- 2:35Speaker 2: We got a lot to talk about. The super Bowl
- 2:38Speaker 2: is set. We know who is gonna face each other
- 2:41Speaker 2: ten days from now at super Bowl fifty eight. It's
- 2:44Speaker 2: gonna be fun. I think it's gonna be a good game.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I think it's not gonna be the outcome everybody thinks
- 2:49Speaker 2: it's gonna be. So we'll talk about that. The WWE
- 2:52Speaker 2: Royal Rumble is this Saturday. We'll talk about that. We
- 2:56Speaker 2: also have Jimmy Butler to talk about. We need to
- 3:01Speaker 2: talk about Jimmy Butler. What is going on with Jimmy Butler.
- 3:04Speaker 2: But before we talk about all that stuff, And of
- 3:07Speaker 2: course I'm gonna give you the Oscar nominees that were
- 3:10Speaker 2: announced last week as well. But first I want to
- 3:13Speaker 2: send a condolences out to the families of the people
- 3:19Speaker 2: that we lost yesterday when the plane went down in Washington,
- 3:23Speaker 2: d C. It was very, very sad. You know, my
- 3:27Speaker 2: heart goes out to all those people that lost family
- 3:29Speaker 2: and loved ones. Whether you're part of the military black
- 3:32Speaker 2: Hawk family that lost the three pilots on there or
- 3:38Speaker 2: family member of the sixty plus the crew that we
- 3:40Speaker 2: lost during that plane crash, it was a sad day.
- 3:44Speaker 2: That was very sad. I was home, I was we
- 3:47Speaker 2: were watching Chicago fire IMPD and all that, and that's
- 3:51Speaker 2: when the news broke that that crashed into the Potomac
- 3:55Speaker 2: and it was really sad. You know, there's no real
- 3:59Speaker 2: speculation unless you're a Trump supporter right now. But honestly,
- 4:04Speaker 2: there are certain things that you shouldn't talk about until
- 4:07Speaker 2: you know all the details. And Orange Cheeto man thinks
- 4:11Speaker 2: that he can do that. So I don't care if
- 4:13Speaker 2: you're a Trumper or not. What he did today was
- 4:17Speaker 2: disrespectful to the families of the people who lost their lives.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We don't know anything yet. There's still a big investigation
- 4:25Speaker 2: on going that they just started today. So for him to,
- 4:29Speaker 2: you know, bring out his little news articles and all
- 4:32Speaker 2: that crap and insult Biden and insult you know, Obama
- 4:35Speaker 2: through all. This is ridiculous. It's just ridiculous, and this
- 4:39Speaker 2: is why we need a real leader in this country,
- 4:42Speaker 2: which is why I am making a big announcement right
- 4:44Speaker 2: now on my show. I will be running for president
- 4:47Speaker 2: in twenty twenty eight. In twenty twenty eight, I am
- 4:50Speaker 2: running Democratic. I am going against either jd Vance or
- 4:53Speaker 2: whoever is going to be the Republican nominee. Obviously, you know,
- 4:58Speaker 2: the don thinks that he can run for a third term.
- 5:00Speaker 2: He thinks he's gonna be able to to fudget to
- 5:02Speaker 2: be able to run again. That's not gonna happen. I'm
- 5:06Speaker 2: gonna run. I'm nun I'm gonna run against them, and
- 5:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna win because I care about people. Unlike him,
- 5:14Speaker 2: I actually give a damn about people. But yeah, I
- 5:17Speaker 2: just want to give that heartfelt condolences to the families.
- 5:20Speaker 2: There were some figure skaters on that plane. They were
- 5:24Speaker 2: coming from a camp out in Kansas with family, and
- 5:29Speaker 2: a couple of Olympians were on there that were coaches
- 5:32Speaker 2: and they passed away on there too. So very sad
- 5:35Speaker 2: day yesterday with that plane crash. In Washington, d C. Yeah,
- 5:41Speaker 2: so let's give a quick moment of silence for everyone
- 5:44Speaker 2: that lost their lives and we'll go on with the show. Okay,
- 5:53Speaker 2: all right, so let's move on with the show. Now
- 5:55Speaker 2: we got super Bowl. That's right. The Kansas City Chiefs
- 5:59Speaker 2: will represent the AFC, and again Philadelphia will represent the NFC.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I think it's time for Jalen Hurts, but not just
- 6:07Speaker 2: Jalen Hurts. It is time for Saquon Barkley. That man
- 6:11Speaker 2: had to suffer for years with the New York Giants
- 6:16Speaker 2: and he was willing to stay. Like he literally was
- 6:19Speaker 2: willing to stay with New York. They decided that they
- 6:23Speaker 2: wanted to move on from him, and that when we
- 6:28Speaker 2: saw Saquon say okay, I'll sign with Philadelphia, and he did,
- 6:34Speaker 2: and guess what, He's going to the Super Bowl. That
- 6:38Speaker 2: has got to be the biggest slap in the face
- 6:41Speaker 2: to a New York Giants organization. I think if Saquon
- 6:44Speaker 2: wins a Super Bowl his first year out, this is
- 6:47Speaker 2: like on the level of Tom Brady leaving the Patriots
- 6:51Speaker 2: and going to Tampa and winning a Super Bowl in
- 6:54Speaker 2: Tampa Bay. The only difference is Tom Brady brought New
- 6:59Speaker 2: England's six Super Bowl championships. So that's the difference. Six
- 7:07Speaker 2: super Bowl championships. He brought there. Saquon tried his hardest
- 7:11Speaker 2: to run his little legs off to try and win
- 7:16Speaker 2: a Super Bowl win New York, and they just stunk.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Daniel Jones stunk, the organization stunk, the coaching stunk. The
- 7:25Speaker 2: whole team is garbage. And now we have Saquon Barkley
- 7:32Speaker 2: going to the Super Bowl. I think it's gonna be amazing.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I hope that he wins. I don't think anybody that
- 7:42Speaker 2: isn't a Kansas City Chiefs fan or a Taylor Swift
- 7:44Speaker 2: fan really wants to see the Kansas City Chiefs win
- 7:48Speaker 2: the Super Bowl. I'm pretty sure the only ones that
- 7:51Speaker 2: want to see that are fans of Taylor and fans
- 7:53Speaker 2: of the and the fans of the Chiefs. I don't
- 7:55Speaker 2: think anybody else in America really wants to see Kansas
- 7:58Speaker 2: City win. I think if you took a poll on
- 8:02Speaker 2: a majority of America, you're going to see that it
- 8:09Speaker 2: is going to be Philadelphia that people are going for.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I'm gonna pull on, I'm gonna do a poll out
- 8:15Speaker 2: X later and I'll let you know next week where
- 8:19Speaker 2: it was. But I'm gonna do a poll on X
- 8:21Speaker 2: later to see who people want to see winning the
- 8:23Speaker 2: Super Bowl this year. Do you want to see Philadelphia
- 8:25Speaker 2: win it? Or do you want to see, you know,
- 8:30Speaker 2: Kansas City win their third? Do you want to see
- 8:32Speaker 2: a three pete? Three pete hasn't been done, not that
- 8:35Speaker 2: I know in football. I know it's been done. Basketball, obviously,
- 8:39Speaker 2: the Bulls did it twice. I believe the Boston Celtics
- 8:42Speaker 2: obviously did because they won eight in a row at
- 8:45Speaker 2: one point, way way, but this is way way back,
- 8:48Speaker 2: Like this is like the nineteen sixties and seventies. This
- 8:51Speaker 2: was like a long time ago. So I mean, it
- 8:53Speaker 2: hasn't been done in any sport for a very long time.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Even if you look at of Bulls, they did it.
- 9:01Speaker 2: The last time they won a three peat was ninety
- 9:03Speaker 2: five to ninety eight, so you're looking at almost thirty
- 9:07Speaker 2: years ago since the last three peat was completed by
- 9:11Speaker 2: the Bulls. So yeah, you're not gonna see that often
- 9:14Speaker 2: in sports. So I mean, it would be history making.
- 9:19Speaker 2: But to come out here and say what do you feel?
- 9:25Speaker 2: Do you feel the refs are the ones that are
- 9:27Speaker 2: going out there and helping Kansas City, or do you
- 9:29Speaker 2: just think it's just a bad break for these teams
- 9:31Speaker 2: that win or lose to the Kansas City Chiefs every year.
- 9:34Speaker 2: I mean, look at it. You can say it's the refs.
- 9:37Speaker 2: You can say it's the refs at any game that
- 9:40Speaker 2: any team plays it. I've seen bad calls and Bears games.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I've seen bad calls and Detroit games. I mean, I've
- 9:47Speaker 2: seen them in every single game. So for people to
- 9:50Speaker 2: necessarily say that all these super Bowls have been swayed
- 9:53Speaker 2: by just bad calls, I don't believe that. I've watched
- 9:56Speaker 2: every super Bowl. I don't think that one called by
- 10:01Speaker 2: a referee. Who calls by a referee changed the trajectory
- 10:05Speaker 2: of the entire game, especially if it's close. You you know,
- 10:10Speaker 2: if it's a close game, you can easily say you
- 10:16Speaker 2: know that, oh, well, you know this is happening because
- 10:21Speaker 2: of the referees. But at the same time, players gotta play,
- 10:25Speaker 2: players gotta play through. So yeah, I mean, I think
- 10:30Speaker 2: that the super Bowl is gonna be good. I'm calling Philadelphia.
- 10:33Speaker 2: I think they win. It's gonna be a close one.
- 10:35Speaker 2: There's gonna be some bad calls both ways, But at
- 10:39Speaker 2: the end of the day, I think everyone's gonna enjoy
- 10:41Speaker 2: the super Bowl. I think Philadelphia wins. I think Kendrick
- 10:44Speaker 2: Lamar is gonna be amazing at halftime with Siza. I
- 10:48Speaker 2: think the commercials already, the ones I've seen look really
- 10:51Speaker 2: funny that they've like previewed. So I think it's gonna
- 10:54Speaker 2: be a good day. You know, just watch and have fun.
- 10:56Speaker 2: All these people all gonna boycott the super Bowl this year,
- 10:59Speaker 2: it's stupid. Just watch root against Kansas City, root for Philadelphia, whatever,
- 11:05Speaker 2: you know. I mean, at the end of the day,
- 11:06Speaker 2: it's a fun game. You boycotting isn't gonna matter. There
- 11:11Speaker 2: was over one point three was a billion people last
- 11:16Speaker 2: year that watched the super Bowl. So here's the funny thing.
- 11:22Speaker 2: If three hundred thousand people that said they're going to
- 11:24Speaker 2: boycott boycott the super Bowl this year, I don't think
- 11:27Speaker 2: they're gonna care because they're still going to have over
- 11:31Speaker 2: a billion people watching the super Bowl worldwide. So I
- 11:35Speaker 2: really don't think the NFL is gonna care that you
- 11:39Speaker 2: decided to boycott and not watch for one year. No
- 11:42Speaker 2: one cares. People act like, you know, it's a big deal.
- 11:45Speaker 2: It's not. Uh So, Yeah, so I say, Philadelphia wins.
- 11:49Speaker 2: I did a mock draft. Obviously, this is mock draft time.
- 11:54Speaker 2: We're ten days away from Super Bowl. Once super Bowl's over,
- 11:57Speaker 2: we got free agency, then we do the draft, so
- 12:00Speaker 2: we know how this goes. Every single year it's like this.
- 12:03Speaker 2: So I did a mock draft to see who these
- 12:08Speaker 2: first teams were gonna get, and here we go. So
- 12:11Speaker 2: here's what I got. I did one for the Bears.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Obviously I'm a Bears fan, so I did one for them.
- 12:17Speaker 2: So here's I'm gonna go through the top and I'm
- 12:21Speaker 2: just gonna go through the top ten, which is where
- 12:24Speaker 2: the Bears draft. I'm not gonna go through every single one,
- 12:28Speaker 2: but here we go. So this is the Mac draft
- 12:30Speaker 2: that I got. Number one, cam Ward from Miami is
- 12:34Speaker 2: gonna go to Tennessee. Obviously the Titans will take him.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Number two. The Browns are gonna get Abdul Carter from
- 12:42Speaker 2: Penn State. Number three. The New York Giants are gonna
- 12:46Speaker 2: go after Shader Sanders Dion Sanderson from Colorado. He's gonna
- 12:51Speaker 2: end up in New York. Number four. Wide receiver from Arizona,
- 12:58Speaker 2: Tenoroa McMillan is gonna be going to the Patriots. Number
- 13:03Speaker 2: five to the Jaguars. Cornerback, not cornerback, cornerback Will Johnson
- 13:09Speaker 2: from my school Michigan is gonna be going to the Jaguars.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Number six. The Raiders are gonna take Colorado's cornerback Travis Hunter.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Number seven. The Jets are gonna take Georgia's safety Mackay
- 13:25Speaker 2: Starks or Malachi Starks. Number eight. The Carolina Panthers are
- 13:30Speaker 2: gonna get Michigan Mason Graham. Will Campbell is gonna go.
- 13:37Speaker 2: The tackle from LSU is gonna go with the Saints,
- 13:40Speaker 2: and the Chicago Bears are gonna take Ohio States Josh Simmons,
- 13:44Speaker 2: tackle from Ohio States. So this is the mock draft
- 13:48Speaker 2: that I got. Now, obviously, every week you do a
- 13:50Speaker 2: mock draft, it might turn out a little different. Possibly
- 13:53Speaker 2: we get Will Campbell. Will Campbell is the number one
- 13:57Speaker 2: tackle that I would want for the Bears, but I
- 13:59Speaker 2: got under stand they're number ten. He's probably gonna go
- 14:02Speaker 2: earlier than you know, number ten. So especially if the
- 14:07Speaker 2: Saints are looking for offensive linemen too. Now, a lot
- 14:13Speaker 2: of people said Ashton Genty was gonna go top ten,
- 14:19Speaker 2: the running back out of Boise State. They got him
- 14:22Speaker 2: at number twelve, going to Dallas for running back. The
- 14:27Speaker 2: Bears have been attached to his name, so he's a possibility.
- 14:31Speaker 2: It depends on what we do in free agency. The
- 14:32Speaker 2: Bears do not have to And I'm going to reiterate
- 14:35Speaker 2: this and people need to listen to this. This is
- 14:38Speaker 2: a very important show because I'm gonna explain to people
- 14:42Speaker 2: that sit here and say, oh, the Bears only need
- 14:46Speaker 2: to draft offensive linemen in the draft. No, they don't,
- 14:52Speaker 2: because the Bears are already attached to three possible free
- 14:58Speaker 2: agent linemen, a tackle and a guard. Okay, we're already
- 15:06Speaker 2: attached to a guard from the Chiefs. We're already attached
- 15:09Speaker 2: to other offensive linemen. If we get all three offensive linemen,
- 15:15Speaker 2: that frees us up to take that number ten pick
- 15:19Speaker 2: and draft somebody like a running back to go with Swift,
- 15:26Speaker 2: because Roshan Johnson may not be the guy. Okay, he
- 15:31Speaker 2: may not be the guy. So my thing is if
- 15:35Speaker 2: you put Swift and I watched some boys and state
- 15:39Speaker 2: games this year, so I saw Jens. I seen him
- 15:42Speaker 2: in there. Okay, he is a very good runner. He
- 15:46Speaker 2: is a speed running back, and that's what we need
- 15:49Speaker 2: in there. Okay, Yeah, you can use a power back,
- 15:53Speaker 2: but Roshan Johnson could just drop to number three on
- 15:57Speaker 2: the depth chart. We're gonna have at least three running backs.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I mean, if you could get a guy like him
- 16:03Speaker 2: to go in here, I'm telling you now, the Bears
- 16:06Speaker 2: will be a lot tougher. You cannot just draft offensive
- 16:09Speaker 2: lineman when you have free agency. First. You have free
- 16:13Speaker 2: agency for a reason. I would rather get some veterans
- 16:16Speaker 2: in there, some guys who are guaranteed to stay healthy.
- 16:20Speaker 2: The pickup from Kansas City. If he leaves Kansas City
- 16:23Speaker 2: and comes to Chicago, guess what, he only missed one
- 16:26Speaker 2: game in his first couple of seasons. He's twenty six
- 16:29Speaker 2: years old. Why would we not take somebody like that?
- 16:33Speaker 2: Why are we aiming just for all these nubes who
- 16:36Speaker 2: we don't know what they're gonna do. You could draft
- 16:38Speaker 2: an offensive lineman, even Will Campbell, and he can get hurt.
- 16:41Speaker 2: You don't know. So at that point, yes, I would
- 16:45Speaker 2: go possibly with Ashton Genti from Boise State at running back.
- 16:51Speaker 2: If we do good and we get a few offensive linemen. Look,
- 16:55Speaker 2: we have the draft pick that the Bears have in
- 16:58Speaker 2: the first two rounds. We have three draft picks. We
- 17:01Speaker 2: have two in the second round. One of them is
- 17:03Speaker 2: from Carolina, the other one is ours. We have the
- 17:06Speaker 2: one in You know, we have our number one draft pick,
- 17:09Speaker 2: which is number ten. We have the number ten pick.
- 17:13Speaker 2: We have plenty of picks. Not all your offensive linemen
- 17:16Speaker 2: have to come in the first round. Most of your
- 17:19Speaker 2: good offensive linemen come in second round and third round.
- 17:23Speaker 2: So there you go. You pick up a few free agents,
- 17:26Speaker 2: you get a decent running back at number ten, and
- 17:30Speaker 2: then you pick up two offensive linemen in in the
- 17:33Speaker 2: second round where you got two picks. This is a
- 17:36Speaker 2: no brainer. But Chicago Bears fans have their mindset on
- 17:39Speaker 2: certain things and they don't listen. First of all, there's
- 17:44Speaker 2: a reason why you work doing the job you do,
- 17:46Speaker 2: and you don't work for the NFL. There's a reason
- 17:49Speaker 2: that you're not a NFL executive. I'm not either, but
- 17:54Speaker 2: I can tell common sense and I can tell where
- 17:57Speaker 2: the Bears need a little more help, because you open
- 18:01Speaker 2: up that offensive line with some veterans and a couple
- 18:04Speaker 2: of draft picks, and then you bring in a number
- 18:07Speaker 2: ten pick of a good running back to go along
- 18:11Speaker 2: with Swift. Plus you you know, obviously you're gonna have
- 18:15Speaker 2: Dj Moore, Roma Doonsay. Keenan Allen most likely is gonna walk.
- 18:21Speaker 2: And I'm gonna tell you why I would let him walk.
- 18:23Speaker 2: If he does not want to go on a team
- 18:25Speaker 2: friendly deal and he is not willing to drop to
- 18:28Speaker 2: a number three receiver, He's got to go. He's gotta go. Look,
- 18:34Speaker 2: Keenan Allen was good for the part that he played
- 18:36Speaker 2: for the Bears this year, but DJ Moore wants to
- 18:39Speaker 2: be the number one guy, and he deserves to be.
- 18:44Speaker 2: He proved he can be a twelve hundred yard catcher
- 18:46Speaker 2: when he was with Justin Fields here, so you have that,
- 18:51Speaker 2: you already have that guy. Roma Doonsday is gonna be
- 18:54Speaker 2: that secondary guy that's gonna get a thousand yards. He
- 18:58Speaker 2: had seven hundred and thirty four yards and he didn't
- 19:04Speaker 2: even touch the ball as much. I mean, look, I
- 19:07Speaker 2: could show people right here. I mean, look at it
- 19:09Speaker 2: Roma Donsay stats. We'll go through them really quick and
- 19:12Speaker 2: I'll show you what I'm talking about. Roma Doonsay for
- 19:15Speaker 2: his first year and given the fact that he was
- 19:19Speaker 2: a second or a third string wide receiver, really, to
- 19:25Speaker 2: Keenan Allen and to Dj Moore, he had fifty four
- 19:28Speaker 2: receptions for seven hundred and thirty four yards. That's amazing.
- 19:35Speaker 2: I remember the first couple of games that he played,
- 19:38Speaker 2: he was a rookie with k Lob, they were both rookies.
- 19:42Speaker 2: It wasn't a veteran throwing to roma doonsay, it was
- 19:45Speaker 2: another rookie. I mean, of course the first few games
- 19:49Speaker 2: he was leaning on possibly veterans because they know what
- 19:53Speaker 2: they're doing. But even then, I mean, he only threw
- 19:58Speaker 2: Caleb Williams for ninety five yards. Of the first game
- 20:00Speaker 2: against Tennessee that they won, he only threw ninety five
- 20:03Speaker 2: yards in that game. But I mean, if you look
- 20:06Speaker 2: at the stats right now, for if we look right
- 20:11Speaker 2: here recent games, if we look at the stats for
- 20:15Speaker 2: each game, the game against Tennessee, he had one reception.
- 20:20Speaker 2: He had four targets. He caught for eleven yards. Second
- 20:25Speaker 2: game two for five. I mean he had thirty three
- 20:28Speaker 2: yards that he had won, twelve that he had ten.
- 20:31Speaker 2: He had forty forty forty one, one hundred and four
- 20:34Speaker 2: to twenty three, sixty five to thirty. He was up
- 20:37Speaker 2: and down all year. But remember he was a third
- 20:41Speaker 2: string receiver for the Bears at the time. If he's
- 20:44Speaker 2: number two. He's getting one thousand yards. If Keenan Allen's
- 20:50Speaker 2: not there taking up the yards that he took up,
- 20:54Speaker 2: then yeah, he's definitely getting a thousand, and so is
- 20:57Speaker 2: DJ Moore. DJ Moore finishes last year with let's see
- 21:03Speaker 2: how many do you have? He had nine hundred and
- 21:05Speaker 2: sixty six yards. Keenan Allen had seven hundred and forty
- 21:14Speaker 2: four yards. So had you distributed a few of those
- 21:20Speaker 2: yards out to DJ Moore and a couple hundred of
- 21:23Speaker 2: those yards to Romadoonza, Romadonsay has a thousand yards and
- 21:29Speaker 2: DJ Moore has almost eleven hundred yards, and then there's
- 21:33Speaker 2: still four hundred yards that you could throw out to
- 21:35Speaker 2: other people, guys like Comet, guys like Tyler Scott. But
- 21:40Speaker 2: there's there's a Chris Godwin, very good receiver. Let's look
- 21:44Speaker 2: at his numbers. He's being attached to the possible possibility
- 21:48Speaker 2: of coming to the Bears. He's leaving Tampa Bay, so
- 21:52Speaker 2: let's see what he has done. At least, let's see
- 21:54Speaker 2: this year, five and seventy six yards. But he only
- 21:58Speaker 2: played one, two, three, five, six seven games, so he
- 22:02Speaker 2: played like half a season. But in other years, three years,
- 22:06Speaker 2: four years out of a four years, he had a
- 22:08Speaker 2: thousand thirty Well, my god, he had thirteen hundred yards
- 22:12Speaker 2: in the one year and nine touchdowns. He had eleven
- 22:14Speaker 2: hundred yards and five touchdowns. He had one thy twenty
- 22:18Speaker 2: three yards and three touchdowns, and then he had one
- 22:21Speaker 2: thy twenty four yards and two touchdowns. That was the
- 22:24Speaker 2: year before last year which he got hurt. It only
- 22:26Speaker 2: had five hundred and seventy six yards. So, I mean, honestly,
- 22:30Speaker 2: there you go. If you bring him in as a
- 22:32Speaker 2: slot receiver at number three, you're gonna pick up at
- 22:35Speaker 2: least five six hundred yards out of him, possibly eleven
- 22:38Speaker 2: hundred yards out of Dj Moore eleven twelve hundred at
- 22:41Speaker 2: over one thousand for Oma doonsday. This is what the
- 22:44Speaker 2: Bears need. If Keenan Allen cannot work a deal out
- 22:47Speaker 2: with the Bears for a smaller deal, then he let
- 22:50Speaker 2: him walk. That's just how you go. That's what I
- 22:52Speaker 2: would do. I would definitely do that. But yeah, so
- 23:00Speaker 2: we'll see what the Bears decided to do. That's my
- 23:03Speaker 2: mock draft for this week. I'll do another one. I'm
- 23:05Speaker 2: gonna do one every week. We'll see how it changes
- 23:08Speaker 2: in the next few weeks. The drafts in April, for
- 23:11Speaker 2: agency starts in March. I mean, we're like right on
- 23:14Speaker 2: the cusp. I mean, we're like two days away from
- 23:16Speaker 2: February first, so we have like a month until free
- 23:20Speaker 2: agency hits. So we're gonna see first what the Bears
- 23:23Speaker 2: do there, and second we'll see what they do in
- 23:25Speaker 2: the draft. But I'm excited, Ben Johnson, Dennis Allen, this
- 23:30Speaker 2: is this team coaching wise, is looking really really tight.
- 23:35Speaker 2: We haven't had a coaching staff like this since probably
- 23:38Speaker 2: Lovey Smith. That's been a long time. We didn't have
- 23:40Speaker 2: it with Matt Naggy. But Matt Naggy did make it
- 23:43Speaker 2: to the playoffs. He did win us like eleven twelve
- 23:45Speaker 2: games in a couple of seasons, So you know, I mean,
- 23:50Speaker 2: you can't really say anything that bad about Naggi. He
- 23:53Speaker 2: turned out not to be the greatest coach, but at
- 23:55Speaker 2: the same time, he wasn't a horrible coach either. Let's
- 23:59Speaker 2: move on. Now we are gonna talk Jimmy Butler. So okay,
- 24:05Speaker 2: I want to throw my two cents into this because
- 24:08Speaker 2: a little story time about Jimmy Butler when he played
- 24:10Speaker 2: for the Chicago Bulls back in the day, everybody used
- 24:15Speaker 2: to love Jimmy Butler. Jimmy Butler was in Minnesota two
- 24:19Speaker 2: and I believe with Philadelphia too, and including his first
- 24:23Speaker 2: couple of weeks, you know, the first couple of years
- 24:24Speaker 2: in Miami. So here's a quick story time. Jimmy Butler
- 24:29Speaker 2: is such a good person with the fans back in
- 24:31Speaker 2: the day. I don't know what he's like now. He
- 24:33Speaker 2: seems a little prima donna ish, but he pretty much
- 24:39Speaker 2: was the type of guy who if you were behind
- 24:43Speaker 2: him or in front of him at the grocery store,
- 24:45Speaker 2: he would pay for your groceries and his He did
- 24:48Speaker 2: that every time he went out. That was his thing.
- 24:51Speaker 2: If he was at the grocery store, he would pay
- 24:53Speaker 2: for the person behind him, so you would ring him
- 24:56Speaker 2: out and then you would ring out the person behind him.
- 24:58Speaker 2: If you were lucky enough to be staying behind him,
- 25:00Speaker 2: you get your groceries paid. He did this through his
- 25:04Speaker 2: whole career in Chicago. He did this through his whole
- 25:06Speaker 2: career in Minnesota and his career in Philly. And I
- 25:11Speaker 2: still think to this day he does it in Miami.
- 25:15Speaker 2: I don't agree with him doing it the way he's
- 25:20Speaker 2: doing it right now, but I understand all he wanted
- 25:23Speaker 2: was a team built around him to win a championship.
- 25:27Speaker 2: He defeated the Chicago Bulls in the play in Tournament
- 25:31Speaker 2: a couple of years ago, literally took the Miami Heat
- 25:36Speaker 2: as a playing team, tournament team all the way to
- 25:39Speaker 2: the NBA Finals to lose. And it wasn't because of him.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Miami just does not want to build a team around him.
- 25:52Speaker 2: He has asked for years for that. This team should
- 25:56Speaker 2: have won at least one championship in the time that
- 25:59Speaker 2: Jimmy Butler's been there the Miami he should have won
- 26:02Speaker 2: at least won, and instead they lost time. I believe
- 26:06Speaker 2: it was Denver, and I'm not saying Denver wasn't built better,
- 26:11Speaker 2: but I mean still if you built Miami better, I
- 26:15Speaker 2: mean they went from a playing team to the finals.
- 26:19Speaker 2: That's amazing, and not a seven or eight seed playing team.
- 26:22Speaker 2: They were like number ten. They were behind us. They
- 26:25Speaker 2: played the Bulls in Chicago because the Bulls had a
- 26:29Speaker 2: better record than them, and the Bulls weren't even that good.
- 26:35Speaker 2: They beat the Bulls, they go on, they win the
- 26:37Speaker 2: play in Tournament and they went on to the NBA
- 26:40Speaker 2: freaking Finals. That's amazing, but you're telling me they couldn't
- 26:46Speaker 2: build a winner around Jimmy Butler. I understand why he's
- 26:49Speaker 2: going off. I don't agree with what he's doing, you know.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I mean the way he's going about this is kind
- 26:56Speaker 2: of ridiculous. I mean he's doing Prima Donna stuff and planes,
- 27:01Speaker 2: you know, showing up to practice then leaving, you know.
- 27:04Speaker 2: I mean he is acting childish, But I understand why.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I don't necessarily think it's horrible, but I think it's
- 27:15Speaker 2: stupid at the same time. I mean, you're really, nobody's
- 27:19Speaker 2: gonna want to train for Jimmy Butler right now because
- 27:23Speaker 2: they don't know if he's gonna do it with them too.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Free agency, he's not gonna get a big contract because
- 27:30Speaker 2: teams are gonna be weary about his actions with Miami.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Even if he says, oh, well, I was just unhappy,
- 27:36Speaker 2: they're gonna say, okay, but you should have went about
- 27:38Speaker 2: it in a different way. I mean, you're gonna tank
- 27:43Speaker 2: your career and you still have career left. How old
- 27:47Speaker 2: is Jimmy Butler right now? He can't He's not that old.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Let's see how old is Jimmy Butler. Let's see how
- 27:53Speaker 2: he is let's see, it's thirty five, so I mean
- 28:00Speaker 2: he's still got a few years left to him. He's
- 28:03Speaker 2: not like at the pinnacle of his career. But if
- 28:06Speaker 2: you look at his stance, I mean he's still putting
- 28:09Speaker 2: up numbers. Not lately, actually, you know what, the last
- 28:17Speaker 2: month he's been pretty horrible, but he averages seventeen points
- 28:20Speaker 2: a game. But he's bringing his average down by having
- 28:24Speaker 2: these bad games where he doesn't care, which is what
- 28:26Speaker 2: it pretty much boils down to. He's stopped caring. But
- 28:31Speaker 2: the thing is, if you want a championship, you have
- 28:34Speaker 2: to go somewhere and you have to care because if
- 28:37Speaker 2: you don't, you're never gonna win one. I mean he had,
- 28:41Speaker 2: you know, all these games thirty three, twenty eight, twenty
- 28:44Speaker 2: seven minutes he had eighteen, eight and thirteen. These are
- 28:47Speaker 2: only three games he played in January. January eleventh through
- 28:53Speaker 2: the twenty ninth, he has only played in three games.
- 28:57Speaker 2: He was suspended for seven games and how they resuspended
- 29:00Speaker 2: him again. So I mean he's not doing good. So yeah,
- 29:07Speaker 2: I don't know. Like I said, I'm not I'm not
- 29:11Speaker 2: sold on Jimmy Butler being hope. People are inviting me
- 29:16Speaker 2: to co host on I can't right now. I would,
- 29:19Speaker 2: but I can't. Let's see. But I mean, if you
- 29:21Speaker 2: look at his stats, like every other year before this,
- 29:24Speaker 2: he's always been in the twenties. He's not a thirty
- 29:27Speaker 2: point per game scorer, and he's not supposed to be.
- 29:30Speaker 2: He needed another All Star around him. He just doesn't
- 29:34Speaker 2: have that right now. He hasn't had that in Miami.
- 29:37Speaker 2: He Tyler Hero could be, but he's still young, you know,
- 29:44Speaker 2: Tyler Hero is not necessarily even though looking at Tyler
- 29:50Speaker 2: hero stats, I mean he played, he does put up
- 29:53Speaker 2: thirty in games, he averages twenty four, but he's also
- 30:00Speaker 2: only been in the league for one, two, three, four, five,
- 30:03Speaker 2: six years. I think Jimmy Butler wants somebody who's like
- 30:06Speaker 2: around the ten year mark. He wants one more All Star.
- 30:10Speaker 2: He knows Tyler herroes good, he knows he's decent when
- 30:12Speaker 2: he wants to be. But he wants one more All Star.
- 30:15Speaker 2: And there's nothing wrong with that at all, Nothing wrong
- 30:17Speaker 2: with that because he is he was one player away
- 30:22Speaker 2: I think from winning a championship. But no, I mean
- 30:26Speaker 2: Jimmy Butler, I don't agree with what he's doing. I
- 30:29Speaker 2: understand why he's doing that, but I don't agree with it,
- 30:33Speaker 2: not at all. All right, let's move on to the
- 30:37Speaker 2: WWE Royal Rumble. Let's see some news from that. That is,
- 30:41Speaker 2: of course, this Saturday. So let's see what we've got
- 30:45Speaker 2: on tap. With three days left, we're not gonna see.
- 30:49Speaker 2: We shouldn't see much Friday on SmackDown Tomorrow night, they
- 30:52Speaker 2: usually don't. We are two days away. We do know
- 30:56Speaker 2: what matches we're gonna have, so let's see what we've got,
- 31:00Speaker 2: all right. We also, oh, congratulations are in order for
- 31:07Speaker 2: Triple H. He is officially going to be solo in
- 31:11Speaker 2: the ww Hall of Fame and it is well deserved. Okay,
- 31:15Speaker 2: so let's go and look and see what we got.
- 31:22Speaker 2: So the Royal Rumble kicks off the WrestleMania season this
- 31:25Speaker 2: Saturday when it comes to Indianapolis, Indiana, the home of
- 31:29Speaker 2: Pat McAfee, so we already know he will be there.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Will he jump into the Royal Rumble? We'll see, Will
- 31:35Speaker 2: Corey Graves jump into the Royal Rumble? We're gonna see.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I think we're heading for at Corey Graves, And yeah,
- 31:43Speaker 2: I think we're heading for Corey Graves and Pat McAfee
- 31:46Speaker 2: at WrestleMania, but let's see what happens. WrestleMania will take
- 31:51Speaker 2: place April nineteenth and twentieth and beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada,
- 31:55Speaker 2: one of my favorite places. I've been there now I
- 31:57Speaker 2: can actually say I've been to Vegas and I love it.
- 32:00Speaker 2: But yeah, so, this year's Royal Rumble only features two
- 32:03Speaker 2: matches in addition to the two Royal Rubble matches, but
- 32:06Speaker 2: both are thrilling on paper. Here are the matches that
- 32:09Speaker 2: we are going to have. The Undisputed WWE Championship, Cody
- 32:19Speaker 2: Rhodes Champion versus Kevin Owens in a ladder match. And
- 32:23Speaker 2: it's not just gonna be one belt, hay In, It's
- 32:25Speaker 2: gonna be two. It is going to be the WWE
- 32:28Speaker 2: on Disputed Championship and the Eagle Belt from the nineties,
- 32:33Speaker 2: my favorite average WWE Championship belt will be hanging from
- 32:36Speaker 2: the rafters because Kevin Owens thinks he's funny. Let's see.
- 32:40Speaker 2: And then we have the WWE Tech Team Championship match
- 32:44Speaker 2: two out of three falls Dy Champions versus the Motor
- 32:48Speaker 2: City machine Guns. I am calling the MotorCity machine Guns.
- 32:53Speaker 2: You know what, No, I'm gonna go with d I Y.
- 32:55Speaker 2: I think they're gonna win it. Cody Rhoads of course,
- 32:57Speaker 2: will retain his title. I don't see Kevin Owens winning
- 33:00Speaker 2: that one. And then we are going to have, of course,
- 33:05Speaker 2: the Women's Royal Rumble. Let's see, do we have a
- 33:16Speaker 2: list of who's in there? I don't really see a list.
- 33:23Speaker 2: We do know Charlotte Flair already, and now she's coming
- 33:25Speaker 2: back for it, so she won't be a surprise entry.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Nya Jackson is gonna be in it. I think Stratton
- 33:36Speaker 2: versus Charlotte Flair would be an amazing WrestleMania match. I
- 33:40Speaker 2: think that would be awesome that could happen. I think
- 33:43Speaker 2: Charlotte Flair wins it. Honestly, coming back, I think Charlotte
- 33:46Speaker 2: Flair is gonna win it because the last two stints
- 33:48Speaker 2: in WWE before she got hurt, she wasn't the champion,
- 33:52Speaker 2: so I think she comes back now. Becky Lynch, I
- 33:54Speaker 2: think is gonna be a surprise entry with the WWE
- 34:00Speaker 2: mending fences and Ronda Rowsey having a birthday this weekend
- 34:04Speaker 2: on that day or the day before, possibly Ronda Rowsey,
- 34:11Speaker 2: but I don't think so. She's talked a lot of
- 34:12Speaker 2: crap about WB, so I don't think she never earned that.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Like you could say, we'll see him punked into he did,
- 34:18Speaker 2: but he earned his spot in the years that he
- 34:20Speaker 2: was there, So I think that could happen. But yeah, no,
- 34:24Speaker 2: with Ron Rowsey, I doubt it, but she's she's a
- 34:26Speaker 2: long shot. Alexa Bliss has posted a picture of her
- 34:30Speaker 2: and her baby, but she also posted one of her
- 34:34Speaker 2: putting her alphabet on, so we'll see. I think she
- 34:37Speaker 2: might be aj Lee see him Punk did say that
- 34:40Speaker 2: there's a big one, but he can't say anything because
- 34:43Speaker 2: he doesn't want to get in trouble. So possibly aj
- 34:46Speaker 2: Lee is gonna come back and Russell on the rumble match,
- 34:51Speaker 2: possibly setting up a maybe her and Becky Lynch go
- 34:55Speaker 2: at it. Maybe they both come back and go at it,
- 34:57Speaker 2: because you know Seth and CM Punk with their thing.
- 35:01Speaker 2: It would be cool to see Becky and Seth versus
- 35:04Speaker 2: CM Punk and aj Lee at WrestleMania. If Punk doesn't
- 35:08Speaker 2: win the Royal Rubble. I don't think Seth is winning it,
- 35:12Speaker 2: but we'll talk about that in a second. Let's see
- 35:15Speaker 2: who else do I think could show up? Jordanna Grace
- 35:18Speaker 2: already said she's got a fiftieth birthday for her mom
- 35:20Speaker 2: this weekend. That could all be a ploy she might
- 35:23Speaker 2: be there. So, I mean, there's a lot of women
- 35:28Speaker 2: who I think could show up in the Royal Rumble.
- 35:31Speaker 2: There wasn't a lot of women announced for it, so
- 35:33Speaker 2: they're gonna have a lot of you know, fillers from NXT,
- 35:37Speaker 2: They'll have fillers from w B. But they're also I
- 35:38Speaker 2: think gonna have some surprise or turns. I think you
- 35:41Speaker 2: get more surprise or turns in the Royal Rubble for
- 35:44Speaker 2: the women than the men. But yeah, so I think
- 35:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with Charlotte Flair on this one. I
- 35:50Speaker 2: think she's gonna win it. I think it sets up
- 35:52Speaker 2: a great match with her and Tiffy for WrestleMania. So
- 35:57Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with Charlotte Flair. If she doesn't win it,
- 36:01Speaker 2: you know, there's still elimination Chamber two. But the men's
- 36:04Speaker 2: Royal Rumble match, this is crazy. We've got John Cena,
- 36:07Speaker 2: we got Roman Reigns, we got Cody uh not Cody Rose,
- 36:10Speaker 2: we got Seth Rollins, We've got who else. Maybe Ko
- 36:16Speaker 2: gets his match in there if he loses the match
- 36:19Speaker 2: to uh, Punk or to what's his name? Cody Rhodes earlier.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Maybe we see Kevin Owens jump in there as a
- 36:27Speaker 2: spot the Rock. The Rock possibly could be in that
- 36:32Speaker 2: match as a surprise entry. We don't know where the
- 36:35Speaker 2: where Dwayne's gonna be this weekend. He don't have any
- 36:38Speaker 2: movies filming right now, and I don't think he has
- 36:40Speaker 2: any till after WrestleMania season. So you know what, this
- 36:44Speaker 2: could be the time to set up him in Roman.
- 36:46Speaker 2: I'm not saying he's gonna win it, but this could
- 36:48Speaker 2: set up him in Roman. You know, see him Punk
- 36:53Speaker 2: and Seth Rollins. The two of them are gonna be
- 36:54Speaker 2: going at it. Randy Orton's I can guarantee Randy Orton's
- 36:59Speaker 2: coming back. Uh, that's when they're gonna bring him back.
- 37:03Speaker 2: So yeah, I mean I could definitely see something big
- 37:09Speaker 2: happening at the Menzroyel Rumble too. Like I said, a
- 37:12Speaker 2: lot of big names in the Mens Royal Rumble, too
- 37:15Speaker 2: many to go over at one time, So we're gonna
- 37:17Speaker 2: move on from that. But I think for the Men,
- 37:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna say possibly Sena. I'm gonna say possibly Sina.
- 37:27Speaker 2: I could see Sena and Cody at WrestleMania, and you
- 37:30Speaker 2: know they're gonna want to do John's last WrestleMania big
- 37:35Speaker 2: So I don't think he's gonna take on just some
- 37:38Speaker 2: little little guy. I think it's gonna be a big match.
- 37:41Speaker 2: And what's bigger than the main event at WrestleMania against
- 37:44Speaker 2: Cody Rhoades for the title. And what a way for
- 37:47Speaker 2: John Cena to break that record. The crowd will go
- 37:49Speaker 2: crazy if Sina wins that title at WrestleMania. So I'm
- 37:53Speaker 2: gonna take John Cena. Yep. Somebody said Ornzon advertise for
- 38:00Speaker 2: the Rumbull. I don't know it's gonna be. We're gonna
- 38:07Speaker 2: see surprises, obviously, I said the rock. Another one is
- 38:12Speaker 2: maybe Dolf Ziggler, now that the TNA thing is going,
- 38:15Speaker 2: maybe Dolf Ziggler comes back for WrestleMania or for a
- 38:18Speaker 2: Royal Rumble. And then here's another one. Say his name
- 38:23Speaker 2: and he appears, Joe Hendry. He's gonna be definitely one
- 38:28Speaker 2: of the men in the Royal Rumble this year. I
- 38:29Speaker 2: could see it happening. Why wouldn't you That's the perfect thing.
- 38:33Speaker 2: The crowd will go crazy. Everybody knows Joe Hendry song.
- 38:36Speaker 2: So you know would be bigger than Joe Henry, not
- 38:39Speaker 2: much because that's big. So yeah, I could see that too.
- 38:42Speaker 2: We'll see what happens Royal rumbles this Sunday. We'll see
- 38:46Speaker 2: what happens there. Let's see. Let's move on now. Two
- 38:54Speaker 2: n Cuba power ringings for men's basketball. Let's see. All right,
- 39:03Speaker 2: So here we go. We've got at number twenty five,
- 39:08Speaker 2: yukon fifteen and six, number twenty four, Vandy at sixteen
- 39:12Speaker 2: and four. We've got Old miss at twenty three, at
- 39:15Speaker 2: sixteen and five, Texas Tech at twenty two, sixteen and four,

- 39:27Speaker 2: number nineteen, Illinois at fourteen and six at number eighteen,

- 39:36Speaker 2: sixteen and four, at sixteen, number fifteen, Saint John's at
- 39:40Speaker 2: eighteen and three, Missouri State or Mississippi State sixteen and
- 39:45Speaker 2: five at number fourteen, Texas A and M at sixteen
- 39:48Speaker 2: and five at number thirteen. Number twelve is Kentucky at
- 39:52Speaker 2: fifteen and five. Kansas is number eleven at fifteen and five.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Perdue is number ten at sixteen and five, Number nine,
- 40:00Speaker 2: Marquettet eighteen and three. If you're with me right now,
- 40:05Speaker 2: tap the screen. Let's get some more people in here
- 40:08Speaker 2: for my live podcast. Kansas number nine is Markette at
- 40:12Speaker 2: eighteen and three, number eight, Tennessee seventeen and four, Michigan
- 40:17Speaker 2: State at eighteen and two at number seven, Houston is
- 40:20Speaker 2: seventeen and three at number six, Florida number five at
- 40:24Speaker 2: eighteen and two, Alabama role tide as number four at
- 40:28Speaker 2: eighteen and three, Iowa State at number three at seventeen
- 40:32Speaker 2: and three, Duke at number two at eighteen and two,
- 40:35Speaker 2: in Auburn still number one at nineteen and one. So
- 40:39Speaker 2: there's your college football or college basketball top twenty five standings, right.
