- 0:47Speaker 10: A friend of mine actually told me last week that
- 0:50Speaker 10: he reckons I've aged by like five years.

- 1:11Speaker 1: that tired of I.
- 1:13Speaker 9: Will say, though I did.
- 1:14Speaker 10: I I was meant to get up a little bit
- 1:17Speaker 10: earlier today. I don't know if that was playing in
- 1:19Speaker 10: the back of my head. But at three am on
- 1:22Speaker 10: the rock o' clock, my body just went.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Boom, you w up, You've been up the whole time.
- 1:27Speaker 10: So I was lying there because I always think if
- 1:29Speaker 10: I'm waking up at that time, either something's woken me
- 1:31Speaker 10: up or my body's woke me up. So then I'm
- 1:33Speaker 10: lying there trying to listen for noises in the house
- 1:36Speaker 10: to be like, is one of my kids up? Are
- 1:38Speaker 10: we're getting burgled? And then I kind of fixate on
- 1:42Speaker 10: my body, do I need to pooh? Like why the
- 1:45Speaker 10: hell am I awake at this time?
- 1:47Speaker 9: Have you ever pooed in the middle of the night.
- 1:48Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, It's rare, though, isn't it. You get like
- 1:51Speaker 7: a stomach upset or something.
- 1:53Speaker 9: It happened to me a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:55Speaker 10: I've never ever had to drop the kids off in
- 1:59Speaker 10: the middle of the night, and midnight I woke up
- 2:02Speaker 10: and I was like crippled with like pain.
- 2:05Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's really annoying having to wipe your
- 2:07Speaker 7: bomb in the middle of.
- 2:08Speaker 9: The night in the pitch black as well.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Do you wash your hair? Of course you do, of
- 2:13Speaker 1: course I do. I just don't know I do, But
- 2:16Speaker 1: you know, in the middle of the night.
- 2:17Speaker 8: You just want to get back to bed as quickly
- 2:19Speaker 8: as possible.
- 2:20Speaker 7: You don't wash your hands when you do a wee
- 2:22Speaker 7: in the middle of the night, at least in.
- 2:24Speaker 9: The middle of the night. What do you mean at all.
- 2:27Speaker 1: In your own house. Here's the deal. If you're in
- 2:30Speaker 1: your own house, you don't have to wash your hands.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Would we agree?
- 2:35Speaker 11: If you're about to have dinner, then yes. All other times, yeah,
- 2:39Speaker 11: doesn't really need.
- 2:41Speaker 7: To are holding your Yeah, but it's not dirty. Look
- 2:44Speaker 7: i'm holding I'm holding my arm now. Yeah, you're saying
- 2:47Speaker 7: I've got a dirty peanut.
- 2:48Speaker 10: Well, yeah, like it's enclosed and sweaty and stuff.
- 2:53Speaker 11: And when you need something sterile, don't you pee on it.
- 2:58Speaker 8: It should be cleaning out.
- 3:00Speaker 1: That's true.
- 3:01Speaker 10: I've actually been traumatized by being peede on once. And
- 3:05Speaker 10: it's not in a it's not in a bedroom with
- 3:08Speaker 10: a plastic mattdown. When I was a young kid, I
- 3:11Speaker 10: was picking.
- 3:12Speaker 9: Up blue bottles.
- 3:13Speaker 10: Yeah, their tentacles still alive, and me and my brothers
- 3:18Speaker 10: were picking them up anyway. I must have picked up
- 3:20Speaker 10: about fifty and I was popping them with my hands,
- 3:22Speaker 10: and their little tentacles have been slapping in between my
- 3:25Speaker 10: thighs and all.
- 3:26Speaker 9: Over my stomach.
- 3:27Speaker 10: Anyway, I was in so much pain. We were camping
- 3:31Speaker 10: and then my Dutch.
- 3:32Speaker 9: Comes over and he's like.
- 3:33Speaker 10: Right, lay down, and he just pulled his old member
- 3:36Speaker 10: out and he's like this is the best thing for it,
- 3:39Speaker 10: and literally did a wee on me. And all I
- 3:42Speaker 10: kept thinking was if somebody was observing this from outside
- 3:46Speaker 10: in a car park, this would look so deranged.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Hearing that story is deranged.
- 3:52Speaker 7: Yeah, everyone can look at Erod's face.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I can't believe you told that story.
- 3:58Speaker 12: I think most people that you it's like urine therapy
- 4:01Speaker 12: on something like that. Maybe don't do it direct on
- 4:03Speaker 12: it like they put it in a jars.
- 4:05Speaker 10: And I was in mod of pain and my dad
- 4:07Speaker 10: just wanted to be out of my misery.
- 4:09Speaker 8: You know, he didn't want to do that. He was
- 4:12Speaker 8: just being a good dad.
- 4:13Speaker 9: You know.
- 4:13Speaker 7: It doesn't work, by the way, abe, Well, because I
- 4:15Speaker 7: got done by Blue Bottles about a year ago and
- 4:17Speaker 7: I went to the Life Save Its Yeah, and no,
- 4:20Speaker 7: the Life Saver didn't just make me lie down and
- 4:21Speaker 7: know you'll weed on me.
- 4:23Speaker 1: You know, it's an old lifestle.
- 4:24Speaker 9: And he thought he was doing the right thing.
- 4:26Speaker 10: Yeah, but I will say it is a memory that
- 4:29Speaker 10: has haunted me for my entire life.
- 4:32Speaker 8: Fit.

- 5:26Speaker 10: blue bottle tentacles. And back in the day, like this
- 5:30Speaker 10: is going back thirty odd years, my dad told me
- 5:35Speaker 10: that urine is it takes the sting out or there's
- 5:39Speaker 10: something in urine that helps with the stings.
- 5:41Speaker 8: And yeah, I was all heard that. Yes, is it true?

- 6:18Speaker 8: Well yeah, listen to be in the shower.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yea, and they labbered me up Brooklyn.
- 6:23Speaker 9: You will then did you drop the soap?
- 6:26Speaker 2: Yeah?

- 14:06Speaker 8: No, it's a new construction new toilet. But then, like Nate,
- 14:10Speaker 8: you know what I mean, like the tradees are actually
- 14:12Speaker 8: using it.
- 14:13Speaker 1: They're not brand new yourself. Well, not all the time technically,
- 14:17Speaker 1: but I was. I don't know why he posted it,

- 14:41Speaker 12: mugs made in the shape of a toilet bowl that
- 14:43Speaker 12: he drink out.
- 14:45Speaker 11: I think he did say he himself like went to
- 14:48Speaker 11: bunnies and installed it.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Yeah, but it could have been in China.
- 14:56Speaker 8: Yes, you don't think about China.
- 14:58Speaker 1: No, you never do. Hey, there's a new dating trend
- 15:01Speaker 1: going around. Yeah, and one of our producers tried it
- 15:05Speaker 1: over the weekend. We're going to get her in. It
- 15:07Speaker 1: sounds just awful to me. I'm going to say, yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: we'll see.
- 15:11Speaker 7: All right, we'll do that next eighteen past six the
- 15:14Speaker 7: time right now for Chemist Warehouse. You're on Kiss Breakfast,
- 15:19Speaker 7: Mikey Brooklyn Amy Gerard on your number one hit music station.
- 15:23Speaker 7: On You're on Kiss Good Morning. I had good morning
- 15:30Speaker 7: So there's this new dating trend going around and one
- 15:33Speaker 7: of our producers tried it.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Her name is Chelsea. It involves going to a party
- 15:39Speaker 1: with a date. Can you tell us about it, Chelsea?
- 15:41Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 15:42Speaker 19: Look, so it was a very small, intimate event. So
- 15:45Speaker 19: there's ten girls. Each girl had to bring a hinge
- 15:48Speaker 19: date that you've never met before.
- 15:50Speaker 9: So I was in like somebody that you've been chatting
- 15:52Speaker 9: with on hinge but yet to meet up. Correct.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Yeah, well why would you bring them to a party
- 15:57Speaker 1: and throw them in the deep end?
- 15:58Speaker 22: Well?
- 15:58Speaker 19: I think it's more because there's no awkwardness because you're
- 16:01Speaker 19: in a group of people, but no one is off limits,
- 16:04Speaker 19: so I could swoop in and steal someone else's hinge date.
- 16:08Speaker 10: I actually think it sounds like a cool, interesting way
- 16:12Speaker 10: to meet up with your hinge date. And then there's
- 16:15Speaker 10: also like no expectations that you guys are going to
- 16:17Speaker 10: hit it off. You might make eyes an old mate
- 16:20Speaker 10: over there in the door or in the corner, and
- 16:22Speaker 10: you could potentially have a compet.
- 16:23Speaker 11: Sounds like a recipe for all you girls who are
- 16:26Speaker 11: friends to just have a big scrag five.
- 16:29Speaker 8: Look.
- 16:30Speaker 19: I will say I won't ever do it again. It
- 16:33Speaker 19: wasn't great. But I have had a horrible history with
- 16:37Speaker 19: men on Hinge. They have just tragic. So when I
- 16:40Speaker 19: met this guy, I'm so sorry. If you're listening, he
- 16:42Speaker 19: wasn't my cup of tea, not my type.
- 16:44Speaker 9: But because I.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Wait, no, no, before you get on with the story.
- 16:47Speaker 1: So what was wrong with him?
- 16:48Speaker 9: Personality looks not great?
- 16:53Speaker 1: Let's stop there. What was wrong with the personality?
- 16:56Speaker 9: Was his chat good on him?
- 16:57Speaker 19: Yes, that's because he didn't like I knew straightaway from
- 17:01Speaker 19: his Hinge profile You're not my type looks wise. But
- 17:03Speaker 19: that's okay because you're funny and I can see past that.
- 17:06Speaker 19: But the funniness didn't translate in person.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe he was nervous. Oh whatever, grow up. Okay,
- 17:14Speaker 1: So you brought him along? Did you meet him out
- 17:16Speaker 1: the front?
- 17:17Speaker 19: You were like, yeah, we met at a pub before
- 17:18Speaker 19: with one of the other girls, and we walked over together.
- 17:21Speaker 19: But as soon as I saw him, I said to
- 17:23Speaker 19: my friend, Hey, you're going to have to carry this
- 17:24Speaker 19: because I can't communicate.
- 17:26Speaker 8: And I shut off.
- 17:28Speaker 9: Oh just yes, not. I like kind of went rude,
- 17:31Speaker 9: Like I didn't hug him, hello, I didn't.
- 17:33Speaker 19: Shake his hand.
- 17:33Speaker 9: I gave him nothing.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Women all, you're lucky.
- 17:38Speaker 9: Was there anyone any of your girlfriends did they hit
- 17:41Speaker 9: it off with any of that one one?
- 17:43Speaker 19: In group chat the next morning, she was like, I'm
- 17:45Speaker 19: still at his place. So that went well okay, but
- 17:48Speaker 19: I believe that was the only success.
- 17:50Speaker 1: So what did you do with your dude once you
- 17:52Speaker 1: got to the party? Did you just ignore him? Yes?
- 17:54Speaker 9: I did. I sat on the other side of the room.
- 17:55Speaker 19: There was games and stuff, so I had to participate
- 17:58Speaker 19: with him because you had to play it with your partner.
- 18:00Speaker 19: And I was like kind of yeah, giving him the
- 18:02Speaker 19: cold shoulder. Then we went to the pub after and
- 18:05Speaker 19: I ran to the back and I was like, no
- 18:07Speaker 19: one's going to find me. He won't find me there.
- 18:09Speaker 19: And then when the rest of the group came to
- 18:11Speaker 19: the pub and came to the back where I was sitting,
- 18:13Speaker 19: he was nowhere to be seen.
- 18:16Speaker 9: You know what I feel. It's like, do you if
- 18:18Speaker 9: it sounds like you were angry that he turned up? Yes?
- 18:21Speaker 9: Did you get catfished? I wouldn't say you look funny? Yeah,
- 18:25Speaker 9: I got funny fish.
- 18:26Speaker 1: But what are the games?
- 18:28Speaker 19: You have to sit back to back and like you
- 18:30Speaker 19: hold one of your shoes, you hold one of fish
- 18:33Speaker 19: the shoe guy who's more likely to send a text
- 18:36Speaker 19: message to the wrong person, and you hold the shoe up.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Don't even know the guy.
- 18:40Speaker 8: We have to have the shoes.
- 18:42Speaker 1: It's it's a game.
- 18:43Speaker 7: They played a wedding. I've done it onhe of m
- 18:45Speaker 7: seed weddings, so well, okay, you'd know them. You know
- 18:47Speaker 7: the person well, so to be who's more likely to
- 18:49Speaker 7: get really angry in the morning, and that you hold
- 18:51Speaker 7: the shoe up. You can't see them, but everyone.
- 18:53Speaker 9: Else can really understand the shoe part of the shoe was.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Like, but it doesn't really work if you don't know
- 19:00Speaker 1: what about.
- 19:01Speaker 9: Were there any Was there any partner swapping, like date swapping?
- 19:04Speaker 19: No, I think that was the purpose, Like you got
- 19:07Speaker 19: to meet new people, but it didn't happen.
- 19:09Speaker 1: There was no nude twister and you will just get
- 19:11Speaker 1: it on.
- 19:11Speaker 11: I have know all the keys in the bowl because
- 19:13Speaker 11: I feel like for you girls, if you actually really
- 19:16Speaker 11: liked one of these guys, you wouldn't have brought him along.
- 19:19Speaker 9: Because you would the risk of you being stolen.
- 19:21Speaker 8: So you only bought all the duds, so it's just
- 19:24Speaker 8: a dud party.
- 19:25Speaker 19: Yeah, And then after he left the pub, I unmatched
- 19:29Speaker 19: unfollowed straight away.
- 19:30Speaker 9: I have no contact with this man.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Why do you be so brutal? You can just ignore
- 19:35Speaker 1: him like a normal person? Unmatched on followed block.

- 20:04Speaker 9: That's me.
- 20:05Speaker 12: But what is the truth that Chelsea has repeated everything
- 20:08Speaker 12: about him?
- 20:09Speaker 9: Apparrently, I actually hate everything about you.

- 32:00Speaker 12: right now because she added a bunch of AFL players
- 32:03Speaker 12: that have slid into her DMS.
- 32:05Speaker 9: So we're going to chat to her next actually and
- 32:07Speaker 9: find out more.
- 32:09Speaker 18: K I.
- 32:13Speaker 9: Celebrity news.
- 32:14Speaker 1: You like that guy, bro? Right now, it's going to
- 32:16Speaker 1: hit a celebrity news. What's going on?
- 32:18Speaker 12: Oh we all know Annie Knight one of Australia's biggest
- 32:20Speaker 12: Only Fans creators, and she posted a video over the
- 32:23Speaker 12: weekend that's caused a bit of a stir. Now, in
- 32:27Speaker 12: the line of work that she does, it's no surprise
- 32:29Speaker 12: that she's got a bunch of men sliding into her
- 32:32Speaker 12: DMS all the time, despite the fact that she's actually
- 32:34Speaker 12: engaged and going to get married in the coming months.
- 32:36Speaker 1: So like work and real life, Annie are two different people.
- 32:40Speaker 12: And over the weekend she decided to out a couple
- 32:43Speaker 12: of AFL players, big names, mind you, who had been
- 32:46Speaker 12: sliding into her DMS.
- 32:48Speaker 8: I'm going to play.
- 32:49Speaker 11: When you said out, I thought you meant out as gay.
- 32:53Speaker 11: I was getting excited.
- 32:56Speaker 9: Story, but no, she has outed them as sliding into her.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Take a listen to the video.
- 33:01Speaker 10: She thought I would out some of the AFL players
- 33:03Speaker 10: and cricket players that have slid into my DMS.
- 33:06Speaker 13: Sorry.
- 33:07Speaker 5: Boys.
- 33:07Speaker 9: First up, we have at Clayton Oliver.
- 33:10Speaker 26: Clayton Oliver is a repeat offender.
- 33:13Speaker 9: It's happened a few times now.
- 33:14Speaker 26: I met Clayton.
- 33:15Speaker 9: He's a great guy. Sorry Clayton. He tends to do
- 33:18Speaker 9: this and then uncends. And we have our man of
- 33:23Speaker 9: the moment, Bailey Smith. He has slid in a few times.
- 33:26Speaker 10: Also asked me about my friend Lily Phillips, but she's
- 33:29Speaker 10: taken so all my buzz.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 33:32Speaker 10: Yeah, So apparently Clayton Oliver is known as a bit
- 33:35Speaker 10: for being a bit of a party boy. We all
- 33:37Speaker 10: know Bailey Smith he likes to party a bit too,
- 33:40Speaker 10: and you know it doesn't shock me that these are
- 33:42Speaker 10: the two names she threw out there, but I love.
- 33:44Speaker 9: That she did it.
- 33:45Speaker 6: Good on her, and we've got her on the phone.
- 33:46Speaker 9: I thought we'd just speak to her Annie, good morning.
- 33:48Speaker 16: Hello, Hey, hey, hey guys, how are you cool?
- 33:51Speaker 9: Annie?
- 33:52Speaker 10: I want to know after you posted this video, did
- 33:54Speaker 10: you get a DM straight away from Clayton and Bailey
- 33:57Speaker 10: being like, what the hell are you doing?
- 34:00Speaker 2: No?
- 34:00Speaker 26: I weirdly didn't, which I found actually quite odd, and
- 34:03Speaker 26: I didn't expect any of them to respond, so I
- 34:05Speaker 26: was shocked when Clayton did.
- 34:07Speaker 9: What did Clayton say?
- 34:09Speaker 26: No, he didn't say anything. He posted a story dancing
- 34:13Speaker 26: in the locker rooms to Annie, are you okay?
- 34:15Speaker 18: And tagged me hilarious.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Good Now?
- 34:20Speaker 12: Is there anyone else who's messaged you who maybe has
- 34:23Speaker 12: slid into your dms and gone, please don't out me,
- 34:25Speaker 12: please don't out me?
- 34:26Speaker 16: Like?
- 34:26Speaker 9: Are there more names that you're yet to reveal?
- 34:29Speaker 8: Do you know what?
- 34:30Speaker 26: I thought about going through some other ones and seeing
- 34:32Speaker 26: if everyone went back and has unsent their messages, but
- 34:34Speaker 26: I haven't checked yet.
- 34:36Speaker 9: I want to know you've done AFL. What about NRL?
- 34:40Speaker 19: Oh?
- 34:40Speaker 26: To be honest with you, I wouldn't even know if
- 34:42Speaker 26: an NRL player was in my dam because I don't
- 34:44Speaker 26: follow NLL could be.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Any of them.
- 34:46Speaker 7: What about some well known Australian celebrities TV give us
- 34:51Speaker 7: an exclusive?
- 34:53Speaker 26: No, no, there's a few, but I'm not going to
- 34:56Speaker 26: do it. What about I done my outing for the week?
- 34:59Speaker 27: Maybe next week?
- 35:00Speaker 9: What about a clue, A little clue?
- 35:02Speaker 22: Oh?
- 35:04Speaker 26: A reality TV stuff?
- 35:05Speaker 18: Oh?
- 35:05Speaker 1: What a shock?
- 35:06Speaker 6: Ye?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Do you feel bad though? Like outing these guys you know,
- 35:11Speaker 1: like from you know they got partners? No they don't.
- 35:14Speaker 26: Well well, I mean the guys I outed, I think
- 35:17Speaker 26: a single. I did feel a little bit guilty for
- 35:19Speaker 26: a second, but when Clayton responded, I was like, Okay,
- 35:22Speaker 26: thank god he's taking it all in good good yea,
- 35:24Speaker 26: so it's all good.
- 35:25Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:25Speaker 1: What if they had to partner? Would you out them then? Yes?
- 35:29Speaker 3: Oh?
- 35:29Speaker 1: Sure?
- 35:30Speaker 11: Also, but what's the difference between like sliding into a
- 35:34Speaker 11: d M and that's, you know, a dodgy thing, to
- 35:37Speaker 11: just messaging like a man can message a woman and
- 35:41Speaker 11: that's just communication.
- 35:45Speaker 26: It's more that like these guys knew I was engaged,
- 35:47Speaker 26: and they were like, yeah, I still give her a
- 35:49Speaker 26: try anyway.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Yeah, and there how she is.
- 35:54Speaker 9: How she's going.
- 35:55Speaker 8: What did they say exactly? Like are they trying to
- 35:58Speaker 8: get like you or something?
- 36:01Speaker 26: No, No, it was more just like responding to my stories,
- 36:04Speaker 26: but in like a you know, in a flirtatious way
- 36:06Speaker 26: that if I'd responded, they they would have you know, progressed.
- 36:08Speaker 7: So do you think because of your line of work,
- 36:10Speaker 7: these guys think, oh, your engagement isn't serious?
- 36:14Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 36:14Speaker 26: I think probably, and probably like my challenges like oh,
- 36:17Speaker 26: well she's you know, having other blokes.
- 36:18Speaker 1: So she'll have me too, Yeah, but that'd have to
- 36:22Speaker 1: pay or.
- 36:24Speaker 26: No, No, I just I don't do that anymore. Like
- 36:26Speaker 26: I'm getting married in two months, so my life's a
- 36:29Speaker 26: bit different.
- 36:30Speaker 12: Yeah, how is the wedding play? I'm assuming it's all
- 36:32Speaker 12: planned now, but two months away? You just said are
- 36:34Speaker 12: you excited?
- 36:36Speaker 26: Yeah, I'm so excited. I can't wait. It's actually really
- 36:38Speaker 26: scary that it's two months away. It's gone so fast,
- 36:40Speaker 26: this whole fifteen months. So yeah, but I'm very excited.
- 36:43Speaker 9: And so you're going to be a married woman.
- 36:45Speaker 10: Is that going to change anything you do in your
- 36:47Speaker 10: line of work? Or does your partner know what he's
- 36:50Speaker 10: signed up for? And you guys have like a really
- 36:51Speaker 10: healthy relationship.
- 36:53Speaker 26: Yeah, I think like I won't be collaborating as much
- 36:56Speaker 26: as I have in the past, but you know, I'm
- 36:59Speaker 26: doing this new reality TV show at the moment, so
- 37:01Speaker 26: like that's more my focus going forward.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Yep.
- 37:04Speaker 26: So yeah, yeah, I'm going to be a wife. So yeah,
- 37:07Speaker 26: thinks we'll look a little bit.
- 37:08Speaker 14: Different a little bit.
- 37:12Speaker 9: Earlie Night joining us here on Kanny.

- 40:49Speaker 7: All right, coming up, We'll give you another chance to
- 40:52Speaker 7: play before eight a m. For our pop quiz. There's
- 40:56Speaker 7: about to be a cat fight live on air. Oh yeah,
- 40:58Speaker 7: So a listener wants to confront a fend. Okay, she
- 41:01Speaker 7: reckons this friend has been stealing money off her. Let's
- 41:05Speaker 7: all well, friend, yeah right, okay, we're going to do
- 41:09Speaker 7: that next. You're on Kiss a quarter past seven. You
- 41:11Speaker 7: got Mikey Brooklyn Amy Girard, good morning.
- 41:19Speaker 9: Okay.
- 41:19Speaker 10: So Kelsey has given us a call because she wants
- 41:22Speaker 10: to get the truth out of her friend. So Kelsey,
- 41:26Speaker 10: her friend Alisha, and another girlfriend they went off and
- 41:29Speaker 10: they had a really beautiful girl's weekend away in the
- 41:31Speaker 10: Wine region. Apparently they had booked an airbnb and that
- 41:36Speaker 10: one fell through, so Aleisha, who has done all of
- 41:39Speaker 10: this organizing, found another Airbnb and they went on their merryway.
- 41:43Speaker 9: They had a great weekend.
- 41:44Speaker 10: However, it has now since come to Kelsey's attention that
- 41:48Speaker 10: the second airbnb was cheaper, and apparently like five hundred
- 41:53Speaker 10: dollars cheaper. It was like two hundred and fifty dollars
- 41:56Speaker 10: less each night, And Kelsey wants to up with Alisha
- 42:01Speaker 10: and kind of just ask her the question, like where's
- 42:03Speaker 10: our money?
- 42:04Speaker 9: What the hell's going on?
- 42:05Speaker 1: Well, here we go, let's chat to Kelsey high.
- 42:07Speaker 10: Hey girls, Hey guys, so you had a really nice weekend.
- 42:11Speaker 10: Is this like a new Newish girlfriend or somebody that
- 42:14Speaker 10: you've known.
- 42:14Speaker 9: For a while.
- 42:15Speaker 20: I've known her for a while, like long enough that
- 42:17Speaker 20: you know, you just don't be ripping off your mate.
- 42:19Speaker 20: But yeah, as you said, like the second airbnb was
- 42:22Speaker 20: so much cheaper, and she's just pocketed the money from
- 42:27Speaker 20: what I can tell.
- 42:28Speaker 7: Well, how do hang on? How do we know that
- 42:30Speaker 7: it was that much cheaper? And isn't there a little
- 42:32Speaker 7: bit of attacks for her organizing it?
- 42:35Speaker 20: Not a fun No, not five hundred dollars. I had
- 42:38Speaker 20: a friend who wanted to see the airbnb we stayed at,
- 42:40Speaker 20: so I looked it up and then literally realized so
- 42:43Speaker 20: quickly that it was heat cheaper, and yeah, just figured
- 42:46Speaker 20: where's the rest of the money gone?
- 42:48Speaker 10: And also did Alisha kind of turn up with booze?
- 42:51Speaker 10: Like did she buy champagne stuff for a cheese platter
- 42:53Speaker 10: or anything like that? Could the money have gone there?
- 42:56Speaker 23: No, not at all.
- 42:57Speaker 20: It was literally standard weekend away. But what's annoyed me
- 43:00Speaker 20: is I tried to contact her, and like, rather than
- 43:02Speaker 20: just being like normal about it and replying or like,
- 43:05Speaker 20: you know, accidents happen or things happen, she's literally ignored me. Yeah,
- 43:09Speaker 20: I can't get.
- 43:09Speaker 18: Through to it.
- 43:10Speaker 10: It just seems wild that she would go to these
- 43:13Speaker 10: lengths just for five hundred dollars, like if it was
- 43:16Speaker 10: a lot more money, and maybe she was about to
- 43:18Speaker 10: leave the country, but maybe she just hasn't.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Got around to it yet. You know how some people
- 43:22Speaker 1: are just hopeless. We're transferring to the mindy.
- 43:24Speaker 10: She ignoring Kelsey, she's literally ghosting her nou.
- 43:29Speaker 7: Yeah, well, lucky for you, we've tracked it down. So
- 43:31Speaker 7: we've got a number and she's going to agree to
- 43:33Speaker 7: come on air to Kiss. So you're going to confront
- 43:36Speaker 7: her and ask her the truth.
- 43:38Speaker 20: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, let's find out what's going on.
- 43:42Speaker 7: All right, we'll do that right after bb EUREXA. Here
- 43:46Speaker 7: twenty past seven, you're on Kiss Breakfast. Mikey Brooklyn, Amy Girard,
- 43:51Speaker 7: Good morning.
- 43:57Speaker 10: Okay, so we've actually got Kelsey on the line. She's
- 44:00Speaker 10: got a bit of a dilemma. Her other girlfriend, Alisha,
- 44:03Speaker 10: and another girlfriend. They went away to the wine region.
- 44:06Speaker 10: They had a wonderful girl's weekend. Their first airbnb fell through,
- 44:10Speaker 10: so Alisha jumped on the front foot organized a second airbnb.
- 44:14Speaker 10: Everything was great until Kelsey found out that the second
- 44:17Speaker 10: airbnb was significantly cheaper, and Elisha has well, we're assuming
- 44:25Speaker 10: pocketed the additional five hundred dollars that the girls would
- 44:28Speaker 10: have transferred because the second airbnb was so much cheaper.
- 44:30Speaker 7: So Kelsey, you're sure of this. It was definitely cheaper.
- 44:34Speaker 7: And she's been not letting you.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Talk to it one hundred percent.
- 44:37Speaker 20: She's being a rat because I can't get in contact
- 44:38Speaker 20: with her, so I hope you can.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Well, we have tracked it down. We're going to get
- 44:42Speaker 1: you to confront her.
- 44:43Speaker 10: Okay, yeah, great, all right, Kelsey sounds ready for a Barney.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Well, let's chat to Alisha first.
- 44:50Speaker 9: Hello, Alisha, good morning, Hey Alisha.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Hello, Hi, So friend's trip with Kelsey and another friend recently.
- 44:56Speaker 1: How was it?
- 44:57Speaker 18: Yeah, well it was pretty good.
- 44:59Speaker 10: I had a lot of And did you kind of
- 45:01Speaker 10: put your hand up to be the organizer that you
- 45:03Speaker 10: booked all the airbnbs?
- 45:06Speaker 18: Well, yeah, like booked them, but I guess I kind
- 45:08Speaker 18: of like.
- 45:09Speaker 9: The first one did that fall through and you had
- 45:11Speaker 9: to book a second one?
- 45:13Speaker 18: Yeah? Yeah, it took like ages for everyone to confirm,
- 45:16Speaker 18: so we lost the booking.
- 45:17Speaker 7: Okay, Well, on that, Kelsey wants to chat to you
- 45:21Speaker 7: about that booking and stuff.
- 45:24Speaker 1: We're going to put you on. Kelsey. You're on with
- 45:25Speaker 1: Elisha Hey.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Babe, how are you going?
- 45:30Speaker 18: I'm good? How are you? Well?
- 45:33Speaker 20: Yeah, I've been better. I mean, I can't believe we're
- 45:35Speaker 20: on radio because you can't reply to a text. But
- 45:39Speaker 20: of course, what have you done. You've ripped us off.
- 45:42Speaker 20: Where's our cash style?
- 45:44Speaker 28: What cash?
- 45:46Speaker 20: Well, you booked the airbnb, we got canceled. We booked
- 45:50Speaker 20: the second one. It was a lot cheaper. I've done
- 45:53Speaker 20: my research, I've messaged you several times. You're not getting
- 45:56Speaker 20: back to me, and basically, I want my money back.
- 45:59Speaker 20: Thank you.
- 46:01Speaker 18: Hang on, Like what you spoke to the people at
- 46:03Speaker 18: the airbnb.
- 46:05Speaker 20: No, I looked at art babe, like, obviously you know
- 46:08Speaker 20: it was cheaper to go to the second airbnb. Me
- 46:11Speaker 20: and the other girls have done the research. We've seen
- 46:14Speaker 20: the cost difference. We paid you the difference, and you
- 46:17Speaker 20: haven't given us the cash back. Basically, well five hundred bucks, dudes, Well.
- 46:22Speaker 18: For the exact same weekend. I don't think so.
- 46:24Speaker 20: Yeah, yeah, but the airbnb was cheaper. This is crazy
- 46:28Speaker 20: that you're not admitting it, because there's nothing like.
- 46:33Speaker 18: To admit like it was just it was the difference
- 46:35Speaker 18: in price for the weekend. It's like the exact same
- 46:37Speaker 18: weekend what you researched it.
- 46:41Speaker 20: Yeah, but it was cheaper, so you should be paying
- 46:43Speaker 20: us the difference. We're not paying you to organize it.
- 46:45Speaker 20: You're not a travel agent, babe.
- 46:46Speaker 18: Oh my god. Okay, well someone had to organize it.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Are you saying it wasn't cheaper, Alisha?
- 46:53Speaker 18: No, I'm just saying like nobody else was putting their
- 46:56Speaker 18: hand up to organize everything, and it was just it
- 46:58Speaker 18: took ages for everyone to kind of confirm.
- 47:01Speaker 1: So how much cheaper was it? And how much money
- 47:03Speaker 1: have you got from the girls.
- 47:06Speaker 18: I don't know. Maybe it was like four hundred and
- 47:09Speaker 18: fifty dollars cheaper. Perhaps, I don't know. I can't really remember.
- 47:14Speaker 20: We're not paying your commission to organize a trip, babe,
- 47:17Speaker 20: like you've got to pay us some money back. I
- 47:19Speaker 20: just can't believe that you wouldn't reply to my message
- 47:22Speaker 20: and here we are.
- 47:23Speaker 18: Oh so, hang on, I didn't reply to your message,
- 47:25Speaker 18: so you rang people to like corner me on the
- 47:28Speaker 18: radio about it.
- 47:33Speaker 20: I just don't think that that's appropriate that you think
- 47:35Speaker 20: that you can take that money and then just sit there.
- 47:37Speaker 20: I don't think it's appropriated.
- 47:39Speaker 9: You're called on the radio, Alisha. Have you spent the money.
- 47:43Speaker 18: Yeah, of course she has. What if I spent it on?
- 47:47Speaker 18: If you know so much?
- 47:48Speaker 20: This is outrageous, So how can you not to still
- 47:50Speaker 20: be on the defense? Give us our money back?
- 47:53Speaker 18: No, I'm not like, no, it was insurance.
- 47:57Speaker 10: So Alisha, you're aware that the girls have paid you
- 48:01Speaker 10: over and you're okay with just keeping their money.
- 48:04Speaker 18: Yeah, because they're really flaky. They do this all the time.
- 48:07Speaker 18: They want to organize girl's trips. Nobody does anything.
- 48:10Speaker 20: I think you're actually just making things up. Now you
- 48:13Speaker 20: won't have to worry about organizing any other girls troops
- 48:15Speaker 20: because you're not invited.
- 48:16Speaker 18: Babe. Oh good, at least I've got, you know, the
- 48:20Speaker 18: money insurance.
- 48:22Speaker 20: Enjoy that five hundred dollars there?
- 48:24Speaker 18: Okay, yeah, okay, Well, oh my god, I will, actually
- 48:27Speaker 18: I will. It'll be great. It'd be so good.
- 48:30Speaker 1: So just to check you're not going to pay it back?
- 48:33Speaker 27: Well, why should I?
- 48:34Speaker 18: Now she's calling me on the radio. It's embarrassing. It's
- 48:37Speaker 18: so embarrassing, it's so emotionally mature, Alisha.
- 48:40Speaker 10: The only reason why she's done that is because she
- 48:42Speaker 10: says she's tried to contact you multiple times and you
- 48:44Speaker 10: haven't responded.
- 48:45Speaker 9: Or answered.
- 48:46Speaker 18: Have you seen proof of that? Have you seen proof
- 48:48Speaker 18: of her trying to contact me? Well, then maybe you
- 48:51Speaker 18: should just, I don't know, not accept calls and random
- 48:54Speaker 18: accusations from strangers. Hey, what about that?
- 48:56Speaker 1: Okay, so we don't care.
- 48:58Speaker 18: I'm going now.
- 49:00Speaker 3: Bye bye.
- 49:03Speaker 7: Okay, Well, Kelsey looks like she's gone, So it's all
- 49:05Speaker 7: over you and I get your money back and you
- 49:06Speaker 7: probably have just ended a friendship there.
- 49:08Speaker 20: Oh you know what though, like that was embarrassing for
- 49:11Speaker 20: her and she's I'm glad and she can keep her money.
- 49:14Speaker 20: What a stupid nole.
- 49:15Speaker 10: Yeah, four hundred and fifty doesn't feel like it's worth
- 49:18Speaker 10: it over a friendship, but obviously maybe she didn't value
- 49:20Speaker 10: it enough.
- 49:21Speaker 9: So I feel like I feel like it's not much
- 49:23Speaker 9: of a love loss there for you.
- 49:25Speaker 20: No catch a later BA for sure.
- 49:28Speaker 1: All right. Well, see, dudes, wouldn't do this.
- 49:32Speaker 9: I don't have any girlfriends who I would have like
- 49:36Speaker 9: dramas like that with.
- 49:37Speaker 1: No nah just back in the day, but never never.
- 49:41Speaker 9: Honestly, we're all just straight shooters. Oh and I wouldn't.
- 49:46Speaker 9: They're doing it on radio.
- 49:47Speaker 1: I understand right, she.
- 49:48Speaker 10: Did it because she obviously couldn't get in contact with her,
- 49:51Speaker 10: but then bring her under radio and yeah, publicly humiliating her.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Well, that's what we're here for.
- 49:56Speaker 8: I don't say that's a bad thing.
- 49:58Speaker 10: Amy, Sorry, sorry, Yeah, bring everyone humiliate them on live radio.
- 50:04Speaker 1: It's what did I pass? Seven.
- 50:05Speaker 7: Matt Preston is joining us live on air, coming up
- 50:08Speaker 7: right here on Kiss mikey Brooklyn and Amy Gerrard.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Yiss, let's go, Matt Preston.
- 50:16Speaker 7: Let's go all right on Kiss Breakfast right now. Matt
- 50:19Speaker 7: Preston is joining us live.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Good morning, Hello.
- 50:23Speaker 6: Matt, very good morning. Nice to see all. Amy. Congratulations
- 50:26Speaker 6: on the longest interview pressures for a radio show. You've
- 50:29Speaker 6: done fantastic. You have you permanently here. You have the
- 50:32Speaker 6: perfect back crock of Sydney Harbor.
- 50:35Speaker 9: You've done well, very much.
- 50:37Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 50:37Speaker 7: Love to so your mate been a while. Love that
- 50:39Speaker 7: there's still going.
- 50:41Speaker 18: Oh yeah.
- 50:41Speaker 6: This is a little cowboy Neckerchief because I feel that
- 50:44Speaker 6: making the show playing locally it needed a slightly new lock.
- 50:47Speaker 6: So we bought all these these little cowboy squares and
- 50:50Speaker 6: I'm wearing those. They're smaller, they're slightly more understated, they're
- 50:53Speaker 6: slightly more more suitable for when you're out in the country.
- 50:56Speaker 1: So have you retired the cravats?
- 50:58Speaker 6: No, I've got I've got. I've got a bag of
- 51:00Speaker 6: four hundred I'm looking to get rid of. I'm trying
- 51:04Speaker 6: to work out how to get rid of.
- 51:05Speaker 1: Well, you could auction on me by yeah, yeah, Well
- 51:07Speaker 1: you know there's.
- 51:07Speaker 6: Nothing that There was a famous case of a of
- 51:11Speaker 6: a daytime seleb in the UK who auctioned his tie
- 51:14Speaker 6: and it went four fifty cents, so it was like everyone, well,
- 51:18Speaker 6: no one likes him. So I'm thinking, no, I think
- 51:21Speaker 6: they need they need to be given away to bad homes.
- 51:23Speaker 7: Yeah right, you don't want to embarrass yourself with a
- 51:25Speaker 7: fifty cent going high.
- 51:27Speaker 6: I don't need to be detailed.
- 51:28Speaker 1: How relevant I am, Well you're relevant.
- 51:31Speaker 7: You got playing locally at premiers on SBS on Demand
- 51:34Speaker 7: and SBS Food tomorrow eight thirty. Is this all about
- 51:37Speaker 7: how good our food here in Australia is?
- 51:40Speaker 6: I think it's a combination of one of one, how
- 51:43Speaker 6: good our food is. Number two, how hard it is
- 51:45Speaker 6: to produce really good food. And you know, for a
- 51:47Speaker 6: small producer, if you're a farmer or a fisher, gee,
- 51:50Speaker 6: it's a brutal life. And when you when you hop
- 51:52Speaker 6: into icy cold water, you know, at dawn on the
- 51:56Speaker 6: gooor perm or anything. I'll just be paddling around raking
- 52:00Speaker 6: pippies in maybe ankle deep water and your suddenly are
- 52:02Speaker 6: your up to your nipples in freezing surf. And then
- 52:05Speaker 6: the waves come in and smash you. And these guys
- 52:07Speaker 6: know that they use their rake to of hurdle the waves.
- 52:11Speaker 6: You don't have that skill, You'll end up you end
- 52:12Speaker 6: up being absolutely sodden. And it's you go, gee, that
- 52:15Speaker 6: is that is not a job. And breakfast radio is hard,
- 52:18Speaker 6: but this is double plus.
- 52:20Speaker 9: That sounds harder.
- 52:21Speaker 10: So is all of the food that you are going
- 52:23Speaker 10: to be eating on these series? Is it very much
- 52:25Speaker 10: like farm to table?
- 52:26Speaker 6: Yeah, it's it's it's these small, so small regenitive farms.
- 52:29Speaker 6: It's that. Then maybe maybe it's maybe it's a family
- 52:32Speaker 6: with an oyster lease that they've had a couple of generations.
- 52:35Speaker 6: I think the other thing, you really it's not just
- 52:38Speaker 6: the physical struggle how hard it is, but just you know,
- 52:40Speaker 6: we were down at the Oleas and Kangaroo Island and
- 52:43Speaker 6: they just had this algae bloom. So their business has
- 52:46Speaker 6: been shut down for nine months and they felt isolated,
- 52:50Speaker 6: and I think this thing with with with producers is
- 52:52Speaker 6: it's quite a lonely business and there's not a lot
- 52:54Speaker 6: of love for them. So it's really nice to go
- 52:56Speaker 6: somewhere and show some love. And also in terms of
- 52:59Speaker 6: the images, it's a beautiful thing to do because they
- 53:01Speaker 6: are in the most unbelievable location. So the shots, the
- 53:06Speaker 6: kind of that that romance of the location is something
- 53:09Speaker 6: that kind of you said against how hard the job is.
- 53:11Speaker 6: So you have this stuff. Oh that's beautiful thing. Oh
- 53:13Speaker 6: that's quite hard.
- 53:15Speaker 10: Would you say that you've got one of the best
- 53:18Speaker 10: jobs in the world, like basically being able.
- 53:21Speaker 6: To go pay to eat cake, flown out to Mexico City. Well,
- 53:26Speaker 6: Cocktail awards?
- 53:29Speaker 8: How hard?
- 53:30Speaker 9: Cocktail?
- 53:30Speaker 1: How did you go with like keeping wade off and stuff?
- 53:33Speaker 15: Is it hard?
- 53:34Speaker 6: I've just I've totally changed my diet recently, and I'm
- 53:37Speaker 6: just what did you go to? I just I just
- 53:39Speaker 6: went clean, you know, I mean, I've got I've got
- 53:42Speaker 6: young kids, I've got twined like young young adult kids
- 53:44Speaker 6: at twenty six, twenty three, twenty one, and they're like, oh, Dad,
- 53:47Speaker 6: is protein? We need more more protein and so and
- 53:50Speaker 6: so they just smashed me, like No, you can't eat that,
- 53:53Speaker 6: none of that.
- 53:53Speaker 9: So what if you cut out? Have you cut out
- 53:55Speaker 9: like carbs?
- 53:56Speaker 6: I'm not really I've tried to not cut out stuff,
- 53:59Speaker 6: just eat more of stuff I really like, like you know,
- 54:01Speaker 6: but I mean spending my time working with food. And
- 54:05Speaker 6: obviously I've been involved in social media since it kind
- 54:08Speaker 6: of started in two thousand and nine, so I love
- 54:10Speaker 6: that as a source both good and bad. There's some
- 54:13Speaker 6: terrible trends out there, and there's some terrible recipes that
- 54:16Speaker 6: you make and go I need to tell people never
- 54:18Speaker 6: to make. But there's also some really clever stuff out there,
- 54:21Speaker 6: whether you know. I've been all across that rice paper trend,
- 54:24Speaker 6: which is delicious love yeah, so good, so crunchy, crispy.
- 54:29Speaker 6: I love the air fryer.
- 54:30Speaker 10: Have you seen the one I've just my girlfriend told
- 54:32Speaker 10: me about this yesterday. Apparently it's gone viral on TikTok.
- 54:35Speaker 10: It's all about Kingston, the little Kingston biscuits, you know.
- 54:38Speaker 6: The King of biscuits. Yes, the King of biscuits.
- 54:41Speaker 10: So apparently you lay out a tray of them and
- 54:43Speaker 10: then you put like peach cobbler all over it and
- 54:46Speaker 10: it turns it into some cake yes, here your mat.
- 54:51Speaker 6: Anything with the Kingston. I mean, you've got it. So
- 54:52Speaker 6: what you've got The challenge is it's got to be
- 54:55Speaker 6: better than the ordinary Kingston A cup of tea, right,
- 54:58Speaker 6: and I would suggest you're gonna watch locally. It is
- 55:00Speaker 6: the show is designed for a big mugget tea and
- 55:03Speaker 6: a play of Kingston's why are you here?
- 55:05Speaker 7: We're talking of weird food trends. We were having a
- 55:08Speaker 7: look at this this morning of food influenza.
- 55:11Speaker 6: You've already started in the battle.
- 55:15Speaker 9: Food influence.
- 55:16Speaker 7: Here's what she does with the macas so angel foodie.
- 55:19Speaker 7: She orders a triple cheeseburger and dips it in Coca cola.
- 55:26Speaker 2: I swear this is actually so good. Ever since I
- 55:28Speaker 2: tried this again, I've been craving it like once a week.
- 55:31Speaker 2: And I've also seen a lot of comment saying that
- 55:32Speaker 2: people dip pizza or chicken nuggets and coke also, so
- 55:36Speaker 2: it's really not that weird and I actually kind of
- 55:37Speaker 2: want to try those.
- 55:38Speaker 6: Also, there's nothing wrong with any dunking credits. Let's start
- 55:42Speaker 6: with that place, you know, the Kingston's Hot Sea Perfect,
- 55:45Speaker 6: the Tim Tam Slam unbelievable that that that's really good.
- 55:48Speaker 1: We'll stand by my gosh, have we got the Marcas?
- 55:52Speaker 8: Yeah, we got it.
- 55:53Speaker 1: We've got it. We're doing it, so stay right here.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Oh my, let's see if it is next kiss. All right,
- 56:02Speaker 1: the Kimmel Roy right now, good morning.
- 56:08Speaker 7: All right, we're going to taste this with Matt Preston.
- 56:10Speaker 7: So this foody influencer Angel Foody. She orders a triple cheeseburger,
- 56:17Speaker 7: dips it in coke, and Matt Preston, you were saying,
- 56:20Speaker 7: you think this is good.
- 56:21Speaker 6: Well, no, I don't think it's good, and I'm questioning it.
- 56:24Speaker 6: I love it. I love a very salty fry with
- 56:26Speaker 6: a van in the milkshake. There's a sense of the
- 56:28Speaker 6: salt and the sugar that makes sense.
- 56:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 56:30Speaker 6: In terms of the Dark Doctor, I don't mind the
- 56:33Speaker 6: Dark Doctor for cooking. I used it in the stir
- 56:35Speaker 6: fry and I got yeah. Just to live just a
- 56:38Speaker 6: little bit bit of my favorite recipe. The best recipe
- 56:40Speaker 6: you find online that's super easy is slow cooked chicken
- 56:43Speaker 6: wings in It's got to be full strength, in full strength,
- 56:46Speaker 6: cope and cook them really really. I've tried it with
- 56:48Speaker 6: DC and horrible, but with full strength it just cooks
- 56:52Speaker 6: for a long time, there's a lot of sugar. It's
- 56:53Speaker 6: not an every day food mate.
- 56:54Speaker 1: Right, Okay, well neither is this marketers that we have
- 56:57Speaker 1: in here.
- 56:57Speaker 11: Now, my basic cooking knowledge would would think that bread
- 57:01Speaker 11: into liquid is not a good thing.
- 57:05Speaker 9: Are you going to do a quick dumb it's going
- 57:07Speaker 9: to play on the whole sweet and salty?
- 57:09Speaker 6: And what about what about having a cheese and ham
- 57:12Speaker 6: toasty dunked into your tomato soup or your pumpkin seup?
- 57:17Speaker 6: You know, superstick? The liquid thing is okay, I mean
- 57:21Speaker 6: what about the barrier, the berrier dunk.
- 57:24Speaker 9: Stuff I like pizza and coke?
- 57:27Speaker 6: I like, yeah, you just don't junk.
- 57:31Speaker 1: Amy is already hoovering into the well here.
- 57:36Speaker 9: This is yum.
- 57:41Speaker 8: For cold.
- 57:42Speaker 1: Yeah, okays on what's your review here?
- 57:48Speaker 6: You know, a really good combination takes two plus two
- 57:51Speaker 6: and makes eight, right, and I think this is a
- 57:53Speaker 6: two plus two. I don't think there's a benefit in
- 57:56Speaker 6: having the cheeseburger into the coke. It's an interesting idea,
- 58:00Speaker 6: and it's certainly not as bad as and I'm putting
- 58:01Speaker 6: cinnamon on cucumber, which is a big trend, but it's
- 58:04Speaker 6: not one of those things like putting olive oil in
- 58:07Speaker 6: an ice cream that was a trend about a year ago,
- 58:09Speaker 6: which is delicious.
- 58:10Speaker 8: This is really changing the taste.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Taking it cold, yeah, soggy.
- 58:16Speaker 6: Cold, cold and soggy. But then you know, if you
- 58:18Speaker 6: go to if you go to Istanbul, they have a thing.
- 58:20Speaker 6: They have these soggy burgers. They have steam burgers. They
- 58:23Speaker 6: make a burger and they put it it's like steam boats.
- 58:25Speaker 6: And so that's the thing. So maybe if you're from
- 58:27Speaker 6: a Turkish background, this could be. This could be the
- 58:30Speaker 6: co labby looking for.
- 58:31Speaker 1: Okay, so this works if you're Turkish.
- 58:35Speaker 6: You know what I think. All you've got to give
- 58:37Speaker 6: it a try. You never know what your own personal
- 58:39Speaker 6: peccadillo may be. And we all have. You know, I
- 58:41Speaker 6: love I Love a Worcester sauce on on toast with
- 58:45Speaker 6: apricot jam, and that is a combo that it's weird
- 58:49Speaker 6: but it's delicious.
- 58:50Speaker 9: Works for you.
- 58:51Speaker 6: Vegamine and raspberry jam on burnt toast. Seriously, try it yourself.
- 58:58Speaker 6: I'll send you a list of we combo to try.
- 59:00Speaker 6: Summer one not to try chicken loaf and Natella one
- 59:04Speaker 6: of the most discussing ever.
- 59:06Speaker 1: At least you gave it a go.
- 59:07Speaker 7: Yeah, Matt Preston playing locally so it starts on SBS
- 59:11Speaker 7: on Demand and SBS Food tomorrow at thirty pm. Always
- 59:16Speaker 7: good to see you, mate, Thank you for giving her to.
- 59:17Speaker 6: Go and yeah, pleasure, pleasure, thank you for feeding the coke.
- 59:21Speaker 7: We'll gott to hit a celebrity gossip coming up with
- 59:23Speaker 7: R next. You're on Kiss Breakfast, Mikey Brooklyn and Amy Jerd.
- 59:27Speaker 7: Good morning, celebrity news.
- 59:33Speaker 22: You like that?
- 59:34Speaker 1: Al right, crow it now it's got to hit a
- 59:36Speaker 1: celebrity in news.
- 59:37Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 59:37Speaker 12: Jonah Hill was on the SmartLess podcast, which is hosted
- 59:40Speaker 12: by celebrities, I mean Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes from what
- 59:43Speaker 12: was he in, Will and Grace and Will One, and
- 59:45Speaker 12: he was talking to them about this the like hobby
- 59:48Speaker 12: that he started seven years ago at the age of
- 59:51Speaker 12: thirty five years old, and that hobby is.
- 59:53Speaker 1: Brazilian jiu jitsu.
- 59:54Speaker 9: Nice. So he holds a white belt.
- 59:57Speaker 12: Now, my six year olds, I would get say it's
- 1:00:00Speaker 12: not that impressive, Like when you look at the belt
- 1:00:03Speaker 12: order for an adult, it goes white, blue, purple, then.
- 1:00:05Speaker 9: Brown and black.
- 1:00:07Speaker 12: But he's talking about his white belt as if it's
- 1:00:09Speaker 12: something to be impressed by In this interview, he also
- 1:00:12Speaker 12: says that because of his jiu jitsu training and his
- 1:00:14Speaker 12: white belt, he'd absolutely be able to take his haters
- 1:00:18Speaker 12: out if he needed to take a listen.
- 1:00:20Speaker 9: To what he said.
- 1:00:21Speaker 24: I love Brazilian jiu jitsu. I love except my body
- 1:00:24Speaker 24: is begging me to not love it.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Forty two isn't.
- 1:00:29Speaker 24: My wife is often like, you're not going to become
- 1:00:31Speaker 24: like a professional fighter, you know that, right, Like you're
- 1:00:34Speaker 24: a comedian.
- 1:00:35Speaker 6: Like, but let me ask you something, if we got
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: into it, I would you.
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I would.
- 1:00:43Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 1:00:43Speaker 9: And that's the best part.
- 1:00:44Speaker 24: My favorite thing is people are like, oh, jonnah hill
- 1:00:47Speaker 24: I go from super Bowl and I'm like, I would annihily.
- 1:00:53Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 1:00:55Speaker 10: I it's it's a funny one to watch, like it's
- 1:00:58Speaker 10: literally just man rest sling on the ground.
- 1:01:00Speaker 12: I was gonna say, it's actually not one of those
- 1:01:02Speaker 12: ones where put into practice is very useful, like day
- 1:01:05Speaker 12: to day, Like I've got to say, as someone who
- 1:01:08Speaker 12: is engaged to a professional boxer, there's something in me
- 1:01:11Speaker 12: that kind of just feels like, I know my partner
- 1:01:13Speaker 12: can someone up one day if we needed to.
- 1:01:16Speaker 9: But it also scares me because I'm like, please never
- 1:01:18Speaker 9: do that. Yeah, of course, Like just because you can
- 1:01:21Speaker 9: doesn't mean you should. I think we've got one of
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: my next door neighbors.
- 1:01:24Speaker 10: He's a black belt in jiu jitsu, and he always
- 1:01:26Speaker 10: says like, I could take your husband down. My Ryan
- 1:01:29Speaker 10: is not a jiu jitsu but also he's big, and
- 1:01:32Speaker 10: he's big, he's like.
- 1:01:33Speaker 9: A man mountain.
- 1:01:34Speaker 10: However, I'm like, I think what these jiu jitsu people
- 1:01:37Speaker 10: do is they like they they get on top of
- 1:01:39Speaker 10: you and they use their legs.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Is that the thing that Melissa does a lot of
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: She did a.
- 1:01:45Speaker 12: Lot of grappling, she said, so not Brazilian jiu jitsu
- 1:01:48Speaker 12: as a whole. She kind of does the grappling component,
- 1:01:50Speaker 12: which is the like, yeah, the wrestling is a combination
- 1:01:55Speaker 12: of kickboxing, boxing, and grappling. So well, because it's all three,
- 1:01:59Speaker 12: it's like, oh, that's like mixed martial arts, I guess.
- 1:02:01Speaker 12: But I mean in terms of the grappling element, like
- 1:02:05Speaker 12: what are they just going to run up to for
- 1:02:06Speaker 12: your example, your husband six foot three, Is he going
- 1:02:08Speaker 12: to sprint up to him, mount him on his back
- 1:02:10Speaker 12: and just hope his force can take him to the ground.
- 1:02:13Speaker 10: Army, Yeah, The only way I reckon you would be
- 1:02:15Speaker 10: able to take Ryan out is if he hit the deck, like,
- 1:02:17Speaker 10: if he's on the ground already, yes, you will be
- 1:02:20Speaker 10: able to take him out.
- 1:02:21Speaker 9: But good luck getting that man down.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: To the hall, big he man.
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:02:25Speaker 12: Also, these celebrities, I'm gonna have to explain who they are,
- 1:02:28Speaker 12: but the story's worth it. So Aneline McCord, now, she's
- 1:02:31Speaker 12: best known for they did a nine O two one oh.
- 1:02:34Speaker 12: Remember Beverly Hills nine two oh, the old show. They
- 1:02:37Speaker 12: did a reboot in the early noughties called nine O
- 1:02:39Speaker 12: two to one oh, and Anneline McCord was like the
- 1:02:42Speaker 12: main actress in that. And she's also getting married to
- 1:02:46Speaker 12: a former rugby union player who's quite well known I
- 1:02:49Speaker 12: think in the UK.
- 1:02:50Speaker 9: His name's Danny Cipriani.
- 1:02:52Speaker 12: Now the story is they've got a combined net worth
- 1:02:55Speaker 12: of like over ten million Australian dollars, like eleven million
- 1:02:58Speaker 12: Australian dollars, and there are looking for people to donate
- 1:03:01Speaker 12: to their wedding. So they've started an entire registry on
- 1:03:05Speaker 12: a website called money Fund.
- 1:03:07Speaker 9: I've got up on the screen for you guys here.
- 1:03:09Speaker 12: So they're getting married in October of this year, and
- 1:03:11Speaker 12: basically there's a list where you can buy certain parts
- 1:03:14Speaker 12: of their wedding. For example, for two hundred and fifty bucks,
- 1:03:18Speaker 12: you can contribute towards the reception catering. For three hundred
- 1:03:21Speaker 12: dollars you can add to cart the wedding photographer. You
- 1:03:24Speaker 12: can also add things like floral arrangements.
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: Is this a public thing, it's not just for people
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: who are invited?
- 1:03:31Speaker 12: Well, yeah, I mean they would have sent it to
- 1:03:33Speaker 12: their wedding guest. But it's a website, so like, technically
- 1:03:35Speaker 12: we could go on now and pay. One of the
- 1:03:38Speaker 12: ones I saw that was bought was one hundred bucks
- 1:03:40Speaker 12: for their marriage registration.
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: This is I wish I'd thought of this.
- 1:03:48Speaker 9: Smart.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: Hang on a second, kiss paid for your your wedding?
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: Was I mean, isn't this just like a wedding registry,
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: which I always I've said before, I feel like, is
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: rude these pot plants?
- 1:04:01Speaker 9: No, a lot of people find registries helpful.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: You reckon, Yeah, just give money in a cart.
- 1:04:06Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean, it's kind of the same concept as
- 1:04:08Speaker 12: a wishing well, but they're just asking for the money
- 1:04:10Speaker 12: ahead of time, as opposed to on the night. Give
- 1:04:13Speaker 12: us an envelope with money, but it's like a ranger
- 1:04:15Speaker 12: life better where you can use the money afterward that
- 1:04:17Speaker 12: you get well also downloaded.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: Like you said, they don't need any of these.
- 1:04:21Speaker 12: Yeah, they wrote on their gift any amount contribute to
- 1:04:23Speaker 12: our journey, help us create our dream wedding and honeymoon
- 1:04:26Speaker 12: experience with any amount of donation.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: It just feels a bit icky.
- 1:04:29Speaker 12: Everyone's slamming them saying it's packy and also like they
- 1:04:33Speaker 12: don't need the money.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: They don't.
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: Yeah, Okay, coming up, we are giving away thousands of

- 1:08:45Speaker 1: All right, well there we go. Let's see if you
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: can be snappy with Margaret.
- 1:08:49Speaker 18: Hello.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: Hello, Hi Georgina, good morning.
- 1:08:53Speaker 9: How can I help you?
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: Georgina. I lost my partner three months ago to cancer.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: I'm fifty nine. We had both been previously married, three
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: children each, so basically had a lifetime beforehand. But for
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: that six years, he was an amazing partner, pretty perfect
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: in my eyes, and as difficult as it is, I'm
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: a positive person by nature. So my struggle is is
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: that it for me like he was pretty perfect? How
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: do I find that again? Do I just not find
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: it again? And I guess I'm just curious as to
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: what you think and what you see.
- 1:09:31Speaker 22: I keep hearing the song from it's simply the best,
- 1:09:34Speaker 22: better than all the rest. So that's the message from
- 1:09:36Speaker 22: you past your person's past event, so they think they're
- 1:09:39Speaker 22: simply the best. I don't think you can compare somebody
- 1:09:42Speaker 22: and you, but you will find somebody sixty two when
- 1:09:44Speaker 22: you're about sixty two sixty three, they will have all
- 1:09:48Speaker 22: the tick boxes that you want, but they're mellow. I
- 1:09:50Speaker 22: hear the song I hate things and songs. I hear
- 1:09:52Speaker 22: the song mellow yellow. So they're going to be well.
- 1:09:54Speaker 22: So that's a really nice combination. Also to probably their
- 1:09:58Speaker 22: children have grown up. They're free because they hear this,
- 1:10:02Speaker 22: born free. I think if you're a working person, you
- 1:10:05Speaker 22: may need to concentrate more on training or developing, because
- 1:10:10Speaker 22: there seems to be within eighteen so I don't know
- 1:10:12Speaker 22: if that's eighteen weeks or eighteen months, a change in
- 1:10:15Speaker 22: invocation or whatever you're actually doing. So I think concentrate
- 1:10:21Speaker 22: on emotionally being stable at the moment, because grief sometimes
- 1:10:25Speaker 22: can overtake us at certain times anniversaries, Christmas and things
- 1:10:29Speaker 22: like that. So I tend to think, you know, and
- 1:10:31Speaker 22: maybe an eighteen months time, with the changes with work,
- 1:10:34Speaker 22: that you'll also maybe have met somebody by that time,
- 1:10:36Speaker 22: so that will fill that void. So I feel quite positive.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: Okay, oh excellent, thank you so much.
- 1:10:41Speaker 7: Then a few years to go and she'll meet someone else,
- 1:10:45Speaker 7: and you know, not everyone can tick all those boxes,
- 1:10:47Speaker 7: can I now?
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: Mellow yellow?
- 1:10:48Speaker 22: I think you have somebody who's quite mellow, maybe quite nice.
- 1:10:51Speaker 9: It's nice, just having the companionship, right, Yeah, they're mellow.
- 1:10:54Speaker 22: That's my feeling, just the mellow. Not necessarily what you
- 1:10:56Speaker 22: had before, but a nice combination.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:11:00Speaker 9: Okay, Mikayla, you're on with Georgina.
- 1:11:03Speaker 14: Good morning, I how are you going good?
- 1:11:07Speaker 7: I just want to know.
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: So I've been with my partner for.
- 1:11:10Speaker 22: A couple of years now.
- 1:11:11Speaker 25: He struggles with an alcohol addiction.
- 1:11:14Speaker 16: We're in a little bit of a situation where I
- 1:11:17Speaker 16: feel stuck. I just want to know.
- 1:11:20Speaker 25: I guess what you see for the future.
- 1:11:22Speaker 22: As soon as I heard your voice, I got pains
- 1:11:23Speaker 22: in my stomach. Pains in my stomach. It's not a
- 1:11:25Speaker 22: good vibration. My sense is that you know, sometimes you
- 1:11:28Speaker 22: may be feeling it's better to have somebody that have nobody.
- 1:11:31Speaker 22: But I cannot say this lasting. I think your gut
- 1:11:34Speaker 22: feeling and maybe that's why I've got the pains in
- 1:11:35Speaker 22: the stomach. Your gut feeling is can I put up
- 1:11:37Speaker 22: with this? I'm not saying the person is a bad person,
- 1:11:39Speaker 22: but I see you see the cloud the problems that
- 1:11:42Speaker 22: it's creating when somebody has an addiction problem. Even if
- 1:11:46Speaker 22: they said I will I will get clean, I will
- 1:11:49Speaker 22: go to rehab. I do not think it's the right
- 1:11:51Speaker 22: person for you. I feel I want to go another
- 1:11:53Speaker 22: twelve twelve years Okay, twelve could be Christmas time or
- 1:11:58Speaker 22: a twelve months time that you'll find somebody else. I
- 1:12:00Speaker 22: just don't think it's a good combination. It's about by
- 1:12:02Speaker 22: putting oil and water in a bottle, it never blends. Okay, Okay,
- 1:12:07Speaker 22: thank you for that.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: How bad's the drinking, Mikayla.
- 1:12:11Speaker 16: It's quite bad?
- 1:12:13Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 1:12:13Speaker 9: Is he trying to Is he trying to get sober?
- 1:12:15Speaker 18: Like?
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: Is he getting help?
- 1:12:17Speaker 16: He is he? He's definitely doing his first.
- 1:12:20Speaker 13: But I guess it's just the slip ups that keep
- 1:12:22Speaker 13: happening and the lives.
- 1:12:24Speaker 18: That come with it.
- 1:12:26Speaker 7: Yeah, like all addictions. Right, good luck, Michayla. Okay, Matt,
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: you're on now? Would your gina go for it?
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: Mate?
- 1:12:32Speaker 14: Oh my god, Hi, how are we great?
- 1:12:35Speaker 9: Must have a guy go ahead.
- 1:12:38Speaker 14: So my question is my partner and I were living
- 1:12:41Speaker 14: in a rental property and the landlord a bit dodgy,
- 1:12:45Speaker 14: to say the least. I was just wondering if we're
- 1:12:49Speaker 14: ever going to be getting out of here anytime soon?
- 1:12:51Speaker 22: So what are you saying? Looking for a new rental
- 1:12:53Speaker 22: what's the is about saying their dodgy? Don't say their name,
- 1:12:56Speaker 22: but what's the ish you about being dodgy?
- 1:12:58Speaker 18: Ah?
- 1:12:59Speaker 6: They're just doing.
- 1:13:02Speaker 14: Things'll be doing things I shouldn't be doing.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: Okay, okay, right, so what are you looking at? Are
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: you asking him?
- 1:13:08Speaker 22: Will you have another rental apartment? What's the ship?
- 1:13:11Speaker 14: Yeah, we'll be getting out of this property.
- 1:13:13Speaker 22: Not to about October.
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: Pretty not to about October.
- 1:13:18Speaker 22: Someday comes up about September, but you may need to
- 1:13:20Speaker 22: wait for the other people to go out. But I
- 1:13:22Speaker 22: would feel in your keys October.
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: Okay, I've got a few months to go with your
- 1:13:27Speaker 7: dodgy rental. And there, Hey, Georgina, thank you so much.
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: You're on a private reading with Georgina. Head to Georgina
- 1:13:36Speaker 7: Walker dot com and shall be back next week for sure.
- 1:13:39Speaker 10: And I've decided that I'm not going to give my
- 1:13:42Speaker 10: son a birthday party this year.
- 1:13:46Speaker 9: I'm not doing it. I'll tell you why next.
- 1:13:48Speaker 7: All right, Olivia Rodrigo, Right now, twenty two past eight,
- 1:13:52Speaker 7: you're on Kissed Morning.
- 1:13:58Speaker 10: So I really feel for parents with children born in
- 1:14:02Speaker 10: the cooler winter months, because I am currently in the
- 1:14:06Speaker 10: process of trying to organize a birthday party for my
- 1:14:10Speaker 10: son Kobe.
- 1:14:11Speaker 9: He's turning seven.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Yeah, this is.
- 1:14:14Speaker 10: Also and he doesn't even know this yet, but me
- 1:14:16Speaker 10: and Ryan are actually going to be in Italy on
- 1:14:18Speaker 10: his actual birthday. But I feel like kids don't care
- 1:14:21Speaker 10: as long as I've just moved the birthday party and
- 1:14:24Speaker 10: the celebrations before we leave.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Right, Wait, so.
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: Will you not tell him when his actual birthdays?
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: Oh?
- 1:14:30Speaker 9: He kind of knows.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Do you know it's seven your day to birn Yeah,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: he kind of knows.
- 1:14:37Speaker 10: But I will be making a big song and dance
- 1:14:39Speaker 10: about it the weekend before we leave, which is the fifteenth. Yeah,
- 1:14:43Speaker 10: and then my parents are there and they can do
- 1:14:44Speaker 10: another cake. But I have been making some inquiries around
- 1:14:50Speaker 10: these venues.
- 1:14:51Speaker 9: Because you know, I'm at a loss.
- 1:14:53Speaker 10: But in the middle of winter, when you don't know
- 1:14:55Speaker 10: how what the weather's going to be like, is it
- 1:14:57Speaker 10: going to be raining, is it going to be freezing cold?
- 1:15:00Speaker 10: You kind of have to look outside and outsource these parties.
- 1:15:03Speaker 10: I looked into ice skating, I've looked into laser tag,
- 1:15:07Speaker 10: I've looked into flip out all these ways.
- 1:15:10Speaker 9: When I tell you the cost.
- 1:15:12Speaker 10: Of a kid's party these days, it is just getting
- 1:15:16Speaker 10: steeper and steeper. I was at an ice skating party
- 1:15:19Speaker 10: on the weekend that Kobe went to, and so while
- 1:15:22Speaker 10: I was out, I was inquiring about that. It was
- 1:15:25Speaker 10: over eight hundred dollars. Over eight hundred dollars for ninety minutes.
- 1:15:31Speaker 8: What does that include? Just entry?
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Entry?
- 1:15:34Speaker 10: Obviously you get to go out onto the ice rink
- 1:15:38Speaker 10: for like an hour, and then food, so like party, ties, party.
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: And chips and sup they have a laugh. So but
- 1:15:46Speaker 7: you're saying, what, because it's winter you have to do
- 1:15:48Speaker 7: something like that. What would you do in the summer month.
- 1:15:50Speaker 10: Oh, well, it's easy for Charlie's birthday. She's Christmas Eve.
- 1:15:54Speaker 10: She's a Christmas Eve. We also move her birthday forward
- 1:15:57Speaker 10: because who's around on Christmas. But what I've started doing
- 1:16:01Speaker 10: with hers, I'm taking an old school we are We're
- 1:16:04Speaker 10: having retro birthday parties, pool parties. I hang the doughnuts

- 1:16:39Speaker 7: it to jump at the ocean or the water or whatever.
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: When you're a kid. I reckon you could get away
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: with the pool party in August.
