[SPEAKER_02]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
• 0:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
• 0:18
  [SPEAKER_02]: This is Turley Talks.
• 0:21
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and you got to stop what you're doing to hear this because what happened this week could end up being one of the biggest political stories of the year.
• 0:31
[SPEAKER_02]: A major congressional report was just released from the House Oversight Committee examining allegations of fraud.
• 0:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: in Minnesota's taxpayer-funded programs.
• 0:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, within hours, Vice President JD Vance publicly referred Minnesota Governor Tim Walls and Attorney General Keith Ellison to the Department of Justice for further review and investigation.
• 0:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, whether anything ultimately comes from that investigation means to be seen, but here's what caught my attention.
• 1:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Walls and Ellison, we now know new about massive widespread fraud and Minnesota's welfare programs as back as far back as 2019.
• 1:11
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're talking $9 billion in Medicaid related fraud, $300 million in child nutrition funds, all of its stolen.
• 1:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, state employees tried to blow the whistle and they were intimidated by their superiors.
• 1:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: They were retaliated against.
• 1:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: They were
• 1:27
[SPEAKER_02]: the state had obviously full legal authority to stop payments to suspect defrost fraudsters at any time, and they chose not to.
• 1:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: Why?
• 1:39
[SPEAKER_02]: Because they were afraid of political backlash.
• 1:41
[SPEAKER_02]: They let billions flow to criminal networks to avoid bad headlines.
• 1:46
[SPEAKER_02]: And then finally, feeding our future, right?
• 1:48
[SPEAKER_02]: The $250 million child nutrition fraud?
• 1:51
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the ring leader there just got
• 1:55
[SPEAKER_02]: to nearly 42 years in prison.
• 1:59
[SPEAKER_02]: She was claiming to feed children who didn't even exist.
• 2:02
[SPEAKER_02]: The money went to, you know, luxury cars, real estate, lavish lifestyles.
• 2:06
[SPEAKER_02]: And here's the kicker, within hours of that report dropping, vice president, JD Vance, chairman of the White House Task Force to eliminate fraud, personally referred walls and elison to the DOJ's brand new fraud division for criminal investigation.
• 2:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: Have a quick listen.
• 2:23
[SPEAKER_00]: And I guess now I can make a bit of breaking news because I left the White House to come here to do this interview with you and before I did, we actually referred this particular case to the Department of Justice for a full criminal investigation.
• 2:37
[SPEAKER_00]: We are not going to do what the Biden administration did and make judgments of the law before all the facts are in, but here's what's particularly troubling about this to me is just that you had people within Governor Walts' office who were saying, you know what?
• 2:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It looks like these Somalia and illegal immigrants are doing something that's very shady.
• 2:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you had people who shut them down, who shut these whistleblowers down and said, you're a racist or you're a xenophobic for asking questions about where taxpayer money is going.
• 3:08
[SPEAKER_00]: What that means to me, Jessie, is that clearly people weren't taking fraud seriously, whether it rises to the level of a criminal violation, we're gonna investigate it.
• 3:18
[SPEAKER_00]: And of course, if it does rise to that level, we're gonna prosecute it.
• 3:21
  [SPEAKER_00]: We have to.
• 3:22
[SPEAKER_02]: So vice president van set it himself a minister.
• 3:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Minnesota state officials are not above the law ironic right they must face justice.
• 3:31
[SPEAKER_02]: So let's see if Tim walls can escape a criminal referral from the vice president of the United States himself.
• 3:38
[SPEAKER_02]: So this to me feels like it's an awakening and.
• 3:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Unfortunately, Minnesota is just the beginning.
• 3:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Treasury Secretary Scott Basin says 10% of the entire federal budget is being stolen through fraud.
• 3:54
[SPEAKER_02]: That's over $600 billion every single year.
• 3:58
[SPEAKER_02]: And while politicians in the media personalities are debating those allegations, ironically, they continue to trade stocks on the
• 4:10
[SPEAKER_02]: While Americans struggle with inflation and the rise in cost of living, members of Congress continue to outperform Wall Street year after year and the worst part.
• 4:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's all perfectly legal.
• 4:22
[SPEAKER_02]: To help us understand how all this works, I've invited my good friend back, Ross Givins Ross is a former vice president at JP Morgan Chase.
• 4:30
[SPEAKER_02]: He spent more than a decade tracking congressional and corporate insider trading disclosures, and Ross has a very unique perspective on this.
• 4:38
[SPEAKER_02]: He's the only person I've ever met.
• 4:40
[SPEAKER_02]: who likes insider trading besides the politicians, of course.
• 4:44
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's because according to him, regular folks like you and me can make a fortune on it since these trades are all public information.
• 4:54
[SPEAKER_02]: He says we could just buy the same stock and follow along.
• 4:57
[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, he's hosting a free live online training event for my audience.
• 5:02
  [SPEAKER_02]: This Thursday, June 25th,
• 5:04
[SPEAKER_02]: at 3 p.m. Eastern where he's going to show you exactly how this works and how ordinary Americans like you and me can use public information become more profitable investors.
• 5:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Click the link in the description below or just go to TurleyTalks InsiderTrading.com.
• 5:21
[SPEAKER_02]: You do not want to miss this.
• 5:23
[SPEAKER_02]: Ross and my friend, welcome back great to see you again.
• 5:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, good to see you, Dr. Steve.
• 5:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's always good to see you.
• 5:28
[SPEAKER_02]: So look, let's start with the big picture here, because a lot of Americans are watching these fraud investigations and they're hearing about Congress making millions of dollars cheating the stock market.
• 5:40
[SPEAKER_02]: And they feel like the game is rigged.
• 5:44
[SPEAKER_02]: So as someone who's been involved in the stock market for decades, what would you tell them?
• 5:50
[SPEAKER_01]: On the rig, well, I mean, yes and no, I mean, know the stock market is not some great big mystery that has rigged in favor of a handful of wealthy investors.
• 5:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I get how people can develop that view.
• 6:00
[SPEAKER_01]: The news recently, we've got Elon Musk becoming the world's first trillionaire.
• 6:05
[SPEAKER_01]: but they forget about the man's losses.
• 6:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he was down $200 billion in 2022 and Tesla's dog got hammered.
• 6:13
[SPEAKER_01]: He holds the Guinness World record for the largest loss of personal fortune in history.
• 6:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not kidding.
• 6:19
[SPEAKER_01]: You can look that up.
• 6:19
  [SPEAKER_01]: So wow.
• 6:20
[SPEAKER_01]: But if you're talking about the politicians, yes, absolutely.
• 6:23
[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a level of frustration from that appearance of kind of two different
• 6:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if you saw this, there's a famous shortsellers named Andrew left, he was just convicted of securities fraud.
• 6:34
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's facing 25 years in prison.
• 6:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And the court says that what he did is uses reputation in the financial world as as his skilled analyst to put out these reports about these companies that would move the stock prices and he'd make money off that.
• 6:49
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just find this
• 6:56
[SPEAKER_01]: operating in this environment where they have access to unfathom inside information.
• 7:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean federal briefings, committee discussions, government contracts, the list goes on.
• 7:06
[SPEAKER_01]: And they know this does long before the public hears about them.
• 7:09
[SPEAKER_01]: And as you mentioned, they just do so well.
• 7:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And we've got some of the best stock pickers on earth in Congress.
• 7:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I brought a photo for your graph.
• 7:18
[SPEAKER_01]: This is Quiver Quant's Congress buys strategy.
• 7:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So all it does is follow these congressional trade disclosure, buys with they buy.
• 7:26
[SPEAKER_01]: The stock market is that line underneath.
• 7:29
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're up like six fold in the last five years.
• 7:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, that's, I mean, it's right there.
• 7:37
[SPEAKER_02]: It's hard to argue with.
• 7:39
[SPEAKER_02]: So, so tell me how Congress is able to produce these kinds of retiree.
• 7:43
[SPEAKER_02]: This seems to go way beyond Warren Buffett here.
• 7:46
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is not just for one per, it's an entire group of people who are consistently able to outperform the market at this level.
• 7:54
[SPEAKER_02]: For this law, I mean, it just seems impossible.
• 7:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Walk us through out there.
• 7:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, well, I mean, you know, imagine that you're a member of Congress.
• 8:00
[SPEAKER_01]: You sit on the offense committee or an energy committee or a financial service committee.
• 8:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Every week you're receiving briefings.
• 8:07
[SPEAKER_01]: You're you're meeting with the leaders of that industry.
• 8:09
  [SPEAKER_01]: You're discussing new regulations.
• 8:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: You're going to pass.
• 8:13
[SPEAKER_01]: They will have huge benefits to certain industries in certain companies, even deciding, or billions of dollars in federal contracts are growing.
• 8:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Now again, none of that is illegal, right?
• 8:24
[SPEAKER_01]: But you have this massive informational advantage.
• 8:28
[SPEAKER_01]: The average American investor editor working off the BS inflation numbers, the government's feeding him.
• 8:33
[SPEAKER_01]: It faces not three percent or we know it's far, how we feel it every day.
• 8:38
[SPEAKER_01]: But we got our elected leaders out here who were loading up on semiconductor stocks before passing chip legislation like Pelosi did.
• 8:45
[SPEAKER_01]: She made millions, he'll sisterose who's a California Democrat, he invested hundreds of thousands of dollars, Dr. Steve into defense stocks this year right before the Iran war.
• 8:56
[SPEAKER_01]: this guy sits on the House Armed Services Committee and the intelligence and special operations subcommittee.
• 9:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, how is he allowed to do this?
• 9:05
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's ludicrous.
• 9:06
[SPEAKER_01]: So the only silver lining to all of this is that they, as you said, they do have to report their trades.
• 9:12
[SPEAKER_01]: All we do is follow along.
• 9:13
[SPEAKER_01]: We just piggyback their moves and it works.
• 9:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: And it works.
• 9:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
• 9:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen you do it now for years.
• 9:19
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you turn lemons into lemonade as I like to say it.
• 9:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
• 9:24
[SPEAKER_02]: And I do I thank you for teaching other people how this works done a few of these training sessions for our viewers actually lots dozens if I recall all for free and the feedback has just been overwhelmingly positive.
• 9:40
[SPEAKER_02]: We all know this stuff is happening.
• 9:42
[SPEAKER_02]: But most people don't realize that we can actually see it and use it for ourselves.
• 9:47
[SPEAKER_02]: It's all public information to turn something negative and unethical into something positive and profitable for patriot.
• 9:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm curious.
• 9:59
[SPEAKER_02]: If these trades are all publicly disclosed, why don't more people do this?
• 10:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't more people just follow along and piggyback?
• 10:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't people just learn to trade like Pelosi?
• 10:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, it's a great question and the reason is the information is essentially buried.
• 10:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I think intentionally, I mean, the disclosure is absolutely exist, but they're scattered across databases and there's forums and filings and government websites like there's one website for the Senate, there's one for the house, there's a whole another one for their officials.
• 10:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Most people don't have time to go hunting through all that, even if they did and they find the stuff,
• 10:37
[SPEAKER_01]: They don't know what they're looking at, which transactions are meaningful, not every buy matters, not every sale matters.
• 10:44
[SPEAKER_01]: All you want to do and what we do, honestly, just look for the really obvious stuff.
• 10:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So like Representative Susie Lee, I think we talked about this a couple of months ago.
• 10:52
[SPEAKER_01]: She sits on the House of Properations Committee, specifically the Defense Subcommittee, right?
• 10:57
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the panel that writes the annual Defense Spending Bill.
• 11:00
  [SPEAKER_01]: Where the money goes?
• 11:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, this woman is not an active trader like Pelosi.
• 11:04
[SPEAKER_01]: She hadn't bought any stock in years, not one.
• 11:08
[SPEAKER_01]: And then she goes her husband.
• 11:10
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I remember this.
• 11:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the German.
• 11:12
[SPEAKER_01]: She buys, yeah, the one stock she buys in three years, not Google, not Microsoft, not Home Depot or Amazon, Ryan Matoll, which is a small German arms manufacturer.
• 11:26
[SPEAKER_02]: So, I like it said, it sounds like a heavy metal band.
• 11:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: Ryan Matoll.
• 11:31
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm making it, she's writing the defense budget.
• 11:33
[SPEAKER_01]: She buys one stock and it's a foreign defense contract.
• 11:37
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't even trade on the US exchange.
• 11:39
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's an over-the-counter stock.
• 11:41
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to jump through whoops to get it.
• 11:42
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a very odd pick and look at what happened next.
• 11:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So again, if you're picking defense stocks, it helps to be the ones deciding how we allocate the defense budget.
• 11:57
  [SPEAKER_01]: you know?
• 11:58
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely.
• 11:59
[SPEAKER_02]: And so, and so what you're going to teach everyone this free training here is how they can actually follow along with picks like that.
• 12:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
• 12:10
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 12:10
[SPEAKER_02]: And then it fit for themselves from it.
• 12:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'll show you where the databases are, how to find it, what our biggest winners have had in common.
• 12:17
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really obvious stuff, most people just need someone to kind of lay it out for them to show them how that works.
• 12:22
[SPEAKER_01]: So it is, it is this Thursday, June 25th, three o'clock Eastern, I walked through the entire process, how these congressional disclosures work, how corporate insider disclosures work, how to spot the really meaningful,
• 12:34
[SPEAKER_01]: trades, the big buying activity, and how we've used these strategies for years.
• 12:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So the goal, the goal is to copy every trade, be in front of the computer all day, look at a million monitors.
• 12:43
[SPEAKER_01]: All we're trying to do is just find three or four, just obvious, no-brainer opportunities every month.
• 12:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Stocks with a real chance of delivering these 50, hundred plus percent gains.
• 12:55
[SPEAKER_01]: We had won the win up a couple of years ago over 1900%.
• 12:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what I want to be teaching people on Thursday.
• 13:02
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's what they're going to learn.
• 13:03
[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, we've been talking about, in fairness, we've been talking about political insiders and the corruption coming out of DC, but you were telling me that this is much bigger than that.
• 13:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, everyone, we know about Pelosi, we know about those, but these corporate insiders.
• 13:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So CEO, CFOs, board member, like the sweet, sweet folks, they're in this as well.
• 13:26
[SPEAKER_01]: You think politicians have an edge, imagine being the chief medical officer of a pharmaceutical company about to report the results of a drug trial or a CFO on the day of big earnings announcement.
• 13:37
[SPEAKER_01]: You know exactly what your companies earnings are.
• 13:40
[SPEAKER_01]: You're the one who filled out the earnings report.
• 13:42
[SPEAKER_01]: yet these people are allowed to trade their own company stock almost without restriction but they're trades are not getting mad like you said I don't mind because their trades are public we can see them it's inside of 48 hours so I'll show people how to follow those two and they're they're essentially feeding you completely legal inside tips all you have to do is look and act on them and you and you've been doing this now Ross how long was it eight years you've been
• 14:10
[SPEAKER_01]: The next month, yeah, next month makes nine years.
• 14:14
[SPEAKER_01]: We launched a service in July of 2017.
• 14:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And look, I'm not saying every single stop is gonna go straight up, but we have massively outperform the stock market over that period.
• 14:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm not doing anything, anyone watching cannot do.
• 14:28
  [SPEAKER_01]: The information is public.
• 14:29
[SPEAKER_01]: It is legal and ethical to access.
• 14:32
[SPEAKER_01]: And once you know where to look, you just start seeing these little opportunities that most investors completely miss.
• 14:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, again, this is why I wanted Ross on today because, you know, whether you're interested in politics or investing or just simply understanding how the system works, this is information every American Patriot should know.
• 14:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Ross, again, is hosting a free live training event on Thursday, June 25, 3 p.m. Eastern, the event is online.
• 15:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Anyone can attend, just click the link in the description below or go to TurleyTalks InsiderTrading.com.
• 15:08
[SPEAKER_02]: And when you register, you also, Ross does this each time, if I recall, you also receive Ross's latest insider stock pick with the full written analysis.
• 15:17
[SPEAKER_02]: So even if you can't attend the live event, be sure to register just so you receive that.
• 15:23
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's enough for you.
• 15:25
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Ross, anything else, I mean, it's always, no, that's right.
• 15:31
  [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I think it's eye-opening, right?
• 15:33
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're doing a Thursday at three.
• 15:34
[SPEAKER_01]: So we look at it 10 right then.
• 15:36
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like, all right, let me show you what is available to you.
• 15:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So my hope is some, you know, we did one last year that we gave away for free before training event and stock tripled in like four months.
• 15:45
[SPEAKER_01]: So this one could well do the same.
• 15:47
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think when you see what's out there, all the information, all laid out and plain English for you.
• 15:53
[SPEAKER_01]: you'll understand why this is so powerful, but so if you can't come register anyway, I think we usually send them recording out the next day, so we want you to see this information to use it, and I hope a lot of you attend.
• 16:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: very good, definitely.
• 16:06
[SPEAKER_02]: And also make sure, guys, seating is limited.
• 16:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Ross is a free training can fill up very fast.

[SPEAKER_02]: So don't wait, just a little inside baseball there.
