Fake Stamps, $300M Fraud, 2 Years in Prison | Venice Beach News

Fifty-three-year-old Lijuan Chen just got sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison for running a massive counterfeit postage scheme that cost the USPS over $150 million and forced her to pay back more than $158 million. She operated alongside fugitive partner Chuanhua Hu, who fled to China in 2019, while Chen managed U.S. warehouses shipping tens of millions of fake-stamped packages.
