SPEAKER_00: I kind of prefer the stove and the air fryer, but the complicated part about my microwave situation is I got the kind that got to be hung and custom into that area.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: So that's why I haven't been in a rush to replace it because I don't really use it like that, but it looks good where it is.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I gotta get the kind that it gotta fit in that slot and it hangs over the stove, and it's just it's just too much.

  SPEAKER_00: No, they ain't raggedy.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: I ain't gonna call I'm just in one of those moods where I'm just I'm a negative Nancy this morning.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: So, you know, sometimes you just wake up with the wrong side of the bed.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: So I'm in a little mood to be a little negative today.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: So let's let's report this old raggedy ass NBC News article.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: Sean Diddy Combs faces strict conditions after his 50-month prison sentence.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: Sean Diddy Combs, the hip-hop mogul, sentenced to 50 months in prison on two interstate prostitution convictions, faces strict conditions after his release, according to court documents filed on Wednesday, which was yesterday, motherfucker.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: Combs will be under supervised release for five years.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: The document says, No, I know we know I'm not in a bad mood.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: I'm exaggerating, but I'm just in a little, I'm in this in a little talking shit mood.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Let me let me uh uh let me let me let me let me clear that up.
• 16:59
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't in a bad mood.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm just in a mood where I just want to like lash out to motherfuckers.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: So I just felt the need to go ahead and call NBC News Raggedy.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: But other than that, I'm in a good mood, y'all.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't in a bad mood.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there you go.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: Melissa said I'm spicy this morning.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe I'm feeling a little spicy.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: So um, anyway, let's continue.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Um, he got some strict conditions even after he finishes this 50-month term.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh Combs will be supervised, will have supervised release for five years after the 50 months.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: He will be required to attend regular meetings with his probation officer and refrain from drug use with the drug test taken within 15 days after his release and two periodic tests after that time frame.

• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: In other words, they're gonna be on his ass like white on rice.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be on Diddy's ass like white on rice, according to this paperwork.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: Now remember, this is after his 50-month term.
• 19:25

• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: He got to work 30 hours a week, and he is forbidden to communicate with anyone involved in criminal activities.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: So he has to work like an average Joe Schmo for 30 hours a week.

SPEAKER_00: Representatives from the combs estate did not immediately respond to requests for a comment.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: In other words, they pissed.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: Whenever motherfuckers don't respond, as much as as much as Diddy's attorneys and his people are always on speed doll to respond to some shit, when it's a when somebody comes with sexual assault, you know, they always come out talking about uh Diddy is uh this is uh what they say, this is a money grab, this ain't true.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: But when they pissed, they don't say shit.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: And this is not even the half of it, it's more today.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: It's more uh more stuff.
• 21:38

• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: If you are arrested or questioned by law enforcement, you must notify the probation officer within 72 hours.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: You must not act or make any agreement with the law enforcement agency to act as a confidential human source or an informant without first getting the permission of the court.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: So Diddy ain't even allowed to become a snitch.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: Mohawk Diddy ain't even allowed to become a snitch without running that shit back past his probation officer.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Whoever this probation officer is, I wouldn't even want to be Diddy's probation officer.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: You know, Diddy is gonna get on this probation officer's mother freaking nerves.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: Hit that like button, like grandma Kathy said.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: Hit that like button for our man, Mr.
• 23:47
  SPEAKER_00: Flow.
• 23:48
  SPEAKER_00: Y'all heard Grandma Kathy.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Melissa said these FBI dudes are gonna be up his ass like a colosophy.
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_00: Show leaves.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: Uh Tracy said they're taking the sprinkles off that Diddy turd.
• 24:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, ma'am.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_00: So let's continue.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: They got some more.
• 24:12
  SPEAKER_00: That I ain't done.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: It got more, it's more conditions.
• 24:15
  SPEAKER_00: It's more conditions.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: I ain't got to them all yet.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: Um failure to submit to any search that the probation officer needs to do uh may be subject to uh revocation of release, basically revoking his release, and he's gonna have to go take his ass back to prison.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: You must warn any other occupants that the premises may be subject to searches uh pursuant to this condition.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: You must not have contact with the victims in this case.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: This includes any physical uh visual, written, or telephonic uh contact with such persons.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: Additionally, you must not directly cause or encourage anyone else to have such contact with the victim.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: You must uh give probation officer access to any requested financial information.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be digging all into Diddy's books, looking in his books.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: What the hell money is that?
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: Where you get that money from, Diddy?
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: Diddy, where did this dollar come from?
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_00: Where did this million?
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: These too many millions, diddy.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: You ain't allowed to have this many millions.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: You want to go back to jail?
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be all up and through the books.
• 25:52
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_00: Diddy again, sir.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: You must not incur new credit credit charges or open additional lines of credit without the approval of the probation officer, unless you are in compliance with the installment and the payment schedule.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: Diddy can't even get a fucking line of credit without the probation officer snooping and seeing what the hell is going on.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: They say if Diddy scratches his behind without the permission of the probation officer, he has to go to prison.
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_00: Now I'm just playing.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: Now I made that one up, y'all.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: He's allowed to scratch his ass.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: I just had to throw a little, throw a little curveball in there for y'all.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: I want to say, damn, he ain't allowed to scratch his ass.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: I know somebody, I know somebody was listening to this podcast.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: I said, damn, diddy ain't even allowed to scratch his behind without the probation officer giving him um permission.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: I just made that up, just to be clear.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_00: I don't want nobody running around telling people, you know, uh Flo said uh that uh uh Mohawk Diddy ain't even allowed to scratch his butt.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: Next thing I know it get all around, then they can talk about I'm spreading misinformation.
• 27:26
  SPEAKER_00: No, it's just a joke.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: Everything else is true, but the part about him scratching is behind, that's that's the flow show no filter made up shit.
• 27:37
  SPEAKER_00: But let's continue.
• 27:38
  SPEAKER_00: This is crazy.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know they were gonna be all on them like this.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: Go ahead, judge Aaron Supermania with your bad ass.
• 27:51
  SPEAKER_01: Y'all fucking.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: That judge, that judge said I'm gonna give you like I'm gonna give you like low months.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna give you as many months as I wanna give you because I don't want you to be there to pill it.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna give your ass uh hell disguised as probation.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but hey grandma Kathy, the only thing I was thinking that, Grandma Kathy, and I'm glad you brought this up because of course you know I'm thinking whoever this probation officer is, did he gonna be trying to grease his pockets?
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: But you don't think you don't think the feds the feds gonna be watching this?
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: The feds gonna be watching this probation officer.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_00: So many whistleblowers are gonna be watching this probation officer.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: That might, it might not be as easy as we think it.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: That judge, even even like C Tuck said, the judge, the listen, that judge is gonna be personally watching that probation officer.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_00: Watch what I tell you.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: That judge is too many people that's taking this case personally.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: That probation officer is gonna have to be very slick.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_00: That probation officer is gonna have to be very slick.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: That probation officer is gonna have to be very slick.
• 29:39
  SPEAKER_00: Hey, look.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the judge's gonna the judge gonna watch this because he already knows that's why the judge didn't let Diddy go to whatever prison he wanted to.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: To me, that's showing that the judge is taking this personally and he's doing as much as he can without risking an appeal.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: But the judge knew if Diddy went to that one prison, uh Fort Dicks.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: The judge knew that Diddy was gonna go to that one prison, get into some bullshit program, and damn near be released and be able to go to work and basically not even be serving a sentence.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: And so that judge, Judge Aaron Subamanian, said, Hell fucking no, you are going to go somewhere else.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: And so, of course, uh, my initial thought is uh Diddy gonna pay his way out of that probation.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: He ain't gonna be, but when I the more I thought about it, I said, shit, they're not putting all this in place for Diddy to just do whatever he wants.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_00: They are going to be watching this probation officer and this probation office in general.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be watching like a fucking hawk.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: Watch what I tell you.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: They're not about to let Diddy go in there and just have his way.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, he may be able to massage a few things because you can't catch everything, but he's not gonna be able to just go in there and do whatever the fuck he wants.
• 31:08
  SPEAKER_00: I don't believe that.
• 31:13
SPEAKER_00: Enoch said, Judge Aaron will go down in history as the goat.
• 31:20
  SPEAKER_00: As the goat.
• 31:24
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_00: I want to make sure before I move on that I got all the special conditions covered.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_00: Uh you receive instructions from the court.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_00: Okay, you must normally leave federal district where you are.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_00: He's not allowed to leave.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: Uh, whatever, whatever area he's in, he's not allowed to leave without permission.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_00: You have to live at a place approved by the probation officer.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_00: You gotta let the probation officer.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we covered everything.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: And like I said, he's gonna be a uh uh sex offender list, is what I'm hearing as well.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: So now that we got all his uh conditions of his release covered, let's talk about these freaky ass tapes that he gotta fork over.
• 32:24
SPEAKER_00: They told Diddy you got to fork over the freakiness, big dog.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_00: Now, when he forks over all these freak off tapes, I wonder if more gonna come out of it.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_00: This is from Vibe Magazine, a leader in the hip hop news since way back in the day.
• 32:45
  SPEAKER_00: The coffee is cold.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_00: Can't wait for my Yeti.
• 32:50
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think you're ready for this Yeti.
• 32:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh Vibe Magazine, Diddy ordered to hand over freak-off takes to the FBI.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_00: The mogul's film sexual romps were at the center of his racketeering and sex trafficking trial.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_00: Sean Diddy Combs has been ordered to hand over his infamous freak-off takes as part of the terms of his recent sentencing in a federal prostitution-related case.
• 33:26
SPEAKER_00: The embattled music mogul was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, violations of the Man Act, and sentenced earlier this month to 50 months in federal prison, including time served.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: According to all hip hop, combs must relinquish various digital physical items containing footage of sexual acts involving Combs and others.
• 33:53
SPEAKER_00: He must also fork over the$9,000 in cash found on him during his September arrest.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_00: These items are now in the custody of U.S.
• 34:06
  SPEAKER_00: Customs and Border Protection.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_00: They include multiple laptops, hard drives, USB sticks, iPhones, iPads, and notably the Ibiza tapes.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: A collection of footage recorded during a 1996 trip to the island of Ibiza.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_00: Ibiza, am I pronouncing that right?
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: Give me the correct pronunciation of that in the chat, please.
• 34:39
  SPEAKER_00: Is it Ebiza, Ibiza?
• 34:41
SPEAKER_00: What the hell is it?
• 34:42
SPEAKER_00: But all of those tapes, all of that has to be forked over.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: The freakiness, okay, I got it.
• 34:51
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 34:52
SPEAKER_00: The freakiness, the freakiness just don't stop.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: I see somebody on Toom said.
• 35:06
SPEAKER_00: Angie said, Balenciaga gonna come out with an ankle monitor piece that costs 11 grand.
• 35:13
  SPEAKER_00: Wouldn't be surprised.
• 35:17
  SPEAKER_00: Wouldn't be surprised.
• 35:22
SPEAKER_00: I wonder if more people are gonna be found on him.
• 35:25
SPEAKER_00: Federal authorities claim the confiscated devices represent property used or intended to be used in connection with the combs criminal activity.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_00: The materials were first seized during a heavily publicized raise raids on his properties in California and Florida March of 2024.
• 35:49
SPEAKER_00: The freak up tapes played a key role in the Combs trial, where he was ultimately acquitted of federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, but found guilty of prostitution-related offenses.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: Mel Max says there was like 90 plus devices seized.
• 36:13
  SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
• 36:15
SPEAKER_00: Angie said, not a floppy disc, a itty bitty floppy disc.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_00: Grandma Catty said they need to charge the folks who didn't report this bullshit and was and was sitting around watching and knowing what was going on.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_00: Oh Ngie said she heard those floppy discs are not hard drives.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_00: She said tombs has a floppy discs.
• 36:43
SPEAKER_00: Uh-oh, Tombs, they on your ass.
• 36:47
SPEAKER_00: Tooms, they they talking about you got a floppy discs.
• 36:53
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-oh, Toom.
• 36:57
  SPEAKER_00: Toom.
• 36:58
SPEAKER_00: What do you have to say for yourself?
• 37:04
SPEAKER_00: So they gotta turn over the fucking freak off tapes.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_00: So Diddy gotta turn over the tapes and the digital devices labeled Ibiza Tapes to federal agents as part of a sentence in his sex trafficking case.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_00: Diddy handed over a collection of tapes and digital devices to federal authority, authorities in New York as part of his sentence in this new case.
• 37:37
SPEAKER_00: Prosecutors alleged the seized materials were properly used uh to help Diddy do his little prostitution ring he had going on.
• 37:49
SPEAKER_00: Uh the Biza tapes filmed on a Sony DVC DV cam in 1996 are believed to be part of a broader scheme in which Combs recruited male escorts for private sex parties he called freak-offs.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_00: Witnesses testify that Combs often observed and recorded the encounters without participating.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_00: The parties alleged involved drugs and were held in various locations, including during his Ibiza Spain trip.
• 38:31
SPEAKER_00: A destination known for its nightlife and where Combs performed in 2010 along his girlfriend, alongside his girlfriend at the time, Cassie.
• 38:45
SPEAKER_00: What is on those damn tapes?
• 38:50
SPEAKER_00: Tombs said that itty bitty diddy is maybe tombs has some of that itty bitty diddy.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_00: Y'all scared tomb out of here.
• 39:05
  SPEAKER_00: Y'all made Tom.
• 39:09
SPEAKER_00: Hey, we're gonna change Tom's name to Vroom.
• 39:13
SPEAKER_00: As in vroom vroom, I'm getting the fuck out of here.
• 39:17
SPEAKER_00: Y'all what y'all do to tomb broom?
• 39:21
  SPEAKER_00: Vroom broom tomb.
• 39:24
  SPEAKER_00: Y'all, y'all, y'all.
• 39:25
SPEAKER_00: Hey, look, I wasn't the only one who woke up feeling a little a little uh mean today.
• 39:33
SPEAKER_00: Apparently the chat, apparently the chat ain't come to ain't come to play either.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I want to know where Christina Corm at, but I think this uh I think this uh this little ride, I think this little ride shit is gonna bring Christina Corm out of hiding, y'all.
• 39:54
  SPEAKER_00: I really think so.
• 39:59
  SPEAKER_00: Y'all got y'all made tomb room.
• 40:06
SPEAKER_00: So let's let's speaking of that, since we're talking about Flo it's menopause and autism for Eva.
• 40:17
  SPEAKER_00: I hear ya, I hear you.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is the this is the this is the happiest that the chat has been in a long time behind this Diddy mess.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_00: Like Tracy said, it's like I I can feel the good, the great Diddy news in the chat.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_00: I could feel y'all feeling a lot better today.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_00: I can tell room, room, tune out of here.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_00: I I can tell that uh y'all feeling good a little better than before about the sentencing.
• 40:50
SPEAKER_00: Now that y'all know that the feds are gonna be all up and through Diddy's ass.
• 40:55
SPEAKER_00: And Tracy said we needed this.
• 40:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, today is a therapeutic episode.
• 41:01
SPEAKER_00: I figured I'd put all the good Diddy news in one episode today and uh keep the vibe going.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna talk about the Lil Rod uh Lil Rod situation.
• 41:17
SPEAKER_00: So uh Lil Ra, Lil Ra, Lil Rod.
• 41:21
  SPEAKER_00: Let's get let's get in here.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about what's going on with the Lil Rod situation.
• 41:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh Jones claimed that while working with Combs on the love album tour, on the love album, he was subject to unwanted sexual conduct like groping, non-consensual touching, and coercive sex acts.
• 41:50
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 41:51
  SPEAKER_00: Disgusting.
• 41:54
SPEAKER_00: Man, if do y'all realize these these predators know who to pray on because I'm not going for no unwanted nothing touching.
• 42:08
  SPEAKER_00: Belt to ass.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_00: If you even think you're about to unwant to touch me, and I don't want it or grope me as a grown man.
• 42:19
  SPEAKER_00: Non-consensual touching.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_00: See, you do you give me some non-consensual touching.
• 42:26
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give you some non-consensual touching of belt to ass and beating your ass.
• 42:31
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm not about to be, I'm not about to be, and I'm not, I'm not down to Lil Rod.
• 42:36
SPEAKER_00: Lil Rod is Lil Rod.
• 42:37
SPEAKER_00: I'm just speaking for I don't even, I don't even like thinking about what I would do if uh if if Diddy or Stevie J or the rest of the baby oil bandits call themselves grope and somebody shit.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_00: I last time I seen uh Stevie J is when I told him to keep his fucking mouth shut, uh, like he did about all that baby oil when he came on my on my page talking shit.
• 43:08
  SPEAKER_00: I haven't seen him since.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_00: I said that was a hell of a comeback.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_00: I I have good comebacks, but I think that was one of my best because it sent Stevie J um to a whole nother fucking into a whole nother fucking universe.
• 43:25
SPEAKER_00: Like I haven't heard nobody has heard from Stevie J ever since I told him to stay fucking quiet, like he did about that baby all those years, and I posted that shit all over my platforms.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_00: I haven't seen Stevie J since then, but when it comes to this Lil Rod, Lil Rod said that somebody showed him uh video footage of Stevie J letting somebody come into his backyard, if you know what I mean.
• 43:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, and and according to Lil Rod, this is how they tried to groom him and show him that if you want to be a producer in this industry, you gotta let people play in your backyard.
• 44:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, his name, his name pilot flying J now.
• 44:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
• 44:23
SPEAKER_00: Stevie Jaden got the fuck.
• 44:25
SPEAKER_00: I don't know where the hell he went.
• 44:27
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, so uh he alleges that Combs, uh Lil Rod also alleged that Combs drugged him, sometimes without his knowledge, and he would sometimes wake up with sex workers in bed with him.
• 44:43
SPEAKER_00: Jones says he was pressured or forced to solicit and perform sex acts with other people, including sex workers.
• 44:51
SPEAKER_00: What type of environment is this?
• 44:55
SPEAKER_00: He includes claims under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, alleging that Combs and his associates used coercion, fraud, and force to cause him to engage in commercial sex acts.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_00: He also asserted Rico that Combs operated a broader criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking and drug trafficking.
• 45:18
SPEAKER_00: Also, Lil Rod said Diddy cheap ass didn't pay him.
• 45:24
  SPEAKER_00: He didn't get paid.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, the court, what did what has the court already ruled on?
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: Well, in March 2025, a judge dismissed five out of the nine claims in Jones' complaint.
• 45:40
SPEAKER_00: Among those dismissed were the RICO, breach of contract claims, uh, and some emotional distress claims.
• 45:49
SPEAKER_00: However, however, the court let stand the sexual assault claims, uh premises liability, and TVPA claims against Diddy and its chief of staff, Christina Korn.
• 46:07
SPEAKER_00: Now, this is why I said this little rod discovery in this case is going to bring Christina Korm back into the mix.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_00: Christina Korm, I'm gonna need you to uh enter this chat.
• 46:23
SPEAKER_00: You are definitely not going to get away scot-free.
• 46:29
SPEAKER_00: And I believe it's this little rod case that's gonna bring your ass right back where you belong.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_00: Now, the judge had criticized parts of Jones' filings, uh saying it lacked some legal precision.
• 46:46
SPEAKER_00: Which is why he dismissed the Rico claims.
• 46:51
SPEAKER_00: Now, uh it's multiple dependents on here.
• 46:57
SPEAKER_00: It's defendants, uh, Sean Combs, of course, Justin Combs, Christina Corm, various record companies like Motown, Universal, etc.
• 47:06
SPEAKER_00: And there are some John and Jane Does, along with some corporate entities in this case.
• 47:12
SPEAKER_00: Um, and and like I said, in a couple days, I don't know if it's today.
• 47:16
  SPEAKER_00: Well, hold on, today.
• 47:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's tomorrow, I believe.
• 47:18
SPEAKER_00: Isn't it tomorrow when uh they start Discovery or whatever, the 17th, um, October 17th?
• 47:24
  SPEAKER_00: I believe it's tomorrow.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_00: But again, just to just to reiterate, the what the judge dismissed, the judge dismissed the RICO claims, the emotional distress claims, the contract breach claims.
• 47:43
SPEAKER_00: But the the court is allowing the sexual assault claims, non-consensual touching, etc., to move forward.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_00: Uh premises liability claims, liability for what happens to the defendant's premises, and other claims.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_00: So, what what survived and what gets to discovery?
• 48:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, since the judge allowed certain claims to survive, those become the focus of discovery.
• 48:15
SPEAKER_00: Discovery, for those who don't know, discovery is the pretrial phase when parties exchange documents, take depositions, interrogations of the claims that survive.
• 48:29
SPEAKER_00: So in this particular case with Little Rod Jones, sexual assault, battery, and unwanting touches, premise liability, premises liability, and trafficking and any other trafficking claims will all be a part of the discoveries.
• 48:51
SPEAKER_00: Now, the claims that were dismissed do not, of course, common sense let us know that the claims that are dismissed do not have to be a part of discovery.
• 49:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so the ruling means that the parties will now litigate over evidence supporting the remaining claims, medical records, communications, internal documents, and witness statements.
• 49:16
SPEAKER_00: In other words, this shit is heating up, it's heating up.
• 49:28
  SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all.
• 49:31
SPEAKER_00: See, it's almost like the feds get free free work with these cases.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_00: Because it's like it's not money coming out of their pockets, but they have a whole other entity investigating the hell out of this, and then when they the feds find something they can use, they can just cherry pick shit.
• 49:51
SPEAKER_00: So, which is why I keep reiterating that I don't think the worst, the worst has yet to come for Diddy.
• 50:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna get worse.
• 50:03
SPEAKER_00: This discovery in this little rock case is gonna produce some some some some some evidence, I believe, that the dealer ain't gonna be ready for.
• 50:19
  SPEAKER_00: Major announcement, real quick.
• 50:21
SPEAKER_00: Angie, she forgot to mention, and now that she's allowed to tell everybody, she's gonna be a grandma.
• 50:29
  SPEAKER_00: Everybody congratulate Angie.
• 50:32
  SPEAKER_00: Uh, grandma Angie.
• 50:34
  SPEAKER_00: Everybody, congratulate grandma Angie.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_00: Congratulations on the new addition to the Angie family.
• 50:42
SPEAKER_00: Congratulations from the Flow Show No Filter, from the Puff Puff Pass crew, the coffee crew, the breakfast crew, and the flow show flow flow show fam in general.
• 50:55
  SPEAKER_00: We're happy, Angie.
• 50:56
SPEAKER_00: We know you're gonna uh keep us updated on what's going on and praying for a healthy baby.
• 51:03
SPEAKER_00: Congratulations, Anthony and uh Angie.
• 51:07
SPEAKER_00: I didn't do much for this, but thanks you did.
• 51:10
SPEAKER_00: Because if you didn't do your part, there wouldn't be no, there wouldn't be no grandbaby.
• 51:19
SPEAKER_00: If you didn't, if you ain't carry, if you ain't carried mom or dad for nine months, wouldn't be no grandma.
• 51:29
SPEAKER_00: So you did a lot for this, Angie.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_00: I believe they can, Tracy.
• 51:37
SPEAKER_00: Nothing, nothing, nothing points to the fact, nothing tells me that they can't go after K KK for Rico.
• 51:45
SPEAKER_00: It may be a little difficult because Diddy has been found not guilty, but I'm I'm pretty sure they can go after KK for Rico.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_00: Mel said that's right, folks.
• 52:02
  SPEAKER_00: C Tuck said that's part.
• 52:04
SPEAKER_00: Angie says ha ha, thank you.
• 52:07
SPEAKER_00: Uh Fire Glory said, Congratulations, G Ma Angie.
• 52:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, KK needs to be brought down, says Grandma Angie.
• 52:21
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, like I said, this this this this uh little rod shit, man, Diddy is in big trouble, and people are some people are in denial still.
• 52:35
SPEAKER_00: But not, and it's gonna be harder for Diddy to even fight these cases behind bars, which means more than likely his ass is gonna lose uh what else?
• 52:54
SPEAKER_00: There was something else I wanted to mention before we got the fuck out of here.
• 52:57
  SPEAKER_00: Uh uh, the convenitions.
• 53:05
SPEAKER_00: And y'all, what about this mess?
• 53:07
SPEAKER_00: And it just shows you the type of industry we we we we dealing with.
• 53:12
SPEAKER_00: Has anybody seen all the backlash that Kim Kardashian is getting?
• 53:18
SPEAKER_00: This Diddy stuff has just opened up the floodgates on exposing this celebrity world and how freaky they are and how how full of shit they really are.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you if you've seen this this this all this backlash Kim Kardashian been getting.
• 53:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 53:42
SPEAKER_00: No, the reason why she is facing backlash.
• 53:50
SPEAKER_00: Before because she admitted, uh, yeah, somebody told me, I think it was Shauna that told me about Kim Kardashian's uh pubic hair underwear.
• 54:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh I saw that, but that's not what I'm talking about.
• 54:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh Steph said, what a what for her pubic?
• 54:09
  SPEAKER_00: No, not even that.
• 54:11
SPEAKER_00: We're not even talking about the pubic hair underwear.
• 54:14
  SPEAKER_00: She's bored.
• 54:14
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know what the hell she's doing.
• 54:16
SPEAKER_00: Why would you want pubic hair underwear?
• 54:18
SPEAKER_00: But no, she has admitted of doing an inappropriate photo shoot with Justin Bieber, and now she says she feels bad about it.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_00: Justin Bieber was only 16, she was 29, damn near 30 years old.
• 54:40
SPEAKER_00: And now she says she feels it wasn't right.
• 54:49
SPEAKER_00: A photo shoot with a 16-year-old boy, a 30-year-old woman, and doing an inappropriate photo shoot.
• 54:57
SPEAKER_00: And now, what, 15 years later?
• 55:00
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how old Justin Bieber is, but if he was 16 or 16, what is he now?
• 55:06
  SPEAKER_00: 35.
• 55:07
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how old he is, but I would say damn near 20 years later.
• 55:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, now uh Kim Kardashian wanna say that she doesn't feel it was right.
• 55:18
SPEAKER_00: But that just shows what type of shit was going on in those days.
• 55:27
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's a boy?
• 55:28
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 55:35
SPEAKER_00: Congrats, congrats, congrats, fire glory.
• 55:38
  SPEAKER_00: But yeah.
• 55:42
SPEAKER_00: What type of shit did they have going on, man?
• 55:50
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we wouldn't let we don't throw anybody out.
• 55:59
SPEAKER_01: But you know what, y'all?
• 56:04
SPEAKER_00: I gotta figure out I might have to check.

SPEAKER_00: And Natasha, is anybody else getting thrown out of the line?
• 56:19
SPEAKER_00: But I gotta hey look, I gotta see, I gotta check my account, y'all, because I saw uh uh somebody liked a comment.
• 56:40
SPEAKER_00: Um I had somebody like one of my comments, right?
• 56:44
SPEAKER_00: And I looked at the comment and it said, y'all slayed.
