S3E11 She works hard for her worship
Why did Jesus rebuke Martha? Isn’t servanthood a good thing? Wasn’t making sure the Master was fed and taken care of a worthy responsibility? Or is it the heart issue? How do we balance completing tasks and ministry with sitting at the Rabbi’s feet and enjoying His presence like Mary with the routine and necessary tasks like Martha? Can work be worship or is it just another idol?
Get ready to hear Pastor James set Stephanie right on the difference between worship and work. Why did Martha get corrected by Jesus anyway and what does it mean for those working in the church?
