- 0:00it's me Mario it's Chris Pratt it's a you Christopher Pratt it's me
- 0:06starlord welcome to multiple
- 0:09nerdgasm with your hosts Matt Luke and
- 0:14Dan multiple nerdgasm your guide to All
- 0:19Things nerdy Chris Pratt will not be doing
- 0:25that he won't be doing that he won't be doing that I thought he was playing
- 0:29Mario what voice is he gonna do I'm confused he is playing Mario but without
- 0:34an Italian accent he can't just do his own voice that's gonna be weird too
- 0:39evidently people have heard it and said it works
- 0:44but I love the idea that Chris Pratt's got some [ __ ] thing in his back
- 0:48pocket where he's like one day I'm going to do this and people are going to be
- 0:52like that's what Mario should sound like what is Chris Pratt gonna
- 0:57do that they I think just GNA be Chris Pratt or he's going to be The Lego Movie
- 1:02guy yeah it's going be what's his Lego Movie voice uh Chris Pratt right okay
- 1:09yeah I mean there was a Mario Brothers movie and the Mario brothers were played
- 1:12by Bob Hoskins a [ __ ] he did an amazing
- 1:15job a cockney Guy and um Mexican yeah
- 1:20right I think what's his name closer but not Italian I'm still trying to work out
- 1:24why people are getting excited and still talking about the Mario movie the second
- 1:28I found out it was animated my care Factor stopped John Leguizamo that's it
- 1:34something like that he's American [Music] Dan okay I mean his name makes him sound
- 1:40a little bit foreign but I take your point Matt I do apologize to all Latino Americans
- 1:46listening but but everyone's talking about Chris Pratt not doing an Italian
- 1:50accent but is Charlie Day GNA do an Italian accent as Luigi well if they're
- 1:54Brothers aren't they sort of going to have to sort of sound the same Chris
- 1:57Bratt and Char are brothers same accent Charlie day I mean he's only one step
- 2:02down from Bobcat go weight really I was gonna
- 2:07say you don't get Charlie day if you want it to not sound like Charlie Day
- 2:12something I would imagine exactly yeah yeah he's very distinct although there
- 2:16are different levels of Charlie day I feel like he's fairly recognizable
- 2:22though has he done voice acting before I don't know that he has I mean I don't
- 2:25know him from he was in he's in Always Sunny obviously he's in Pacific Rim what
- 2:30else is Charlie day he was in that band
- 2:34he was in that band movie by uh Louis CK where Louis CK tries to have sex with
- 2:39his daughter's friends he was in fist fight he was in and he played pretty
- 2:45much version of Charlie Day in that movie I'm not not poo pooing Charlie Day
- 2:49I love Charlie day but he's got a niche he certainly does in a good way he
- 2:54was he was the best thing about Pacific Rim if you ask me that was a great movie
- 2:59I it was a great movie you could like it all you want it's not a great movie big
- 3:04robots fighting big monsters yeah see that sounds good that
- 3:09sounds very good and yet somehow it wasn't even the music I love the
- 3:14music I purchased both of them I want them to make the third one I left to go
- 3:19to the bathroom during that movie and really had to force myself to go back
- 3:24in to the bathroom yeah there's a lot going on in here
- 3:30after what i' done in there earlier I really had to force myself all right so
- 3:34I I honestly I just can't wait to see what the [ __ ] this movie
- 3:38is I I'm still just going I have no interest and I'm not going to see this
- 3:42movie you are going to see it 100 you're going to see it everyone's making a big
- 3:46fuss about this my guess is that it's not going to be that interesting it's
- 3:49going to be Chris Pratt doing his voice he's just going to be talking and it'll
- 3:53be Mario you're probably right luk there probably something that's going to be
- 3:58straight to Netflix yeah like I was excited when I thought it was going to
- 4:01be like a live action movie but second I found it animated just interest gone
- 4:06yeah and we probably not the target audience for it oh we should be no we
- 4:10shouldn't be it's we're not the target audience for anything anymore we're over
- 4:1540 now yeah just just hurry up and die and let the the youth get what they want
- 4:21I think Dune with the target audience for oh perhaps yeah yeah and maybe
- 4:26really gots two new TV shows yeah I got called an old man today by qu
- 4:32because I referred to the ballustrade alongside our stairs and she's like
- 4:38ballustrade how old are you wait what is it called yeah sorry I'm siding with her
- 4:43on that what do the kids call them um the railing I think we decided probably
- 4:49they just just never it rarely comes up just refer to the whole thing as just
- 4:55the St stairs see we're a year older this see I can
- 5:02tell that Matt agrees with me and it's because we're the same age and Luke
- 5:05while only a year younger I think still that year is still making a difference
- 5:10at this stage yeah but he he longs to be younger he like he's I mean listeners if you can
- 5:16see him right now he's got pink hair and he's drinking a Mountain
- 5:21Dew anything he can do to appear younger luk I'm
- 5:28trying so yeah you did mention Ridley Scott
- 5:33there's a few Ridley Scott pieces in use this week one of them is yes two new TV
- 5:37shows uh I don't know how involved he is I I should be more excited about both of
- 5:42these TV shows than I am but yeah but uh hit and miss these
- 5:47days I think it's time for him to retire honestly his name Beyond stuff and then
- 5:53just walk away I'm I'm interested in seeing the last duel I'll watch that I
- 5:57have literally no interest in the other movie he's got coming out right now
- 6:02literally none what's the last jeel last jewel is a it's a historical film about
- 6:07yeah it's a prequel to the Goodwill Hunting as far as I can tell boring
- 6:12woman gets accused of rape sorry woman accuses a a lord of rape or raping her
- 6:17or something like that and then her husband uncharacteristically for the
- 6:21time says I believe you actually I believe he did rape you cuz back then
- 6:25usually people just used to go now she wanted it and then yeah she probably did
- 6:30yeah yeah yeah and if she didn't witch burner yeah that's right so
- 6:34uncharacteristically the guy believed her and then challenged the guy to a
- 6:37jewel that's what it's about interesting yeah which is one of the things that's
- 6:42working against it I mean it's a true story it's historical fiction
- 6:48um of course Ridley doesn't want to admit that that's why no one went and
- 6:52saw it it made less than $20,000 off $100 million sorry less than $20 million
- 6:57off a $100 million budget yeah um but
- 7:00have you heard um why he thinks that is
- 7:05phones yeah phones who does who does who does the
- 7:10best rley Scott voice out of all of us M to you do do
- 7:16I I think you do quite quite a good Really Scott it's been a while I think
- 7:21what it boils down to what we've got today are the audiences that were
- 7:25brought up on these [ __ ] cell phones the Millennials don't even want to be
- 7:29anything let it's told them on a cell phone you know I think what we're
- 7:32dealing with right now is Facebook um what did they being Tau in
- 7:38his movie well he I'm not sure Millennials are the target audience for
- 7:43this historical fiction about I think he's a target audience for this I I
- 7:49think Ridley Scott forgotten that there's a [ __ ] pandemic on for
- 7:52starters and you really really got to convince people to go see a movie right
- 7:56now right and no offense to him the last duel I think it looks pretty cool but even to
- 8:03me go to the movies I'm excited to watch it I'm not going to go to the movies and
- 8:07watch it yeah I'll watch it when when I can I think it's just the case of these
- 8:12like these people who've made movies for so long that they still see the cinema
- 8:16as something else whereas what the world sees now is that's where you go and
- 8:19watch your fun stuff fight stuff blows up stuff and then the stuff where you
- 8:24want to think and sit down and watch a movie instead of experiencing it is you
- 8:30watch on television yeah yeah yeah I have no faith that reallyy Scott knows
- 8:34why his movies are or aren't successful anymore because he said this nonsense
- 8:38about was alien Covenant and Prometheus where he he said something about that
- 8:44that no one cares about the alien anymore I made Prometheus people said
- 8:49the alien wasn't in it so I made a movie and put the alien in it only an aliens
- 8:54yeah it's like it's not you can't just put the alien in it wasn't the alien you
- 8:59missed the bark like what people got excited for at the end of Prometheus was
- 9:03this story about going to find the makers and all this stuff yeah all the
- 9:07creators and then you just glanced over no don't worry about that new alien he
- 9:13doesn't he doesn't get it anymore it's alien again but in on land I don't
- 9:17understand I put the alien in this movie and people still didn't like it that's
- 9:21all you wanted yeah lar is he's on the screen right now what's the problem like
- 9:26that's I don't I don't he's killing dozens of unnamed
- 9:31characters I just I don't know what's happened to I think it's time that he
- 9:34just retires yeah well his other movie is called House of Gucci and it's also
- 9:39true story oh that yeah I actually forgot that was his but yeah that's with
- 9:44uh Lady Gaga mhm and Jared is he hands hands on with these or is he like with
- 9:51Lady Gaga I hope not no I would love it I would love it
- 9:57if Ridley came out and was like a [ __ ]
- 10:01yeah I [ __ ] over a thousand women at this point my career yeah let's just say
- 10:07she kept her Poker Face on while I [ __ ]
- 10:13her he known for his his little on
- 10:17liners he's going to say for [ __ ] pop
- 10:22stars who has Ridley Scott [ __ ] I bet at least back in the day now I mean he's
- 10:27been married for a million years he had um He Had a Wife and Kids when he made
- 10:31his first film I mean no no offense he's a bit oddl looking is he yeah but I mean
- 10:36he's very he's very charismatic he's very confident yeah that's fair that's
- 10:42doesn't lack for confidence for sure yeah but he reminds me of of uh David
- 10:47Lynch in this in this most recent ter with David Lynch is you're going to
- 10:52watch a movie on your [ __ ] cell phone yeah yeah but it's a different type of
- 10:58like old man because David Lynch thinks we're all watching movies on we're just
- 11:02sitting around watching movies on our cell the fact that that yeah exactly he
- 11:08was just and Ridley thinks that just we're all on Facebook instead of going
- 11:11to the movies no we're all going to see Shen XI instead of what the last jeel or
- 11:16whatever I watched Changi finally this week oh yeah you watch that exent movie
- 11:21yeah [ __ ] awesome that's what that's one of my top Marvel movies at this
- 11:24point it's it's up there with any of them I tell you what I liked one one and
- 11:29and I noted this and I was like I like that some small spoilers I guess there's
- 11:35like a battle but it's not like a million people in it it's not like yeah
- 11:39yeah like five or six cars pull up and the guys get out and then they all have
- 11:43have a fight and it was it was [ __ ] great and engaging and it wasn't just
- 11:47overwhelming schlock really enjoyed it and there was no big blue sky Beam not
- 11:53anywhere in the movie that's true good point yeah great movie but the steak
- 11:58still felt really
- 12:36[Music]
- 12:59why is it looking at [Laughter]
- 13:03me so funny so good yeah he was excellent he was absolutely excellent no
- 13:09they need to make another one of that I'll happily see a sequel to that or
- 13:12just more of those characters Absolut you know who just to tie this all back
- 13:16you know who doesn't like the Marvel movies Ridley Scott Ridley Scott
- 13:21surprise me yeah the only one he likes is Joker and I do like Joker I thought
- 13:26that was it I wouldn't call that a superhero movie yeah yeah and not just
- 13:31because the joke is like the bad guy I just it's not it's not that same tone
- 13:36yeah no uh Ridley has said that the Marvel movies are and I quote [ __ ]
- 13:41boring as [ __ ] don't watch them yeah
- 13:45that's not true yeah but he's also he also goes on to say this the scripts are
- 13:50no [ __ ] good I've done three great scripted superhero movies alien
- 13:56Gladiator and Blade Runner h not sure
- 14:00any of those are superhero movies I there's this trend of oldie oldie timey
- 14:06not oldie timey but you know what I mean older filmmakers poo pooing the Marvel
- 14:11movies cuz I think they just don't get it and that's why but they're not boring
- 14:15Gridley come on mate like they're just they're different if you don't like it
- 14:19that's fine but come on you talk out your ass but here's the thing Hollywood
- 14:24has always been about spectacle like it's not like these are the first ever
- 14:29Blockbusters and in fact if anything these are the first ones in a long time
- 14:33that are consistently good as James there's a couple AR said
- 14:38anything bad about Marvel movies because I feel like he he probably gets them
- 14:42yeah probably but I he's probably underwater he's all about this [ __ ] if
- 14:45you look at like especially with the Marvel all these different movies with
- 14:50all the story tying into each other and then feeding off and leading into the
- 14:54next one like that's a h you struggled with PR
- 15:00alen Covenant yeah you left one out two movies yeah he doesn't know a goddamn
- 15:06thing about any of that Luke I guarantee it yeah and then they hired alen Dean
- 15:10Foster to write the book that came in between and it was just about the people
- 15:14barding the ship ready to go to the [ __ ] planet oh so still not the story
- 15:20we yeah it's called alien Covenant Origins and I'm like finally no it's
- 15:25about the people getting ready to get on the Covenant
- 15:30what I'm like anytime now anytime now I'm in the last chapter going I'm not
- 15:33going to get this story am I I just don't get it some
- 15:39reason yeah look joke is good uh I mean if he doesn't like him that's fine I
- 15:45just what is it why do you have to come out and like make these ridiculous
- 15:48statements like why can't you just say I'm not they're not not for me like no
- 15:53to which Kevin to which Kevin figy might reply yeah we don't make them for guys
- 15:58pushing 80 years old right but you know come out and go
- 16:05that's [ __ ] Bor hor shit's garbage nothing good about it like you sound
- 16:09like a fool yeah yeah so I just yeah the cinema has just moved on and it's time
- 16:14for you to accept that fact and either grow with it yes or or be satisfied that
- 16:21he wants to make movies like the last Jewel and that a handful of people are
- 16:25going to watch them and probably really like them cuz I'm sure it's he knows how
- 16:28to make [ __ ] movie so I'm sure it's going to be good but he's going to have
- 16:32to make them on smaller budgets because they're not going to make the hundreds
- 16:35of millions of dollars that the Marvel and maybe get away from it has to be on
- 16:39the big screen and understand that people are watching stuff at home and
- 16:44people's home setups aren't like they used to be yeah I can like because I I feel
- 16:51like you know Dune right on the big screen is amazing and I feel like it
- 16:58wouldn't have been what it was if they hadn't been thinking about putting it on
- 17:01the big screen you know what I mean like you think about it differently yeah but the last
- 17:06jeel I started watching the foundation
- 17:10today I've watched only one episode and it is seen one as well as beautiful and
- 17:17epic as any feature sci-fi film I've ever seen that's a very good point yeah
- 17:21that's and it was always intended to be watched television you can actually get
- 17:28you can focus us more on story because you're not sort of contained to that
- 17:31hour and a half 2 hours you can actually go oh sorry we need 4 hours so we'll
- 17:35split this up or we need 10 hours and you got this time to to do something
- 17:40instead of well that brings us full circle to what we started with which is
- 17:43his new TV shows he's announced maybe maybe maybe he gets it
- 17:48probably did we say what they were no
- 17:50alien and Blade Runner and getting TV
- 17:55now there's been a lot of Alien films
- 17:59and not all of them have been good um a lot of them have been
- 18:05but some of them I like the others don't that's
- 18:09fine I would agree with that yeah yeah
- 18:14um I don't know where in the timeline this is going
- 18:20to be set well the timeline doesn't actually make any sense
- 18:25anyway true yeah plus I assume this is only to be related to the ones that
- 18:31he right is championing because to him the only ones that are Canon are alien
- 18:36and his two prequels yeah Prometheus and
- 18:40alien c yeah yeah so this will probably
- 18:44be about some boring aspect of the alien movies not the there will definitely be
- 18:50aliens in them we'll know that imagine they announc that the alien TV series
- 18:53actually it's about uh Nim Race's character and uh and David as a they
- 18:59head off it's actually 10 10 hours of that to to Prometheus we're doing a
- 19:06reset alen imagine they announce that yeah and then the Blade Runner TV
- 19:11series I don't know what that's going to be I know there's an anime one actually
- 19:15out that I'm interested to watch it's out at the moment and I've I've uh I've
- 19:19looked at it but I I haven't watched it see to me it could actually work if oh
- 19:23absolutely you if you especially if you go back to like the the era of the
- 19:27original blade run yeah and just out there doing their job
- 19:32yeah exactly there's plenty of stories you could tell in that world for
- 19:37sure I I'm probably looking more forward to that one more than I am the alien one
- 19:42yeah also if you're listening really you might be or whoever whoever's the
- 19:47showrunner on this right it doesn't have to just be the same story The Blade
- 19:50Runner the movie but in a TV show just putting that out there you can borrow
- 19:55little bits and pieces make him like Lauren older s foru and Blade Runner
- 19:59combined that would be great [ __ ] episodic seral [ __ ] Blade Runner Show
- 20:06I'd watch that I watched the hell out of that just every episode he's got to
- 20:09track down another replicant make shows like done some other crazy crime yeah
- 20:15like like like Buffy kind of Angel you know episodic where yeah you can skip a
- 20:21few episodes and still they make those anymore not missing out on anything
- 20:24those kind of shows they don't need to make those and the reason is because
- 20:28they used to have to make TV series like that because if you didn't watch them
- 20:32you were [ __ ] but now you can just watch them anytime but evidently in the
- 20:37new Star Trek one the one they're making of the Enterprise strange new worlds
- 20:42strange new worlds that's meant to be going back to that I will watch that I
- 20:45will check that out this time we're on this planet and this crazy stuff's
- 20:49happening and next week we're on that planet type of thing and it's got Pike
- 20:51in it right that guy's playing Pike yep okay he's good just to tie this back to
- 20:58even something with were talking about off air before we hit
- 21:01record Foundation the first episode was directed by rert Sanders who directed
- 21:07the liveaction trailer for Halo ODST oh is that true I didn't know that
- 21:14huh I'm going to have to watch Foundation excellent so far it's very
- 21:21good and yeah like he said it's beautiful like just Grand epic Scion I
- 21:27tried to watch Wheel of time and full disclosure I I didn't like the books but
- 21:33I thought maybe they were going to do something interesting with the series uh
- 21:37but no they didn't it it looks like a bunch of really beautiful models in
- 21:43Cosplay standing outside and trying to reenact a fantasy scenario really okay
- 21:50yeah they were hoping this was going to be the excited the new Game of Thrones
- 21:54they're wrong I've been watching the the Dexter oh new season to the new so far
- 22:00it's good new it's familiar you know yeah it's good it's a good follow on I
- 22:04think so far if this is like a having another girl wrapping everything up I'm
- 22:10I'm okay with it it's okay certainly I mean it's yeah it's good so
- 22:15far hard to say I guess cuz it's only three Dexter at its best was excellent
- 22:22yeah I it's different obviously they're lying for the fact that it's been was it
- 22:2510 years or whatever mhm you know he's older stuff happens that's related to
- 22:31the fact that it's been 10 years so it's good there's a couple of those Matt did
- 22:35you watch the Deadwood movie no I've got to watch that the Deadwood movie was
- 22:40very good but it's disappointing because it it's also it's been 10 years since
- 22:45the last episode of Deadwood here's a movie that's just like another episode
- 22:49of the series except after 2 hours it stops cuz a movie is only 2 hours long
- 22:54and you're like why is this a movie why isn't this just the start of the you
- 22:58knowas of dewood and also due to having trouble getting people to come back
- 23:05because it yeah I think I think you're right but also I mean there was probably
- 23:09a reason why it was canceled in the first place I mean it was an amazing
- 23:12show but I don't think it had a huge broad appeal but the other one that I watched
- 23:17recently actually it's it's a prequel I watched the many Saints of Newar which
- 23:22is the prequel series to The Sopranos oh okay that no one was asking
- 23:28for The Sopranos is is excellent and if you if you don't watch it because you
- 23:34don't like things about gangsters it's it's it's much more than that I hate
- 23:39Italians I hate [Laughter] them I'm kidding obviously mhm but that
- 23:45wasn't what the show was about was it like that was about him dealing with no
- 23:49it it it's just wasn't about him just being Italian
- 23:54um it start yeah
- 23:58yeah as James gandini no it's it's about what if what
- 24:05if the what if the head of the mafia was suffering from anxiety and had to go to
- 24:11therapy and and was telling his therapist everything and uh was kind
- 24:17of having to reflect on who he was and how he was as a father and a role mold
- 24:23to his kids and all of these things it it was very good very top tier drama
- 24:28yeah but this movie was like why why
- 24:33bother well this Dexter is like I think it it benefits a bit from I think the
- 24:37fact that it has been a while so that it can because it feels very familiar so
- 24:42they're kind of relying on the Nostalgia a bit I don't want to spoil anything but
- 24:46obviously he's we know that he moved to a little town CU you saw that at the end
- 24:49of previous one and you've seen the trailer so he's moved to this little
- 24:52town and uh and you've been in that little town I have I have been to that
- 24:57town yeah actually I've got some photos of of where he and Clancy Brown had a
- 25:00little interaction the other day in the show oh Clancy Brown very nice yeah
- 25:05Clancy Brown's in this and so basically it's it's he's he's moved away he's
- 25:10changed his name he's living in this little town and some stuff starts to
- 25:15catch up with him that's basically what it's about and then he creates some
- 25:19problems for himself cuz it's been a long time and he's sloppy okay that does
- 25:24sound good that does sound good yeah I probably still won't watch it have you
- 25:28watched any of the other Dexter no no probably don't then the problem with
- 25:32Dexter is that all the great characters
- 25:36can't come back yes because they're all dead
- 25:41yeah exactly they kill off characters like it's going out of sty you know yeah
- 25:47I honestly I feel like maybe it might like it Luke I don't know it might be a
- 25:52bit dark fire no it's not the dark part
- 25:57too much start if you watch watch yeah
- 26:01first four seasons brilliant and then after that if you still like it keep
- 26:06watching it was all right just yeah but season season three was I think was
- 26:12Jimmy Smith's right season three Miguel great and then they topped it
- 26:19even with season four with um John litho John lith go yeah the Trinity Killer
- 26:24[ __ ] [ __ ] so good this one of those examples of a show where you already
- 26:30like it and then in the like four years in they're like oh you think this is
- 26:34good well [ __ ] cop this well actually it was just Thanksgiving here and uh
- 26:39that's that's my favorite episode is that Thanksgiving episode of Season 4
- 26:44John litho [ __ ] hell terrifying man speaking of another show that I
- 26:51started watching more as a guilty pleasure than anything else but that
- 26:54actually got really good as it went on is Dan Brown to the
- 26:59symbol really yeah so I I like Dan Brown's books I think you know he cops a
- 27:06lot a lot of flat a lot of flat a lot of flack for just kind of being you know a
- 27:11kind of Pulp author but actually I think his books are interesting and and Dan
- 27:17Brown's obsessions which of of like kind of biblical symbology and classical art
- 27:23and all this stuff is stuff I'm interested in so I like I like his books
- 27:26and this um this book is basically just this series is an amalgam of just all
- 27:32the cool stuff from all of his books just rolled all together into a series
- 27:36but yeah just good good Adventure mystery doesn't take it self too
- 27:41seriously yeah you know just cool stuff in a show yeah like Po poo Dan Brown
- 27:47because like The Da Vinci Code was they were like oh it's just a bunch of stuff
- 27:50that he smooshed together yeah yes it's fiction yeah yeah that's y he took a
- 27:55bunch of of of non-fiction stuff and smush them together into a fictional
- 28:00story and then like ju it up a bit people liked it yeah yeah also I don't
- 28:06think Dan Brown gives a [ __ ] whether you whether you won versus he's not going to
- 28:11climb down off of his pile of money to debate you on whether or not the book's
- 28:15good or not yeah that's right if you want to read uh Holy Blood Holy Grail
- 28:19instead go ahead tell you exactly drier than [ __ ] the DCI cat is it is it is
- 28:26yeah that's right um and it's even questionable it's
- 28:33incredibly question and it's not it's it's non-fiction in quotes you know what
- 28:38I mean it's religious non-fiction so it relies on I mean we' have to go into it
- 28:42but it's yeah it's old people in churches in Europe that say they've got
- 28:47relics right yeah it leans on a lot of like myths and legends is not the right
- 28:52word it's the right theme for what I mean but just stories I'm out yeah yeah
- 28:58yeah yeah yeah yeah you don't like myths and legends no you don't like
- 29:04pereus no no not at all no no not even in Clash of the Titans did you like that
- 29:10movie I did when I was young I don't think I could watch it again now they
- 29:14did remake percus and his name is Percy Jackson do you like that no is that true
- 29:19or did you just make that up no that's true I found that out recently yeah
- 29:23Percy Jackson is the story of persus correct huh is that the one that Eli
- 29:28Roth directed that I was shocked to find out that he he's doing kids movies as
- 29:33well now I don't know but I did watch Eli Roth's clocks in the walls or
- 29:37whatever it is and was shocked that it was a kids comedy starring Jack Black
- 29:42and not at all an Eli Roth grotesque horror
- 29:46movie uh no I'm Wrong by the way Percy Jackson the first one was directed by
- 29:52Chris Columbus who did The Mummy the Brennan Frasier mummy and um the good Harry Potter
- 29:59movies and Home Alone did you know they remade Home
- 30:07Alone know that yeah but the kid from uh no it's a complete remake it's the exact
- 30:12story of Home Alone hang on did this guy that's not the new one then there's one that's on
- 30:17Disney plus right now yeah that that's not a remake that's a that's a that's
- 30:22different movie it's not robbers coming in it's no but it is it's it's but no no
- 30:27it's it's not they're not but they're not robbers but they're still it's the
- 30:31exact storyline but it's just a husband and wife breaking into his house yeah
- 30:35it's just another hob load there's been lots of them hob load three and four yeah
- 30:42there's been a lot of hob load movies Jesus did did this guy do the mummy did
- 30:46I make that up cuz I'm looking at his his his filmography and he maybe didn't
- 30:50so I'll retract my earlier statement where I said that he directed The
- 30:55Mummy let me find out who directed The Mummy
- 31:00Steven Summers Steven Summers Chris Columbus there you go that's the problem
- 31:04alliterative names confuse me I guess Steven Summers is pretty much oh okay
- 31:10van helling straight after the mummy and then nothing so that'll that'll do
- 31:17it oh speaking of TV series there's not a lot of meat to this story but I think
- 31:22it might as well mention it uh Amazon might be developing or want to develop a
- 31:27mass effect TV series um this is a terrible idea and
- 31:31they should not do it why is that well even a lot of the people who worked at
- 31:36bware and the ride and stuff going like no because the whole thing about Mass
- 31:41Effect is well even to start with are you having a if they're going to focus
- 31:45on Shepherd are you having a male ship or a f ship my guess is that they W do
- 31:50either a good ship bad ship it'll just be it'll be a new story set just in the
- 31:56world I did not in any way assume they'd just be adapting the
- 32:01games that's what that was what the way I thought that Luke might be right
- 32:05actually I mean if you're if you're pitching something to a studio they're
- 32:08going to go original story I don't know man isn't there already a story we can
- 32:14do well I agree if it's just the game turned into a TV series like the same
- 32:20story then no I I was thinking more just you know a TV series set in the world of
- 32:26Mass Effect absolutely that's a great idea yeah but no they'll bring the
- 32:29rapers in and well that's fine as well cuz that's part of the world as long as
- 32:34it's yeah but I guess what I'm saying is no don't do command Comm out of Shepherd
- 32:39cuz they could you have to stay away from shepher it could be a prequel they
- 32:43could do us discovering the mass real having the wall having the wall with
- 32:50yeah yeah that could be interesting that I could see but yeah I just for some
- 32:54reason I just have a feeling they're going to try and take the easy route but
- 32:57that also be a good a good in for people who haven't played the games too because
- 33:02it wouldn't you wouldn't have to have any knowledge or that's a good point cuz
- 33:06a lot of World building would have to happen but yeah have have the first Contact
- 33:12walls I think that's what they were called yeah so I mean it could be good
- 33:17imagine imagine they made it exactly like the games and and then the whole
- 33:21first series was just them driving around in that little car that would be
- 33:26amazing best part of all three games people are making a big deal about the fact that
- 33:32it's Amazon making it like it actually doesn't really matter who's paying for
- 33:34it it's it's the the individual like the team itself and
- 33:39that shows man did uh well if you look
- 33:44watch and now they now start selling that around I actually on stand now
- 33:50they're doing the new expans too I mean all I'm saying is Amazon it's not Jeff
- 33:54Bezos isn't going to direct the [ __ ] show going to pay a bunch of filmmakers
- 33:59and if they get the right filmmakers it doesn't really matter who's paying for
- 34:02it also if we're going to [ __ ] if we're going to get into it Jeff Bezos is
- 34:07the most the person who's been into space the most out of anyone so you know
- 34:13he's the most qualified that's true uh I so I don't count that one you don't
- 34:18count I don't count the up and down stuff that that trip up to the stratosphere and back
- 34:24yeah you got to go to the moon or something do you that's why when when um
- 34:29William Shatner got to go up and he went on that one that one I just I don't I
- 34:33don't count that one as going to space I like knowing that William sh went to
- 34:37space he did go to space he did but that's just you go a big penis you go up
- 34:43you come back down I think photo of him looking out the window with that that
- 34:48look on his face all you should see um space denies and flat earthers are
- 34:53saying that that's all fake because if it really
- 34:59if we and did go to space he wouldn't just be sitting there looking out a
- 35:02window he'd get his camera out and be taking photos like well I mean someone
- 35:07is taking a picture of him there's a lot of there's a lot of photos of this big
- 35:11fil why would you get your phone or a cam out and fi but when you could just
- 35:15look out the window I'm I'm I don't know William Shatner but I'm pretty sure I
- 35:21can safely say he's not the kind of guy just whips his [ __ ] iPhone out to
- 35:24take photos of things like will like he's not a millennial
- 35:28no I also hope just cuz I'm I like the
- 35:32drama I hope like elong or someone else takes George Decay like higher up into
- 35:38space well does the one that does the that goes around yeah just because shat
- 35:43would [ __ ] hate that he'd say he doesn't though yeah
- 35:47William just so George te could look out the window and go oh
- 35:51my did they shoot Leonard nemoy into space like they did to spar I think they
- 35:56did didn't they I was joking did they they shot Hunter Thompson up in a
- 36:03rocket I they de paid for that mhm but I mean that didn't go into space it just
- 36:08went up above Johnny Deb's property and now it smashed into someone's
- 36:13house Luke yes this is probably not in your wheelhouse but have you played
- 36:20Battlefield 2042 I have I played I think like three
- 36:25games of it and then uninstalled it m cuz it was garbage I was going to say I
- 36:29mean what you thought was implied in what you just said but I am I just
- 36:32wanted to nail that down what did you think of it look I knew I wasn't going
- 36:36to love the game and I was just happy that I got like with uh Game Pass I got
- 36:41like a 10-hour trial cuz multiplayer only you try and grab as many
- 36:46achievements you could and then run away look I mean a it's not the kind of game
- 36:49you would likely pay much attention to anyway but even as getting achievements
- 36:54and sometimes it can be a bit of fun throwing in a game playing a bit of
- 36:57multiplayer but this was just terrible it was felt slow okay you're not the only one who
- 37:04thinks and no it's got some bugs
- 37:09apparently and I'm sort of you can't for a game that's completely multiplayer you
- 37:14can't release it with multiplayer being that buggy yeah yeah like if you had
- 37:20like the single player component as well and you had the multiplayer you can go
- 37:24multiplayer it's a bit buggy but we're working on that you still got your
- 37:26single player but no not they they screwed themselves on this video game
- 37:32Dunkey did a great little uh uh he combined the the trailer footage with
- 37:38actual footage from the game it's very funny yeah it's very
- 37:45different yeah so this is uh one of the worst reviewed games on Steam currently
- 37:51because when it's this high-profile a title you can't really afford to screw
- 37:56it up as badly is this apparently has been screwed up yeah and it's sort of weird like I
- 38:03don't understand why they didn't hold off and releasing this going like we're
- 38:07not ready I mean you could say that about just about any game that's come
- 38:11out in the last year yeah no but they're starting to hold back on games like
- 38:15Halo's done it and they've just released a multiplayer for that and that's people
- 38:19are loving it yeah I've heard that's quite good it's a throwback sort of with some
- 38:25new stuff I've not played that obviously cuz it's Halo and I don't care about
- 38:30Halo which I do a little bit you you've always been a Hal I always have been but
- 38:36this might be the last Battlefield game we see for a while yeah they'll
- 38:39definitely try and polish them more well probably not actually it's EA get it out the
- 38:46door yeah I still just I mean you say that's not just EA man I mean CD project
- 38:51red came out this week and we're like you know when when cyber Punk's finished
- 38:54I think you're going to really love it yeah I people are actually it's actually
- 38:58now finally got positive reviews after being out for a year [ __ ] great
- 39:05game it's just yeah it's a great game and as I as I said even from the start
- 39:11if they had have just not released it on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One yeah would
- 39:17have been fine well I also think Luke you're right with your general theory
- 39:21they should stop announcing games before they're ready like they should just shut
- 39:26up about it and then just be like when it is ready then just hold a press
- 39:30conference and go here's a game have a look it's coming out next week you don't
- 39:35need to have the months of advertising for this stuff anymore yeah I I think
- 39:39all of this boils down to the developers versus the the suits because I guarantee
- 39:45it's the suits that said we should announce this game and build some hype
- 39:4810 years ago whenever the [ __ ] cyber Punk was announced and then it was also
- 39:51them that said uh let's just release it now it'll be fine yeah we're still going
- 39:55to release it even though develop testers would have all been going this
- 40:00game is unplayable you can though you begged us 8 years ago not to announce it
- 40:04yet we did announce it and so now we have to release it now even though it's
- 40:08not ready so yep that's just the way it is silly and that needs to stop like I
- 40:14there's nothing wrong with announcing game a long time in advance but then I
- 40:17think really need to get away from the like even a year beforehand going it's
- 40:22going to release on this date it should very much be a we're ready second we are
- 40:27ready then we announce it's coming out next week well we talked last week about
- 40:31um how we couldn't really tell which ones were the before or after pictures
- 40:36with the um GTA remastered and
- 40:40uh so Rockstar have actually had to come out an issue an apology saying yeah we
- 40:46know this are [ __ ] to me I I don't think there [ __ ] I think it comes down to
- 40:51marketing really and the way people I think people thought they were getting a
- 40:56remake mastered a remake yeah but it's not it's just smooth over they're
- 41:02smoothed over and as I said they fixed
- 41:05the controls the controls are very are
- 41:09great and yeah like it's not it's still got issues and it's of course it's going
- 41:14to have issues it's a game from what 20 years ago yeah but they thought it was
- 41:17going to look like red dead 2o like yeah and that it's marketing yeah calling it
- 41:23The remaster and oh they didn't they called it the defintive Edition yeah I
- 41:29know but the Press is still calling it The remaster remaster and that's yeah
- 41:33that's the problem people thought they were getting yeah no you're getting a
- 41:37prettier game Reas yeah and you can actually play it again now yeah yeah
- 41:44with some plaster over the bits that didn't look I'm actually
- 41:48looking forward to I'm going to start playing Vice City this week which
- 41:51is does that mean you finished three no I just just moving on it's not giving I
- 41:58have never played all the way through a I think actually I could probably say oh
- 42:02no that's not true Red Dead I did play through I was going to say a rockstar
- 42:05game I've never played through a GTA game oh it's GTA 3 is just not forgiving
- 42:10it's uh hi oh you you got to be you stop paying attention at the very end of this
- 42:15Mission and you died oh okay go back to the start yeah there's no check points
- 42:21or anything it's either you restart the entire Mission or you die lose all your
- 42:26weapons and and do something else I don't think I've played through an
- 42:29entire GTA either man I have played through an entire Rockstar game cuz I
- 42:33played through the entire first Red Dead yeah same yeah I've played through every single
- 42:40GTA some of them more than once I played all the red Deads I've played
- 42:45bully yes oh bully so good RockStar at a
- 42:51party at our house well everyone else was having a party Luke was just playing
- 42:57Bully yeah I was having
- 43:02fun [ __ ] mini games in Bully is why I stopped playing it yeah that's right
- 43:07that that's what yeah I think you were trying to get past all the mini games
- 43:10for us yeah not for me for Dan I never
- 43:14played bully was bully was really fun they do need to make a sequel just stop
- 43:21making GTA
- 43:235 I'm over GTA 5 speaking of remakes you
- 43:29guys aware that there's footage of Jason mmoa as the
- 43:34crow I knew he he'd like done something as the crow I they did screen test so
- 43:39this is not like okay they're not they're not this is isn't in
- 43:43production um but actually this and I would have said Jason mama is not your
- 43:49guy this footage looks okay I think you're probably going he's
- 43:54not your guy because of how he looks now mhm yeah yeah like he was a bit smaller
- 44:01back then true 2016 is when they shot this stuff but also I'm just such a fan of
- 44:07the original that I just can't see anyone other than Brandon Lee well
- 44:10there's been quite a few people to play him have they've all
- 44:14suck they've all suckong played him yeah but they're not they they haven't played
- 44:18Eric Draven they haven't played the same character they've all just been cousins
- 44:22and you know and they all merge into one for me yeah actually I've only SE the
- 44:27first one the first one's the only one worth watching who was in the second
- 44:32one Vincent who's the actor Vincent Perez yeah I remember the movie I just
- 44:37that wasn't a bad movie it just wasn't
- 44:41as good all right Mia kers is in it yeah
- 44:45and Iggy Pop that's right Iggy Pop yeah another Crow I don't know do we need
- 44:51them no we don't we need more crows we definitely don't need another Crow but
- 44:57and we also don't need another Highlander and yet there is one but um
- 45:02mhm evidently the last latest casting is it it's TV star and film
- 45:08Enthusiast um [ __ ] I forget everyone's name the
- 45:13[ __ ] Witcher Superman Henry C Henry
- 45:17Cav what for the crow no for Highlander
- 45:21Highlander oh oh okay I mean at least he's British he's not Scottish but he's Bri
- 45:28he's not French he's not French and then have the most famous Scottish actor
- 45:33playing a Spanish
- 45:38Egyption Clancy Brown again as yeah good old Clancy Brown all right so I've read
- 45:44this article a couple of times which article Tim Sweeny says the quiet part
- 45:48out loud yes and it comes up after so Tim s so epic games they went out and
- 45:55sued apple and goog over practices because they've got a
- 46:02monopoly yes but now he saying there should be a monopoly that does it all
- 46:06for everyone I don't know whether they C I don't know how exactly this came about
- 46:10but yes so he was talking epic has been suing Apple and suing Google cuz they
- 46:15you know they've got a strangle hold on their particular you know mobile
- 46:20phone markets I guess you know what I mean and then so they're saying oh you
- 46:24know we should be able to to sell our stuff sell our stuff on there but not
- 46:29give them money or as much money yeah and then so then I don't know if he
- 46:35actually meant to say this but what he said is right now software ownership is
- 46:38fragmented between the IOS app store the Google Android play Marketplace
- 46:42different stores on Xbox PlayStation Nintendo switch and then the Microsoft
- 46:45store and the Mac App Store epic is working with developers and service
- 46:49providers to create a system that would allow users to buy software in one place
- 46:53knowing they'd have it on all devices and all platforms so he's not trying to
- 46:58help anybody out the goal of all this is just to make them even bigger Monopoly
- 47:02over everything the thing the thing about this with the whole thing of like
- 47:06if you have that one store that then has to integrate with everything yes they're
- 47:11going to charge more because it's more work because they have to make it
- 47:15integrate across every Apple iPhone Xbox PlayStation all those different
- 47:20operating systems so they're going to charge more and there's a reason for it
- 47:24now but then also when they say they're working with developers developers don't
- 47:31care true I want to sell this well they might care they might care now that they
- 47:36now that said this and now everyone's like hang on a minute I thought you were
- 47:40just trying to trying to open things up you just but you just want to make you
- 47:45the the place working with service providers does he mean suing Apple and
- 47:50Google cuz I wouldn't say that's working with
- 47:55them but then he also he he he calls out Xbox PlayStation and the switch so
- 47:59obviously now everyone's like wait so are you going to sue them as well is
- 48:04that what this is you're going to sue all of them to try and make you the the the one
- 48:10store I can sort of see what it is but you can't have the one
- 48:16store yeah also a monopoly by definition you can't have two companies that are
- 48:21both a monopoly that's not how that works but by having the one store that
- 48:27everyone that's a monopoly so I don't know I maybe he misspoke but this
- 48:33certainly sounds like he's he's accidentally revealed that they're kind
- 48:38of just trying to get leverage to make themselves the the number one store for
- 48:44everything the Amazon of digital content
- 48:47in a way look I I I can understand like you want to buy something and you just
- 48:52want to have it you don't want to have to I P it here now I want to play on
- 48:56that watch I have to buy on another thing that I can sort of understand but
- 49:01yeah that and he may not mean epic would be the only place I think maybe what he
- 49:07means hopefully what he means is that you could just buy it on one of the
- 49:11platforms and you'd get it on all of them regardless of where you bought it
- 49:14you could still buy it from Microsoft directly you could buy it from Apple you
- 49:17could buy it from Sony but you've got your license and then you can now watch
- 49:21it on yeah kind of like you know that Movies Anywhere service that I've I've
- 49:26mentioned before of you guys do you guys have it in Australia I don't not really
- 49:31had for a couple things I think Microsoft's already starting to try that
- 49:35like I can buy a movie or a television show on the Xbox and I can watch on
- 49:40Windows like it's already sort of movies anywhere if as long as they're
- 49:45participating some studios still don't participate but if I buy a movie on
- 49:50iTunes I get it on everything so that's kind of so if he's talking about that
- 49:56that's good if he's talking about you have epic then that's not good this
- 50:01website daring fball he's a he's an apple Enthusiast John grba so he's
- 50:06obviously he he's he's negative on the the whole epic and then also it could
- 50:11actually be that that he's just cherry picking parts so of but it did make me
- 50:16laugh that I don't know that Tim Sweeney either I don't know that he meant to say
- 50:20that or did he meant for it to come out the way that it
- 50:23did oh speaking of cuz remember last week week I was complaining about Star
- 50:28Trek Discovery how par have now backflipped oh and gone for places
- 50:35outside of America you can still watch it oh where oh still on plus oh on
- 50:41Netflix okay Netflix I believe let me just double check that yeah I did read
- 50:46somewhere that they were going to make it available outside of but I didn't
- 50:50save the article cuz that would have made sense damn it I've made it very easy for
- 50:56myself to to save articles now cuz otherwise I'd do the same thing I read a
- 51:00thing and I go that's interesting and then I immediately forget about it so
- 51:04I've I've got all these little shortcuts set up so that if I read something on my
- 51:07phone I can go whoop and it sends it somewhere where I can collect them all
- 51:10oh yeah it's on um yep I can now watch
- 51:13on yeah Paramount plus okay which makes
- 51:18even less sense now that they were able to do that it was scheduled to play on
- 51:23Netflix here and then when it was Tak over by Paramount plus it was no longer
- 51:29allowed to be shown on Netflix yeah which you would assume oh okay so it's
- 51:32moving over to Paramount plus and they're like oh no it's it's also going
- 51:35to be GEOS specific to the United States which is like okay well then why why is
- 51:40all the LIC off CU they actually brought out the license cuz it was meant to be
- 51:45on Star Tre it was still meant to be on there till next year but they Paramount
- 51:49went out and paid paid money to go no you don't have the license
- 51:54anymore and I thought it may have just been something where it was because they
- 51:58paid out they still weren't allowed to show it on their platform till next year
- 52:02or something which but no it's here I can watch the full episode right now I'm
- 52:07going to watch it now well you should watch it and then go on I'll let you
- 52:10know how it is it's first episode's 52 minutes okay well I we'll just pad this
- 52:16podcast out for another 52 minutes and then you can give your review be great
- 52:19wait the first episode's called Kobe Asim Maru yeah which is weird for season
- 52:234 episode 1 [ __ ] what are they doing especially when they're in the future
- 52:29now well they're more in the future cuz yes Star Trek is set in the
- 52:35future but then they went to the Future it's probably it's probably from the
- 52:39future the episode will contain a no- win scenario of some sort and somebody
- 52:43will try to undermine the scenario
- 52:47somehow find a yeah and and turn the no
- 52:50win scenario into a win scenario exactly they'll cheat that's what Captain k did
- 52:57anyway I now want to go back and watch the Star Trek movies you should they're
- 53:01fun yeah man they are yeah well the even number ones anyway we've got what two
- 53:07nominees for Luke to consider for Geek of the week this week oh this one you
- 53:12you're going to have to sell them because I
- 53:17have no idea who either of these people are all right Matt which one do you want
- 53:21one of them is not a people so we'll stop you there
- 53:27well the first one this week Steven sonheim has died MH I've been seeing his
- 53:32name pop up and people going he's going to be missed and I'm I who know his name
- 53:37you you definitely know his work yeah he uh I mean he he wrote a bunch of
- 53:44musicals uh and and and did soundtrack stuff but uh You' be familiar asume with
- 53:50Sweeney Todd Luke I do like swey Todd
- 53:53yeah he wrot yeah exactly okay yeah and
- 53:58then uh he did that into the woods yeah the woods as his too yeah and then he
- 54:04was also a contributor to things like Westside Story and a whole bunch of
- 54:08other stuff that you would also definitely know yeah I know of Westside
- 54:14Story but I don't know it well Spielberg's done a remake so you can
- 54:17watch that is that the one where they like they click at people yeah yeah yeah
- 54:24that's all I know of West Side Story M mhm any he contributed quite a lot to uh
- 54:28to you know musicals and whatnot yeah and and also music for film you know he
- 54:33wrote he wrote the songs for the Dick Tracy movie from the '90s if you
- 54:37remember that obviously I do that was not a good movie so he's passed away at
- 54:43the age of 90 I believe he was yeah yeah he's in his 90s so I mean he hasn't
- 54:47really done anything no he's not like a blockbuster star but he's just well
- 54:50known and well loved yeah I mean he hasn't done anything lately so I mean if
- 54:54you I I wasn't sure if I knew he was still alive put it that way Fair he was
- 55:00one of them um the other the other death this week is Bart the
- 55:06bear actor in many films a as a man named
- 55:11Bart the bear is it a human uh no no no it's a bear named Bart it's a bear right
- 55:16he's he plays the Bear in 12 Monkeys he plays the Bear in a lot of the bear in
- 55:23The Edge he plays the Bear in Legends of the Fall he plays the bear alongside
- 55:28Steven Seagal in undeadly ground um as in Steven seal also played a
- 55:34bear yeah he plays the Kodiak bear in
- 55:38the movie The Bear oh a classic he plays
- 55:44he plays the Bear in Clan of the Cave Bear brackets uncredited I love this
- 55:50there's two uncredited ones that's [ __ ] amazing so he does get credited
- 55:55later in his career when he was like when he got a name for himself yeah
- 56:01he joined the SGA got [ __ ] credited mhm but I love this he hasn't made a
- 56:06film since 1998 right so for 20 years he's just
- 56:11been a retired actor see he knew when it
- 56:15was time for him to retire listen
- 56:19Ridley what again another threat yeah I mean this is going to be a tough
- 56:26choice for you Luke um he was in all three Homewood bounds and that's what
- 56:32I'm doing research did many animals die in that like they did in Milo and otus
- 56:38did Bart the bear commit suicide that's um so there's a there's a
- 56:44French movie called lont de Rivier
- 56:48Rouge um where he plays now just just to
- 56:52clarify almost all the credits are just the be except for this one which says
- 56:58the bear attacking children and fighting withi
- 57:03schwag so very specific yeah so there may been another bear that was to
- 57:09Children went out drinking with in case you confused about which
- 57:14bear he was he was the one attacking the children which
- 57:21bear um I think I'm going to have to give it to Steven
- 57:26oh all right bold Choice well well i' I like swey Todd I can't say I've seen
- 57:32anything that Bart was in you only seen 12 Monkeys oh yeah but I don't remember
- 57:39them being a bear I think when he's outside in the future which is actually
- 57:45the present he's there's a bear yeah that he has to avoid any he so yeah all
- 57:51the there's a bunch of wildlife well he was very unremember in in it so
- 57:58unable unable um let's play the jingle and
- 58:04let's hope that Steven sonheim thinks that this jingle is a you
- 58:10think he would lik my work lovely piece of composition
- 58:20yeah I mean that would be a that would be a great compliment mhm if Steven
- 58:24sonheim had if he came back the I love your work on uh geek of the
- 58:30week yeah he's like mat I'm actually haunting you um we get to choose one
- 58:35person to haunt and I've chosen you just cuz I I wanted to come back and just say
- 58:39that I really liked
- 58:44geek actually Stephen that's I'm not the one singing on that I think that's I
- 58:49think you find that's Dave I did write the music M mhm mhm
- 58:55y you can call it that you can call it
- 58:59music yeah yeah you know I mean sonim wrote sending the clowns you know that
- 59:04beautiful ballad but you know you and Dave collaborated on geek of the
- 59:11week Steve what did you think of uh crabs with a [ __ ] curious they kind
- 59:17of pin
- 59:21pin oh there's been crimes bit long bit long
- 59:26CRI but so good what was the one that you did that was just or was it Star
- 59:31Wars news that we only play a part of but it actually it goes for seven
- 59:35minutes there's a couple of them yeah now the [ __ ] files one is very long
- 59:41oh [ __ ] f it was that that was it it's the whole opening titles
- 59:46of with just me doing [ __ ] crimes luk
- 59:51luk luk luk luk luk for 10 minutes
- 59:57and at the time I thought it was funny but then when you put it in context it's
- 1:00:01too long it goes for a very long time well it was like when we used to do game
- 1:00:07segments and and and Dave wrote guess that game and it went for over a minute
- 1:00:12and he wanted us to play enely every time
- 1:00:18yeah I mean it was impressive M mhm yeah
- 1:00:25once well I don't know about you guys but I'm
- 1:00:29going to head over to the after party oh did you get invited did you yeah did is
- 1:00:36it invite only now oh [ __ ] I've never lined up to get in anywhere so yeah
- 1:00:40normally I get a little uh little invite but this time no so maybe I'll oh this
- 1:00:46bit awkward then can I sneak in under your coat Luke perhaps I I was going in
- 1:00:51topless so that makes it weird this was just an excuse to get under there anyway
- 1:00:57I don't really I'm I'm actually sneaking in a dwarf um who's going to be on my
- 1:01:02shoulders and we're going to have a big code around us sneaking into a dwarf as
- 1:01:06we speak so that's all for this week thank you for listening and we hope you enjoyed the
