Transcript
- 0:02Hey, everybody, welcome to tea Time with Amy and bev Hella. Hello,
- 0:06good day, happy day, Happy day, Happy Tuesday. It is
- 0:11Tuesday. Feels like it feels like forever since we fucked. I don't even
- 0:15know. Yeah, it's been a couple of weeks because we had to do
- 0:19a couple of shorts before, and shorts meaning like thirty minutes not an hour,
- 0:25and iscet the preface up for the audience that shorts to us does not
- 0:30mean two minutes. It means thirty minutes, not an hour. Oh yeah,
- 0:35that's true because shorts. Yeah, that's the whole different. Oh my
- 0:39goodness. Okay, okay, we showed up. We gotta go now,
- 0:44Yes, exactly, see you bye bye. Yeah. I mean interesting enough
- 0:52because of these uh short videos meaning like the real shorts like on social media,
- 1:00or like thirty seconds two minutes. It's really I've noticed even in myself
- 1:07that it is creating such a shortened attention span for people. I mean,
- 1:15now when I watch videos, I will up the speed so that it's it's
- 1:23like because some people talk slower than others, so those people at at their
- 1:30normal pace is a slow like talking like this, and they're explaining what I
- 1:38will amp up the speed because I can't do it. I'm like, so
- 1:45you're fast forward. No, I just mind like one point two five speed
- 1:53instead of regular speed. Yeah. Yeah, So that's interesting. And how
- 2:01quickly I get I've really been paying attention to how quickly I get distracted.
- 2:13Really like, I oh, from here to that door. I'll be like,
- 2:16oh, okay, I do something. By the time I get to
- 2:20that door, I have to stop. Now this is this is I know
- 2:24that's been going on for a while where you know it's it's okay, I
- 2:29need to go into the back bedroom too. So I start heading to the
- 2:31back bedroom and you get there and you stop and you're like, right,
- 2:35okay, hold on, why did I come now? That's like that's like
- 2:39twenty feet I'm talking like six feet. It's very interesting. It is very
- 2:52interesting. It is. Yeah, there's so much. There's so much going
- 2:59on these days. I don't even know. It's like I don't even know.
- 3:01I've also, huh, I've also learned to stab ago. Okay,
- 3:07spirit in yourself, mind, brain, whoever I'm talking to, what was
- 3:15it I needed to do? And I'll listen and I get the answer and
- 3:21then I move forward, So I feel like I'm slowing down. I feel
- 3:27like I'm slowing down more. It's like I I process the thoughts that are
- 3:31coming in. I process what I'm going to say, or not even really
- 3:37that, I guess, I just process it, what the information that's coming
- 3:39in, and however it wants to come out. I been really cognizant about
- 3:45the things that I'm saying a lot of times. So for me, I've
- 3:47gone the opposite direction. I feel like I've actually slowed down quite a bit.
- 3:52And I say that out loud, and it's like, I don't understand
- 3:55what Spirit wants for me right now, Spirit Creator. I talked Creator all
- 4:00the time to the point where I'm appreciating so many things. I'm appreciating the
- 4:08speck of dirt on my windshield. And I told group this recently, to
- 4:12appreciating all these little details because it's like that was all part of the stage,
- 4:15do you know what I mean, That's all part of the show.
- 4:17We get to have this experience and it can be fast or it can be
- 4:23slow. And we're the creator of our reality, so you get to create
- 4:26your reality or you like a little bit faster, and I'm slow. I
- 4:29slow mine down a bit. I'm in the space where I'm slowing things down.
- 4:31I've always been that person that was like the fast talking. I couldn't.
- 4:36I would have to get my thoughts out right now, because otherwise I'm
- 4:39going to forget about it. And now it's like I just don't. I'm
- 4:42in such a different space that it's like I don't. It doesn't matter to
- 4:45me where I'm at right then, because whatever needs to come forward, it's
- 4:47going to come forward. It's all divine, right, even us meeting tonight.
- 4:51Thank you being for being so patient with everything, because we decided to
- 4:55get a huge storm up here and there was no way for my daughter to
- 4:58get out of here with a granddaughter, and so we have to have another
- 5:02ride come out where. So it's just it's just interesting because when we have
- 5:06the washes flowing, there's no way, that's it. My truck can't go
- 5:11anywhere. So it's just interesting. But it slows things down a lot,
- 5:15it really just does. And it's just being in a patient place and it's
- 5:19like I look at my calendar tomorrow, I have nobody on and I have
- 5:23called so many people to see if they want to come in tomorrow. Oh,
- 5:27no, I can't do like this week, it's not working for them.
- 5:29Oh I got a doctor's appointment. Oh I got this, Oh I
- 5:31got that, Oh can do that? School start? Like there's all these
- 5:33things going on, and it's like I find it fascinating and it's like,
- 5:38okay, well creator, you know that. I mean, we're hearing this
- 5:43physical experience. It's seem an experience. And I still got to my bill's
- 5:46got to get paid, and I've got to be able to pay rent and
- 5:48leave all these other things. And it's like I've got a surrender and I've
- 5:53been surrendering. I surrender a lot, and I'm surrendering more just contemplative,
- 5:59real about a lot of this stuff. And I still go through those spaces
- 6:01which we've kind of talked about. You get into about space, it's like,
- 6:04oh, it's a little bit anxious there. It gets a little bit
- 6:08like a little bit okay. But it's like, no matter what, money
- 6:11always seems to show up just in the right time for me. I would
- 6:15just liked it to be more of a flow. But it's recognizing where am
- 6:19I blocking that flow. I had a realization just a couple of days ago,
- 6:25and it's like I even in my own relationship that if I'll just use
- 6:30my partnership, my relationship with Freeman and stuff like that, Let's just say,
- 6:38what if he was able to go out and buy something and do something
- 6:40because he's got a retirement or he's got a money that's certain money that comes
- 6:43in right now. And my processing of that was like, he can go
- 6:47buy these things, but I can't. You know, I feel like I'm
- 6:49struggling. So before I was always about fairness, right, And I know
- 6:56this came from childhood because I've seen it now in my kids how they're using
- 7:00their kids, and it's you've got to make sure everything's fair. And it's
- 7:02like, wait a minute, this is not about that fairness. This isn't
- 7:06making sure he's allowed us to do whatever he wants with his money. And
- 7:10I'm not saying that he can't, and I'm not saying anything at the opposite.
- 7:13I'm just saying I'm using this as an example. But for in this
- 7:16example, I can see like this, the money going out, and here
- 7:18I am like making sure I'm careful with how I spend my money because I
- 7:23don't know where you know, how much money is coming in next? For
- 7:25the next bill or for the next and that's how I've been living things.
- 7:29And it's like, think about that in an energetic standpoint. I'm restricting this
- 7:32flow that's coming into me. I'm only allowing I because I'm the master creator
- 7:38of this experience that I'm here having. I am only allowing a trickle to
- 7:43come in. But on the other side of that, it's asking my higher
- 7:46self, it's asking my guides, my universal seedink you've referred to, to
- 7:50come forward and help me to how can I have more fun? And it's
- 7:56even paying attention to the words that I'm using. There is a long time
- 8:00ago, one of the things I would put on my mirror was I have
- 8:03plenty of time and money to take care of myself, and I do.
- 8:07And so now it's like finding a way to put that into my day because
- 8:09the last couple of days, I've had my granddaughter from like seven o'clock in
- 8:16the morning till probably about twelve hours twelve hours a day, and I am
- 8:20enjoying myself immensely because it's a Again I go back to that whole slowdown.
- 8:26It's a slowdowns. There's no hurry up to do anything, and it's it's
- 8:30because if I'm hurrying up, then I'm not allowing her to have the opportunity
- 8:33to wash dishes, or we use the power washer this morning, to clean
- 8:37off the front porch. So certain things that we can do so that we
- 8:39could do together, that she's learning and she gets to have hands on because
- 8:43we talked about this a few weeks ago, how it's got to be fun,
- 8:46and why shouldn't it cleaning your house be fun? It should be fun,
- 8:52but we've thought we put it as a chore, right, we put
- 8:54it as a responsibility. And she's got our little checklist and she can't write.
- 8:58So I was like, I tell her yesterday, well just you don't
- 9:01have to. I said, pretend when I was a kid, I would
- 9:03just scribble. We would just have scribble lines all the way across. And
- 9:05I showed her how to do it. So now she's all the time and
- 9:07she's like, oh, what was the grandma la her Brussels sprout scribble,
- 9:11scribble, scribble, Okay, she had to clarify, but she had to
- 9:13clarify for her scribble. So and then she goes super listen checks everything off.
- 9:18So she's checking things off, so I already see where she's going in
- 9:20a lot of ways because she's already making the lists. She's a list person
- 9:26with her scribbles, but her scribbles mean something. And then she threw a
- 9:28nap in there. And it's like I told her, I said, listen,
- 9:31not call it nap because she's like grandma, Mom said, I don't
- 9:33have to take a nap if you don't want me to take a nap.
- 9:35I said, you're taking a nap today. I said, but let's not
- 9:39call it nap. Let's call it meditation, or like I said, like
- 9:41Suzanne Eastman says, let's call it a sip of the divine where we just
- 9:46sit in peace. Well, Grandma, but we're gonna be laying down.
- 9:48I said, yeah, well we can lay down, and still we can
- 9:50still bet it take And within seconds of her laying down, she's passed out.
- 9:52Anyways, Anyways, I've taken up a lot, just a lot of
- 9:56stuff. But it's like that's experience. This is where I'm at right now.
- 10:01And and so I love being able to spend time with my grandkids.
- 10:07I really do, because I get to be a kid. I get a
- 10:09chance to sit out on the ground when it's gonna rain and play in the
- 10:13chalk, to lay on a mat and look at the sky and pick out
- 10:16all kinds of designs in the clouds. Right. I get to play with
- 10:22crayons and colors, and we do stuff all the time, and read kids
- 10:24books and just there's no schedule there, there's no time frame there. And
- 10:28it's a great place to be for me. I'm not saying it's for everybody
- 10:33because but it's a great place for me. And well we also forget,
- 10:37though, is that that's always available to us. Yeah, like we don't
- 10:45necessarily I mean, we don't necessarily need the children to be present for us
- 10:50to do that, but it does amplify the energy because it's easier to do
- 10:56it with them around. If we just look at those littles as our inner
- 11:01self, as our inner child, you would never ever judge or be harsh
- 11:07to that child. You would always be supportive of that child. And to
- 11:09me, that's an opportunity. And I told one of my daughters that in
- 11:11the last few days, because we've just had some stuff going on in the
- 11:15family and stuff like that, and it's just it's such a it's breathtaking or
- 11:22breath or fresh air. Not well of his breathtaking too, but it's a
- 11:24breath of fresh air. When you just look at them in a little different
- 11:26way. It reminds me of the experience that you have with that little girl
- 11:30and then how you held her and stuff like that, and it's like,
- 11:33that's so gosh. We can look at that in so many different ways.
- 11:35But it's so healing of the soul, and not even of the soul of
- 11:39this experience, because our souls don't need to be healed. They're here having
- 11:43an experience. But from this, this earth atmosphere, this experience, it
- 11:48feels like we need some healing in some places. Yeah. I just did
- 11:54an event on Saturday, and all the event on Saturday and had twelve and
- 12:01thirteen women there, so it just depended on who was coming and going.
- 12:09But the question that I posed was why are you here? Why did you?
- 12:11Why did you come to this? I didn't know half of them,
- 12:16which was amazing, right, Yeah, like six out of twelve people trusted
- 12:22in me to come to this event not knowing anything really anything about me,
- 12:28and spent the whole day and all of them just disconnected from themselves, feeling
- 12:39lost, focused on focused on their teenage kids who are struggling and trying to
- 12:43fix them, and and you know it was just I mean, we've both
- 12:48been there, You and I have both been there, and so you know,
- 12:52of course offered up them the tools and said here's the tools, and
- 12:58what you do with them is your business. And I did my job.
- 13:01I'm the messenger. I did my job. And so there's so many tools
- 13:07available to us that for individual reasons, they're not being utilized. And I
- 13:16sound like, listen, you, you have to continue with me. YouTube
- 13:20University is like full of free information that will help you. True, there
- 13:28are so many books available that will help you, and you know, it's
- 13:35like it's up to you. So it's just same with the playfulness. It's
- 13:43up to each of us to tap into that playfulness, that little little person
- 13:46inside who's all giddy and ready to play, or our spirit who is full
- 13:52of love and joy and just wants to to be the best expression of ourselves,
- 14:00and us deciding to take the opportunity to do that, to step into
- 14:05that playfulness and childlike behavior, like when I do when I do laughter yoga
- 14:11sessions and I tell them we're going to laugh for no reason. And I
- 14:16totally get this because this was a as well. The hardest classes I took.
- 14:20It was over a weekend. It was two days. This look at
- 14:24me like I have two heads or I've lost my damn mind, And I
- 14:30totally get it. When I took the class, I was still had some
- 14:33anger issues inside of me and to put that aside and just to laugh.
- 14:41It took a while for me to get used to that. But the more
- 14:43I did it, the better I felt. And so that was my job,
- 14:48right, it was my job to embrace that tool that was presented to
- 14:52me and do something with it, knowing I knew would helped me feel better,
- 15:00deciding to stick with it and keep doing it. So it's just the
- 15:05same. Right, grab the crayons and instead of using so I'm right handed,
- 15:09so instead of using my right hand, use my left hand, use
- 15:13my left hand to color. And it's okay if I go outside the lines
- 15:16and I can't get the line straight and all the things that is tapping in.
- 15:22I learned that technique several years ago. That's tapping into your little person
- 15:26inside by using your non dominant hand to color or to write. That's awesome.
- 15:35Yeah. Now, my five year old granddaughter says that she can't do
- 15:37that with her left hands. I can't. I hear a lot of struggle
- 15:41on her, and I know it's from environmental I know what she's picked it
- 15:45up from. It could be anywhere. It could be in school, it
- 15:46could be at home, it could be whatever. But I don't try to
- 15:50fix it. Yeah, because that's an opportunity for me to do it.
- 15:54Anyways. I'm like, look a look at I just colored. What's my
- 15:58left hand. She's like, no, you're using your right No, I
- 16:00said, turn to fix your body with mine. You'll see I'm using my
- 16:03left hand because I'll start doing that. I didn't. I didn't realize it
- 16:06was part of the inner child stuff. And to me, that makes perfect
- 16:08sense. But I could do I actually did, really damn oil. I
- 16:12was surprised because when we have all these doubts in ourselves, we restrict ourselves
- 16:18all the time, all the time. That makes me want to cry because
- 16:22I know it's true. I know that. For me, that's an emotional
- 16:26response in my body that knows that it's true. Because we're nobody else is
- 16:30doing it to us unless we allow them to do it to us. We're
- 16:34doing it to ourselves. I have and I have for so long, and
- 16:40it's like I had a that was not easy to wrap my mind around early
- 16:45on. But as I've gone through a lot of this stuff, and whether
- 16:48it's because I brought it into my existence, but it just feels right and
- 16:53I can see where I have I have the control over so many things.
- 16:57I was just talking to the you know group that when we got together,
- 17:00it's like you were so focused on all this stuff that happened in the media
- 17:04and all this stuff. I said, but what's the opposite of that?
- 17:07What would you like to see come out of that? We can sit and
- 17:11focus on that, and we can sit and talk about it all day long.
- 17:14There's lots of people that love talk about the stuff what's going on,
- 17:17But what would you create out of it? That's what it's all about.
- 17:19That's what it's about. It's not it's that's your contrast, that's your contrasting
- 17:25experience. To allow you or for you to have joy with this experience and
- 17:30switch it around. What would it How would it feel like? What feels
- 17:33good to you? And I think we forget that. But that's why I'm
- 17:36doing it. All the time. I'm doing this, I'm practicing it.
- 17:38All the time. I'm meditating every single day, a couple of times a
- 17:42day. I'll do it in the morning, I'll do it in the middle
- 17:45when when I got my granddaughter here and weren't happened, I'm meditating and then
- 17:48I fall asleep. I catch myself quick snoring. I'm like, okay,
- 17:53I do at night when I go to bed. I mean, I'm just
- 17:56doing it anytime I wake up, if whatever, I have that opportunity,
- 17:59because I like, for me, it's helping me to feel what it feels
- 18:03like to be in connection with spirit, to be in connection with Creator.
- 18:07It's to pay attention to more of that connection and energetically. Before I was
- 18:11like, oh, it's to receive and it's a connection. Well it is
- 18:15all those things for me, And I'm not saying it's not something for somebody
- 18:18else. It could be whatever you want to be, but for me and
- 18:19my experience, I am hearing more talking, I'm seeing more people. Last
- 18:26night, I was seeing a group of women sitting around me in a circle.
- 18:30I've never seen them before in my life, but we seem to be
- 18:33quite friendly with each other. And I don't even know all was going on,
- 18:36Like we knew each other and we were laughing, and you know,
- 18:40there was it was just it was a different experience. So it's like there's
- 18:44things and that was just in meditation, Like I'm picking up I'll here words
- 18:48I hear. I can't remember the name of the person I heard recently,
- 18:51but it came up and I'm like why, I don't even know where of
- 18:55this even came from. It's like a religious name, but it's like from
- 18:57overseas or something. I don't even remember what it was. I have to
- 19:00look it up again. But it's like, I don't know where this comes
- 19:03from, but it doesn't really matter. But it's letting me know there's something
- 19:07more because this isn't how my mind, This isn't me thinking about something.
- 19:11This is information coming to me, and that's fun to me. This is
- 19:15fun. So I try to spend as much time in that space and recognize
- 19:18it. When I'm driving, I spend time I'm in my physical body,
- 19:22but I can feel like my crown and my third eye, like I'm just
- 19:26open. I am open the whole time. If I focus on it now,
- 19:29I can shut it down. But I like to be in that space
- 19:32because I'm like, okay, creator, I want to see Amy through your
- 19:34eyes. I want to see Freeman through your eyes, even when I'm mad.
- 19:38I want to see whoever hurts somebody else through your eyes. Because guess
- 19:42what, God does not see us as as blemished, as as broken or
- 19:52horrible or anything. God just loves us, just loves us. How do
- 19:56I know? I just know. That's my knowing. I just know.
- 20:00So it feels so weird even when I'm sitting here recognizing the things that I'm
- 20:03saying. If you guys listen to videos for a way back when I've never
- 20:07talked like this, I didn't even talk about God like that. But I
- 20:11talked to God every single day and every single night, and it's been making
- 20:15my life regardless of what's going on around me. It's kept me from being
- 20:19in a judgment of situations that have gone on in my family. So I
- 20:23didn't judge. But I was able to come from a space of love.
- 20:27I've been able to just be just just be in a space of love,
- 20:34and the solutions are always there, and everything looks differently until I start to
- 20:40get wrapped up in it, because I get wrapped up in it too.
- 20:41But all that is is just a reminder my gauge says, you know,
- 20:45these new vehicles these days, my gauge is letting me know, hey,
- 20:48you're going off the road a little bit to the right. You're going off
- 20:49the road a little bit to this, like it'll vibrate on that leg.
- 20:52That's all it's trying to do is get your attention and say, do you
- 20:56want to spend time in this space because you can drive on the side on
- 20:59the washboard by all the way down the highway if you want to feel free.
- 21:03But it's it's annoying. It's you know, after a while, it's
- 21:06kind of annoying. So it's just helped self correct and that's all that.
- 21:10It's forced not to traumatize. You're not being victimized or or punished. I
- 21:15hear people feel like they're being punished, and I used to feel that way
- 21:17too, But it's not. That's not how it is. It's just not.
- 21:23Life is just so I know, it's just so different. And it's
- 21:27like it like I say, I talk to God, and it's like and
- 21:30I thank God, and I tell God how much I love God, and
- 21:33and and it isn't when you when you've heard of past life experiences, that's
- 21:38kind of dawned on me. When you hear a past life experience or near
- 21:41death experiences. They go into these experiences and I've heard some of them say,
- 21:45oh, even I was in there, and it's like so beautiful.
- 21:48Even the flowers were like so loving to God, like they were just putting
- 21:52out all this love we God is within us, and everything that's in our
- 21:57experience is setting out all this love to us all the time, and we
- 22:00get so busy that we don't even recognize it. We've been trained so far
- 22:06away from that that we don't even know it. But I'm being trained by
- 22:11myself. I'm allowing myself. I'm surrendering myself to be able to go back
- 22:15on this journey to come into a different path. And we don't we don't
- 22:22slow down. That's one of the things like at my current employment is it's
- 22:30go, go, go, go next, what's next, what's next?
- 22:32Oh we got oh go go. It's just constant, constant, And I
- 22:41was like, you know, we gotta celebrate, we gotta take a breath,
- 22:45we gotta we gotta just take a moment, just regroup, you know,
- 22:49check in with each other, because it's just it's like the squirrels are
- 22:56out and they're not gonna come together because out doing their own thing, and
- 23:02we're hoping everything's getting done. You know, even in that type of an
- 23:06environment, it's still important take to take a breath and to regroup and recenter
- 23:14and bring some calmness right to our parasynthetic nervous system. Chill the fuck out.
- 23:23Yeah, Ultimately, is it really like that important that moment right It
- 23:33feels like it In that moment, it feels like everything, especially especially I
- 23:36can I'm not in your experience right now, and I don't know how well
- 23:41I would do in that experience. To be quite honest with you, I'm
- 23:44just being honest, I don't know how well I would do because it's easy
- 23:47to get back up on that that treadmill or you know, to be hauling,
- 23:52and it's like, I haven't I'm not even focused enough to go to
- 23:55the gym. I haven't gone to the gym. I think I've gone in
- 23:56the last two months. I've probably gone maybe five times, to be quite
- 24:00honest with you, because I've kind of stepped away from it because I didn't
- 24:04like it wasn't a path that was feeling good for me, and I wasn't
- 24:08motivated from the same experience as before. Before I was like motivated by the
- 24:11rush, and it's like I'm on the opposite side of that now for the
- 24:15first time in my life. Honestly, I was thinking when you said that,
- 24:18go go ghost, like I remember going to Mexico and then like,
- 24:22we didn't listen to music. We didn't we just didn't like Musually, I
- 24:26would have my vehicle on, i'd have my music going, I'm going,
- 24:29I'm doing my stuff. And when I was there, it wasn't like that.
- 24:33And then when I came back into the States, it was like felt
- 24:37weird, honestly, and we were only gone for like maybe a week,
- 24:40but I noticed the difference. And then I could actually feel the difference once
- 24:42I was here. How different it is. Yeah, and so well,
- 24:51and then this situation is it's given me the opportunity so previous, right,
- 25:03I had a few years where I was at home, working from home,
- 25:08working on my business, and so prior to that with with another business I
- 25:15was in an employment. The amount of stress I had in my body and
- 25:22in my thoughts at that time when I was operating from that level, and
- 25:27then taking those few years to reassess and do some healing and change within myself.
- 25:37And now stepping back into employment and it being that like high stress or
- 25:44high intensity, it's just there's a lot going on all the time, and
- 25:48keeping up with it. That the actual confirmation of how well I'm doing within
- 26:00myself, because in my previous self it would have been the living up to
- 26:07the I'm not good enough story. I can't stay on top of it.
- 26:10Oh my gosh, I better get this done. Or if I don't get
- 26:12it done, then she's you know, my boss is going to be mad
- 26:15at me. Like all the things of trying to prove I'm good enough,
- 26:19I just I'm not caring that now. Right one day she asked I had
- 26:25a quite a bit to do, and she asked me to do something,
- 26:29and I just looked at her and I said, no, I can't do
- 26:36it right now. I would have never said that, ever said that before.
- 26:42I would have said, oh, okay, y'all, I'll do it,
- 26:45and then be just out of my mind stressed out because I can't get
- 26:48done when I already have done, and now you're giving me one more thing.
- 26:55And then there was something there's a project I'm working on and some other
- 26:59things came onto my plate, and I said, this project I've been working
- 27:03on is probably not going to get done by the time you want it done.
- 27:07It's gonna have to wait so I can get this other stuff done.
- 27:11I would have never said that before. I probably would have came home crying
- 27:17because I had so much to do and stressed out. It's just it's like
- 27:22it's not worth it now. I just I'm okay with it. That's so
- 27:27much healthier. Really, you can you can write me up. You know,
- 27:32even if I got wrote up, I'd be like, okay, okay,
- 27:37write me up. Is that's still not going to get done for one
- 27:45I So it's very interesting how I'm showing up now in a highly active job.
- 27:56What a wonderful gauge to let you know where you're at. Honestly,
- 27:59that's awesome to me. That's awesome and I and I've actually like, I'm
- 28:04enjoying it. So it's not like I'm doing it just because I have to,
- 28:10you know, I got bills to pay or whatever the story is.
- 28:12I actually enjoy going there. It's nice being around. I mean, you
- 28:18know, I was at home for the first few years, and so it
- 28:22was just me and me, which I was okay with, I like me,
- 28:26But now being out and being around people and meeting new people and and
- 28:30learning the dynamics of different things and organizations and all the things that really are
- 28:36available in this in this community, it's been very interesting. And so that
- 28:41goes along with me just I like learning new things, and so I'm learning
- 28:47a lot of things and it's been a lot of fun. So nice confidence
- 28:52too, I like it. Yeah, And that's good for everybody else too,
- 28:56to be able to you know, anybody that got to hear it,
- 28:59or even not person that you said no to. Then she gets to that
- 29:03person here or she gets to now have that opportunity to take that as a
- 29:08permission, be gives himself the opportunity to say no. Sometimes you just got
- 29:12to say no. And no is a complete sentence. That's what you've taught
- 29:15me. No is a complete sentence. There's nothing else that needs to be
- 29:18said. And the interesting thing about that too, is she has a hard
- 29:22time saying no to people. She will say yes to things. She got
- 29:26a ton of things on her plate that though I don't know how, I
- 29:29don't even know how she knows what directions she's going in each each moment,
- 29:33like I'm just my head spins when I when I think about her schedule and
- 29:37she'll say yes to things and I and I've caught her. I'm like,
- 29:42don't you have this to do? Oh? Yeah? Yeah, so yeah,
- 29:49that's true, being a mirror to say no. Yeah, that's a
- 29:57learning experience for sure. So it's been interesting for sure. Sounds like it.
- 30:04Yeah, I would say the same thing. It's been interesting life.
- 30:07This is interesting. Yeah, and it's all been okay. Yeah, you
- 30:12know, it's not like there's been hiccups. But you know what I right
- 30:19now, I'll take the hiccups over the brick walls I used to run into
- 30:23or I thought I was running into. Yeah, right now, they're just
- 30:30they're hiccups, their speed bumps. It's it's not me just pounding into a
- 30:34brick wall. So I'm good with that. And of course all of that
- 30:38helps us learn and grow and learn to pivot, learn to make changes.
- 30:45And I no, I don't like it in the moment, but I also
- 30:51know it's for a higher reason, and I choose to be open to what
- 30:57I am to learn from it. Do I like it? No, Bev's
- 31:03heard me she's heard me not too long ago cry and be very upset about
- 31:08some things. And but even in it, I'm like, I know I'm
- 31:15supposed to learn something from this. I know there's going to be growth out
- 31:17of this. I know. But it's not fun always. It's not roses
- 31:22and cherries and all the things on the other side of it. It is
- 31:26though, and as you go through these things, it gets easier and easier
- 31:30and easier because you there's so much to recognize. You get to check up,
- 31:33pick chack out the nuggets from it, or there's just there's it's there's
- 31:37such so much bigger things that are going on for us, absolutely, and
- 31:44that's that's where like our growth has been is being open to those moments that
- 31:52seem challenging, but we also know there's a higher purpose. So that's like
- 32:04a huge celebration for us, right because I know you're good, You're in
- 32:07that same same boat. And so it's again taking a breath in the moment
- 32:17and being Okay, God, Universe, angels, whoever. I'm in it
- 32:25for a reason, What am I going to learn from it? I've come
- 32:30this far. I'm pretty tough cooking now, So I got this right,
- 32:36so whatever I have faced recently is nothing compared to what I have faced earlier
- 32:45in my years. So I'm like, I got this, and then also
- 32:49recognizing I, just like you said earlier, I am a creator, and
- 32:54I get to choose. I get to change my focus. I get to
- 33:00envision what it is I want and hold that vision and and keep drumming up
- 33:07the emotions about that vision and living that within myself. I get to do
- 33:12that if I want to. So the the speed bumps, those help remind
- 33:19me that I'm a creator. It's true. That helps you. You're navigating
- 33:25your ship. Yeah, and when that that ship gets off course, boy,
- 33:31do I know it? I hear you very obvious. Oh good stuff.
- 33:45You gotta need gay final words about this. Enjoy your moments. Enjoy
- 33:52all moments. That's all I got. I concur I concur. I like
- 34:04that word, in case nobody knows that I like that word. Concur.
- 34:07I like the word too, because it cracks me up every time I see
- 34:10it. All Right, my friends, listen to this one because there's a
- 34:20lot into it. It is short, meaning about thirty minutes short. There's
- 34:25a lot in it, So listen to it again and pick what resonates with
- 34:30you, utilize it, implement it, and grow with it until it just
- 34:36becomes a part of you, and then implement the next thing. Don't try
- 34:42to do all of it all at once because it's going to be overwhelming.
- 34:45It's going to be way too much. And when you get into that space,
- 34:46then you don't do anything. So do something which is better than nothing.
- 34:52And even if that's just to start with the breath, to sit and
- 34:55breathe and practice that. And the more you practice it on the easy times,
- 35:01the more you practice it in the easy times, the more you will
- 35:05remember to do it in the difficult times. So practice breath work. And
- 35:10again there's so many different techniques that you can go on YouTube and look up
- 35:16some different breathing techniques to help you. So utilize the tools that are available
- 35:28and have the conversations, right, have the conversations. Have the conversations for
- 35:34sure. All right, my friends, thanks for hanging out with us.
- 35:38Tea time with Amy and Bev, and we'll be back again next to see
- 35:44you later. Yeah,
