- 0:40Hi, it's Adam here. And on today's episode of The
- 0:43Hypnotist, I'm joined by a guest hypnotist and today we are
- 0:48joined by Helen Buttergegg. Welcome to the show.
- 0:53Thank you Adam. Nice pronunciation there.
- 0:56You know what I was, I was worried I might get that wrong,
- 0:58Helen, but you know, I, I bet you in in Vegas in hypno
- 1:03thoughts and it's always good to meet someone very passionate
- 1:09about hypnotherapy, very enthusiastic.
- 1:12I I have a feeling that you got bitten by the hypnosis bug, but
- 1:17I never asked you how and and why that came about.
- 1:20Tell us what got you into the world of hypnotherapy.
- 1:24OK, so let me just backtrack a little to let you know that
- 1:27before I got into hypnotherapy, I had a business that I ran for
- 1:3120 years. And what I was doing, I was a
- 1:34professional organizer and a productivity coach.
- 1:39So I would go into cluttered homes, I would help them
- 1:43declutter, and then we would talk about how they could move
- 1:46forward in their lives and make the most of the time that they
- 1:49had. And that.
- 1:50Was fabulous. I felt very passionate about it.
- 1:53I even ended up getting a television show out of it.
- 1:56So I would go into homes on TV and I would declutter and we
- 2:00would do this beautiful reveal, bring in new furniture,
- 2:03furniture and decor, and then their lives would change, which
- 2:08was amazing. Then I started doing this
- 2:12privately, and the more I did it, the more I realized that
- 2:15there were subconscious obstacles in the way so we
- 2:19could. Declutter the space.
- 2:21But if the mind wasn't decluttered, how could we put in
- 2:24the good stuff? Right.
- 2:26Those positive affirmations or techniques to overcome
- 2:31procrastination or to follow your dreams when it, when it's
- 2:34full, when the mind is full of all those negative feelings and
- 2:38images and thoughts and emotions, there's no room for
- 2:41the good stuff. So that's how I started to find
- 2:44out about hypnosis. COVID hit and I had a lot of
- 2:47free time so I started taking online courses and I got bitten
- 2:51by the hypnosis bug. So since then I have trained
- 2:54with some of the best hypnotists in the world and I've taken all
- 2:59their different techniques and made it my own, as we all do I I
- 3:03feel. Absolutely.
- 3:04And I think the one thing I love about hypnosis is that it is
- 3:09more of an art. It's it's definitely based on
- 3:12science. And there's, you know, I love
- 3:14going on Google Scholar and seeing all these kind of peer
- 3:16reviewed studies of the meta studies and all the change and
- 3:21hypnosis linked to CBT and, and all different modalities.
- 3:25But where the rubber meets the road is that you have a
- 3:28practitioner and a client and there is a very individual style
- 3:32that takes place. Mine tends to be using lots of
- 3:36stories and metaphor, but I feel like I'm an engineer.
- 3:39I'm trying to reverse engineer the problem and then come up
- 3:42with a solution. Other people are more spiritual
- 3:45and and more kind of intuitive. How would you describe your
- 3:50style of hypnotherapy? Well it's funny, I think I come
- 3:54from both sides. And what I mean by that is that
- 3:57I was very left brained my whole life, Analytical, logical,
- 4:01linear. And the more I start to find out
- 4:04about the subconscious mind, the more I noticed that I was
- 4:08shifting and becoming more right brained and the intuition did
- 4:12start to slowly kick in. And I thought this is amazing
- 4:15because I would say something I didn't plan on saying and it
- 4:18would be just the right thing to say to someone.
- 4:21So now I've let go of that internal judge that says, oh, do
- 4:25you really want to say that? You know, that critical voice
- 4:28that we all have at the back of our minds?
- 4:30And I just really trust my gut and my intuition and it's really
- 4:34paying off. So yes, definitely intuitive,
- 4:37definitely spiritual. But I will always have that
- 4:40analytical part of me as well. And I think that's good.
- 4:43I think it's good to have a balance of the two and to to
- 4:46watch science come together with spirituality for me is the most
- 4:51exciting anything right now. And I think we're just on the
- 4:53cusp of something really great in terms of healing through that
- 4:57through science and spirituality coming together.
- 5:00And have you noticed actually, you know, being in Vegas and
- 5:03you've met so many hypnotists? Have you noticed how?
- 5:05Smart hypnotists are. You know what I have and, and,
- 5:09and I think it was a maybe a preconceived idea.
- 5:13Before I became a hypnotherapist, I thought the
- 5:17the world of hypnotists would be old ladies wearing cardigans or,
- 5:22you know, kind of odds manipulative, you know, kind of
- 5:27men with waist coats. You know, with that stage
- 5:29hypnosis, we, we had ATV show here in, in the UK called Little
- 5:34Britain. And it was a sketch show.
- 5:36And they had this kind of character that would be like a
- 5:38stage hypnotist, that would be like the Machiavellian, like
- 5:42evil, you know, thing. And I, and I think a lot of
- 5:44people have this idea of what a hypnotist or a hypnotherapist
- 5:48is. But actually when you go out and
- 5:51have conversations with hypnotists, you're right.
- 5:54They, they strike me as intelligent, smart, but also a
- 5:59deep level of compassion. There is a few, I would say
- 6:02with, with huge egos that are bizarrely delicate, those egos.
- 6:07But at the same time, we're in the business of ego
- 6:11strengthening and having, you know, kind of like a lot of
- 6:14confidence. But it but it is a strange mix
- 6:17of people. But I would say you're right,
- 6:19very smart caring people that I think do it mainly because of
- 6:25the fulfillment they get from helping people, which which is a
- 6:28wonderful bunch of people to be around.
- 6:32Exactly, yes. And you know, right now my
- 6:35husband's retired IA, lot of my friends are retired and they
- 6:40look at me saying you've started a career, you know, because I
- 6:43started this a couple of years ago.
- 6:45What are you thinking? Why aren't you retiring on some
- 6:47beach? And I thought I.
- 6:48Love this, I'm passionate about it.
- 6:50It's so fulfilling to change people's lives, and The thing is
- 6:54that we get. The benefits too, so.
- 6:56That when we're hypnotizing our clients and.
- 6:59Giving them all that. Ego strengthening and all those
- 7:01suggestions, I truly believe that we internalize it as well
- 7:05because I feel so fulfilled, so happy to do this.
- 7:08I can't imagine not doing this. I, I agree.
- 7:12And, and I was actually having a conversation at the UK hypnosis
- 7:15conference. I, I bumped into a therapist
- 7:18and, and they asked me the question.
- 7:20It's kind of like, because they know, you know, of my, my
- 7:23different career, like you, I, I was quite successful in the
- 7:26world of public relations. So I had that career and I've
- 7:29been quite successful in investments.
- 7:31And they're like, you don't need to do this.
- 7:32Why don't you just retire? And, and just because you can,
- 7:36doesn't mean you should. And, and I think, I think it's a
- 7:39Buddha quote, which is something along the lines of, you know, if
- 7:43you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life.
- 7:46And I think the ideal way of making money is to make money in
- 7:51a way that you would never want to stop doing that.
- 7:54And then that Venn diagram gives you both you get the fulfillment
- 7:59and you get the quality of life that comes from, you know,
- 8:02earning money in a way that that gives you that kind of feeling
- 8:06of doing something valuable for the world.
- 8:08And I think there's a lot of people that hate their jobs,
- 8:11hate their work, don't really feel like they're making a big
- 8:15difference. And I feel that's a tragedy.
- 8:17Like I think one of the the ways to make the most of a life is to
- 8:21find something that you enjoy and makes the world a better
- 8:25place. Yeah, I agree and.
- 8:28You know, when we look back at some of the biggest influences,
- 8:31for example, Louise Hay, she started her career something
- 8:34like 6065 years old. She built this publishing
- 8:38empire. She introduced us to Wayne Dyer,
- 8:42the the grandfather of spirituality and personal
- 8:46growth. And it's, you know, snowballed
- 8:48since then. Imagine if she said, well, I'll
- 8:52just retire. I'm getting up there in age.
- 8:55You know, it's just. I don't have it in me to stop,
- 8:58you know, I, I just when I see the transformations, even after
- 9:02one session, you know, helping people get their taste back, for
- 9:06example, after having Covic or overcoming a fear that has kept
- 9:10them and shackled their whole lives.
- 9:12Like it doesn't get better than that to see that happen.
- 9:15So yeah, I think we're very fortunate to have stumbled on a
- 9:20career that that not only gives so much back to the world, but
- 9:24that we really feel passionate about and enjoy doing and never
- 9:27ending learning as well, which I love to do, I love to learn and
- 9:30I'm constantly learning new techniques from other hypnotists
- 9:34and just growing and and filling my toolbox.
- 9:38And I think, you know, when you're in any industry, it's
- 9:40good to see people that have been doing it a long time and to
- 9:43see their energy levels. Just before we started
- 9:45recording, we were talking about Mike Mandel, who, you know, we
- 9:49both, you know, really respect and admire, you know, in terms
- 9:52of his training, but also abilities as a as a hypnotist.
- 9:56And seeing someone in their 70s with a youthfulness and an
- 10:00energy, I think is really inspiring.
- 10:03And and Freddie Jackwin, who similar age to Mike, just seems
- 10:08to be someone much younger than his physical age.
- 10:13And I think I want to be like these kind of older guys with a
- 10:17lot of youth and energy. And I think that comes from
- 10:20doing something that is genuinely fulfilling and and
- 10:23enjoyable. Yes.
- 10:25Exactly. I interviewed Mike actually just
- 10:27recently when I was taking the architecture of Hypnosis, and it
- 10:32was just such an honor and a pleasure even just to be in his
- 10:34presence. And I actually do mentoring with
- 10:38Freddie Jackman as well, who sadly had a heart attack, but
- 10:41he's OK. I don't know if you heard this
- 10:43literally just happened. So if he's listening, just
- 10:46sending love and prayers. But you know, he he's in in
- 10:50amazing shape and so I'm sure that he will come through
- 10:54perfectly. I did see something on social
- 10:56media, something about his, his dog sending him wishes and and
- 11:00those kind of things. And yeah.
- 11:02He has a sense of humour, you know, he took a picture of his
- 11:04socks while he lays in his hospital bed.
- 11:08You know, he's a great guy and, and it's just a privilege to
- 11:11learn from him and from Mike and Karl Smith, who I've also done
- 11:14mentoring with. It's just so many giving
- 11:17brilliant people out there and none of them have to keep doing
- 11:20this. None of them have to do this
- 11:22mentoring, but they do it because they love it and they
- 11:24want to see this industry grow. So I just, I love being part of
- 11:28it. And you mentioned your original
- 11:30career was in this kind of mix of kind of productivity and
- 11:35decluttering, but but also being a television presenter.
- 11:40Now as a hypnotherapist, does that overlap with your
- 11:43specialism now? Because I think a lot of
- 11:47hypnotists, they see metaphors everywhere.
- 11:49And, and my client yesterday, she wanted to feel more
- 11:53organized in life. And, and I had this whole kind
- 11:55of spring cleaning decluttering thing as a metaphor for kind of,
- 11:59you know, as you declutter your physical environment, you're
- 12:01decluttering your mind. Have you, have you gravitated
- 12:06towards what you would call a niche or a specialism?
- 12:10Yes, definitely. Well, I do a lot of work around
- 12:12procrastination and the reason I do that is because for me,
- 12:16nothing makes me happier than to see people follow their dreams
- 12:20and fulfill their dreams. And very often procrastination
- 12:23because we feel we don't know enough yet or you know, we
- 12:27haven't perfected the skill yet. It holds us back.
- 12:30And so for me, you know, to to help people let.
- 12:33Go of that. So that they can.
- 12:35Offer. Their gifts to the world and
- 12:38feel fulfilled and follow that dream.
- 12:40That is my passion. I also work with a lot of people
- 12:43in the the film industry, television industry, recording
- 12:47artists and leaders because I've been there and I know the
- 12:51pressure that we're under. And so it's so important to just
- 12:56do that emotional detox as well and let go of all of that
- 13:00shoulds. And you know, being so worried
- 13:04about what people think, there's a lot of that.
- 13:06There's a lot of insecurities and a lot of self doubt all
- 13:10over, but especially in that industry because being in the
- 13:13public eye, right? And yet.
- 13:15We're in a position where we can influence hundreds of thousands
- 13:19of people and so. That's why it's so important,
- 13:22especially for. Leaders and for people who are
- 13:24in the public eye to really just let go of all of that baggage
- 13:28that's holding them back. And I say baggage, not to be
- 13:30judgmental. We all have.
- 13:31It we've all. Had all of these.
- 13:35Things that happened when we were young that we couldn't
- 13:37process properly, so we just stored them in our bodies and
- 13:41then when? We go to do.
- 13:42Something that we want to do, for example, write a book.
- 13:45A lot of people have that dream. All of a sudden we find trivial
- 13:49things to do instead. Why?
- 13:51Because we feel that buzzing in our body.
- 13:54That's. Connected to something that
- 13:55maybe someone said to us when we were four years old.
- 13:58And so, you know, we come up with an excuse why we can't work
- 14:01on that book. And instead we go and, you know,
- 14:03organize our desk. That's the best way to organize,
- 14:06right? When you're procrastinating,
- 14:07doing something that's really important.
- 14:10Yeah, And, and maybe you can explain this.
- 14:12You know, it's a pattern that I have, but I will have my best
- 14:16and most creative ideas when I'm meant to be doing something
- 14:19else. And, you know, there'll be might
- 14:22be a tax return or it might be this thing I've been putting
- 14:25off. And at that point, my mind is
- 14:28like, hey, here's this incredible idea that's going to
- 14:31do amazing things. You know, why is it that, you
- 14:35know, at the point where we should just be doing one thing,
- 14:38the mind either gives us distractions or avoidance or
- 14:42just other things to think about?
- 14:44What, Why? Why do you think that happens?
- 14:47Well, when that does happen, I'll give you a quick tip that I
- 14:49give all my clients have sticky notes handy and justice deposit
- 14:53that idea. I call it a brain dump.
- 14:56Put it on the sticky note. And as soon as.
- 14:58You're done, whatever it is, your taxes or whatever you're
- 15:00working on. Then you can.
- 15:02Always go back on it. So I think the reason it happens
- 15:04is because we're worried we're going to forget the idea.
- 15:07So we just stop whatever we're doing, especially because we
- 15:10love to start new things, right? It's much more exciting than
- 15:13doing boring tasks that we the mundane that we have to do.
- 15:17So that's just a little tip, as you know, if you're worried that
- 15:20you're going to lose it. Don't let that.
- 15:22Be your excuse to stop doing whatever it is that you know, is
- 15:25urgent, for example. So it's, it's how important is
- 15:28it? You know, if the taxes are were
- 15:30due yesterday, then that's that's urgent and important.
- 15:33And that's what you should be focusing on.
- 15:34However, if the idea is so important, it's going to be, you
- 15:38know, changing the world, but you don't want to let that go
- 15:40either. So just make a note of it.
- 15:42Come back to it. But you know the subconscious
- 15:45mind is in the business of protecting us, right?
- 15:48So if something seems like. Oh, you're going.
- 15:51To become very successful. And maybe you have a belief
- 15:55that, oh, if I become successful, I won't have time to
- 15:58relax. That's a limiting belief.
- 16:00So you, you may not even be conscious of that.
- 16:02But if that's working in the background, then the minute you
- 16:06know, you, you want to be working on that book, that comes
- 16:09up as an excuse. Oh, well, yeah.
- 16:11But my desk needs organizing right now.
- 16:14Yeah, it's, it's, it's very incredible how the unconscious
- 16:17is, is hardwired for survival and protection.
- 16:22And a lot of it is based on, on kind of false beliefs.
- 16:25I, I do a lot of work with people on the financial side of
- 16:28things. And a lot of people have
- 16:30connotations that if they're wealthy, if they're financially
- 16:33successful, then it means they could be sued or it could mean
- 16:36they're going to be a target or they're going to be, you know,
- 16:39people are going to be out to get them or whatever it might
- 16:41be. That doesn't even have to be
- 16:43true, but if you believe it, you're going to sabotage that
- 16:45that thing. And a lot of procrastination, I
- 16:49think is that it's the kind of, well, if you delay it, you get
- 16:53to avoid that kind of that dissonance, that discomfort
- 16:57temporarily. But because you avoid it, you
- 17:00have to come back to it. And then it's there much more
- 17:03often than if you would have just done it properly once the
- 17:06first time. What are your tips outside of
- 17:09hypnosis and and dealing with the underlying beliefs to help
- 17:13someone go from this kind of, let's say procrastination or
- 17:18hesitation or distraction to just getting it done?
- 17:24Well, one trick that I learned from Mike Mandel actually is if
- 17:28you're really good at procrastinating, then
- 17:30procrastinate on procrastination.
- 17:32Put off putting it off. I thought that was brilliant
- 17:35because that just satisfies that part of us that wants to put it
- 17:39on. I, I think that's a, it's a,
- 17:42it's a nice, I think Richard Bandler had a very similar kind
- 17:46of psychological trick, which is, you know, if you're certain
- 17:51that you can't change, then how certain are you that you can be
- 17:55uncertain? And I think this kind of element
- 17:58of whatever the strategy is, it's almost like an Uno reverse
- 18:01card, like use the same strategy on itself and then you can kind
- 18:04of get out of that. And also like, I think
- 18:08procrastination can be good in the right context.
- 18:12Like if you tend to worry about stuff, we'll just procrastinate
- 18:15the worry. Or if you, you know feel rage
- 18:18with someone like leave that you know to a month's time, decide
- 18:21to get angry then, and by the time it comes around, you
- 18:24probably won't won't feel that way.
- 18:26So I think it can be deployed in a in a useful context.
- 18:30Yes. Like a lot of things, right?
- 18:32There's the light and the dark side of it.
- 18:34And so it's just being really conscious of what's going on.
- 18:38If it's getting in your way, if it's preventing you from doing
- 18:40things that you want to do and that you know you have to do for
- 18:44your own benefit, then it becomes a problem.
- 18:48But if it's something that's working out for you, then
- 18:51fantastic. There's just got to be a balance
- 18:53there. And The thing is that we're not
- 18:55always conscious of that voice inside our mind that says, oh,
- 19:00you know, do this instead. And we don't know why we're
- 19:04doing the trivial work instead of focusing on the big stuff.
- 19:07So hopefully, you know, your listeners are now hearing this,
- 19:10that at least become aware of that voice that kicks in.
- 19:15That can be self sabotaging. So I know you're going to do a
- 19:19session for us, but before we get into that, you're part of a
- 19:23group called the Hypnotic Healers.
- 19:26The. Hypnosis healers.
- 19:27The hypnosis healers and so I, I believe you do retreat.
- 19:30So tell us a bit about some of the experiences, the events that
- 19:34you put on. Yes, I would love to thank you
- 19:37for bringing it up. So the Hypnosis Healers, it is a
- 19:40group of four powerful women we met learning hypnosis.
- 19:45We actually met online, and when we got together in person, we
- 19:48realized we all had other talents and abilities and
- 19:51experience that we could also pull from.
- 19:54So we decided in that moment that we would do women's
- 19:57retreats and help women with the healing that we so desperately
- 20:02need. So that's what we do.
- 20:03We get together at some of the premiers.
- 20:06Spas in the world, and we offer various modalities, including
- 20:10hypnosis to help with the personal development, with the
- 20:15restorative part of life, you know, and we focus on women
- 20:18because we just feel like there's just so much pressure on
- 20:21women right now to be everything and to do everything.
- 20:24And yet we feel that we're not enough and we're not doing
- 20:27enough. So that is a big thing.
- 20:29It's just to realize that you're not alone.
- 20:33It's a sisterhood. Once you come to these retreats,
- 20:35you realize that the things that you have been feeling, you're
- 20:38not the only one. So we take women through various
- 20:41things. We do cord cutting meditations,
- 20:44we do yoga. We do, of course, hypnosis and
- 20:47emotional detox. We do sound baths.
- 20:50So many different healings. It's usually over a couple of
- 20:53days. And so we can build on, you
- 20:56know, each modality that we've experienced, we can just build
- 21:00on it and telling you the, the transformations that we've seen
- 21:05And from when they come in and we have circle and we talk about
- 21:09what is it you're here for? And then we do a circle at the
- 21:12end and they, they express what they got from it.
- 21:14It is just a so rewarding to do so.
- 21:18Yeah. So the the hypnosis healers will
- 21:20be presenting in Ireland. We are super excited to be at
- 21:25the Irish Hypnotherapy Conference and we're going to
- 21:29talk about money wounds because as you, you know, brought up
- 21:31earlier, there are so many limiting beliefs that keep
- 21:35people small. And that doesn't work for me.
- 21:39I don't want to see people play small.
- 21:41I want to see them play big. I want them to to be on that big
- 21:44stage. And it could be a metaphorical
- 21:46big stage, whatever success means to them because it's
- 21:49different for everyone. But so much shame around money.
- 21:53So, so many limiting beliefs that we're not even aware of
- 21:57that have been passed down, maybe not even just from our
- 22:00parents, but from their parents from generations ago.
- 22:03And it's time to make those changes so that we feel good.
- 22:07Listen, I love money and money loves me.
- 22:11Why? Because it gives me freedom and
- 22:13I can share that. And I can, you know, do things
- 22:16with my family and with my friends, and I can be generous.
- 22:19And it's it's there to. Circulate, you know.
- 22:22Absolutely. And I, I think also culturally
- 22:25there are, you know, media propagates this idea that a lot
- 22:30of the time, like the, the villains in, you know, a lot of
- 22:34movies, they tend to be rich and powerful.
- 22:37And I think, you know, you watch enough movies like I do, it's
- 22:40kind of like you, you start spotting patterns.
- 22:43And one of those patterns is that a lot of the bad people
- 22:46tend to be, you know, rich or financially successful.
- 22:51They also, remarkably, a lot of them have English accents or
- 22:54Russian accents, which I don't know what Hollywood is trying to
- 22:57say about us Brits just. Don't tell me that they're also
- 23:00bald. Otherwise, you're really.
- 23:01In trouble. No, no, there are a lot of Bond
- 23:03villains are are bold in English.
- 23:04So I don't know what this is. No, that's it.
- 23:08That's what I'll be in my future.
- 23:10I'll I'll manifest a Bond villain future archetype for
- 23:13myself. So if people are curious about

- 24:32So. Amazing.
- 24:33I'll put myself on mute. I'll be thinking of my tax
- 24:35return while you're talking about procrastination and, and,
- 24:39and if there's any pre talk or anything you want to tear it up
- 24:42first. I'll you just do that now.
- 24:44So I'll put myself on mute. Over to you.
- 24:46OK. So hi, it's Helen and what I'd
- 24:50like to do today is help you. Overcome.
- 24:52Procrastination so that you can be more.
- 24:54Productive and really. Work towards your dreams and see
- 24:58all of those things become a reality.
- 25:00So what I'd like you to do is find a comfortable place.
- 25:03Where you can relax and you'll be uninterrupted.
- 25:08And just that, you can sit down in a comfortable chair or lay
- 25:11down whatever is best for you. And just go ahead and gently
- 25:14close your eyes and take a deep breath in and just hold it for a
- 25:20moment and exhale slowly. That's it.
- 25:27And just notice the rise and fall of your chest, feel the
- 25:35support of the surface beneath you, and just allow yourself to
- 25:42melt into it. Breathe in relaxation and
- 25:50breathe out any tension or stress.
- 25:56And with each exhalation, let go of anything that no longer
- 26:03serves you. Let's begin to relax your body
- 26:10now. Start with your face, releasing
- 26:16those tiny muscles around your eyes, loosening your jaw,
- 26:27relaxing your neck, and just allow your shoulders to drop and
- 26:37your arms to feel heavy. That's it.
- 26:44Relax your chest, soften your stomach, loosen the muscles in
- 26:57your back. And feel that wave of relaxation
- 27:08flowing from the top of your head all the way down to the
- 27:16tips of your toes. And as your body relaxes, your
- 27:25mind begins to slow down and you may discover your thoughts
- 27:36become softer, like clouds drifting by, and you feel calm
- 27:44and centered. Your unconscious mind knows
- 27:54there's a level even deeper than this one, and it can take you
- 28:01there. Now imagine, only imagine now,
- 28:13going to a mystical place, a magical place, a place where you
- 28:19feel completely at peace. This is a space where
- 28:27transformation is a simple thing and powerful changes can happen
- 28:37effortlessly. So go ahead and step into that
- 28:42space now and notice any images or colours.
- 28:57Just notice what you can see good and notice if there are any
- 29:12sounds. Just take in whatever you can
- 29:16hear and feel any sensations on your skin or inside your body.
- 29:33Just feel what it feels like to be here now.
- 29:38I have to feel those good positive emotions now in this
- 29:53place. Your unconscious mind knows how
- 29:58to let go of old habits that are holding you back in the past.
- 30:06It's safe now to release doubt, hesitation, or fear and step
- 30:15forward into inspired action. It's safe now to release that
- 30:27procrastination habit. Feel yourself stepping into your
- 30:36personal power, embracing your ability to take action.
- 30:46From this moment on, you'll notice how naturally and easily
- 30:52you move towards your goals. Starting today, if resistance or
- 31:02hesitation should happen to arise, you'll pause, breathe,
- 31:08and remind yourself you are capable.
- 31:14You'll say to yourself I am capable.
- 31:19Anytime any resistance or hesitation should come up,
- 31:25simply pause, breathe, and say to yourself I am capable because
- 31:34you are capable. And anytime that procrastination
- 31:40habit should kick in in the future, you'll count backwards
- 31:46from 5:00 to 1:00, And as you reach one, you'll feel ready to
- 31:52take the first step. So from this moment on, should
- 32:00any procrastination come up for you, you'll know what to do.
- 32:06You'll pause, You'll breathe. You'll say to yourself, I am
- 32:13capable because you are capable. And you'll count backward from
- 32:195:00 to 1:00. And as you reach one, you'll
- 32:23feel ready to take that first step.
- 32:29That's right, each small step, each small step builds momentum.
- 32:36And you'll notice how good it feels.
- 32:40I mean really good to make progress.
- 32:45You'll find yourself saying I'll just start for 3 minutes and
- 32:50soon you'll be fully engaged, moving forward effortlessly.
- 32:59That's right, because you know, each small step builds momentum
- 33:05and it's just about getting started.
- 33:08So in the future, should any hesitation or resistance come
- 33:12in, you'll know what to do. You'll simply say to yourself,
- 33:19I'll just start for 3 minutes and soon you'll be moving
- 33:24forward effortlessly. You'll find joy even in the
- 33:32small, mundane tasks, knowing that each action brings you
- 33:37closer to what you truly desire. Imagine how great it'll feel to
- 33:47make decisions with clarity and ease.
- 33:53Solutions will come to you effortlessly because
- 34:01procrastination no longer serves you and you can simply delay it
- 34:07until later, knowing action is what matters now.
- 34:19And so anytime from this moment on that you feel hesitation or
- 34:28resistance, you know what to do. Pause, breathe, Remember you are
- 34:37capable. Count backward from 5:00 to 1:00
- 34:43and as you reach one, you'll be ready to take that first step,
- 34:48saying to yourself, I'll just start for 3 minutes and soon
- 34:54you'll be completing the task effortlessly.
- 35:03That's right. So just imagine, only imagine
- 35:09now what it would feel like now, waking up tomorrow morning
- 35:16feeling energized, motivated and excited for the day ahead.
- 35:24See yourself throughout the week tackling your To Do List with
- 35:30ease, knocking off tasks 1 by 1. Feeling confident, I mean really
- 35:42confident, organized and productive.
- 35:48As you move through your plans, you'll find balance in your
- 35:54efforts. Knowing when to focus deeply and
- 35:59when to take a well earned break.
- 36:03And as you approach. The end of your week, imagine
- 36:09feeling proud, accomplished, and so relieved knowing you've done
- 36:18your best. Your mind is clear, your heart
- 36:27is light, and your energy is aligned with success.
- 36:34That's right, you now recognize that hesitation no longer
- 36:41protects you. It feels safe and empowering to
- 36:47step into action and let all limitations simply dissolve from
- 36:59this moment forward. Every inspired action you take
- 37:06strengthens your confidence, aligns with your highest
- 37:11potential, and draws opportunities, people, and
- 37:17positive outcomes into your life.
- 37:22Just imagine what this feels like.
- 37:26Your intentions are so powerful and you're supported by a force
- 37:34greater than yourself, and you know that the moment you take
- 37:41inspired action, magically, you'll be supported.
- 37:47All the right people will show up.
- 37:50All the opportunities will be at your doorstep.
- 37:55All you have to do is just take that first step, just for three
- 38:00minutes. Just start it.
- 38:07Your intentions are so powerful, and you're so powerful too.
- 38:15You're ready to embrace each day with the belief that your best
- 38:22is more than enough. And anytime you step through a
- 38:28doorway. You'll.
- 38:30Remember to just start things anytime you open a.
- 38:37Door and walk. Through you'll remember to just
- 38:42begin and anytime you see a doorway.
- 38:51You'll remember. That you are powerful and
- 38:54supported by a force greater than yourself, because all you
- 38:59need to do is just start. Take a moment now and thank your
- 39:11inner self for guiding you here and for embracing this powerful
- 39:16transformation, and feel the shift within as if a switch has

- 39:46That's right, that useless and unnecessary procrastination is
- 39:54switched off. And it feels good to let go of
- 40:03that habit, because that habit is simply learned, and if you
