  Speaker 2: see the Gospel shift outwardly powerfully to the gentile world.

  Speaker 2: That's what we're gonna look at, how the gentiles are

  Speaker 2: actually going to be impacted powerfully by the Gospel. Now,

  Speaker 2: keep in mind, Peter already opened the door, he unlocked

  Speaker 2: the keys to the gentiles. I mean, it wasn't Peter,

  Speaker 2: It's the Holy Spirit. But the Holy Spirit working through

  Speaker 2: Peter already went to a gentile, went to his house,

  Speaker 2: and the Holy Spirit fell powerfully in the Jewish, our
• 4:42
  Speaker 2: Jewish brothers and sisters received the revelation that the Gospels

  Speaker 2: for the gentiles as well. Amen. And that's good news

  Speaker 2: for us because I don't know about you, but I'm
• 4:54
  Speaker 2: a gentile, you know what I mean. But spiritually I'm Jewish.

  Speaker 2: I'm in the family because I worshiped Messiah. All right,

  Speaker 2: let's dive in verse thirteen, I mean, chapter thirteen, verse

  Speaker 2: forty six. We're gonna pick up in the New King James.

  Speaker 2: Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, it was

  Speaker 2: necessary that the word of God should be spoken to
• 5:21
  Speaker 2: you first. But since you rejected and judge yourselves unworthily

  Speaker 2: of everlasting life, behold, we turned to the gentiles. Wow,

  Speaker 2: that is huge. Now let's break this down. Now, Guy's

  Speaker 2: plan always begin with Israel. But when many rejected the message,

  Speaker 2: the apostle turned to the gentiles, fulfilling God's border and

  Speaker 2: broader purpose. Right, he wanted to get rid of all

  Speaker 2: the borders, but he had a broader purpose for the

  Speaker 2: Gospel to go out into the gentile world. Now, Israel

  Speaker 2: was first an opportunity, not exclusive in salvation. When you

  Speaker 2: said that again, they may have been first an opportunity,
• 6:25
  Speaker 2: but salvation was not exclusive only to our Jewish brothers
• 6:30
  Speaker 2: and sisters. Now, notice Paul's boldness. He doesn't argue with them,

  Speaker 2: he doesn't beg them at all. He simply he simply
• 6:42
  Speaker 2: tells them to excuse me and get my words working.

  Speaker 2: You know, it's pretty much when I get on here

  Speaker 2: a door closes in your face, that does not mean

  Speaker 2: that God will not open up another one verse forty seven.

  Speaker 2: For so the Lord has commanded us. I have set

  Speaker 2: you as a light to the gentiles, that you should

  Speaker 2: be for salvation to the ends of the earth. Now

  Speaker 2: Paul is quotinge Isaiah here showing this was always God's plan.

  Speaker 2: when God prophesied this Israel was meant to bring light

  Speaker 2: his people to keep salvation to themselves. Faith isn't meant

  Speaker 2: to stay inside church walls. We are meant to be light,

  Speaker 2: and you see light travels. Light will always spread and

  Speaker 2: light always pushes back darkness. Amen. Let me say that again.

  Speaker 2: Light travels. That means we travel right. Get your plane tickets,

  Speaker 2: We need to be infectious to our community. We need

  Speaker 2: to spread the Gospel, and light pushes back darkness. We

  Speaker 2: need to stand up for justice and inequality in righteousness,

  Speaker 2: we need not allow evil to run rampant. Amen, Hallelujah,

  Speaker 2: verse forty eight. Now when the gentiles heard this, they
• 9:36
  Speaker 2: were glad and glorify the word of the Lord. And

  Speaker 2: as many as had been appointed to eternal life leaved. Amen.

  Speaker 2: Now the joy the gentiles realizing salvation included them. The

  Speaker 2: Gospel brings joy when people realize God's grace includes them personally. Amen. Now,

  Speaker 2: notice the contrast. Religious leaders were angry, the gentiles were joyful.

  Speaker 2: When people realize God welcomes them, joy erupts and many believed. Amen.
