In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of East Village residents began compiling recipes from chefs and residents around the neighborhood to bind together and sell to benefit Trinity’s Services and Food for the Homeless. Now, the East Village Cookbook has become a big hit, featuring recipes from Veselka, Nom Wah, Katz's, Momofuku, and more.
