• 1:30
Speaker 3: Actually, you need to look at her podcast as well on YouTube.
• 1:34
Speaker 3: Yeah, is the podcast on YouTube?
• 1:36
  Speaker 2: It's a YouTube channel, basically, a.
• 1:37
  Speaker 3: YouTube channel.
• 1:38
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:38
Speaker 3: Yeah, you definitely need to look at her YouTube, but I'm going to talk about that on your bio.

Speaker 3: Before starting her personal channel, kimberly ran a bookkeeping channel where she shared tips and advice for aspiring bookkeepers and business owners.
• 2:40
Speaker 3: Although she no longer creates content for that channel, her passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others remains a core part of her mission.

Speaker 3: She has personally helped friends manifest life changes as well.
• 2:56
Speaker 3: Kimberly is deeply committed to helping others make empowered decisions and transform their lives.
• 3:01
Speaker 3: I love this, kimberly, as well as your bio.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: It is you and you helped me with YouTube, but I really didn't know how to do YouTube.
• 3:10
Speaker 3: I still I need to get more follows on YouTube as far as our channel, but thank you for coming to the show.
• 3:15
Speaker 3: Tell us a little bit about yourself, other than what I just told you.
• 3:18
Speaker 3: I am going to start asking you questions, that's fine.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: I'm a mother of one Does questions, that's fine.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: I'm a mother one, does that count?
• 3:30
Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, I, other than what you just read, I just have a.
• 3:32
Speaker 2: Like you said, I have a passion for helping people and I just believe, I have a strong belief that we are where we are because that's where we put ourselves.
• 3:41
Speaker 2: I'm very excited to be here.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: My brain right now is going like and I'm horrible at talking about myself like, really horrible.
• 3:50
Speaker 2: That's one of the things that I say on my YouTube channel, that you know, to sit down to talk about me is hard, but I can talk about me if it's going to help my viewer.
• 4:00
Speaker 3: Absolutely, and let me help you with that.
• 4:02
Speaker 2: As far as asking you a question, and it's really about what inspired you to become a YouTube specialist and how did you start your journey.
• 4:14
Speaker 2: Well, all right, what inspired me was years ago.
• 4:17
Speaker 2: You have this big goal of when you're a child, my big goal because I had a heart upbringing.
• 4:19
Speaker 2: I always wanted to be a motivational speaker.
• 4:23
Speaker 2: Obviously, as time goes by, it's like how is that going to happen?
• 4:27
Speaker 2: And then YouTube came up and I saw people on YouTube and how they were creating their channels and I just felt drawn, like this is where I can have my voice.
• 4:39
Speaker 2: But, as Wanda, when you first met me, I was not that bold, I was very shy.
• 4:44
Speaker 2: I could barely speak two words together without stumbling over them.
• 4:48
Speaker 2: And we met in COVID and I started.
• 4:52
Speaker 2: That's when I started my bookkeeping channel and because obviously it was.
• 4:56
Speaker 2: Although I love accounting and bookkeeping, it was not where my 100% heart was, because I'm accustomed to helping that one-to-one friend when they come to help and they're struggling with something in their life or they people believe in faith, but to what level?
• 5:14
Speaker 2: I take it like a step further so people can open up their minds and really see that they God-given gift and what really lies within.
• 5:22
Speaker 2: And that's how I started, from the bookkeeping channel and then I started my personal channel and at first I was so shy I didn't even put my face on it and I have, over the over time, I've gotten better at speaking on camera.
• 5:37
  Speaker 2: That starts.
• 5:38
Speaker 2: It was overcoming that fear of like really showing people who I am and really learn to express myself.
• 5:46
Speaker 2: So in August this year I started back consistently posting on my channel, but then I also joined a tribe of other small YouTubers, which I actually had been consistent from August until now.
• 6:01
Speaker 2: I just came off of a Donut 30 Day no Edit Challenge and that was fun.
• 6:05
Speaker 2: Never thought I could got through that, but yeah, basically I think I asked you a question right, because I know that.
• 6:13
Speaker 3: I go all over the place.
• 6:14
Speaker 3: Yeah, you did, you did, and actually goes into the what strategies do you recommend for growing a YouTube audience organically?
• 6:21
Speaker 3: I think you're talking about being consistent.
• 6:22
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, being consistent.
• 6:23
Speaker 2: Any platform audience organically.
• 6:23
Speaker 2: I think you're talking about being consistent.
• 6:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, being consistent.
• 6:25
Speaker 2: Any platform, as you wonder, would know.
• 6:27
Speaker 2: Even if you're a podcast, consistency is the key to your success.
• 6:32
Speaker 2: Even when you don't believe that you can actually do it, that you can show for yourself.
• 6:36
  Speaker 2: Just be consistent.
• 6:39
Speaker 2: Another thing that I found that really helps is and although, yes, I'm a small youtuber, but I really study all the other YouTubers, because my channel right now is small, but my other channel does have like over a thousand subscribers.
• 6:53
Speaker 2: It's just I don't pay attention to that one, but what I have learned in being on YouTube is stop watching all the gurus, stop trying to do it quick.
• 7:02
Speaker 2: Find your passion, like you always say one.
• 7:06
Speaker 2: I think that is what really stuck with me over this time too, hearing you telling me about finding my passion.
• 7:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, you're always saying it Find your passion, know what you're passionate about and just do that.
• 7:16
Speaker 2: So I found my passion, and it was just to find out how to portray it online, because it's one thing to know what you want to do.
• 7:26
Speaker 2: Then it's learning how to actually do it, and there's so many different people.
• 7:32
Speaker 2: You know that you can actually just watch and see how they put their camera on, watch and see how they do their stuff.
• 7:37
Speaker 2: But then bring you to that and people I always say your tribe is out there.
• 7:42
Speaker 2: Someone is waiting for you to pick up a camera, pick up a podcast and just be you, because someone is waiting for you to help them to change their life.
• 7:54
  Speaker 3: Absolutely.
• 7:54
Speaker 3: I love it because, the same thing with me, one of my friends.
• 7:57
Speaker 3: She said I want you to do podcasts.
• 7:58
  Speaker 3: I said what?
• 7:59
Speaker 3: And I was skeptical.
• 8:03
Speaker 3: Everything that we said we would never do, god says, yes, you can, yes, you will.
• 8:09
Speaker 3: And everything that I've done, like writing my three books, two collaborations and writing my own book, speaking and also doing this podcast.
• 8:17
Speaker 3: He has helped me with this journey along the way.
• 8:20
Speaker 3: And, kimberly, I was just thinking about how we did a podcast together, a webinar, we did a webinar together on Facebook.
• 8:27
  Speaker 3: Yeah, we did.
• 8:28
  Speaker 3: We did.
• 8:29
Speaker 3: Both of us stepped out of our comfort zone and that's why I always say follow your passion, follow what you want to do.
• 8:34
Speaker 3: Listen, I left corporate 36 years at IBM and I said, okay, what do I do next?
• 8:39
Speaker 3: And I didn't have the age to retire but I had the whole pension plan, thank God.
• 8:45
Speaker 3: But when I stepped out in faith and it let me know that I can do anything I want to do and that's why I start like, like helping you, helping other women that say I want to do this but I don't know how to do it.
• 8:57
Speaker 3: I like to make sure that your self-esteem and confidence is up and I can see from what you're doing.
• 9:03
Speaker 3: I am so proud of what you've done with your YouTube, and then also we're going to talk about manifestation.
• 9:08
Speaker 3: But let me ask you one another question here what are the most common mistakes that new YouTubers make since you was a new YouTuber and how can they avoid them?
• 9:18
Speaker 2: the mistake that people make is focusing on the numbers.
• 9:22
Speaker 2: How many views did I get?
• 9:24
Speaker 2: Who subscribed to my channel?
• 9:25
Speaker 2: That's the biggest mistake that people do fall into.
• 9:30
Speaker 2: I'm not saying don't watch and be grateful for every person that subscribed to your channel.
• 9:35
Speaker 2: People might say my channel is small because right now I have I think it's 216.
• 9:41
Speaker 2: Okay, put 216 people in a room and then tell your little one to run through that room and see if you could find them and then tell me that my channel is small.
• 9:52
Speaker 2: I put it like that way Appreciate your growth where you are.
• 9:57
Speaker 2: But the other thing that I found that is really helping me is finding your tribe.
• 10:01
Speaker 2: While we are, you are complete strangers.
• 10:04
Speaker 2: We didn't know each other until online.
• 10:06
Speaker 2: We even never met online in person yet and I say yet because that's one of my goals to actually meet all the people that I've met online in person but because I've come across you that one thing you always said find your passion For me.
• 10:23
Speaker 2: When I think you, I think of that, and it's people like you that help impact me.
• 10:29
Speaker 2: And I say complete strangers, find your tribe.
• 10:32
Speaker 2: There are people out there that want to connect with you and you all have the same goal.
• 10:38
Speaker 2: If you all have the same goal, you will be surprised how you'll be more motivated to start creating, start divinating you more, and you will become that person that God wants you to be.
• 10:52
Speaker 2: So this is my take on what I've seen, because people get too focused on oh, no one's subscribing.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: How do I grow so fast?
• 11:03
Speaker 2: Oh, this person grew fast, and that's all the fluff.
• 11:06
Speaker 2: That's all the fluff.
• 11:08
Speaker 2: Focus on the value first.
• 11:10
Speaker 3: And the quality that you present.
• 11:12
Speaker 3: And thank you for that shout out too, because I actually do coaching and consulting with my business, wd Pierce Associates.
• 11:19
Speaker 3: So definitely, if someone wants me to boost up their self-esteem and confidence, contact me on WDPearsonAssociatescom.
• 11:27
Speaker 3: But no, thank you for that shout.
• 11:28
  Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
• 11:29
Speaker 3: I'm just doing what God meant for me to do and I don't know how it's going to come across, but I'm so glad and thank you for that compliment that you just gave me.
• 11:38
Speaker 3: So let's talk about manifestation, and that's something new.
• 11:41
Speaker 3: I didn't know about that here.
• 11:51
Speaker 2: The funny thing is Wanda.
• 11:52
Speaker 2: It sounds new but it's not.
• 11:53
Speaker 2: It is really not.
• 11:54
Speaker 2: People hear manifesting and think ooh, but I call it faithing it's another word for having complete faith in that.
• 12:00
Speaker 2: God told me he has this thing for me and I'm going to get it.
• 12:06
Speaker 2: And I say god so that people will, because I say god, universe spirit.
• 12:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, however, people relate to that higher power within you, have a deep desire, because god put it there for you right, and your deep desire is for you to have believe in yourself to go towards it.
• 12:22
Speaker 2: It's not where the destination that you're going, it's a person that you become in the process of going towards your goal and the reason, the thing about it, as you are becoming that person, you're helping people along and if you really have like real faith, you would stop sitting down wondering does God have this for me?
• 12:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't believe in that.
• 12:50
Speaker 2: I don't believe in if God has it for you.
• 12:52
Speaker 2: God has it for you because it's there, because it's a deep desire, like for you.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: On that, you have a deep desire to help people to as much as yes, you haven't haven't ever paid you for coaching, but you've coached me along the way.
• 13:07
Speaker 2: You've helped me out so much and it's so funny that the way I went into trying to manifest my current husband was due to an interview that I had with you on my personal channel.
• 13:22
  Speaker 3: Wow.
• 13:23
Speaker 2: And you were talking about the love that you and Dennis have and you went into your love for each other and all you've been through and stuff like that.
• 13:32
Speaker 2: You did a video and that really impacted me.
• 13:35
Speaker 2: Wow, you didn't know that.
• 13:37
  Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
• 13:38
Speaker 2: And then, after I watched that video, I got really serious in finding my partner Because at that point I was single and I told myself you know what I want to find the person that is for me.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: And I made my goals and stuff like that and people hear about, because manifesting goes into goals.
• 13:55
Speaker 2: But, like I said, manifesting is faithing and if you know what faith is, you know how to manifest.
• 14:03
Speaker 2: It's just saying this is what I want and knowing that you're going to get it, and stop second guessing.
• 14:08
Speaker 2: Yes, things might go on the other side and it might seem like, oh, everything's working against me.
• 14:14
Speaker 2: That's when you are truly faithing.
• 14:17
Speaker 2: For you to get what you want, everything has to go around first before it becomes right, because you have to go through those obstacles.
• 14:24
  Speaker 2: Think about Job.
• 14:25
Speaker 2: You've got to go through all those obstacles before you can receive a blessing.
• 14:29
Speaker 3: Yes, yes, and I love that.
• 14:31
Speaker 3: I love that, you really, and thank you.
• 14:33
Speaker 3: Thank you for that compliment.
• 14:35
Speaker 3: You are so right as far as believing in God and knowing God has his plans for you.
• 14:39
Speaker 3: You know what he wants for you.
• 14:40
Speaker 3: It's just that you got to accept it and realize it and listen to what he's trying to say and you really asked the question as far as how has it impacted your life, how you found your husband and I'm happy for you because I know what was going on before, but I'm happy that you got somebody that loves you and that really makes a difference by doing that.
• 14:58
Speaker 3: How do you incorporate?
• 15:05
Speaker 2: manifestation principle into your work as a YouTube specialist?
• 15:06
Speaker 2: Woo, alright, so how do I incorporate my channel is just based on what my channel is.
• 15:16
Speaker 2: I'm going into the brain now, right, letting it download.
• 15:19
Speaker 2: I said going into brain, but it's like allowing God to download in me what I'm supposed into brain, but it's like allowing God to download me what I'm supposed to say in this moment.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: How do I incorporate it?
• 15:27
Speaker 2: It's just keep just knowing that I am doing, I am pursuing my passion on my purpose and I am in.
• 15:37
  Speaker 2: There's some people.
• 15:38
Speaker 2: There's actually a lady in my YouTube tribe and I met her for the first time yesterday and she was telling me that whenever she's feeling down, like, is this worth it?
• 15:49
Speaker 2: Am I supposed to like, keep creating these videos?
• 15:52
Speaker 2: I'm like she says she hears me in her head saying stop that and pick yourself up and what are you grateful for?
• 16:00
Speaker 2: And so for me, it is.
• 16:05
Speaker 2: What was the question?
• 16:06
Speaker 2: Again, how I use it, how I use the manifestation.
• 16:09
Speaker 3: No, how you use it is for you, by you being doing YouTube.
• 16:12
Speaker 3: How did you use that to incorporate your principles, your manifestation principles?
• 16:16
Speaker 3: Just think, basically what you've been saying anyway, as far as your passion of what you've been doing to be able to help other people like the young lady.
• 16:25
Speaker 2: Oh, okay, basically how I am creating my videos and stuff like that.
• 16:28
Speaker 2: Oh, okay, okay, I got it basically for creating my videos, I think of.
• 16:34
Speaker 2: I call my YouTube channel.
• 16:35
Speaker 2: No one knows this.
• 16:37
Speaker 2: This is the first time I'm saying it out loud I call.
• 16:40
Speaker 2: I personally call my YouTube channel Renisha.
• 16:42
Speaker 2: Renisha is my best friend from back home and she was the last person that I truly helped to get from where she was to where she wanted to be.
• 16:53
Speaker 2: And one time when I wanted to start about my channel and I was like asking God, like how do I showcase me what I did for Renisha, how do I put it on camera?
• 17:05
Speaker 2: And at that moment she sent me a message and the message that she sent me in gratitude of telling me how much I helped her and stuff like that because she was moving on to her new job, it put it bring tears, happy tears, in my eyes and I actually sat down and I went so grateful that I was able to do that for some person.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: I was like, how do I do this now for a mass majority of people online, like I want to put this?
• 17:30
Speaker 2: And then we were networking.
• 17:32
Speaker 2: They say what's your ideal client?
• 17:34
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 17:35
Speaker 2: My ideal client is Renisha.
• 17:36
Speaker 2: I gave her a name, renisha, and I make my videos for her.
• 17:40
Speaker 2: Every time that I turn on my camera and I'm talking, I'm thinking of talking to her, and all my videos I'm thinking of talking to her and all my videos I'm directing to her.
• 17:48
Speaker 2: My YouTube channel is the past me, the old me that needed that person to show them the way, give them motivation and show them that you have greatness within you.
• 18:04
Speaker 2: Just believe in you, within you.
• 18:10
Speaker 2: Just believe in you, because the reason why a lot of us don't go towards what god has for us is because we're scared of what people will say.
• 18:14
Speaker 2: We're scared of it, us failing, we're scared of so many other, all these different things that might happen or might not happen, and then that confines us.
• 18:23
Speaker 2: And then we go, we will grow old and say I wonder what if I made my videos for my Renishas, so that all my Renishas out there will be able to go towards their goal as I go towards mine as becoming a full-time YouTuber.
• 18:41
  Speaker 3: I love it.
• 18:42
Speaker 3: I love that answer there and I can see you have just grown so much and I am proud of what you're doing there.
• 18:48
Speaker 3: What are some misconceptions people have about manifestation and how would you clarify them?
• 18:56
Speaker 2: Oh, I'm glad you asked.
• 18:57
Speaker 2: Oh, this is a good question.
• 18:58
Speaker 2: Hopefully I don't go off on a whole rant.
• 19:02
Speaker 2: No, the misconception of manifestation is that it's evil.
• 19:07
Speaker 2: I've actually watched a video online that someone would say, oh, manifesting is so demonic and it's so evil and people shouldn't do it, and I'm like faith is wrong.
• 19:19
Speaker 2: I didn't understand it and it is just a new age word Because my grandmothers, who start me on my first manifesting thing of not getting sick anymore and she was very religious, but for me, then you talk about manifesting because a lot of people don't, a lot of people.
• 19:54
Speaker 2: They don't follow religion as set as, like before, because it's the rules and religion, not really the.
• 19:56
Speaker 2: For me, it's not the, the teachings that I go by.
• 19:57
Speaker 2: I live by love and I treat others how I want to be treated, all those things I follow.
• 20:02
Speaker 2: When I say, then you're talking about manifesting, or people hear about manifesting or meditating, I say, then you are manifesting, it's faithing.
• 20:12
Speaker 2: Just put manifesting and faith together and that's one word and that's what it is, because it's just.
• 20:19
Speaker 2: When I say, oh, I manifested my husband, I sat down and I said, listen, god, this is what I want.
• 20:27
Speaker 2: I want a husband that is this and this boyfriend back then, a boyfriend that is this and this and I leave it to you to get me it.
• 20:35
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 20:35
Speaker 2: People might say but how do you know?
• 20:37
Speaker 2: God has it for you.
• 20:38
Speaker 2: Why would God want me to be in a loving relationship?
• 20:41
Speaker 2: Ask me that God is all-knowing.
• 20:44
Speaker 2: God is in us, around us, everywhere.
• 20:47
Speaker 2: It's not just if you do this fancy thing that then you have God.
• 20:52
Speaker 2: We are all born with God within us.
• 20:54
Speaker 2: And I say I lived in a religious box and when I first heard about manifesting I was like I ain't too sure about this thing.
• 21:05
Speaker 2: But then I got to learn about it more.
• 21:08
Speaker 2: It was taking faith the traditional way of knowing, faith that we grew up hearing to another level of really believing and knowing, and not just guessing that it's going to happen, but knowing for sure that I asked for this thing, I'm going to get it.
• 21:26
Speaker 2: Don't matter what happens, I know I'm going to get it.
• 21:28
Speaker 2: Don't matter what happens, I know I'm going to get it.
• 21:30
Speaker 3: And believing in yourself.
• 21:32
Speaker 2: Correct and knowing that the reason why you want it is because God has it for you.
• 21:37
Speaker 2: It all goes back to that.
• 21:39
Speaker 2: Because we say God is love, but how?
• 21:41
Speaker 2: Because God wants every single thing good for you.
• 21:45
Speaker 2: But you've got to experience some bad stuff in between there.
• 21:51
Speaker 2: You have to, but don't mind, you're going to be the jobs.
• 21:55
Speaker 2: You're going to be the jobs, but know that what happened in the end for job?
• 22:00
Speaker 2: We all have to go through all those trials and errors.
• 22:03
Speaker 2: Don't ever think of manifesting as oh it's this rule thing, it's just faith it really is, and what frustrates me too, wanda, is that online.
• 22:14
Speaker 2: The reason why it's so misconceived is because there's so much gurus out there that tell people a lot of crap use that clean word that tell people a lot of crap and then it sounds like out of the way I really isn't.
• 22:29
Speaker 2: I actually did a video on my channel explaining what manifesting was.
• 22:33
Speaker 2: So you know I did a proper explanation so that to get away from all that guru thing.
• 22:41
Speaker 2: You know what the funny thing is?
• 22:42
Speaker 2: I saw one of the big gurus after I created my video.
• 22:46
Speaker 2: I am sure he saw my video.
• 22:47
Speaker 2: He created a video similar and I'm like, I created my video, I am sure he saw my video.
• 22:50
Speaker 3: He created a video similar.
• 22:52
Speaker 2: And I'm like you watched my video.
• 22:53
Speaker 2: You might not say it, but I know you did.
• 22:58
  Speaker 3: I love it.
• 22:58
Speaker 3: I love how you say it and it really is.
• 23:00
Speaker 3: And actually you've been asked that was one of the questions I was going to ask you and you just gave it to her what advice would you give someone who is skeptical about manifestation?
• 23:08
Speaker 3: And and you really answered that question.
• 23:10
Speaker 3: I really appreciate that and I appreciate how you have come a long way, uh, kimberly, as far as what you're doing and really teaching, educating, because we're about educating and empowering people.
• 23:23
Speaker 3: That's really what we want to do and actually helping those who are skeptical about anything about themselves, their self-esteem, their confidence and that is really what I mean, because I grew up with abuse as far as in my younger years and thank God that God brought me out of there with my father and stepmother, but it was just something that you have to believe in yourself.
• 23:42
Speaker 3: It's got to start with you believing in yourself and having that confidence, and you have just taken that the YouTube and taking that into making that manifestation of what God has planned for you, because he all has a plan for us and that is really so important.
• 23:57
Speaker 3: But, thank you, thank you for that.
• 23:58
Speaker 3: That answer is just everything I was going to ask you.
• 24:01
  Speaker 3: You already answered.
• 24:01
  Speaker 3: I appreciate that.
• 24:04
  Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
• 24:05
  Speaker 3: Tell me something.
• 24:06
Speaker 3: How and I want to make sure you mention your YouTube channel how can people get in touch with you?
• 24:11
