- 0:00Speaker 1: What it do.
- 0:01Speaker 2: We are back again, the long anticipated, much awaited, much
- 0:08Speaker 2: debating return of the Boys.
- 0:10Speaker 3: You heard me, Hey, yeah, I appreciate you holding it down, man,
- 0:14Speaker 3: I had a lot of things going on. You know
- 0:16Speaker 3: how to handle business. But I'm back now. We ain't
- 0:18Speaker 3: never left.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Yeah, man shout out to the homie Giordani holding it
- 0:22Speaker 2: down with the NBA talk. Were also dropping a song
- 0:27Speaker 2: with him, me and Quincy, so definitely look out for that.
- 0:30Speaker 3: I heard the preview. That's fire.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Yeah, man, I'm excited about the song. I had a
- 0:34Speaker 2: good talk with him on the pod. Last time we
- 0:37Speaker 2: were talking about that Pacers Thunder series.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I think it was after Game.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Two possibly, but today we're talking on Monday, June twenty third,
- 0:46Speaker 2: the day after Game seven Thunder NBA champions Congrats they
- 0:52Speaker 2: had hell of.
- 0:53Speaker 3: A season, it was man. Shout out to shi Bro
- 0:58Speaker 3: like that's record breaking MVP conference, MVP finals, MVP scoring title, championship,
- 1:06Speaker 3: Like he's the first to ever do that, right.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot. It's like a kind of like
- 1:10Speaker 1: a curse.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Type thing where it's like when you get league MVP,
- 1:13Speaker 2: you're not gonna get the title, you know what I mean,
- 1:16Speaker 2: Like just certain things like that. But he actually, like
- 1:19Speaker 2: you said, put together a season that's like historical. The
- 1:23Speaker 2: youth on that team is historical as far as the
- 1:26Speaker 2: context of the NBA. There's the second youngest team ever
- 1:29Speaker 2: to win pretty much the first youngest team in like
- 1:32Speaker 2: the real modern era, which is anything after the eighties
- 1:35Speaker 2: to me at least, and you know it was it
- 1:40Speaker 2: was led by the defense man. You saw it on
- 1:42Speaker 2: display in that game seven when when Indiana was going
- 1:45Speaker 2: on their runs, the defense from Okac was really really
- 1:50Speaker 2: what held it down because the turnovers they was getting
- 1:53Speaker 2: the points off of turnovers, I mean, the stifling that
- 1:56Speaker 2: they was doing on defense, not letting nobody from the
- 1:59Speaker 2: Pacers get anything going as far as any offensive sets,
- 2:03Speaker 2: it was insane. Bro, I will say, I definitely could
- 2:08Speaker 2: have seen it going the other way if Tyrese Haliburton
- 2:10Speaker 2: didn't get hurt.
- 2:11Speaker 3: I was just about to ask you that. I was
- 2:13Speaker 3: just about to ask you that without Tyrese Haliburton, if
- 2:16Speaker 3: he I mean, without that injury, do you think they
- 2:19Speaker 3: would have had succeeded the way the way they did?
- 2:22Speaker 1: Bro.
- 2:23Speaker 2: He started out the game three or four from the
- 2:25Speaker 2: three point line in the same exact spot you know
- 2:28Speaker 2: what I'm saying, Like he pretty much shot it in
- 2:30Speaker 2: the same exact spot, a couple of uncontested ones, then
- 2:33Speaker 2: a contested one, and you just watching me, You're like, Bro,
- 2:37Speaker 2: if he's rolling like that way, they.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Got to respect the three. He's gonna have his way
- 2:41Speaker 1: with this game.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Because if you're opening up the game from the three
- 2:44Speaker 2: that early and you're not even a three point shooter,
- 2:46Speaker 2: and now you're putting that in their mind, like, oh,
- 2:48Speaker 2: this dude is hitting shots early. Bro, he had nine
- 2:51Speaker 2: points before he got injured. Dog Like, he only played
- 2:55Speaker 2: about seven minutes of the first Dog, Like I think
- 2:57Speaker 2: like six fifty five or something or seven or five
- 3:00Speaker 2: something like that. Man, But it was like, Dog, you
- 3:04Speaker 2: can't help but think. And I always think about it.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Also with the other team I wonder if in the
- 3:09Speaker 2: back of their mind, they're like, man, we really have
- 3:12Speaker 2: one of that, you know what I'm saying, because it's like.
- 3:13Speaker 3: For real, Oh, they have to think about that.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Dog.
- 3:15Speaker 3: He was rolling no matter what. Like I said, you
- 3:19Speaker 3: know in the chat, I don't respect his name in
- 3:23Speaker 3: the chat, but I will respect him as a player.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Like and the way he plays, it's not like he
- 3:29Speaker 3: pulls stuff out of his ass and just does crazy.
- 3:32Speaker 3: He just does what he does consistently and they just
- 3:35Speaker 3: can't stop it. And that shows how great of a
- 3:37Speaker 3: player he is. He sticks to his game and he
- 3:40Speaker 3: knows it's gonna work for him and he does that
- 3:42Speaker 3: and it just is crazy how it works out.
- 3:45Speaker 2: And the thing people I feel like miss on the
- 3:48Speaker 2: analyst level is Tyrese Hallerburton does not care about stats at.
- 3:54Speaker 3: All at all.
- 3:55Speaker 2: He's literally catching the flow of the game and playing
- 3:58Speaker 2: how he believes is the best basketball that they can play.
- 4:01Speaker 2: And for you to really coach your team on the
- 4:03Speaker 2: floor like that and be that effective and need and
- 4:05Speaker 2: be effective where you're needed, it's insane. One and two, Bro,
- 4:09Speaker 2: I don't know if you heard Obi topping after the game.
- 4:11Speaker 2: He was like, Bro, like I was like, we was.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I feel like our soul was crushed, Like we lost
- 4:16Speaker 2: our captain, our leader. Like he was like, I'm not
- 4:19Speaker 2: going to speak for everybody, but for me, it definitely
- 4:21Speaker 2: affected me, and I feel like I let everybody down
- 4:23Speaker 2: because of it. Like, Bro, he was so affected with
- 4:25Speaker 2: just losing tyres Haliburton that like he wasn't even effective
- 4:29Speaker 2: in the game when he was such a big part
- 4:31Speaker 2: of it, and man, that was not how I wanted
- 4:34Speaker 2: to see that game go down. Man, it kind of
- 4:36Speaker 2: deflated the whole game for me.
- 4:40Speaker 3: And they broke they broke the Pascal Siaka and Voodoo curse.
- 4:43Speaker 2: So you've seen that, Bro, It's funny that that clip
- 4:46Speaker 2: is so hilarious.
- 4:47Speaker 1: He was probably in his mind, He's probably like, Bro,
- 4:49Speaker 1: I'm so tired for real, you know what I mean?
- 4:52Speaker 1: And you know they were just saying, but.
- 4:54Speaker 3: I saw a clip that he was on the most
- 4:56Speaker 3: like pivotal sides of all the injuries, Bro, all the injuries,
- 5:01Speaker 3: and it's like for him to be there and all that,
- 5:03Speaker 3: and then see that meme of him rolling his ice back,
- 5:06Speaker 3: it's just everything just all the pieces fall into play
- 5:09Speaker 3: and it's like there is he aren't really out. They're
- 5:11Speaker 3: putting Voodo on these games, yo.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Yeah, And we got a pretty crazy story. And he's
- 5:16Speaker 2: just like such an effective player and he's he hasn't
- 5:20Speaker 2: bounced around at all, but he, like you said, Bro,
- 5:23Speaker 2: he's been on a couple of teams that have done
- 5:24Speaker 2: some things and he's been at the scene to some
- 5:26Speaker 2: pretty crazy events. And man, for him to get to
- 5:30Speaker 2: that game seven and see his guy go down, like.
- 5:33Speaker 1: The last time that happened, Yo.
- 5:34Speaker 2: And remember in the chat, Bro, I said, that's the
- 5:37Speaker 2: same thing that happened to KD.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Like I knew immediately what it was, Bro.
- 5:41Speaker 2: And the last time that happened, Pascal Siakam was on
- 5:45Speaker 2: the winners side of it.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Bro, you know what I'm saying. He benefited.
- 5:49Speaker 2: It was one of those things where it was like,
- 5:51Speaker 2: all right, their best player goes down, Now we have
- 5:55Speaker 2: a chance, Like now this is ours for the taken.
- 5:57Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 5:58Speaker 3: This why Leonard two? No, No, he injury.
- 6:04Speaker 2: He wasn't at the Kawhi one because that was Spurs
- 6:07Speaker 2: and Warriors.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Warriors, Yeah, but he was.
- 6:11Speaker 2: He was at that KD one on the other side
- 6:13Speaker 2: of it, literally in almost the same position. But now
- 6:16Speaker 2: this time he was on the losing side of it.
- 6:18Speaker 2: So that has to be crazy, Bro. Like, he's seen
- 6:21Speaker 2: two of the best playoff performers go down with one
- 6:23Speaker 2: of the most devastating injuries you could see, and he
- 6:25Speaker 2: was on the court both times.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Bro. Insanity. Dog. He was there for the Klay one too,
- 6:31Speaker 1: like Dog. Yeah, he's been part of wars, Bro.
- 6:34Speaker 2: He he's played some like big time basketball, you know
- 6:37Speaker 2: what I mean, Like for being such a low key
- 6:39Speaker 2: player that like the casual fan doesn't.
- 6:41Speaker 3: I was going to say, he's such a low key
- 6:42Speaker 3: player too, man.
- 6:44Speaker 2: And he'll give you a smooth twenty every night. Bro,
- 6:45Speaker 2: that ain't easy, dog to average twenty in the NBA.
- 6:48Speaker 1: It ain't.
- 6:49Speaker 2: It ain't none to scoff, especially when he when you're
- 6:51Speaker 2: not like the guy, you know what I'm saying.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Yeah, Like it's.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Tough, but he makes like those big, like momentum changing
- 6:58Speaker 3: plays that that just amplifies a team to want to
- 7:02Speaker 3: be to play better and be better like it shifts
- 7:04Speaker 3: is the whole momentum of the entire game, the type
- 7:06Speaker 3: of plays that he made, Yes, and that matters more
- 7:08Speaker 3: than scored and forty a night.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Yeah, Siakam is super skilled and I almost feel.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Like it's also like he's like the perfect size also
- 7:15Speaker 2: like for the NBA, Like it's like the perfect amount
- 7:18Speaker 2: of stretch, you know, the perfect he's long a yo
- 7:22Speaker 2: yo like, and he's just like I said, he's effective, bro,
- 7:25Speaker 2: And man, it was just tough seeing Indiana go out
- 7:28Speaker 2: like that.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Like in the.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Beginning, I predicted it would go six or seven, but okay,
- 7:33Speaker 2: so he would pull it out. Honestly, Bro, I feel
- 7:37Speaker 2: like I lucked out on my prediction. Like I don't
- 7:39Speaker 2: feel I don't feel like dang I predicted that, you
- 7:42Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, Like, I feel like, nah, Bro,
- 7:44Speaker 2: I wasn't supposed to go that way, thog.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Nah. It was a great series. He was to assist
- 7:51Speaker 3: away from winning me four hundred bucks on hard rock,
- 7:54Speaker 3: So you know, kind of said about that. But I
- 7:57Speaker 3: think these this was one of the great, great great
- 8:02Speaker 3: playoff postseasons. In a minute, like everything has their like
- 8:07Speaker 3: Lime Light and the Fire, but I think this one.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Every series leading up from the very first series up
- 8:13Speaker 3: until the finals, I think it was just great moments,
- 8:15Speaker 3: great moments, great moment and a lot of it was
- 8:17Speaker 3: the Pacers in Halliburn, Bro.
- 8:19Speaker 2: And the crazy thing is so many good players went
- 8:21Speaker 2: down in this playoffs that aren't going to be available
- 8:24Speaker 2: all of next year. Like one of the first things
- 8:27Speaker 2: I put in the chat too, was like the magic
- 8:28Speaker 2: gotta be salivating right now because Boston lost Tatum and
- 8:33Speaker 2: Indiana lost Haliburton. They just picked up Desmond Bane and
- 8:37Speaker 2: they feel like they was already kind of there with
- 8:39Speaker 2: their squad you know what I'm saying, Like Adam Desmond
- 8:42Speaker 2: bane in to that squad with a wide open Eastern Conference. Bro,
- 8:46Speaker 2: they got to be like, Bro, we got to hit
- 8:47Speaker 2: it hard this summer because and they got again back
- 8:51Speaker 2: to the side thing. Ao Paolo ban Caro Dog perfect
- 8:55Speaker 2: size to play in the playoffs, stand in an NBA finals.
- 8:58Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. He is built for a
- 9:01Speaker 2: playoff run. Dog, So man, look out for the Magic, Bro,
- 9:05Speaker 2: I'll be I wouldn't be surprised if the Magic get
- 9:07Speaker 2: their first title next year.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Dog.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, I love Pablo because he reminds me of
- 9:13Speaker 3: like Brunson. But he has a size where they can't
- 9:15Speaker 3: push him around. Fact that's a brust doesn't have. He's
- 9:19Speaker 3: not that big of a guy. So everybody just bullies
- 9:21Speaker 3: him and pushes him around and takes a lot of
- 9:23Speaker 3: He takes a lot of hits and that that sucks
- 9:25Speaker 3: because that's a lot of wear and tear. That gets
- 9:27Speaker 3: some more tired. But Pablo, you can't do that to him.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Man, Speaking of the Knicks, I would like to see
- 9:32Speaker 2: them try to make a move with Towns Bro.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I was hoping for KD. I'm not gonna lie, I
- 9:38Speaker 3: would have gave up Towns for KD.
- 9:39Speaker 1: That would have been a good one for y'all.
- 9:41Speaker 2: That would have been because it's like, Bro, that's I
- 9:44Speaker 2: believe in Brunson, but at his size, he needs somebody
- 9:48Speaker 2: to help. Yeah, and Kat is not it, Bro, Cat.
- 9:52Speaker 3: He doesn't play any defense. He doesn't big body anybody
- 9:54Speaker 3: on defense. On offense, I get it, but not defense.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Still doing the stupidest foules you've ever seen in your life. Yeah, Like, Bro,
- 10:00Speaker 2: how are you this high level of a player and
- 10:04Speaker 2: fouling like that?
- 10:05Speaker 1: Bro? Like you too good to be that careless on defense? Dog?
- 10:08Speaker 1: It's insane? Yeah, Bro, Like what are you doing?
- 10:11Speaker 3: Bro?
- 10:12Speaker 1: It don't even make sense though.
- 10:14Speaker 3: But I think this series, especially going to Game seven,
- 10:18Speaker 3: we love everything. Going to Game seven, it capped it
- 10:21Speaker 3: off to a great NBA season.
- 10:23Speaker 2: I think, No, definitely, and y'all I feel like y'all overperformed,
- 10:27Speaker 2: like honestly, like I didn't expect much of the Lakes
- 10:30Speaker 2: because of Kat.
- 10:31Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 10:31Speaker 2: My thing is like I just don't believe him. I
- 10:34Speaker 2: don't believe in him in a long playoff push. Bro,
- 10:37Speaker 2: Like I've seen too much basketball of his to be
- 10:40Speaker 2: mamboozled into thinking that he's going to carry a team
- 10:42Speaker 2: in any way, shape or fashion.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Doog.
- 10:45Speaker 1: It's just I already know it's not gonna happen.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Yeah, And like we mentioned, what do you think about
- 10:51Speaker 3: k D to the Rockets? You think that's a big
- 10:53Speaker 3: move or you think that's a chance.
- 10:55Speaker 2: I like that with the coaching and the squad that
- 10:57Speaker 2: they kept. All they lost basically was Jalen Green and
- 11:00Speaker 2: Dylan Brooks, which are two knuckleheads, bro like, but it's
- 11:03Speaker 2: two for two very different reasons. Dylan Brooks because of
- 11:06Speaker 2: the antics on the court and Jalen Green just because
- 11:09Speaker 2: he hasn't matured as quickly as they would.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Want him to, you know what I mean.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Like he was just real like out of place in
- 11:17Speaker 2: the in the series they lost in the playoffs, but
- 11:20Speaker 2: it was like, bruh, you not disciplined enough to get
- 11:24Speaker 2: to your game how you're supposed to because you're just
- 11:26Speaker 2: still immature out there, you know what I mean. And
- 11:28Speaker 2: it's kind of like the wall that Anthony Edwards hit
- 11:31Speaker 2: this year, where it was like when they're double teaming
- 11:34Speaker 2: you that way and you don't know how to answer.
- 11:36Speaker 1: He did the same thing.
- 11:38Speaker 2: He hit that wall like that, It's like, Oh, I'm
- 11:40Speaker 2: a star, how do I take it to the next level?
- 11:43Speaker 2: And they've they said that he's been in conversation slash
- 11:46Speaker 2: kind of training with Jordan this offseason to specifically work
- 11:50Speaker 2: on the post work and how to handle the double team,
- 11:53Speaker 2: like supposedly Anthony Edwards hit up Jordan specifically like, yo,
- 11:57Speaker 2: I need help, like with these it's legitimate, dad crazy, right, Yo,
- 12:01Speaker 2: it's insane, Bro. I like talk about the little fake
- 12:05Speaker 2: backstories they got for it, like it all makes sense, bro,
- 12:09Speaker 2: as funny as I imagine.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Though. No, But like I said, I am happy with
- 12:14Speaker 3: the NBA season how it ended. Happy for the Thunder.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I feel bad for Alibert, and of course I feel
- 12:20Speaker 3: bad for my Knicks, but I'm satisfied with the season
- 12:24Speaker 3: they put together this year. It was very entertaining. It
- 12:27Speaker 3: was easy to watch. Uh, sometimes after my team loses,
- 12:31Speaker 3: I don't I don't watch, I don't watch anything else
- 12:33Speaker 3: after that. But I kept watching the rest of the series.
- 12:36Speaker 2: No, man, I honestly feel like we watched some historical
- 12:39Speaker 2: basketball this season in the context of the grand scope
- 12:43Speaker 2: of the NBA, Like we're not going to see quality
- 12:46Speaker 2: first round to finals basketball like that.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I don't.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I don't feel like we're going to see that in
- 12:52Speaker 2: a while, like just consistently.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Through the whole playoffs.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Bro, I feel like the playoffs and the finals have
- 12:58Speaker 2: been like six months at all. Usually I just check
- 13:01Speaker 2: out until like the Eastern Conference and Western Conference finals
- 13:05Speaker 2: like lately, you know, not before, but lately it just
- 13:07Speaker 2: hasn't been that good. So it's like I don't even
- 13:10Speaker 2: check in like that. But this year it's been like
- 13:12Speaker 2: you have to check in and you have to be
- 13:14Speaker 2: on point watching everything. And Bro, it was, like you said, Bro,
- 13:18Speaker 2: it was a great season. I'm excited for next season
- 13:20Speaker 2: for real. So Bro, Fat Joe and Jada Becaus got
- 13:25Speaker 2: that new podcast. Man, I've been seeing the clips. I
- 13:28Speaker 2: haven't really peaped the podcast yet. I'm not gonna lie,
- 13:31Speaker 2: but I did follow the page and like, I'm tapped
- 13:33Speaker 2: into the clips.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Their latest good.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I've been watching It's good.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I got to check out a full episode so I
- 13:41Speaker 2: can give my thoughts on it.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But I've enjoyed the clips for sure.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I like how both of them are acting exactly like
- 13:49Speaker 2: how I would imagine both of them will act, like
- 13:51Speaker 2: I'm not surprised either way, but they're still like talking
- 13:54Speaker 2: about stuff that I want to, you know that that's interesting.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Recently they had Jim Jones on BRO and Jim Jones
- 14:02Speaker 2: has kind of been ever since the versus topic has
- 14:05Speaker 2: come up, Jim Jones has kind of been on this
- 14:09Speaker 2: kick where like he feels like he's underrated, like as
- 14:11Speaker 2: far as artists go, especially.
- 14:13Speaker 1: In like artists and rappers in general, but in New.
- 14:15Speaker 2: York especially, Like he's been on this kick where he
- 14:19Speaker 2: like thinks he's like top top notch, like upper echelon,
- 14:22Speaker 2: you know what I mean. And it's like I agree
- 14:24Speaker 2: with him to a certain extent that he's underrated. Like
- 14:27Speaker 2: I was a big Jim Jones fan growing up. Like
- 14:31Speaker 2: the albums that he dropped, like during that dipset hey day,
- 14:35Speaker 2: they were kind of like sleepers, but like they were
- 14:37Speaker 2: almost like the better put together albums a lot of
- 14:39Speaker 2: the time, and they have more replay value now a
- 14:42Speaker 2: lot of the time, you know, they were like stories. Actually,
- 14:46Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, Like he's he was man,
- 14:50Speaker 2: let me pull back this comparison that I was about
- 14:53Speaker 2: to say, because it was gonna sound insane. He has
- 14:58Speaker 2: a kind of poetic style that kind of goes unnoticed
- 15:02Speaker 2: because of his antics. But if you really peep his music,
- 15:06Speaker 2: it's very thoughtful and very poetic, especially those first couple
- 15:10Speaker 2: of albums.
- 15:11Speaker 1: So I do give him that he's underrated.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Now you're not that underrated, bro, Like you're not top
- 15:18Speaker 2: ten or nothing.
- 15:18Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Like just in my opinion.
- 15:21Speaker 1: So like his new.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Kick that he kind of kicked off on the Jim
- 15:25Speaker 2: Jones and NAS, I mean the Jim Jones and Jadakiss podcast,
- 15:29Speaker 2: and then he took it to mean Fat Joe and
- 15:31Speaker 2: Jadakiss my back, and then he took it to the club,
- 15:34Speaker 2: sayshe with Chad Johnson is now he's like basically trying
- 15:40Speaker 2: to compare it to NAS. Like he's specifically saying NAS,
- 15:42Speaker 2: like I got more hits than NAS, I'm more relevant
- 15:45Speaker 2: than NAS. One of the things he said was like,
- 15:47Speaker 2: my son don't know any NAS songs. Like all right, bro,
- 15:51Speaker 2: Like I get what you're saying. NAS was never a
- 15:54Speaker 2: hits guy. Like if you're trying to talk about hits,
- 15:57Speaker 2: like as far as like banging in the club and stuff, yeah,
- 16:00Speaker 2: you probably was in the club more than OS. I
- 16:02Speaker 2: don't even doubt that at all.
- 16:04Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 16:05Speaker 2: But Dog, we're not gonna sit here and pretend like
- 16:08Speaker 2: you really got more hits and you're more relevant than
- 16:11Speaker 2: those Like you're insane.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Bro, Like No, Nas was an EMC. That's the difference.
- 16:18Speaker 3: I think Jim Jones was a great rapper, And that's
- 16:19Speaker 3: one of the conversations that Fat Joe and Jada had.
- 16:22Speaker 3: The difference between a great MC and a great rapper,
- 16:25Speaker 3: or just the difference in MC's and rappers in general.
- 16:28Speaker 3: There's two different things. And MC is somebody who can
- 16:32Speaker 3: hype the people up, hype the club up. You know
- 16:35Speaker 3: that that is like if you're a DJ and you're
- 16:37Speaker 3: an MC as well, that means you're like orchestrating all
- 16:40Speaker 3: the events, you're on the mic, you're getting the energy up.
- 16:43Speaker 3: And if you're a rapper, you're just a straight up
- 16:45Speaker 3: rapper and you're just spitting bars. And that's one of
- 16:48Speaker 3: the conversations that had. And I think Jim Jones took
- 16:51Speaker 3: the angle because the Internet says it too. Yeah, you know,
- 16:54Speaker 3: the Internet says that NAS never made hits, So I
- 16:57Speaker 3: think he took that angle that he has more hits
- 16:59Speaker 3: than that. So he could compare himself to be a
- 17:01Speaker 3: better rapper than ours or a better artistan Os when
- 17:04Speaker 3: that's not the case. You can't just pick an angle
- 17:07Speaker 3: that the public says because you think they're gonna agree
- 17:09Speaker 3: with you. Nas is an amazing rapper, And yeah.
- 17:13Speaker 2: You can't check one of ten boxes exactly say I'm
- 17:17Speaker 2: the best, Like, Bro, you checked one, like, I'll give
- 17:20Speaker 2: you that one box, Ao, Yeah, but I'm not gonna
- 17:24Speaker 2: say you a better rapper than Oas just because you
- 17:26Speaker 2: make better club records, Dog, Like, it's two completely different things, man,
- 17:32Speaker 2: But it's just funny, man, Like, that's I hate like
- 17:36Speaker 2: And he's like one of those guys that I'm a
- 17:38Speaker 2: fan of and honestly I put him in the same
- 17:40Speaker 2: category as like Game. It's like two guys that I
- 17:43Speaker 2: felt like maybe the great music, but their antics always
- 17:47Speaker 2: get like they overshadow themselves with their antics. Bro. Like,
- 17:51Speaker 2: if y'all just was on some grown man stuff and
- 17:54Speaker 2: let y'all music speak and moved.
- 17:55Speaker 1: A little better, people will give you the respect that
- 17:58Speaker 1: you want. Dog.
- 17:59Speaker 2: But it's like you're in the headlines for the wrong
- 18:01Speaker 2: reasons all the time, man, Bro.
- 18:02Speaker 3: And not only that, it's just like you have to
- 18:05Speaker 3: evolve as a person as well. Like but I don't
- 18:08Speaker 3: know why, but I watched the BT Awards this year.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Sometimes I just watch awards shows. How he came out there,
- 18:14Speaker 3: for sure it did. But he came out there and
- 18:17Speaker 3: he did balling because it did like a one or
- 18:20Speaker 3: six in part little tribute thing and he was there
- 18:23Speaker 3: with his usual outfits and all this blank and then
- 18:25Speaker 3: he had a pet leg rolled up, And I'm like, bro,
- 18:29Speaker 3: how used to roll your pant leg up in twenty
- 18:31Speaker 3: twenty five? My boy, Like, just go out there and
- 18:34Speaker 3: do your thing.
- 18:35Speaker 2: It's so funny because he has like he splits the
- 18:38Speaker 2: line right down the middle, because it's like there's the
- 18:40Speaker 2: side that's like, bro, grow up, and then there's the
- 18:43Speaker 2: side that is like pretending like being a hood your
- 18:45Speaker 2: whole life is cool.
- 18:46Speaker 3: So that's what I'm talking.
- 18:47Speaker 1: He always keeps that crowd like people be like, oh nah,
- 18:51Speaker 1: Jim's just gangster.
- 18:52Speaker 2: This isn't that, Like, Bro, it ain't it ain't cool
- 18:55Speaker 2: to not to not elevate and evolve and cal him
- 18:58Speaker 2: down after a certain point.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Bro, see if your fan base has done that, because
- 19:03Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, we're older generation he's not
- 19:05Speaker 3: making music now for the youngins. If if you had us,
- 19:09Speaker 3: then we're growing up too.
- 19:10Speaker 1: He thinks he is.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Oh, he thinks he is. He thinks he is. But
- 19:12Speaker 3: like we're growing up too, grow up with us, and
- 19:15Speaker 3: we're still going to enjoy your music. Yeah, that's what
- 19:17Speaker 3: I didn't like about the whole thing.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:19Speaker 2: If he took that more like mature with the music
- 19:23Speaker 2: type vibe like I would, I would peep him like
- 19:25Speaker 2: in concert, you know what I'm saying, Like if he
- 19:27Speaker 2: was at the hard rock or somewhere like that, I
- 19:29Speaker 2: would peep him because, like I said, I was a
- 19:31Speaker 2: fan of his catalog growing up. But it's like, man,
- 19:34Speaker 2: sometimes certain rappers, Bro, they just pushed themselves out of
- 19:38Speaker 2: your rotation just because of all the dumb stuff they.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Saying in interviews and easier. Yeah it's corny, bro Yo.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Another thing that's been disappointing is which was honestly I
- 19:50Speaker 2: expected it, but uh that Carter six album.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Bro, everybody thought you want to talk about that?
- 19:56Speaker 1: Bro?
- 19:57Speaker 3: Yeah, Man, that was some Honestly, I I am, like
- 20:00Speaker 3: I said, I'm one of the biggest. Lil Wayne is
- 20:02Speaker 3: still probably in my top five, if not number six,
- 20:07Speaker 3: and I listened to that the day came out on
- 20:11Speaker 3: the way to my workout and I was like, this
- 20:12Speaker 3: is gonna hype me up, Like this is gonna get
- 20:14Speaker 3: me ready for my workout. And on the ride I'm
- 20:16Speaker 3: just listening, I'm like, what am I listening to? Like
- 20:18Speaker 3: there was no path, there was no like setup, structure
- 20:23Speaker 3: or anything. It felt like it was just something that
- 20:26Speaker 3: he said, what's hot? Now? You know what? I you
- 20:29Speaker 3: know what? I compared it too. I said, he thought,
- 20:32Speaker 3: what were my best features that made it big? And
- 20:35Speaker 3: then let me make a song that sounds just like that. Yeah,
- 20:38Speaker 3: and that's not a little way an album to me.
- 20:41Speaker 2: So there was like a little kick slash movement on
- 20:45Speaker 2: TikTok once the album dropped, where people were taking the
- 20:48Speaker 2: acopellas and re reproducing the records because a lot of
- 20:52Speaker 2: the complaints were with the production, like the beats specifically.
- 20:55Speaker 1: And I'm not.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Gonna say it made it good, but I heard a
- 20:58Speaker 2: lot of people that put it over utter production and
- 21:01Speaker 2: it was like the joints were cooler. It was something
- 21:03Speaker 2: that you could have probably listened to one way through
- 21:06Speaker 2: and said, Yo, the album wasn't bad, but you probably
- 21:09Speaker 2: wouldn't have gone back to it. So I will say
- 21:11Speaker 2: the production didn't do him any justice. And another thing
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'll say is like, Bro, all them people that was
- 21:17Speaker 2: talking about Wayne was robbed at the super Bowl and
- 21:21Speaker 2: all this stuff.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Bro, like this is yeah, that wasn't a good defense man.
- 21:26Speaker 3: And that's that. And his energy is just completely different.
- 21:29Speaker 3: I don't know because he's sober now, because he says
- 21:32Speaker 3: he's sober, but he's still rapping about lean and weed
- 21:35Speaker 3: all the time. But it's like that that Wayne energy.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Like once you hear Wayne under you, hear that that
- 21:40Speaker 3: light of flicker and he just comes ao. He just
- 21:45Speaker 3: throws down on the beat. I did not feel that
- 21:49Speaker 3: in this album. And some there was some good bars.
- 21:52Speaker 3: There was some bars. I was like, Okay, there's that Wayne,
- 21:54Speaker 3: but the energy behind it was not there. And that's all.
- 21:57Speaker 3: That's why I was let down personally as a fan.
- 22:00Speaker 2: People that are the type of artists that Lil Wayne
- 22:03Speaker 2: fans want him to be are like, you know, working out,
- 22:08Speaker 2: staying in shape because touring like that and having those obligations,
- 22:12Speaker 2: you can't be going you know what I mean, you
- 22:14Speaker 2: gotta be on point.
- 22:16Speaker 1: It's like bro for ya, toa Like it's.
- 22:18Speaker 2: One thing to imagine him in your head one way,
- 22:20Speaker 2: but it's like y'all seeing buddy, you know what I'm saying, Like,
- 22:22Speaker 2: you know, he ain't on the level of like what
- 22:25Speaker 2: these you know, what Drake is doing, what Kendrick is doing.
- 22:29Speaker 2: What you know even somebody like make the Stallion or something,
- 22:33Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like, he ain't even on
- 22:34Speaker 2: that level right now.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Like it's it's he out of he out of that era.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Like as far as him as an artist, you can
- 22:42Speaker 2: respect his catalog and what he's done for hip hop
- 22:44Speaker 2: and also understanding he fell off, you know what I'm saying, Like, Bro,
- 22:47Speaker 2: Patrick Ewing was in on the Magic, he was like
- 22:50Speaker 2: forty five, Bro, Like we knew he wasn't gonna do
- 22:53Speaker 2: nothing on the Magic. Like that don't change what you know,
- 22:55Speaker 2: how dominanting he was in his heyday, but he wasn't doing.
- 22:59Speaker 1: When he was on the mat.
- 23:02Speaker 3: And that's why I like, I that's I graduated that
- 23:04Speaker 3: point because that's the first thing I thought. I ran
- 23:07Speaker 3: through the whole album and I was like, bro, I
- 23:09Speaker 3: feel like I would have felt this after his super
- 23:11Speaker 3: Bowl performance if this is what he came out like
- 23:14Speaker 3: at the super Bowl and gave this type of performance.
- 23:17Speaker 3: I was like, I would have been like, damn, I
- 23:18Speaker 3: was wrong.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like we would have been disappointed. Bro,
- 23:21Speaker 1: for sure.
- 23:22Speaker 2: For sure, it's definitely some weirdo, weirdo vibes that.
- 23:27Speaker 3: He'd be on.
- 23:28Speaker 2: And it's another one of those things. It was like
- 23:30Speaker 2: you wish it was different, Like Bro I was. I
- 23:33Speaker 2: always mentioned a dog, but like I was a Lil
- 23:35Speaker 2: Wayne fan when people thought it was weird, like when
- 23:37Speaker 2: people wasn't really like, because we're from Florida, so we
- 23:40Speaker 2: heard that New Orleans sound, you know what I mean,
- 23:42Speaker 2: So we already was exposed to that.
- 23:44Speaker 1: So it's like Lil Wayne when he was young.
- 23:46Speaker 2: I was already onto Lil Wayne and thought he was dope,
- 23:48Speaker 2: Like shout out to my boy Jeremy. Like when we
- 23:50Speaker 2: started going to university, Dog like we was damn near
- 23:53Speaker 2: the only ones in high school. Like freshman year, I
- 23:57Speaker 2: was listening to Lil Wayne, Like people was like, well, yo,
- 23:59Speaker 2: what are y'all listening to?
- 24:00Speaker 1: He's whack, Like, Bro, you're insane. He's killing it.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Then right there he dropped gets something and that was
- 24:06Speaker 2: like the single that was supposed to be on the
- 24:08Speaker 2: Carter one, but it didn't end up being on Carter one,
- 24:10Speaker 2: and then it was just like a loose song before
- 24:12Speaker 2: he started dropping the singles four Carter one, you know
- 24:15Speaker 2: what I'm saying, And it was like, bring it back,
- 24:17Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. Carter one is the one
- 24:19Speaker 2: that people. People say, Carter two is the better one,
- 24:22Speaker 2: but just maybe the era or I don't know, it
- 24:24Speaker 2: was just my taste, my I don't know, Dog, but
- 24:26Speaker 2: Carter one for me, Dog from Walking from the from
- 24:31Speaker 2: this is the cord and now welcome. Oh my god, bro,
- 24:34Speaker 2: he went insane on that album Dog, like Carter one
- 24:37Speaker 2: is the one for me. Two was fired, Three was
- 24:39Speaker 2: fired by four. It was like, it's cool, but you
- 24:42Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, bro, But when Lil Wayne was on,
- 24:45Speaker 2: he was on Dog.
- 24:46Speaker 1: All props to him.
- 24:47Speaker 3: But the funny thing is is four has done the
- 24:51Speaker 3: best in all of them.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Yeah, facts and five wasn't bad. Five got a couple
- 24:58Speaker 2: joints I still listened to. He got a joint with
- 24:59Speaker 2: ASHANCEI on There that's dope. He got a joint with
- 25:02Speaker 2: Travis Scott on There That's dope. He got like a
- 25:06Speaker 2: solo joint that's pretty dope. That's called God took his Time,
- 25:09Speaker 2: Like God took his time, Honey made that song's pretty dope.
- 25:14Speaker 2: But yeah, man, Now an album that we haven't heard yet,
- 25:19Speaker 2: but the well I haven't heard yet, but sounding good?
- 25:23Speaker 1: Is that Clips album?
- 25:24Speaker 3: Though? Yeah? And you see in that that goes back
- 25:27Speaker 3: to the Jim Jones point of wanted to make the
- 25:29Speaker 3: Clips are evolving. Facts, They're evolving, they're maturing, and they're
- 25:34Speaker 3: still a rapping but you can hear it in their raps.
- 25:36Speaker 3: It's like a different kind of rap, a different kind
- 25:38Speaker 3: of look, a different kind of just like vision they're
- 25:41Speaker 3: putting together, which you can still see the original Clips
- 25:44Speaker 3: in it, but now they're like you see them at
- 25:47Speaker 3: a different status. And because you love the Clips so
- 25:50Speaker 3: much and they're still spitting their bars, you feel it.
- 25:54Speaker 3: It's the evolvement, like we're all evolving, evolved to as
- 25:56Speaker 3: an artist, and that's why we feel that, and that's
- 25:58Speaker 3: why I think the Clips are gonna hit in this album.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Yeah, facts, man, I definitely like the snippets. I like
- 26:04Speaker 2: the way it's sounding. I'm excited to hear it. I'm
- 26:07Speaker 2: excited with the rollout. I like kind of how they're
- 26:09Speaker 2: doing it, it's like a big deal. I don't know
- 26:12Speaker 2: if it was unintentional or what, but that whole leaving
- 26:16Speaker 2: Deaf Jam thing like as like kind of like the
- 26:18Speaker 2: announcement that their album was coming that was I don't know,
- 26:21Speaker 2: it was like almost two perfect, Like how like they
- 26:25Speaker 2: it burst on a scene like clips by their way
- 26:27Speaker 2: out of the death Damn deal because death Jam didn't
- 26:30Speaker 2: want to clear a song that had a Drake reference
- 26:33Speaker 2: in it, and then it's like that happens, and then
- 26:36Speaker 2: it's like, oh, what Drake song? What song that has
- 26:39Speaker 2: Drake reference on it? And it's a song off their
- 26:41Speaker 2: new album, you know what I mean, Like a Kendrick
- 26:44Speaker 2: feature that's on there. So it's like, bruh, it's perfect
- 26:48Speaker 2: promo to me, there's no way that it wasn't on purpose,
- 26:52Speaker 2: but I'm excited. Nonetheless, I like how the clips are
- 26:57Speaker 2: kind of like and shout out to Dang. I think
- 27:01Speaker 2: Charlemagne was the one that said it. He was saying
- 27:03Speaker 2: that clips are old school, like they wait for albums
- 27:06Speaker 2: to address.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Things, you know what I mean.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Like that was like the editor at the end of
- 27:08Speaker 2: the day, like you're not just gonna go out and
- 27:10Speaker 2: talk about somebody like you. When you're on your album circuit,
- 27:13Speaker 2: that's when you get stuff off your chest, you know.
- 27:16Speaker 2: So I do like that vibe of it where like
- 27:18Speaker 2: people are like, oh, they're trying to, you know, say
- 27:21Speaker 2: stuff to like get high, but it's like, nah, they're
- 27:23Speaker 2: going around getting interviewed, people asking them questions they grown in,
- 27:27Speaker 2: especially push your tea. He's saying everything straight up. He's
- 27:30Speaker 2: saying how he feels about Travis Scott. He don't like
- 27:32Speaker 2: how he played the Drake song without the Drake feature
- 27:35Speaker 2: for him, and then like, how you're gonna pull up
- 27:38Speaker 2: to me and my guys spot not play the feature
- 27:40Speaker 2: of the person that dissed us on it, and then
- 27:43Speaker 2: when you leave you got the whole version, you know
- 27:46Speaker 2: what I mean.
- 27:46Speaker 3: It's weirdly that he also U and that's what a
- 27:50Speaker 3: lot of people say about Travis. When Travis was at
- 27:52Speaker 3: that festival or that show and he was said, he
- 27:56Speaker 3: was asking them to play that the original.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that feature, so yep, yeah, He's like.
- 28:02Speaker 3: Play it, play it. Play And he's like, you can't
- 28:04Speaker 3: be switching sides.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Like matter fact, because he was heavy on the in
- 28:07Speaker 2: the Drake camp before that heavy, heavy, heavy. He was
- 28:09Speaker 2: so hype when he got them verses from Drake for
- 28:12Speaker 2: Astro World Dog or the verse. I don't know if
- 28:14Speaker 2: it was more than one, but I think it was one.
- 28:16Speaker 2: But when he got that Drake feature, he was he
- 28:18Speaker 2: was out of this world ecstatic Dog.
- 28:21Speaker 3: So I define it's one of the biggest the songs
- 28:23Speaker 3: on this album, bro. And then now you're gonna tell
- 28:25Speaker 3: him to pick play is this track at the show?
- 28:28Speaker 3: Come on?
- 28:28Speaker 2: And then you know, he was talking about Kanye how
- 28:31Speaker 2: he didn't like working with him, and you know, just being.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Honest about it.
- 28:36Speaker 2: Basically like drawing the line in the sand, like he
- 28:39Speaker 2: don't rock with him right now, and he don't think
- 28:41Speaker 2: it's something that he's gonna like want to revisit or whatever.
- 28:44Speaker 2: But man, he just it's just been an interesting rollout
- 28:47Speaker 2: and I'm excited to hear that album for sure.
- 28:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm ready for that, especially No Malice. I you know,
- 28:53Speaker 3: it's crazy because he's not the first artist to go
- 28:56Speaker 3: religious and then come back to rapping because mainstead it too.
- 29:01Speaker 3: But as long as they keep the same flow.
- 29:03Speaker 1: But I will say he's kept it.
- 29:04Speaker 2: He kept the same energy though, because when he left rap,
- 29:08Speaker 2: he wasn't. He was talking about I'm not about to
- 29:12Speaker 2: be in a certain lifestyle and writing about certain things.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Right.
- 29:18Speaker 2: So when he came back and got on that Kanye album,
- 29:21Speaker 2: that was the Gospel album, So that was the first
- 29:24Speaker 2: time he came back since he said he wasn't coming back,
- 29:27Speaker 2: So that made a lot of sense. Then you fast
- 29:29Speaker 2: forward to and now they're in a different situation album wise,
- 29:34Speaker 2: and perception for me on the outside looking in, these
- 29:40Speaker 2: people that used to have their hands in things like.
- 29:42Speaker 1: These dastardly hip hop people are gone.
- 29:45Speaker 2: So he probably feels like, oh, now we're free and
- 29:47Speaker 2: clear to really just make music, you know what I'm saying.
- 29:50Speaker 2: It's a safe environment. We don't we're not pressured to
- 29:52Speaker 2: do it a certain way. My brother's gonna do him,
- 29:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna do me, and he's still spending bro So like,
- 29:58Speaker 2: I definitely respect it. I don't feel like he ever
- 30:00Speaker 2: really said he was never gonna rap. I don't think
- 30:02Speaker 2: he actually said that. I think he was just like,
- 30:05Speaker 2: I'm not gonna do certain things, you know what I'm saying.
- 30:08Speaker 2: He was very kind of like read between the lines,
- 30:10Speaker 2: But it definitely seemed like he just wasn't gonna play
- 30:12Speaker 2: that industry game, you know what I mean.
- 30:14Speaker 1: But he got that quote that I'll read.
- 30:16Speaker 2: It, but then you can expand on it. Speaking about
- 30:20Speaker 2: pusha T's talking about Kanye West, he goes, he's he
- 30:25Speaker 2: being Kanye. He knows I don't think he's a man.
- 30:28Speaker 1: He knows it.
- 30:29Speaker 2: And that's why we can't build with each other no more.
- 30:31Speaker 2: That's why me and him don't click, because he knows
- 30:34Speaker 2: what I really really think of him. He showed me
- 30:37Speaker 2: the weakest sides of him, and he knows how I
- 30:40Speaker 2: think of weak people. And it was definitely one of
- 30:44Speaker 2: those things where I respected it because Kanye be on
- 30:48Speaker 2: some stuff and a lot of people kind of going
- 30:51Speaker 2: back to Jim Jones, Bro, Jim Jones kind of went
- 30:53Speaker 2: to Kanye. Once everybody else was running away from Kanye,
- 30:58Speaker 2: Kanye didn't really have much people to reach out to.
- 31:00Speaker 2: That's when he reached out to Jim. Jim should have
- 31:02Speaker 2: been like, nah, Bro, I'm not about to come now
- 31:05Speaker 2: that you're talking about Nazi stuff and you overhere King
- 31:08Speaker 2: Hitler and stuff. But that's that's when Jim went over there.
- 31:12Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 31:13Speaker 2: That's when push your T left and That's when Jim
- 31:15Speaker 2: went and to me, Bro, It's like, that's all I
- 31:17Speaker 2: need to know.
- 31:18Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, yeah about you? And we
- 31:20Speaker 3: talk about it. We talk about it a lot. We
- 31:24Speaker 3: talk about what's the meaning behind the show. The theme
- 31:28Speaker 3: of Grounded is being one real And if you know
- 31:35Speaker 3: that the person you're talking to knows what you think
- 31:38Speaker 3: about him, you cannot be fake and you don't even
- 31:42Speaker 3: have to explain yourself facts. So there's no reason to
- 31:45Speaker 3: be around each other and talk to each other like
- 31:47Speaker 3: if you know what I think of people who do
- 31:49Speaker 3: stuff like you, do you think we're cool right now? Facts?
- 31:53Speaker 3: I don't have to play it off like we're cool.
- 31:55Speaker 3: I've definitely not and I definitely have to tell you
- 31:58Speaker 3: that I don't like it. You should automatically know. And
- 32:01Speaker 3: that's what I appreciate about pusha Tas quote. He says,
- 32:05Speaker 3: Kanye knows what I think about people like him, so
- 32:08Speaker 3: there's no reason I could be in front of him
- 32:11Speaker 3: and fake it. There's no reason I could be in
- 32:13Speaker 3: front of him have to explain it. I'm just not
- 32:16Speaker 3: gonna be around. Yeah, that's the number one thing we
- 32:18Speaker 3: try to explain on this show.
- 32:20Speaker 2: I'm gonna be very vague about this on purpose, and
- 32:22Speaker 2: you're going, You're going people what I'm talking about, But
- 32:24Speaker 2: I just want to keep it super vague because I
- 32:25Speaker 2: don't want anybody feel like I'm talking about that, right
- 32:29Speaker 2: or if at least they know that I'm talking about them,
- 32:31Speaker 2: they know I'm not like out of them in any way,
- 32:33Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. But there was like something
- 32:37Speaker 2: I heard of, like somebody basically saying like, I don't
- 32:42Speaker 2: like coming around when I know I'm not on point,
- 32:45Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. They was like, if I
- 32:47Speaker 2: know that I'm not gonna be on point or like
- 32:49Speaker 2: I'm slacking in certain areas, I don't like coming around
- 32:52Speaker 2: because I know y'all be on point, you know what
- 32:54Speaker 2: I'm saying. Like that's I like that, you know what
- 32:57Speaker 2: I'm saying. I like people to know they can't be
- 32:59Speaker 2: on boot around me, dog, Like I love it, bro.
- 33:02Speaker 2: I love that people don't invite me to certain stuff
- 33:04Speaker 2: because they already know I'm not with the bullshit. I
- 33:06Speaker 2: love when people don't mention stuff to me because they
- 33:08Speaker 2: already know I'm not with the bullshit.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Like I love that, bro. And it goes to like
- 33:12Speaker 1: what you were saying.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Bro Like, it's just the point of the show, staying grounded,
- 33:16Speaker 2: being solid, bro Like, that's always gonna take you far.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Yeah, that's always going to be a self explanatory thing
- 33:24Speaker 3: that is never gonna come to somebody say, oh, I
- 33:27Speaker 3: ain't know you. I ain't know you had a problem
- 33:29Speaker 3: with that. Now everybody knows what I have a problem with.
- 33:33Speaker 3: Everybody knows that you have a problem with and we
- 33:35Speaker 3: don't want those problems around us. It's that simple.
- 33:38Speaker 2: I've said it before, bro, But we're kind of leave
- 33:40Speaker 2: them with this. If you stay solid all the time,
- 33:43Speaker 2: you don't ever got to keep your story straight.
- 33:46Speaker 3: That's it.
- 33:46Speaker 1: State.
- 33:48Speaker 2: But
