- 0:03Speaker 2: Check it out.
- 0:03Speaker 1: But Joe Logan Experience, Try My Day Joe Rogan podcast,
- 0:08Speaker 1: by night, all day, it's good. Why are you fella
- 0:15Speaker 1: good to see it? Dude?
- 0:16Speaker 3: You're fucking dripping with diamonds?
- 0:19Speaker 1: Sir? What's going on the road's been good to you?
- 0:20Speaker 1: Look at you. I'm just so empty inside. This fills
- 0:24Speaker 1: the hole for like like it's like, you know, you
- 0:27Speaker 1: go buy like oh, and then you get home and
- 0:29Speaker 1: go I hate my life, I hate my insides and
- 0:32Speaker 1: no spirituality. But I get to look at my emptiness
- 0:37Speaker 1: on you know, drinking with rapper diamonds. I've ran out
- 0:40Speaker 1: of I've ran a shit to buy, like there's nothing.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Car are you driving? Alexis is three fifteen? Oh?
- 0:49Speaker 3: Those are fun. It's nice, good car, bulletproof, never never
- 0:53Speaker 3: gonna break.
- 0:54Speaker 1: And it's so fast and it's you know, it's but
- 0:57Speaker 1: this is how fucked it? Okay? So okay. I had
- 1:01Speaker 1: the Lexus three fifty right or whatever. I went and
- 1:05Speaker 1: I had it for seven months. Maybe I went in
- 1:08Speaker 1: to get it serviced and I was kind of depressed.
- 1:13Speaker 1: So I bought a different car. I said, I go,
- 1:16Speaker 1: this is not this is fucked up. So I bought
- 1:19Speaker 1: the I S three fifty. I had the other car
- 1:22Speaker 1: for seven fucking months. I go, you know what, that
- 1:24Speaker 1: one looks cool. So I bought that and then I
- 1:28Speaker 1: went in to get it, uh that service, and it
- 1:32Speaker 1: was the exact same car a year later. But I
- 1:35Speaker 1: liked the newer color, the newer gray, that gray that
- 1:39Speaker 1: whatever we're gray slate gray. Yeah, it's like it looks good.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I said, you know what, fuck, give me nice car.
- 1:46Speaker 1: So I to keep swapping them out. Yeah they fuck.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm such a mooch. On one one year of my
- 1:53Speaker 1: wife's birthday, I bought myself a new car. I want
- 1:58Speaker 1: to be on her birthday, happy birthday. We could drive
- 2:02Speaker 1: around in this. Oh my god, I probably played off,
- 2:05Speaker 1: well fuck I buy her cars. I just so you know,
- 2:15Speaker 1: I get bored easy. I get bored easy. And it's
- 2:18Speaker 1: cuse of you know, in life, in life, really like
- 2:25Speaker 1: I see some of my friends doing arenas, doing this,
- 2:29Speaker 1: doing that. But I have enough. I really have enough,
- 2:33Speaker 1: but it's not enough. Do you know what I'm saying?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Does that make sense? Yeah? One way, I think for
- 2:41Speaker 1: my career, not for my personal life. My personal life.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I got three fucking great daughters, three grandkids, another one
- 2:48Speaker 1: on the way. My seven year old is going to
- 2:51Speaker 1: go to college, has pick of all kinds of schools,
- 2:55Speaker 1: you know, good schools. I fucking in eleventh grade. I
- 2:59Speaker 1: raised my hand and go to the bathroom and I
- 3:01Speaker 1: never came back. I just walked out, like I'm a
- 3:04Speaker 1: fucking idiot. You know, my past and my kids all
- 3:08Speaker 1: grew up. Okay, the old one married a black guy,
- 3:10Speaker 1: but he's light skinned anyhow, the prettiest baby on the planet.
- 3:16Speaker 1: So I have enough. But when it comes to career
- 3:20Speaker 1: as a comic, and you know, there's one more fucking thing,
- 3:27Speaker 1: just one more thing, you know what I'm saying.
- 3:29Speaker 3: I do know what you're saying.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know what it is. You know,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I've had specials not Netflix, but it's always it's like
- 3:38Speaker 1: I'm always doing the other club, you know what I'm saying.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm always and I'm very blessed and I love what
- 3:48Speaker 1: I've achieved in this business, but it seems like it's
- 3:51Speaker 1: always like, Okay, I got a special on Amazon now,
- 3:57Speaker 1: but it's not. It wasn't Amazon didn't buy it. We
- 4:02Speaker 1: placed it on that, you know what I'm saying. So
- 4:05Speaker 1: which always there's always one little thing. When every pilot
- 4:08Speaker 1: my wife and I have had together, I've had gets
- 4:12Speaker 1: just close to getting picked up. You know, I've heard
- 4:15Speaker 1: some of the nose. I've heard they almost sounded like yes,
- 4:19Speaker 1: it's they were such good nos. I walked out and
- 4:21Speaker 1: go that was the best note today. That fucking note
- 4:24Speaker 1: almost felt like a yes.
- 4:26Speaker 3: So in this business, do you think you put something
- 4:29Speaker 3: in your mind to make all these things kind of
- 4:32Speaker 3: fall short?
- 4:33Speaker 1: Have you ever thought of that? Well, that's what my
- 4:35Speaker 1: wife says.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Yeah, do you ever ever thought that, like, maybe the
- 4:38Speaker 3: way you interface with the world is like your expectations
- 4:43Speaker 3: are tempered, like in a way where you almost want
- 4:46Speaker 3: to fail because it's more comforting that it happened again,
- 4:50Speaker 3: rather than this new thing of success, which is going
- 4:53Speaker 3: to force you to really focus and work harder to
- 4:56Speaker 3: get more success. And it's a lot of pressure. And
- 4:59Speaker 3: then you think about all the times you fucked up
- 5:01Speaker 3: before and you don't want to hear You don't want
- 5:04Speaker 3: to hear no again. You don't want to hear it,
- 5:06Speaker 3: but you feel like it's coming and you almost make
- 5:09Speaker 3: it come.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Well. I get that in life, growing up from my
- 5:15Speaker 1: childhood through drug addiction, I became comfortable being uncomfortable.
- 5:21Speaker 3: That was my life, right, comfortable being in the kids.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Being Yeah, just was what I was used to in
- 5:29Speaker 1: this business. I don't I don't really ever set myself
- 5:34Speaker 1: up for failure. I mean, I produce, I come up
- 5:37Speaker 1: with albums on state. I'm always coming up with new material.
- 5:42Speaker 1: And I got seven albums. I'll probably make an eighth album,
- 5:44Speaker 1: which is a pretty It's a lot for a career.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I will imagine. I don't go into clubs and drink.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I don't hit on waitresses. You know. So I don't know,
- 5:59Speaker 1: but my says the exact same thing you're saying. My
- 6:02Speaker 1: wife said to me once. She said, because I had
- 6:06Speaker 1: this power of thinking, like when I think really hard,
- 6:09Speaker 1: it comes to me shit, right. And my wife goes,
- 6:12Speaker 1: if you think you deserve a million dollars, you'll get
- 6:18Speaker 1: a million dollars. And I said, God gives you what
- 6:23Speaker 1: you need, not what you want. And then she said,
- 6:26Speaker 1: do you think Chelsea Handler needed a TV show? So
- 6:30Speaker 1: she kind of like debunked my whole need, you know.
- 6:33Speaker 1: And one thing, I if you believe in some kind
- 6:41Speaker 1: of power greater than your spiritually, I'm not religious by
- 6:45Speaker 1: any fucking but shit comes to me. I don't think
- 6:51Speaker 1: I fucking screw things up. I don't screw things up
- 6:57Speaker 1: like you know in meetings or when we do pilot
- 7:00Speaker 1: or whatever. I do what I'm supposed to do. So
- 7:02Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean in comedy, yeah, for years,
- 7:06Speaker 1: I might been a little aggressive on stage or you know,
- 7:10Speaker 1: a little whatever. You know. I think everything now, especially
- 7:18Speaker 1: now with clubs or whatever, it's all numbers. They don't
- 7:21Speaker 1: give a fuck. If you like to wait staff on fire,
- 7:24Speaker 1: if you sold out the room, are great, you were fabulous,
- 7:28Speaker 1: you know I was. I was working Catch years ago.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I was that Catch. And Bill Hicks. Okay, So David
- 7:35Speaker 1: Brenner's on stage, and this is they love David Brenner.
- 7:39Speaker 1: He's killing killing is during the peak of David Brenner.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He gets off Bill Bill Hicks goes up and he says,
- 7:50Speaker 1: growing up as a kid, I would see Robert Klein
- 7:52Speaker 1: and David Brenner, and I figure, if Day could do it,
- 7:55Speaker 1: I could do it. So now he's doing a bit
- 8:00Speaker 1: about Nancy Reagan skinny whatever and calling her the anti
- 8:05Speaker 1: I mean, people are running out the door. They're running
- 8:08Speaker 1: out the door. And then he gets off stage, and
- 8:12Speaker 1: he he says to me, he goes, what went wrong?
- 8:15Speaker 1: But but yes, he was he was whatever he was Bill.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 8:24Speaker 3: It's hard to tell him.
- 8:26Speaker 1: But anyhow, the manager or booker now after the said
- 8:30Speaker 1: to him, you can come to do a spot here
- 8:34Speaker 1: anytime you want. Because he was Bill Hicks. Do you
- 8:37Speaker 1: see what I'm saying? He was Bill Hicks. You know,
- 8:40Speaker 1: I worked with him in Texas, so when I first started,
- 8:44Speaker 1: and I'm watching him, you know, and we'll get back
- 8:49Speaker 1: on track. I'm sorry to go off on those things.
- 8:52Speaker 1: So we're working in Texas. He he just breaks up
- 8:57Speaker 1: his girlfriend breaks up with him at the time, it's
- 8:59Speaker 1: a true story. So he goes, where can you get
- 9:03Speaker 1: a hooker, a prostitute and a cab driver? Yeah? I know,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you know there's a lot of these young kids now
- 9:10Speaker 1: that listen. Okay, hooker a prostitute. Okay. So the cab
- 9:18Speaker 1: driver takes him to one house because they would take
- 9:21Speaker 1: you to the and and I go with him. He
- 9:24Speaker 1: goes take a ride. So then we go to one house.
- 9:27Speaker 1: She knocks on the door and she opens her door, goes,
- 9:31Speaker 1: you're a cop and slammed the door on slam It
- 9:34Speaker 1: was young, slammed the door in his face. Then he went,
- 9:41Speaker 1: but he also the next place the cab driver took him,
- 9:44Speaker 1: she opened the door, goes, you're too young, and slammed
- 9:47Speaker 1: the door on him. Oh my god. The next night
- 9:50Speaker 1: he did ten minutes or whatever on how he can't
- 9:54Speaker 1: can't pick up a prostitute, Love it Texas, and away
- 9:57Speaker 1: I go. I'll never be this funny as long as
- 10:00Speaker 1: I fucking live. Like I've watched people going amazing. Uh
- 10:06Speaker 1: you know, and uh then I was running then with
- 10:10Speaker 1: bass steel. That's when I was running with yeah he
- 10:13Speaker 1: so he. I'll tell you a wild I think I
- 10:16Speaker 1: told you this story. I've told this story, and it's
- 10:18Speaker 1: been told that. I don't know if I told it
- 10:19Speaker 1: last years ago when I did this, and then I'll
- 10:23Speaker 1: get back to it. I'm not self sabotaging. That's what
- 10:27Speaker 1: you were getting to in my head and my self sabotaging.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Not not self sabotaging. I don't think it's a self
- 10:34Speaker 3: sabotage thing. It's a not understanding the energy that you're
- 10:37Speaker 3: putting out there and being accustomed to a certain result.
- 10:42Speaker 3: If you're accustomed to missing your playing pool, you're customed.
- 10:45Speaker 1: To missing the nine ball.
- 10:46Speaker 3: You're gonna miss that fucking nine ball every time.
- 10:48Speaker 1: What happens in golf too, Yeah, I'm sure it happens. Something.
- 10:52Speaker 1: You gotta.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Reset the way you think about things, and if there's
- 10:56Speaker 3: something that's eating away at you, that bothers you, that
- 11:01Speaker 3: occupies your thoughts, you have to figure out what that
- 11:04Speaker 3: is and clean that up. That's that's a big part
- 11:07Speaker 3: of the problem with a lot of people. A lot
- 11:09Speaker 3: of the problem with a lot of people is maybe
- 11:11Speaker 3: they don't like something about themselves. They don't like what
- 11:13Speaker 3: they've done, they don't like, you know, choices they've made,
- 11:18Speaker 3: and that's in your head all the time, like you're
- 11:21Speaker 3: you know, the lack of clarity, the lack of peace
- 11:25Speaker 3: is in your head all the time, and you know
- 11:27Speaker 3: it's not This is not an easy thing I'm saying.
- 11:29Speaker 3: I'm not saying. This is like, Okay, here's the real formula.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Just go out follow these three steps and you're gonna
- 11:34Speaker 3: be rich and famous. It's not that, it's just that
- 11:38Speaker 3: success generally happens when you've got as many pieces as
- 11:44Speaker 3: possible in order correctly, and failure generally happens when you're
- 11:49Speaker 3: overwhelmed by too many things that are not working right,
- 11:55Speaker 3: and your your attention and your focus is on them.
- 12:00Speaker 1: You're divided.
- 12:01Speaker 3: You know a lot of times, you see it's like
- 12:03Speaker 3: a terrible relationship. I've known a lot of really talented
- 12:06Speaker 3: people that sabotage themselves with a terrible relationship. And they
- 12:10Speaker 3: think somehow or another that this is just how relationships
- 12:14Speaker 3: are and this, and they're terrible in that relationship, like
- 12:17Speaker 3: and then they can never.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Be who they could be.
- 12:22Speaker 3: They can never reach their full potential because they're always
- 12:24Speaker 3: burdened down by these fucking squabbles they're having with their
- 12:27Speaker 3: girlfriend or their boyfriend.
- 12:29Speaker 1: You know, that's all show too a god thing where
- 12:32Speaker 1: you think I could fix this person or I could
- 12:35Speaker 1: sure change him.
- 12:36Speaker 3: No one can rank out his whole life.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I would tell him get out now. I would meet
- 12:42Speaker 1: his girlfriend.
- 12:43Speaker 3: I'd be like, get out now. I met a one
- 12:45Speaker 3: girl that he dated. I literally within five seconds of
- 12:48Speaker 3: saying hello to har go come here, I pulled him aside,
- 12:51Speaker 3: cut to okay. He doesn't listen. You know, later that night,
- 12:55Speaker 3: like she's drinking wine, she's fucking hammer. It's a disaster.
- 12:59Speaker 3: She winds up living of them eventually figures it out,
- 13:01Speaker 3: gets rid of her. A couple of years later, he's
- 13:04Speaker 3: walking on the street on sunset and she's street walking. No, yes,
- 13:08Speaker 3: girl he was living with at one point time. This
- 13:10Speaker 3: is Brian Cowen's like he felt abandoned when he was young,
- 13:14Speaker 3: and so he I believe I'm speaking for him, and
- 13:18Speaker 3: so he's he's a sweet guy and he tries to
- 13:20Speaker 3: reach out and fix people.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Well, here's my Brian Collen story. It's very funny. I
- 13:26Speaker 1: was middling for him at Carolines, which will never happen
- 13:32Speaker 1: again because Caroline's is close. I'm middling for him. So
- 13:37Speaker 1: I get off stage and I'm singlest just fucking smoking.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Hot girl comes up to me and she goes, come on,
- 13:45Speaker 1: let's leave, right, I go. I gotta show my DVDs
- 13:52Speaker 1: or CDs. After show my DVDs or CDs. After the show,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I'm sitting here selling sea these and I see Brian
- 14:02Speaker 1: walked out with her right past me up the stairs.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I fucked up, but maybe I didn't. Who knows. You
- 14:08Speaker 1: definitely didn't.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Because Bonnie's awesome. No, I was worked out for you
- 14:12Speaker 3: in the long run, but it's yeah, he definitely should
- 14:16Speaker 3: have left with her.
- 14:16Speaker 1: No, I shouldn't know, because that's why that in life
- 14:20Speaker 1: is where I was supposed to be at that time
- 14:22Speaker 1: when I was there. Okay, I see what you're saying.
- 14:25Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 14:28Speaker 3: What if what if she's a nightmare and then you
- 14:30Speaker 3: miss out on whatever four hundred five hundred bucks you
- 14:32Speaker 3: would have made selling DVD.
- 14:33Speaker 1: I didn't make that much. I never even you don't
- 14:40Speaker 1: do a nice restaurant? Yeah, you know, who knows? Who knows? Uh?
- 14:44Speaker 1: You know, it's this whole negative thing with my This
- 14:52Speaker 1: is an ego by any stretch when I say stuff
- 14:56Speaker 1: like this, and I've and my wife said, I know
- 15:02Speaker 1: I've earned respect from my peers. I know it because
- 15:05Speaker 1: I've done from from white to black comics, black comics
- 15:10Speaker 1: that most white comics don't even know, you know what
- 15:12Speaker 1: I mean? You know? Yeah, and all those TV shows
- 15:17Speaker 1: I did them all, you know, Please, I started black comedy.
- 15:22Speaker 1: So okay, you can only hold a white man down
- 15:26Speaker 1: so long. So and and like I think, in life,
- 15:33Speaker 1: I'm more about respect than accomplishment. Okay, what I'm saying,
- 15:38Speaker 1: so you you more about the respect from your peers,
- 15:41Speaker 1: not only my peers, the industry too, though the industry
- 15:44Speaker 1: doesn't know, like say some club owner. Let's say a
- 15:47Speaker 1: club owner, they're not sitting in the room watching your shows.
- 15:51Speaker 1: All they care about the fucking numbers that come in.
- 15:54Speaker 1: They don't. I had a club owner once I said
- 15:56Speaker 1: to him, and you're lucky. You're way out of that.
- 15:59Speaker 1: But I'm still I'm in that. So I said to
- 16:01Speaker 1: a club owner. Once she goes, I said, look, I'm
- 16:04Speaker 1: as funny as I've ever been right now in life.
- 16:06Speaker 1: He goes, that doesn't fucking matter. What does that matter?
- 16:09Speaker 1: And it's all a quick fix. Yeah, they just want
- 16:12Speaker 1: to sell tickets, soll ticket and I get it. I
- 16:14Speaker 1: got to keep your doors open.
- 16:15Speaker 3: But that's the weird marriage between the club owner and
- 16:18Speaker 3: the comic.
- 16:19Speaker 1: You know.
- 16:19Speaker 3: It used to tell comics, you know, we're not every
- 16:23Speaker 3: comic feels like they're battling it with club owners, like
- 16:27Speaker 3: the club owner's never given them enough money. The club
- 16:29Speaker 3: owners fucking them over lied about it being sold out.
- 16:32Speaker 3: It was definitely sold out. I want my bonus that
- 16:34Speaker 3: kind of shit.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to be a club owner, you don't.
- 16:37Speaker 1: You don't.
- 16:38Speaker 3: I mean, I give that advice that became one, but
- 16:41Speaker 3: just by necessity.
- 16:43Speaker 1: But I was like, this is an.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Important relationship, Like you gotta be nice to them and
- 16:46Speaker 3: so they respect you, and you should because everybody in
- 16:49Speaker 3: the beginning you feel like you're ignored by them. But
- 16:54Speaker 3: it's a weird thing because they're just in the business
- 16:57Speaker 3: of comedy. Unless you get like like Brian dorf been
- 17:00Speaker 3: in Zany's he really loves comedy. You know, Wendy from
- 17:04Speaker 3: from Comedy Works in Denver.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Wendy story and that's a good story, and sure you'll
- 17:09Speaker 1: like it, okay, But but my point is it's like, well,
- 17:12Speaker 1: Corey and Rhode Islands. One of the best fucking nicest
- 17:16Speaker 1: guys on the plane, Hode Islands. That one comedy connection.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Oh yes, yes, yes, Market Mark and Rochester to me,
- 17:25Speaker 1: James and Governors.
- 17:26Speaker 3: The comedy connection in RhD Islands weird because you're in
- 17:28Speaker 3: a bank.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It's I know, strange.
- 17:30Speaker 3: That's how bank comedy.
- 17:31Speaker 1: That's how bad the market's doing that. It's such a
- 17:37Speaker 1: he fixed the whole thing up. It's the whole camera system.
- 17:41Speaker 1: It's a great club. It was always a great club.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Plus there's not a lot in Rhode Islands, so when
- 17:44Speaker 3: you go there, people are so happy to see you.
- 17:46Speaker 1: It's yeah, it's my and I'm not bad mounting her. Wendy,
- 17:52Speaker 1: I don't know her like this. So, uh, I worked
- 17:56Speaker 1: a club twice and the second time my work there
- 18:00Speaker 1: was Halloween weekend. I mean there was a guy in
- 18:02Speaker 1: an audience in blackface whatever you know. So really this
- 18:07Speaker 1: was I don't know, ten fifteen years ago. But wait
- 18:12Speaker 1: a second, so she she wasn't even there the week
- 18:17Speaker 1: She tells my manager, I did a lot of crowd
- 18:20Speaker 1: work whatever end. So anyhow, this is so I'm working
- 18:27Speaker 1: Syracuse funny Bone and my middle very funny guy. I
- 18:31Speaker 1: think he passed away. He was an older guy, really
- 18:33Speaker 1: great joke writer. He's from Denver. He goes, oh, I
- 18:37Speaker 1: do a podcast, Wendy, and he sees that I'm closing,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and he goes, I'll talk to her. So I email
- 18:45Speaker 1: Wendy and I go, hey, listen, why don't we start
- 18:48Speaker 1: from scratch. Let bygones, be bygones, start over whatever. You know.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I'd love to come back in. And she doesn't get
- 18:57Speaker 1: back to me. So I write, by your lack of response,
- 19:01Speaker 1: it looks like you want to move forward. Here's some
- 19:04Speaker 1: available dates. Right. She doesn't get back to me again.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Shocker and I write, Can I bring my own middle
- 19:16Speaker 1: What do I care? It's funny. I'm trying to be funny.
- 19:19Speaker 1: So she was just upset that you did crowd work.
- 19:21Speaker 1: That's it. Well, well she was the numbers were low. Problem,
- 19:23Speaker 1: it was Halloween weekend. But I listen, I work enough.
- 19:27Speaker 1: And you know I'm saying, I'm not bad mouth in
- 19:30Speaker 1: any of these people, because you bad mouth. You're the
- 19:33Speaker 1: one who looks bad. I'm not badmouthing. Then she's got
- 19:35Speaker 1: a business to run. Whatever she's got to do, just
- 19:38Speaker 1: like any of them. They have a business to run.
- 19:41Speaker 1: If this is who they're going to bring in to
- 19:43Speaker 1: keep their doors open, I'll always find fucking work. I
- 19:45Speaker 1: don't care, you know what I'm saying. Yes, so, and
- 19:48Speaker 1: industry wise, I mean, now it's a whole Look, my
- 19:52Speaker 1: wife is killing it because she's a writer and a comic.
- 19:55Speaker 1: And you know, she's writing movies. She's punching up movies.
- 19:59Speaker 1: She wrote for the globes. You know, she has different
- 20:04Speaker 1: outlets on No. No, that's cool.
- 20:08Speaker 3: Ask yourself this, who has access to your medical history?
- 20:12Speaker 3: In theory, it's just you and your doctor, But in reality,
- 20:15Speaker 3: hundreds of shady companies called data brokers are keeping tabs
- 20:19Speaker 3: on every symptom you google, every treatment you research, and
- 20:23Speaker 3: every pre existing condition they think you might have. That's
- 20:27Speaker 3: valuable intel for advertisers and insurance companies who will take
- 20:31Speaker 3: any excuse to raise your premiums. But there's a way

- 21:43Speaker 1: God, when I quit cigarettes, I quit cigars because I
- 21:46Speaker 1: was scared I was going to start smoking. It probably would.
- 21:48Speaker 1: I probably would because it would lead you know, Yeah,
- 21:51Speaker 1: you're puffing on tobacco. Yeah, you're gonna want to inhale it.
- 21:53Speaker 1: That's why, you know, I can't even put a tick
- 21:55Speaker 1: in my mouth because I'm scared. I understand, you know that. So, uh,
- 22:01Speaker 1: you know she has different outlets as a stand up.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I'm just a stand up. I'm a club comic. I
- 22:07Speaker 1: love you know, I do theaters, I do whatever, but
- 22:10Speaker 1: I love doing I really like doing clubs.
- 22:13Speaker 3: So it sounds like you're doing exactly what you want
- 22:15Speaker 3: to do.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yes, the problem. I don't think there is a problem,
- 22:18Speaker 1: but it's I said, just one more thing to put
- 22:21Speaker 1: it over the top. Do you know what I mean?
- 22:23Speaker 1: One more? Uh? You never told you satisfied? Well that's
- 22:27Speaker 1: a good point. Yes, I'm I'm an addict, you know.
- 22:31Speaker 1: So look, here's here's my fucking Here's how fucked up
- 22:35Speaker 1: I am. How fucked up are you? I'm gonna tell
- 22:37Speaker 1: you right now saying here and this is not in me.
- 22:44Speaker 1: In the morning, I drink my coffee, I sit at
- 22:46Speaker 1: the table and I put a bird feeder, and I
- 22:50Speaker 1: watched the birds feed. And it's very relaxing watching them
- 22:54Speaker 1: all common feed. It's very very relaxing. Okay, Now I
- 23:00Speaker 1: have seven bird feeders around my property because I figured, well,
- 23:04Speaker 1: this will be seven times more relaxing watching a bird chaos.
- 23:08Speaker 1: But they're all over it. I mean I got ones
- 23:11Speaker 1: that I with a video camera, I could see who's
- 23:13Speaker 1: coming to SCOREL. I don't care if to SCOREL eats,
- 23:16Speaker 1: you know. But it's my addictive personality where you always
- 23:22Speaker 1: want more, a little more, yeah, a little more different color,
- 23:25Speaker 1: same car. Yeah, yeah, I'm no more. I took too off.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Uh you know. So it's and I work on myself.
- 23:36Speaker 1: I go to meetings two three a week. You know.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Still after all these years.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, do I still feel the pole after
- 23:44Speaker 3: all these years?
- 23:45Speaker 1: No, I have got gambling to fall back on. Uh
- 23:50Speaker 1: what do I gambling? Yeah? Well, I mean once in
- 23:54Speaker 1: a while I'll play on my phone at night. Slots
- 23:59Speaker 1: Oh boy, yeah, I did real well.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Uh you made money one yeah last year, I gotta say,
- 24:05Speaker 3: slots on your phone sounds like the dumbest fucking idea,
- 24:09Speaker 3: because there is no way it's not fixed, at.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Least a slot machine. This is random. Well, slots in
- 24:16Speaker 1: the casinos the biggest sucker bet on the I'll play
- 24:19Speaker 1: craps if I'm gonna play, if I'm gonna gamble on
- 24:22Speaker 1: a machine, I'm gonna play craps like a man.
- 24:24Speaker 3: You know what drives me fucking crazy when I hear
- 24:26Speaker 3: that someone hits the slots and then they won't give out,
- 24:29Speaker 3: They won't give the money because there's there was an
- 24:31Speaker 3: error with the machine.
- 24:32Speaker 1: That's bush.
- 24:33Speaker 3: I ever heard that many times, Like, fuck your errors,
- 24:36Speaker 3: Give you that guy his money.
- 24:38Speaker 1: This is what I won last year on slots. Let
- 24:41Speaker 1: me see this? Really yeah really yeah, I got that
- 24:46Speaker 1: two jackpots. Wow. But now I keep playing things, I'll
- 24:49Speaker 1: get more to think I'll hit the big one. Yeah.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Well that's how they get you. Yeah, I mean, okay.
- 24:55Speaker 3: I have a friend who is very wealthy and is
- 24:57Speaker 3: a fucking degenerate gamble Dana White from the Oh yeah.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Oh, I see the videos.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Degenerate. He's a nut. But I was just reading an
- 25:06Speaker 3: article about Hunter Campbell, who's the financial officer, was like
- 25:09Speaker 3: trying to talk to him, just saying your made like
- 25:12Speaker 3: you're killing me, like why are you doing this? He
- 25:15Speaker 3: loves it.
- 25:15Speaker 1: It's the shit that goes off in your head. Even
- 25:21Speaker 1: when you lose, you're like, I mean, I.
- 25:26Speaker 3: It makes you feel like you're alive.
- 25:28Speaker 1: It was happening. I was in Vegas and I walked
- 25:32Speaker 1: to the table with three hundred bucks crap table and
- 25:36Speaker 1: it's me and the whole table is I mean, I
- 25:40Speaker 1: held the dice for almost an hour. Three hundred I
- 25:44Speaker 1: turned into five thousand. The table's going nuts. I'm I'm
- 25:47Speaker 1: winning everybody formula and diapers at the table. They're fucking
- 25:51Speaker 1: yelling cat with that hat and if it's just such
- 25:54Speaker 1: a you know. And then for the rest of the week,
- 25:57Speaker 1: I didn't gamble again because I go, I can't and
- 26:00Speaker 1: follow that, I'm not gonna be able to do that again.
- 26:03Speaker 1: So it's not like I'm obsessed with it numbers. I
- 26:08Speaker 1: am kind of, but you know, I've been to casinos
- 26:11Speaker 1: and work for three four days and not even played.
- 26:15Speaker 1: But when I do, it's like like me, my wife
- 26:20Speaker 1: and I were in Canada and we went to a casino.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I go, well, let me go back to the hotel.
- 26:26Speaker 1: And put some put my credit cards and money there,
- 26:29Speaker 1: and she goes, you can't go into a casino with
- 26:33Speaker 1: all your money and credit cards. I go, how does
- 26:36Speaker 1: she ask that question? She knows you?
- 26:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, she should know you can't. She's fucking
- 26:40Speaker 3: with you. Yeah, well she knows you can't.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yeah, but she she should say good for you. Yeah,
- 26:44Speaker 1: that's a good point. She should say good for you.
- 26:46Speaker 3: That's smart.
- 26:47Speaker 1: But she didn't know me when I was an addict. Oh,
- 26:50Speaker 1: she never saw me when I was out there. Yeah,
- 26:52Speaker 1: but I well, I guess I did. I knew you
- 26:54Speaker 1: when you were an addict.
- 26:55Speaker 3: But yeah, but you but you cleaned up nice? You
- 26:59Speaker 3: really did?
- 26:59Speaker 1: You figured it out? Well, you really did, so like
- 27:02Speaker 1: she should she should know that. Yeah, not to go
- 27:05Speaker 1: to the That's what I'm trying to say. How about
- 27:08Speaker 1: that bunny, you know what That's what I'm trying to say.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I mean, now, you guys are one of the funniest
- 27:14Speaker 1: couples of all time.
- 27:15Speaker 3: Though that's like a few like Christina Piziski and Thomson Gera, Uh,
- 27:19Speaker 3: Natasha Lazio, most Casher. There's a few like you know,
- 27:23Speaker 3: people say like comic shouldn't dig comics. Well, I don't
- 27:27Speaker 3: know about that, because sometimes it works really well.
- 27:30Speaker 1: What am I gonna do? Come home to a dentist?
- 27:32Speaker 1: You know? And for me, you know, we you know,
- 27:36Speaker 1: we really come together when we find the same enemy
- 27:39Speaker 1: and the same person. We could trash, you know, or
- 27:43Speaker 1: we tall comedy. We make each other laugh. Yeah, we
- 27:46Speaker 1: fight and have all the fucking you know, Marie Couple
- 27:50Speaker 1: and your comics. Yeah, and we're so so you're talking ship. Well,
- 27:54Speaker 1: to be a male comic, you gotta be fucked up.
- 27:58Speaker 1: To be a female comic, that's a whole nother level
- 28:02Speaker 1: of fucking up, because you know, they go on a road,
- 28:04Speaker 1: they gotta worry about everything. There were females where they're
- 28:11Speaker 1: staying what it's like, it's sucked. Oh yeah, it's horrible.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And thank you for saying we're funny. Yeah, we were together.
- 28:17Speaker 3: You guys are very funny. It's like, you know, I
- 28:20Speaker 3: was using it as example because comics will say all
- 28:22Speaker 3: the time, don't date comics, and I'm like, I don't
- 28:27Speaker 3: know about that. I don't know about that, because like
- 28:31Speaker 3: why not. I don't think you should never date. Although
- 28:34Speaker 3: I stopped dating it times when I was twenty one,
- 28:36Speaker 3: oh yeah, yeah, it's just the last one swung at me.
- 28:39Speaker 3: I was like, I'm done. Well, I only dated she
- 28:43Speaker 3: was swinging. I was like, I can't believe she's swinging
- 28:45Speaker 3: at me. Like while this was happening, her arm was
- 28:47Speaker 3: pulling back, it was coming towards my face, Like, I
- 28:50Speaker 3: can't fucking believe this is happening.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Well, I only date Irish, Like, I can't afford at
- 28:56Speaker 1: you broad, so I went. I went fucking high. I
- 29:00Speaker 1: wish I'd rather go to fucking Marshalls and Barnes. You know.
- 29:04Speaker 3: Well also like you probably, well, the thing about Jewish women,
- 29:08Speaker 3: the stereotype is that they're very controlling.
- 29:12Speaker 1: You know.
- 29:12Speaker 3: It's like how the mom is. You know, it's like
- 29:15Speaker 3: you take that role of like the mom of the house,
- 29:18Speaker 3: then you why it becomes your mom.
- 29:20Speaker 1: This is the stereo.
- 29:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not saying it's always that way.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Very little naggy, little naggy, you know. Yeah. And I mean, look,
- 29:28Speaker 1: fucking Bonnie grew up on a farm killing chickens. You know, perfect,
- 29:32Speaker 1: she's fucking she's good for the like when the revelation comes,
- 29:36Speaker 1: and not only that I have running water, uh, you know,
- 29:40Speaker 1: they had a fucking they slept on the floor. She
- 29:42Speaker 1: grew up like I get poor, poor, and we started dating.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I mean I was already in a business for I
- 29:48Speaker 1: don't know how many years. So it's like they say,
- 29:51Speaker 1: don't date comics. Yeah, well, if you're a new comic
- 29:55Speaker 1: and they're a new comic, it's gonna be competition the
- 29:58Speaker 1: whole time. It's gonna be yelloisy. But I was already
- 30:01Speaker 1: established and she was established. But it doesn't have to be.
- 30:05Speaker 3: It doesn't have to be. It could be, but it doesn't.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Like these like hard fast rules, they don't work. It
- 30:11Speaker 3: all completely depends on the individual. I mean, how different
- 30:14Speaker 3: are comics? Like how different are you to Shane Gillis?
- 30:17Speaker 3: How different am I to our sa fear? Like we're
- 30:20Speaker 3: all different even though we're all real good friends, we're
- 30:22Speaker 3: all there's no hard rules.
- 30:25Speaker 1: No, I luckily came up with the one of the
- 30:32Speaker 1: strongest crews in New York. Oh, you came up with
- 30:36Speaker 1: Patrice Norton, Billy, Bobby Colin, you know keV Yeah, lil
- 30:44Speaker 1: you know Kevin Hart. It was amazing. You know our
- 30:46Speaker 1: crew and you know body hung bro.
- 30:49Speaker 3: I knew you back when you had Jerry curls.
- 30:51Speaker 1: You knew me when I was doing Robin Gibbon's bits.
- 30:57Speaker 1: That's right. You don't remember. You might remember we were
- 31:01Speaker 1: working a one night or in Seaside, New Jersey. It
- 31:05Speaker 1: was my ex wife and me. You and her took
- 31:07Speaker 1: a walk to the boardwalk. We were in seaside, right
- 31:11Speaker 1: on the boardwalk, and it was just me and her.
- 31:14Speaker 1: I think you just came down from Boston, and I
- 31:17Speaker 1: don't think you were living in New York if you
- 31:19Speaker 1: were just doing some shows, some one night ers and shit,
- 31:22Speaker 1: and we did a one night Okay, probably first it
- 31:27Speaker 1: had to be I got thirty nine years with her,
- 31:31Speaker 1: probably like thirty eight years ago.
- 31:34Speaker 3: That this doesn't even make sense because I've been doing
- 31:36Speaker 3: comedy for thirty let me see seven.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Years, okay, So then, okay, I was with Bonnie. So yeah,
- 31:44Speaker 1: I mean Kelly, So I had You're right, I had
- 31:48Speaker 1: to be like nineteen ninety then, yeah, I had like
- 31:50Speaker 1: four years clean.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Ninety was when I first started coming to New York.
- 31:55Speaker 1: You already clean? But yeah, yeah, so and I was
- 31:58Speaker 1: already married. Oh yeah, I had five years clean. So
- 32:02Speaker 1: it was maybe like thirty four years ago, which could
- 32:05Speaker 1: fall or thirty five so, yeah, we're working a one
- 32:08Speaker 1: nighter and I remember walking up the street, me and
- 32:12Speaker 1: you and Bonnie uh to uh the boardwalk, I mean Kelly,
- 32:19Speaker 1: Kelly to the boardwalk to the boardwalk and it was
- 32:22Speaker 1: just some one nighter and then I don't know if
- 32:24Speaker 1: we ever worked again together. Well, danger Fields we did
- 32:28Speaker 1: some we.
- 32:28Speaker 3: Did to I remember the carolines we do we did. Oh,
- 32:32Speaker 3: we did a lot of Dangerfield shows together.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Did we ever do prom shows together? Yes? Yeah,
- 32:38Speaker 1: oh Jesus.
- 32:39Speaker 3: And people should know what prom shows are. So New
- 32:43Speaker 3: York has a very weird thing where they take kids
- 32:45Speaker 3: from like Staten Island, Brooklyn and they bring them in
- 32:49Speaker 3: in fucking buses to Danger Fields and the show would
- 32:54Speaker 3: run from like seven pm till.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Five in the morning, no break, no break, just you
- 33:00Speaker 1: would go one show and you'd get paid by the show.
- 33:03Speaker 3: It was like it was good money. I forget what
- 33:05Speaker 3: it was, but it was like you get paid, but
- 33:06Speaker 3: like you make a couple grand in a night if
- 33:08Speaker 3: you did the whole night. So you do stand up
- 33:10Speaker 3: from seven pm to like five am.
- 33:13Speaker 1: But sometimes some of the shows were the same, some
- 33:17Speaker 1: of the same crowd most of the shows.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, they didn't move the people out. They
- 33:22Speaker 3: just pushed new kids in, and they wanted you to
- 33:24Speaker 3: do the same joke so that the.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Kids would leave. It's the best time to be a

- 35:08Speaker 1: So we were doing proms at Danger Fields and this
- 35:12Speaker 1: is all young kids and you know, getting ready to
- 35:14Speaker 1: go to college, and Ronnie goes on. He walks on
- 35:19Speaker 1: stage in a row drunk. He's not doing comedy, he's
- 35:24Speaker 1: bombing the c he's talking about his divorce or and
- 35:29Speaker 1: all these kids are just all looking at him. Like
- 35:32Speaker 1: the jury from my cousin Vinnie, when they were looking
- 35:36Speaker 1: at the stuttering lawyer, their eyes were just going what
- 35:40Speaker 1: is going on with this man? Right? And he just
- 35:43Speaker 1: it was the most depressed. And then I think Brian
- 35:46Speaker 1: Reagan had to follow him and the fact. I mean,
- 35:50Speaker 1: if you look at your career and some of mine
- 35:53Speaker 1: and Brian Reagan, we were doing prom shows. Yeah I did.
- 35:57Speaker 1: I did. There was a contest at Rascals and I
- 36:03Speaker 1: think the winner got to do comedy on a plane, right.
- 36:10Speaker 1: That was back when they smoked on plays. Yeah, And
- 36:13Speaker 1: I think John Stuart was one in the contestants, like
- 36:16Speaker 1: I remember doing, I remember doing something or else. It
- 36:20Speaker 1: was a Johnny Walker competition. I was there. It was
- 36:24Speaker 1: like me, John Stuart, Jim Gaffigan, you know, to do
- 36:29Speaker 1: some Johnny Walker tour. I don't fucking know whatever the
- 36:32Speaker 1: contest was, but it was all these contests. But you
- 36:35Speaker 1: would see. Look, I worked fucking clubs here. I was
- 36:41Speaker 1: working one club once and after the show. It was
- 36:46Speaker 1: in Scranton, PA at a holiday and me and another
- 36:50Speaker 1: comic after the show, the owner brings us in the
- 36:52Speaker 1: back room and pulls out a gigantic bag of coke
- 36:56Speaker 1: and says, do you want cocher money? And I took
- 36:59Speaker 1: the coke and the guy who took the money is
- 37:02Speaker 1: Adam Sandler, and look where he is, and look where
- 37:05Speaker 1: I am. A seller took the money and all he
- 37:09Speaker 1: opened up. He is a guitar comic and he opened up.
- 37:13Speaker 3: That was a Knicks comedy tough thing. Coker money, Oh yeah,
- 37:16Speaker 3: I worked. Did they offer you Coger money?
- 37:18Speaker 1: I don't. And I was getting high because when I
- 37:21Speaker 1: first started comedy, somehow they uh uh what was his name,
- 37:26Speaker 1: Dominic and Jackie Gateman or something. They liked me for
- 37:30Speaker 1: some reason. Nice stunk, but they would give me spots
- 37:33Speaker 1: at Nick's and I would get either money, but I
- 37:36Speaker 1: would buy coke from Mike, the drug dealer that the
- 37:38Speaker 1: Colombians killed. He was the coke dealer up there. I
- 37:42Speaker 1: would stay behind the connection at the Milner Hotel, which
- 37:46Speaker 1: was all prostitutes and drug addicts, right, and you know,
- 37:51Speaker 1: I would go up there, and Nicks was giving me
- 37:53Speaker 1: shows upstairs downstairs. So the one time, the last time
- 37:58Speaker 1: I was up in Boston, I did Springfield Mass and
- 38:02Speaker 1: Westfield Mass two fifty two, ELM and some other norm
- 38:06Speaker 1: Lafauex shit ANDTTS. Yes. So then I went to NIXT.
- 38:13Speaker 1: I go, I'm not spending my money on drugs. I'm
- 38:16Speaker 1: not this. I'm coming out with fucking money, right. So
- 38:20Speaker 1: I'm working this place called Plums in Worcester and this
- 38:24Speaker 1: waitress oh, fucking smoking hot after the show because I
- 38:30Speaker 1: did some coke. Bit, she goes, you do coke? I go, yeah,
- 38:34Speaker 1: I go, I go, I go, I go. Do you
- 38:38Speaker 1: know where I can get any coke? And we couldn't
- 38:41Speaker 1: get any coke in Boston? I'm not. We drove from Boston,
- 38:45Speaker 1: I went back to New York, bought a bunch of crack.
- 38:50Speaker 1: We got a hotel, smoked all night, We had sex,
- 38:54Speaker 1: this and that. And it was Saturday night and I'm
- 38:59Speaker 1: four minutes from home and I have one more show
- 39:03Speaker 1: in Boston on a Sunday, and I have to drive
- 39:06Speaker 1: her all the way back to Boston. No money left,
- 39:10Speaker 1: maybe ten or twenty dollars, just enough to get back
- 39:14Speaker 1: to Boston. Do my show luggage in a fucking paper bag.
- 39:18Speaker 1: We stop on the way up in Hartford. We try
- 39:23Speaker 1: to buy cocher heroin and we got ripped off. She's
- 39:27Speaker 1: crying because she's gonna lose her job. Fucking blood started
- 39:32Speaker 1: pouring out of my nose as we're drying, just pouring
- 39:35Speaker 1: out them. Oh I sure to God, it right right well,
- 39:43Speaker 1: and then she goes, my sister wants to announcer coke,
- 39:46Speaker 1: So I was gonna set her up and rip her
- 39:49Speaker 1: off and you know, oh boy, you know, get a
- 39:52Speaker 1: free ounce of coke. Well, anyhow, two weeks later I
- 39:57Speaker 1: end up in rehab. That was my bos that fucking
- 40:01Speaker 1: trip to Boston. I end up in rehab. And about
- 40:05Speaker 1: a year or two later, I'm working Fort Lauderdale and
- 40:08Speaker 1: her sister's there with her boyfriend who's the size of
- 40:11Speaker 1: a fucking house. So if I did rip her off,
- 40:15Speaker 1: I would have gotten fucking a shit killed being out
- 40:18Speaker 1: of me. You know, what are the odds? Uh? So
- 40:22Speaker 1: that last trip to Boston and I spent all the
- 40:25Speaker 1: money I wasn't gonna spend, but this girl was fucking hot,
- 40:28Speaker 1: you know. Then I came out of rehab and I
- 40:32Speaker 1: think I had like a month or two months clean,
- 40:35Speaker 1: and I'm working a Daytona beach. There's fucking weight where
- 40:42Speaker 1: I don't know I was. I had bad teeth, fucking
- 40:45Speaker 1: Jerry Curl. And my wife says that she saw videos
- 40:48Speaker 1: on me from rast and she goes, You're such a mess,
- 40:52Speaker 1: but you had so much confidence and girls like confidence, right,
- 40:56Speaker 1: because I would be on stage fucking rotten teeth and
- 40:59Speaker 1: fucking grease stripping out of my hair, fucking mess. I
- 41:03Speaker 1: look like a fucking rat. And uh, this hot waitress
- 41:07Speaker 1: in Daytona. We go back to her place and I'm
- 41:11Speaker 1: making out when and something tastes funny, I go what.
- 41:15Speaker 1: She pulls out a bag of coke. And I had
- 41:17Speaker 1: like a month clean, two months. I go, I can't
- 41:19Speaker 1: do that. I got to get out of her. I mean,
- 41:21Speaker 1: I sucked her, but then I left real quick, you know, uh,
- 41:25Speaker 1: you know, and it was scary, so you never bounce back.
- 41:27Speaker 1: You never went back to drugs. No, No, it's amazing.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Thirty nine years ago, that's incredible.
- 41:32Speaker 3: You have one fall off and you're like, I'm done well.
- 41:35Speaker 1: I mean, here's for me now. And you know, as
- 41:40Speaker 1: the years accumulated, you know, I was, I was working,
- 41:44Speaker 1: I was saving money, I was buying. You know, if
- 41:47Speaker 1: I went and got high. Now, this watch alone would
- 41:50Speaker 1: kill me. I could pull this watch. It would be
- 41:52Speaker 1: enough money for me to die. Right. You know, money
- 41:55Speaker 1: I've hidden around the house. You know, no one's gonna
- 41:59Speaker 1: find it. I don't even think, Hey, we're gonna go
- 42:02Speaker 1: to vorce's house and find his money. This shit is
- 42:05Speaker 1: fucking hidden. Well, all right, so go fuck yourselves. So anyhow,
- 42:12Speaker 1: I'll die. There's snow. Look for a year, and I
- 42:16Speaker 1: got to get back on track. I stopped eating, not
- 42:20Speaker 1: not keto, but cut back on carbs, sugar. Just I
- 42:25Speaker 1: did real well for a year. I mean I was
- 42:28Speaker 1: fucking ripping up again and from my age, and it's
- 42:32Speaker 1: harder to My daughter comes upstairs and goes, oh, I
- 42:35Speaker 1: made homemade chocolate chip cookies. Oh, give me one. Well
- 42:40Speaker 1: the seventh cookie I had to throw in the garbage.
- 42:43Speaker 1: The seventh I can't. I gotta stop. So that's how
- 42:45Speaker 1: my fucking mind is. There's snow, there's no one time
- 42:50Speaker 1: the fuck. I play golf and guys are drinking the beer.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I go, what the fuck are you doing? We like
- 42:54Speaker 1: to taste fuck off, Gatoray tastes good. You drink to
- 42:57Speaker 1: get drunk. What are you drinking a beer? And it's
- 43:01Speaker 1: just and and on stage. If I go I quit,
- 43:03Speaker 1: someone goes quit or shut the funk up. You're here
- 43:06Speaker 1: having wine coolers, bitch, sell your mother's car to get high.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Go fuck yourself. Wow, you don't know anything about getting
- 43:12Speaker 1: you're fighting with people aren't even here. I know. I'm
- 43:14Speaker 1: just telling you you have a shower argue with these guys.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Oh you how many fucking arguments I've had? I know?
- 43:26Speaker 1: You get to bring in your whole pro Palestinian crew
- 43:28Speaker 1: that I was gonna fight today, which I have stuff
- 43:32Speaker 1: printed out. We'll read later, h later. But that's so
- 43:38Speaker 1: funny you having fights with you don't ever lay in
- 43:41Speaker 1: bed or argue with have arguments with people that, no,
- 43:45Speaker 1: you've never had.
- 43:46Speaker 3: I did when I was young. Yeah, I figured that
- 43:49Speaker 3: out when I was younger.
- 43:50Speaker 1: This is stupid.
- 43:52Speaker 3: And when the impulse comes, which it does.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Just I go with this is stupid. I talk to myself.
- 43:57Speaker 3: I just coach myself. Yeah, you gotta have like another
- 44:01Speaker 3: voice in your head. But most people have one voice
- 44:04Speaker 3: in their head, and that voice is like, we should
- 44:06Speaker 3: go get high or we should do this. You have
- 44:08Speaker 3: to have a second voice. And the second voice is like,
- 44:10Speaker 3: what advice would I give me? And the advice I
- 44:13Speaker 3: give me is like, you're wasting your time arguing in
- 44:15Speaker 3: the shower with someone who doesn't even they don't even
- 44:18Speaker 3: know you're arguing with. You know, it's you're not even there.
- 44:20Speaker 3: You're like replaying it out in your head, so you
- 44:22Speaker 3: could have had a better thing to say to them.
- 44:25Speaker 1: They say they're living rent free in your head. Yes,
- 44:28Speaker 1: that's what it is. I don't allow anybody in my head.
- 44:31Speaker 1: I had the second for I do. And I'm not
- 44:35Speaker 1: religious by any but I'll say, you know, God, get
- 44:38Speaker 1: me off. You know, what should I do? What's my
- 44:40Speaker 1: purpose or what can I do in life? You know, look,
- 44:45Speaker 1: my main purpose in life besides be it, My main
- 44:49Speaker 1: purpose is staying shober, because if I don't, I'm dead easily.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And everything I got away then my family obviously, you know,
- 44:58Speaker 1: and my career. You know, all the shit I put
- 45:03Speaker 1: about Israel, this and that. That's that's my life is comedy.
- 45:08Speaker 1: But I think in life, if you're not part of
- 45:11Speaker 1: the like I say, a solution, you're part of the
- 45:13Speaker 1: problem with what's going on in this world, with in
- 45:16Speaker 1: this mainly in this country, the anti Semitism in this country.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Anti Semitism in this country is weird because it popped
- 45:23Speaker 3: up like it was hiding, you know, after October seventh,
- 45:26Speaker 3: it popped up like it was hiding, like what where
- 45:29Speaker 3: has this been here?
- 45:30Speaker 1: The whole time? It was weird.
- 45:32Speaker 3: And I think there's a lot of it on Twitter
- 45:37Speaker 3: in these places that I think is not human beings,
- 45:41Speaker 3: and that inspires human beings to get bold. I think
- 45:44Speaker 3: there's a lot of it that's bots. There's a lot
- 45:47Speaker 3: of it that's I see these I've like, when someone
- 45:50Speaker 3: says something outrageous on Twitter, I'll go to the account
- 45:53Speaker 3: and see, like what what they're doing and what And
- 45:57Speaker 3: sometimes I go go, oh, this isn't a person like
- 45:59Speaker 3: you can figure it out after like a couple of pages,
- 46:02Speaker 3: like this is not an actual person. This is a
- 46:04Speaker 3: person that jumps onto every controversial subject and says something insightful.
- 46:10Speaker 3: They do it over and over again. And you see
- 46:11Speaker 3: it with abortion, you see it with immigration, you see
- 46:14Speaker 3: with voting, you see with the rigged elections. Like there
- 46:18Speaker 3: was an FBI analyst who took a look at Twitter
- 46:22Speaker 3: before the purchase and he said, I think it's as
- 46:24Speaker 3: much as eighty percent bots. I think we're getting played
- 46:29Speaker 3: as a civilization back and forth. I think we're getting
- 46:32Speaker 3: I think so many people are vulnerable to like following
- 46:36Speaker 3: a narrative.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Well, and I agree, and I've said this, and I
- 46:44Speaker 1: believe in free speech. You didn't when we talked about this.
- 46:47Speaker 1: You didn't agree with it, but I didn't agree with
- 46:50Speaker 1: free speech, no, no, no. What I said about the
- 46:52Speaker 1: Internet that some people in life use that shouldn't have
- 46:57Speaker 1: a platform in life because they're they're nuts. They're nuts.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Like if you had somebody in an audience that's nuts, you're
- 47:05Speaker 1: gonna you're gonna take them out, You're gonna get rid
- 47:07Speaker 1: of right.
- 47:08Speaker 3: But that's the difference between an audience and the Internet
- 47:11Speaker 3: is you don't have to engage with the nuts.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Okay, but there's people that are following these nuts. Okay.
- 47:17Speaker 1: You take whatever's going on in the Middle East, whatever,
- 47:22Speaker 1: whether whatever side you're on, Israel, Palestine, whatever. Why are
- 47:31Speaker 1: college campuses letting this happen on campus where juice can't
- 47:37Speaker 1: go to class, where they're being harassed, where they feel threatened.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Well, a lot of that stuff is funded.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Yeah, it's funded by guitar or whatever, but.
- 47:48Speaker 3: Or whatever whoever, whoever's doing it. There's there's most certainly
- 47:52Speaker 3: there's funding an organization involved. These aren't organic protestses pop up. No,
- 47:56Speaker 3: of course, everybody wants to think they are, because some
- 47:58Speaker 3: people join organic they hop in, but it's not. These
- 48:02Speaker 3: are all being organized of course, including the anti Elon protests,
- 48:06Speaker 3: including like you know, the the End to Oligarchy rallies
- 48:12Speaker 3: that they have with AOC and Bird Sanders. All this
- 48:14Speaker 3: shit is getting it's all getting funded and astro turfed,
- 48:17Speaker 3: and they're busting people in. They're manufacturing a movement, of course.
- 48:21Speaker 1: And I mean listen, they didn't all go out and
- 48:24Speaker 1: buy the same tents, right, you know they you know,
- 48:26Speaker 1: it's and there's I don't know how many that are
- 48:29Speaker 1: getting funded and then they bring in you know, it's
- 48:34Speaker 1: just like the tents are crazy.
- 48:36Speaker 3: It's just it's just camp out for Palestine.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just like, you know, I don't want to
- 48:43Speaker 1: get into the eighties and foreclosures on farms, you know
- 48:48Speaker 1: farm well, when banks were foreclosing on farms, Jews were going, look,
- 48:56Speaker 1: the Jews are foreclosing on our farm. The Jewish bankers.
- 48:59Speaker 1: And they weren't even anchors doing it, was the wasp bankers.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Jews barely worked at Chase Manhattan in the early eighties
- 49:05Speaker 1: or seventies. So they blame the Jews. But they blame
- 49:08Speaker 1: because it's easy to go after you know. That's so
- 49:13Speaker 1: throughout the Midwest or the South, it's easier to build
- 49:18Speaker 1: up hatred or a group to go after a smaller group, going, hey,
- 49:23Speaker 1: these people are closing on your farms. These are the
- 49:26Speaker 1: people that are doing it. And these people don't have
- 49:28Speaker 1: the knowledge, and they hate just grows and grows from
- 49:31Speaker 1: generation to generation. Because that makes sense. So you know,
- 49:36Speaker 1: saying what you know that Look, I got shit I
- 49:40Speaker 1: printed out is you know I'll show later. Maybe I
- 49:43Speaker 1: don't know. I mean, I listen, I'm a comic, but
- 49:46Speaker 1: I I really you see what I post. Sometimes I
- 49:49Speaker 1: post some shit and it's not I'm not anti. Uh,
- 49:55Speaker 1: I'm not anti. You're pro. I'm just pro is. But
- 49:58Speaker 1: I'm you're pro Jew. I proached you in this country.
- 50:01Speaker 1: And I'm not religious by any stretch. I don't fucking
- 50:04Speaker 1: it's I think it's a holiday now. Uh it's passed
- 50:07Speaker 1: over something. I don't fucking know. I'm not religious. My
- 50:10Speaker 1: cousins were, my family wasn't.
- 50:11Speaker 3: But I think about it as a people.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I think about it as yes, as a people. You know,
- 50:16Speaker 1: if what was happening in this world to black people
- 50:19Speaker 1: or gay people, these colleges would put an end to it,
- 50:23Speaker 1: it would stop, all right. If if people were ripping
- 50:26Speaker 1: down posters of hostages, of black hostages or gay hostages.
- 50:31Speaker 1: When that was happening, it wouldn't happen.
- 50:35Speaker 3: Where that was crazy, you know, that was crazy where
- 50:38Speaker 3: people were upset that people wanted people to bring the
- 50:40Speaker 3: hostages home. Like these hostages some of them were aid workers.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Yeah, some of them.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Were people that like lived there so they could help
- 50:48Speaker 3: people in Gaza. The whole thing is so crazy. But
- 50:51Speaker 3: I wonder, like, how did they get turned that way?
- 50:54Speaker 3: Or were they like what I said, like they were
- 50:57Speaker 3: in hiding. There was like anti said he as a
- 51:00Speaker 3: person who's not a Jew, I would hear about all
- 51:02Speaker 3: the anti Semitism, like yeah, there's always going to be some,
- 51:05Speaker 3: but maybe everyone's exaggerating. But then when this after October seventh,
- 51:09Speaker 3: it was just like, oh, what fuck fucking everywhere?
- 51:12Speaker 1: Are you? Are you? What's your background? Italian? Italian? Yeah?
- 51:16Speaker 1: Mostly one quarter Irish? Okay, if every surrounding country right, Italians?
- 51:23Speaker 1: Oh I gay Italy. You're going to fight back by
- 51:25Speaker 1: any means necessary?
- 51:27Speaker 3: One hundred problem.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Can I show you something? Okay? Now we don't have
- 51:31Speaker 1: to do it. We can talk. I don't know. I
- 51:33Speaker 1: got to do a little of it. Whatever you want.
- 51:36Speaker 1: I don't care. Do whatever you want.
- 51:38Speaker 3: I'm joking around, but yeah, no, I understand. And I
- 51:41Speaker 3: think that's also one of the things that.
- 51:43Speaker 1: People like my wife should keep awake. Go ahead.
- 51:45Speaker 3: When people get angry about Jews is because they think
- 51:48Speaker 3: that Jews always stick together and they like Jews above
- 51:51Speaker 3: all else. And then it's like where fuck those people?
- 51:53Speaker 3: You know, there's like that walled garden approach. You know,
- 51:57Speaker 3: if what do you got there?
- 51:59Speaker 1: You got a Manila envelope, like you're in court. Look
- 52:01Speaker 1: at this, Relax, I'm charts.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Well, did you've been graphs? What's that first page?
- 52:07Speaker 1: Set? A photo of Israel? What is? You got a map?
- 52:11Speaker 1: You brought maps? He brought He brought maps for me.
- 52:15Speaker 3: This is the dumbest ship I've ever seen from you.
- 52:18Speaker 1: Look at the Look at the size of Israel.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Very small. Yeah, they're surrounded by a bunch of Muslims.
- 52:26Speaker 3: Not a good spot to be if you're just so,
- 52:29Speaker 3: they should probably move to a different spot. It's like,
- 52:33Speaker 3: you know, you know what I mean, I.
- 52:34Speaker 1: Got other better stuff. I just start off with the
- 52:36Speaker 1: weaker stuff.
- 52:37Speaker 3: If you're you're a black guy, you move into a
- 52:39Speaker 3: KKK neighborhood.
- 52:40Speaker 1: It's like, you're gonna have problems. Yeah, I mean, show
- 52:44Speaker 1: is crazy. What do you think by any means necessary,
- 52:49Speaker 1: They're gonna do what they fucking have to do.
- 52:51Speaker 3: I survive, Yes, I totally think they would. And I
- 52:55Speaker 3: understand that aspect of it is I got to.
- 52:58Speaker 1: Turn it on there wife. I don't know how she
- 53:02Speaker 1: got my number, start the car.
- 53:05Speaker 3: It is crazy when you look at the map, it's
- 53:08Speaker 3: not just that they're surrounded, but they're surrounded by everyone.
- 53:12Speaker 3: That's all enormous countries.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I mean all the way up.
- 53:16Speaker 3: It's interesting that you go down Saudi Arabia the end
- 53:18Speaker 3: of it, you forget, Oh, it's Ethiopia's right there.
- 53:21Speaker 1: And then I mean Turkey hates Israel, fucking Iran. You
- 53:26Speaker 1: know they're being attacked by four or five different nations
- 53:29Speaker 1: at once, and everybody's going, well, you know they're they're
- 53:35Speaker 1: committing genocide. First of all, those numbers are coming out
- 53:39Speaker 1: of coming from Hamas. Where do you think those numbers
- 53:42Speaker 1: are coming from?
- 53:43Speaker 3: Okay, but the drone footage isn't coming from Hama. The
- 53:46Speaker 3: drone footage is real. Like if you don't cover like
- 53:49Speaker 3: Gaza with a drone there's nothing left. It's pretty nuts.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Well, I bet you if they released the hostages October tenth,
- 53:58Speaker 1: you know where this ship would have happened. None that
- 54:01Speaker 1: would have happened. During the Clinton administration, Arafat was in
- 54:06Speaker 1: the White House probably six or seven times. The head
- 54:11Speaker 1: of the CIA during the Clinton administration visited the White
- 54:14Speaker 1: House twice, Arafat six or seven times, and they offered
- 54:19Speaker 1: a two state solution Clinton that would have been Clinton's
- 54:23Speaker 1: legacy to have peace and the two states. But Arafact
- 54:28Speaker 1: kept turning it down because Arafat is a terrorist and
- 54:31Speaker 1: if he does that, what purpose does he serve? What
- 54:35Speaker 1: purpose he's is it that simple? Well to me, it
- 54:40Speaker 1: is because I'm not the smartest.
- 54:42Speaker 3: But that's part of the problem, the problem with Israel
- 54:45Speaker 3: and Palestine. And I've I've sat down and thought about
- 54:48Speaker 3: this conflict. Not that I'm an expert either, but it's
- 54:51Speaker 3: almost insurmountable.
- 54:53Speaker 1: It has been.
- 54:54Speaker 3: And then now after October seventh, with all the bombings
- 54:57Speaker 3: and when they leveled Gaza, it's like, how do you
- 55:00Speaker 3: fix this? It's like there's no there's You've created. Whatever
- 55:06Speaker 3: the numbers are, yeah, whether it's seventy thousand people or
- 55:09Speaker 3: twenty thousand people that have been killed that are innocents.
- 55:13Speaker 3: You've created so many more potential terrorists because so many
- 55:17Speaker 3: of the children of those people, and the brothers and
- 55:20Speaker 3: sisters and relatives.
- 55:21Speaker 1: Of those people.
- 55:22Speaker 3: So it's like it's like reinforced this desire to fight
- 55:28Speaker 3: against Israel. But we you know, and you could squash that,
- 55:32Speaker 3: you could you just keep pounding them down till there's
- 55:34Speaker 3: nothing left, which is what it seems that they're doing.
- 55:38Speaker 3: But we and I understand it from a tactical perspective,
- 55:42Speaker 3: I guess do.
- 55:43Speaker 1: We have Guys, do we have that animosity and hatred
- 55:48Speaker 1: from Japan towards Us where we dropped, you know, killed
- 55:52Speaker 1: three hundred and fifty thousand people?
- 55:54Speaker 3: We I mean, well they did for a while. They
- 55:57Speaker 3: certainly did for a long while. Yeah, wh would go
- 56:00Speaker 3: to Japan in the seventies and they said you could
- 56:02Speaker 3: feel the hatred.
- 56:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but now that's it's fifty five.
- 56:06Speaker 3: Yeah, they're not like that at all. Now, Okay, it's
- 56:08Speaker 3: a totally completely different generations. So you think future generations
- 56:12Speaker 3: will think about Israel the same way we think about
- 56:16Speaker 3: Japan or Japan thinks about US.
- 56:18Speaker 1: No, because future generations in the Middle East. This has
- 56:22Speaker 1: been going since day one, since the Sixth Day War,
- 56:26Speaker 1: since the Young Kippa War, since since day one, they've
- 56:30Speaker 1: been being attacked. So there's never no day.
- 56:34Speaker 3: But it's also before Israel was founded. You got to
- 56:38Speaker 3: go back to how they were being persecuted in Europe.
- 56:40Speaker 1: It was incessant.
- 56:41Speaker 3: There's this guy, Darryl Cooper is a lightning rod for controversy, unfortunately,
- 56:46Speaker 3: but he's he's got an amazing podcast and he's got
- 56:48Speaker 3: this series called Fear and Loathing in the New Jerusalem,
- 56:51Speaker 3: and it starts out with the Jews being persecuted in
- 56:55Speaker 3: Europe and he takes you through what it would have
- 56:57Speaker 3: been like for those people and gangs of people roaming
- 57:01Speaker 3: down the streets, raping women, beating men to death in
- 57:04Speaker 3: the streets, and it's so crazy because it's real, it happened,
- 57:09Speaker 3: and it was these people's neighbors. And you know, this
- 57:13Speaker 3: was why they got so many people to move to
- 57:17Speaker 3: Israel in the first place. Yeah, because when they said, look,
- 57:19Speaker 3: we're setting up a state for just for Jews from
- 57:24Speaker 3: all these Eastern European Jews are like, OK, we're in
- 57:27Speaker 3: and they moved.
- 57:27Speaker 1: I mean, you know, and then you have. And they've
- 57:30Speaker 1: also been there since christ I mean they've been in Israel,
- 57:34Speaker 1: Jews even before that, right, a couple of weeks. But
- 57:39Speaker 1: I think that's it predates me, doesn't it predate Jesus? Yeah?
- 57:43Speaker 1: I mean I'm not his story and this isn't my
- 57:46Speaker 1: Let's find out.
- 57:46Speaker 3: Let's find out since we can, what does the earliest
- 57:51Speaker 3: who were the what when did Jews first settle the
- 57:54Speaker 3: land that's now known as Israel?
- 57:57Speaker 1: What it was Judea back then? Right? Like what was
- 57:59Speaker 1: it called? Wasn't initially called Miami?
- 58:02Speaker 3: But also like this is like you know, this is
- 58:06Speaker 3: one of the reasons why it's this area is so
- 58:10Speaker 3: so contentious is because Christians really believe that when Jesus
- 58:14Speaker 3: comes back, that's where he's he's going to come back Jerusalem.
- 58:17Speaker 1: Like, are you fucking sure? But here's here's another thing
- 58:21Speaker 1: too this and I'm not listen, I've worked I'm not
- 58:24Speaker 1: going to be that guy. Oh I had a Muslim friend, Listen.
- 58:27Speaker 3: Jews have been a history in the land of Israel,
- 58:29Speaker 3: their presence dating back to the second millennial BCE. Okay,
- 58:35Speaker 3: settling in the area around one thousand and two fifty BCE,
- 58:39Speaker 3: So that's that predates Jesus by twelve hundred and fifty years.
- 58:44Speaker 3: It's funny they call it before current era, like current
- 58:47Speaker 3: eras not two thousand years ago. Just say before Jesus,
- 58:50Speaker 3: you motherfuckers. Second millennial BCEE the Israelites, considered to be
- 58:54Speaker 3: the ancestors of the Jewish people, emerged as an outgrowth
- 58:57Speaker 3: of the Southern Canonites. The Israelites entered Cannon in twelve
- 59:02Speaker 3: fifty BCE, settling the Hill country. In the south tenth
- 59:05Speaker 3: century BCE, two Israelite kingdoms, Northern Kingdom of Israel and
- 59:09Speaker 3: the Southern Kingdom of Judea emerged. Of Judah rather emerged.
- 59:15Speaker 3: The Kingdom of Israel was conquered by the Neo Assyrian
- 59:18Speaker 3: Empire in seven to twenty two BCE, and in five
- 59:21Speaker 3: eighty six BC, the Kingdom of Judah was conquered by
- 59:24Speaker 3: the Neo Babylonian Empire. Five thirty eight BC, the per
- 59:29Speaker 3: Persian Cyrus the Great ended the Babylonian exile and the
- 59:33Speaker 3: Jews returned to their homeland. So they've they've been there
- 59:35Speaker 3: since five thirty eight BCE started to twelve fifty BC,
- 59:39Speaker 3: so they were there before anybody. Yeah, the Romans destroyed
- 59:43Speaker 3: the Second Temperle of Jerusalem in seventy current era, leading
- 59:47Speaker 3: to the Jewish Dasporia. Wow, crazy, fucking the history of
- 59:52Speaker 3: controversy in that one place. Forty eight, the state of
- 59:54Speaker 3: Israel was established. Many Holocaust survivors welcomed it as a homeland.
- 59:58Speaker 1: Yeah, forty eight and sen stand, they've been at war
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: and so they started settling.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: Another wave of Jews started coming in nineteen oh four,
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: from nineteen oh four to nineteen fourteen, so.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Yeah, before five point thirty eight PC. Yeah, but the.
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: Pone is like, there were Palestians there. I'm like, what
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: are they don't even have a Country's if you've got
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: people that are right next to you that don't even
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: have a country, they don't they don't have You know,
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: what what do they do if they're ruled by Amas?
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: How would do they fight back? Right with these they
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: are protesting in the streets.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Now they also get hamas. Yeah, they get executed. Did
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: you just see that they protest? I just saw that, thousands,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: thousands of courageous people protesting in the street.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: It's they're like, we don't want any more of this.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Stop. Well, look what happened. They got they they got
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: I mean Kush of Israel's help got a SOD out
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: of Syria. Now the rebels took over, but Asd killed
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: almost five hundred thousand of his own people, tortured one
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: hundred thousand. I mean, those are the numbers I read.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: I don't know if they're exact, but he's got a lot.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Of controversial about a SOD and so yeah, there's a
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: lot of controversial about the controversy, you know. But what
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: actually happened and why we were backing the rebels. We
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: essentially we essentially backed Isis, which is crazy. We backed
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: al Qaida, which is just nuts.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: He but he was more dangerous in Syria, according to
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: according well also according to Israel, because Israel weakened Iran's
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: military after they were attacked by Iran, who was supplying
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: a SOD with weapons.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: Before Iran became a.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Religious state, women were like wearing mini's skirts. It's hot.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: It was like there was freedom everywhere. People were like chilling.
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: It seemed almost like in like Europe.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Probably like a like a resort vacation.
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: Like they were beautiful, Oh, they were gorgeous women. I
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: ain't that Persian women of incredible genes. It's like you
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: look at those photos from like see if you can
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: find some photos of Iran, like early nineteen seventies. I
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: was seeing some things on it this morning, actually on
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: the way over here or before I left my house,
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: I was seeing this. It's so hard to imagine that
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: a place that was that had a democratically elected leader.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: You know, it was you.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: Know, it was kind of almost European, and then now
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: now it's just a full religious state and anybody, anybody
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: protests against the government gets assassinated, Like they assassinated an
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: Olympic gold medalist wrestler because he was perceived to be protesting.
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: I don't even know if he actually protested. It was
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: like some things that you post online, like if women
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: take off their head scarfs, they can get killed. But
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: why I don't It's crazy that a country can fall
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: like that.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I don't get where Gage or When or whatever are backing.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: They're basically back backing Hamash. Yeah, I don't get They're retarded.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I don't get it because they just do the new thing.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: What's the new thing? Is it?
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: Climate change? Why am I yelling climate change?
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Okay? Climate change? Black Lives Matter? Okay, Black lives matter,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: it's all it is.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: There's a lot of people out there that are just retarded,
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: and those are the people that you see getting busted
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: into these rallies. And there's just a lot of dopes
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: that you could get to agree with almost anything. And
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: there's gay people for Hamas, I believe it or not,
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: trans people for Hamas.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: It's fucking I know, blacks for the clan's.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: I don't tell how many of them are real, because
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: there's a few people that troll online and they'll pretend
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: I'm a you know, I'm a trans woman, but I'm
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: also a Muslim, like okay, and they will throw you
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: off a fucking roof.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: None left, No roofs left. There's a couple of high points,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: it's just hard to get to them. It's here's And obviously,
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: as a comic, eye believe in a First Amendment. I
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: say shit that you can't cancel me anyhow. I believe,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: and maybe I'm wrong and maybe you disagree. I want
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: to see your opinion.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: Look at this, okay, after Iran for the nineteen seventies.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: Look girls in miniskirts looking hot. They look that looks
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: like Europe. Look at this girl sitting in front of
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: a car, cute little album.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: He'd be fucking killed doing that. Now.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: Yeah, look at the beaches in Iran in the nineteen
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: seventies and that fucking crazy no litter.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Look at these God, look at it hits on that
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: one hot one lady.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: Though, that was the future. The future is in the
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: lower right corner. Oh, covered up like Yoda. It's crazy,
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: it's crazy. That's that's what happened to that place. Like
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: look at these people hanging out being free. Nineteen seventy
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: nine is when it all went to shit. And they
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: call it the revolution, but I.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Think it was us back son. Okay, what's your opinion.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: It's my opinion. Free speech pro all you want at college,
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: there's protests forever. But take off the masks. You know,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: you should take off the masks period.
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: Yes, I don't believe in a society where people walk
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: around with their faces covered. We think there's it's too dangerous. Yes,
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: it's a public safety issue. It's too hard to identify criminals.
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: It's too hard to identify someone who commits a crime.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: During the Vietnam protest, there was never a mask. Those
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: people were proud to protest against the Vietnam War, but
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: there always there's.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: A facial recognition software and cameras in the sky. It's like,
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: you know, there's a lot.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: Of trua that's true. But now they're hiding and they're
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: committing to me some crimes on campus.
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: I think, well, they're certainly doing a lot of things
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: they shouldn't be allowed to do, like disrupting classes and
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: screaming at professors.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: And yes, it's organized, Yeah, yeah, it's organized, and people
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: join in because they just joined they want to be
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: I said, And there's there's a lot of people in
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: this world. There's leaders and there's followers. There's there's a
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: lot of followers, more followers, yes, leader than leaders in
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: the world. So I will get off of this because
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: I know we're kind of you know, but I just
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: want to No, I have other things and I have others,
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: other good points, and yeah, it is it is a
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: good point though, But it's like.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: When you have people that are bitter enemies like this,
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: like these kind of conflicts take thousands of years to
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: work through, and in the case.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Of Israel, it's it is.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: Thousands of years old.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: It's look, how they gonna win anything through the UN
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: when there's twenty two twenty three hour countries in the
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: UN and Israel, so everything's going to be voted against. Yeah, Israel,
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: they're twenty two twenty three fucking hour.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Uh. Like I said, I can't solver whatever is it?
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Is it unfair? Is it? Whatever? Uh? My concern is
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: what's going on in this country. That's my main concern.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: My daughter's going to college. I don't want her to
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: go to a college where she feels scared, to go
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: to class, where she feels threatened, just to be who
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: she is. To go to college in Texas, Yeah, I know,
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: that's what I want her to go to. So you know,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: they have.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: Been a field carry on college campuses here. You know,
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: it's so it's this is a different place.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: It's it's at different times. Is what America like?
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: It's supposed to be in a lot of ways. You know,
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: it's supposed to be a lot more free, less law
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: less laws, and but you know there's a lot of
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: laws here that are kind of crazy.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: The the abortion thing, the six week thing is most
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: women don't even know they're pregnant that quickly.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: I think if a woman, if a woman, if a lady,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: a woman. Okay, okay, I told you I walked out
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: in eleventh grade. If a lady I think does all
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: her chores, I think, I think once a week she
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: should be able to wear slacks. Abortion. To me, it's
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: not really I think a man, and maybe I could
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: be wrong. If you're married or you live with your spouse,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: the male might have what twenty twenty five percent of
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: the decision, maybe thirty, but some single guy probably never
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: had a girlfriend, never live with a girl. Shut the
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: fuck up, Shut the fuck up, ask me. You know what,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: You just want to be part of something.
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: Well, people love controlling people, though, they really do, which
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: is why you know, those climate protests drove me fucking
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: crazy where they would protest for climate change by blocking
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: the highway. Those fucking idiots. All they want to do
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: is control people. That's what they want to do. You're
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: not changing anyone's mind, no, not at all. Holding a
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: flag in the middle the highway, you're just pissing people off.
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: But you're controlling people by stopping traffic. And that's what
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: people like to do. They like to control people.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: And they don't know if somebody's giving birth or somebody
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: has to get to the hospital, or for anything. It's
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: all self centered, fucking I'm more important than you my
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: you know, throwing paint on somebody with a fir they
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: should turn around and fucking beat the daylights out of them.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Or these fucking climate people walking into the reich Museum
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: or the Van go and throw the paint on a
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: fucking Iluing yourself to the wall. Yeah crazy?
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: And then again you see what they did at the
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Porscha dealership. They glued themselves to the floor and the
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: Porscha dealership they just shut the lights off and left
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: them in there. Really yeah fuck you. They came back
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: the next day they glued their hands to the floor
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: like that, they're gonna stop everything. And they were like, okay, good,
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: we'll just shut the doors, shut the doors, leave them
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: there to ship themselves.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Good Porsches are nice cars.
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: They're only doing it because they know it'll get attention.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: That's all it is.
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: It's a bunch usually a bunch of very privileged rich kids,
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: white kids that come from a family that has a
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: lot of wealth and to rebel against their parents or
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: probably fucking investment bankers or something. They decide they're going
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: to fight climate change. Man, they don't even understand what
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: they're fighting. They don't understand the science. They don't. It's complex,
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: it's multi layered and nuanced, and there's a lot of
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: propaganda that's attached to what they call the green agenda.
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: Because the green agenda, like all things that are big
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: and public, is profitable. They have a bunch of companies
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: that if they can get these laws pushed forward, they
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: can have industries that emerge and their industry can benefit
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: from all these laws, and so they'll fund protests, they'll
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: get people to do things. But it's all forty chess.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: There's all these multiple layers of things happening. And then
- 1:10:58Speaker 3: there's the inconvenient actual will climate data that the Washington
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: Post printed that showed that over the last fifty million years.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: We're in a decline.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: The Earth is in a cooling period, and the Earth's
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: never like you probably know this, but for people don't.
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: There's never been a static temperature on Earth. It's always
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: gone up and down wildly. It's unpredictable. It has multiple
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: multiple factors. Carbon is probably one of them, but it's
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: not the big one. It's not all of it. There's
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: solar activity that's you can't control at all solar flares happen,
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: and some of them happen. They've happened in the early
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: eighteen hundreds, they blew out all the fucking Morse code systems.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: Uh h like what was like though?
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: There was a big solar flare in the eighteen hundreds that.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: See if you can find that.
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: But there's they can blow out the power grid easy,
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: kill all the satellites easy. What carbon is is food
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: for plants. It's the dumbest fucking thing to protest against.
- 1:11:59Speaker 3: Pollution is a giant issue. Yeah, do we have an
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: impact on the weather. I'm sure we do. We have
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: an impact on fucking everything. But CO two net zero
- 1:12:09Speaker 3: all this shit, this is nonsense. Carrington event most intense
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: geomagnetic storm recorded history, peaking on one to two September
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: eighteen fifty nine during a solar cycle. Tent created strong
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: auroral displays that reported we glo, that reported globally and
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: caused sparking and even fires in telegraph stations. The geomagnetic
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: storm is most likely the result of a coronal mass
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: ejection from the Sun colliding with Earth's magnetosphere, So if
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: we have some of those in the future, it could
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: do anything let's see, a geomagnetic storm of this magnitude
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: occurring today has the potential cause widespread electrical disruptions, blackouts,
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: and damage to the electrical power grid. We've got real problems,
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: real problems, and you're not going to solve it with
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: electric cars, just not. You're not gonna solve it with windmills.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Look if you drive up the Jersey Turnpike, are anywhere,
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: and the factories and the lights and all the smoke
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: and all that shit, just everything, all right, Me turning
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: off my light bulb is not gonna make a fucking differentiation.
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: Particularly when you look at the emissions that come from China. Yes,
- 1:13:25Speaker 3: China is an enormous, enormous contributor to carbon emissions, and
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: not just carbon emissions, but pollutants, particulates. They're not stopping.
- 1:13:34Speaker 3: They build two hundred new coal plants, you know. They
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: they're not gonna stop no matter what we do. They're
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: gonna do what's best for China financially, period, end of discussion.
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: All these conversations they're having about net zero, go fuck yourself.
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: You're not gonna stop that.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Okay, And this is what they're looking out for their
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: best interest. That's what they're doing, just like every other
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: fucking country is basically doing, is survival. And that's my
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: point with Israel. They're looking out for what's gonna keep
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: us from being extinguished off this fucking planet, right, and
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: you know, whatever it takes, that's what the Jews. And
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: I'm getting back on this because you lost me on
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: all that shit. But what the Jews need is a
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Malcolm X of Jews. Oh boy, somebody look at Malcolm X.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: Was great. He didn't say hate, he didn't say go
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: after the white man. He said do what we have
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: to do. Why don't you do that? Why don't you
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: be the Malcolm X with the Jews? Maybe that's your
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: calling my vocabulary, that's you know what I mean? Cut
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: a little, a little. With Bonnie's help, I fired my
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: manager two weeks ago, and I had her write it
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: out for me because I knew I would have said
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: something fucked up her name, you know. And and another thing,
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: I go, hey, listen, you know seven years it's time
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: to move on, and I hope we still be friends.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: And he went definitely, not like, are you sure maybe
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: we could work this out. It's like when you fucking
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: leave a girl, she's like, okay, wait, whoa come on?
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: I added something to fight for me? So no, so yeah,
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: I would love to speak in colleges or or or
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: maybe that's night cool, that a cool give him. I
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: probably wouldn't be able to get to the auditorium.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: Trump said the wildish it about Gaza. We're gonna turn
- 1:15:42Speaker 3: into the Mediterranean, the Middle East. What we're gonna take it.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: But he keeps saying, and I don't follow. Uh, you know,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: if you don't release the hostages, just held to pay? Well,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: what what has hell? What has he done to help
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: release the hostages? I mean were now they're being attacked
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: by fucking Yemen to who you know, I mean what,
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I don't know. Release the fucking hostages and then maybe
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: things left. What is it seventy or I don't know
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: because they keep dropping it, you know, four hostages for
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: a thousand prisoners or whatever? You know, I mean what
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: they're doing whatever it's they're trade off how many prisoners
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: they got to give them for a hostage? And you
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: know these this would have never went on in this
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: we would not have put up I mean we did
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: with Carter with yeah hostages, Yeah, two hundred they were
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: there for what two years or.
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: They kept them there until Reagan was in office. Yeah,
- 1:16:49Speaker 3: and they kept them there until after the election.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: That was part of the deal. Yeah.
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: Part of the deal was you release these folks after
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: Reagan takes over so that Carter can't get credit for it.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure. Oh yeah, yeah that was written. That
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: was imagine you're.
- 1:17:04Speaker 3: A fucking you're in there and you're like Jesus Christ,
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: I got to be in here for four more months
- 1:17:08Speaker 3: so this guy gets credit.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: It's fucking crazy. Well did you hear? I didn't see it.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: I only read what these reporters and journalists what she
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: said on sixty minutes. Do you think the hostages didn't
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: feed you because they ran out of food? Oh?
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: That Hamas didn't feed the hostages?
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: Yeah, because Leslie Stall said that, and she really said
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: that in an interview. Look it up. She said that
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: to one of the hostages. Do you think they didn't?
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: And don't quote me, because this is what I read.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: I don't want to get sued by Leslie whoever, but
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: I think she said what I read. Do you think
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: the uh, the captures didn't feed you because they ran
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: out of food? That's a crazy thing to say. To
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: someone who was a hostage. Yeah, I mean, she's crazy
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: and fucking sixty minutes a journal How do you say
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: something like that to her?
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: That's a crazy thing to say. But they're bad. The
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: problem with these sixty minutes journalists is the same problem
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: with what they did with the Kamala Harris interview, where
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: they took a bumbling answer and edited it out and
- 1:18:08Speaker 3: put an answer so she gave to something else in
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: its place to make it look like she gave succinct,
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: clear cut answers. It's it's it's not really journalism. They're
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: not they're not doing journal That's not a question you
- 1:18:20Speaker 3: say to a hostage. You when you're talking to a hostage,
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: you want to find out what the experience was like
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: in as compassionate a way as you can to talk
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: to this person who's been through hell.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: You don't ask them. Do you ever think that maybe
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: they didn't feed you because they didn't have any food themselves.
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: Well, here you go, look at what their face looks
- 1:18:43Speaker 3: like and look at the sunken in faces of the
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: starving to death hostages, and well obviously they didn't.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: They didn't give them any food, So shut out. It's
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: you can't watch your news. You can't cause you're gonna
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: go it's not news anywhere. It's it's not clickbait, and it's.
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: A business and it's a shitty business. It's not good
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: at doing what it does, and it's all bought and
- 1:19:06Speaker 3: paid for by pharmaceutical drug ads and it's just not
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: the news. It's not You get some information that you
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: can learn, but it's not like the unbiased this is
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: what happened, this is what caused it, this is what's
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: being done now. It's not that it's like halfway. They're
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: they're kind of almost activists.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I had an argument or somebody close to me because
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: I go on Gutfeld. I try to go on once
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: a month, like I said, and she says, oh, oh,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: you're you're pro Trump. I go, I'm not pro anything
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: or anti anything. I go. I go on where else
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: is a comic gonna sit for an hour try to
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: be funny on TV? Yeah, on TV for an hour.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: It's not much left, there's not And it's definitely not
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: gonna be on the left because they're not gonna let
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: me say the things that I get away. Yeah, on
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: the Gutfelt Show, and it's a great show. I mean,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: it's if you say something funny, they laugh. It's to me,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: the closest to tough crowd to me, and not quite,
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: not quite, but it's I mean, it's fun and and
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: and it gets whatever views. And I said to this person,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: you work with the pharmaceutical companies for thirty years, and
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: you're gonna tell yeah, and you're gonna go on your
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: high horse about me doing a show that's gonna help
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: my career and build numbers. And well, it's not the same. No,
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: it's worse. It's worse. It's way worse.
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: It's pharmacoaceutical drug companies are responsible for who knows how
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: many deaths and injuries. Yeah, they do good too, Absolutely,
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: some pharmaceutical drugs are great. But you can't be on
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: your high horse you work for them. That's crazy. In
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: any other business, they'd be in jail. They would be
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: fucking jail. They lied about what your product does, and
- 1:20:59Speaker 3: it kills a bunch of people.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: You're in jail. Can we talk about one of the
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: reasons I'm here. I don't know if you remember this,
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: I hope you do. I had this torn rotator cuff
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: and you said, come down, Yeah, we're gonna get you
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: some stem cells. Now, what's the b the BPC? BBC
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: is that bed? Which is better? For the stem cells?
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: Are the BPC?
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: There's no one better. They're all very good. BPC one
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: five seven is It's called Body Protection Compound one. It's
- 1:21:31Speaker 3: a peptide that helps heal soft tissue damage. So the
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: stem cells.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: All these different things are good because I'm not getting
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: my shoulders operate on. It's like a six month it's
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: rough and it doesn't always work.
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: So what is exactly is wrong with your shoulder?
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: So this is a torn rotator cuff? Right? I have?
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: I even brought the disc X right? Oh great?
- 1:21:53Speaker 3: You did you do any exercises for it? You do
- 1:21:55Speaker 3: any rehabs for it?
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: Not yet? Because I was waiting to do this to
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: see where this took me, oh and how I would
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: go from there.
- 1:22:03Speaker 3: But exercises are always good. Like bands like bad work.
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: You do these kind of things where you like you
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: keep your you keep like a towel pressed to your
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: body so you're holding a place, and do these like
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: rotations with bands, like all those things are good just
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: to keep everything strong.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: Anyway, do you do any of that stuff? Not those yet?
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: I haven't got I try. I tried different. Hang from
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: a chin up bar. You never do this? No, for
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: a torn rotator.
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: Yeah, just to strengthen and to release the pressure in
- 1:22:30Speaker 3: your shoulders.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: Oh really, yeah, no, I could. Good.
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: It's good for shoulder health in general to hang from
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: a chin up bar. And if you can't hang, what
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: you do is like get on a box or something
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: that brings you to the height of the bar and
- 1:22:44Speaker 3: just hang a little just good, some weight on it
- 1:22:46Speaker 3: until you can hang fully.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: I mean, look, I could. I could still play golf.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: I could swing like this. That's good. So totally fucked. Okay,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: But when I went you to doctor, there's a lot
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: of things you can do, rehabilitation, things you can do
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: that'll help you. Here's here's the only thing. And I
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: could be wrong. You'll you'll know when they said, you know,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: rehab to build up the muscle. But I'm sixty seven.
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: How much more muscle am I building?
- 1:23:13Speaker 3: If you're one hundred and sixty seven you can build muscle.
- 1:23:15Speaker 3: That's that's a silly way to look at Oh really okay,
- 1:23:19Speaker 3: if you're alive, that means your body's recovering. So that
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: means your body's generating tissue. That means you can build muscle. Okay,
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: if you can go play golf, you can build muscle.
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: If you're eighty fucking years old and a woman, you
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: can build muscle.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: I mean I work out skill. I just certain exercises
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: I can do.
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: Yeah, just you need to do exercises that rehabilitate your shoulder.
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: You can't just expect it to get better on its own.
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: You're going to have to put it through some work
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: to strengthen the muscles around it.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: Well, I'm gonna after, like I said, after I do this.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: When you leave, when are you flying out Wednesday?
- 1:23:51Speaker 3: Okay, great, so we'll get you in tomorrow morning.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: No worse. Cool gets you in to waste well, and
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: we'll set it up. Did I bring the show too
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: with deed Holt when my map? I thought it wasn't
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: a good conversation. Yeah, it's good. It's a good map.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: You know, I got more stuff. I didn't want to listen.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: I put it out a bunch of stuff. I don't
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: want to go back and have my fucking dumb jew
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: friends going, hey, you didn't bring anything? Yes, was like
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: talking to them then then my wife don't say anything stupid,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: she goes, you know, be funny. That's what I was.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: I was pretty funny. I got to say listen, I'm
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: I'm a good interview you you know what, you know,
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: what are the best night? Your best? What a great
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: show would be? What me, Colin and Norton in here phenomenal?
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: That'd be phenomenal, just like a Tough Crowd.
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: You probably couldn't do it today unless you did it
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: on the internet, but you can still do it on
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: the internet, like Colin should really bring it back. I
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: know there's plenty of guys that could still do it,
- 1:24:59Speaker 3: like Norton will be fucking phenomenal at it.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: We just did Norton's podcast, Me, Colin and Norton whatever. Podcast.
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: He's got twelve of them him, and it was one
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: of the most funniest things. When it comes out, you'll
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: ever hear Us Stree together. It's like it's like.
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: You give me in the old groove again, you know, yeah,
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: because we're just.
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: Yeah, we're there to have fun.
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: And Tough Crowd and Opening Anthony were huge for comedy.
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: Huge because Opening Anthony, one of the things that they
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: did that was brilliant is they just let us just
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: go wild, just be ourselves. They didn't really try to
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: control it at all. You know, Anthony would jump in
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: with some funny ship, but the whole show was like,
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: bring on a bunch of comics, have him talk a
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: bunch of shit, give them, give them the reins.
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: We I mean I could. I was in there one day.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: Anthony was eating a piece of cake. I walked by
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: him and smacked it out of his hands. He laughed
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: as hard as anybody a plastic Because yeah, the times
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: we had in there, I was on there with Uh.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: Were you with me when they brought in Mary and Perry?
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Will you know you weren't there? You weren't there, Marion Barry,
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: Mary and Barry, the fucking mayor, the mayor of Washington,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: d C. The smoking crack. No, you were in there
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: with her?
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: Has him? We grabbed I thought you were in there.
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: Norton was in there for sure. He was next door
- 1:26:29Speaker 3: doing something and doing another interview, and he was in
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: the hallway, and I think Opie said, Marion.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: Barry's in the hallway right now. I'm like, let's go
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: get him. And we got him. We brought him in
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: and we started.
- 1:26:42Speaker 3: I started asking him about crack He's like, well, nobody
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: knows what was in that pipe.
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: Mike, Well, you know.
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: You know, you fucking know we were you smoking?
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: That wasn't crack. That's almost crazier, you know, Oh, really
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: you smoked tobacco out of the class pipe.
- 1:26:55Speaker 3: One of my favorites is when he was running for
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: re election, which he eventually won.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Jill uh.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: They asked these people, do you have a problem with
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: the fact that the mayor used to smoke crack? They
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: interviewed this guy on the streel, oh, and buy my
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: little crack every now and then. I was like, Oh,
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: this conversation's over.
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: This conversation's over. It's I remember the Times, and I
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: was in there one time. Pete Rose, Bobby Kelly, Ricky Gervais, right,
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: and fucking Pete Rose called me, He goes, you look
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: like some rat face soccer player. Whatever he said. It
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: was very funny. Whatever Pete Rosa was very fucking funny.
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: So I walk over to Bobby. Then I walked past Bobby,
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: and I walked past Pete Rose, and I sit down
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: and Pete Rose says, why are you out of breath?
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: I go because I had to walk around you two
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: fat fox right, But Andy's fot But you could anything
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: you wanted on that show and it didn't.
- 1:28:04Speaker 3: It Yeah, because I never went on it until it
- 1:28:07Speaker 3: went to XM. You know, I was never on it
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: when the we're on terrestrial radio. When they got they
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: got kicked off terrestrial radio, and then they got on XM.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: And when they were on.
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: XM, it was wild there. It was like the first time.
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: It's like there was Howard when Howard got on XM
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: or serious, I guess yeah, first before they merged and
- 1:28:25Speaker 3: then the Ona Show was on XM, Like this is
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: fucking crazy, this is crazy. This was like what this
- 1:28:32Speaker 3: is basically green room talk, green room talk for the
- 1:28:35Speaker 3: whole world.
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: Well, okay, so I brought Patricia into o NA. Did
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: you really? Yeah? I brought him in. Wow, he fucking
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: smashed me today. I walked him in because when we
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: went through the back, we went through this way down.
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: He goes, what do you think there's a good feltas
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: you walked me through the back, you couldn't take me
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: through the front doorway. So he became a fixture on
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: So one day we're in fucking o NA and I'm
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: driving this little Porsche Boxter. He's driving this big escalade
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: because you know, he's a fucking, you know, buffet molesterer
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: and he's in this. So he's saying he's trashing one
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: of my Rolexites, going you're a fucking selfish douchebag driving
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: a Porsche to me going, yeah, so you can't have people,
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: you know, And I'm not thinking, well, maybe if you
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: didn't eat fucking pound cake or whatever, you wouldn't need
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: a big ask. But he's beat me down bad, I
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: mean fucking killing me. I'm speechless, right speechless. He's fucking
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: just pounded me, and I walk out. It fuck. So
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: the next day or two days later, I go online
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: and he's trashing my car and I looked at the
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: price of my car new and the price of his car,
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: and I send it to him. I go, look, my
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: shitty car costs more than your car new. And he
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: calls me and goes, you're still thinking about this? He
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: goes really right now? Yes, I'm yeah, we would. I
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: would drive him home. One night I was driving him
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: back to Jersey City. I go, I hit the bathroom
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: when we were walking up to his house and he says, oh, man,
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: I don't have a manager aged and nothing's going on.
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: I go, I can't get work, I don't have an agent, nothing,
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: And we just both started cracking up and walking. It
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: was the funniest thing. We fucking I get. We were
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: we were reading for the head of a sitcom for ABC,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: me and patrist We were going to be the leads
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: of the sitcom. So we go into the head of
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: casting at Marcy Phillips and he doesn't want to be there,
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: and I can't act, so basically I'm not a good
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: and at the time. So he won't take his face
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: out of the fucking copy and I'm trying to read
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: with him the scene and he won't look at me,
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: and Marcy Phillips is yelling at me, go, what are
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: you doing? I go, this fucking guy won't connect with me.
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: How can I act with somebody? And I won't look
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: at me? And she goes, can you too, please leave?
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: We laughed all the way down the hallway. We laughed.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: We just got kicked out of an audition as the
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: leaves of sitcom and we just cracked up all the
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: way because it just to us was the funniest We'll
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: also being funny in the moment.
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: The idea of you getting a sitcom was so unlikely.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: It was always all so unlikely that when it failed,
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: like if you want an audition and it fucked up, like, eh, yeah,
- 1:31:51Speaker 3: it wasn't gonna happen anyway. You never thought this is going.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: To be it? Yeah? Never once, no, never, never, I
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: walked out of it. I walked out of an audition one.
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: I just got back from asking. I had a lot
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: of heat and aspen. But this is when my anxiety.
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: I haven't. I've had anxiety my whole life. Twenty one.
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: I was hospitalized for anxiety when I was trying, and
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: they didn't know what it was. They thought you were
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: just nuts and gave you thorsine and hal dall and
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: you shuffled around like a crazy man. This is so
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: explain to me what it feels like. What is this
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: anxiety like? Well, now, when I had it hospital, when
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: I had it bad, Well, I felt so disconnected that
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: even when I talked, it felt felt like an echo,
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: almost like I was outside of myself, Like if I
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: look in the mirror, I'm going who am I looking at?
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: It was just so disconnected. And you were twenty one, yeah,
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: twenty one, smoking pot and stuff. Oh, that's it. Well,
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: some of it was probably where am I going in life?
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: Am I doing? And you're getting and I'm getting.
- 1:32:57Speaker 3: You know, if you're freaking out and you get hot,
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: Yeah you do.
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: You have to be right now?
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: No, why do you because you said you have to
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: go to the bathroom. You're talking about your story? Then okay,
- 1:33:06Speaker 3: because I was like preparing to like cut it off
- 1:33:08Speaker 3: and let you go.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, this is the best day of
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: your life. I uh for the fucking map. The map
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: turned out great. It turned out of a little conversation
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: I got. Yeah, I had to talk and fucking listen,
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: I got It's Monday, Thursday. The Thursday ones are so
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: much better on Monday. So uh my anxiety? Wait, what
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: was what did it feel like? Or what? Yeah?
- 1:33:36Speaker 3: What was like when you say overwhelmed you to the
- 1:33:39Speaker 3: point you had to go to the hospital, which beating?
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: I was just I didn't know what was going on.
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: It turned into panic or whatever, like I was so
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: fucked up. My friends, you know, I was going I
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: was selling meat and seafood out of a car, out
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: of a truck some businesses back then. I went in
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: this therapist help me. I'll give you some free steaks
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: and seafood, and I was just out of my fucking mind,
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: and I get anxiety talking about it. It really gives
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: you a little answer. So my friends go, let's take
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: him to Florida. He needs a vacation. We drove to Florida.
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: I was here for a day. I said, I got
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: to get the fuck out of here. Take me home.
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: And we drove there and drove back. Then I checked
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: into the hospital the fifth floor basically for fucking cuckoos.
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: Cuckoos because they really didn't know what anxiety was back then.
- 1:34:34Speaker 3: Isn't that crazy because that's not that long ago in
- 1:34:36Speaker 3: human history?
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: Well, I mean it was forty something years.
- 1:34:39Speaker 3: Agouts just like, yeah, in the last forty years, how
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: much they've learned.
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: Well yeah, but also too, it's easier to say that
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: person's nuts. Give him thordine, thorsine how or whatever antipsychotic
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: drugs are. And I swear to god, you know my
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: day was and I would shuffle. I would shuffle around
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: the floor with this girl. We just I mean this
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: one girl, we shuffled you. My friends came up to
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: see me and I'm like, I can't see you today.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: We're going for a walk. You know, I was like
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: one fluid a cushion. I was fucking out in my mind.
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: So that could have been you for the rest of
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: your life. Oh Jesus, So I know, well, because I
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: did do ascid in my day and people sometimes do
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: that ship never come back, never come back. And I
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: saw that on dragonet So Starns.
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: Talked about that he did a big dose of acid
- 1:35:40Speaker 3: once and he was fucked up for a long time.
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: It'll fuck you up. There's a guy from Pink Floyd
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: that disappeared.
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: Oh, I hope it's fucking Roger Water. How dare you
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: out there out dare you? What's his name again? Shine
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: on you? Crazy crazy diamond? Oh you mean he did
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: ass And yeah, it's not just one person. There's been
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: a lot of people that had an acid trip. And
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: just Niver, my brother did when we were doing it.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: He was real young and he was having a bad
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: trip and I had a babysit him the whole day. Yeah,
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: it's fucking scary.
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: Yeah, that's it. David Gilmour, So written by David Gilmore.
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: But it's not it's about who was it about Sid Barrett?
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: That's right, Sid Barrett did acid went crazy, see right there.
- 1:36:29Speaker 3: Departed from the band in nineteen sixty after dealing with
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: the mental health problems and substance abuse. The story is
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: he never came back.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: It's crazy how that's the motion That drug is so uncontrollable.
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: Well, also like what's the dose of an effective dose?
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: Is a droplet on your tongue, which is crazy.
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: Well, we were doing blotterer or window pane four way
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: window pane making that.
- 1:36:53Speaker 3: They're not making in the same labs, or they're making
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: tiling all you know, they're making some fucking grat basement.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: Oh too much goes into that drag. So I got
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: out of the hospital and for years, I don't know
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: however long it took, it passed, life started getting better whatever, okay,
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: then and I would get anxiety. It would come and go,
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: but back then I didn't know what it was. It
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: turned into panic. And so then when I was forty,
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: I would watch my kids. After I got divorced, I
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: would have my kids every day. I would work nights
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: and I watched my I guess four and six year old.
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: My wife would either drop them off or I would
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: pick them up then drop them off. I would have
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: them in the days. My day was my kids. Whatever,
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: go to the park, do this, do that, Just watch
- 1:37:53Speaker 1: my kid. So then they went off to school full time,
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: you know, nursery, first grace. So now I'm at forty
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: years old, living in some fucking third floor apartment, divorce
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: from my first wife, bouncing off of fucking walls again,
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: I mean, fucking forty years old. No, just I'm going.
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: I got a quick comedy. I got to go into
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: the psycho word. I'm fucked up. This is fucked up.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: So I found this therapist who was also and I
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: was already sober. I found this therapist that was in recovery,
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: and he basically brought me back, you know, some medication
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: through his partner, who was a psychiatrist. He was a therapist. Great,
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: I could talk, I could say anything to him, whatever,
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: you know. And then it just got better. And then
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: I realized and worked knowing, whatever anxiety I feel, it'll pass,
- 1:39:07Speaker 1: nothing lasts forever, It'll pass. Like I had a little
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: anxiety for the last week thinking about this. I go,
- 1:39:14Speaker 1: you know a little bit, because and we're friends and
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: I've done podcasts and what Bonnie goes, shut up and
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: be funny, be whatever you know. A million things went
- 1:39:25Speaker 1: through my fucking head because I mean, shit, you've had
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: fucking Trump on Ela, you know what I mean? And
- 1:39:32Speaker 1: that's my low self esteem because of course I should
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: be doing everything in my mind. Do you see what
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: I'm saying? Does that make sense? But even when I
- 1:39:42Speaker 1: did Tough Crowd, I was on thirty times every episode
- 1:39:46Speaker 1: I had anxiety till it started. Every special or everything
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: I've ever done, anxiety for the first second I walk
- 1:39:54Speaker 1: out boom gone. All right, it's just well, that's because
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: you care. I mean you long.
- 1:40:00Speaker 3: Anxiety is just nerves. Yeah, whenever there's if you're doing
- 1:40:04Speaker 3: something that's difficult, there's something that's important to you, you're
- 1:40:07Speaker 3: gonna have nerves.
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: That's normal, it's healthy.
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: That's that shows you're challenging yourself, which is one of
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: the most important things you can do in life to
- 1:40:18Speaker 3: stay vibrant. Yeah, you have to challenge yourself.
- 1:40:21Speaker 1: When I did the Trump when we roasted Trump, Uh,
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: this was a Friar's roast, right it wasn't. It's when
- 1:40:30Speaker 1: they broke away from Comedy Central, right, they broke away.
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: So it's at Hilton in New York, two thousand people.
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: Anybody that meant anything in New York, from club owners, agents, managers, celebrities.
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: They were all there. So the first act goes up.
- 1:40:50Speaker 1: This guy Stewy Stone, old time catskill comedy. He kills
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: like no one has ever seen kill on a roast.
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: You Trump, fuck your casinos, fuck you fucking just fucking slaughtered. Right.
- 1:41:06Speaker 1: And I'm sitting on the dais. I'm sitting next to
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: Isa case OPI and Anthon are there, my father, his
- 1:41:13Speaker 1: wife Bonnie before I married her, and and he I go,
- 1:41:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna end my career. I go, I'm gonna end
- 1:41:22Speaker 1: my career here, Okay. Then Susie Esmond goes up, slaughters slaughters.
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: I guess Amarrose wrote her some funny jokes and she
- 1:41:34Speaker 1: and she's great at ROAs. And I was ready to
- 1:41:38Speaker 1: sneak off the fucking just leave. I go, it might
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: be better if I leave, then go up. Well, then
- 1:41:45Speaker 1: Bellser went up. So I took the wind of the
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: room and took a little you know. Yeah. So Read's
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: Filman was the host. It was three weeks. See after
- 1:42:00Speaker 1: Ronnie Dangerfield died three weeks they introduced me I go
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: big hand for Regis. Originally they asked Rodney to host
- 1:42:13Speaker 1: but he said he'd rather be dead right zero almost zero,
- 1:42:23Speaker 1: really right? But I got them back. I go, don't
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: fuck with me. I'll bring Belzer back. And then Al
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: Sharpton was sitting on the dais. I can't believe I
- 1:42:34Speaker 1: said this, but back then it was okay. He wasn't roasting,
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: but he was on the dais. And that's when he
- 1:42:40Speaker 1: was running for president. And I said, the only way
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: you'll get on the White House property is with a
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: lantern in your aunt. I'm so fuck him. I didn't care,
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: and then I got him back. Three of the jokes
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: that I said were the ones that were printed in
- 1:42:57Speaker 1: this in the newspapers, you know, the one I did,
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: I go Trump. The reason Trump puts his names on
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: his buildings is so the banks know which ones to
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: take back. And that was twenty years ago. But it
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: was the most terrifying moment, one next to doing death
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: sham as the first white guy was one of the
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: most terrifying moments in my I mean, I'm going, I'm
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: going to end my career. But death sham. You know,
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: death Sham was on for five years the number one
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: showing HBO. They go, okay, we're gonna use a white guy.
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: It's me right. So now I got white comics, you
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: better be funny. I have black white comics are saying
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: that to you. Yeah really yeah, yeah yeah, there was
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: which ones I want to twenty years ago, the white
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: comics that were doing black rooms baday, you know what
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: I mean? Then there was black comics. Man that I'm
- 1:43:52Speaker 1: doing it, and they're not, you know what I mean?
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: So their tapeing in New York every five nights, this
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: is funny, five nights filming in Harlem. It was it
- 1:44:05Speaker 1: could have been, I don't know. It was in New York,
- 1:44:07Speaker 1: five nights at some theater. And it was the year
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: I did it. The fifth year when they had a
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: different guest host every night, like Martin Lawrence wasn't doing
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: one night one show, Chris Rock Chappelle, Jamie Fox and
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: Steve What's his movie? Harvey was my host? You know,
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: so I'm going every night. I mean, I wait one night.
- 1:44:33Speaker 1: And it was just just so funny, like guy Guy
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: Torri would come out and do the warm up and
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: he would say, listen, this is not the Apollo. There's
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: no fucking booing here. This is HBO. We don't boo, right,
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: this is this is a whole other level that we
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: don't want to hear any boot. So this comic comes out.
- 1:44:55Speaker 1: He walks out and with a black audience, if you're
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: wearing the wrong sneaker, as you're in trouble. Believe me,
- 1:45:01Speaker 1: I used to do a lot of you know. He
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: comes out in like rebox. He's wearing an all gold suit,
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: and his first joke in New York is I just
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: want to say, I'm not from New York. I'm from Canada. Right.
- 1:45:15Speaker 1: Oh no, he's bombing so bad. And when a black
- 1:45:19Speaker 1: audience camboo you all you heard in the rumor was
- 1:45:24Speaker 1: mmm mmmmmmm mmm child. It was brutal. So I'm on
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: now there tape five nights, two shows a night. I'm
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: on the last night, second show, and i go second
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: to last. Now, all the comics that were still in town,
- 1:45:51Speaker 1: that were the celebrity hosts, all the We're at the
- 1:45:55Speaker 1: tape and I'm going this is one of the scariest
- 1:45:58Speaker 1: moments of my life. I mean, you know, no white
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: guy Steve Harvey brings me out. He goes, WHOA our
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: next act is something we haven't seen or special whatever,
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: And Russell made me wear his clothing. I got fat
- 1:46:14Speaker 1: farm on and these baggy pants, you know. And I
- 1:46:20Speaker 1: looked back on it because it was twenty five years
- 1:46:24Speaker 1: it would be different. I pandered a lot to something,
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: you know what I mean. I did grow up in
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: that neighborhood. But I'm out like this, you know, you know,
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: and it worked out luckily. But I look back and go,
- 1:46:40Speaker 1: I would never do that now from twenty five years ago,
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: the pandering and you know, you know, just just you know,
- 1:46:49Speaker 1: talking like I'm fucking from the hood and shit, you know.
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: And I had a good set. It worked out, but
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: it was the second scariest moment my career.
- 1:47:00Speaker 3: But listen to what you just said. Both scariest moments
- 1:47:03Speaker 3: of your career worked out great?
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: Yes, they always?
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: Yeah, So wouldn't that eventually build some confidence?
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: I have confidence? Okay? Sound Oh no, I'm just talking
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: a scary moments. Listen. You you always got to question
- 1:47:19Speaker 1: yourself in this business because you want to get better,
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: you want to and you just I don't know, I
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: questioned myself. I go, I have not again, not an ego.
- 1:47:36Speaker 1: I have a reputation to live up to of the
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: stuff I've done in this business. Right, so I come
- 1:47:43Speaker 1: out and people are going, look, Bobby, Bobby and Keith.
- 1:47:50Speaker 1: We're at the cellar. One night. I go, I got
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: a spot at the underground. They go, we're gonna come
- 1:47:57Speaker 1: over and watch you bomb. That sounds like Keith and Bobby, right,
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: So so nicky glazers on killing killing, not the cleanest,
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: but funny. I don't give a fuck what somebody. She's
- 1:48:13Speaker 1: funny and she was killing. So I went on and
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: my first two jokes I had, they killed, and I go,
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: see Bobby, see Keith. I can follow anybody right right. Well,
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: then I didn't know this. They went into the back
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: corners of the room and after every joke they would
- 1:48:38Speaker 1: go ah ah, and they had the whole audience turn
- 1:48:46Speaker 1: on me, going what's going on here? I would say
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: a joke that might have been a little edgier and
- 1:48:51Speaker 1: they would go oh, real loud, And so the whole
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: audience is going, what's this guy doing up there? They're
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: groaning here. One table goes, what's going on here? And
- 1:49:06Speaker 1: I'm fucking bombing now because he's two fucking jamokes are
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: in the back of the room going oh my god,
- 1:49:17Speaker 1: it's so fucking funny. Bobby and Keith, Well that was
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: the culture. The culture of comic goals was like constant
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: busting balls, constant busting balls. Somebody would go on stage
- 1:49:29Speaker 1: and we would all go downstairs and sit in like
- 1:49:32Speaker 1: the front row and one.
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: There's nothing worse you could do for a comic. And
- 1:49:39Speaker 3: your friends sitting in the front row and stair at you,
- 1:49:41Speaker 3: You're like, what are you doing?
- 1:49:42Speaker 1: Man? When Kevin Hart was leaving New York to go
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: to fucking La, he threw himself a little go away
- 1:49:49Speaker 1: fucking show at Boston Comedy you remember Boston. So he's
- 1:49:55Speaker 1: on stage, pontificating, doing whatever. And I don't know why,
- 1:49:59Speaker 1: but me, Keith and Patricia were in the back of
- 1:50:03Speaker 1: the room and it was like ten phone books back there,
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: and he's up and we started throwing phone books at him.
- 1:50:10Speaker 1: Phone books, Yeah, they were just in the club from
- 1:50:13Speaker 1: I guess they were delivered in our phone, all these
- 1:50:16Speaker 1: phone and we're throwing phone books at Kevin Hart. And
- 1:50:19Speaker 1: he says an interview, he goes, I knew I was
- 1:50:23Speaker 1: accepted when they were throwing phone books at me. I
- 1:50:26Speaker 1: knew I was part of the crew, you know, But
- 1:50:29Speaker 1: we were just heaving phone books at him, like fucking
- 1:50:33Speaker 1: three assholes in the back of the Woods room. I mean,
- 1:50:37Speaker 1: and we were just it was just fun. It was
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: probably the most fun I've had in comedy when we
- 1:50:47Speaker 1: would just stand out, Me, Patrice, Keith, and Norton till
- 1:50:54Speaker 1: three and four in the morning in front of the
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: Boston just trashing each other just to last. You can't
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: replicate that. It can't happen again. It was just so funny.
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: Keith is ah, he's fun if you see him around,
- 1:51:12Speaker 1: you know, or Norton or Bobby. But it was so
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: much fun.
- 1:51:15Speaker 3: I heard Keith is killing it now, even with his strokes.
- 1:51:20Speaker 1: His special. We were at the tape and the fact
- 1:51:22Speaker 1: that he didn't win an Emmy, it's it was so
- 1:51:27Speaker 1: fucking good. His special he painted a picture when he
- 1:51:32Speaker 1: was taught. You could see everything he was saying, him
- 1:51:36Speaker 1: in the hospital, him with a stroke, and it was
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: so good. We walked I walked out of there going, this
- 1:51:42Speaker 1: is the best thing I've ever seen. It was so good. Wow,
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: he was so good. You know, Uh, I don't know
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: why he didn't. I mean, it's who gives a fuck
- 1:51:52Speaker 1: about that? Who you're off? Everybody knows how good it was.
- 1:51:57Speaker 3: All those fucking awards a war shows for art to
- 1:52:00Speaker 3: some of the most ridiculous things.
- 1:52:01Speaker 1: Yeah, really, how many fucking albums? Oh, I don't even
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: want to say her name. But they don't know, they
- 1:52:08Speaker 1: don't know. It doesn't matter, You're right, it doesn't. It's
- 1:52:10Speaker 1: just an.
- 1:52:11Speaker 3: Industry way that they can celebrate each other. And then
- 1:52:14Speaker 3: they put on a show and the show generates money,
- 1:52:17Speaker 3: and they make a bunch of money from the show,
- 1:52:18Speaker 3: and then it becomes a thing they hold over your head.
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: Maybe you can win a Grammy, maybe you can win
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: an Emmy, Maybe you can win this. You got to
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: be a part of the club. Like, look what happened
- 1:52:26Speaker 3: to Chris. He wanted to be a part of that
- 1:52:28Speaker 3: group doing the Oscars and they gets smacked by Will Smith.
- 1:52:32Speaker 3: They don't arrest him, and then ten minutes later or
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: whatever it was, Will Smith's on stage is receiving the
- 1:52:37Speaker 3: Academy Award and they give them Standing Ovation though it's
- 1:52:40Speaker 3: fucking insanity. That just that is Hollywood. That shows you
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: what these people are to want. Their love and their
- 1:52:48Speaker 3: respect is pointless. They don't even know what they like.
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: They like whatever everybody tells them to like. They don't
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: understand what their support They don't they. It's just a
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: bunch of people wanting to be a part of the group.
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: That's the in group. Like, what do we have to
- 1:53:03Speaker 1: do to say? What do I have to agree with?
- 1:53:05Speaker 1: That's all it is years ago, And it's true. If
- 1:53:09Speaker 1: that was Chappelle, he wouldn't have smacked Chappelle because Chappelle
- 1:53:12Speaker 1: is a little cut, a little bigger. Wow, I don't know.
- 1:53:15Speaker 3: The whole thing was crazy. One move he does one move.
- 1:53:19Speaker 3: Now everybody remembers nothing but that forever. But what fuck
- 1:53:23Speaker 3: I am legend, fuck Ali all those different things he
- 1:53:26Speaker 3: did that were awesome. Nobody cares anymore. He's like, that's
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: the guy. That's Chris. Every day he's gonna wake up
- 1:53:31Speaker 3: in the morning and go, fuck that one thing. Fuck
- 1:53:35Speaker 3: if he hadn't done that, if.
- 1:53:36Speaker 1: He just ate it.
- 1:53:37Speaker 3: And by the way, not even bad jokes like that.
- 1:53:39Speaker 3: The g I Jane, like this is the most fucking
- 1:53:42Speaker 3: That was a powerful movie. It was a great movie. Yeah,
- 1:53:44Speaker 3: a strong woman, Like it's not even really an insult.
- 1:53:47Speaker 3: It's just silly to smack a guy like that, and
- 1:53:50Speaker 3: then that's your thing forever. People are gonna remember that. Yeah,
- 1:53:54Speaker 3: crazy crazy blunders, you know, and that probably comes.
- 1:53:59Speaker 1: From noting anxiety, by the way, that.
- 1:54:01Speaker 3: Comes from having too much confidence, too much, too much
- 1:54:06Speaker 3: of a belief in yourself, too much of a belief,
- 1:54:08Speaker 3: Oh yes, in your own importance, that you can interrupt
- 1:54:11Speaker 3: this entire enormous award show, the biggest award show in
- 1:54:15Speaker 3: the industry, that you're set up to receive a fucking
- 1:54:18Speaker 3: Academy award in about an hour or whatever it was.
- 1:54:21Speaker 3: You're you're gonna go up there and smack a guy
- 1:54:23Speaker 3: on TV. Why would you do that? Because he doesn't
- 1:54:26Speaker 3: have that anxiety, So your anxiety shields you from doing
- 1:54:30Speaker 3: something like that. Shit, the fear and the like. The
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: insecurity sometimes is good. Sometimes it's good for you, keep
- 1:54:38Speaker 3: you like. The lack of insecurity could be the worst thing.
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: If you're too cocky. Yeah, it's yeah, they say, be humble,
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: be humble, you know. And I thought Chris handled it
- 1:54:52Speaker 1: as well. See what's what can he do? What he
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: can do other than ye run off the stage, which
- 1:54:58Speaker 1: he probably should have just walked off after he got
- 1:55:01Speaker 1: smacked because he tried to keep going. Yeah, he's I
- 1:55:05Speaker 1: worked with him on both oscars he hosted, and he
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: is the nicest guy on the planet if you, I guess,
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: if you're what, I don't know. Just from working with him,
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: you know, he's a nice guy.
- 1:55:18Speaker 3: And also he's harmless, Like he can't smack a harmless person.
- 1:55:22Speaker 1: That's crazy. I'll tell you what. If that was Tony,
- 1:55:25Speaker 1: there would have been a fight. If that was Tony Rock,
- 1:55:28Speaker 1: there would have been a fighter.
- 1:55:29Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Tony, Yeah, Well Tony went off on on
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: stage like right afterwards about it. Yeah, Tony's a different dude.
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: But Chris, like, he's like almost if.
- 1:55:39Speaker 3: It was anybody but Chris, you know, I mean, you
- 1:55:41Speaker 3: can't do that to anybody else.
- 1:55:43Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 1:55:44Speaker 3: If he did to Kevin Hark, Kevin would crack him.
- 1:55:46Speaker 3: The whole thing's crazy. It was crazy. It didn't make
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: any sense. It's like the guy's in some sort of
- 1:55:52Speaker 3: a very bizarre relationship with his wife, and you know,
- 1:55:57Speaker 3: whatever internal conflicts they have just manifested itself in a
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: terrible decision that he made.
- 1:56:03Speaker 1: If he would have if he would have said that
- 1:56:06Speaker 1: about my wife, I would have smacked her and said, laugh, it's.
- 1:56:11Speaker 3: Funny, funny, come on, But you know, not being able
- 1:56:15Speaker 3: to take a joke is one of the worst qualities
- 1:56:18Speaker 3: that people can have. Well, Holly, do you not want
- 1:56:20Speaker 3: Do you take yourself so seriously when then when someone
- 1:56:22Speaker 3: says something funny you can't laugh as well, that's crazy.
- 1:56:26Speaker 3: You're missing out on laughs, you're missing out on you
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: want your own joy, like you should have joy about
- 1:56:34Speaker 3: someone making fun of you, and you're great at that.
- 1:56:36Speaker 1: You're great at that.
- 1:56:36Speaker 3: It's one of the best things about you on Ona
- 1:56:39Speaker 3: is that when they would crack on you, you would laugh.
- 1:56:42Speaker 1: It's so if they were good, jokes were funny, and
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: if I was at times lucky enough to come back
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: with something, then I would. If not, then I sucked it.
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: The last time I did Kill Tony a couple of
- 1:56:54Speaker 1: weeks ago, and I told her joke and Tony goes,
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: that's the oldest joke in history, and I go, yeah,
- 1:57:01Speaker 1: I wrote it, so shut the fuck up. But it
- 1:57:07Speaker 1: was going. It was a great episode because he fucked
- 1:57:12Speaker 1: with me and I took it.
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: Kill Tony is one of the only places left where
- 1:57:15Speaker 3: that kind of fucking with people is like openly encouraged.
- 1:57:19Speaker 3: That kind of fucking with people is, like I mean,
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: and Tony's the best roaster on the fucking planet. He's quick,
- 1:57:24Speaker 3: he's and he's like Norton. He's so quick you think
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: he just like Norton. He's so quick, you think he
- 1:57:30Speaker 3: wrote it in advance. Yeah, he hands off the cuff.
- 1:57:33Speaker 3: He does it all the time.
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: He does it in the green room, he does it
- 1:57:36Speaker 1: everywhere he goes. Well, but here's your thing too, he's
- 1:57:38Speaker 1: done that show for all ten years. Yes, he's built
- 1:57:41Speaker 1: that muscle in his head. Yeah boom, yep. Yeah, it's automatic.
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: That's going to come back.
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: When host a show like that too. You understand the
- 1:57:52Speaker 3: rhythm of the show, the beats of it.
- 1:57:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:57:55Speaker 3: And he's so good at letting other people shine, you know.
- 1:57:58Speaker 3: That's yeah, he's really good. Like he wants you to
- 1:58:01Speaker 3: do well. He wants it. He doesn't feel upstaged if
- 1:58:04Speaker 3: Shane comes on as Trump. Or when Kyle was doing
- 1:58:07Speaker 3: Kyle did RFK Junior and he also did Elon Musk.
- 1:58:11Speaker 1: And then Kyle done again.
- 1:58:13Speaker 3: Yes, yea, so fucking brilliant. That guy is fucking brilliant.
- 1:58:18Speaker 3: He's so funny. He is so fucking funny. And then
- 1:58:22Speaker 3: he had Adam Ray who did Doctor Phil was fucking amazing,
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: and Biden, it's crazy.
- 1:58:27Speaker 1: I did show so good. I did kill Tony twice
- 1:58:30Speaker 1: with Adam Ray and he's fun to be with one.
- 1:58:34Speaker 1: They love him, Yeah, they love him. But he laughs
- 1:58:38Speaker 1: and gives you your dude too, like I've done radio
- 1:58:41Speaker 1: with Travas. Travas is a big laugh. If you say
- 1:58:44Speaker 1: something funny, yes, he'll laugh and crack up, you know
- 1:58:48Speaker 1: what I mean. And you gotta have that even it's
- 1:58:52Speaker 1: just if it's funny, you know, they don't. They don't
- 1:58:55Speaker 1: get jealous or get mad and go I'm gonna outdo that.
- 1:58:58Speaker 1: They laugh and well, the ale to do suck. No one,
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: no one who does has any good. What's that?
- 1:59:03Speaker 3: No one who does that is any good? No one
- 1:59:04Speaker 3: was like, oh got I gotta do better than him.
- 1:59:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's stupid. You're missing out on the whole thing.
- 1:59:09Speaker 1: It's show. It's a show. It whatever.
- 1:59:14Speaker 3: Hey, I got a piss, let's come back. We'll go
- 1:59:16Speaker 3: right back.
- 1:59:16Speaker 1: So I heard you heard? Uh a stem cell. I
- 1:59:24Speaker 1: can't do stuff for a couple of weeks. You should
- 1:59:27Speaker 1: do things. Golf, Yeah, for sure with a stem cell. Yes,
- 1:59:31Speaker 1: of course, if it gets shot into me Wednesday, what's tomorrow? Tuesday?
- 1:59:37Speaker 1: I could play golf Thursday. Yes to be pc Yes,
- 1:59:41Speaker 1: oh really yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you just can't lift
- 1:59:44Speaker 1: heavy weights. Oh I'm not gonna lift heavy weights.
- 1:59:46Speaker 3: That's all it is. I don't tear it apart while
- 1:59:48Speaker 3: it's building back up. That's the WHO idea. Don't aggravate
- 1:59:51Speaker 3: it while. Does that hurt when you do that? No,
- 1:59:54Speaker 3: then don't worry about it? Not really fine?
- 1:59:56Speaker 1: No?
- 1:59:56Speaker 3: No, well you should be doing rehabilitation. You should have already.
- 1:59:59Speaker 3: I'm looking at your shoulders right now. They fall apart
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: on their own. You got to you gotta exercise. If
- 2:00:04Speaker 3: you're having injuries with your shoulders and the muscles around them,
- 2:00:07Speaker 3: and people are telling you to strengthen them, you should
- 2:00:09Speaker 3: listen to those people.
- 2:00:10Speaker 1: They're right. Well, no, I listen. I went to uh
- 2:00:14Speaker 1: physical therapy for my back and it's work. And what
- 2:00:17Speaker 1: I when you do it for your shoulder because I
- 2:00:19Speaker 1: was waiting to do this shit first. That would help,
- 2:00:22Speaker 1: all of it would help.
- 2:00:23Speaker 3: Oh, the more muscles you have around your shoulder, the
- 2:00:26Speaker 3: better it is.
- 2:00:27Speaker 1: It was only two or three weeks ago. We said,
- 2:00:29Speaker 1: go to physical theory. I go on. He wanted to
- 2:00:32Speaker 1: cut my shoulder and I said, I'm not cutting, and
- 2:00:33Speaker 1: I'm going to try the BPC in a stem cell, so.
- 2:00:37Speaker 3: You can definitely heal soft tissue injuries without surgery. The
- 2:00:40Speaker 3: real issue is when tendons are separated and they need
- 2:00:43Speaker 3: to be reput back in place and reconnected.
- 2:00:47Speaker 1: That's the real issue. Well, a lot of people tore
- 2:00:50Speaker 1: rotator cops. Oh yeah, tear rotator. Yeah, I had a
- 2:00:53Speaker 1: torn rotor. I think I did it. I was doing upright,
- 2:00:57Speaker 1: rowse within fifty pound kettlebells, and I think that was
- 2:01:01Speaker 1: too heavy or too much. She got a trainer, rich, huh,
- 2:01:05Speaker 1: got a trainer? I'm doing all right. I mean, I
- 2:01:09Speaker 1: know I don't work out, but honestly, you need some help.
- 2:01:13Speaker 1: Nothing wrong with a little bit of help. Look, do
- 2:01:19Speaker 1: you want to get better or not? Yes? Okay, you're
- 2:01:22Speaker 1: saying you get a trainer for my shoulder, or for my.
- 2:01:24Speaker 3: Shoulder, for everything, for all of it. So someone show
- 2:01:27Speaker 3: you how to do it right so you're not hurting yourself.
- 2:01:29Speaker 1: I think I'm doing triceps and biceps right. I know
- 2:01:34Speaker 1: I am. I'm doing right. Show me the guns. Well
- 2:01:37Speaker 1: they're not. Then, how do you think you're doing them right?
- 2:01:39Speaker 1: They're not bad. It's ridiculous. What's small? It's tiny, it's there,
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: I mean, can see it. It's hard, isn't My chest
- 2:01:49Speaker 1: is nice? You want me to do my cast? Do
- 2:01:51Speaker 1: you want to see my cast? Take my chest out? No, No,
- 2:01:55Speaker 1: there's no reason. My lats and traps are good. Look
- 2:02:01Speaker 1: for almost sixty eight, I think I look better than
- 2:02:05Speaker 1: most people I went to school with. That's good. I think.
- 2:02:09Speaker 1: I think. Look, I work out all the time, but
- 2:02:13Speaker 1: I maintain, Okay, I maintain. I'm not. I feel like
- 2:02:16Speaker 1: a therapist. I feel like I'm helping you through your life.
- 2:02:18Speaker 1: You are helping in here, you are help. I'm helping
- 2:02:21Speaker 1: to guide you.
- 2:02:22Speaker 3: No, get a fucking professional that knows how to work
- 2:02:25Speaker 3: out and build yourself back up to the point where
- 2:02:27Speaker 3: don't not having these kind of injuries. Yeah, and rehabilitate
- 2:02:31Speaker 3: it like correctly, Like when they tell you to do
- 2:02:33Speaker 3: physical therapy in your shoulder.
- 2:02:35Speaker 1: Fucking do it. I'm gonna do it. I want this.
- 2:02:37Speaker 1: If you waited three weeks or sixty eight, you only
- 2:02:39Speaker 1: have a few years left. Let's fix out. And what
- 2:02:42Speaker 1: the fuck?
- 2:02:42Speaker 3: I only have a few years, so well, do you
- 2:02:45Speaker 3: want a few years left in fucking working order?
- 2:02:51Speaker 1: Fucking listen Bonnie, I mean, god, you should listen to Bonnie. Yeah, right,
- 2:02:58Speaker 1: I'm good enough. Fucking Do you think I'm never gonna
- 2:03:05Speaker 1: get my arms bigger than that? That's ridiculous. Of course
- 2:03:07Speaker 1: you could at sixty eight.
- 2:03:12Speaker 3: The reason why your arms exist at all is because
- 2:03:15Speaker 3: your tissue is regenerating. Your tissue is your your healing,
- 2:03:18Speaker 3: and you're getting better.
- 2:03:21Speaker 1: Get stronger.
- 2:03:24Speaker 3: No if hands or butts about it, you get stronger.
- 2:03:28Speaker 1: I have knife latches. You could be eighty seven.
- 2:03:31Speaker 3: Yeah, still get stronger. As long as you're alive, you
- 2:03:34Speaker 3: can get stronger because if your heart beats, if your
- 2:03:37Speaker 3: hormones work, if you can move around, that means your
- 2:03:41Speaker 3: body can repair itself.
- 2:03:42Speaker 1: Well, I I won't do uh what is it that
- 2:03:47Speaker 1: gets you hard? Uh? Viol no, no harm? Uh no?
- 2:03:53Speaker 1: Not the drug that makes you Yeah, tustocha own what's
- 2:04:00Speaker 1: it called. You won't do that well, because it's it
- 2:04:06Speaker 1: makes it it leads to prostate cancer. No, it doesn't.
- 2:04:09Speaker 1: That's what my doctor. Doctor's wrong. He died. It's incorrectly
- 2:04:13Speaker 1: your doctor's and idiots. He died two years he got
- 2:04:15Speaker 1: that idiot, he died to you. No, he doesn't know.
- 2:04:17Speaker 3: He doesn't know the real studies, Like there's a guy
- 2:04:19Speaker 3: named Brigham Buller who runs wasyte to well, who could
- 2:04:22Speaker 3: explain the flaws in that study that showed that it
- 2:04:25Speaker 3: gave people prostate cancer. Look, people get prostate cancer. Testosterone
- 2:04:30Speaker 3: is not giving you prostate cancer. But it's like across
- 2:04:32Speaker 3: the board, the same percentage of people that take testosterone
- 2:04:36Speaker 3: or don't take testosterone get prostate cancer. There's probably a
- 2:04:40Speaker 3: ton of variables. A lot of it has to do
- 2:04:42Speaker 3: with diet. A lot of cancer has to do it.
- 2:04:45Speaker 1: Diet.
- 2:04:45Speaker 3: Fuel of cancer is sugar. Do you eat a lot
- 2:04:48Speaker 3: of sugar?
- 2:04:49Speaker 1: I stopped for a year. I'm back, I'm gonna get
- 2:04:51Speaker 1: back on I pretty fucking good for the last month
- 2:04:56Speaker 1: and a half. I haven't for the last for a year.
- 2:05:00Speaker 3: Yeah, there's environmental factors, it's genetic factors, a lot of
- 2:05:04Speaker 3: different things. But you know, if you want to take
- 2:05:06Speaker 3: care of yourself testosterone, it will actually make your body
- 2:05:09Speaker 3: heal better. You'll feel better, you'll have more energy, your
- 2:05:12Speaker 3: immune system will function better, everything will work better. You
- 2:05:15Speaker 3: should have your hormones balanced like this is. We live
- 2:05:18Speaker 3: in a time where you can get a full blood
- 2:05:20Speaker 3: panel and find out where your nutrient levels are, and
- 2:05:23Speaker 3: if you do it with a good doctor, what they'll
- 2:05:25Speaker 3: do is they'll adjust your diet and your nutrients first
- 2:05:29Speaker 3: and then see, like in a couple months, what your
- 2:05:31Speaker 3: levels are then, and then find out how much are
- 2:05:33Speaker 3: you sleeping?
- 2:05:34Speaker 1: Are you sleeping right?
- 2:05:34Speaker 3: Yeah, well there's a problem there because then your body's
- 2:05:37Speaker 3: not recovering. So you've got to figure out a way
- 2:05:40Speaker 3: to adjust something in your life to make you sleep better.
- 2:05:44Speaker 3: And then after that, once they get everything all worked
- 2:05:47Speaker 3: into its optimum rate, you're doing all the right things
- 2:05:50Speaker 3: to go. What are your levels now? Okay, we'll add
- 2:05:53Speaker 3: a little add a little bit of testosterone peptides that
- 2:05:56Speaker 3: will increase your body's ability to promote growth hormone. There's
- 2:05:59Speaker 3: stuff like somemoral in it makes your body produce more
- 2:06:02Speaker 3: growth hormone, so like your body repairs itself better like
- 2:06:05Speaker 3: when you're younger. So there's all rigorous science behind all
- 2:06:08Speaker 3: this stuff. It's all this many I'll get bring him
- 2:06:11Speaker 3: to explain it to you. He'll do a much better
- 2:06:13Speaker 3: job than Tomorrow's the guy who owns waist. Well, yeah,
- 2:06:16Speaker 3: he's been on the podcast, he's testified in front of.
- 2:06:18Speaker 1: Congress, and I'll bring the disc bring the maps too.
- 2:06:22Speaker 1: He'll love the maps. Let me tell you something about
- 2:06:24Speaker 1: these maps. I printed this ship out.
- 2:06:27Speaker 3: I see it looks like you needs ache.
- 2:06:32Speaker 1: Pretty dull, listen to fix your eyes. Let me work
- 2:06:36Speaker 1: pretty good. You want to see some other statistics, I
- 2:06:39Speaker 1: go all right, I don't want to get please don't.
- 2:06:43Speaker 3: Do you see those girls land today the Blue Origin.
- 2:06:45Speaker 3: They shot that metal dick up into space. People were mad.
- 2:06:49Speaker 3: They wouldn't let the ladies drive. Katy Perry, Laurence Sanchez,
- 2:06:53Speaker 3: Jeff Bezos' wife, if if that thing blew up, and
- 2:06:57Speaker 3: if just Jeff Bezos' wife.
- 2:07:00Speaker 1: Up with Twitter thinks that the capsule is too clean.
- 2:07:03Speaker 1: They don't think it was real.
- 2:07:04Speaker 3: Obviously, of course Twitter, Twitter doesn't think space is real.
- 2:07:08Speaker 3: There's a whole community out there hashtag space is fake. Yeah,
- 2:07:13Speaker 3: oh yeah, there's really retarded people who think the Earth
- 2:07:15Speaker 3: is flat and that there's a firmament.
- 2:07:19Speaker 1: They think birds aren't real.
- 2:07:21Speaker 3: Did they land?
- 2:07:22Speaker 1: Is it over? They did it? Hey?
- 2:07:25Speaker 3: Why do they land in the ocean in the desert
- 2:07:28Speaker 3: the pa They land with parachutes.
- 2:07:30Speaker 1: So the thing lands with a parachute.
- 2:07:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, let me see. I want to see the video.
- 2:07:35Speaker 3: Oh that's them in the middle of the desert. Wow,
- 2:07:38Speaker 3: it's got it looks different than that.
- 2:07:40Speaker 1: That has to be crazy. Would you do that, rich?
- 2:07:43Speaker 1: Would you go to space? Probably not. I think you'd
- 2:07:48Speaker 1: get anxiety if you. I don't even like Ferris Wheels.
- 2:07:53Speaker 3: Well, those two things are very different, is that it?
- 2:07:57Speaker 1: You know what? Let's see the landing? Oh, people get stuff?
- 2:08:04Speaker 1: How how long did they go?
- 2:08:06Speaker 3: Very soft soft landing? Look at this here it is
- 2:08:09Speaker 3: imagine from space and the only thing we got to
- 2:08:12Speaker 3: land you is a parachute, like one of the oldest technologies.
- 2:08:17Speaker 1: Wow. You can hear them in there, the little screaming.
- 2:08:23Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:08:24Speaker 1: How long? How long were they up there?
- 2:08:26Speaker 3: I don't know. Isn't it funny that they screamed? Do
- 2:08:30Speaker 3: you think the men would scream like that? Would you
- 2:08:33Speaker 3: and I scream like that if we landed.
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: Well, I don't know about you, but I know me.
- 2:08:36Speaker 3: Look at that one now, look at it, go back
- 2:08:38Speaker 3: the one below it.
- 2:08:44Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I'll never do is clap when
- 2:08:46Speaker 1: a pilot land.
- 2:08:48Speaker 3: You don't do that.
- 2:08:48Speaker 1: That's just fucking job.
- 2:08:51Speaker 3: That's true. What if it's a female pilot, You're like.
- 2:08:52Speaker 1: Whew, I wouldn't have got on the plane. No.
- 2:08:58Speaker 3: Actually, there's a bunch of them in a row where
- 2:09:01Speaker 3: old Jesus Christ the Delta one in Canada where it
- 2:09:05Speaker 3: flipped upside down. Yeah, can you lady just started landing
- 2:09:08Speaker 3: planes recently, Like, yeah, take that one out on the
- 2:09:10Speaker 3: icy runway.
- 2:09:11Speaker 1: Here's thirty thousand. No, I'll wait for the loss.
- 2:09:13Speaker 3: Blue Origin declined to say how much the flight cost
- 2:09:16Speaker 3: or who paid for it. Trip came two months before
- 2:09:19Speaker 3: Sanchez and Beajos to marry invent Oh they're gonna marry
- 2:09:22Speaker 3: in Venice in two months.
- 2:09:23Speaker 1: Oh they haven't married yet.
- 2:09:24Speaker 3: Okay, I thought they were married. That's hilarious. They're gonna
- 2:09:28Speaker 3: do it in Venice. Oh, how beautiful and romantic.
- 2:09:32Speaker 1: Wow. Yeah. Quit.
- 2:09:33Speaker 3: You can't tell people how much it costs because then
- 2:09:35Speaker 3: there's gonna be retards like that money could have housed
- 2:09:39Speaker 3: so many house lists, so many unhoused, could have benefited
- 2:09:45Speaker 3: how many poor people. There's like these fucking retards, Like
- 2:09:48Speaker 3: if Elon Musk gave a million dollars to everyone on Earth,
- 2:09:52Speaker 3: you'd have money left over. There's all these mathematicians out
- 2:09:55Speaker 3: there that fucking constantly want to comment on other people's money.
- 2:10:00Speaker 1: How convenient, And those people would fuck up that money too.
- 2:10:04Speaker 3: You know, it's all the rich people or the problem.
- 2:10:08Speaker 1: I'm witch, but I'm not as rich as the richest people.
- 2:10:10Speaker 1: So everybody richer than me is a problem. A fucking
- 2:10:13Speaker 1: house checks all these people, all these fucking people. That's
- 2:10:17Speaker 1: my own free homes.
- 2:10:18Speaker 5: But I'm about the United States talking and well, there
- 2:10:20Speaker 5: are worth millions and billions as dollars. But everyone richer
- 2:10:23Speaker 5: than me is the problem. It's a rich rich rich people,
- 2:10:27Speaker 5: not the regular regular rich.
- 2:10:29Speaker 3: Oh that tour, there's so many wondering. Yeah, tax the rich.
- 2:10:34Speaker 3: Remember shared that fucking.
- 2:10:36Speaker 1: Dress you wore. Tax the rich? How about? Fuck off?
- 2:10:39Speaker 1: What are you gonna do with the taxes? That's the problem.
- 2:10:41Speaker 3: When when doge is uncovering two hundred and fifty million dollars,
- 2:10:44Speaker 3: they would spent on animal transgender studies where you're fucking
- 2:10:48Speaker 3: chopping the dicks of mice and turning them into pussies.
- 2:10:52Speaker 1: Fuck off, Fuck off with your tax the rich.
- 2:10:54Speaker 3: How about you fixed the world without taxing the ship
- 2:10:58Speaker 3: out everybody.
- 2:10:59Speaker 1: How about there's other ways. I can't even tell you
- 2:11:03Speaker 1: what I sent the other day to the Iris. It's
- 2:11:06Speaker 1: just fucking and I'm you know, just a regular fucking
- 2:11:10Speaker 1: you know, so much money, I'm like they were complaining
- 2:11:13Speaker 1: about Elon. Elon doesn't pay taxes.
- 2:11:15Speaker 3: Elon paid more taxes last year than any human being
- 2:11:21Speaker 3: that has ever walked the face of this nation.
- 2:11:25Speaker 1: That's a fact. So shut the fuck up.
- 2:11:28Speaker 3: It's like there's never it's never enough, and people that
- 2:11:31Speaker 3: don't have always look at people that do have, like you,
- 2:11:34Speaker 3: well you could do that.
- 2:11:36Speaker 1: Money, Well you could do with your money. You fuck
- 2:11:38Speaker 1: had one one percent in the world. You know what
- 2:11:41Speaker 1: it is.
- 2:11:41Speaker 3: If you're a one percenter in the world, you know
- 2:11:44Speaker 3: what it is. Thirty four thousand dollars a year. No, yes,
- 2:11:47Speaker 3: if you make four thousand American dollars a year, you
- 2:11:51Speaker 3: were in the top one percent of planet Earth.
- 2:11:55Speaker 1: Get the fuck out the fact because you're comparing it
- 2:11:57Speaker 1: to the rest of the world. Yeah, the y yeah,
- 2:12:01Speaker 1: the whole of course, most people are dirt poor, most people.
- 2:12:05Speaker 3: So all this bullshit about where you could do that money,
- 2:12:09Speaker 3: when you're saying that from your fucking Manhattan apartment where
- 2:12:12Speaker 3: you're ubering all over the place and getting fucking takeout,
- 2:12:15Speaker 3: shut your mouth.
- 2:12:16Speaker 1: Listen. When I was in Cabo working there, it was amazing.
- 2:12:21Speaker 1: You drive to the airport, people are living in fucking shacks,
- 2:12:24Speaker 1: are this and that it's it's horrible. It's horrible, but
- 2:12:30Speaker 1: look it's this sounds narcissistic. I came from a major,
- 2:12:38Speaker 1: major drug addict, and I turned my life around. It's all,
- 2:12:43Speaker 1: you gotta find a way to do what you can
- 2:12:46Speaker 1: for yourself. I don't give a fuck where you are.
- 2:12:49Speaker 1: I grew up with dudes from heroin addicts to people
- 2:12:55Speaker 1: with five kids at fucking twenty two or whatever, and
- 2:12:59Speaker 1: I'll a lot of people made it out of there
- 2:13:01Speaker 1: and found a way to be successful.
- 2:13:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you could look at it that way, but the
- 2:13:05Speaker 3: point is like looking at people that are uber successful
- 2:13:09Speaker 3: and telling them what they should do with their money
- 2:13:11Speaker 3: is just the dumbest shit. And that's why I don't
- 2:13:13Speaker 3: want to give out how much money it costs to
- 2:13:15Speaker 3: fly this rocket ship in a space. Of course, it's
- 2:13:18Speaker 3: frivolous and gratuitous. Of course, it's a publicity stunt. They
- 2:13:22Speaker 3: had a bunch of hot ladies. They flew them off
- 2:13:24Speaker 3: into space and then they landed. Yay, now you've been
- 2:13:27Speaker 3: in to space. But basically you're in space for like
- 2:13:29Speaker 3: ten minutes.
- 2:13:30Speaker 1: That's what the fight was.
- 2:13:31Speaker 3: It probably costs a billion dollars to fly people in
- 2:13:34Speaker 3: the space for ten minutes.
- 2:13:35Speaker 1: Wow, dude, how many fucking clubs you could have bought me?
- 2:13:40Speaker 1: How many golf clubs? Clubs? That's your thing, right, You're
- 2:13:43Speaker 1: just a fucking inveterate golfer. Right, I love golf.
- 2:13:46Speaker 3: Yeah, and Jamie, Jamie should show you a setup back there. Yeah,
- 2:13:50Speaker 3: he's got a driving computer with a big screen I have.
- 2:13:54Speaker 1: I was hitting in in this morning into the screen.
- 2:13:57Speaker 1: I you bring a screen with you? Just went at
- 2:14:00Speaker 1: the hotel? Really? Yeah? Oh that's amazing. Yeah to Thompson,
- 2:14:03Speaker 1: I went down worked out twice. No, I'm not staying there.
- 2:14:07Speaker 1: I went walked over there. Oh and you used to
- 2:14:10Speaker 1: screen really? Yeah? No shit, I bought my clubs. Yeah.
- 2:14:15Speaker 1: And plus this isn't live. You and Jamie should fucking
- 2:14:19Speaker 1: have a little driving contest. I think James. I played
- 2:14:22Speaker 1: with him and Tony before we played together. Yeah, years ago,
- 2:14:25Speaker 1: two years ago? Oh with me? You and Tony? Right?
- 2:14:28Speaker 3: Ye oh you won?
- 2:14:31Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:14:32Speaker 3: How good do you played?
- 2:14:33Speaker 1: How good is you?
- 2:14:33Speaker 6: Jamie?
- 2:14:34Speaker 1: I don't recall. I mean I'm not good either, so
- 2:14:36Speaker 1: it probably I shoot anywhere from eighty two to I
- 2:14:40Speaker 1: want to break a club. I don't know what any
- 2:14:42Speaker 1: of those numbers. Eighty two is pretty good. Sometimes I've
- 2:14:45Speaker 1: shot in the seventies, So how is it pretty good? Yeah?
- 2:14:47Speaker 1: Very good, pretty good? I shot I played.
- 2:14:51Speaker 3: Yeah, when I was a kid, the guys who golfed
- 2:14:53Speaker 3: all the time were the guys who weren't paying as
- 2:14:55Speaker 3: much attention to their career. I remember thinking, like a
- 2:14:58Speaker 3: lot of these guys are kind of staggering because they're
- 2:15:00Speaker 3: golfing all day. Yeah, they were going in Boston.
- 2:15:03Speaker 1: Those guys were.
- 2:15:04Speaker 3: Golf all fucking day long. Get hammered that you grew
- 2:15:06Speaker 3: up with no guys that I started out with. The
- 2:15:10Speaker 3: golfers all wound up spending so much time playing golf.
- 2:15:15Speaker 3: I thought it was like, wow, that's a big distraction.
- 2:15:18Speaker 3: You should have some activities, but golf is like it,
- 2:15:21Speaker 3: how many hours?
- 2:15:22Speaker 1: Four and a half hours. That's a lot of hours.
- 2:15:25Speaker 1: But also too, it makes you disconnect from all the
- 2:15:29Speaker 1: bullshit that's going on in life. You know, you don't
- 2:15:32Speaker 1: have to deal with whatever. You know, do golf of
- 2:15:36Speaker 1: comics too, so you get some comedy. Yeah, I think
- 2:15:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna golf if I can. After I get to
- 2:15:42Speaker 1: Shots Thursday with Aaron Berg. I think I went to golf. Yeah,
- 2:15:46Speaker 1: definitely a Can you golf on Thursday? For sure? It's uh.
- 2:15:49Speaker 3: Golfing is not going to suck it up.
- 2:15:51Speaker 1: It'll be sore for a day or two.
- 2:15:52Speaker 3: After you get the injections, you'll be fine.
- 2:15:54Speaker 1: Uh. We gotta clean you up, Bridge Foss, clean up
- 2:15:57Speaker 1: your life. Thank you. We're gonna do it. You check
- 2:16:01Speaker 1: in with me. I'll tell you what to do. Look,
- 2:16:05Speaker 1: I'll show you my chest. Don't do it. I'll show
- 2:16:09Speaker 1: you a picture. I don't care. So you're saying from
- 2:16:12Speaker 1: here on, you're not saying.
- 2:16:15Speaker 3: But what are you gonna You're gonna impress me with
- 2:16:17Speaker 3: your chest?
- 2:16:18Speaker 1: That's crazy. Well, you say I got small arms? I
- 2:16:21Speaker 1: gotta say.
- 2:16:22Speaker 3: You're telling me I never they're good. Your tricips and
- 2:16:27Speaker 3: your biceps are good. That's crazy.
- 2:16:29Speaker 1: Listen, let me explain something to you. Okay, fucking waffle neck?
- 2:16:37Speaker 1: Is that bad? No? I call my kids at call
- 2:16:41Speaker 1: them kicking head. Okay, you're right, they're not big, but
- 2:16:48Speaker 1: they're hard and you're not flabby. Yeah, okay, I'm not.
- 2:16:53Speaker 3: I'm not some flabby Congratulations. What the fuck do you
- 2:16:57Speaker 3: want credit for being?
- 2:16:58Speaker 1: Okay? Yeah, that's crazy.
- 2:17:01Speaker 3: Whatever happened to mister pull yourself out by your bootstraps,
- 2:17:03Speaker 3: get your shit together. What about all that talk that's hey,
- 2:17:07Speaker 3: barely doing anything? You're like, you're okay.
- 2:17:10Speaker 1: I work out six days a week. I lift, do you? Yes?
- 2:17:14Speaker 1: I have a nice gym in my basement.
- 2:17:16Speaker 3: Do you think if I worked out with you? I'd
- 2:17:18Speaker 3: be impressed with the effort that you put?
- 2:17:19Speaker 1: Not in the least I can do. I do five
- 2:17:26Speaker 1: hundred crunches. That's amazing. I do zero. I don't do
- 2:17:30Speaker 1: any crunches. What do you do? Yeah?
- 2:17:32Speaker 3: I do a lot of different stuff.
- 2:17:34Speaker 1: Yes, do you do planks? No?
- 2:17:37Speaker 3: I think planks are nonsense.
- 2:17:39Speaker 1: They're uncomfortable, it's hard to do.
- 2:17:41Speaker 3: Don't get me wrong, But I think in terms of
- 2:17:43Speaker 3: an exercise for your core, it's kind of nonsense. I
- 2:17:46Speaker 3: think you should do things. First of all, you should
- 2:17:49Speaker 3: almost always do things that have a range of motion,
- 2:17:52Speaker 3: like when you're I like to do things that make
- 2:17:55Speaker 3: my body work as a unit.
- 2:17:57Speaker 1: So all the ab exercises that I do.
- 2:17:59Speaker 3: I do a lot of different things for abs.
- 2:18:01Speaker 1: I do reverse squats. You know what those are.
- 2:18:04Speaker 3: You put your ankles, strap your ankles to a cable machine,
- 2:18:08Speaker 3: you lay on your back, and you pull towards you.
- 2:18:11Speaker 1: Oh, I know those. Well, I got one of those
- 2:18:13Speaker 1: machines where I put my knees in it and I
- 2:18:18Speaker 1: pull up to get the bottom.
- 2:18:20Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, that's good those saying, sure, those are good.
- 2:18:23Speaker 3: Anything where you work your whole core, and then you
- 2:18:26Speaker 3: got to also do the opposite side back extensions.
- 2:18:28Speaker 1: You I do it on that thing I show you. Yeah,
- 2:18:33Speaker 1: I'll do back. Uh because and I got to lose
- 2:18:37Speaker 1: another ten pounds again. I gained it back, but it
- 2:18:40Speaker 1: comes and go uh. And because I have lower disc
- 2:18:46Speaker 1: problems and you know I'm going to uh sciatica. So
- 2:18:49Speaker 1: whenever I lose weight, I'm in much better shait. Yeah.
- 2:18:52Speaker 3: I could tell by when we got on that stretching machine.
- 2:18:55Speaker 1: The decks.
- 2:18:57Speaker 3: Your body doesn't go all the way down, It's right.
- 2:19:00Speaker 3: Your lower back is very tight.
- 2:19:01Speaker 1: Oh, I'll go in there right now and go all
- 2:19:03Speaker 1: the way down. I was just doing it.
- 2:19:05Speaker 3: Just no, I'm saying this tension. Yeah, you see how
- 2:19:08Speaker 3: my body hinges. Yeah, my body just hinges. It just
- 2:19:10Speaker 3: goes down there. There's no tension yours just like you
- 2:19:13Speaker 3: stop like right there. You probably could go all the
- 2:19:15Speaker 3: way down, but your body doesn't want to the point
- 2:19:17Speaker 3: is this tension in your lower back?
- 2:19:19Speaker 1: Well, I've never used that machine too. It was my
- 2:19:21Speaker 1: first time.
- 2:19:22Speaker 3: Excuses, do you stretch?
- 2:19:25Speaker 1: No? On stage, if they needed to do extra twenty,
- 2:19:29Speaker 1: they got to stretch. I've done it two hours if
- 2:19:33Speaker 1: dlugli and I'm middling and he's coming four hours late.
- 2:19:36Speaker 1: Because back in the day, I was working the Carolines
- 2:19:39Speaker 1: and I was opening for deal and you know, I'm
- 2:19:43Speaker 1: doing all my good stuff up front. Oh no, and
- 2:19:46Speaker 1: then they stretch and they go stretched. I'm going, what
- 2:19:49Speaker 1: am I gonna do? Now? He wasn't there yet. No.
- 2:19:51Speaker 1: It was the worst feeling in the world walking in
- 2:19:54Speaker 1: with it. Did all your best material and they tell
- 2:19:56Speaker 1: you to stretch, like, I don't have it. You're just
- 2:19:58Speaker 1: scouring your brain, scout in your brain. But luckily for you,
- 2:20:01Speaker 1: you could work the crowd. Yeah, so I now what
- 2:20:05Speaker 1: was the question? Am I doing? Do I stretch? Yeah? Yeah?
- 2:20:09Speaker 1: I do? For my back? I have this Actually I
- 2:20:13Speaker 1: lie you down, yeah, and I pulled this back like that.
- 2:20:17Speaker 1: That's good for my lower back. Know what that is?
- 2:20:20Speaker 1: Do I know what it is? You know what I'm
- 2:20:21Speaker 1: talking about? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, I know what you're doing
- 2:20:25Speaker 1: crossing your legs and leaning forward. Yeah, and I pull
- 2:20:27Speaker 1: it back right. And then when I'm doing sit up crunches,
- 2:20:31Speaker 1: I'll do it either on that machine or I'll pull
- 2:20:34Speaker 1: my legs this way too. Get my low work you
- 2:20:39Speaker 1: move like, oh my god. First of all, I know
- 2:20:42Speaker 1: the crew you have come in here. A lot of them.
- 2:20:44Speaker 1: None of them work out it all. A lot of
- 2:20:47Speaker 1: them do. Who doesn't work out at all? Name one?
- 2:20:49Speaker 1: Uh No, I don't want to name again. Uh uh
- 2:20:55Speaker 1: a doesn't work all? Okay? Just on Norman And I
- 2:21:01Speaker 1: don't know if Norman works. Mark Norman definitely works out.
- 2:21:04Speaker 1: He runs from audiences. He loves you know what I
- 2:21:11Speaker 1: like talking to Mark. He loves comedy and he knows
- 2:21:15Speaker 1: the history of it. But he knows the history of
- 2:21:18Speaker 1: it like he like, you'll talk to comics now and
- 2:21:21Speaker 1: go oh Steve Landisburg was funny. Just who is that?
- 2:21:25Speaker 1: Look at him? Come on, man, of course he's he's ripped.
- 2:21:29Speaker 1: I don't like to dare you that. Now you feel
- 2:21:31Speaker 1: bad now I've heard you believe it hurts me. And
- 2:21:37Speaker 1: he looks looks a male model. But Jamie, he's not
- 2:21:41Speaker 1: holding up a newspaper. We don't know when that was shot.
- 2:21:44Speaker 3: Who cares when it was shot? You never looked like
- 2:21:46Speaker 3: that again. Yeah, what are you gonna do?
- 2:21:48Speaker 1: You take your clothes off. Look, he looks good there,
- 2:21:52Speaker 1: Yeah he does. He looks good. So does his wife.
- 2:21:55Speaker 1: God damn it, look at it right there.
- 2:21:57Speaker 3: He's got boxing gloves on and an iPhone. He's in shape. Man,
- 2:22:01Speaker 3: you're incorrect.
- 2:22:03Speaker 1: Feel bad? Right? No, I don't.
- 2:22:05Speaker 3: Shane works out. He's here all the time.
- 2:22:07Speaker 1: This is not working out. We work out. He ain't
- 2:22:10Speaker 1: works out.
- 2:22:10Speaker 3: Yeah, he comes in and uses the gym. We work
- 2:22:13Speaker 3: out together. We put your glasses, you can find your apps.
- 2:22:19Speaker 1: Let me alright, listen to me. You are looking for
- 2:22:28Speaker 1: your glasses.
- 2:22:28Speaker 3: I'm gonna find a photo of you looking good. Forget
- 2:22:31Speaker 3: about that. That's the past.
- 2:22:32Speaker 1: Let's concentrate on now. Let's concentrate on. Put away the cookies,
- 2:22:36Speaker 1: put away the sugar.
- 2:22:38Speaker 3: Listen to your doctor and tells you to rehab your shoulder,
- 2:22:41Speaker 3: get yourself in shape. I can't believe we're doing this.
- 2:22:44Speaker 3: You know people are listening. They can't see this.
- 2:22:47Speaker 1: They couldn't see the picture of him either.
- 2:22:49Speaker 3: Yeah, but I mean this, you being on your phone
- 2:22:51Speaker 3: here looking for a photo. Back in the day when
- 2:22:53Speaker 3: you looked reasonable.
- 2:22:54Speaker 1: This was recently? How long ago? What happened? What happened? Oh?
- 2:23:01Speaker 1: Fuck o, jeezus, look at you. They were good there
- 2:23:06Speaker 1: there you go. Not bad? Okay, you look pretty good
- 2:23:09Speaker 1: right there? What happened? It's not that bad?
- 2:23:12Speaker 2: Now?
- 2:23:12Speaker 1: How long ago was this?
- 2:23:13Speaker 3: Twenty eighteen? Oh, that's pretty recent. That's pretty recent, pre pandemic.
- 2:23:18Speaker 1: A lot of people fell apart during the Pandemic's what happened.
- 2:23:21Speaker 1: And then I came back on track for a year,
- 2:23:24Speaker 1: a whole year. And then and then January when I
- 2:23:27Speaker 1: was in Canada. Oh Canada? Did you Canada?
- 2:23:31Speaker 3: Communism? Communism poutines?
- 2:23:40Speaker 1: Oh that good to know. It's so good. It's late night,
- 2:23:44Speaker 1: late night poutine. It's just pure heart attack.
- 2:23:47Speaker 3: They have different delis in Canada, like we used to
- 2:23:50Speaker 3: go to Montreal. Those they called smoked meat. Yeah, it's
- 2:23:54Speaker 3: basically like going to Canter's, right or going to cats.
- 2:23:57Speaker 1: I bet you're a couple of those smoked meat. Oh phenomenal.
- 2:24:01Speaker 1: But you know, if you I heard and I don't
- 2:24:03Speaker 1: know if it's true, And if you eat too much
- 2:24:06Speaker 1: smoked meat, you can get stomach cancer from that from
- 2:24:10Speaker 1: all that smoke meat. Who fucking told you that this
- 2:24:12Speaker 1: guy with stomach cancer. No, not true.
- 2:24:16Speaker 3: Smoked meat is not what it is. There is some
- 2:24:19Speaker 3: connection between burnt meat, like the carbon and burnt meat
- 2:24:23Speaker 3: and cancer. I think it's coal rectal cancer. But I
- 2:24:27Speaker 3: do not know how robust those studies are. I mean,
- 2:24:32Speaker 3: people have been cooking over fire forever. I just don't
- 2:24:35Speaker 3: I don't buy it. There's a lot of bullshit involved
- 2:24:38Speaker 3: in these studies that tell you that this causes cancer.
- 2:24:41Speaker 3: That causes cancer. Here's what causes cancer, herbicides, pesticides, chemicals forever,
- 2:24:48Speaker 3: chemicals that are in your fucking food. That paper cup
- 2:24:51Speaker 3: that you're drinking out of, when you drink hot liquids
- 2:24:53Speaker 3: out of a paper cup. We gotta throw those paper
- 2:24:56Speaker 3: cups we have. Have you seen what Paul Saladino did
- 2:24:58Speaker 3: when he dissolved a Starbuck cup and shows you what's
- 2:25:01Speaker 3: really at the base of it. It's basically a condom.
- 2:25:04Speaker 3: And see if you can find Paul Saladino's.
- 2:25:06Speaker 1: You got all those paper cups. I'll take them.
- 2:25:08Speaker 3: I know I saw them today. I poured my coffee
- 2:25:11Speaker 3: in this. We're gonna get rid of all our paper cups.
- 2:25:13Speaker 1: I'll take them.
- 2:25:13Speaker 3: Paper cups for hot liquids are fucking stupid because the
- 2:25:16Speaker 3: lining of those paper cups is plastic, So you're basically
- 2:25:19Speaker 3: pouring hot liquid into plastic, which is the worst. Okay, Like,
- 2:25:23Speaker 3: look at see he shows So he's dissolving the paper
- 2:25:27Speaker 3: cup and that's what's inside of it. So you think
- 2:25:29Speaker 3: you're drinking out of a paper cup, but it's not
- 2:25:32Speaker 3: really paper, it's plastic. It's there's a plastic lining, and
- 2:25:37Speaker 3: that's the only reason why those coffee cups from Starbucks
- 2:25:40Speaker 3: hold paper.
- 2:25:41Speaker 1: So hot water to plastic.
- 2:25:44Speaker 3: Give me some volume on this chemicals PFA.
- 2:25:47Speaker 6: Anything in that plastic is leashing to your drink and
- 2:25:51Speaker 6: leasing in your coffee drinks. So do not think you're
- 2:25:53Speaker 6: getting a paper cup. You are getting a plastic cup
- 2:25:55Speaker 6: and you are putting hot water into it. That's a horrible,
- 2:25:58Speaker 6: horrible idea.
- 2:25:58Speaker 1: Look at that. What's the solution, glass jar?
- 2:26:02Speaker 6: Get your coffee in the glass jar or stay in
- 2:26:04Speaker 6: the steel mug. Simple solution. Don't expose hot like what's
- 2:26:07Speaker 6: the plastic? Like this horrible idea for your hornones horrible
- 2:26:09Speaker 6: for your body. Send this to somebody you know who
- 2:26:11Speaker 6: drinks hot coffee out of paper cups like this and
- 2:26:14Speaker 6: needs to get them out of glass or stayles steel.
- 2:26:16Speaker 1: You think this is yeah, there you go. My wife
- 2:26:18Speaker 1: she won't drink out. She knows all the ship. She's
- 2:26:21Speaker 1: she's a reader. I try to. She meditates. She's really good.
- 2:26:26Speaker 1: You know. She's each which is weird. You guys together,
- 2:26:30Speaker 1: did it works? It's it's crazy. It's like it's like,
- 2:26:34Speaker 1: you know what I need. Here's the deal? What what month?
- 2:26:36Speaker 1: What are we at? April?
- 2:26:38Speaker 3: April, April fifteenth, fourteenth, fourteenth.
- 2:26:42Speaker 1: April fourteenth, So let's go April fourteenth, made June dirty.
- 2:26:49Speaker 1: I'm back here at the club on my birthday. Okay,
- 2:26:52Speaker 1: So you're gonna look good. I'll look I'll look all right.
- 2:26:55Speaker 3: I'm gonna go to June third. We'll take a picture.
- 2:26:57Speaker 3: I'll put it on my Instagram. Take your shirt off flex.
- 2:27:00Speaker 1: Not now, No, June thirtieth. Okay, we're giving you time. Yeah,
- 2:27:03Speaker 1: I want to give you a goal. June thirtieth's had
- 2:27:06Speaker 1: enough time? Sure?
- 2:27:07Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 2:27:08Speaker 1: Two months?
- 2:27:09Speaker 3: Yes, and two months you can lose twenty pounds of
- 2:27:12Speaker 3: fat and look great.
- 2:27:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:27:15Speaker 3: Just eat healthy, get on a very low carbohydrate diet.
- 2:27:19Speaker 1: That's what I did. I'm not doing keyto I'm not gay,
- 2:27:22Speaker 1: but I went killy a little. I when I try
- 2:27:26Speaker 1: to cut carbs, let me tell you something, it was
- 2:27:29Speaker 1: easier for me to quick crack than it was carved
- 2:27:33Speaker 1: really well. I never gave anybody a handshot for a
- 2:27:36Speaker 1: kaisual role. So uh, part of my act, folks. He's
- 2:27:41Speaker 1: Kelly June thirtieth, the week I'm here right. I don't
- 2:27:49Speaker 1: know how much bigger my arms will be. You don't.
- 2:27:51Speaker 1: I'll just be just just be cut more cut. Did
- 2:27:53Speaker 1: you look good? But I think I look okay. Well,
- 2:27:55Speaker 1: we're gonna get.
- 2:27:55Speaker 3: You a blood panel tomorrow too, to find out where
- 2:27:57Speaker 3: your hormone levels are at, find out what the fuck
- 2:27:59Speaker 3: is wrong with you?
- 2:28:00Speaker 1: What do you mean all that shit blood panel? Whether
- 2:28:03Speaker 1: they'll draw blood.
- 2:28:03Speaker 3: They'll draw blood and then send it to a lab.
- 2:28:05Speaker 1: They're not gonna tell me I have cancer.
- 2:28:08Speaker 3: They could if you want to know. No, you don't
- 2:28:10Speaker 3: want to know.
- 2:28:10Speaker 1: I already had blood tests at my doctor's officiation.
- 2:28:13Speaker 3: Does your blood did you just doctor do a comprehensive
- 2:28:15Speaker 3: cancer scan? Did prostate just looked in your asshole?
- 2:28:20Speaker 1: That's all they did? No with the blood, and I
- 2:28:22Speaker 1: looked at my sugar levels.
- 2:28:25Speaker 3: They can do this incredibly comprehensive blood panel. They draw,
- 2:28:28Speaker 3: they dig a lot of blood out, and then they
- 2:28:30Speaker 3: send it to a lab and they find out whether
- 2:28:32Speaker 3: or not you have I have zero cancer. Super happy
- 2:28:34Speaker 3: because when they did it, I was like, who, I
- 2:28:36Speaker 3: have the same feeling. I don't know if I want
- 2:28:37Speaker 3: to know this.
- 2:28:38Speaker 1: It's a skar waiting for fucking.
- 2:28:41Speaker 3: Start thinking about it and start mind fucking yourself laying
- 2:28:43Speaker 3: in bed at night, like what if I have it
- 2:28:45Speaker 3: right now?
- 2:28:45Speaker 1: What if I find out tomorrow and I have four
- 2:28:46Speaker 1: weeks to live? It's fucking too much eggs. When I
- 2:28:51Speaker 1: went back in the day, everybody like, went for the
- 2:28:55Speaker 1: AHS test after you got I remember my first AIGE test,
- 2:28:59Speaker 1: So I got my aide is so scared? Okay, this
- 2:29:02Speaker 1: is true. My doctor whenever I went to my doctor
- 2:29:05Speaker 1: and took any test, he would call me and say
- 2:29:08Speaker 1: everything's fine. There were calls everything's fine. Right. So I
- 2:29:13Speaker 1: took an age test. Doctor didn't call it. And I
- 2:29:16Speaker 1: get a call from the doctor and he said, can
- 2:29:19Speaker 1: you come in tomorrow. I'm going, what do you mean
- 2:29:22Speaker 1: come in tomorrow? My hard drop, Because he would have
- 2:29:24Speaker 1: said everything's fine, I go, what do you mean? Why
- 2:29:27Speaker 1: do you want me to come in tomorrow. He goes, uh,
- 2:29:29Speaker 1: your tooth came in and we want to put your tooth.
- 2:29:32Speaker 1: It was my dentist, but I heard doctor. I thought
- 2:29:35Speaker 1: it was my real doctor telling me I have fucking age.
- 2:29:39Speaker 1: You know, because everybody took that test in the eighties.
- 2:29:42Speaker 3: When I first got insurance. I had to get an
- 2:29:44Speaker 3: age test in the nineties, and I remember the doctor.
- 2:29:47Speaker 3: I said, boy, I'm fucking real nervous about this, and
- 2:29:50Speaker 3: the doctor said, are you gay?
- 2:29:51Speaker 1: I said no. He goes, do you do drugs? I
- 2:29:53Speaker 1: don't know.
- 2:29:53Speaker 3: He goes, don't worry about.
- 2:29:54Speaker 1: It, you don't have it. I go, really, he goes, yeah,
- 2:29:57Speaker 1: I go, what about about the fucking news.
- 2:30:00Speaker 3: Yeah, the news is freaking me out where I'm scared
- 2:30:02Speaker 3: to touch fucking doorknobs, like how come welcome. The news
- 2:30:06Speaker 3: is saying that everybody's gonna get a'ss. Listen, no one's
- 2:30:09Speaker 3: getting it other than gay people and people who were
- 2:30:12Speaker 3: interviewed intervened with drug users.
- 2:30:14Speaker 1: Well, people on my block were dropped. We went to
- 2:30:16Speaker 1: see Peewee in the hospital and all the nursers were
- 2:30:20Speaker 1: wearing masks, so we go, I think he has that thing.
- 2:30:24Speaker 1: Nobody even knew what the fuck you know, Yeah, they
- 2:30:26Speaker 1: thought it was contagious. By the way. That was Fauci too. Faucy.
- 2:30:31Speaker 3: Yeah, who's responsible for all that. Fauci was responsible for
- 2:30:34Speaker 3: people freaking out about AIDS. Fauci was on TV back
- 2:30:37Speaker 3: in the eighties telling people that children could possibly catch
- 2:30:39Speaker 3: it from people. Yes, yeah, do you know the Dallas
- 2:30:44Speaker 3: Buyers Club where they were limiting the medication that gay
- 2:30:47Speaker 3: people could take. That was about Fauci. He was responsible
- 2:30:52Speaker 3: for that. He was the one who pushed AZT on
- 2:30:53Speaker 3: people back then. AZT was that chemotherapy medication that was
- 2:30:58Speaker 3: killing people quicker than the camp. Answer was, they stopped
- 2:31:01Speaker 3: using on cancer and they repurposed it and started using
- 2:31:03Speaker 3: it on people that had.
- 2:31:04Speaker 1: It didn't help use you dead. They were giving it.
- 2:31:08Speaker 3: To people that didn't even have any fucking symptoms. They
- 2:31:10Speaker 3: had HIV that had no symptoms. They given them AZT.
- 2:31:13Speaker 3: They were dying in months. It is the only time
- 2:31:16Speaker 3: ever in medical history where they were telling you to
- 2:31:18Speaker 3: take a chemotherapy drug indefinitely. Every time you take chemotherapy.
- 2:31:23Speaker 3: The idea is that it gets your body close to
- 2:31:27Speaker 3: death but kills off the cancer. They were telling you
- 2:31:30Speaker 3: to keep taking it, just keep taking it.
- 2:31:32Speaker 1: It's nuts.
- 2:31:33Speaker 3: What they did is madness. If you read Robert Kennedy's book,
- 2:31:36Speaker 3: The Real Anthony Fauci, it's all about that, and the
- 2:31:39Speaker 3: beginning of it is all about the AIDS crisis and
- 2:31:40Speaker 3: all the different things that they did that mirrors exactly
- 2:31:43Speaker 3: what they did during the.
- 2:31:44Speaker 1: COVID christ So what drugs are they using now?
- 2:31:47Speaker 3: They started using protease inhibitors and that really helped. Like,
- 2:31:50Speaker 3: the whole AIDS thing is very complex. It's very complex
- 2:31:54Speaker 3: because the vast majority of the people that got AIDS
- 2:31:56Speaker 3: were heavy drug users, heavy drug users or gay guys
- 2:32:00Speaker 3: who were experiencing you know, a lot of different sexual partners.
- 2:32:04Speaker 1: These of blood being transferred.
- 2:32:06Speaker 3: Yeah, that's part of it, but it's also part of it.
- 2:32:08Speaker 3: You're destroying your immune system with fucking drugs, like these
- 2:32:11Speaker 3: guys were taking aim nitrate and crystal meth and partying
- 2:32:15Speaker 3: and not sleeping, just crushing their immune system.
- 2:32:18Speaker 1: Plus sharing needles with the blood going from them.
- 2:32:20Speaker 3: Yep, that too, and then they would get them on
- 2:32:22Speaker 3: medication that would definitely kill them. And then it was
- 2:32:25Speaker 3: a crisis. And then you know, everybody was running around
- 2:32:27Speaker 3: scared and I was scared too. Until I talked to
- 2:32:29Speaker 3: my doctor. He just looked me in the eyes. But
- 2:32:32Speaker 3: no one could say that back then. So this is
- 2:32:34Speaker 3: like ninety ninety one, maybe maybe ninety one, ninety two whenever.
- 2:32:42Speaker 3: And when I got and my doctor was like, don't
- 2:32:44Speaker 3: worry about it, I was like, what about the news man?
- 2:32:47Speaker 3: Like I remember talking to this guy who was a
- 2:32:49Speaker 3: young guy. I was like, why is the news telling
- 2:32:51Speaker 3: me I could get he goes heterosexuals aren't getting this
- 2:32:54Speaker 3: well unless you're an interviewed drug user. Don't worry about it.
- 2:32:56Speaker 1: I only checked because I shot dope like maybe three times.
- 2:33:01Speaker 1: It was like I didn't like it. It's just not
- 2:33:04Speaker 1: you know. I was more of a up you know it.
- 2:33:08Speaker 3: Does shooting dope to feel like what it feel like
- 2:33:10Speaker 3: just down and I can't.
- 2:33:13Speaker 1: It wasn't. I did it with bass Steel and he was.
- 2:33:17Speaker 3: He was a major one. He was funny though, Frankie's funny.
- 2:33:21Speaker 3: I remember seeing him for the first time when I
- 2:33:23Speaker 3: was an open micro in eighty eight. Yeah, and he
- 2:33:27Speaker 3: was just a wild dude. He was like one of
- 2:33:28Speaker 3: the first guys I ever saw with tattoos. All these
- 2:33:30Speaker 3: tattoos and.
- 2:33:30Speaker 1: They're like he does Heroin? Oh, Heroin?
- 2:33:35Speaker 3: When someone did Heroin back there and it was crazy,
- 2:33:37Speaker 3: like what he does Heroin?
- 2:33:39Speaker 1: Now? Think about how.
- 2:33:40Speaker 3: Many people are hooked on opiates?
- 2:33:42Speaker 1: Well, back then it was super rare. Well the difference
- 2:33:44Speaker 1: between Heroin and like freebase. You can function on Heroin.
- 2:33:49Speaker 1: There's functioning Heroin for years. Yeah, you can't function on
- 2:33:55Speaker 1: free base or coke. You gotta keep having it.
- 2:33:58Speaker 3: I had a body of mine who was a longshoreman,
- 2:34:00Speaker 3: and he would tell me that this guy he would
- 2:34:01Speaker 3: work with, and not just one guy, but one guy
- 2:34:03Speaker 3: that he was working with, that he was a friend.
- 2:34:05Speaker 3: On his lunch break, get a bag of Heroin, shoot
- 2:34:07Speaker 3: it up in his car, sit there for half an hour,
- 2:34:09Speaker 3: and then go back to work.
- 2:34:11Speaker 1: Yeah, they crazy. You can't do that with freebase. It's NonStop.
- 2:34:15Speaker 1: You got to keep fang. So is that your thing? Freebasing? Yeah,
- 2:34:18Speaker 1: free based, free crack. When was it? How old were
- 2:34:21Speaker 1: you when your first free based? Well, I when I
- 2:34:24Speaker 1: first got high, I was fifteen, you know, pot I
- 2:34:26Speaker 1: lead it led my way up to the gate way. Coke, Yeah, coke,
- 2:34:31Speaker 1: and then so snort and coke. I snorted coke. Probably
- 2:34:35Speaker 1: when I started when I was eighteen or nineteen, right,
- 2:34:38Speaker 1: and then when he was party crack crack, probably twenty
- 2:34:41Speaker 1: five to twenty eight.
- 2:34:43Speaker 3: Do you remember the first time he did it.
- 2:34:45Speaker 1: I think it was with my cousin. Yeah. It was like,
- 2:34:48Speaker 1: I go, this is good, this is I mean, I
- 2:34:51Speaker 1: guess there was what here? I'll tell you what. So
- 2:34:53Speaker 1: I got so many of them. So my friend I
- 2:34:59Speaker 1: was on the road, I came back. He goes, look,
- 2:35:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna buy an ether coke. Cut it into five
- 2:35:05Speaker 1: halfs five half grams, okay, and we'll do two half
- 2:35:12Speaker 1: grams and I'll sell uh the other three. I know
- 2:35:16Speaker 1: where this is going. Well, we did one or two
- 2:35:21Speaker 1: and then he went to sleep. So this is I find.
- 2:35:29Speaker 1: I found where he hid it.
- 2:35:31Speaker 3: Oh, so he didn't hide it as good as you
- 2:35:33Speaker 3: hid your money.
- 2:35:34Speaker 1: No. I went in and I would steal one at
- 2:35:38Speaker 1: a time. I drove to the convenience store. I cooked
- 2:35:42Speaker 1: it with ammonia, right, ammonia? Yeah, clear, ammonia.
- 2:35:46Speaker 3: Wait a minute, you actually cooked the coke and turned
- 2:35:48Speaker 3: it into crowd.
- 2:35:49Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:35:50Speaker 3: Yeah, Why why would you do it? Is it better
- 2:35:51Speaker 3: that way?
- 2:35:52Speaker 1: Oh? That's how you get freebase crack. You gotta you
- 2:35:55Speaker 1: gotta process. You could do it with bacon soda. You
- 2:35:58Speaker 1: could do it in a way. It taught you how
- 2:36:01Speaker 1: to do this. Are you a chemist? It's a crack addict.
- 2:36:06Speaker 1: Were like giving you the recipe, just three ways to
- 2:36:11Speaker 1: do it. So I did it with or four with ether,
- 2:36:13Speaker 1: which you could blow up your house. So I would
- 2:36:17Speaker 1: steal a half a gram from him. I would go
- 2:36:20Speaker 1: to the convenience store. I'd cook it, smoke it, and
- 2:36:23Speaker 1: pour out the ammonia. I said, I can't do well,
- 2:36:27Speaker 1: how do you do it? Yeah? I don't want to
- 2:36:30Speaker 1: help you put it. It's the Internet, it's the fast
- 2:36:34Speaker 1: chat GBT. Right now, I'll tell you how do you
- 2:36:37Speaker 1: take cocaine and turn it into free base. You put
- 2:36:39Speaker 1: it in a cheese spoon and you light it and
- 2:36:41Speaker 1: it turns into a rock, and then then you squeeze it.
- 2:36:46Speaker 1: You squeeze and try to get the ammonia out as
- 2:36:49Speaker 1: much as you can in the rock. So I would
- 2:36:52Speaker 1: pull I would get the ammonia, steal a half a
- 2:36:55Speaker 1: gram from him, go to the bright early in the morning,
- 2:37:00Speaker 1: come back, cook it and pour the ammonia out. Well,
- 2:37:05Speaker 1: now I.
- 2:37:06Speaker 3: Will actually be to the chemistry behind it, how it's
- 2:37:08Speaker 3: made for educational purposes only not intended to encourage illelective
- 2:37:11Speaker 3: bacon showed.
- 2:37:12Speaker 1: I said, you could do a.
- 2:37:13Speaker 3: Cocaine hydro chloride powder with baking soda and water. Sometimes
- 2:37:17Speaker 3: emonia is used instead of baking soda, but baking soda
- 2:37:20Speaker 3: is more common for crack heat the mixture. As it's heated,
- 2:37:23Speaker 3: the cocaine bases separate from the hydrochloride and formed solid
- 2:37:26Speaker 3: rocks that float to the top, cool and dry. This
- 2:37:30Speaker 3: is like a recipe solid pieces. The crack rocks are
- 2:37:32Speaker 3: cooled and hardened, then dried.
- 2:37:36Speaker 1: So there you go. I emptied out to first bottle.
- 2:37:39Speaker 1: Then it was two or three more half grams. I
- 2:37:42Speaker 1: went and stole another one, went back to the convenience store,
- 2:37:46Speaker 1: bought more ammonia. After the fourth trip to the Communia shore,
- 2:37:50Speaker 1: I go, hey, listen, I got a clean im business.
- 2:37:52Speaker 1: We need a lot of ammonia. Well, I smoked all
- 2:37:56Speaker 1: his coke, and all of a sudden, I hear somebody yelp. Fuck.
- 2:38:01Speaker 1: He woke up and saw his coke was gone.
- 2:38:03Speaker 3: How many hours had past?
- 2:38:05Speaker 1: Probably four?
- 2:38:06Speaker 3: How many trips to the convenience store four?
- 2:38:08Speaker 1: And I was just drinking straight vodka? Right? Whoa and
- 2:38:13Speaker 1: I'm walking home. Now, I'm two hundred and fifty dollars
- 2:38:17Speaker 1: in debt I have, And it was towards the end
- 2:38:20Speaker 1: of my career. But as a drug addict crack, yeah,
- 2:38:24Speaker 1: he called a career. It was a crack career. Well,
- 2:38:28Speaker 1: I think I told this story years ago, but I'll
- 2:38:30Speaker 1: tell it and he doesn't care because he told it
- 2:38:32Speaker 1: in his book. So me and Frankie are doing a
- 2:38:36Speaker 1: one nighter and back then I had the car. You
- 2:38:41Speaker 1: would pick up an act at d Improv and then
- 2:38:43Speaker 1: go do the one night or in Jersey, right, So
- 2:38:46Speaker 1: we pick up this comic little white guy whatever. We
- 2:38:51Speaker 1: go to our one nighter and we're supposed to drop
- 2:38:54Speaker 1: him off at d Improv and I go, hold on,
- 2:38:57Speaker 1: I got to make a stop. And we go up
- 2:39:00Speaker 1: to Spanish Harlem. He goes, what are you doing? I go,
- 2:39:03Speaker 1: my sister lives here. She's not doing well. You know,
- 2:39:06Speaker 1: there's people chasing there's people chasing people with knives up
- 2:39:10Speaker 1: and down the street. And I go up and buy
- 2:39:14Speaker 1: crack freebase right, and the kids like, get me home,
- 2:39:18Speaker 1: take me back to the improv. What the fuck is
- 2:39:20Speaker 1: going on? Or relax? So then we go down to
- 2:39:24Speaker 1: the Lower east Side and Frankie gets Heroin and the kid.
- 2:39:29Speaker 1: Now Frankie's in the back seat tying up shooting hero
- 2:39:33Speaker 1: while you're driving. Oh I'm driving. He's in the bad
- 2:39:36Speaker 1: God and the kid is fucking scared to death. He's
- 2:39:42Speaker 1: a little white kid.
- 2:39:44Speaker 3: He wanted to be Jerry Seinfeld.
- 2:39:45Speaker 1: It was David Spade, Was it really? Oh my god?
- 2:39:49Speaker 1: He was a little white kid from Arizona. Do you
- 2:39:52Speaker 1: remember when he first started? He tells destroying this book,
- 2:39:56Speaker 1: and I apologize to him. He goes, Oh, don't worry,
- 2:39:58Speaker 1: it's a good story, right, But we kept him hostage.
- 2:40:02Speaker 1: I said, I'm smoking cracking, frank he's banging dope. Oh
- 2:40:06Speaker 1: my god.
- 2:40:06Speaker 3: I heard Auto and George story once. He he's working
- 2:40:10Speaker 3: at a club in Jersey. I don't need to name
- 2:40:13Speaker 3: the club. And he leaves the club with the owner's
- 2:40:17Speaker 3: daughter and they're headed into New York and there's another
- 2:40:21Speaker 3: guy driving the car. He stops off at Washington Square Park,
- 2:40:25Speaker 3: picks up a bag of crack and starts smoking it
- 2:40:28Speaker 3: in the car, and the girl freaks out, and and
- 2:40:31Speaker 3: he says the classical He goes, what I thought the
- 2:40:34Speaker 3: broad wanted a party?
- 2:40:38Speaker 1: I just I just did a documentary about him. They
- 2:40:41Speaker 1: interviewed me. They're doing documentary on Auto and George.
- 2:40:44Speaker 3: Well, we did a lot of those shows, those prom shows,
- 2:40:48Speaker 3: Yetta and George.
- 2:40:49Speaker 1: Oh he was he would he was genius. I would yeah.
- 2:40:52Speaker 1: But I drive with him to gig and he would go,
- 2:40:56Speaker 1: do you know what George throwing up today? What you
- 2:40:59Speaker 1: fucking psychopacked?
- 2:41:01Speaker 3: Well, he would make people pull over so he could
- 2:41:03Speaker 3: go check on George. George is in the trunk. He
- 2:41:08Speaker 3: would pull over and check on George. I think there's
- 2:41:10Speaker 3: something to that. I think that that dummy had a
- 2:41:13Speaker 3: mind of its own, and he it might have been
- 2:41:16Speaker 3: he had some weird personality disorder where he put a
- 2:41:18Speaker 3: personality to that dummy. But that dummy, when that dummy
- 2:41:22Speaker 3: would say things, you knew it was George.
- 2:41:25Speaker 1: Yeah. Like it didn't even feel like.
- 2:41:27Speaker 3: It was odd. It felt like George had his own
- 2:41:30Speaker 3: thoughts on things.
- 2:41:31Speaker 1: I wear George V course once and I go into
- 2:41:34Speaker 1: his room on the road and he's putting away the
- 2:41:37Speaker 1: dummies clothes in another dresser draw than his. He's like
- 2:41:42Speaker 1: putting away the clothes out of the dumb clothes of
- 2:41:45Speaker 1: his dummies. Here's a bit I kind of want to do.
- 2:41:50Speaker 1: You know, back in the day, you know, when there
- 2:41:53Speaker 1: was bank robbers outlaws, they would wear a handkerchief and
- 2:41:58Speaker 1: go rob a bank. I want to be the outlaw
- 2:42:01Speaker 1: of ventriloquist, where I go up a little dummy and
- 2:42:04Speaker 1: put a handkerchief this way. He can't see my lips move.
- 2:42:07Speaker 1: But I could say I'm the outlaw of ventu Liquist,
- 2:42:11Speaker 1: and I could do a whole five minutes, and everybody's going,
- 2:42:15Speaker 1: he must be great. I can't see his lips move.
- 2:42:17Speaker 1: That's good.
- 2:42:18Speaker 3: But you're supposed to talk too, like the part of
- 2:42:21Speaker 3: the fun of being a ventrilokus. Like I would say,
- 2:42:24Speaker 3: Otto would say, I can't believe.
- 2:42:25Speaker 1: You're saying that, George, Yeah, how do you shot that?
- 2:42:28Speaker 1: Fuck up?
- 2:42:29Speaker 3: The eyebrows would pop up and he get crazy, Like
- 2:42:31Speaker 3: is the banter back and forth?
- 2:42:33Speaker 1: I'll talk behind the mask. I'm not gonna do it,
- 2:42:35Speaker 1: but it's gonna work. How come terrible I do? Okay,
- 2:42:38Speaker 1: so I threw it out. How come there's no ventriloquist
- 2:42:42Speaker 1: on this planet that gets along with their dummies. Well,
- 2:42:45Speaker 1: there's not.
- 2:42:46Speaker 3: Even very many Ventuilka's acts anymore. There used to be
- 2:42:48Speaker 3: a bunch of Ventrilquas acts. There was Willie Tyler and
- 2:42:51Speaker 3: Lester it was in La There was a few.
- 2:42:54Speaker 1: There was Vince Santono and George from Long Island. You
- 2:42:57Speaker 1: know what I think it was.
- 2:42:58Speaker 3: It's like when one guy becomes really big, like Jeff Dunham.
- 2:43:01Speaker 3: He became the man when it came to Ventroclus and
- 2:43:04Speaker 3: then he's so popular that nobody touches it anymore. So
- 2:43:07Speaker 3: like carra Top did that to prop acts. Yeah, like
- 2:43:10Speaker 3: prop acts used to be. Remember when were we started out.
- 2:43:12Speaker 1: To fucking wid Do you ever work the way with it?
- 2:43:14Speaker 1: He was great. He pulled in it in fucking diaper,
- 2:43:18Speaker 1: I mean laundry, uh, basket shoots with fucking props.
- 2:43:22Speaker 3: Oh he had so much shit. Yeah, he had like
- 2:43:24Speaker 3: a whole trunk full of stuff that he would have
- 2:43:26Speaker 3: to carry the club. But there's they don't have him
- 2:43:29Speaker 3: anymore because carrat Top became so famous as a prop
- 2:43:31Speaker 3: act that everybody's like, oh, that's a Carratop thing. Yeah,
- 2:43:34Speaker 3: they just abandoned it. Like musical acts, there's no fucking
- 2:43:37Speaker 3: musical acts anymore.
- 2:43:38Speaker 1: There's there was there on ships. Gary Delano was a musical.
- 2:43:42Speaker 3: Act, but guys who have been around for a long time.
- 2:43:45Speaker 1: They're least acts.
- 2:43:46Speaker 3: There's no upcoming people right now that are musical comedians.
- 2:43:49Speaker 1: Well, there's no magicians, farantine. I was a magician. Uh.
- 2:43:53Speaker 1: There was a couple of magic acts. Like when I
- 2:43:55Speaker 1: did One Night Ers you worked, there was jugglers juggling jacks.
- 2:44:00Speaker 1: Where is he? Uh, A couple magic acts.
- 2:44:04Speaker 3: There's a few magic acts still that work in California
- 2:44:06Speaker 3: because because of the comedy magic clubs. Oh, okay, Hermosa Beach.
- 2:44:10Speaker 3: But he used to have it whether you would have
- 2:44:11Speaker 3: a magician mixed in with the comedy, Well, last time
- 2:44:13Speaker 3: I worked there, Okay, Well I started working there.
- 2:44:15Speaker 1: I was like, do you ever remember Chips Cooney where
- 2:44:18Speaker 1: he did the fake magic act. It was really funny.
- 2:44:22Speaker 1: He would just do stupid. Lenny Schultz was a prop
- 2:44:25Speaker 1: back was crazy Lenny. He just died like about a
- 2:44:29Speaker 1: month ago, three weeks ago. More pigs, Lenny, there were
- 2:44:33Speaker 1: more pigs and he was just he was so ridiculous.
- 2:44:35Speaker 1: It was nuts. It was so funny and the nicest
- 2:44:38Speaker 1: guy in the world.
- 2:44:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember he had he pulled out like a
- 2:44:41Speaker 3: Smokey the bear doll and He's like only you can
- 2:44:43Speaker 3: prevent forest.
- 2:44:45Speaker 1: Shut the fuck up. And he punched the bear.
- 2:44:47Speaker 3: It was so ridiculous, and they didn't move on to
- 2:44:50Speaker 3: something else, like it never happened.
- 2:44:51Speaker 1: It's like it was what he would kill kill and
- 2:44:55Speaker 1: it made no sense, no sense, no sense.
- 2:44:57Speaker 3: It was just maniacal. It was just crazy, easy face
- 2:45:00Speaker 3: and crazy eyes. Like it was really funny.
- 2:45:03Speaker 1: Like carat Top is a good prop act. If you
- 2:45:06Speaker 1: like prop backs, he's the best prop act. Yeah, I
- 2:45:09Speaker 1: mean Rip Taylor didn't like him, but you know Rip
- 2:45:13Speaker 1: Tailors from how many fucking years ago Taylor, Yeah, remember
- 2:45:17Speaker 1: the gay mustache. Yeah, and throw this you had the
- 2:45:20Speaker 1: glitter and didn't like because Cara Top was getting real
- 2:45:23Speaker 1: famous at the time and Reb Taylor was. Yeah it was.
- 2:45:29Speaker 3: But it's like most comics today are just comics. They
- 2:45:32Speaker 3: just they just do stand up, you know, very little,
- 2:45:34Speaker 3: like all the variety stuff is gone.
- 2:45:36Speaker 1: Well, Frankie Paste was a prop act. He killed, Yeah,
- 2:45:40Speaker 1: he killed killed. Uh, you're right, there was. It's there
- 2:45:44Speaker 1: was more variety in the one nighters in the clubs
- 2:45:49Speaker 1: than there is just like.
- 2:45:50Speaker 3: Well, in the eighties, comedy was anything it could do.
- 2:45:52Speaker 3: There was no definition of it back then, like guys
- 2:45:55Speaker 3: had like pieces of paper they'd bring on stage and
- 2:45:58Speaker 3: hold up signs. There was all kinds of weird ship.
- 2:46:01Speaker 3: Now it's just people talking.
- 2:46:02Speaker 1: Oh the guy from Boston. I work with him. He
- 2:46:05Speaker 1: was so angry. We did a one night he said,
- 2:46:07Speaker 1: fuck this at a pool hole, Bob something. He had
- 2:46:12Speaker 1: paper signs he would pull up and do a thing
- 2:46:15Speaker 1: on signs or whatever. He's just from Boston. Uh.
- 2:46:20Speaker 3: Well, there was the guy from the Blue Collar Tour
- 2:46:23Speaker 3: bill Ingvall.
- 2:46:24Speaker 1: Yeah he had signs, did he Yeah? None of them
- 2:46:26Speaker 1: said quit. What do you call it? What's his name?
- 2:46:39Speaker 1: Kills on stage? Josh out of myners he kills.
- 2:46:45Speaker 3: Well, he just said, goddamn comedy jam. He does music too,
- 2:46:48Speaker 3: but that's a little different.
- 2:46:50Speaker 1: But we had him on our show Would You Bang Them?
- 2:46:52Speaker 1: Me and Bonnie do the show. It's fucking you know
- 2:46:54Speaker 1: the show we do. What we do is Bonnie and
- 2:46:58Speaker 1: I host it, and we have like five comics and
- 2:47:02Speaker 1: they do like eight or ten minutes apiece. Then we
- 2:47:06Speaker 1: have three female judges and a gay judge and after
- 2:47:11Speaker 1: the set they discussed whether they would suck him or not.
- 2:47:15Speaker 1: And the gay judge is always the funniest. He's always
- 2:47:18Speaker 1: the funniest. But some of these females, there's just so funny,
- 2:47:22Speaker 1: you know. So he came out. We did it a
- 2:47:25Speaker 1: couple We do it at a lot of festivals, and
- 2:47:27Speaker 1: we did it at in New York and Josh Adam
- 2:47:31Speaker 1: Myers came out and he sang the whole time, just
- 2:47:34Speaker 1: fucking all over the stage. I'm going, he's got to
- 2:47:39Speaker 1: close every show in the comedy club because nobody's following that, right,
- 2:47:43Speaker 1: there's no way a different seller that you're going to
- 2:47:46Speaker 1: go up after that, you know, And I'm not. What
- 2:47:49Speaker 1: he does is great. What he does is you.
- 2:47:52Speaker 3: Know, yeah, if you were on the road and you
- 2:47:54Speaker 3: had a middle act and the middle act was brought
- 2:47:56Speaker 3: to you by the club, like they assigned a middle
- 2:47:58Speaker 3: act and the middle act was doing music, you were fucked.
- 2:48:01Speaker 1: You were fucked. Oh yeah, okay, fucking guitar. I worked
- 2:48:05Speaker 1: Vegas once following a guy with a guitar and I
- 2:48:09Speaker 1: had and he's fucking closing with Springsteen and the bandana
- 2:48:13Speaker 1: on his head. I'm going, what.
- 2:48:16Speaker 3: It's a totally different thing, you know. But it's weird
- 2:48:18Speaker 3: that that's not more popular because he used to be
- 2:48:20Speaker 3: so effective. That's what I'm saying, it's like, why isn't
- 2:48:22Speaker 3: there more of those.
- 2:48:24Speaker 1: Acts like that out there?
- 2:48:26Speaker 3: Because it was so effective.
- 2:48:27Speaker 1: Well, some of them got older and went to cruise ships.
- 2:48:30Speaker 1: That dude could tell.
- 2:48:31Speaker 3: Why didn't the younger ones? Why why didn't how come
- 2:48:33Speaker 3: no younger ones emerged? That's what's weird.
- 2:48:35Speaker 1: It is kind of weird. No impression this either hard
- 2:48:39Speaker 1: of you that your impressions and everyone that they would
- 2:48:43Speaker 1: turn around, fixed her hair and then always turned around.
- 2:48:49Speaker 1: Imagine Jack Nicholson, I'd be scared of her around in
- 2:48:54Speaker 1: the audience left. Uh they turned around. There was so
- 2:48:58Speaker 1: many Jeff de Heart, he did rod Sterling perfectly. Uh.
- 2:49:03Speaker 3: It is interesting. There's not a lot of just impressionists, right.
- 2:49:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Danny Stone, Randy Kredico, yeah, uh, Fran yeah yeah,
- 2:49:16Speaker 1: but he's the only one. You don't really see him
- 2:49:18Speaker 1: in well, I don't know if he's still in clubs.
- 2:49:20Speaker 1: He does a lot.
- 2:49:22Speaker 3: I think he does.
- 2:49:23Speaker 1: He does. Uh yeah, he was on the Virus tour,
- 2:49:26Speaker 1: on the Opian Anthe New Tour. Yeah, I did it
- 2:49:28Speaker 1: with him. Yeah. Oh you did a Virus tour? Yeah,
- 2:49:32Speaker 1: every show? Yeah, I did one of them in Vegas.
- 2:49:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah. The Vegas one. That was the last
- 2:49:37Speaker 1: time I saw patrees. Wow. Yeah, we're doing the benefit.
- 2:49:42Speaker 1: Uh we do it. I host it every year and
- 2:49:44Speaker 1: Billy closes it. We're doing it. Uh. I think in
- 2:49:48Speaker 1: May this year?
- 2:49:48Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, okay, so it's next month. Do you
- 2:49:51Speaker 3: know the dates?
- 2:49:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll tell you.
- 2:49:52Speaker 3: I tell everybody so they can go buy tickets.
- 2:49:56Speaker 1: Out. These are dollar store glasses. Okay, do you buy
- 2:50:00Speaker 1: him at the dollar store because my good ones at

- 2:50:04Speaker 1: I don't want to lose them. Yeah, I mean I
- 2:50:07Speaker 1: would have warned the good ones on Theo's podcast. Jesus Christ.
- 2:50:11Speaker 3: I'm looking at your face when you turn sideway, so
- 2:50:13Speaker 3: I can see how much magnification you got.
- 2:50:15Speaker 1: What are those how many how many x you two fifty?
- 2:50:18Speaker 1: That's it.
- 2:50:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it looks like I'm seeing a double the size
- 2:50:23Speaker 3: of your fucking look like you get stung by a bee.
- 2:50:25Speaker 3: Listens list So it's already sold out, so people can't
- 2:50:34Speaker 3: buy tickets.
- 2:50:35Speaker 1: I'm sure it sells out everything.
- 2:50:37Speaker 3: It is very beautiful that you guys do that every year,
- 2:50:40Speaker 3: the Patriots Benefit.
- 2:50:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very cool.
- 2:50:42Speaker 3: You talk about a guy that like touched so many
- 2:50:44Speaker 3: people because he was so brilliant.
- 2:50:46Speaker 1: Why how could it be on a Sunday? The Patris
- 2:50:49Speaker 1: Space says May eighteenth in my calendar. Maybe because Billy's
- 2:50:52Speaker 1: doing a twelve Angry Men. He's playing every fucking character.
- 2:50:58Speaker 1: Uh no, he's in gay Ross. Oh is he? Yeah?
- 2:51:01Speaker 1: And and yeah him? And is he that? I don't know,
- 2:51:07Speaker 1: Go see it. I'd rather fucking walk through Lebanon when

- 2:51:37Speaker 1: I'm friends with him for years, I mean forever. Yeah,
- 2:51:40Speaker 1: fucking Billy.
- 2:51:41Speaker 3: You know fucking When comedians get political and it's the
- 2:51:46Speaker 3: point where they distance themselves with people that don't agree
- 2:51:48Speaker 3: with them, that to me is hilarious, hilarious and how
- 2:51:52Speaker 3: stupid it is, Like what are you doing?
- 2:51:55Speaker 1: What? What are you doing? Like this is this is
- 2:51:57Speaker 1: where you're.
- 2:51:58Speaker 3: Gonna draw the line on some ship that barely affects
- 2:52:01Speaker 3: your personal life.
- 2:52:03Speaker 1: I've not any of my friends that are like that.
- 2:52:08Speaker 1: I'm still friends with him. I don't agree with a
- 2:52:11Speaker 1: lot of the ship. And they're stupid, you know. I mean,
- 2:52:15Speaker 1: one or two people I think are say really vile stuff,
- 2:52:19Speaker 1: and I just mute him. I don't deal with them.

- 2:52:26Speaker 1: Me and Norton don't agree on everything, you know, can you?
- 2:52:30Speaker 1: I mean, can you agree on everything? His wife is
- 2:52:33Speaker 1: so much hotter than my wife. He was the best
- 2:52:38Speaker 1: man at his wedding. Fucking Norton is so quick and funny.
- 2:52:47Speaker 1: It's he was the best man at my wedding. He's

- 2:53:03Speaker 3: and I think I put you in there too, that
- 2:53:05Speaker 3: just never really promoted themselves on social media.
- 2:53:09Speaker 1: So it's like, you're really good, but like even to tell,
- 2:53:12Speaker 1: look to tell.
- 2:53:13Speaker 3: For the level of comedy that he is, he should
- 2:53:15Speaker 3: be selling out stadiums every night. But he just doesn't
- 2:53:20Speaker 3: promote himself at all. All he does is just like
- 2:53:22Speaker 3: all of his following is just word of mouth. Yeah,
- 2:53:25Speaker 3: and other comics saying how great he is, and like
- 2:53:28Speaker 3: people who've seen him before they've come to see him again.
- 2:53:30Speaker 1: Well, he says, one of my videos now is up
- 2:53:34Speaker 1: to almost five million views. Is that good? Yeah, that's good.
- 2:53:37Speaker 1: That's good. It's really funny. I believe it. Believe you're funny.
