- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing.
- 0:12Genuine issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:14hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:18royalty, Adam Cox. These recordings took place live
- 0:22from Evans Clinic in London's world famous Harley Street, so
- 0:29get yourself comfortable and enjoy today's episode of The
- 0:33Hypnotist. Hi, it's Adam.
- 0:40Here and. You are about to listen to a
- 0:43hypnosis recording all about financial worthiness and
- 0:47abundance and I was working with a client that had already
- 0:51improved and grew their financial thinking to quite a
- 0:56high level. They grew up in quite a poverty
- 1:00stricken environment and it got to a point where they were.
- 1:02An investor. A developer, they had acquired
- 1:06assets, but they felt a lot of guilt.
- 1:08And shame. From their past because they had
- 1:11a lot more than maybe their family members and people that
- 1:14they knew and they didn't want to feel that way, but equally
- 1:17they didn't want to feel arrogant or entitled.
- 1:20And what this hypnosis session does is it takes the idea of
- 1:25financial thinking in abundance, almost like.
- 1:27Levels of a. Building so that the lower
- 1:30levels represent those that are trapped in scarcity thinking and
- 1:34sometimes that scarcity thinking is valid because they're in
- 1:39situations where there might be debt and lack of opportunity,
- 1:43but the thinking is still a reflection of their reality.
- 1:46Some people are able to kind of get to a different level where
- 1:51they. Feel.
- 1:52That they can either have multiple streams of income or
- 1:54perhaps take the money they have and rather than spending it,
- 1:58they can invest it and then kind of grow assets.
- 2:00So the levels of this hypnotic building in the metaphor are
- 2:04levels of abundance, levels of financial literacy or financial
- 2:09thinking or competency. And this client was very much in
- 2:13the middle. They'd achieved a lot, but they
- 2:15wanted to feel that they could go beyond that.
- 2:18So we kind of look at what does one level higher look like and
- 2:22what does the penthouse look like of such abundance and I
- 2:26could really relate to. This client because I grew up.
- 2:29Where when I was about 13 years old, my dad went to a university
- 2:35quite late in life and it meant that there wasn't a lot of
- 2:38financial resources in the home. And I remember, you know, doing
- 2:415 paper rounds at one point in time just to kind of make money
- 2:45buying. And selling things.
- 2:47And certainly I'm in a very different financial position.
- 2:50Now. But you don't.
- 2:51Get there immediately. You do certain things so that
- 2:55might be have a second source of income.
- 2:57Maybe you do. Something that creates.
- 3:02Additional value, maybe you take on some risk like invest in
- 3:05certain things. And.
- 3:07Each time you do it, you realize that there is no finishing line
- 3:10to. This it's just.
- 3:11There's. There's always another.
- 3:12Level beyond. So if you think you're either
- 3:15not good with money and you want to start evolving a couple of
- 3:19levels up, this is going to be a great session.
- 3:22But equally, if you feel like you're fairly financially
- 3:24capable, you're certainly not, you know, in poverty.
- 3:28You're certainly not. Scarcity.
- 3:29But you want to think beyond that.
- 3:31Then again. This will be a useful session
- 3:34because it's about expanding and evolving that financial
- 3:37thinking. Hopefully you enjoy this.
- 3:40Just realize it was created for an individual.
- 3:42Some of the references might make sense to them and not to
- 3:44you, but if you do like the idea of working with me directly,
- 3:48have a look in the descripcion and you will see a link where
- 3:51you can schedule a free consultation call.
- 3:53For now, though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 3:55won't be. Disturbed.
- 3:57Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 4:35you breathe in, breathe in that slow, long, relaxing breath.
- 4:44And as you exhale, just allow your eyelids to feel heavy and
- 4:50relaxed. And with your eyes closed, feel
- 4:55even more relaxed. Breathing in that resourceful
- 5:00feeling of calm and relaxation. And as you exhale, giving
- 5:08permission to release any feelings of stress, worry, or
- 5:13tension, just allowing it to leave your body in your outward
- 5:20breath. As you exhale, allow the breath
- 5:27to keep on going. And when you inhale, breathe in
- 5:32deeper than you normally would, each breath taking you deeper
- 5:41and deeper. Relaxed.
- 5:44That's it. And the deeper you breathe, the
- 5:50more relaxed you become. And the more relaxed you become,
- 5:56the deeper you breathe. And as your body relaxes, your
- 6:01imagination awakens. And I want you to imagine a
- 6:08beach next to the ocean with a hammock between 2 palm trees.
- 6:18And I wonder if you could imagine on a sunny day,
- 6:23positioning yourself in that hammock so the hammock is
- 6:27carrying and supporting your body weight to enable you to
- 6:33just relax, swing and rest there in that hammock.
- 6:44And you could imagine listening to the sound of the waves,
- 6:53having a sense of ever increasing relaxation is the
- 7:01breeze the sound of the waves? Even the smell of just being on
- 7:07a beach helps take you deeper and deeper.
- 7:14Relaxed. That's it.
- 7:20As you breathe in there on that hammock, I want you to breathe
- 7:23in pure worthiness, feeling that everything good in your life is
- 7:32because you deserve it. And as you exhale, just imagine
- 7:41feeling that any guilt, any shame is leaving your body in
- 7:48your outward breath. So each breath makes you feel
- 7:54more worthy and releases any shame or guilt.
- 8:01As I countdown from 5 to 1, I want you to imagine what it
- 8:06would be like to fall asleep on that hammock on that beach and
- 8:14drift off into a dream like sleep 5, just releasing all the
- 8:19muscles in your arms and legs, and four, all of your facial
- 8:25muscles. And three, specifically on your
- 8:29neck and your shoulders. Just release that tension now.
- 8:35And two, just imagine your lungs, your heart, your stomach
- 8:39relaxing. And then one, even your gut and
- 8:46every part of your skin is relaxing at the same time as you
- 8:51imagine 0 drifting off into that dreamlike sleep.
- 8:56And in that dreamlike sleep, I want you to imagine you're on
- 8:59the same beach and you can see that conscious version of you
- 9:04fast asleep there in the hammock.
- 9:08And you may even lift up a hand just to see how limp and relax
- 9:13that hand and that arm is as you continue to walk down the beach.
- 9:23Now, this beach is not a real beach.
- 9:26It's just a beach in your imagination.
- 9:30And as you walk down the beach, I want you to imagine seeing a
- 9:37tall, impressive building. Maybe it's luxury apartments or
- 9:46perhaps something else. And I want you to imagine
- 9:52feeling a desire to walk into that lobby, that ground floor of
- 10:01those apartments or that building.
- 10:09So in this calm state, just imagine this building that you
- 10:15are now in that reception. That lobby represents the many
- 10:21levels of money, wealth and financial thinking.
- 10:28And on the very lowest floors, and maybe there's even a
- 10:32basement floor, these people feel burdened by scarcity,
- 10:40crippled by debt, weighed down by financial worries and stress.
- 10:48At that lowest level, money represents struggle, poverty,
- 10:57feeling trapped, and just doing what it takes to survive.
- 11:02And I want you to get a sense that some of the people that you
- 11:04grew up with are still there in that level because they're good
- 11:12or bad people, but because the level is a reflection of their
- 11:19thinking and circumstances. But you, you know, you're not
- 11:26there. You've already climbed and
- 11:31elevated beyond those levels and maybe just slightly higher.
- 11:40Someone's in a high paid job, but it's still a job and maybe
- 11:46they still rent, don't own any assets, and that perhaps still
- 11:54living paycheck to paycheck even if it's on a higher income.
- 12:00And then maybe a level beyond that are where people prioritize
- 12:07security over comfort or freedom.
- 12:13Maybe think 3 levels up, someone owns a home and they've paid off
- 12:18their mortgage but still feel a lack of abundance, still have to
- 12:25make hard decisions and may even prioritize security over good
- 12:33quality of living. I want you to get a sense that
- 12:40perhaps at one point in your life, maybe you've been on one
- 12:46of these levels. You just know that you're not on
- 12:51one of those levels now. And maybe this building has gone
- 12:5710 floors or 20 floors or even more, but I want you to feel
- 13:04there you are on one of the middle levels.
- 13:12And maybe this is a place, a place where you feel you're
- 13:18willing to take on risks, you're accumulating assets, the quality
- 13:24of life shows that you have reaped what you've sowed, and
- 13:32maybe your net worth is higher, but certainly your knowledge,
- 13:39your wisdom, your experience and competency is higher.
- 13:46So maybe this is a place of not scarcity and not infinite
- 13:51abundance, but comfort, perhaps ownership, feeling that you're
- 13:59being an investor because an investor takes risks with
- 14:03capital in the pursuit of a return.
- 14:09Any investor is not on the lower levels.
- 14:14And all of this doesn't represent superiority.
- 14:19You're not better than anyone else.
- 14:23You've just grown, evolved, and climbed the levels.
- 14:29These are levels of progress, and anyone can progress, but
- 14:36many people don't and many people reach a level and that
- 14:43becomes their maximum level for them.
- 14:45And I want you to feel you've already proven to yourself you
- 14:54have the ability to learn new skills, bounce back from
- 14:58adversity, to build, to grow, and to create more than where
- 15:05you came from. And those days that you feel
- 15:11dissatisfied or frustrated, I want you to remind yourself that
- 15:18your financial problems would be a dream, a fantasy to someone
- 15:25else. And I want you to imagine on one
- 15:29of those middle levels, seeing a full length mirror, seeing
- 15:35yourself in everything you've accomplished, and feeling that
- 15:39this is something to feel proud of.
- 15:44Every floor you've reached represents your courage, your
- 15:49choices, your determination, but also it's evidence of your
- 15:55capability. And if you could go back in time
- 16:01and see a younger version of you and tell them what you have and
- 16:04what you've achieved, they would be astonished.
- 16:09And that is evidence of your growth and your progress.
- 16:15And now you may notice what can happen when people achieve
- 16:22certain financial success is there may be feelings every now
- 16:27and then of shame or guilt about that success.
- 16:33But this is not yours. It's the echoes from the lower
- 16:37floors. I want you to feel that
- 16:41financial success is a reflection of either creating
- 16:46value to the world or being willing to take on risk and feel
- 16:53that you've done both. You create value for the world
- 16:59and you're willing to take the risks that other people won't,
- 17:04and therefore you've earned your success.
- 17:08You deserve your success. No shame, no guilt.
- 17:13It is just a cause and effect relationship.
- 17:20Some people are paid for their time, and some people are paid
- 17:24for their value, and some people are renumerated for risks
- 17:29they're willing to take. It's a feel that those echoes of
- 17:34guilt or shame don't belong to you anymore because you no
- 17:39longer live on those levels, and they were part of your past, but
- 17:47you've already risen above them. Money, abundance, wealth, it's
- 17:58all just a game, a game of many levels.
- 18:03And you've already learned how to rise, how to grow, how to
- 18:09elevate to one level higher. But we don't live in a life or
- 18:16we only meet people on our level.
- 18:21And when you meet people, even family members, who don't
- 18:25understand your choices, your ways of living, that's OK.
- 18:33It simply means they are on a different floor, a different
- 18:37level, and that's their journey, their progress.
- 18:44But you don't need to feel pulled down by that, because
- 18:48you've earned your place where you are and you absolutely
- 18:55deserve to keep rising higher. And I want you to think inside
- 19:05your mind now. Just consider it a garden with
- 19:08fertile soil and allow a seed of an idea to be planted.
- 19:17Not only do you not hold shame and guilt, but you can embrace
- 19:22your desire to grow, expand, and evolve.
- 19:28But it's not just OK to have financial success.
- 19:33It's more than OK. It's right, it's deserved, and
- 19:37it's part of who you are and who you are becoming.
- 19:45I want you to imagine on your level, finding the elevator.
- 19:51And pressing the button. To go up just one more floor,
- 19:56climb inside and feel the gentle rise of the lift, and as the
- 20:01doors open, step out onto that next level and see yourself
- 20:10perhaps just days, weeks or months in your future living at
- 20:15that higher level. Comfortable with other people
- 20:21with differing opinions, eager to do more of what you're good
- 20:27at and to delegate or outsource anything that is just not a good
- 20:32use of your time. I want you to see that version
- 20:37of you leaning into this idea of creating value for the world or
- 20:43taking on discerning diligent risks, and then see the rewards
- 20:52and all the freedom that come from just one level up.
- 21:00And notice how things feel here. Maybe lighter, more free, more
- 21:05exciting, and maybe more options, more confidence, more
- 21:12ease. This level feels good.
- 21:18It feels like then that the natural progression for you
- 21:23embrace this place because that's where you're heading.
- 21:29But then, interestingly, you go back into the elevator and I
- 21:37want you to imagine. Pressing the button.
- 21:41For the top floor, the penthouse and when you arrive at the very.
- 21:47Top of this. Building not just a penthouse, A
- 21:51luxurious, magnificent penthouse.
- 21:56And I want you to see your own vision of what ultimate
- 22:00financial freedom and abundance is for you.
- 22:04And maybe this is a place where your wealth, your lifestyle,
- 22:11your opportunities are at their fullest and most expansive
- 22:18expression. And as you leave the elevator
- 22:24into that penthouse, I want you to see the incredible views in
- 22:29those big glass windows. Vast, panoramic, limitless.
- 22:38And notice how luxurious, spacious and comfortable it
- 22:41feels, and how natural it feels to be there.
- 22:46And I want you to imagine seeing someone that looks like you,
- 22:55perhaps a few years in your future, living life the way you
- 23:00would live at your maximum level of abundance, with even more
- 23:08wisdom, more motivation, and see that quality of life with more
- 23:14freedom. Because this penthouse is simply
- 23:20another level that you're already moving towards.
- 23:30And as you find a comfortable chair, looking out at that view,
- 23:35take a deep breath there in that penthouse, and feel how good it
- 23:40feels to know that you are worthy of it.
- 23:46That you belong in this level of success and that you deserve to
- 23:50rise. And that your financial freedom
- 23:54is just another step, another level in this game you are
- 24:01already winning. And with that sense of pride,
- 24:07ease, and worthiness, I want you to imagine taking it back to
- 24:14you, to that hammock, as you imagine leaving the hammock,
- 24:18feeling that worthiness, that abundance, that freedom.
- 24:25And then imagine very soon I will count from 1:00 to 10:00
- 24:29and you will imagine floating back from that beach into your
- 24:32present state, exactly where you are right now, feeling a new
- 24:38level of permission from yourself to yourself to enjoy
- 24:46leaning in to this abundant, thriving, enthusiastic, joyful
- 24:53version of you. So take a deep breath in through
- 24:57your nose and out through your nose.
- 25:02Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
- 25:04Connect and calibrate. Into the here and the.
- 25:06Now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you starting to
- 25:14count 123 waking up 456, more alert 7-8 open your eyes.
- 25:22Open your eyes 910 Wide awake, Wide awake.
- 25:29Wide awake. Thank.
