Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: In this look back episode, we're going to take a
- 0:08Speaker 1: closer look at some of the people who were visiting
- 0:11Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein while he was in jail. So let's jump
- 0:16Speaker 1: right into this article from CNBC and let's see what
- 0:21Speaker 1: Brian Schwartz and Dan Mangan have to say. This article
- 0:26Speaker 1: was originally published July 12th of 2019 headline Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:35Speaker 1: jail logs accused child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz
- 0:40Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's friend and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago wealthy
- 0:48Speaker 1: financier pedophile An accused child sex abuser, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 0:54Speaker 1: had a revolving cast of characters take turns visiting him
- 0:58Speaker 1: in a Palm Beach County, Florida jail while serving a
- 1:02Speaker 1: 13-month criminal sentence in July 2008, excuse me, in 2008
- 1:06Speaker 1: and 2009, according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday.
- 1:09Speaker 1: So look, what are you doing? visiting Jeffrey Epstein in jail.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I mean, it is beyond the imagination why anyone would
- 1:28Speaker 1: be visiting this guy in jail, unless, of course, he's
- 1:31Speaker 1: holding something over your head. He has some kind of
- 1:34Speaker 1: blackmail on you, or the flip side of that, you're
- 1:37Speaker 1: in cahoots with him, right? Those are the only two options.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Those visitors included Epstein's appeals attorney, Alan Dershowitz. That's, we
- 1:47Speaker 1: would expect that, right? Alan Dershowitz has always had a
- 1:51Speaker 1: built-in alibi for why he's spending time with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:54Speaker 1: being his lawyer. So you kind of can look at
- 1:58Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz and shrug your shoulders and say, alright, I
- 2:00Speaker 1: see why Dirty Dersh is there. Dershowitz, who showed up
- 2:05Speaker 1: on New Year's Day of 2009... as well as Arnold
- 2:08Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi, a college friend of former President Bill Clinton,
- 2:13Speaker 1: documents show. Other visitors were two women who have been
- 2:17Speaker 1: alleged to have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, what the
- 2:22Speaker 1: hell was Paul Prosperi doing there? We all know him
- 2:26Speaker 1: and Billy Boy Clinton were real tight, but why is
- 2:29Speaker 1: he here visiting Jeffrey Epstein while he's locked up in
- 2:32Speaker 1: the Who Scout? What sort of urgent business could you
- 2:35Speaker 1: possibly have with Jeffrey Epstein that would necessitate you visiting
- 2:40Speaker 1: him while he's locked up in this stockade. I would
- 2:44Speaker 1: really love to hear some quality reasoning behind it. Epstein,
- 2:53Speaker 1: also a former friend of President Donald Trump's, pleaded guilty
- 2:56Speaker 1: in 2008 to a Florida state charge of procuring an
- 3:00Speaker 1: underage prostitute. Instead of just saying Trump's name there, it
- 3:04Speaker 1: should say friend of the so-called elite. Every single person
- 3:08Speaker 1: who's ever rubbed shoulders and elbows together in these so-called
- 3:12Speaker 1: hallowed halls of upper crust society. They're all questionable in
- 3:17Speaker 1: my opinion. He now is charged by federal prosecutors in
- 3:25Speaker 1: New York with sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from
- 3:29Speaker 1: 2002 through 2005 at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Imagine when this article first came out, how little that
- 3:40Speaker 1: they were, you know, releasing. Oh, yeah, just at his
- 3:44Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion in Manhattan. Meanwhile, this was happening not
- 3:48Speaker 1: only over state lines, folks. We all know that it
- 3:50Speaker 1: was happening. And if you want to talk about back
- 3:55Speaker 1: in the States, well, the one place nobody ever wants
- 3:58Speaker 1: to talk about is Zorro Ranch. We know it was
- 4:02Speaker 1: happening there. No state investigation. People don't even want to
- 4:07Speaker 1: talk about what happened there. Especially people who are, you know,
- 4:11Speaker 1: hip to what happened there. People who live there, people
- 4:13Speaker 1: who live through it, people who might have, you know,
- 4:16Speaker 1: some kind of connection still to pensions or whatever. Nobody
- 4:20Speaker 1: wants to, you know, kick that viper's nest at all.
- 4:23Speaker 1: But the fact is, this was much more than just
- 4:26Speaker 1: New York and Florida. Among his most frequent visitors in
- 4:31Speaker 1: jail was Prosperi, who had become friends with Clinton when
- 4:35Speaker 1: they attended Georgetown University together, where he ran Clinton's campaign
- 4:40Speaker 1: for student body president. Records show that Prosperi visited Epstein
- 4:45Speaker 1: at least 20 times. I mean, really? What are you doing, bro?
- 4:50Speaker 1: An attorney who later raised funds for Clinton, Prosperi had
- 4:53Speaker 1: his own criminal sentence for filing false tax returns, commuted
- 4:57Speaker 1: to house arrest on Clinton's last day of office in
- 5:01Speaker 1: the White House in 2001. Now, how funny is that, huh?
- 5:07Speaker 1: How much money did Jeffrey Epstein allegedly give to Bill Clinton,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's foundation, and the rest of it? So... Is
- 5:17Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi there to make sure the image isn't tarnished?
- 5:22Speaker 1: What's the conversation about? Why would you have to go
- 5:26Speaker 1: there 20 times? Again, it doesn't make any sense at all.
- 5:31Speaker 1: While you're visiting a sex predator 20 times when it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: known that you're one of Bill Clinton's pitchmen, one of
- 5:38Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's inside guys. You know, a dude who was
- 5:42Speaker 1: rivaling Doug Band as far as access goes when we're
- 5:45Speaker 1: talking about Clintonistas. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by Snopes.com
- 5:54Speaker 1: describes a dinner hosted by Revlon chief Ron Perlman and
- 5:59Speaker 1: his wife with guests including Clinton, who was president at
- 6:02Speaker 1: the time, Prosperi, and Epstein. Yeah, well, we know that
- 6:08Speaker 1: Revlon and Ron Perlman specifically was a huge friend to
- 6:14Speaker 1: Epstein and a big-time benefactor to Epstein as well. All
- 6:19Speaker 1: of these people who were rubbing shoulders, all of these
- 6:22Speaker 1: people who go to these art galas and yuck it
- 6:25Speaker 1: up together in front of the bright lights with the
- 6:30Speaker 1: poster board repeaters behind them. Every single one of these people,
- 6:36Speaker 1: they were all connected. They were all hanging out together.
- 6:39Speaker 1: That's why it's laughable when any of them act like
- 6:41Speaker 1: they have no idea what was going on. Like this
- 6:44Speaker 1: was a well-kept secret. Other guests at the dinner included
- 6:51Speaker 1: actor Don Johnson, singer Jimmy Buffett, and Don Fowler, the
- 6:56Speaker 1: then co-chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Boy, a who's who, huh?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Got all of the big dogs there. All of the
- 7:05Speaker 1: people that are going to tell you how bad you are. Remember,
- 7:08Speaker 1: these are the very same people that are breaking bread
- 7:10Speaker 1: with Epstein. And then you wonder why I don't take
- 7:13Speaker 1: any of them seriously on either side of the aisle.
- 7:16Speaker 1: I have no desire to listen to any of them, honestly.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Both sides are ridiculous. You hear the nonsense they talk about,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and then the people that go out and parrot that
- 7:26Speaker 1: shit to continue to divide the communities, to continue to
- 7:30Speaker 1: make shit harder on each other, I just don't understand it.
- 7:33Speaker 1: But there's a whole army of these blue check marks
- 7:36Speaker 1: out there. Oh, don't look at this one's behavior because
- 7:41Speaker 1: of the other one's behavior. How about we look at
- 7:43Speaker 1: all of their behavior and find it all disgusting? I
- 7:47Speaker 1: don't care if you're talking Trump or Biden's son with
- 7:50Speaker 1: the laptop. All of that shit's disgusting. You really think
- 7:53Speaker 1: that's what we need as a nation running the country?
- 7:56Speaker 1: These kind of people? You can find all these people
- 8:00Speaker 1: to try out for American Idol. You mean to tell
- 8:03Speaker 1: me we only have a handful of people who are
- 8:05Speaker 1: qualified to be the president of the United States and
- 8:08Speaker 1: all of them happen to be old as fuck? Stop it.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I'm done with all of it. Clinton's spokesman has said
- 8:17Speaker 1: that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade ago
- 8:20Speaker 1: and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday,
- 8:23Speaker 1: a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment.
- 8:28Speaker 1: They never will. And when they do, we get that
- 8:30Speaker 1: canned-ass statement filled with lies that the legacy media still
- 8:34Speaker 1: isn't calling them on, by the way. So we'll keep prodding.
- 8:36Speaker 1: We'll keep poking over here. But the fact is this.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Bill Clinton has been less than truthful about a lot
- 8:43Speaker 1: of things, but certainly about his relationships, Dershowitz spent much
- 8:49Speaker 1: of the morning on January 1st, 2009 with Epstein, according
- 8:53Speaker 1: to records. In a statement to CNBC, Dershowitz said, Now look, again,
- 8:58Speaker 1: out of all these people, as much as it pains
- 8:59Speaker 1: me to say, Dershowitz actually has a reason to be there.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Dude was, he was his lawyer. Now, I'm not saying
- 9:13Speaker 1: they weren't discussing other shit, they might have been, but
- 9:16Speaker 1: he actually has a legit reason to be there, considering
- 9:19Speaker 1: he was the lawyer on the case, or at least
- 9:21Speaker 1: one of those lawyers. Later that same holiday, Prosperi came
- 9:25Speaker 1: by to see Epstein, as did Joseph Pagano, who has
- 9:29Speaker 1: the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported to
- 9:32Speaker 1: be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to reach Pagano. Again,
- 9:37Speaker 1: you see what I'm talking about with the financial sector, folks?
- 9:40Speaker 1: You see what I mean? You see why they're always
- 9:42Speaker 1: in my crosshairs when we're talking about people related to Epstein?
- 9:48Speaker 1: Without all of these people in the financial world, without
- 9:50Speaker 1: all of these bankers, hedge fund managers, investors, all of
- 9:55Speaker 1: these folks that are playing in the big leagues, None
- 9:58Speaker 1: of this could have happened because Epstein, his money couldn't
- 10:01Speaker 1: have pumped through the heart of the regular financial system
- 10:04Speaker 1: without raising more than an eyebrow. And of course, you
- 10:08Speaker 1: can't have everybody on the take, right? So you go
- 10:11Speaker 1: get the big wigs on the take. Your boys like,
- 10:13Speaker 1: you know, Jess Staley, your boys like Leon Black. get
- 10:18Speaker 1: them involved with it, with the scam, with the plot,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and then everything seems to take care of itself, doesn't it?
- 10:25Speaker 1: Other notable visitors were two of Epstein's co-alleged co-conspirators, Nadia
- 10:32Speaker 1: Marchenko and Sarah Kellen. Combined, the two made over 70
- 10:37Speaker 1: visits to Palm Beach County Jail, record show. Now look,
- 10:41Speaker 1: when it comes to Sarah Kellen Vickers, I have zero
- 10:44Speaker 1: remorse for this lady. I don't think that She is
- 10:49Speaker 1: somebody who's in a position to try and, you know,
- 10:52Speaker 1: position herself as a victim here. She went into this
- 10:56Speaker 1: with open eyes as an adult. You know, hey, look,
- 10:59Speaker 1: you might have had a rough, a rough, bumpy past.
- 11:01Speaker 1: You were a Jehovah's Witness, whatever. How many people have
- 11:04Speaker 1: had harder upbringings? I know personally people with way harder
- 11:07Speaker 1: upbringings than any one of these so-called rough go of
- 11:13Speaker 1: it people as far as, you know, Epstein's co-conspirators here.
- 11:17Speaker 1: You didn't have a hard life. Stop. Certainly nothing in
- 11:21Speaker 1: your life that would okay you to engage in the
- 11:25Speaker 1: behavior that you were engaging with Epstein. Of course, it's
- 11:30Speaker 1: some of the most deplorable shit ever. But when you
- 11:33Speaker 1: talk about Nadia, a little different, right? And again, we
- 11:38Speaker 1: don't know the whole story yet. Very hard to, you know,
- 11:41Speaker 1: find out what's fact and what's fiction. And so... What
- 11:46Speaker 1: we have to go on is bad news. The fact
- 11:48Speaker 1: that she was sold to Jeffrey Epstein at like 15
- 11:51Speaker 1: years old, according to the reports. And that alone right there,
- 11:56Speaker 1: it puts her in a different stratosphere than these other co-conspirators.
- 12:01Speaker 1: At least in my opinion, anyway. Now, does it absolve
- 12:04Speaker 1: her of all of her wrongs? Look, I'm not the jury.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And I think that when you commit crimes, there's punishment
- 12:13Speaker 1: that has to come. But what that punishment is, I
- 12:15Speaker 1: don't know. Now, again, when we're talking about somebody with
- 12:19Speaker 1: such a difficult story, you know, background, it's hard because
- 12:27Speaker 1: she certainly was somebody who was groomed and victimized and
- 12:32Speaker 1: probably had her whole entire thought pattern changed by this guy.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Imagine being put into his clutches at 15, Ghislaine Maxwell
- 12:41Speaker 1: and this dude molding you and branding you and making
- 12:45Speaker 1: you be what they want you to be and normalizing
- 12:47Speaker 1: this behavior after you come from wherever you come from,
- 12:51Speaker 1: a place that's, you know, war-torn or it's a developing
- 12:54Speaker 1: nation or you come from an orphanage where your parents
- 12:57Speaker 1: might have passed away and you come into this opulence
- 13:00Speaker 1: and all of this luxury, you think that this is
- 13:03Speaker 1: the normal behavior of people that live like this. And
- 13:08Speaker 1: it's very unfortunate that something like this could even occur, honestly.
- 13:13Speaker 1: But when we talk about the core four, she's the
- 13:15Speaker 1: only one where I have any pause whatsoever when it
- 13:19Speaker 1: comes to harsh prison sentences. Kellen, according to court documents
- 13:25Speaker 1: obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest
- 13:28Speaker 1: aides in the 2000s. She now goes by the name
- 13:31Speaker 1: Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Nadia Marcinkova is now a certified FAA pilot and flight instructor.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Neither Kellen nor Marcinkova have been criminally charged. A non-prosecution
- 13:47Speaker 1: agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Miami in
- 13:51Speaker 1: 2007 explicitly said that his alleged co-conspirators would not be
- 13:57Speaker 1: criminally charged. And that right away sets off alarm bells, right?
- 14:02Speaker 1: Who has a carte blanche kind of a non-prosecution agreement?
- 14:08Speaker 1: where it doesn't even name the co-conspirators. It's anyone, basically
- 14:12Speaker 1: anyone related to anything related to the case. They're covered
- 14:16Speaker 1: by this plea deal down in Florida. Who the hell
- 14:19Speaker 1: gets a plea deal like that worked out in their
- 14:22Speaker 1: favor and then has the government sign off on it?
- 14:26Speaker 1: It's unheard of. I've never seen anything like it ever
- 14:29Speaker 1: in my life. Alex Acosta, who was U.S. attorney in
- 14:33Speaker 1: Miami at the time, oversaw the deal. On Friday, Acosta
- 14:37Speaker 1: resigned as Trump's labor secretary amid criticism of his handling
- 14:41Speaker 1: of the Epstein case more than a decade ago. Igor Zinoviev,
- 14:46Speaker 1: a Russian who was a former martial artist, also made
- 14:49Speaker 1: his way to Epstein's jail cell. Now, remember, we did
- 14:54Speaker 1: an article about Igor. He was an ex-MMA fighter who
- 14:58Speaker 1: was Epstein's bodyguard. And he had some pretty interesting things
- 15:03Speaker 1: to say in that interview as well. I posted that
- 15:06Speaker 1: a while back. You can find it in the catalog
- 15:08Speaker 1: under Epstein's Bodyguard. No one visited Epstein more than Story Cowles,
- 15:14Speaker 1: who was reportedly his personal assistant. Cowles visited Epstein nearly
- 15:19Speaker 1: 130 times. At times, Cowles signed in as a paralegal.
- 15:24Speaker 1: His online profile says that he is currently an investment
- 15:27Speaker 1: banker at Tobin & Company. Imagine that, another investment banker, huh?
- 15:32Speaker 1: Story Cal's another less-known player on the stage. A two-bit actor, really.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Nothing more than a gopher. An errand boy. Nobody, not
- 15:41Speaker 1: a big shot in the whole entire grand scheme of things,
- 15:45Speaker 1: but certainly somebody that was acting as a gopher. The
- 15:48Speaker 1: question is, what was Story Cowles doing meeting with Epstein?
- 15:52Speaker 1: What sort of information was being passed on? What was
- 15:55Speaker 1: he gleaning from these trips? And then what was he
- 15:58Speaker 1: disseminating after he'd go back and talk to whoever it
- 16:01Speaker 1: was he was talking to? Epstein finished his 13-month stint
- 16:07Speaker 1: in jail with at least 340 visits from a mix
- 16:10Speaker 1: of about two dozen friends and colleagues and attorneys, among
- 16:14Speaker 1: other associates, the documents show. Two process servers also visited Epstein,
- 16:20Speaker 1: as did a psychiatric doctor. An attorney for Epstein did
- 16:24Speaker 1: not return a request for comment. Dershowitz and Kals did
- 16:27Speaker 1: not return requests for comment, while the other visitors could
- 16:31Speaker 1: not be reached. Prosperi died in 2016. Well, that's convenient
- 16:35Speaker 1: for everybody involved, isn't it? Epstein was arrested last Saturday
- 16:41Speaker 1: on the new federal charges filed in New York. He
- 16:45Speaker 1: is being held without bail, but is due to appear
- 16:48Speaker 1: at a detention hearing on Monday. Prosecutors in a court
- 16:52Speaker 1: filing on Friday said he is worth more than $ 500
- 16:55Speaker 1: million and in recent months has made payments to potential witnesses.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Of course he did. They were hush payments. And we
- 17:02Speaker 1: know that he had all of that money on tap
- 17:04Speaker 1: and on hand in the house, in the safe, so
- 17:08Speaker 1: he can make these payments off. This is how he operated. Epstein,
- 17:15Speaker 1: who ran his firm out of the U.S. Virgin Islands,
- 17:17Speaker 1: historically has had ties to a few wealthy executives and politicians.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Les Wexner, the chairman of L Brands, was known to
- 17:24Speaker 1: be one of his clients before he was first sentenced
- 17:27Speaker 1: a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered a 990 tax document
- 17:32Speaker 1: showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest non-profit organizations. And
- 17:37Speaker 1: the funny thing is, they won't go deeper than that,
- 17:40Speaker 1: but the reality is, come on. You really think Epstein
- 17:43Speaker 1: used his own money? Or was it recycled money just refunneled,
- 17:47Speaker 1: less Wexner's money, into a charitable organization under another name
- 17:51Speaker 1: so that they can get the benefits of it? We
- 17:53Speaker 1: all know how this works by now, come on. He
- 17:57Speaker 1: also was a top donor to Representative Stacey Plaskett, Democrat,
- 18:01Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to give his
- 18:05Speaker 1: contributions away to charity after outrage on social media. So again,
- 18:10Speaker 1: with Denise George down in the Virgin Islands, maybe she
- 18:13Speaker 1: should talk to Stacey Plaskett. What was Stacey Plaskett doing
- 18:16Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein's donations and why was Epstein so comfortable
- 18:20Speaker 1: giving her all that dough? Maybe that's the question she
- 18:23Speaker 1: should ask. All right, folks, that's going to do it.
- 18:26Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 18:28Speaker 1: at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
- 18:38Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
- 18:46Speaker 1: link that we discussed can be found in the description box.
- 18:50Speaker 1: All right, everybody, until later on. So this article, like
- 18:53Speaker 1: I said, is from CNBC. And the headline is, Jeffrey
- 18:57Speaker 1: Epstein Jail Logs. Accused child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz,
- 19:02Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's friend, and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago. Published Friday,
- 19:08Speaker 1: July 12, 2019. The article was written by Brian Schwartz
- 19:10Speaker 1: and Dan Mangan. Wealthy financier, pedophile, and accused child sex
- 19:23Speaker 1: abuser Jeffrey Epstein had a revolving cast of characters take
- 19:26Speaker 1: turns visiting him in a Palm Beach County, Florida, jail
- 19:30Speaker 1: while serving a 13-month criminal sentence in 2008 and 2009,
- 19:36Speaker 1: according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday. Those
- 19:44Speaker 1: visitors included Epstein's appeal attorney, Alan Dershowitz, who showed up
- 19:48Speaker 1: on New Year's Day 2008. as well as Arnold Paul Prosperi,
- 19:53Speaker 1: a college friend of former President Bill Clinton, documents show.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Other visitors were two women who have been alleged to
- 19:59Speaker 1: have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, why would Dershowitz be
- 20:04Speaker 1: showing up there on New Year's Day? Does that make sense?
- 20:09Speaker 1: He shows up for all of his clients? Did he
- 20:10Speaker 1: show up for all of his clients on New Year's Day?
- 20:12Speaker 1: Or was it only for his good pal Jeffrey Epstein?
- 20:16Speaker 1: And don't even get me started on Paul Prosperi. Paul
- 20:18Speaker 1: Prosperi was a dirtbag, a guy that was pardoned, I
- 20:22Speaker 1: guess pardoned or his sentence was communed, whatever, either way,
- 20:26Speaker 1: by Bill Clinton on Bill Clinton's last day in office.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I mean, this is a guy that I've been aware
- 20:32Speaker 1: of for a very long time, and I knew that
- 20:35Speaker 1: he was, you know, friendly with Jeffrey Epstein, but I,
- 20:40Speaker 1: you know... The circle is so small, folks, right? When
- 20:44Speaker 1: you start looking at all of this, all of these
- 20:46Speaker 1: people are connected, all of these people know each other,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and it just goes to show you that this so-called
- 20:52Speaker 1: polite New York society is anything but. It disgusts me, honestly,
- 20:56Speaker 1: the way that they conduct themselves. We heard in an
- 21:00Speaker 1: article we read a while back, I believe it was
- 21:02Speaker 1: in the New Yorker, from a socialite who is part
- 21:06Speaker 1: of that so-called polite society. And according to that socialite,
- 21:11Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what you do. If you have enough money,
- 21:14Speaker 1: you can buy your way back into polite society. And
- 21:17Speaker 1: that's how they roll. They don't care. I mean, what
- 21:19Speaker 1: do they care about any of our children or about
- 21:22Speaker 1: the way we live or if we starve to death
- 21:24Speaker 1: or whatever it may be? The polite society doesn't care. Oh,
- 21:27Speaker 1: they'll let on like they care and they'll scream from
- 21:29Speaker 1: their ivory towers. and talk about, oh, how dare you
- 21:33Speaker 1: not help your fellow man. Meanwhile, when the shit goes
- 21:36Speaker 1: south like it is in New York right now, they
- 21:38Speaker 1: all run away to Montauk and to the Hamptons so
- 21:40Speaker 1: they can hide. And that's typical behavior for these cowards.
- 21:45Speaker 1: You know, they like to put on a good face.
- 21:47Speaker 1: They like to put on a front. And then when
- 21:49Speaker 1: the chips are down and when they need to live
- 21:52Speaker 1: by what they preach and they need to stand behind
- 21:54Speaker 1: their virtue signaling, well, all of a sudden they can't
- 21:57Speaker 1: do that. All of a sudden it's run for the
- 21:59Speaker 1: hills and leave all of the poor people to fend
- 22:02Speaker 1: for themselves. The hypocrisy from so-called polite society in New
- 22:07Speaker 1: York is... obvious, okay? You just see it over and
- 22:13Speaker 1: over and over again, and this last instance of them
- 22:16Speaker 1: running away up to Montauk and the Hamptons is just
- 22:18Speaker 1: another example. We saw the worst of the worst when
- 22:23Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, though. The way that they
- 22:26Speaker 1: all looked the other way, the way they were all
- 22:28Speaker 1: willing to welcome him back into polite society after they
- 22:32Speaker 1: all knew what he'd done and what he was up to,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and it all comes down to money and power for
- 22:37Speaker 1: these people. consolidation of power and building even more wealth.
- 22:42Speaker 1: I'm not talking about, you know, a couple of million.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I'm talking about generational wealth. That's what they're all looking
- 22:48Speaker 1: to build. And every single one of them is jockeying
- 22:51Speaker 1: within their circle. And the rest of us, well, like
- 22:55Speaker 1: they say in George R.R. Martin's books, it's us who
- 22:58Speaker 1: suffer when the kings and queens play their game of thrones.
- 23:02Speaker 1: And that's what we see from these people. They truly
- 23:04Speaker 1: believe that there are aristocracy. They truly believe that there
- 23:08Speaker 1: are lords and our ladies to rule over us as
- 23:10Speaker 1: they wish. And, you know, you have to ask yourself,
- 23:14Speaker 1: do you want to be a citizen or a subject?
- 23:16Speaker 1: And they certainly don't look at us as citizens. They
- 23:19Speaker 1: look at us as subjects. And you see the way
- 23:21Speaker 1: it is. You just see how it is. These people
- 23:23Speaker 1: that are like Dershowitz and this Paul Prosperi character, oh,
- 23:28Speaker 1: they don't have any qualms about going to visit Epstein.
- 23:31Speaker 1: They don't care what you or I think because they're
- 23:34Speaker 1: buddies in high society. Well, they'll just welcome them right
- 23:37Speaker 1: back into the club. Epstein's also a former friend of
- 23:42Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's. Epstein, also a former friend of President
- 23:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump's, pleaded guilty in 2008 to a Florida state
- 23:50Speaker 1: charge of procuring an underage prostitute. No such thing. I
- 23:55Speaker 1: hate when I always have to say it, but every
- 23:57Speaker 1: time one of these articles pumps that out, I'm going
- 24:00Speaker 1: to mention it. A child cannot be a prostitute. He
- 24:06Speaker 1: now is charged by federal prosecutors in New York with
- 24:09Speaker 1: sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005
- 24:14Speaker 1: at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion. And it's
- 24:19Speaker 1: funny that none of the Zorro Ranch wasn't mentioned in there, right?
- 24:24Speaker 1: It wasn't mentioned in the complaint, not in this article,
- 24:27Speaker 1: and neither is the Virgin Islands mentioned in this article.
- 24:30Speaker 1: And I know for a fact 100% that abuse took
- 24:34Speaker 1: place in both places. In Santa Fe, Zorro Ranch, I
- 24:41Speaker 1: talked to my own sources down there who told me
- 24:45Speaker 1: what the deal was going on, and we've also heard
- 24:48Speaker 1: from numerous other people as well as the girls who
- 24:51Speaker 1: were abused there. So I always, it's one of those
- 24:55Speaker 1: things that just is up there with, you know, how
- 24:58Speaker 1: the universe was created. You know, what comes first, the
- 25:01Speaker 1: chicken before the egg. And that question is, that question is,
- 25:05Speaker 1: why hasn't the Zorro Ranch been raided? It's one of
- 25:08Speaker 1: those cosmic questions that nobody has an answer to, I guess.
- 25:11Speaker 1: You know, where's Atlantis? Was there really a Minotaur on Crete?
- 25:15Speaker 1: You know, I have questions and nobody seems to have answers.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Among his most frequent visitors in jail was Prosperi, who
- 25:25Speaker 1: had become friends with Clinton when they attended Georgetown University together,
- 25:29Speaker 1: where he ran Clinton's campaign for student body president. Records
- 25:33Speaker 1: show that Prosperi visited Epstein at least 20 times. You know,
- 25:37Speaker 1: it's funny to me that the Clintons have such close
- 25:41Speaker 1: ties to Jeffrey Epstein. I am talking very, very close ties.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Big time money bundler for them was very close to
- 25:49Speaker 1: a lot of people who were big time Clinton allies
- 25:53Speaker 1: and operatives. We're talking Doug Band, Paul Prosperi, etc., etc.,
- 25:58Speaker 1: You know, this is something that should get more scrutiny.
- 26:00Speaker 1: This is something that should be a story that the
- 26:03Speaker 1: media is running with the same way we see the
- 26:06Speaker 1: English media running with the Andrew story. And somehow this
- 26:09Speaker 1: story has not found its legs here in America. Somehow
- 26:12Speaker 1: people have not really sunk their teeth into this and
- 26:15Speaker 1: went after it. We know that Clinton lied about being
- 26:18Speaker 1: at the Zorro Ranch. We know that. We've heard from
- 26:22Speaker 1: several sources, and I had someone confirm that to me personally.
- 26:26Speaker 1: So we know that he was at that ranch. We
- 26:28Speaker 1: know that he was in the Virgin Islands. We know
- 26:31Speaker 1: all of this. And now I'm not saying he was
- 26:33Speaker 1: involved in abusing anybody. No girls have come forward and
- 26:36Speaker 1: said that. But what I am saying is he has
- 26:39Speaker 1: a pattern of lying and they certainly have financial ties
- 26:42Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. And where did that money come from?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Did that money that Jeffrey Epstein pumped into the Clinton
- 26:48Speaker 1: Foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative, was that money... made
- 26:54Speaker 1: through ill-gotten gains, and if so, that would make both
- 26:58Speaker 1: of those organizations who received money from him part of
- 27:01Speaker 1: this criminal conspiracy, at least under RICO laws. So how
- 27:04Speaker 1: is Clinton escaping so much scrutiny in this case? I
- 27:09Speaker 1: just don't understand. You would think that the media would
- 27:11Speaker 1: be all over this, that people with big resources would
- 27:15Speaker 1: be trying to bust this case wide open and see
- 27:18Speaker 1: what Clinton's involvement truly was. Because if we're demanding that
- 27:21Speaker 1: Prince Andrew be subpoenaed and testify, well, I think that
- 27:25Speaker 1: Bill Clinton should definitely have to testify in this case, too.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And everybody else brought up in court documents, including Trump.
- 27:32Speaker 1: But to think that Bill Clinton isn't getting any pub
- 27:34Speaker 1: in this, and to think that people are leaving him
- 27:37Speaker 1: out of this story and focusing on, you know, other
- 27:40Speaker 1: aspects of it, like Andrew, which is definitely super important,
- 27:43Speaker 1: by the way. I approve of that 100%, 1000%, and
- 27:47Speaker 1: believe that even more scrutiny is necessary. What I'm trying
- 27:50Speaker 1: to say, though, is you see the scrutiny that's going
- 27:52Speaker 1: on with Andrew. And in America, you don't see any
- 27:55Speaker 1: of that with Bill Clinton. And I think it's a travesty.
- 27:59Speaker 1: I think that Bill Clinton should definitely be under the
- 28:01Speaker 1: microscope in this case. An attorney who later raised funds
- 28:06Speaker 1: for Clinton, Prosperi had his own criminal sentencing for filing
- 28:10Speaker 1: false tax returns, commuted to house arrest on Clinton's last
- 28:14Speaker 1: day of office in the White House in 2001. Again,
- 28:18Speaker 1: very close ties with Bill Clinton and Paul Prosperi. And
- 28:21Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi, in return, visited Epstein 20 times while he
- 28:26Speaker 1: was in prison. Now, I'm sure that Prosperi was passing
- 28:30Speaker 1: messages back and forth for Jeffrey and Bill. We know
- 28:33Speaker 1: that they were close friends. There's no denying that. There's
- 28:36Speaker 1: no way to sugarcoat that. Just like there's no way
- 28:38Speaker 1: to sugarcoat that Trump and Epstein were rolling together in
- 28:41Speaker 1: the early 90s at the very least. There's zero way
- 28:44Speaker 1: to sugarcoat that. Anyone who is trying to avoid that
- 28:47Speaker 1: fact or those facts is playing games. And that's just,
- 28:52Speaker 1: we're not going to do that here. So, as much
- 28:55Speaker 1: as we see that, you know, Clinton had these ties,
- 29:01Speaker 1: we can't forget that Trump also had these ties. And
- 29:04Speaker 1: what it does, folks, right, it's not a, oh, well,
- 29:07Speaker 1: a gotcha moment or whataboutism or anything like that. What
- 29:10Speaker 1: it does is it just shows you how wide-ranging this was.
- 29:14Speaker 1: and how people from all sides of the political aisle
- 29:17Speaker 1: and from all bends knew about what was going on,
- 29:20Speaker 1: and knew who Jeffrey Epstein was, and nobody did anything
- 29:24Speaker 1: about it. So there's plenty of blame to go around
- 29:26Speaker 1: to all of these major politicians and all of these
- 29:29Speaker 1: supposed power brokers who were hanging out in Epstein's circles,
- 29:33Speaker 1: who knew that he was hanging out with young girls.
- 29:36Speaker 1: That goes for Trump, that goes for Clinton, and that
- 29:38Speaker 1: goes for the rest of them, especially these donors like
- 29:41Speaker 1: Doug Bandt and Paul Prosperi these guys are basically lobbyists
- 29:46Speaker 1: if anybody has the ear of Clinton it's guys like
- 29:49Speaker 1: this And for them to have this sort of access
- 29:52Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and to think that they're not going
- 29:54Speaker 1: back and reporting to Clinton or they're not being a
- 29:57Speaker 1: go-between for the Clintons, it's naive at best, folks, okay?
- 30:01Speaker 1: It's naive at best. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by Snopes.com
- 30:08Speaker 1: describes a dinner hosted by Revlon chief Ron Perelman and
- 30:13Speaker 1: his wife with guests including Clinton, who was president at
- 30:16Speaker 1: the time, Prosperi, and Epstein. 1995, folks. We know for
- 30:24Speaker 1: a fact that Epstein was going to the White House
- 30:26Speaker 1: and visiting Clinton as well. That's already been documented. So, again,
- 30:31Speaker 1: there are serious ties there. And I'm not talking about
- 30:35Speaker 1: from the sexual misconduct aspect. Let me be very clear
- 30:38Speaker 1: with Bill Clinton. There's no evidence that points in that direction.
- 30:42Speaker 1: My question is with the money. Where did this money
- 30:44Speaker 1: come from that Epstein was pumping into these foundations? Epstein,
- 30:49Speaker 1: we know that all of his money basically was received
- 30:52Speaker 1: with ill-gotten gains. He was up to all sorts of
- 30:54Speaker 1: money laundering and shit. We know that. So the money
- 30:59Speaker 1: he was pumping to the Clinton Foundation and into Bill
- 31:02Speaker 1: Clinton's pockets and into, you know, the initiative, where did
- 31:06Speaker 1: that money come from? Because again, this all needs to
- 31:09Speaker 1: be scrutinized. Where is the outrage over this? Where is
- 31:14Speaker 1: the uproar? And I'm not just talking about from the public.
- 31:17Speaker 1: What about from people in the Justice Department? What about
- 31:20Speaker 1: people in the FBI? If we know this, if this
- 31:24Speaker 1: article has been out since July 12th of 2019, and
- 31:28Speaker 1: this information has been in the public view for that long,
- 31:33Speaker 1: you mean to tell me that they don't know about this?
- 31:36Speaker 1: The prosecutors don't know about this? How much more evidence
- 31:40Speaker 1: do they need of what's going on here? And how
- 31:42Speaker 1: much more evidence do they need, at the very least,
- 31:44Speaker 1: to initiate a huge investigation? Because there's no signs that
- 31:48Speaker 1: that's even going on. Well, I will say this, though,
- 31:51Speaker 1: about that. If there is a huge investigation ongoing, the
- 31:55Speaker 1: FBI is going to definitely play their cards close to
- 31:58Speaker 1: their vest when it comes to that. We're not going
- 32:00Speaker 1: to hear any declaration of that. So... This could all
- 32:04Speaker 1: be being investigated as we speak, right? And in a
- 32:08Speaker 1: perfect world, that's what would be occurring. But we know
- 32:12Speaker 1: this isn't a perfect world. And we know we're not
- 32:15Speaker 1: dealing with the most stand-up characters when it comes to
- 32:18Speaker 1: the Justice Department and the current regime. So we can't
- 32:21Speaker 1: really have faith that that's happening. So we have to
- 32:24Speaker 1: continue to ask these questions until it occurs. We have
- 32:28Speaker 1: to continue to bring this stuff up until it occurs.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Other guests at that dinner included actor Don Johnson, singer
- 32:41Speaker 1: Jimmy Buffett, and Don Fowler, and then co-chairman of the
- 32:45Speaker 1: Democratic National Committee. Now, what I will say is this.
- 32:49Speaker 1: That was in 1995, so it wasn't on record what
- 32:53Speaker 1: Epstein was yet, but I will say this as well.
- 32:58Speaker 1: It wasn't like this started overnight. So, even though Epstein
- 33:02Speaker 1: wasn't on anyone's radar as a child abuser then, it
- 33:07Speaker 1: doesn't mean that he wasn't up to that. And I
- 33:09Speaker 1: have a sneaking suspicion that he was, considering what he
- 33:12Speaker 1: did to Maria Farmer right around the same time. So,
- 33:16Speaker 1: I have a hard time believing that even in 95,
- 33:20Speaker 1: these people hanging out around him, they had no idea
- 33:22Speaker 1: who he is. But, when we talk about just going
- 33:25Speaker 1: to a dinner, I'm not going to say that Don
- 33:27Speaker 1: Johnson or Jimmy Buffett or Don Fowler... were involved in
- 33:33Speaker 1: any sort of trafficking or anything like that. We don't
- 33:36Speaker 1: know that. But what it does, again, is it provides
- 33:39Speaker 1: a bigger picture for everybody to see how Epstein was
- 33:42Speaker 1: welcomed inside of this polite society for decades, even after
- 33:47Speaker 1: his arrest. But even back then, everybody knew what he
- 33:51Speaker 1: was up to. Everybody you talked to who knew Jeffrey
- 33:53Speaker 1: Epstein knew that he had these sort of proclivities, knew
- 33:56Speaker 1: that he was a pretty sick guy. Clinton's spokesman has
- 34:00Speaker 1: said that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade
- 34:02Speaker 1: ago and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday,
- 34:07Speaker 1: a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment.
- 34:11Speaker 1: That's shocking, huh? I mean, wow. Clinton didn't return a
- 34:16Speaker 1: request for comment? Of course he didn't. He knows. Clinton
- 34:19Speaker 1: knows what's up. Look. One thing I will say for
- 34:22Speaker 1: Bill Clinton is he is a political animal. The guy
- 34:25Speaker 1: knows the deal. He's not going to step in it
- 34:27Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew. There's zero chance that happens. If Clinton
- 34:31Speaker 1: ever gets caught up in this, it's going to be
- 34:33Speaker 1: because of good police work. He's not going to step
- 34:36Speaker 1: in it. He's not going to make it easy for investigators.
- 34:39Speaker 1: He's not going to make it easy for anyone sitting
- 34:41Speaker 1: down and talking to him. The guy is sharp when
- 34:43Speaker 1: it comes to politics, and there's no doubt about that.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Dershowitz spent much of the morning on January 1st, 2009
- 34:51Speaker 1: with Epstein, according to records. In a statement to CNBC,
- 34:56Speaker 1: Dershowitz said, I always visit clients in prison. We discuss
- 35:00Speaker 1: legal issues. It was not a personal visit. It was professional.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Easy for him to say, right? Attorney-client privilege. Nobody knows
- 35:08Speaker 1: what they were talking about. We're not privy to that conversation.
- 35:11Speaker 1: And on January 1st, huh? I wonder if we looked
- 35:14Speaker 1: at the records, how many of your other clients have
- 35:16Speaker 1: you visited on January 1st, Mr. I-didn't-take-my-underwear-off-so-it's-okay Dershowitz? We're not
- 35:23Speaker 1: buying your story, Mr. Dershowitz. Not here on the Jeffrey
- 35:26Speaker 1: Epstein Show, that's for sure. Later that same holiday, Prosperi
- 35:31Speaker 1: came by to see Epstein, as did Joseph Pagano, who
- 35:35Speaker 1: has the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported
- 35:38Speaker 1: to be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to
- 35:41Speaker 1: reach Pagano. Of course they were. Again, these people are
- 35:45Speaker 1: all sick. And what'll happen is, when they get called
- 35:47Speaker 1: on the carpet, their excuse will be, well, I had
- 35:50Speaker 1: no idea what he was. I didn't know he was
- 35:52Speaker 1: up to that. We didn't know. Come on, you can't
- 35:55Speaker 1: hold us responsible. We didn't know. Meanwhile, they're all hanging
- 35:59Speaker 1: out at parties with him. People don't whisper. People don't talk.
- 36:02Speaker 1: We see how Jeffrey Epstein was, how brazen he was,
- 36:06Speaker 1: how he talked to Bradley Edwards even. You think Jeffrey
- 36:09Speaker 1: Epstein was the kind of guy that was keeping these secrets?
- 36:11Speaker 1: Stop it. Not among his buddies, not amongst his fellow
- 36:14Speaker 1: travelers in so-called polite society. Other notable visitors were two
- 36:21Speaker 1: of Epstein's alleged co-conspirators, Nadia Marcinkova and Sarah Kellan. Combine
- 36:27Speaker 1: the two made over 70 visits to the Palm Beach
- 36:30Speaker 1: County Jail record show. 70 visits. 70 visits. Okay? Why
- 36:37Speaker 1: were they there 70 times? What could they possibly have
- 36:40Speaker 1: to talk about? And also, isn't it a thumb in
- 36:42Speaker 1: the eye to the survivors to know that his co-conspirators
- 36:46Speaker 1: were able to keep coming to jail and to keep
- 36:49Speaker 1: being involved in the conspiracy to keep it going? That's
- 36:53Speaker 1: what they were doing. We know that he picked up
- 36:54Speaker 1: right where he left off once he left jail. And
- 36:57Speaker 1: we even heard reports that he was up to the
- 36:59Speaker 1: same shit while he was out on work release. So
- 37:02Speaker 1: what were these girls doing there? What was Sarah Kellen
- 37:04Speaker 1: Vickers doing there? What was Nadia Marcinkova doing there? They're
- 37:08Speaker 1: not privy to lawyer-client privilege. Were those conversations recorded? If so,
- 37:13Speaker 1: where are the tapes? Kellen, according to a court document
- 37:19Speaker 1: obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest
- 37:22Speaker 1: aides in the 2000s. She now goes by the name
- 37:25Speaker 1: Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Marcinkova is now a certified FAA pilot and a flight instructor.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Neither Kellen nor Marcinkova has been criminally charged. What a
- 37:39Speaker 1: travesty to read that. It makes me mad to even
- 37:43Speaker 1: read that. How they got away with it for so
- 37:46Speaker 1: long is mind-boggling. The fact that these co-conspirators are still
- 37:51Speaker 1: being afforded the same sort of protection that they had
- 37:54Speaker 1: when Epstein was still out and running the operation, it's sickening.
- 38:02Speaker 1: A non-prosecution agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in
- 38:07Speaker 1: Miami in 2007 explicitly said that his alleged co-conspirators would
- 38:12Speaker 1: not be criminally charged. That's Epstein living up to his
- 38:16Speaker 1: end of the bargain. That's Jeffrey Epstein paying in spades.
- 38:19Speaker 1: That's Epstein letting these girls know that you keep your
- 38:22Speaker 1: mouth shut and I will keep you protected and I
- 38:24Speaker 1: will keep that bank account fat. And hell, you can
- 38:27Speaker 1: even go have offices in the building at 66th Street
- 38:30Speaker 1: that my brother owns. That was all part of their package,
- 38:33Speaker 1: their benefits. That's why they all kept quiet. That's why
- 38:36Speaker 1: none of them talked. That's why they all closed ranks
- 38:39Speaker 1: around Epstein. But now that Epstein's gone, now that their
- 38:43Speaker 1: security blanket has been ripped away from them, well, it's time.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Now is time, Mr. Berman. Alex Acosta, who was U.S.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Attorney in Miami at the time, oversaw the deal. On Friday,
- 38:55Speaker 1: Acosta resigned as Trump's Labor Secretary amid criticism of his
- 38:59Speaker 1: handling of the Epstein case more than a decade ago.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Now remember, this is an article from July of 2019.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Igor Zyanovev, a Russian who was a former martial artist,
- 39:12Speaker 1: also made his way to Epstein's jail cell. Well, we
- 39:15Speaker 1: know that he was Epstein's security guard, and we heard
- 39:18Speaker 1: what he had to say when Bradley Edwards penned those
- 39:21Speaker 1: columns for the Daily Mail. So we know that Igor
- 39:24Speaker 1: was definitely involved. Igor was his security guard. And according
- 39:28Speaker 1: to Igor, remember, he does not... believe that Epstein killed himself.
- 39:34Speaker 1: No one visited Epstein more than Story Cowles, who was
- 39:37Speaker 1: reportedly his personal assistant. Cowles visited Epstein nearly 130 times.
- 39:44Speaker 1: At times, Cowles signed in as a paralegal. His online
- 39:47Speaker 1: profile says that he is currently an investment banker at
- 39:50Speaker 1: Tobin & Company. Isn't that nice? He signed in as
- 39:53Speaker 1: a paralegal, huh? I bet you he was doing that
- 39:56Speaker 1: for one reason, folks. Attorney-client privilege. This is another guy
- 40:01Speaker 1: that we have not talked about nowhere near enough on
- 40:03Speaker 1: the podcast. Story Cows is another one of these shadowy
- 40:06Speaker 1: figures that was brought in and was working as one
- 40:09Speaker 1: of these assistants with Jeffrey Epstein. Another man who has
- 40:13Speaker 1: not been questioned, subpoenaed, brought to heel, none of it.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Still running around, having a fantastic life, I'm sure. Epstein
- 40:22Speaker 1: finished his 13-month stint in jail with at least 340
- 40:25Speaker 1: visits from a mix of about two dozen friends, colleagues,
- 40:29Speaker 1: and attorneys, among other associates the documents show. Two process
- 40:33Speaker 1: servers also visited Epstein, as did a psychiatric doctor. An
- 40:38Speaker 1: attorney for Epstein did not return a request for comment.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Dershowitz and Kals did not return a request for comment
- 40:44Speaker 1: while the other visitors could not be reached. Prosperi died
- 40:48Speaker 1: in 2016. Epstein was arrested last Saturday on new federal
- 40:53Speaker 1: charges filed in New York. He is being held without
- 40:55Speaker 1: bail but is due to appear at a detention hearing
- 40:58Speaker 1: on Monday. Prosecutors in a court filing on Friday said
- 41:02Speaker 1: he is worth more than $ 500 million and in recent
- 41:05Speaker 1: months has made payments to potential witnesses. Yes, he has.
- 41:09Speaker 1: We know that that's what he did. He spread that
- 41:11Speaker 1: dough around. That was his M.O. That was the same
- 41:14Speaker 1: way he got these politicians locked in at first. That
- 41:16Speaker 1: was the same way he was provided with enough room
- 41:19Speaker 1: to make sure that he was able to finesse his
- 41:22Speaker 1: way around the legal system. And then you add the
- 41:25Speaker 1: extra layer on top of that? The intelligence aspect of
- 41:29Speaker 1: making sure that their asset, their golden cow, their big
- 41:32Speaker 1: time information producer isn't caught up. Well, you have yourself
- 41:36Speaker 1: the perfect storm and the perfect vehicle for this disgusting
- 41:41Speaker 1: man to go about his devious, horrible way of life. Epstein,
- 41:48Speaker 1: who ran his firm out of the U.S. Virgin Islands,
- 41:51Speaker 1: historically has had ties to a few wealthy executives and politicians.
- 41:56Speaker 1: A few wealthy executives, huh? Les Wexner, chairman of L Brands,
- 42:01Speaker 1: was known to be one of his clients before he
- 42:03Speaker 1: was first sentenced a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered 990
- 42:08Speaker 1: tax documents showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest non-profit organizations.
- 42:14Speaker 1: I wonder where that money come from. I'm sure that
- 42:16Speaker 1: money was all made legit. I'm sure that money wasn't laundered.
- 42:20Speaker 1: I'm sure that money wasn't ill-gained. I'm sure that money
- 42:23Speaker 1: had nothing to do with the criminal enterprise. Nothing at all.
- 42:27Speaker 1: He was also a top donor to Representative Stacey Plaskett
- 42:32Speaker 1: of the Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to
- 42:35Speaker 1: give his contributions away to charity after outrage on social media. Again,
- 42:40Speaker 1: this is why the fact that Denise George thinks the
- 42:43Speaker 1: Virgin Islands should get any of this dough drives your
- 42:46Speaker 1: boy wild. That should not occur. That should not happen.
- 42:50Speaker 1: The Virgin Islands had a top donor to Representative Stacey
- 42:55Speaker 1: Plaskett was Jeffrey Epstein. And do you think that money
- 42:59Speaker 1: was out of the kindness of his heart? He truly
- 43:01Speaker 1: believed in her platform? He believed in her vision for
- 43:04Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands? Or was it to provide himself with
- 43:07Speaker 1: a little more protection? Another layer of protection atop another
- 43:11Speaker 1: layer of protection, etc., etc., etc., all the way up
- 43:15Speaker 1: until he is completely insulated as if he was covered
- 43:18Speaker 1: in whale blubber in the middle of the Arctic. That's
- 43:21Speaker 1: basically what was going on, and that's what the money
- 43:23Speaker 1: was for. That's why he was spreading it around so much.
- 43:26Speaker 1: And that's why I believe Denise George is completely misguided
- 43:30Speaker 1: with her jihad here to try and get that money
- 43:33Speaker 1: for the Virgin Islands. There's nobody that's going to convince
- 43:37Speaker 1: me that that's okay. That's a stance and a position
- 43:41Speaker 1: that I can't be moved from. Because anybody who thinks
- 43:45Speaker 1: they're getting any of that money... Who is not one
- 43:47Speaker 1: of the survivors... Is in for another thing. Because there
- 43:52Speaker 1: is no way that money should be distributed to anybody.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Anybody but these survivors. So again, we add more context
- 44:01Speaker 1: here with this entry to the catalog. We see... how
- 44:05Speaker 1: often and how many times Marcinkova and Kellen Vickers showed
- 44:11Speaker 1: up at that court, right? To see him, I mean,
- 44:13Speaker 1: at that jailhouse to see him. What were they doing there?
- 44:18Speaker 1: If they had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein and
- 44:19Speaker 1: they just worked for him, what were they doing there
- 44:22Speaker 1: while he was in jail? Wouldn't they be furloughed or
- 44:24Speaker 1: maybe paid a retainer to maybe keep their jobs when
- 44:27Speaker 1: they got back, slide back in the position? But no,
- 44:30Speaker 1: they're coming to visit him in jail. They're, you know,
- 44:33Speaker 1: who knows what they're doing there. Who knows what the
- 44:35Speaker 1: conversations entailed? Like I said, did they have attorney-client privilege?
- 44:40Speaker 1: If not, can we hear those tapes? Where are those tapes?
- 44:42Speaker 1: They should be introduced to the public. I think that
- 44:45Speaker 1: would be a nice step towards transparency, no? But I
- 44:49Speaker 1: don't expect transparency in this case at this point. Barr
- 44:52Speaker 1: has completely screwed everything up. He looks like he has
- 44:55Speaker 1: zero idea what he's doing when it comes to this
- 44:58Speaker 1: case especially. It's just an absolute, it's a shit show.
- 45:02Speaker 1: And Berman, I want to get on board and give
- 45:04Speaker 1: Berman some props and give him a clap and a
- 45:07Speaker 1: couple of standing ovations, but the guy's dragging his feet.
- 45:11Speaker 1: We need some movement here. We need some action. We
- 45:14Speaker 1: need something where we can say, alright, alright, these guys
- 45:17Speaker 1: aren't ignoring this. They are not ignoring a sex trafficking
- 45:20Speaker 1: ring at the highest levels of our government. I can't
- 45:25Speaker 1: even believe I'm sitting here on a podcast talking about
- 45:27Speaker 1: something like that. Something right out of a spy novel
- 45:32Speaker 1: or some crazy movie on HBO or, you know, something
- 45:35Speaker 1: like that. At least it doesn't seem like real life.
- 45:39Speaker 1: That's for sure. It doesn't seem like real life that
- 45:41Speaker 1: I'm sitting here talking about this and that we've been
- 45:43Speaker 1: here for 169 straight days talking about this. And yet
- 45:47Speaker 1: there's no arrests yet. None of these co-conspirators are wrapped
- 45:51Speaker 1: up and slammed behind the slammer. I thought Barr said
- 45:55Speaker 1: that none of them should rest easily. Well, I'm sure
- 45:58Speaker 1: they're all resting fine right now, considering that nobody's doing anything,
- 46:01Speaker 1: that nobody's getting their door kicked in, that no SWAT
- 46:04Speaker 1: teams are showing up to arrest none of these people.
- 46:06Speaker 1: I'm sure they're sleeping fine, not missing a wink. We
- 46:08Speaker 1: know Ghislaine isn't skulking around from hole to hole. We
- 46:11Speaker 1: know she's not missing a wink. So my question is, Mr. Barr, Mr. Berman,
- 46:16Speaker 1: anybody out there listening, are you folks ever going to
- 46:20Speaker 1: actually go after these people? Or are we just going
- 46:22Speaker 1: to get more lip service as you hope that this
- 46:25Speaker 1: goes away? If you think that this is going to
- 46:28Speaker 1: go away and you think that we're going to stop
- 46:31Speaker 1: talking about it and we're going to stop bringing it
- 46:33Speaker 1: up into the public conversation whenever we can, you are
- 46:37Speaker 1: sorely mistaken because this will not be wiped under the rug.
- 46:41Speaker 1: This will not be tossed away. And this will be
- 46:46Speaker 1: something that you're going to be forced to deal with
- 46:48Speaker 1: because the people demand justice. And that's it. That's it.
- 46:52Speaker 1: That's your only option at this point. Keep dragging your
- 46:54Speaker 1: feet and the criticism will continue to come. And remember,
- 47:00Speaker 1: there's elections that are coming up, right? Elections have consequences.
- 47:04Speaker 1: So all of these bureaucrats and these politicians better understand
- 47:08Speaker 1: that elections have consequences and they better do their jobs.
- 47:15Speaker 1: That's all I can say is they better do their jobs.
- 47:19Speaker 1: All right, folks, if you'd like to contact me, you
