- 0:08Speaker 1: an instance, go.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Back to the Mark Simon show on WR.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three to two
- 0:17Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to
- 0:20Speaker 1: Randall in Maryland. Randall, how you doing good?
- 0:24Speaker 3: Mark? Well, if you mess with the buller, you get
- 0:26Speaker 3: the whore, don't you.
- 0:28Speaker 1: There you go, that's the whole conversation.
- 0:34Speaker 3: No, but the loose for the Maryland is stemmy horders.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Stemmy Horrier is not going to run for reelection.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Oh, you're very lucky. That's good, very lucky, lucky you him.
- 0:45Speaker 1: You did a good job, Randy, very succinct. All right
- 0:48Speaker 1: to the point. Let's go to Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart,
- 0:51Speaker 1: you're a police officer for a million years, right, yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Almost fifty. You know I was gonna mention with Ice
- 0:57Speaker 2: the big hiring drive they had. You said, they work
- 1:00Speaker 2: on the border. Who they're hiring. My son is also
- 1:03Speaker 2: in the process. Our police officers certified officers from all
- 1:07Speaker 2: over the country. So these officers know about inner cities,
- 1:11Speaker 2: they know about towns, they know about rural countries. They
- 1:13Speaker 2: know how to work in this area. So that's who
- 1:16Speaker 2: they're hiring now, our police officers from all over the country.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Now we're doing this job fifty years in law enforcement.
- 1:23Speaker 1: You've ever been in that situation where a car is
- 1:24Speaker 1: about to hit you or scrape you or.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Something, And well, yeah, I've been hit by a car.
- 1:28Speaker 2: My son car almost hit him three inches away doing
- 1:32Speaker 2: seventy miles an hour. He didn't even have time to react,
- 1:35Speaker 2: and just by the grace of God, who survived. But yeah,
- 1:38Speaker 2: once the car goes to you, if she had turned
- 1:40Speaker 2: to the left, you're right about the video that you have.
- 1:43Speaker 2: If she had turned to the left, she would have
- 1:44Speaker 2: run them over, there's no question. And she'd been there
- 1:48Speaker 2: all day. You know, they knew what her intent was
- 1:51Speaker 2: and she proved it.
- 1:52Speaker 1: But let me ask you a question. There's a long
- 1:54Speaker 1: time police officer. If you look at the video from
- 1:58Speaker 1: the front, he's clearly just fight in shooting. She is
- 2:01Speaker 1: trying to hit him. He's justified. But do you have
- 2:04Speaker 1: to shoot? Couldn't you just let her get away and
- 2:06Speaker 1: then catch her later?
- 2:08Speaker 2: Not if she runs you over. See, the thing is
- 2:11Speaker 2: the tenant is you've got to shoot at the person,
- 2:13Speaker 2: not the vehicle. And like you said, you can't go
- 2:16Speaker 2: to wound somebody. If you point your gun to somebody,
- 2:18Speaker 2: the intent is to neutralize them. And once she you
- 2:22Speaker 2: didn't know her what she was going to do. Like
- 2:24Speaker 2: I said, Mark, if she had turned to the left,
- 2:26Speaker 2: she would have run him over, there's no question. But
- 2:28Speaker 2: she turned to the right, but he didn't know what
- 2:30Speaker 2: she was going to do. And as you said before too,
- 2:33Speaker 2: it's about one tenth of the second. It happened instantaneously,
- 2:37Speaker 2: and he had to neutralize her because he didn't know
- 2:39Speaker 2: if she was going to start running over other ice agents.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true. Now a lot of people well why
- 2:44Speaker 1: you know, especially if it's not in a carp it's
- 2:45Speaker 1: out side of a car. They'll say, well, why can
- 2:47Speaker 1: you just shoot him in the leg. But there's no
- 2:48Speaker 1: police department that doesn't train you like shoot right for
- 2:52Speaker 1: the middle of the chest. The biggest part.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah. And you always double tap, always double.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Tap, wait, explain double tap?
- 2:59Speaker 4: Uh?
- 2:59Speaker 2: She twice? You have to because if you owned them
- 3:02Speaker 2: the first time, they're still coming at you, so you
- 3:04Speaker 2: end up shooting again. You always always shoot twice, and
- 3:08Speaker 2: you can't if you're if you're aiming to shoot them
- 3:11Speaker 2: in the leg, then you're going to end up dying
- 3:13Speaker 2: because things happen so quickly and so fast, and then
- 3:17Speaker 2: they spend four or five years judging what you did
- 3:20Speaker 2: in one tenth of a second.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, the reason they say shoot to kill, uh,
- 3:24Speaker 1: not that I want to kill, but you shoot for
- 3:26Speaker 1: the middle of the chest easiest part to hit to
- 3:28Speaker 1: Trying to get somebody just in the leg requires incredible luck,
- 3:32Speaker 1: doesn't it.
- 3:33Speaker 2: That's true. You have to shoot center mass. Happy. Yeah,
- 3:36Speaker 2: I've been into shooting, and it happens so fast that
- 3:40Speaker 2: you know, you just react and your training kicks in.
- 3:43Speaker 2: You really don't even have time to think. And in
- 3:45Speaker 2: that situation, as I said, they didn't know what she
- 3:47Speaker 2: was going to do, but she had already hit with
- 3:49Speaker 2: a nice agent and that was enough.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Hey, Also, she seems, according to all the people
- 3:53Speaker 1: that knew, were a very nice woman, a nice, gentle
- 3:56Speaker 1: mother of a six year old. She writes poetry. You've
- 3:58Speaker 1: probably seen this in your life with Anne woman with
- 4:01Speaker 1: the kid. They get into a protest and all of
- 4:03Speaker 1: a sudden they get vicious and violent and crazy. Right,
- 4:06Speaker 1: you've seen that.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like they've been radicalized by these people. You know,
- 4:11Speaker 2: you got Tampon Timmy out there. You have Frey and Minneapolis,
- 4:15Speaker 2: I mean, just running their mouths. Everybody's against Ice, and
- 4:19Speaker 2: they've just radicalized these people. They've just like they've lost
- 4:23Speaker 2: their minds.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Mark, all right, Vincent, I mean, Stuart, great call. Now
- 4:28Speaker 1: Vincent's on the line calling next. But Stuart, excellent call
- 4:31Speaker 1: is always thanks for calling, Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Doing, I'm doing okay. It's great to hear Stuart's point
- 4:38Speaker 3: of view, and he's one hundred percent correct. Mark. I've
- 4:42Speaker 3: never seen a wise guy do what all these liberal
- 4:46Speaker 3: fools are doing. Last week. You have this trans person, Julia,
- 4:53Speaker 3: attacking jd Vance's house, breaking the windows. You have this
- 4:59Speaker 3: woman who I believe whoever was at those protests yesterday,
- 5:05Speaker 3: riling up those people, working them up into a ladder,
- 5:09Speaker 3: making their brains fry, and then they go out, as
- 5:13Speaker 3: Stewart said, do something stupid and try and attack law
- 5:17Speaker 3: enforcement officers. Mark. Any time I've been in this situation
- 5:22Speaker 3: where me and friends have been pulled over by the authorities,
- 5:26Speaker 3: the first thing I have always said to the guys
- 5:28Speaker 3: in the car guys, hands on the dash, hands on
- 5:32Speaker 3: the steelwheel, don't make any move without asking the authorities.
- 5:38Speaker 3: And that stupid mayor. I mean, this guy shouldn't even
- 5:42Speaker 3: be on a soapbox with that language, and he wants
- 5:48Speaker 3: people to believe he's a credible.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Leader speaking like that. I mean, it was just totally
- 5:55Speaker 4: beyond the pail. I mean, and Tim Watts, it's their
- 6:00Speaker 4: language that's firing up these people. These people should be investigated.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Tim Walls should be investigated. Jacob Fry that mass should
- 6:10Speaker 4: be investigated because it's their language. Also Mandami's language.
- 6:15Speaker 1: But that's their goal. They're trying to get them riled up. Hey, Vincent,
- 6:18Speaker 1: great call is always thanks for a calling. He's talking
- 6:20Speaker 1: about this, I have a message the mayors two Ice
- 6:25Speaker 1: get out of Minneapolis. Well, well, ask Jimmy Fayler, the
- 6:28Speaker 1: Great Jimmy Fayler about this. He's going to be with
- 6:30Speaker 1: us next on seven to ten. Wor
