- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to reality.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: We've got thoughts.
- 0:47SPEAKER_02: Magic magic.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: Yoga, baby gorgeous.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: Alright, I don't want to play that too long because I don't know the rules, but no, and I think heard Mitch won't be mortified by that one.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: That was Lisa Barlow in her new hit Baby Gorgeous.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: If you have not heard it.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: If you have not heard it, I'll be shocked.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: It is so good.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: I'm surprised at how good it is.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: I did not expect that to be as good as it is.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: She can sing.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: She can sing.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: It was good.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Do you think you're making a music career out of it though?
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: You know, all these housewives that have these songs, I guess they get a little traction now that it's easy to just have a single out.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: But I don't, but look at Meredith DJing.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: You know, Meredith just had, and there's and one other housewives or DJing, Dorinda is DJing.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: So we'll see.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: It opens doors forever.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Stay tuned.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: Maybe, maybe this will be Lisa Barlow's new thing.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't think so.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: So we shall see.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Good thing she's selling that Vita tequila.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Song is good.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: I don't see future songs being that great.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Crazy.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: It is a rainy day in South Carolina.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: Very gloomy.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: I did go to Pilates this morning, so that was good.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: This afternoon.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: Oh good.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, see you.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: We love our Pilates.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: We're Pilates girls.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Pilates girls.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: So that was good.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: I did um, oh, yesterday when I was scrolling, I think maybe it's even more fun looking at all the after coverage on social media of Dancing with the Stars.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: And um, I shared something on our Instagram.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: If you're not following us, you can follow us at reality we've got thoughts at Instagram.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: But my favorite Dancing with the Stars Instagram to follow right now actually is not a current person, it's Amy Purdy.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Amy Purdy.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Amy Purdy.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: And if you don't know, Debbie and I know that Amy Purdy won her season quite a few years back, and she is another Para Olympian like Ezra.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: Ezra had did mention her.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: And um partnered with Derek on the show.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so she shared a really awesome dance on her Instagram, and I put it on our stories.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: So you can check it out.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: But I'd also go follow her because obviously, with what's going on, she's showing her outfits and talking about the different feet and all this stuff.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: She was saying that she was trying to wear the feet and put the shoes on, but a lot of the feet that you can attach to the prosthetics are foam.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: So she said the toes were like just buckling.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: So that's why, if you remember, and you'll see if you go check out her Instagram, that she mostly danced with no shoes on.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: She either had the feet or she used the same um interesting-looking one um prosthetics like the ones that Ezra's been wearing.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: Right that's running one.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: So that's been that's I saw a really cute um story on just some random story that popped up of a mom that was showing her son watching Ezra dancing, saying, I never in a million years thought my son could watch someone dancing and recognize that he's not different anymore.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: I thought that was really cool.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that is so cool.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was really cool.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Because her son has had a prosthetic.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: So it was cool.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love that.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: It is true.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Like he, like we said, I mean, he makes a speechless, and I'm sure it's inspiring for so many people.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: So many people.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: Um, the other thing with dancing with the stars that people have been talking about is Jackson's teeth.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: And you know, I love me some Jackson and Savannah Bananas, so I was, you know, upset about it.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: But he did address this and he posted that his teeth are all veneers, and that he actually, I think he said three years ago, got hit with a baseball, broke his jaw.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: And what actually happened, it did it did messed up his teeth a little bit initially, but what actually ends up happening is even later your teeth can die from that or what have you.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: From the trauma.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: From the trauma, I guess.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: So he did end up getting all veneers.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: So his big smile it is.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: It's very in your face because he's got such a big, happy smile, and it is all teeth, but he does, and yeah.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: And maybe one day he'll get a new set of teeth, and it won't be as in your face.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Because not all veneers are created equal.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: No, they're not.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: A lot of people, a lot of dentists are very good at making them look more natural, which is which is good.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: Um, oh, I was also laughing because yesterday my memory's so bad.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: I I'm the worst at keeping a secret.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: So we'll try to when we do the dancing with the stars, we'll try to wait till the end to say who got kicked off.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: And of course, when we were talking about who would be kicked off next, I I did say Debbie was right.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: I said Gianna's gone.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: So there is spoiler alerts when you know when we're doing dancing with the stars.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: I gotta be more careful because usually we try we you know, we try to warn you at the end.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: But that that was pretty funny, funny too.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: Um oh, the last thing we have to talk about is Julianne's outfit again.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: There was outrage online.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: There was outrage online, and then it came out that it's actually a designer label.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: If you can believe that that she posted that it is YSL, and it I mean, it is what it is.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: But really, when she looked in the mirror that morning, do you really think she thought it was cute?
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: I guess she's just trusting these.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Um Do you think she dresses herself or do you think she has a stylist?
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: She's gotta have a stylist.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: She's gotta have a stylist, right?
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, check that out on the icon look.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: I think they probably I thought all along they probably had a stylist for the whole show, but I think after watching, and Derek even made the comment to Danny about it was brilliant to put the fringe on the side of her pants, that they must have some input in what yeah.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: They probably work the costume designers, must be working like frantically to make all those beautiful outfits, and so they do probably work with them and then figure it out.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: Um clearly Julianne could have some input.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: She could have vetoed the outfit.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: We'll see what she wears this next week.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: So, um, and again, it's still college football season, obviously.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: So that's why I have my Shantz shirt on.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: If any of you guys don't know, that is the Shauna Clears for Coastal Carolina.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: My husband graduated from there, so I do go to most of the home football games, and um, they are playing Liberty University tonight from Virginia.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: And the thing is that the Liberty coach, Jamie Chadwell, used to be the coach here and left to go to Liberty.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: So, you know, and we'll be an interesting round.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: It'll be an interesting matchup.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: And Ryan Beard is the new coastal coach this year.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be fun.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: It'll be fun.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: So hopefully the rain will go away because ESPN is gonna be there um doing live sports center at five o'clock before the game.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: So that's gonna be my big excitement tonight.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: I love Thursday night games, I think it just breaks up the week just right.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's fun because you do feel like if you're a big college football person, you do feel like all your Saturdays get eaten up by college football.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of fun, especially since I'm gonna be watching that Florida Oldness game this weekend.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be fun.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: So now I can find some more fun to watch that, figure that out.
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: But there'll be it, I agree with you, having a little breakup and doing the Thursday night thing's fun.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: I will be in Auburn again this weekend.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: Auburn Vanderbilt.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's gonna be a good game.
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: Really good game.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be a lot of fun.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: And I think it's be nice there this weekend.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: What's the theme?
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: What do you have to wear this weekend?
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: Fans choice.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: So I can wear whatever.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: So you can really get crazy.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Blue, orange, white, whatever I want.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: So here's the question.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Do you already know?
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Like we're getting close.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: Do you already know what you're wearing?
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: Are you still planning?
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: No.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Did I go shopping yesterday to find something new?
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: We like to shop.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: We like to shop.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: I have options.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: I have a couple different options.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: It depends on the weather.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: The they've had just as ugly as weather we've had.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: So it's I'm watching the weather closely to see if I need to wear the rain jacket, long sleeve, short sleeves because it can get hot and humid and sticky down there, too.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: Guilty is charged.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: I have to switch my outfit because of the rain and the weather from what I was originally gonna wear to the game tonight.
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: So I'll be wearing something.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's teal out tonight.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: So you know, I may or may not have bought something new to wear.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: So we'll post so you guys can see our game day fits.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: I know you'll be looking forward to it.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: We have some good friends that own some great shops to shop.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: We have some good local shopping.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: So good.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: So speaking of outfits, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City was on last night.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: It was a good one.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: We have a new cast member.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Is she new or is she just gonna be visiting?
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: She is a friend of um Ashley Quay, Quay, Quay, Quay, is that Quay.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: They kept referring to her as Quay, so I don't know if she goes by Quay.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: She must go by her last name.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: Her name is Ashley Quay.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: She is a friend of, along with Brittany, who is back.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: I just forgot Britt.
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: Brittany is back.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Brittany Bateman.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: Brittany Bait Brittany Bateman is back as a friend of and Quai Quay.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: She's also friends with Whitney.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: In a sad and nice way, right?
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: So her sister-in-law and Whitney were very good friends, and she was Whitney's best friend that passed away.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: And if you remember from previous seasons when Whitney went through that, obviously very hard.
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: So um she was married to Quay's br brother.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so she Yeah, and I think it's interesting because it shows Quay and Meredith talking, and Meredith obviously has issues, her own issues with Whitney.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: And Quay really stood up for her.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: She said, Look, I saw a completely different side of Whitney.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: I saw the way she's been there for my brother since his wife died, since my sister-in-law died, and the way he's she's been there for his kids.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: And she's really stepped up and be been a kind, gentle soul that they needed.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: I think that'll be interesting as the season goes along because obviously Lisa and Meredith are beefing with Whitney.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: She's always beefing with someone.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: Whitney just can't, she she can't help it.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: So they go the way that Quay is introduced to us one of the is they go to that house she's building.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: She's building a house with her husband, husband Steven, up in Park City.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: And she comes off as being such an airhead.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Does she not?
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: She just acts kind of like her head is in the clouds, and she's kind of a stupid airhead.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: And um what what was it that Lisa made some comments?
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: She's like, you know, it's like a Miley Cyrus song, Ain't No Mountain High Enough.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's which is not a Miley Cyrus song.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: It's crazy.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: Lisa's like, where is she getting that from?
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so it shows this beautiful home that she's building, and so I think it'll be interesting to watch that all play out.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: And yeah, because who doesn't love to see that with a big house?
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: Now, do we think that she actually lives in Florida?
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Because she said she moved there to help her brother when her sister-in-law died.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: And we're wondering, does she actually live in Florida?
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Because she shows her husband Steven and she mentions that he's in Florida, and it was so hilarious.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: How does she not know?
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: Is she that much of an airhead that she doesn't know what he does?
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: Or is she hiding something?
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: Is this gonna be another case where these people went on this show when he's doing something that's but I don't know?
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: There's some big scandal behind it.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: Like, is it is he doing something nefarious in Florida, or is it just that she's kind of like, I don't know, some Florida thing?
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, like how can you be married to someone and not have a clue what they do?
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Period.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: No.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: That that doesn't make sense that doesn't make sense.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: No, she just doesn't want to divorce.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: But I do think she's gonna be good.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Um for sure.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: Now, did you catch that Lisa said she met her because Lisa had hired her for Glam.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: So she's still doing that.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Lisa's known her for a long time.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: So that'll be a good triangle of the Lisa Whitney Quet Quay.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Ashley.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Her name is Ashley, but everyone does call her.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: Que Quay.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: What can I say?
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: Why can't I say it?
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: Queen.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: What can I say?
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: She's the Queen Quay.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: So then they go on to Whitney and Justin, which what do you make of all this?
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: I kind of feel bad for Justin.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: I I feel like they've I mean the way Whitney and Justin came about was through an affair.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: They worked together and had an affair.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: He ended up divorcing his wife.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: She divorced her husband.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: And they was she married?
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: I think she was married.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: Yes, they were both married.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: And they ended up starting a family together.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: So Whitney even admits later on in the show that she went from one relationship to the next and never had a cooling off period in between.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: And so I don't think she's ever healed from a lot of that.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: And it's coming out in her relationship with Justin now.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: And she talks about having resentment towards him because of what happened with their business failed.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: And everything.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: So I'm funny because I'm just a little devil's advocate.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, is this real?
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: Do you think that their issues are real, or do you think this is for a storyline?
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: I think a little of both.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: Um Justin, when they met, worked for a company that's an MLM, multi-level marketing.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: MLMs are huge in Utah, they're all over the place.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: That's all he's ever known.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: Did Amway start in Utah?
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: It may have.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Amway, I can't remember.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Anyway.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: It may have.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: A lot of MLMs start in Utah.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: And so that's all Justin's ever worked for is an MLM.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Now Whitney says her goal in starting the business was to get him out of the MLM.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: But when that's really all he knows, is he going to be able to get out of the MLM?
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: And isn't that what happened with their business?
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: Is he got it involved in more of an MLM situation?
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: Which the multi-level marketing is things like if you've heard of Amway or other companies where you sign up and you're selling, and then you sign up people under you, and so on and so on.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And that's where is multi-level marketing and um clothing.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Remember that?
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: That was another MLM.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And right?
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: So all right.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: So we'll see.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: I I want to see.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: I want to know is this a storyline?
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Because it's interesting that they're just they're not splitting up.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: She's moving to another bedroom or whatever, supposedly, and all the stuff.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: And then they're like, should we tell the kids?
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: And then she's like, Well, I want to keep it private.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: So I I want to see if that if that ends up being how can you keep that from the kids when you're staying in a bedroom in the house?
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they're gonna know.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: Mom's not feeling well, so she's gonna start sleeping in the guest room.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I'll be anxious to see if this is more just a storyline.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: I think it's a storyline.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And then we fast forward to Bronwyn and Brandon.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: Bronwyn's got a new man.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: Bronwyn's got a boyfriend, Brandon.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: He's quite a bit younger than her.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: She is so she is she 40 on the dot, did they say he's 30?
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: She's still married, mind you.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: She's still officially married.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: Did Utah have like legal separation?
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: Is she legal?
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that's day to state legally separate.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Todd has never they've never really lived lived together because Todd's only for work.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: So um but he's 32 and she's 40.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: She's 40, yeah, because she's upset that Todd didn't remember her 40th birthday.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, remember that.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: So she's also saying that, you know, there's all this publicity for her relationship with Brandon, but she doesn't want to hurt Todd.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: So she's told Todd about it.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Todd seems fine with it.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: So do you think that she created the publicity?
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: You know how Whitney said that she that Whitney met him at Sundance and said that Bronwyn was like, don't tell anybody.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: But then like a week later, it was all over.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: And Braunman's claiming, well, something was gonna come out, so I wanted to get ahead of it and I wanted to tell Todd.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: I think she created it.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: I think she created the publicity for it.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: But Brandon, as they're sitting there talking, Brianna keeps telling her, she's like, Well, you haven't posted us on Instagram.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: And he's like, Well, I'd like to keep things private.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: To me, that's a red flag.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: He's not in it for her.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: I don't think he's in it for her.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because he's I'm sure he's having fun, but she also talked about and when he came, I got him a little Airbnb or I put him up at this hotel.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, that was my question.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Did she pay when she said I said that I've been paying for everything?
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: She said I got him a hotel downtown Salt Lake.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Does that mean she paid for it?
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: Yes, she paid for it.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: So he's just he's along for the ride.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: He's on a little vacation here.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: He's he's living large.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: So he's not posting anything because he doesn't want people to know because he still wants his life.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because think about it.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: If he is, I mean, who knows exactly what his situation is, but they were at Sundance, they were at the Super Bowl, they showed pictures at the Super Bowl, then they went to Cabo together, now he's there.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: So yeah, maybe that's interesting.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: She's she's having fun.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: So then, oh, then Britney Bateman is reachers the scene.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: How do you feel about Britney?
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: It's interesting because I've heard Britney on other shows, um, like podcasts and radio shows.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: And I think that Britney is probably just like, do you remember that book, Smart Women, Foolish Choices in the eight from like the 80s or whatever?
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: It and I still think that it's probably timeless, and every young girl should read it today.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: But I think of that book when I think of Britney.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Like I think that she's just, you know, probably not a bad person.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: I don't know how much she adds to the show.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: I think she overacts sometimes.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: She definitely overacts.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Well, she comes from kind of a theater background.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: So a lot of the theatrics come out when she's on screen.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, she either has, she's either trying to do like a cabaret type show like Luann, or she might have even been um on if you guys know who John Hill is, that's on Andy Cohen's show with him, and John is very talented.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: John was in Hairspray on Broadway, he's been a bunch of stuff, and he does these shows.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: I think John even had her come on his show because John says she is actually extremely talented.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: That's according to John Hill.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: She's got a beautiful voice.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: She has an unbelievable voice, and she does.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: She comes from a theater background.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: She's got a lot of talent, and she's actually really smart, but she comes across as being so stupid sometimes.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: So, what do you think?
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: Do you like her for the show, or do you think she's annoying to me on the show?
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: I'll just be completely honest.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: She's annoying to me.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: She gets on my nerves.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: So I think she stirs up unnecessary drama.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: I think she speaks out of turn when she doesn't really know what's going on.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: I yeah.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's not my favorite.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and the old thing where she was like literally recording them and stuff like back in previous seasons.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: But this has always had a boyfriend.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: She's always had some man.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: So she comes.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: As soon as they show her on the show, she says, Oh, guess what?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: I'm six weeks sober.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Six weeks of no men.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Which, whatever.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: And then Whitney gets there and they catch up and talk about things.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: And I think that they've set up that scene where they could all just kind of talk about stuff.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: And that's when um that's when Heather says, You brought it up before, where Heather says something like, You you need a slut phase after you get divorced or whatever.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: And that's when Whitney says, Well, I never really had that because as you mentioned, she went straight straight into the relationship with Just Justin.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: So um so they did that.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: So that was really kind of like a throwaway scene.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: It was fine.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: They talked about paparazzi and all that, and then um and then they go to Lisa's having this party.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: So, what do you think about the ski day?
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: Why would Lisa plan a ski day when she doesn't even ski?
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: I was so shocked.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: I was like, how do you live in Utah?
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: Are there a lot of people that live in Utah that don't ski?
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: They don't ski, yeah.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: And there's a lot more to do in Utah than ski.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: There is.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: When I mean, when I was growing up in middle school, junior high, it was called there, uh, you would show up on a Friday for school with all your ski gear, load a bus, and go up to the ski resort, Brighton ski resort where they went.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: Um, actually, no, we went to it was Canyons now.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Uh, it was Park West at the time.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: We would go up to the ski resort, and that was our school day.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: We would ski with a lesson half the day and then have free ski the other half, and parents would pick us up at five o'clock at the school, and that was cool.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: That's amazing.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: So wow.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: Lisa clearly didn't grow up in Utah, or she would have had that experience in school.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: Which she did not, yeah, like she did not.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: She was warm in, but she did not grow up.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: Heather didn't even move to Utah until she was a sophomore in high school.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I do.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: I love Utah.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: I spent a lot of time there in the 90s, and then I have been back several times, and my husband does not ski.
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: So even when we went in the winter, I didn't ski just because I'm I'm not a big skier now.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: I was when I was younger.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: So we did snowmobiling, we even did like snowshoeing, we did cross-country skiing.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: There was a lot of stuff to do, even in the winter.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, the summers are beautiful.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: Don't they still say like my friends that had a house in Park City would say, like, you go for the winter and stay for the summer.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: Summer's the summer, especially Park City.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Park City is just yeah gorgeous.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: If you're if you love the outdoors and you love being outside, Park City is a great place.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: So I thought it was funny how even on the little thing under her name, they're like ski day, and they kind of crossed it out and said, April, appreciate ski.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: So I I just can't figure out why she would plan a ski day when she does not even ski.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: And poor Angie has not got an athletic bone in her body.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: It's it's she that was that was who was it that said there's not a single Greek Olympian?
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Yes, I love that.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: Braunman, I think, maybe said that.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: That was so funny.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: So I love one of the things I always love about Real Housewives of Salt Lake is the cloak.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: They definitely bring it with the fashion, which and you know, so I did think it was fun seeing what they all showed up in for the outfits, and um it was funny because Ashley Quay, quay, why because you know shows up and she literally has like this fur, which looked real.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: It looked like a didn't her coat look like a real fur coat.
- 22:58SPEAKER_01: She was all furred out from the ski resort.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: And I thought it was funny.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: And you've ever and Utah has a lot of powder.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: So if you fall in that fur coat, you don't look cute anymore.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: There's no way she planned on actually skiing in that.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: You don't look cute anymore.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Because you're covered in snow that's stuck in that fur until it melts.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: She wouldn't be skiing in that.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: So I think that's what Bronwyn meant when Bronwyn said, like, what is she wearing?
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: But I did think it was hilarious that Bronwyn said something with all the crazy stuff that Bronwyn has worn on this show.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: I was, I was like, is she questioning this outfit?
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: That was that was funny.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: You know what my favorite comment of that whole day was when it shows Meredith and she goes, Oh, seeing some of these women was more today was more painful than my facelift recovery.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Yes! Meredith.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: She's had some of the the best jabs, I feel like.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Which can we talk about her facelift now?
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Like, she looks almost too young.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks great.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: I want to see her in person.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: She looks amazing, but I think she's wearing a wig.
- 24:02unknown: Okay.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Because everyone in the confessionals uh Whitney says, you know, I just love that, you know, Meredith came right out and told us she told us all she had a facelift and she's wearing a wig.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: And the producer goes, uh, she didn't tell any of you she's got a wig on.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: So I think she And then they brought it up again later about the wig.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: So do you think that's then all I I'm staring at the hair, like, is that a wig?
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: It's gotta be a wig because her facelift, what she's only two months off of her facelift, she's still got probably visible scars.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Oh, maybe that's part of why she's wearing the wig.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: I mean, it looks like I mean, I guess wear a wig if you want to wear one.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: Some days I want to roll out of bed and throw a wig on.
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: I would like to wear one, but how would I get all this hair underneath it?
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: I'd have to really shove it down.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: If Kim Zoliet can wear a wig with all her hair, you could wear it.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Ba wig! That's one of my favorite Nene is Ba wig.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: I love Nene.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, so that they they go through all that.
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: The the day was, you know, and then that's a lot.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Um she then it was so funny when they went through the apologies and all that when Whitney Yeah, Whitney comes out and tries to apologize to Lisa for getting caught in, you know, Lisa getting caught up in her problems with Meredith and Lisa just listens, which is hard for Lisa to just sit and listen.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: Um, but she also references Whitney's habits to that she's like a cotton candy machine that you know, these things she'll apologize, and then it's just like she goes around and around and around this cotton candy machine doing the same thing over and over again.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: So she takes it with a grain of salt and says she's just gonna do it again and make the same mistake.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: And but at least Lisa is saying she's willing to move on because Lisa's saying like loyalty last night, and I'll stuff, but Meredith is not.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: No, they get to that dinner, which cracks me up that Lisa Barlow's face is on everywhere.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: Everywhere.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: Everywhere.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: And where they went, the eight settlers distillery is so good.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, it is.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: It is so good.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna get excited to go back to Utah in October.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: Oh, now I gotta go.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: Oh, you're going back soon?
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: I'm going October.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: Oh, maybe I need to go on a trip there with you sometime.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: So show me around.
- 26:09SPEAKER_01: Because I haven't been in Salt Lake that my I was in Park City, which isn't far, but I spent more time in Park City.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: But I thought, so Meredith cracked me up because Meredith just gives the zingers, and Whitney's apologizing and saying she wants to move on.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: And Meredith's like, yeah, that's not gonna happen.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: She's just so matter of fact about not gonna happen.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: And she's like, I'm not accepting the fiction or the storytelling that because she probably feels the same way as Lisa, that it's just gonna go around and around and she's just gonna do it again.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: So why should I why should we move on when you're just gonna do it again?
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Meredith feels like Whitney's not sorry she did it.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: She's sorry she got caught.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: Sorry she got recorded, sorry she got caught.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Which maybe there may be some truth to that.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean Whitney's just Whitney, it's Whitney, like I I just got drunk and I used alcohol as a clutch to but I've all been there.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: They've all drank too much, they've all said something irregular.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: She took it way too far.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: And I don't think I don't think she can she can use alcohol as an excuse on that one.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: No, she can't.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: And she's just she's been drinking, she has been so bloody drunk from the beginning of the series.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Don't you remember when they'd end up with like she'd end up on a poll?
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's done all sorts of stuff.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: So she can't blame alcohol for that.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so she obviously wants to and and if and they do a lot of flashbacks to ultimate house the real housewives ultimate girls trip.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: And if you've watched any of that, it is interesting when they went from city to city because like when Whitney showed up at the white at the at um Kyle's white party, she was basically trashing, like trashing Lisa.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I'm sure I can't even imagine how mad they all were that Lisa Barlow got picked to go on Ultimate Girls Trip because it's fine.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: I I see they were trying to even it out, but even I was kind of surprised at that because Salt Lake City is so new and all the other people on there seemed, but it was good, but I can't imagine.
- 28:23SPEAKER_01: But Lisa brings drama with her.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so she was good.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: She's good.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: They obviously like her.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Well, and then Heather apologized to Lisa for the way she treated her on Ultimate Girls Trip and was just like, look, I'm I'm a girl's girl, and I did not treat you like a girl's girl.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: I was not fair to you.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: So they did go through.
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: I I do like that they can own up to their mistakes, they can they can apologize, but merit is not far off.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: That for a lot of them, it's just a cycle.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: And you have to do it because that's where the show does become unreal.
- 28:53SPEAKER_01: Because here's the thing: in real life, if you had some of the issues with people that these housewives have, you just would never speak to them again.
- 29:01SPEAKER_01: That person would just be cut off your list.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: But now you're in a workplace.
- 29:06SPEAKER_01: This is your job.
- 29:07SPEAKER_01: They're forced to have to try to patch this stuff up, or there's no show.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: Just like Tamra, like you know, on um on Orange County, like with stuff Tamra's done, but what are you gonna do?
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: Like Tamra comes on every season and apologizes, and the show must go on.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: So, um, so we did now I'm on the show for a reason.
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: Yes, they're on the show for a yeah, and they're very good.
- 29:28SPEAKER_01: They're great bringing.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and Meredith and Lisa bring it, they are such good TV, uh, you know.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: Meredith Marks, I mean, she's so much good TV.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: I will say, when Meredith was saying she wouldn't forgive Whitney, she forgave Lisa Barlow for that crazy bathroom rant.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: That's like, I mean, that was crazy.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, but she got past that.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: But of course, those two are Meredith's also, I feel like, um kind of at a stage in her life where she doesn't give two F's anymore.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: And maybe that's the point she's at with Whitney now that you know she was still going through where she still cared and when she forgave Lisa, and now she's the point where she's like, I don't care.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: And she and Lisa had maybe had more history or what whatever.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: But um they've been friends a lot longer.
- 30:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: So so it'll be interesting.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: So it turns into this huge back and forth at that dinner where then they all bring up everything like you were saying, they all they can't let everything they can't let anything go.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: They can't apologize and let stuff go.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: They keep bringing every old stuff up, yeah.
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and they're all just and Angie is right.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: Angie says, I really want us.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: We were all in such a good place at my house.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: They've been through all this stuff with Mary and Robert Jr.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: passing.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: So Angie's just really like, I just want us to try to get back.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: I want us to be there for each other that we don't need to be battling each other also.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: To be in a good place.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she was actually a voice of reason there.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: So what do you think will happen?
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: How I don't know.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: I finished the episode, and my final comment was, gosh, there just wasn't enough drama in this episode.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: It didn't feel like it was filled with the chaos and drama that it usually is.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: I guess they're warming us up.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they're warming us up because get ready because I guarantee you it's gonna explode.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Well, and the preview for next week, they're gonna go on that San Francisco trip, and it's there's always drama when they go on a trip.
- 31:24SPEAKER_01: Yes, the trips are good drama.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: They can never travel together without having drama.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: And I think that's why they love to do the trips on the housewives because it puts them like in a pressure cooker.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: Everything comes to the boiling point.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because they're under the same roof, they can't get away from each other, at least when they're filming at home.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: They can each go to their own individual homes and get away from it.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: But the trips are stuck.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: I think it's gonna be big drama because it's St.
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: Patrick's Day, so we know there's gonna be drinking.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: And in the preview, they did show some fighting.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: And I think maybe Ashley Quay is gonna if she's she goes on the trip.
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: Yep, she's on the trip.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: And in the preview, there is some hot drama that happens.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: So we'll be looking forward to checking that out next week.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: So it'll be it'll be good.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: Stay tuned.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: Stay tuned.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: So um it's gonna be a big weekend, and definitely on Monday, you guys have gotta watch.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: Still flipping out.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, most of you probably know who Jeff Lewis is, but even if you were not a fan, he is so awesome.
- 32:27SPEAKER_01: I um I do listen to his radio show almost every day.
- 32:30SPEAKER_01: And it's funny because everyone's like, it's not a podcast.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: You can find him where you find podcasts because they'll just the stream of his radio show.
- 32:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they'll post not every episode, they'll, I think, pick one or two a week.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: But if you have Sirius XM in your car or you have the app, he is literally on every single day for two hours.
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: And what I say it is, is it's almost more like a reality show on radio.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: He's got um these rotating co-hosts, he's got the regular people um that are on there.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: He's Shane Douglas is his assistant, who has been with him since COVID, and he is on the radio show every day.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: And other people from his office are on the radio show.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: And then Jamison Scala, who I predict is gonna be the big breakout star of the series.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: And it would be my G dream for Jamison to come on the pond with us.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: Would it be funny if he could be like our first actual guest, but probably not?
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: But he is hilarious.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: He's the producer on Sirius XM, and he so he ends up on still flipping out.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: But if you don't listen to his radio show, he's got everybody on there from like Carney Wilson to Tom Arnold to Jamie Kennedy, um, to Mercedes Javid and Reza Farrahan from Shaws of Sunset, now the Persian, um, the Valley Persian style, which is another show I love.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: Um, he's got people like Judge Lauren Lake, who had who's awesome.
- 33:58SPEAKER_01: I love Judge, um, I love Judge Lauren.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: She has a show called like Paternity Court and some other Judge shows on.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: She's so cool.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: He has a lot of housewives on there and other Bravo lebrities like Shannon Bador, Cynthia Bailey, Crystal Minkoff.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: So he's got like regular rotating.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: There's a good variety.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: Oh, Justin Sylvester, who I love.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: Um, there's so many, he's got a really good variety.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: And what he does is different people come on for each hour.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm in the Eastern time zone, so he's on from 12 to 2.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: So there'll be a couple co-hosts on from 12 to 1, and then they'll switch for the one to two o'clock hour.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: So they talk about random stuff and coverage, but it it's almost like you're going through these people's lives with them already.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: So the radio show is gonna be a big part of his show, but he still does interior design, and his show, Flipping Out, was on for 11 seasons.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: And I noticed today on Bravo, they're they're playing, um, and I don't know if it's gonna be all weekend, they're playing replaying Flipping Out, which was on from 2007 to 2018.
- 35:03SPEAKER_01: And his ex- partner Gage, who he shares a child with, was on that show with him.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: He had a spin-off show called Interior Therapy.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: And then recently, more recently, he had a show on Amazon for two seasons called Hollywood House Lift.
- 35:21SPEAKER_01: So I love Jeff Lewis.
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: I've been a fan since the original flipping out.
- 35:26SPEAKER_01: He calls the um his the chumps are his fans and the co-hosts.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: We're all chumps.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: There's like the co-host chumps and then the fan chumps.
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: And the funniest thing is, do you know how they came up with that name?
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: No.
- 35:41SPEAKER_01: So if you're a chump, you know, but I think it's really funny because Shannon Bador and Jeff are good friends.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: Shannon Bador from Real Housewives of Orange County.
- 35:51SPEAKER_01: Well, of course, she famously went through a divorce with David Bador, her husband, who is the father of her children.
- 35:57SPEAKER_01: And I guess when they were going through all that, they were kind of talking smack about David.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: This, I think this is like COVID time.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: And David Bador literally wrote a huge letter and said, You're basically said, You're a chump, or you and your chumps, like you're a chump for, and so it just Jeff like switched it around, was like, we're chumps.
- 36:19SPEAKER_01: Like they he took David Bador's insult and turned it into this whole thing.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, long story long, as I like to say.
- 36:28SPEAKER_01: Brilliant, but definitely looking forward to covering that.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: So, watch that, whether or not you're a fan Monday night.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: Then Tuesday, we've got dancing with the stars again.
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: And back to Salt Lake City.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: Back to Salt Lake City.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: That's good stuff.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: Anything else?
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to get up to speed on uh Secret Lives of Mormon Moore, so we can talk about that.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: Um my travel schedule's been crazy.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: So yeah, trying to catch up.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: Five hours extra in every day, and I would be good.
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: But Taylor Frankie Paul was on and then now she's leaving, right?
- 37:01SPEAKER_01: I saw that.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: She was on, now she's supposedly leaving.
- 37:05SPEAKER_00: Um, so far I feel like it's focused just on the drama surrounded that's surrounded her.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: So we'll see.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: Because I may have to catch up on all of that.
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: I'll catch up and then we'll talk about it.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 37:16SPEAKER_01: Well, have a great weekend, and we'll see you guys next week.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: Try college football this weekend.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: Because we will.
