20to you and was angry,
- 4:21it would not end well.
- 4:22I'll put it to you like that.
- 4:23Yeah.
- 4:24And he's a super nice guy.
- 4:26He's awesome.
- 4:27But Jesus Christ, dude,
- 4:28like I wouldn't want to tangle with him
- 4:30whatsoever.
- 4:33Ortega is only two hundred pounds if he
- 4:35has weights in his pockets.
- 4:37They're holding down a cinder block and
- 4:39he's soaking wet.
- 4:39Maybe he's two hundred pounds.
- 4:42And yeah, he's smaller.
- 4:43He's shorter than I am.
- 4:44Ain't no way that dude weighs two hundred
- 4:46pounds.
- 4:46Maybe with all of his camera equipment.
- 4:48Yeah.
- 4:49Like all of it.
- 4:50You should probably weigh yourself without
- 4:52carrying all of that stuff.
- 4:53And three extra lenses.
- 4:54He gets like two hundred point three.
- 4:57Yeah, a hundred percent.
- 4:58I don't see that.
- 5:05Yeah,
- 5:05I don't know anything about CrossFit comps
- 5:07in New Jersey.
- 5:08Is it strictly because it was in New
- 5:10Jersey or...
- 5:13You're like, man,
- 5:13if this would have been anywhere else,
- 5:15it would have been a whole lot cooler.
- 5:17Yeah,
- 5:17CrossFit says it's because of New Jersey.
- 5:20That's what I'm saying.
- 5:21Is it because it was in Jersey?
- 5:26Not that we're shitting on Jersey by any
- 5:28stretch of the imagination.
- 5:29We're just asking questions that nobody
- 5:31else will answer.
- 5:33It's the Garden State.
- 5:35It is the Garden State.
- 5:36It is the Garden State.
- 5:38I don't know who's doing their marketing
- 5:40and where they saw a garden in New
- 5:41Jersey, but hey,
- 5:43Let's call it the garden state.
- 5:45Maybe in somebody's backyard.
- 5:48Nobody...
- 5:51So California citrus, right,
- 5:54and California olives,
- 5:55and then there's Florida oranges and stuff
- 5:58like that.
- 5:59New Jersey doesn't have one of those
- 6:02things.
- 6:02It didn't say it was the orchard state.
- 6:06It says it was the garden state.
- 6:08Maybe they grow pansies.
- 6:11Okay.
- 6:11Okay.
- 6:14oh that's good stuff uh mr ramirez trying
- 6:18to get up to one eighty five the
- 6:19fact that joseph weighs one fifty five
- 6:21like i've seen that dude without a shirt
- 6:23on he is a unit at one fifty
- 6:27five at one eighty five i don't think
- 6:28he could walk through a door because he'd
- 6:29be from he'd be just he'd be too
- 6:31damn wide uh hexi lover's giving a
- 6:38Hey, now,
- 6:38I'm from a farm in South Jersey.
- 6:41North Jersey is what you think of.
- 6:43That's what everybody thinks of is North
- 6:45Jersey.
- 6:45We don't think about the Jersey Shore
- 6:48unless you're watching MTV circa nineteen
- 6:50ninety four.
- 6:52And you don't think of South Jersey.
- 6:55But, yeah, South Jersey isn't really that.
- 6:57It's actually really nice.
- 7:00Couldn't tell you.
- 7:00Never been.
- 7:01I flew into Jersey once,
- 7:03and then we took the train to New
- 7:05York.
- 7:05Well,
- 7:05I got lost in Philadelphia once and ended
- 7:07up in South Jersey.
- 7:09There you go.
- 7:10Cross fat is in South Jersey,
- 7:12basically Philadelphia.
- 7:14Yeah.
- 7:15Yeah.
- 7:16Cross fat and I are in the same
- 7:17wavelength today.
- 7:18It's wild.
- 7:19Got it.
- 7:19Love it.
- 7:20Love it.
- 7:20Love it.
- 7:20Love it.
- 7:22Joseph, I'm going to give you,
- 7:23I'm going to give you the recipe to
- 7:24get up to one eighty five more tacos.
- 7:30A lot of tacos.
- 7:31I don't know if you can go more.
- 7:33You're saying, well, I mean,
- 7:35if you thirty pounds is a lot to
- 7:36put on.
- 7:38Period.
- 7:38He's trying to put on thirty pounds of
- 7:40muscle because he said he didn't want to
- 7:41be a soggy one eighty five.
- 7:44He going to eat a lot of tacos.
- 7:47Chachi B told Larry Young two thirties is
- 7:49magic body weight.
- 7:50If that's your magic body weight, Larry,
- 7:52you're never leaving the Clydesdale Club.
- 7:56The actual origin of Clydesdale is from
- 7:59like five K's and marathons that had a
- 8:02Clydesdale division.
- 8:04And generally that was over two hundred
- 8:06pounds.
- 8:06Oh, yeah.
- 8:09What is it?
- 8:10The triathlon.
- 8:11Ironman still has a Clydesdale division.
- 8:18Yeah.
- 8:19That's where it came from.
- 8:22Cross-fitted varies depending on which
- 8:24race and whatnot.
- 8:28I've seen him at .. .
- 8:29.
- 8:29I've seen him at .. .
- 8:31.
- 8:31I've seen him at .. . .
- 8:35I don't think the Clydesdales have not
- 8:37united and formed a union to determine
- 8:40what the actual number is yet.
- 8:46We were waiting for the PFAA to take
- 8:49us on as one of their clients.
- 8:51And then they, they went under.
- 8:53So now we're kind of at a loss
- 8:55as to where to go.
- 8:56They just dropped the ball completely.
- 8:59I blame them.
- 9:02The professor.
- 9:03I'll put it on Brett Fikowski.
- 9:05Yeah, Jody,
- 9:07the origin of the name Clydesdale comes
- 9:09from that concept and that I thought at
- 9:12the time that CrossFit should have a
- 9:14Clydesdale division at competitions
- 9:17because people over two hundred back then
- 9:21there weren't money,
- 9:22two hundred pound CrossFitters at the
- 9:24games.
- 9:25Now it's just it's a it's a thing.
- 9:30And I thought there should be a Clydesdale
- 9:32division,
- 9:33at least at local comps for local people
- 9:35to compete against people their own size
- 9:38and just kind of see how they match
- 9:39up.
- 9:41You'd have to put on,
- 9:42at least around here,
- 9:44you'd have to put on just a strictly
- 9:46Clydesdale comp.
- 9:48You've got to be two-twenty-plus to enter,
- 9:50and we're going to weigh you before you
- 9:51get here.
- 9:53Because there's not enough people to
- 9:54support.
- 9:56We've got RX, we've got Scaled,
- 9:57and we've got Clydesdale.
- 9:59That's not happening.
- 10:01I'm not as big of a fighter for
- 10:03it today as I was seven years ago
- 10:06when we started this podcast.
- 10:08right right like my thought process is in
- 10:11a different place and you know it is
- 10:15what it is uh what's the weight is
- 10:18for the shetland pony division i think
- 10:20that is something you should talk about
- 10:23with joseph ramirez well he's in the hobby
- 10:26horse division yeah i'd give him shetland
- 10:28pony vicky we need to find out what's
- 10:33he does so he's he's more flexible than
- 10:36a hobby horse
- 10:40Hobby horse is mostly a big stick.
- 10:43So, yeah,
- 10:44I can see him being more flexible than
- 10:46a stick with a horse head on the
- 10:48end of it.
- 10:50Oh, my word.
- 10:53Damn, Tega, that sounds terrible.
- 10:56At the competition,
- 10:57the guy changed the workout standards
- 10:58mid-workout after like two heats went.
- 11:03Wow.
- 11:06I would have been livid.
- 11:09live it yeah like we don't have a
- 11:11i don't i don't often get angry at
- 11:14a car needs get one set of rules
- 11:15and the other two other two heats don't
- 11:17get a separate set of rules yeah that's
- 11:21i would i probably would have walked off
- 11:23yeah that'd been a revolt on your hands
- 11:25at that point no thank you no thank
- 11:27you god don't that's terrible you'd have
- 11:32to have oh shit
- 11:34You'd have to have weigh-ins in like
- 11:36powerlifting or the skinny guys would lie
- 11:38to get an easy win.
- 11:39Yeah, that's what I'm saying, dude.
- 11:41Like it would have to be,
- 11:42you'd have to weigh in whenever you get
- 11:44there, period.
- 11:45Oh, no, you are overweight.
- 11:47You're underweight.
- 11:48Sorry, you can't.
- 11:49It's like a wrestling match.
- 11:51Vicky did some research.
- 11:52Average Shetland pony equals four hundred
- 11:54pounds.
- 11:55Right.
- 11:55But the average Clydesdale is way more
- 11:57than what I weigh, Vicky.
- 12:00So like you have to do it proportionately.
- 12:04Like a Clydesdale probably is eleven
- 12:07hundred, twelve hundred pounds.
- 12:10Oh, a Clydesdale?
- 12:11No, bigger than that.
- 12:12And I do not weigh that much,
- 12:14just to let you guys know.
- 12:17No,
- 12:18I actually look up what a Shetland Pony
- 12:19weighs.
- 12:22He told the intermediate in scale that
- 12:24standard for lunges... That's not a lunge.
- 12:29It's not.
- 12:34not even a lunge or take i'm assuming
- 12:36you were taking pictures at this thing
- 12:40that's terrible wow that's just that's
- 12:44terrible well that's jersey for you all
- 12:45right folks you have a great show we'll
- 12:46see y'all tomorrow um we were talking
- 12:54right before we went on air i uh
- 12:55i finally watched the first episode of
- 12:58lanterns last night
- 12:59no spoilers i haven't watched it yet
- 13:01actually i don't really care about
- 13:02spoilers i'm gonna watch it anyway um what
- 13:06a dude it's it was the best dc
- 13:11product since the the christian bale
- 13:13batman i've heard no bad things about it
- 13:16nothing nothing bad about it so i'm
- 13:19excited the writers of it are people who
- 13:24did true detective
- 13:26And they're viewing it as like a buddy
- 13:30mystery crime thing with Jon Stewart and
- 13:34Hal Jordan being those two buddies kind of
- 13:37doing things.
- 13:38Dude, it was freaking awesome.
- 13:41It takes about twenty minutes to get up
- 13:43and running.
- 13:44I got no problem.
- 13:45And then the last forty,
- 13:47they smashed so much stuff into that last
- 13:50forty.
- 13:51My wife walked out at twenty.
- 13:53That's how I that's why I have the
- 13:54delineation.
- 13:56And this morning I'm like,
- 13:57it was so good.
- 13:58She goes, yeah,
- 13:58but they were just I'm like, yeah,
- 13:59but you missed this, this, this,
- 14:01this and this.
- 14:03And so I think we're rewatching it tonight
- 14:06so that she can see and we'll pick
- 14:08up from where she walked out and then
- 14:10we'll see if she'll because she loves True
- 14:12Detective.
- 14:13Right.
- 14:16and so um i think i think she'll
- 14:19actually like it i'm excited my wife's not
- 14:22gonna make it fifteen minutes but not
- 14:23because she's not gonna be interested
- 14:24she's gonna fall asleep well there's stuff
- 14:28that would make you go like what like
- 14:30what in the first twenty minutes but it
- 14:35the the true the storyline doesn't really
- 14:38start rolling until like twenty minutes in
- 14:41No, she just, it doesn't matter what,
- 14:43like put the kid to bed and it's
- 14:45like, okay, I want to watch this thing.
- 14:47I was like, okay, okay, here we go.
- 14:48And I'll look over five minutes in like,
- 14:50did you hear what they just said?
- 14:51And then she's yeah.
- 14:54Just out of cold.
- 14:55Yeah.
- 14:56I, uh, Andrew, I have seen,
- 14:57I've seen the first three episodes of
- 14:59reacher.
- 15:00Um,
- 15:00my wife declared that that is her favorite
- 15:03show now.
- 15:04Um,
- 15:06But that's just until Landman comes back
- 15:08and then that'll be your favorite show
- 15:09again.
- 15:10Well,
- 15:10I can't wait for Landman to come back.
- 15:13Or Dutton Ranch comes back.
- 15:14That'll be your favorite show at that
- 15:16point.
- 15:17She has a rolling set of favorite shows
- 15:20and it just changes which one.
- 15:22Depends on which one's currently playing.
- 15:25Yeah.
- 15:26I mean,
- 15:26there's a bunch that don't get into that
- 15:28favorite thing,
- 15:28but there's like four or five that are
- 15:30a rolling favorite.
- 15:32And they are spaced out throughout the
- 15:33year so that like that can be her
- 15:36current favorite one.
- 15:38I thought when my daughter asked me
- 15:41because she's eight and she's into those
- 15:42kind of questions.
- 15:43Dad, what's your favorite?
- 15:44Whatever.
- 15:44I'm like, depends on the data, kiddo.
- 15:47Like, I really don't know.
- 15:49I feel the same way about TV shows.
- 15:51If I'm into something at the moment,
- 15:52I'm going to watch it and be like,
- 15:55this is amazing.
- 15:55But if not,
- 15:57I have to be in the right mood
- 15:58to watch some of that stuff.
- 15:59I have no idea what Lucky even is.
- 16:02I don't either.
- 16:04I used to have Lucky Brand jeans.
- 16:05Any relation to that?
- 16:06No?
- 16:07Maybe?
- 16:08Those were pretty cool back in the day.
- 16:12We were watching Reacher the other night,
- 16:15and Julie looks at me and goes,
- 16:17does he seem robotic this year?
- 16:19And I was like, he's robotic every year.
- 16:23Yeah, that's the point.
- 16:24That's the character.
- 16:27If you've never read the books,
- 16:28the books are so good, dude.
- 16:31I read stuff from the guy who actually
- 16:34wrote the books that just...
- 16:36he wrote him intentionally for like for
- 16:40this dude to be this american hero kid
- 16:42who's like unbeatable you know he doesn't
- 16:45really get beaten off into trouble or or
- 16:49stuff like that like he doesn't really
- 16:51lose necessarily he's larger than life
- 16:53that's how the character is written and he
- 16:56comes off as a little robotic because he
- 16:57got a little touch of autism um just
- 17:00from the way he lives and whatnot and
- 17:03uh richard is playing it a lot like
- 17:06you like you would read him in the
- 17:07books having said that in the book he's
- 17:10actually bigger than reacher is in real
- 17:11life which is i mean it'd just be
- 17:14kind of hard to find somebody who could
- 17:15both act and be that large at the
- 17:17same time i
- 17:22I don't know this thing you say read.
- 17:24I know.
- 17:28That wasn't made for you.
- 17:29That was mostly meant for the members of
- 17:30our audience who actually do read.
- 17:33Can I tell you,
- 17:34it's funny because I used to read a
- 17:37lot.
- 17:38I'm watching Get Up this morning and
- 17:40they're talking about a book, Chop Wood,
- 17:46Carry Water.
- 17:47And I'm like, well, yeah, I've read that.
- 17:50Like, so when I say like,
- 17:53I don't read, like I,
- 17:55I did a lot of reading,
- 17:57like a lot of reading.
- 17:58Yeah.
- 18:00And it was only after my master's degree
- 18:03that I gave up reading because,
- 18:05and I shouldn't say gave up.
- 18:06There's still,
- 18:07there are still times where if a book
- 18:10speaks my interest, I will read a book.
- 18:13Sure.
- 18:14And then like my friend,
- 18:15Athena writes a book.
- 18:16I will read her book,
- 18:17like things like that.
- 18:20You heard it here first, folks.
- 18:21If you want Scott to continue reading,
- 18:22you need to read a book.
- 18:23You need to write a book.
- 18:25Yeah.
- 18:26If Vicki ever gets her book published,
- 18:28I'll read her book.
- 18:30I read every essay she sends me.
- 18:33I have to.
- 18:34Right?
- 18:35So, like,
- 18:36if I like you and you're my friend,
- 18:38I'll read your stuff.
- 18:41But for the most part, I'm done reading.
- 18:45I just am.
- 18:47i just love the way that sounds i'm
- 18:51just i've had my fill mostly i'm just
- 18:53you know books can kiss it i'm over
- 18:55with it that's fantastic oh anyway uh read
- 19:01the charlie sheen book i don't know if
- 19:04i can i don't know if i'd want
- 19:06to read the charlie sheen book that seems
- 19:08like it has some details in it that
- 19:10i do not want to own
- 19:14There it is.
- 19:17There it is, folks.
- 19:18In case y'all were wondering,
- 19:21reading is fundamental for some of us here
- 19:23on Clydesdale Media.
- 19:24It's not fundamental.
- 19:26Not for everybody.
- 19:27Reading is no longer fundamental.
- 19:30I don't give a damn what PBS tells
- 19:33you.
- 19:35Oh, good night.
- 19:36That is good.
- 19:37Can I tell you,
- 19:38my friend Vicky sent me a GIF that
- 19:41was the Reading Rainbow opening.
- 19:48Oh, butterflies in the sky.
- 19:50I can go twice as high.
- 19:53Yes, LeVar Burton.
- 19:54Yes, Mark Phillips.
- 19:59Yes.
- 20:00LeVar Burton is so disappointed in you,
- 20:01Scott.
- 20:04The fact that you said Reading Rainbow and
- 20:06immediately my brain went,
- 20:08the butterflies in the sky.
- 20:11I can go twice as high.
- 20:12Like I know the words to that song.
- 20:15There it is.
- 20:16There it is.
- 20:17Look at LeVar.
- 20:18He's judging shit out of you right now.
- 20:25I'm willing to take him on.
- 20:29I could take LeVar Burton.
- 20:31I'm going to prove that reading is not
- 20:33fundamental and it is not a rainbow of
- 20:36joy and fun with butterflies in the sky.
- 20:39Ladies and gentlemen,
- 20:40Scott Swizer just challenged LeVar Burton
- 20:43to a fight.
- 20:43I don't know if y'all heard that or
- 20:44not,
- 20:44but pretty sure that's what just took
- 20:47place right here on the lunch show.
- 20:51Pretty sure I could take LeVar Burton.
- 20:52All right.
- 20:56So that's immediately now,
- 20:58because of my word association brain,
- 20:59goes to Fight Club when they were talking
- 21:01about what celebrities, dead or alive,
- 21:03would you like to fight?
- 21:05And I forget which one it was.
- 21:07It was like Abraham Lincoln.
- 21:11Tall guy, lanky, had good reach.
- 21:13I'd like to be able to fight him.
- 21:15Scott just goes, LeVar Burton.
- 21:19Why?
- 21:20Because to hell with reading.
- 21:24Hey,
- 21:25there's times in life where you have to
- 21:26take a stand.
- 21:28If you don't stand for something,
- 21:30you'll fall for anything.
- 21:31That's what I hear anyway.
- 21:32Good night.
- 21:33That's funny.
- 21:33Thank you, Joseph Ramirez.
- 21:35He's got fifty dollars on me.
- 21:37Oh, I didn't say you couldn't take him.
- 21:40Vicky, how old is LeVar Burton?
- 21:42Let's find out.
- 21:46Oh, my word.
- 21:47How old is Lieutenant Geordie LaForge?
- 21:49Let's find out.
- 21:54Nice.
- 21:55Marksville is correct.
- 22:00Sixty nine.
- 22:02Oh, yeah.
- 22:03Scott's threatening to fight senior
- 22:05citizens.
- 22:05Let's go.
- 22:06Hey, I'm fifty six, man.
- 22:09Yeah, but he's past retirement age.
- 22:11Like that's that counts as a senior
- 22:13citizen.
- 22:14George Foreman fought Michael Moore and
- 22:16there was like a thirty year gap.
- 22:24Fergie's still waiting for his personal
- 22:27pan pizza for summer fifth grade reading
- 22:30program.
- 22:31Damn, Ferg.
- 22:33Screwed over by their summer reading
- 22:35program.
- 22:36That's messed up.
- 22:37That's messed up.
- 22:38I don't know if you ever get it
- 22:39back, dog.
- 22:40Like,
- 22:41the checkered tablecloths and the Pac-Man
- 22:46or the video games you could play while
- 22:47you were sitting there.
- 22:48All of that's gone, man.
- 22:50the jukebox man go in there throw in
- 22:54a dollar pick five songs now i think
- 22:56it's like two dollars a song a song
- 22:58yeah hundred percent oh hold up winter
- 23:08winter the police have spoken that is a
- 23:10felony in florida scott good thing i don't
- 23:12live in florida
- 23:16It's just this match is going to be
- 23:17at a neutral.
- 23:18It's going to be at a neutral site,
- 23:19not in Florida.
- 23:20Still not out there.
- 23:23Oh, man.
- 23:26Big, big, big.
- 23:28Oh, speaking of Pizza Hut, did you know,
- 23:31this is a fun fact.
- 23:33Hold on.
- 23:34Do you see Techno Sweater?
- 23:36Can you participate as an adult in the
- 23:39reading program of Pizza Hut?
- 23:42Scott can't.
- 23:45Scott won't.
- 23:46Scott won't.
- 23:47Yeah, it's not that he couldn't.
- 23:48It's not that he can't.
- 23:49He just won't.
- 23:51Holy smokes.
- 23:52That is good stuff.
- 23:54Did you know that when Pizza Hut had
- 23:56their buffet,
- 23:56they were the biggest buyer of kale on
- 24:00the face of the planet?
- 24:04I feel like Ken's got his number on
- 24:06speed dial.
- 24:07One, we're back on buffet.
- 24:09On the buffet.
- 24:10Dude, I...
- 24:13right out of God wouldn't stop with the
- 24:18kale.
- 24:19I worked,
- 24:20I had to work at a Wendy's for
- 24:23right in college.
- 24:24Yep.
- 24:24And I was in charge of their super
- 24:26bar.
- 24:26If you don't remember the Wendy's super
- 24:28bar,
- 24:30we went through so much freaking kale to
- 24:33cover three sections of the super bar.
- 24:36Yep.
- 24:37That's how you covered the ice back in
- 24:39the day.
- 24:40Yeah, nobody knew about it.
- 24:42Nobody knew you could actually eat that
- 24:43crap because it didn't look edible.
- 24:44It looked like grass.
- 24:47And at some point, somebody was like,
- 24:49this stuff is full of vitamins and
- 24:50minerals.
- 24:51We should eat.
- 24:52We should knock this down.
- 24:53If you gnaw on it for a few
- 24:55days, you can get through a piece.
- 24:56Yeah, if you're lucky.
- 24:58Sweet baby Jesus.
- 25:00That is one of the few things,
- 25:01and I say few things.
- 25:01There's way more stuff than that that is
- 25:03just stuck rattling around in my forty
- 25:05nine year old brain.
- 25:09Fergie is right.
- 25:10Fergie is right.
- 25:11The Gallagher table at Pizza Hut was lit.
- 25:14A hundred percent.
- 25:15A hundred percent.
- 25:18And you, the first,
- 25:19my pizza first had the football with the
- 25:21track ball and it was just X's and
- 25:24O's on the, on the screen.
- 25:27And you like spun the track ball to
- 25:29like throw the pass.
- 25:30And then,
- 25:31and then you'd run with the track ball.
- 25:36oh here we go what the heel that
- 25:40was and then they brought in the galaga
- 25:42and then that thing just took off galaga
- 25:44was like galaga was outstanding one of the
- 25:46biggest video games of my era yeah same
- 25:54uh it's not even that way it's not
- 25:57even so wayne's saying start a book club
- 25:59and we'll just never read or talk about
- 26:00him scott's gonna start the anti-book club
- 26:04where he just goes around telling people
- 26:05hey don't read that this week don't read
- 26:10this week don't read whatever it is you
- 26:12have in front of you put it down
- 26:15it's gonna be okay oh my lord
- 26:22So Ortega, it was the first.
- 26:25It was super bar because it had Italian,
- 26:29Mexican, and salad.
- 26:33You had like an Italian pasta bar
- 26:36connected to a Mexican taco bar connected
- 26:40to a salad bar.
- 26:43Beautiful thing.
- 26:44And at the very end,
- 26:45you had a couple troughs of soup.
- 26:48I don't know what the technical term of
- 26:49that is.
- 26:50I'm going with troughs.
- 26:51Probably not trough, if I had to guess.
- 26:57I'll go ahead and say it's probably not
- 26:58trough.
- 26:59It might be.
- 27:00It's entirely possible,
- 27:01but I'm going to go ahead and say
- 27:02it's probably not trough.
- 27:07Ed, if we're talking pizza at buffet.
- 27:09At the buffet, yeah.
- 27:11We need to bring back Scholastic Book
- 27:13Fairs.
- 27:13Riff.
- 27:16So I will say this, Ed.
- 27:17They still have book fairs because my
- 27:19daughter,
- 27:21there's like two or three of them a
- 27:22year at her school where she goes back.
- 27:24And we have to stop her from buying
- 27:27accessories like pencils and erasers and
- 27:30all that shit.
- 27:30Like, no, dude, we're not here for that.
- 27:32If you want to buy a book,
- 27:33we can buy a book.
- 27:34For you to read because my co-host is
- 27:36not going to read it at all,
- 27:39even for the eight-year-old books.
- 27:41But they still are Scholastic Book Fairs.
- 27:46I don't know if you can buy a
- 27:47post.
- 27:47There it is.
- 27:48There it is.
- 27:51There it is.
- 27:55It's me with glasses, man.
- 27:57It's perfect.
- 27:58It's perfect.
- 27:59He's got one hoof and one hoof with
- 28:01fingers you can actually hold onto a
- 28:03coffee cup with.
- 28:04That is fantastic.
- 28:06Better conversation.
- 28:08No required reading on the mug.
- 28:10Yep.
- 28:10Yep.
- 28:13I don't know if I'm going to make
- 28:14it through this show.
- 28:14Oh, you'll be all right.
- 28:15You'll be all right.
- 28:20Oh, the stoop trough.
- 28:21Yeah.
- 28:28You know what just slays me is every
- 28:30time I come on this show and I'm
- 28:31like,
- 28:31I don't know what we're going to talk
- 28:33about because there's no CrossFit news.
- 28:37No need.
- 28:38We're thirty minutes in and I'm having the
- 28:40time of my life.
- 28:41No need.
- 28:43No need.
- 28:43No need.
- 28:47Oh, you know where else?
- 28:49While we're on the subject of soup
- 28:51troughs,
- 28:52there's probably a protein trough at
- 28:57At the Golden Corral.
- 29:04Come to the Golden Corral.
- 29:07Get your protein trough on.
- 29:10Get your nanograms of protein right here.
- 29:15At the Golden Corral Buffet.
- 29:19At the Golden Corral Buffet.
- 29:21You better believe it.
- 29:25Oh, take a deep breath.
- 29:27Take a deep breath.
- 29:28Philip's the cheek and ab workout at
- 29:29lunch.
- 29:32It'd be all right.
- 29:33Right.
- 29:33It's good for his cardio.
- 29:34It's good cardio.
- 29:36It's fun.
- 29:39Oh, man.
- 29:40Clydesdale Book Club at Pizza Hut off
- 29:42Highway Ten.
- 29:43Please weigh in first.
- 29:45I like that.
- 29:46Fergie just tied it all together.
- 29:47That was nice.
- 29:48That was nice.
- 29:49That's good stuff right there.
- 29:50That is the synopsis of the whole show.
- 29:52A hundred percent.
- 29:53So speaking of book clubs,
- 29:56my nephew has a beautiful little baby
- 29:59named Olive.
- 30:01not train olive just olive no no turns
- 30:03out train olive's name is actually winter
- 30:05who knew and uh and when she was
- 30:10born they asked that like everybody buy a
- 30:12children's book and write a message to her
- 30:14inside and that was like the thing so
- 30:19in a couple weeks is his first her
- 30:21first birthday they want you to come
- 30:25dressed as your favorite storybook
- 30:28character
- 30:36can you see how excited i am oh
- 30:38yeah absolutely to embrace my love of
- 30:42books absolutely dress up as a character
- 30:51uncle scott uncle scott what are you
- 30:56supposed to be uh i'm somebody who doesn't
- 31:00read nephew sorry
- 31:05Still,
- 31:05I need to come as a blank page.
- 31:07I'm not doing that.
- 31:13Vicky,
- 31:13I couldn't even read what was on the
- 31:15sign behind the Clydesdale in the soup
- 31:17trough.
- 31:18It doesn't matter.
- 31:18It's the soup trough.
- 31:19That's all you need to know.
- 31:22Available at your local Golden Corral.
- 31:23Bring a spoon.
- 31:28Yes, Ortega.
- 31:37I mean, it's a trough.
- 31:38Everybody can get in.
- 31:40Fuel laughs, dumb ideas.
- 31:46Which is our other byline for this show,
- 31:49FYI.
- 31:50And it looks like it's a nice minestrone.
- 32:00all right bring it back in bring it
- 32:01back in bring it back in so yeah
- 32:06yeah so you know like normal so i'm
- 32:09thinking of going to this party as uh
- 32:13uh the man in the yellow hat from
- 32:15cruz george do you have a raincoat i
- 32:19I figure I can go somewhere and get
- 32:21some yellow shit.
- 32:22You shouldn't be able to get a yellow
- 32:24raincoat and a yellow rain hat and you're
- 32:26done.
- 32:28I think it's a cowboy hat.
- 32:29You're going Paddington Bear.
- 32:31And even me that doesn't read knows the
- 32:33difference between what Paddington Bear
- 32:35wears and the man in the yellow hat
- 32:38from Curious George.
- 32:39Close enough.
- 32:42If I find the raincoat,
- 32:43I'll just go as Paddington Bear.
- 32:45See?
- 32:45See?
- 32:46Look, two birds, one stone, baby.
- 32:52I'm more the shape of Paddington Bear than
- 32:54I am of the man in the yellow
- 32:56hat.
- 32:57It's fine, dude.
- 32:58It's fine.
- 33:00The weight's falling off of you, Scott.
- 33:01At this point,
- 33:02we just had a discussion the other day.
- 33:07Rails?
- 33:08Who needs rails?
- 33:11badges we're going there are no rails or
- 33:16we don't need no stinking rails either way
- 33:19either way picky movie reference let's
- 33:21just go go with either one you want
- 33:24oh there you go the invisible man done
- 33:30fergie has man he's a problem solver done
- 33:34the man is like he's got it he's
- 33:35got his together for damn sure
- 33:44Yeah,
- 33:45we don't need Scott going back in a
- 33:46film.
- 33:46We'd be all right.
- 33:48Yeah, we're good.
- 33:51There is.
- 33:53There it is.
- 34:02Whose idea was it to get a damn
- 34:04producer?
- 34:05Yeah, I don't even remember,
- 34:06but I am certainly glad she was two
- 34:08minutes late today.
- 34:10I am not mad for that.
- 34:12And she's got the caffeine shake.
- 34:14She said, I can understand why now.
- 34:20What is on the tag?
- 34:22That is a profile picture.
- 34:24Please look after this bear.
- 34:27Please look after this bear.
- 34:29Thank you.
- 34:31That is a bear.
- 34:35That is fantastic.
- 34:38oh my gosh we would like to thank
- 34:42producer vicky for scott's new profile
- 34:44picture on instagram so vicky makes the
- 34:54thumbnails based on what we talk about in
- 34:55the show she's got a lot to pick
- 34:57from today i think she has a lot
- 35:01of content that she can just grab and
- 35:03throw on the thumbnail at this point
- 35:05A hundred percent.
- 35:06I feel like she's probably working on that
- 35:08right now.
- 35:09Good night.
- 35:10That is good stuff right there.
- 35:11All right.
- 35:17Let's talk about a couple other things.
- 35:19Oh.
- 35:21So I was reading an article because I
- 35:23do read articles.
- 35:24I was reading articles.
- 35:25Because they're not written on paper is
- 35:26why.
- 35:31And did...
- 35:34it was about what is the highest scoring
- 35:37harrison ford movie on rotten tomatoes oh
- 35:40you think about harrison ford there's a
- 35:43lot of movies out there right he was
- 35:45indiana jones he was han solo in star
- 35:48wars lots of like cult favorite movies can
- 35:53you name his number one rotten tomato
- 35:56scored movie so here's the thing about
- 35:58rotten tomatoes that i do not like is
- 36:00that um they
- 36:04It's like a critic thing, right?
- 36:06Like, oh, we've got blah, blah, blah.
- 36:08Well, this is not critic.
- 36:09This is viewer scores.
- 36:10So this is viewer scores.
- 36:12Okay.
- 36:12So they have the critic score and they
- 36:14have the viewer score.
- 36:16I'm going to go out on a limb
- 36:19and give one of my favorite Harrison Ford
- 36:21movies,
- 36:21which is not Indiana Jones or Star Wars,
- 36:24and go with The Fugitive.
- 36:27That is it.
- 36:30That is it.
- 36:30You and Mark Phillips nailed it.
- 36:33Meredith nailed it.
- 36:34Dude,
- 36:36when him and Tommy Lee Jones are apart
- 36:39from each other and he's like,
- 36:40I didn't kill my wife.
- 36:43Tommy Lee Jones goes, I don't care.
- 36:44I don't care.
- 36:47That is, it's probably my favorite.
- 36:49And I,
- 36:49Indiana Jones is one of my favorite movies
- 36:51of all time.
- 36:51Oh, I love Indiana Jones.
- 36:52Absolutely.
- 36:54But The Fugitive,
- 36:55every time I see it on TV,
- 36:57I stop.
- 36:58A hundred percent.
- 36:58Absolutely.
- 36:59I will watch that one hundred times.
- 37:02i mean dude look at a cast tommy
- 37:04lee jones um him joey pants uh i
- 37:11can't think of the guy who was supposed
- 37:12to be the young kid but he was
- 37:13fantastic in it as well yeah like the
- 37:16entire cast is outstanding all the way
- 37:19through front to back
- 37:20And just, it's well acted.
- 37:22It's well done.
- 37:23It's well put together.
- 37:25The dialogue, just, you know,
- 37:27the various one-liners.
- 37:28When Tommy Lee Jones says,
- 37:29I want a hard target search of every
- 37:31hen house, outhouse,
- 37:33go buy in whatever range area, like,
- 37:37it's outstanding.
- 37:40And the way Tommy Lee Jones plays the
- 37:42part where he's calm, cool,
- 37:43and collected throughout the whole thing.
- 37:45And then there's that point where he gets
- 37:48rattled.
- 37:49Yeah.
- 37:50And his demeanor completely changes.
- 37:53Everybody thinks it's a coot calling in.
- 37:56He picks up the phone and it turns
- 37:58out to be Richard Kimball.
- 38:00And then he's like, yeah.
- 38:06Yeah.
- 38:07Mark Phillips is correct.
- 38:08If it's on, I leave it on.
- 38:09There's no bad scenes.
- 38:11There is not.
- 38:12There's none.
- 38:14And I just love it.
- 38:15I know a lot of guys that work
- 38:17in law enforcement.
- 38:19I know one guy that went through the
- 38:21FBI Academy, doesn't work for the FBI,
- 38:23but he does.
- 38:23A lot of them that have done,
- 38:26I know some door kickers and stuff like
- 38:27that.
- 38:28And I don't care if you did it
- 38:31or not.
- 38:32Like that's that whole scene right there
- 38:33where he just tells him I don't care.
- 38:35It's that is a lot of guys like
- 38:37I don't give a shit.
- 38:38It's not for me to decide.
- 38:39I really don't care.
- 38:40I'm here to pick you up and bring
- 38:42you in.
- 38:42And like that's it's one of my favorite
- 38:45scenes in all of cinema.
- 38:46It's when I was when I was a
- 38:48bartender,
- 38:49I was talking to some state police
- 38:50officers and they say they told me it's
- 38:53not their job to determine guilt or
- 38:55innocence.
- 38:56Their job is to go pick up the
- 38:57person they're told to go pick up.
- 38:59That is it.
- 39:02um i was six years old when it
- 39:04came out so i asked my dad if
- 39:06i could go see the fugitive yes you
- 39:09can sema um so it's yeah it's just
- 39:16a great movie and i needed something to
- 39:18get me back on track just yeah for
- 39:20a minute that's fine that's fine the other
- 39:23thing i saw today from the illustrious
- 39:26news resource uh the morning chalk up
- 39:30Did you realize that for the first time
- 39:33ever,
- 39:34no rookie finished in the top ten at
- 39:36the games?
- 39:38I did not realize that.
- 39:39I also don't care.
- 39:42I just found it interesting.
- 39:44Yeah.
- 39:44You may not care.
- 39:48Even though I've had my run-ins with the
- 39:50morning chalk up,
- 39:51I left them for a reason.
- 39:54Sure.
- 39:54But I just found it an interesting fact.
- 39:57Something that makes me... Nothing that...
- 39:59Not that it warranted a full article like
- 40:02they gave it.
- 40:05But I thought,
- 40:05as Arsenio Hall used to say,
- 40:07things that make you go, hmm.
- 40:11Yeah.
- 40:12Yeah.
- 40:13No, I mean,
- 40:13that is in fact a stat.
- 40:14Out of all the stats, that is one.
- 40:18That is definitely one of them.
- 40:19And I think it's also showing the
- 40:22evolution of the sport.
- 40:25Yeah, I wouldn't have known deeper.
- 40:27And so it's harder to make a splash.
- 40:31I wouldn't have known that was a thing
- 40:32simply because of the fact that I don't
- 40:34pay enough attention to the rest of the
- 40:36top ten once they're out.
- 40:38Does that make sense?
- 40:39Once it's finished, it's like,
- 40:41who finished seventh last year?
- 40:43I really don't know and I really don't
- 40:44care.
- 40:45Oh, it was a rookie.
- 40:45Oh, good for him.
- 40:47High fives all around.
- 40:48Fantastic.
- 40:49What's he doing now?
- 40:52Kind of like the NFL,
- 40:52I think our sport is very,
- 40:55what have you done for me lately type
- 40:58deal.
- 40:59And
- 41:00Yeah, I really don't.
- 41:02It is an interesting stat.
- 41:03I will give you that.
- 41:04I will also say that it probably doesn't
- 41:07warrant an entire article.
- 41:10That sounds like,
- 41:12and I might probably show a little bit
- 41:13of my bias here,
- 41:14but that sounds like a tagline or like
- 41:17a bullet point in a barbell spin,
- 41:21like a rundown.
- 41:21Like, oh,
- 41:22and for the first time this year,
- 41:23no rookie finished inside the top ten.
- 41:26And then you move on.
- 41:28Mark Phillips says he'd be curious how
- 41:30often it's a male versus a female.
- 41:33Off the top of my head,
- 41:34I would say it's more often a female.
- 41:35I would say so too.
- 41:37But I do not know that for a
- 41:38fact.
- 41:40But I just think of like the Emma
- 41:42Lawson, Mal O'Brien, Emma Carey, all that.
- 41:50Arsenio, was Cowboy even alive back then?
- 41:53How old do you think the cowboy is?
- 41:56I am so very curious at this point.
- 41:58Nobody say anything.
- 42:00Nobody say anything.
- 42:01How old do you think I am?
- 42:03Please,
- 42:04please go ahead and throw that number out
- 42:06there.
- 42:08That's funny.
- 42:11Just say thank you.
- 42:18I'm going to go ahead and throw this
- 42:19out there.
- 42:19He was out in the early nineties.
- 42:21Yeah,
- 42:22I'm going to go ahead and throw this
- 42:28out there.
- 42:29Tessus is forty two.
- 42:30There's a number that is, in fact,
- 42:32a number that is, in fact, a number.
- 42:35Yeah.
- 42:36Arsenio Hall is from Cleveland, Ohio.
- 42:38Is he really?
- 42:39I didn't know that was his tribute to
- 42:42the dog pound round games.
- 42:45yeah so you said cleveland like okay it
- 42:46makes sense dog pound oh that poor bass
- 42:49is a browns fan that is long suffering
- 42:52that sucks in not the best area of
- 42:57cleveland yeah hexie lover called you have
- 43:04got the world fooled
- 43:07Nosfit is the true age-defying drug.
- 43:13Yeah.
- 43:13I am forty-nine, Tessa.
- 43:16I'll be fifty next year.
- 43:21I guess this is probably not going to
- 43:23help.
- 43:23You can't see.
- 43:26There's a lot of gray up in there
- 43:28and up in here.
- 43:32Oh, shut up, Ken.
- 43:35Yeah, he is.
- 43:36Forty-nine going on, fifty.
- 43:38Forty-nine going on.
- 43:39I'll be fifty in April.
- 43:43Mark Phillips says he's a youngin' in this
- 43:45crowd, though.
- 43:46I don't know.
- 43:48I think he's got some people on the
- 43:49younger side.
- 43:50But we probably do skew old.
- 43:53Yeah, which is fine.
- 43:56Which is fine.
- 43:57My wife says every pot has a lid.
- 43:59Sure.
- 44:02Sure.
- 44:05Unless you're at my house and there's my
- 44:07wife has misplaced, but I mean, whatever,
- 44:09it's fine.
- 44:11Holy smokes.
- 44:13That's what she used to.
- 44:14That's what she used to tell her brothers
- 44:17before they were married.
- 44:19Um, that, Hey, every pot has a lid.
- 44:21See, look, there it is.
- 44:23As you stand short, people look younger.
- 44:25Uh, when a percent,
- 44:31that's why Joseph looked like he's twenty
- 44:32three.
- 44:37uh larry young so we have one year
- 44:42in the same age group so larry must
- 44:45be going on yeah that sounds right ah
- 44:54did i have anything else i want to
- 44:56talk about tyson bajan got hurt i don't
- 44:59know if you guys saw that oh
- 45:04So he won't be playing this week in
- 45:06the preseason game.
- 45:09Hamstring injury.
- 45:13So he wasn't at practice yesterday.
- 45:16Was he doing something?
- 45:19During the game.
- 45:20Okay.
- 45:21The reason why I ask is if you
- 45:23get – like I've seen people doing stuff
- 45:26like running at full speed, trying to cut,
- 45:29grab their hamstring because something
- 45:30happened or whatnot.
- 45:31Right.
- 45:34that is a fact that every temp war
- 45:35does not have a lid that is accurate
- 45:38yeah um generally speaking it's been my
- 45:42experience that if you you know i'll say
- 45:46encounter a hamstring injury but you get a
- 45:48hamstring injury while not really doing a
- 45:50whole lot it's usually a whole lot worse
- 45:53like if there's an impact if there's a
- 45:55you know something that happened but like
- 45:56if you just pull up just walking all
- 45:58of a sudden your hamstring pops those
- 46:00usually aren't real good that's usually a
- 46:01bad thing
- 46:02So it's believed to be pretty minor,
- 46:06but he is the backup quarterback that they
- 46:09want to be healthy for the season.
- 46:11They're just being overly cautious.
- 46:14You act like they gave him a ten
- 46:15million dollar contract.
- 46:17Yeah.
- 46:19Because if Caleb goes down,
- 46:20there is belief that Tyson could carry the
- 46:23team for a period of time.
- 46:25Yeah, he could.
- 46:27And so they just don't want him hurt.
- 46:30I mean, dude,
- 46:30they would not have given him all that
- 46:33money if they did not believe in him.
- 46:37Tesla says people are so mean to Tyson.
- 46:40Mike Tyson?
- 46:41Who's mean to Tyson?
- 46:47Tyson Chicken?
- 46:48I'm in a fighting mood today.
- 46:50Yeah, LeVar Burton, people mean in Tyson,
- 46:53whatever.
- 46:54Second anybody that talks bad about Tyson.
- 46:58Get in line.
- 47:03Get in line to the soup trough.
- 47:04Scott is handing out ass whoopings left
- 47:06and right.
- 47:09Hey, speaking of money,
- 47:11save fifteen percent today at third Z dot
- 47:13com backslash jazzy.

- 47:17supplement on the market.

- 47:24Hey,
- 47:24it doesn't have that crappy melatonin in
- 47:26it to give you that awful hangover.
- 47:29And I've been using it for almost a
- 47:32year now,
- 47:33and it has truly changed the amount of
- 47:35sleep I get.
- 47:38It has changed my life completely.
- 47:40I was tired all the time.
- 47:41I'm not anymore.
- 47:43It is freaking amazing.
- 47:44It is an outstanding product and worth
- 47:46every single penny.
- 47:49That's a fact.
- 47:53Damn, Scott said I got these hands.
- 47:54Who's trying to catch them real quick?
- 47:56LaVar Burton.
- 48:04Reading Rainbow this, bitch.
- 48:10The price is wrong, bitch.
- 48:17And you know what LeVar Burton's saying?
- 48:19Son of a bitch!
- 48:27Oh, God, that's so good.
- 48:32I'm ready.
- 48:33So in Lanterns, the best part,
- 48:36I'm not spoiling anything.
- 48:38When Jon Stewart takes out the one
- 48:40criminal,
- 48:42that's what I'm going to do to LeVar
- 48:43Burton.
- 48:46When you watch it tonight, you see that.
- 48:49That's what Scott's doing to LeVar Burton.
- 48:51Yeah,
- 48:51I'll probably tell my wife that and she'll
- 48:54have absolutely no idea what the hell I'm
- 48:55talking about.
- 48:57Mark Phillips,
- 48:58be sure to tag LeVar in the reel.
- 49:03Come get it, Mr. Burton.
- 49:05Come get it, Geordie LaForge.
- 49:07Let's go.
- 49:08Geordie LaForge.
- 49:11You just went Star Trek Next Generation.
- 49:14Damn right.
- 49:15If you don't know who Lieutenant Geordie
- 49:16LaForge is, ladies and gentlemen.
- 49:19You can get it too with that little
- 49:22doodad on his face.
- 49:23That always looked like my mom used to
- 49:24have these hair clips.
- 49:27Yes.
- 49:29It was spray painted with gold glitter,
- 49:31man.
- 49:32They just rolled it from here to here.
- 49:33I was like, just put that on LaVar.
- 49:35It'll look like you got this funky looking
- 49:37thing on your eye and it'll look very
- 49:38spacey and futuristic.
- 49:42So much.
- 49:44All right, guys.
- 49:45For nothing happening in CrossFit,
- 49:47that was a fun show.
- 49:49I think I burned like seven hundred
- 49:51calories laughing alone.
- 49:54It's the it's the Clydesdale media workout
- 49:57plan.
- 49:58Listen, if anything,
- 50:01we try not to take life too seriously
- 50:03on the show.
- 50:03And I hope you guys have a good
- 50:05time hanging out with us doing it,
- 50:06because I'm still I was like last night
- 50:10still getting comments about short people
- 50:12at ATMs.
- 50:15If you have not watched that,
- 50:16I'm going to...
- 50:16The AI version of it that I put
- 50:18onto the thumbnail because I had to sub
- 50:20in for Vicky.
- 50:22It came out so good.
- 50:23It really did.
- 50:25If you haven't seen the clip,
- 50:26I can't remember the guy's name,
- 50:28but it's way funnier than I made it
- 50:30out to be.
- 50:31He's a comedian.
- 50:32When he talks about stretching his toe to
- 50:35keep it on the brake and reaching up
- 50:37for the Taco Bell, and he's yelling,
- 50:40can you meet me halfway?
- 50:41Come on.
- 50:42Come on.
- 50:42Come on.
- 50:44God, it was so good.
- 50:49So good.
- 50:50And he wants Taco Bell to pay for
- 50:52his tendon surgery for making the stretch.
- 50:55He said,
- 50:55Taco Bell going to pay for this MRI.
- 50:57I'm telling you right now.
- 51:01Mark Phillips says you can catch a cramp
- 51:03doing that for real.
- 51:04Hey, especially us Masters athletes, man.
- 51:07I got to warm up before I go
- 51:09to the drive-thru.
- 51:09Like, that's messed up.
- 51:14We can't go down this rabbit hole again.
- 51:16It's not even fun.
- 51:18For real.
- 51:19I don't have to do that.
- 51:21All right.
- 51:22Take us out, Vicki.
- 51:23You wouldn't wait to get to the editing
- 51:25room to jazz me up.
- 51:27I'm already jazzy.
- 51:38Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
- 51:40saddle.
- 51:40Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
- 51:42saddle.
- 51:42Talking to reps,
- 51:43real life strength in the battle.
- 51:47From the gym to the screen, yeah,
- 51:48we cover it all.
- 51:51Midday motivation every time we press
- 51:54call.
- 51:56Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
- 51:58heat.
- 51:58Crossfit, movies, music on repeat.
- 52:00Half hour hustle, yeah,
- 52:01we building that brand.
- 52:02Grab a plate.
