- 0:31I.
- 0:34Welcome to this episode of the Justice Team Podcast on the Justice Team Network.
- 0:37I am Bob Simon, your host, and today we're gonna be talking about what are
- 0:41your rights as a person on American soil.
- 0:44We have on Lee Paul Alata, who is a criminal defense, civil rights
- 0:48slash personal injury lawyer here in Southern California.
- 0:51Not so much civil rights, not too
- 0:52much civil rights.
- 0:53Um, it all
- 0:53ties in.
- 0:54I think it ties in because you're still protecting their rights, but
- 0:56I think as far as civil rights.
- 0:58An attorney is the ones that will go after the police officer or go after the
- 1:03government agency for those violations.
- 1:04But I guess I'm a civil rights defender if that's the case.
- 1:07And I think that's what over lines criminal immigration and that's why I keep
- 1:12doing a lot of promoting of due process.
- 1:15It's like it's basic and not a lot of people get that.
- 1:18Yeah.
- 1:18And
- 1:18you've done some good social videos and I think this is actually the first time
- 1:21we're meeting in person, but we DM and we talk and I've seen, you know, we're.
- 1:24We're mid-June 2025 while we're filming right now.
- 1:27Just so people we're in Los Angeles area.
- 1:30You're in Long Beach, right?
- 1:31Cerritos.
- 1:32Cerritos, right.
- 1:32So Southern California.
- 1:34Yeah.
- 1:34And you know, what we're seeing and hearing, and I think people have a lot
- 1:36of questions like, what are my rights?
- 1:39And that's, that's go from the rights, the people that are being affected right now.
- 1:42First of what are you seeing and what are you hearing?
- 1:45What are some types of violations or some things that people should know.
- 1:48Um, a lot of it comes to the people that are being stopped.
- 1:52They don't know.
- 1:54The off that the officers or the ICE agents are lying to them.
- 1:58I've talked to a couple immigrations because some people come to me like, oh,
- 2:01they're just picking up the bad people.
- 2:03No.
- 2:03What it is, is they have the right, just like I say, think of like
- 2:07whenever you hear criminal rights, you have the right to remain silent.
- 2:09You can ask for an attorney.
- 2:11I. You don't have to sign anything.
- 2:13'cause what's happening is these ICE agents are telling us they're
- 2:17gonna take your kid away if you don't sign this document.
- 2:19Wow.
- 2:19Or, um, one, one person said, oh, this is for a COVID test.
- 2:23We're just doing a COVID test.
- 2:24And they're actually signing away their, their rights to defend
- 2:27themselves in immigration court.
- 2:29And that.
- 2:30So when people are saying that they're just tricking and
- 2:32pulling these people in, no.
- 2:33They're lying to these people, and the biggest thing is they don't know.
- 2:37They don't have to sign anything and they don't have to talk.
- 2:40You'll see some social media people run up.
- 2:42No, don't say anything.
- 2:44Don't say anything because they truly don't have anything against you, but
- 2:49they can make you sign that paper and says you're basically giving
- 2:52away your rights to defend yourself.
- 2:54In a civil case.
- 2:55I'm sorry, in an immigration case.
- 2:56Wow.
- 2:57I mean that's, and it's.
- 2:59But, but people, just to be clear, people, if you're on American soil regardless,
- 3:02immigration status, you have rights.
- 3:04Yeah.
- 3:05And I think there's a quote from, um, justice Scalia before he died,
- 3:09saying even if you're undocumented, you're, you're, you have the right
- 3:13to due process and that's guaranteed
- 3:16by the US Constitution.
- 3:17Yeah.
- 3:17And people think, oh, it's just a criminal case.
- 3:19No.
- 3:20Even if you have welfare and you have welfare recipients are trying to take
- 3:23away your welfare, you have due process.
- 3:25It's not a full on.
- 3:27Jury trial, but you have the right to know what's against you and represent yourself.
- 3:31And defend yourself before your welfare rights are taken away.
- 3:34So this is the same thing with immigration.
- 3:37It's, there's a different process, but you have that process.
- 3:40Like I have an example of immigration attorney that just told me where his
- 3:43client, what's actually in process.
- 3:45So if you run his paperwork, he has a case.
- 3:47So he, this guy actually, he got picked up and he showed me within
- 3:51four hours, the guy's son showed his dad's location in Tijuana.
- 3:55Within four hours of four picked up hours.
- 3:57And we know it was, what, two and a half hours to get to San Diego
- 4:00across the border within four hours from when he was picked up.
- 4:03He was, he was found in Tijuana.
- 4:04And that's the thing I picked
- 4:06up by ice.
- 4:07Yeah.
- 4:08Taken away.
- 4:08Not, and my, and my client, um, my friend was at the door downtown LA
- 4:13Hey, I want to talk to my client.
- 4:14Oh, they're saying, oh no, it's civil unrest out there.
- 4:16We, we, we need to protect, like they're basically saying.
- 4:19All that fighting outside, it makes it dangerous for us to unlock the door to
- 4:23let you come in and talk to your client.
- 4:24Oh, Kaban.
- 4:25Yeah.
- 4:25And so what he says is just for those people, if they do have that case,
- 4:30there's actually appeals where they appeal that deportation and they
- 4:34actually order their person is ordered back to, to have their case heard.
- 4:39So, but yeah, it's um, I forgot what the question was, but um
- 4:44Yeah, but it's due process.
- 4:45Just explain for everybody, just.
- 4:47As simple as you can, what is due process in layman's terms?
- 4:51Um, due process, I like to say is you get to heard what, what evidence is heard
- 4:56against you, what case is against you, and you have your right to defend yourself.
- 5:00Whether it's presenting documents, testimony, like in a cri, I, I always,
- 5:05I keep going back to criminal case 'cause somebody knows criminal,
- 5:07they don't know immigration.
- 5:09I just, I just talk about, like, say your example, you're fighting a. A murder case
- 5:13or I was defending a, um, a robbery case.
- 5:17And say for example, you're fighting your case, Hey, you know what?
- 5:20We, we don't have the body-worn camera.
- 5:21I had a case two years.
- 5:22It, they were defending themselves for a year and a half.
- 5:24They didn't have body-worn camera until I showed up and my partner, and we
- 5:27actually found body-worn camera, which assisted in getting the case dismissed.
- 5:30But, but due process.
- 5:32Say for example, here's your charges.
- 5:34Now defend yourself.
- 5:35Well, let me gather the evidence.
- 5:36Let me, let me have a hearing, whether it's criminal, you have a trial or you
- 5:40have immigration, you have a hearing.
- 5:41I. So what happens is you're allowed to have that hearing.
- 5:44Then it's determined yes or no.
- 5:46Then you gotta go or not, but a violation due process.
- 5:49What's happened to these immigration people?
- 5:50Just like criminals.
- 5:52Say you're fighting your case, you're in court, you know, you know what we're,
- 5:55you know we're, the case is closed.
- 5:56We're taking you to state prison.
- 5:59You're,
- 5:59you're serving your sentence now, seven years in state prison.
- 6:01But wait, I didn't, sorry.
- 6:03We're you're, you're deported or you're serving your sentence.
- 6:05That's how I kind of,
- 6:06yeah, that's the violation of it.
- 6:08And that's what like, you know, you just don't want somebody literally
- 6:10put in prison without letting them.
- 6:13Plead their case.
- 6:13Right.
- 6:14Well, imagine if they picked you up and they said, well, you, I mean,
- 6:17you're a little lighter skinned.
- 6:18'cause that's what they're doing.
- 6:18They're going by the color.
- 6:20Oh yeah.
- 6:20I I call it WWB walking while brown.
- 6:22That's why they're picking people up.
- 6:22Yeah.
- 6:23And that's what my defense was in that criminal case.
- 6:24I was like, they were driving while Hispanic in la I had a
- 6:26case in l in Beverly Hills.
- 6:28I, well, he was driving while black.
- 6:29Yeah.
- 6:29And that, I actually said that to the judge.
- 6:31Joe goes, you think that happens?
- 6:33Oh yeah, yeah.
- 6:34That happens.
- 6:34It is like, yes.
- 6:35And he, he actually scolded me saying, we're in California, we're different.
- 6:39No, we're not different.
- 6:40They're still there.
- 6:41But the due process is like, for example, you're a citizen, right?
- 6:45Imagine if they just picked you up and deported you, you and you.
- 6:48They didn't ask you for your citizenship.
- 6:49They didn't ask your id, they deported you.
- 6:51That's the due process allows you to say, Hey, I'm a citizen.
- 6:54Hey, I have a right to be here.
- 6:56Or the worst is when people come for asylum.
- 6:59There's people that if they go back to their country, they will get killed.
- 7:02And that's why they're allowed to come.
- 7:03There's people, they come properly, they're fighting their case, and
- 7:07they have the right to address that case, address those issues.
- 7:10What is your defense?
- 7:11What are you accusing me of?
- 7:13It's like kids, like if I'm accusing you of something, shouldn't
- 7:15you be able to defend yourself?
- 7:16Right?
- 7:17Yeah.
- 7:17And for PE, people coming here for political asylum.
- 7:20They're, they should be able to hear their case before sending them back
- 7:23where, you know, what will happen there?
- 7:25They'll be dead.
- 7:26Oh yeah.
- 7:26And there's people that do it properly.
- 7:28They come to the border, Hey, I'm not crossing your line.
- 7:31I'm not crossing illegally, but my life is threatened back there.
- 7:33And what the process is, you're supposed to bring 'em in, let 'em talk about
- 7:36it, but now you're like, no, what?
- 7:38We don't care.
- 7:39Yeah.
- 7:39Even if they've been here for years.
- 7:40And I've seen some cases of that recently.
- 7:41Um, so, and, and you know, some people say, well, you know.
- 7:45Uh, there's, they, they can invoke a right from the 1790s, a case of
- 7:50the, the, uh, the Alien, um, war Act.
- 7:54No, it's not the, it's the, um, alien Criminal Act, and it's, they're saying,
- 7:59well, because, you know, you can.
- 8:01You could detain people and not have a reason, or not give due process.
- 8:05And the Supreme Court, which is mostly conservative, says
- 8:09no, that law does not apply.
- 8:11It's only to be used during war time.
- 8:13So if you're watching or listening and hear somebody say, well, there's this
- 8:16law from the nine 1790s, it says that the, the administration could do it
- 8:20because of the, the, the, the alien.
- 8:23Um.
- 8:24Wartime act or whatever it's called.
- 8:26No, they can't.
- 8:27They cannot.
- 8:27It's the Supreme Court, which is mostly conservative, says, no, you cannot.
- 8:31The constitution says, no, you cannot.
- 8:32And that actually says you have to be in time of war to do that with,
- 8:36there's a, with the person, you're deporting, there's a person deporting.
- 8:38There's a a, a real threat out there.
- 8:40Yes.
- 8:41I'm sorry.
- 8:41This guy's selling.
- 8:42Um, an and fruit Yeah.
- 8:45Is not the top threat.
- 8:47I mean, that's my biggest peeve is.
- 8:49Start at the top.
- 8:50So, so let
- 8:51me ask you this.
- 8:52Do, are they, and the folks that you've been helping and representing or the
- 8:55things you hear about through your network is, are, are there, are these
- 9:00criminals that they're going after?
- 9:03No, they're, they're people that, for example, he was talking about a case
- 9:07where the guy was actually working in a garage on private property.
- 9:11And it was a construct, it was a construction worker and
- 9:15all they did was drag him off.
- 9:17My question is, is how do you know that's a, how do you know it's a criminal when
- 9:20you're picking 'em off by their skin?
- 9:23They
- 9:23don't, yeah, I saw a little video where the guy, the cop says, yeah,
- 9:26you look like someone I'm looking for.
- 9:28Can you gimme your id?
- 9:29I,
- 9:30so what do people do in that situation if somebody says that to you?
- 9:33If, if, if, I would say, because my understanding is, unless there's a
- 9:39alleged crime, you don't even have to give your identification to the officers.
- 9:42But again, you know, you gotta be reasonable.
- 9:45You gotta be reasonable.
- 9:45You can, um, if you're stopped in your vehicle, you gotta give your ID
- 9:48and your license, but you can say, I have the right to, I'm just invoking
- 9:52my right to remain silent because I mean, simple as d UIs, anything you
- 9:55say can and will be used against you.
- 9:57I would just say be quiet.
- 9:58What I'm trying to do is pass out cards like.
- 10:01As I drive around, if I see people working construction, like, oh,
- 10:04I'm, I'm, I have a residency.
- 10:05They don't care.
- 10:05They don't care.
- 10:06And honestly, I, I'm, I may be ly profiling people when I'm giving
- 10:09'em my car because I see 'em dark.
- 10:11Oh, here hold my card.
- 10:12I don't know.
- 10:12Crim, I don't know all immigration, but I know criminal, and at least
- 10:16on the back of my car, it says, you have the right to remain.
- 10:19You have the right to remain in silence, invoke all these rights.
- 10:21So, I'm sorry.
- 10:23I, I, yeah.
- 10:24And I would
- 10:25tell everybody just, you know.
- 10:27Film them.
- 10:27Ask for your badge number, ask for your name.
- 10:31And you know what I've seen effective being done is, you know, when they're
- 10:35wearing masks and not identifying themselves, film it and have
- 10:38somebody with you call the police and say, I'm here with somebody.
- 10:42Pretending to be a police officer that's trying to take me, I need
- 10:45help right away and film it all.
- 10:48Because they're supposed to give that to you, right?
- 10:49Aren't they supposed, yeah, they're supposed
- 10:50to.
- 10:50They're supposed to identify their, identify themselves with
- 10:52their, the badge number or whatnot.
- 10:55And honestly, I, I think some of these people were just coming from,
- 10:57um, I remember back in, you see back when Arizona, they were trying to
- 11:00like pick people off on their own.
- 11:02'cause I, I reposted a clip a couple times.
- 11:04Everybody, there was somebody from ICE that had cowboy hat on.
- 11:07These are vigilantes.
- 11:08Yeah.
- 11:08I was like,
- 11:08how did you get a cowboy hat?
- 11:10Is that like, is that United States issued?
- 11:12Like, yeah.
- 11:14But yeah, the best thing is do not talk, ask, um, be in groups.
- 11:18Don't go out by yourself.
- 11:20Um, and how,
- 11:22how about like, how.
- 11:23People are afraid.
- 11:24They're coming to their, their work.
- 11:27What should they be doing?
- 11:28What should the employers be doing?
- 11:29What happens on private property?
- 11:30Like what are people's rights?
- 11:31Can they just go into your house?
- 11:32No, they can't go into private property, which includes a business or your home.
- 11:38With your home.
- 11:39You just lock it.
- 11:39Stay silent.
- 11:40I say pretend they're like door, door salesman.
- 11:43Don't answer the door.
- 11:44If you see someone come to your house, don't even talk.
- 11:47You.
- 11:47They don't have a right.
- 11:47They have to show you a warrant because like I say, with any,
- 11:50like, even like police cases.
- 11:52Officers if they want to stop you and they have a right, they're not gonna say,
- 11:55sir, can I take that gun outta your hand?
- 11:57No, they're gonna break down your door.
- 11:58Take the gun outta your hand.
- 11:59Anytime they ask is because they don't have the right.
- 12:02So that's the the home.
- 12:03Stay in your home.
- 12:03Don't answer.
- 12:05Um, just, just ignore them.
- 12:07And as far as businesses, you have the right to protect that.
- 12:10And I think there's a little post going on.
- 12:12It's a little spell check on the sign, but employers have the right to post.
- 12:16You cannot come to this property basically saying this is private property.
- 12:20If you're here for these ex, these certain reasons, you're
- 12:23not allowed on this property.
- 12:25Unfortunately, like my friend there, they took him right outta the garage
- 12:28when the guy was protecting himself.
- 12:30But at least it helps your civil rights case.
- 12:32Yeah, or your immigration case when you go counter to that.
- 12:35But yes, private pro um, business have the private property.
- 12:38It's the owners that need to put that sign up.
- 12:41It's the owner.
- 12:41And that's why I was talking about my caseworkers with the case management.
- 12:44We need to talk to all our insurance providers, make sure they have signs up.
- 12:48Are they protecting the clients that are going for that treatment?
- 12:51Yeah.
- 12:51And as you know for the, you know, we have a lot of fear
- 12:53with people that we represent.
- 12:54And you know, whether they're here illegally, they're still afraid because
- 12:59they're like, am I gonna just show up and they're gonna use some excuse to revoke my
- 13:04legal citizenship and take me somewhere.
- 13:07And I've seen insurance companies weaponize this, literally tell lawyers
- 13:12that their case isn't worth anything.
- 13:14'cause they're not here legally.
- 13:15And then they go tell ice.
- 13:17Talk about abusive process.
- 13:18Yes, that's happening.
- 13:20Oh my God.
- 13:20Yes.
- 13:20Well talk about you're gonna lose business if, I mean, I don't,
- 13:25and and that's the whole thing that started from the beginning.
- 13:28A lot of attorneys are quiet on this.
- 13:29Is it, are they, I I was gonna post, is there some Illuminati that I don't
- 13:33not know about that I should not be saying things or, but it goes to the
- 13:37point of, yeah, you, you gotta, I think it has to build relationship
- 13:41with those insurance companies.
- 13:43Are you gonna, are you gonna report deport people because Yeah,
- 13:47unfortunately they're not protected.
- 13:49I. You know?
- 13:50Yeah.
- 13:50Like, like they're protected with attorney-client privilege.
- 13:53Yeah.
- 13:53It's abuse of process.
- 13:54Anytime they use things in litigation to leverage it's abuse of process,
- 13:57they'd have rights against them.
- 13:59But like, here's the, the other thing that I'll say is, you know, you see
- 14:02during these times, who are the lawyers that really care about the community
- 14:06they represent and the other ones that only care about the cash in their pocket?
- 14:10You can see at these times who those folks are.
- 14:12Yeah.
- 14:12I mean, 'cause where since I've started criminal offense, 80 to
- 14:1690% of my clients speak Spanish.
- 14:18Mm-hmm.
- 14:19And when I'm, when I talked to 'em, I initially, I thought
- 14:21I was offending people.
- 14:22I was like, are you documenting?
- 14:23What's your status?
- 14:24And I don't want them to worry like, oh, is he gonna judge me?
- 14:26'cause I'm not a citizen?
- 14:27I go, no, it depends, depends on your case.
- 14:29But like you're saying, a lot of people are saying is you're,
- 14:32you're, you're making money.
- 14:33All these people on their clients, either civil or criminal, and
- 14:36now you're just shining them.
- 14:37Now you're like, oh.
- 14:40Like only when the money counts.
- 14:41Only
- 14:42when it counts.
- 14:42But as
- 14:42soon as your check's cashed, are you locking the door?
- 14:44No, you're then, that's why I keep saying it.
- 14:47And like I start, I'm starting to do more in Spanish because t like
- 14:51Instagram, I don't know how the algorithm does, it doesn't hit a lot of
- 14:54people, but I notice TikTok hits a lot.
- 14:57So when you see me post in Spanish, 90% of the people I know that
- 15:00follow me, they speak English.
- 15:01Right?
- 15:02But what I'm doing is I'm copy and pasting TikTok because,
- 15:05um, you just get random people.
- 15:06I've getting random, I've getting random cases from people that found
- 15:09me on TikTok, but now I'm trying to use that randomness to spread.
- 15:12I love it because, yeah, you can't benefit from a Com community without.
- 15:17Protecting them.
- 15:17Really care.
- 15:17And that's what like, you know what I've been, so I don't do criminal defense.
- 15:23I do not do immigration.
- 15:24So what we did with our quickly, I created an AI voice intake that speaks every
- 15:29language that speaks Spanish, that will then route it to the lawyers that can help
- 15:33you, like do what you can as veer a lawyer out there and give people the ability to.
- 15:39To be heard, to talk to somebody very quickly and have folks like
- 15:43you quickly jump in and look.
- 15:45I mean, this is, it's not easy work.
- 15:47I mean, you've gotta be at the courthouse constantly these days.
- 15:49Yeah, well if, well I honestly, like 90% of my case is RPI, but for the
- 15:53criminal cases, I mostly, they're mostly been referral, but, but yeah, if even
- 15:59though I'm not an immigration attorney, I'd rather give you this's the thing.
- 16:02I'd rather give you some advice than you out there, because what
- 16:05if I'm the only attorney, you know?
- 16:07And you'll attorney follow.
- 16:08I'd rather you say, Hey, due process.
- 16:10If you call, I know an attorney, I know immigration attorney.
- 16:13Put my whole, I'll refer out, but I didn't know about, I, I kind of hear how
- 16:16you refer out or what, but yeah, it's,
- 16:19it's automatically routed.
- 16:20So like on attorney share, there's lawyers that are immigration criminal.
- 16:25You could pick all your practice areas and then.
- 16:27When they call, for instance, my firm that has the voice AI intake, it knows
- 16:30it's not something I specialize in.
- 16:32It'll post it out to those communities of lawyers.
- 16:34So whoever's available can say, yes, I can accept this case.
- 16:37You can then route the client to them to help as fast as you can.
- 16:41Oh, I thought that was only like PI referrals.
- 16:42I didn't know.
- 16:43That's all.
- 16:44That's great.
- 16:44Criminal immigration.
- 16:46Business litigation, mass tools.
- 16:47But the
- 16:48main thing I'm trying to do, and I notice people get all fight, fight fights.
- 16:52Like my thing is, is like the people on the other side, there's some
- 16:55people that do have hearts, right?
- 16:56Yeah.
- 16:56And they're, they don't know what, someone actually reached out to me on Facebook is
- 16:59like, I thought the me, I thought that's all just media people, kids getting taken
- 17:02away from their parents, this, this, this, and, and then she didn't understand.
- 17:05I explained to her what due process was just.
- 17:07Oh, thank you for educating me.
- 17:08So I'm trying to stay in that middle ground because you
- 17:11don't want to be this fighter.
- 17:12You don't wanna be that person that say, see, that's in California.
- 17:15And
- 17:15yeah,
- 17:16I'm trying to put the message out there.
- 17:18You're we're protecting like Father's Day.
- 17:19I was like, well, I was just thinking, I was talking to my wife.
- 17:21I go, imagine you're, we're out there working for your kids.
- 17:24You get taken away and your kids are out there not being supportive.
- 17:28How can a human being that that's a dad.
- 17:32No, let let other dads be taken away from their kids.
- 17:35So I'm trying to be soft where they'll listen.
- 17:38But not angry isn't if,
- 17:39if there's no criminal record, by the way, isn't It isn't.
- 17:41If you are undocumented, it's a civil,
- 17:44that's my understanding.
- 17:45Yeah.
- 17:46It's not even like
- 17:46a cri, it's a civil thing.
- 17:47So if they're, if you don't have a criminal history and you pick
- 17:51them up, they're undocumented and they have a family, why can't you
- 17:55just put an ankle monitor on them and let them have due process?
- 17:58Like, is that so hard?
- 18:00No, it ankle monitoring will go off.
- 18:02I mean, 'cause I do criminal defense.
- 18:03We do that all the time for DUI cases, yes, you'll know where that person's at.
- 18:07You'll know when they take off and you're, and your phone, like
- 18:10you're saying, the lease means.
- 18:11That's kind of like when you're on a criminal case and you wanna go on
- 18:14bail, what's the lease means necessary?
- 18:16Do I have to have this guy in jail or can I put him on?
- 18:19Um, can I, it's a, it should be the same thing as ba as a bail.
- 18:22You're saying, well, this person has a criminal history and
- 18:25he's violent and he can repeat.
- 18:27He's staying in jail versus, yeah, he stay in jail.
- 18:28This person has no record, but we still wanna know where we're at.
- 18:31Monitory.
- 18:32That's like, that should what it, that's what it should be.
- 18:33I mean, that's
- 18:33what it should be.
- 18:34All right.
- 18:34I mean.
- 18:35Y thank you for coming on the show.
- 18:36I think we're gonna have to be a repeat thing 'cause I don't think this is gonna
- 18:39go away anytime soon, but reach out.
- 18:41Uh, what's your, what's your handles on both of the things
- 18:44I've mapped over?
- 18:45It's Attorney Hall TikTok, Instagram, and I believe it's on Facebook.
- 18:48Yes.
- 18:48Attorney Halla.
- 18:49H-A-L-L-A-D.
- 18:50So reach
- 18:51out, dm. He does respond.
- 18:52It helps educate and I know a lot of people are just looking
- 18:54for answers and what they can do.
- 18:56Just have your lawyer, your team, on speed, dial record,
- 18:59everything that you can.
- 19:01Be vocal for your rights and record.
- 19:04Yeah.
- 19:05And don't say anything that you don't have to.
- 19:06You don't have to say shit.
- 19:07Yes.
- 19:08And they will trick you.
- 19:10They can lie to you.
- 19:12They will tell you your kids are gonna take it away.
- 19:14They will tell you if you go, your kids are gonna take it away,
- 19:17or we'll take your possessions.
- 19:19Or, oh, if you sign this, you'll get this.
- 19:21Don't sign one document unless you're there with an attorney.
