  SPEAKER_00: Not just NBL 27.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: Generally, what is the National Basketball League?
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: Well, we're gonna say right now it is an Australian New Zealand professional foot league with 10 teams competing in the competition.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: So we don't just have Australia and New Zealand players either.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: We have international highers coming to play in this National Basketball League.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_00: With cray.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: Alright, we're done most of the boring news.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Well, sometimes is that the good news?
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Let's get into this MBL 27 opening lam result.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: My thoughts of and my best players.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Alright, let's get into it.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: Melbourne United versus the Adelaide Feast Assassinate Night Basketball at John Cain Arena in Melbourne.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: We not just had another great game, but before we go into that, we also have a mother game.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: How amazing! Two games in one night.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_00: How amazing.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: We're going to Perth at RAC Arena for the Perth World Cats.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: First home game for the season.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_00: They'll be hosting.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: We'll find that out very soon.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: It's going to have MBL back bigger and ever, and I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts throughout the season.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: So again, back to the Melbourne United versus LA V6s.
• 2:32
  SPEAKER_00: Melbourne United 95 and LA V6s 97.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: Two points apart.
• 2:39
  SPEAKER_00: How it all happened?
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Before we get into that, it was 9,278 fans packed in John Cain Arena, which is great for the first game of the season.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Coming into the season or into this game with new coaches, line up, divin lineup, and sort of injuries for both Melbourne United and the LA P6ers.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: We've also had new players playing in well playing bus, obviously, in Australia.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: So welcome for those to the NBA and the best of luck for the season.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: Adelaide, well now we start into my thoughts and reviews.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: LAD started the game well.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: Well, Alan Melbourne United had a slower start, but turned into a very even contest.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: At quarter time, it was only two points favoured the LA 3 23-25.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: Then it led into a one-point lead, it was pretty even up to 48 to 49.
• 3:34
  SPEAKER_00: Pretty low scoring game.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: Only almost it was 97 points.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: It was almost 100 points apart of sharing from between these two sides.
• 3:42
  SPEAKER_00: Then it changed.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: More points scored, but it was favoured to the LA 36s.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: They led by 5 points.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: And it was close all night.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: Later in the game, oh boy.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: Seven from the Melbourne United having so many opportunities from three-point range.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: But they couldn't they just couldn't get their shot to go fall in.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: So the LA Foods held and won by two points in Melbourne.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: Just like the quarter time.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: The difference was two points.
• 4:11
  SPEAKER_00: Final score I mentioned, 97.95.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Well done to the LA Foods 6s.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: Melbourne United all the best.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: Great to have.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna do something like I'm not gonna go into too too detail and stuff.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna say right now, these are my Melbourne United best top three.
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_00: Which is Luke Travis.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Cole Anthony is an international layer, which was Josh Ode.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: I do bother, I'm gonna share this right now.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: I do apologize not pronouncing the names.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: Very difficult to pronounce, but I'll do my best to share that correct name in my best ability to share.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: Well, we come to the LA Food Sixers top three.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: And I can't you can't say anything but Bryce Cotton, Nick Rockadich, and Zane Cheap Ham.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: So well done to the LA Phoe Sixers on getting their season on uh on the way with Irwin.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: They continue on the road trip against the Perth Wildcat on the road at RAC Arena.
• 5:05
  SPEAKER_00: We'll share that soon.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: But but before we let's get into our second Saturday night doubleheader on Sassay Night as we continue our first opening round for the NBL 26.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: Perth Wildcats host the South East Melbourne Phoenix, the Perth Wildcats first home game for the season.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: We've come to our second set of doubleheaders from our like the Sassai Knight doubleheaders.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: So we continue on that actually.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: So the Perth Workcats host their South East Meln Phoenix and RAC Arena final score 79100.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: We had a pretty healthy 10,670 bands packed into RAC Arena, which is a very, very good crowd to start the opening round.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: The Perth Wycats started well while South Eastern Mill Phoenix had a bit of a slow start.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: So quarter time Perth Rikat started really well 24-19.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: But it's the Phoenix responded strongly in that second quarter, leading by 12 points 3749.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Then it changes with Perth Rikat.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: They fought back into that third quarter, and the Phoenix led by just the one point at three quarter times 64-65.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: Led it it came to the mighty South East Melbourne Phoenix, took the Phoenix point away a 21-point victory.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_00: Final score 179, as I mentioned.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: And I tell you right now, without a loss, from uh when you go to Perth, you gotta bring your best game.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: And I think the Phoenix, the Mighty Phoenix, have got a very, very strong base side.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna bring in my best players, not by individual stats from that best player.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna share my top three who I really think stand out.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Now, some of those names from individual teams, uh those individual player names.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: I do apologize not pronouncing them correctly.
• 7:06
  SPEAKER_00: I'll do my best.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: Right, top three for the mighty perfect.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: Heads up all the best next game.
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: Kristen Doolittle.
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_00: He dominated his back.
• 7:15
  SPEAKER_00: He's I think it's gonna be a good part of this.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_00: You know, this Wildcats.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: The next one is Atlish Pepper, a mother domination, improving in week in, week out.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: And this is the one, Joe Lahacha Jr.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: Now, hopefully I got that correct.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: But for the Phoenix, the South Eastern Melbourne, Turner, Caps, Dash Daniel, Jun Hunter.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: So, no matter how they come together, I tell you right now, the Phoenix look of one set better, and I think they're gonna be a really good team this season.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: Alright, on to our next game, number three.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, game three here, New Zealand hosting their first home game for the season, taking on Ear War Hawk.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: We now come to into Sunday hoop, and we do have a mother double header on our schedule.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be quite an interesting game.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: Later on, we'll have Sydney Keynes hosting Dave Rand Champions back on their home court hosting the Cain Tight Pans as well.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: So, first up, it we are going to the crossover to New Zealand for the Breakers' first home game for the season.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: The New Zealand Breakers host the All Hawks at Spunk Arena.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Both teams coming into this game and ready to start their season with a win.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: The New Zealand Breaks, that's right, they took a very nice win here.
• 8:40
  SPEAKER_00: 9581 was 2,950.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: Almost 50, almost 2,000 or 3,000 at Spunk Arena for the first game of the Sunday action.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: New Zealand started well with exactly expectations, what they needed to begin their season.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: Now it's been a long time that got fresh coach.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: New coach is a mother way of saying fresh, but fresh players, new new players come into the system, so it was a good start.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Four point lead to New Zealand 28-24 quarter time.
• 9:11
  SPEAKER_00: Anything could happen.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: Then seven-point lead to the New Zealand Breakers 54-47 with the Hawk.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: But this is the interesting part.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: At three-quarter time, the Breakers had an open up a 15-point advantage, 76 to 61.
• 9:28
  SPEAKER_00: Dead.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: The Breakers went and scored a victory with the final score 95 to 81.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, the Uhawks on the road.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: You take the hard road to learn what they need to do to take the learning New Zealand's change and hoping they'll start the season well.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: But we have the New Zealand best, and we have Sam Munger, Peter Jackson Carwright, and Charlie Span Carr with the Earlhawk really hickey menton Dolly and Sam Foley.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: And they are your hawk top three as well.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, I think as we continue on our double Sunday hoops, let's go to Sydney as we continue our double second set of Sunday from Saturday's doubleheaders.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: The Keynes and the tight ends coming up next for game four.
• 10:22
  SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: We're going to a second game for Sunday.
• 10:27
  SPEAKER_00: Hoops for doubleheader.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: We've had Sydney were they or Sydney Keynes, the host of Kane tight ends.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: It was a big performance from the Keynes in front of their own supporters back in action at the well, we'll find out where.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: 13,632, the Rain Champions back on their court.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: They knew exactly what to finish to go back to back.
• 10:50
  SPEAKER_00: Sydney Keynes 111, defeated 90.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: So a lot of high scorings, it's always a bonus.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: Well, Sydney started the game strongly.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: It's what they wanted, which exactly what they needed to start their season.
• 11:04
  SPEAKER_00: At quarter time 32 26.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_00: Sydney by six points.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: Then there was the same margin as quarter time.
• 11:09
  SPEAKER_00: 58, 52, 6 points.
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_00: High scoring.
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_00: High scoring.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: We all love high scoring, which is impressive.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: Then the Kens is poured away by 17 points.
• 11:19
  SPEAKER_00: They've got divanted 89 to 72.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: Then out of nowhere, the Keens finished the job and got the 21 point victory to led to 111 to 90 to the Ken Tight Pans.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Like I said, like anything can happen in a game of basketball.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: Now, how much can Tight Pans want to improve to see what they can do?
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: And I think that's a massive improvement the Ken Tight Pans can do.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: They'll learn the hard way to make it easier, and they're looking alright this season.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: So the Sydney Keynes top three, it's Kevin Davis, it's Xavier Cook and Troy Craig for the Canned Tight Pans.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: Kean Panda Monca Lewis and Johan Bondon.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: So it's it's impressive that these top three from they're gonna stand out from I think these are your top three, my top three for this.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: So we're now entering our fifth game and same thing we had in the early in the show.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_00: So let's continue on.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Our MBL show 27, the opening round was up.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: We continue on to our next game.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Tasmanian Jack Jumpers first home game for the season, hosting the South Eastern Mel and Phoenix for a Monday night basketball standalone time.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: We go to the 4340 spectators for the Tasmanian Chuck Jumpers to start their season as well.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: Savage Isabel Phoenix had a really good start with their opening as well.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: As they put on well, what a beauty start in Perth.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: So it was a tough couple of road games for the Phoenix.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: And they started the game really well, 15 to 24.
• 13:10
  SPEAKER_00: Then it was a 10-point Phoenix lead, 38-48.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: Then at three quarter time, Tasman turned the table 74 to 70.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: Then how much impressive that defensive win games, Tasman Jumpers taught the victory over the South East and Melbourne Phoenix 96-91.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: So the third quarter wins games, but not all the time.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: Controlling the temper changed the you know the confidence into them.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: And the you know, Tasmania they learn from their loss as if they have played two games.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: So found out with Gentrao top three, and Tony Armstrong, Dr.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: Munkers, and David Johnson and Mother Best there, Dash Daniels, D Sean, Sean Wick, and for Scarlett Mays, and they were for the Phoenix.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: So your Jack Jumbers and Phoenix top three, I just announced us there.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: So anything can happen in the game of basketball.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: But boy, we got our another team we have not shared this season.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: We've already had the other team already.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: They had a good win over at home in front of against the Orhawk.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: It is now Brisbane and New Zealand take head-to-head for Tuesday night.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: And our final game for the opening round.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: And that's what we are.
• 14:31
  SPEAKER_00: Game number six.
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: Brisbane Bulls.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: First, not just home game for the season, the their first home game as they host the New Zealand Breakers.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: We finish up with Tuesday night hoop.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_00: The Brisbane Bullets.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: Well, they had their 5,285 pack.
• 14:47
  SPEAKER_00: This staving really awesomely.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: The New Zealand Breakers started strongly and they led by 7 points 19 to 26.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: Going into that, Brisbane turns the table and they took a nice, with New Zealand leading the remaining off the front by 12 points.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Brisbane responded by three points at the end of the third quarter.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: That was that sucker same what happened to Tasmania on Monday No Who.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: It's the same thing, but it was a three point to Brisbane 78 to 75.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: But out in doubt, it was Brisbane holding on an 88-85 victory.
• 15:24
  SPEAKER_00: Well done.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: And this is what happened.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: Teams, you know, New Zealand knew they're gonna come in for yep, Brisbane's still on the rebuild.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: But boy my goodness, new coach, it's gonna change completely of this team.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what Brisbane taking this win is about.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: But my top three for Brisbane are for the Miley Bullets.
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_00: Vartan.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: Tyle Harrison, Nat Hinton, New Zealand Breakers, Peter Jackson, Clowright, Sam Munger, and Charlie Bad Kanto.
• 15:59
  SPEAKER_00: That is it.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: That basically might be gonna be my top three.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: You have some ideas.
• 16:04
