A deadly crash at the intersection of Forrest Avenue and Kenton Road in Dover sent a 67-year-old motorcyclist to the hospital in critical condition after being struck by a Mazda that ran a red light. The driver, 43-year-old Jessica Lopez, suffered minor injuries but showed signs of impairment and was found with suspected heroin and paraphernalia in her car — she was also already facing a felony charge that day.
