Salud Carbajal | News Makers with JR
Rep. Salud Carbajal returns to Newsmakers TV with a thundering denunciation of Donald Trump’s “illegal war” in Iran, coupled with an acknowledgement that there is little congressional Democrats can do about stopping it. In a wide-ranging interview, Santa Barbara’s man in Washington calls on the Vice President and the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office, says he supports the effort to impeach Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and opposes the Administration’s $1.5 trillion budget request for the Pentagon. Plus: why he won’t debate Republican rival Bob Smith.
