  supporting the Diaspora Ministry in Barnsley, England.

  Esteban is deeply passionate about walking alongside those

  who feel called 2 Missions. He enjoys serving the church
• 0:48
  through discovering, developing and deploying nursery
• 0:51
  missionaries, helping to mobilize and equip new workers
• 0:55
  for the mission field. Today he will speak about
• 0:58
  discovering, developing and deploying missionaries in.

  Today's episode we are going to talk about something very
• 1:05
  personal and powerful and that's the calling of God in our lives
• 1:10
  and how He continues to discover, develop and deploy
• 1:13
  Nasri missionaries around the world.

  Our main scripture is founded in Isaiah chapter 6 verse 8 when it
• 1:21
  says then I hear the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I
• 1:27
  send and who will go for us? And I said, here I am, send me.
• 1:34
  What an incredible moment. Can you imagine?
• 1:37
  And honestly, one of the things that I love the mosque from this
• 1:41
  passage is that Gods call ordinary people.
• 1:44
  Sometimes we imagine missionaries, pastor or ministry
• 1:48
  leader as person who always had everything together.
• 1:52
  But when we look at the scripture, we see that God often
• 1:55
  calls people who feel unqualified, I'm sure, or even
• 2:00
  broken. And that's the true for Isaiah.
• 2:03
  Before Isaiah was sent, he first has an encounter with God.
• 2:08
  When he saw the holiness in the glory of the Lord, his first
• 2:13
  reaction was not confidence, but it was humility.
• 2:17
  He said who is me for I am a man with unclean lips.
• 2:23
  Isaiah recognized his weakness and maybe that's what some of us
• 2:27
  are today. Maybe you feel an earthquake, or
• 2:31
  you feel that you are not prepared enough and that someone
• 2:33
  can do a better job than you. But the beautiful things about
• 2:38
  God's calling is that He does not wait people to become
• 2:43
  perfect before using them. He transformed us along the way
• 2:50
  before Isaiah spoke to his people.
• 2:53
  God's first work with Isaiah on his heart.
• 2:57
  And that's just what happens today.
• 2:58
  God still continue restoring people.
• 3:02
  He continue healing our hearts, and he continue calling ordinary
• 3:06
  people like us. And that's such as an important
• 3:09
  reminder for the church today, because mission is not about
• 3:13
  building celebrities, it's about people saying yes to God.
• 3:19
  And that connects deeply with what we do in missions
• 3:22
  mobilization. We discover, develo and deploy.
• 3:26
  But first, when we think about discover part of missions
• 3:30
  mobilization is helping people recognize the calling of God in
• 3:35
  their lives. Sometimes a young people simply
• 3:37
  need someone to encourage them. Sometimes future missionary are
• 3:41
  already sitting in our churches serving quietly loving people
• 3:46
  and growing faithfully. But they have never been told
• 3:51
  that God can use their life for an incredible ways.
• 3:55
  God is still calling people today and he's still asking whom
• 4:00
  shall I send? And maybe someone listening this
• 4:03
  episode today is hearing that question personally.

  Let me tell you that God is still waiting for you.
• 4:11
  And then comes develop because God does not only call people,
• 4:15
  He transformed them. Jesus did the same things with
• 4:19
  his disciple. He walked with them, He taught
• 4:22
  them, He corrected and prepared them leader by leader.
• 4:26
  The disciple did not become mature overnight because growth
• 4:30
  take time and honestly God should encourage us.
• 4:34
  Sometimes we want immediate result in our life, but God
• 4:38
  often works through process. And across Eurasia region we
• 4:43
  have leaders that begin serving in simple way.
• 4:46
  So I'm starting by discipling a small group in a church.
• 4:50
  All they're serving with children, but let me tell you
• 4:54
  that that's a process of transformation that God is
• 4:58
  taking you through and God is shaping your character.
• 5:03
  The healthy mobilization of the church is not only about
• 5:07
  inspiring people emotionally. It's also about helping people
• 5:10
  to grow with spiritually. We want churches willing to
• 5:14
  disciple leaders willing to invest their time in others
• 5:18
  community willing to walk alongside others in their
• 5:22
  calling. Many times the future missionary
• 5:25
  of a nation simply needs someone who come and believe and then
• 5:30
  and finally we have to deploy at some point, Isaiah responded.
• 5:35
  Here I am, send me. There's come a moment when the
• 5:39
  church sends people into God mission.
• 5:42
  Some will go to the nations, others may stay in their own
• 5:47
  cities, and some will stay serving in their local church,
• 5:50
  teaching, disciple and supporting.
• 5:53
  But let me tell you that we need to understand is that all of us
• 5:57
  are invited to participate. Jesus said in Luke chapter 4.
• 6:02
  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to
• 6:07
  proclaim good news to the poor. That mission continues today.
• 6:11
  People are still searching for hope, family and they still need
• 6:16
  restoration and God is still in college history and his people
• 6:20
  to participate. Maybe not everyone listening
• 6:23
  this episode today may become a cross cultural missionaries, but
• 6:29
  everyone, every believer is called to live a life in God's
• 6:34
  mission. So today I wanted to leave you
• 6:36
  with a simple question. What would happen if you
• 6:40
  responded like Isaiah, here I am Lore, maybe God want to use your
• 6:46
  your story, your gift, your willingness.
• 6:50
  Do not wait until you feel perfect to begat.
• 6:53
  He's still discovering and he's waiting to develop you and then
• 6:58
  deploy you to participate in his mission.

  Let's pray Lore. Thank you because you still

  calling people for your mission. Thank you for using us as
• 7:09
  ordinary people to bring hope, salvation and restoration to the
• 7:13
  world. Help us to recognize your voice
• 7:16
  when you call us. Give us women hearts like Isaiah
• 7:21
  to say, here I am Lord, send me teachers to faithfully disciples
• 7:26
  and develop others with love, humility and patience.
• 7:30
  Rise up, new missionaries from our churches, our communities,
• 7:35
  and our generation, and may we always be willing to go wherever
• 7:40
  you want to lead us. In the name of Jesus I pray.
