- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Down in Florida, there is a Senate race
- 0:07Speaker 1: that is currently underway between Ashley Moody and Angie Nixon.
- 0:13Speaker 1: But only one of these people have ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 0:17Speaker 1: And that person is Ashley Moody. Now, when I say
- 0:20Speaker 1: that she has ties to Epstein, I don't mean through herself.
- 0:24Speaker 1: She wasn't somebody that was palling around with Epstein. But
- 0:28Speaker 1: a lot of the people that support her most certainly were.
- 0:32Speaker 1: And when you look at her role as Attorney General
- 0:35Speaker 1: down in Florida during the FDLE investigation, and then you
- 0:39Speaker 1: look at the donations that she's received, and her staunch
- 0:42Speaker 1: support of Todd Baby Billy Blanche and Donald Trump when
- 0:45Speaker 1: it comes to the Epstein issue, there certainly seems to
- 0:48Speaker 1: be a lot more than meets the eye. So in
- 0:51Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to talk a little bit more
- 0:53Speaker 1: about Ashley Moody and the amount of money that she's
- 0:55Speaker 1: received from Jeffrey Epstein's buddies during this campaign and others.
- 1:01Speaker 1: This article was published by Dropsite News and the headline,
- 1:05Speaker 1: After Ashley Moody Epstein Probed Donors, Linked to Him, Poured
- 1:08Speaker 1: Money into Her Senate Campaign. This article was authored by
- 1:12Speaker 1: Julian Andreon and Ryan Grimm. During her tenure as Florida
- 1:18Speaker 1: Attorney General, Senator Ashley Moody led an investigation into the
- 1:22Speaker 1: work release program that allowed Jeffrey Epstein to engage in
- 1:26Speaker 1: sexual encounters while imprisoned for soliciting underage girls for prostitution.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Now this is the woman, okay, who was in charge
- 1:35Speaker 1: of that fugazi-ass investigation that cleared everybody. When we damn
- 1:40Speaker 1: well know that Epstein was abusing people while he was
- 1:43Speaker 1: on work release. This was the lady behind the sticks.
- 1:49Speaker 1: After nearly two years of probing, she concluded no wrongdoing. Now, Moody,
- 1:53Speaker 1: a Republican, is up for re-election in a tight race
- 1:56Speaker 1: for a Florida Senate seat against Democratic State Representative Angie Nixon.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And she's received $ 50, 000 from individuals connected to Epstein. Well,
- 2:06Speaker 1: that doesn't shock me one bit, honestly. Paying it forward, right? Oh,
- 2:11Speaker 1: you killed that FDLE investigation? We'll make sure we donate
- 2:15Speaker 1: to you later on down the road. This is a
- 2:17Speaker 1: vote we can count on when it comes to Epstein.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And I wish that was just hyperbole. But when you
- 2:23Speaker 1: look at her record when it comes to this topic,
- 2:26Speaker 1: it all really starts to make sense. Douglas Band, a
- 2:32Speaker 1: former Bill Clinton staffer who communicated with Glenn Maxwell to
- 2:35Speaker 1: schedule meetings between the former president and Jeffrey Epstein, donated $ 14, 000
- 2:40Speaker 1: to Moody's Victory Fund on April 15th. Doug Band, huh?
- 2:45Speaker 1: Another hell of a guy. And one, in my opinion,
- 2:48Speaker 1: that committed perjury when he gave his testimony. Just like
- 2:51Speaker 1: the rest of the people that got up there and
- 2:54Speaker 1: talked a bunch of nonsense. Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwartzman and
- 2:59Speaker 1: John Castamaitis, two billionaires who appeared respectively in call logs
- 3:03Speaker 1: and address books in the Epstein files, donated the next
- 3:07Speaker 1: most to Moody's fund at $ 12, 000 and $ 10, 000 a pop.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Apollo Global Management CEO Mark Rowan, another billionaire, who maintained
- 3:15Speaker 1: a relationship with Epstein even after the disgraced financier had
- 3:19Speaker 1: been jailed for solicitation of prostitution from a minor, and
- 3:23Speaker 1: Ronald Lauder, the billionaire heir, to the Estee Lauder companies
- 3:26Speaker 1: who appear in the Epstein files for meetings and joint
- 3:30Speaker 1: purchasing agreements with Epstein, both chipped in $ 7, 000. And do
- 3:34Speaker 1: you think that they're not going to expect a return
- 3:36Speaker 1: on their investment? They want the Epstein files to go away.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Do you think any one of those people that we
- 3:42Speaker 1: just talked about wants any more information to come out?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Especially considering all of them were at the very least
- 3:49Speaker 1: adjacent to Jeffrey Epstein while Jeffrey Epstein was doing what
- 3:52Speaker 1: he was doing. Moody announced her probe on August 6, 2019,
- 3:59Speaker 1: four days before Epstein's death and shortly after Governor Ron
- 4:02Speaker 1: DeSantis ordered the transfer of an internal investigation being conducted
- 4:06Speaker 1: by Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw to the Florida
- 4:09Speaker 1: Department of Law Enforcement. Two days later, on August 8,
- 4:13Speaker 1: Moody immediately found that the work release had not been
- 4:16Speaker 1: authorized by a judge. We have not been able to
- 4:19Speaker 1: locate any administrative order, nothing in the transcript, That would
- 4:23Speaker 1: indicate that the judge was aware of ordered work release
- 4:26Speaker 1: in this particular case, she told local media. Yet, it
- 4:30Speaker 1: took almost two years for her office to finish investigating
- 4:34Speaker 1: how law enforcement allowed Epstein's work release to go forward. Well,
- 4:38Speaker 1: she had to make sure that she was doing the
- 4:39Speaker 1: right thing and not stepping on anybody's toes. Can't be
- 4:45Speaker 1: going after Epstein's buddies without the proper permission, can you?
- 4:49Speaker 1: So she fell in line, she played the game, And
- 4:52Speaker 1: she came back with a result from her Fugazi-ass investigation
- 4:56Speaker 1: that has been proven to be, well, Fugazi. NBC News
- 5:01Speaker 1: has since substantiated claims that Epstein abused the Palm Beach
- 5:04Speaker 1: work release program, which allowed eligible inmates to leave detention
- 5:08Speaker 1: for up to 16 hours a day, multiple days a week,
- 5:11Speaker 1: to resume working their jobs or completing approved projects. What's
- 5:15Speaker 1: hilarious about that is that we've been talking about this
- 5:18Speaker 1: for years. And when I say we, I don't just
- 5:20Speaker 1: mean me. I mean all of us who have been
- 5:22Speaker 1: in the trenches for all the years. We knew about
- 5:26Speaker 1: all of this. Tried to tell people. Tried to warn people.
- 5:30Speaker 1: And those same people over at NBC, who seem to
- 5:32Speaker 1: care now, didn't give a flying fuck back then. Because
- 5:36Speaker 1: if they did, this would be a whole different story.
- 5:41Speaker 1: They reported in June of 2026 that at least five
- 5:44Speaker 1: women say they had sexual encounters with Epstein while he
- 5:47Speaker 1: was participating in the jail's now-defunct work release program, according
- 5:51Speaker 1: to records released this year by the Justice Department as
- 5:54Speaker 1: part of the agency's Epstein investigation. The encounters occurred at
- 5:58Speaker 1: his office in West Palm Beach and in a car
- 6:01Speaker 1: parked outside the county jail, the women said in FBI interviews.
- 6:06Speaker 1: So just like Elaine Maxwell's citizenship should be tossed out,
- 6:11Speaker 1: the NPA should also retroactively be done away with. He
- 6:17Speaker 1: was in dereliction of the agreement the whole entire time.
- 6:22Speaker 1: This dude was out here still doing what he was doing,
- 6:25Speaker 1: assaulting people, when allegedly he's under the care of the state.
- 6:29Speaker 1: So if I was one of these girls, or if
- 6:32Speaker 1: I was advising them, and I'm not, but if I was,
- 6:35Speaker 1: I would be suing Florida too. Nevertheless, Moody's FDLE investigation
- 6:41Speaker 1: wrapped up in May of 2021, concluding no noticeable misconduct
- 6:45Speaker 1: by the sheriff's office or state prosecutors in Palm Beach
- 6:49Speaker 1: County in Gretting Epstein said work release. Yeah, nothing to
- 6:53Speaker 1: see here. Everything was on the up and up. That's
- 6:55Speaker 1: what we do down in Florida. We let people go
- 6:58Speaker 1: under work release so they can continue to abuse and
- 7:01Speaker 1: molest people. Make sure you send me a donation. Upon
- 7:06Speaker 1: the conclusion of the investigation, former FBI agent Stuart Kaplan
- 7:10Speaker 1: criticized its lack of search warrants, subpoenas, or grand jury.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It appears the FDLE solely depended upon the cooperation and
- 7:18Speaker 1: memory of those involved, Kaplan told the West Palm Beach TV. Yeah,
- 7:23Speaker 1: you know, trust us, bro. Because that's worked out so
- 7:25Speaker 1: well when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Like, what are
- 7:29Speaker 1: we even doing here? Especially when we're talking about Florida.
- 7:34Speaker 1: That situation needs to be addressed. And somebody like Ashley
- 7:37Speaker 1: Moody should be answering questions about her role. Now, look,
- 7:41Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you that,
- 7:43Speaker 1: you know, she's on Epstein's payroll or whatever, at least
- 7:45Speaker 1: not directly. But she most certainly is on the payroll indirectly.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I mean, what do you think these campaign donations are for?
- 7:53Speaker 1: You think they just want to throw her some money because? No,
- 7:57Speaker 1: my guess is it's because of the way she's been
- 7:59Speaker 1: voting when it comes to Epstein. Sarah Kellan, a former
- 8:03Speaker 1: aide to Epstein, testified before the House Oversight Committee that
- 8:07Speaker 1: Epstein paid Palm Beach County law enforcement officers for preferential treatment,
- 8:11Speaker 1: though she did not specify how much. Well, that's something
- 8:15Speaker 1: we've heard for a long time too, and not just
- 8:17Speaker 1: from Sarah Kellan Vickers, from multiple people. And if you recall,
- 8:23Speaker 1: Chief Ryder wasn't very happy about the situation, and neither
- 8:25Speaker 1: was Detective Ricari. Ashley Moody's campaign did not respond to
- 8:29Speaker 1: requests for comment. Florida's U.S. Senate race has only recently
- 8:33Speaker 1: come into play electorally, as President Donald Trump's abysmal approval
- 8:37Speaker 1: ratings have dragged down-ballot GOP candidates underwater across the country.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Amid his unpopular war in Iran, the president has seen
- 8:46Speaker 1: his favorability in the Sunshine State shift from plus 9
- 8:49Speaker 1: at the start of his second term to minus 14
- 8:52Speaker 1: with three weeks until Election Day, according to Civics. A
- 8:56Speaker 1: lot of that has to do with Epstein. I'm sorry
- 8:58Speaker 1: to say it, but it's true. You know how many
- 9:01Speaker 1: people he turned off with that rhetoric? A whole lot.
- 9:05Speaker 1: A whole lot of people. Meanwhile, Nixon, an insurgent now
- 9:09Speaker 1: endorsed by Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, overcame a
- 9:13Speaker 1: roughly 17-1 fundraising disadvantage in the Democratic primary to upset
- 9:18Speaker 1: the establishment pig Alex Vindman on August 18th. Since then,
- 9:22Speaker 1: polls have shown Nixon closing within as few as two
- 9:25Speaker 1: percentage points of Moody. Well, this isn't going to help
- 9:28Speaker 1: Moody at all. The fact that she was bundling for
- 9:32Speaker 1: Epstein here and just cleared everybody without a real investigation,
- 9:36Speaker 1: like I told you, well, that bill's due now. And
- 9:40Speaker 1: the voters, they're going to be aware of it. Sanders
- 9:43Speaker 1: recently announced four joint fighting oligarchy campaign events set to
- 9:47Speaker 1: take place with Nixon on October 17th and 18th in Tampa, Melbourne, Gainesville,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and Tallahassee. An ascendant national figure, Nixon has campaigned on
- 9:57Speaker 1: a bold progressive agenda that includes Medicare, for All, a
- 10:01Speaker 1: federal jobs guarantee with inflation-adjusted wages, universal child care, and
- 10:05Speaker 1: a national rent freeze and moratorium on evictions. Moody, on
- 10:10Speaker 1: the other hand, cast a deciding vote in July 2025
- 10:14Speaker 1: to table an NDA-A amendment that would have directed Attorney
- 10:18Speaker 1: General to make publicly available documents related to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and has at every turn defended Trump, administration's illegal war
- 10:26Speaker 1: in Iran, voting 12 times against war power resolutions. Fast
- 10:31Speaker 1: forward one year to July 2026, Moody positioned herself as
- 10:35Speaker 1: a key defender of Attorney General Todd Blanche, a key
- 10:38Speaker 1: architect of the Epstein Files cover-up. During his confirmation hearing
- 10:42Speaker 1: to succeed Pam Bondi at the DOJ, And her performance
- 10:47Speaker 1: during that was embarrassing. Absolutely embarrassing. And if that's what
- 10:53Speaker 1: we can expect going forward, then I certainly have no
- 10:56Speaker 1: confidence in her. And I hope that her opponent wins.
- 10:59Speaker 1: This sort of behavior needs to be met with consequences.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Somebody who closes out that FDL investigation the way they did,
- 11:07Speaker 1: without actually doing the legwork, that's an automatic disqualifying event
- 11:12Speaker 1: for me. While Democrats highlighted his role in burying the
- 11:18Speaker 1: files and passed as Trump's personal attorney, Moody listed awards
- 11:21Speaker 1: Blanche received while he prosecuted drug traffickers and violent criminals
- 11:26Speaker 1: as a prosecutor in the Southern District of New York.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Trump has returned her favor for her loyalty, offering Moody
- 11:32Speaker 1: his complete and total endorsement, and saying the passage of
- 11:36Speaker 1: the big beautiful bill probably wouldn't have happened without her.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Moody accepted Trump's endorsement in stride, saying she's incredibly honored
- 11:43Speaker 1: to have his support. Yeah, she takes a bunch of
- 11:47Speaker 1: money from Jeffrey Epstein's pals. And it's no different than
- 11:50Speaker 1: me complaining about Tallarico taking money from Reid Hoffman. It's
- 11:53Speaker 1: the same bullshit. All these people talk a big game,
- 11:57Speaker 1: but their actions never match the bullshit rhetoric that we hear.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And when we're talking about the Epstein issue, anybody that
- 12:03Speaker 1: was involved down in Florida has some answering to do
- 12:06Speaker 1: as far as I'm concerned. But at the end of
- 12:08Speaker 1: the day, my concerns, they don't mean shit. You know
- 12:12Speaker 1: what matters? What the voters down in Florida think. And
- 12:16Speaker 1: in a few weeks, we'll have an answer to that
- 12:18Speaker 1: question and we'll also have a better vision as to
- 12:22Speaker 1: where Epstein transparency and justice is going. And of course,
- 12:27Speaker 1: like usual, we'll be here every step of the way.
- 12:31Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
