Taste the Blood of Dracula (1970)
We’re feeling a little melancholy, not unlike Christopher Lee’s Dracula, because this will be the last Hammer Film Dracula movie we will discuss for HALLOWEEN HUMPFEST. Christopher Lee appears in three more Hammer Films as Dracula but Peter Sasdy’s 1970 film “TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA” will be our last for the season and perhaps that’s for the best because some of Dracula’s choices seem a little unlike what we’ve come to appreciate from our gothic fuckboy. Not that there’s isn’t some fun things to see, like satanic rituals, fabulous pimps, patricide and the tried and true village hottie…
