A Youth on Record Ars Poetica (It's Poetry Month)
In this episode of Youth on Rewind, host Godwin Amouzou looks to answer the question "How do you write a poem?" In a world full of noise and mundanity, finding the inspiration to create takes focus, but what do you focus on? By showcasing the poems written and recited by Youth on Record participants, Godwin shows us that even the simplest things can be — and should be — poetic. Tune in for stories by poets and producers like Devonte Parker, Danny Acree, and Akello Stallings, and stick around until the end to hear Godwin's own YOR Ars Poetica. Happy poetry month!
