- 0:01Hey, guys, welcome to the live stream.
- 0:03Welcome to the basement. I hope you're doing great.
- 0:06Boy, The gold and silver price are moving this morning.
- 0:09They look like they pulled back a little bit.
- 0:12But I want to say thank you for being here.
- 0:15The wheels have fallen off the bus in the basement this
- 0:18morning. I'm hoping I'm live right now.
- 0:20Yeah. OK, great.
- 0:21I can see I had this scheduled for the wrong day.
- 0:24Who cares? It's Wednesday.
- 0:26It's July 3rd. We got a lot going on.
- 0:29Are silver and gold in the midst of a major stair step move up?
- 0:35I mean, by the likes of what's happening this morning, that
- 0:37wouldn't be too big of a stretch of the imagination.
- 0:41But how much gold and silver do you need?
- 0:45How much should you have? We're going to talk about that
- 0:47as well, but let's dive right in and get started with oh boy.
- 0:52I'm telling you, you know, you ever have one of those days when
- 0:55all you can do is laugh? I think if it if it could go
- 1:00wrong, it did go wrong for me this morning, so far in the days
- 1:04still young. So sometimes, you know, we all
- 1:07deal with interesting situations in life.
- 1:10And oh man, this morning it was like the gutters are overflowing
- 1:14the oh, but what else? I got noticed that our
- 1:18homeowners insurance got cancelled, which I just
- 1:21switched. You know how it goes.
- 1:23That's life. We're here to talk about silver
- 1:25and gold. Let's talk about this stair step
- 1:28move in the silver and gold price.
- 1:31This comes from our good friend Niels.
- 1:33He's one of my favorite journalist over at Kitco the
- 1:36Gold. Market.
- 1:37Is building a staircase to 2400 and beyond.
- 1:41That's from Joe Joy Yang of Market Vector Indexes.
- 1:46She says she's the head of index product management and marketing
- 1:50at Market Vector Indexes, said she expects gold prices to move
- 1:54higher in a stair step fashion as the price action builds a new
- 1:59base after every rally. And that is so critical.
- 2:03Guys. Look, we all want the rocket
- 2:06ship higher. Let me look back.
- 2:08I mean, I got to look you guys straight in the eye, man.
- 2:10I'm glad you're here. I am having a tough morning, so
- 2:13I appreciate you guys being here and being part of the basement.
- 2:16OK? It's a big deal when you give me
- 2:18your time. So I hope you feel like you
- 2:20found a little home away from home.
- 2:22We're going to talk about that stair step.
- 2:23I want to talk about a rocket ship, but I want to talk about
- 2:26you for the next 5 seconds. Thank you.
- 2:29OK, Please give this a thumbs up that helps get the word out to
- 2:32more people. And you can subscribe to the
- 2:35channel, it's free. We all want, you're like me.
- 2:38We all want the rocket ship in the silver price and the gold
- 2:41price. Are we getting it this morning?
- 2:44Right? I'm shocked.
- 2:45We're going to talk about what's going to happen Friday.
- 2:47I predicted Friday would be the big move day, but what is going
- 2:51on this morning? You know what, let's just go
- 2:53out. Let's take our blood pressure
- 2:55medicine. We're going to go out here to
- 2:57pin backs. Let's get an update on the
- 2:59silver. Silver's up $0.80 per oz.
- 3:02Earlier. It was up over a dollar when I
- 3:05first uploaded. You know, maybe if I press it
- 3:07again, we'll get up to $0.80. Not yet.
- 3:10We'll come back and check later. But guys, silver is above $30
- 3:14per oz. That is unbelievable and it is
- 3:18good news and it is part of this stair step.
- 3:22Move up. That is so critical.
- 3:25Right, and I'm going to tell you about that in a second.
- 3:27First, I want to say thank you to Pimbex.
- 3:29They make this live stream video possible.
- 3:32If you're looking to get your hands on some gold, silver, or
- 3:36platinum group metals, do yourself a favor, check out
- 3:39Pimbex. They have free shipping on
- 3:41orders $299 and higher. And when you get your package,
- 3:46you're going to be so happy because it's going to be wrapped
- 3:49up like a little, little miniature Fort Knox.
- 3:52And there may be some dispute whether there actually is gold
- 3:55at Fort Knox. But there'll be no dispute that
- 3:58the package you get from Pembax will have whatever gold and
- 4:02silver you ordered. And if you order from Pembax and
- 4:07compare prices to some of the other big online bullion
- 4:10dealers, that package you get might have a couple extra oz
- 4:14that you were able to buy with all the money that you save.
- 4:17Do yourself a favor, check out Pembax now.
- 4:19Why do we want a stair step move up in the silver price and the
- 4:24gold price? Very easy, guys.
- 4:26Think about it. Anything that shoots up in life,
- 4:29it's a law of nature. Anything that shoots straight up
- 4:34will eventually run out of energy and come straight back
- 4:37down. What we want is a steady stair
- 4:40step increase, and that's what we're getting so far right with
- 4:44this rally. I mean, I heard it last night.
- 4:47I didn't realize this, but they said like gold, it was six weeks
- 4:50ago, seven weeks ago now that gold hit its all time high.
- 4:53Remember when we sat down here in the basement, Basement
- 4:56dwellers, do you remember sitting down here in December
- 5:00when we said we are in a new paradigm, a new environment?
- 5:04It's a big deal, OK, A. Whole new set of circumstances,
- 5:09a whole new weather pattern, whatever you want to say.
- 5:12Everything changed in December for silver and gold.
- 5:15We said that we predicted that by May we would have $2500 gold
- 5:21and we were wrong. We were so.
- 5:23Wrong, right? We were praying for $2100 gold
- 5:28by Christmas and we did pop above 2100 in December.
- 5:32But now we hit all 20. What 24?
- 5:3550 in May and we pulled back and it's been like seven weeks, but
- 5:40we we've. Consolidated, we've built a
- 5:42strong base now around the 2300 level.
- 5:47That's no guarantee that it's going to continue to go up.
- 5:50However, it is a very good sign for things to come.
- 5:53Same thing with silver. Silver fought, Silver's got to
- 5:55get through $32 per oz. It got up there a couple times
- 6:00OK, and rarely do you see a triple top meaning a third
- 6:04attempt. Excuse me, That does not break
- 6:08out. Man, I feel so much better now
- 6:10that I'm down here talking to you.
- 6:13I had just the crappiest morning.
- 6:16I'm not going to go into details, but you know what?
- 6:18You just like when everything goes wrong and you just like,
- 6:20all you can do is laugh. Now I feel better.
- 6:23I'm with you, $29.00 silver, right?
- 6:26We got the 32. We sat around.
- 6:29Look. I said, and I hope I'm wrong on
- 6:32this one, that I thought the summer would be tough, that we'd
- 6:34be lucky to escape the summer doldrums with 26 or $27.00
- 6:40silver. Hey, we, nobody knows what
- 6:42happens, but ma'am, we've been fighting above that it's been a
- 6:45stair step. Let's get back to the
- 6:46professionals and see what they're saying.
- 6:49Hold on here about this stair step.
- 6:52Hey, what the heck, Let's just do a quick update. 78 cents.
- 6:58Can you believe? That.
- 6:59This was supposed to happen on Friday, is what we predicted.
- 7:02Wow. What would it be interesting to
- 7:04see how it holds throughout the day.
- 7:06OK. In Blue Joy, Yang noted that at
- 7:13the start of the year, gold built a solid floor at 2000 an
- 7:17ounce, and now, nearly seven months later, that floor has
- 7:20been moved up by nearly $200.00. She's calling $2200 gold.
- 7:25The new floor, she says, Quote in orange gold is definitely a
- 7:28new in a new comfortable range and I just don't see it going
- 7:32below $2200 again, she said in another couple of months, I
- 7:37expect we could see that floor move up to $2400.
- 7:42Hey, the way things are going, Joy could be in today.
- 7:47I just don't. See the risks and factors
- 7:50driving gold really going anywhere in the next few years?
- 7:53Gold has been a boring trade, yo.
- 7:57Yeah, kind of soared. I know what she's saying, right?
- 7:59Like we said the last 6-7 weeks, consolidating in a fairly narrow
- 8:04range after hitting a record high above 2450 an ounce last
- 8:08month. Quote in yellow.
- 8:10Investors who buy and hold gold are more macro focused.
- 8:14Let me tell you something about you, OK?
- 8:16And this is gold and silver investors who buy gold and
- 8:20silver. Yes, they're macro focused,
- 8:22Baba, they're smarter than the average bear, right?
- 8:26Like the first mining gold bear right there.
- 8:28And thank you to 1st Mining Gold for sponsoring Ron's Basin.
- 8:31But you are. Gold and silver.
- 8:34Gold and silver are the oldest markets in the world.
- 8:37Some guy emailed me once and disputed me and said the fish
- 8:41market's the oldest market. Well, besides the fish market.
- 8:45Gold and silver are the oldest markets in the world, and I'm
- 8:48not even sure if that's true about the fish market.
- 8:50What comes with age, Buttercup? Right.
- 8:53I don't care how old you are. You might be like, you know, 28
- 8:57years old like me. 28 * 2, actually 27 * 2.
- 9:03But nonetheless, I don't care if you're 24 years old.
- 9:06It doesn't matter if you're 39 years old.
- 9:08It doesn't matter if you're 547484.
- 9:11We've even got a couple people that come to the basement that
- 9:14are in their 90s. One thing we all know for sure,
- 9:17no matter how old we are, is that as we grow older, no matter
- 9:21where we are on the journey, we grow wiser.
- 9:23Think about silver and gold. They're the oldest markets in
- 9:26the world. They're money.
- 9:28They've been money for all those years.
- 9:30They are the wisest markets in the world.
- 9:33They just don't look around the corner into the future.
- 9:36No, no, they look around two corners, three corners, four
- 9:41corners, silver and gold, right? Like NVIDIA stock is like
- 9:45playing checkers, right? Gold and silver investors.
- 9:48You're not just playing chess, you're playing 3D chess.
- 9:52You know the big picture. So thank you Joy for paint
- 9:55pointing, painting pointing, whatever.
- 9:59All right, The biggest gold buyers have been the global
- 10:04central banks. We beat that one to death.
- 10:06I will not waste any more of your time talking about that.
- 10:09Yang added that she doesn't expect central banks will stop
- 10:12buying gold as they continue to move away from the.
- 10:15United States dollar. Why would they want to do that?
- 10:18The dollar. That paper, that pretty artwork
- 10:21they put on there. Due to the size and trajectory
- 10:24of the government's debt, She explained that the higher the
- 10:27debt goes, the more difficult it becomes for other nations to
- 10:31carry that burden. OK, all right, guys, that's the
- 10:37deal. The gig is up.
- 10:40I know that it may feel like the gig will never be up, right?
- 10:45But the gig is up. The debt's a problem.
- 10:49Every 90 days we're adding another trillion dollars of debt
- 10:54in our country. A trillion.
- 10:56Sit down. Hold on to your socks,
- 10:58buttercup. 1 trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
- 11:04A million times a million. The gig is up.
- 11:07The party's over for the US dollar for us to be able to
- 11:10export inflation. The, the, the Petro dollar is
- 11:14falling apart. That's all.
- 11:16After they took, look, here's the deal real simple.
- 11:19We're not going to get into a deep discussion, but it's
- 11:21critical that, and this makes sense.
- 11:24In 1971, when President Nixon temporarily took the United
- 11:28States off the gold standard, what did he do?
- 11:32He took us off the gold standard and he put us, he backed the the
- 11:35dollar with oil, OK? That's the fact.
- 11:39And that now is falling apart, just at a time when we need the
- 11:44world to need our debt more than ever.
- 11:46This is real. It's happening now.
- 11:48It's happening in real time. It may not.
- 11:50Feel like it, right? It may, it all happens kind of
- 11:53slowly and then it happens all of a sudden.
- 11:56Just my opinion. Don't make any financial or
- 12:00relationship decisions based on anything that I'm saying.
- 12:04She brings up a great point also and said that the November 2024
- 12:09US elections approach, it's clear that neither major
- 12:13political party has a plan for addressing, for addressing the
- 12:16burgeoning debt the Democratic Party wants to keep spending to
- 12:20support social programs, while the Republicans want to
- 12:23drastically slash taxes. Nobody's talking about the giant
- 12:29herd of elephants in the room, she says.
- 12:32Quote, in the end, it's all the same.
- 12:34We have this enormous U.S. dollar debt out there, people
- 12:39out there, people will have to reprice.
- 12:41Somebody still has to buy all this debt.
- 12:45Yes, thank you, Joy. Think about it guys, it's not
- 12:48just a number every, everybody that owns that debt thinks
- 12:51they're going to get paid back and.
- 12:53Somebody's got to. Buy all the debt, but I think
- 12:55the rest of the world is trying to make sure they're not as
- 12:58dependent on the US dollar. For them, gold offers another
- 13:03opportunity to hold an asset that is still pretty significant
- 13:07store of value for them. She expect this is where this is
- 13:10now. I've got some, I've got some.
- 13:12I did some deep dig digging, guys, and uncovered something
- 13:16that's going to totally blow your mind, OK.
- 13:19She expects that Western investors will eventually have
- 13:23their turn. OK, so the central banks and the
- 13:26Eastern countries are the only people buying gold and silver
- 13:30right now besides you and me. But generally, we can thank.
- 13:33We went over this exhaustively yesterday.
- 13:35India, China, the BRICS countries, Asia, we can thank
- 13:40them. Thailand, there's a gold, gold
- 13:44frenzy and Thailand and in Vietnam and all over Asia, we
- 13:50can thank them for the high gold and silver prices.
- 13:53OK, Because the Western investor has been, hasn't shown up to the
- 13:57party yet. We've shown up.
- 13:59We're, we're those people that show up 1/2 hour early.
- 14:04But, but I got some info for you.
- 14:06It's going to blow your mind. She said she expects the gold's
- 14:09next rally will come after the Federal Reserve makes it clear
- 14:12that they will lower interest rates.
- 14:14That's what everybody says. Currently, markets are pricing
- 14:17in more than a 60% chance that the US central bank will start
- 14:21its easing cycle in September. So what if I told you that I
- 14:24have proof? Absolute proof?
- 14:28Right, that the Western investor has been missing in action.
- 14:32Now that's good. You're gonna say well Ron,
- 14:34you're crazy Why is it good that the Western investor's been
- 14:38missing in action? I'll tell you why, right?
- 14:41Because the silver price and the gold price basement dweller have
- 14:46done very well, have done awesome despite the.
- 14:49Fact that the Western investor is missing OK, let me show you
- 14:53how well and then. Let me, let me, let me.
- 14:56We're going to look at some indisputable data that the
- 15:00Western investor has been missing in.
- 15:03I want you to bear this in mind. Bear, right, $2500 gold.
- 15:08Bear, we don't talk about him much, right?
- 15:09His blindfold does come off at $2500 gold.
- 15:13But bear in mind that while the Western investor has been
- 15:17missing in action, when they show up and they will come back,
- 15:22right? That could be the massive
- 15:26catalyst for the gold and silver price.
- 15:28I'll say that every day until it happens 'cause it is going to
- 15:32happen. You mark my word.
- 15:34Just like we talked about $2500 gold in May and only made it to
- 15:372450, the Western investor will come back and it will be a big
- 15:42deal. OK, let's go look at how good
- 15:45the price has been doing. We're going to look one more
- 15:47time here at Pembek. 'S 81 cents baby.
- 15:51OK, it went up. So we will come back again
- 15:54later. We'll keep coming back until we
- 15:56we get a lower print on the silver Price up 81 cents, $30.
- 16:01All right, so let's go. Have you heard of a mark?
- 16:03Do you know who a mark is? A mark?
- 16:06You probably don't. Maybe you do.
- 16:08Publicly traded company. A mark.
- 16:10Precious metals. They're the big boy.
- 16:13Boys and girls. OK?
- 16:15They are the big boy. Who?
- 16:17Who is a mark, you may ask? Well, have you heard of these
- 16:20companies? Hold on.
- 16:22Oh, wait a minute. Let me make sure I got you on
- 16:23the screen with me. Susie's not here today.
- 16:26Susie's at her mother's house. Further complicating my horrific
- 16:30morning that I'm having. No, this is great.
- 16:33We're together. We're in the basement.
- 16:34OK, A Mark is a massive precious metals custom company.
- 16:38They do wholesale sales. They do logistics and storage,
- 16:44minting. They do it all.
- 16:45But they also guys sell direct to the consumer.
- 16:50Have you heard of JM Bullion? Have you heard of Goldmine?
- 16:54OK, JM Bullion and they own all these companies as a leading
- 16:58e-commerce retailer. Precious metals, everybody's
- 17:01heard of JM Bullion and operates 7 separately branded company
- 17:06owned websites. So it's not just JM Bullion,
- 17:09it's an umbrella. And then there's seven companies
- 17:11underneath it targeting specific niches within the precious
- 17:15metals sector. So if you buy gold or silver
- 17:18from JM Bullion, Provident Metals, silver.com, gold.com,
- 17:23goldprice.org, silverprice.org, buy gold and silver, bgasc.com
- 17:29think that's what it stands for. Bullion Max.
- 17:32That's like CarMax and they also own cyber metals.
- 17:36You're buying from from not from that, not from where you are,
- 17:40but you're buying essentially from this company.
- 17:44Now I promised you some some very interesting information and
- 17:48this is good news for silver and gold investors, very good news.
- 17:53If we go out to their financial, their most recent financial hold
- 17:59on here, their most this damn wire keeps getting in my way.
- 18:05Here we go. Are you guys still there?
- 18:07Are we still alive? Hello, basement dwellers.
- 18:10OK, cool. Let's wait till you see this.
- 18:14This is absolutely OK. So this was if you know, if you
- 18:19go on their website and you go to investors and then you go to
- 18:23investor relations and you look at their most recent quarterly
- 18:26report, OK, press releases a Mark precious metals reports
- 18:30fiscal third quarter 2024, that's their fiscal third
- 18:35quarter which ended in March, OK, And listen to what their CEO
- 18:42said. So this is from January through
- 18:44March. This was released on May 7th,
- 18:472024. Our our quarterly results
- 18:51reflect the continued ability of our fully integrated platform to
- 18:54deliver profitable results even in a difficult market
- 18:57environment, said CEO Greg Roberts.
- 19:00Quote, during the quarter, we faced a combination of softened
- 19:05demand, premium compression, so fewer people were buying
- 19:10precious metals during January through March, premium
- 19:14compression, we've talked about that because there's less
- 19:16demand, the premium they can charge above spot goes down and
- 19:20elevated gold and silver prices, Woo.
- 19:23Hoo, we love that Mark. OK in green, which led our
- 19:27traditional buyers to become sellers.
- 19:30So people were actually selling their metals and provided us
- 19:33with the opportunity. To purchase their inventory.
- 19:36But this is the shocking part guys.
- 19:39Go down here to the yellow fiscal third quarter 2024 gold
- 19:47oz sold during the first three months of this year by a mark
- 19:51like the biggest of the big bullion dealer out there.
- 19:55Gold Oz sold in the three months ended March 31st decreased by
- 20:0032%. So they sold compared right,
- 20:05compared to the same three months in of 2023, a decrease
- 20:11that's significant, OK. Silver oz sold in the three
- 20:15months ended March 31st decreased by 30%.
- 20:19So they sold 26,000,000 oz and then the year before they sold
- 20:2437 million oz. Guys, this is big, this is
- 20:28significant. This is the biggest of the big
- 20:31in the precious metals bullion dealer sector. 30% fewer sales.
- 20:38OK, it's true, right? What did this lady, Joy Lang or
- 20:43whatever her name was, tell us, right, that when the Western
- 20:47investor shows up, we could be in for a wild, wild ride?
- 20:51We know ETF, this is. Could you imagine?
- 20:56Right. And, and Can you imagine the
- 20:58days when like a year and a half ago when you went to your local
- 21:01coin shop and they didn't have anything?
- 21:04I'm telling you, this market is so thin.
- 21:08Moves are happening. Look at today, right?
- 21:13I said I'd keep going back to the till until the price goes
- 21:16down. So here we go.
- 21:18Let's go back and check on that silver price.
- 21:20Basement dwellers, we're up $0.81.
- 21:22If it continues to go up, we will come back again even later.
- 21:26And $0.90. Oh, baby, we're on A roll.
- 21:33Maybe, maybe, maybe we should take the money and run, right?
- 21:37No, Hey, that's Pendbex, right? Hey, Pendbex is not part of that
- 21:42a mark, right? Pendbex is a small independent
- 21:45company growing, I'd say not very small anymore.
- 21:49And they're, and they're growing because and they're growing very
- 21:52quickly. Why?
- 21:54Right, because they give great prices, great service and great
- 21:57selection. Don't forget, check out Pendex.
- 21:59I'm I'm just compare them to the big boys.
- 22:02Compare the prices, right? Give them a call on the
- 22:04telephone. Right, and don't forget you get
- 22:07free shipping 299 and up. OK, Where was I?
- 22:11That's a big day Friday. Friday's a big day for gold and
- 22:15silver. Yeah, scratch that.
- 22:17Today is a massive day for gold and silver.
- 22:20What is going on? Right.
- 22:22We do have big news today, right?
- 22:25And it's kind of medium big news.
- 22:27But the the meeting notes from the Federal Reserve's last
- 22:30monetary policy will come out that could impact the price of
- 22:34silver and gold, OK. But Friday's the big day.
- 22:38We're going to get the June unemployment numbers.
- 22:40It's going to be very interesting, right?
- 22:43It will have a big impact. I hate to think that all the
- 22:46gains that we may have today could be erased very quickly on
- 22:50Friday, but nothing's out of the realm of possibilities I've
- 22:55called for what I said was I said I thought Friday silver
- 22:58could go up a buck an ounce. Well, apparently I may have been
- 23:02a couple days early. That was an early 4th of July
- 23:05present for us basement dwellers, right?
- 23:07We are not going to complain, OK, But we're going to get,
- 23:12here's what I was thinking about the, the big jobs number comes
- 23:14out right on Friday. How many jobs?
- 23:17And it's, so it is, it's, it's from the BLS, the Bureau of
- 23:22Labor and Statistics. But how do you think, what do
- 23:26you think? Do you think we should just take
- 23:27the L out and call it the BS? Because everybody knows these
- 23:31numbers are just complete BS. All these adjustments, all this
- 23:36crazy stuff that goes on, there's my insurance agent going
- 23:40to explain to me why our homeowners insurance got
- 23:42cancelled. That's just one of the things
- 23:44that I'm dealing with this morning.
- 23:45We all deal with it. I know you're dealing with stuff
- 23:47too. But nonetheless, the BLS is
- 23:51going to give us these numbers. And I was thinking this morning
- 23:53like, yeah, how many, how many BS jobs did they create that
- 23:58people are going to make a little bit of money that they
- 24:00can hardly buy anything with anymore?
- 24:03I'm telling you guys, it is getting ugly out there.
- 24:05Let's let's shift over the silver.
- 24:09Are you are you believing this? Are you believing this
- 24:14opportunity, this story unbelievable in silver with
- 24:19solar right now. It seems like every day we're
- 24:21talking about this, but guys, it's becoming a massive, massive
- 24:26story and we've got new, more new breaking news in that regard
- 24:31because don't forget every one of those solar.
- 24:33Panels that you see out there. Is like an ounce of silver.
- 24:37That's what I'm calling. They're not They're not they're
- 24:39not. We're going to change the name
- 24:41from solar panels to silver panels and let's just get this
- 24:46latest new solar. Solar silver manufacturers are
- 24:49starting to panic as they try to get their hands on the last
- 24:53remaining physical silver. That's from our friend John
- 24:57Little at the Silver Academy Substack PTGA division of SG
- 25:03America just took delivery of over 5 million ounces of
- 25:07physical silver off the COMEX exchange for use in their new
- 25:13perovskite solar panels. What are, what the heck are you
- 25:16wondering? What's a perovskite solar panel?
- 25:19It's like a silver bar. Just in case you're wondering,
- 25:24it is the latest and greatest version of solar panels and it
- 25:28is just now beginning to emerge. Major technological advances are
- 25:33being made, and a lot of them have to do with silver, he says.
- 25:38We had the first visible proof. That's that the solar silver
- 25:42manufacturers are starting to panic as they get their hands on
- 25:45the last silver. So this company here in America
- 25:50is gearing up to start manufacturing these perovskite
- 25:53panels. OK, you know about perk panels,
- 25:56You know about top con panels. Well, guess what baby, there's a
- 25:59new game in town and it's much. The big key is I dug in really
- 26:03deep on these. The big key is these perovskite
- 26:06panels are much more efficient and I would also say probably
- 26:11flexible as well. The silver plays an important
- 26:16role in these perovskite panels as an electrode material.
- 26:20OK as a top electrode. They also help enhance the
- 26:24efficiency. It's like, I'm not a chemist,
- 26:26but like the chemical up. They can make the, the, the
- 26:30chemical structure in a such a way that it basically sucks in
- 26:34more sunlight, sucks in more energy, and they are breaking
- 26:39records in terms of efficiency. There's like big research groups
- 26:44at Oxford, I think it is, and in Scotland and in North or South
- 26:48Korea, all in the United States obviously.
- 26:51And they're breaking records with these with these new
- 26:54panels. Light trapping.
- 26:55Silver nanoparticles act as antennas.
- 26:58That's kind of what I just said. Charge transfer, silver nano,
- 27:02everything's silver. Silver nanoparticles can enhance
- 27:04charge transfer. It's an alternative to gold
- 27:07because they can also use gold in these panels.
- 27:11OK, now this is all evolving, but I dug in and I'm telling you
- 27:17this is the new, the new, this is the next page and the page is
- 27:21already being turned in the in the solar silver solar story.
- 27:27All right, here's a great in case you're interested.
- 27:31This is pretty easy to remember. Undecided OK, exploring how
- 27:36technology impacts our lives. This guy has just a really
- 27:39thorough breakdown of the perovskite and he says right
- 27:43here, 2024 perovskite breakthroughs are the future of
- 27:47solar. Let's just scratch that out and
- 27:50and say future of silver. OK, he's got a great video as
- 27:54well. Perovskite's, I'm just going to
- 27:57read this one paragraph are often hailed as the next big
- 27:59thing for solar panels that are more efficient than silicone
- 28:03photovoltaics could ever be, and they have higher yields.
- 28:07However, their fragility and short life spans have relegated
- 28:11them to the lab dot dot dot so far.
- 28:14And what this article talks about is there have been major
- 28:17breakthroughs that are now making these perovskite panels
- 28:22viable. OK, 2024 is looking to be the
- 28:26year of the perovskite panel. There's a company.
- 28:31This is interesting. I really dug into this.
- 28:34It's very interesting 'cause. This is the future of silver,
- 28:37guys. Silver, let's back up.
- 28:43If if you have anything in reserve, right, of anything in
- 28:48reserves, maybe you have some food in reserve at your house,
- 28:50anything in reserve and you start to take from your reserve,
- 28:54doesn't it make sense that eventually your reserves are
- 28:57gonna run out? All right, guys, that's what's
- 29:01happening in the silver market right now.
- 29:02We have a big deficit. The world is demanding more and
- 29:05more silver than the mining companies can produce, than the
- 29:09recyclers can produce. So there's a deficit.
- 29:11It's been going on for four years.
- 29:13We are pulling silver. Every year, out of the reserves,
- 29:19OK the above ground, nobody knows for sure how much there
- 29:23really is, but we do know that hundreds of millions of Oz.
- 29:27Are coming out of the reserve and we do know that no matter
- 29:30what the number is, the reserves above ground are limited.
- 29:34And we do know double, triple bonus feature time, right, that
- 29:39that investor demand has been has been subdued.
- 29:43So that deficit that we're having right now is really just
- 29:46coming from industrial demand. And when the investor shows up
- 29:50and they will, it's going to be crazy time.
- 29:53Back to the solar panels, Bill Gates, right?
- 29:56Bill Gates has a company cubic PV.
- 30:00They were going to, they were going to start making the
- 30:02traditional solar panels. They stopped in the middle of
- 30:05like their construction of their factory and said you know what,
- 30:08we're stopping and we're going to start making these perovskite
- 30:11panels, OK, Fewer panels are needed because they are more
- 30:17efficient, right? If that doesn't, but the fewer
- 30:20panels. Have more silver per panel in
- 30:23them, OK, they suck in more sun. The durability has been the
- 30:27downside on these panels, but that is improving.
- 30:30So it's very exciting. Let's just final, final couple
- 30:34things on solar and silver because we need to stay like, is
- 30:38it really happening right? Well, let's go take a look at
- 30:42this. Here we go.
- 30:45This is an Wisconsin construction underway on Solar
- 30:50Farm farm near Lake Holly. This is just one little news.
- 30:54Story thanks to my friend Mark who sent this to me right here
- 30:58we go the town of Holly. We've never even heard of it
- 31:01right. Wisconsin and the village of
- 31:04Lake Holly are one step closer to running with some renewable
- 31:07energy. It's through a project with one
- 31:10Energy renewables and Solar share Wisconsin Cooperative
- 31:13construction on this 26 acre solar project started in June.
- 31:19This is happening all across the country.
- 31:22We know it's happening all across the world.
- 31:24Now look at I want you to look at this picture on the screen
- 31:28here. Hold on, I don't have my Susie
- 31:31here to make sure I'm OK. Here we go.
- 31:33See those. Poles.
- 31:35I want you to envision on top of each one of those little poles.
- 31:39You know what's gonna be there, huh?
- 31:41A1 oz silver bar. And guess what, It's not going
- 31:47anywhere. It's going to be sitting there
- 31:49for at least 20 years, maybe 25 years.
- 31:51And then we don't even know if they'll be able to get that
- 31:54silver out of there. OK, how about this?
- 31:57And again, thanks to our friend Mark.
- 31:59OK, the Diavik solar plant is running.
- 32:02Officials hope it can be deployed elsewhere when the mine
- 32:05closes. Diavik is a massive, I mean
- 32:08massive diamond mine up in north the Northwest Territories.
- 32:13Rio Tinto. All right, these are big
- 32:15companies. If you've never heard of Rio
- 32:16Tinto, they're one of the world's biggest mining
- 32:18companies. Says it's 3.5 MW solar plant,
- 32:21which it calls the North's biggest off grid solar operation
- 32:24is up and running at the Dievic diamond mine in the Northwest
- 32:28Territories. 6620 silver panels. Oh, that says solar or silver
- 32:36solar panels are expected to generate 4.2 million kilowatt
- 32:40hours of electricity per year. So this is real.
- 32:44Guys, this is happening right before our very eyes.
- 32:47Should we do it? Basement dwellers, 500 people.
- 32:50Thank you for being here, man. We are the silver warriors, the
- 32:55basement dwellers. If we want to be kind of nice,
- 32:58we like to say this is like. The Mr. Rogers Neighborhood
- 33:01Basement for silver and gold enthusiasts.
- 33:04But that's us. You are ahead of the curve.
- 33:06I got news for you. OK, You are way ahead of the
- 33:11curve. You know what's going on.
- 33:13You know what's heading our way. Look, none of us can predict
- 33:17with certainty when it's gonna happen.
- 33:18It always takes longer than we anticipate.
- 33:21But it's going to happen, right? We know, right?
- 33:25And look at what's already gone on with the silver and gold
- 33:28price. I'm telling you guys.
- 33:30We have we have reason to be very, very happy.
- 33:33Let me let's do it. OK, I think last time.
- 33:37Let's go check $0.90 an ounce silver.
- 33:41Oh, my God. I'm gonna cry.
- 33:43That's when I thought I was having a bad day.
- 33:45Things were looking bright. 90 cents.
- 33:47Look at that. Guys.
- 33:48Are you ready? I'm gonna push the button and
- 33:51see where we are, 84. OK, Well, hey, we'll still take
- 33:56it. We're not gonna go back there
- 33:59again. We went to the till one too many
- 34:01times, $0.84 an ounce on silver today.
- 34:04That is a big, big deal. Fireworks.
- 34:07The economy's. Done.
- 34:09Done right, 50% of the people I heard Gareth Soloway say this
- 34:13last night, 50% I think it's probably more of the people in
- 34:17the United States are already in a recession are we in a
- 34:21depression we haven't talked about the.
- 34:23D. Word.
- 34:24Right. Deflation.
- 34:25No, not deflation. Right.
- 34:27Not stagflation. No.
- 34:28Are we in a depression? I think if you ask like the
- 34:31bottom third of the people in the country, the people who are
- 34:33working. Thank you.
- 34:34Wow. Super chat.
- 34:35Enjoy the holiday and the Fed. Sucks.
- 34:40Thank you, Derek and I, and I appreciate your comment.
- 34:44And yes, I agree with you as well.
- 34:46Wow, $10 super chat. Thank you, Derek.
- 34:49That's awesome. 30% of the people are in a depression,
- 34:52right? I mean, go, go hang out at a
- 34:55dollar store, right? My kids are going to go to the
- 34:58movies later. Susie's taken to the movies and
- 35:00the neighbors said the girls could.
- 35:02We're going to go to the dollar store, Brian, to buy some candy.
- 35:04I'm like, we'll go to the dollar store and ask like the 20 people
- 35:09who walk into the dollar store. Do you think that our economy is
- 35:12in a depression? I bet at the dollar store you
- 35:15get like a 75% or higher yes to that answer.
- 35:20I think we are. These people are working.
- 35:23We're going to get great jobs numbers on Friday.
- 35:28OK, Be ready. Right.
- 35:29It's going to be bi. Dynamic time.
- 35:32It's bi. Dynamics, right?
- 35:33All these people are working 606570 hours a week, right?
- 35:38To make money that they can't buy anything with, right?
- 35:42I mean, heck, if they got a car, they got to pay their car
- 35:44insurance and their gas is going up, oil's shooting up, right?
- 35:48Everything's going up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up.
- 35:51Right now they're talking about what's the word they're using
- 35:54Jerome used yesterday, Jerome was in Portugal, I think it was
- 35:57at the EU, and he said disinflation.
- 36:00Now they're throwing out this word disinflation, right?
- 36:03Which is a. Slowing of inflation.
- 36:06Well, congratulations, Jerome. Let's see.
- 36:08Two years ago, officially you only stole 10% of people's
- 36:13money. Now you're saying disinflation.
- 36:15What is that? You're only going to steal 4%
- 36:17per year? I mean, it's crazy, but but
- 36:21here's proof this is crazy that you know our fireworks sales.
- 36:24Let's look at fireworks sales. It's 4th of July.
- 36:26We have to have a little bit of a holiday theme here.
- 36:29I bet fireworks people are ready to party and have a good time.
- 36:32No, no, this is from Texas Coastal Bend fireworks sales
- 36:39down despite there's there's disinflation and fireworks
- 36:44prices, no price increases. OK, this is your.
- 36:47Average Look, the people that buy fireworks, generally
- 36:50speaking, are your average, I would say middle class.
- 36:54I would bet that most fireworks sales go to middle, upper
- 36:57middle, lower middle class folks, right?
- 37:00They weren't really wealthy people.
- 37:01They they pay people to blow up their fireworks.
- 37:04But let's let like to you hear what this guy says, OK?
- 37:08Corpus Christi, TX Even though the price of fireworks has not
- 37:11gone up in the Coastal Bend, sales are down.
- 37:14OK, three news file one fireworks stand operator Jason
- 37:19Perez from Mr. WS Fireworks on Weber Rd. who thinks it's
- 37:23inflation that is keeping people from buying.
- 37:26This is what the fireworks stand guy.
- 37:27This is fireworks stand economics, he says, Quote, we're
- 37:31seeing a little slump in sales. It seems like the high prices,
- 37:37high prices, the economy, people having a lot less disposable
- 37:43income and we're kind of feeling that on things like this, on non
- 37:48necessary items, people can't afford fireworks.
- 37:53OK? That's the reality.
- 37:55People can barely afford their food for crying out loud.
- 38:00So you know the other thing we got going on right now, the
- 38:02lumber prices have burst, right? The lumber bubble we're seeing
- 38:06like a crash in lumber prices. And again, that's a forward
- 38:11indicator for home construction. Part of that could be because
- 38:14the prices had spiked, probably people processed a lot of
- 38:17lumber. But none the less that's a
- 38:19forward, that's a 3D chest type environment, right?
- 38:22When lumber, when Caterpillar, when big earth moving equipment
- 38:25sales go down, that's like the first step in the construction
- 38:28process, right, moving all the earth.
- 38:31So and we've seen that. We we, we witnessed that happen.
- 38:34Now we're seeing a crash in lumber prices.
- 38:38Let me, I'll just read this to you.
- 38:41Spot lumber prices have plummeted 75% from their May
- 38:462021 record of a 1500 per thousand board feet to just it
- 38:52went from 1500 all the way down to 350, roughly matching pre
- 38:57pandemic levels. OK, that's that's framing
- 39:00lumber. So that's the lumber that goes
- 39:02into framing up new buildings, framing up new houses, framing
- 39:05up. Have you noticed all these four
- 39:07story apartment buildings? They're building everywhere.
- 39:10I think it's happening in every city.
- 39:11It's all over in Saint Louis, all these four story wood framed
- 39:15apartment buildings. I think that's where they're
- 39:17going to warehouse us when they put out their new economic plan
- 39:21or whatever the heck they're trying to do with us.
- 39:23I don't know, guys, it's absolutely crazy.
- 39:26Let's see if we can get a read on what is going on in the
- 39:29markets. I'm going to take you on a
- 39:30little adventure here on the Internet.
- 39:32Let's go out to Zero Hedge and see if we can get a feeling
- 39:37about what's going on. And then we got to go through
- 39:40it, guys. We got to pay a visit to our
- 39:41friend, the Oriental ghost. Hey, Michael Oliver says a gold
- 39:46boom is on the horizon. That's interesting.
- 39:50Let's go down and just get some news here today.
- 39:54Hold on. Here we go.
- 39:59Kamala rising, Harris blows by. OK, that would be interesting.
- 40:04Obama is privately concerned about Biden as White House staff
- 40:09freak over you know who. I'm not seeing any big news.
- 40:16US Interior Department green lights major offshore wind
- 40:19project in New Jersey and that this is look.
- 40:24Oh, interesting. Maybe this is what OK, we need
- 40:27to look at this. I I don't this lady bugs me, OK,
- 40:32I do not like her. I don't like her at all.
- 40:35I'm sorry. And I say that about extremely
- 40:38few people. I don't like her attitude.
- 40:40I don't like her. I don't like that I feel like
- 40:43she lies. I just don't.
- 40:45Anyway, I'm done. Maybe if I met her in person,
- 40:48I'd like her. You know, I've, I've had that
- 40:51happen before. Sometimes people I don't like.
- 40:53There's not there's very few people I don't like.
- 40:55Susie will tell you I do not like her.
- 40:58Not Susie. I love Susie.
- 41:00Hi, Susie. I don't know if you're on here
- 41:01today, ADP payrolls. Is this what's going on?
- 41:05Interesting. Interesting stupid ads.
- 41:10OK ADP. OK, ADP payrolls disappoints in
- 41:15June third straight monthly decline in addition's ADP
- 41:18payrolls reported 150 job additions.
- 41:21Well below the. 165 K expected the third straight monthly
- 41:26decline in job additions and the weakest since January.
- 41:30So ADP. I don't trust AD PS numbers
- 41:34either, to be honest with you. But ADP, in theory, that's
- 41:36Automatic Data Processing. That's the country's biggest
- 41:40dominant payroll processing company.
- 41:42If you have a job where you clock in and clock out, and even
- 41:45if you don't, you're probably using ADP.
- 41:48So they have a real, their fingers on the real pulse of the
- 41:52job market. So apparently that didn't do too
- 41:55well even even AD PS top economist couldn't spend it.
- 42:00Let's see what he said quote job growth has been solid but not
- 42:03broad based. Had it not been.
- 42:07For a. Rebound in hiring and leisure
- 42:09and hospitality. June would have been a downbeat
- 42:13month. OK, interesting.
- 42:15Very interesting. Let's go back and make sure.
- 42:19Oh, here we. Go Welcome to America.
- 42:24This is what's. Going on three and four
- 42:26Americans say they're not financially secure.
- 42:28Americans said they need to make 186,000.
- 42:32OK, on average to feel financially secure more than
- 42:37twice the 79,000 the Census Bureau reported as the average
- 42:42full time worker made in 2022. Man, maybe Saint Louis, maybe
- 42:48we're just paid lower, but these those seem like high, high
- 42:50salaries. Interesting.
- 42:52Let's click on that one quickly. Wow.
- 42:57According to the new Bank rate report, three and four Americans
- 43:00say they are not financially secure and feel they need to
- 43:03make it. What?
- 43:03About Bidenomics? What about what about Janet
- 43:06Yellen? Hold on a second.
- 43:07Wait a minute, wait a minute. Basement dwellers, huh?
- 43:17I hate. I hate.
- 43:19Cheesy props, but I can't help it.
- 43:21She says everything's great. What's wrong with you Americans?
- 43:25Everything's wonderful out there, right?
- 43:27No, get back in your box, right? Three and four Americans are
- 43:33feeling poor, basically. Welcome to the new America,
- 43:36right? You know, And then on top of it,
- 43:39to make matters worse, Americans are, look, this is don't take
- 43:43this the wrong way. I'm not busting.
- 43:45You guys are smart. You guys are willing to take it,
- 43:47but most Americans? Are dumb, I'm sorry.
- 43:52And and financially illiterate. I don't blame them, OK not you
- 43:57you're not right. You're willing to dig, you're
- 43:59willing to learn. I know that.
- 44:00But your average American is financially illiterate.
- 44:04It's not really their fault because you know why #1 their
- 44:07parents and grandparents were likely financially illiterate.
- 44:10The whole system is set up to keep everyone.
- 44:14I heard this the other day. How does this make you let me
- 44:17know what you think of this debt serves.
- 44:20Remember surfs, right? Like debt surfs, the whole
- 44:22system set up for that, right? They don't teach.
- 44:26If if my kids, my daughters, my twin 12 year old daughters are
- 44:29going to learn anything about money.
- 44:31Guess what, right? The school district, the public
- 44:34school district where we send them, they are going to teach
- 44:36them. No, they're going to teach them.
- 44:38Or you got to go to college. You got to go into debt to get
- 44:41into college so that you can get into more debt to buy a car when
- 44:44you graduate so you can get into more debt to buy a house after
- 44:47that. So you can be in debt for your
- 44:48whole darn life and work, work, work while the top 1% live off
- 44:53all your efforts and charge you interest.
- 44:57So it's no wonder three and four Americans, because they don't
- 45:02understand money. They don't understand the key
- 45:05funding, especially now. Guys, this is critical right
- 45:08now. Get out of.
- 45:10Debt, yeah. If you've got a home mortgage of
- 45:12two or three percent, you might want to sit on it.
- 45:14I thought I'd never see the day where I would say that.
- 45:17Fixed rate 2 or 3% if you got credit card debt.
- 45:21If you're thinking of buying a car, you know, and you're going
- 45:24to go get a 10% loan. If you're thinking of buying a
- 45:27house right now, I'm sorry. You know, you might want to
- 45:30wait, right 'cause house prices are maybe I'm wrong, right?
- 45:34May I could be dead wrong. I told people at the beginning
- 45:36of the pandemic, I wouldn't buy a house.
- 45:38I'd wait. I didn't know they're going to
- 45:39print 16 quadrillion dollars. All right, 40% of the dollars
- 45:44that have ever been in in in circulation.
- 45:47We didn't know that. But I'm telling you right now,
- 45:51if you got debt on car, you got any kind of adjustable rate
- 45:54debt, high rate get out of debt. And so I don't blame this
- 45:57article, right? I can't I don't blame Americans,
- 46:01right for that. I don't think that that that
- 46:05over 75% said they weren't financially secure, 4545% said
- 46:11they believed they would reach financial security one day,
- 46:14while 30% said they never expect to reach financial security.
- 46:18And that's what the the lady from the University of Michigan
- 46:22consumer sentiment survey called EU University of Michigan
- 46:27consumer sentiment survey. The lady that heads it up,
- 46:30another Asian name that I can't remember Joy we or something
- 46:34like that. Anyway, she.
- 46:35Said. She said people have have lost
- 46:39hope. There's like a growing number of
- 46:41people that are just losing hope, right?
- 46:43This is not the America that your founding fathers set out
- 46:48for you. They wanted a a system with a
- 46:51fair equal level playing field, right?
- 46:54If you were lazy and you and you decided that you didn't want to
- 46:58work hard, that you. Fell through the.
- 47:00Cracks, right? But if you wanted to work hard,
- 47:03right, and you wanted to improve yourself that you could and you
- 47:06could do it on a fair level playing field, right?
- 47:10Right. And part of that fair level
- 47:12playing field that your founding bothers laid out for you, right?
- 47:15A great sacrifice to themselves. OK, Read about what the guys
- 47:18that wrote the, the US Constitution, what they went
- 47:21through, they had their houses burnt down, They had their, some
- 47:24of them had their families killed, imprisoned, all kinds of
- 47:27stuff, right? Part of what they put in there
- 47:30to ensure that I'm getting mad. Is it silver and gold or real
- 47:35money? Right.
- 47:36It's in the Constitution of the United States of America.
- 47:40America, it's the 4th of July. Where the heck?
- 47:43Hold on a second, right? No offense to my friends from
- 47:52this country, right? We were trying to get away from
- 47:54these guys, from the Kings and the Repression and your founding
- 47:58fathers. America, right?
- 48:01Yeah, right. They've tried to set up a fair
- 48:04and level playing field, and they did it.
- 48:06Part of it was, I don't know what it is.
- 48:08I don't know all the details, but Section 1, paragraph
- 48:11whatever. Silver and gold are the only
- 48:13forms of real money. That's a fact, right?
- 48:16Yeah. And a fair and level playing
- 48:17field. Well, guess what?
- 48:20Silver and gold are gone, right, Thanks to President Nixon in
- 48:241971. President Nixon temporarily.
- 48:27And he assured I was reading more.
- 48:29He assured everyone this is absolutely just temporary.
- 48:34Took gold and silver. Bye, Bye.
- 48:36Bye. Bye.
- 48:36Now, you know, here, here. Believe in this.
- 48:40OK, Paper woo. There it goes.
- 48:44Wow. Yeah.
- 48:44It flies away. You can burn it.
- 48:46Yeah. You can do all kinds of stuff.
- 48:47So, yeah, it's no wonder that the American people, right, are
- 48:52are kind of losing hope. What does that tell you?
- 48:56When the lady that runs the University of Michigan consumer
- 48:59sentiment survey talks about a growing proportion of the
- 49:03American people who are giving up?
- 49:05You hear about these younger millennial, right?
- 49:08They're not out. Hey, it's the 4th of July.
- 49:11Yay, you know, right. No, no, they're not out working.
- 49:15They're saying I give up. Some of them are even saying no,
- 49:17they'd rather just live off. Government programs, food stamps
- 49:21and whatever you know. It doesn't work, baby.
- 49:25This country was made successful.
- 49:27We were on a gold and silver standard system for like 150
- 49:31years. Those that period of time I got.
- 49:34News for you, buttercup. OK.
- 49:35That period of time that marked the greatest period of economic
- 49:41technological growth, it's never been matched by anywhere else in
- 49:45the world. What's gone on since 1971?
- 49:49Right, there's a great article I'm going to talk about in the
- 49:51future live stream that shows, right, The average American got
- 49:54got ripped off, right? The wealthy got really wealthy.
- 49:58They sold you out. I'm sorry, I'm on a little bit
- 50:00of a soapbox. Let's go, let's go.
- 50:03I lied to you. We're going to go look one more
- 50:05time at the silver and gold price.
- 50:08Take your blood pressure medicine, guys.
- 50:10You know how this works, right? Just be prepared.
- 50:13No matter what we've talked about this, it's going to be a
- 50:16choppy ride. It's not a straight ride up,
- 50:19right? We could have one of those days
- 50:20where, hey, the, the silver price was up a dollar this
- 50:26morning and it ends down a dollar.
- 50:28We've had days like that that that happened.
- 50:30That was like the biggest gut punch.
- 50:33That was like what, 7 weeks ago or four, I don't know, eight
- 50:36week, whatever it was, remember that morning, it's like silver
- 50:39got up to $32 and then by the end of the day it was it like
- 50:42went down like $4.00 top to bottom, some crazy amount like
- 50:46that. So be prepared for anything,
- 50:49right? Just like you survived that day,
- 50:51you can survive this day as well.
- 50:53Now let's go out. I lied.
- 50:56I'm a liar. Liar.
- 50:57Pants on fire. They cancelled my home owner's
- 51:02insurance. I'm very upset about that.
- 51:05And you're hearing about that more and more.
- 51:06You know how expensive it is to insure this basement.
- 51:10And then I just switched it all. I'm not going to say the
- 51:13company's name. Went through the whole process,
- 51:15cars and house, everything was cool.
- 51:17And then this morning I get this notice.
- 51:20I don't know, it's 'cause I have a trampoline in the backyard for
- 51:22my kids. I don't know, I guess she called
- 51:24when I was on the on the live stream.
- 51:26They cancelled my home owner's insurance and how expensive it
- 51:29is. I mean, it's real, right?
- 51:32How much car insurance cost our cars just got total in a hail.
- 51:35Storm. I mean, it's just, at least, I
- 51:37don't know, it's just a big mess.
- 51:39I tell you what. Where was I?
- 51:41Oh, yeah. We're going to go check on the.
- 51:44But you know what? You know, I tell you what, I
- 51:47tell you my problems are no bigger than yours.
- 51:50It's just they're mine, so they seem like they are.
- 51:52The reality is, I know we all deal with stuff and you know,
- 51:54I'm going to tell you something and I'm really bad at this, but
- 51:57I'm good at preaching it. A lot of it just comes down to
- 52:00the attitude you have. Now the other thing, the gutters
- 52:02go clogged up. The 2nd floor gutters, I got to
- 52:04get on the roof two floors up and stick my hand down there and
- 52:07pull the crap out anyway, you know?
- 52:10But a lot of it comes down to attitude and once basement
- 52:13dwellers, right? I mean, hey, look man, with what
- 52:16you've been through in the silver and gold market and life
- 52:18in general. I know a.
- 52:19Lot of we all deal with health issues, family issues,
- 52:22everything else. We're going to make it now back
- 52:24to silver and gold. Let's refresh it.
- 52:29Come on, don't be like. $0.98 All right, silver guys up. $0.98
- 52:36Happy 4th of July this keeps up. I might just buy some of those
- 52:40fireworks Lol's here. Today I can't.
- 52:43Sorry about I had this. Everything went wrong.
- 52:46I had this live stream scheduled, but I put July 4th
- 52:49instead of July 3rd, so you didn't get notified.
- 52:52So it's a big, big deal. I tell you what, since it's
- 52:55happy 4th of July for the next 3 minutes, I want you guys to do
- 52:58me a favor. Tell me where you're joining
- 53:02from, and I'm going to say the city's insurance is a joke.
- 53:07Yeah, yeah. Accountants and ladders don't
- 53:10mix. I'll tell you the story about
- 53:13how I get on my roof in a second.
- 53:14Tell me where you guys are joining me from.
- 53:16I want to say the cities. I'm going to do the best I can.

- 55:10I worked at the Miles Manufacturing.
- 55:13Elka Seltzer plant right when I graduated from college.
- 55:16This is a funny story. I was an auditor for Delight and
- 55:18touché. I lived in Chicago and I would
- 55:21go down. I spent like 8 weeks in Elkhart
- 55:23IN the girl that I worked with. OK, her name, I won't say her
- 55:27name. I'll I'll protect her identity.
- 55:29But she had just graduated from college with me from DePaul
- 55:32University. I told her we were working
- 55:34there. I said you're going to be like
- 55:37the president of the company someday, OK, I said.
- 55:40And when we and then when you are, I said I would joked around
- 55:43with her. I said I want to cut your grass.
- 55:44And she laughed and laughed and laughed and you know what?
- 55:48Now she is the president of the company, not Miles
- 55:51Manufacturing, but of the top BIG4 accounting firm that we
- 55:55work for. And she and I and good for her
- 55:58'cause she was just an awesome person.
- 56:00The good things happen. I'm I'm connected to some high
- 56:02level people, although I haven't talked to her in 30 years.

- 57:18I'm going to have to stop Wassauga Beach, Arizona.
- 57:22Stop reading these Toronto if you've never been to Toronto.
- 57:25I had to go to Toronto last October and then went up into
- 57:28northern Quebec to visit a gold mine.
- 57:32No offense to people in Toronto. OK, no offense, but I thought, I
- 57:36didn't think, I didn't know how big Toronto was.
- 57:38I got off the airplane and got on this train to go from the
- 57:41airport to the downtown. I thought I was in Star Wars or
- 57:44something. I never seen so many 4050 story
- 57:48buildings in my life. I got a neighbor who's in the
- 57:51elevator business. I was at the swimming pool.
- 57:54And he does ask. And I was telling the other day
- 57:55I'm like, he's like, oh, yeah, I've worked with people from
- 57:57Toronto. He's like, this guy's like the
- 57:59elevator guru. He's like, Toronto's known for
- 58:01having, like, the most elevators something or another.
- 58:04I mean, you said it's crazy. So.

- 58:39Bye. Bye.
- 58:40OK, That's Silver Susie. She goes to take care of her
- 58:44mother who's in her 90s. Who needs 24 hour care.
