- 0:49Speaker 4: are you i'm so good thank you for asking that
- 0:52Speaker 4: oh my.
- 0:52Speaker 3: God this how have you been i know it was
- 0:56Speaker 3: great it was a treat that was very nice it
- 0:59Speaker 3: did make me think we should do things like this
- 1:02Speaker 3: more often and i say that i know i didn't
- 1:04Speaker 3: have to have anyone at my house i didn't have
- 1:06Speaker 3: to cook anything so i get it but.
- 1:09Speaker 4: I enjoy it though And we really don't host that much.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Whenever Kelsey's college friends come into town, we have them
- 1:17Speaker 4: over a bit. That's usually like twice a year, maybe.
- 1:21Speaker 4: But otherwise, we're just kind of chilling.
- 1:25Speaker 3: I've been really batting around the idea of like a
- 1:27Speaker 3: monthly meal or something. Just to have something on the
- 1:32Speaker 3: books would be nice. I know it'd be hard with schedules,
- 1:35Speaker 3: but at least try and then cancel if you need
- 1:37Speaker 3: to or whatever.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Right there'd be a lot of canceling which will get
- 1:41Speaker 4: annoying but some of them would work out that.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Would yeah and then we'd be able to see each
- 1:45Speaker 3: other more or maybe just a monthly check-in to see
- 1:48Speaker 3: if we can make it work yes but it was
- 1:53Speaker 3: lovely uh and we were there for some fantasy football drafting.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yeah football's here yeah we.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Did it season's old by the time you're hearing this i.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Guess Yeah, a few weeks in at this point.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Love it.
- 2:07Speaker 4: We just had the first game of the season last night.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Not really a barn burner, but, you know, things happen.
- 2:15Speaker 3: It was fun at the end. Injuries have already struck
- 2:19Speaker 3: both of us, so that's fun.
- 2:21Speaker 4: It's not.
- 2:21Speaker 3: It's pretty great.
- 2:23Speaker 4: It's not fun.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Yeah, high ankle sprains? Was that what it was for
- 2:27Speaker 3: your guy?
- 2:28Speaker 4: They just said an ankle sprain. They said he was
- 2:29Speaker 4: getting an MRI. I haven't seen a checkup today on
- 2:33Speaker 4: what has happened.
- 2:34Speaker 3: H.E.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Brown went down immediately. He was my number two pick.
- 2:37Speaker 4: So good. He did get five points in fantasy. That's nice.
- 2:40Speaker 4: We're hoping he's good because I'm hoping he does well.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yeah, my guy looks like, well, it's been an entire offseason.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Let's have a meniscus surgery right now.
- 2:50Speaker 4: That's crazy.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Neat. Great.
- 2:52Speaker 4: That just doesn't seem like a good plan.
- 2:55Speaker 3: It's dumb and I hate it. Yeah. But football's fun, whatever. Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 4: It is fun.
- 3:01Speaker 3: So here we are.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Excited to watch some football.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Hell yeah, dude. Hell yeah. Go Vikings. Hopefully they're 6-0
- 3:08Speaker 3: by this point. Wait. Whatever amount they played, N-0. But
- 3:15Speaker 3: have you been watching any films lately?
- 3:17Speaker 4: I have. I actually I realized I hadn't watched any
- 3:20Speaker 4: new ones recently. So I watched one this very day.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Oh, my God. I love that.
- 3:25Speaker 4: It's one that you've seen. It's one that has shocked
- 3:29Speaker 4: the whole world. And I finally got to see the
- 3:33Speaker 4: phenomenon that is obsession.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Oh, how lovely.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Yeah, it was.
- 3:39Speaker 3: It was a.
- 3:39Speaker 4: Creepy morning for me. You watch scary movies. I watched
- 3:44Speaker 4: it today. It's now streaming on Peacock, so I've been
- 3:47Speaker 4: able to check it out. But yeah, this is a
- 3:51Speaker 4: creepy movie. It's basically about a guy who loves one
- 3:55Speaker 4: of his friends and co-workers, but is a little shy
- 3:58Speaker 4: to tell her how he feels. So he makes a
- 4:03Speaker 4: wish to make her fall in love with him, and
- 4:06Speaker 4: things get crazy.
- 4:07Speaker 3: That goes pretty.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Well, right? That's one way to put it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Sure.
- 4:13Speaker 4: But the woman that he wants to fall in love
- 4:16Speaker 4: with him, her name is Indy Navarrete.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 4:21Speaker 4: And she is everywhere now. She is completely blown up
- 4:25Speaker 4: from this.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Huge star now.
- 4:28Speaker 4: She's now been cast as Rogue in the new X-Men
- 4:31Speaker 4: film that's going to be coming. But she's incredible. That
- 4:36Speaker 4: film is nuts. It's so impressive what they're able to
- 4:40Speaker 4: do on that tiny budget.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Um, they did so many things with just like lighting
- 4:47Speaker 4: and creepy editing.
- 4:49Speaker 3: So creepy.
- 4:50Speaker 4: It was really, really well done.
- 4:54Speaker 3: And she was so good, dude.
- 4:56Speaker 4: She was so good. I find it funny that the
- 4:58Speaker 4: main guy, Michael Johnston, I've heard no one say his name.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Yeah, that would be a bummer. Your movie was a
- 5:05Speaker 3: huge hit. Zero people are talking about you, however.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Nobody's talking about you. Your co-star, blowing up. She's in
- 5:11Speaker 4: X-Men now.
- 5:12Speaker 3: She's going to be world famous forever.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but pretty much you only have heard the name
- 5:17Speaker 4: Curry Barker, who directed it, and then this Indy Navrati.
- 5:22Speaker 3: He's on his second overnight Denny's shift of the week,
- 5:25Speaker 3: and he's like.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Damn it. This movie did really well. I got paid
- 5:31Speaker 4: like 20 bucks. Seriously.
- 5:34Speaker 3: I didn't get any back end.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Probably not.
- 5:38Speaker 3: That's nuts. Crazy.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Hopefully they get something.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Yeah, because he was good, too. I mean, she was
- 5:46Speaker 3: like the star, I feel like, obviously. But he was great.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I really liked that movie a lot.
- 5:52Speaker 4: It was impressive.
- 5:53Speaker 3: It was very spooky, though.
- 5:55Speaker 4: Yeah. So now I just have to see Back Rooms.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Those were the two horror movies that blew up.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I haven't seen Back Rooms yet either.
- 6:02Speaker 4: And I haven't seen them yet. So I got one
- 6:05Speaker 4: off the list. We're good.
- 6:06Speaker 3: I'm less excited about Back Rooms. It looks... I don't know.
- 6:09Speaker 4: I don't think it's going to be as intense as
- 6:12Speaker 4: Obsession was. I think it's more unsettling, maybe.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Sure.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Sure. but we'll see.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:20Speaker 4: I'm not sure.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Troublesome. Nice.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Um, what was the last movie you watched?
- 6:23Speaker 3: I went to the theater. Uh, it's been a couple
- 6:26Speaker 3: of weeks now at this point, but I saw the
- 6:28Speaker 3: end of Oak street.
- 6:31Speaker 4: I really wanted to see this in the theater and
- 6:33Speaker 4: I think I missed it.
- 6:34Speaker 3: I think you did too. Uh, at this point, maybe not.
- 6:38Speaker 3: It doesn't matter. I don't know. Um, I liked it
- 6:42Speaker 3: pretty good. Pretty good. It was, it was an interesting movie.
- 6:45Speaker 3: It was super cool concept. The concept is there's this family.
- 6:48Speaker 3: It's Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor and their two kiddos,
- 6:52Speaker 3: Maisie Stella and Christian Convery. Everybody was really good in it.
- 6:58Speaker 3: And the setup is this family and their neighborhood just
- 7:03Speaker 3: gets kind of plopped. into prehistoric times it seems and
- 7:08Speaker 3: there seems like twilight zoning yeah there are like dinos
- 7:12Speaker 3: around and stuff and they have to figure out what's
- 7:14Speaker 3: going on uh super cool uh idea really interesting story
- 7:19Speaker 3: uh well acted it just it felt a little like
- 7:24Speaker 3: it's only what is it 90 99 minutes so it
- 7:27Speaker 3: was like whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa and then
- 7:30Speaker 3: at the end i was like what just happened Like,
- 7:32Speaker 3: I'm not sure that made sense, but it was very fun.
- 7:36Speaker 3: If you've seen this movie or if you haven't, I
- 7:38Speaker 3: guess either way, you should also look online because there
- 7:41Speaker 3: was one big like plot point that a lot of
- 7:44Speaker 3: people missed. I did happen to catch it just by accident,
- 7:48Speaker 3: but it's at the very end of the movie and
- 7:50Speaker 3: they show it for like two seconds. So I don't
- 7:52Speaker 3: blame anyone that missed it. But it's kind of a
- 7:55Speaker 3: fun thing. it makes the world expand a little bit
- 7:58Speaker 3: at the end, but yeah, really interesting action kind of
- 8:02Speaker 3: survivally movie. Um, and then some like family stuff in
- 8:08Speaker 3: there too, as they're all like freaking out and stuff,
- 8:10Speaker 3: you know, which is fair, uh, to be surrounded by
- 8:13Speaker 3: these things, but really interesting story. And I'm super glad
- 8:16Speaker 3: I went and saw it in theater. Cause it was,
- 8:19Speaker 3: you know, you can just immerse yourself a little bit
- 8:20Speaker 3: more in there, which was really fun.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Well, yeah. And you got those big dinos in there.
- 8:24Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 8:24Speaker 3: It was crazy, dude.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Super crazy. My dad really wanted to go and we
- 8:28Speaker 4: just weren't able to make it work.
- 8:30Speaker 3: I get that.
- 8:31Speaker 4: And it's one of the like 12 movies that Anne
- 8:33Speaker 4: Hathaway did this year.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 3: We all Anne Hathaway all the time. It seems so.
- 8:38Speaker 3: But she's really good. It's a lady. It's fun. It's fun. It's,
- 8:41Speaker 3: I feel like it might be one of those movies
- 8:44Speaker 3: that like in a couple of years I'll be like,
- 8:46Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I saw that. I liked that, but I
- 8:48Speaker 3: won't really remember. You know what I mean? Like it's
- 8:51Speaker 3: not going to come up like what Anne Hathaway movie
- 8:53Speaker 3: do you love or something? You know?
- 8:55Speaker 4: It's one of those. It's the majority of movies.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Yeah. But not in a bad way, I guess. So, uh,
- 9:01Speaker 3: I thought it was definitely worth checking out, especially if
- 9:03Speaker 3: you like that kind of movie, you're going to have
- 9:04Speaker 3: a nice time. So yeah. Cool. Uh, what have you
- 9:07Speaker 3: been streaming my friend?
- 9:10Speaker 4: I finished season three of silo on Apple TV plus.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Oh, look at you.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Have you seen any of this season?
- 9:19Speaker 3: I still haven't seen season two. Cause I'm season two.
- 9:21Speaker 4: That's where you were.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Um, First two seasons were awesome. This was a really
- 9:28Speaker 4: tough season for the first seven episodes.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Oh, tough. Not great. You're saying it.
- 9:33Speaker 4: Was just really slow. They did a ton of flashbacks
- 9:37Speaker 4: to like, sure. Pre what was happening before the silo
- 9:41Speaker 4: to like, give us some backstory we need for the
- 9:45Speaker 4: end of the season. Um, And one positive thing of
- 9:50Speaker 4: the flashbacks was Colin Hanks was introduced. He plays like.
- 9:54Speaker 3: An Elon Musk kind of character. Yeah.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Um but man it was a slog the first like
- 10:01Speaker 4: seven episodes the end of the season was great so
- 10:05Speaker 4: it's worth getting through all that um but man each
- 10:10Speaker 4: episode i was just like come on we gotta we
- 10:12Speaker 4: gotta do something.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Fun we gotta work this in earlier or something or.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Let's let's condense it fits you eight episodes instead of
- 10:22Speaker 4: 10 this season but um i just wish it didn't
- 10:25Speaker 4: take so many episodes to get there but the end
- 10:27Speaker 4: of the season was pretty great that's cool it sounds
- 10:29Speaker 4: like there will be one more season after this um
- 10:32Speaker 4: and my fingers are crossed that uh that it moves
- 10:35Speaker 4: quicker love that uh than the beginning of this season
- 10:38Speaker 4: hopefully but um yeah yeah there were some interesting things
- 10:42Speaker 4: that happened i just felt like season two was so
- 10:45Speaker 4: cool and i It almost felt like they just completely
- 10:49Speaker 4: abandoned season two so that they could start fresh with
- 10:52Speaker 4: this backstory thing. And I was missing that.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I get that. It also always makes me wonder like, oh,
- 11:00Speaker 3: did they not know they were going to be done?
- 11:02Speaker 3: So they did a little bit of filler and now
- 11:05Speaker 3: they're going to, you know, like tie it up or something.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Maybe, I don't know, but this is like, I think
- 11:10Speaker 4: it's a novel.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Oh yeah, it is a novel series. You're right.
- 11:13Speaker 4: So they had the source material. I just... Yeah, I
- 11:17Speaker 4: don't know. It just didn't hit you the same way, too. Yeah,
- 11:19Speaker 4: it was not. It was not as interesting to me.
- 11:23Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 11:25Speaker 4: But the end was good. What have you been watching?
- 11:27Speaker 3: We rented on Prime when I was back home. We
- 11:30Speaker 3: watched In the Gray. You know anything about this movie?
- 11:34Speaker 3: Because I sure didn't.
- 11:36Speaker 4: Oh, is this the Guy Ritchie one?
- 11:39Speaker 3: Yes, this is the Guy Ritchie film.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Dude, I heard nothing about this.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Henry Cavill, Jake Gyllenhaal, Isaac Gonzalez. I also heard nothing
- 11:49Speaker 3: about it. Crazy cast. which is part of why we
- 11:52Speaker 3: did it. We were like, I mean, how bad could
- 11:54Speaker 3: this be? You know? Right.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Uh, and I, I liked that gentlemanly warfare one. That
- 11:59Speaker 4: was me too. Guy Ritchie.
- 12:01Speaker 3: Me too. And it is, I would say it is
- 12:03Speaker 3: similar to that in the way that they set things up.
- 12:06Speaker 3: It is, it's like a, it's not quite a heist,
- 12:10Speaker 3: but it's sort of heist adjacent in that, like you're
- 12:13Speaker 3: prepping for things. There's like a big overarching storyline that's
- 12:17Speaker 3: going on. And the, the idea, right. Is that, uh,
- 12:21Speaker 3: is it Isaac and sauce who I just said? Yeah. Isa,
- 12:24Speaker 3: I want to say Eliza. And I was like, that's
- 12:25Speaker 3: not right. Um, she is sort of a fixer for
- 12:29Speaker 3: like Uber, super rich people. Uh, if they like have
- 12:34Speaker 3: defaulted on loans and stuff, um, for a company. And
- 12:38Speaker 3: so she then goes and like, kind of puts the
- 12:40Speaker 3: screws to them to have them pay. And the way
- 12:44Speaker 3: they do that is they, she has like a team
- 12:47Speaker 3: of like lawyers and stuff and they go like the
- 12:49Speaker 3: legit way. And then Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal help
- 12:53Speaker 3: her do like the stuff to bug them in their
- 12:55Speaker 3: sort of nefarious things that these rich people are involved in.
- 12:59Speaker 3: And so they don't operate in the good or the bad.
- 13:02Speaker 3: They are in the.
- 13:04Speaker 4: In the gray.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Um, but really like super fun set up,
- 13:12Speaker 3: get the team together, you know, all that stuff. The
- 13:15Speaker 3: action is wonderful. Uh, those three, those three actors are
- 13:19Speaker 3: so great. And the supporting cast is great. Um, it
- 13:23Speaker 3: just was missing like 20% of plot that made me
- 13:28Speaker 3: be like, this is bad-ass. Like it was really fun.
- 13:32Speaker 3: I enjoyed it, but I, it is, it will also
- 13:34Speaker 3: kind of be a forgettable one, I think in the future.
- 13:38Speaker 4: It's so weird to me how Guy Ritchie has just
- 13:41Speaker 4: kind of pivoted into making a lot of movies. And
- 13:46Speaker 4: it feels like he doesn't really have a style anymore.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Like he's just kind of going for action. Because it's
- 13:52Speaker 4: not even like blockbuster type movies.
- 13:54Speaker 3: You know, like that kind of same. And his stuff
- 13:58Speaker 3: used to be so stylized. And maybe that's because.
- 14:01Speaker 4: he's.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Got more money to work with now so he doesn't
- 14:03Speaker 3: have to be as creative or maybe it's like everyone
- 14:06Speaker 3: has kind of stolen his style so it seems less
- 14:09Speaker 3: special or something i don't know i'm with you it's
- 14:12Speaker 3: interesting and it's certainly not bad i enjoy his movies
- 14:15Speaker 3: but they're not like special like some of the earlier
- 14:19Speaker 3: ones were.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Agreed to me sometimes i don't even know it is
- 14:22Speaker 4: him Where you used to be like, oh, this is
- 14:25Speaker 4: so Guy Ritchie.
- 14:25Speaker 3: It has to be. Yeah, right. Or they're ripping him
- 14:28Speaker 3: off or, you know, whatever. Yeah. But I would recommend this, though.
- 14:32Speaker 3: If you're looking for like an action film, like just
- 14:35Speaker 3: hang out, enjoy yourself. It's an hour and 38 minutes.
- 14:39Speaker 3: So you're, you know, it'd be a great plane movie
- 14:42Speaker 3: for you.
- 14:42Speaker 4: I'll watch it for sure. What did you say it
- 14:44Speaker 4: was on again?
- 14:45Speaker 3: So we rented it on Prime, I think. It was
- 14:47Speaker 3: like five bucks on Prime or something. I assume it'll
- 14:50Speaker 3: be streaming soon.
- 14:51Speaker 4: It's got to be soon.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Soon, I would think.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 14:54Speaker 3: I was kind of, I sort of, we saw a
- 14:56Speaker 3: thing for it and I was like, oh, well, let's
- 14:58Speaker 3: just watch that. And then found out we had to pay,
- 15:01Speaker 3: you know, like I was kind of thinking even at
- 15:03Speaker 3: the time, oh, well, this must just be streaming. But
- 15:06Speaker 3: it was fun, though. And those two actors are so good.
- 15:09Speaker 3: And then that Isa, she is such a beauty and
- 15:12Speaker 3: she's so fun. She's fun to watch. She's really cool. So, yeah,
- 15:16Speaker 3: I liked it. It was fun.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Cool, man.
- 15:19Speaker 3: We talked about you streaming. Should we talk some plugs?
- 15:22Speaker 4: Yes.

- 16:14Speaker 4: talking about. And for this one, our top five favorite
- 16:19Speaker 4: movie poisonings. We finally got there. We've been waiting.
- 16:24Speaker 3: We're doing it. We only had three different ones this
- 16:27Speaker 3: time where we're like, apparently we've done that.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yeah, we've done secretaries, bosses.
- 16:33Speaker 3: I never remember any of them until I searched.
- 16:35Speaker 4: Me neither, dude. I used to be good at it.
- 16:38Speaker 4: Now after doing 400 episodes. I'm kind of glad you gave.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Up because it can't be good for your brain. No.
- 16:44Speaker 3: yeah we got to put other useful information god i
- 16:48Speaker 3: use google docs for these otherwise i would never know.
- 16:50Speaker 4: That's brilliant dude because i just throw it in my
- 16:53Speaker 4: notes and that's not great they have to live somewhere
- 16:55Speaker 4: else and then i delete them at some point.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Oh you're a monster i know a monster but yes
- 17:01Speaker 3: poisonings poisonings it's a poison out is what we're gonna
- 17:06Speaker 3: say a number of times for sure I don't remember
- 17:11Speaker 3: what's coming next, so it's going to be something fun.
- 17:14Speaker 4: We don't even have it planned yet.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Oh, no, we do.
- 17:18Speaker 4: We're hoping for Crocodile Dundee. It's a tentative Crocodile Dundee.
- 17:23Speaker 4: I have a feeler out to our guest. He is
- 17:27Speaker 4: still checking with his wife to see if he.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Can do it. How dare him have a family and obligations. Right? Yeah,
- 17:34Speaker 3: Crocodile Dundee.
- 17:35Speaker 4: That'll be fun. If it's not, it'll be coming up soon.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Ages.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Same ages and ages and ages same uh.
- 17:43Speaker 3: But we're here today to talk about a lovely film
- 17:45Speaker 3: that rob i don't think had ever seen uh maybe.
- 17:48Speaker 4: I'm getting into your you're stepping on my take but
- 17:51Speaker 4: yes you are correct let's just get into it no
- 17:53Speaker 4: i uh i never saw nine to five it just
- 17:56Speaker 4: wasn't in the rep you have now I have now.
- 18:00Speaker 3: It is from, what is it, 1980? The 46th anniversary.
- 18:04Speaker 4: We had talked about doing it last year.
- 18:05Speaker 3: We did.
- 18:06Speaker 4: And it just didn't happen. There were so many movies
- 18:08Speaker 4: to talk about.
- 18:09Speaker 3: There really was. But, you know, we lost Dolly, so
- 18:11Speaker 3: we felt like now was the time. And it was
- 18:16Speaker 3: kind of wonderful to get to watch her on the
- 18:18Speaker 3: screen again.
- 18:19Speaker 4: It was.
- 18:20Speaker 3: It was great. Painful.
- 18:22Speaker 4: That's one sad and bittersweet thing when these iconic... actors
- 18:28Speaker 4: actresses uh icons pass you then get to go back
- 18:33Speaker 4: and enjoy their their previous work like i guess i
- 18:35Speaker 4: see why everyone loved them so much this makes so
- 18:38Speaker 4: much sense.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Yeah it is kind of sad but also i think
- 18:42Speaker 3: beautiful i i lean mostly great that part of it
- 18:46Speaker 3: but i hear you yeah yeah yeah uh so yeah
- 18:50Speaker 3: rob do you want to get started with just a
- 18:52Speaker 3: rough synopsis.
- 18:53Speaker 4: I would This is an office satire about three female
- 18:58Speaker 4: secretaries who decide to get revenge on their tyrannical sexist
- 19:02Speaker 4: boss by abducting him and running the business themselves. The trio,
- 19:08Speaker 4: one of whom has been passed over for promotion because
- 19:11Speaker 4: she is a woman, spend a night together having drug-induced
- 19:14Speaker 4: fantasies of killing the slave-driving chauvinist. One of them panics
- 19:20Speaker 4: the following day when she suspects... She really has poisoned
- 19:25Speaker 4: the tyrant.
- 19:27Speaker 3: I feel like drug-induced fantasies is going a step too far.
- 19:31Speaker 4: That's what made me giggle.
- 19:33Speaker 3: I get it.
- 19:34Speaker 4: It's not wrong. Right.
- 19:37Speaker 3: But... But... They just smoked some weed and were talking silly.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I don't know that it was a drug.
- 19:42Speaker 4: Right.
- 19:43Speaker 3: They were on LSD, man. Whoa, wouldn't it be crazy, man,
- 19:49Speaker 3: That's funny, though. I like that synopsis a lot. Nicely done.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Rotten Tomatoes. Critics have this coming in at a pretty
- 19:56Speaker 3: solid 71%. That's pretty good. And audience members right behind them,
- 20:01Speaker 3: but a tick higher at 74.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I think that makes a lot of sense both ways.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Pretty great for a comedy. I mean, just like a silly...
- 20:10Speaker 3: regular old comedy i like that um yeah so yeah
- 20:12Speaker 3: pretty solid but let's go in and hear what we
- 20:14Speaker 3: think it's time for our hot take that's a hot
- 20:18Speaker 3: take that's a hot take oh i burned myself i think.
- 20:22Speaker 4: Oh ouch it's so hot.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Coffee coffee's hot quite often.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Nailed it especially when it's filled with rat poison.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Poison uh um yes i can go first here uh
- 20:36Speaker 3: i did watch this movie a fair bit when i
- 20:39Speaker 3: was a kid uh this was not like in the
- 20:41Speaker 3: rotation rotation but we definitely i've seen it a number
- 20:44Speaker 3: of times over the years i think it's super super
- 20:48Speaker 3: funny was super happy to see on the rewatch because
- 20:51Speaker 3: it's been a while now since i've seen it again
- 20:53Speaker 3: um that it's still really hysterical and funny it's uh
- 20:58Speaker 3: much sillier than i remembered so silly and i will
- 21:02Speaker 3: say maybe this is a hot take but uh the
- 21:06Speaker 3: like kidnapping portion much shorter than i recall i thought
- 21:11Speaker 3: that was like most of the movie oh.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Funny it was not it's.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Like 10 minutes or something.
- 21:17Speaker 4: Yeah bing bang boom.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Pretty crazy um which is also funny because like the
- 21:22Speaker 3: time frame on screen is very short but it's like
- 21:26Speaker 3: six weeks in real life which is also kind of
- 21:28Speaker 3: like a right it's a silly mixed thing um but
- 21:32Speaker 3: yeah i just think it's a super well acted i
- 21:35Speaker 3: think it's very charming these three leads together are awesome
- 21:39Speaker 3: uh the the boss what is dabney dabbed Dabney Coleman.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I think it's perfect at being like a sniveling, you know,
- 21:49Speaker 3: just a butthead jerk of a guy. Terrible man. Really
- 21:55Speaker 3: interesting to see now, 46 years later, like, holy crap,
- 22:01Speaker 3: none of this would fly, you know, in the workplace.
- 22:03Speaker 3: And it probably didn't then. Well, maybe it did then.
- 22:07Speaker 3: I don't know. But yeah, it's probably exaggerated, I guess,
- 22:10Speaker 3: is the right thing to say.
- 22:11Speaker 4: But they're shedding a light on it.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Yes. Pretty crazy. Um, yeah, I don't have a ton
- 22:17Speaker 3: of hot takes other than I really think this movie
- 22:19Speaker 3: is super funny. I, I just love all these people
- 22:25Speaker 3: and it's such a, it's such a great premise because
- 22:27Speaker 3: most people have a boss that they don't like and
- 22:30Speaker 3: they're not always, you know, this crazy, but it's like
- 22:33Speaker 3: horrible bosses, right?
- 22:34Speaker 4: Where it's horrible bosses.
- 22:35Speaker 3: It's great. It's a great conceit. Um, but yeah, I,
- 22:38Speaker 3: I think though my hottest take is, Because we were
- 22:42Speaker 3: a Days of Our Lives family in my family.
- 22:44Speaker 4: I knew that about you, yes.
- 22:46Speaker 3: That's the soap opera my mom watched. And that, like
- 22:49Speaker 3: sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives,
- 22:53Speaker 3: really transported me in a way I was not expecting
- 22:56Speaker 3: when it came on the TV for a second.
- 22:58Speaker 4: That was the soap you was watching? Yeah.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that was the one he was watching. And it's
- 23:02Speaker 3: that same guy or was the entire time I ever
- 23:06Speaker 3: paid attention to Days of Our Lives. And I just
- 23:08Speaker 3: feel like do people watch soaps like that anymore? I
- 23:11Speaker 3: don't know.
- 23:12Speaker 4: I know mom sure likes them.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Right.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Your mom was a general hospital. Oh, and still is.
- 23:18Speaker 4: She still tapes them and watches them every day. If
- 23:23Speaker 4: she's not at home at two o'clock.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Yeah. That's incredible. And I love that.
- 23:28Speaker 4: That's commitment. That's been at least 45 years.
- 23:32Speaker 3: She must have seen some insane stuff. Cause there's some
- 23:36Speaker 3: insane stuff on days of our lives.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Well, in general hospital, they'll have random celebrities come in.
- 23:41Speaker 4: They had Stephen, a Smith come in for a little stint. Um,
- 23:47Speaker 4: I think Stephen Colbert also had a little stint.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Was that the one Colbert was just on? Cause I
- 23:51Speaker 3: feel like he was just on one.
- 23:53Speaker 4: General hospital does that quite a bit. So they just
- 23:56Speaker 4: bring somebody in and then they kill them off.
- 23:58Speaker 3: I love that. Is it about a hospital? I assume
- 24:01Speaker 3: it is.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Uh, it used to be when I was a kid,
- 24:05Speaker 4: it sure was. When I see it nowadays, I'm like,
- 24:08Speaker 4: I don't think there's a hospital.
- 24:08Speaker 3: I don't even know. They just talk about hospital sometimes.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Don't worry about it. It's we're more in the general
- 24:14Speaker 3: phase than the hospital phase.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, I guess other than I love
- 24:19Speaker 3: this movie, that's my out of stake. I love Days
- 24:22Speaker 3: of Our Lives from the 90s.
- 24:25Speaker 4: That's good. We're more in the general phase.
- 24:28Speaker 3: That's pretty good, right?
- 24:29Speaker 4: I didn't think of that.
- 24:30Speaker 3: I liked it.
- 24:31Speaker 4: That was fun.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I liked it.
- 24:33Speaker 4: That's a hot take, buddy. Nicely done.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Like you said and didn't let me say, this was
- 24:40Speaker 4: my very first time ever seeing this movie.
- 24:42Speaker 3: I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that. Yeah.
- 24:46Speaker 4: No it's fine um i thought it was a very
- 24:50Speaker 4: fun time uh dolly parton was such a delight yeah
- 24:53Speaker 4: it's so sad we lost her this year i don't
- 24:55Speaker 4: think i told these guys but i was actually at
- 24:58Speaker 4: the grand ole opry performing uh the night that she
- 25:02Speaker 4: passed which is pretty crazy wild and everybody was doing
- 25:06Speaker 4: dolly tributes and it was really it was a special
- 25:09Speaker 4: night it was a sad night bittersweet yeah um But yeah,
- 25:14Speaker 4: I'll always remember where I was the day that Dolly
- 25:17Speaker 4: Parton passed.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Dolly may be certainly one of our last everyone loves them.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Everyone loves her. Whenever anyone would ask us, what is
- 25:29Speaker 4: the number one artist that you want to collaborate with still?
- 25:33Speaker 4: And we, I mean, it was so easy. It was
- 25:35Speaker 4: just like, yes, Dolly Parton, 100%. Um, so now we
- 25:39Speaker 4: got to come up with a new one and nobody
- 25:42Speaker 4: will be as like, Oh, of course.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:44Speaker 4: As that one. You know what I mean?
- 25:45Speaker 3: A hundred percent. Yeah. I don't even know who it would. Yeah.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Weird Al maybe or something.
- 25:51Speaker 4: That would be awesome.
- 25:51Speaker 3: That would be great. That'd be pretty cool.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Let's throw that out in the universe. Um, but this movie, uh,
- 25:57Speaker 4: it was written and directed by a very talented guy
- 26:00Speaker 4: who passed away very young. Um, I saw he was
- 26:03Speaker 4: like 47, 46. Um, A guy named Colin Higgins, and
- 26:08Speaker 4: he wrote some great movies, some ones that I love.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Silver Streak, if you remember that, with Gene Wilder and
- 26:15Speaker 4: Richard Pryor.
- 26:15Speaker 3: I love that movie.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Foul Play with Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase. I think
- 26:19Speaker 4: I ever saw Foul Play. I don't know if I
- 26:22Speaker 4: have either. I also haven't seen Harold and Maude, but
- 26:25Speaker 4: that was his first thing.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Same.
- 26:27Speaker 4: I feel like that's in like the zeitgeist of like films,
- 26:30Speaker 4: like people bring up Harold Mudd.
- 26:31Speaker 3: People love Harold Mudd. Yes, agreed.
- 26:35Speaker 4: And he also did Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, which
- 26:38Speaker 4: features Dolly Parton.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't realize that.
- 26:40Speaker 4: And that was one that I did see as a
- 26:43Speaker 4: kid quite a bit.
- 26:43Speaker 3: I loved Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
- 26:45Speaker 4: Isn't that so weird?
- 26:46Speaker 3: It's Bart Reynolds, right? Yeah.
- 26:49Speaker 4: But we were just able to watch a movie called
- 26:51Speaker 4: Best Little Whorehouse in Texas as children.
- 26:54Speaker 3: Children and it's a musical for some reason it's a.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Musical it's like yay um but uh yeah this was
- 27:02Speaker 4: nominated for an oscar it was nominated for best original
- 27:05Speaker 4: song from dolly parton it somehow.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Lost it didn't win i was gonna look this up it.
- 27:10Speaker 4: Lost to fame which is also kind of a banger
- 27:13Speaker 4: that's a pretty great song very i don't know not
- 27:17Speaker 4: as cool as nine to five Dude, they didn't tumble
- 27:20Speaker 4: out of bed and stumble to the kitchen trying to
- 27:23Speaker 4: get a cup of ambition. There's nothing that poetic in fame.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Fame. I'm going to live forever. What?
- 27:31Speaker 4: Huh? No, you're not. You're not going to.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Go to the hospital part, not the general part. Jerks.
- 27:37Speaker 4: Exactly. Exactly. um but yeah i enjoyed this a bunch
- 27:41Speaker 4: all the actors did a great job yeah you can
- 27:43Speaker 4: tell dolly was a little green.
- 27:45Speaker 3: For sure you can dude yeah.
- 27:47Speaker 4: But she's so charming and charismatic that it overshadowed the
- 27:52Speaker 4: few moments where i didn't really believe her um i
- 27:56Speaker 4: enjoyed that they showcased the workplace sexism and how companies
- 28:00Speaker 4: Would take advantage of their employees, especially female. And they
- 28:05Speaker 4: were able to turn it around in a kind of
- 28:08Speaker 4: clever and funny way. The music was fun. I really
- 28:12Speaker 4: enjoyed that the score then was kind of focused around
- 28:15Speaker 4: 9 to 5. Like they kept using that same chord progression. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Even like the slow ones, they'd be like... Right. You know, like, yeah,
- 28:25Speaker 3: it was really fun. I like that too.
- 28:26Speaker 4: And I feel like that doesn't ever happen anymore.
- 28:29Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true. Where.
- 28:30Speaker 4: you base the score around the hit song.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Like, I feel like so often you're not making a
- 28:36Speaker 3: movie around a song, you know, like writing a song
- 28:40Speaker 3: for a movie. They're like, they just wouldn't do that now.
- 28:43Speaker 3: I don't think in the same way, I guess saying
- 28:46Speaker 3: maybe does or something, but you're getting a lot of coverage.
- 28:49Speaker 4: I think it happens, but I still don't. I think
- 28:52Speaker 4: that it's two separate things. I think you have a
- 28:54Speaker 4: composer doing his own score and then you have people
- 28:58Speaker 4: writing songs for the movies. And, I really enjoyed that.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Yeah, me too. So good.
- 29:04Speaker 4: What else? Yeah, just a good time. Sad that it
- 29:07Speaker 4: took Dolly Parton passing to get me to see it,
- 29:09Speaker 4: but I'm very glad that I finally checked it out.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Love it.
- 29:12Speaker 4: Hot take.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Ooh.
- 29:15Speaker 4: I think the moral of the story is if you
- 29:16Speaker 4: have somebody in your life you don't like, just kidnap
- 29:19Speaker 4: them for a while until you find something that you
- 29:22Speaker 4: can blackmail them with, and things will just end up fine.
- 29:25Speaker 3: It'll just turn out. I do love that there's just
- 29:28Speaker 3: no comeuppance. They steal a body. They kidnap a man.
- 29:32Speaker 4: They did so many crimes.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Fraud.
- 29:36Speaker 4: And nothing nothing nothing bad and he gets his in
- 29:43Speaker 4: the end so you're just like oh well this is.
- 29:45Speaker 3: What we should really had to make him a dirt
- 29:47Speaker 3: bag so we never once were like oh i feel
- 29:49Speaker 3: bad for him.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Yep But I enjoyed that moral.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Yeah, that was pretty great. I love that.
- 29:54Speaker 4: It was fun.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Hot take, pal.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Hot take.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Love it. Well, let's pick our favorite acting performance, shall
- 30:00Speaker 3: we name the dude?
- 30:02Speaker 4: The dude.
- 30:04Speaker 3: I'm the dude. So that's what you call me, you know?
- 30:07Speaker 3: That or his dudeness or duder or, you know, El Duderino,
- 30:13Speaker 3: if you're not into the whole brevity thing. You want
- 30:15Speaker 3: to go first?
- 30:16Speaker 4: Why don't you go first?
- 30:17Speaker 3: Oh, boy. Okay, I'll go first. Yeah. I went into
- 30:21Speaker 3: it thinking... Well, obviously it's going to be Dolly. And,
- 30:24Speaker 3: you know, I love Dolly. I don't begrudge anyone that
- 30:27Speaker 3: would pick her. But Lily Tomlin in this movie, she's
- 30:31Speaker 3: everything in this movie. She's so funny. She's so capable
- 30:35Speaker 3: in it. She's like, you know, sees all the plays
- 30:38Speaker 3: of like, oh, this is the sexism around me. This
- 30:41Speaker 3: is all the things. She's so smart. She's so good.
- 30:44Speaker 3: And just a cutie pie, as they all are. I
- 30:47Speaker 3: know that's not the most important thing, but they are
- 30:50Speaker 3: just they're so fun and lovely. I just love them.
- 30:53Speaker 3: And Lily Tomlin is the best. I think she's one
- 30:56Speaker 3: of the funniest people we have ever had on Earth
- 30:59Speaker 3: or something. Agreed.
- 31:00Speaker 4: She's a complete delight.
- 31:02Speaker 3: Yeah. So I picked her. I don't I don't begrudge
- 31:04Speaker 3: anyone who does opposite, though.
- 31:07Speaker 4: I pretty much word for word. But the only thing
- 31:10Speaker 4: that I would add was that she was so like
- 31:14Speaker 4: put together, had everything figured out. But it was so
- 31:18Speaker 4: much fun then to see her completely freak out and
- 31:21Speaker 4: not like be calm in the situation. Like she stole
- 31:27Speaker 4: a body, stole the wrong body. And it's just completely
- 31:32Speaker 4: losing her mind. It made me wish we got a movie.
- 31:35Speaker 4: And maybe there's one that I don't know about, but
- 31:36Speaker 4: her and Steve Martin doing that together would have been
- 31:39Speaker 4: really fun. Dude, there is a movie and it is
- 31:42Speaker 4: called All of Me.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Have you recommended this before?
- 31:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I have because there was one that we watched
- 31:49Speaker 4: as a kid or I watched as a kid quite
- 31:51Speaker 4: a bit.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Um that's right okay i have to check that out
- 31:56Speaker 3: because i think you got to check it out maybe
- 31:57Speaker 3: that's why it was they played off each other really
- 32:00Speaker 3: well i bet it was fun that seemed like a
- 32:02Speaker 3: part if steve martin had got that part it would
- 32:05Speaker 3: have been also wonderful and funny and great you know
- 32:09Speaker 3: especially the like the body stuff and panicking for sure
- 32:12Speaker 3: yeah so.
- 32:13Speaker 4: Funny yeah if you love lily tomlin you got to
- 32:16Speaker 4: check that movie i will do that for sure.
- 32:17Speaker 3: That's great That's great. So we both picked Lily. Well,
- 32:20Speaker 3: we agreed.
- 32:21Speaker 4: We both agreed, but still got some fun supporting characters.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Why don't we choose the Tucci Award? Tucci!
- 32:28Speaker 3: And you, I think.
- 32:29Speaker 4: I'm going to go first.
- 32:30Speaker 3: Yeah, you. You, you, you, you. I don't know why.
- 32:37Speaker 4: Uh, it's okay. Um, I thought I was going to
- 32:41Speaker 4: pick Dolly Parton here. I didn't. Um, I kind of
- 32:45Speaker 4: loved Dabney Coleman in this.
- 32:47Speaker 3: So great.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Um, he played such a goober in this, uh, really
- 32:52Speaker 4: dislikable character. Uh, it made those daydreams of the ladies
- 32:56Speaker 4: getting revenge on him so much better because he plays
- 33:00Speaker 4: kind of a weak sniveling, whatever. And it's so much fun.
- 33:04Speaker 3: So funny in that.
- 33:05Speaker 4: Um, Especially when Dolly is like sexually harassing him. That
- 33:09Speaker 4: was really fun.
- 33:10Speaker 3: That was funny.
- 33:13Speaker 4: But yeah, I thought that this movie would not work
- 33:17Speaker 4: if he was so dislikable. But yes, you kind of
- 33:23Speaker 4: also kind of liked it.
- 33:24Speaker 3: I don't know. He walks a weird line for sure.
- 33:27Speaker 4: It's a weird line.
- 33:28Speaker 3: I don't like to test him and want him to
- 33:30Speaker 3: actually die. but you do want him to not be
- 33:33Speaker 3: who he is.
- 33:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:35Speaker 3: Right. I don't know how to say that, but yes.
- 33:38Speaker 4: But I was surprised that I was going to be
- 33:40Speaker 4: into him as much as I was.
- 33:41Speaker 3: I love that. I love that's who I picked, too.
- 33:44Speaker 3: That's crazy. But I would have done that, too. Then
- 33:48Speaker 3: we have I love Jane Fonda as sort of the frumpy,
- 33:52Speaker 3: recently divorced from. Well, she's frumpy at the beginning, kind of,
- 33:56Speaker 3: which is hilarious. Like she's just this knockout.
- 33:59Speaker 4: They just put glasses on her. She's got a coat.
- 34:04Speaker 4: They gave her the the mom.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Haircut to mom haircut. But, you know, she's frumpy because
- 34:09Speaker 3: when she goes and in the flashback scene has like
- 34:12Speaker 3: the gun and the short, the high boots and all
- 34:15Speaker 3: that and the shorts. Doesn't look frumpy there, Rob. Doesn't
- 34:18Speaker 3: look frumpy at all. I kind of loved her in this, though.
- 34:22Speaker 3: She was trying to almost play like, you know, kind
- 34:25Speaker 3: of like mousy and whatever. And then sort of like
- 34:28Speaker 3: gets her, you know, gets her vindiction back. And that's
- 34:31Speaker 3: really fun. I liked that a lot. I thought she
- 34:33Speaker 3: was really good. And Dolly, who we... Dolly. She's really
- 34:38Speaker 3: great in this.
- 34:39Speaker 4: She's lovely.
- 34:40Speaker 3: She is just a bubbly, wonderful person in this who
- 34:44Speaker 3: also doesn't want to take crap, but wants to be...
- 34:47Speaker 3: It kind of felt like she was playing herself a
- 34:49Speaker 3: little bit, probably, but just wants to be friendly to
- 34:52Speaker 3: people and be nice and doesn't know people are talking
- 34:57Speaker 3: about her behind her back and I don't know, all
- 35:00Speaker 3: these things. I just... thought she was great too so
- 35:02Speaker 3: i'm with you.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Oh i loved her and she was so wonderful in this.
- 35:05Speaker 3: So great uh who else did you have anyone else
- 35:10Speaker 3: those are the only people i wrote down yeah i
- 35:12Speaker 3: actually i know that there was the Like the Ruth lady,
- 35:16Speaker 3: the attagirl lady.
- 35:17Speaker 4: I thought she was fun and she had a fun
- 35:19Speaker 4: kind of.
- 35:19Speaker 3: That was a fun, like, recurring bit. Yeah.
- 35:22Speaker 4: The recurring bit, but then she gets the glow up
- 35:24Speaker 4: by the end because she goes, you know, she's able
- 35:27Speaker 4: to use the company. That was funny. New program that
- 35:30Speaker 4: brought her to rehab.
- 35:31Speaker 3: The old drunk?
- 35:33Speaker 4: Yeah. He doesn't even recognize her.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Yeah.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Uh that was fun that's.
- 35:38Speaker 3: A good one i also liked uh marianne mercer uh
- 35:42Speaker 3: who's mrs or mr heart's wife i don't remember what
- 35:44Speaker 3: her first name is but she's just oblivious to everything
- 35:48Speaker 3: the whole time and that was really little space kind
- 35:50Speaker 3: of fun to be like oh what happened you fell
- 35:53Speaker 3: down and you know like all these things so silly
- 35:57Speaker 3: so silly and fun i thought that was pretty great
- 35:59Speaker 3: but that was also all.
- 36:00Speaker 4: That i wrote down yeah not a lot of supporting.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Characters not a ton not a ton.
- 36:07Speaker 4: All right, well, we really agreed on both those. Let's
- 36:11Speaker 4: see if we agree here, and let's choose our favorite scene,
- 36:14Speaker 4: the dingus.
- 36:15Speaker 3: The dingus.
- 36:17Speaker 4: The dingus is quite simple, really.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Dingus. Dingus. I could talk about my dingus all night long.
- 36:22Speaker 3: I'm going to kiss you, dingus.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Your turn.
- 36:24Speaker 3: My turn. This is one of those where I want
- 36:28Speaker 3: to tie together a few things. So let me know
- 36:32Speaker 3: if you think that's fair, because it's kind of a
- 36:34Speaker 3: lot of the movie. When Hart falls and hits his head,
- 36:37Speaker 3: she did rat poison him, but he never actually drinks
- 36:40Speaker 3: the coffee. We find out and they are freaking out.
- 36:45Speaker 3: And when they're freaking out, I think that's the absolute
- 36:48Speaker 3: best scene. like Lily Tomlin, like we talked about, she's
- 36:51Speaker 3: like steals the body. There's all these like misunderstandings. It's
- 36:56Speaker 3: a different guy that the cop is talking about. She's like,
- 36:59Speaker 3: they instantly knew I drugged him or like, you know,
- 37:03Speaker 3: it's just, it's the best. And then like the score
- 37:08Speaker 3: throughout that, as they are then doing the like getaway
- 37:11Speaker 3: drive is really great. I thought it was really fun.
- 37:14Speaker 3: And like, kind of intense and felt like a, you know,
- 37:18Speaker 3: sort of a thriller at that point. I just, I
- 37:20Speaker 3: really liked that a lot. That was fun.
- 37:22Speaker 4: How funny is it that they would make cars where
- 37:25Speaker 4: three people sat up front? They just don't do that anymore.
- 37:29Speaker 3: It was one of the things I noticed. I was like, Oh,
- 37:32Speaker 3: who would ever sit three abreast in the front?
- 37:35Speaker 4: That's nuts. I remember it.
- 37:37Speaker 3: I remember it as a kid.
- 37:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:39Speaker 3: That was a big thing.
- 37:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:42Speaker 3: Maybe they'll bring it back.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Yeah. Who knows? Probably not.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Yeah. I hope not. But that's one that I loved.
- 37:49Speaker 3: What did you like?
- 37:50Speaker 4: That was my runner up.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Love that.
- 37:54Speaker 4: I also picked a very large part of the movie.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Love it.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Because I did the stoned scene.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Yes.
- 38:03Speaker 4: One of the more believable stoned scenes that I've ever seen.
- 38:08Speaker 3: I believe all three of them have been stoned before
- 38:10Speaker 3: and knew what was up.
- 38:11Speaker 4: They played it pretty subtle. Like they laughed just the
- 38:15Speaker 4: right amount. It wasn't over the top. Um, and usually
- 38:20Speaker 4: I feel that way whenever I see those scenes, they're
- 38:22Speaker 4: just like, what do they think they're on right now?
- 38:25Speaker 3: It's just, they do have their hallucinations or whatever.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 4: Drug filled fantasies.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:32Speaker 4: But, uh, to go from that and then each one
- 38:36Speaker 4: of those like daydreams, uh, going through, I enjoyed all
- 38:41Speaker 4: three of them. You even got like some, uh, singing
- 38:45Speaker 4: in the rain, like, uh, you know, Gene Kelly, uh,
- 38:50Speaker 4: animation scene, you know, with her being kind of like
- 38:54Speaker 4: snow white. I thought that was really fun. Uh, Dolly Parton,
- 38:58Speaker 4: Hogg tying up Dabney Coleman. Jane Fondas was okay. Yeah,
- 39:04Speaker 4: and then he becomes the.
- 39:07Speaker 3: The mount.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Like deer head. Yeah, that was fun.
- 39:11Speaker 3: I had never put together that the things that happen
- 39:14Speaker 3: in those dreams happen in real life. More or less.
- 39:17Speaker 3: I never just made that connection, I guess.
- 39:20Speaker 4: All three.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Which is pretty funny.
- 39:21Speaker 4: Yeah, because she initially poisoned him.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and then, like, the gun and shooting and all that.
- 39:27Speaker 3: And she shoots.
- 39:28Speaker 4: They all three did it.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I just never really kind of put that together, which
- 39:32Speaker 3: is maybe it does.
- 39:33Speaker 4: That's what happens when you take marijuana.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Don't do marijuana kids.
- 39:38Speaker 4: You'll have visions of something and then it plays out.
- 39:41Speaker 3: If you need more search, this is your brain on
- 39:44Speaker 3: drugs ad from 1997 or whatever. Remember that dumb egg?
- 39:50Speaker 4: Of course I do.
- 39:51Speaker 3: You're playing on drugs. Yeah. Get the picture. Yeah.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Was that an actual dare ad?
- 39:58Speaker 3: I don't remember what.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Dare to keep kids off drugs?
- 40:01Speaker 3: It probably was dare. I don't know if it was.
- 40:02Speaker 3: It was something like.
- 40:03Speaker 4: That for sure. That was a big deal. Did you
- 40:04Speaker 4: have dare officers come in?
- 40:06Speaker 3: We did, yeah. We did.
- 40:07Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. We did too.
- 40:08Speaker 3: I made like the, we wrote like declaration letters. Did
- 40:13Speaker 3: you guys have to do that? I don't remember. Of
- 40:15Speaker 3: how we're going to follow the, what dare says or whatever.
- 40:18Speaker 5: Okay.
- 40:19Speaker 3: I got to read mine aloud. Ironically, it really worked
- 40:23Speaker 3: on me. So I guess maybe they nailed it. I
- 40:26Speaker 3: don't know.
- 40:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 40:27Speaker 3: I don't know. It really kind of did, didn't it?
- 40:30Speaker 4: Damn it.
- 40:32Speaker 3: Am I a narc, Rob? Is that what just learned?
- 40:35Speaker 4: No, you're just a very impressionable young man.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Very straight laced.
- 40:41Speaker 4: You really are.
- 40:41Speaker 3: At least the laces. Wonderful. I love that scene. And
- 40:45Speaker 3: if that's what we want to pick, I'm totally down
- 40:48Speaker 3: because it's so good.
- 40:49Speaker 4: I'm down doing a double because the next one was
- 40:51Speaker 4: that for me. I had those two just a little
- 40:54Speaker 4: bit earlier.
- 40:55Speaker 3: So we're really in lockstep. I love it.
- 40:57Speaker 4: Did you have any other interrupts? I only had one other.
- 41:01Speaker 3: No, I really only wrote those two down because I
- 41:03Speaker 3: felt really strongly about them.
- 41:05Speaker 4: Totally. I just felt like it was a really silly, funny,
- 41:10Speaker 4: satisfying ending. Oh, yeah.
- 41:13Speaker 3: That's a good call. I do love that.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Just how he comes to the office. It's very colorful.
- 41:19Speaker 4: There's plants everywhere. He's seeing that everything's working really well.
- 41:25Speaker 4: um and then the chairman of the board comes in
- 41:28Speaker 4: explains all of you know what's happened in the last
- 41:31Speaker 4: six weeks and now productivity's up 20 crazy um i
- 41:36Speaker 4: just loved all of that i thought that was really
- 41:37Speaker 4: fun him getting his comeuppance like you said and he
- 41:40Speaker 4: has to go to brazil don't worry about it we'll
- 41:43Speaker 4: figure it out at the end saying that doesn't he get.
- 41:47Speaker 3: He's taken away by the by a tribe or something.
- 41:50Speaker 3: And he's never seen again or something like never seen again.
- 41:53Speaker 3: I guess I don't. That's what I remember.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Yeah. That is great. He just disappears. I did like
- 42:00Speaker 3: that Tinsley guy. He was pretty funny. They like kind of, uh,
- 42:04Speaker 3: Colonel looking guy.
- 42:06Speaker 4: Yeah, that's exactly what he looked like.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Uh, but yeah, that's a great scene too.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Good call. Yeah. It was pretty fun.
- 42:13Speaker 4: That's the only other one that I liked.
- 42:15Speaker 3: I like that one. uh well what about some quotes
- 42:18Speaker 3: should we say our favorites and show me the money
- 42:21Speaker 3: show me.
- 42:22Speaker 4: The money.
- 42:25Speaker 3: Show me the money.
- 42:30Speaker 4: Um so yeah you should save a few yeah well
- 42:35Speaker 4: you know i didn't have this uh as a kid
- 42:38Speaker 4: or anything maybe you had some that you said But
- 42:41Speaker 4: the ones that I found interesting and funny, I really
- 42:45Speaker 4: liked when Lily Tomlin is freaking out. She's in the hospital.
- 42:51Speaker 4: She has stolen the body. She went all the way
- 42:54Speaker 4: around and then she comes back to where she is
- 42:56Speaker 4: and this lady's talking to her. And the lady's like, oh,
- 43:00Speaker 4: you're a doctor. I'm sorry. I didn't see your badge.
- 43:02Speaker 4: And she looks down at her badge. She's like, oh, yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 4: I'm a doctor. So why the hell am I talking
- 43:08Speaker 4: to you? Piss off.
- 43:09Speaker 3: Why the hell am I talking? It was so funny. Yeah,
- 43:12Speaker 3: I liked that.
- 43:12Speaker 4: I liked that a lot.
- 43:13Speaker 3: It was pretty great.
- 43:14Speaker 4: I said it already, but the attagirl, Margaret, she says
- 43:18Speaker 4: it at least three times.
- 43:20Speaker 3: So great. So great.
- 43:22Speaker 4: Which was fun. Violet says, blackmail. Oh, that sounds good.
- 43:28Speaker 4: What could we get on him? Judy says, a sex scandal.
- 43:31Speaker 4: Take a picture of him in bed with a prostitute.
- 43:34Speaker 4: doralee says no who'd care then violet said yeah heart
- 43:37Speaker 4: would just buy up all the copies and then distribute
- 43:39Speaker 4: them as christmas cards that's pretty great i thought that
- 43:43Speaker 4: was fun um and the other one that i thought
- 43:48Speaker 4: was fun i wrote a few more down but this
- 43:50Speaker 4: one was fun uh I've got a gun out there
- 43:53Speaker 4: in my purse and up to now I've been forgiving
- 43:55Speaker 4: and forgetting because of the way I was brought up.
- 43:57Speaker 4: But I'll tell you one thing. If you ever say
- 43:59Speaker 4: another word about me or make another indecent proposal, I'm
- 44:01Speaker 4: going to get that gun of mine and I'm going
- 44:03Speaker 4: to change you from a rooster to a hen with
- 44:05Speaker 4: one shot.
- 44:07Speaker 3: Oh, Dolly. Rooster to a hen with one shot.
- 44:11Speaker 4: That's pretty good.
- 44:11Speaker 3: That's really great.
- 44:13Speaker 4: Why don't you say some?
- 44:16Speaker 3: We're going to need a special locker for the hat. Really,
- 44:19Speaker 3: really made me giggle. I liked it. I liked it
- 44:21Speaker 3: a lot. uh let's see uh well that's franklin hart
- 44:27Speaker 3: jr but to me he'll always be s heart i
- 44:31Speaker 3: thought that was fun she just covers it up that's
- 44:34Speaker 3: really good stuff that's good uh mr hart i've told
- 44:37Speaker 3: you before i'm a married woman and i'm a married
- 44:40Speaker 3: man that's why it's so perfect he's just the biggest
- 44:44Speaker 3: dirtbag ever it's so funny Is that one of them
- 44:48Speaker 3: marijuana cigarettes? I did.
- 44:50Speaker 4: I did write that down.
- 44:52Speaker 3: Really got me good.
- 44:53Speaker 4: We don't have enough for everyone. Cool it.
- 44:58Speaker 3: You're a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot. So I have
- 45:02Speaker 3: a few flaws. Who doesn't? Is that any reason to
- 45:04Speaker 3: kill me?
- 45:07Speaker 4: I feel like they say that list of things a
- 45:10Speaker 4: couple times.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Three or four times. In fact, the next one. Why
- 45:13Speaker 3: do you think? Because I'm a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot? Bingo!
- 45:18Speaker 4: It must have been in the daydreams.
- 45:22Speaker 3: Yes, they do say it. I think in all those.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Also love after they take the body and they've ran
- 45:29Speaker 3: away with the car and they open the trunk and
- 45:32Speaker 3: they're freaking out trying to figure out what they're doing.
- 45:35Speaker 3: uh judy would you come back here for a second
- 45:37Speaker 3: oh my god violet honey would you come over here
- 45:40Speaker 3: for a second would you two just who is that
- 45:44Speaker 3: i don't know what do you mean you don't know
- 45:46Speaker 3: like the realizing it's the wrong body just really i
- 45:50Speaker 3: loved the like super soft play that's a fun bit
- 45:52Speaker 3: that i always love is when it's like hey could
- 45:54Speaker 3: you could you pop over for.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Just a quick second Got something I need to talk
- 45:59Speaker 4: to you about real quick.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Some stuff going on. Uh, and then chain Fonda, when
- 46:03Speaker 3: her husband comes back, which I also didn't really remember. Um,
- 46:08Speaker 3: he's been stalking her in this house, which is weird.
- 46:11Speaker 3: I don't know. That was all weird. Yeah. I don't
- 46:12Speaker 3: know that we needed that.
- 46:14Speaker 4: Um, but it was kind of fun. It made her
- 46:16Speaker 4: look like she was like a sex pervert.
- 46:18Speaker 3: It's true.
- 46:19Speaker 4: When they caught him, that was fun.
- 46:21Speaker 3: Uh, and I loved her line after that, when she's like,
- 46:23Speaker 3: if I want to have an affair or play sex
- 46:25Speaker 3: games or have M and M's, that's my business.
- 46:29Speaker 4: That's good. That's my business. Yeah.
- 46:34Speaker 3: That was pretty great. Um, Yeah, do you have any more?
- 46:40Speaker 4: Only other one I wrote down. Roz says, here, Violet,
- 46:43Speaker 4: you can put this up on the bulletin board. And
- 46:45Speaker 4: Violet says, thanks, Roz. I know just where to stick it.
- 46:48Speaker 3: Nice. Nice. I also liked when she says, holy nerd,
- 46:54Speaker 3: at the very end.
- 46:56Speaker 4: We know what that means.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Poop. Poop beep. Oh, God, it really cracked me up
- 47:02Speaker 3: when that Colonel Sanders guy is there and he's like,
- 47:06Speaker 3: you've done great work, blah, blah, blah, all these things.
- 47:09Speaker 3: And then he's like that equal pay thing, though, that's
- 47:11Speaker 3: got to go.
- 47:12Speaker 4: Yeah, we got to get rid of that.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that really made me laugh a lot. Like, yeah,
- 47:18Speaker 3: it's like also I have my limits and that's right.
- 47:21Speaker 3: The equal pay thing, though, that's got to go.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I know we're being progressive, but we're not that.
- 47:27Speaker 3: Yeah, that was really funny. Oh, and I did like
- 47:32Speaker 3: Dolly's line. Well, I say we hire a couple of
- 47:34Speaker 3: wranglers to go upstairs and beat the fuck out of him.
- 47:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:39Speaker 3: Just straight to the point. I liked that. I liked
- 47:42Speaker 3: that a lot. That was all the ones I wrote down, though.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Nice.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Pretty silly.
- 47:48Speaker 4: Well, let's move on. Let's go to Bugues Boohoo Moments. Well,
- 47:54Speaker 4: the crying game. Zero cries.
- 47:58Speaker 3: It is zero.
- 47:59Speaker 4: There's been so few cries this year.
- 48:03Speaker 3: We've just saw so many comedies is the thing.
- 48:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:06Speaker 3: So many.
- 48:07Speaker 4: It's been fun. It's been a fun year.
- 48:08Speaker 3: I've cried a lot at Spiderman. Sure. I almost cried
- 48:15Speaker 3: when she cries when she has her bad first day.
- 48:19Speaker 3: When Jane Fonda has her bad first day. Oh, yeah.
- 48:22Speaker 3: That was kind of sad. But I didn't get all
- 48:24Speaker 3: the way there, but. It was sad.
- 48:26Speaker 4: But the Xerox thing, it was kind of funny up
- 48:28Speaker 4: until she got caught.
- 48:30Speaker 3: Also, the first day at a job, like, sucks. You
- 48:34Speaker 3: just never feel like you know what's happening. No. At
- 48:37Speaker 3: least I don't. Maybe other people are good at stuff.
- 48:41Speaker 4: Um that was never good in those office jobs it
- 48:44Speaker 4: would take me months to like open up and be
- 48:47Speaker 4: like a real person oh really yeah oh man i'm
- 48:51Speaker 4: just like i'm here to work i'm gonna do my
- 48:53Speaker 4: job please.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Don't discuss my life or my plans with me i'd rather.
- 48:58Speaker 4: No one this is a temporary thing i don't really
- 49:00Speaker 4: want to be here i'm gonna be this is my
- 49:02Speaker 4: work mode.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Yeah i am a worker bee Yeah.
- 49:06Speaker 4: It's funny.
- 49:08Speaker 3: Let's do a little movie trivia, shall we? Yeah. Producer
- 49:12Speaker 3: Bruce Gilbert recalls the first time Dolly Parton arrived with
- 49:15Speaker 3: the title song. uh he said she played it on
- 49:18Speaker 3: her fingernails and sang an acapella and she was playing
- 49:21Speaker 3: the beat with her fingernails and she apparently said you
- 49:24Speaker 3: gotta have falsies to do this and the nails have.
- 49:27Speaker 6: To be artificial as well hello i love dolly that's
- 49:30Speaker 6: so great dolly's the best well and i think she
- 49:33Speaker 6: was trying to uh a typing, right?
- 49:37Speaker 4: Typewriter.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like I've heard that before too. Yeah, yeah.
- 49:40Speaker 3: That's great.
- 49:41Speaker 4: Which is a cool idea.
- 49:43Speaker 3: God, that song rips. It's so good. Dolly Parton accepted
- 49:48Speaker 3: the role with the condition that she would get to
- 49:49Speaker 3: write and sing the theme song. As we said, it
- 49:52Speaker 3: was nominated for an Academy Award and it won two Grammys.
- 49:56Speaker 3: She made the same deal for every other, almost every
- 49:59Speaker 3: other movie in which she was star. The exception being
- 50:02Speaker 3: Steel Magnolias. which declined to use the part in Penn's
- 50:07Speaker 3: song Eagle When She Flies, which I do not know.
- 50:11Speaker 3: So it might have been a good choice. I don't know.
- 50:14Speaker 4: They could have thrown I Will Always Love You into
- 50:16Speaker 4: that one. Yeah.
- 50:18Speaker 3: Why didn't they?
- 50:19Speaker 4: God, that song is so good, too.
- 50:22Speaker 3: Uh the this was the first female-led film to gross
- 50:25Speaker 3: 100 million dollars which is pretty wild love that i
- 50:28Speaker 3: kind of well actually is there more trivia about it
- 50:32Speaker 3: is it wasn't because that guy died but like why
- 50:34Speaker 3: wasn't oh yeah there is never mind uh shut up
- 50:37Speaker 3: me uh this was dolly parton's theatrical film debut in
- 50:41Speaker 3: preparation for her role she not only committed to memory
- 50:44Speaker 3: her own part but the parts of every other role
- 50:47Speaker 3: in film And apparently the two experienced starring actresses, Lily
- 50:51Speaker 3: Tomlin and Jane Fonda, burst out laughing when Parton said
- 50:55Speaker 3: that she believed that films were filmed in chronological order
- 50:59Speaker 3: of the script. Which I don't think is unreasonable to think.
- 51:03Speaker 4: I don't either.
- 51:04Speaker 3: Until you know.
- 51:04Speaker 4: And some directors do that.
- 51:06Speaker 3: I also don't know how they do it out of
- 51:09Speaker 3: order sometimes. Like, that seems like it would be crazy.
- 51:13Speaker 4: It would be really tough as an actor to be
- 51:16Speaker 4: able to do that, I would think.
- 51:17Speaker 3: I think so, too. But yeah, I thought that was
- 51:20Speaker 3: sweet that she just didn't know. That's fun. To prepare
- 51:25Speaker 3: for her role as Judy Burnley, a middle-aged divorcee entering
- 51:29Speaker 3: the workforce, Jane Fonda interviewed numerous women who had entered
- 51:32Speaker 3: the workforce late in life due to divorce or widowhood
- 51:35Speaker 3: and inspired Judy's first day outfit, a frilly conservative wardrobe
- 51:40Speaker 3: with oversized glasses, elaborate hats, and an overdone hairstyle. So
- 51:45Speaker 3: she really went in on this. Went for it.
- 51:47Speaker 4: She sure did.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Uh, Dolly Parton bought nearly her entire wardrobe from this
- 51:52Speaker 3: film and they're all displayed at Dollywood. So if you
- 51:54Speaker 3: ever want to go see that, you can do that.
- 51:57Speaker 4: Have you ever been to Dollywood, Rob? I never have either.
- 52:00Speaker 4: I feel like it'd be fun. Oh, for sure.
- 52:03Speaker 3: Tough ticket to get.
- 52:04Speaker 4: I've never been in that, that era or area of
- 52:08Speaker 4: Tennessee before.
- 52:09Speaker 3: Cause where is it exactly?
- 52:11Speaker 4: You know, it's in the smoky mountains. Um, it's, uh,
- 52:14Speaker 4: I think it's, Sevierville or.
- 52:18Speaker 3: Oh, okay. I don't know.
- 52:19Speaker 4: I don't know how you.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Severville or something. Pronounce it. Yeah. Interesting. Sorry. I don't
- 52:25Speaker 3: know answers. I wasn't trying to punch in the spat. No.
- 52:29Speaker 4: I just... I've never been. It's surprising. Yeah, I'm kind
- 52:32Speaker 4: of surprised. Because I'm in Tennessee all the time.
- 52:34Speaker 3: Because you've been in that area more than I have.
- 52:37Speaker 4: But we just have never made... And it's actually considered
- 52:40Speaker 4: Pigeon Forge.
- 52:41Speaker 3: Pigeon Forge. I was like, I feel like I know
- 52:43Speaker 3: the name. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 52:45Speaker 4: Yeah interesting i might have to go check that out.
- 52:47Speaker 3: Sometime that'd be fun uh let's see.
- 52:51Speaker 4: The man cast closer to knoxville than uh.
- 52:54Speaker 3: Oh than nashville i've definitely never been to.
- 52:55Speaker 4: Knoxville knoxville's great too is it yeah.
- 53:00Speaker 3: Maybe a road trip in my future i could see.
- 53:03Speaker 4: Yeah that's fun they had the world's fair there is
- 53:05Speaker 4: that right.
- 53:06Speaker 3: Uh Yeah, you can go up.
- 53:08Speaker 4: They have that weird little gold ball that's from the
- 53:11Speaker 4: World's Fair. I've been up in that gold orb.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Gold balls? Gross.
- 53:17Speaker 4: I love that.
- 53:20Speaker 3: That's cool. I'm going to have to go check these
- 53:21Speaker 3: things out. The man cast as Dora Lee's husband was
- 53:25Speaker 3: actually married to a close friend of Dolly Parton and
- 53:27Speaker 3: had known her for quite some time. She has said
- 53:31Speaker 3: that that is the only reason she was able to
- 53:33Speaker 3: kiss him on camera. And if you're wondering why.
- 53:37Speaker 4: That seems weird.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Why it was a close friend and not her husband.
- 53:40Speaker 3: It's because her, uh, shy and almost reclusive husband, Carl Dean,
- 53:45Speaker 3: Dean never appears in public with her, nor accompanies her
- 53:48Speaker 3: to any music concerts or other events.
- 53:51Speaker 4: But yeah, I had heard.
- 53:52Speaker 3: Oh, go ahead. Oh, what's up? Keep going.
- 53:55Speaker 4: I just heard that he went to one, one of
- 53:58Speaker 4: her like award shows one time. Um, And he was like,
- 54:04Speaker 4: I'm never going to do this again. That's kind of,
- 54:06Speaker 4: I mean, never asked me to.
- 54:07Speaker 3: Do this again.
- 54:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:08Speaker 3: He must've been a normal dude.
- 54:10Speaker 4: Maybe that's why she was so normal, you know, like,
- 54:12Speaker 4: and cool. She was like, I'm so proud of you.
- 54:15Speaker 4: I want you to do all these things. I don't
- 54:18Speaker 4: want to be a part of that.
- 54:19Speaker 3: That's your thing. Yeah. That's kind of cool. Do you know,
- 54:22Speaker 3: is he still alive or had he passed before her?
- 54:25Speaker 4: I don't know that either.
- 54:27Speaker 3: I can tell you a little story while you're looking
- 54:29Speaker 3: that up. Yeah. One of the few times he made
- 54:31Speaker 3: an exception to going to her either movies or concerts
- 54:35Speaker 3: or whatever was during the filming of this movie because
- 54:38Speaker 3: it was her film debut. When he walked into the studio,
- 54:41Speaker 3: Jane Fonda pointed him out across the room and said,
- 54:44Speaker 3: look at that handsome man. I call him. He's mine.
- 54:47Speaker 3: When she was talking to Lily Tomlin. uh parton then
- 54:50Speaker 3: eventually spilled the beans that it was her husband uh
- 54:54Speaker 3: but this was after a few minutes of all of
- 54:56Speaker 3: them talking uh and fonda when she heard this was
- 54:59Speaker 3: extremely and deeply embarrassed especially after she made the remark
- 55:03Speaker 3: to tomlin as if she was out husband hunting it
- 55:06Speaker 3: says so that was pretty.
- 55:07Speaker 4: Sure uh looks like carl dean passed away just the
- 55:11Speaker 4: year before oh okay and 25 sad.
- 55:16Speaker 3: But good for them they had a good long run Yeah.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Let's see. Lily Tomlin stole the porch swing from Doralee's house.
- 55:23Speaker 3: The one she's sitting on when she tells her fantasy
- 55:25Speaker 3: about offing the boss. She put it up in her
- 55:27Speaker 3: own yard. Jane Fonda stole the riddle rat box of
- 55:32Speaker 3: rat poison or one of them. So that was kind
- 55:35Speaker 3: of fun. Well, let's see. Jane Fonda loved working with
- 55:39Speaker 3: Dabney Coleman so much that she got him cast as
- 55:42Speaker 3: her husband in On Golden Pot, another film I have
- 55:45Speaker 3: not seen, which is sad. Same. You haven't seen that
- 55:48Speaker 3: one either? Okay, that makes me feel a little better.
- 55:49Speaker 4: I haven't, and I think Peter Fonda won an Academy
- 55:52Speaker 4: Award for it.
- 55:52Speaker 3: Yeah, people love that film. I know that. Yeah. Tinsworthy,
- 55:58Speaker 3: played by Sterling Hayden, who was the Colonel Sanders guy,
- 56:02Speaker 3: he looks around a lot, and that's because Hayden needed
- 56:04Speaker 3: cue cards to remember his lines. So he's just looking
- 56:07Speaker 3: around at different cue cards, which I think is funny.
- 56:10Speaker 4: He's just Saturday Night Live-ing it. That's hilarious.
- 56:13Speaker 3: I guess. They made it work. The trio. Oh, the sexist, egotistical, lying,
- 56:21Speaker 3: hypocritical bigot. The phrase that they keep saying over and
- 56:24Speaker 3: over again. They actually use that as the name for
- 56:27Speaker 3: the 25th anniversary special edition DVD. And I thought that
- 56:32Speaker 3: was really funny.
- 56:34Speaker 4: That's good.
- 56:34Speaker 3: They did that. I like it when they. When they
- 56:36Speaker 3: lean into it a little bit, it's cool. And let's see.
- 56:40Speaker 3: The last thing that I have is a Lily Tomlin
- 56:42Speaker 3: ad libbed the line about Judy's big hat needing its
- 56:45Speaker 3: own locker at work. She claims it was her only
- 56:48Speaker 3: ad lib, but the reaction of the others suggests that
- 56:50Speaker 3: this may not have been the case. So it's the
- 56:53Speaker 3: only one she owns up to, I guess. Oh, okay.
- 56:57Speaker 4: Like she ad-libbed more things.
- 56:59Speaker 3: They think. Yeah, that's what this person thinks, I guess.
- 57:03Speaker 4: I didn't know if it was that or if they're like,
- 57:05Speaker 4: that was written.
- 57:06Speaker 3: Oh, no, I think it was the former. Gotcha, gotcha.
- 57:09Speaker 3: That she was being too, you know. Modest. Modest, yes.
- 57:14Speaker 4: Humble. Flat, flat. The only other thing that I had
- 57:18Speaker 4: is that Gregory Peck and Charlton Heston turned down the
- 57:23Speaker 4: role of chairman of the board, Russell Tinsworthy.
- 57:26Speaker 3: Interesting. pretty small part. So I guess I get it. Yeah.
- 57:31Speaker 4: I'm like, why do you want me to do?
- 57:32Speaker 3: They didn't know. They didn't have to learn their lines.
- 57:34Speaker 3: That might've changed.
- 57:35Speaker 4: You know that I was Moses in the movie and I, uh,
- 57:40Speaker 4: I was in to kill a mockingbird. What do you,
- 57:42Speaker 4: you think I'm going to be this kind of heard
- 57:44Speaker 4: of it? No, thanks.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Hard pass.
- 57:48Speaker 4: Hard pass. Uh, will there be a sequel judgment day?
- 57:52Speaker 3: No.
- 57:53Speaker 4: Probably not now. There was a TV show that ran
- 57:57Speaker 4: from 82 to 88. It featured Dolly's sister, Rachel Parton George.
- 58:06Speaker 4: Sally Struthers was also in that show. And there was
- 58:10Speaker 4: a musical in 2009 that did not run for very long.
- 58:14Speaker 3: That's a bummer. It feels like that should have worked.
- 58:16Speaker 4: It started in 2009 and ended in 2009. And it
- 58:18Speaker 4: had Allison Janney, probably the Lily Tomlin part. It had
- 58:23Speaker 4: Megan Hilty, who is like from Smash.
- 58:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:28Speaker 4: Smash.
- 58:29Speaker 3: Smash.
- 58:30Speaker 4: And I bet she was the Dolly Parton part.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Makes sense.
- 58:32Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know who the Jane Fonda part was,
- 58:36Speaker 4: but seems like it would be a good.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. That wouldn't work. Musical. Yeah.
- 58:42Speaker 4: Yeah. But. Interesting. I think that's all we're going to get.
- 58:46Speaker 3: Yeah. And then they said that there was a sequel
- 58:47Speaker 3: that was planned in the 80s, but no storyline was
- 58:50Speaker 3: ever settled on. And then everything was canceled after Colin
- 58:53Speaker 3: Higgins died in 88. The director.
- 58:56Speaker 4: OK.
- 58:58Speaker 3: So that's a bummer. Because, yeah, while watching it, I
- 59:01Speaker 3: was like, why didn't they run this back? They could
- 59:03Speaker 3: have been funny together in like any number of situations. Like,
- 59:06Speaker 3: you know, like I think we could have made this
- 59:08Speaker 3: work other ways but I get it stuff.
- 59:11Speaker 4: Happened stuff happened yeah do you want to play a
- 59:16Speaker 4: game big time well I put out on the interwebs
- 59:21Speaker 4: that we wanted an actor or actress with a large
- 59:25Speaker 4: filmography and we got a few people yeah with suggestions
- 59:31Speaker 4: um i need to also look at my list of
- 59:36Speaker 4: movies uh actors that we have yeah yeah right uh
- 59:40Speaker 4: the first one we have is john leguizamo which we
- 59:44Speaker 4: have not done which is an interesting one that's.
- 59:47Speaker 3: Interesting i don't think i'd be great at that though.
- 59:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know. I think he'd probably be better
- 59:52Speaker 4: than you. But then we had Ryan Reynolds, which we've
- 59:57Speaker 4: done twice. So we shouldn't do Ryan Reynolds. Joe Mantegna,
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: which that would be very short for me. But we
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: did just see him in Three Amigos.
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: Yeah, I remember that.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: I'm trying to think of what. Is he the Airheads guy?
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: The radio guy? He is. That's him.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: He's the radio guy.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: That's my one answer.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: There you go.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Shoot, I gave it away.
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: Darn it.
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: I was trying to make sure I was picturing the
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: right guy. We're not doing Joe Montana. You pictured the
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: right guy. I mean, God bless you. Yeah, we can't
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: do that. But I can't.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: Yeah. We have Morgan Freeman, who we've done. Robin Williams,
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: we've done twice. Robert Downey Jr., we've done. Jude Law.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Oh, have we ever done Jude Law?
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: We have not done Jude Law.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: I also think I'd suck at that.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: I don't think I'd be great at that one either, but... Hmm.
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: I'm going to go back to the previous one that
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: I did back a little while ago and just see
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: if there's anybody we could do. Sandra Bullock we've done.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: Jennifer Lawrence? We haven't done Jennifer Lawrence.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Oh!
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: Or Maggie Smith. Or Zoe Saldana. Or Emily Blunt.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: What do you think out of those?
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: I feel like one of those ladies should get a shot.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: So the ladies were Emily Blunt, Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Lawrence,
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: Maggie Smith.
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: I feel like either Jennifer Lawrence or Emily Blunt.
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: Then I think we should do Emily Blunt.
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: Okay, let's do it.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: And I will give a big thanks to Cinderella Fry,
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: Cindy Beetjer on X. Thank you very much for your
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: suggestion back in August.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: Love it.
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: And now I'm going to write down Emily Blunt as
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: somebody that we have used now.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: Good thinking.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: Emily Blunt, bro. How are we feeling?
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: Not great, but we'll get there.
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: We'll get there.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: I'll start with Live, Die, Repeat.
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: Love it.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: Great movie.
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: Because I'm standing on the edge of tomorrow. Do you
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: remember that Saved by the Bell college years?
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: I remember that show. I don't remember that lyric.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: That was the theme song. Oh, I don't remember that.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: I loved the college years, though.
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: Yeah, me too.
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: Who was the lady that was in that? Wasn't she
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: in King of Queens later?
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: Leah Remini. Was she in that?
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: Wasn't she in Saved by the Bell the college years?
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: She was on that like.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: That episode, I think it had a little arc where
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: they were playing the volleyball, working at the like resort.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Yes. So she was in it. But you're right. It
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: was just that little arc. Yeah, that wasn't that. And
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: it had like kind of was waffling on whether or
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: not to be with Kelly anymore.
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: But do you remember who her dad was? The guy
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: who voiced Pumbaa in Lion King?
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: No, I don't.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: That guy. Really?
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: That's funny. Anyway.
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: That's funny.
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: So you said Lidderapy. I'm going to say Disclosure Day.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: You would.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: Are you okay over there? You getting choked up? I am.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: It's just a beautiful idea. I just loved it. I
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: love Lidderapy. Oh, damn it. I'm going to say Devil
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: Wears Prada 2.
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: I'll say Devil Wears Prada.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: Yeah, we did it backwards this time. That's fun. We
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: did a good time. Uh, quiet place, a quiet place, a.
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: Quiet place. Part two.
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: Was there a third?
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: No, there was, but it wasn't called. And she wasn't
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: in it.
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: What was that called? Like zero day or something.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: Day one or something.
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right. I'm thinking of Godzilla minus zero. Did
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: you know there's a Godzilla minus one coming out by
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: the way? crazy i didn't know that i'm excited for

- 1:04:48Speaker 3: what it's called.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: Very good that is exactly what it's called yes it
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: was beautiful.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: Yeah i liked that it i did think this is
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: made to watch with a family and kids or something.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: Yeah Um, let's do the fall guy.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: Oh, good one. I didn't even think of that one.
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: Good one.
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: She's the director in that, right?
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: What are you thinking right now? Oh, you're thinking other ones.
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: Yes, I can't think. I have two different ones that
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: I cannot think of the names.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Of, which is annoying. Deep pulls remaining deep that I
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: bet you haven't thought of. Okay. I don't know if
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: that's true. Into the Woods, I believe she was in.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: Very good. She was the baker's wife.
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: Did not love that movie.
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: I liked it, okay.
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: Second act, not needed, Mr. Sondheim. Thanks so much.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: Not needed. Emily Blunt.
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: Emily Blunt.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: I feel like mine are deep holes, too.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: Wait, I just thought of one that I don't think
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: is a deep hole.
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: Um, I know we both like this film, so you're
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: probably thinking it. Dan in real life.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: That was one that that was a deep pull.
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: It was a deep realized.
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: I know that because you bring it up. Yeah.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: Something pig face Draper.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: I like that movie a lot. I'm with you. It
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: was fun.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: Put it on my tab.
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: Put it on my tab.
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: Kario was her. Yeah.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: Very good. Yes.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: God, I didn't even think of that. Was she in
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: Day of the Soldado?
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: I don't recall.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: I don't think she was. I don't think so.
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: Either, but I don't know. Certainly I don't know.
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think she was. A depressing one called
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: Girl on the Train. Oh, I never saw that. Was
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: that also a book? It's not great. It was definitely
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: a book. It's probably a good book.
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: Not a great movie, huh? Bummer.
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: I didn't love it.
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: I hear you. Not fun. the very least uh damn
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: it i guess i have to go well i'm not
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: even 100 sure she's in this but i'm pretty sure
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: she's one of the sisters in this sunshine cleaning was
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: her yeah.
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: Her and amy adams oh that made me think of
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: another weird one um that came out around that time
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: and it was called salmon fishing in the yemen oh
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: wow okay yeah.
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: I never saw that, but I do know that title.
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: Sunshine Cleaning was so great. Yeah, pretty good.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: Kind of a weird concept. Yeah, funny idea. Of these
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: people trying to make money. These crime scenes.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: Kind of a lovely story of like sisters, you know,
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: coming back to each other a little bit.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: I like that.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: I should be thinking of movies. I don't. I haven't said.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: And of course, that would be things like this movie
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: that I'm about to say.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: Which is.
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: Don't know. I might be out, Rob. How many are
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: you sitting on? Four?
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: I feel like there's more. I am not sitting on four.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: I also feel like there's more, but they're not coming.
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: I have.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: One.
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: Wait. For sure. Oppenheimer. Oh, my God. I'm so glad
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: we didn't miss that one.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Was he.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: That wasn't on yours either, huh?
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: He was not in Odyssey, yeah. I'm just making sure.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, no, I don't think she was. She was
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: probably doing Disclosure Day at that point, I suppose.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: Oh! The Adjustment Bureau. With Mae... She was in The
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Adjustment Bureau?
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: I don't even.
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: It's those two.
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: Remember that movie. I don't remember anything about that movie. Oh, yeah.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: It was kind of fun. It was going to adjust things.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: There's a bureau.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: Some sort of a drawer. That's what I was going
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: to say.
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: Damn you.
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: Dresser.
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: Damn you for being so quick.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Um....
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: Boy. We missed one like Oppenheimer. What else have we missed? Right?
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: I know. She probably has been in some animated things
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: that I don't remember.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: Yeah, because she's got a good voice.
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: Was she in... Oh, I don't remember what it's called now.
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: Was it just called Leatherhead?
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: Oh, the George Clooney one?
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: Only because Krasinski's in it.
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: Is that where they met?
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know either. I never saw it.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: It might be right.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but I don't know.
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: You could certainly look it up.
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: I'll be able to look it up pretty quick here
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: because I'm almost done. Yeah, I'm not thinking anything else.
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: I think I should just call it and you should
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: say yours.
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: I got Charlie Wilson's War. I know that.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: I've never seen that.
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: That was another one that came out around the time
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: as Dan in real life. It was a pretty small role.
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: And then I did come up with the one. It
- 1:10:02Speaker 4: was a straight to Netflix movie. It was her and
- 1:10:05Speaker 4: Chris Evans called Pain Hustlers.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: Boy, I don't know that one either. Oh, I should be.
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: And the one it's not great, but it's pretty much
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: about the opioid.
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. OK.
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: The one that I cannot think of is the one
- 1:10:18Speaker 4: where the rock had all that that plastic or, you know,
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: prosthetic stuff playing that wrestler guy. I cannot think of
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: the name of that.
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: I can't either. But she is in Jungle Cruise.
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: She's in it with the rock and jungle.
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: What? Yeah. What is the wrestler one?
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: I never saw that. That's where I'm at. I did
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: see it. And really weird role for her.
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: Sure. I'm filtering by movie here.
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: Let's just look it up.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: Quiet Place Part 3 is coming out. It's filming.
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: I saw that.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: Let's see. Smashing Machine. The Smashing Machine.
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: Smashing Machine. That's what I'm missing.
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: She was in If. That weird movie. I have not
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: seen that one.
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: Still haven't seen that either.
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: Oppenheimer Jungle Cruise. Something Wild Mountain Time, like The Herb.
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: It's fun. Mary Poppins Returns. Sherlock Gnomes. Never saw that.
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: My Little Pony, the movie. Animal Crackers. Girl on the Train.
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: The Huntsman.
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: A lot of animated ones, dude. The Huntsman. The Huntsman
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: Winter's War.
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: Was she in the original?
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: Which I did not see.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: Oh, I should have got the five-year engagement set.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: I never saw that. The Muppets.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. The Muppets. Looper. I forgot. I don't remember
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: anything about Looper. Other than Joseph Gordon-Levitt's facial prostheses. Your
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: sister's sister I never saw.
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: I remember her talking about Gulliver's Travels. She had to
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: miss out on a huge movie because she was already
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: committed to Gulliver's Travels. And I can't remember what the
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: huge movie was.
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: The Wolfman, Wild at Target, Curiosity, The Young Victoria. Yeah,
