- 0:00Starting a YouTube channel has changed my life and today I will
- 0:03share why you need to start a YouTube channel even if nobody
- 0:07watches. Most people think that you need
- 0:09crazy amount of views, subscribers and found the
- 0:13equipment for YouTube to be worth it.
- 0:16But the truth is the biggest benefits actually come before
- 0:20anyone is watching. The truth is your first videos
- 0:23is not about audience, it's about building you.
- 0:27Several of my friends are burnt out in nine to five office jobs
- 0:31and they think it's so cool that I do YouTube full time that I
- 0:35don't need an office job. Many of them said like years ago
- 0:38how they would love to start a YouTube channel but they've
- 0:41procrastinated for years and years and now they wish they
- 0:44started back then. If you don't start your YouTube
- 0:46channel now, you're going to regret it in the future and wish
- 0:49AH I should have just listened to Julia and started the YouTube
- 0:53channel then. If you don't start, you'll stay
- 0:55stuck overthinking, watching others live your dream while
- 0:59your own voice never gets heard. By the end of this video you'll
- 1:02see why starting a YouTube channel, even if nobody watches,
- 1:06can completely transform your life and business.
- 1:09When I posted my first video, I deleted it the day after because
- 1:13I felt so insecure. A few years later I started
- 1:16again and I was getting such few views for months on end and I
- 1:21almost gave up. Now that I am a full time
- 1:24YouTube creator, I've realized what the biggest obstacle is.
- 1:28The real problem is that people think they need validation
- 1:31before starting. But waiting for an audience is
- 1:34what keeps you stuck. What makes you give up?
- 1:36So without further ado, here are three reasons why you should
- 1:39start a YouTube channel even if nobody watches.
- 1:42Reason number one is finding your voice.
- 1:46On YouTube you can find the reaction videos where big
- 1:50Youtubers react to their first video and they find them so
- 1:54cringe. I'm talking every single one.
- 1:57Nobody starts out on YouTube and it's just flawless.
- 2:01They're effortless on camera. Everybody is cringe AF and when
- 2:06I realized this I stopped being a perfectionist.
- 2:09I uploaded even if I felt the video wasn't perfect, just to
- 2:12get the consistency in, just to get the training in to rewire my
- 2:16brain that I am a YouTuber. I take this seriously.
- 2:19I post every week so I challenge you this week to post 1 video
- 2:24even if it's just a one take. You don't edit anything out or
- 2:27super simple editing a super short video, maybe even a
- 2:31YouTube short just filming with your phone.
- 2:33If you wait till you're ready, you will never start because you
- 2:36will never feel ready. And if you're not sure about
- 2:39what niche to pick and how to actually get views, then I would
- 2:43love for you to join my Nomad Freedom Academy where I give out
- 2:46my full system, my actual templates so that you can get
- 2:50your YouTube channel off the ground running with minimal time
- 2:53and effort. Book a free cloud to call.
- 2:55Link in the description. The second reason why I should
- 2:57start a YouTube channel even if nobody's watching is because it
- 3:00is a training ground. Like I mentioned before about
- 3:03consistency. Consistency beats talent.
- 3:06People who stick to uploading win over those waiting for
- 3:08perfection. And when you don't have many
- 3:10views and subscribers, you can experiment more to see, OK, what
- 3:14type of videos do I enjoy creating?
- 3:16What type of videos are getting more views?
- 3:19So you don't have to be crystal clear on your niche on like what
- 3:23is your brand yet? Because you don't have
- 3:25subscribers who would be disappointed if you switched
- 3:28niche. So don't take yourself so
- 3:30seriously when you're starting out.
- 3:32This is a great time to experiment.
- 3:34The third reason is because you are planting seeds for the
- 3:37future. YouTube is the only platform
- 3:39where your videos can keep working for you years later,
- 3:43even while you sleep. Some of my earliest videos are
- 3:46still getting views, still being pushed by the algorithm,
- 3:50especially when I make Evergreen content.
- 3:52So picking keywords for the title that people are still
- 3:55searching for. For example, I have a review of
- 3:59Safety Wing, which is a digital nomad insurance, and I created
- 4:02this video maybe like five years ago now, and it's still getting
- 4:06viewed and still bringing in affiliate income because I have
- 4:09an affiliate link there. So if anybody buys this
- 4:11insurance, I'm getting a cut of that every single month.
- 4:15But in the beginning, this video was not getting many views.
- 4:18So with many videos, it might start out with low views, but
- 4:22then it builds up with time. So literally seed as you're
- 4:24planting these little seeds, don't expect them to blow up
- 4:28overnight. Like it's more common on
- 4:30Instagram and TikTok. And yeah, I'm not earning much
- 4:33from that video. I think I'm earning around 20,
- 4:35five U.S. dollars per month. But I've been doing that now for
- 4:39five years and I just calculated that that is 1500 U.S. dollars
- 4:44just from that video, not including in the YouTube ad
- 4:47revenue. Every video is a seed.
- 4:49You don't know which one will grow into a tree, but you'll
- 4:51thank yourself for planting them.
- 4:53So stop waiting for permission. Your voice matters, even if it
- 4:57only helps one person at 1st, and that person can be the start
- 5:00of your entire audience. Have you ever heard about the
- 5:03thousand true fans theory? A true fan is somebody who would
- 5:07buy anything that you create. And it turns out you only need
- 5:101000 true fans to make a living from your content.
- 5:15So if you engage with your community, reply to the comments
- 5:19because you actually have time for that when you start out
- 5:22because there won't be as many. You can quickly build super fans
- 5:25and before you know it, you no longer need to rely on your job.
- 5:29Next step, you need to know which business model will work
- 5:31the best for you. So check out my video here
- 5:34somewhere on the screen or in the description.
- 5:36Best business models for Spiritual people Love you and
- 5:40see you in the next video.
