Transcript
- 0:38SPEAKER_05: And I hope that you had an absolutely fantastic weekend and glad that you are with us as we kick off a brand new week of broadcasting excellence.
- 0:50SPEAKER_05: Don't mind me as I oversell it here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 0:55SPEAKER_05: I am your host, John Justice, but you knew that already.
- 0:58SPEAKER_05: Producer Devin is off to my right pushing the buttons this morning.
- 1:03SPEAKER_05: No Vikings game this weekend to talk about.
- 1:05SPEAKER_05: Did you watch any games?
- 1:06SPEAKER_05: Uh any games yesterday?
- 1:08SPEAKER_05: I really didn't.
- 1:09SPEAKER_06: I was road tripping all day.
- 1:11SPEAKER_05: Oh, where'd you go?
- 1:11SPEAKER_05: Wisconsin.
- 1:12SPEAKER_05: Oh, that's fun.
- 1:13SPEAKER_05: Maybe.
- 1:14SPEAKER_05: You came all the way, you came all the way from Wisconsin.
- 1:16SPEAKER_05: The traffic on the way back was really bad.
- 1:18SPEAKER_05: I'm sorry.
- 1:20SPEAKER_05: It was kind of sad.
- 1:20SPEAKER_05: A lot of people went to the what to the Dells.
- 1:23SPEAKER_06: Must be for MEA, I think.
- 1:24SPEAKER_05: Ah, that makes more sense.
- 1:26SPEAKER_05: Uh today on the show, we will have Andrew Langer, president of the Institute for Liberty.
- 1:30SPEAKER_05: Uh, we're gonna talk about uh what's been uh happening in France with Andrew Langer at 730.
- 1:38SPEAKER_05: Uh if you want to see a glimpse into the future of Minnesota, and we already have examples of this having taken place, but if you'd like to see a glimpse into the future of uh Minnesota, uh under leftist uh leadership, heaven forbid, were the leftists uh to go and uh grab power uh again in terms of a trifecta.
- 2:00SPEAKER_05: Uh look no further than what's going on in France right now.
- 2:03SPEAKER_05: Yeah, this is what happens when the leftists and the Islamists join forces to uh tear down all that is righteous and good.
- 2:12SPEAKER_05: So we'll get into that with uh with Langer again, 7:30 this morning.
- 2:16SPEAKER_05: Uh the latest on Ilhan Omar, I'll have an update uh for you in just a moment here on the show when we'll get into further detail coming up after uh 7 o'clock.
- 2:26SPEAKER_05: Former President Barack Obama has uh stupidly weighed in on this.
- 2:30SPEAKER_05: He doesn't have any electoral skin in the game.
- 2:33SPEAKER_05: And since no other prominent Democrats are really rushing to defend her right now, which in my opinion speaks volumes into this investigation into Ilhan Omar, um, she needs to get all the help she can get.
- 2:46SPEAKER_05: So uh Obama's out there making comments.
- 2:49SPEAKER_05: And so we'll get into the details of uh of that.
- 2:51SPEAKER_05: I have audio from uh Friday's uh Peggy Flanagan, Michelle Tefoya debate.
- 2:56SPEAKER_05: I'll share with you some of my thoughts.
- 2:58SPEAKER_05: Uh listen, it was a decent debate.
- 3:00SPEAKER_05: I I don't think it was a it was a game changer for either candidate.
- 3:06SPEAKER_05: If you you know support Flanagan, I don't think that your support is waning.
- 3:11SPEAKER_05: And if you support Michelle Tefoya, I don't think that your support for Michelle Tefoya is waning.
- 3:17SPEAKER_05: It seemed uh as if, you know, I for lack of a better way to describe it, a bit of a draw.
- 3:21SPEAKER_05: And again, you gotta look at this, in my opinion.
- 3:24SPEAKER_05: You gotta look at this through the lens of not how you felt about watching this.
- 3:31SPEAKER_05: Because you watched the debate, and overall I thought Michelle Tefoya did better, but that's not gonna come as a necessarily a surprise.
- 3:39SPEAKER_05: You gotta look at it through the standpoint of, you know, independents, um, you know, individuals who may, you know, be able to go and vote for somebody different than their political party, and I just don't think that it really changed the game all that much.
- 3:52SPEAKER_05: But I will share with you audio.
- 3:54SPEAKER_05: We'll get some of your thoughts from the blaster line, uh, details on how you can reach out to us in just a moment.
- 3:59SPEAKER_05: I also have uh audio of the, I believe it was on PBS.
- 4:03SPEAKER_05: You had Attorney General Thief Ellison and Ron Schutz in the attorney general's race uh sat down for a debate conversation, doing that thing with my fingers.
- 4:11SPEAKER_05: I have audio from that.
- 4:12SPEAKER_05: Uh St.
- 4:13SPEAKER_05: Paul uh police chief is expanding his lawsuit against uh Mayor Horney Herr.
- 4:19SPEAKER_05: I will give you the latest details.
- 4:21SPEAKER_05: Scott Jensen, state auditor candidate, continues to uh move forward with his legal fight over the um oh the examination into his medical background going back to when he was running for uh previous office.
- 4:35SPEAKER_05: So a lot of ground to cover today, as always.
- 4:37SPEAKER_05: We want to hear from you in the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 4:43SPEAKER_05: You can also email john.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 4:48SPEAKER_05: We'll get to some of your thoughts here in just a moment.
- 4:50SPEAKER_05: A few of your uh comments have already been rolling into the blaster line uh this morning.
- 4:54SPEAKER_05: We'll also get you up to speed of the news stories that you might have missed as we were heading into the weekend.
- 5:01SPEAKER_05: We'll do that courtesy of an alpha news uh update with uh Liz uh with Liz Collin coming up in just a few minutes.
- 5:08SPEAKER_05: A few business items of note today.
- 5:11SPEAKER_05: It's your last opportunity to uh take advantage of the encore relating to the Follow the Money, Connect the Dots, Minnesota fraud events that Center of the American Experiment has been uh conducting.
- 5:24SPEAKER_05: They did a uh summer tour, and there's going to be one more event today.
- 5:28SPEAKER_05: American Experiment's fraud expert Bill Blonde, along with Bill Walsh, uh, will be at Split Rocks in Wyoming.
- 5:37SPEAKER_05: It starts today at 11:30.
- 5:38SPEAKER_05: You can watch online, but you can see our fraud expert here at American Experiment as he follows the money, connects the dots in this historic chapter in Minnesota history.
- 5:47SPEAKER_05: Also, this will include appearances by Congressman Pete Stauber, State Senator Mark Heran, and a friend of the show, Freedom Friday, uh guest, State Representative Max Reimer.
- 5:58SPEAKER_05: So the doors will open at 1115 at Split Rocks.
- 6:01SPEAKER_05: You can watch the event online.
- 6:02SPEAKER_05: Just head on over to AmericanExperiment.org to get all of the details.
- 6:08SPEAKER_05: Also, while you're there at the website, put your nominee in for the Golden Turkey Award.
- 6:12SPEAKER_05: You can also go to golden turkey.mn.com.
- 6:17SPEAKER_05: Every year we go and select nominees for the biggest wasteful expenditures.
- 6:24SPEAKER_05: Cannot be a person, by the way.
- 6:25SPEAKER_05: Just want to point that out.
- 6:27SPEAKER_05: Cannot be a uh a person.
- 6:30SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 6:31SPEAKER_05: So uh head on over to golden turkey.mn and nominate your golden turkey.
- 6:35SPEAKER_05: The finalist will be announced at the start of next month.
- 6:38SPEAKER_05: And then the winner will be announced over uh Thanksgiving, right here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 6:45SPEAKER_15: John, random guy, Greater Minnesota here.
- 6:48SPEAKER_15: Uh, hope you had a good weekend.
- 6:50SPEAKER_15: Uh yeah, I I do enjoy the AI overlord music that you play prior to the show.
- 6:58SPEAKER_15: Um but uh can we pull back on the easy listening a little bit?
- 7:02SPEAKER_15: I've been driving since uh 4.45 this morning, and um yeah, you almost just about put me to sleep.
- 7:09SPEAKER_15: But anyway, have a good show and a good week.
- 7:12SPEAKER_15: Thanks.
- 7:14SPEAKER_05: Well, you know, I like to lean on for the parodies, like those lighter versions, because it makes it a lot easier to hear the lyrics, if I'm if I'm being honest with you.
- 7:23SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I was working on a new one over the weekend, and also a release of all the parody songs.
- 7:30SPEAKER_05: So I hope that by the end of the week I can point you in the direction of uh where you can go and listen to the entirety of the parody songs.
- 7:40SPEAKER_05: And I might include for you longtime listeners to the John Justice show, I might include Kiss the Tip in that.
- 7:48SPEAKER_05: See, the problem is when I play it now on the show, because we're all streaming on the Mix LR app, Facebook and YouTube, Center of the American Experiments feeds, my feeds.
- 7:58SPEAKER_05: We repost this to Rumble, podcast across all the platforms.
- 8:02SPEAKER_05: The problem is now they they ding me with a cease and desist over copyright because of Kiss the Tip.
- 8:11SPEAKER_05: Because it has the music there from Little Mermaid.
- 8:13SPEAKER_05: So that's why you haven't been hearing it on the show, because it ends up just up, it ends up upending our posting of the of the show.
- 8:20SPEAKER_05: I know sacrifices have to be made.
- 8:22SPEAKER_05: But, and try to make amends for those that miss it.
- 8:25SPEAKER_05: I am planning on including including it with the full release of all the uh parody songs.
- 8:30SPEAKER_05: And like I mentioned, I hope to uh I'm doing um I'm doing a lot of tests right now.
- 8:34SPEAKER_05: We may start replaying the show um in the afternoon, starting today at two o'clock.
- 8:40SPEAKER_05: So if you uh want to listen to a replay, if you miss a portion of the show, you can listen to the podcast or it'll be live on the MixLR feed at two o'clock this morning.
- 8:49SPEAKER_05: I actually did a test um overnight uh heading into the show.
- 8:53SPEAKER_05: I replayed a portion of Freedom Friday show.
- 8:55SPEAKER_05: So uh you can keep an eye out for that.
- 8:58SPEAKER_05: Eventually, my goal is I want content on the feed 24 hours a day.
- 9:01SPEAKER_05: And I'm pretty close to figuring out how to do that, uh, but I want to make sure it's kind of fresh content and not replayed, not too many replays in terms of the content.
- 9:10SPEAKER_05: So uh let's go and hear from another friend of the show.
- 9:13SPEAKER_40: John, Brandon got his girl.
- 9:15SPEAKER_40: Loving, angry Amy.
- 9:17SPEAKER_40: That is awesome.
- 9:18SPEAKER_40: What a banger.
- 9:19SPEAKER_40: Keep it up, man.
- 9:20SPEAKER_40: You're doing a great job.
- 9:21SPEAKER_40: Have a great Monday.
- 9:22SPEAKER_05: Thanks, Brandon.
- 9:23SPEAKER_05: Always uh fantastic to uh hear uh from you.
- 9:27SPEAKER_05: All right, 651-964-0294.
- 9:30SPEAKER_05: Quick update on Ilhan Omar.
- 9:32SPEAKER_05: So Omar's attorneys requested the return of property seized during a home search by the Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:40SPEAKER_05: The search approved by a federal judge included the confiscation of Omar's passport, cell phone, notebooks, and computers.
- 9:49SPEAKER_05: Omar's attorneys are arguing that the investigation is politically motivated, violates her constitutional rights.
- 9:55SPEAKER_05: Wait until I share with you when we talk further about this, probably after 7:30, uh, after we uh play the audio and go over the debate that took place between Flanagan and Tefoya on Friday.
- 10:06SPEAKER_05: Wait until I dive into the Rochelle Olson editorial from the Star Tribune over the weekend, where she's demanding if Trump, if Trump has and the DOJ have information on Ilha No Mar, we need to know what it is now.
- 10:20SPEAKER_05: She's very, very, very angry leftist elitist.
- 10:26unknown: Yeah.
- 10:26SPEAKER_05: I talk well.
- 10:29SPEAKER_05: It's early.
- 10:31SPEAKER_05: It was a good weekend.
- 10:32SPEAKER_05: My boy Bowman did horrible yesterday at the race.
- 10:34SPEAKER_05: Oh my gosh.
- 10:36SPEAKER_05: It was so bad.
- 10:38SPEAKER_05: I could have probably finished better in Monty at Phoenix International Raceway than my driver Bowman did for Alex Bowman did.
- 10:47SPEAKER_05: It was just bad.
- 10:48SPEAKER_05: Um, so what's interesting about the Omar team, her attorneys requesting the property be returned, is that we also now know, and this broke later in the weekend, that that judge, that Democrat appointed, donating to Hillary Clinton, put in place by former president Barack Obama, DC, for all intents and purposes, leftist judge, the only reason he signed off on the affidavit to raid Ilhan's own uh home last Monday was because they had already seized her cell phone and had already shown probable cause in what they discovered on the cell phone.
- 11:28SPEAKER_05: So I think for Omar's attorneys, they're like, listen, you got what you need already.
- 11:32SPEAKER_05: Can I have the phone back?
- 11:34SPEAKER_05: She probably uh misses playing Candy Crush.
- 11:38SPEAKER_05: Do people still play that by the way?
- 11:40SPEAKER_06: Has that been replaced by other games?
- 11:42SPEAKER_06: I have no idea.
- 11:43SPEAKER_06: I feel like that's one of the games that'll never go away, though.
- 11:46SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 11:46SPEAKER_05: So like you know, you gotta imagine.
- 11:48SPEAKER_05: You know the reference.
- 11:49SPEAKER_05: That's kind of why I brought it up.
- 11:50SPEAKER_05: So it's like, okay, like if Devin knows the reference to Candy Crush.
- 11:53SPEAKER_05: Bejeweled was another one, right?
- 11:56SPEAKER_05: Um, so uh the uh attorneys for Omar in a letter to the Justice Department said there is no legitimate basis for any suggestion that she has violated any law concerning her citizenship status.
- 12:06SPEAKER_05: All the statements that you hear from uh what few Democrats are rushing to her defense, former President Barack Obama, obviously being the most prominent, um, and her attorneys, this is all now just to influence the court of public opinion.
- 12:23SPEAKER_05: That's it.
- 12:25SPEAKER_05: As as we know, of the little bit that we know of the investigation officially doing nothing with my fingers, again, that judge signed off on that search warrant because the Department of Justice had to show probable cause.
- 12:42SPEAKER_05: This gets conveniently ignored.
- 12:43SPEAKER_05: So when you see statements like this, there's no legitimate basis for suggestion she violated any law.
- 12:48SPEAKER_05: Well, you first off, you don't know that.
- 12:49SPEAKER_05: You haven't seen the information yet.
- 12:51SPEAKER_05: And from what we do know, uh, there is, because the judge wouldn't have signed off on it if he if he hadn't.
- 12:57SPEAKER_05: Uh this vindictive, retributive, and politically motivated criminal investigation into one of the president's chief congressional critics violates Representative O'Mar's constitutional rights and threatens the separation of powers they added, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 13:12SPEAKER_05: See previous statement about how this is all just to try to sway the court of public opinion.
- 13:19SPEAKER_05: By the way, the Democrats have absolutely no legs to stand on whatsoever when it comes to weaponizing the federal government or even their current thoughts regarding abuses of power and what they would do if they were to get back into power.
- 13:40SPEAKER_05: So before I talk about Obama's statements regarding Omar, and then we get you up to speed with the stories you might have missed and an alpha news update from Liz Collin, this clip went viral over the weekend.
- 13:53SPEAKER_05: So Alyssa Slotkin openly admitting that her goal is to legally target, in her words, legally target Trump officials to terrify young conservatives from serving in the government.
- 14:12SPEAKER_05: No, I didn't this is a quote that was attached to the clip that I found wherein the poster wrote they screamed about retribution for years, but now they are plotting mass political persecution.
- 14:25SPEAKER_05: You know, and and this is why the left claims that Omar is being targeted specifically for political motivation.
- 14:32SPEAKER_05: It's because that's what they do.
- 14:35SPEAKER_12: So that's what I'm saying.
- 14:36SPEAKER_12: I want to look at these signature cases and not just focus on the president, but on the people who enabled him.
- 14:43SPEAKER_12: I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration?
- 14:47SPEAKER_12: Like, that sounds fun.
- 14:48SPEAKER_12: I might get an opportunity.
- 14:50SPEAKER_12: I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want.
- 14:56SPEAKER_12: And so let me avoid participating in that.
- 14:59SPEAKER_12: I want that deterrence message sent out.
- 15:02SPEAKER_05: These people are evil.
- 15:03SPEAKER_05: They're just straight up evil.
- 15:06SPEAKER_05: Godless, soulless, power mad creatures of politics.
- 15:15SPEAKER_05: And this is the same thing that we saw over the weekend.
- 15:17SPEAKER_05: I'll give you an example here in just a moment.
- 15:19SPEAKER_05: I didn't even realize there were no King's rallies taking place this weekend.
- 15:24SPEAKER_05: Devin didn't either.
- 15:25SPEAKER_05: He was like, what?
- 15:26SPEAKER_05: No clue.
- 15:27SPEAKER_05: I got up on Saturday, I'm online.
- 15:28SPEAKER_05: I'm like, there's no King's rallies taking place.
- 15:30SPEAKER_05: It's really sad though, because even the local coverage, the Star Tribune story, actually, I'm sorry, this is Minnesota Reformer.
- 15:38SPEAKER_05: Hundreds gather in downtown Minneapolis for No Kings or early voting day of action.
- 15:43SPEAKER_05: Uh hundreds.
- 15:46SPEAKER_05: Which means there was like a couple dozen.
- 15:49SPEAKER_05: Because they just always inflate their inflate their numbers.
- 15:52SPEAKER_05: It's a pretty pathetic showing.
- 15:54SPEAKER_05: But for those that did show up, it was all of the same.
- 15:59SPEAKER_05: You know, former attendees to Woodstock.
- 16:04SPEAKER_05: You know, people of an older persuasion with gray hair, gray hair.
- 16:08SPEAKER_05: I not that I'm one to talk about, right?
- 16:10SPEAKER_05: Clearly pining for the days of when they had the energy and the ability to go and protest like we saw with the on the street insurrectionists.
- 16:21SPEAKER_05: But you want to see the hateful rhetoric?
- 16:23SPEAKER_05: All you had to do was look at any one of these really poor, um, poorly attended No Kings rally events over the weekend, and it just bolsters the comment that I just made.
- 16:37SPEAKER_05: Those on the left suffering from Trump derangement syndrome, a lot of them just it's just it's rooted in pure impure evil.
- 16:45SPEAKER_05: So, as I mentioned, former President Barack Obama defending Ilhan Omar after the federal raid in a post on X, he argued uh it is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can't selectively target individuals because of their political beliefs, and that didn't happen.
- 17:02SPEAKER_05: Again, I'm gonna go back to that judge.
- 17:04SPEAKER_05: He could not have signed off on that warrant without probable cause that the federal government gave him.
- 17:08SPEAKER_05: And the judge was appointed by Obama.
- 17:14SPEAKER_05: The post from Breitbar goes on to say, saying that is exactly what President Donald Trump's administration is doing to Omar.
- 17:21SPEAKER_05: Obama went on to note that Omar came to the United States with her father when she was 12 years old.
- 17:26SPEAKER_05: If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately, Obama said.
- 17:31SPEAKER_05: But because she was 17, she became naturalized, a naturalized citizen automatically.
- 17:36SPEAKER_05: So again, this is all the court of a public opinion.
- 17:38SPEAKER_05: He's trying to stir this to turn this a certain direction.
- 17:41SPEAKER_05: We don't even know if that discrepancy with my fingers and the allegations that her staff went and changed her birth year so that she would have been of legal age to obtain citizenship is even the core scope of the investigation.
- 17:58SPEAKER_05: Obama's just pointing to that because he wants something to refute.
- 18:01SPEAKER_05: And as I said, he has no skin in the game electorally.
- 18:04SPEAKER_05: He's not running for office.
- 18:06SPEAKER_05: He's set for life.
- 18:07SPEAKER_05: So even if Ilhan Omar is indicted on a slew of really egregious charges that reach beyond her, because this was another thing from over the weekend that popped up, and there was some commentary that this could actually end up potentially, allegedly impacting Amy Klobuchar.
- 18:26SPEAKER_05: But Obama's just focusing on this one aspect, again, to try to go and taint the court of public opinion.
- 18:32SPEAKER_05: And as I mentioned before, the New York Times report over the weekend, the family text messages on Omar's phone and of the phone of Omar's sister prompted the search warrant and the controversial raid.
- 18:44SPEAKER_05: Breitbart News's Lowell Caulfield reported, adding that the three sources who were familiar with the matter told the New York Times that the federal investigators seized the phone of Omar's sister earlier in the year when they began investigating whether the Somalia-born lawmaker conspired to commit immigration fraud when she came to the United States.
- 19:06SPEAKER_05: Now, this is also interesting, too, when you begin to sort of drop back and keep in mind that Ilan Omar has been really quiet for quite a long time now.
- 19:16SPEAKER_05: Like we're still on Omar watch at the moment.
- 19:18SPEAKER_05: She's been missing for the past seven days since the raid took uh place, beyond the two different statements that she shared online and the one that we shared on Friday's Freedom Friday show, wherein it certainly sounded like um she was on her way out.
- 19:32SPEAKER_05: It was all very thank you for having supported me, kind of kind of language.
- 19:38SPEAKER_05: But even apart from that, she really has been absent from the spotlight for quite a long time, even leading up to that, which would lend some credibility that she was probably aware of what's been going on with this investigation, and her lawyers probably told her to keep her trap shut.
- 19:56SPEAKER_14: Good morning, John Rich.
- 19:58SPEAKER_14: So Obama's hypocrisy is amazing.
- 20:01SPEAKER_14: Isn't he the president that was in charge when uh Trump announced he's running for office and he used the DOJ and the FBI to begin investigating them?
- 20:11SPEAKER_14: And oh, maybe you could confirm if Elon Musk is actually gonna buy CNN.
- 20:17SPEAKER_14: That'd be fantastic.
- 20:19SPEAKER_05: I have uh some really interesting audio from Elon Musk that I'll share uh next hour on the show.
- 20:25SPEAKER_05: He was talking with the economist about what happens when there's mass migration and no demand for the individuals migrating to that particular country, particularly countries in the West, to go and assimilate to the values of that country.
- 20:46SPEAKER_05: They are incredibly poignant when you consider what's going on right now with the violence in the streets of France and how this is not a student-led movement by any stretch.
- 20:57SPEAKER_05: You had some 50 some odd protests that take place, some 12 of them may have been associated with student organizations, but the other like 30 to 34 are all being pushed by left-wing activists, communists, Democrat socialists, socialist groups funded by that Roy Neville Singh, Chinese billionaire who's pretty much the global George Soros.
- 21:24SPEAKER_05: We listen, we saw our own little micro version of that with the George Floyd riots.
- 21:30SPEAKER_05: The same thing happened.
- 21:31SPEAKER_05: You had a spark of inspiration for people to go and take to the streets and be violent, and then that brought about a further escalation by the radical leftists that seek to undermine Western values.
- 21:44SPEAKER_05: We actually, the the more recent example would have been Operation Metro Surge.
- 21:48SPEAKER_05: I mean, that's the better and more recent example of that taking place.
- 21:51SPEAKER_05: So we'll get back to more of your thoughts in just a moment here on the John Justice Show.
- 21:56SPEAKER_05: Remember, you can leave us a voice or text message on the Blaster Line.
- 22:00SPEAKER_05: That number is 651-964-0294.
- 22:04SPEAKER_05: As we head into the holiday season, yes, now is the best time to take advantage of this amazing weight loss program from Neutrawave.
- 22:13SPEAKER_05: You could in 40 days be a brand new you and having developed better eating habits just like I have, being able to keep the weight off while still enjoying all those holiday meals that you enjoy.
- 22:25SPEAKER_05: It's just about real food.
- 22:27SPEAKER_05: There's no shots, there's no gimmicks, there's no pills.
- 22:30SPEAKER_05: It is an absolutely smarter approach to weight loss.
- 22:34SPEAKER_05: If you're overweight, if you're on medication, tired all the time, listen up.
- 22:38SPEAKER_05: Your body is telling you a story that the scale will not reveal for you.
- 22:42SPEAKER_05: This is why the free truth metabolic session with Neutrawave is so important.
- 22:46SPEAKER_05: For just making the phone call, you can take advantage of this truth metabolic session wherein you'll see your body fat, your muscle mass, your metabolic age, and then you discover your next move.
- 22:58SPEAKER_05: They'll include a free red light therapy session, so do not wait.
- 23:02SPEAKER_05: Take action now.
- 23:04SPEAKER_05: 952-260-1965.
- 23:07SPEAKER_05: That's 952-260-1965.
- 23:11SPEAKER_05: Mention my name, John Justice.
- 23:13SPEAKER_05: And that free meta uh that free truth metabolic scan is yours, along with the free red light therapy session.
- 23:19SPEAKER_05: Neutrawave in Edyna.

- 23:24SPEAKER_05: No pills, no shots, just Neutral Wave.
- 23:27SPEAKER_05: Individual results may vary.
- 23:28SPEAKER_05: There's nothing else like it.
- 23:30SPEAKER_23: Here's a look at this week's top stories at Alpha News.
- 23:33SPEAKER_23: The Department of Homeland Security rated Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's DC home as part of a federal immigration investigation.
- 23:41SPEAKER_23: The rate is part of a larger fraud investigation into the Congresswoman's immigration paperwork and was signed off by a federal judge.
- 23:48SPEAKER_23: Nearly a year ago, a former congressional candidate told Alpha News how she obtained documents that prove Omar's citizenship narrative doesn't hold water between her birth date being changed when she was serving in Congress and no documentation that exists to support Omar's father had actually become a naturalized citizen of the United States.
- 24:08SPEAKER_23: And records reveal Peggy Flanagan's grandfather was suspected in serial killings and spent decades in mental hospitals.
- 24:16SPEAKER_23: John Jacob Hartman, who was never charged with murder, but his troubled history included four suspected killings, an escape from a state mental hospital, and alleged threats against a federal judge.
- 24:34SPEAKER_23: Newly uncovered newspaper archives reveal a far darker chapter of Peggy Flanagan's family history.
- 24:42SPEAKER_23: And on the podcast, John Nagel, the Republican nominee who is running against Ilhan Omar for the U.S.
- 24:47SPEAKER_23: House of Representatives in Minnesota's 5th district, spoke out about Omar's congressional record and the controversies swirling around her and her citizenship status.
- 24:57SPEAKER_23: Nagel did not miss words and said she is the most anti-American person that I've ever met in my life.
- 25:02SPEAKER_23: I can't believe that somebody like this was elected to represent Minnesota of all places.
- 25:12SPEAKER_23: And for more independent Minnesota journalism, be sure to visit alpha news.org.
- 25:22SPEAKER_18: He targeted meetings personally in 2010.
- 25:28SPEAKER_18: Shortly after that, he started getting closed for the next three years.
- 25:32SPEAKER_18: And I think I also tie that into when Obamacare came, I was self-employed.
- 25:36SPEAKER_18: I was told by the IRS to start paying$2,600 a month for your insurance and a$6,000 deductible.
- 25:43SPEAKER_18: Have a great day.
- 25:44SPEAKER_38: You've heard about Education Minnesota, the statewide teachers union that's affiliated with Randy Weingarten's American Federation of Teachers.
- 25:53SPEAKER_38: Well, they're at it again.
- 25:55SPEAKER_38: They have endorsed their slate of candidates in the Eastern Carver County School Board race.
- 26:00SPEAKER_38: To see whose campaigns Education Minnesota and the local teachers union, the Chaska Education Association, are funding, visit reelectjoeescott.com and check the blog section.
- 26:12SPEAKER_47: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 26:18SPEAKER_47: This is the old Chaska School District, and it covers most of Chanhassan and Victoria, all of Chaska, East Union, Carver, and the townships of San Francisco, Lakeown, and Dahlgren.
- 26:30SPEAKER_47: Ideology becomes policy.
- 26:32SPEAKER_47: We need to keep these outside ideologies away from our children.
- 26:37SPEAKER_47: These national interests are going to have to get through me to get to your kids.
- 26:42SPEAKER_38: The tab was paid for by re-elect Joe Scott.
- 26:46SPEAKER_05: Remember, when you call most home service companies, you're going to get upsells, you're going to get commissions, you're going to get one trade fixes.
- 26:54SPEAKER_05: It's just the nature of the industry now.
- 26:56SPEAKER_05: Many of these companies that you used to trust, that you used to call, maybe you haven't in a long time, but you're looking at the winner ahead and you need to do an evaluation of your home, keep in mind that a lot of those companies are not local anymore.
- 27:09SPEAKER_05: They've been purchased by outside organizations.
- 27:11SPEAKER_05: They're no longer offering that local quality service that you expect and that you deserve.
- 27:17SPEAKER_05: That's where Ericsson Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical come into play.
- 27:21SPEAKER_05: For 43 years, this locally run family-owned team with non-commissioned, licensed experts across all the major trades, plumbing HVAC, electrical gas, even safety and security systems, they have been providing that quality service that you expect, that you deserve, and that you honestly demand.

- 28:02SPEAKER_05: That's 763-78-34545.
- 28:05SPEAKER_25: Hey, good morning, John.
- 28:07SPEAKER_25: Stella Shaw, as always.
- 28:09SPEAKER_25: Jason for Ramsey.
- 28:10SPEAKER_25: Hey, you both had Noel Kings rally.
- 28:12SPEAKER_25: I was coming back from Pine City yesterday, coming down 35.
- 28:15SPEAKER_25: And right there was an enormous billboard that said no Kings, no call words, and I think it gave its age, which would have been on Saturday.
- 28:24SPEAKER_25: But yeah, this is being properly funded, and it's just interesting that there's this huge billboard at the Southern Freeway.
- 28:30SPEAKER_25: So, anyways, have a great day, gentlemen.
- 28:33SPEAKER_25: Thank you.
- 28:34SPEAKER_05: You know, the individuals that you see participating in these No King events, predominantly older, retired individuals pining for the days of their activism glory of the past.
- 28:46SPEAKER_05: These were the same individuals who were out there protesting regarding uh Vietnam no longer able to have enough energy to go and take to the streets like the online or the on-the-street insurrectionist during Operation Metro Surge.
- 29:01SPEAKER_05: But that is a snapshot of what those individuals will eventually become.
- 29:06SPEAKER_05: The individuals that you saw and that you currently see partaking in the more violent action on the streets.
- 29:15SPEAKER_05: In the case of Operation Metro Surge, the you know blocking of lawful law enforcement, they'll eventually age out of that and they'll end up like the individuals that you see now predominantly at these rallies.
- 29:28SPEAKER_05: By the way, uh data shows that Metro Surge probably didn't cost 32,000 jobs.
- 29:32SPEAKER_05: I'll give you uh details uh on that coming up in a few minutes here on the show.
- 29:37SPEAKER_05: So hundreds attended the No Kings demonstrations in Minneapolis to encourage voter turnout in the upcoming election with the event focusing on voting rights and information, despite some criticism of the Trump administration.
- 29:48SPEAKER_05: There was one clip that I wanted to share with you.
- 29:52SPEAKER_05: So indicative, right?
- 29:53SPEAKER_05: It's a nice little encapsulation of the mentality of these senior citizen protesters.
- 30:01SPEAKER_05: They have no interest in having a dialogue, they have no interest in hearing the facts, their opinions and views are never going to change, and they don't even understand the own terminology.
- 30:12SPEAKER_05: The terminology that they use to push back on individuals who dare go and question and ask them why they're so upset.
- 30:18SPEAKER_05: In this case, as you'll hear in this clip, this dude keeps using the word, don't gaslight me, good dog, don't gaslight me, clearly has no idea what the term means.
- 30:29SPEAKER_03: Name one single lie that Breitbird has told.
- 30:32SPEAKER_10: I just did.
- 30:33SPEAKER_10: You guys spew that Trump is doing all these great things, and he's not.
- 30:38SPEAKER_10: He's rounding up legal people now.
- 30:40SPEAKER_10: They've arrested over 500 U.S.
- 30:42SPEAKER_10: citizens.
- 30:43SPEAKER_03: What about the illegals?
- 30:44SPEAKER_03: What about the illness?
- 30:45SPEAKER_03: Do you think you should deport illegals?
- 30:47SPEAKER_03: So you think everyone should just be able to cross a border?
- 30:50SPEAKER_10: Should I say that?
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: I'm asking you.
- 30:52SPEAKER_03: I'm asking you that.
- 30:54SPEAKER_03: I'm asking you that.
- 30:55SPEAKER_03: Do not gaslight.
- 30:56SPEAKER_03: I'm asking you.
- 30:56SPEAKER_11: No, it's horrific that he's abandoned our Ukraine, our former ally.
- 31:00SPEAKER_03: Do you think that everyone is welcome here no matter what?
- 31:03SPEAKER_10: Everybody is welcome to the United States.
- 31:05SPEAKER_10: So you believe in open borders?
- 31:07SPEAKER_10: No, I don't.
- 31:08SPEAKER_10: That's your words.
- 31:08SPEAKER_10: Do not gaslight me.
- 31:09SPEAKER_10: I'm not gaslighting you.
- 31:12SPEAKER_05: Every single time he does the do not gaslight me, I think of the blues brothers, wherein, oh, I mean I should have brought.
- 31:19SPEAKER_05: You know what?
- 31:20SPEAKER_05: I'm gonna go ahead and do it.
- 31:21SPEAKER_05: Hold on a second here.
- 31:22SPEAKER_05: Let me let me do this while I keep this clip.
- 31:25SPEAKER_05: Andrew Langer, president of the Institute for Liberty, uh joins me.
- 31:28SPEAKER_05: Every time, I want to play the rest of this clip, Andrew, but every time he starts talking about don't gaslight me, I keep thinking of uh Blues Brothers where they're in the diner and she keeps going, don't you blaspheme in here?
- 31:39SPEAKER_05: Don't you blaspheme?
- 31:39SPEAKER_05: Don't you blaspheme in here?
- 31:41SPEAKER_05: Yeah, so who would that's um who was who was the singer?
- 31:44SPEAKER_05: It's uh Aretha Franklin.
- 31:45SPEAKER_05: Aretha Franklin, thank you very much.
- 31:47SPEAKER_05: All right, ha.
- 31:48SPEAKER_05: Brain fart on the Monday.
- 31:49SPEAKER_05: Here's the uh rest of this clip.
- 31:53SPEAKER_10: I don't use that term.
- 31:54SPEAKER_10: Do you believe that whatever you want to call them?
- 31:57SPEAKER_10: I call them migrants.
- 31:58SPEAKER_10: Do you think they should be deported?
- 32:00SPEAKER_03: Do you think they should be deported?
- 32:02SPEAKER_03: I'm not yelling, I'm asking you a question, you're not answering.
- 32:05SPEAKER_03: And I'm trying to answer it, but they're not helping Cana failure.
- 32:08SPEAKER_03: Do you think they should be deported?
- 32:09SPEAKER_10: No, I think they're deported with due process only.
- 32:12SPEAKER_10: And that's what I'm saying.
- 32:12SPEAKER_10: What do you think he's doing?
- 32:14SPEAKER_10: I do not think he is doing due process.
- 32:15SPEAKER_10: How is he not doing that?
- 32:19SPEAKER_10: That's for citizenship.
- 32:20SPEAKER_10: Actually, it is for everybody.
- 32:25SPEAKER_10: It's the Fifth Amendment.
- 32:26SPEAKER_10: Hold on, Andrew.
- 32:27SPEAKER_05: Hold on, Andrew, you wanted to chime in on this?
- 32:30SPEAKER_37: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
- 32:34SPEAKER_37: That's the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 32:35SPEAKER_37: The Fourth Amendment is about unreasonable search and seizures.
- 32:38SPEAKER_37: I I mean, you know, this is it's oh God, you know.
- 32:42SPEAKER_37: Listen, I know I get into trouble when you ask me about the well, the third amendment.
- 32:46SPEAKER_37: The Third Amendment is about troops being quartered in the homes.
- 32:48SPEAKER_37: We start to get into the seventh and eighth amendments, and I got and I got problems.
- 32:52SPEAKER_37: But I I do know the difference between the third and fourth amendments.
- 32:55SPEAKER_37: Thank you.
- 32:56SPEAKER_37: Thank you very much.
- 32:57SPEAKER_37: Yeah.
- 32:58SPEAKER_37: That clip really is it's like it's like the Saturday night live sketch, you know, with Dana Carvey doing Ross Perot.
- 33:05SPEAKER_37: Can't a finish, Larry.
- 33:07SPEAKER_37: That is not what I am saying.
- 33:12SPEAKER_05: It was so indicative.
- 33:13SPEAKER_05: I didn't, you know, a lot of times after the No Kings rallies, I'll grab a bunch of different clips and comment them and comment on them.
- 33:20SPEAKER_05: First off, this was a much more muted No Kings event.
- 33:23SPEAKER_05: I didn't even know that there was an event taking place until I popped on to do prep on Saturday morning.
- 33:28SPEAKER_05: That clip, though, was very indicative of the core group of individuals, senior citizens pining for the activism of their past, no longer having the energy to go and push back like you see the younger generations against against ICE or what we're gonna discuss coming up in just a moment, what's happening in France right now.
- 33:45SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 33:45SPEAKER_05: You know, whether or not it's effective in turning out the vote for Democrats remains to be seen.
- 33:50SPEAKER_05: But it was uh a bit of a pathetic showing of this uh latest iteration of the No Kings protests.
- 33:55SPEAKER_37: Well that that's that's just it.
- 33:57SPEAKER_37: I mean, listen, I again, if we're gonna quote movies, you know, we can go back to under siege, you know, and uh Tommy Lee Jones saying, oh, it's a movement, it goes a certain distance and then it dies, but the revolution comes around and always in your face.
- 34:09SPEAKER_37: Now, I I um um I actually I am kind of surprised that going into the midterm elections that the No Kings rallies didn't have nearly as much steam.
- 34:21SPEAKER_37: But my fear is that so much of that organization has now, you know, uh emerged from its uh uh its um cocoon and is now fully embracing the the DSA and that that's what what it has become, which is what we all suspected way, way back when, uh, is that uh is that the No Kings movement was really just a um uh a shadow for the for the DSA.
- 34:46SPEAKER_05: Let's um let's get into what's been going on over the weekend in France, because um there's a lot of parallels to I made this comment earlier on the show as we talk with Andrew Langer, president of the Institute for Liberty.
- 34:58SPEAKER_05: I made this parallel that Frank, you know, France, what's happening in France might uh r right now might as well, you know, be a look into the future of total leftist rule in Minnesota.
- 35:10SPEAKER_05: You have a a smaller group in this case of you know disenfranchised students upset about the cost of living and things of this nature, these protest organizations that are branching off of the universities there, but it's been co-opted, like it typically is by much larger radical communist um organizations, you know, socialist groups funded.
- 35:31SPEAKER_05: Uh you have Islamist groups uh funded by Neville Roy Singham, this Chinese billionaire, sort of the global George Soros.
- 35:38SPEAKER_05: And when you look at the imagery, you see all these, you know, you know, uh, you know, all-in-black masked people gathering and doing all this protesting.
- 35:46SPEAKER_05: No, this has moved well beyond any sort of student frustrations over affordability, and now you have these radical groups that are basically destroying history in France.
- 35:57SPEAKER_37: Right.
- 35:57SPEAKER_37: And it's and this is exactly, you know, uh right out of the the the common turn playbook, um, you know, the mass movement.
- 36:06SPEAKER_37: You know, we used to spend a lot of time talking about Sololinsky's rules for radicals, and this is part and parcel of this, which is to say, you see uh a common unrest and common, you know, uh negative sentiment out there, and you you you grab onto it, you and you use it for your ends, you turn it into something else.
- 36:26SPEAKER_37: Um you know, part of this gets into with what's going on in France, it gets into the problems and the ancillary impacts of mass migration from Middle Eastern countries where you don't have the proper vetting that's going on, the sort of the change in social character and national character that's out there.
- 36:44SPEAKER_37: Um and and this, you know, this then leads into the issues of radicalization.
- 36:49SPEAKER_37: And I know when I dropped you an email this morning, I made the connection between this and Nadal Hassan.
- 36:56SPEAKER_37: So what happens is you know, you have a nation like France.
- 37:01SPEAKER_37: Now, France has had its xenophobic issues in the past, even you know, with its colonial days, it had its issues with racism.
- 37:10SPEAKER_37: Uh, and and the French people, though, by and large, have been very open and embracing of the mass migration of refugees from uh Middle Eastern countries, war-torn countries that are that are out there.
- 37:21SPEAKER_37: Um and because they want to be open and accepting and embracing, they're going to ignore the radicalization that is happening within their midst, which is largely, if you go back and you look, this is why I talked about Nadal Hassan.
- 37:37SPEAKER_37: Um we went through this whole thing last week where the president was talking about uh live streaming, uh the Nadal Hassan uh uh execution.
- 37:46SPEAKER_37: Thankfully, I think uh they made the decision to not do that.
- 37:50SPEAKER_37: But if you go back to the the report, the after action report, the root cause analysis report, it was made very clear that US military officials and and Nadal Hassan's colleagues throughout his career saw what was happening with him.
- 38:05SPEAKER_37: Um, but because of political correctness, they did not want to say anything about his increasing and alarming radicalization.
- 38:13SPEAKER_37: The same thing is happening in France and elsewhere in Europe, um, where you you they folks don't want to talk about what's going on with radicalization, uh, and and this is the end result here.
- 38:28SPEAKER_05: It'll be uh interesting to see where all of this you know leads in in France.
- 38:34SPEAKER_05: I know they've been cracking down, arresting individuals, but it doesn't seem to be doing you know much good at this point in time.
- 38:40SPEAKER_05: And at the and and on top of that, you have leadership like Macron out there who continue to feed what is essentially a false narrative as to what is actually happening.
- 38:49SPEAKER_05: They continue to go and point to the student protests, the student anger.
- 38:53SPEAKER_05: No.
- 38:54SPEAKER_05: Let me give me just a moment here, because I want to I want to broaden this out.
- 38:58SPEAKER_05: So we have all this controversy relating to pointing out the Somali-led fraud.
- 39:05SPEAKER_05: 90% of the fraud here in Minnesota has been conducted by the Somali community.
- 39:09SPEAKER_05: We have a Somali gang war taking place on the streets of Minneapolis that's getting national headlines.
- 39:15SPEAKER_05: This is all by extension of these different uh clans within the Somali community that are now warring factions, right?
- 39:24SPEAKER_05: These factions that are that are at war here.
- 39:26SPEAKER_05: And yet you have this pushback on mentioning, and I have a parody, don't dare say they're Somali.
- 39:32SPEAKER_05: But the same thing rings true here as it does in France.
- 39:34SPEAKER_05: If you're not willing to go and call out what's actually taking place, the specifics regarding who is doing what and why, you're never going to be able to gain a grip on this, on this, on this problem.
- 39:45SPEAKER_37: No, no, that's that's exactly it.
- 39:48SPEAKER_37: You know, it's it's this idea of not focusing on the reality, but only focusing on what uh uh conveniently fits into whatever narrative you're you're going to create, which is how we got the problem of the fraud in the first place.
- 40:01SPEAKER_37: You know, you turn a blind eye to to these kinds of things.
- 40:06SPEAKER_37: Um it it it is it is uh amazing to me uh how um uh you know the Democrats and their unwillingness to embrace any kind of objective reality, the and the various nasty end results that it leads to.
- 40:22SPEAKER_05: Uh, let's go here to the blaster line.
- 40:23SPEAKER_05: A comment rolled in from a friend of the show as we continue our discussion with uh Andrew Langer this morning here on the John Justice Show.
- 40:31SPEAKER_21: Um what's happening is great.
- 40:36SPEAKER_21: It is possible.
- 40:38SPEAKER_21: It'll be a lot of people.
- 41:34SPEAKER_05: You know, I do wonder, Andrew Langer, if because you know, we we see similar moves here in the United States.
- 41:40SPEAKER_05: You and I talked about this, the candidates that are running that are aligned with the same ideology, though they're really sort of watering it down for the sake of their campaigns.
- 41:49SPEAKER_05: Um, you know, there's some perspective needed here given the size of France, the region, how long they've been dealing with this problem.
- 41:56SPEAKER_05: Do you think that it will ever get or could ever get as bad as what we're seeing here in the United States?
- 42:03SPEAKER_05: I mean, based off a number of factors, demographics, geography, things of that nature.
- 42:07SPEAKER_05: Um, is it is it a fa is it a fair assessment to say this is a snapshot of what we could be looking at, like I said earlier uh in our discussion.
- 42:14SPEAKER_37: Um you know, the the radicals, you know, want to take power by any means necessary.
- 42:21SPEAKER_37: Now I think unfortunately in the United States, no, actually, I should say fortunately in the United States, it it it it will not necessarily take armed revolution to do it, right?
- 42:32SPEAKER_37: I I sent you the this clip today from uh this small R Republican data person uh talking about this uh uh Elizabeth Chenoweth statistic that you know if you can get three and a half percent of the population to agree with you, you can really get you know widespread social change.
- 42:52SPEAKER_37: Um and you know, the Democratic socialists are on the precipice of that moment.
- 42:58SPEAKER_37: I don't know what percentage of the population uh they have on their side, but you know, all of last week, you know, whether it is the various clips, you know, uh um whether it's Sonny Haustin uh talking about how much uh you know she hates Republicans or this uh candidate running for county commission uh in Indiana talking about how much she hates Republicans, um, you know, at the end of the day, right, when uh you know these folks they've uh come on and my point is Kamala Harris talking about specifically what's on her agenda.
- 43:31SPEAKER_37: They are telling us what they want to do, whether it is the one-of-the-mill Democrat like Kamala Harris, or it is the true democratic socialists, the Abdul al Sayyed, the Zoran Mandanis, etc.
- 43:44SPEAKER_37: etc., they've told us what they want to do in terms of how they want to radically transform this government.
- 43:50SPEAKER_37: Uh if they can do it by the ballot box, they will.
- 43:54SPEAKER_37: Uh, if they can force change through rioting, they will.
- 43:58SPEAKER_37: Uh, Lord knows we've seen this in.
- 44:00SPEAKER_37: Enough times where the radicals have rioted and used mobocracy to try to force what they want.
- 44:07SPEAKER_05: Um I want to shift over to the election uh briefly here as we continue our discussion with uh Andrew Langer.
- 44:13SPEAKER_05: Um, and and this comment that J.D.
- 44:15SPEAKER_05: Vance made that I thought was interesting.
- 44:17SPEAKER_05: I don't want to get too far out ahead, but he talks about 2028 and this interesting comment he made.
- 44:21SPEAKER_05: Uh that said, I'm gonna I'm gonna share audio much later in the eight o'clock hour.
- 44:25SPEAKER_05: A couple of different clips, one from Frank Luntz, uh the other one from CNN.
- 44:29SPEAKER_05: The CNN clip is focusing on how they're saying, you know, if prop if Republicans outperform the polls, they're gonna have a much, much better midterm than what the polls currently suggest.
- 44:40SPEAKER_05: And to sort of bolster that, Frank Luntz was out there saying that one, he admitted that he got the polls wrong the last time around, and also mentioned how there's a lot of uh undervaluing of Republicans in the polls.
- 44:53SPEAKER_05: You know, I know you you've shared your thoughts here on this on the show about your concerns of these this election coming up and how well the Democrats might do.
- 45:01SPEAKER_05: Um I'm curious your thoughts on these questions around the polls, and also over the course of the past week since we last talked, a lot of these polls have sort of tightened up uh quite a bit in these closing weeks.
- 45:11SPEAKER_05: So uh your current current your current analysis on the uh midterms.
- 45:14SPEAKER_37: Well, listen, I think it's gonna be tight.
- 45:16SPEAKER_37: I I I I always get suspicious of pollsters when they start talking about the fact, well, we know we got it wrong last time, therefore we're not sure if we're gonna get it wrong or right this time.
- 45:25SPEAKER_37: That to me is like saying, okay, uh we're gonna we're gonna uh diminish expectations, so we're always outperforming of where we said we were going to be.
- 45:34SPEAKER_37: Um I I listen, as always, you know, there are two major factors that I'm looking at.
- 45:40SPEAKER_37: One sort of macro and one historic, which is the president's party always loses seats in the legislature during a midterm election.
- 45:47SPEAKER_37: Now remember, 2022, we thought there was going to be a red wave in response to the Joe Biden presidency.
- 45:54SPEAKER_37: There was a red trickle.
- 45:56SPEAKER_37: Um I I I might I'm still leaning towards a blue trickle.
- 46:00SPEAKER_37: Boy, that sounds awful.
- 46:01SPEAKER_37: Um uh on on the Democrat side.
- 46:04SPEAKER_05: Oh I got the blue trickle.
- 46:06SPEAKER_37: Yes, exactly.
- 46:07SPEAKER_37: Give me the antibiotics.
- 46:08SPEAKER_37: I just visited Baltimore.
- 46:09SPEAKER_37: Now I got the blue trickle.
- 46:11SPEAKER_37: Um I I um I think Republicans have a much greater likelihood of holding on to the Senate than they do the House.
- 46:18SPEAKER_37: Um so that's that's a that's a distinct possibility there.
- 46:22SPEAKER_37: Uh yeah, I mean the other part of this is as always, it's the gas prices, right?
- 46:27SPEAKER_37: It you know, that's that's the the the one thing that everybody gets confronted by.
- 46:31SPEAKER_37: And and I can talk about why gas prices aren't nearly as bad as we think they are, and why we can't turn around and keep comparing the gas prices to where they were at the same time uh you know during Joe Biden's presidency, because there's been a massive amount of inflation since then.
- 46:49SPEAKER_37: So, you know, when you adjust when you adjust for inflation, gas prices in America now are still lower than they were under Joe Biden's presidency at this same point in time, but that's a very hard argument.
- 47:02SPEAKER_37: And as um John Funn said to me on the air on Friday, when you're explaining, you're losing.
- 47:09SPEAKER_37: You know, the fact that we have to keep explaining this uh is a is a problem.
- 47:13SPEAKER_37: Then again, Republicans are always happy to explain our position.
- 47:15SPEAKER_37: So, you know, it it what why why is this any different?
- 47:20SPEAKER_05: It's like a good joke.
- 47:21SPEAKER_05: If you have to explain it, it's not necessarily a good joke.
- 47:23SPEAKER_05: You know, we need to.
- 47:24SPEAKER_37: Hold on, unless you're unless you're Norm MacDonald, in which case the explanation is funny.
- 47:28SPEAKER_37: I watched the Norm MacDonald documentary on uh on on Saturday and I loved it, and you know, I miss Norm McDonald.
- 47:35SPEAKER_05: I need to I you know what?
- 47:37SPEAKER_05: I'm not as familiar as so many people are with Norm McDonald because I I was uh I was reading some commentary from somebody who was very familiar with Norm MacDonald.
- 47:47SPEAKER_05: And they kind of criticized the documentary, not because it was bad, but because they said, well, this is all stuff that I've seen.
- 47:54SPEAKER_05: It's probably stuff I haven't seen, so I'm gonna have to go and and uh you know what's really interesting about the documentary is that there are no interviews.
- 48:01SPEAKER_37: It's all taken, I mean, there are no interviews with any of Norm's friends.
- 48:04SPEAKER_37: So it's all taken from Norm's own words, uh, from his audiobook, which you can't trust because he was an unreliable narrator, which was the point.
- 48:14SPEAKER_37: Um, but but you know, in interviews that he'd done over the years and his stand-up bits, and you know, um John, all you have to do, there are two things you need to do once you get off the air today.
- 48:23SPEAKER_37: You need to go and look up Norm MacDonald moth joke and Norm MacDonald Turtle joke.
- 48:29SPEAKER_37: Um, and then the third thing is Norm MacDonald talking with David Letterman about being fired from SNL and his discussion of Don Olmeyer, and that sums it all up.
- 48:37SPEAKER_05: See, I just made notes live on my show.
- 48:40SPEAKER_05: There you go, I put them down.
- 48:40SPEAKER_05: I got my little model chicken scratch, so I go to go to check it out.
- 48:45SPEAKER_05: You know what we need?
- 48:46SPEAKER_05: You know, Republicans need to come up with those stickers for the pumps again, but instead of I did that with Joe Biden, it needs to be still uh lower than Joe Biden.
- 48:54SPEAKER_05: Or maybe that's trying to explain it to you.
- 48:58SPEAKER_37: This is this is the problem.
- 48:59SPEAKER_37: And and there are some miraculous things, by the way.
- 49:02SPEAKER_37: You know, the big the big news, you know, of the fact that we're gonna build our first diesel refinery in decades in the United States, that is huge news.
- 49:11SPEAKER_37: Um, you know, the more we can the more we can uh pump and uh uh and refine our own fuels here at home, and the more so, the more we can uh uh the more we can hedge ourselves against this, as we've done.
- 49:25SPEAKER_37: Gas prices would be far worse had we not, you know, started drill baby drill all over again here in America.
- 49:33SPEAKER_05: JD Vance was at a Michigan town hall, stated he's not decided whether to run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2028.
- 49:42SPEAKER_05: So the host started the ball rolling by jumping on a comment that Vance made earlier in the evening, namely that he might be out of a job in a couple of years.
- 49:51SPEAKER_05: Uh the structure of the sentence suggests that you'd be running for a continued job, said the uh said the host.
- 49:58SPEAKER_05: And Vance said, not necessarily.
- 50:00SPEAKER_05: And the host then went on to say, so there's a chance, okay, let's go right there.
- 50:04SPEAKER_05: Is there a chance you don't run for the presidency in 2028?
- 50:07SPEAKER_05: And Vance said, Of course there's a chance.
- 50:09SPEAKER_05: He says, I, you know, yeah, man, I've got four little kids.
- 50:12SPEAKER_05: My wife's never loved politics.
- 50:14SPEAKER_05: She loves public service.
- 50:15SPEAKER_05: I think you know you can do a lot of good in this job, and I've tried to do as much as uh possible.
- 50:21SPEAKER_05: But he also said that he was a procrastinator and then he hasn't made a, you know, made a decision.
- 50:26SPEAKER_05: He's like, but you never know, anything can happen.
- 50:28SPEAKER_05: So what do you make of uh of J.D.
- 50:30SPEAKER_05: Vance's comments here?
- 50:31SPEAKER_37: Sort of uh, you know, J.D.
- 50:32SPEAKER_37: Vance is listening I may disagree with J.D.
- 50:35SPEAKER_37: Vance about a whole host of things, but he's not a dumb guy.
- 50:38SPEAKER_37: And he can look at historical trends and he can look at the numbers that are out there, right?
- 50:43SPEAKER_37: Um Joe Biden didn't win the presidency after being Barack Obama's vice president immediately.
- 50:49SPEAKER_37: He had to wait, you know, four years uh for that to come around, and it was a real it was a real chance.
- 50:54SPEAKER_37: You know, beyond that, right, the last vice president to become directly president of the United States was George uh uh George H.W.
- 51:02SPEAKER_37: Bush back in 1988.
- 51:04SPEAKER_37: Um and so you know you look at you look at you know Al Gore, uh you look at uh uh Connell Harris, you you look at uh well Dick Cheney didn't even run, and so you know, you you sort of the the trend's setting a against him.
- 51:21SPEAKER_37: Plus, you know, the midterm elections are gonna cut both ways for J.D.
- 51:25SPEAKER_37: Vance.
- 51:26SPEAKER_37: Right?
- 51:26SPEAKER_37: If Republicans lose both the House and Senate, um it does set up a Republican to be more in the catbird seat going into 2028.
- 51:36SPEAKER_37: Um but whether or not Americans, or I'm sorry, whether or not Republicans want J.D.
- 51:43SPEAKER_37: Vance's brand of Republicanism, that's a whole other question.
- 51:47SPEAKER_37: And the Republican Party is going to have a major conversation about where they want the party to go, regardless of what happens with the the the 2028 cycle.
- 51:58SPEAKER_37: Actually, I will say this much.
- 52:00SPEAKER_37: If Republicans manage to eke out a victory, um, I I think, you know, in both houses, right?
- 52:06SPEAKER_37: If Republicans retain both the House and the Senate, I think it is far more likely that J.D.
- 52:10SPEAKER_37: Vance will then decide to run.
- 52:13SPEAKER_37: Um I think, I think, you know, beyond that, uh, he's gonna look at those, he's gonna look at those numbers.
- 52:19SPEAKER_37: And I think he recognizes that, you know, if a Republican is going to lose going into 2028, uh, J.D.
- 52:28SPEAKER_37: Vance would much rather have it be Marco Rubio or somebody else.
- 52:32SPEAKER_37: Um and that opened listen, that open it opens it up in in entirely if Vance decides that he's not gonna run.
- 52:40SPEAKER_05: There's a uh comment that came into the blaster line at 651-964-0294, and they just said Vance is uh great but not presidential material.
- 52:49SPEAKER_05: Marco would be uh the best uh the best pick.
- 52:52SPEAKER_05: So let me uh let me add my two cents on this.
- 52:55SPEAKER_05: So, first off, I think of everybody within the Trump administration, um I tend to look at JD Vance as being the most genuine and authentic.
- 53:03SPEAKER_05: So when he makes statements like this, it it comes off as very truthful to me.
- 53:07SPEAKER_05: It's like, okay, that makes that make sense to me.
- 53:10SPEAKER_05: That being said, okay, just let's set that aside for a moment.
- 53:14SPEAKER_05: What what a fantastic setup though, because I'm immediately reminded of Caesar in Gladiator talking with Maximus, where he wants to hand him the keys to the kingdom, and he's like, I I don't want it, and he's like, that's exactly why you need to be the guy.
- 53:31SPEAKER_05: I mean, what a I mean, what a setup there, dude.
- 53:33SPEAKER_37: Yeah, I just, you know, listen, I I think JD Vance and every every profile, every positive profile of JD Vance that's out there, uh, he is he has been a politician for a very long time.
- 53:45SPEAKER_37: And you know, to me, I get that.
- 53:46SPEAKER_37: I I you know when I hear Usha Vance doesn't particularly like politics, uh, that that's the case.
- 53:54SPEAKER_37: Other than Michelle.
- 53:55SPEAKER_37: Yeah, yes.
- 53:56SPEAKER_37: So I I just I um um I I yeah, I I discount that.
- 54:01SPEAKER_37: But yeah, listen, I he's a smart guy.
- 54:03SPEAKER_37: There's no two ways about it.
- 54:04SPEAKER_37: Um brilliant guy, and uh but there is the question as to whether or not he's going to be presidential, presidential on the campaign trail, or whether he'd be like Ron DeSantis, who we love as a governor, and the flo and Floridians love Ron DeSantis, but when he stepped onto that uh national stage, it didn't it didn't really go anywhere.
- 54:25SPEAKER_05: Uh side note, Gladiator 2, beautiful to look at, not a great movie.
- 54:29SPEAKER_37: Yeah, I haven't seen that.
- 54:30SPEAKER_37: I just for all sorts of all sorts of reasons.
- 54:33SPEAKER_37: I was hoping, John, that they were gonna do the prequel.
- 54:36SPEAKER_37: You know, there was some talk as that they were gonna do like the the the wars of of Maximus.
- 54:41SPEAKER_37: And Maximus Decimus Meridius, such a great character across the board.
- 54:46SPEAKER_05: Oh, one of my favorite movies of all time.
- 54:48SPEAKER_05: That movie is just of there was a meme going around of perfect films, like name your three perfect movies, and that should have been on my on my list.
- 54:55SPEAKER_37: So yeah, hard bodies, John, hard bodies, and uh that's a joke, by the way.
- 55:01SPEAKER_37: It's literally hard bodies has popped up on Amazon Prime.
- 55:05SPEAKER_37: Just one of the guys is on.
- 55:07SPEAKER_05: You can't say jokes like that, Andrew.
- 55:09SPEAKER_05: People will take you seriously.
- 55:10SPEAKER_05: Foes of the show will start shotgunning out.
- 55:12SPEAKER_05: Oh, did you see the horrible thing Andrew said on the John Justice show?
- 55:15SPEAKER_37: I will say this much.
- 55:16SPEAKER_37: I watched, I re-watched uh Just One of the Guys uh a couple weeks ago.
- 55:21SPEAKER_37: And uh, you know, listen, set aside Joyce Heiser as as Terry, the main character.
- 55:27SPEAKER_37: Uh there's a guy named Billy Jacoby who plays her brother and he steals the show.
- 55:32SPEAKER_37: I mean, and and and and he holds up.
- 55:36SPEAKER_05: Melinda and I have been uh watching nothing but Halloween-related films for all of October, okay?
- 55:42SPEAKER_05: And she and she this is actually on her.
- 55:44SPEAKER_05: I've tried to watch other things.
- 55:45SPEAKER_05: She's like, nope, we're just doing Halloween movies.
- 55:47SPEAKER_05: I could write a book because we're trying to watch movies we haven't seen before.
- 55:52SPEAKER_05: Sure.
- 55:52SPEAKER_05: And we're going to once, oh, I heard this was great.
- 55:54SPEAKER_05: Like Night of the Comet.
- 55:56SPEAKER_05: No, awful.
- 55:57SPEAKER_05: Not a good movie by any stretch.
- 55:59SPEAKER_05: So that was her choice.
- 56:01SPEAKER_05: So then I went, well, I heard that this vampire movie Near Dark with Bill Paxton, directed by Catherine Bigelow, was solid.
- 56:08SPEAKER_05: I'd never seen it before.
- 56:09SPEAKER_05: Let's watch it.
- 56:10SPEAKER_05: So that was my choice.
- 56:11SPEAKER_05: Also, not good.
- 56:12SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 56:13SPEAKER_05: It was boy, it was, it was boring.
- 56:14SPEAKER_05: There's a reason why the classics are the classics and they're the ones that have people talk about most often because the ones that we were watching are not great.
- 56:21SPEAKER_37: Have you ever seen Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein?
- 56:23SPEAKER_05: Yes.
- 56:24SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 56:25SPEAKER_05: I was weaned.
- 56:25SPEAKER_05: I was weaned.
- 56:26SPEAKER_05: I was weaned on Abbott and Costello.
- 56:28SPEAKER_05: That's a good choice.
- 56:29SPEAKER_37: I need to have my annual showing of Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein, and I'll be I'll be all set.
- 56:34SPEAKER_05: Alright, Andrew, before I cut you loose, anything you want to uh promote?
- 56:37SPEAKER_37: Uh yeah, listen, uh got a um uh a great episode of uh the lunch hour.
- 56:42SPEAKER_37: It should pop up today.
- 56:44SPEAKER_37: Uh Cade Rosenbaum, who is the um uh the he's a tech uh fellow with Reason joins me.
- 56:50SPEAKER_37: Uh that's uh that's good stuff.
- 56:52SPEAKER_37: Uh go and check that out.
- 56:53SPEAKER_37: By the way, maybe a big announcement in the next coming weeks about uh the new project I'm working on.
- 56:58SPEAKER_37: Um yeah, so so this is the new policy stuff.
- 57:02SPEAKER_37: So we'll we'll keep you posted, John.
- 57:04SPEAKER_37: Thank you for the teaser.
- 57:05SPEAKER_37: But if you're not following me on on X, follow me on X at at Andrew at Andrew underscore langer.
- 57:10SPEAKER_37: I, you know, I've been doing uh like you, John, I've been doing a lot more hits on Newsmax.
- 57:14SPEAKER_37: I I did a uh um I did a hit on Newsmax yesterday.
- 57:18SPEAKER_37: You know, I'm I'm doing doing a lot of weekend stuff.
- 57:21SPEAKER_05: Uh yeah, I'm doing one on Tuesday, and they have this, a lot of them do.
- 57:26SPEAKER_05: Fox does, Newsmax does.
- 57:27SPEAKER_05: They have this rule where they don't want you going on other shows within like a certain time frame.
- 57:32SPEAKER_05: Dude, I had like six different requests from it was like like my I landed on the list somewhere.
- 57:37SPEAKER_05: I had so many requests over the week, and I'm like, I can, I'm already locked in for one coming up on Tuesday.
- 57:42SPEAKER_37: I I will say, John, you know, uh, well, first you should just ask and say, hey, can I do these other ones?
- 57:47SPEAKER_37: But, you know, with you, because I know one of the requests that I got last week was we you and I, they thought you and I talked about something going on in Minnesota with the Somalis, and I'm like, no, no, John and I didn't didn't talk about this.
- 57:58SPEAKER_37: I I could talk about it, but you know.
- 58:00SPEAKER_37: Um, but clearly, clearly they want you, man, because you are you are their their man in Minnesota.
- 58:07SPEAKER_05: That's right.
- 58:07SPEAKER_05: That's right.
- 58:08SPEAKER_05: Well, still, still the only uh live uh news talk show here in the uh in the Twin Cities during this uh period of time.
- 58:14SPEAKER_05: So check it out.
- 58:16SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I know, pretty crazy.
- 58:17SPEAKER_05: Andrew Langer, as always, buddy, have a great week.
- 58:19SPEAKER_05: We'll talk to you again next week.
- 58:20SPEAKER_05: Next man, talk to you later on.
- 58:21SPEAKER_05: I want to remind you, head on over to M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 58:27SPEAKER_05: That's minileaf.com.

- 58:32SPEAKER_05: You'll end up getting a good night's sleep with the night gummies.
- 58:35SPEAKER_05: I take them, my father takes them, made with all natural ingredients, no bitter aftertaste whatsoever with uh the night uh gummies.
- 58:43SPEAKER_05: Also, you can check out their fun gummies if you just need to go and chill out.
- 58:46SPEAKER_05: Gotta be 21 or older.
- 58:48SPEAKER_05: Also, the spooky mini leaf tonics, just in time for Halloween.
- 58:51SPEAKER_05: They're spooky, right?
- 58:52SPEAKER_05: Because there's no booze in it.
- 58:54SPEAKER_05: Get it?
- 58:54SPEAKER_05: That's right.

- 59:07SPEAKER_05: That's minileaf.com.
- 59:10SPEAKER_13: What I don't understand is why does polling always oversample the Democrats?
- 59:15SPEAKER_13: Why doesn't it sometimes oversample Democrats and sometimes oversample Republicans?
- 59:22SPEAKER_13: It's it's crazy that it uh only works one way.
- 59:26SPEAKER_13: And blue trickle?
- 59:28SPEAKER_13: Rock band or race horse.
- 59:30SPEAKER_13: Oh, that's good.
- 59:32SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna go rock band for blue trickle.
- 59:35SPEAKER_06: I think it works for both.
- 59:37SPEAKER_06: I'm leaning race horse, though.
- 59:38SPEAKER_06: Yeah?
- 59:39SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 59:39SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 59:40SPEAKER_05: Do you want trickle associated with your horse?
- 59:42SPEAKER_05: That's a good point.
- 59:43SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 59:44SPEAKER_05: That's kind of that's kind of what you might have switched me there.
- 59:47SPEAKER_05: Kind of what I was thinking.
- 59:48SPEAKER_05: Like the like the blue trickle sounds like a good see the blue trickle sounds like a band that would be performing at like No Kings rallies.
- 59:56SPEAKER_05: That's what that's that's what that sounds like.
- 59:58SPEAKER_05: Although, again, that wouldn't really necessitate very well in terms of positivity to turn out a vote, I suppose.
- 1:00:04SPEAKER_05: Alright, let's go back here to the uh blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_19: That caller got it right.
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_19: About 90%.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_19: But it's also the comedy.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_19: Leading the charge.
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_19: Uh burning down the world.
- 1:00:19SPEAKER_19: Hey, Andrew John, Macron.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_16: Yeah.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_19: You know, what can you expect from a guy?
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_19: A guy when he was tenth grade married his teacher.
- 1:00:30SPEAKER_19: He's got a big set, man.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_05: All right, Lou.
- 1:00:35SPEAKER_05: Thank you for the comment.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_05: 651-964-0294.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_05: That's the number for the blaster line.
- 1:00:42SPEAKER_05: If you want to take part in the show, leave us a voice or text message, or drop us an email, john.justice at american experiment.org.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_05: All right, and it is hour two here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:01:15SPEAKER_05: Glad that you are with us uh this morning.
- 1:01:18SPEAKER_05: We're gonna dive into the latest regarding Ilhan Omar a little bit later on this hour.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_05: Also, I have audio from the debate that took place between Michelle Tafoya and uh Peggy Flanagan.
- 1:01:27SPEAKER_05: We'll get into that coming up in just a few minutes on the show too.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_05: Plus, your comments on the blaster line again.
- 1:01:34SPEAKER_05: Uh 651-964-0294.
- 1:01:38SPEAKER_05: Uh, on the issue of the polls from that uh previous uh comment on the blaster line, uh, when it comes to the the lack of validity in the polls or Republicans underperforming, let me play this and let me add a an element to this.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_09: Hey, John.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_09: Good morning, Fred and Pryor Lake.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_09: Quick comment on polls.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_09: As Rush always said, polls are not there to reflect public opinion, but to influence it.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_05: Yeah, interesting thought.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_05: And when it comes to the underperforming, overperforming of the polls, uh, it may be less nefarious intent, and it might be more the fact that it's just becoming increasingly difficult for pollsters to get the pulse of Republican voters because of their reluctance to take part in the polls.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_05: I was going to share this clip much later in the show, but since we're here, this is uh Frank Luntz uh over the weekend.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_05: I believe he was on uh Fox News talking about this very uh issue.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_36: What do you think the polls may be missing?
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_36: Do you think they're they're understanding the kind of voter that Trump usually brings out, the sort of non-engaged voters that that may not respond to a phone call from a pollster?
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_34: We know that they don't respond respond to phone calls.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_34: We know that in the exit polling back in 2016, and I say this publicly because I want people to hear this.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_34: You know, I teach at West Point.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_34: I cannot lie, cheat or steal.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_34: The cadets can't.
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_34: I can't.
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_34: I got 2016 wrong.
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_34: I believed in the exit polls.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_34: Trump voters walked away, refused to participate because they thought that it was against them.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_34: They thought that the polls were all biased.
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_34: And that's what Republicans are being told right now.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_34: They don't believe the polls, they're not accurate.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_34: Well, they may be.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_34: We're about to find out, but I'm still skeptical.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_34: In the end, Republicans are less likely to participate.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_34: They're less likely to believe the polls are happening.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_34: But I'm most interested in the turnout in the end, and there are ways to measure it, and I'm not convinced that they're doing it.
- 1:03:41SPEAKER_34: That they're polling how the electorate overall feels and not polling the people who are actually gonna participate.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_34: But in the end, who the hell can you do that?
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_01: How do you get around that though?
- 1:03:52SPEAKER_34: Um that's why you have to do focus groups, that's that's why you have to do one-on-one interviews.
- 1:03:57SPEAKER_34: I can tell by looking at you if you're gonna participate or not.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_34: And these are people who are counted in the polls, but I know they're not gonna vote.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_34: They sit like this, their hands are folded, and they don't really care, and they're looking down and looking around because they're not engaged, they're not involved, and turnout determines everything.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_34: And I ask the viewers pay attention to how they've asked the questions about turnout.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_34: It's not whether you say you're gonna vote or not, because people lie.
- 1:04:26SPEAKER_34: How interested are you in the election?
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_34: Number one.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_34: Number two is how often do you collect election news, political news, and number three, how often do you talk politics to your friends and neighbors?
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_34: Those are three essential questions in determining turnout.
- 1:04:41SPEAKER_34: I hate to say this, but a lot of polls don't ask it.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_05: That was again uh Frank Luntz on uh Fox News on Talking Polls.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_05: I'll have uh another clip to share with you much later uh in the show from uh CNN, who are you know hedging their bets on this, saying if the polls you know underperform in terms of Republican turnout, then Republicans will hold the House and Senate.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_05: 651-9640294.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_05: That's the number for the blaster line.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_05: Leave us a voice or text message.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_05: Also, you can email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_05: And that's J-O-N.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_05: Raquel did, friend of the show.
- 1:05:18SPEAKER_05: We were talking blue trickle uh last hour.
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_05: She says, Neither racehorse or rock band, race car driver.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_05: She's going off of uh uh Dick Trickle, who was a race car driver, and then subsequently Tom Cruise's character in uh Top Gun, which uh was Cold Trickle.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_05: So there you go.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_05: Thank you, Raquel.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_05: Always great to uh hear from you.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_05: Uh here's a quick one.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_05: I had this in the stack of uh news items uh to get to in the first hour, did not have a chance to.
- 1:05:41SPEAKER_05: However, White House press secretary Katie Zachariah is out.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_05: How to lose a job in five days.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_05: Well, Katie Zachariah showed everybody.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_05: Due to her poor briefing performance and a scandal over her legal credentials and unsuccessful interviews.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_05: Her firing makes her the shortest.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_05: Tenured White House's press secretary in history.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_44: He wasn't firing Katie Zachariah, but then the White House confirmed she is transitioning out of the role.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_44: She lasted less than a week on the job and held only one 14-minute briefing, which garnered a swarm of criticism as the press argued she seemed nervous and unprepared.
- 1:06:21SPEAKER_44: She also had to spend much of the week clarifying her legal background after the president mistakenly identified her as an attorney.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_44: She has a law degree from Pepperdine, but never passed the bar.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_44: Doubting she could recover from her rocky start, Trump decided to give her an out.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_02: She's been treated, uh, I would say pretty nastily.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_02: And I said to Katie just two minutes ago, I said, Katie, you know, you don't have to do this to get on what he said, this is a lot tougher.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_02: I said, Welcome to the world of Trump.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_02: I said to her, honestly, if I were you, I'd reconsider.
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_02: You think about it, but I would reconsider.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_44: Whether it was her decision or not, Zachariah is following the president's advice, thanking him for the opportunity she posted on X.
- 1:07:09SPEAKER_44: President Trump is a kind, wonderful, gracious, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and the most hardworking man.
- 1:07:16SPEAKER_44: It was an honor to work for him.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_44: Zachariah now holds the record for the shortest tenure as White House press secretary, but she's in good company.
- 1:07:24SPEAKER_44: Anthony Scaramucci, who lasted just 10 days in the role in 2017, shared this advice: turn off the news and go enjoy your family.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_44: In time, you'll realize the universe did you a major favor.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_44: President Trump told Fox he's in no rush to name a new press secretary, but says he's been getting a lot of calls about the job.
- 1:07:43SPEAKER_44: Charlie Rachel and Griff, back to you.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_05: And they said, John, does this mean you're back in there running for press secretary?
- 1:07:57SPEAKER_05: Yes, it does.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_05: And I would probably do just about as good a job as uh Katie Zachariah.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_05: She did not do great.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_05: I I thought maybe she would end up uh getting better over time.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_05: I've seen her interviews with the media.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_05: I mentioned as much after her first uh debut.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_05: It was uh rough to say the least.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_05: She is no Caroline Levitt.
- 1:08:18SPEAKER_05: The real problem apparently came into play because she didn't pass the bar exam.
- 1:08:23SPEAKER_05: And it wasn't so much that she didn't pass the bar exam.
- 1:08:26SPEAKER_05: That happens all the time, but it's the fact that she lied about not passing the bar exam and claimed to be an attorney.
- 1:08:32SPEAKER_05: Katie Pavlich had put up a fantastic post uh last week when the news emerged that she had basically falsified her legal background and saying, yeah, the problem, again, wasn't the wasn't the fact that she failed the bar exam, it was the fact that she never passed it and then claimed to be an attorney later on, and that was uh too much for the for the president to handle.
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_05: Understandably so.
- 1:08:55SPEAKER_05: I I get it.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_05: Well, they'll find listen, they'll find somebody of fantastic caliber for it uh to go and fill that role.
- 1:09:03SPEAKER_05: And I think that's the other aspect, too, is that why put somebody in place that needs to develop the skills of the White House press secretary when you've got a lot of other individuals out there who already have the natural skill that could easily go and fit uh into that uh role.
- 1:09:19SPEAKER_05: Let's get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_05: We were talking polls a moment ago here on the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_29: Yeah, I don't answer the polls.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_29: I get text messages several times a day on my phone, and I we get calls um once or twice a day asking our opinion on who we're voting for.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_29: I I never answer them.
- 1:09:43SPEAKER_29: I don't trust them, I don't know who's calling, I don't know who's texting, so I don't respond.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_29: If people are like me, then a lot of uh Republicans aren't being represented in these polls.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_29: Thank you.
- 1:09:58SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 1:09:58SPEAKER_05: Listen, uh regardless of what party you belong to, if you're concerned about any of this, just get out to to vote.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_05: And make sure that you have friends and family.
- 1:10:07SPEAKER_05: Get out to uh to vote.
- 1:10:09SPEAKER_05: Uh that's all you can do.
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_05: You know, look at the polling data, take of it what you will.
- 1:10:14SPEAKER_05: You know, for me personally, put it in the Lord's hands, make sure you get out and vote, bring other people with you.
- 1:10:21SPEAKER_05: That's about that's all you can do.
- 1:10:22SPEAKER_05: That's all that you can do.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_05: It makes for interesting commentary, right?
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_05: The media needs something to go and talk about, but yeah, to put a lot of faith or stock in it other than just sort of a rough snapshot, right?
- 1:10:34SPEAKER_05: It's it's it's kind of futile at this point in time.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_05: All right.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_05: Uh, I want to go back to, and I will in just a moment, I want to go back to what's going on in France ahead of playing the audio from the Michelle Tefoya, Peggy Flanagan uh debate, because there's you know, there's a crossing of the news stories here.
- 1:10:54SPEAKER_05: And I mentioned this last hour, that what you see going on in France, in the way that you've got the leadership and the media portrayal of this just being student-led protests over things like affordability and healthcare, when in reality it might have started that way, it's now been co-opted by well-funded radical groups that are looking to up-end Western um beliefs, ideologies, and just Western civilization in and of itself.
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_05: It is a look into the future of Minnesota, and we've already seen examples of this.
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_05: So I want to kind of set the stage.
- 1:11:32SPEAKER_05: And uh, Andrew Langer, uh friend of the show, president of the Institute for Liberty, had mentioned this post by uh Data Republican, which is a fantastic um account.
- 1:11:41SPEAKER_05: If you are not following Data Republican on X, you are doing yourself a uh disservice.
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_05: So before we get back to that, let me give you an update on the latest coming out of St.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_05: Paul.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_05: The St.
- 1:11:51SPEAKER_05: Paul police chief Henry Axel has amended his lawsuit against Mayor Cooley Herr, adding a reprisal claim under the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
- 1:12:02SPEAKER_05: The amended lawsuit alleges that the city retaliated against Chief Henry after he filed a sexual harassment complaint against Mayor Herr.
- 1:12:12SPEAKER_05: So this was filed last week, the amended lawsuit.
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_05: It added that the Seventh Court alleging reprisal of the violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_05: This count seeks to hold Mayor Herr doing that thing with my fingers individually liable for the reprisals she personally committed, directed, or caused.
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_05: Now, I don't know what the ramifications are if she's found guilty of any of this at this point in time.
- 1:12:38SPEAKER_05: The initial lawsuit filed in September included six different counts.
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_05: We have gone over all of this on the show before.
- 1:12:45SPEAKER_05: The amended complaint, however, the chief said the city only produced a heavily redacted copy of the investigation weeks after he requested it under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_05: The amended complaint alleges that the chief requested the document on September 17th, but it was not provided to him until September 30th.
- 1:13:08SPEAKER_05: Earlier this month, the city of St.
- 1:13:11SPEAKER_05: Paul and the Council hired an outside law firm to determine whether the city has a legal obligation to pay Mayor Hur's legal fees in the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Chief Hendry.
- 1:13:22SPEAKER_05: Under the resolution approved by the council, the city will pay the Minneapolis-based Green Spell a discounted public sector rate of up to$325 per hour.
- 1:13:37SPEAKER_05: To help settle the question over who is responsible for Mayor Hur's legal costs.
- 1:13:42SPEAKER_05: Although the state law here in Minnesota usually requires cities to use taxpayer money to defend city employees in court, this obligation is lifted if the employee is found to have acted in bad faith or outside the scope of official duties.
- 1:13:56SPEAKER_05: Listen, all I know at this point in time while we await to find out what all of this ends up turning into, it seems pretty obvious that either there is a lack of public awareness or just a lack of concern or interest from the public.
- 1:14:11SPEAKER_05: Because if there was public awareness, in my opinion, and there was concern in the public, right, then there would be pressure on Mayor Hurt to resign her post just based off the allegations alone.
- 1:14:26SPEAKER_05: None of this has been refuted.
- 1:14:27SPEAKER_05: She even didn't refute it.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_05: She went so far as to say that people just didn't get her sense of humor, which was all but an admission that the claims that were being made were legitimate.
- 1:14:44SPEAKER_05: It comes down to whether or not she violated another individual's uh rights.
- 1:14:48SPEAKER_05: But it seems right now that the people in St.
- 1:14:49SPEAKER_05: Paul, again, either they're not aware or they simply don't care.
- 1:14:53SPEAKER_05: Or it's potentially a combination of the two.
- 1:14:57SPEAKER_05: All right, France.
- 1:14:59SPEAKER_05: Talk about it briefly, coming up in just a moment, and I want to share with you as it relates to our elections, what's going on here in the in the United States, uh, Data Republican has a post on what has been taking place, and Andrew Langer made the connection with the widespread rioting resulting in the destruction of a historic landmark, looting of luxury stores, and injuries to over 500 police officers and firefighters in France.
- 1:15:24SPEAKER_05: The unrest, according to the article here in front of me, sparked by student demonstrations, has escalated to include protests against inflation, rising fuel prices, and declining public services.
- 1:15:35SPEAKER_05: President Macron condemned the violence, blaming radical elements and promising justice for those responsible.
- 1:15:41SPEAKER_05: This has been a co-opted protest by radical leftists that are funded by a Chinese billionaire that seek to, again, overturn Western civilization.
- 1:15:54SPEAKER_05: Just to paint with a really broad brush.
- 1:15:57SPEAKER_05: And there's implications here in Minnesota.
- 1:15:59SPEAKER_05: We'll get to those implications coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:16:05SPEAKER_05: Right now, I want to remind you that as we head into the holidays, you might think, uh, you know what?
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_05: I don't want to go on a diet plan.
- 1:16:11SPEAKER_05: I'm about to go into the holidays.
- 1:16:12SPEAKER_05: Well, you can do one or two things.
- 1:16:14SPEAKER_05: You can wait until after the holidays, and then try to go and shed the pounds of the weight that you gained enjoying those amazing meals with friends and family.
- 1:16:22SPEAKER_05: That is a completely justifiable thing to do, although maybe not the healthiest.
- 1:16:27SPEAKER_05: Or you can take advantage of the program now, lose the weight before you go and see friends and family during your Thanksgiving celebrations, your Christmas and New Year celebrations, all while having completely changed your relationship with food to keep the weight off long term.
- 1:16:42SPEAKER_05: I lost over 35 pounds on this amazing program.
- 1:16:46SPEAKER_05: It's just real food.
- 1:16:48SPEAKER_05: All natural 40-day program, no gimmicks, no pills, no shots.
- 1:16:53SPEAKER_05: You follow the program, you eat the food that you want to eat, food that has one ingredient, and that's just food.
- 1:17:00SPEAKER_05: If you're tired all the time, if you're on medication and you're overweight, your body is telling you a story that's simply stepping on the scale is not going to solve for you.
- 1:17:09SPEAKER_05: The Free Truth Metabolic Scan at Neutrowave, this is where you can see your body fat, your muscle mass, your metabolic age, and then you take the next step through this amazing program at Neutrowave to drop the weight.
- 1:17:22SPEAKER_05: And within 40 days, you're a brand new you, and your life has changed for the better and hopefully forever.
- 1:17:29SPEAKER_05: There's a free red light therapy session that comes along with the free truth metabolic scan.
- 1:17:35SPEAKER_05: All you have to do, and there's no obligation, is just simply call Neutrowave today.
- 1:17:39SPEAKER_05: Mention my name, John Justice.
- 1:17:41SPEAKER_05: Do not wait, take action now.
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_05: 952-260-1965.
- 1:17:45SPEAKER_05: 952-260-1965.
- 1:17:49SPEAKER_05: No pills, no shots, just Neutrawave.
- 1:17:52SPEAKER_05: There is nothing else like it.
- 1:17:54SPEAKER_05: Individual results may vary.
- 1:17:56SPEAKER_48: If you owe money to the IRS that you can't pay, are tax liens and levies ruining your future?
- 1:18:01SPEAKER_48: The problem won't go away by itself.
- 1:18:03SPEAKER_48: But you can get help now from the nation's leading tax resolutions expert, Dan Pilla.

- 1:19:51SPEAKER_26: And so people I know just they're like, I'm not going to share my opinion.
- 1:19:56SPEAKER_26: I'm just going to go to the polls later.
- 1:19:57SPEAKER_26: Yep.
- 1:19:58SPEAKER_26: Have a good morning.
- 1:19:59SPEAKER_05: Listen, it's all enough to go and stress you out, and it's increasingly more difficult to relax these days with everything going on in the world.
- 1:20:07SPEAKER_05: It's also important that you get a great night's sleep, and certainly you don't want to be living with any sort of acute or chronic pain.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_05: This is where Mini Leaf comes into play with their amazing products.
- 1:20:17SPEAKER_05: Mini Leaf is locally run by Eric and his wife, Lacey.
- 1:20:21SPEAKER_05: Their mission is for you to live a better life through the products that they sell.

- 1:20:41SPEAKER_05: A game changer.
- 1:20:42SPEAKER_05: I use that term a lot, but it's appropriate.
- 1:20:44SPEAKER_05: I get a great night's sleep with the night gummies now.
- 1:20:46SPEAKER_05: And I wasn't before with the odd hours that I keep.
- 1:20:49SPEAKER_05: I know I talk about it all the time.
- 1:20:50SPEAKER_05: I go to bed at 6:30, usually out by 7.15.
- 1:20:54SPEAKER_05: My alarm goes off at 2.30 in the morning, just like it did today, to get ready to come in to prepare this show for you every day.
- 1:21:00SPEAKER_05: And I was not getting a good night's sleep until I found the night gummies, locally run and owned by Eric and his wife.

- 1:21:39SPEAKER_22: Hey, good morning, John.
- 1:21:41SPEAKER_22: You know, I think the best way to do a poll, which unfortunately would put most of the polling companies out of business.
- 1:21:48SPEAKER_22: This is more than likely why they would not take my advice.
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_22: Usually, when you get called to do a poll, you're in the middle of doing something.
- 1:21:56SPEAKER_22: This is why Republicans don't answer, because we have these things called jobs.
- 1:22:01SPEAKER_22: What they should do is put out a call to go online and do the poll when you have time.
- 1:22:07SPEAKER_22: Then they take all the respondents, they take an equal portion from each group, and then you have a poll.
- 1:22:15SPEAKER_22: But that's not how they do it.
- 1:22:16SPEAKER_22: They have a fixed deadline, uh, a quantity of people, and then they just kind of wing it, I believe.
- 1:22:24SPEAKER_47: Hello, this is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 1:22:30SPEAKER_47: I'd like to thank John's listeners for their generosity.
- 1:22:34SPEAKER_47: Now, because this is Minnesota, you can vote for me in person as early as Friday, October 16th.
- 1:22:40SPEAKER_47: Now, let's talk about the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Test Scores for Eastern Carver County Schools.
- 1:22:46SPEAKER_47: Only 62.6% of our students are proficient in reading, and only 62.5% are proficient in math, and only 29.9% are proficient in design.
- 1:22:59SPEAKER_47: So how are we graduating 94.1% of our students?
- 1:23:04SPEAKER_47: You know, this has nothing to do with the quality of our teachers and everything to do with a lack of a school board and administrative accountability.
- 1:23:12SPEAKER_47: Our superintendent is not contractually responsible for student proficiency.
- 1:23:16SPEAKER_47: Go to the blog section of my website, reelectjoeescott.com and eccsmcascores.com.
- 1:23:27SPEAKER_05: As I talked about earlier, France was reeling on Sunday after a night of nationwide rioting that left a historic landmark gutted with flames.
- 1:23:36SPEAKER_05: Among the most devastating losses was this was this uh 19th century town hall, a 143-year-old architectural treasure that was largely destroyed after rioters allegedly stormed the building and deliberately set it ablaze.
- 1:23:52SPEAKER_05: Uh it's it's neither here nor there, and there are implications to what we're dealing with here in Minnesota, which is why I'm sharing this with you.
- 1:24:00SPEAKER_05: Um I would be, and I'm gonna do uh my own research later on today, but I I'd be curious the level of violence and destruction that we see online and how it relates to France as a whole.
- 1:24:17SPEAKER_05: Because you often lose perspective.
- 1:24:19SPEAKER_05: I've talked about this a lot on the show.
- 1:24:22SPEAKER_05: That's not to say that it takes away from any of the concern and how relevant what we're seeing happening overseas right now is to the future of the United States of America.
- 1:24:35SPEAKER_05: But it would be advantageous to get a better, clearer um assessment of the damage that's actually being done.
- 1:24:42SPEAKER_05: When you go back, and this is the example that I've used before, and I'll use it here, when you go back and look at the 2020 George Floyd riots, if you were an outsider watching it on TV, you would have thought that the entirety of Minneapolis was on fire.
- 1:24:56SPEAKER_05: And you heard, you know, generalized comments even coming from the president about that, myself included, during the time when we were talking about this.
- 1:25:02SPEAKER_05: Again, generalized statements that Minnesota is, you know, in the middle of a massive riot and Minnesota's burnt to the ground when really it was isolated areas.
- 1:25:11SPEAKER_05: I'd be curious to get a clearer picture of how widespread the violence is in relation to the geography of the area.
- 1:25:20SPEAKER_05: Again, neither here nor there regarding the severity of what's coming out of the region.
- 1:25:24SPEAKER_05: The horrifying footage, though, showed flames consuming the landmark roof before its towering spire collapsed into the inferno.
- 1:25:31SPEAKER_05: With construction beginning in 1879 and inaugurated in 1883, this historic building had stood as a symbol of the city's civic identity for generations.
- 1:25:46SPEAKER_05: A local condemned the deliberate arson.
- 1:25:49SPEAKER_05: Authorities reported four police vehicles were destroyed and businesses were looted nearby.
- 1:25:55SPEAKER_05: In Paris, you had masked gangs smashing shop windows, erected burning barricades, ransacked businesses.
- 1:26:03SPEAKER_05: There were 855 people arrested in the Capitol region alone, but it appears that it's not doing anything to go and quell the violence.
- 1:26:13SPEAKER_05: Luxury retailers ended up becoming prime targets.
- 1:26:15SPEAKER_05: And again, this moves off of any sort of student-led protests.
- 1:26:19SPEAKER_05: You had looters striking one gallery in the Capitol, another, a Louis Vuitton store in Bordeaux, an Apple store was vandalized while businesses in Nice were stormed.
- 1:26:32SPEAKER_05: Dior reportedly hired private security guards to protect its flagship Paris store amid the disorder.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_05: The unrest began weeks earlier when student demonstrations overcrowded classrooms, over overcrowded classrooms, teacher shortages, and education conditions.
- 1:26:50SPEAKER_05: But there's a circle of violence taking place here.
- 1:26:52SPEAKER_05: You have far radical left-wing groups on the university campuses that are fomenting this unrest relating to the protests.
- 1:27:01SPEAKER_05: But you had some 50 protests.
- 1:27:04SPEAKER_05: 50 different separate protests taking place in these regions overseas in France.
- 1:27:10SPEAKER_05: Only 15, and they're all specifically identified.
- 1:27:13SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 1:27:14SPEAKER_05: So only 15 of those 50 different protests were youth groups from the universities.
- 1:27:21SPEAKER_05: And of those 15, those were student Muslim groups and commie-aligned organizations.
- 1:27:30SPEAKER_05: You see the pattern here.
- 1:27:31SPEAKER_05: We saw something similar here in the United States with the college protests that suddenly disappeared this summer.
- 1:27:36SPEAKER_05: Thank you, USAID, from being defunded.
- 1:27:40SPEAKER_05: So you have 15 groups that are actually born from the university, even though they're being inspired and promoted and pushed by the larger group, some 35 of which are all being pushed by adult labor unions.
- 1:27:57SPEAKER_05: You have communist socialist groups.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_05: Islamic uh groups, Palestinian groups, all separate from the colleges, and the majority of them, and this is mainstream media reporting, this is not the stuff of speculation, the majority of them are being funded through Roy from Neville Roy Singham, who we've talked about before on the show.
- 1:28:18SPEAKER_05: He is a Chinese billionaire that wants to see the downfall of Western civilization.
- 1:28:25SPEAKER_05: So how did so how did the student groups to start so how did they initially get the momentum behind the movement?
- 1:28:35SPEAKER_05: Well, when you look at the conditions in France that gave them the opportunity to go and protest, doesn't this all sound familiar?
- 1:28:44SPEAKER_05: France spends too much money, they're not having enough children, in terms of there's a there's going to be a population issue because the young people aren't having kids, and there's too many old people living in France.
- 1:28:59SPEAKER_05: Doesn't that all sound eerily familiar?
- 1:29:02SPEAKER_05: This is the liberalism combined with the Islamist movement, and this is why you're seeing what you're seeing happen happen in France.
- 1:29:11SPEAKER_05: And it might as well be a snapshot into the future of Minnesota under leftist rule.
- 1:29:20SPEAKER_05: Because we've already seen examples of this.
- 1:29:22SPEAKER_05: We saw this happen with the George Floyd riots.
- 1:29:24SPEAKER_05: You had George Floyd being the spark that ignited the protests, and then you saw outside agitators come get involved who just want to sow anarchy.
- 1:29:33SPEAKER_05: And then more specifically and more recently, you saw it with Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:29:37SPEAKER_05: You had individuals that were just going out to observe.
- 1:29:40SPEAKER_05: We're just gonna go watch what's going on.
- 1:29:42SPEAKER_05: We're just gonna make sure that ICE isn't doing anything illegal or unconstitutional.
- 1:29:46SPEAKER_05: And of course, that quickly turned into what?
- 1:29:48SPEAKER_05: On the street insurrectionists, getting in the way of lawful law enforcement, and then a combination of mass individuals aligning with Antifa and others.
- 1:29:57SPEAKER_05: He had a Palestinian angle to what took place during Operation Metro Surge as well.
- 1:30:01SPEAKER_05: And then the whole thing gets co-opted by these radical groups who want what?
- 1:30:04SPEAKER_05: They want to undermine and overthrow Western society and the values that make the United States the greatest country on the face of the planet.
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_05: As I mentioned, the movement in France rapidly expanded when the unions and other demonstrators joined the protests against what they said was inflation, rising fuel costs, government spending cuts, and declining public services.
- 1:30:28SPEAKER_05: Boy, and all that again sound familiar.
- 1:30:30SPEAKER_05: The estimates are some 550,000 people participated nationwide on Saturday in France in these protests, unlike the uh hundreds that uh showed up for the No Kings here.
- 1:30:43SPEAKER_05: Organizers claimed approximately 800,000.
- 1:30:46SPEAKER_05: President Macwell, uh uh Emmanuel McCron, excuse me, I combined those two words, Macwell.
- 1:30:51SPEAKER_05: Ah, that's funny.
- 1:30:52SPEAKER_05: Emmanuel McCron.
- 1:30:54SPEAKER_05: He condemned the chaos in a televised national address Sunday, but you know, tragically and pathetically, he uh went with the this is all student-led and not what's really going on here.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_05: And that is, it might have started that way, but those students, again, were inspired by the larger organizations and now the funding that's taking place, bringing in hordes of these massed rioters onto the streets to go and inflict uh damage.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_05: All right.
- 1:31:24SPEAKER_05: 651-964-0294.
- 1:31:27SPEAKER_05: Let's go here to the blaster line.
- 1:31:29SPEAKER_22: Hey, good morning, John.
- 1:31:31SPEAKER_22: I I get the commentary that you're giving.
- 1:31:34SPEAKER_22: However, this is something I'd never have uh uh believed in that if uh the Islamists are having more babies, and if the rest are not having enough babies, the actual answer is to kick the Islamists out.
- 1:31:48SPEAKER_22: Um that's it.
- 1:31:50SPEAKER_22: You don't outbaby them, you just kick them out.
- 1:31:53SPEAKER_22: That's the only way you're gonna stop.
- 1:31:55SPEAKER_22: This is the way they live their life, regardless of how many of them there are, they're never going to change.
- 1:32:01SPEAKER_22: You you just have to kick them out.
- 1:32:03SPEAKER_22: It's very simple.
- 1:32:05SPEAKER_05: Well, and to your point, this is why the organizations that are out there protesting and causing all these problems, and the Islamists in the region, why they're being so successful, it's because of, and we'll talk about this later on in the show, it's because of this dream, doing nothing with my fingers, that if you allow this mass migration, the individuals that come into your country, to your region, are going to adopt your values.
- 1:32:34SPEAKER_05: Well, that doesn't happen.
- 1:32:36SPEAKER_05: Certainly doesn't happen with the Islamists.
- 1:32:38SPEAKER_05: And then once they're there, now you have the added controversy.
- 1:32:42SPEAKER_05: Well, how do you go about doing what you just mentioned?
- 1:32:46SPEAKER_05: How do you go about removing all those individuals that are now in the country because now you got a political fight on your hand because not everybody who aligns with the Islamists is out there causing problems, and there are individuals who have immigrated long before the mass migration took place, who have been law-abiding citizens, who have assimilated to the values of the country.
- 1:33:09SPEAKER_05: The same thing happened, you know, here in Minnesota.
- 1:33:11SPEAKER_05: It's the same scenario, which it makes it increasingly difficult to go and hold individuals ultimately uh accountable and ultimately remove them as well, unless they've gone and broken the broken the law.
- 1:33:23SPEAKER_05: Again, a snapshot overseas to what's happening here in uh the United States, right?
- 1:33:30SPEAKER_05: Just look at what's happening right now going on over in France, and you can see the future under radical leftist leadership.
- 1:33:39SPEAKER_05: All right, I want to get to the Michelle Tafoya Peggy Flanagan uh debate.
- 1:33:44SPEAKER_05: Before I do that, though, I want to remind you that if you need any work done on your home, you can trust to Ericsson Plumbing, heating, air, and electrical.

- 1:35:46SPEAKER_05: All right, we had a debate that took place on Friday.
- 1:35:48SPEAKER_05: Republican Michelle Tefoya criticizing Democrat Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan for her role in the Minnesota fraud scandals during the Senate debate.
- 1:35:57SPEAKER_05: Tefoya argued that Flanagan, a uh second uh as second in command, should take responsibility for the$9 billion lost to fraud.
- 1:36:05SPEAKER_05: Flanagan acknowledged the fraud was unacceptable and pointed to her uh support for an independent inspector general and harsher penalties.
- 1:36:14SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 1:36:15SPEAKER_05: So uh moderated by uh Brian Basque, and I thought he did a decent job in moderating uh this debate.
- 1:36:21SPEAKER_05: Uh throughout the debate, Flanagan repeatedly tried to tie Tefoya to President Donald Trump, pointing to Trump's endorsement of her campaign and arguing that Tefoya had aligned herself with him on issues including tariffs, Lawar in Iran, immigration, and health care.
- 1:36:36SPEAKER_05: Tefoya called herself a pro-choice Republican, says she supports what she described as reasonable access during the first three months of pregnancy.
- 1:36:45SPEAKER_05: She said the Minnesota law is settled and that she has no desire as a U.S.
- 1:36:50SPEAKER_05: Senator to change it.
- 1:36:51SPEAKER_05: Uh, Brian Basque wouldn't let this go at the time and asked her what reasonable access is, to which Tefoya responded, you know, three months, and then she paused and says, you know what, reasonable access is reasonable access.
- 1:37:05SPEAKER_05: She had answered the question for the most part prior to that, talking about how the law was settled here in Minnesota.
- 1:37:11SPEAKER_05: And she said specifically that in her role in the Senate, she had no desire to go and change the existing law that's here in uh Minnesota.
- 1:37:20SPEAKER_05: So let me share with you a couple of clips from the uh debate.
- 1:37:24SPEAKER_05: Specifically, and the one that probably um went the most viral over the weekend was Flanagan asking uh being asked point blank about if she takes any responsibility for the fraud here in Minnesota.
- 1:37:38SPEAKER_46: FOIA has nothing to say about that.
- 1:37:40SPEAKER_05: Do you have any ownership over the fraud that occurred over the last two terms of this administration?
- 1:37:45SPEAKER_46: The governor's been very clear that he the buck stops with him.
- 1:37:49SPEAKER_46: He was the one who had oversight here.
- 1:37:51SPEAKER_46: I've led on issues like paid family and medical leave, uh nation-leading child tax credit, making sure that kids get breakfast and lunch at school.
- 1:38:00SPEAKER_46: Uh those are the things and those are the areas where I took the lead.
- 1:38:03SPEAKER_01: They don't take lunch from freedom of your future.
- 1:38:05SPEAKER_01: I listen.
- 1:38:06SPEAKER_01: Is there a fraud double standard?
- 1:38:08SPEAKER_01: Listen, I am going to Washington to be an equal opportunity pain in the ass to any corrupt career politician.
- 1:38:16SPEAKER_01: I don't care which side of the aisle they're on or what office they hold.
- 1:38:19SPEAKER_01: I note that my opponent here has men mentioned Donald Trump's name.
- 1:38:23SPEAKER_01: I don't know how many times I've lost count.
- 1:38:25SPEAKER_01: Peggy, Donald Trump isn't on the ballot.
- 1:38:28SPEAKER_01: You and I are on the ballot, and only one of us let nine billion dollars walk out the door to fraud to suggest that we that she somehow is gonna be a fraud czar all of a sudden.
- 1:38:38SPEAKER_01: Talk about changing tax when it becomes politically expedient.
- 1:38:42SPEAKER_01: My goodness, she was second in charge in this state, and she's just gonna point her finger at Governor Tim Walls when she demanded she it be the Walls Flanagan administration when she demanded to be in the room where everything happened.
- 1:38:54SPEAKER_01: But suddenly she has nothing to do with this.
- 1:38:57SPEAKER_01: My goodness, again, sell it to someone else.
- 1:39:01SPEAKER_05: The moderator had asked if uh they would commit to doing town hall events.
- 1:39:07SPEAKER_05: Uh, here is how both uh Michelle Tefoya and Peggy Flanagan answered that question.
- 1:39:12SPEAKER_46: People uh should um expect us to govern the way that we campaign, which is everywhere all the time.
- 1:39:19SPEAKER_46: I am eager to do it.
- 1:39:20SPEAKER_46: It's the best part of my job is talking to Minnesotans and hearing from them.
- 1:39:23SPEAKER_46: So heck yeah, I'm all in.
- 1:39:25SPEAKER_01: Well, she wasn't all in for the KSTP debate, which I showed up for and she didn't.
- 1:39:29SPEAKER_01: And yes, this campaign is about Peggy Flanagan, and a record of failure that spans 20 years, eight of which were as lieutenant governor, in which we saw historic fraud, taxpayer dollars stolen, sacred taxpayer dollars stolen, education, our scores dipping dramatically, crime spiking, gang crime that she won't name, spiking, and again, a surplus turning into a deficit in the state of Minnesota.
- 1:39:56SPEAKER_01: Yes, this is about Peggy Foundation.
- 1:39:58SPEAKER_05: I want to set the stage on this next clip from the debate on Friday.
- 1:40:03SPEAKER_05: Bill Glawn has a piece up from the end of last week at AmericanExperiment.org that I would encourage everybody to go and check out.
- 1:40:12SPEAKER_05: A 19-year-old man, um Abdi Salon Mohammed Ali was arrested and charged with two felony counts of drive-by shooting following a shootout on Highway 100.
- 1:40:25SPEAKER_05: The incident, believed to be gang-related, involved the multiple vehicles and a victim who had been targeted in a previous shooting.
- 1:40:33SPEAKER_05: The spread of such violence in Minneapolis to suburban areas raises concerns about gang recruitment and the impact on affluent communities.
- 1:40:43SPEAKER_05: And I want to bring in my commentary from last hour, and something that we've been talking about a ton on the show, to the point where I actually went and made the parody, don't dare say that there, Somali.
- 1:40:54SPEAKER_05: And the point is that if we again are going to tackle this problem, you have to be able to point out why this is happening, the community involved in this, where the inspiration is coming from, if you have any desire whatsoever to go and tackle this problem.
- 1:41:11SPEAKER_05: And again, there's a very similar parallel to what's happening in France right now with the leadership in France and their failure, Macron specifically, to go and point to what's happening beyond it being student protests.
- 1:41:24SPEAKER_05: Because it is beyond student protests.
- 1:41:27SPEAKER_05: There is an active attempt of leftists and those aligned with Islam who have joined forces to undermine Western society and values.
- 1:41:40SPEAKER_05: And if you're not willing to go and identify the larger issue, you're never going to be able to go and tackle the problem.
- 1:41:45SPEAKER_05: The same thing rings true.
- 1:41:46SPEAKER_05: It's not offensive, it's not racist, it's not bigoted, it's not xenophobic, it's just facts.
- 1:41:54SPEAKER_05: 90% of the fraud perpetuated here in Minnesota was done by immigrants in the Somali community, and the gang warfare that's playing out on the streets and people are getting shot over is Somali gang warfare because of these different clans or factions, whatever you want to call them, that goes all the way back to roots from Somalia that they've brought here to Minnesota.
- 1:42:15SPEAKER_05: It's part of the reason why Minneapolis man, baby, mayor, mom jeans, Jacob Fry was able to beat Omar Fate in the election because of those warring factions within the Somali community.
- 1:42:27SPEAKER_05: If you're not willing to go and identify it, you're never going to be able to solve the problem.
- 1:42:31SPEAKER_05: Now, this came up during the debate between Michelle Tafoya and Peggy Flanagan.
- 1:42:36SPEAKER_05: And Peggy Flanagan refusing to call out the Somali gangs by name.
- 1:42:41SPEAKER_05: Reduce violence.
- 1:42:42SPEAKER_01: She will not name the problem, and she talks about helping law enforcement.
- 1:42:45SPEAKER_01: And I would reiterate, the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association has endorsed me, not my opponent, and they have said to me very clearly, they have spent more time talking to me in six months than they've spoken to her in eight years.
- 1:42:59SPEAKER_01: So she can talk about her support for law enforcement.
- 1:43:01SPEAKER_01: They do not support her another major.
- 1:43:04SPEAKER_05: And again, just to step back with a larger snapshot of this debate in and of itself, uh, I don't think that either Michelle Tefoya or Peggy Flanagan walked away from this with anything major to go and really push back against each other on.
- 1:43:23SPEAKER_05: It was kind of a wash.
- 1:43:24SPEAKER_05: They both did a decent job.
- 1:43:26SPEAKER_05: If you're looking at this objectively, okay, depending on whose side you align with, you can easily go and say that Flanagan did a great job and Michelle Tefoy did a great job if you support individually those individuals.
- 1:43:40SPEAKER_05: But I do not think that the debate in and of itself was much of a needle mover uh either uh either way.
- 1:43:46SPEAKER_05: Flanagan certainly has brushed up on her public speaking skills.
- 1:43:50SPEAKER_05: We have some uh clips from the past that have been unearthed and making their way around the internet.
- 1:43:55SPEAKER_05: Dustin Grage online has uh been sharing a lot of these.
- 1:43:59SPEAKER_05: I have a few of them to share with you in just a moment.
- 1:44:01SPEAKER_05: I do have uh one more clip uh to get to, though.
- 1:44:04SPEAKER_05: And this is Michelle Tefoya's um closing argument.
- 1:44:07SPEAKER_05: And again, if there was a moment that you can look to when it comes to DeFoya where she really did it best, it probably came at the appropriate time, and that would be her closing comments during this debate with Peggy Flanagan for the Senate race on Friday.
- 1:44:22SPEAKER_01: Peggy Flanagan has been a career politician for 20 years.
- 1:44:26SPEAKER_01: For as long as my kids have been alive, she has been collecting a taxpayer paycheck.
- 1:44:32SPEAKER_01: You have been paying her salary, and for the last eight years, she has been lieutenant governor and overseen an historically bad failed administration where we've had historic crime, we've had fraud up to nine billion dollars.
- 1:44:49SPEAKER_01: We have students who can't read at grade level, students who can't do math at gang at grade level, and kids running from gangfire bullets at Eden Prairie High School and other places around the state.
- 1:45:02SPEAKER_01: Now you can decide.
- 1:45:03SPEAKER_01: She's asking for a promotion.
- 1:45:05SPEAKER_01: You're her boss, you pay her.
- 1:45:07SPEAKER_01: I think she deserves a pink slip.
- 1:45:09SPEAKER_01: She wants to raise taxes across the board, she wants to spend money this country doesn't have, which will drive up inflation to Joe Biden levels of nine percent, and she wants to take away private insurance.
- 1:45:20SPEAKER_01: I want to cut taxes, put more money in your pocket, and I will do more on crime in my first eight weeks than she has done in eight years.
- 1:45:29SPEAKER_01: So Peggy Flanagan can spend all of her time tweeting about Donald Trump, and she can nothing else.
- 1:45:35SPEAKER_01: That seems to be the beginning, the middle, and the end of her job.
- 1:45:38SPEAKER_01: She can do that as a private citizen.
- 1:45:40SPEAKER_01: I want to go to the Senate to work across the aisle to be accountable and hold everyone accountable and deliver results for Minnesota.
- 1:45:49SPEAKER_01: Peggy Flanagan.
- 1:45:50SPEAKER_05: What's really uh interesting to me is that suddenly now, uh, and I don't know if this is coming out of the Tefoya camp or is this just individuals who support um uh Michelle Tefoya, but now there is sort of a deeper dive into Peggy Flanagan's uh background with these clips that have been uh uh unearthed, where prior to probably any thought that she had of running for a congressional Senate seat, uh she was less cautious, let's just say, in her admissions in public.
- 1:46:25SPEAKER_05: I want to play this for you in just a moment.
- 1:46:27SPEAKER_05: First, I want to go back to the uh blaster line.
- 1:46:29SPEAKER_05: 651-964-0294.
- 1:46:32SPEAKER_05: This comment rolled in.
- 1:46:33SPEAKER_05: You're absolutely right about the debate.
- 1:46:35SPEAKER_05: People's confirmation bias will come out when evaluating this debate.
- 1:46:39SPEAKER_05: They both had strong moments and weak moments, but didn't move the needle.
- 1:46:42SPEAKER_05: Yeah, that was my whole takeaway from it, is that apart from Peggy Flanagan, just on a completely superficial level, looking plastic, I do not know what's going on with her face.
- 1:46:52SPEAKER_05: I don't know what her skin regiment is, but holy cow, it's like you could see your reflection in the screen on her forehead.
- 1:47:01SPEAKER_05: She just is so incredibly shiny.
- 1:47:03SPEAKER_05: That being said, I look at the screen here as I continue the show live on Facebook and YouTube, and I go, I guess I do have my own little shine as well.
- 1:47:10SPEAKER_05: Uh, but no, they both held their ground, and I don't think it was a game changer by any by any stretch.
- 1:47:15SPEAKER_05: Uh, these clips, though, might be.
- 1:47:17SPEAKER_05: Uh, we start off here.
- 1:47:18SPEAKER_05: Uh I don't know how long ago this was.
- 1:47:21SPEAKER_05: Clearly, she was much younger prior to her joining uh Governor uh Dim Walls as Lieutenant Governor.
- 1:47:27SPEAKER_05: Uh but at one point, Peggy Flanagan in years past was speaking to a group of individuals and made uh this admission about her um years in high school.
- 1:47:38SPEAKER_46: Uh I'm gonna tell you a secret, and don't tell anybody, okay, even though this is going on the internet.
- 1:47:45SPEAKER_46: Um I graduated from high school with a 1.75 GPA by the skin of my teeth.
- 1:47:54SPEAKER_46: And I got into college based on stellar letters of recommendation and a charming personality.
- 1:48:00SPEAKER_05: Oh, okay.
- 1:48:01SPEAKER_05: So she was essentially an EOE admission.
- 1:48:04SPEAKER_05: That's like a D I think that's a D average.
- 1:48:07SPEAKER_05: That's not even like a C minus average, that's like a D average.
- 1:48:10SPEAKER_05: So the question that comes up with that clip, because it's pretty old, right?
- 1:48:13SPEAKER_05: She looked much, much younger.
- 1:48:15SPEAKER_05: She was uh carrying a lot of around a lot more, a lot more weight.
- 1:48:20SPEAKER_05: Um so you wonder, okay, so is it relevant?
- 1:48:24SPEAKER_05: Well, I don't know.
- 1:48:25SPEAKER_05: Has she gotten any smarter?
- 1:48:26SPEAKER_05: Has she learned anything uh since that point in time?
- 1:48:30SPEAKER_05: Uh well, here is another clip.
- 1:48:32SPEAKER_05: This is just two years ago.
- 1:48:34SPEAKER_05: Peggy Flanagan in the middle of an interview with uh local reporters.
- 1:48:39SPEAKER_27: Are you and Governor Walls gonna saddle up again for a third term?
- 1:48:42SPEAKER_27: Or where do you see yourself in four, six, eight years?
- 1:48:44SPEAKER_30: I mean, you are one of the USA Today, you know, women to watch.
- 1:48:48SPEAKER_30: Thank you.
- 1:48:49SPEAKER_05: Um so I Oh my gosh, dude, the fawning.
- 1:48:52SPEAKER_05: I'm sorry.
- 1:48:54SPEAKER_05: Like I hate it when people do that, and then I do it on my own show when they pause the clip before it gets to it.
- 1:48:58SPEAKER_05: But the fawning over that.
- 1:48:59SPEAKER_05: Well, you know, you were women of the what did you say?
- 1:49:03SPEAKER_05: Women of the women of the year.
- 1:49:04SPEAKER_05: Let me actually let me play the start.
- 1:49:06SPEAKER_05: Let me uh play the start of that again.
- 1:49:08SPEAKER_27: Are you and Governor Walls gonna saddle up again for a third term?
- 1:49:11SPEAKER_27: Or what where do you see yourself in four, six, eight years?
- 1:49:13SPEAKER_30: I mean you are by the USA Today, you know, women to watch.
- 1:49:17SPEAKER_46: Thank you.
- 1:49:18SPEAKER_46: Um so I will I'll tell you, and I'm not, you know, trying to be uh, you know, political about it, because you know, 2024 is literally the most important election of our time.
- 1:49:30SPEAKER_46: I don't know if there'll be an election in 2026 or 2028 unless we win this one.
- 1:49:35SPEAKER_05: Um I'm doing all like Okay, so I guess that answers the question of whether or not she learned anything.
- 1:49:43SPEAKER_05: What do I do?
- 1:49:44SPEAKER_05: What that whole all right, anybody I'm sorry, you lose all credibility if you believe that for a second.
- 1:49:50SPEAKER_05: Every single election is the most important election.
- 1:49:53SPEAKER_05: Every single time.
- 1:49:55SPEAKER_05: Right?
- 1:49:56SPEAKER_05: I I I'm so tired of it.
- 1:49:57SPEAKER_05: I've probably said it myself in the past, and you know what?
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_05: shouldn't have if I if I if I did.
- 1:50:02SPEAKER_05: Because every single one is the most important one.
- 1:50:04SPEAKER_05: Was there let me let me go another way on it?
- 1:50:06SPEAKER_05: Was there ever an election where somebody went, ah, you know what, this election really doesn't matter?
- 1:50:10SPEAKER_05: Everybody's getting along, everybody's in agreement.
- 1:50:13SPEAKER_05: A lot of bipartisanship going on right now.
- 1:50:15SPEAKER_05: So this election is not important.
- 1:50:16SPEAKER_05: No, they say every single one is the most important one.
- 1:50:21SPEAKER_05: And if you believe that the elections won't happen again, you're a damn fool.
- 1:50:26SPEAKER_05: You're just a damn fool.
- 1:50:28SPEAKER_05: Every single time somebody makes an argument like that.
- 1:50:30SPEAKER_05: And that's that's by the way, that is both sides of the argument.
- 1:50:34SPEAKER_05: I I I I because you hear conservatives and Republicans making similar statements about that.
- 1:50:39SPEAKER_05: Well, you know what, if Democrats go and gain all the control, there go our elections.
- 1:50:43SPEAKER_05: No, we'll still have our elections.
- 1:50:45SPEAKER_05: It may be a lot easier to go and vote, especially for individuals who aren't legal here in the United States, but there will still be elections.
- 1:50:53SPEAKER_05: Here's more of what she had to say.
- 1:51:01SPEAKER_46: Um you know, we we have talked about, you know, um continuing to get done the good work that we well.
- 1:51:06SPEAKER_46: We haven't made a decision yet.
- 1:51:07SPEAKER_46: So I want to be very clear.
- 1:51:10SPEAKER_46: Uh Governor Walls and I have not yet made a decision, but we are all in, him with the Democratic Governors Association, myself with the Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association, working hard here in Minnesota to re-elect the House, but also going nationally to ensure that we're winning um democratic victories up and down the ballot.
- 1:51:26SPEAKER_30: You were just with uh First Lady Biden to the city.
- 1:51:28SPEAKER_46: I was I was and the room was packed there full of um women who are ready to get out there and vote and organize.
- 1:51:36SPEAKER_46: Uh, and I'm excited.
- 1:51:37SPEAKER_27: Thanks for rushing over here.
- 1:51:39SPEAKER_05: And again, that goes uh the that that was from two uh years ago, right?
- 1:51:42SPEAKER_05: When she said that's depending on how 2024 goes, there may not be uh an election in 2026.
- 1:51:48SPEAKER_05: Well, you know what, uh Peggy, we're here here we are.
- 1:51:51SPEAKER_05: I almost made a compilation of every single time Peggy Flanagan said, let me be clear during that Friday debate.
- 1:52:00SPEAKER_05: Um, and then I didn't because uh I had other things that I wanted to do this weekend, and I figured I would just share it with you.
- 1:52:07SPEAKER_05: But if you were play playing a drinking game and taking a shot of your favorite hard alcohol every single time Peggy Flanagan said, uh let me be clear, or I want to be clear, yeah, you probably would have been rushed to the uh hospital for alcohol poisoning within the first 40 minutes of the debate, I think.
- 1:52:30SPEAKER_16: Good morning, John.
- 1:52:31SPEAKER_16: When I listen to Peggy Flanagan, I just think of somebody that's just lying through their teeth.
- 1:52:36SPEAKER_16: She is a socialist slash communist, and now she's gone and had some people, probably on the tax paradigm, teach her how to lie and act a certain way when she's giving an interview or in a debate.
- 1:52:50SPEAKER_16: She's not genuine.
- 1:52:52SPEAKER_16: Look at how she was when she was younger, and yes, 1.7 GPA.
- 1:52:58SPEAKER_16: She's not a bright individual.
- 1:52:59SPEAKER_05: Let me pause this really quick before we continue with Friend of the Show, Scott's comment.
- 1:53:03SPEAKER_05: It wasn't lost on me that he said genuine as opposed to genuine, and I immediately thought of the RB singer.
- 1:53:11SPEAKER_05: Scott is a very eclectic individual.
- 1:53:14SPEAKER_05: He might be a fan of Genuine.
- 1:53:15SPEAKER_16: Who knows?
- 1:53:16SPEAKER_16: And I'm sure there were some strings pulled for her.
- 1:53:19SPEAKER_16: Good lord, everybody.
- 1:53:21SPEAKER_16: If you don't vote for the other candidate on the Republican ticket, you're crazy.
- 1:53:26SPEAKER_16: She is not Miss Flanagan.
- 1:53:29SPEAKER_16: She is not somebody that should be running anything.
- 1:53:35SPEAKER_24: Good morning, John.
- 1:53:40SPEAKER_24: So thanks for uh playing my black because you know you are freaking guess from more ingram and uh newsmates and stuff like that.
- 1:53:51SPEAKER_24: You're welcome.
- 1:53:51SPEAKER_24: I think the one thing that came out of the debate for Tefolia she can she can speak like a politician.
- 1:53:59SPEAKER_24: Like all the talk about Michelle Topoya being all the third-line reporter of Michelle Tefoya.
- 1:54:05SPEAKER_24: Oh yeah.
- 1:54:06SPEAKER_24: Yeah, Peggy finds in politics.
- 1:54:08SPEAKER_24: She should sound like she's been in politics.
- 1:54:10SPEAKER_24: A lot of people don't know what Tefoya has two degrees.
- 1:54:13SPEAKER_24: She has a degree in mass communications.
- 1:54:16SPEAKER_24: She also has a master's in business administration.
- 1:54:19SPEAKER_24: Peggy has a degree in child psychology and a minor in Native American studies.
- 1:54:24SPEAKER_24: So Peggy can talk to troubled Native American kids, and Michelle Tefoya can speak to business people.
- 1:54:33SPEAKER_24: I'll take I'll take Tefoya.
- 1:54:35SPEAKER_24: Have a great day, John.
- 1:54:37SPEAKER_05: Thank you for the comments.
- 1:54:38SPEAKER_05: If you want to leave one, voice or text message.
- 1:54:40SPEAKER_05: Blaster line is 651-964-0294.
- 1:54:45SPEAKER_05: Now, there also was a candidate meeting.
- 1:54:48SPEAKER_05: Minnesota Attorney General faced each other.
- 1:54:52SPEAKER_05: This would be Attorney General Keith Ellison, Republican candidate Ron Schutz.
- 1:54:56SPEAKER_05: Uh, this was a debate on Almanac, the public affairs show produced by Twin Cities PBS.
- 1:55:02SPEAKER_05: So they touched on a variety of topics, Ellison's actions during Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:55:07SPEAKER_05: I have just a few uh clips uh from uh from this uh debate that uh took place.
- 1:55:12SPEAKER_05: We'll start here.
- 1:55:14SPEAKER_05: I've got to go back to my uh to my notes.
- 1:55:17SPEAKER_05: Uh so here, oh this yeah, so this is probably the most interesting one from the debate.
- 1:55:21SPEAKER_05: Uh, because it was very much along the same lines as the Peggy Flanagan and Michelle Tefoya debate.
- 1:55:27SPEAKER_05: Uh, depending on who it is you support, as the previous uh comment on the blaster line mentioned, the confirmation bias is gonna take over.
- 1:55:35SPEAKER_05: This was not a good moment, though, for Attorney General Keith Ellison, because Ron Schutz pointed out Ellison's bigots uh bigots and racist comment.
- 1:55:45SPEAKER_05: So let me go ahead and get you up to speed on this.
- 1:55:48SPEAKER_05: So we played this on the show after it took place.
- 1:55:50SPEAKER_05: Uh Ellison was at a friendly event with other DFLers talking about the election, this being a base election, and then he called anybody who didn't vote for him a bigot or a racist.
- 1:56:02SPEAKER_42: Let me just tell you in my last poll, I was down against my opponent by two points.
- 1:56:09SPEAKER_42: I don't know if you know that.
- 1:56:10SPEAKER_42: It's true.
- 1:56:11SPEAKER_42: My opponent is beating me by two points right now.
- 1:56:15SPEAKER_42: Now, I don't know if it's an accurate poll or not.
- 1:56:18SPEAKER_42: I do know this.
- 1:56:20SPEAKER_42: I take it seriously, and I hope you all take it seriously too.
- 1:56:26SPEAKER_42: Because this is what you call a base election.
- 1:56:28SPEAKER_42: You know what a base election is?
- 1:56:30SPEAKER_42: That means whoever gets out their base, that's who's gonna win.
- 1:56:35SPEAKER_42: Now, is the base of people who believe in freedom and justice, compassion and mercy, the people, will the people who believe that in the equality of human beings and the dignity of all human beings, will we show up and vote?
- 1:56:53SPEAKER_42: Or will the bigots and the racists show up and vote?
- 1:56:57SPEAKER_42: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:56:58SPEAKER_42: Either we're gonna show up or they're gonna show up.
- 1:57:03SPEAKER_42: We're not against them, they against us.
- 1:57:06SPEAKER_42: We don't we don't want to stop them from leading their lives, they're trying to stop us from leading our lives.
- 1:57:11SPEAKER_05: All right, so listen to how Attorney General Ellison tries to spin those comments that you just heard that took place again over the course of the past several weeks.
- 1:57:23SPEAKER_05: That's it right now.
- 1:57:24SPEAKER_11: Would you like to ask your opponent a question?
- 1:57:26SPEAKER_11: Yeah, I'd like to know if he's gonna apologize for making the comment that all my supporters are racist and bigots.
- 1:57:31SPEAKER_11: I asked at the beginning.
- 1:57:32SPEAKER_11: I want I want to answer that question.
- 1:57:33SPEAKER_30: And could you give folks an idea of what we're talking about for folks who are not familiar with what's happening?
- 1:57:38SPEAKER_30: Okay, so your perception of what happened.
- 1:57:40SPEAKER_11: On the 22nd of September, he was filmed on video at an event at the Minneapolis uh convention center, and he's he goes on, talks about a poll result, says, My opponent's ahead, he's beaten me by two points, and then he says, Because this is what you call a base election, do you know what a base election is?
- 1:57:59SPEAKER_11: That means whoever gets their base out, that's who's going to win.
- 1:58:03SPEAKER_11: Now, is the base of people who believe in freedom and justice, compassion, and mercy, will the people who believe in the quality of human beings and the dignity of all human beings show up and vote?
- 1:58:12SPEAKER_11: Or will the bigots and racists show up and vote?
- 1:58:17SPEAKER_30: And you're saying that Attorney General Keatell is a good thing.
- 1:58:20SPEAKER_11: How can you interpret that otherwise?
- 1:58:23SPEAKER_42: Is that your question?
- 1:58:24SPEAKER_11: Ron, Ron, I really apologize for that.
- 1:58:26SPEAKER_42: Ron, I'm not going to buy into your deliberate misconstruction of what I said.
- 1:58:31SPEAKER_11: I read it exactly right.
- 1:58:32SPEAKER_42: Ron, yeah, and you're right about I'm asking for people who care about freedom, justice, and mercy to show up and vote.
- 1:58:37SPEAKER_42: But you called anybody who didn't call you who's not voting for you a racist and a bigot, Keith.
- 1:58:43SPEAKER_42: Ron, let me tell you, man, any sensible person knows that you're misconstruing.
- 1:58:48SPEAKER_42: Why are you even using the term racist and bigoted in terms of election?
- 1:58:52SPEAKER_42: Have you you have to do that?
- 1:58:53SPEAKER_42: I would love to move on.
- 1:58:55SPEAKER_42: Just think of the endorsement of the R.
- 1:58:56SPEAKER_05: There wasn't listen, that was the extent of what Ellison said.
- 1:58:59SPEAKER_05: There was no misconstruing that.
- 1:59:01SPEAKER_05: You heard it for yourself.
- 1:59:02SPEAKER_05: It couldn't have been any plainer if you tried.
- 1:59:06SPEAKER_05: This is what drives me nuts, is that the truth is that Ellison could have owned it in that moment and he probably would have gotten more individuals inspired on the left to go out and vote for him.
- 1:59:23SPEAKER_05: It's not like that was going to turn off anybody that supports Keith Ellison.
- 1:59:28SPEAKER_05: It would probably do more to turn off people that support Keith Ellison to have him not be open and honest about it was.
- 1:59:35SPEAKER_05: But there was no misconstruing at all the comments that he made.
- 1:59:39SPEAKER_05: I'll play them again just so you can hear.
- 1:59:42SPEAKER_05: He said it was misconstruing it to say that he was pointing and talking specifically about Republicans and Democrats, and that if individuals who don't vote for him, they're basically racist and big.
- 1:59:52SPEAKER_42: Let me just tell you, in my last poll, I was down against my opponent by two points.
- 1:59:59SPEAKER_42: I don't know if you know that.
- 2:00:01SPEAKER_42: It's true.
- 2:00:02SPEAKER_42: My opponent is beating me by two points right now.
- 2:00:06SPEAKER_42: Now, I don't know if it's an accurate poll or not.
- 2:00:09SPEAKER_42: I do know this.
- 2:00:10SPEAKER_42: I take it seriously, and I hope you all take it seriously too.
- 2:00:16SPEAKER_42: Because this is what you call a base election.
- 2:00:19SPEAKER_42: You know what a base election is?
- 2:00:21SPEAKER_42: That means whoever gets out their base, that's who's gonna win.
- 2:00:25SPEAKER_42: Now, is the base of people who believe in freedom and justice, compassion and mercy?
- 2:00:35SPEAKER_42: The people will the people who believe that in the equality of human beings and the dignity of all human beings, will we show up and vote?
- 2:00:44SPEAKER_42: Or will the bigots and the racists show up and vote?
- 2:00:47SPEAKER_05: You know what I'm saying?
- 2:00:48SPEAKER_05: Yeah, there there's no you know what I'm saying?
- 2:00:50SPEAKER_05: No, there is no misconstruing what he said.
- 2:00:54SPEAKER_05: It was pretty straightforward.
- 2:00:56SPEAKER_05: One more uh clip from that debate um on uh Almanaca on uh Twin Cities PBS.
- 2:01:02SPEAKER_05: Uh Ellison, um, excuse me, attorney general candidate for the GOP, Ron Schutz, talking about um putting fraudsters behind bars.
- 2:01:12SPEAKER_05: Here's this exchange.
- 2:01:13SPEAKER_11: The answer to that is the judges do the sentencing according to sentencing guidelines and a sentencing grid.
- 2:01:19SPEAKER_11: And cases can be charged to ensure that there are mandatory jail times according to the sentencing guidelines and the sentencing grid.
- 2:01:26SPEAKER_11: And the way you do that is you charge three separate felony counts of theft over$1,000, and you do not accept a plea to only one of those.
- 2:01:36SPEAKER_11: If anybody pleases, they plead all three, and the sentencing is done serium by the judge, ending up in mandatory jail time.
- 2:01:43SPEAKER_11: So there is a clear pathway to put these fraudsters in jail, and Keith Ellison has not done that.
- 2:01:48SPEAKER_11: I will do that.
- 2:02:16SPEAKER_05: If you want to leave a comment, voice, or text message at 651-964-0294.
- 2:02:22SPEAKER_05: We were recapping some of the uh debate between Attorney General Keith Ellison and Ron Schutz, who's running to replace him, and also Michelle Tefoya and uh Peggy Flanagan.
- 2:02:33SPEAKER_05: In the previous hour, I mentioned uh do not do a drinking game, or if you did, you were in big trouble every single time that Peggy Flanagan said let me be clear during that debate on Friday.
- 2:02:43SPEAKER_05: Uh however, keeping things fair, this comment is accurate as well.
- 2:02:47SPEAKER_05: The number of let me be clear starters from Flanagan and the listen look starters from Tefoya were both irritating.
- 2:02:55SPEAKER_05: Yeah, it's tough.
- 2:02:56SPEAKER_05: I'm not gonna harp on them too much.
- 2:02:58SPEAKER_05: The let me be clear was very, very pointed.
- 2:03:00SPEAKER_05: The look and listens, they're tough when in in situations like that, especially when your mind is running and you would would rather not throw in the uh's and ooze and you know, your brain goes and fills the gap in.
- 2:03:11SPEAKER_05: So, but you are absolutely correct.
- 2:03:13SPEAKER_05: There was a lot of uh looks and listens coming from uh uh uh Michelle Tefoya in that uh debate.
- 2:03:22SPEAKER_05: So later on in the hour, and I just realized I never got to this, and and I will.
- 2:03:27SPEAKER_05: Later on in the hour, I want to double back to that data republican post that Andrew Langer, the president of the Institute for Liberty, mentioned during our 630 conversation uh today.
- 2:03:39SPEAKER_05: If you missed uh that portion of it, certainly check out the podcast.
- 2:03:43SPEAKER_05: It'll be available on the MixLR app or across all the podcast platforms.
- 2:03:47SPEAKER_05: Also, starting today, uh, we're gonna be running a replay of the show on the Mixed LR feed right around uh two o'clock in the afternoon.
- 2:03:55SPEAKER_05: Eventually, the goal is to have some content 24 hours on the feed.
- 2:03:59SPEAKER_05: Um, but for now, the show will be live, of course, six until nine, as it continues to be.
- 2:04:04SPEAKER_05: And then uh we'll do a replay of the show on the app itself, in case you're uh traveling home and you want to uh listen on the app.
- 2:04:11SPEAKER_05: But uh Andrew Langer had pointed out this account that I follow at Data Republican, fantastic information uh uh with um a lot of different things covered on this.
- 2:04:20SPEAKER_05: But they get into what the Democrats Socialists of America are proposing and what's happening overseas, what's happening here in the United States, and the operational plan that they have if the leftists end up grabbing power, how they will put into place structural reforms to undermine everything that the United States stands for.
- 2:04:46SPEAKER_05: So we are gonna get into this uh later on in this hour here on the show.
- 2:04:50SPEAKER_05: Right now, we need to get to the latest regarding Representative uh Ilhan Omar and the investigation.
- 2:04:55SPEAKER_05: So Ilhan Omar's raid was approved after the feds seized her sister's cell phone.
- 2:05:04SPEAKER_05: So there might be some conflicting information here.
- 2:05:07SPEAKER_05: We had the feds going in, and we're on day seven of Ilhan Watch.
- 2:05:10SPEAKER_05: She still hasn't been seen publicly.
- 2:05:13SPEAKER_05: Her silence speaks volumes, not just since the raid on Monday, where she's made two online statements, but the fact that she's actually been quiet for quite a long time, and it may have to do with what's being reported now.
- 2:05:28SPEAKER_05: So Ilhan's phone might have been seized in the raid, but it turns out that the New York Times over the weekend reported that her sister, Sarah Noor, her phone was taken earlier this year as investigators reportedly sought to build the case against Omar for conspiracy to commit immigration fraud, and that text messages sent between members of her family are now being used to bolster their case.
- 2:05:55SPEAKER_05: Homeland Security agents, the outlet reported, had used those messages to convince the federal judge to sign off on the search warrant that was executed one week ago on Omar's home in Washington, D.C.
- 2:06:09SPEAKER_05: So this continues to undermine the claims being made by former President Barack Obama, Rashida Talib, and just a handful of other Democrats who say that this is all politically motivated.
- 2:06:20SPEAKER_05: There's no there, there.
- 2:06:22SPEAKER_05: I'll share with you later on in the hour, Rochelle Olson, Big Mad, the headline on this Star Tribune uh editorial.
- 2:06:30SPEAKER_05: Trump just upped his targeting of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:06:33SPEAKER_05: Now let's see the warrant.
- 2:06:34SPEAKER_05: If the president has something solid on Omar, we need to see it now.
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_05: Who the heck are you, lady?
- 2:06:41SPEAKER_05: Everybody wants to see this.
- 2:06:43SPEAKER_05: But this is how investigations work.
- 2:06:45SPEAKER_05: At least proper investigations.
- 2:06:47SPEAKER_05: Unlike those on the left who go and use the federal government and the DOJ when Democrats have power to weaponize it against their political opponents without going through the necessary, you know, checking of the boxes to make sure that it's actually a legitimate investigation.
- 2:07:03SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 2:07:04SPEAKER_05: We'll get to this a little bit later on.
- 2:07:06SPEAKER_05: Let's get you up to speed, though.
- 2:07:07SPEAKER_05: Here's a clip from Newsmax heading into the weekend talking about DNA seized from Ilhan Omar's DC home uh last week on Monday.
- 2:07:16SPEAKER_05: Multiple sources have Apologies.
- 2:07:19SPEAKER_05: This is actually from News Nation.
- 2:07:34SPEAKER_49: I am told this investigation extends far beyond the most familiar case and accusation against Omar, that she married her brother to help him gain citizenship, or that she falsified her birth year to immigrate as a minor.
- 2:07:48SPEAKER_49: The sources confirm the investigation involves additional family members and will now be part of a grand jury investigation that will go long past the election.
- 2:07:57SPEAKER_49: Remember, the Omar investigation by the Justice Department began under President Biden, but that part place was closed.
- 2:08:06SPEAKER_49: Parts of that investigation were then reopened and now expanded.
- 2:08:10SPEAKER_49: News Nation can confirm Monday's rate at Omar's D.C.
- 2:08:13SPEAKER_49: residence was just the most conspicuous of more than a dozen simultaneous raids in the investigation, far beyond the D.C.
- 2:08:21SPEAKER_49: area.
- 2:08:21SPEAKER_49: Now Omar, for her part, says this investigation is political.
- 2:08:26SPEAKER_49: Recently, writing on social media, Trump and his administration have been after me since I arrived in Congress.
- 2:08:31SPEAKER_49: I have always stood up to him, and that will never change.
- 2:08:34SPEAKER_49: Today, Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen claimed Trump was not pushing this investigation.
- 2:08:41SPEAKER_04: I will tell you, we wouldn't move forward, and President Trump didn't want to move forward either unless we knew that it couldn't be politically driven.
- 2:08:48SPEAKER_04: This was about enforcing, once again, our nation's laws, and it's a strong case.
- 2:08:54SPEAKER_49: Sources tell me that the likely coming indictments will be stunning in nature and far beyond anything the public has understood the case to be about.
- 2:09:04SPEAKER_49: The case is being run out of the Minneapolis Homeland Security Investigations Office, suggesting that it is more related to activities in Minneapolis.
- 2:09:11SPEAKER_49: You will know that Minnesota is home to the massive Somali fraud investigations that are going into the billions of dollars.
- 2:09:18SPEAKER_49: Now, this technique investigators use called dumpster diving is used to obtain DNA when search warrants were not possible or would have tipped off those being investigated.
- 2:09:28SPEAKER_49: Once the trash has been discarded, police no longer need to show probable cause to retrieve it, nor do they need a warrant.
- 2:09:36SPEAKER_49: Most recently, the technique was used in the killing of four University of Idaho students to connect Brian Koberger to the murders.
- 2:09:41SPEAKER_49: It was also used to finally track down the Gilgo beach killer in New York.
- 2:09:44SPEAKER_49: That time they used a discarded pizza box to finally catch the killer who was on the loose for more than 30 years.
- 2:09:54SPEAKER_07: So if they're collecting DNA samples on Omar, I have to wonder now if they've got samples from her brother that she married, because that would be very much incontrovertible proof of immigration fraud.
- 2:10:11SPEAKER_05: Well, and I want to address that further here in just a moment on the show.
- 2:10:15SPEAKER_05: Let's also go here.
- 2:10:16SPEAKER_14: Good morning, John Rich here.
- 2:10:18SPEAKER_14: So in regards to Omar's search warrant, the search warrant affidavit after the warrant has been successfully completed has to be filed with the court within 10 days.
- 2:10:30SPEAKER_14: So we'll have an answer as to what's in the affidavit soon.
- 2:10:35SPEAKER_05: Well, if that's the case, then it looks like it would be uh Wednesday or Thursday uh this week.
- 2:10:40SPEAKER_05: So let me go here.
- 2:10:41SPEAKER_05: I do want to get back to the previous uh comment in just a moment.
- 2:10:45SPEAKER_05: But um let me go let me go here.
- 2:10:47SPEAKER_05: So Paul uh Cispula on uh on uh X wrote this, talking about the New York Times report on the raid on Ilhan Omar's DC home and it being triggered by the information found on the phone seized earlier this year from her sister.
- 2:11:04SPEAKER_05: They go on to say this is the first clear public detail on what actually moved the investigation from paperwork questions to a judicially approved search of a sitting member of Congress and their home.
- 2:11:21SPEAKER_05: Whatever was in those family messages was enough for the judge to sign the warrant.
- 2:11:26SPEAKER_05: The phone wasn't Omar's, it was her sister's, but Omar's phone has also reportedly been seized, along with her files and other personal items.
- 2:11:34SPEAKER_05: Now, Omar still hasn't posted a directed denial of the underlying claims since the raid.
- 2:11:40SPEAKER_05: The evidence that justified the search is now on record, and the process is doing what it should, despite the protestations of individuals like Rochelle Olsen and the Star Tribune, which we'll talk about a little bit later on.
- 2:11:52SPEAKER_05: Now pay attention to whether any Democrat politician claims Omar is innocent, because very few have.
- 2:12:00SPEAKER_05: And most will be creating distance from Omar as this investigation proceeds, and we continue to learn the details of how it started and where it's going.
- 2:12:08SPEAKER_05: So listen, even former President Barack Obama in his post over the weekend that I mentioned, even he wasn't necessarily saying she was innocent.
- 2:12:18SPEAKER_05: He was just pointing to one particular aspect of her immigration status relating to her birth date.
- 2:12:24SPEAKER_05: And even then, she didn't ref he didn't refute it.
- 2:12:26SPEAKER_05: He went with the notion that she was actually 17 when she was naturalized as a citizen, wherein she would have been 18 or 19 if you go based off of her birthday on records prior to going and entering into Congress.
- 2:12:41SPEAKER_05: Now, in just a moment, I do want to get up into Mike Davis has a piece talking about the Justice Department must be wrapping up a Representative Ilhan Omar's Christmas present, and he breaks down once again the different things that we're looking at over what she could be charged with.
- 2:12:55SPEAKER_05: Before we get to that, though, let me share this with you.
- 2:12:58SPEAKER_05: This was a really, really interesting moment that went viral over the weekend.
- 2:13:02SPEAKER_05: Border czar Tom Homan was on Fox News.
- 2:13:05SPEAKER_05: He was on a panel, and they were talking about the issue of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:13:10SPEAKER_05: And in this clip, he gets very.
- 2:13:15SPEAKER_05: Oh, what's the word that I want to use?
- 2:13:18SPEAKER_05: He gets very careful in the words that he chooses when he's asked a very particular question.
- 2:13:24SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 2:13:24SPEAKER_05: Whether or not this is simply about immigration fraud or something else.
- 2:13:28SPEAKER_05: Here is what uh Borders R.
- 2:13:30SPEAKER_05: Tom Homan had to say.
- 2:13:31SPEAKER_03: Uh Tom, is this simply an immigration fraud investigation, or do you have, or does the federal government have reason to investigate any other type of wrongdoing?
- 2:13:42SPEAKER_39: I'm not going to go there.
- 2:13:45SPEAKER_03: Not even a little bit?
- 2:13:46SPEAKER_39: Not even a little bit.
- 2:13:47SPEAKER_39: We'll leave that at that's a question for the FBI.
- 2:13:49SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:13:49SPEAKER_39: I know things, but that's a question for the FBI.
- 2:13:51SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:13:52SPEAKER_03: Would it have anything to do with anything that happened in Minnesota or it's a question for the FBI.
- 2:13:58SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 2:13:59SPEAKER_05: Uh I think you've said No, I do want to mention something here.
- 2:14:03SPEAKER_05: I actually trimmed that up.
- 2:14:04SPEAKER_05: There was a very large gap after the host on Fox News asked him about if it had anything to do with what was going on here in Minnesota.
- 2:14:17SPEAKER_05: He got this broad smile on his face.
- 2:14:20SPEAKER_05: And that's when he made the comment.
- 2:14:22SPEAKER_05: He's like, I I know things, but I'm not gonna say anything at the at the moment.
- 2:14:27SPEAKER_05: So we talked with Ilhan Omar's opponent in C D5 uh last week.
- 2:14:34SPEAKER_05: Liz Collin at Alpha News also had a t a chance uh to speak with him as well.
- 2:14:39SPEAKER_05: I wanted to play you a uh quick clip of um again, this is uh Ilhan Omar's uh challenger, John Nagel, the Republican nominee running against uh Ilhan Omar, talking with Liz Collin last week.
- 2:14:54SPEAKER_23: Also, federal authorities have now issued subpoenas for some of Omar's relatives.
- 2:14:59SPEAKER_23: So, as I said, quite a week to talk about here, John.
- 2:15:02SPEAKER_23: What is your reaction uh to all of this?
- 2:15:05SPEAKER_45: Well, my first reaction is it was a Democratic judge that okayed this.
- 2:15:10SPEAKER_45: So we can't say that it's it's a political hit.
- 2:15:13SPEAKER_45: Um, there had to have been enough criminal evidence for them to even do that.
- 2:15:18SPEAKER_45: If it were me, I would want this investigated, cleared up, and then move on.
- 2:15:22SPEAKER_45: However, they're not doing that.
- 2:15:24SPEAKER_45: And that to me says a lot because if you're not willing to have people go into your past, there must be something there.
- 2:15:33SPEAKER_05: You can see the entirety of that interview over at alphanews.org.
- 2:15:37SPEAKER_05: And of course, you can check out the interview that I did on Thursday.
- 2:15:40SPEAKER_05: That's available up on the podcast, uh, whether you're listening to the podcast on the Mixed LR feed or across whatever podcast platform you typically use.
- 2:15:49SPEAKER_14: John, in regards to the DNA that's been collected, Omar is not her real name.
- 2:15:56SPEAKER_14: Her and her father used a false name, and they had to be tied to a family that was in the United States.
- 2:16:02SPEAKER_14: So they're comparing that name the DNA from the family that was already here to the Omar's when they came over to show that they're not relatives.
- 2:16:13SPEAKER_05: Well, again, we'll wait to see what the specifics are uh and whether or not that actually uh is the uh is the case.
- 2:16:20SPEAKER_05: Uh if you have a chance to go online, I actually excuse me, I actually went and posted that clip of Tom Holman up on my feed.
- 2:16:27SPEAKER_05: I would definitely go and check it out because when he was asked about whether or not it was tied to Minnesota fraud, it was again there's a reason why it went viral.
- 2:16:34SPEAKER_05: Speaking of fraud, you have one more opportunity to catch the encore.
- 2:16:38SPEAKER_05: American Experiment uh did a summer tour uh regarding fraud and connecting the dots.

- 2:17:15SPEAKER_05: Admission is free.
- 2:17:16SPEAKER_05: So head on over to AmericanExperiment.org to get all of the uh all of the details.
- 2:17:22SPEAKER_05: All right, I want to get into what uh Ilhan Omar may likely be facing, according to Mike Davis.
- 2:17:28SPEAKER_05: Um, federal agents raiding Omar's home, citing probable cause of a serious federal crime.
- 2:17:34SPEAKER_05: The investigation, led by the Department of Homeland Security, they say is focused on immigration, but it could be more.
- 2:17:39SPEAKER_05: So we'll break down the details here in uh in just a moment.
- 2:17:42SPEAKER_05: Speaking of details, go into your cupboard, grab any food item you want.
- 2:17:49SPEAKER_05: There's a lot of stuff on there you can't pronounce.

- 2:22:36SPEAKER_35: And that's the advisor advantage you get from Hallway North real estate advisors when you talk to them about selling your home instead of simply telling you what your home is worth and putting this off.
- 2:23:41SPEAKER_05: I got it over at Fox News.
- 2:23:43SPEAKER_05: The Justice Department must be wrapping up Representative Ilhan Omar's Christmas present.
- 2:23:49SPEAKER_05: So let me give you some details of what he lays out here.
- 2:23:52SPEAKER_05: And something that I haven't uh that I haven't mentioned yet regarding what's been going on with Ilhan Omar.
- 2:23:57SPEAKER_05: So this is what I'm gonna give you the shortened version of this.
- 2:24:00SPEAKER_05: So the likely scenario that Omar and many others will receive a Christmas present in the form of federal indictments.
- 2:24:09SPEAKER_05: The Fourth Amendment bars judges from issuing a warrant without probable cause, and everybody should be reminded of that.
- 2:24:16SPEAKER_05: Omar's leftist allies in Congress claim that President Donald Trump is targeting Omar because of the upcoming midterms.
- 2:24:23SPEAKER_05: That's AOC, Jamie Raskin, Rashida Talib of Michigan.
- 2:24:27SPEAKER_05: It's really just them and former President Barack Obama that has come to her defense.
- 2:24:32SPEAKER_05: It seems like other Democrats are wiser in keeping their trap shut over this whole thing.
- 2:24:36SPEAKER_05: Are these leftists accusing Judge Scharbaugh in D.C.
- 2:24:41SPEAKER_05: of joining the conspiracy?
- 2:24:42SPEAKER_05: Are they claiming he isn't neutral and that he harbors prejudice against Omar?
- 2:24:47SPEAKER_05: Because she's the one that had to sign off.
- 2:24:49SPEAKER_05: He's the one that had to sign off on it.
- 2:24:50SPEAKER_05: If so, the charge is ridiculous.
- 2:24:52SPEAKER_05: According to all the evidence, Judge Sharbaugh is no puppet of Trump's administration.
- 2:24:57SPEAKER_05: The D.C.
- 2:24:58SPEAKER_05: U.S.
- 2:24:58SPEAKER_05: district judges who appointed him as magistrate judge in October of 2024 are overwhelmingly leftists.
- 2:25:08SPEAKER_05: And Obama and Biden appointees.
- 2:25:11SPEAKER_05: In reality, the truth is far more devastating for Democrats.
- 2:25:15SPEAKER_05: Judge Scharbaugh's almost certain signature on the warrant shows beyond reasonable doubt that this matter is serious and based in evidence.
- 2:25:26SPEAKER_05: This is no political hit job.
- 2:25:28SPEAKER_05: The government has probable cause concerning at least one federal crime.
- 2:25:33SPEAKER_05: We are unsure what the crime is because the affidavit remains sealed.
- 2:25:37SPEAKER_05: But the New York Times, as we've been reporting this morning on the show, says that members of Omar's family have received subpoenas.
- 2:25:43SPEAKER_05: Omar's claim that she was 17 when she reportedly, purportedly, became an American citizen throughout the process called throughout the naturalization process.
- 2:25:54SPEAKER_05: Now two issues call into question as we sort of re-establish what she's facing.
- 2:25:59SPEAKER_05: Omar's citizenship.
- 2:26:01SPEAKER_05: First, some allege her father was a Somali warlord who never should have received citizenship in the first place.
- 2:26:07SPEAKER_05: In other words, he allegedly lied to obtain it.
- 2:26:10SPEAKER_05: Moreover, no one seems to be able to find any official record of his citizenship.
- 2:26:16SPEAKER_05: Second, Omar's staff, it's being claimed, changed the date of her birth on her biography in 2019, according to the Library of Congress.
- 2:26:26SPEAKER_05: Indeed, the Washington Post recently reported the library told the Washington Post on Tuesday last week that Omar staff had sought that change, saying that the time it was in the process of correcting Omar's birth year in various public sources.
- 2:26:41SPEAKER_05: But isn't it interesting that she only did that once she went and entered into office?
- 2:26:48SPEAKER_05: Yeah, kind of.
- 2:26:49SPEAKER_05: Just a little tiny bit.
- 2:26:51SPEAKER_05: Another possible crime is Omar's 2009 marriage to a man that was allegedly her brother.
- 2:26:56SPEAKER_05: Yet another possible crime is the criminal conduct in Omar's recent financial disclosures, which every member of Congress must file.
- 2:27:06SPEAKER_05: One year, Omar disclosed moderate assets.
- 2:27:09SPEAKER_05: The next year, she and her second non-brother husband disclosed approximately 30 million, or about 13 times what she had disclosed the year before.
- 2:27:18SPEAKER_05: Then, after getting exposed, she amended her disclosure and indicated modest assets again.
- 2:27:24SPEAKER_05: Omar refused to give any explanation.
- 2:27:26SPEAKER_05: Perhaps the government is seeking documentation to cooperate its reasonable suspicion of financial malfeasance.
- 2:27:33SPEAKER_05: Rico charges against Omar and many others involved in potential fraudulent activities related to Minnesota's food assistance and other welfare programs are certainly foreseeable.
- 2:27:44SPEAKER_05: The claim that the government targeted Omar to influence the upcoming election, or because of her rhetoric against President Trump and the country that generously gave her a refuge from war-torn Somalia is absurd.
- 2:28:02SPEAKER_05: Judge Sharbaugh, a prior Hillary donor, is plainly a leftist judge.
- 2:28:09SPEAKER_05: It defies common sense to believe that he would go along with such a plan by the Trump White House and the Justice Department.
- 2:28:18SPEAKER_05: The simplest explanation for all of this, the federal government has strong evidence of federal crimes that are so strong, even a hardcore leftist judge could not overlook it.
- 2:28:31SPEAKER_05: It is hard to get a judge to order a home raid.
- 2:28:37SPEAKER_05: And it is especially hard when you're this close to a midterm election.
- 2:28:42SPEAKER_05: This is particularly true also against a sitting member of Congress who enjoys speech and debate clause immunity under the U.S.
- 2:28:50SPEAKER_05: Constitution.
- 2:28:52SPEAKER_05: And this happened three weeks, as I mentioned before the midterm elections, by a D.C.
- 2:28:55SPEAKER_05: Democrat judge against a leading Democrat politician.
- 2:28:59SPEAKER_05: The evidence against Omar and likely many others must be overwhelming.
- 2:29:04SPEAKER_05: Omar would be wise to look for an indictment before Christmas.
- 2:29:09SPEAKER_05: This was uh written by Mark, uh Michael Davis, founder and president of the Article III project.
- 2:29:14SPEAKER_05: Here's what I wanted to propose to you, though.
- 2:29:16SPEAKER_05: What if it's all what if it's all of these and more?
- 2:29:20SPEAKER_05: That's the other aspect of this.
- 2:29:22SPEAKER_05: What if all of these various allegations that we're aware of are actually all true, and there's even more to it than that?
- 2:29:30SPEAKER_05: There's a very specific reason why you don't hear more Democrats that are out there defending Ilhan Omar because of everything that Mike Davis laid out in this piece.
- 2:29:43SPEAKER_05: Especially how the federal government got permission to go and raid Omar's home and the evidence that they obtained in order to go and sign off on that raid of Omar's home.
- 2:29:56SPEAKER_05: So that's why.
- 2:29:57SPEAKER_05: It's just you're you're you're most radical of radicals.
- 2:29:59SPEAKER_05: You're AOC, your uh Raskins, and your Obama.
- 2:30:03SPEAKER_05: Right?
- 2:30:04SPEAKER_05: It's pretty much the only individuals, and you're Talib, of course, doesn't surprise me.
- 2:30:08SPEAKER_05: Instead, what do we get?
- 2:30:09SPEAKER_05: I played this clip earlier, I'll play it again now.
- 2:30:12SPEAKER_05: Instead of uh defending Ilhan Omar, we get ridiculous commentary coming from, in this case, Alyssa Slotkin, who over the weekend went viral when she very pointedly, unsurprisingly, said the quiet stuff boldly and very much out loud.
- 2:30:31SPEAKER_05: She admitted her goal was to target Trump officials in order to terrify young conservatives from serving in the government.
- 2:30:39SPEAKER_05: This is what she had to say.
- 2:30:40SPEAKER_12: So that's what I'm saying.
- 2:30:42SPEAKER_12: I want to look at these signature cases and not just focus on the president, but on the people who enabled him.
- 2:30:48SPEAKER_12: I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration?
- 2:30:53SPEAKER_12: Like, that sounds fun.
- 2:30:54SPEAKER_12: I might get an opportunity.
- 2:30:55SPEAKER_12: I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want.
- 2:31:01SPEAKER_12: And so let me avoid participating in that.
- 2:31:04SPEAKER_12: I want that deterrence message sent.
- 2:31:07SPEAKER_05: I'm so glad when they're honest.
- 2:31:10SPEAKER_05: I'm it pleases me so much when they let their true evil intentions show.
- 2:31:17SPEAKER_05: This is why, as I've stated, this is why you have the few individuals or you know, your your local mouthpieces like Rochelle Olson in the Star Tribune.
- 2:31:28SPEAKER_05: If a president has something on Omar, we need to see it now.
- 2:31:33SPEAKER_05: As if you're special, lady.
- 2:31:34SPEAKER_05: Give me a break.
- 2:31:35SPEAKER_05: Well, you're gonna be special here in a moment, because I'm gonna talk to you here and talk about you in just a second.
- 2:31:41SPEAKER_05: But the reason they say this is a weaponization of the federal government is because that's exactly what they do all the time.
- 2:31:48SPEAKER_05: They look at an individual, they don't like that person, they assume they must be involved in some sort of criminal activity, and then they launch an investigation based off of nothing, then their own hatred of that person.
- 2:31:59SPEAKER_05: Whereas on the right, you have allegations, which is the way it's supposed to go, of a crime.
- 2:32:04SPEAKER_05: You investigate to see whether or not those allegations are legitimate, and then you move forward with prosecutions if necessary.
- 2:32:11SPEAKER_05: That's what's happening in the case of Ilhan Omar, not what the left typically does, and certainly not what Alyssa Slotkin wants to do, where she targets the Trump administration in order to just scare individuals from ever working with them.
- 2:32:24SPEAKER_05: Yeah, that's what leftists do.
- 2:32:26SPEAKER_05: So I'll dive into this uh piece from Michelle Olson here in uh just a moment.
- 2:32:31SPEAKER_05: And then, as I mentioned, I'm gonna revisit this post from Data Republican.
- 2:32:35SPEAKER_05: There's also a fantastic piece from Bill Glaun at americanexperiment.org that we will attach to it.
- 2:32:42SPEAKER_05: Uh basically the backstory on Somali immigration, especially here in Minnesota.
- 2:32:47SPEAKER_05: We'll get to these coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice Show.
- 2:32:51SPEAKER_05: If you want to leave a blast, voice or text message, you can do so at 651-964-0294.
- 2:32:59SPEAKER_05: I also want to uh remind you that if you're not getting a good night's sleep, or perhaps you just want to chill out and take a break from everything going on in the world or you're dealing with some sort of pain, you can find solutions to all of this at minileaf.com.

- 2:33:26SPEAKER_05: She swears by it, it's incredibly effective, as are friends of the show who have also taken advantage of it as well.
- 2:33:31SPEAKER_05: But maybe you're looking to relax as long as you're over 21 with the fun gummies, the spooky mini leaf tonics, the dark chocolates, and the night gummies that are getting me a good night's sleep.

- 2:35:02SPEAKER_05: All right, so let's go here.
- 2:35:05SPEAKER_05: Have some fun with this one.
- 2:35:07SPEAKER_05: Rochelle Olson.
- 2:35:08SPEAKER_05: Rochelle, Rochelle.
- 2:35:09SPEAKER_05: I gotta get that clip again.
- 2:35:11SPEAKER_05: Trump had just upped his targeting of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:35:15SPEAKER_05: Now let's see the warrant.
- 2:35:17SPEAKER_04: Ooh.
- 2:35:19SPEAKER_05: Miss Olsen's big mad.
- 2:35:21SPEAKER_05: If the president has something solid on Omar, we need to see it now.
- 2:35:27SPEAKER_05: Just because it's somebody that you admire, again, this this fallacy that gets put forward by so many people, just because it's something you care about, somebody you admire or don't like, doesn't mean that suddenly now things are going to be expedited to serve your FOMO.
- 2:35:43SPEAKER_05: She writes this under any other U.S.
- 2:35:46SPEAKER_05: president, the situation that unfolded in DC before Dawn Monday would be shocking.
- 2:35:52SPEAKER_05: Federal agents searching the home of a member of Congress from the opposing party.
- 2:35:57SPEAKER_05: My gosh, just right out of the gate, give me a break.
- 2:35:59SPEAKER_05: Did she write an editorial when Mar-a-Lago was raided?
- 2:36:04SPEAKER_05: Do we need to go through the list of all the individuals that were investigated by the Democrats under Joe Biden?
- 2:36:10SPEAKER_05: Just come on.
- 2:36:13SPEAKER_05: But Republican President Donald Trump's targeting of U.S.
- 2:36:16SPEAKER_05: Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota isn't new.
- 2:36:19SPEAKER_05: This is going to age so poorly, which is partly the reason why I wanted to bring it up today.
- 2:36:24SPEAKER_05: Because I'm firmly, firmly uh convinced that once the uh once the indictment comes uh you know comes down, your Raskin, your Obama, your Taleb, your AOC, it won't matter to any of them.
- 2:36:37SPEAKER_05: It won't matter to the broken and brainwashed, but they're all gonna look really, really stupid.
- 2:36:44SPEAKER_05: The search, reportedly court-approved under a warrant that remains sealed, was just the latest attack by Trump and his allies, meant to demean and diminish Omar.
- 2:36:56SPEAKER_05: What the heck has she been doing, lady?
- 2:37:01SPEAKER_05: Ilhan Omar has spent the entirety of her time serving in Congress, the constituents of CD5 doing exactly the thing that you just mentioned.
- 2:37:11SPEAKER_05: She's been doing nothing but criticizing Trump, criticizing the United States of America, putting up false narratives while she pledges allegiance to her former country of Somalia.
- 2:37:24SPEAKER_05: The search was an extraordinary exertion of federal power.
- 2:37:30SPEAKER_05: What qual what qualifies that, by the way?
- 2:37:33SPEAKER_05: Was it uh the use of federal power?
- 2:37:36SPEAKER_05: Well, yeah, this was a DOJ investigation.
- 2:37:40SPEAKER_05: A Democrat judge signed off on it.
- 2:37:43SPEAKER_05: Extraordinary assertion.
- 2:37:45SPEAKER_05: It's federal power that exists.
- 2:37:47SPEAKER_05: I mean, I guess you can label it that way, but she's only labeling it that way because her arguments in the article are so thin she has to go to the colorful, over-the-top language to try to make it sound like she has any sort of point beyond.
- 2:38:02SPEAKER_05: I want to know why they're going after her.
- 2:38:07SPEAKER_05: Let's distill this to its core, says Rochelle Olson.
- 2:38:11SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 2:38:12SPEAKER_05: A Republican administration raided the home of an outspoken Democratic rival just three weeks before an election and provided little explanation as to why.
- 2:38:21SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 2:38:22SPEAKER_05: So what?
- 2:38:25SPEAKER_05: Yes, that's what happened.
- 2:38:28SPEAKER_05: Ilhan Omar is an outspoken Democratic rival to Trump.
- 2:38:33SPEAKER_05: We are weeks away from an election, and they have yet to give us the specific details why.
- 2:38:39SPEAKER_05: None of they don't have to do any of that.
- 2:38:41SPEAKER_05: And those are all just facts based off of what has happened so far.
- 2:38:44SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 2:38:45SPEAKER_05: The timing alone is beyond the bounds of normal Justice Department behavior.
- 2:38:49SPEAKER_05: That's a completely made-up assertion.
- 2:38:52SPEAKER_05: The warrant, which the Wall Street Journal notes was court authorized, should detail the reasons for the search, the probable cause for entry.
- 2:39:00SPEAKER_05: But that was filed under seal, and public comments from the administration have been confusing.
- 2:39:07SPEAKER_05: Okay, maybe pay closer attention and stop, you know, stop selectively hearing only what you want to hear.
- 2:39:12SPEAKER_05: That hasn't really been confusing at all.
- 2:39:14SPEAKER_05: She points to U.S.
- 2:39:15SPEAKER_05: Attorney Janine Pirot, who Tuesday said there were several investigations going on.
- 2:39:23SPEAKER_05: If there was a crime that was committed, it will be prosecuted.
- 2:39:26SPEAKER_05: To which Russell Olsen says that's a broad statement that doesn't illuminate anything going on here.
- 2:39:31SPEAKER_05: Like, listen, what hell hath no fury, like an editorial writer at the Star Tribune who doesn't have all the relevant information in front of her?
- 2:39:38SPEAKER_05: Or is she just upset because she can look at the facts so far, as we've laid out on the show, and it begins to paint a rather bleak picture.
- 2:39:48SPEAKER_05: And she doesn't want to go and point to the bleak picture that it paints.
- 2:39:52SPEAKER_05: Instead, she has to find some way to go and push back on what's going on.
- 2:39:56SPEAKER_05: And so her ultimately, her argument in pushing back on this is I don't have all the information yet, and I should be shown this now.
- 2:40:04SPEAKER_05: It's a really, really now that it it's it's funny because I spent time on this this morning, saw the article over the weekend, but only now as I'm working this through, as I am I really beginning to understand what's happening here.
- 2:40:15SPEAKER_05: This is Rochelle Olsen putting her own insecurities on full display.
- 2:40:18SPEAKER_05: She doesn't like what she is seeing right now.
- 2:40:21SPEAKER_05: She's having difficulty wrestling with this investigation.
- 2:40:24SPEAKER_05: How a Democrat judge signed off on it, how the Department of Justice under President Donald Trump would have had to have shown probable cause to sign off on that.
- 2:40:33SPEAKER_05: And that probable cause was brought about through the seizure months ago of Ilhan Omar's sister's phone, and they now have her phone.
- 2:40:41SPEAKER_05: She doesn't like any of this.
- 2:40:43SPEAKER_05: It makes her uncomfortable to think that one of her leftist darlings in the elitist mind of a hack editorial writer like Rochelle Olson.
- 2:40:53SPEAKER_05: It makes her uncomfortable.
- 2:40:54SPEAKER_05: So the only way she can make herself feel better is going, I just need to know what's happening.
- 2:40:59SPEAKER_05: If he has evidence, he needs to show us because it's making me uncomfortable.
- 2:41:04SPEAKER_17: I'm so tired of the full outrage about uh you know the weaponization of the Justice Department.
- 2:41:12SPEAKER_17: Yeah, when when the Clinton legal team bought a fake dossier from uh washed up XI, and then it was leaked by the government to the Washington Post so that they could go to a Pfizer judge.
- 2:41:26SPEAKER_05: Oh, my apologies there on the uh on the end of the uh on the end of the clip here.
- 2:41:30SPEAKER_05: Uh let me go here.
- 2:41:31SPEAKER_05: He says the Washington Post, so they can go uh let's see the Pfizer judge.
- 2:41:35SPEAKER_05: Oh, they had two sources of information to get um the warrant.
- 2:41:40SPEAKER_05: Yeah, no, he's absolutely right.
- 2:41:42SPEAKER_05: Listen, the federal government and the Trump administration and those in the DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, don't think for a second that they all haven't been, again, dotting their I's and crossing their T's on this because this is a sitting member of Congress.
- 2:41:59SPEAKER_05: And ultimately, if and when indictments come down, this is going to be a massive seismic event in modern politics.
- 2:42:08SPEAKER_05: We talked about this on Friday show.
- 2:42:10SPEAKER_05: This might be one of the biggest indictments that we have seen.
- 2:42:15SPEAKER_05: Well, as a matter of fact, let me let me actually not even dance around it.
- 2:42:18SPEAKER_05: This will be the biggest prosecutorial move by the Trump administration if they actually move forward on indictments of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:42:28SPEAKER_05: That's what's not sitting well with Rochelle Olson because she knows that.
- 2:42:31SPEAKER_05: And so she doesn't like the fact that she's all uncomfortable with the allegations so far.
- 2:42:37SPEAKER_05: And what we know, even though we haven't seen the details yet, wait until we see the details of the affidavit.
- 2:42:43SPEAKER_05: Now, she spends a couple of paragraphs just going over the details of what has transpired since last week on Monday.
- 2:42:50SPEAKER_05: And then Rochelle Olson goes here.
- 2:42:52SPEAKER_05: So why now?
- 2:42:53SPEAKER_05: We don't know until they show us what they've got.
- 2:42:56SPEAKER_05: Until proven otherwise, the rage should be viewed with skepticism.
- 2:43:02SPEAKER_05: And by the way, um, first off, it's actually based on available evidence.
- 2:43:08SPEAKER_05: It's it's it's quite the opposite.
- 2:43:10SPEAKER_05: The argument really should be, I mean, if you're looking at this whole thing viewed with skepticism, no, it should be the other way.
- 2:43:17SPEAKER_05: If the federal government like screws up on this, it it's it's gonna be a bad look on them.
- 2:43:23SPEAKER_05: I still firmly believe that this indictment is coming before the midterms.
- 2:43:27SPEAKER_05: I think it's gonna happen within the next couple of weeks.
- 2:43:31SPEAKER_05: But that being said, there's available evidence out there.
- 2:43:34SPEAKER_05: Again, they had to show probable cause.
- 2:43:36SPEAKER_05: But this her this view of it shouldn't be viewed with skepticism, everybody has.
- 2:43:40SPEAKER_05: I've reported on this, everybody, you know, the other individuals have reported on this.
- 2:43:44SPEAKER_05: Everybody's been going, we don't know exactly what they are looking at.
- 2:43:48SPEAKER_05: It's all right now just speculation based off of the available information.
- 2:43:52SPEAKER_05: She then says, if this had occurred under a prior administration with the habit of following norms of the law and ethical behavior, the search would be cause for alarm about its target, but not under Trump.
- 2:44:03SPEAKER_05: What a total lie.
- 2:44:06SPEAKER_05: Again, go back to Mar-a-Lago.
- 2:44:11SPEAKER_05: Did she write about that?
- 2:44:13SPEAKER_05: An egregious abuse of power at the time?
- 2:44:17SPEAKER_05: Yeah, okay.
- 2:44:20SPEAKER_05: She then goes on to say, because it's happening under Trump, this looks like a partisan assault on Minnesota voters and the independence of Congress, a separate but equal branch of government with the right to determine the qualifications of its own ownership.
- 2:44:33SPEAKER_05: No, as a matter of fact, it looks like the exact opposite.
- 2:44:40SPEAKER_05: It looks like the exact opposite.
- 2:44:42SPEAKER_05: The fact that they launched this ahead of the midterms speaks to the severity of it.
- 2:44:47SPEAKER_05: The fact that a leftist judge signed off on this ahead of the midterms, he didn't have to.
- 2:44:53SPEAKER_05: Speaks to the severity and what he has seen of the probable cause.
- 2:44:57SPEAKER_05: It's actually quite the opposite.
- 2:44:58SPEAKER_05: This looks like, as it stands, a very fair investigation of a sitting member of Congress.
- 2:45:08SPEAKER_05: The article goes on to say this search of Omar's home also recalls Trump's false claim about the location of President Obama's birth certificate.
- 2:45:18SPEAKER_05: Or the location of his birth specifically, she says.
- 2:45:21SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you only toss that in there if your uh argument is weak, and her argument is weak with this.
- 2:45:26SPEAKER_05: Because Trump's views on the uh birthplace of former President Barack Obama has no bearing on the situation at all.
- 2:45:35SPEAKER_05: I don't even know the last time Trump's even brought that up.
- 2:45:38SPEAKER_05: That was even an issue.
- 2:45:39SPEAKER_05: So tell me that your editorial is uh weak without telling me your editorial is weak, and I bring you this inclusion of the birth certificate issue when it comes to Obama.
- 2:45:50SPEAKER_05: She then says Trump has consistently targeted Minnesota and Minnesotans many times now.
- 2:45:56SPEAKER_05: Yes, he has, and I'm glad that he has because we need somebody speaking out for the hardworking taxpayers who have had billions of dollars stolen from them.
- 2:46:04SPEAKER_05: Trump targets other Minnesota leaders as well.
- 2:46:07SPEAKER_05: Uh, see the previous uh comment that I just gave.
- 2:46:10SPEAKER_05: Then she says this it's time for the Trump administration to show its work regarding Omar.
- 2:46:15SPEAKER_05: Dude, it's been seven days.
- 2:46:18SPEAKER_05: It hasn't been like a year.
- 2:46:21SPEAKER_05: It hasn't, it's barely been a week.
- 2:46:24SPEAKER_05: It's time.
- 2:46:25SPEAKER_05: Yeah, she's uh again, she is so uncomfortable with how this is making her feel.
- 2:46:31SPEAKER_05: She had to spend time writing this trite piece of trash for the Star Tribune.
- 2:46:39SPEAKER_05: If it has evidence of criminal behavior, lay it out and let Omar have her day in court.
- 2:46:44SPEAKER_05: Dude, pump the brakes, lady.
- 2:46:46SPEAKER_05: That's gonna happen.
- 2:46:48SPEAKER_05: Be careful what you wish for.
- 2:46:50SPEAKER_05: If there is any truth to these claims, air them.
- 2:46:52SPEAKER_05: I I she's just upset that she doesn't know the details.
- 2:46:59SPEAKER_05: No sitting member of Congress should have their passport phone and computer seized without reason.
- 2:47:05SPEAKER_05: Okay?
- 2:47:06SPEAKER_05: And she didn't have her computer and phone seized without reason.
- 2:47:11SPEAKER_05: Again, they had a judge sign off.
- 2:47:13SPEAKER_05: I seriously, I just this is an individual who's actually respected by people.
- 2:47:17SPEAKER_05: They actually take her seriously.
- 2:47:20SPEAKER_05: If Trump has something on Omar, we need to see it now.
- 2:47:23SPEAKER_05: Boy, she cannot let that go.
- 2:47:27SPEAKER_05: I'll tell you what, you know what?
- 2:47:29SPEAKER_05: Just let's just let's go ahead and let's just go ahead and say that, you know, when the indictment comes down, if and when it does, and it lays out the specific allegations or the affidavit, yes, by all means, please send it to Rochelle Olson first so she can go and report it.
- 2:47:41SPEAKER_05: Let her be the first one in Minnesota to go and report whatever the indictment or the affidavit details are.
- 2:47:47SPEAKER_05: That would be fantastic.
- 2:47:48SPEAKER_05: She says otherwise, the federal government should leave the congresswoman alone and allow her to serve her constituents.
- 2:47:54SPEAKER_05: Pure elitist trash.
- 2:47:57SPEAKER_05: That's all this is.
- 2:47:58SPEAKER_05: It's pure elitist trash.
- 2:48:00SPEAKER_05: I just don't know yet what's going on, so you need to tell me.
- 2:48:03SPEAKER_05: It's essentially the Greta Thunberg Thunberg, you know.
- 2:48:09SPEAKER_05: How dare you?
- 2:48:11SPEAKER_05: How dare how dare you without telling me the reasons why?
- 2:48:15SPEAKER_28: John, didn't Ilhan Otmar co-author a bill to help facilitate funds that ended up going to Minnesota for feed or future.
- 2:48:26SPEAKER_28: Um, so I'm wondering if the investigation has something to do with that and her sister living in that Lakeville or using that Lakeville address that so many fraudulent businesses used um to gain benefit from the feeding or future, so it was to enrich her family members.
- 2:48:46SPEAKER_28: Could that be part of the investigation?
- 2:48:47SPEAKER_28: Could be.
- 2:48:48SPEAKER_28: And I wonder how deep the roots are there.
- 2:48:51SPEAKER_28: Um, given Amy Klobuchar was right there sending money overseas with her law.
- 2:48:59SPEAKER_05: Well, that's the interesting one, too, is that suddenly uh Amy Klobuchar entered into the chat of commentary around this over the weekend.
- 2:49:08SPEAKER_05: Now, again, there's no evidence of any connections being made with this.
- 2:49:13SPEAKER_05: We'll know more when we have more information, much uh to the uh protests of Rochelle, Rochelle Olson and the Star Tribune.
- 2:49:22SPEAKER_05: It still scracks me up.
- 2:49:23SPEAKER_05: I want to know.
- 2:49:25SPEAKER_05: If they have information, they need to share it with us.
- 2:49:27SPEAKER_05: It's been a week, guys.
- 2:49:29SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 2:49:30SPEAKER_05: Alright, let's go uh let's go here.
- 2:49:33SPEAKER_24: I don't know if Rochelle Olson thinks that this is just Well, clearly she probably thinks it's Vandana, you know, but pushback from Omar towards Trump.
- 2:49:42SPEAKER_24: But you'd have to have You'd be ridiculous to go after somebody right before an election if you didn't have the code.
- 2:49:49SPEAKER_24: Exactly.
- 2:49:50SPEAKER_24: Personally, you should be thankful because if you can tell that Omar did everything in order that people it's good that she doesn't electron results have been shown.
- 2:50:01SPEAKER_24: She probably still read her sister.
- 2:50:04SPEAKER_24: But now you have great reasons electronized.
- 2:50:13SPEAKER_17: The other thing I think to remember isn't Carter C go to the Justice Department and say, hey, I was approached the five of Russia.
- 2:50:26SPEAKER_17: And then instead of investigating the approachers, didn't they turn around and use that to get warrants against the Trump campaign?
- 2:50:35SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but you're allowed to do that if you're on the left.
- 2:50:37SPEAKER_05: You can't do that if you're if you're aligned with the right.
- 2:50:42SPEAKER_20: The federal government owes you nothing.
- 2:50:44SPEAKER_20: You're nobody.
- 2:50:46SPEAKER_20: You're just a writer that has some psychological problems in your all-hand of the Democratic Party.
- 2:50:54SPEAKER_20: They owe you just zero zilch.
- 2:50:59SPEAKER_20: And that's apparently what you're gonna be getting.
- 2:51:01SPEAKER_20: Wait until the indictment comes out.
- 2:51:03SPEAKER_20: Yeah.
- 2:51:04SPEAKER_20: That is when you get the information.
- 2:51:07SPEAKER_20: Other than that, just be quiet.
- 2:51:10SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you know what?
- 2:51:11SPEAKER_05: And again, it it comes down to the fact that, and we'll move on to uh to some to uh this Somali immigration backstory of what's transpired here.
- 2:51:22SPEAKER_05: This relates to what's going on in France right now.
- 2:51:24SPEAKER_05: We talked about this earlier in the in the show.
- 2:51:26SPEAKER_05: No, Rochelle Olson had to write about Ilhan Omar, didn't know what angle to take, to follow the facts of the situation would not have been a good look, so instead she came up with this.
- 2:51:35SPEAKER_05: Well, if they have something they need to tell us now, then.
- 2:51:38SPEAKER_05: Okay, whatever, lady.
- 2:51:41SPEAKER_05: Oh, let's see.
- 2:51:42SPEAKER_05: I've got a comment that rolled in.
- 2:51:43SPEAKER_05: Uh the Dems are upset about the warrant because they've uh been attending the James Comey School of Probable Cause since 2016.
- 2:51:51SPEAKER_05: They couldn't recognize a legal argument rooted in law if it came to their door with the SWAT team at 6 a.m.
- 2:51:56SPEAKER_05: No, it's 4 30 in the morning.
- 2:51:58SPEAKER_05: Remember, Rashida Talib was very upset about that.
- 2:52:01SPEAKER_05: Two Christian groups, Bill Glaun, AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:52:06SPEAKER_05: Here's the summary of a piece that he has up now available at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:52:10SPEAKER_05: Two Christian groups, Catholic charities and Lutheran social services, were paid$62 million to resettle tens of thousands of Somali refugees in Minnesota.
- 2:52:22SPEAKER_05: This has been going on since 1993.
- 2:52:24SPEAKER_05: This influx, combined with chain migration and generous welfare programs, has significantly impacted Minnesota's demographics and political landscape, benefiting the Democrat Party.
- 2:52:35SPEAKER_05: Despite Catholic charities ending its refugee program in 2018, the Lutheran Social Services remains active in the refugee resettlement.
- 2:52:43SPEAKER_05: This was a dream that was based in a lie and an assumption that never came true.
- 2:52:48SPEAKER_05: We had a fantastic discussion with John Phelan here from American Experiment a couple of weeks ago, and we got into going back and looking at England, looking at Europe, um, Tony Blair, when they began to offer up mass migration into the country and this assumption that it would be wonderful because all these individuals coming to our great land would then go and assimilate to our ways and be to the benefit of everybody who lives here, naturalized to citizens to citizens and otherwise.
- 2:53:17SPEAKER_05: And that didn't happen because there are too many leftists out there that want to go and undermine the values of Western society.
- 2:53:26SPEAKER_05: And what we're seeing taking place in France right now is a snapshot of a future here in Minnesota, and we've already seen examples of that kind of unrest.
- 2:53:34SPEAKER_05: In the George Floyd riots, you had riots that were starting over the death of George Floyd, and those were co-opted by those radical, anti-food, leftist, communist, socialists seeking to go and undermine, as I just mentioned, Western society.
- 2:53:48SPEAKER_05: We saw the same thing that happened during Operation Metro Surge.
- 2:53:51SPEAKER_05: It started with observing ICE agents and it turned into funded individuals taking to the streets as on-the-street insurrectionists, blocking lawful law enforcement, resulting in the deaths of civilians that they continue to go and use to push their grand grand anti-American, anti-Western ideology views.
- 2:54:10SPEAKER_05: Elon Musk was asked about this a while back in an interview with the economist.
- 2:54:15SPEAKER_05: Here's what he had to say.
- 2:54:16SPEAKER_41: Yeah, my political views are very uh are centrist.
- 2:54:19SPEAKER_41: They're not uh far right.
- 2:54:22SPEAKER_41: And and and frankly, calling it far right, I think, is an insult uh to to history, an insult to many peoples, and it is uh an outrageous falsehood.
- 2:54:35SPEAKER_41: Um it's it's completely absurd.
- 2:54:38SPEAKER_41: I I literally have stated my position, which is that and and I've been very clear about this, which is that there need to be secure borders, that um if if there's if there's an influx of immigrants, then they they need to be people who will agree that the with with with Western ideals, with Western values.
- 2:54:56SPEAKER_41: And if they don't, and if and if there's a long-term uh growth of people who do not, or or in some cases are adamantly opposed to Western values, you are setting yourself up for civil war.
- 2:55:09SPEAKER_41: This is obvious.
- 2:55:10SPEAKER_41: A child can see this.
- 2:55:12SPEAKER_41: So this is this is not a right-wing view.
- 2:55:14SPEAKER_41: I'm simply stating reality.
- 2:55:17SPEAKER_05: Yep.
- 2:55:18SPEAKER_05: And he's absolutely right.
- 2:55:19SPEAKER_05: Look at what's happening right now over in France.
- 2:55:23SPEAKER_05: So I have an update on uh Modern Times, the restaurant that had no prices.
- 2:55:29SPEAKER_05: We've talked about them a few times on the show.
- 2:55:31SPEAKER_05: We're gonna close the show out with this story.
- 2:55:33SPEAKER_05: You don't want to miss the details on this because uh modern times is coming to an end.
- 2:55:38SPEAKER_05: Their grand experiment didn't work.
- 2:55:40SPEAKER_05: Before I do that, though, let me share this with you.
- 2:55:42SPEAKER_05: Uh, this is an account I follow, although I had not seen this uh this post.
- 2:55:47SPEAKER_05: Um, this is Data Republican.
- 2:55:50SPEAKER_05: Okay, at Data Republican.
- 2:55:52SPEAKER_05: Uh, this is an individual who does a lot of fantastic, comprehensive work regarding uh issues that we're faced with.
- 2:56:00SPEAKER_05: In society regarding polling.
- 2:56:03SPEAKER_05: In this case, they wrote this online.
- 2:56:05SPEAKER_05: I don't even know.
- 2:56:06SPEAKER_05: When did this go up?
- 2:56:07SPEAKER_05: This went up uh yesterday.
- 2:56:11SPEAKER_05: The past few days, writes Data Republican.
- 2:56:14SPEAKER_05: I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings.
- 2:56:20SPEAKER_05: They then give uh credit to a couple of different accounts.
- 2:56:23SPEAKER_05: Uh at SK Double Dub33 and at uh at IM Lisa Logan.
- 2:56:30SPEAKER_05: You heard that Democrat Socialists of America, DSA, is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.
- 2:56:41SPEAKER_05: What you have not heard is that there is an operational plan to put it all into action.
- 2:56:46SPEAKER_05: If the Democrat Party sweeps in 2026, the DSA will become foot soldiers to doing nothing with my fingers in constant clashes with the administration to cross a red line or invoke the doomsday scenario.
- 2:57:02SPEAKER_05: Meaning President Donald Trump invokes the insurrection act probably sometime in 2027.
- 2:57:09SPEAKER_05: This is interesting because it actually parallels quite a bit with what I talked about before or just a moment ago, regarding the on-the-street insurrectionists, those that were encouraged to go and get in the way of lawful law enforcement.
- 2:57:21SPEAKER_05: They saw other individuals doing it and they followed suit.
- 2:57:24SPEAKER_05: Average citizens who would eventually turn out to become the same senior citizens that you would see out during No Kings rallies dotting the highway medians and on and off ramps, right?
- 2:57:39SPEAKER_05: But with what they did with Operation Metro Surge is they ended up pushing ICE to the point where ICE had to go and legitimately push back on them, and it resulted in the deaths of individuals that all would have been avoided if people had just stayed home.
- 2:57:52SPEAKER_05: That's all by design.
- 2:57:53SPEAKER_05: They wanted that.
- 2:57:54SPEAKER_05: The leftists, your antipha types, the individuals that Data Republican is talking about, they want that conflict.
- 2:58:03SPEAKER_05: Then a lot of coordinated responses kick off, assuming that Trump would invoke the insurrectionist, uh, the insurrection act to counter the on-the-street violence taking place, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democrat governors.
- 2:58:21SPEAKER_05: 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as is or burn it all down to appease the a doing nothing with my fingers, quoting from data Republican, Young and Brown Demographic.
- 2:58:36SPEAKER_05: The mysterious group who's been coordinating the 50501 Indivisible and coordinating the No Kings protests is called United Democracy Alliance.
- 2:58:47SPEAKER_05: And their intellectual leader is Erica Chennowith, who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change.
- 2:58:56SPEAKER_05: Andrew Langer mentioned this when we had him on the show at 6.30.
- 2:59:02SPEAKER_05: And this is talking about how you can bring about regime change with just the support of 3.5% of the individuals getting involved.
- 2:59:14SPEAKER_05: She says, Patience, I know I've uh I know I've hyped this more than anything else.
- 2:59:19SPEAKER_05: It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've I've had.
- 2:59:22SPEAKER_05: This is an enormous archive, and this is only the beginning.
- 2:59:25SPEAKER_05: Again, I would encourage you to make sure that you give Data Republican a follow because they have incredibly insightful information and a lot of stuff that you're not going to hear anywhere else.
- 2:59:36SPEAKER_05: All right, let's wrap on this.
- 2:59:37SPEAKER_05: Speaking of Operation Metro Surge, Modern Times, South Minneapolis restaurant that once took prices off the menu and welcomed all the come and eat, will close at the end of the year.
- 2:59:52SPEAKER_05: Oh, that's so sad.
- 2:59:55SPEAKER_05: I didn't know what else to play there, so.
- 2:59:58SPEAKER_05: Oh, I could have played, I could have played this.
- 3:00:04SPEAKER_05: Owner Dylan Alverson, who has run the cafe at the corner of Chicago Avenue, East and 32nd Street for the past 15 years, announced the closure on Saturday morning.
- 3:00:17SPEAKER_05: For the last six years, I've been trying to prove that modern times can continue to exist.
- 3:00:22SPEAKER_05: He posted on Instagram.
- 3:00:31SPEAKER_05: So I guess none of what he uh tried worked.
- 3:00:35SPEAKER_05: Who could have predicted this?
- 3:00:37SPEAKER_05: Me.
- 3:00:38SPEAKER_05: The restaurant, a beloved neighborhood fixture with a farm-to-table brunch fair and a quirky atmosphere, took prices off the menu in late January during the depths of Operation Metro Surge.
- 3:00:50SPEAKER_05: Immigration enforcement fell heavily in the neighborhoods around modern times, according to the Jennifer Brooks article on the Star Tribune.
- 3:00:56SPEAKER_05: Alverson changed the restaurant's name to Postmodern Times and announced that he would feed anyone who came through the door, except federal agents.
- 3:01:04SPEAKER_05: That's right, you evil federal agents.
- 3:01:07SPEAKER_05: No food for you.
- 3:01:08SPEAKER_05: Whether they could pay or not.
- 3:01:10SPEAKER_05: The announcement made national news.
- 3:01:12SPEAKER_05: The donations began to pour in from around the world, which was certainly the expectation, because this is a, I don't know if you know this or not, a really, really bad business model.
- 3:01:21SPEAKER_05: Even Devin is like, yeah, that's a really bad business model.
- 3:01:26SPEAKER_05: Alva, uh, the donations were enough for Alverson to keep prices off the menu for a full six months.
- 3:01:31SPEAKER_05: That's funny.
- 3:01:32SPEAKER_05: What happens with socialism?
- 3:01:33SPEAKER_05: Eventually you run out of other people's money, or you just run out of money altogether.
- 3:01:37SPEAKER_05: But it may have been too much of a good thing, says the Star Tribune.
- 3:01:41SPEAKER_05: Neighbors began to uh neighbors began to be crowded out of the restaurant by people who could not pay or who lingered around the restaurant all day.
- 3:01:50SPEAKER_05: Why wouldn't you?
- 3:01:50SPEAKER_05: Why, yeah, why wouldn't you?
- 3:01:52SPEAKER_05: You're just getting free food.
- 3:01:53SPEAKER_05: Just go get your free food.
- 3:01:56SPEAKER_05: Complaints mounted of drug use out in the open.
- 3:01:59SPEAKER_05: Uh-oh.
- 3:02:00SPEAKER_05: Theft, discarded needles in the alley, and overdoses on the sidewalk.
- 3:02:05SPEAKER_05: You mean individuals that are going to go and take advantage of getting a bunch of free food may not be making good decisions in life?
- 3:02:11SPEAKER_05: Shocking.
- 3:02:14SPEAKER_05: You know what's great is that like my sarcastic personality fits in well with Minnesota Nice.
- 3:02:19SPEAKER_05: Or it doesn't.
- 3:02:20SPEAKER_05: One of the one one of the two, right?
- 3:02:23SPEAKER_05: After a series of contentious community meetings, Alverson closed the restaurant in July for a few weeks and then reopened it in August with prices back on the menu.
- 3:02:32SPEAKER_05: Oh, but the restaurant had already been struggling financially for years.
- 3:02:36SPEAKER_05: This has been an incredibly difficult decision and one that did not come lightly.
- 3:02:41SPEAKER_05: Although the clientele did when he put the prices back on the menu.
- 3:02:47SPEAKER_05: I announced this decision now with the hope that we can spend the next two months celebrating the nearly 16 years that modern times stood for creativity over cost, kindness over profit, and uncompromising values as a business in this country.
- 3:03:02SPEAKER_05: This coming week, I'll start to explain how we got to this point.
- 3:03:05SPEAKER_05: No, I think it's pretty clear how we got to this point.
- 3:03:07SPEAKER_05: You're a leftist with really, really poor decision-making skills who never should have been running this business in the first place.
- 3:03:15SPEAKER_05: And what the next couple of months will look like.
- 3:03:17SPEAKER_05: The only way for places like modern times to exist in the future is to actively challenge the reasons why it can no longer exist.
- 3:03:24SPEAKER_05: Yeah, okay.
- 3:03:26SPEAKER_05: If you get what you want and more restaurants that just offer up free food for everybody, they will not exist.
- 3:03:33SPEAKER_05: The government will essentially go and take them over.
- 3:03:35SPEAKER_05: They'll make them government food centers and they will ration all that food out.
- 3:03:41SPEAKER_05: There's your post-modern times future restaurant under commie rule in Minnesota.
- 3:03:48SPEAKER_05: He signed off Forever Modern Times.
- 3:03:53SPEAKER_05: Too bad, so sad, dude.
- 3:03:55SPEAKER_05: Too bad.
- 3:03:56SPEAKER_05: So sad.
- 3:03:57SPEAKER_05: Thank you so much for spending time with us on the show today.
- 3:04:01SPEAKER_05: I hope you had as much fun as uh I did tomorrow.

- 3:05:39SPEAKER_05: Bill Walsh will be there as well.
- 3:05:41SPEAKER_05: And uh one more quick item of note, make sure you head on over to AmericanExperiment.org when you get details about this event taking place today at Split Rocks, but also nominate your Golden Turkey.
