- 0:54Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the
- 0:57Speaker 1: root is on fire. Welcome to today's show. The big show,
- 1:01Speaker 1: because when it's over, the NFL draft starts, and I'm
- 1:03Speaker 1: going to Sit down with some takeout Chinese food and
- 1:06Speaker 1: watch the entire first round of the NFL draft and
- 1:08Speaker 1: watch my Dallas Cowboys with their two first-round picks. You
- 1:10Speaker 1: will never, no matter how woke the NFL is, no
- 1:13Speaker 1: matter how many black national anthems they play, no matter
- 1:15Speaker 1: how many times they kneel, you will never get me
- 1:17Speaker 1: to stop loving NFL football. I've loved it since I'm
- 1:20Speaker 1: five years old. I always will, and I will always
- 1:22Speaker 1: love the Dallas Cowboys. All right, I wrote a commentary.
- 1:25Speaker 1: It's kind of long, so I want to make sure
- 1:26Speaker 1: I get to it right away. And then I'll get to,
- 1:29Speaker 1: in the next segment, all the big stories of the day.
- 1:31Speaker 1: It is titled, Read the Shocking Story of an Obama
- 1:34Speaker 1: and Hillary Criminal Scandal, Conspiracy, and Cover-Up That Until Now
- 1:38Speaker 1: No One Knew About. I have the American hero and
- 1:41Speaker 1: whistleblower who is a witness to the crime and is
- 1:44Speaker 1: willing to testify. This is a shocking story that every
- 1:49Speaker 1: American needs to read. More importantly, this is a story
- 1:52Speaker 1: that President Trump and whoever is his new Attorney General
- 1:56Speaker 1: of the United States needs to study and take action.
- 2:00Speaker 1: This is a massive Obama and Hillary criminal conspiracy case
- 2:03Speaker 1: we're handing you, wrapped in a bow, ready for prosecution.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I've got the whistleblower witness for you. His name is
- 2:10Speaker 1: Bradley Birkenfeld, and he's not just any whistleblower. Brad is
- 2:14Speaker 1: single-handedly responsible for uncovering the largest and longest-running tax evasion
- 2:19Speaker 1: in IRS history. He's also the only whistleblower in the
- 2:23Speaker 1: history of America to recover $ 40 billion with a B
- 2:27Speaker 1: for the U.S. Treasury and U.S. taxpayers, you and me.
- 2:31Speaker 1: That's more than all the IRS whistleblowers in American history combined.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And because of that, President Trump, my great friend Brad Birkenfeld,
- 2:39Speaker 1: is the most deserving candidate for a pardon in the
- 2:42Speaker 1: history of presidential pardons. Hint, hint. Get ready. Here's his
- 2:46Speaker 1: remarkable story. Brad was a successful Swiss private banker. With
- 2:52Speaker 1: many of the wealthiest American businessmen and women as his clients,
- 2:56Speaker 1: these wealthy Americans were hiding their money offshore in Swiss
- 2:59Speaker 1: banks to evade U.S. taxes. After resigning from his comfortable
- 3:04Speaker 1: job at UBS in Switzerland, Brad made the decision to
- 3:07Speaker 1: voluntarily walk into the DOJ in Washington, D.C. to reveal
- 3:10Speaker 1: the secret numbered bank accounts of 19,000 Americans hiding tens
- 3:15Speaker 1: of billions of dollars at UBS in Switzerland. It turns
- 3:18Speaker 1: out most of them were large donors to Obama, Hillary,
- 3:21Speaker 1: and the Democrat Party. In one remarkable act, Brad brought
- 3:24Speaker 1: down the entire veil of hundreds of years of Swiss
- 3:28Speaker 1: banking supremacy. Excuse me, Swiss banking secrecy. That's supremacy too,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I guess, but secrecy. Do you remember who the leaders
- 3:37Speaker 1: of America were back in 2009 when Brad was walking
- 3:40Speaker 1: into the DOJ? President Obama, Vice President Biden, and Hillary
- 3:44Speaker 1: Clinton as Secretary of State. Brad naturally assumed he would
- 3:48Speaker 1: be celebrated, thanked and protected by the U.S. government for
- 3:51Speaker 1: risking his life and giving up his lucrative banking career
- 3:54Speaker 1: to help the U.S. government collect tens of billions of
- 3:56Speaker 1: dollars of stolen tax money. Instead, the Obama Department of
- 4:01Speaker 1: Justice persecuted and prosecuted Brad, putting him in prison for
- 4:06Speaker 1: 30 months. Why would they do that? To protect thousands
- 4:09Speaker 1: of Democrat donors in these files of tax cheats. They
- 4:12Speaker 1: didn't want the files. They wanted to protect their biggest
- 4:16Speaker 1: Democrat donors. They wanted to shut Brad up. And as
- 4:20Speaker 1: a result of Brad's testimony and evidence handed to the DOJ,
- 4:24Speaker 1: not only was $ 40 billion recovered by the IRS, but
- 4:26Speaker 1: 130 Swiss banks signed documents formal agreements and were fined
- 4:31Speaker 1: by the U.S. government to end their decades-long criminal conduct.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Three IRS amnesty programs were implemented, resulting in over 100,000
- 4:39Speaker 1: and counting U.S. citizens now in tax compliance. UBS agreed
- 4:45Speaker 1: to deferred prosecution agreement paid a $ 780 million fine to
- 4:50Speaker 1: the U.S. Treasury Department, by the way, a slap on
- 4:52Speaker 1: the wrist to them, so much money they have, and
- 4:55Speaker 1: agreed to release the names of 4,700 American tax evaders.
- 5:00Speaker 1: That's out of 19,000 tax cheats in Brad's files. So
- 5:05Speaker 1: where did the other 14,300 names of tax cheats go?
- 5:09Speaker 1: Obama sent Hillary Clinton to Switzerland to negotiate a deal
- 5:13Speaker 1: with UBS to erase those names. And in return, Obama
- 5:16Speaker 1: and Hillary gave UBS a sweetheart deal. How evil and
- 5:20Speaker 1: criminal was the Obama-Hillary cabal in Washington, D.C.? On the
- 5:23Speaker 1: very day that my friend Brad was sent to prison.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And remember, he's the hero of this story who handed
- 5:29Speaker 1: in these names of tax cheats. On that very day,
- 5:32Speaker 1: Obama was playing golf with the chairman of UBS. This
- 5:36Speaker 1: is how crimes are covered up among friends and donors
- 5:40Speaker 1: in Washington, D.C. Instead of making Brad a national hero,
- 5:43Speaker 1: Obama's DOJ forced Brad to accept one charge of conspiracy
- 5:46Speaker 1: to commit tax fraud and put him in prison for
- 5:49Speaker 1: 30 months, and this was their way of shutting him up.
- 5:53Speaker 1: In all these years since my friend Brad exposed this
- 5:55Speaker 1: massive criminal conspiracy and 19,000 tax cheats, the only person
- 6:00Speaker 1: to go to prison is Brad Birkenfeld. Hillary Clinton was
- 6:03Speaker 1: sent to Switzerland to negotiate the deal with UBS. She
- 6:06Speaker 1: made sure all the Democrat tax sheets' names were erased
- 6:09Speaker 1: from the infamous list Brad handed to the IRS. But
- 6:12Speaker 1: Brad knows how many names were on the list. They
- 6:14Speaker 1: were his clients. I'm no lawyer, but this sure looks
- 6:17Speaker 1: like proof of a massive crime and government conspiracy carried
- 6:20Speaker 1: out by Obama and Hillary. And Brad is ready today
- 6:23Speaker 1: to testify as a witness slash whistleblower. Once out of prison,
- 6:27Speaker 1: Brad told his story, or his side of the story,
- 6:30Speaker 1: in the worldwide best-selling book Lucifer's Banker Uncensored, published in
- 6:34Speaker 1: eight languages, with the foreword by Peter Schweizer exposing the
- 6:38Speaker 1: ingrained corruption of Obama and Hillary Clinton. It's time to
- 6:42Speaker 1: write a terrible injustice, Mr. President. First, it's time to
- 6:46Speaker 1: call for a special counsel to prosecute Obama and Hillary
- 6:50Speaker 1: for carrying out this massive criminal conspiracy. Think about this
- 6:54Speaker 1: for a moment. Is it a crime to cover up
- 6:57Speaker 1: the largest and longest running tax evasion in IRS history?
- 7:01Speaker 1: By any standard, that's a clear-cut case of fraud. Is
- 7:05Speaker 1: it a crime to erase the names of 14,300 Democrat
- 7:08Speaker 1: donors in a file of 19,000 tax sheets? By any standard,
- 7:12Speaker 1: that's a clear-cut case of fraud. Is it a crime
- 7:16Speaker 1: to only collect the $ 40 billion from GOP donors because
- 7:20Speaker 1: not a dime was ever collected from the 14,300 donors?
- 7:24Speaker 1: Democrat donors. How could the IRS collect any money from
- 7:27Speaker 1: the Democrat tax cheats when their names were erased? So
- 7:31Speaker 1: in effect, Obama and Hillary stole an estimated $ 100 billion
- 7:35Speaker 1: from the U.S. Treasury and U.S. taxpayers, you and me,
- 7:38Speaker 1: by not going after the taxes owed by their cronies.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Democrat donors got away with fraud. By any standard, that's
- 7:44Speaker 1: a clear-cut case of fraud. Is it a crime to
- 7:48Speaker 1: offer a sweetheart deal to UBS if they would agree
- 7:51Speaker 1: to allow Hillary to erase 14,300 names in the files
- 7:54Speaker 1: by any standard? That's a clear-cut case of fraud. Finally,
- 7:58Speaker 1: is it a crime to destroy the life of my
- 8:01Speaker 1: friend Brad in order to silence him? You're damn right
- 8:03Speaker 1: it is. Democrats put Brad in prison for the same
- 8:06Speaker 1: reason they have now put Tina Peters in prison, to
- 8:09Speaker 1: cover up their crimes, to silence witnesses, to send a
- 8:12Speaker 1: message to future whistleblowers, if you report a crime by Democrats,
- 8:17Speaker 1: We will persecute you and we will destroy your life. Finally,
- 8:21Speaker 1: President Trump, please reward Bradley Birkenfeld with a presidential pardon
- 8:25Speaker 1: in order to recognize that our US government, our DOJ
- 8:29Speaker 1: and the Obama administration committed a terrible injustice when they
- 8:33Speaker 1: put Brad in prison. Brad is a hero, not a criminal.
- 8:37Speaker 1: There are many Americans worthy of a pardon, but no
- 8:39Speaker 1: one in history has ever recovered $ 40 billion for the
- 8:42Speaker 1: American people and taxpayers. Every American taxpayer owes a debt
- 8:46Speaker 1: of gratitude to Brad. 40 billion gratitudes, to be exact.
- 8:51Speaker 1: By the way, the IRS officially recognized Brad as the
- 8:53Speaker 1: hero of this story. They designated him as a whistleblower.
- 8:57Speaker 1: So while Obama was persecuting Brad and putting him in prison,
- 9:01Speaker 1: on the day Brad walked out of prison, he was
- 9:04Speaker 1: handed a check from the IRS for $ 100 million. His
- 9:08Speaker 1: reward for the money's recovered. Now that's a happy ending.
- 9:13Speaker 1: But there is only one way to give this story
- 9:15Speaker 1: the happy ending of all happy endings. Send Obama and
- 9:19Speaker 1: Hillary to prison. You like that story? It's a hell
- 9:23Speaker 1: of a story. It's a hell of a punchline that
- 9:26Speaker 1: at the end he got a check for $ 100 million.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And by the way, I didn't put that in the story.
- 9:30Speaker 1: You kind of run out of room and it's hard
- 9:32Speaker 1: to explain. But he got a check as a whistleblower.
- 9:35Speaker 1: So he got a piece of every dollar that was
- 9:37Speaker 1: recovered based on his file. Well, guess what? That $ 100
- 9:41Speaker 1: million was only a down payment. Brad gets checks every
- 9:44Speaker 1: year for about $ 100 million. Brad is now a billionaire,
- 9:47Speaker 1: all because he did the right thing. He's a billionaire,
- 9:49Speaker 1: or about to be a billionaire. Maybe they've paid him
- 9:52Speaker 1: about $ 500 million so far, and they owe him another
- 9:54Speaker 1: $ 500 million. So Brad's a billionaire, and he wants a pardon.
- 9:58Speaker 1: He thinks he deserves a pardon. he's angry as hell
- 10:01Speaker 1: if i was him and i was a billionaire a
- 10:03Speaker 1: half billion dollar man i don't know if i'd be
- 10:05Speaker 1: so angry but brad's pretty angry and he wants a
- 10:08Speaker 1: party he wants his name cleared so i'm working on
- 10:10Speaker 1: it i'm working on it with president trump and i
- 10:12Speaker 1: think this column will put him over the top But
- 10:14Speaker 1: I wanted everybody to understand what criminals you're dealing with.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Obama and Hillary. And by the way, it was the
- 10:19Speaker 1: Obama-Biden-Hillary administration. You know Biden was somewhere in the middle
- 10:23Speaker 1: of all that as well. You know it. Before we
- 10:26Speaker 1: go to break, what do we have left? A couple minutes?
- 10:29Speaker 1: All right. Republicans failed to attach the Save America Act
- 10:33Speaker 1: to a party line funding package. Four Republican senators joined
- 10:37Speaker 1: Democrats in voting against a citizenship verification measure early Thursday morning.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Senator Tom Tillis of North Carolina, piece of garbage. Lisa
- 10:47Speaker 1: Murkowski of Alaska, piece of garbage. Susan Collins of Maine,
- 10:51Speaker 1: piece of garbage. And Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, a triple-quadruple
- 10:55Speaker 1: piece of garbage with no brain, who doesn't even know
- 10:58Speaker 1: how to press a button to vote anymore. They probably
- 11:00Speaker 1: pressed it for him. He's mumbling and dribbling on himself
- 11:03Speaker 1: in a wheelchair, doesn't know how to walk anymore, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: who's making the votes for him? The amendment's failure crystallized
- 11:10Speaker 1: what several Republicans have warned for weeks, including Wayne Root.
- 11:15Speaker 1: The Save America Act did not have the support among
- 11:18Speaker 1: the GOP to pass. And if you can't get that
- 11:21Speaker 1: to pass, then the Republican Party doesn't deserve to have
- 11:25Speaker 1: the name party. They're not a political party.
- 11:27Speaker 3: It's a joke.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Democrats are a political party. We're not a political party.
- 11:32Speaker 1: What we are is a collection of bribed and cowardly losers.
- 11:38Speaker 1: We'll be right back. Wayne Allyn Root, this is War
- 11:41Speaker 1: Zone Live. RootForAmerica.com is my website. Email me anytime, Wayne Root,
- 11:46Speaker 1: at gmail.com. All right, Wayne Allyn Root, I am joined
- 11:56Speaker 1: by Gordon Bond. What an honor. Owner of Bond Arms,
- 12:00Speaker 1: one of the great gun manufacturers, all made in the USA,
- 12:03Speaker 1: all made in Texas. His website is getbondarms.com. Gordon, what
- 12:09Speaker 1: makes Bond Arms different from any other gun manufacturer?
- 12:14Speaker 4: Well, we, when my brother started the company a long
- 12:17Speaker 4: time ago, The regular Derringer, let me see if I
- 12:21Speaker 4: can get it in the picture here, was basically known
- 12:23Speaker 4: as a cheap, dangerous throwaway gun. This is a 1865 model.
- 12:29Speaker 5: Derringers have been around forever.
- 12:31Speaker 4: And what he did was take a dangerous gun and
- 12:34Speaker 4: just made it very cool.
- 12:36Speaker 6: Better materials, trigger guard, interchangeable barrels.
- 12:42Speaker 5: Solid stainless steel.
- 12:43Speaker 4: And Wayne, like you saw at the show, People love
- 12:46Speaker 4: picking them up and just holding them, and it's just
- 12:48Speaker 4: like they pick it up, and it's like, wow, this
- 12:50Speaker 4: is like a real gun.
- 12:52Speaker 1: That's great.
- 12:53Speaker 3: I saw it.
- 12:54Speaker 1: My wife and I were at the show, and she's
- 12:56Speaker 1: a gun aficionado even more than I am, and she
- 12:58Speaker 1: said it was the best booth at the entire gun
- 13:01Speaker 1: show out of thousands of booths was Gordon's booth, Bond Arms.
- 13:05Speaker 1: To celebrate America's 250th anniversary, Bond Arms is releasing the
- 13:09Speaker 1: American 250 edition handgun at a special price only for
- 13:13Speaker 1: my fans. Tell us about it.
- 13:16Speaker 4: So one thing that we wanted to do, when I
- 13:18Speaker 4: graduated in 1976, it was the bicentennial, and that's all
- 13:22Speaker 4: they talked about all year long. And so when this
- 13:26Speaker 4: 250th anniversary was coming up, we really.
- 13:28Speaker 5: Wanted to do something special on this.
- 13:30Speaker 4: And what you're seeing on the screen right now is
- 13:32Speaker 4: the stainless steel version. It's. 45 Long Colt and. 410
- 13:37Speaker 4: shotgun shell, very well built. I mean, our guns are
- 13:40Speaker 4: built like a tank. People love the quality. They call
- 13:45Speaker 4: it a hand cannon. best snake gun you've ever had.
- 13:49Speaker 4: There's a beautiful side with the flag and the liberty.
- 13:52Speaker 4: And people just love the way that we do things.
- 13:57Speaker 4: I mean, they'll come to our booth every year and
- 13:59Speaker 4: just go, wow, what are y'all doing this year? What
- 14:02Speaker 4: crazy thing are you doing this year? So the American 250,
- 14:04Speaker 4: we're really going to focus on that. We want to
- 14:07Speaker 4: give everybody the opportunity to own a piece of history.
- 14:10Speaker 1: What a beautiful gun. What a beautiful gun. What a
- 14:12Speaker 1: gorgeous gun. The engravings, wow. And I love that name,
- 14:15Speaker 1: Hand Cannon. I want a Hand Cannon. Mine got delivered today.

- 16:00Speaker 7: Don't miss your opportunity to feel better. We know there's
- 16:03Speaker 7: a lot of false hope out there. And many people

- 16:10Speaker 8: We have been helping people gain intercellular hydration for nearly
- 16:14Speaker 8: three decades.
- 16:15Speaker 7: You will lose fat, not weight, fat fast, including that
- 16:19Speaker 7: killer visceral fat. Chronic dehydration is one of the root
- 16:22Speaker 7: causes of many ailments and symptoms. Ask your doctor about

- 16:36Speaker 9: Possible side effects may include increased joy, energy, potential reduction
- 16:40Speaker 9: in prescriptions, more fulfilling relationships, fewer doctor visits, and overall
- 16:44Speaker 9: improved quality of health and life.
- 17:26Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, shocking story, right? I mean,
- 17:29Speaker 1: how many more stories like this can there be before
- 17:33Speaker 1: you don't prosecute, you just ignore it and don't prosecute Obama,
- 17:37Speaker 1: don't prosecute Hillary? I mean, it's just ridiculous. And then,
- 17:42Speaker 1: of course, you know, Republicans failed to attach Save America
- 17:45Speaker 1: Act to party line funding package. And, of course, two
- 17:49Speaker 1: GOP senators side with Democrats to block ICE funding package.
- 17:54Speaker 1: You just can't. That's a whole nother bill. Republicans trying
- 17:58Speaker 1: to pass ICE funding. And I think they did. I
- 18:01Speaker 1: think they passed it 50 to 48. But two Republicans,
- 18:05Speaker 1: Rand Paul of Kentucky, voted with Democrats. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.
- 18:10Speaker 1: There's someone in common on both those horrendous votes. Lisa
- 18:13Speaker 1: Murkowski on both of them. She's a piece of garbage.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Rand Paul's with us like 70% of the time. I
- 18:19Speaker 1: don't know what the hell he's thinking about this one.
- 18:21Speaker 1: He's out of his mind. Lately, I'm not a fan
- 18:25Speaker 1: of Rand Paul at all. And this vote just crystallized it.
- 18:28Speaker 1: But he's not terrible like Lisa Murkowski. He's not terrible
- 18:32Speaker 1: like these other people. These other people are awful. Tom
- 18:35Speaker 1: Tillis should be condemned to Dante's Inferno for the rest
- 18:38Speaker 1: of his life. He's worse than a Democrat. And you
- 18:43Speaker 1: know that we went after the Southern Poverty Law Center
- 18:45Speaker 1: and proved that the Southern Poverty Law Center has been
- 18:54Speaker 1: a scam from the beginning. Again, it's an opinion show.
- 18:57Speaker 1: It's my opinion. One big scam. I remember Democrats, whenever
- 19:01Speaker 1: they like to say terrible things about Wayne Root, they go, well,
- 19:04Speaker 1: when Charlottesville happened and Ku Klux Klan-ers came out and rioted,
- 19:11Speaker 1: And killed a liberal woman, a liberal protester, I think
- 19:14Speaker 1: it was. I don't really remember what happened, but I
- 19:16Speaker 1: think they killed a liberal protester. And at the time,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I said, look, Republicans don't do things like that. Conservatives
- 19:21Speaker 1: don't do things like that. MAGA don't do things like that.
- 19:24Speaker 1: There's no more Ku Klux Klan in the United States.
- 19:26Speaker 1: You've got five clowns in hoods to get off a bus.
- 19:30Speaker 1: And for all I know, it was paid for by
- 19:32Speaker 1: the Democrat Party. Well, sure enough, it was. It was
- 19:35Speaker 1: paid for by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Democrats have
- 19:38Speaker 1: spent years criticizing me for that comment that Republicans and
- 19:41Speaker 1: conservatives do not kill people and that it could have
- 19:44Speaker 1: all been Democrats who are wearing white hoods. Anyone can
- 19:47Speaker 1: wear a white hood. You could pay paid protest. to
- 19:50Speaker 1: wear a white hood and act like the KKK. So
- 19:55Speaker 1: all I can tell you is there's no great threat
- 19:57Speaker 1: in America from the KKK and there's no great threat
- 20:00Speaker 1: in America from white extremists. You could probably ask every
- 20:02Speaker 1: black person in America and they'd all go, oh my God,
- 20:05Speaker 1: there's KKK and white extremists that are going to kill
- 20:07Speaker 1: us in every city, behind every rock, on every block. Democrats...
- 20:12Speaker 1: Try to convince you of these lies, this fraud, this
- 20:14Speaker 1: propaganda to keep getting your vote and keep you on
- 20:18Speaker 1: the plantation. There is no white person in America hiding
- 20:22Speaker 1: under a rock looking to murder blacks. There's a lot
- 20:24Speaker 1: of blacks who murder whites, but I know of no
- 20:27Speaker 1: whites who murder blacks. I know of no whites who
- 20:29Speaker 1: want to murder blacks. They're not out there. It turns
- 20:32Speaker 1: out the Southern Poverty Law Center was paying extremist groups money.
- 20:37Speaker 1: In order to do bad things and commit hate crimes.
- 20:40Speaker 1: So that they can look at it and go see
- 20:42Speaker 1: and raise money based on that. That's called massive fraud.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Allegedly they did this. Governor Newsom spent a billion dollars
- 20:52Speaker 1: to deport 400,000 extra illegal migrants. That's wonderful. Democrats do
- 20:56Speaker 1: nothing but scam, scam, scam, scam. Meanwhile... People criticize Trump conservatives.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I just saw another one. Another one of my friends
- 21:06Speaker 1: freak out that Trump did something wrong. Trump does this wrong.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Trump does that wrong. 92% of DACA migrants arrested under
- 21:13Speaker 1: Trump have criminal convictions or pending charges. So, you know,
- 21:20Speaker 1: they make it like, oh, my God, you're arresting these
- 21:22Speaker 1: poor people that didn't do anything wrong. First of all,
- 21:25Speaker 1: they broke into the country. But. They did something really wrong.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Trump's arresting real criminals, 92%. Marco Rubio expands visa crackdown,
- 21:35Speaker 1: targeting the Sinaloa cartel family members and associates. These are
- 21:39Speaker 1: all good things that Trump does every single day. State
- 21:42Speaker 1: Department has confirmed 75 family members and associates linked to
- 21:47Speaker 1: the Sinaloa cartel have been hit with visa bans. Who
- 21:52Speaker 1: would have done that under a Democrat administration? No one.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Blue City's staggering 40% violent crime drop is a blueprint
- 21:59Speaker 1: for other cities. What city? Memphis. Memphis, 40% violent crime drop.
- 22:05Speaker 1: No one's ever seen anything like it. How did it happen?
- 22:08Speaker 1: It followed President Trump's establishment of the Memphis Safe Task Force,
- 22:13Speaker 1: a coalition of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- 22:16Speaker 1: and the Tennessee National Guard. Trump did that. VRA is
- 22:21Speaker 1: the sponsor of this segment of the show. There isn't
- 22:23Speaker 1: much more to say about VRA. It's the greatest economic
- 22:26Speaker 1: newsletter in the world. It's my opinion. They beat the
- 22:30Speaker 1: market almost 90% of the time. 19 out of 22 years.
- 22:33Speaker 1: If they do it this year, it'll be 20 out
- 22:35Speaker 1: of 23 years. Recommend a gold at 350, Bitcoin at 2,000.

- 22:46Speaker 1: do you got to lose? Try it. All right, Wayne

- 23:06Speaker 1: we've got a slide up there, Allen, that we could

- 23:12Speaker 1: are exceptional.
- 23:14Speaker 10: Yeah, absolutely, Wayne.
- 23:15Speaker 11: For the last 40 years, our company has focused on

- 23:36Speaker 1: being impacted by some things that were from the Biden administration,
- 23:40Speaker 1: like inflation. There's still rising prices. There's still companies like
- 23:45Speaker 1: Procter Gamble and Amazon talking about increasing prices. Membership at
- 23:49Speaker 1: Costco and Amazon continue to go up. How does your
- 23:52Speaker 1: products at Great Patriot Store compare to.

- 24:06Speaker 11: And you get 96 loads of wash for $ 19. 49 versus

- 29:17Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, how many times did I
- 29:19Speaker 1: say on the air that the SAVE Act would probably
- 29:21Speaker 1: not pass and President Trump has got to do an
- 29:24Speaker 1: executive order, which he did, about mail-in ballots, but he
- 29:27Speaker 1: has not done, about proof of citizenship and voter ID
- 29:32Speaker 1: for in-person voting. He's got to do that. He's got
- 29:35Speaker 1: to get it done fast before it's too late. And
- 29:38Speaker 1: it can't get approved, you know, ratified by the the
- 29:40Speaker 1: Supreme Court. Sponsor of this segment of the show, Freedom Fest,

- 31:05Speaker 1: All right, my guest is here, Joby Weeks. He's a
- 31:08Speaker 1: crypto legend, a very early Bitcoin proponent. I wish I'd
- 31:12Speaker 1: listened to you then. He's been a political prisoner since 2019.
- 31:15Speaker 1: That's insane. 2019 was like eons ago. 2019 was before COVID.
- 31:22Speaker 1: 2019 was before the presidential election where Trump was stolen,
- 31:28Speaker 1: you know, had it stolen by Biden. That was like
- 31:30Speaker 1: a lifetime in the rear view mirror. And you've been
- 31:32Speaker 1: a political prisoner since then. Joby Weeks, welcome to the show. Wayne,
- 31:36Speaker 1: it's a pleasure.
- 31:37Speaker 3: Thank you so much for having me on. You're a legend.
- 31:39Speaker 3: I've been following you forever.
- 31:41Speaker 5: Good.
- 31:41Speaker 1: I've followed your story, and I'm stunned by it. I
- 31:44Speaker 1: don't understand. You've been on house arrest for like six years,
- 31:47Speaker 1: something like that, right? Is that true?
- 31:50Speaker 12: No good deed goes unpunished. I've been a libertarian for
- 31:55Speaker 12: a long time. I've supported Ron Paul, and we did
- 31:58Speaker 12: the Liberty Dollars back in the day, and it.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Was going great.
- 32:01Speaker 12: We minted hundreds of millions of dollars worth of gold
- 32:03Speaker 12: and silver coins, and out of about 20,000 merchants, that
- 32:06Speaker 12: were accepting our money for their goods and services. But
- 32:11Speaker 12: because we put Ron Paul's face on the coin, they
- 32:14Speaker 12: got mad because he wanted to end the Fed and
- 32:16Speaker 12: all that. And with the money, we did the Ron
- 32:17Speaker 12: Paul blimp and the Ron Paul limo and all that
- 32:19Speaker 12: kind of stuff. And so I learned firsthand when the
- 32:23Speaker 12: Feds raided the Liberty dollar that they weren't too happy
- 32:28Speaker 12: about messing with their money system.
- 32:30Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 32:32Speaker 12: You know how the system works. You've got the Bank
- 32:34Speaker 12: of International Settlements, which is the central bank of the world.
- 32:36Speaker 12: And they have their member banks like the IMF and
- 32:39Speaker 12: the World Bank and the Federal Reserve and the Bank
- 32:41Speaker 12: of England. And then the corresponding banks, the Bank of
- 32:44Speaker 12: Americas and Wells Fargo and Chase. And then the mom
- 32:47Speaker 12: and pop banks, their SWIFT system. Owned by these families,
- 32:51Speaker 12: these trillionaires, these big trusts. I call them the people
- 32:54Speaker 12: in the cloud.
- 32:55Speaker 1: And they don't like competition, right? They don't like competition.
- 32:58Speaker 12: And $ 3 trillion has left their banking system and gone into.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Crypto.
- 33:03Speaker 12: And I was the guy that designed the Bitcoin logo
- 33:06Speaker 12: and went to 175 countries with a camera crew, got
- 33:09Speaker 12: millions of people involved in Bitcoin. And Obama had something
- 33:14Speaker 12: called Operation Chokepoint. He got the orders from Obama.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I know all about it.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Terrible. Terrible.
- 33:19Speaker 12: To shut down Bitcoin. And they couldn't stop it because
- 33:22Speaker 12: it's math. How do you stop math? So the next
- 33:24Speaker 12: two down were the miners. And we ran the largest
- 33:28Speaker 12: mining pool on planet Earth.
- 33:30Speaker 3: BitClub.
- 33:30Speaker 12: It was a company that I was a vendor for.
- 33:33Speaker 12: I worked for a company called BitFury that made the chips,
- 33:36Speaker 12: the mining hardware, the computers that sold this equipment to BitClub.
- 33:40Speaker 12: And they had me flying around the world, setting up
- 33:42Speaker 12: big data centers and Raised $ 700 million and mined 92,000
- 33:47Speaker 12: Bitcoins and a half million Ethereum, about $ 10 billion. They
- 33:50Speaker 12: had over a million members in 100 countries around the world.
- 33:54Speaker 12: And instead of being on the cover of Time magazine
- 33:57Speaker 12: for the fastest growing company in human history, we hit
- 34:00Speaker 12: a billion dollars faster than any company on Earth.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Instead of that, they arrested me.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Yeah, because they were mad that you were the smartest
- 34:08Speaker 1: guy in the world. And they don't like that. They
- 34:11Speaker 1: want to punish you for being smarter than them. And
- 34:13Speaker 1: by the way, none of them are smart. I got
- 34:16Speaker 1: news for you. Other than Donald Trump, every politician, for
- 34:18Speaker 1: the most part I meet, is a dummy. They're all dummies.
- 34:21Speaker 1: They don't know how to make money. They only know
- 34:23Speaker 1: how to steal taxpayer money with fraud and scams. government
- 34:27Speaker 1: contracts for their relatives. They only know how to scam, Joby.
- 34:31Speaker 1: They don't know how to make money. Guys like you
- 34:33Speaker 1: and me are smarter than them, and they hate us
- 34:35Speaker 1: for it.
- 34:36Speaker 12: Well, when you have the ability to create money out
- 34:38Speaker 12: of nothing and then buy up all the politicians, it's
- 34:42Speaker 12: a self-heating system, right? I mean, we inherited this system.
- 34:45Speaker 12: I mean, I read the Constitution. It says gold and
- 34:48Speaker 12: silver is lawful money. So what's up with this debt-based currency, right,
- 34:52Speaker 12: these Federal Reserve notes? And, you know, you think about it,
- 34:55Speaker 12: all the money that's circulating that they're stealing, all this money,
- 34:59Speaker 12: it's broken.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Into existence out of debt.
- 35:01Speaker 12: And if you paid off the debt, there wouldn't be
- 35:03Speaker 12: any dollars left circulating anywhere in the economy.
- 35:06Speaker 3: And yet we would still owe all the interest. It's
- 35:08Speaker 3: a mathematical impossibility.
- 35:10Speaker 12: You can't pay principal plus interest if only principal exists.
- 35:14Speaker 12: It's a game of musical chairs. There's 12 people going
- 35:16Speaker 12: after 10 chairs.
- 35:17Speaker 3: And I saw that. I was like, well, then what's
- 35:19Speaker 3: backing our money?
- 35:20Speaker 12: Well, it's backed by bonds, backed by birth certificates, backed
- 35:23Speaker 12: by the government's ability to tax us. They hypothecate humans.
- 35:27Speaker 12: They're using us as the collateral.
- 35:29Speaker 3: And I didn't like that. Bitcoin doesn't spring into existence
- 35:32Speaker 3: out of debt.
- 35:34Speaker 1: So you're getting a matter as you speak because you
- 35:36Speaker 1: make too much sense and you're too smart. I'm telling you,
- 35:39Speaker 1: everything you just said, I get it. But the average
- 35:42Speaker 1: politician is watching and going, what is he saying? What
- 35:45Speaker 1: is he saying? I don't understand what he's saying. You're
- 35:46Speaker 1: just too smart for them and they hate you for that.
- 35:49Speaker 1: That's what these people are like. They're scumbags. They really are.
- 35:52Speaker 12: Well, it's a horrible thing because if you think about it,
- 35:55Speaker 12: in 2020, right after Trump lost... You know, Biden, they
- 35:59Speaker 12: print they printed six trillion dollars that year. And if
- 36:03Speaker 12: you calculate the average American worker makes sixty thousand dollars
- 36:07Speaker 12: a year. So six trillion by sixty thousand dollars. That's
- 36:12Speaker 12: one hundred million light years. hours or years, 100 million years,
- 36:19Speaker 12: you just divide that by the average worker working from
- 36:22Speaker 12: the ages of 20 to 70, 50 years, 100 million
- 36:26Speaker 12: by 50 years is 2 million people. They robbed 2
- 36:29Speaker 12: million people of their lifetime.
- 36:31Speaker 3: Production in a year. It's theft. Inflation is theft. It's
- 36:35Speaker 3: a tax.
- 36:35Speaker 12: So that's why I got so excited about Bitcoin. That's
- 36:37Speaker 12: why Bitcoin went from $ 1 to $ 10, 000 to $ 100, 000.
- 36:41Speaker 3: It will be $ 10 million.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Joby, why didn't I know you then? You would have
- 36:46Speaker 1: convinced me to buy a lot of Bitcoin.
- 36:47Speaker 3: You should buy some right now.
- 36:48Speaker 1: It's going to $ 10 million.
- 36:50Speaker 3: I do. I bought it last year.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I bought it last year i bought it for the
- 36:55Speaker 1: first time at 52 000 i'm an idiot i should
- 36:57Speaker 1: have been buying it a hundred a hundred dollars and
- 37:00Speaker 1: five hundred dollars and a thousand dollars but i didn't
- 37:02Speaker 1: know you back then i would have listened to you
- 37:04Speaker 1: i promise you well here's.
- 37:05Speaker 12: What happened they kidnapped me and i wouldn't give up
- 37:07Speaker 12: my crypto and so next thing you know they disappeared
- 37:10Speaker 12: me for 11 months i was bounced from jail to
- 37:13Speaker 12: jail to jail to jail state to state to state.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Diesel therapy right diesel therapy don't think.
- 37:18Speaker 12: My family didn't know where i was all because What
- 37:20Speaker 12: did I do wrong? We created, there was no victims,
- 37:22Speaker 12: no injured party, no one was standing to sue.
- 37:24Speaker 7: What was the crime?
- 37:25Speaker 1: What did they say?
- 37:26Speaker 10: We turned $ 700.
- 37:26Speaker 3: Million into $ 10 billion. That's the crime. It's getting lots
- 37:31Speaker 3: of people free. But what did they claim?
- 37:34Speaker 1: Joby, what did they claim was the crime? I mean,
- 37:37Speaker 1: what could they say?
- 37:38Speaker 3: They said I was selling unregistered securities. I was selling
- 37:41Speaker 3: computer equipment.
- 37:42Speaker 12: They wanted to say a security is an equipment. And
- 37:44Speaker 12: they denied me bail. They denied me a trial. They
- 37:47Speaker 12: disappeared me. It's a crazy situation. The Constitution says due process.
- 37:53Speaker 5: It's called.
- 37:53Speaker 3: You get indicted. You get arrested. You get bail.
- 37:57Speaker 12: Then you get a trial. Then if you're convicted at trial,
- 38:00Speaker 12: then you go to jail. After you've been convicted, they
- 38:03Speaker 12: do nothing.
- 38:03Speaker 3: They do not follow the Constitution.
- 38:05Speaker 1: They kidnap you. If you're a murderer, if you're a rapist,
- 38:09Speaker 1: and especially if you're a black murderer rapist, you're out
- 38:12Speaker 1: the same day. You're just right out. It's no problem.
- 38:16Speaker 1: You get bail that day. They won't deny you bail
- 38:18Speaker 1: because they say you're poor and you're black and you
- 38:20Speaker 1: had no father in the home. Everybody gets out for
- 38:23Speaker 1: murder and rape and assault and drug dealing and every
- 38:26Speaker 1: other crime in the world.
- 38:27Speaker 3: It's amazing what they did here.
- 38:29Speaker 12: Title 15, selling an unregistered security, that's civil. There's no
- 38:33Speaker 12: mandatory minimums. They usually just slap you on the wrist.
- 38:36Speaker 12: The max you could ever get is five years, zero
- 38:39Speaker 12: to five. There's no mandatory minimums. I've been sitting on
- 38:42Speaker 12: house arrest for almost seven years waiting for a trial.
- 38:45Speaker 3: With an ankle bracelet on my ankle.
- 38:47Speaker 5: I can't go anywhere.
- 38:49Speaker 12: I can't do anything. I can't have a phone, a computer.
- 38:51Speaker 12: I can't have a job to provide for my family.
- 38:53Speaker 12: I can't get fresh air and sunlight. I can't go
- 38:55Speaker 12: to church. No weddings, no funerals. Can't go to the gym.
- 38:58Speaker 12: I'm drug tested twice a week. I have a guard
- 39:01Speaker 12: that has to watch over me 24 hours a day,
- 39:03Speaker 12: seven days.
- 39:04Speaker 3: A week so I won't flee to Mexico, they say.
- 39:06Speaker 1: I mean, this is a dumb question. You said no sunshine.
- 39:09Speaker 1: I was going to ask you a dumb question. But
- 39:10Speaker 1: you must have like a deck. Aren't you allowed to
- 39:12Speaker 1: walk on your deck with the sun out and breathe
- 39:14Speaker 1: some fresh air?
- 39:15Speaker 12: Don't tell him.
- 39:18Speaker 3: This is insane.
- 39:19Speaker 12: If I was guilty of this crime, the max sentence
- 39:22Speaker 12: is five years. They've had me sit here 33 continuances.
- 39:26Speaker 12: They have no case. If they would have had a case,
- 39:28Speaker 12: they would have taken us. to trial and convicted us
- 39:31Speaker 12: long ago.
- 39:32Speaker 1: What's your legal fees?
- 39:33Speaker 12: I spent $ 5 million with these lawyers. I hired David boys,
- 39:37Speaker 12: the guy that runs the Seattle law schools named after
- 39:40Speaker 12: the guy. I thought this is CIA deep state law
- 39:43Speaker 12: for the Biden regime.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Right.
- 39:44Speaker 12: So, and Hunter Biden worked for David boys for 10 years.
- 39:47Speaker 12: So I'm like, Oh, Maybe this guy could figure it
- 39:50Speaker 12: out in five years.
- 39:51Speaker 3: He said, no interviews, no podcast. I'll handle it. And
- 39:54Speaker 3: all they wanted to do is railroad me, man.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Unbelievable. We're going to a break. I don't want you
- 39:59Speaker 1: to go. Stay with us, okay? We'll bring you back
- 40:01Speaker 1: on the other side to finish this interview, okay? I
- 40:04Speaker 1: want to talk some more. If only I'd known Joby
- 40:06Speaker 1: years ago, I would have been in on the ground
- 40:08Speaker 1: floor of Bitcoin. Joby, I can't believe it. I can't
- 40:12Speaker 1: believe we weren't friends then, Joby.
- 40:14Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I can't believe what's happening. It's so disgusting.
- 40:18Speaker 3: So un-American.
- 40:19Speaker 1: So makes me sick about my own country. Everyone thinks
- 40:22Speaker 1: America is the land of the free.
- 40:23Speaker 5: Yeah, right.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Ask Joby about that. We'll be right back. Crypto legend,
- 40:27Speaker 1: Joby Weeks. More with him. Very early Bitcoin proponent. Political
- 40:31Speaker 1: prisoner since 2019. I'm Wayne Allyn.
- 40:34Speaker 5: This is.
- 40:35Speaker 1: War Zone Live. We'll be right back. RootForAmerica.com is my website.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Email me anytime. WayneRoot at gmail.com. If you have questions
- 40:42Speaker 1: for Joby, WayneRoot at gmail.com. I'll look right now.
- 40:45Speaker 13: All right.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Wayne on the Root with Dan Montano, the CEO of
- 40:50Speaker 1: Zichogenesis Medicine. I've been telling you about Zichogenesis Medicine and
- 40:55Speaker 1: its medicines to reverse type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease. and
- 40:59Speaker 1: the number one cause of death in the world, small
- 41:03Speaker 1: vessel heart disease. This form of heart disease is responsible
- 41:07Speaker 1: for one-third of all the deaths in the world. So
- 41:10Speaker 1: it could be one-third of all the people watching right now.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Joining us now, the CEO of Zetia Genesis Medicine, Dan Montano. Dan,
- 41:17Speaker 1: let's get an update on the success your medicine is
- 41:20Speaker 1: having on these diseases. Let's start with type 2 diabetes.
- 41:24Speaker 1: What's the latest?
- 41:26Speaker 3: Wayne, very simple.
- 41:27Speaker 14: We've dosed about 50 people now in Las Vegas. 95%
- 41:31Speaker 14: have reversed their diabetes within a few weeks. Only two
- 41:35Speaker 14: have not made it so far, but they were so
- 41:37Speaker 14: high it didn't count.
- 41:38Speaker 3: It's coming along excellent.
- 41:40Speaker 14: I think we'll end the study by the end of March, April,
- 41:43Speaker 14: and be able to announce the outcome, which I think
- 41:45Speaker 14: is going to show 95% success in reversing type 2 diabetes.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Wow. What's the update with Parkinson's disease?
- 41:53Speaker 14: We've now treated over 250 Parkinson's disease patients, including some
- 41:57Speaker 14: very big names you'll be hearing about soon, I hope,
- 42:00Speaker 14: and the recovery and the improvement is material. They're walking,
- 42:04Speaker 14: they're talking, and they've almost got themselves back to normal.
- 42:08Speaker 1: All right, so we're going to have celebrity announcements. I
- 42:11Speaker 1: love that. You're treating celebrities. What's new with your treatment
- 42:13Speaker 1: of heart disease?
- 42:15Speaker 14: We are now starting to treat people in the Bahamas
- 42:18Speaker 14: where we're cleared. In fact, we'll be attending the Caribbean
- 42:22Speaker 14: cardiovascular conference in July. We expect 300 to 400 doctors
- 42:27Speaker 14: to hear about what our medicine does, and hopefully they'll
- 42:31Speaker 14: start referring patients to us to treat there. So everything
- 42:34Speaker 14: is coming together. Those three items are working perfect.
- 42:38Speaker 1: There's an investment opportunity for my fans. What's the latest
- 42:40Speaker 1: on that?
- 42:42Speaker 14: Well, right now, the medical research studies that we're doing,
- 42:45Speaker 14: we return the investors 10 times on their money. And
- 42:48Speaker 14: if they're not happy and 48 months, we'll buy them
- 42:51Speaker 14: back at two times. But I think they'll probably have
- 42:54Speaker 14: the 10 times by the time the four years is
- 42:56Speaker 14: up because we're just having a tremendous response on all
- 43:00Speaker 14: three categories.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Well, the updates are exciting. They are spectacular. They are wonderful,
- 43:07Speaker 1: and they are music to my ears. If you're interested
- 43:09Speaker 1: in learning more about this investment opportunity, go to cure-war.com.
- 43:13Speaker 1: They created that website just for me, cure-war. Wouldn't it
- 43:16Speaker 1: be great to make money and help cure disease? And

- 45:02Speaker 7: a lot of false hope out there. And many people

- 45:08Speaker 8: We have been helping people gain intercellular hydration for nearly
- 45:12Speaker 8: three decades.
- 45:13Speaker 7: You will lose fat, not weight, fat, fast, including that

- 45:34Speaker 9: Possible side effects may include increased joy, energy, potential reduction
- 45:38Speaker 9: in prescriptions, more fulfilling relationships, fewer doctor visits, and overall
- 45:42Speaker 9: improved quality of health and life.
- 46:14Speaker 1: All right, sway down the route, the route, the route,
- 46:16Speaker 1: the route's on fire. Sponsor of this segment, we're going
- 46:18Speaker 1: back to Joby Weeks, the crypto legend who's been under
- 46:21Speaker 1: house arrest for six years and has been a political
- 46:24Speaker 1: prisoner for seven years. We'll get back to him in
- 46:28Speaker 1: just a second. I want to mention Energize Health changed
- 46:31Speaker 1: my life. I am about to be 65 years old
- 46:34Speaker 1: in July. I'll be on Medicare in July, and I
- 46:37Speaker 1: think I look damn good, better than when I was 50.
- 46:39Speaker 1: There's me at the age of 50 with Steve Forbes
- 46:41Speaker 1: at Freedom Fest. And here's me in the gym at
- 46:44Speaker 1: the age of 65. It's like I've been reversed aged.
- 46:48Speaker 1: It's my fountain of youth. Freedom Fest changed my life.
- 46:51Speaker 1: I lost 25 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of
- 46:53Speaker 1: muscle in only 88 days to start the program. That
- 46:56Speaker 1: was almost six years ago. My life has never been
- 46:59Speaker 1: the same. And it exploded my career. It extended my career,
- 47:02Speaker 1: exploded my career. Nobody's on TV at the age of 65.
- 47:05Speaker 1: Nobody gets a new show at the age of 65.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Let me let you in on a secret. I'm negotiating
- 47:09Speaker 1: a new TV show Monday through Friday right now. I'm
- 47:13Speaker 1: going to be 65 years old with a new show
- 47:15Speaker 1: on TV. No such thing. Should be in the Guinness
- 47:17Speaker 1: Book of World Records. Thank you, Freedom Fest. Here's your
- 47:19Speaker 1: chance to be like Wayne. Just go to energizehealth.com and
- 47:23Speaker 1: you get 40% off automatically because you're a fan of
- 47:26Speaker 1: Wayne Allyn Root. Just say war or Wayne Allyn Root.
- 47:28Speaker 1: 40% off. Go on the same journey as me. energizehealth.com,
- 47:32Speaker 1: my fountain of youth.
- 47:33Speaker 15: All right.
- 47:34Speaker 1: We're back with Joby Weeks, crypto legend, very early Bitcoin proponent.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Has been a political prisoner since 2019. Joby, I'm great
- 47:41Speaker 1: friends with a guy named Brad Birkenfeld. You know that
- 47:44Speaker 1: name at all?
- 47:45Speaker 5: Yep.
- 47:47Speaker 1: So Brad's my buddy. He's a guy that brought back
- 47:49Speaker 1: a list of 19,000 names of tax cheats from UBS
- 47:53Speaker 1: in Switzerland to the United States, DOJ under Obama. And
- 47:56Speaker 1: Obama put him in jail. To this day, he's the
- 47:58Speaker 1: only one that went to prison, even though he handed
- 48:01Speaker 1: in the list. He's the one that went to prison.
- 48:03Speaker 1: None of the tax cheats were ever prosecuted. They erased
- 48:06Speaker 1: the names of 14,000 of the 19,000 on the list
- 48:08Speaker 1: because they were Democrat donors. I don't know why Obama's
- 48:12Speaker 1: not in prison, Hillary's not in prison. They negotiated that.
- 48:15Speaker 1: He went to prison. But the good news is he
- 48:17Speaker 1: was established or designated officially as a whistleblower by the
- 48:22Speaker 1: IRS while Obama was persecuting him. So when he got
- 48:26Speaker 1: out of prison after 30 months, his lawyer handed him
- 48:28Speaker 1: a check when he got out and he said, what's
- 48:30Speaker 1: this for? And he said, open it up. And he
- 48:32Speaker 1: opened it up, it was $ 100 million from the IRS
- 48:34Speaker 1: because he was a whistleblower. So on one hand, the
- 48:37Speaker 1: administration persecuted him And on the other hand, the IRS
- 48:41Speaker 1: recognized that he brought in $ 40 billion in tax cheats.
- 48:46Speaker 1: All that money came back in interest penalties and the
- 48:48Speaker 1: original money. And so they gave him a piece of
- 48:50Speaker 1: the action. Since then, he's gotten several other $ 100 million checks.
- 48:54Speaker 1: He's going to be a billionaire from that deal, but
- 48:57Speaker 1: yet he served 30 months in prison. So, I mean,
- 48:59Speaker 1: government persecutes people all the time. It's terrible. Does President
- 49:05Speaker 1: Trump know about your plight, by the way?
- 49:07Speaker 3: Oh, everybody knows about my plight.
- 49:09Speaker 12: I did a counter-sue for $ 22 billion against six judges,
- 49:12Speaker 12: 12 prosecutors, the SEC, the IRS, the FBI.
- 49:16Speaker 3: 50 agents, the clerks under RICO.
- 49:18Speaker 12: The Sherman Antitrust Act, the Hobbs Act, and the Tucker Act.
- 49:21Speaker 12: It's organized crime. The District of New Jersey is run
- 49:24Speaker 12: by the mafia. And so I don't know how I
- 49:28Speaker 12: feel about turning in tax cheats. I mean, 100% of
- 49:32Speaker 12: the personal income tax goes to be interest on money
- 49:35Speaker 12: the Fed creates out of nothing. Not a dime of
- 49:37Speaker 12: your income tax goes to pave the roads or pay
- 49:39Speaker 12: the police officers or run the school system. It's your
- 49:42Speaker 12: gasoline tax that pays for the roads. The property tax
- 49:45Speaker 12: is what pays for the roads. Or your school systems,
- 49:47Speaker 12: but the income tax with the Treasury could create the
- 49:50Speaker 12: money interest free.
- 49:51Speaker 3: In fact, we have a proposal in with.
- 49:53Speaker 12: Team Trump right now to eliminate the income tax and
- 49:57Speaker 12: tariffs and bring in twice as much money for our
- 50:00Speaker 12: country by being smart about it. And I'll interview him
- 50:06Speaker 12: in public soon.
- 50:07Speaker 1: Do you know if he's read it? Because, you know,
- 50:09Speaker 1: I am friends with him, and I've got his personal
- 50:11Speaker 1: cell phone. And, I mean, if you get this information
- 50:13Speaker 1: to me, I will put it in front of him,
- 50:15Speaker 1: make sure he's reading it, right?
- 50:17Speaker 12: I would love for you, and you know, if we
- 50:19Speaker 12: can have it hit from all different angles.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Yes, right, exactly.
- 50:22Speaker 12: I was trying to go through the DOJ to drop
- 50:25Speaker 12: the charges, but we could never get Pam Bondi or Alina.
- 50:29Speaker 12: The District of New Jersey couldn't even get a U.S.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Attorney.
- 50:31Speaker 12: I mean, I actually stopped all the cases because Alina
- 50:34Speaker 12: Haba was never confirmed by the Senate. And then the
- 50:37Speaker 12: judges put in a new person. That day, Pam Bondi
- 50:39Speaker 12: came and fired that person. put in their own person again,
- 50:42Speaker 12: or she put in Alina Haba again.
- 50:45Speaker 1: So you're in New Jersey. That's the deal. This all
- 50:47Speaker 1: happened in New Jersey, and you're in New Jersey right now,
- 50:49Speaker 1: sitting in Jersey?
- 50:50Speaker 3: No, I live in Miami. I don't even know why
- 50:53Speaker 3: New Jersey took on this case. I didn't live there,
- 50:55Speaker 3: didn't do business there. It's crazy.
- 50:57Speaker 12: They just wanted to come. It was a multi-billion dollar heist.
- 51:00Speaker 12: We can't find the assets. There's no asset forfeiture. I
- 51:03Speaker 12: call the IRS. Where are the assets? In West Palm.
- 51:06Speaker 12: And they're like, oh, we'll call the marshals. In Tampa,
- 51:08Speaker 12: he called the marshals.
- 51:09Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 51:09Speaker 12: Ask the FBI. FBI says, oh, we sent four boxes
- 51:12Speaker 12: to Colorado. Call the IRS there.
- 51:15Speaker 3: I called them. Oh, we only got one box.
- 51:17Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Call New Jersey. So I guess they run around.
- 51:19Speaker 1: They can't find the assets.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Unbelievable.
- 51:21Speaker 12: This happened before when they stole the money from the
- 51:24Speaker 12: Silk Road. The agents that raided the Silk Road never
- 51:28Speaker 12: gave the government the Bitcoin.
- 51:29Speaker 3: They stole it.
- 51:30Speaker 8: What?
- 51:30Speaker 3: And those agents went to jail for a couple of years.
- 51:33Speaker 16: It was a heist.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Nobody knows this.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Nobody knows this stuff, Joby.
- 51:37Speaker 12: They don't know it because I've been suppressed because I
- 51:40Speaker 12: was told by my lawyers, don't do any interviews or podcasts.
- 51:43Speaker 3: And then they said, we know you're innocent. All you
- 51:45Speaker 3: got to do is.
- 51:46Speaker 12: Get 10 million people behind you.
- 51:47Speaker 3: Otherwise, you're going to be a martyr for your cause.
- 51:49Speaker 12: And I'm like, how am I supposed to get 10
- 51:51Speaker 12: million people?
- 51:51Speaker 3: I can't tell the story. So here I am.
- 51:54Speaker 1: I finally tell the.
- 51:55Speaker 3: Story, fired all the lawyers. So thank you for having me.
- 51:58Speaker 1: Joby, we're headed to a break. Our number one is freejoby.com.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Is that the website?
- 52:05Speaker 3: That's the website.
- 52:06Speaker 1: Freejoby.com. J-O-B-Y.
- 52:08Speaker 3: We have a 20-minute video there. Mickey Willis did it. Freejoby.com.
- 52:12Speaker 3: Please help.
- 52:12Speaker 1: Freejoby.com. I want to have you on again soon. I
- 52:15Speaker 1: want to go over this more. I want to hear
- 52:17Speaker 1: more about this story. I want to know where it's going.
- 52:20Speaker 1: My email is wayneroot at gmail.com. My name, wayneroot at gmail.
- 52:25Speaker 1: Send me an email. I will get it to President Trump.
- 52:28Speaker 1: I want to help you, okay?
- 52:30Speaker 3: Thank you, brother.
- 52:30Speaker 1: WayneRoot at gmail.com. Thank you, Joby, for coming on. God
- 52:34Speaker 1: bless you, man. Good luck.
- 52:36Speaker 5: Okay.
- 52:53Speaker 1: Since Kip founded the VRA in 2003. Over the last
- 52:57Speaker 1: three years, VRA had an average gain of 37%. Kip,
- 53:01Speaker 1: congratulations on your success. I've seen it firsthand for over
- 53:05Speaker 1: 22 years. I've read your newsletter for the last 22
- 53:08Speaker 1: plus years. You're my personal financial expert. How do you
- 53:12Speaker 1: guys keep beating the markets almost every year when 90%
- 53:16Speaker 1: of Wall Street money managers fail to do so?
- 53:20Speaker 5: Well, thanks, Wayne.
- 53:20Speaker 17: You know, I worked in that environment 15 years, worked
- 53:22Speaker 17: at Wall Street 15 years, helped take seven companies public,
- 53:26Speaker 17: raised and managed several hundred million dollars. And I know
- 53:28Speaker 17: how the group think of Wall Street works, and that's
- 53:30Speaker 17: not how.
- 53:31Speaker 1: People make money.
- 53:32Speaker 17: 90% of money managers, you say, don't beat the markets
- 53:35Speaker 17: every year.
- 53:35Speaker 1: We do.
- 53:36Speaker 17: And the reason really is I had great mentors that
- 53:40Speaker 17: helped me to create what we call our VRA investing system.
- 53:43Speaker 17: It's our proprietary market timing and sector selection system. It
- 53:47Speaker 17: tells us when to be in the market, when to
- 53:49Speaker 17: be out, when to be aggressive, and when to take
- 53:52Speaker 17: some profits. It takes money to cash. And that helps
- 53:55Speaker 17: us with our sector selection. Again, market timing, those are
- 53:58Speaker 17: real keys. And we also love doing individual stock research.
- 54:01Speaker 17: So that's where you put our clients and subscribers into
- 54:04Speaker 17: and get ETFs, individual stocks. And we also love Bitcoin
- 54:09Speaker 17: and gold, as you know.
- 54:11Speaker 1: And silver.
- 54:12Speaker 17: In 2003, I recommended gold at $ 350 an ounce, silver.
- 54:15Speaker 1: At $ 5.
- 54:16Speaker 17: We recommended Bitcoin at $ 2, 000 in 2017. And combined with
- 54:22Speaker 17: those three, we're up over 4,000% in gains, 40 times
- 54:25Speaker 17: your money for our subscribers.
- 54:27Speaker 1: So we do things a little differently.
- 54:29Speaker 17: Fifth and sixth generation native Texans, and we love what
- 54:32Speaker 17: we do here in Texas.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Well, I'm a witness to all of it. I've been
- 54:35Speaker 1: there for all of it. There's a lot of fear
- 54:36Speaker 1: out there today, Kip. What do investors know about the

- 1:00:18Speaker 2: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time for War!
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: It's so funny how you find out that people are
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: all little spoiled brats. Tucker Carlson, I knew about him
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: without knowing anything about him. He just looks like a
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: little waspy spoiled brat his entire life. I always thought
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: that was what his little bow tie used to wear.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: What a little waspy spoiled brat. First of all, his
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: biological mother was the heiress, Lisa McNear Lombardi, born to
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: a family that owned three million acres of ranch land.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: across four states with oil and gas rights. And then
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: his mother left the family, never saw them again, him
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: or his brother ever again, and died in Europe. And
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: the multimillionaire father married the Swanson TV dinner family heir,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: So she's the heir to, her name was Patricia Swanson Carlson,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: heir to the Swanson frozen food firm, famed for its
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: iconic foil-wrapped dinners of the 1950s. So this guy is
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: like double country club, rich, spoiled brat, lucky sperm club.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: So for any of you who still think Tucker Carlson's
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: a great guy, you know, I'm the son of a butcher.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: My father wore a bloody apron. You know, I never
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: sniffed the life that this little spoiled brat loser's had
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: his whole life. And that's, you know, it makes sense
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: because every time I met someone rich as a kid,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Their parents were always rich and they were mentally ill.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: They were always nut jobs. This guy's mentally ill. This
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson is a mentally ill nut job. Just my
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: opinion on an opinion show. It appears to me he's
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: mentally ill. Something is wrong with him. Everything he says
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: now is so disgraceful and disgusting. He's apologizing for ever
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: liking President Trump, apologizing for ever recommending Trump. Just sick, dude, man.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Some of the things he says are just ridiculous. So
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: here's my commentary that I wrote this morning. I'll open
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: up the show with it. Our hour number two of
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: the show. Read the shocking story of Obama and Hillary
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: criminal scandal, conspiracy, and cover-up that until now no one
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: knew about. I have the American hero and whistleblower who
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: is a witness to the crime and is willing to testify.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: This is a shocking story that every American needs to read.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: More importantly, this is a story that President Trump and
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: whoever is his new Attorney General of the United States
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: needs to study. This is a massive Obama and Hillary
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: criminal conspiracy case we're handing you, wrapped in a bow,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: ready for prosecution. I've got the whistleblower and witness for you.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: His name is Bradley Birkenfeld, and he's not just any whistleblower.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Brad is single-handedly responsible for uncovering the largest and longest-running
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: tax evasion case in IRS history. He's also the only
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: whistleblower in the history of America to recover $ 40 billion
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: for the US Treasury and US taxpayers. That's more than
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: all the IRS whistleblowers in American history combined. And because
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: of that, President Trump, my great friend Brad, is the
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: most deserving candidate for a pardon in the history of
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: presidential pardons. Hint, hint. Get ready. Here's his remarkable story.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Brad was a successful Swiss private banker. With many of
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: the wealthiest American businessmen and women as his clients, these
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: wealthy Americans were hiding their money offshore in Swiss banks
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: to evade U.S. taxes. After resigning from his comfortable job
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: at UBS in Switzerland, Brad made the decision to voluntarily
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: walk into the DOJ in Washington, D.C. to reveal the
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: secret numbered bank accounts of 19,000 Americans hiding tens of
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: billions of dollars at UBS in Switzerland. It turns out
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: most of them were large donors to Obama, Hillary, and
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: the Democrat Party. What a surprise! All my life I've
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: found anyone who's rich, anyone who does nice, successful in life,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: small business owner, owns three restaurants, they're all Republicans. 100% Republicans.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Every small business owner. Show me someone with a private
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: jet and an offshore Swiss bank account, always Democrats. So
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: here they are asking for higher taxes. They don't pay
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: any taxes. Tax cheats. So it turns out most of
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: these large donors with their money, most of these people
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: with money in Swiss bank accounts were large donors to Obama, Hillary,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: and the Democrat Party. In one remarkable act, Brad brought
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: down the entire veil of hundreds of years of Swiss
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: banking secrecy. Do you remember who the leaders of America
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: were back in 2009 when Brad was negotiating with the DOJ?
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: He wanted to hand them his file of 19,000 tax sheets.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: The leaders of America were Barack Obama, President of the
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: United States, Vice President Biden, and Hillary Clinton as Secretary
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: of State. Brad naturally assumed that He would be celebrated, thanked,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: and protected by the U.S. government for risking his life,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: because again, you know, the people in Switzerland were probably
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: out to kill him, and giving up his lucrative banking
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: career to help the U.S. government collect tens of billions
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: of dollars in stolen tax money. Instead, the Obama DOJ
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: persecuted and prosecuted Brad, putting him in prison for 30 months.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Why would they do that?
- 1:05:44Speaker 15: Simple.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: To protect thousands of Democrat donors in these files of
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: tax cheats. They didn't want the files. They wanted to
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: protect their big Democrat donors. They wanted to shut Brad up.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: As a result of Brad's testimony and evidence handed to
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: the DOJ, not only was $ 40 billion recovered by the IRS,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: but 130 Swiss banks signed formal agreements. and were fined
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: by the U.S. government to end their decades-long criminal conduct.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Three IRS amnesty programs were implemented, resulting in over 100,000
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: and counting U.S. citizens now in tax compliance. UBS agreed
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: to a deferred prosecution agreement, paid a $ 780 million fine,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: which to them was a slap in the wrist, and
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: agreed to release the names of only 4,700 American tax evaders.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: So let's get this straight. Brad walked into the OJ
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: with a list of 19,000 names of tax cheats, and
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: they only released 4,700 names at UBS after he did
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: all that. That math doesn't end up right. So where
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: did the other 14,300 names of tax cheats go? Well,
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Obama sent Hillary Clinton to Switzerland to negotiate a deal
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: with UBS to erase those names. And in return, Obama
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: and Hillary gave UBS a sweetheart deal. These were Obama's friends.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: How evil and criminal is Obama? Well, on the very
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: day that my friend Brad was sent to prison. And remember,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: he's the hero of this story who handed in the
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: names of the tax cheats. Obama was playing golf with
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: the chairman of UBS that day. They must have been
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: laughing that no one went to jail but Brad. This
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: is how crimes are covered up among friends and donors
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: in Washington, DC. Instead of making Brad a national hero,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: Obama's DOJ forced Brad to accept one charge of conspiracy
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: to commit tax fraud. and put him in prison for
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: 30 months. This was their way of shutting him up.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: And in all these years since all this happened, since
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: my friend Brad exposed this massive criminal tax conspiracy, the
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: only person to go to prison is Brad Birkenfeld. How
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: do you figure that? It shows you what a fraud
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: our government is. Hillary Clinton was sent to Switzerland to
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: negotiate the deal with UBS, and she made sure all
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: the Democrat tax cheats' names were erased from the infamous
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: list that Brad handed to the IRS. But Brad knows...
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: How many names are on the list? Because he was
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: the one who had the list. They were his clients.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: I'm the lawyer, but this sure looks like proof of
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: a massive crime and government conspiracy carried out by Obama
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: and Hillary. And Brad is ready today to testify as
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: a witness and whistleblower. Once out of prison, Brad told
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: his side of the story in the worldwide bestselling book,
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: Lucifer's Banker Uncensored. Published in eight languages with the foreword
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: by Peter Schweizer exposing the ingrained corruption of Obama and Clinton.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: It's time to right a terrible injustice, President Trump. First,
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: it's time to call for a special counsel to prosecute
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: Obama and Hillary for carrying out this massive criminal conspiracy.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: Think about this for a moment. Is it a crime
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: to cover up the largest and longest running tax evasion
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: in IRS history? Of course it is. By any standard,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: that's a clear-cut case of fraud. Is it a crime
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: to erase the names of $ 14, 300 Democrat donors in a
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: file of 19,000 tax sheets? By any standard, that's a
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: clear-cut case of fraud. Is it a crime to only
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: collect the $ 40 billion from the GOP donors on the
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: list because not a dime was ever collected from the 14,300
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: Democrat donors? How do I know that? Because they erased
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: the names. How much money do we lose by erasing
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: those names? In effect, Obama and Hillary stole an estimated
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: $ 100 billion from the U.S. Treasury and the U.S. taxpayers,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: you and me, by not going after the taxes owed
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: by their cronies. Democrat donors got away with fraud. By
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: any standard, that's a clear-cut case of fraud. Is it
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: a crime to offer a sweetheart deal to UBS if
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: they would agree to allow Hillary to erase 14,300 names
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: from the files by any standard? That's a clear-cut case
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: of fraud. Finally, is it a crime to destroy the
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: life of my friend Brad in order to silence him?
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: You're damn right it is. Democrats put Brad in prison.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: For the same reason, they've now put Tina Peters in
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: prison in Colorado to cover up their crimes, to silence witnesses,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: to send a message to future whistleblowers. If you report
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: a crime by Democrats, we will destroy your life. They
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: are organized crime. Finally, President Trump, please reward Bradley Birkenfeld
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: with a presidential pardon in order to recognize that our government.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: Our DOJ and the Obama administration committed a terrible injustice
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: when they put Brad Birkenfeld in prison. Brad is a hero,
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: not a criminal. There are many Americans worthy of a pardon,
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: but no one in history has ever recovered $ 40 billion
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: for the American people and the taxpayers. Every American taxpayer
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: owes a debt of gratitude to Brad. 40 billion gratitudes,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: to be exact. By the way, the IRS officially recognized
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: Brad as the hero of this story. How do I
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: know that? Well, they designated him as a whistleblower. So
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: while Obama was persecuting Brad... and put him in prison.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: And while Brad was rotting away for 30 months in
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: a prison cell, on the day Brad walked out of prison,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: he was handed a check from the IRS for $ 100 million.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: His reward for the money's recovered. Just a partial down payment.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: He's got a lot more checks since then. Now that's
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: a happy ending. But there's only one way to give
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: this story the happy ending of all happy endings. Send
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Obama and Hillary to prison where they belong. I'm Wayne
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: Allyn Root. There's a thousand reasons to send Obama to prison.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: This is just one new one I've just exposed to
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: the whole world. Anyone who doesn't get it is a Democrat,
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: meaning you're a communist traitor. Everyone else gets it. And
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: by the way, what's the deal with Obama's birth certificate?
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Everyone tells me that if you know anything about birth certificates,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: a third grader could have made it. Why is no
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: one investigating? What's the deal with Obama's social security number?
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: I hear it's a dead guy from Connecticut. What's the
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: deal with that? Why is no one at all investigating?
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: Start investigating. All right, Wayne Allyn Root, I am joined
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: by Gordon Bond. What an honor. Owner of Bond Arms,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: one of the great gun manufacturers, all made in the USA,
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: all made in Texas. His website is getbondarms.com. Gordon, what
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: makes Bond Arms different from any other gun manufacturer?
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: Well, when my brother started the company a long time ago,
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: the regular Derringer, let me see if I can get
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: it in the picture here, was basically known as a cheap,
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: dangerous throwaway gun. This is a 1865 model.
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: Derringers have been around forever.
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: And what he did was take a dangerous gun and
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: just made it very cool, better materials, trigger guard, interchangeable barrels,
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: solid stainless steel. And Wayne, like you saw at the show,
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: people love picking them up and just holding them. And
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: it's just like, they pick it up and it's like, wow,
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: this is like a real gun.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: That's great.
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: I saw it.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: My wife and I were at the show, and she's
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: a gun aficionado even more than I am. And she
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: said it was the best booth at the entire gun
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: show out of thousands of booths was Gordon's booth, Bond Arms.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: To celebrate America's 250th anniversary, Bond Arms is releasing the
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: American 250 edition handgun at a special price only for
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: my fans. Tell us about it.
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: So one thing that we wanted to do, when I
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: graduated in 1976, it was the bicentennial, and that's all
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: they talked about all year long. And so when this
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: 250th anniversary was coming up, we really wanted to do
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: something special on this. And what you're seeing on the
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: screen right now is the stainless steel version. It's. 45
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: Long Colt and. 410 shotgun shell, very well built. I mean,
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: our guns are built like a tank. People love the quality.
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: They call it a hand cannon. best snake gun you've
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: ever had. There's a beautiful side with the flag and
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: the liberty. And people just love the way that we
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: do things. I mean, they'll come to our booth every
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: year and just go, wow, what are y'all doing this year?
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: What crazy thing are you doing this year? So the
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: American 250, we're really going to focus on that. We
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: want to give everybody the opportunity to own a piece
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: of history.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: What a beautiful gun. What a beautiful gun. What a
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: gorgeous gun. The engravings, wow. And I love that name,
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: Hand Cannon. I want a Hand Cannon. Mine got delivered today.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: I'll have them for next week's show. My own personal
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Hand Cannon from Bond Arms. How do you get it?

- 1:16:11Speaker 8: We have been helping people gain intercellular hydration for nearly
- 1:16:15Speaker 8: three decades.
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: You will lose fat, not weight, fat, fast, including that
- 1:16:20Speaker 7: killer visceral fat. Chronic dehydration is one of the root

- 1:16:37Speaker 9: Possible side effects may include increased joy, energy, potential reduction
- 1:16:41Speaker 9: in prescriptions, more fulfilling relationships, fewer doctor visits, and overall
- 1:16:45Speaker 9: improved quality of health and life.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allred, I mentioned this in hour number one.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: I got to it quickly. I want to get into it,
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: dig into it a little deeper. So Memphis has had
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: a staggering 40% violent crime drop. It's a blueprint for
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: other cities, says law enforcement expert. Fewer than 200 murders
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: were recorded in Memphis in 2025 for the first time
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: in many, many years. And the numbers, here they are.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Here's Memphis crime 2026 versus 2025. Overall violent crime so
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: far this year down 40%. Aggravated assault down 28%. Arson
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: down 33%. Burglary down 28%. Homicide down 36%. Larceny down 39%.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Motor vehicle theft down 63.98%. Robbery down 44.96%. Sexual assault
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: down 27%. It's a blueprint for other cities. And it
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: was long known as one of the most dangerous cities
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: in the nation. And then the Memphis Safe Task Force
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: was established by President Trump. And since it was formed,
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: over 7,400 arrests tied to homicide, sexual offenses, gang violence,
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: drug trafficking. Authorities have seized 1,200 illegal weapons, located 150
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: missing children. If this was Obama, they'd give him a
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: key to the city, right? They'd say he's the greatest
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: guy in the history of the world. It's Trump. No
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: one puts it in the news. It's truly amazing. Federal
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: agents first arrived in Memphis in September as part of
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: Trump's task force. The results are undeniable proof that strong leadership,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: tough enforcement, zero tolerance for criminals deliver real public safety
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: and transform communities. This is all because of, uh, Donald
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Trump's establishment of the Memphis Safe Task Force, a coalition
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and the
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Tennessee National Guard. And the real point in all this,
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: in my opinion, is, you know, they said that they've arrested,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: how many, what was the number? 7,400 arrests since they
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: started this. I'm telling you that in every city in
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: the United States, in every blue Democrat city run by Democrats,
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: they're all stink holes, crap holes, shh, you know what holes.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: They're third world crap holes. And in every one of
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: those cities, if you arrest 7,000 people, crime will drop
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: dramatically because that's the ones who commit the same crimes
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: again and again and again and again. It's the same
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: guys who commit thousands of crimes each. Put them in jail,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: crime drops dramatically. And then this story, the Biden administration
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: sourced the discredited Southern Policy Law Center to target Catholics
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: and met with them at least 11 times at the
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: White House with the SPLC. And this is now the
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: Southern Poverty Law Center, which just was indicted on numerous
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: fraud charges for funding the very hate groups that they
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: claim to be fighting. This administration, the Biden administration, used
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: documentation for the Southern Poverty Law Center to target traditional
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Catholics And worked with the same group prior to its
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: adding parents groups to their so-called hate map. And they
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: also added Turning Point, Charlie Kirk's organization, to their hate map.
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: They're trying to say Charlie Kirk is spreading hate. And meanwhile,
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: they donated to the very groups they were fighting. They
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: funded members of the KKK, Nazis, and those who were
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: part of the leadership in organizing the Unite the Right
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. So, the FBI lies about everything,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: the government lies about everything, the DOJ lies about everything.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: You saw my guest, Joe B.
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: Weeks.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: They're all liars. They're all scumbags. And the SPLC, Southern
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Poverty Law Center, was who they were using to go
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: after real Americans, real patriotic Americans. Catholics and parents, as
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: patriotic as you get. It's just amazing. It's all fraud.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: The whole government is fraud. Minnesota lawmaker takes action to
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: get answers on Ilhan Omar's alleged fraud ties after she
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: skips a key hearing. She ghosted us. She was invited
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: to show up to a fraud hearing in Minnesota this week,
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: and she refused to show up. Gee, I wonder why.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: Failed to appear at a hearing examining her potential connections
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: to the sprawling pandemic-era fraud scandal. This woman, Ilhan Omar,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: this witch with a B, is in the middle of
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: every dirty thing you can even imagine. She's brought the
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: dirty scum attitude of Somalia to the United States and
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: made an American. What a disgrace. Never should let these
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: people in the country. These criminals from third world crap
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: hole nations. And you've got to carry a gun. That's
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: why I mentioned Bond Arms, sponsor of this segment of
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: the show. It is the 250th anniversary of America. To celebrate,
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: Bond Arms is releasing the 250 edition handgun, America 250.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: American made, precision crafted, built like a tank, work of art.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: performs like a hand cannon, takes shotgun shells. Look at
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: the size of that chamber. Shotgun shells. Bond Arms builds
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: the smallest, most powerful personal protection handgun. You can carry
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: this one to celebrate 250 years of independence. Just go

- 1:24:31Speaker 6: Bye.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: All right, Wade Allyn Root, President Trump wants to make
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: America the energy capital of the world, make America energy
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: independent again. Here is a project that could help accomplish
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: that or certainly go a long way to helping accomplish it.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I'm so proud to introduce you to a real America
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: hero of the energy industry, Mark Bruner, founder and CEO
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: of Lost Soldier. Oil and gas mark is a second
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: generation oil and gas legend whose companies have created more
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: than 15 billion dollars in shareholder value, including ultra petroleum.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: But lost soldier could be bigger than ultra petroleum with
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: what could be the largest gas discovery. in the United
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: States in a hundred years. It's 40,000 acres. It took
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: them 40 years to piece it together in Wyoming. Mark, welcome.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: How are you?
- 1:25:51Speaker 3: I'm great. Good to see you again, Wade.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: Tell us more about Lost Soldier. What have you got?
- 1:25:58Speaker 16: Well, I think we've got a really big gas field.
- 1:26:01Speaker 16: In order to understand why it's just being done now,
- 1:26:05Speaker 16: you've got to understand the history. There was a uranium
- 1:26:08Speaker 16: mine out here And whenever there was a meltdown by
- 1:26:12Speaker 16: Three Mile Island, they started reclamating this mine and shut
- 1:26:15Speaker 16: it down. Three years ago, I got a call that
- 1:26:18Speaker 16: basically asked me if I would drill it because they
- 1:26:20Speaker 16: finally got the release and the reclamation was over and
- 1:26:24Speaker 16: they had permits to drill it. So we drilled it
- 1:26:28Speaker 16: and it's the biggest discovery that I've ever made. It's
- 1:26:32Speaker 16: basically deep, over-pressured gas. Starting at around 13,000 feet, it's
- 1:26:37Speaker 16: like a layer cake. It's just zone after zone of
- 1:26:41Speaker 16: overpressure is what it is. So we're very excited about it.
- 1:26:45Speaker 16: The other great thing is that it's surrounded by infrastructure,
- 1:26:49Speaker 16: legacy fields that are essentially run out and billions of
- 1:26:52Speaker 16: dollars of infrastructure is there for us to utilize. And
- 1:26:55Speaker 16: we don't have to build it. We're building a five
- 1:26:58Speaker 16: mile line to hook into that infrastructure. And we believe
- 1:27:01Speaker 16: we can produce up to 400 million a day within
- 1:27:04Speaker 16: 36 months to fill that line. And then we're going
- 1:27:07Speaker 16: to build a bigger line. That's the plan. And, yeah,
- 1:27:10Speaker 16: we couldn't be more excited.
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: Very exciting.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: Hey, Mark, listen, I want to make sure people that
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: have contacted you, if they're accredited investors and they want
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: to hear more about the project, they want to get involved,
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: they go to LostSoldier.com. LostSoldier.com. Mark's got a whole team.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: Every one of them has 40-plus years of experience in
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: the energy and oil business. and they will contact you,
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: call you back, or email you back, and they'll get
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: back to you as soon as they can. Lost, sold
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: your oil and gas. You want to get involved, he's
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: the man. Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root from my
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: great friends, John and Chelsea Jubilee of Energized Health. Energized
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: Health changed my life. I lost 25 pounds of fat,
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: including dangerous inner body, visceral fat, and gained about 10
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: pounds of muscle and intercellular hydration in only 88 days. Now,
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: over two years later, I look and feel the best
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: of my life. I'll be on this program for a lifetime.
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: because it's easy, all based on a foundation of the
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: life game-changers, extra and intracellular hydration. Now science backs it up.
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: A new study just released by the National Institutes of
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Health reveals that proper hydration might slow down the aging
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: process and prolong the disease-free life. Here's your chance to
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: be like Wayne. Energized Health can change your life just
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: like it did for me. Right now, Energized Health is
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: offering my fans the WAR 40% off discount. 40% off.
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: Just say WAR.
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: Go to energizedhealth.com. All right, way down the route, direct
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: from Vegas, the big NFL draft starts in about 25 minutes.
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: Once in a lifetime for me to see two first-round
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: picks with the Dallas Cowboys. Got my trusty helmet next
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: to me, Dallas Cowboy helmet. Been loving him since I'm
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: five years old. I'll be eating some Chinese food tonight
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: and watching the draft, having a great time. And the
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: word out, and I've had this gut instinct for days now,
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: is that George Pickens, the star wide receiver of the Cowboys...
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: is never going to sign a long-term deal. Jerry Jones
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: is never going to give him the money he wants.
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: And they may trade him right during the draft for
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: another number one. So we would have three number one
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: picks in the first round, which is unheard of. Like
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: in the history of the NFL, I don't know if
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: anyone's ever had three number one picks. You could build
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: an entire team around three number one picks. My hope
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: is you would get a number one this year and
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: a number one next year for George Pickens. He's that good.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: Or a number one this year and a number two
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: this year. and you could rebuild the entire defense and
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: have a Super Bowl-caliber team. So this is going to
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: be a very exciting night if you're a fan of
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: the NFL and a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: a fan of the draft. Very exciting. Everything could go
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: either way. No one ever knows where it's going to go.
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: Let me hand this off to Pitar. Get rid of that. Bye, helmet.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: See you later. Lost Soldier Oil and Gas is the
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: sponsor of this segment. It's my interview segment. I've got
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: Nikki Blue standing by to talk about what's going on
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: in Iran, get some updates on what's going on in Iran.
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: from his relatives who live there. America is now focused
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: on energy independence. Enter lost soldier oil and gas. It
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: took 40 years to piece together this 40,000 acre giant
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: gas discovery in Wyoming. The first 4,000 feet drilled so
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: far estimated to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: of gas. making it one of the largest natural gas
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: discoveries in the Rocky Mountain region in the last 30 years.
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: The surge in AI data centers is placing soaring demand
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: on energy resources. This is how we power the AI
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: future of America with inexpensive, clean, natural gas. Headed by
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies,
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: Penteco Energy and Ultra Petroleum, produced spectacular returns for investors.
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: And again, you know, past performance is not... automatically mean
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: future performance. Everyone's got to understand that. No guarantees in life.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: But if you can get a company with this kind
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: of a CEO, with this kind of a track record,
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: at Pedico Energy, you put in a dollar, you got
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: back $ 100. $ 100 to one return. And at Ultra Petroleum,
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: you put in a dollar, you got back $ 1, 000 to
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: one return. At its peak, a $ 10, 000 investment in Ultra
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: Petroleum turned into over $ 13 million. To learn more about
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: this Lost Soldier oil and gas opportunity, go to LostSoldier.com.

- 1:32:02Speaker 1: it's just my own information to let you know I
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: believe in the project. I've invested twice last year in
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: this project. I'm going to invest again is my plan
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: this year. I love Lost Soldier oil and gas, so
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: I am an investor. I feel like the guy in
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: the Gillette Razor commercial, right?
- 1:32:17Speaker 7: It was.
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: Wasn't that the New England Patriots owner? Was that who
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: was the Gillette Razor? Because I think he's the guy.
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: And he said, I love this company so much, I
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: bought it, right? So I love Lost Soldier so much,
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: I invested. LostSoldier.com. All right, Nikki Ballou is with us,
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: a resident of Ontario, Canada, host of a Top 10
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: iTunes podcast, an entrepreneur, and my co-author of The Great
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: Patriot Protest and Boycott Book and The Great Patriot Buy
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: Cut Book, both of them bestsellers with Nikki's help. Thank you, Nikki. Hey, welcome.
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: How are you?
- 1:32:47Speaker 15: Blessed and grateful, brother. Good to be here with you today.
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: So you are of Iranian descent. We've had you on
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: many times to talk about your background and what's going
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: on in Iran. You have family living in Iran right now.
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: How is your family right now? What do they say
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: is happening? Can you communicate with them?
- 1:33:04Speaker 18: It's difficult to communicate with them on a regular basis.
- 1:33:08Speaker 18: The Islamic Republic has shut off all outside Internet communication.
- 1:33:14Speaker 18: contact with the Iranian people. We are trying to get
- 1:33:16Speaker 18: a hold of folks right now. But I got to
- 1:33:18Speaker 18: tell you, it's difficult. What I can tell you is
- 1:33:20Speaker 18: the people that I have spoken to that are in
- 1:33:22Speaker 18: Iran want the Islamic regime gone.
- 1:33:25Speaker 15: So they're on America's side. They're on Israel's side.
- 1:33:29Speaker 18: They see this as a war of Iran, the nation
- 1:33:32Speaker 18: of Iran, allied with the United States and with Israel
- 1:33:36Speaker 18: against the Islamic Republic.
- 1:33:38Speaker 15: That's how they see it.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: Well, you know that I've been on this show cheerleading
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: all this time for us to free the Iranian people.
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: The problem is that even I was a little disappointed
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: how this whole thing is turning out because even though
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: I think Trump has done a great job, I don't
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: think anyone thought it would go this long. We thought
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: in a week they'd give up. In two weeks they'd
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: give up. Nobody thought they'd hang in there this long
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: because they're so crazy and they're so fanatical that they
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: don't even care about dying. Dying means nothing to these people.
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: So the leadership of Iran just says, who cares? I'll
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: just have 72 virgins in heaven, and so kill me.
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: And how do you deal with people like that? How
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: do you negotiate with people like that? Nikki, if the
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: only way to win this war, the final crescendo, is
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: that you gotta bomb all the power plants and bomb
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: all the water treatment plants, you're gonna be punishing the
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: Iranian people that are your family, and they're gonna have
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: no water and no power, and the country's gonna be
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: destroyed for years to come, as Trump puts it, end
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: of civilization. None of us want to do that. Trump
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: gave that warning because he doesn't want to do it.
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: But if that's the only way to end this thing,
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: we're going to have to punish the Iranian people for
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: something they didn't do. They're good people. So this whole
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: thing is driving me crazy because I don't know how
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: you get out of this without doing something terrible to
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: the Iranian people who don't deserve it.
- 1:34:53Speaker 18: Well, look, I think there is a way to end
- 1:34:55Speaker 18: this war. So the people at the top of leadership...
- 1:34:59Speaker 18: are really great at telling the people that are in
- 1:35:03Speaker 18: several levels below that they should martyr themselves and they
- 1:35:05Speaker 18: should die for the cause, but they don't want to
- 1:35:07Speaker 18: die themselves.
- 1:35:08Speaker 15: They're trying like hell to hang around and stay alive.
- 1:35:10Speaker 18: So as long as the United States and Israel continue
- 1:35:13Speaker 18: to put pressure on them and kill a few of
- 1:35:16Speaker 18: the top-level people, it's a good thing. Three of the
- 1:35:18Speaker 18: key senior leaders of the Islamic Republic regime are still around. Ghalibov,
- 1:35:23Speaker 18: who's the Speaker of the Parliament, Pazishkian, who was the
- 1:35:27Speaker 18: President of the Islamic Republic, and Mojtaba Khamenei, who is
- 1:35:30Speaker 18: Ali Khamenei's son. Those people want to stay alive. If
- 1:35:34Speaker 18: you take them out, they're not going to like it.
- 1:35:36Speaker 18: If they think they're going to die, they're not going
- 1:35:38Speaker 18: to like it. That kind of pressure works. The other
- 1:35:40Speaker 18: pressure that is working is the embargo, the blockade, excuse me.
- 1:35:44Speaker 18: The blockade is costing the Islamic Republic $ 500.
- 1:35:48Speaker 15: Million a day. More and more people.
- 1:35:50Speaker 18: Are starting to defect from the Islamic Republic as a
- 1:35:53Speaker 18: result of this. This kind of pressure... you know, is
- 1:35:56Speaker 18: something that works. Now, I agree with you. I thought
- 1:35:59Speaker 18: this would be over a lot sooner than this. I
- 1:36:01Speaker 18: was hoping it would be over a lot sooner than this.
- 1:36:04Speaker 18: But President Trump has made a wonderful point. It's still
- 1:36:07Speaker 18: been less than two months since Epic Fury started. It
- 1:36:10Speaker 18: took the United States almost four years to defeat Nazi Germany.
- 1:36:14Speaker 18: It took them almost two years to defeat the Kaiser
- 1:36:16Speaker 18: and his army. So we ought to be a little
- 1:36:18Speaker 18: bit more patient with what President Trump is doing. I
- 1:36:21Speaker 18: believe that God is on our side. God wants these
- 1:36:24Speaker 18: people gone. And as long as we keep putting pressure
- 1:36:27Speaker 18: on them, and as long as we're prepared on the
- 1:36:30Speaker 18: side of the United States to go and bomb the leaders,
- 1:36:34Speaker 18: I think it's still going to end up in a
- 1:36:36Speaker 18: good place.
- 1:36:37Speaker 15: Exactly how it's going to turn out at this stage,
- 1:36:39Speaker 15: I'm not 100% sure.
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: Nobody knows.
- 1:36:42Speaker 15: Nobody knows.
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: No one knows.
- 1:36:43Speaker 5: I do know this.
- 1:36:44Speaker 15: God is good. God is a just God.
- 1:36:47Speaker 18: These people are the devil's spawn, and they're the devil's
- 1:36:50Speaker 18: handmaidens here on earth. God wants them gone, and he's
- 1:36:53Speaker 18: chosen an angel, and that angel is Donald J. Trump,
- 1:36:56Speaker 18: and he's doing the job.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: Look, even if you can't speak to your relatives very
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: often or at all, you must be hearing through the
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: pipeline of the Iranian community that you're a part of
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: in Canada and in the United States some things that
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: are going on there. My understanding is Even while we're
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: still in this impasse between the United States, Israel, and Iran,
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: even while we're still at war, even while we're blockading
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: them and they are blockading us, everyone's blockading the Strait
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: of Hormuz, even while all that's going on, the Iranian
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: leaders are murdering the Iranian people, more and more and
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: more of them. What, do they go in in the
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: middle of the night, drag them away, and then kill
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: them in front of a firing squad? I mean, this
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: is insanity. They're killing their own people who've done nothing wrong.
- 1:37:40Speaker 18: All this is true, which is all the more reason
- 1:37:42Speaker 18: that this should be a fight to the finish. You know,
- 1:37:45Speaker 18: you can't negotiate with evil. Nobody negotiated with Joseph Goebbels
- 1:37:50Speaker 18: back during World War II. Nobody negotiated with Heiner Himmler.
- 1:37:54Speaker 18: You know, the Allies said we want unconditional surrender. Franklin D.
- 1:37:57Speaker 18: Roosevelt said he wanted unconditional surrender. And I think that's
- 1:38:00Speaker 18: what it's going to take to defeat these SOBs, unfortunately.
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: Don't forget how crazy Tucker Carlson's become. He's like a
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: nut job. And Tucker said, Tucker said, unconditional surrender means
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: that the American troops will rape all the Iranian women.
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: This man is insane. He's just lost his mind.
- 1:38:17Speaker 15: Yes, he has lost his mind or he's a paid agent, man.
- 1:38:21Speaker 15: He's a paid agent.
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: That's what I suspect.
- 1:38:24Speaker 18: I think that's probably what's happened is he's become a
- 1:38:27Speaker 18: paid agent of Islamic forces because he's not really a
- 1:38:29Speaker 18: stupid person. And he's just become such a, excuse my language,
- 1:38:34Speaker 18: but a click whore that he'll do anything in order
- 1:38:37Speaker 18: to get clicks. He'll do anything in order to maintain
- 1:38:40Speaker 18: his relevance out there in the marketplace. And sadly, so
- 1:38:43Speaker 18: will someone like Candace Owens. You know, it's really, really sad.
- 1:38:47Speaker 18: But they're losing relevance and influence now And within MAGA,
- 1:38:50Speaker 18: people see them for what they are.
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, don't forget, it's not just Candace Owens
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: and Tucker. It's Megyn Kelly. Marjorie Taylor Greene is now
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: one of them. There's a lot of them. They're all,
- 1:39:02Speaker 1: they hate Jews. They hate Israel. They're trying to divide MAGA.
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: They're trying to divide America. They're trying to divide Christians
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: and Jews. And they're trying to get us to say, oh, Iran.
- 1:39:13Speaker 3: Was a mistake.
- 1:39:14Speaker 1: What do you mean a mistake? You're with the liberal
- 1:39:16Speaker 1: side now. You want us to lose in Iran?
- 1:39:18Speaker 15: Listen.
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: Whether you like it or not, once we're there, we've
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: got to win. There's no other choice. We have to
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: see it through and win. There's really no choice now.
- 1:39:25Speaker 1: You can't turn your tail and just run. So you're
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: of Iranian descent, but you're an Iranian Christian, correct?
- 1:39:33Speaker 5: That's right.
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: And Christianity is growing in Iran. How is that even
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: possible under this kind of authoritarian regime?
- 1:39:42Speaker 18: Wayne, the Islamic Republic has been the single greatest proselytizer
- 1:39:48Speaker 18: and evangelist for Christianity because what they've done is they've
- 1:39:53Speaker 18: absolutely gone out there and turned people off of Islam
- 1:39:58Speaker 18: because their brand of Islam is just not working for
- 1:40:01Speaker 18: the Iranian people and they're looking for alternatives and Christianity
- 1:40:03Speaker 18: is one of them and more and more people are
- 1:40:05Speaker 18: stepping up to become Christians in Iran. Iran is the
- 1:40:08Speaker 18: nation on planet Earth where Christianity is growing the fastest.
- 1:40:13Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: Look, we will see how this thing develops. We want
- 1:40:17Speaker 1: to win this thing. We want to free the Iranian people.
- 1:40:20Speaker 1: We also want to end this war as soon as
- 1:40:23Speaker 1: possible under any circumstances because the American people are not
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: big fans of it. So Trump knows he's got to
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: get out. You got to accomplish all this at the
- 1:40:30Speaker 1: same time. You got to make the Iranians stand down
- 1:40:33Speaker 1: with their blockade. A lot of things going on at once.
- 1:40:36Speaker 3: A lot of moving parts.
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: But we'll keep you apprised. You keep us apprised. Thanks
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: for everything you do, Nikki. Appreciate you. All right, Nikki Ballou,
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: author of two of my books, Great Patriot Boycott and
- 1:40:49Speaker 1: Great Patriot Bicot Book. Hi, I'm Wade Allaroop. All right,
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: Wayne Allyn Root, I am joined by Gordon Bond. What
- 1:41:02Speaker 1: an honor. Owner of Bond Arms, one of the great
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: gun manufacturers, all made in the USA, all made in Texas.
- 1:41:09Speaker 1: His website is getbondarms.com. Gordon, what makes Bond Arms different
- 1:41:15Speaker 1: from any other gun manufacturer?
- 1:41:18Speaker 4: Well, when my brother started the company a long time ago,
- 1:41:23Speaker 4: the regular Derringer, let me see if I can get
- 1:41:25Speaker 4: it in the picture here, was basically known as a cheap,
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: dangerous throwaway gun. This is a 1865 model.
- 1:41:33Speaker 5: Derringer's have been around forever.
- 1:41:35Speaker 4: And what he did was take a dangerous gun and
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: just made it very.
- 1:41:40Speaker 6: Cool, better materials, trigger guard, interchangeable barrels.
- 1:41:46Speaker 5: Solid stainless steel.
- 1:41:48Speaker 4: And Wayne, like you saw at the show, people love
- 1:41:51Speaker 4: picking them up and just holding them. And it's just like,
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: they pick it up and it's like, wow, this is
- 1:41:54Speaker 4: like a real gun.
- 1:41:57Speaker 1: That's great. I saw it. My wife and I were
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: at the show, and she's a gun aficionado even more
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: than I am. And she said it was the best
- 1:42:04Speaker 1: booth at the entire gun show out of thousands of
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: booths was Gordon's booth, Bond Arms. To celebrate America's 250th anniversary,
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: Bond Arms is releasing the American 250 edition handgun at
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: a special price only for my fans. Tell us about it.
- 1:42:20Speaker 4: So one thing that we wanted to do, when I
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: graduated in 1976, it was the bicentennial, and that's all
- 1:42:26Speaker 4: they talked about all year long. And so when this
- 1:42:30Speaker 4: 250th anniversary was coming up, we really wanted.
- 1:42:33Speaker 5: To do something special on this.
- 1:42:35Speaker 4: And what you're seeing on the screen right now is
- 1:42:36Speaker 4: the stainless steel version. It's. 45 Long Colt and. 410
- 1:42:41Speaker 4: shotgun shell, very well built. I mean, our guns are
- 1:42:44Speaker 4: built like a tank. People love the quality. They call
- 1:42:49Speaker 4: it a hand cannon. best snake gun you've ever had.
- 1:42:54Speaker 4: There's a beautiful side with the flag and the liberty.
- 1:42:56Speaker 4: And people just love the way that we do things.
- 1:43:01Speaker 4: I mean, they'll come to our booth every year and
- 1:43:03Speaker 4: just go, wow, what are y'all doing this year? What
- 1:43:06Speaker 4: crazy thing are you doing this year? So So the
- 1:43:08Speaker 4: American 250, we're really going to focus on that. We
- 1:43:11Speaker 4: want to give everybody the opportunity to own a piece
- 1:43:14Speaker 4: of history.
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: What a beautiful gun. What a beautiful gun. What a
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: gorgeous gun. The engravings, wow. And I love that name,
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: Hand Cannon. I want a Hand Cannon. Mine got delivered today.
- 1:43:24Speaker 1: I'll have them for next week's show. My own personal
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: Hand Cannon from Bond Arms. How do you get it?
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: Go to GetBondArms.com. See the number on the screen, GetBondArms.com,
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: or call 817-573-7000. 4445. See the disclaimer on the bottom
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: of the screen for certain restrictions. Getbondarms.com. Gordon, thank you.
- 1:43:46Speaker 5: Thank you, Wayne.
- 1:44:38Speaker 13: Bye.

- 1:45:18Speaker 8: three decades.

- 1:45:44Speaker 9: in prescriptions, more fulfilling relationships, fewer doctor visits, and overall
- 1:45:48Speaker 9: improved quality of health and life.
- 1:46:14Speaker 1: A lot of drama, a lot of drama prior to
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: the NFL Draft. By the way, it starts in just
- 1:46:18Speaker 1: a few moments, about seven minutes or so. The NFL
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: Draft begins. For those who don't know, Mike Vrabel coached
- 1:46:24Speaker 1: the New England Patriots, a terrible team two years ago.
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: Turned them around and got them into the Super Bowl
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: this year. They did lose, but he got them all
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: the way to the Super Bowl. He's an incredible coach.
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: And the controversy around him right now, because he's obviously,
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: clearly been having an affair with an NFL reporter recently.
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: And so that reporter was fired and he denied it.
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: He said the whole thing was laughable. Now they have
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: photos of them having breakfast together, photos of them alone
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: in the pool together, photos of them in a $ 2, 500
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: a month, $ 2, 500 a night hotel. Now he stuttering Mike
- 1:46:58Speaker 1: Vrabel issues a groveling apology to his family in a
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: surprise statement minutes before the NFL draft. His supposed girlfriend,
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: Diana Rossini, who is covering his team as a reporter,
- 1:47:08Speaker 1: deletes her ex-account amid claims of an affair. And he
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: now says he will miss part of the draft because
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: he's going to need to go into counseling. This is
- 1:47:18Speaker 1: a coach. Usually you expect it from a player. But
- 1:47:21Speaker 1: this is a coach, you know, a 60-year-old man who's
- 1:47:24Speaker 1: going into counseling. And I love the wording, the verbiage
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: they use, you know. I've done some things I shouldn't
- 1:47:30Speaker 1: have done to my family. What you mean to say
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: is you got laid and you had an affair. You
- 1:47:35Speaker 1: had sex with another girl. I've done some things that
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: just weren't right for my family. They just say things
- 1:47:43Speaker 1: that PR people craft and it's just so funny. The
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: first reaction was, It's laughable. It's laughable. We were in
- 1:47:51Speaker 1: a group of eight people and you made the photo
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: look like it was just the two of us. I'm
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: not having an affair. And then the New York Post
- 1:47:57Speaker 1: released photos of him alone with her in the pool
- 1:48:01Speaker 1: and him alone with her having breakfast. And all of
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: a sudden he's done some things he's not proud of.
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: All of a sudden he's entering counseling. All of a
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: sudden the two things that matter in my life, my
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: family and my team, I've done wrong to them. And
- 1:48:14Speaker 1: I'm not going to spend the entire draft with my
- 1:48:16Speaker 1: team anymore. She cancels her ex account. She gets fired.
- 1:48:22Speaker 1: It's pretty clear what was happening. And it's been going
- 1:48:24Speaker 1: on for a long time. They have a photo of
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: them having breakfast together six years ago in New York.
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: So evidently, this is going on for a long time.
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: You know what else has been going on for a
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: long time? Starbucks has moved to Nashville, Tennessee. But to me,
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: the story isn't about Nashville. The story isn't about Starbucks.
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: It's about the fact that everybody's getting out of high-tax
- 1:48:46Speaker 1: blue states. And Starbucks, usually I say they're all running
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: from California. They're running from New York. They're running from Illinois.
- 1:48:52Speaker 1: They're running from Maryland. They're even running from Seattle, Washington.
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: Washington's a zero-income tax state. But first of all, it's
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: a very liberal state. Even though it's zero income tax,
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: the city of Seattle has put very heavy payroll taxes.
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: The more employees you have, the higher and higher and
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: higher your taxes go. You get taxed per employee. They
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: passed that a few years ago. That was a death
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: knell for Starbucks. And now they passed a new law
- 1:49:18Speaker 1: that says even though income tax rate is zero in
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: the state of Washington... It's like 9.9% if you make
- 1:49:25Speaker 1: over a million dollars a year. Well, all the top
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: executives at Starbucks make over a million dollars a year,
- 1:49:30Speaker 1: plus their stock options and their stock, and they're all
- 1:49:33Speaker 1: getting the hell out, and Starbucks moves their entire company
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: to Nashville, Tennessee, where the income tax rate is zero.
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: I mean, doesn't after a while people have to just
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: laugh that the richest people on earth do not want
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: to pay taxes? What makes you think anyone else wants
- 1:49:48Speaker 1: to pay taxes? Why do politicians raise people's taxes? Nobody
- 1:49:52Speaker 1: wants to pay taxes. There's got to be a way
- 1:49:54Speaker 1: to run our government without charging people higher and higher taxes.
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: If I was in politics, I would have never, ever
- 1:50:00Speaker 1: in my whole career in 40 years. in Congress forty
- 1:50:04Speaker 1: years as a governor whatever it is forty years in
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: the state legislature I would vote no for taxes for
- 1:50:10Speaker 1: forty years I would never raise one human being's taxes
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: and I would never break that rule because nobody deserves
- 1:50:17Speaker 1: higher taxes everyone deserves lower taxes we're already taxed too
- 1:50:21Speaker 1: much remember that homeless man he said in New York
- 1:50:25Speaker 1: City as a black homeless man and he said the
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: rent is too damn high I think the taxes are
- 1:50:31Speaker 1: too damn high. I don't spend my life worrying about
- 1:50:33Speaker 1: homeless people or illegal aliens or felons or poor people.
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: There's plenty of people who worry about all of them,
- 1:50:38Speaker 1: not against them, just plenty of people who worry about them.
- 1:50:41Speaker 1: My life is spent worrying about people who make the
- 1:50:44Speaker 1: money and pay the taxes. Somebody needs to care about them,
- 1:50:47Speaker 1: and that's me. I care about them. I would never
- 1:50:50Speaker 1: allow a single tax increase in my lifetime. Only vote
- 1:50:53Speaker 1: for tax reductions, never increases. Simple as that. All right,
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: Trump administration loosens regulations on state-licensed medical marijuana. Now, he's
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: getting himself in trouble here because there's a lot of
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: conservatives and religious Christian people that are outraged that Trump
- 1:51:11Speaker 1: did that. Oh my God, Trump loosened regulations on state-licensed
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: medical marijuana. First of all, it's not marijuana, it's medical marijuana.
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: He did this for people that are suffering, including veterans
- 1:51:22Speaker 1: with PTSD who need to smoke medical marijuana. I'm very anti-drugs.
- 1:51:27Speaker 1: I'm very anti-marijuana. In my lifetime, I will never smoke marijuana.
- 1:51:31Speaker 1: To me, it stinks. It smells like skunk. And I
- 1:51:34Speaker 1: don't like what it does to people. You lose all your...
- 1:51:37Speaker 1: ambition in life. You sit around watching TV and smoking
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: all day. But there's no question it's got medicinal uses.
- 1:51:44Speaker 1: And Trump is 100% right. I'm with him 100%. I
- 1:51:48Speaker 1: want to help the veterans. I want to help people
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: with cancer. I want to help senior citizens. He's did
- 1:51:53Speaker 1: the right thing. Again, thank you, President Trump. Sponsor of
