  Speaker 1: But God brought a revelation to my heart into my

  Speaker 1: life recently, and he says, stop with the simple pride.

  Speaker 1: I said, oooh, I'm not simple, I'm not prideful, and

  Speaker 1: I believe the Lord say, yes, you are a man.

  Speaker 1: You complain about things that you are to do. Amen,

  Speaker 1: to stop with your simple pride. We're gonna be in

  Speaker 1: that Proverbs chapter number eight, verse thirteen. We're gonna start there, Amen,

  Speaker 1: that if I'm dealing with something that I'm not the

  Speaker 1: only one dealing with it. Amen. The enemy will have

  Speaker 1: you think that you're all alone on this and all

  Speaker 1: alone on that, and you're the only one, seriously, in
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: the whole world. You think you're the only one that's

  Speaker 1: dealing with this and dealing with that. A man is

  Speaker 1: a lot of people dealing with situations that you may

  Speaker 1: think that you're the only one dealing with. Humility, Listen

  Speaker 1: to this. Humility is pleasing to God. He hates simple pride.

  Speaker 1: the opposite apply its pride and arrogance is what God hates.

  Speaker 1: of prayer in real time. I know and I experienced

  Speaker 1: the power of prayer. I know for sure I've been

  Speaker 1: prayed into the Kingdom of God. Trust me, I've been

  Speaker 1: prayed into the Kingdom of God before Jesus saved my life. Amen.

  Speaker 1: My life was being saved over and over again with

  Speaker 1: situations that I should not be sitting in front of you,

  Speaker 1: just street stuff, you know what I mean, and foolish

  Speaker 1: decisions that I made early in life. But yet God,

  Speaker 1: because of his grace, Amen, decided to spare me in

  Speaker 1: those days. And now I'm here. So I'm giving all

  Speaker 1: glory to God for that. So let's pray first. After

  Speaker 1: we pray, we shared this out for like sixty seconds.

  Speaker 1: Help me share this out. You share it to a friend,

  Speaker 1: a neighbor. You know. I know school is back for

  Speaker 1: some parents a man, and they're running around and right

  Speaker 1: now they're probably getting their children ready if they have

  Speaker 1: young children that have to get them ready for school. Amen.

  Speaker 1: But I try to do these early enough so that

  Speaker 1: way you could get this in and start your day

  Speaker 1: off with the Word of God and then go about

  Speaker 1: your day. I believe it sets the tone. And I'm

  Speaker 1: sacrificing my mornings and getting up early in the morning

  Speaker 1: not only for me but for you as well, because

  Speaker 1: I believe if you start the day off in the Word,
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: things will change. Things will happen in a good way

  Speaker 1: rather than the other way. If you just get up
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: cranky and prideful and arrogant and angry for whatever reason.

  Speaker 1: I don't think you could be angry and have simple
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: pride in you when you're reading and applying the word
• 5:36
  Speaker 1: of God. Amen. The world is throwing stuff at us,
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: and God's working things in us. Come on, Let's go

  Speaker 1: for it. Man. Let's pray Father. I thank you so

  Speaker 1: you have shown us what you hate, and therefore we

  Speaker 1: should hate what you hate and love what you love.

  Speaker 1: And I thank you, Lord God, that you have shown

  Speaker 1: us all through your scriptures that you are a loving, holy,

  Speaker 1: graceful God, and you're the King of kings and the

  Speaker 1: Lord of lords, and you're also a gentle spirit, Almighty God,

  Speaker 1: sparing us and saving us and sacrificing your only begotten

  Speaker 1: and we know the word is true. And the prayers

  Speaker 1: are the righteous avail as much. That's what the scripture says,

  Speaker 1: that's what I believe, and that's how I move. Let's

  Speaker 1: day moving forward. Right, And you have already experienced the grace, mercy,

  Speaker 1: and kindness and love of God. So it's a good

  Speaker 1: thing that you can continue to stay connected to the
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: community and the faith of the Body of Christ. Amen.

  Speaker 1: So listen, let's go for it. We're gonna hit up

  Speaker 1: Proverbs chapter eight. I mean, amazing scriptures all throughout the Bible, right,

  Speaker 1: and when we hit the challenge right to us, sometimes

  Speaker 1: it's an ouch moment. I call it, and it hurts sometimes, Amen,
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: but it's worth it. It's worth the ouch sometimes because

  Speaker 1: when we get this right, when God shows us in
• 9:53
  Speaker 1: his word what to do and what not to do,
• 9:56
  Speaker 1: and when we start doing His will in our lives,

  Speaker 1: our lots start changing. Literally like our language changes, our

  Speaker 1: demeaning changes, our attitude changes, our whole life changes were transformed,
• 10:08
  Speaker 1: renew redeemed, restored, Our mind starts thinking right. Our humility
• 10:13
  Speaker 1: and humbleness start empowering us to move forward and love
• 10:16
  Speaker 1: with other people and with our family members and with
• 10:19
  Speaker 1: our coworkers, at school, at work, everywhere we go. People
• 10:23
  Speaker 1: are going to notice the change. And I think being
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: humble is so powerful. Being humble is very powerful man.
• 10:31
  Speaker 1: And I noticed that I was starting to complain a
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: lot about things that I feel are not right. So
• 10:37
  Speaker 1: God showed me through his word and spoke to my spirits, say, Okay,
• 10:41
  Speaker 1: if you think that's not right, and you keep on
• 10:43
  Speaker 1: complaining the way you're complaining, and you're going to just
• 10:45
  Speaker 1: end up the same way you're complaining. Right, You're complaining
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: about things, and if I'm not careful, I end up
• 10:52
  Speaker 1: the same way. And he said, that's simple pride. I said, ouch,
• 10:56
  Speaker 1: I said, tell me more, and this is the more right.

  Speaker 1: Let me just hide this curse or else we're going
• 11:02
  Speaker 1: to see that all through. So let's go for it.

  Speaker 1: Proverbs chapter eight, verse number thirteen. The Bible says, all
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: who fear the Lord will hate evil. People, say, your people,
• 11:15
  Speaker 1: your Christians supposed to be loving all the time. Yes,
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: we have the love of God. God is love. But
• 11:20
  Speaker 1: did you know that God is also righteous and holy,
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: and he's just. And because of his righteousness, holiness and justness,
• 11:29
  Speaker 1: right and his peace and all that that he is,
• 11:32
  Speaker 1: he hates evil. Evil was introduced in Genesis chapter three
• 11:38
  Speaker 1: a man, which is the fall of man. Think about it.
• 11:42
  Speaker 1: Adam and Evil created in a sinless environment, perfect environment.
• 11:46
  Speaker 1: They did not sin, they did not disobey God, until
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: that day that the evil one, the serpent, lied to
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: Adam's wife Eve, and she was deceived to believe the
• 11:58
  Speaker 1: lie that if she took from the fruit, or ate
• 12:01
  Speaker 1: the fruit off the tree that they were told not
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: to eat from, they will be just like God. And
• 12:07
  Speaker 1: that's still happening right now in our day and age.

  Speaker 1: People are biting the forbidden fruit and turn thinking that
• 12:14
  Speaker 1: they would be just like God. Look at the music
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: industry if you don't believe me. So let's get back
• 12:19
  Speaker 1: Proverse eight thirteen. All who fear the Lord will hate evil.
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: Therefore I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.

  Speaker 1: Now I thought this was my safety verse. I thought
• 12:31
  Speaker 1: I said, yeah, Lord, see, I hate these things. That's
• 12:33
  Speaker 1: why I'm complaining about it. But then God spoke to
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: my spirit and say, you're complaining about the very things
• 12:38
  Speaker 1: that you might become like if you're not doing anything
• 12:41
  Speaker 1: about it according to His will and purpose. That was
• 12:44
  Speaker 1: an ouch moment, also a high moment in my life.

  Speaker 1: I hope this will help you too. So let's hate
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: some things. Let's hate pride, our own pride. Let's hate arrogance,
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: our own arrogance. Let's hate corruption, our own corruption. Let's
• 12:58
  Speaker 1: hate perverse speech, our own verse speech, when we speak
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: out of turn, cursing, and all that other stuff. Let's
• 13:04
  Speaker 1: hate all of that so that we're we're lining up
• 13:06
  Speaker 1: with the scriptures. Sounds weird, right, but it's true. I
• 13:10
  Speaker 1: fear the Lord. That means I reverence him, right, I
• 13:13
  Speaker 1: love him. So I need to hate what the Lord hates,
• 13:17
  Speaker 1: hate what the Lord hates. And there's people I know
• 13:20
  Speaker 1: that are like cringing right now is like what are
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: you doing and saying that we need to hate things. Yeah,
• 13:25
  Speaker 1: I'm gonna hate what the Lord hates exactly what the
• 13:28
  Speaker 1: scripture says. So I'm gonna hate pride in, arrogance, corruption,
• 13:32
  Speaker 1: and perverse speech. Let me give you some more. I
• 13:34
  Speaker 1: found some more James shot verse number six. I call
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: it James. James is like the New Testament Proverbs. So
• 13:43
  Speaker 1: this goes hand in hand. The Book of James shot four,
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: verse six. Bible says, and he gives grace generously. Thank
• 13:50
  Speaker 1: you Lord, generous grace. I need that you need that right.
• 13:55
  Speaker 1: As the scriptures say, God opposes the proud, right, but
• 14:02
  Speaker 1: gives grace to the humble. Which side of this verse
• 14:07
  Speaker 1: that you may want to be on? You want to
• 14:08
  Speaker 1: be on the side of God opposing you, or you
• 14:11
  Speaker 1: want to be on the side of God giving you
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: grace right, but he gives us more grace generously. That
• 14:21
  Speaker 1: is why the scripture says, God opposes the proud, but
• 14:27
  Speaker 1: give grace gives grace to the humble. Humble is so
• 14:32
  Speaker 1: being humble is so powerful. People think being humble is
• 14:35
  Speaker 1: being soft and being weak. No, being humble is like meekness,
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: power under control. We have the power of the living
• 14:43
  Speaker 1: God living within us by way of Holy Spirit. Humble
• 14:47
  Speaker 1: yourself knowing that we need to humble ourselves because they
• 14:50
  Speaker 1: have the power of God living in us. And we
• 14:52
  Speaker 1: could respond in different ways. We could break things, we
• 14:56
  Speaker 1: can hurt things, but being humble will actually help is
• 15:00
  Speaker 1: to put things together and lift things up and put
• 15:04
  Speaker 1: things in the right spot in the right place. If
• 15:07
  Speaker 1: we allow a holy Spirit to move in our hearts
• 15:09
  Speaker 1: and move in our minds and our lives. Amen. So

  Speaker 1: what do you think about that? Do you think we
• 15:15
  Speaker 1: have an advantage in life? I think so. Knowing the
• 15:19
  Speaker 1: Word of God is one thing. Applying what you know
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: about the Word of God is a whole, entirely different thing.

  Speaker 1: That's calling living by faith, living in the world, living
• 15:27
  Speaker 1: in purpose, living on purpose, living with a reason, living
• 15:31
  Speaker 1: with an attitude of gratitude, living fighting against the things
• 15:36
  Speaker 1: that will lead me and you into simple pride. If
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: we're not careful. If you have this righteousness about yourself
• 15:43
  Speaker 1: and be like I'm right and everybody else is wrong,
• 15:45
  Speaker 1: that's simple pride and arrogance. Or I have a degree,
• 15:49
  Speaker 1: I went to school and I got this, I know
• 15:51
  Speaker 1: more than Sam. That's simple arrogance and simple pride. Amen.

  Speaker 1: The Bible actually says that we should consider others to
• 15:59
  Speaker 1: be better than us as we move in our assignment. Amen,

  Speaker 1: help others move in their assignment. Man. Let me let
• 16:08
  Speaker 1: you in one of my men, and God is working

  Speaker 1: on it. I've been doing so much ministry lately. I'm

  Speaker 1: trying to get some support here. Amen. And sometimes when

  Speaker 1: you do ministry, when you're doing what the Lord called
• 16:21
  Speaker 1: you to do, right, because a lot of times people
• 16:24
  Speaker 1: won't gather with you because they think it's your vision.

  Speaker 1: You're doing that all by yourself, so go ahead and
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: do it, and they just go like this and look
• 16:32
  Speaker 1: at you, and deep down it seems like they want
• 16:34
  Speaker 1: you to fail. But no, I don't want to fail.

  Speaker 1: This is God's assignment over my life. I know you
• 16:39
  Speaker 1: have an assignment over your life if you ask for help.

  Speaker 1: We spoke about that last time, we spoke about that
• 16:44
  Speaker 1: last week. It's okay to ask for help. I need help, Amen.

  Speaker 1: And if I'm in need of helping ministry, I know
• 16:51
  Speaker 1: there's other ministries that need help too. So guess what

  Speaker 1: I decided to do. And since the beginning of two
• 16:58
  Speaker 1: thousand and eight, I decided to help other families and

  Speaker 1: other ministries while I'm not being helped. While i might
• 17:04
  Speaker 1: not be in a place where society or where the
• 17:07
  Speaker 1: church even things I should be, I'm still gonna help

  Speaker 1: other families and help other ministries while I'm moving forward
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: in victory, knowing that God will cover the expenses, that
• 17:17
  Speaker 1: God will cover my finances, that God would cover my family,
• 17:20
  Speaker 1: that God would cover the ministry, and everything that He
• 17:23
  Speaker 1: has placed in my heart to do. Amen, I'm asking
• 17:27
  Speaker 1: God for help, but I'm asking you for help too.
• 17:30
  Speaker 1: There's always a way you can help the ministry. How
• 17:33
  Speaker 1: about praying, Amen, Let's pray for one another. That's so much,

  Speaker 1: so much power, and prayer. Pray for me. I'll pray

  Speaker 1: for you. That's worth more than a donation, although I'm

  Speaker 1: grateful for every single person that's donating to his ministry. Amen.

  Speaker 1: takes finance, but it takes prayer first. You think I'll
