- 0:05Speaker 1: Realty Online Rock Wisconsin dot com. That's Rock r O
- 0:09Speaker 1: c K Wisconsin dot com. Why don't you remember their
- 0:11Speaker 1: other website as well, Rock Listenings dot Com. We'll talk
- 0:14Speaker 1: a little bit about the site and really cool promo
- 0:17Speaker 1: going on with with Rock Realty. We'll get to those
- 0:19Speaker 1: details in just a moment, but first, it's welcome in there.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Favorite guy this morning, favorite matt of the day, Matt Heman, Rockrealty.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Favorite man of Tuesday morning at eight, And you're a
- 0:30Speaker 2: Matthew right mad or Matthew mad or Matthew I'm in trouble?
- 0:35Speaker 1: Does now obviously your parents? Does your wife ever say Matthew?
- 0:39Speaker 3: No? Actually no, clearly you get it's usually four letter words. No,
- 0:45Speaker 3: I'm kidding, she's no. I know well I oh no,
- 0:49Speaker 3: I wouldn't fault her. It's good to see you.
- 0:54Speaker 1: We've got we're going to talk some really fun stuff
- 0:57Speaker 1: this week. As a matter of fact, you brought along
- 0:58Speaker 1: a guest this morning, didn't you.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I did.
- 1:00Speaker 2: We're gonna introduce everybody to Avery Lions and he's with
- 1:04Speaker 2: a company that we recently partnered with and we're excited
- 1:08Speaker 2: to you know, share them with everybody around the Madison
- 1:11Speaker 2: area what they do.
- 1:12Speaker 3: And that's totally spaced out. Oh, very cool, Avery, Welcome
- 1:17Speaker 3: to the show.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Yeah, thanks for having me, glad to be here.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Good to see you.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Let's really quickly kind of big picture stuff when it
- 1:23Speaker 1: comes to totally spaced out, what is totally spaced out
- 1:26Speaker 1: and what's kind of the background story to it.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:29Speaker 4: So we are a portable storage company. We're located in Edgerton, Wisconsin.
- 1:34Speaker 4: What we do is we kind of do all the
- 1:36Speaker 4: background logistics for moving in storage. We offer sixteen and
- 1:40Speaker 4: twenty foot portable storage containers as well as twenty four
- 1:43Speaker 4: foot logistics trailers. We work a lot with commercial companies,
- 1:47Speaker 4: restoration companies, and realtors. Thanks, we're here with Matt.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I think we're probably gonna make that connection too real quick,
- 1:55Speaker 1: just before we kind of get into the real estate
- 1:57Speaker 1: angle of it. I do want to ask about like,
- 1:59Speaker 1: and I know, Matt, you do a lot of work
- 2:01Speaker 1: with commercial purchases and other things too, but the commercial side,
- 2:05Speaker 1: I don't know that people always understand that as well.
- 2:08Speaker 1: That's another big thing is like logistically getting things either
- 2:12Speaker 1: stored or moved. You guys can help folks with that,
- 2:15Speaker 1: can't you.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Yeah, And what's unique about the portable storage realm is
- 2:19Speaker 4: our containers can be placed and you can kind of
- 2:21Speaker 4: move at your own pace. You don't have to get
- 2:23Speaker 4: a rental truck for one day or two days. So
- 2:25Speaker 4: it's really beneficial for that.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Did you get folks doing, like maybe a business remodel
- 2:29Speaker 1: that are saying, we just need to get this place
- 2:32Speaker 1: cleared out while we do like a significant remodel, We're
- 2:35Speaker 1: gonna clear it out, do the remodel, and then clean
- 2:39Speaker 1: it back in.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Yeah, we see a lot of that. What we also
- 2:43Speaker 4: offer for this too is if say this business remodel
- 2:46Speaker 4: needs the containers off site, we can store these down
- 2:49Speaker 4: and entertin at our location and then bring it back
- 2:52Speaker 4: to the business when the remodel is done. So we
- 2:54Speaker 4: offer on site and off site storage.
- 2:57Speaker 3: That is great.
- 2:57Speaker 1: That is really good to hear talking this morning with that.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Heypmen of Rock Realty and Avery Lions, owner operations manager
- 3:04Speaker 1: at Totally spaced Out. He can learn more about Totally
- 3:06Speaker 1: spaced Out on their website. I'll give you a guess
- 3:08Speaker 1: what it is. Totally spaced out dot com. It's totally
- 3:11Speaker 1: spaced out dot com all one word. Let's talk about
- 3:14Speaker 1: the real estate side of this, and Matt, I'll bring
- 3:17Speaker 1: you in. Obviously, when folks are are looking to move,
- 3:22Speaker 1: it doesn't just happen like that. You'd like it to
- 3:27Speaker 1: have a little bit of time to get the move
- 3:29Speaker 1: and done. And what a great resource this is.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yeah, when moving's involved, it's rarely a well oiled machine.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Yes, right, So you have.
- 3:37Speaker 2: The logistics of obviously getting all your stuff out of
- 3:40Speaker 2: the house, you know, obtaining a way to not only
- 3:44Speaker 2: you know, move the items, but you know you're renting
- 3:47Speaker 2: a truck, you're and then you're normally you're getting too
- 3:51Speaker 2: small of a truck. Yes, you've got the truck filled.
- 3:54Speaker 2: You're heading to the closing table. I don't know how
- 3:56Speaker 2: many times, you know, either I or the agents are firm.
- 4:00Speaker 5: You know, we look out the window at the closing
- 4:02Speaker 5: table and we see this, you know.
- 4:03Speaker 2: The U haul right there in the parking lot, and
- 4:06Speaker 2: everybody's waiting to get those keys and going straight over there.
- 4:09Speaker 2: So it can be a nightmare logistically, And that's why
- 4:13Speaker 2: I'm really excited about totally.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Spaced out I think it's just the uh it's the perfect.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Solution for things like closings and moving and just takes
- 4:22Speaker 2: one of those headache points out of the transaction, I think,
- 4:25Speaker 2: and just makes it a lot easier.
- 4:27Speaker 3: That Gramma zatic area clear it fills up really fast. Yeah, exactly.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So, Avery, let let's talk about kind of your area
- 4:35Speaker 1: that you guys serve. I'm gonna guess if people can
- 4:37Speaker 1: hear our voices this morning, you guys are available, aren't.
- 4:40Speaker 3: You we are?
- 4:41Speaker 4: Yeah, we service all of Dane and Rock County, but
- 4:45Speaker 4: really all of Wisconsin. Yeah.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Have you had folks that are saying, you know, maybe
- 4:49Speaker 1: we're moving a longer distance, we're moving to Minnesota for example,
- 4:52Speaker 1: or northern Illinois. Is that an option or are you
- 4:53Speaker 1: guys really focused in kind of on that on that
- 4:56Speaker 1: Rock Dane County area.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Yeah, it's definitely an option. Obviously the pricing changes if
- 5:02Speaker 4: we're going out of state, but definitely really focused on
- 5:05Speaker 4: the Dane in Rock County. I've done some in northern
- 5:10Speaker 4: Illinois as well, so yeah, yeah, whatever whatever's out there.
- 5:14Speaker 5: I think your normal service radius is what like thirty
- 5:16Speaker 5: miles or thirty.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Five miles something like that.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Yeah, thirty miles, but you're willing to go outside of that,
- 5:21Speaker 2: and it's just a kind of a custom quote yep, okay, and.
- 5:23Speaker 3: You can get a quote right online, right, totally spaced.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Out then, yeah, you can go online.
- 5:27Speaker 3: The nice website.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it's got that. It's got a similar feel and
- 5:32Speaker 1: flow to other websites I've been just a touch. Yeah,
- 5:35Speaker 1: it's really really nifty. Again the website totally spaced out
- 5:37Speaker 1: dot com. I was gonna ask you to avery about
- 5:41Speaker 1: about kind of the containers themselves.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Is is it just a box? Are they like? How
- 5:47Speaker 3: does that? What? I mean?
- 5:49Speaker 1: What I guess again, my my vision is it's like
- 5:51Speaker 1: a truck trailer you opener up and throw your stuff in.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Or is there something different or eak or how do
- 5:56Speaker 1: they work?
- 5:56Speaker 4: Yeah? So they are made of steel. Actually, the floors
- 6:00Speaker 4: are kind of a nice wooden feel to them, very
- 6:05Speaker 4: durable wood though. Can the containers can hold up to
- 6:10Speaker 4: I want to say it's eighty five hundred pounds, so
- 6:12Speaker 4: they can hold wait, yeah, and we can move them
- 6:15Speaker 4: just about anywhere. The doors though, they're actually hinged to doors,
- 6:22Speaker 4: so they're not sliding actually pull open doors, which is nice.
- 6:26Speaker 4: And they have locks on each side, open from one side,
- 6:31Speaker 4: and yeah, each container comes with a lock.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's justing when you mentioned that the doors, and people
- 6:35Speaker 1: are like, why does that matter? If you think of
- 6:36Speaker 1: like a sliding door, the sliding door goes up and
- 6:39Speaker 1: it goes in, which means you lose that space, whereas
- 6:42Speaker 1: if it's an open and out you've now got you
- 6:45Speaker 1: could maximize that space. How long are there are there
- 6:48Speaker 1: contracts for like storage? Like, how folks, can can you
- 6:51Speaker 1: do six months? Could I do a year? If if
- 6:53Speaker 1: it's if let's say I took a job, you know,
- 6:56Speaker 1: working overseas, and I'm going to be gone for a
- 6:58Speaker 1: year and I'm not going to pay for an apartment
- 7:00Speaker 1: or a house here in the States, Could I, in theory,
- 7:04Speaker 1: load one of these things up, store it for a year,
- 7:06Speaker 1: and come back and pick it up.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Do you guys have that option?
- 7:08Speaker 4: Yeah, we sure do. We actually have a few on
- 7:10Speaker 4: site right now that people are gone for a year.
- 7:13Speaker 4: They live in Florida and they leave their stuff with us.
- 7:16Speaker 4: But our contracts are month to month contracts, so if
- 7:20Speaker 4: things were to change.
- 7:21Speaker 3: You could make it.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Oh really, which is nice.
- 7:24Speaker 3: That's pretty impressive. Matt.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Let's talk then about you and I actually hung out yesterday,
- 7:30Speaker 1: which was which is cool to see you, by the way,
- 7:32Speaker 1: good to see you again, And we started talking about
- 7:35Speaker 1: about what Avery is doing, and it's a really good
- 7:39Speaker 1: for real estate. Something that you guys obviously encounter is
- 7:43Speaker 1: logistics of making that process move smoothly with move in,
- 7:47Speaker 1: move out, and move in totally spaced out. Is really
- 7:52Speaker 1: something that works perfectly for what you guys do, doesn't it.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree. I love that they're a local company,
- 7:57Speaker 3: locally owned.
- 7:59Speaker 2: I think it's pretty neat that they can, you know,
- 8:01Speaker 2: whether they're dropping off on your driveway or even if
- 8:04Speaker 2: you have a better spot that's secure, like in your
- 8:07Speaker 2: yard or maybe off to the side of the house.
- 8:09Speaker 2: They're very flexible when it comes to that, you know.
- 8:12Speaker 2: There was there's just a lot to like, you know,
- 8:14Speaker 2: including the fact that when they load noneloaded it stays level.
- 8:18Speaker 3: They've got a whole system for that. It's really yeah,
- 8:20Speaker 3: you'll just dump it out.
- 8:21Speaker 4: And just open the door.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Yeah no, So yeah, they really put a lot of
- 8:27Speaker 3: thought into it.
- 8:28Speaker 2: So, you know, after chatting with them and and thinking
- 8:31Speaker 2: more on it, we decided that we really wanted to
- 8:33Speaker 2: partner with them moving forward. And uh, we thought it
- 8:36Speaker 2: was something a service that you know, the majority of
- 8:38Speaker 2: our clients you know, would take advantage of, would appreciate.
- 8:42Speaker 2: And so yeah, we started we started a promotion with
- 8:45Speaker 2: them for future Rock Realty listings.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:49Speaker 1: No, it was just a big announcement. Has has this
- 8:51Speaker 1: gone out into the ether yet or are we announcing it?
- 8:53Speaker 5: No, it's right now. This is uh a big deal. Yeah,
- 8:56Speaker 5: that's a big deal.
- 8:57Speaker 2: So so yeah, moving forward, and obviously there's and conditions
- 9:00Speaker 2: that apply, but we're going to include a move from
- 9:04Speaker 2: totally spaced out with every new listing. Oh great, Yeah,
- 9:08Speaker 2: so if you sign a listing with Rock Realty, you'll
- 9:12Speaker 2: you'll be able to get a storage unit whether sixteen
- 9:15Speaker 2: or twenty foot dropped off right in your driveway. You
- 9:18Speaker 2: could do that right away and slowly move it in.
- 9:20Speaker 2: You could wait until it's closer to moving day, so
- 9:23Speaker 2: your house still looks a little, a little pretty impresentable
- 9:25Speaker 2: in the meantime, but up to you and then up
- 9:28Speaker 2: to two months of storage as well, all included.
- 9:32Speaker 3: What's great about that too? In this concept?
- 9:34Speaker 1: And Matt, I know, obviously, working day in and day
- 9:37Speaker 1: out with people moving moving is never easy and as
- 9:42Speaker 1: exciting as it is to move into a new home
- 9:44Speaker 1: and how great it's going to be, and there is
- 9:47Speaker 1: the process of doing it is never fun. The ability
- 9:51Speaker 1: to have this in your driveway and kind of do
- 9:56Speaker 1: it at your leisure really reduces the stress and the
- 9:59Speaker 1: you know, I think would mentioned kind of earlier about
- 10:01Speaker 1: you know, moving is never it's never a great event. Yeah,
- 10:05Speaker 1: this really makes it a much much more.
- 10:07Speaker 3: This gives you so much flexibility.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I mean, we have clients that well, let's say they
- 10:11Speaker 2: have a number of let's say they have a collection
- 10:14Speaker 2: of dolls, and they want to get those collection of
- 10:17Speaker 2: dolls out and in storage.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Before they get the listing photostat right.
- 10:21Speaker 2: So Avery can roll up, get that storage unit delivered
- 10:24Speaker 2: right away, we can put those.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Dolls in there, and then you.
- 10:27Speaker 5: Know, that way people aren't walking to the room and
- 10:28Speaker 5: having a bunch of eyes on the right. Yeah.
- 10:30Speaker 3: So you know, that's just one example.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Now there would be that let's say you're closing date
- 10:34Speaker 2: on your sale is different from your purchase. You know,
- 10:36Speaker 2: we've got clients that build a new home and let's
- 10:39Speaker 2: say the new house isn't done for a couple of months.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Avery can totally.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Space out I should say, could keep that store down
- 10:46Speaker 2: in the fantastic municipality of Edgeton and and then bring
- 10:50Speaker 2: it back out to him once that new build is complete.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I have one request request though, Avery, if you do
- 10:55Speaker 1: you ever get a trailer full of Dallas storem in Stone.
- 11:02Speaker 2: We're seeing some things this morning talking this morning with

- 12:33Speaker 1: little bit about the partnership and why it works so
- 12:36Speaker 1: well having totally spaced Out when it comes to your
- 12:39Speaker 1: move and making that move smarter and easier. And Avery,
- 12:42Speaker 1: we're talking during the break about the units themselves. These
- 12:46Speaker 1: are not repurpos, these are these are brand new. These
- 12:49Speaker 1: are units that are being delivered right to you. So
- 12:52Speaker 1: for folks that are wondering he was getting some old
- 12:54Speaker 1: container that's been sailing around the world. These are very
- 12:58Speaker 1: as you were mentioning earlier, these are very very nice,
- 13:01Speaker 1: nice places to store your stuff.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Yeah, these are brand new units. We actually assemble them
- 13:05Speaker 4: in house, so they come folded down on a semi truck.
- 13:10Speaker 4: We offload them with forklifts in our heavy equipment, and
- 13:13Speaker 4: then we actually assemble these containers. My business partner and
- 13:17Speaker 4: I do it all in house.
- 13:18Speaker 3: So well, that's really it's cool to see.
- 13:21Speaker 1: And the other question I had and I asked you
- 13:22Speaker 1: before the show, and I failed to mention that last segment,
- 13:25Speaker 1: but it's good to know you're locally owned and locally operated.
- 13:29Speaker 1: This is this isn't like you are the when it
- 13:32Speaker 1: comes totally spaced out, you are the guys.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Yeah, we are the only totally space the only totally
- 13:37Speaker 4: spaced out in the US. So no franchise here locally
- 13:41Speaker 4: owned and operated. When you call us, you're talking to
- 13:44Speaker 4: one of the owners and.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You were talking about getting the chance to go out,
- 13:47Speaker 1: and you know, with working with Matt and working with listings,
- 13:50Speaker 1: and for folks that are moving, you get a chance
- 13:52Speaker 1: to go out and meet with folks. And something that
- 13:55Speaker 1: I picked up on during the break, you're really happy
- 13:58Speaker 1: to see folks utilizeing utilizing your services. It's a cool relationship.
- 14:04Speaker 1: As you mentioned, locally owned, locally operated, but also you
- 14:07Speaker 1: getting the chance to get out and see folks when
- 14:09Speaker 1: they're when they're using these containers.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean when you're pulling up with the sixteen
- 14:14Speaker 4: or twenty foot container on a on a flatbed truck,
- 14:17Speaker 4: seeing people's face is always the greatest thing. And moving,
- 14:20Speaker 4: I mean, people usually are pretty excited about moving right
- 14:23Speaker 4: and having this solution to make moving easier always makes
- 14:27Speaker 4: them happier too.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Very cool and Matt when we talk about he had
- 14:30Speaker 1: mentioned earlier about you know some of the some of
- 14:32Speaker 1: the self moving, you know, the the the orange trucks
- 14:37Speaker 1: that you see cruising around with this and and I've
- 14:42Speaker 1: got to guess for your agents mentioning that, hey, listen,
- 14:46Speaker 1: this is something you can you know, whether either size
- 14:49Speaker 1: that you're going with, This is something you can kind
- 14:51Speaker 1: of do at your leisure.
- 14:52Speaker 3: You're not breaking your back, You're not you.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Know, it's not like getting up right and early in
- 14:56Speaker 1: the morning and calling the calling the buddies over try
- 15:00Speaker 1: and get this stuff done. You can literally pack and
- 15:04Speaker 1: store things at your leisure leading up to the to
- 15:07Speaker 1: the closing or as I think you mentioned earlier, just
- 15:10Speaker 1: showings and other things. Is I've got to guess for
- 15:12Speaker 1: your agents as well, working with perspective home sellers, it's
- 15:17Speaker 1: got to be a great benefit for them to to
- 15:19Speaker 1: mention these yeah benefits.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Having that flexibility of delivery date on the initial drop off,
- 15:26Speaker 2: I think is key to you know, if it was me,
- 15:28Speaker 2: I'd probably drop it off three to four weeks before
- 15:32Speaker 2: I actually listed the home. Yeah, take trips a couple
- 15:36Speaker 2: of handfuls at a time, you know, slowly fill it up.
- 15:39Speaker 5: You know, it just gives you that flexibility and that comfortability.
- 15:42Speaker 3: And you mentioned it helps quite a bit with staging.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Is kind of making that space.
- 15:46Speaker 1: You know that I know A big, a big thing
- 15:48Speaker 1: that you guys in real estate try to do is
- 15:50Speaker 1: make you know, obviously you want to market, make sure
- 15:52Speaker 1: that the space is appealing and like it or not,
- 15:56Speaker 1: especially if you lived in your house for any amount
- 15:58Speaker 1: of time, or if you've got these things called kid's
- 16:00Speaker 1: houses tend to get cluttered with stuff, like there's never
- 16:04Speaker 1: enough places to put all the soccer and all the
- 16:07Speaker 1: football and all the baseball and all the all the
- 16:09Speaker 1: dancing and all these there's never enough space but stuff,
- 16:11Speaker 1: so it all kind of ends up. Having a space
- 16:14Speaker 1: to remove some of that before showing is really helpful
- 16:18Speaker 1: as well for the listing.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's good to you know, free up space, make
- 16:21Speaker 2: the rooms look bigger, you know, kind of declutter, remove
- 16:25Speaker 2: some of the items that are personal, let's say, so
- 16:30Speaker 2: that the new buyers can come in and identify as
- 16:33Speaker 2: that home being there and be able to see that
- 16:36Speaker 2: without maybe the family's face is staring back at them.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Yeah. So you know, there's a lot you can do,
- 16:41Speaker 3: especially when you have that storage unit.
- 16:43Speaker 2: You know, typically we're telling them, well, you know, worst
- 16:46Speaker 2: case scenario, throw it in the garage.
- 16:47Speaker 3: But now if you have the storage.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Unit sitting there and you know, you get have a
- 16:51Speaker 2: nice free, open garage and make it look bigger, so
- 16:54Speaker 2: it helps the whole house.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And you mentioned to you know, folks, and I think
- 16:57Speaker 1: that's kind of got the traditional wave you starre it
- 16:59Speaker 1: in garage. The one thing that you then lose is
- 17:02Speaker 1: for a lot of folks, and I know a certain
- 17:04Speaker 1: group of I don't put myself on this us. That's
- 17:06Speaker 1: one of the areas we really focus in on is
- 17:09Speaker 1: what's the garage look like? Do I have space for
- 17:11Speaker 1: both cars?
- 17:11Speaker 3: I have space?
- 17:12Speaker 1: And now with with this option, with this opportunity, you
- 17:15Speaker 1: can really show off all the spaces of the house.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:17Speaker 5: And I'd say it's easiest to overclutter the garage.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you don't have to keep that looking pretty normally, right,
- 17:26Speaker 2: so you just keep stacking.
- 17:27Speaker 1: You know what goes in my garage, everything but the cars.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I've got a.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Third stall now so I can fill it up with
- 17:35Speaker 5: other stuff, right.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Talking this morning with Matt Heyman and Avery Lyons. Of course,
- 17:40Speaker 1: Matt comes to us from Rock Realty. Check out the

- 18:03Speaker 2: to start the process. So you just simply put in
- 18:05Speaker 2: your address and it'll start off giving you a free

- 18:13Speaker 3: then we'll reach out and give you all the details
- 18:14Speaker 3: and then it goes from right.
- 18:15Speaker 1: There is that big question folks sometimes wonder is because
- 18:18Speaker 1: I know, when we look at like, you know, there's
- 18:20Speaker 1: like some websites out there that will kind of give
- 18:22Speaker 1: you give you an estimate. Then of course we get
- 18:24Speaker 1: the get the the city, and the assessor is telling
- 18:28Speaker 1: you something else. Sure, people oftentimes kind of wonder like,
- 18:30Speaker 1: what's some more realistic value or exit realistic expectation for
- 18:36Speaker 1: Is that kind of one of those big challenges folks
- 18:38Speaker 1: kind of and you mentioned the benefits of going to
- 18:40Speaker 1: rock listenings dot com. It is really kind of giving
- 18:43Speaker 1: them a clear picture of what they might expect as
- 18:46Speaker 1: far as what their home value.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Yeah, it's nice.
- 18:48Speaker 2: I mean obviously any sort of automated answer is going
- 18:50Speaker 2: to have, you know, some errors or be off a bit, right,
- 18:53Speaker 2: So it starts off by giving you an instant value.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Then you can put in some additional details get a
- 18:58Speaker 2: more honed in price, and then if you want to,
- 19:00Speaker 2: you know, what we really think it could get in
- 19:02Speaker 2: the market. Well, we can reach out and give that
- 19:04Speaker 2: info to.
- 19:05Speaker 1: You get that going. And with too, with real estate
- 19:07Speaker 1: and listing your home. I feel like it's sometimes underappreciated
- 19:13Speaker 1: the type of work. And I know you and I
- 19:14Speaker 1: were talking yesterday just about the things that we In
- 19:18Speaker 1: one of these upcoming shows, we're going to talk about
- 19:20Speaker 1: kind of what it's like to be a real estate
- 19:22Speaker 1: agent and the type of work that goes on stuff
- 19:25Speaker 1: that's not always seen. Marketing a home for listing is
- 19:30Speaker 1: is it's a really really refined skill that that really
- 19:34Speaker 1: people that know how to do it do it very well.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Like Rock Realty, we talk about, do it really well
- 19:39Speaker 1: reach the people, and it really does add a huge
- 19:42Speaker 1: value when it comes to getting that asking price or
- 19:45Speaker 1: beyond for that home, doesn't.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, and something we can do a whole show
- 19:48Speaker 3: on right. Yeah.
- 19:50Speaker 2: But yeah, what's neat is you know, we're trying to
- 19:52Speaker 2: hit every single type of media avenue we can to
- 19:56Speaker 2: get the listing out there, including advertising. Everybody's listing on
- 19:59Speaker 2: the radio, whether it's on on this or something else
- 20:01Speaker 2: on the iHeart conglomerate of stations.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Right, I hear you on the app yes.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Ye.
- 20:07Speaker 5: We even advertise our listings on podcasts.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll be listening to like which folks that may
- 20:14Speaker 1: not know this. If you're listening, like I'll listen to
- 20:16Speaker 1: a radio show out of Los Angeles KFI. There's a
- 20:19Speaker 1: great radio station out there, guy Bill Handle. But listening
- 20:21Speaker 1: to his radio show and he'll go to commercial and
- 20:23Speaker 1: it'll be it'll be your vote.
