I agree. but theranostics is not just a new treatment offering. it changes the operating model. scheduling, supervision, Infusion flow waste protocols. Coordination across departments. These are just some of things to keep in mind. And if those pieces are not designed deliberately... The service line creates friction. the clinical opportunity is real. The operational build, how it's designed, will determine whether the program will help grow the practice or strain it. The bottom line is ownership and growth in Theranostics requires the correct infrastructure.
