- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning. Great to be with you, America. Welcome to Vince.
- 0:03Speaker 1: So glad you're here. Best audience anywhere. We have a
- 0:06Speaker 1: big show for you. It's a Wednesday and that means
- 0:09Speaker 1: it's a day with a lot of news in it.
- 0:11Speaker 1: We're going to get to some details on what we
- 0:13Speaker 1: expect out of the president on Thursday night. This big
- 0:16Speaker 1: speech that everybody keeps saying is going to be about
- 0:19Speaker 1: election integrity. God willing, it is. In fact, we've heard
- 0:22Speaker 1: a bit from the president on that subject. So we'll
- 0:24Speaker 1: we'll share some of that with you. coming up on
- 0:26Speaker 1: the program today. We've also got a big story about
- 0:29Speaker 1: whether or not ICE is going to continue to do
- 0:33Speaker 1: vehicle stops as they attempt to arrest illegals and deport
- 0:37Speaker 1: them from the United States of America. It's a head-spinning
- 0:40Speaker 1: series of developments, including some breaking news as we get
- 0:43Speaker 1: started this morning. We will cover all of it. And
- 0:47Speaker 1: in fact, I'm hesitating to even tell you how much
- 0:49Speaker 1: more we could possibly cover in this program because I
- 0:51Speaker 1: have such a veritable smorgasbord. Can we use that this morning?
- 0:55Speaker 1: of stuff to talk about that I'm afraid that I'll
- 0:57Speaker 1: tease it and then we won't get to it. We
- 0:59Speaker 1: have a lot to get to. Let's just put it
- 1:01Speaker 1: that way. It's all ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 2:48Speaker 1: you very much. All right, now the president of the
- 2:50Speaker 1: United States is promising some very big news on Thursday.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Thursday evening from the White House, he's set to give
- 2:57Speaker 1: a national address, 9 p.m. Eastern time. And all of
- 3:01Speaker 1: the chatter on this subject, as we were discussing yesterday,
- 3:04Speaker 1: is that he's going to reveal some secrets related to
- 3:07Speaker 1: the 2020 election, that he will be declassifying information and
- 3:12Speaker 1: sharing it publicly for the first time perhaps flanked by
- 3:16Speaker 1: some of the top officials inside of the administration, and
- 3:19Speaker 1: that perhaps could include the Director of National Intelligence, Bill Paltry,
- 3:23Speaker 1: who's currently in the role in an acting capacity. There's
- 3:27Speaker 1: lots of mystery to this. So yesterday, a reporter did
- 3:30Speaker 1: ask the president for some clarity. He didn't tell us everything,
- 3:34Speaker 1: but he did show some leg. Here's the president of
- 3:36Speaker 1: the United States dangling a leg out.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Listen.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Around the nation are anticipating your big.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Announcement on Thursday night regarding election machines and integrity. Can
- 3:46Speaker 1: you give us sort of a sneak peek about what
- 3:48Speaker 1: to expect? Well, I'd rather save it.
- 3:50Speaker 4: It will concern that subject, and we'll have a couple
- 3:52Speaker 4: of other things to say also. But I'd rather save it.
- 3:55Speaker 4: But it's really big news. It's really, really big news.
- 4:01Speaker 4: And our country has to shape up. But that's what
- 4:05Speaker 4: we're going to be talking about Thursday is it doesn't
- 4:09Speaker 4: get bigger because without free and fair elections, you don't
- 4:12Speaker 4: have a country. We'll be discussing other things, too. But
- 4:15Speaker 4: but it's going to be a very big announcement.
- 4:19Speaker 1: We'll be discussing other things, too. But it is very,
- 4:22Speaker 1: very big news. And as a result, the country better
- 4:26Speaker 1: shape up. So let's let's engage in some idle speculation,
- 4:30Speaker 1: shall we, on what we might learn this week. Clearly,
- 4:35Speaker 1: we've had investigations going on into places like Fulton County,
- 4:38Speaker 1: Georgia and Maricopa County in Arizona. We've had FBI raids
- 4:42Speaker 1: on facilities in both locations. The FBI is currently digging
- 4:45Speaker 1: through massive amounts of documents related to Georgia's election shenanigans,
- 4:51Speaker 1: and they're expected to have a Friday deadline to return
- 4:55Speaker 1: a lot of the documents that these guys are analyzing.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Several FBI analysts we now know, thanks to some public reporting,
- 5:01Speaker 1: have been fired and confirmed by FBI spokespeople who said that, hey,
- 5:06Speaker 1: if you're not on board with the mission, we're going
- 5:07Speaker 1: to get you the hell out of there. They've been
- 5:09Speaker 1: fired because they said, oh, there's not enough evidence here.
- 5:11Speaker 1: We can't be a part of this. OK, you can
- 5:13Speaker 1: go because you were told to do a job. You're
- 5:16Speaker 1: refusing to do it so you can leave. So we
- 5:18Speaker 1: got rid of those people. And we also know that
- 5:21Speaker 1: Tulsi Gabbard, who was President Trump's first director of national intelligence,
- 5:24Speaker 1: she appeared at one of those early cabinet meetings and said, Mr. President,
- 5:29Speaker 1: there are issues with these voting machines that I've become
- 5:33Speaker 1: aware of and that you need to know about and
- 5:36Speaker 1: that the American people should know a lot more about.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Could that be a part of what the president discusses
- 5:40Speaker 1: this week? Now, with Bill Pulte in that role, continuing
- 5:44Speaker 1: to carry on that mission, very possible, very possible we
- 5:48Speaker 1: get some intel on that. Also, we're awaiting the grand
- 5:52Speaker 1: conspiracy charges down in South Florida. Joe DiGenova and the U.S.
- 5:55Speaker 1: attorney down there leading a great team who have sent
- 5:58Speaker 1: out hundreds of subpoenas, have had a lot of conversations
- 6:02Speaker 1: with people who are associated with the tyranny of the
- 6:06Speaker 1: government directed at the American people, designed to upend our elections.
- 6:12Speaker 1: And for years, we've been demanding accountability on this subject.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And candidly, with a guy like Joe DiGenova down there
- 6:18Speaker 1: in Florida, Sounds to me like we've got one of
- 6:21Speaker 1: the best possible teams imaginable going after these guys. I
- 6:25Speaker 1: love it. And I'm eagerly anticipating the results of their findings.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Do we find out more about that on Thursday? It's
- 6:32Speaker 1: hard to imagine that we will, given that we haven't
- 6:34Speaker 1: seen actual prosecutorial progress just yet. That usually would go first.
- 6:41Speaker 1: But who knows? We'll see. So there's a lot on
- 6:44Speaker 1: the president's menu. Another thing. Will we hear something about
- 6:48Speaker 1: foreign election meddling related to the 2020 election? We saw
- 6:53Speaker 1: that claim from Ms. Now in the last 48 hours. Ms. Now,
- 6:57Speaker 1: you know, the Lesbian Cable News Network said that they
- 7:00Speaker 1: had a scoop from the White House, two sources, that
- 7:02Speaker 1: this was going to be about election meddling by a
- 7:04Speaker 1: foreign government. Now, can we believe that? I... Again, I'm
- 7:08Speaker 1: taking that with a massive grain of salt because it
- 7:10Speaker 1: comes from Ms. Now, the lesbian cable news network. Not
- 7:13Speaker 1: clear that we can believe it. And also, if the
- 7:15Speaker 1: White House is actually sending them anything, that's kind of crazy.
- 7:19Speaker 1: That's kind of crazy. I was getting messages from conservative
- 7:23Speaker 1: journalists yesterday who said, Vince, I totally agree with you.
- 7:26Speaker 1: That's crazy that the White House would give Ms. Now
- 7:30Speaker 1: scoops like this. I would have thought they were cut
- 7:32Speaker 1: off a long time ago. So we'll see. We'll see.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Hard to assess if that's real. But the president confirmed
- 7:41Speaker 1: he's talking election integrity this week. And then, of course,
- 7:43Speaker 1: the other thing that he's going to talk about on Thursday,
- 7:46Speaker 1: the words that undoubtedly are going to come out of
- 7:48Speaker 1: his mouth are the Save America Act. Yeah, that's right.
- 7:52Speaker 1: We'll gavel it. The Save America Act. That is going
- 7:56Speaker 1: to be on his mind because he wants the Senate
- 7:59Speaker 1: to pass it. In fact, did we speculate on this
- 8:04Speaker 1: on the podcast yesterday? I may have done this on
- 8:05Speaker 1: the radio show. I think that the newly confirmed Darlene
- 8:11Speaker 1: Graham Nordone, who was not just confirmed, sworn in yesterday.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Now she's a senator. Senator Darlene Graham. I think President
- 8:19Speaker 1: Trump should have her at the White House on Thursday
- 8:21Speaker 1: for this announcement and have her stand by the Resolute
- 8:25Speaker 1: Desk as he does the address and say, hey- Lindsey
- 8:29Speaker 1: Graham's closing wish to me on the phone was that
- 8:33Speaker 1: we get the Save America Act passed. His sister is
- 8:35Speaker 1: now in the United States Senate. She joins me tonight
- 8:39Speaker 1: as we push to get this legislation passed. In fact,
- 8:42Speaker 1: cut six. Here's Darlene Graham Nordone being sworn in yesterday
- 8:46Speaker 1: by Chuck Grassley in the Senate. Take a look.
- 8:51Speaker 5: Please raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear that
- 8:57Speaker 5: you will support and defend the Constitution of the United
- 9:01Speaker 5: States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that you will
- 9:07Speaker 5: bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that you
- 9:12Speaker 5: take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose
- 9:20Speaker 5: of evasion, and that you will well and faithfully discharge
- 9:25Speaker 5: the duties of the office on which you are about
- 9:28Speaker 5: to enter, so help you God. I do.
- 9:35Speaker 1: That's it. It's official. South Carolina has two senators again.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Yep.
- 9:56Speaker 1: She would go on after this to a ceremonial swearing in. too,
- 10:00Speaker 1: where they take photos, and they put it in a
- 10:02Speaker 1: different room. So if you've seen two different videos or
- 10:05Speaker 1: images of the swearing-in, they do the official one, the
- 10:07Speaker 1: one you just saw, as well as a ceremonial one.
- 10:10Speaker 1: That's customary. But now she's a United States senator. And
- 10:15Speaker 1: on that point, yesterday on my radio program, I was saying,
- 10:18Speaker 1: as this was happening, this happened around 2.30 Eastern time yesterday,
- 10:22Speaker 1: so it was square in the middle of our program.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And I said out loud, that's usually the way saying
- 10:29Speaker 1: things works, that she's a senator now, so we should
- 10:34Speaker 1: maintain pressure on her. South Carolina voters should maintain pressure
- 10:38Speaker 1: on her to do what she needs to do for them,
- 10:41Speaker 1: for the country, and that is to get the Save
- 10:43Speaker 1: America Act passed, to fulfill what her brother was attempting
- 10:48Speaker 1: to do in his closing days on this earth. And
- 10:53Speaker 1: I got a message yesterday, one of our listeners messaged
- 10:55Speaker 1: me and said, Vince, don't hassle her so much. She's
- 10:58Speaker 1: grieving her brother. We shouldn't be pressuring her right now.
- 11:01Speaker 1: To that I say, look, no doubt she's grieving her brother.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But In signing up for this job and fulfilling the
- 11:10Speaker 1: role that her brother has played now for years as
- 11:12Speaker 1: a United States Senator for South Carolina and being the
- 11:15Speaker 1: interim senator in this capacity, yes, she should receive all
- 11:20Speaker 1: sorts of good faith messages from the American people, from
- 11:24Speaker 1: South Carolinians who would like to see their country improved.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Being a United States Senator means being on the receiving
- 11:32Speaker 1: end of American citizens who have earnest, desires for their
- 11:37Speaker 1: government and their country. So no, don't look. What would
- 11:42Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham want out of this? He want you to
- 11:44Speaker 1: treat his sister like she's a United States senator because
- 11:47Speaker 1: she is. So rather than like back off on her,
- 11:52Speaker 1: just give like obviously send your condolences. But in the process, say,
- 11:56Speaker 1: please pass the Save America Act. Please pass Senator Jim
- 12:00Speaker 1: Banks's Citizenship Act. Please fight for this country. Please fight
- 12:04Speaker 1: for our sovereignty. Please fight to make it great again.
- 12:08Speaker 1: That's not unreasonable. That's not callous and indifferent. That is
- 12:13Speaker 1: living up to the values that our country stands for.
- 12:16Speaker 1: And she's in that job now. So she understands what
- 12:19Speaker 1: she's signing up for. She's seen it up close. She
- 12:21Speaker 1: knows what her brother had experienced as a United States senator.
- 12:26Speaker 1: And now she's in the capacity to do that as well.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And I really hope that the president, I suspect this
- 12:30Speaker 1: is going to be the case because the president is
- 12:33Speaker 1: a decent person, very decent person. that he's going to
- 12:35Speaker 1: maintain a close relationship with her and that she will
- 12:38Speaker 1: be a staunch ally of the president, very much like
- 12:42Speaker 1: her brother was, a staunch ally of the president representing
- 12:46Speaker 1: his interest in the United States Senate and helping him
- 12:48Speaker 1: in the few months that she's in this role while
- 12:51Speaker 1: South Carolina voters pick somebody else to succeed her starting
- 12:55Speaker 1: in January. So she's there. She's got the job. Now
- 12:59Speaker 1: it's time to do it. Now it's time to do it. Now,
- 13:05Speaker 1: As far as the president and pushing the Save America Act,
- 13:09Speaker 1: we've got a couple things going on here. One, just
- 13:13Speaker 1: for this speech on Thursday, there have been these reports
- 13:17Speaker 1: that the president might be flanked by Bill Paltry and
- 13:20Speaker 1: Kash Patel and Mark Wayne Mullen and John Ratcliffe. That
- 13:25Speaker 1: remains to be seen. Those are the reports. We don't
- 13:28Speaker 1: know that these people are going to be standing alongside him.
- 13:30Speaker 1: They might be. Either way, I'm perfectly content to get
- 13:34Speaker 1: an update from the president on election integrity. But the
- 13:38Speaker 1: left is already whining about this. This is and this
- 13:42Speaker 1: is great. This is a top Obama lieutenant. You know
- 13:44Speaker 1: his name. It's David Axelrod. And this is the whining
- 13:48Speaker 1: he's been doing on the subject. He said, if the
- 13:50Speaker 1: president really trots out, trots out, Palti, Patel, and a
- 13:55Speaker 1: crew of political apparatchiks posing as intel experts. Posing? What
- 14:00Speaker 1: are you talking about? Bill Palti is the director of
- 14:02Speaker 1: national intelligence. Kash Patel is the director of the FBI.
- 14:06Speaker 1: If these guys are not, if John Ratcliffe is the
- 14:09Speaker 1: head of the CIA, if these guys are not intel experts,
- 14:13Speaker 1: who are? What are you talking about, David Axelrod? Posing
- 14:19Speaker 1: as intel experts on Thursday night to announce they've uncovered
- 14:22Speaker 1: evidence of foul play in 2020, it'll only heighten fears
- 14:25Speaker 1: that he'll claim an emergency down the line. and claim
- 14:29Speaker 1: extraordinary federal power over elections. If so, and there are
- 14:32Speaker 1: plenty of other signs of manipulation brewing, the most important
- 14:36Speaker 1: battles of the midterms may be in the courts. Okay,
- 14:40Speaker 1: so pay attention to this stream of thought, because what
- 14:43Speaker 1: Axelrod is doing here, he's a strategist for the left,
- 14:46Speaker 1: always has been. What Axelrod is doing here is they're
- 14:51Speaker 1: already laying the groundwork to claim that the midterms, you ready,
- 14:56Speaker 1: were rigged. The midterms were rigged. Now, talk about destroying
- 15:05Speaker 1: faith in elections. Axelrod is now setting up a system
- 15:11Speaker 1: where if the Republicans win and actually gain seats in
- 15:15Speaker 1: the midterms, if President Trump is successful in having this
- 15:19Speaker 1: big midterm convention, helping Republican candidates grow their strength, their
- 15:23Speaker 1: numbers in both the House and the Senate, David Axelrod
- 15:26Speaker 1: is already salting the earth for that victory. to say
- 15:30Speaker 1: it was rigged. In fact, the president came out and
- 15:33Speaker 1: rigged the whole system under the guise of election integrity.
- 15:37Speaker 1: This is how they talk about the Save America Act, too,
- 15:40Speaker 1: to be clear. The Save America Act is in no
- 15:42Speaker 1: way an election rigging. It's a civil rights bill. It's
- 15:45Speaker 1: designed to protect your vote from being stolen. But to
- 15:48Speaker 1: the left, it's a threat to their power. The idea
- 15:51Speaker 1: that we would verify that American citizens are the only
- 15:53Speaker 1: ones registering to vote. The idea that we would check
- 15:56Speaker 1: ID when people cast their ballot. The idea that we
- 15:59Speaker 1: would purge non-citizens from the voter rolls when they're not
- 16:02Speaker 1: supposed to be there to begin with. These are all
- 16:05Speaker 1: meaningful threats to the left's power. So rather than debate
- 16:10Speaker 1: it on the merits, like it's okay that non-citizens are
- 16:12Speaker 1: on the voter rolls.
- 16:13Speaker 5: Why?
- 16:14Speaker 1: Well, let me explain. Rather than debate it on the merits,
- 16:18Speaker 1: they're instead claiming, that President Trump is rigging the election.
- 16:22Speaker 1: They're trying to destroy faith, further destroy faith in our elections.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Axelrod's already doing it. He's already doing it. And this
- 16:31Speaker 1: idea that these guys are political apparatchiks, that they would
- 16:34Speaker 1: just come out and they'd be making things up in
- 16:36Speaker 1: the service of rigging an election. Where have we actually
- 16:39Speaker 1: seen that before? Who's done that in these roles? What
- 16:44Speaker 1: roles are we talking about? Director of National Intelligence, Director
- 16:48Speaker 1: of the CIA, director of the FBI. Who has done that? Oh,
- 16:55Speaker 1: that's right. Clapper, Brennan, and Comey. So once again, what
- 17:00Speaker 1: Axelrod is describing is actually a case of projection from
- 17:05Speaker 1: the administration that Axelrod is in part responsible for standing
- 17:09Speaker 1: up in the first place, the Obama administration. It was Clapper, Brennan,
- 17:15Speaker 1: and Comey who were involved in subverting the vote in
- 17:19Speaker 1: the United States of America, leading a war against the
- 17:22Speaker 1: American voter, wielding the power of the government against their
- 17:27Speaker 1: political opponents. David Axelrod is describing perfectly the behavior of
- 17:33Speaker 1: the people that were in his administration. It's typical stuff.
- 17:39Speaker 1: So in other words, we need the Save America Act,
- 17:42Speaker 1: and we need maximum transparency, and we need these types
- 17:45Speaker 1: of people to be held accountable for what they've done
- 17:48Speaker 1: to our elections. More on the Save America Act in
- 17:52Speaker 1: just a moment, because we have an update from two
- 17:55Speaker 1: different senators on that subject. One of them is Josh Hawley.
- 17:59Speaker 1: The other is Thumbelina. I've got that So much more
- 18:03Speaker 1: to get to all ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 19:12Speaker 1: care from a healthcare provider. Thank you to BrickHouse. We
- 19:17Speaker 1: love BrickHouse. Don't we love Brick House? Bennett says, great
- 19:20Speaker 1: lead-in monologue, Vince. Well, thank you very much, Bennett. And
- 19:24Speaker 1: in case you're wondering, there's no script here. I don't
- 19:27Speaker 1: have a scripted monologue. I never do. I'm not reading
- 19:30Speaker 1: off a teleprompter or anything here. I have my notes
- 19:34Speaker 1: up and things about various stories, but these are truly
- 19:37Speaker 1: the things that I believe. And I'm looking at all
- 19:40Speaker 1: this going, are you serious right now? You're accusing us
- 19:42Speaker 1: of election meddling? It's just projection. It's designed to conceal...
- 19:47Speaker 1: your own behavior, and we're not putting up with this crap.
- 19:51Speaker 1: We're not. We're going to take it down. And in fact,
- 19:56Speaker 1: you know, I've got two clips for you here. One
- 19:59Speaker 1: of them is Josh Hawley. Josh Hawley was asked yesterday,
- 20:03Speaker 1: what are we going to do to get the Save
- 20:04Speaker 1: America Act passed? Are you going to skip some recess?
- 20:06Speaker 1: Are you actually going to Should all these United States
- 20:09Speaker 1: senators gonna finally get up off their asses and like
- 20:11Speaker 1: stand on their own two feet and fight for something?
- 20:14Speaker 1: Here's Josh Hawley saying, we gotta do this by any
- 20:16Speaker 1: means necessary. Watch him, cut to.
- 20:17Speaker 6: President Trump said on one of the last conversations he
- 20:20Speaker 6: had with Lindsey Graham that he had mentioned that they
- 20:22Speaker 6: were very close to getting the Save America Act across
- 20:24Speaker 6: the finish line. Senators Mike Lee and Rick Scott are
- 20:27Speaker 6: both now saying that in order to get this done,
- 20:30Speaker 6: The Senate should stay in session through recesses and weekends.
- 20:33Speaker 6: Is that something you would support?
- 20:34Speaker 2: Well, I support the Save America Act 100 percent, and
- 20:37Speaker 2: I hope that we can do whatever it takes to
- 20:38Speaker 2: pass it. And, you know, I mean, I'm for I'm
- 20:42Speaker 2: for making the Democrats hold the floor. I'm for changing
- 20:44Speaker 2: the rules on the filibuster. I'm for I'm for the
- 20:47Speaker 2: Save America Act. So I'm all for that. And I
- 20:49Speaker 2: said last night, I think there's nothing that we could
- 20:51Speaker 2: do that would be more significant for the country and
- 20:54Speaker 2: also would follow through on one of Lindsey Graham's top
- 20:57Speaker 2: priorities than to pass the Save America Act. This voter ID,
- 21:00Speaker 2: I mean, I always say, Missouri, we've had voter ID
- 21:02Speaker 2: for years. We put it on our own constitution, we
- 21:06Speaker 2: the voters of Missouri. So every time my Democrat colleagues say,
- 21:09Speaker 2: as I'll probably say in here in like 10 minutes,
- 21:11Speaker 2: that'll never work.
- 21:13Speaker 1: It does work.
- 21:14Speaker 2: We've done it for years in my state. So I just,
- 21:17Speaker 2: I don't get why. I mean, I do know why
- 21:18Speaker 2: they're opposed to it. It's because they want people who
- 21:20Speaker 2: are not citizens to vote. That's the only reason they're
- 21:23Speaker 2: opposed to it. And I just think that's wrong. We
- 21:25Speaker 2: need to pass it.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Totally right. We need to pass it by any means necessary.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I mean, what do we have to do? I feel
- 21:33Speaker 1: like at this point we have to get like a
- 21:34Speaker 1: full-blown demonstration going or something. Like Josh Hawley should chain
- 21:37Speaker 1: himself to the desk on the front of the Senate
- 21:40Speaker 1: dais or something.
- 21:41Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Do something, you know? Like, and I love, I like
- 21:45Speaker 1: to chatter about what the options are. And he's right
- 21:47Speaker 1: about the strategies. He's like, I'm for taking the floor.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I'm for getting rid of the filibuster. I love all
- 21:52Speaker 1: the things you're for. The thing that I really need
- 21:55Speaker 1: you and every other senator to do is actually something. Something.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Just do it. Just start it. Start the process. Get
- 22:04Speaker 1: the debate started. And a lot of this falls to
- 22:06Speaker 1: John Thune and John Barrasso. Clearly, Barrasso being the whip,
- 22:09Speaker 1: Thune being the leader. But do it. I'm going to
- 22:15Speaker 1: say something to you, Senator Hawley and the rest of
- 22:17Speaker 1: you senators. I'm going to tell you, without even looking
- 22:20Speaker 1: at my chat right now, I know what the audience
- 22:23Speaker 1: is tired of. They're tired of talking. They're tired of this.
- 22:27Speaker 1: You're doing a lot of this. We want you to
- 22:30Speaker 1: actually get something done. That's the truth. Now, that's not
- 22:34Speaker 1: an attack on Josh Hawley. I'm grateful that Josh Hawley is...
- 22:38Speaker 1: for the by any means necessary approach here. More senators
- 22:41Speaker 1: need to join him. But it's getting very frustrating that
- 22:45Speaker 1: there's a lot of rambling and not a lot of doing.
- 22:48Speaker 1: And if you're going to ramble, at least do it
- 22:49Speaker 1: on the Senate floor. You guys love rambling. I've got
- 22:52Speaker 1: a great spot for you to do it. Do it
- 22:54Speaker 1: on the Senate floor. Get the filibuster started. Break through
- 22:58Speaker 1: it and pass the Save America Act. Now, we do
- 23:02Speaker 1: have impediments to this in the Republican Party, nominally in
- 23:06Speaker 1: the Republican Party, among them the outgoing idiot senator from
- 23:11Speaker 1: North Carolina known as Thumbelina. Sarah Gonzalez is asking, wait
- 23:15Speaker 1: a second, you're getting all this money from these interest
- 23:19Speaker 1: groups that employ illegal aliens. Is that why you're voting
- 23:23Speaker 1: against the Save America Act? And notice that Thumbelina, once
- 23:27Speaker 1: she brings the receipts, dances away from the original question.
- 23:31Speaker 1: and start saying stuff like, well, which version are you
- 23:33Speaker 1: talking about? Because he did vote against one of the
- 23:36Speaker 1: versions of the Save America Act, and Sarah Gonzalez has
- 23:38Speaker 1: him dead to rights. Watch this.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Senator, you've received almost $ 700, 000 from the illegal labor lobby.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Is that why you voted against the Save America Act?
- 23:47Speaker 1: Can you tell me who the illegal labor lobbyist?
- 23:50Speaker 3: Yes, it's contractors, general contractors, hospitality companies, industries. construction companies
- 23:56Speaker 3: and industries.
- 23:56Speaker 6: How much do you know about the Save America Act?
- 23:58Speaker 2: Which Save America Act are you talking about?
- 24:01Speaker 3: The one that you voted against, sir.
- 24:02Speaker 6: Okay.
- 24:03Speaker 4: And so you're asking me if I voted, I was
- 24:06Speaker 4: against it because.
- 24:08Speaker 3: You're receiving almost $ 700, 000 from these lobbyists.
- 24:12Speaker 6: Do you have any idea what a remarkably silly question
- 24:16Speaker 6: that is?
- 24:17Speaker 3: I think it's a pretty important one. I think your
- 24:19Speaker 3: constituents want to know why you're betraying them.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Do you know what my election cycle, the total all-in
- 24:24Speaker 5: election cycle cost was in 2020?
- 24:27Speaker 6: It's $ 300 million.
- 24:29Speaker 7: Do you honestly believe that I would make a policy
- 24:32Speaker 7: decision based on that?
- 24:33Speaker 3: I don't know why you're betraying your constituents. I'm independent.
- 24:36Speaker 5: Okay.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Why are you betraying your constituents? Why are you betraying
- 24:41Speaker 3: your constituents, Senator?
- 24:42Speaker 5: Good luck on the clicks.
- 24:44Speaker 1: We just want.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Secure elections, Senator. You're preventing us from getting that. You're
- 24:48Speaker 3: betraying America.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Good luck on your job.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Good luck on yours.
- 24:53Speaker 3: What a strange thing for Senator Tillis to say. $ 700, 000
- 24:56Speaker 3: is not enough. He's a sellout, but not that amount
- 24:59Speaker 3: because he receives $ 300 million. If I were an honest
- 25:02Speaker 3: person and I were answering that question, I would just say,
- 25:05Speaker 3: I'm not a sellout to anyone. I don't sell out
- 25:07Speaker 3: for any amount of money. But Tom Tillis, Tom Tillis
- 25:10Speaker 3: says he sells out, but not for that amount.
- 25:13Speaker 1: That's the point of that excellent, rapid-fire questions, analysis received.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Sarah Gonzalez crushes that moment, crushes it. And she rightly
- 25:25Speaker 1: identified that Tillis' excuse was, I don't get out of
- 25:30Speaker 1: bed for less than a million. Why would I do
- 25:33Speaker 1: this for illegal aliens? I need more money to sell out.
- 25:39Speaker 1: That's a crazy answer. That's a really crazy answer. At
- 25:43Speaker 1: least most politicians, like they kind of pretend they're like, oh,
- 25:46Speaker 1: you know, well, I can't be bought. These companies, these
- 25:50Speaker 1: donors are giving me money just because they agree with me.
- 25:52Speaker 1: They think I'm great for the country. That's not what
- 25:54Speaker 1: Tillis did. Tillis is like, no, my race is so expensive.
- 25:58Speaker 1: You think I would sell out for $ 700, 000? No, it'd
- 26:00Speaker 1: be way more than that. That's crazy. What a bizarre
- 26:06Speaker 1: and corrupt demonstration of honesty. What a weird thing. That's wild. Anyway,
- 26:11Speaker 1: congratulations to Sarah for that great exchange. And, well, it's
- 26:16Speaker 1: sad for the rest of us that we have to
- 26:17Speaker 1: deal with Thumbelina, who is, he's just so bitter. He's like,
- 26:21Speaker 1: you know, imagine, I think that one of the lessons
- 26:25Speaker 1: from Lindsey Graham's life, look, Lindsey Graham and President Trump
- 26:28Speaker 1: didn't agree on everything. And Lindsey Graham was constantly trying
- 26:30Speaker 1: to work the president to get him closer to his
- 26:32Speaker 1: own policy positions. But here's something that Graham understood. that
- 26:37Speaker 1: Tham doesn't, that Cornyn doesn't, that Cassidy doesn't, and they're
- 26:40Speaker 1: all being fired now from their jobs as a result.
- 26:43Speaker 1: The thing that they don't understand is show some respect
- 26:48Speaker 1: to the voters who keep electing Donald Trump and gave
- 26:51Speaker 1: you the majority in the Senate to begin with. Lindsey Graham,
- 26:55Speaker 1: while he didn't agree with all of us on everything, clearly,
- 26:58Speaker 1: at least had a healthy respect for the power that
- 27:02Speaker 1: this base represents. So much so that he abandoned his
- 27:07Speaker 1: foolishness about attacking Trump. Remember, in the wake of the
- 27:10Speaker 1: 2020 election, as lots of people were turning on Trump,
- 27:14Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham was among them. Lindsey Graham was like, I'm
- 27:16Speaker 1: done with him. I'm out. And then he came back.
- 27:19Speaker 1: They always come back. Well, not all of them, but
- 27:22Speaker 1: he did. Because he understood the power of this political movement.
- 27:27Speaker 1: And he understood that for him to continue to exist
- 27:29Speaker 1: in this world, in this political world, that he'd have
- 27:32Speaker 1: to be very respectful of it. The rest of these
- 27:35Speaker 1: jackasses don't understand that lesson. They don't get it. So
- 27:38Speaker 1: while they're spending this week sending off Lindsey Graham and
- 27:42Speaker 1: issuing these condolences, they're still not deriving the actual lessons
- 27:48Speaker 1: from his life and time in politics. And they should be.
- 27:51Speaker 1: They really should. But there's Tom Boehner getting his ass
- 27:55Speaker 1: handed to him by Sarah Gonzalez as she carefully dog
- 27:59Speaker 1: walks him. It was great. It's just so great. And
- 28:03Speaker 1: but but what would be really great is if he
- 28:05Speaker 1: got in that elevator as he's running away from her,
- 28:08Speaker 1: fleeing from her. And then he had finally had a
- 28:10Speaker 1: realization like, you know what? She's right. I screwed this up.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I should fight for my country. That would be a
- 28:16Speaker 1: great outcome. The best.
- 28:18Speaker 8: All right.
- 28:18Speaker 1: More ahead on this edition of Vince. We've got a
- 28:21Speaker 1: lot to discuss with you coming up. Has ICE stopped
- 28:28Speaker 1: vehicle stops? Like we're not going to we're not going to.
- 28:32Speaker 1: pull over illegal aliens anymore and arrest them and deport
- 28:34Speaker 1: them from the country? What's going on there? It's been
- 28:37Speaker 1: a head spinning 24 hours. A lot of news updates
- 28:40Speaker 1: on that, including some breaking news this morning. I'll share
- 28:42Speaker 1: with you from the president of the United States in

- 29:12Speaker 1: Studies show that when we don't get enough C15, our

- 31:33Speaker 1: Thank you to Blackout Coffee for being such great supporters
- 31:37Speaker 1: of our program. Okay, so you ready for some head
- 31:39Speaker 1: spinning news on what the hell's going on with ICE? Now,
- 31:42Speaker 1: we've gone back and forth on what's going on with deportations.
- 31:44Speaker 1: In the first year of the Trump administration, we saw
- 31:48Speaker 1: numbers around 3 million people, foreign nationals, removed from our country,
- 31:52Speaker 1: either forcibly or through self-deportation. That's a start. That's a
- 31:56Speaker 1: big start. A lot more to do. And then we
- 32:00Speaker 1: just got some reporting in the past week or so
- 32:03Speaker 1: that deportations have ramped up pretty dramatically, although not with
- 32:09Speaker 1: the same kind of public attention that we saw before.
- 32:15Speaker 1: We didn't have big, dramatic, showy announcements. We're going into Minneapolis.
- 32:21Speaker 1: In fact, the administration stopped announcing which cities they were
- 32:24Speaker 1: going in for these targeted enforcements and just started deporting
- 32:27Speaker 1: a lot of people without any fanfare. That was a
- 32:31Speaker 1: sign of immense progress, and it came as some relief
- 32:34Speaker 1: to those of us who were concerned that the administration might,
- 32:38Speaker 1: for whatever reason or perhaps wrongly thinking the politics required,
- 32:42Speaker 1: that they should back off on deportations. But then over
- 32:45Speaker 1: the course of the past week, we had a number
- 32:48Speaker 1: of stories develop that are worth digging into because they
- 32:51Speaker 1: served as a predicate for at least a pause, as
- 32:59Speaker 1: the Trump administration revealed, on vehicle stops by ICE. So
- 33:03Speaker 1: let me just set this up sequentially. First, in the
- 33:07Speaker 1: past week, ICE officers shot dead a Mexican illegal alien
- 33:13Speaker 1: in Houston, in Houston. And here's how CBS reports the news.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Man fatally shot by ICE in Houston was not intended target.
- 33:24Speaker 1: The Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers who fatally shot Mexican
- 33:27Speaker 1: national Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Araujo, that's probably the right pronunciation,
- 33:34Speaker 1: in Houston this week, were looking for a different person
- 33:38Speaker 1: when they stopped the vehicle. The Department of Homeland Security
- 33:41Speaker 1: confirmed Thursday. Quote, after receiving a credible tip from our
- 33:44Speaker 1: law enforcement partners, our officers conducted surveillance on the target's address.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Weeks prior to the incident, they noted two white vans
- 33:50Speaker 1: at the property. On July 7th, officers were almost at
- 33:53Speaker 1: the target's address when they observed a white van with
- 33:56Speaker 1: an individual who resembled the target. Officers then initiated the
- 34:00Speaker 1: vehicle stop. DHS initially said Tuesday that ICE officers were
- 34:04Speaker 1: targeting Salgado Araujo because he was living in the country
- 34:07Speaker 1: without legal permission. The department alleged he was shot after
- 34:11Speaker 1: he ignored multiple verbal commands and attempted to ram an
- 34:14Speaker 1: officer who fired his weapon in self-defense. Houston firefighters said
- 34:19Speaker 1: Salgado Araujo was struck in the abdomen and then his
- 34:22Speaker 1: car hit an ICE vehicle. He was taken to the
- 34:25Speaker 1: hospital but died of his injuries, according to DHS. So
- 34:31Speaker 1: there's an investigation underway into what exactly transpired here. There
- 34:35Speaker 1: are claims that the vehicle was weaponized. Now, if you
- 34:38Speaker 1: weaponize a vehicle, that's how you get shot. Don't do that.
- 34:41Speaker 1: But one of the elements here that CBS doesn't emphasize,
- 34:44Speaker 1: but it's true, the guy is here illegally. Now, that's
- 34:47Speaker 1: not a justification to shoot somebody, but it is a
- 34:50Speaker 1: reality that if you're here illegally, then you're putting yourself
- 34:54Speaker 1: in peril anyway because you've got to be physically removed
- 34:57Speaker 1: from the country. You don't get shot. You don't even
- 35:00Speaker 1: get handcuffed. You don't get manhandled if you're not in
- 35:03Speaker 1: the country illegally. So a lot of this could have
- 35:05Speaker 1: been resolved by following our laws to begin with. So
- 35:09Speaker 1: that's the story out of Houston. Now, the second story
- 35:13Speaker 1: is out of Maine. It's a similar story where another
- 35:18Speaker 1: illegal was shot dead by ICE in the state of Maine. Now, there,
- 35:23Speaker 1: lawmakers say that he was not the intended target of
- 35:26Speaker 1: the warrant. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Maine
- 35:29Speaker 1: fatally shot a man in his car on Monday, DHS said,
- 35:33Speaker 1: marking the second time in a week that ICE officers
- 35:35Speaker 1: have used deadly force in the United States. DHS alleged
- 35:38Speaker 1: that the man, who was in the country illegally, had
- 35:41Speaker 1: attempted to flee the scene when ICE tried to stop
- 35:44Speaker 1: him around 7 a.m. Eastern in Biddeford, Maine. and fearing
- 35:49Speaker 1: for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon. He later
- 35:52Speaker 1: died from his injuries. DHS said ICE agents encountered the
- 35:55Speaker 1: man while conducting target and surveillance on the last known
- 35:58Speaker 1: address of an illegal alien with a final order of removal.
- 36:02Speaker 1: The Colombian embassy conveys that the man's name is Johan
- 36:07Speaker 1: Sebastian Duran Guerrero, a 25-year-old Colombian national. So, another illegal alien,
- 36:14Speaker 1: this time from Colombia. Again, if our country's laws are
- 36:18Speaker 1: being followed and you're not here illegally, this never happens, okay?
- 36:24Speaker 1: This doesn't happen at all. This is better for everybody
- 36:29Speaker 1: if you follow the rules and the law. So both
- 36:33Speaker 1: of these incidents are, of course, being investigated as is appropriate.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Anytime a weapon is discharged, ask any cop in America,
- 36:39Speaker 1: if they discharge a weapon and somebody dies, there's no
- 36:42Speaker 1: doubt going to be an investigation into the circumstances that
- 36:45Speaker 1: led to it. But what this did lead to yesterday was, well, concerning,
- 36:54Speaker 1: to say the least. Bill Malusion posted the following news
- 37:00Speaker 1: item to X yesterday, and it was first scooped, as
- 37:03Speaker 1: he credits, by Jenny Tehr. Jenny Tehr is a wonderful
- 37:07Speaker 1: reporter with The Daily Wire. And here's what Bill Malusian
- 37:12Speaker 1: says about yesterday. And this caught everybody's attention. He says,
- 37:17Speaker 1: breaking per multiple federal sources to Fox, ICE has been
- 37:20Speaker 1: instructed to immediately cease most vehicle stops during immigration enforcement
- 37:26Speaker 1: operations nationwide, except for operations targeting the most egregious criminal aliens.
- 37:32Speaker 1: This comes after two people were killed by ICE in
- 37:34Speaker 1: shootings in Texas and Maine in the last week in
- 37:36Speaker 1: incidents that began as vehicle stops. DHS alleges one of
- 37:40Speaker 1: those incidents was a ramming attempt. I'm told this will
- 37:43Speaker 1: be temporary until ICE officers receive new training on vehicle stops.
- 37:48Speaker 1: The policy change will have significant impacts as many of
- 37:51Speaker 1: ICE's arrests begin as vehicle stops when they find and
- 37:55Speaker 1: follow a target, as we've witnessed on multiple embeds. More
- 37:59Speaker 1: to come as we get it. So, this is crazy.
- 38:06Speaker 1: You're freezing all vehicle stops? That's not good. In fact,
- 38:11Speaker 1: Bill Malusian goes further and says he's been speaking with
- 38:14Speaker 1: numerous ICE sources. Most are expressing frustration that this will
- 38:19Speaker 1: cause their arrest numbers to fall off of a cliff
- 38:22Speaker 1: while this is in effect. A large majority of these
- 38:25Speaker 1: arrests involve vehicle stops. They will now largely have to
- 38:28Speaker 1: rely on court arrests, detainer transfers, USCIS interviews, or consensual encounters.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Consensual encounters. How many of those are there? or roving
- 38:38Speaker 1: patrols on foot to make arrests in bigger numbers. ICE
- 38:42Speaker 1: prefers to target people in their vehicles instead of their
- 38:44Speaker 1: homes because homes require a judicial warrant to enter and
- 38:47Speaker 1: vehicles are considered safer. Somebody can run into a home
- 38:50Speaker 1: and grab a weapon, etc. Targets can be followed to
- 38:53Speaker 1: public areas where warrants aren't required. In all the ICE
- 38:57Speaker 1: embeds I've done over the years, says Bill, I would
- 38:59Speaker 1: say 90% of the targets were arrested in vehicle stops,
- 39:02Speaker 1: though they were, uh, though. They were egregious aliens, murderers, rapists, etc.,
- 39:07Speaker 1: and those vehicle stops are still allowed to continue for now.
- 39:10Speaker 1: They will have a bigger impact on targets in the
- 39:13Speaker 1: United States illegally who have committed no other crimes. Thank
- 39:17Speaker 1: you to Bill for accurately describing this by saying no
- 39:21Speaker 1: other crimes, considering illegal entry into the country is a crime,
- 39:24Speaker 1: despite what the media claims to you. All right, so
- 39:28Speaker 1: what's going on here? I'm you asked. Tom Holman has
- 39:32Speaker 1: a couple of updates for us on this. Tom Holman,
- 39:35Speaker 1: first of all, said yesterday in an interview that this
- 39:38Speaker 1: is a temporary pause, and he insists it's not going
- 39:41Speaker 1: to affect ICE arrests. Cut seven, here's the border czar.
- 39:45Speaker 7: The decision was made by the secretary along with leadership
- 39:48Speaker 7: at ICE. But look, it's not a policy change. It's
- 39:51Speaker 7: a temporary pause. Look, the last couple of shootings, ICE
- 39:55Speaker 7: leadership along with DHS believes they want to look at
- 39:57Speaker 7: these last couple of incidents and look. Is there something
- 40:01Speaker 7: that could have been done better? Is there any training
- 40:04Speaker 7: to get me improved? Or it's simply ICE doing their
- 40:06Speaker 7: job and bad things happen when people don't comply with
- 40:10Speaker 7: law enforcement officers. So I think it's going to be
- 40:12Speaker 7: a short and I'm confident that ICE has well-trained the
- 40:16Speaker 7: vehicle stops, and you're going to see us keep moving forward.
- 40:19Speaker 7: But this is just a temporary pause where they look
- 40:21Speaker 7: at the incidents. But let me say this, too. I
- 40:24Speaker 7: hear a lot of noise right now. This is going
- 40:26Speaker 7: to affect ICE arrests, and it's not going to. Look,
- 40:29Speaker 7: I've done this for a long time. When that alien
- 40:32Speaker 7: leaves his home before he gets into the car, you
- 40:35Speaker 7: can arrest him then. You can wait until the vehicle
- 40:37Speaker 7: gets to the destination and arrest him then. Every case
- 40:40Speaker 7: is different. Now, we know vehicle assaults are up over 3,400%.
- 40:45Speaker 7: So if we can arrest that alien outside that vehicle
- 40:48Speaker 7: and take that two-ton weapon away from them, that's good
- 40:51Speaker 7: in some instances. Other instances, we're going to still need
- 40:53Speaker 7: to do vehicle stops for a significant criminal. You may
- 40:56Speaker 7: want to stop him in a desolate area before he
- 40:58Speaker 7: gets downtown. You certainly don't want to stop a criminal
- 41:01Speaker 7: alien near a school in the middle of recess with
- 41:04Speaker 7: 100 kids on the playground. There are so many circumstances
- 41:07Speaker 7: these agents need to look at to make these decisions.
- 41:10Speaker 7: So I do not think this short pause can affect
- 41:12Speaker 7: the arrest because the alien can be arrested before or
- 41:14Speaker 7: after that vehicle. But this is what I understand. I'm
- 41:18Speaker 7: talking to the director of ICE. It's a short pause
- 41:21Speaker 7: just to make sure we're doing the right thing.
- 41:23Speaker 1: Okay.
- 41:23Speaker 8: All right.
- 41:26Speaker 1: The fact that they have to use it at all, though,
- 41:28Speaker 1: the fact that vehicle stops are on the menu means
- 41:31Speaker 1: that it is a valuable tool for making these arrests.
- 41:34Speaker 1: If you shut down a pathway for law enforcement to
- 41:39Speaker 1: actually enforce the law, but just as a matter of physics,
- 41:43Speaker 1: it's going to foreclose on some number of arrests. So
- 41:47Speaker 1: Tom Holman is saying, look, that doesn't mean we're giving
- 41:49Speaker 1: up the mission. We're staying locked in. We're going to
- 41:51Speaker 1: try and arrest as many people as possible. But it's
- 41:54Speaker 1: just a reality of the way physics works, that if
- 41:59Speaker 1: you stop doing vehicle arrests for a time, vehicle stops,
- 42:04Speaker 1: then you're going to have fewer arrests. That's it. That's it.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Just a very simple math issue. And this is driving
- 42:10Speaker 1: people crazy, rightfully so. The idea that the illegal aliens
- 42:16Speaker 1: get some sort of veto over the way deportations are
- 42:19Speaker 1: conducted is crazy. The way that the left gets a
- 42:22Speaker 1: hecklers or a rioters veto over the way that we
- 42:25Speaker 1: conduct arrests and deportations is crazy. Don't allow it to happen.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Don't demonstrate weakness in the face of this. Keep the
- 42:34Speaker 1: mission moving at pace and get people who shouldn't be
- 42:37Speaker 1: here the hell out of our country so we can
- 42:39Speaker 1: restore law and order. It really is as simple as that.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Tom Holman obviously very much cares about this issue. There's
- 42:46Speaker 1: no doubt about that. He is he's the border czar.
- 42:48Speaker 1: He's the right guy for the job. The president loves
- 42:51Speaker 1: him because of his aggression. And he's staying in there.
- 42:54Speaker 1: And in fact, to Holman's credit, I want to share
- 42:58Speaker 1: one more clip from him with you. This is cut nine.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Tom Holman is a little hot about people claiming that
- 43:05Speaker 1: the Trump administration is doing is backing off of deportations
- 43:08Speaker 1: at all. Here he is explaining that, actually, we just
- 43:12Speaker 1: had the highest month of deportations on record. Cut nine.
- 43:16Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 43:19Speaker 6: Will this change on vehicle stops lower the rate of
- 43:21Speaker 6: deportation during the process? No, no.
- 43:24Speaker 7: You know, let me address that for you. I'm sick
- 43:27Speaker 7: and tired of reading about how administrations lost their guts with,
- 43:32Speaker 7: you know, mass deportations. Do you know June, last month?
- 43:37Speaker 7: ICE arrested more aliens than any month in the history
- 43:41Speaker 7: of the agency. So, you know, people say ICE is
- 43:45Speaker 7: not serious about this job. Last month, the most aliens
- 43:48Speaker 7: arrested in the history of the agency, more than last year,
- 43:51Speaker 7: more than when you had the FBI, ATF, DEA, Border Patrol,
- 43:55Speaker 7: ICE all out there, ICE by themselves, with their 287G partners,
- 44:01Speaker 7: had the most arrests in the history of the agency. Now,
- 44:03Speaker 7: were numbers down for a few months?
- 44:05Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Why?
- 44:06Speaker 6: Why?
- 44:07Speaker 7: Because the department was shut down, right? Agents weren't getting
- 44:10Speaker 7: overtime paid. They weren't getting travel. I mean, their travel
- 44:13Speaker 7: cards were maxed out, so they couldn't travel to operations.
- 44:17Speaker 7: The targeting wasn't being funded like it should have been.
- 44:20Speaker 7: So the department was shut down, so of course the
- 44:22Speaker 7: numbers were shut down. And why did the Dems shut
- 44:24Speaker 7: down the governor? I'll tell you why, because I was
- 44:27Speaker 7: in negotiation because of Minneapolis. They had concerns about things
- 44:31Speaker 7: in Minneapolis. I'm not going to make a judgment on
- 44:33Speaker 7: everything that happened in Minneapolis, but that's why they shut
- 44:35Speaker 7: it down. Every question, everything they wanted, ICE to change
- 44:38Speaker 7: and Border Patrol to change, come back to operations in Minneapolis. So,
- 44:42Speaker 7: you know, bottom line is, once we got the funding,
- 44:45Speaker 7: numbers are going through the ceiling, like President Trump promised America.
- 44:50Speaker 1: So to the extent that there's been any slowdown, it's
- 44:52Speaker 1: been Democrats who are to blame. Democrats who held ICE hostage,
- 44:56Speaker 1: Democrats who don't want border enforcement, Democrats who want illegal
- 45:00Speaker 1: aliens to just run roughshod over the whole country have been,
- 45:03Speaker 1: if there's been any explanation for a dip in numbers
- 45:06Speaker 1: in prior months, it was Democrats. But that's encouraging news.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Tom Holman says the most arrests in the history of
- 45:16Speaker 1: ICE happened in the month of June of this year.
- 45:20Speaker 2: Good.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Let's set records every month. Let's set a record for July.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I want to see month after month after month, and
- 45:26Speaker 1: I know I'm saying this, I'm sure Tom Holman does too,
- 45:29Speaker 1: month after month setting new records for ICE arrests up
- 45:33Speaker 1: until the point that the reason that it's going down
- 45:35Speaker 1: is because we've run out of illegals to arrest. That's
- 45:38Speaker 1: when it should go down. Now, here's the breaking news
- 45:42Speaker 1: this morning. Your concern, my concern about these vehicle stops
- 45:48Speaker 1: being put on pause, The president shares it. The president
- 45:52Speaker 1: this morning with this update. The men and women of
- 45:57Speaker 1: ICE are doing a great job, he says, one that
- 46:00Speaker 1: has to be done. Crime is way down in America,
- 46:04Speaker 1: in many cases with numbers that haven't been seen in decades.
- 46:07Speaker 1: The open border policy of sleepy Joe Biden allowed 25
- 46:10Speaker 1: million people to pour into our country, unchecked and unvetted.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Many were criminals, and we have to get them out.
- 46:17Speaker 1: In order to do this, we must be strong, tough,
- 46:19Speaker 1: and smart. We cannot give up one of ICE's most
- 46:23Speaker 1: important and effective crime-fighting tools, the traffic stop. Once we do,
- 46:29Speaker 1: we are playing right into the criminals' hands. The radical
- 46:32Speaker 1: left Democrats would like to see this done, but it
- 46:34Speaker 1: won't happen on my watch. ICE, be judicious, fair, and smart,
- 46:40Speaker 1: and go back and do your very important job. Keep
- 46:43Speaker 1: those crime stat records coming. Remember, you are loved and
- 46:48Speaker 1: respected in America. Thank you for your attention to this matter,
- 46:52Speaker 1: President Donald J. Trump. That's my president. That guy. He
- 47:00Speaker 1: saw this, like you, and he goes, wait a second,
- 47:02Speaker 1: hold on. We're throwing the brakes on ICE? We're putting
- 47:05Speaker 1: ICE on ICE? I don't think so. Not on my watch.
- 47:07Speaker 1: I was elected for mass deportations. We're going to continue that?
- 47:11Speaker 1: Does that mean that ICE officers should be reckless and
- 47:13Speaker 1: crazy and just gun down people for no reason? No,
- 47:15Speaker 1: it doesn't mean any of that. It means that we
- 47:17Speaker 1: should empower them to do their jobs as safely as possible,
- 47:22Speaker 1: and that includes vehicle stops, and let them keep having
- 47:25Speaker 1: access to these tools. Now, the questions about training and
- 47:29Speaker 1: making sure people know how to do it, that's a
- 47:31Speaker 1: constant thing. Ask anybody who's in law enforcement. You have
- 47:34Speaker 1: to do regular training. You go back. You have to
- 47:37Speaker 1: go out and actually get on the range and shoot targets.
- 47:40Speaker 1: And you have to stay fresh. You have to stay
- 47:43Speaker 1: up to date. And these guys should definitely do that.
- 47:46Speaker 1: But don't take away any tools to enforce the law.
- 47:49Speaker 1: And don't for a moment. Let the hecklers, rioters, lunatics,
- 47:54Speaker 1: Democrats get a veto over law and order in the
- 47:57Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 47:59Speaker 6: Don't.
- 48:00Speaker 1: The president is not playing that game. So some good
- 48:02Speaker 1: news this morning is the president says, hey, get back
- 48:06Speaker 1: out there. Get back out there. All right. Ellie G says,
- 48:10Speaker 1: we love you, Vince, but be cool, my babies. Tom's
- 48:12Speaker 1: got this. He won't let it go long.
- 48:14Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 1: You know what, Ellie G? I have a lot of
- 48:17Speaker 1: faith in Tom Holman. I really do. But the thing is,
- 48:20Speaker 1: as always, you know, when you see something that has
- 48:23Speaker 1: you concerned, I've discovered it's just far better to vocalize it.
- 48:27Speaker 1: It's far better to vocalize it, hash it out and
- 48:30Speaker 1: forge ahead. We live in a great country. And one
- 48:32Speaker 1: of the things that makes it great is that even
- 48:34Speaker 1: when something happens on our own side that we don't like,
- 48:38Speaker 1: just call it out and see what you get out
- 48:40Speaker 1: of it. And guess what we just got? The president
- 48:42Speaker 1: decided to reverse this thing. Thank you to the president.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Appreciate him for doing that.
- 48:47Speaker 7: How you doing?
- 48:48Speaker 1: How you doing? How you doing? More news stories as
- 48:51Speaker 1: we get them always, especially on getting these illegals out
- 48:54Speaker 1: of the country. This is, I'm pretty sure this is
- 48:57Speaker 1: what you voted for last I checked. And, you know,
- 49:01Speaker 1: I mentioned a moment ago, you know, one of the
- 49:03Speaker 1: realities here is like, if these illegal aliens weren't here,
- 49:07Speaker 1: there wouldn't be a circumstance where an ICE agent would
- 49:09Speaker 1: shoot them dead for any reason. Any. They'd be alive
- 49:13Speaker 1: in their home country. In fact, This is the same,
- 49:17Speaker 1: the same thing is true for American citizens who were
- 49:19Speaker 1: killed by illegal aliens. The Lake and Rileys of the world,
- 49:22Speaker 1: the Jocelyn Nungerays. They would be alive today if our
- 49:26Speaker 1: borders were secure. If their illegal alien killers were never
- 49:30Speaker 1: allowed in in the first place, these American citizens would
- 49:32Speaker 1: be alive and well. That's just true. And so one
- 49:37Speaker 1: of the things to always be on guard for, I
- 49:40Speaker 1: talked yesterday with you about Fairfax County, Virginia. They've got
- 49:44Speaker 1: those AI body cameras that are now translating 57 different
- 49:48Speaker 1: languages because the left kicked our borders open. How about this?
- 49:52Speaker 1: How about we restore order? We deport illegals. We make
- 49:55Speaker 1: people actually assimilate if we welcome them into the country
- 49:58Speaker 1: and make everybody speak English. These are very simple expectations
- 50:02Speaker 1: to run a functioning country. But instead, have you noticed
- 50:05Speaker 1: that the government always just spends a lot more of
- 50:07Speaker 1: your money to address problems that they've created? What a
- 50:11Speaker 1: disgusting trick that's constantly played on us. So yesterday, we
- 50:15Speaker 1: got another example of this. Two Supreme Court justices appeared
- 50:19Speaker 1: before Congress yesterday asking for more money for security for
- 50:23Speaker 1: their own safety, not just for the two justices, for
- 50:27Speaker 1: all of them. Elena Kagan- as well as Amy Coney
- 50:32Speaker 1: Barrett testified yesterday before the Senate and the House asking
- 50:36Speaker 1: for more money. They said, look, there's a lot of
- 50:38Speaker 1: threats to our lives now. We could use a bigger
- 50:40Speaker 1: security detail in order to protect us both in our
- 50:43Speaker 1: homes and as we travel. Now, let me just be
- 50:47Speaker 1: blunt about why they have security threats. It's the left.
- 50:51Speaker 1: The left is the reason that that there are threats
- 50:53Speaker 1: to the court. The left has attempted to assassinate Supreme
- 50:57Speaker 1: Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to prevent the Dobbs decision, which
- 51:02Speaker 1: was leaked in order to inspire the kind of villainy
- 51:06Speaker 1: that you and I are talking about. The left attempted
- 51:11Speaker 1: to kill Amy Coney Barrett just weeks ago by calling
- 51:15Speaker 1: in a swatting threat against her to get a SWAT
- 51:18Speaker 1: team to go to her house to barrel into it
- 51:21Speaker 1: and to shoot dead anyone who lied with him. That's
- 51:24Speaker 1: the left. So if we're going to be honest about
- 51:26Speaker 1: what the hell's going on in our country and why
- 51:28Speaker 1: there's this appetite for violence such that we need more security,
- 51:32Speaker 1: it's the left. So addressing, as the left likes to say,
- 51:35Speaker 1: root causes, you want to address a root cause, get
- 51:38Speaker 1: the left to stop being terroristic lunatics. We have to
- 51:42Speaker 1: resolve the assassination culture that led to the death of
- 51:45Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk and the shooting of Donald Trump and the
- 51:48Speaker 1: killing of Corey Comparatore. We have to address this head
- 51:53Speaker 1: on instead of just constantly treating the symptoms. Well, we
- 51:56Speaker 1: need bigger security teams to handle the crazy lefties. No,
- 51:59Speaker 1: how about we handle the crazy lefties? But here's Amy
- 52:04Speaker 1: Coney Barrett yesterday testifying about the threats to her life
- 52:08Speaker 1: and how it's become a big problem inside of her
- 52:10Speaker 1: own house. Watch her.
- 52:13Speaker 8: So I thought I would just share a little bit
- 52:14Speaker 8: about how the threats have affected me and my family personally.
- 52:18Speaker 8: They have required me to, my children, to think about
- 52:22Speaker 8: and see things that children should not have to see
- 52:25Speaker 8: or think about. One example is when threats to my
- 52:28Speaker 8: life were particularly intense a few years ago around the
- 52:32Speaker 8: time of the Dobbs leak, my security detail sent me
- 52:35Speaker 8: home with a bulletproof vest and I carried it into
- 52:37Speaker 8: my house, put it into my bedroom, dropped it down
- 52:39Speaker 8: on a table, turned around and my 12-year-old son was
- 52:43Speaker 8: standing in the doorway of my bedroom and And he
- 52:45Speaker 8: wanted to know what it was and why I had it.
- 52:48Speaker 8: And I didn't know how to respond because maybe I
- 52:50Speaker 8: lack imagination, but I didn't expect that performing this service
- 52:54Speaker 8: was going to put me in the position of explaining
- 52:57Speaker 8: to my children what a bulletproof vest was and why
- 52:59Speaker 8: I had to wear one. It's also been reported in
- 53:02Speaker 8: the news that roughly six weeks ago, I was the
- 53:05Speaker 8: victim of a swatting incident at At that point, my
- 53:09Speaker 8: teenage son, one of my teenage sons, opened the door
- 53:12Speaker 8: to go out with friends and saw in our street,
- 53:16Speaker 8: it was full of police cars, who had responded to
- 53:20Speaker 8: a false report of gunshots and raised voices in my home.
- 53:24Speaker 8: I was very, very grateful that I had Supreme Court
- 53:27Speaker 8: police outside my home because they were able to stop
- 53:30Speaker 8: and meet with and explain to the county police that
- 53:34Speaker 8: it had been a false alarm. And so the police
- 53:36Speaker 8: did not actually attempt to enter our home. Many of us,
- 53:40Speaker 8: me included, have received threatening anonymous deliveries designed to intimidate
- 53:46Speaker 8: and harass us. They are often sent in the name
- 53:50Speaker 8: of Judge Salas's son, who I think, as you mentioned
- 53:53Speaker 8: in the beginning, Mr. Chairman, is deceased because he was
- 53:57Speaker 8: killed by a disgruntled lawyer who showed up at Judge
- 53:59Speaker 8: Salas's home intending to kill her, but her son, 20
- 54:03Speaker 8: years old at the time, opened the door and took
- 54:06Speaker 8: the bullet instead. Her husband, standing behind, was seriously injured.
- 54:09Speaker 8: So I think the message on these deliveries being sent
- 54:13Speaker 8: in his name is clear. As Justice Kagan said, federal
- 54:19Speaker 8: judges across the country throughout the judiciary, including the Supreme Court,
- 54:23Speaker 8: continue to do their jobs without fear or favor, but
- 54:26Speaker 8: the threat level is really high.
- 54:31Speaker 1: I want you to notice a pattern here. When did
- 54:36Speaker 1: the assassination attempt against Brett Kavanaugh occur? It was after
- 54:39Speaker 1: the leak of the Dobbs decision and before its official release.
- 54:44Speaker 1: When did the swatting attempt of Amy Coney Barrett occur?
- 54:49Speaker 1: It was in the midst of awaiting the birthright citizenship
- 54:54Speaker 1: case from the United States Supreme Court, the biggest case
- 54:57Speaker 1: of the term. And how did that one come out? Well,
- 55:00Speaker 1: Amy Coney Barrett who just said that she lacked imagination
- 55:04Speaker 1: to explain to her son why she had a bulletproof vest,
- 55:07Speaker 1: had plenty of imagination when she envisioned some sort of
- 55:10Speaker 1: constitutional right to American citizenship for the children of illegal aliens.
- 55:17Speaker 1: So did the threats to Amy Coney Barrett weigh on
- 55:21Speaker 1: her judgment when she derived a constitutional right for illegals
- 55:26Speaker 1: to break our laws and have children in America? Did
- 55:29Speaker 1: that weigh on her? She just said a moment ago
- 55:31Speaker 1: that she's making these decisions without fear or favor, but
- 55:35Speaker 1: you can't help but think that she's a woman who
- 55:37Speaker 1: is fearful. You can't have that. You can't have that. Now,
- 55:44Speaker 1: by the way, if fear is guiding her decisions, then
- 55:46Speaker 1: she shouldn't be on the court. She should leave. She
- 55:48Speaker 1: should tend to her family. That should be priority one.
- 55:51Speaker 1: And let somebody else have the role. But You can't
- 55:55Speaker 1: have a world in which these crazy lefties are constantly
- 55:58Speaker 1: threatening Supreme Court justices in order to subvert the Constitution.
- 56:04Speaker 1: The Constitutional Republic cannot withstand that. It will collapse entirely
- 56:09Speaker 1: if that's the basis by which decisions are influenced. This
- 56:15Speaker 1: is crazy. This is utterly crazy. And again, the core point,
- 56:19Speaker 1: it goes back to what I was saying a moment ago,
- 56:21Speaker 1: which is the idea that these Supreme Court justices need
- 56:24Speaker 1: to come hat in hand to the United States Congress
- 56:27Speaker 1: and say, hey, please fund more security for us, when
- 56:30Speaker 1: the actual answer to this is restoring our borders, deporting illegals,
- 56:36Speaker 1: and telling Americans the truth about their system. That's the
- 56:41Speaker 1: actual answer. If anything, both... Amy Coney Barrett and Elena
- 56:46Speaker 1: Kagan should have arrived yesterday scolding Democrats for constantly lying
- 56:51Speaker 1: to the American people and whipping them into a frenzy
- 56:56Speaker 1: against President Trump, the United States Supreme Court, and anybody
- 56:59Speaker 1: who's trying to restore order to our country. Every time
- 57:02Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries opens his freaking mouth, he's whipping people into
- 57:06Speaker 1: a frenzy, although he's doing it in a very low IQ, midwit,
- 57:10Speaker 1: sort of slow way. Chuck Schumer stood on the steps
- 57:13Speaker 1: of the United States Supreme Court, threatening justices ahead of
- 57:16Speaker 1: the assassination attempt on Brett Kavanaugh. So before you ask
- 57:20Speaker 1: for money, why don't you ask for decency? That should
- 57:25Speaker 1: be the request to Congress. Start telling the truth. And
- 57:28Speaker 1: that doesn't cost us a dime. In fact, that would
- 57:31Speaker 1: save us a lot of money and misery. That should
- 57:35Speaker 1: be the mission. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. But but stay in
- 57:41Speaker 1: the fight. I we're going to we're working on getting
- 57:44Speaker 1: Senator Jim Banks on our programs. I told you that yesterday.
- 57:48Speaker 1: We've got to have Jim Banks. I think we're going
- 57:50Speaker 1: to get him on the radio show soon. And when
- 57:52Speaker 1: we do, I want to talk to him about the
- 57:54Speaker 1: Citizenship Act, because under it, as just so you just
- 57:58Speaker 1: so you understand, we will say that illegal aliens are
- 58:02Speaker 1: invaders to the United States by statute. We will say
- 58:05Speaker 1: that birth tourists, people who come to the United States
- 58:07Speaker 1: just to have a baby here and a free American citizen,
- 58:10Speaker 1: they are invaders of the United States. If Jim Banks
- 58:13Speaker 1: succeeds in this legislation, it'll force this issue back in
- 58:16Speaker 1: front of the court and they can fix this atrocity.
- 58:20Speaker 1: So I'm going to stay on this. I think this
- 58:22Speaker 1: is really big. We've got so much more to talk about.
- 58:26Speaker 1: I've barely scratched the surface. We're going to do more
- 58:28Speaker 1: of it today in a couple of venues.
- 58:29Speaker 5: You ready?
