- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:20God bless you, friends, family.
- 0:22Thank you so much for watching, listening, and sharing the podcast.
- 0:25Today's guest says, God doesn't change the world with lightning in the sky.
- 0:31He changes things through his people.
- 0:34And she also said that Christians getting educated and informed is great, but the most important
- 0:40thing we need to do is engage.
- 0:43So today, we're blessed to have Brigitte Gabriel, National Security Analyst, New York Times
- 0:48Best Selling Author, and founder and chairman of Act for America.org.
- 0:53Her latest best seller is called Rise in Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom.
- 1:01And we can't wait to get to her and hear her story and what's going on with Act for
- 1:05America.
- 1:06Welcome, Brigitte.
- 1:07I thank you, David.
- 1:08I'm delighted to be with you.
- 1:10Oh, my goodness.
- 1:11I'm just so thankful that we're able to connect with you today.
- 1:14And we met.
- 1:15Actually, we didn't meet, but we were a part of a Zoom call or Zoom group Liberty Pastors,
- 1:21which I've been affiliated with since 2020.
- 1:24You were kind enough to come and just pump up all the pastors there in that Zoom call.
- 1:28It was just a phenomenal presentation.
- 1:30Some of that, what you're going to share today.
- 1:32But let's go back before we go to, by the way, friends, the website act for America.org.
- 1:37Act for America.org.
- 1:40So, Brigitte, let's take us back to when you were 10 years old.
- 1:45You're living in Southern Lebanon and militant Muslims came in and declared G-Hod.
- 1:51And there was a Christian settlement or community there.
- 1:54Tell us about that and then how that brought you to America.
- 1:57Actually, David, most people don't realize that Lebanon used to be the only majority Christian
- 2:03country in the Middle East.
- 2:05We were over 80 percent Christians in the country when we got our independence from France
- 2:10in the early 40s.
- 2:12Yes, Christian, it's a Christian nation.
- 2:16And Lebanon was the only non-Muslim state in the Middle East other than the state of Israel,
- 2:21which is the Jewish nation.
- 2:23The mistake that we did is we did not do what the Jewish nation did, where they called
- 2:28all the Jews from all over the world.
- 2:30Now you have a home.
- 2:31You can come to come to the state of Israel.
- 2:34What the Christians in Lebanon did, because we were open-minded and fair and tolerant and
- 2:38all that good stuff.
- 2:40He said, we're going to be so fair in the way we divide the government.
- 2:43So we're going to have, we're going to divide it according to religion, religious representation
- 2:48of the country.
- 2:49So the Prime Minister had to be in Sunni, the President had to be a Maronite Christian.
- 2:55And that's how we divided the rest of the government.
- 2:57Actually, we are a republic exactly like the United States of America.
- 3:02But what happened was we imported people into our country who did not share our values.
- 3:09We imported Palestinian refugees who came to the country, while most of the Arabic
- 3:14world did not want to have anything to do with them or want them.
- 3:17Lebanon was the only country in the Middle East to accept the third wave of Palestinian refugees.
- 3:24Once they came into the country, they put their heads together with the Muslims in the
- 3:28country and declared war on the Christians.
- 3:31They wanted to create a base from which to fight Israel, kill the Jews and throw them
- 3:36into the sea, something they tried to do in Jordan failed because of the dictatorship
- 3:42of the king.
- 3:43But they were able to do that on Lebanon using our democracy to topple our democracy.
- 3:49And that's when my life changed.
- 3:51So my 9-11 happened to me in 1975 when this radical Islamic Palestinian terrorist blew
- 4:00up my home, bringing it down under, um, burying me under the rebel wounded.
- 4:06I ended up two and a half months in a hospital.
- 4:10And later when I came back home, my home was no longer the home I left.
- 4:15I ended up living in a bomb shelter underground in an 8-10 room without electricity, without
- 4:23water, and very little food.
- 4:26And that's where I lived for the next 7 years of my life from the age of 10 till the
- 4:32age of 17 robbed of my youth.
- 4:35Oh my goodness.
- 4:37So how did you make it to America then?
- 4:38What got you here?
- 4:40I ended up moving to Israel to Jerusalem and I became news anchor for world news in the
- 4:45Middle East covering world events.
- 4:48And that's where I met my American worker respondent, uh, Falun Love married him.
- 4:54I came to America by marriage, uh, in 1989 and I thought I left all the crazies behind.
- 5:00I thought, I'm going to start my American life.
- 5:02I'm going to work so hard.
- 5:04I want to attain the, obtain the American dream.
- 5:07And I thought, okay, you know, the, the hard times are over the wars over the crazies
- 5:12are over.
- 5:13Now I'm in America.
- 5:14Uh, 9-11, 2001 changed all that for me.
- 5:199-11, 2001 made me realize that the crazies that I left behind are now in the United
- 5:27States.
- 5:28Um, and, and, and 9-11 was a defining moment for America, really, uh, actually it was
- 5:34a defining moment for the whole world, but specifically for America.
- 5:38It changed the way we travel.
- 5:41It changed the way we banked.
- 5:42It doesn't matter where you are in the world.
- 5:44I mean, our travel changed worldwide.
- 5:47Our banking system changed worldwide.
- 5:50The way we banked, the way we financed, the way we listened to information changed.
- 5:54Um, on 9-11, we all did the same thing.
- 5:58Uh, if you were close to a television, uh, uh, the, the TV set, you were glued part in
- 6:04front of that TV.
- 6:05You couldn't get enough news because we couldn't believe that someone in the 21st century
- 6:11on the 20th century would, uh, would hate us so much that they would hijack airliners
- 6:17and fly them into skyscrapers with the sole intention of killing massive number of
- 6:24people.
- 6:25Uh, uh, uh, uh, yeah, we couldn't believe that such barbarism could exist, but it did
- 6:30and it changed our lives.
- 6:32And that's what started me on my journey as an activist to make a difference in the United
- 6:38States and the world.
- 6:40Thank you.
- 6:41And by the way, friends, you can hear more of Brigitte Story or read about it in her book
- 6:44because they hate a survivor of Islamic terror warns America.
- 6:49So that leads me to my next question.
- 6:52You mentioned Lebanon.
- 6:54You mentioned 9-11.
- 6:56It's clear Brigitte Gabriel.
- 6:58We haven't learned our lesson here.
- 7:00We have got open borders and terrorists are coming across, particularly the southern border.
- 7:05And I know you have a lot of thoughts on that.
- 7:07So please share whatever you'd like to about that because we're just letting this happen
- 7:11and it's, it's like a ticking time bomb, no?
- 7:15We have not learned our lesson in 22 years.
- 7:18You know, the 9-11 Commission report, you know, after 9-11, our intelligence agency has
- 7:23got together and they put the report as to how could we miss the signs?
- 7:27How could something like this happen?
- 7:29And the 9-11 Commission report said, quote, we lacked imagination.
- 7:37It's not that we did not know what our enemies want to do to us.
- 7:40It's not that we did not know how much they hated us.
- 7:43After all, we've never been faced with an enemy who tells us exactly how much they hate
- 7:48us, why they hate us, what they want to do to us.
- 7:52They not only tell us this stuff, they should press releases about it, they publish it
- 7:56on their website, they send a recording to LGZRTV to air worldwide in Arabic and in English
- 8:03on all media worldwide telling us exactly what they want to do to us.
- 8:09We lacked imagination.
- 8:11So 9-11 happened and all of a sudden we said, oh my goodness, we've got to make sure
- 8:16we protect ourselves.
- 8:17However again, we're never going to let this happen, we're going to create the Department
- 8:21of Homeland Security, we're all going to network our intelligence agency so we can make
- 8:26sure this doesn't happen again.
- 8:28And today, when you watch the news and you watch, for example, the demonstrations in
- 8:34the streets after October 7th, after what happened in Israel, you watch the demonstrations
- 8:39in the streets worldwide.
- 8:41It doesn't matter what country, whether it's in Australia, Canada, England, France,
- 8:46America.
- 8:47It doesn't matter.
- 8:48But let's talk about here in the United States, when you have people waving the flag of Hamas
- 8:54and of Khosballah terrorist organizations while burning the American flag in our cities
- 9:01calling for the destruction of America, saying how they stand with the terrorists against
- 9:06America, even waving ISIS flags, we can no longer say we lack imagination.
- 9:13It is a matter of time.
- 9:16Look what just happened with the terrorists that we arrested in Natus, Pakistan, Isabel
- 9:23Stan, or one of those Balkan countries where all of them entered the United States through
- 9:29the Mexican border, we knew about them.
- 9:32We supposedly vetted them when they came through the country.
- 9:36And obviously, we don't have enough wedding process, which is the joke.
- 9:40It's a lie to the American people so they can feel safe, and that's how you end up with
- 9:44foiling a terrorist attack in multiple states, then God they were able to get to them before
- 9:51they were able to carry their terrorist attack.
- 9:54So in our recent Zoom meeting with Liberty Pastors, you reminded us of something that I've
- 10:01been talking about that a lot of maybe prophecy watchers have been and informed Christian
- 10:06conservatives, Israel is known as the little Satan, America is known as the great Satan.
- 10:13They're coming after the Saturday worshippers first and then the Sunday worshippers.
- 10:17And then over on your website, BrigitteGabriel.com, you have a great quote and I'll let you elaborate.
- 10:23It says 2% of the passionate will always rule 98% of the indifferent.
- 10:33It's sobering, it's powerful, and I'd love for you to just share more about that.
- 10:39The passionate will always rule.
- 10:42It doesn't take many to change the world.
- 10:44It takes a passionate few who stand on their principles, who don't budge and who don't
- 10:50move.
- 10:51And what I mean by that quote, and I'm going to repeat something that I used an eclipse
- 10:55that went around the world and was watched by over 50 million people.
- 10:59So you probably have seen this clip before.
- 11:02I was speaking on a panel at the Heritage Foundation in the United States.
- 11:05I was on the panel of the Benghazi Accountability Committee and a Muslim posing as a student.
- 11:13She was not a student.
- 11:14She was an attorney posing as a student.
- 11:17Ask the question, well, you are here talking about, you know, branding with a broad brush
- 11:20talking about Islam.
- 11:22Well, what about the moderate Muslims?
- 11:24You know, you're not talking about them.
- 11:26And I said to her, and at first of all, we're not talking about all Muslims.
- 11:29No, we didn't even mention the word Islam.
- 11:31We were talking about what happened in Benghazi and how can our government, you know, get
- 11:36to the bottom of this and hold whoever allowed it to happen accountable.
- 11:39And I said, you brought it up.
- 11:41And I said, but let's look at the lessons of history throughout history.
- 11:46People refused to learn the lessons of history.
- 11:49When you look at Nazi Germany, for example, not all Nazis were radical.
- 11:55Most of German people were peaceful people.
- 11:57But the majority, the radicals were only a minority.
- 12:02But it took the minority radicals to bring the world into war, killing almost 60 million
- 12:08people, 14 million people killed in concentration camps, only 6 million were Jews.
- 12:14The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
- 12:17When you look at communist China, most Chinese were peaceful, yet communist China was able
- 12:22to kill 70 million people.
- 12:25The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
- 12:27When you look at Russia, most Russians were peaceful, yet Russia was able to kill 20
- 12:32million people.
- 12:33The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
- 12:36When you look at Japan, most Japanese were peaceful prior to World War II.
- 12:40That Japan was able to butcher 12 million people in Southeast Asia, mostly killed with
- 12:46bayonets and shovels.
- 12:48The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
- 12:51When you look at the United States, on 9-11, it took only 19 hijackers with plastic box
- 12:58cutters to be able to bring down the World Trade Center, bring America to Ishrieking
- 13:05Hall, attack the Pentagon and kill 3,000 Americans on that day.
- 13:10The peaceful majority were irrelevant because on that day, we had 2.9 million Muslims,
- 13:16we were actually sorry, 2.3 million Muslims living in the United States on that day.
- 13:22The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
- 13:25When I talk about the passionate, and why we need to meet passion with passion, at least
- 13:30on our side, the passionate are standing on the principles of Western freedom.
- 13:36They are standing on the principles of being able to express their opinion and warn people
- 13:41using words.
- 13:42They are not butchering and killing people and committing terrorism the way the passionate
- 13:47on the other side are willing not only to kill, but to die in the process in their version
- 13:54of, I am going to become a martyr, I am going to go to heaven, I am going to have 70
- 13:58versions and all the goodness that the Prophet Muhammad promised them.
- 14:03But on our side, we use democracy, we use freedom of expression, we use freedom of
- 14:08the press, we use our brains, we use our thoughts and we use our Judea Christian values
- 14:14to drive a point that while we can criticize our enemy, we still love them, we still pray
- 14:20for them, we do not wish ill or murder or killing on any human being because we are all
- 14:26created equal in the eyes of God, but we hope through the exposure using words that we
- 14:32would be able to change the minds of those misguided people filled with hatred so they
- 14:38can stop their hatred and start thinking logically about how we can solve the problem talking
- 14:43to each other instead of committing terrorist attacks against each other.
- 14:49Friends, check out the website act for america.org, we have got to take a brief pause with Brigitte
- 14:52Gabriel, you know, we have talked about over 100,000 people in northern Israel that have
- 14:56been displaced, Hamas still has hostages, the Biden administration seems to be more anti-Israel
- 15:03by the day.
- 15:04When we come back from our break, we are going to ask Brigitte Gabriel, if she thinks it's
- 15:08too late to overcome the ignorance and the apathy of way too many people in America when it
- 15:14comes to Israel and world history, we will write back on world view matters.
- 15:20Today's episode is brought to you by Freedom Project Academy.

- 15:55If you're interested in sponsoring world view matters, send us an email, please.
- 15:59WorldviewMatters at FPEUSA.org or go to our website, worldviewmatters.tv.
- 16:04Our producer will get right back to you.
- 16:06We're thankful for our sponsors, Harbinger's Daily, Patriot Mobile, Freedom Project Academy,
- 16:12and by the way, if you're listening to our podcast via audio, leave us a five star review
- 16:16that'll help us rise in the ranking.
- 16:18So back to Brigitte Gabriel, the question I asked right before the break, Brigitte, do
- 16:23you think it's too late to overcome the ignorance and apathy in America when it comes to Israel
- 16:29and world history?
- 16:30And then we'll talk about what's happening in Israel.
- 16:33Well, it's never too late for anything, it's never too late to educate, it's never
- 16:37too late to mobilize.
- 16:39But what we need to realize is that while we are educating, the enemy is mobilizing.
- 16:45While we on the right send professors to college to give lectures and we have information
- 16:49shows and we want to teach people, the left is the organizing how we mobilize, organizing
- 16:56small groups, they are organizing people, they are training them how to do political activism,
- 17:01they are training them how to recruit, how to become engaged, how to sign petition, how
- 17:05to impact policy, how to press your members of Congress.
- 17:09So while we are talking and educating and feeling good about ourselves, they are mobilizing,
- 17:13they are passing bills, they are organizing groups, they are getting the vote, and we
- 17:17are talking, talking, talking, hoping to educate, that it's very different way of thinking
- 17:22between the right and the left.
- 17:24So what do we do?
- 17:25This is exactly why we, and I mean by we act for America, my organization, started an
- 17:31organization called Act for America, and I encourage everybody to go check us out right
- 17:37now, act for America.org, and we name the organization Act for America.
- 17:43Now think about America, now hope for America, now wish for America, now think about America,
- 17:49not great for America, but act for America, because education is important, but education
- 17:56without action is not sufficient, education must be coupled with action.
- 18:02So we monitor bills coming down for a vote, we send you email alerts about them, like the
- 18:06act now campaigns you were showing, going sliding across the screen, you know, the stand
- 18:10with Israel, the exit and defund the WHO, the multiple campaigns, we monitor bills at
- 18:17the federal level and at the state level, and we send you an action alert about this bill,
- 18:22hey, bill number HR, 445, whatever the bill happens to be, is coming down for a vote, we
- 18:28need you to call your electrophysials, enter your information, you enter your information,
- 18:33we give you the names and pictures of all your electrophysials, we say these are your
- 18:37electrophysials, you want to email them?
- 18:40You click confirm, email pops up, we literally write the email for you, you know, I'm emailing
- 18:45you about bill number HR, 4455, I want you to vote yes on this bill, you click confirm
- 18:53and it goes to all your electrophysials, then a petition pops up with one click confirm,
- 18:58you sign it, then social media post pop up for Facebook, for Twitter, with one click it
- 19:03posts on your social media, and then we give you their phone number and a written script
- 19:08so you can literally read the script while you are with them on the phone so you can sound
- 19:14knowledgeable about whatever issue you're calling about, we make it so easy, David, for everybody
- 19:20to take action, even if they have a full time job, they can take action, grab their phone,
- 19:26look, we all sit with our phone next to us, I'm giving a live interview and here's my phone
- 19:31right next to me, everybody has their people go to the bathroom, they take their phone with them
- 19:36on a break, on a two minute break, they check Facebook, so everybody can take action, we make
- 19:41it so easy, we need you to contact your electrophysial, your voice, your phone call or your email,
- 19:47represent 1,000 voters, this is how electrophysial stally every email and phone call, your voice
- 19:56represents 1,000 people, if 40 to 50 people call our email, that represents 40 to 50,000 voters
- 20:03on election day, that can make or break an election, that's why they listen to you, you need to be
- 20:09engaged, go to act from America.org right now, sign up to take action, receive our emails and
- 20:15action alerts, they're free, you don't have to pay anything to take action, we want to make sure
- 20:20that everybody can take action on our action alerts and I'm proud to tell you, David, that we have
- 20:25been able to pass 250 bills on the federal level and the state level to protect the country.
- 20:30Wow, I thank you for laying that out and you did a lot of the footwork for us, you and the
- 20:35people working at act for America.org because people are strapped for time and if they don't know
- 20:40what to do or how to word something, please guys go to act for America.org and you made a very
- 20:45important point, the left knows how to take action, even if they're ignorant, sometimes they only
- 20:50know they're talking points, listen to what they're saying on college campuses, they think from the
- 20:54river to the sea, they think it's the Mississippi river, you know, some of them they're just so
- 20:58ignorant about what's going on in Israel and world history and they're taking action, they're
- 21:01out there protesting and we're getting informed, going to conferences, being educated and that's
- 21:05important, but Brigida, love your passion, your energy and your information that you guys share.
- 21:10So let's go over to Israel now, just looking at the headlines, go over to the Jerusalem Post
- 21:14and other places, you shared a little bit on that Zoom call that we were in about what's happening,
- 21:19the northern part of Israel, which we don't hear a lot about, especially on the news and the
- 21:24West here, so share whatever you like as we transition here, talk about Israel and the importance
- 21:29of America supporting Israel. Well, we need to pray for Israel because a war between Israel and
- 21:35Lebanon is imminent. Nathaniahu yesterday gave an address and he said that the war is imminent,
- 21:40it's not an if, it's not, maybe it's not we're thinking about it, they are 100% going into Lebanon
- 21:47and the reason why Gens resigned from the Nathaniahu government is because the United States has
- 21:53been putting pressure on Gens, they want to break up the Nathaniahu government because America does
- 21:58not want Israel to go into Lebanon in the next three months this summer before the American election
- 22:04because Biden and the Democrats do not want to lose the Islamic vote. That's right.
- 22:09And so that's why they're trying to mandal in Israeli election. So about two months ago,
- 22:14despite the Gens came to visit the United States, met with President Kamala Harris,
- 22:21despite the resistant and without the approval of the government of Israel and Benjamin Nathaniahu,
- 22:27he came in here. That's why they after Shumur got on TV and that's when he's talked about that
- 22:31Nathaniahu needs to resign, you know, that we do not want to go to war. And here we are
- 22:38Gens resigned the day before, Blinken went to Israel in this last trip because they want to split
- 22:45Israeli government, they want to make sure they do everything they can to sabotage
- 22:50the Nathaniahu government and render it ineffective, at least between now and the American
- 22:55election. So Biden can win few votes in and Michigan. What Israel needs to do, Israel needs to
- 23:02finish the job. There are now 100,000 displaced Israelis who are who love their homes. For the last
- 23:10eight months, they have been displaced. They cannot go back to their homes as long as Khosmullah
- 23:14has raining bombs on northern Israel. And that's why Israel has to finish the job. It's going to be
- 23:19a very difficult summer for Israel. Israel is going to be fighting two front wars. And that's why
- 23:25we need to keep Israel and our prayers. Yes, pray for the peace of Jerusalem. And you know,
- 23:30it really is amazing, Brigitte. Some people can actually think, well, you know, think of Hamas as
- 23:35the victim or Israel as the oppressor. It really is astounding the level of blinders that I think
- 23:41it's spiritual delusion because they're not believing their eyes. If you look even at a map
- 23:46over there, Israel is like this little speck and this coalition of hostile Muslim militant nations
- 23:51are around them. And people are saying Israel is the bully when they got attacked. So the
- 23:57audacity of the American government to say, we need to have peace. You need to, you know, cease
- 24:02fire. Just your final thoughts in the last couple minutes here because I get really frustrated
- 24:07about this and what our own administration is doing. I'm equally frustrated and look,
- 24:12those of us who follow this news daily and are very close to it, you know, realize cease fire
- 24:18with who? I mean, with who? You know, Biden wanted to meddle with Israel's government and
- 24:24there are so much, they actually wrote the cease fire without running it by Israel. Israel didn't
- 24:29know all the changes that the Egyptians and the Americans did to the cease fire supposedly
- 24:35agreements because there was no way Israel would have agreed to the cease fire that America
- 24:39represented. And now all of a sudden we didn't hear anything, anything, anything from Hamas
- 24:44and all of a sudden Hamas now they have their new demands on the cease fire. Look, Hamas is committed
- 24:49to wiping Israel off the map. It is in their charter. They hate the Jews every last breathing Jewish
- 24:57soul alive. They want to kill the Jews. It doesn't matter what Hamas signs. Hamas is going to use
- 25:04whatever hudna, whatever peace process, whatever cease fire that they sign in order to buy themselves
- 25:10more time just enough to stay alive and rebuild so they can attack Israel and do an October 7th
- 25:16all over again. And if they can do it every single day of the week, another October 7th and
- 25:21different parts of Israel, they will do that. Israel is not negotiating with the party in good faith
- 25:28because Hamas does not represent all the Palestinians and Israel now the minute they sign a cease fire,
- 25:36Hamas is going to use it to strengthen themselves and basically to buy themselves time to stay alive
- 25:41knowing that the longer this goes, the world opening public opinion is going to turn against Israel
- 25:47even more. Now they need the reason too. They already hate Israel. You know, worldwide we see
- 25:52public opinion against Israel but that's what Hamas is counting on and that's why the cease fire
- 25:57is going nowhere. And I think that they're also counting on the continued ignorance of a lot of
- 26:02people around the world including American universities and what's happening on college campuses,
- 26:07which I'll tell you Brigitte, that was an eye opener for me. I knew they were radicalized. I
- 26:12knew they went through K through 12 and then they went into the college university and so to some of
- 26:16it wasn't surprising but the level of ignorance that they're willing to jump on board and be
- 26:22marched for Palestine. We're in very interesting times and we've got to take action and that's why
- 26:28I want to send people to act for America dot org. Please go there friends you can get informed
- 26:35and you can take action at the same time and support what the work that Brigitte does. I really
