Hello and welcome to number 115! This week I am joined by Tor Midtboe who I met in Nepal when doing the Langtang Valley Trek. I first spotted Tor legging it past me as I was crawling up the trail toward Langtang Village then I managed to catch him in Kyanjin Gumpa. We met at a cafe and got chatting about travelling then five hours later we wandered back to our guesthouse. What really intrigued me was that Tor was trail-running the Langtang trek and then hiking back to Kathmandu afterwards.
