Chicago’s legendary Italian beef is landing in Oak Creek—Buona, a family favorite with 40+ years of history, opens its first Milwaukee spot on Aug. 11, bringing slow-roasted beef, gravy, sausage combos, and Chicago-style dogs. Plus, it’s home to The Original Rainbow Cone—the iconic five-flavor swirl cone (chocolate, strawberry, Palmer House, pistachio, orange sherbet).
