A 16-year-old teenage girl named Sarah wishes for her baby half brother Toby to be taken away by the goblin king. When she gets her wish granted, she changes her mind and wants him back. Jareth, the goblin king, tells Sarah that she has 13 hours to traverse through a labyrinth and into his castle by Goblin City to get him back.
