- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey everybody, welcome to Vince on a Tuesday. Great to
- 0:02Speaker 1: have you with us, big show ahead. Are we gonna
- 0:04Speaker 1: get the Save America Act finally passed? Some forward progress.
- 0:10Speaker 1: The president of the United States getting involved. We'll have
- 0:13Speaker 1: an update on that subject coming up here in mere moments.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Also speaking of the president, he did a huge interview
- 0:20Speaker 1: yesterday with our very own Dan Bongino. The interview is
- 0:24Speaker 1: breaking the internet, including one moment where he talks specifically
- 0:28Speaker 1: about our elections. The right responding with glee, with some
- 0:33Speaker 1: hope to the president's remarks. The left, well, they're lying again.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I'll share that with you coming up. And also in Minnesota,
- 0:43Speaker 1: the crazy people who are mad about borders or whatever
- 0:49Speaker 1: are now building borders. They're blockading roads in order to
- 0:53Speaker 1: prevent people from traversing freely in our own country. It's
- 0:57Speaker 1: weird how much they love borders when they can use
- 0:59Speaker 1: them for anarchy. The details on all of that coming
- 1:01Speaker 1: up on a very busy edition of Vince. It's always
- 1:04Speaker 1: great to have you with us. The best audience anywhere. Hello, chat,
- 1:06Speaker 1: those of you in the live chat. Good morning. Rumble.com

- 1:26Speaker 1: it's available all day long. So I'm here for you
- 1:30Speaker 1: when you wake up. And I know we had a
- 1:31Speaker 1: lot of West Coast viewers and listeners who were upset
- 1:34Speaker 1: that we were like, hey, you guys are getting earlier
- 1:36Speaker 1: in the day. I won't be awake in time. Don't
- 1:38Speaker 1: you worry. As soon as you wake up, your little eyeballs,

- 1:54Speaker 1: more to come here on the program. It's always great
- 1:56Speaker 1: to have you with us. Let's see. Everyday Americans do
- 1:59Speaker 1: make some choices. They all make choices that shape our
- 2:01Speaker 1: country's future, right down to the cell phone provider that
- 2:04Speaker 1: we support. And here's what a lot of people don't
- 2:06Speaker 1: actually realize. Patriot Mobile's not just a wireless device. provider.
- 2:12Speaker 1: They're a Christian conservative organization that sells top-tier cell phone service.
- 2:16Speaker 1: They've been on the front lines helping to defend our
- 2:18Speaker 1: freedoms way before it was cool, standing in the gap
- 2:21Speaker 1: when others would not. The best part is they deliver
- 2:24Speaker 1: prioritized premium service on all three major U.S. networks. They

- 2:37Speaker 1: international roaming, and so much more. And when you switch
- 2:41Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile, look, you're going to be supporting a
- 2:43Speaker 1: great company that actually helps fuel the Christian conservative cause
- 2:48Speaker 1: and advance Patriot Mobile's values of faith, family, and freedom. Switching? Man,

- 3:23Speaker 1: Is the SAVE Act about to finally get a floor
- 3:26Speaker 1: vote in the United States Senate? God willing, it will.
- 3:30Speaker 1: And there's been a lot of forward progress on this, including, remember,
- 3:33Speaker 1: I played audio for you this past week of John
- 3:35Speaker 1: Thune saying, not only will the SAVE Act require that
- 3:39Speaker 1: each state verify that the people who are registering to
- 3:42Speaker 1: vote are actually American citizens. It will also mandate that
- 3:46Speaker 1: you have a voter ID at every level of the
- 3:49Speaker 1: election process. You've got to have voter ID to vote
- 3:51Speaker 1: in our elections. So that's a great piece of legislation.
- 3:54Speaker 1: It also includes the ability for American citizens to sue
- 3:57Speaker 1: election officials who are violating our laws. And it also
- 4:00Speaker 1: includes a voter roll cleanup operation basically makes it so
- 4:05Speaker 1: no illegals, no duplicates across the states. We have secure, wonderful, believable,
- 4:11Speaker 1: credible elections. This is not controversial to anybody who wants
- 4:16Speaker 1: safe elections in our country, but it is controversial to
- 4:19Speaker 1: the American left, which does think that fraud is the
- 4:22Speaker 1: primary driver for why they ever get power in any capacity.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So they're defending the fraudulent system. of course, as usual.
- 4:29Speaker 1: So John Thune told us, yeah, this thing's gonna get
- 4:31Speaker 1: a floor vote. We're gonna bring it to the floor.
- 4:34Speaker 1: But when? We've all been waiting. This vote should have
- 4:37Speaker 1: happened yesterday. It should be done already. Hasn't happened yet.
- 4:42Speaker 1: We got an update last night from Anna Paulina Luna. Now, you'll,
- 4:46Speaker 1: of course, know that she's not a member of the Senate.
- 4:48Speaker 1: She's a member of the House. But she, alongside Congressman
- 4:51Speaker 1: Tim Burchett, met with President Trump yesterday. And after that meeting,
- 4:57Speaker 1: She had a very interesting report about what the president said.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Take a look. Cut one. Anna Paulina Luna.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Yes. Based on our discussion right now, we're moving towards it. Also,
- 5:06Speaker 2: we got we got assurances on the standing filibuster, which
- 5:08Speaker 2: is incredibly important. I don't know if you guys remember
- 5:10Speaker 2: when I was talking about inherent contempt. A lot of
- 5:12Speaker 2: people didn't know what that is. The standing filibuster is
- 5:15Speaker 2: an old school parliamentary procedure, but it's a way to
- 5:17Speaker 2: break through what we consider traditional norms to get voter
- 5:20Speaker 2: ID passed. I think that it's brilliant that they came
- 5:23Speaker 2: up with it, but exactly that's why we kind of
- 5:25Speaker 2: have these discussions and.
- 5:26Speaker 3: We're very happy about the outcome.
- 5:28Speaker 2: There should be a standing filibuster announced soon, and I
- 5:31Speaker 2: would actually reach out to Senator Schoon's office to ask
- 5:34Speaker 2: him about that because they have different views in the Senate.
- 5:36Speaker 1: So that would get you to.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Yes tomorrow on the rule?
- 5:38Speaker 2: Yeah, as of right now, we feel very comfortable where
- 5:40Speaker 2: we're at based on what we are discussing.
- 5:45Speaker 1: So we heard from Luna. Now it's time to hear
- 5:47Speaker 1: from Thuna. Is John Thune going to actually announce anything
- 5:52Speaker 1: new on what she referred to as a standing filibuster? Now,
- 5:56Speaker 1: for those of you who've been with me for a while,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you know that the current Senate rules, they don't require
- 6:02Speaker 1: any change at all. The current Senate rules do allow
- 6:06Speaker 1: Republicans to actually pass the SAVE Act with 51 votes. Yeah,
- 6:11Speaker 1: I said it. 51 votes, not 60. Now, there's a
- 6:15Speaker 1: common misconception that 60 votes is the only way you
- 6:18Speaker 1: get anything done in the United States Senate unless the
- 6:21Speaker 1: Senate were to, quote, go nuclear and eliminate the 60
- 6:25Speaker 1: vote threshold. And that's how they would be able to
- 6:27Speaker 1: pass something with 51 votes. That's a total misconception. In fact,
- 6:30Speaker 1: that misconception is one that even reporters who cover the
- 6:35Speaker 1: United States Senate believe. People who cover it for a
- 6:38Speaker 1: living spend all their days walking around the hallways thinking
- 6:41Speaker 1: they know everything about the way Congress works. have assumed
- 6:44Speaker 1: for a very long time that, well, you need 60
- 6:46Speaker 1: votes to pass anything unless the Senate goes nuclear. That's
- 6:49Speaker 1: not true. Could the Senate go nuclear? Could they get
- 6:53Speaker 1: rid of that 60 vote cloture rule? Yes, they could
- 6:55Speaker 1: if they wanted to. And in fact, Democrats were demanding
- 6:58Speaker 1: that some time ago to blow up the Senate to
- 7:00Speaker 1: make it so that they could ram through all sorts
- 7:02Speaker 1: of awful legislation onto the American people. But that's not
- 7:05Speaker 1: what's going on here. When you hear from Congresswoman Luna
- 7:09Speaker 1: that there's going to be an attempt to get a
- 7:12Speaker 1: speaking filibuster going. There's a way to do that without
- 7:16Speaker 1: going nuclear. And in fact, we had a Senate expert,
- 7:19Speaker 1: a woman who worked in the United States Senate for
- 7:20Speaker 1: some time now outside of it. Her name is Rachel Bovard.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Join us in November. And do you remember this moment
- 7:27Speaker 1: where she told us, Vince, we can do this now.
- 7:31Speaker 1: No Senate rule change required. And I said, we got
- 7:34Speaker 1: to get this in front of the president and it
- 7:35Speaker 1: has to happen immediately. Listen to Rachel Bovard cut to
- 7:38Speaker 1: what she said at the time. You don't have to
- 7:39Speaker 1: change a thing right now. And a simple majority vote
- 7:42Speaker 1: would force Democrats to have to speak to defend the
- 7:44Speaker 1: position they've taken.
- 7:45Speaker 3: There are only three things that can ever happen on
- 7:47Speaker 3: the Senate floor, a quorum call, a speech and a vote.
- 7:50Speaker 3: And if voting and quorum calls aren't taking place, speeches
- 7:53Speaker 3: have to happen or you can vote on the question. Right.
- 7:56Speaker 3: That is what the essence of a filibuster is. It's
- 7:58Speaker 3: a delay. If 51 Republicans are present in the chamber.
- 8:01Speaker 3: and no Democrat is speaking, you can put the question.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So we could get the government open if 51 Republicans
- 8:06Speaker 1: just show up on the Senate floor right now?
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yes, and they have to wait out the Democrats, right?
- 8:09Speaker 3: It could take several days. If you were actually to
- 8:11Speaker 3: play the scenario out, what I expect would happen is
- 8:13Speaker 3: Democrats would send their young guns in, see Cory Booker
- 8:16Speaker 3: do a 24-hour speech. Any of these other younger senators
- 8:19Speaker 3: would come down and give long, long speeches. You would
- 8:21Speaker 3: have to wait until these are done because they can't
- 8:23Speaker 3: sustain it. So you'd have to wait them out. And
- 8:25Speaker 3: as soon as they cannot speak any longer, you can
- 8:28Speaker 3: put the question.
- 8:28Speaker 1: 51 Republicans could get the Senate open. They just have
- 8:33Speaker 1: to show up. Vince, you're asking them to do their jobs? Yes,
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm asking them to do their jobs. All they have
- 8:39Speaker 1: to do is show up. It's an amazing thing. It's
- 8:44Speaker 1: an amazing thing. And by the way, I think a
- 8:47Speaker 1: lot of Republican senators for years have been pretty comfortable
- 8:49Speaker 1: with you not knowing this detail. In fact, I think
- 8:51Speaker 1: a lot of Republican senators themselves didn't even know this rule.
- 8:55Speaker 1: All you got to do is show up. Everyone's been
- 8:58Speaker 1: operating under the assumption that it was a 60 vote
- 9:00Speaker 1: threshold for everything. It's not. If you put in the effort,
- 9:02Speaker 1: you can get it passed. So right now, President Trump
- 9:05Speaker 1: is joining us in this push. According to Hannah Paulina Luna,
- 9:09Speaker 1: that's President Trump joining us in that push. Now, he
- 9:12Speaker 1: said he said last year in November, he told the senators,
- 9:15Speaker 1: get rid of this filibuster. It's such a barrier to
- 9:17Speaker 1: us getting what we need to get done. It's so stupid.
- 9:20Speaker 1: He's right about that. But absent that, we still can
- 9:24Speaker 1: get this done. In fact, Rachel Bovard, who's great on this,
- 9:30Speaker 1: she really is. And it's shocking that she knows so
- 9:32Speaker 1: much about this and the rest of them know so little.
- 9:35Speaker 1: She's like lecturing reporters overnight about how stupid they are
- 9:38Speaker 1: that they don't know the rules here as they as
- 9:40Speaker 1: they flatly are like Trump's trying to go nuclear. He's not.
- 9:43Speaker 1: You morons. Here's Rachel Bovard overnight. She's got a great
- 9:48Speaker 1: piece up in The Federalist, which is a great site.
- 9:52Speaker 1: The Senate GOP can fix elections, boost Trump, and wreck
- 9:56Speaker 1: Democrats with the SAVE Act. Understand, ladies and gentlemen, where
- 10:00Speaker 1: we are right now. We're in a midterm year. You
- 10:03Speaker 1: want to win in the election? The elections have to
- 10:06Speaker 1: be clean and credible, and we can demonstrate that Democrats
- 10:10Speaker 1: are completely out of touch with Americans, that they want
- 10:13Speaker 1: illegals to vote, and they don't want voter ID, and
- 10:16Speaker 1: they don't want American citizens to be the only ones
- 10:18Speaker 1: who vote in elections. And how do we demonstrate that?
- 10:21Speaker 1: A huge fight on the Senate floor. Rachel writes, what
- 10:26Speaker 1: if I told you Senate Majority Leader John Thune has
- 10:28Speaker 1: the power and the votes right now to save Republicans'
- 10:33Speaker 1: congressional majorities, President Trump's second term, and maybe the republic itself,
- 10:40Speaker 1: all while poll-axing Democrats on the short side of an
- 10:43Speaker 1: 84-15 issue? She says, it sounds like fantasy, but like
- 10:49Speaker 1: the lady of the lake from Arthurian legend, 2026 is
- 10:52Speaker 1: offering up to the GOP a political weapon almost as
- 10:56Speaker 1: powerful as Excalibur itself, an extended Democrat talking filibuster of
- 11:02Speaker 1: national voter ID legislation. She goes on to point out
- 11:07Speaker 1: that 84% of Americans support voter ID. Only 15% are opposed.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Those are, of course, people who support fraud. 36 states
- 11:15Speaker 1: already have it in the books that you need voter ID.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Most of the world's developed countries are the same. So
- 11:22Speaker 1: in other words, anybody who's fighting back against it is
- 11:26Speaker 1: going to instantly be on the completely wrong side of
- 11:29Speaker 1: a majority issue. People want voter ID, regardless of political party,
- 11:35Speaker 1: regardless of skin color. And so this is straightforward. And
- 11:40Speaker 1: so how does this work? So here she says, here's
- 11:44Speaker 1: how she explains the filibuster in the Senate. And I'm
- 11:47Speaker 1: telling you this because one, I think a lot of you,
- 11:50Speaker 1: those of you who are in my audience, you're familiar
- 11:52Speaker 1: with this already, but you have knowledge that far too
- 11:56Speaker 1: many Americans do not. They do not know about this.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And that includes people, again, walking the halls of the
- 12:02Speaker 1: Senate today. And here's what Rachel says. Politicos who have
- 12:06Speaker 1: only been Congress watching this century have a very fun
- 12:09Speaker 1: house mirrors notion. of the US Senate's legislative procedure. In
- 12:14Speaker 1: the post-Harry Reid Senate, majorities only bring bills to the
- 12:17Speaker 1: floor once negotiators have secured 60 votes behind closed doors.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Bills are called up on Monday evening, and then a
- 12:23Speaker 1: cloture motion, which ends debate, is immediately filed, starting a
- 12:27Speaker 1: countdown clock that leads to a vote by Thursday. That's
- 12:30Speaker 1: not how the Senate's supposed to function. The old Senate
- 12:33Speaker 1: process with open-ended debate is still the rule's default setting.
- 12:38Speaker 1: If Senate Republicans considered the SAVE Act under the traditional process,
- 12:42Speaker 1: it would spring a trap from which Democrats might never recover.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Here's how it works. Thune calls up the House Post,
- 12:51Speaker 1: House Pass rather, Save America Act, the voter ID bill.
- 12:56Speaker 1: At that point, the Senate would be on the SAVE Act.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Senate rules would dictate that a vote on the bill
- 13:02Speaker 1: at a 51 simple majority threshold must be the next
- 13:05Speaker 1: thing the Senate does. And the only way to delay
- 13:08Speaker 1: it is for a senator to stand up and speak indefinitely.
- 13:12Speaker 1: In other words, Democrats have to filibuster the old school way.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Mr.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Smith goes to Washington, stand up, make extended debate for
- 13:18Speaker 1: why you're against voter ID or why you're against protecting
- 13:22Speaker 1: elections for American citizens. Go ahead, explain it to us.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Take all the time you need. She says it's harder
- 13:29Speaker 1: to sustain than it sounds. To give an hour's long speech,
- 13:32Speaker 1: a senator can't leave the floor. They can't use the restroom.
- 13:35Speaker 1: They can't sit. They can't eat. They can't lean on
- 13:38Speaker 1: the desk. If you lean on the desk, you'll lose
- 13:40Speaker 1: the floor. And that could trigger the vote or require
- 13:44Speaker 1: another senator to begin speaking. By the way, the lean
- 13:46Speaker 1: on the desk rule, that's what I'm watching for. If
- 13:50Speaker 1: we get a lean on the desk, as soon as
- 13:52Speaker 1: Cory Booker leans on the desk, Nail them. Sorry, it's over.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Let's move on to the vote. Democrat colleagues could piggyback
- 14:00Speaker 1: on the filibuster. They could give long speeches of their own,
- 14:02Speaker 1: but only two per senator. And once every filibustering senator's
- 14:05Speaker 1: speeches have been exhausted, the SAVE Act vote happens automatically. Clocher,
- 14:12Speaker 1: the 60 votes required to end debate the easy way,
- 14:15Speaker 1: isn't even needed. Sheer physical exertion will carry the day.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, we can do this. This is possible.
- 14:27Speaker 1: This is achievable. In other words, we can protect our elections.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And if the Senate can get up off its ass
- 14:35Speaker 1: and recognize what time it is and think, you know,
- 14:38Speaker 1: how can we actually win in these midterms? Take this moment,
- 14:42Speaker 1: seize it, and make it beautiful. You'll get Democrats demonstrating
- 14:46Speaker 1: their radicalism to the entire world on the floor of
- 14:49Speaker 1: the United States Senate. It will capture all of that
- 14:51Speaker 1: video of that moment. You can campaign on it. It'll
- 14:54Speaker 1: be wonderful. And then you head into the Senate and
- 14:57Speaker 1: rather into the midterms with credible elections, with elections that
- 15:01Speaker 1: Americans can actually believe. It's a huge deal. Now, I
- 15:07Speaker 1: will never underestimate Republicans' ability to snatch defeat from the
- 15:11Speaker 1: jaws of victory. They've done that a lot. But in
- 15:15Speaker 1: case you're wondering, is there a path out of this?
- 15:17Speaker 1: There is. And Rachel Bovard just gave one to us.
- 15:19Speaker 1: It's a huge deal and we should be pursuing it. Now,
- 15:25Speaker 1: Let me talk a little bit more about elections with you.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Yesterday on Dan Bongino's return episode of his great program,
- 15:34Speaker 1: which by the way, did you see the numbers on
- 15:35Speaker 1: that thing? 227,000, do I have that right, Justin? 227,000
- 15:40Speaker 1: concurrent viewers on Dan's program. A huge audience, the Bongino
- 15:46Speaker 1: army turning up by the hundreds of thousands for the
- 15:49Speaker 1: live show, by the millions for the on-demand episode. Just amazing.
- 15:52Speaker 1: What a great return. And he had the president of
- 15:54Speaker 1: the United States with him yesterday. And the two men
- 15:57Speaker 1: spoke for about half an hour. And over the course
- 16:00Speaker 1: of that very fascinating conversation, there was a moment where
- 16:02Speaker 1: they were talking about our elections. And President Trump said
- 16:06Speaker 1: something that was clearly an allusion to the SAVE Act
- 16:10Speaker 1: or the SAVE America Act. President Trump referenced the idea
- 16:13Speaker 1: that we should nationalize our elections. In other words, we
- 16:16Speaker 1: should have credible elections nationwide and Congress should step in
- 16:20Speaker 1: to make sure that that happens. Well, we all agree
- 16:23Speaker 1: with that. There's nothing controversial about that. In fact, I'm
- 16:25Speaker 1: totally encouraged by it. And then President Trump went on
- 16:30Speaker 1: to say that, look, we're watching really closely what's going
- 16:32Speaker 1: on with this FBI investigation in Georgia. The FBI just
- 16:35Speaker 1: went in, seized a bunch of ballots from the 2020 election.
- 16:38Speaker 1: There's going to be some fascinating details that are going
- 16:40Speaker 1: to go public on that. after he's already promised prosecutions, apparently,
- 16:44Speaker 1: in that case as well. So I'm very intrigued by
- 16:46Speaker 1: all of this. So the clip I'm about to play
- 16:49Speaker 1: for you, the right is totally fascinated by it. This
- 16:53Speaker 1: clip is going viral because the right is fascinated by it.
- 16:56Speaker 1: It's also going viral because it's scaring the ever-living crap
- 17:01Speaker 1: out of the American left. Watch this. Cut eight. Here
- 17:05Speaker 1: is the great Dan Bongino and the great President Trump.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 17:11Speaker 4: That are so crooked and they're counting votes. We have
- 17:15Speaker 4: states that I won that, Joe, I didn't win. Now,
- 17:17Speaker 4: you're going to see something in Georgia where they were
- 17:20Speaker 4: able to get with a court order the ballots. You're
- 17:22Speaker 4: going to see some interesting things come out. But, you know,
- 17:25Speaker 4: like the 2020 election, I won that election by so much.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Everybody does it.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Everybody knows it. I won that election by so much. So,
- 17:33Speaker 1: you know, if you hear that clip, you're like, oh, man,
- 17:35Speaker 1: that's great. I'm glad they're trying to get all this
- 17:37Speaker 1: information out. By the way, the panic that the Democrats
- 17:40Speaker 1: are undertaking right now in Georgia is really a telltale
- 17:43Speaker 1: sign that they know that they were up to no good.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And they're really angry that you've discovered it. Because, again,
- 17:49Speaker 1: if it was, you know, if everything was on the
- 17:50Speaker 1: up and up, they wouldn't be panicking about this. Be like, yeah, yeah, sure, whatever.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Look at the data. It's just going to say the
- 17:55Speaker 1: same thing we've been saying the whole time. The election
- 17:56Speaker 1: was totally fine. Nothing. No funny business whatsoever. You're just
- 18:00Speaker 1: wasting everybody's time. But, you know, your choice. You can
- 18:02Speaker 1: do that if you want to. But instead of that,
- 18:04Speaker 1: they're going absolutely ballistic right now. Don't look at Georgia.
- 18:07Speaker 1: They seized the ballots. They're going to steal the 2026 election.
- 18:09Speaker 1: How do you steal the 26 election by looking at
- 18:12Speaker 1: the 2020 election? What are you even talking about? Unless,
- 18:15Speaker 1: of course, we expose your fraud scheme that you've been
- 18:17Speaker 1: using for years, and now you can't use it in 26.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Maybe that's what they're talking about. But the beginning of
- 18:23Speaker 1: that clip where President Trump says, we should nationalize the elections.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That's the clip. That's the moment that the left are
- 18:33Speaker 1: going ballistic about right now. In fact, here's the New
- 18:38Speaker 1: York Times going after Dan Bongino and Donald Trump Here's
- 18:44Speaker 1: what they have to say on the subject. Trump in
- 18:47Speaker 1: an escalation calls for Republicans to nationalize elections. The comments
- 18:54Speaker 1: made on a conservative podcast, by the way, they refer
- 18:57Speaker 1: to the conservative podcast here. It is a conservative podcast,
- 19:00Speaker 1: but they're doing it because they're kind of like, you know,
- 19:03Speaker 1: they're trying to, I don't know what it is. It's
- 19:05Speaker 1: always like looking down their nose at the rest of
- 19:07Speaker 1: us as if they're like, on top of the mountain.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Nobody trusts the New York Times. Nobody trusts this operation.
- 19:12Speaker 1: And they're looking down their nose at the rest of us.
- 19:14Speaker 1: The comments made on conservative podcasts follow a string of
- 19:18Speaker 1: moves from his administration to try to exert more control
- 19:21Speaker 1: over American elections. Now, what's the string of moves? What
- 19:24Speaker 1: has he been up to? He's been trying to make
- 19:26Speaker 1: elections credible. A real American newspaper would be cheering the
- 19:32Speaker 1: idea that our elections could be more credible and more transparent.
- 19:35Speaker 1: And yet the New York Times is fighting the to
- 19:38Speaker 1: make them more opaque and less believable. So what in
- 19:41Speaker 1: the world is that? How is that speaking truth to power?
- 19:44Speaker 1: That's straight up giving cover to corruption. That's what the
- 19:47Speaker 1: New York Times is doing. They go on to say
- 19:51Speaker 1: President Trump in a new interview called for the Republican
- 19:53Speaker 1: Party to nationalize voting in the United States, an aggressive
- 19:58Speaker 1: rhetorical step that was likely to raise new worries about
- 20:02Speaker 1: his administration's efforts to involve itself in election matters. Let
- 20:06Speaker 1: me say something right up front about this as I
- 20:07Speaker 1: read that stupid lead paragraph. Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats
- 20:13Speaker 1: have for years been actually trying to take federal control
- 20:17Speaker 1: of our elections and to make them less believable and
- 20:20Speaker 1: to make them more vulnerable to fraud before the People
- 20:24Speaker 1: Act and all this other crap that they were trying
- 20:26Speaker 1: to pass. And The New York Times wasn't raising alarm
- 20:28Speaker 1: bells about Nancy Pelosi's behavior. They were lionizing her efforts
- 20:32Speaker 1: to try and upend our elections nationwide. So here they are.
- 20:36Speaker 1: They're getting really worried that President Trump wants voter ID
- 20:40Speaker 1: and to make sure only American citizens are voting. During
- 20:43Speaker 1: an extended monologue about immigration on a podcast released on
- 20:47Speaker 1: Monday by Dan Bongino, his former deputy FBI director, Mr.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Trump called for Republican officials to, quote, take over voting
- 20:55Speaker 1: procedures in 15 states, though he did not name them.
- 20:59Speaker 1: The Republicans should say. quote, we want to take over.
- 21:03Speaker 1: We should take over the voting, the voting in at
- 21:05Speaker 1: least many 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting,
- 21:10Speaker 1: they quote the president as saying. And then they pull
- 21:13Speaker 1: this stunt. You ready for this? A constitutional lecture from
- 21:16Speaker 1: the New York Times. Under the Constitution, American elections are
- 21:20Speaker 1: governed primarily by state law. That word primarily is doing
- 21:24Speaker 1: a tremendous amount of work in this sentence. Under the Constitution,
- 21:27Speaker 1: American elections are governed primarily by state law, leading to
- 21:31Speaker 1: a decentralized process in which voting is administered by county
- 21:35Speaker 1: and municipal officials in thousands of precincts across the country.
- 21:41Speaker 5: Got it.
- 21:41Speaker 1: All right. So this thing from the New York Times,
- 21:46Speaker 1: the Elections Clause, I'm going to pull it up right now.
- 21:48Speaker 1: The Elections Clause of the United States Constitution. You ready
- 21:51Speaker 1: for it? Here's what it actually says. Here's what the
- 21:54Speaker 1: Elections Clause actually says in the Constitution. The times, places,
- 21:58Speaker 1: and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives shall
- 22:02Speaker 1: be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof. But
- 22:06Speaker 1: the Congress may at any time by law make or
- 22:11Speaker 1: alter such regulations except as to the places of choosing senators.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So when the New York Times says it's primarily administered
- 22:19Speaker 1: by the states, What they're alighting over is the fact
- 22:23Speaker 1: that the United States Congress does have a role. If
- 22:26Speaker 1: you make elections vulnerable to fraud, Congress can step in
- 22:29Speaker 1: and require that you make them believable. It's in the Constitution.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And so, look, is there merit to the fact that
- 22:39Speaker 1: our elections are administered on a state-by-state level? Yeah, actually.
- 22:42Speaker 1: There's tremendous merit to it. The founders had a really
- 22:45Speaker 1: brilliant vision. They figured the more decentralized the actual election
- 22:49Speaker 1: process was, the less vulnerable to nationwide fraud our system
- 22:54Speaker 1: would be. In other words, if all of the power
- 22:56Speaker 1: of our elections is diffused across the country, it won't
- 23:01Speaker 1: be concentrated in one central place where corruption can be
- 23:04Speaker 1: used in order to steal an election. That makes a
- 23:06Speaker 1: lot of sense. But if you've got state after state
- 23:10Speaker 1: that doesn't require voter ID or state after state that
- 23:13Speaker 1: doesn't require any certification, any proof that somebody is an
- 23:15Speaker 1: American citizen, our election system is wide open to fraud
- 23:19Speaker 1: And I'm not even talking about yet that fact that
- 23:21Speaker 1: we got tens of millions of illegal aliens who are
- 23:24Speaker 1: in our country, some of whom are now registered to vote,
- 23:27Speaker 1: some of whom have actually voted in our election and
- 23:30Speaker 1: who are definitely by the millions being used to give
- 23:34Speaker 1: unearned congressional power to Democrats and unearned electoral college votes
- 23:37Speaker 1: to Democrats. So spare us your lectures about nationalizing elections,
- 23:42Speaker 1: the doomsdaying here. This is, you understand what the New
- 23:45Speaker 1: York Times is doing. It's conditioning its readership It's prejudicing
- 23:49Speaker 1: the American people against credible elections. It's trying to attack
- 23:54Speaker 1: the president of the United States and setting up a
- 23:57Speaker 1: framework for accusing him of stealing the 2026 midterms. That's
- 24:01Speaker 1: the stunt that they're pulling. And meanwhile, what President Trump's
- 24:05Speaker 1: actually doing is making it so that our elections are believable.
- 24:08Speaker 1: So whatever the result is, come 2026 midterms or beyond,
- 24:11Speaker 1: Americans can say, OK, I won in a fair fight
- 24:15Speaker 1: or I lost in a fair fight. But all we
- 24:17Speaker 1: want is a fair fight. That's all we want. And
- 24:20Speaker 1: that's what President Trump is fighting for. Don't fall for
- 24:22Speaker 1: any of this garbage. I know you won't, but if
- 24:24Speaker 1: you hear anybody else falling for it, send them this episode.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I'll walk them through it. I'll take care of them.
- 24:28Speaker 1: All right, more ahead on the program. We got a
- 24:30Speaker 1: lot more to get to. Great interview, by the way,
- 24:32Speaker 1: with Dan and the president. Wonderful to see those guys
- 24:36Speaker 1: together on that podcast again. Hey, I've realized just how
- 24:39Speaker 1: important good quality sleep is for me and in my life,

- 26:12Speaker 1: Let's see. Good Days Ahead says, I respectfully disagree with you, Vince.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Trump should not invoke the Insurrection Act. If he does,
- 26:22Speaker 1: it will doom the midterms for the GOP. You know,
- 26:25Speaker 1: Good Days, thank you for your comment and thank you
- 26:28Speaker 1: for your respectful disagreement. I always appreciate that. I even
- 26:31Speaker 1: like disrespectful disagreement, actually. But I haven't been talking about
- 26:36Speaker 1: the Insurrection Act on this episode, but I will reiterate
- 26:38Speaker 1: my point on the subject, a basic point, which is
- 26:41Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what Trump does. The left is going
- 26:44Speaker 1: to lie about it anyway. Trump could not invoke the
- 26:46Speaker 1: Insurrection Act. They'll accuse him of being a fascist. Trump
- 26:49Speaker 1: could invoke the Insurrection Act. They'll accuse him of being
- 26:51Speaker 1: a fascist. It doesn't even matter. Donald Trump right now
- 26:54Speaker 1: is deploying ICE to pick up rapists and murderers and
- 26:57Speaker 1: child abusers. And they're accusing Donald Trump of rounding up
- 27:00Speaker 1: American citizens and deporting them from the country. It doesn't
- 27:04Speaker 1: actually matter what he does in terms of the hysteria
- 27:08Speaker 1: that the left-wing media is going to produce around his presidency.
- 27:12Speaker 1: And so once you recognize that, it's totally liberating. Just
- 27:15Speaker 1: do exactly what you can do under the law and
- 27:18Speaker 1: the Constitution and clean up our country. It's why I've
- 27:21Speaker 1: been calling for the invocation of the Insurrection Act. I
- 27:23Speaker 1: think it'd be an important tool here. Get the troops out,
- 27:27Speaker 1: get this cleaned up, and get back to the business
- 27:29Speaker 1: of the American people and help these ICE agents get
- 27:31Speaker 1: to other jurisdictions so they can clean those places up
- 27:34Speaker 1: as well. That's all I'm asking for. I'm not asking
- 27:37Speaker 1: for anything crazy. And if you want to come out
- 27:39Speaker 1: and you want to convince the average American who kind
- 27:41Speaker 1: of listens to everything and is a little concerned about
- 27:44Speaker 1: what's true and doesn't know exactly what's going on, well,
- 27:47Speaker 1: then come out and do the messaging the right way. Look,
- 27:49Speaker 1: I'm doing a limited invocation of the Insurrection Act. This
- 27:52Speaker 1: is to restore order in a great American city, Minneapolis.
- 27:55Speaker 1: We've got to get rapists and murderers and child abusers
- 27:58Speaker 1: off the streets and anybody who would prevent us from
- 28:00Speaker 1: doing that. is in violation of local law. And in
- 28:02Speaker 1: the absence of enforcing local laws, we'll do it. We're
- 28:06Speaker 1: going to do it until such a time that we
- 28:08Speaker 1: feel Minneapolis is restored to safety. It is a constitutional
- 28:12Speaker 1: and legal right to do that by the president of
- 28:14Speaker 1: the United States. It's been invoked over 30 times in
- 28:17Speaker 1: American history, including a lot in the last century, always
- 28:20Speaker 1: to put down Democrat run insurrections as they fight back
- 28:24Speaker 1: against the American people. Always in the event of opposition,
- 28:28Speaker 1: it's always against the will of Democrat governors. Republican governors
- 28:31Speaker 1: welcome the Insurrection Act. Pete Wilson in the early 90s
- 28:34Speaker 1: called the president of the United States and said, hey,
- 28:37Speaker 1: can you please invoke the Insurrection Act and rescue LA
- 28:40Speaker 1: during the Rodney King riots? Come on in. That's what happens.
- 28:44Speaker 1: But Democrats, they fight back. Tim Walz is like, no,
- 28:47Speaker 1: I don't want the Insurrection Act. The last thing we want.
- 28:49Speaker 1: That would be awful. It would be awful if somebody
- 28:51Speaker 1: actually imposed order on your state. What's wrong with you?
- 28:54Speaker 1: What kind of demons do you have? Yeah, no, I'm
- 28:58Speaker 1: not moved by this argument that somehow the Insurrection Act
- 29:02Speaker 1: would be some sort of, oh, public relations loss for Trump.
- 29:06Speaker 1: The media is rooting against him no matter what he does.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I'm not sweating that at all. All right, let's see.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I've got some stuff for you. We actually have, I
- 29:15Speaker 1: do have some Minnesota news for you. Let's get to
- 29:17Speaker 1: Minnesota here and talk a little bit about what's going on. Now,
- 29:22Speaker 1: The lunatic fringe in Minnesota, the insurrectionists who are in
- 29:27Speaker 1: the state, the reason I'm calling for the Insurrection Act,
- 29:29Speaker 1: by the way, have decided that in their opposition to
- 29:33Speaker 1: the United States having borders, that they will now build
- 29:35Speaker 1: borders of their own inside of Minneapolis to block the
- 29:40Speaker 1: free travel of American citizens through their state. You tracking this?
- 29:46Speaker 1: It's as incoherent as the left has ever been. They're
- 29:48Speaker 1: always incoherent. It's not supposed to make any logical sense.
- 29:51Speaker 1: It's supposed to just bewilder you. Here is video footage
- 29:55Speaker 1: captured by our great friend Jorge Ventura. with the Daily
- 29:59Speaker 1: Caller on the ground in Minnesota. He captures that they're
- 30:03Speaker 1: building checkpoints now, borders, to block ICE agents from arresting rapists.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Take a look at this. So here you have some
- 30:11Speaker 1: trucks trying to get through, vehicles trying to get through,
- 30:15Speaker 1: and now there are blockades up that say ICE out.
- 30:19Speaker 1: You've got radicals wearing black masks standing in the middle
- 30:22Speaker 1: of the street. You see what they've done. They've just
- 30:24Speaker 1: piled up wood and garbage. And these crates, it's also crazy.
- 30:33Speaker 1: And look, there's a random recliner that they pushed into
- 30:36Speaker 1: the middle of the road. They've graffitied everything. And they're
- 30:39Speaker 1: checking vehicles as they go by to assess whether or
- 30:42Speaker 1: not they're ICE, whether or not they're federal law enforcement.
- 30:46Speaker 3: In what world?
- 30:46Speaker 1: Could you imagine your kids out on the street blocking
- 30:50Speaker 1: cop cars and saying, are you a cop? Oh, you're
- 30:52Speaker 1: not allowed in here. Are you kidding me? Grab that
- 30:56Speaker 1: kid by the back of his neck and I'd throw
- 30:58Speaker 1: him into whatever room he's got to spend the rest
- 31:00Speaker 1: of his life in or put him in school. And
- 31:03Speaker 1: by the way, the media are lionizing the children who
- 31:06Speaker 1: are out in the streets acting as insurrectionists right now.
- 31:09Speaker 1: They're treating them like heroes. I've got a story on
- 31:11Speaker 1: that coming up. But there you have barricades set up
- 31:14Speaker 1: in the middle of the street. Now, Jorge Ventura was
- 31:17Speaker 1: out there documenting all this, capturing this on video. And
- 31:21Speaker 1: they did become aware that Jorge was there And they
- 31:23Speaker 1: assaulted him. That's right. Our friend Jorge got assaulted yesterday
- 31:28Speaker 1: by the insurrectionists. I've got the video footage of that
- 31:31Speaker 1: coming up. And what Jorge's coverage has led to, it's
- 31:35Speaker 1: led to some forward progress. Love to see it. More

- 34:15Speaker 1: So Jorge Ventura, he's out on the street. He's covering
- 34:18Speaker 1: the insurrectionists, watching these idiots. And he captures a couple moments.
- 34:22Speaker 1: So we got the blockades that the insurrectionists are setting
- 34:25Speaker 1: up in the middle of the street. The checkpoints where
- 34:28Speaker 1: they try and establish, are you ICE? Are you a
- 34:31Speaker 1: member of law enforcement? And they are wrongly accusing, by
- 34:36Speaker 1: the way, I love how we say accusing. I mean,
- 34:38Speaker 1: it's so absurd that we've gotten to this world where
- 34:40Speaker 1: they think that it's somehow a sin or a crime
- 34:43Speaker 1: to be a member of law enforcement. They're accusing the
- 34:46Speaker 1: good guys of being good guys. You see what's happening here?
- 34:50Speaker 1: They're accusing everybody. If they see a license plate that
- 34:53Speaker 1: they even suspect might be associated with ICE in some capacity,
- 34:57Speaker 1: they're accusing them. And that has led to this wild development.
- 35:03Speaker 1: The insurrectionists are now accusing Somalis of being ICE agents. Yeah,
- 35:11Speaker 1: you've heard me correctly. The insurrectionists are now accusing random
- 35:16Speaker 1: Somalis of being ICE agents. We've gone full circle. We
- 35:20Speaker 1: went from Somali-driven fraud that has cost taxpayers upwards of
- 35:25Speaker 1: $ 20 billion at least to And now we've gotten to
- 35:29Speaker 1: the point where the lunatic left, which was trying to
- 35:32Speaker 1: protect that kind of fraud, is now accusing Somalis of
- 35:36Speaker 1: being ICE agents. It's so crazy. Here it is. You
- 35:44Speaker 1: want to see it? Cut five. An Uber driver, Somali,
- 35:47Speaker 1: being accused of driving an ICE vehicle. Watch this. Yeah,
- 35:52Speaker 1: it's just our Somalian Uber driver, man. He's walking over,
- 36:03Speaker 1: waves to the window.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Hey, how's it going?
- 36:05Speaker 1: Open it up. You said his license plates are ice?
- 36:09Speaker 6: Doing good, yeah.
- 36:10Speaker 1: I was just saying, it looks like in our system,
- 36:14Speaker 1: your plates came up as an ice plate.
- 36:17Speaker 3: That doesn't seem.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Like it's the case, but I just wanted to come
- 36:20Speaker 1: through and see what was up and talk to you,
- 36:22Speaker 1: see how you were doing.
- 36:26Speaker 5: Okay, I figured, yeah.
- 36:29Speaker 1: And he's clearly Somali.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Yeah, totally, totally.
- 36:32Speaker 1: He's clearly Somali, says Jorge. Oh, yeah. Well, glad to
- 36:38Speaker 1: hear it. What's your name?
- 36:40Speaker 3: Ali.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Ali?
- 36:41Speaker 5: Ali?
- 36:42Speaker 1: How long have we been together today? I mean, this
- 36:45Speaker 1: little dweeb, he gets up to the window and he's like,
- 36:48Speaker 1: who are you? I do want to ask, what's the
- 36:51Speaker 1: system you guys are using out here? I mean, because
- 36:54Speaker 1: it's obvious that was wrong, right? I mean, the guy
- 36:55Speaker 1: was just a Somali Uber driver. The thing is, you know,
- 36:58Speaker 1: they're renting a lot of cars.
- 37:00Speaker 4: But yeah, you know, we'll take.
- 37:02Speaker 1: This off the list.
- 37:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Who are y'all with? We're honestly just from California. Just
- 37:07Speaker 1: independent photojournalists. Do y'all have like a Twitter or something?
- 37:11Speaker 1: Jorge Ventura. Jorge Ventura. Yeah, Jorge Ventura. How long has
- 37:15Speaker 1: this been set up, man? The images of this are
- 37:18Speaker 1: going viral. That's when we came. I don't know if
- 37:20Speaker 1: you know if they're going viral. Yeah, no, I heard that.
- 37:23Speaker 6: People are saying that.
- 37:26Speaker 1: People saying that. All right, enough of this, kids. So
- 37:29Speaker 1: we get this idiot. He's standing out there in the
- 37:31Speaker 1: black face mask, his balaclava on. He's trying to, you know,
- 37:34Speaker 1: he's like interrogating random people in the street. You with ice.
- 37:38Speaker 1: You with ice. Your license plate popped up in a database.
- 37:41Speaker 1: What do you mean it popped up in a database?
- 37:42Speaker 1: How about I pop you in the face? What are
- 37:44Speaker 1: you talking about? So the guy's going up to people's
- 37:46Speaker 1: windows and menacing them and demanding that they prove whether
- 37:49Speaker 1: or not they're law enforcement. And that dude he goes
- 37:53Speaker 1: up to is Somali. And I love the thought process
- 37:57Speaker 1: that goes on here because he's the first accusing the
- 37:59Speaker 1: guy of being ICE. He's like, hey, your license plate
- 38:02Speaker 1: popped up in a database. And then when he hears
- 38:04Speaker 1: from Jorge and he looks at the guy and goes,
- 38:06Speaker 1: this guy's Somali, he begins to racially profile the guy.
- 38:08Speaker 1: He's like, well, he's Somali. So I don't think he
- 38:12Speaker 1: could be ICE. It seems like it couldn't be the case.
- 38:14Speaker 1: I don't know what to do. It's like, It's so psychotic.
- 38:19Speaker 1: It's like the whole thing is so crazy. And this
- 38:21Speaker 1: is what Tampon Tim Walz is allowing the fester in
- 38:23Speaker 1: his state. Now he's got vigilantes running around pretending like
- 38:27Speaker 1: they're law enforcement, going after law enforcement, including Somalis that
- 38:30Speaker 1: they're accusing of being ICE. The whole thing's so stupid.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Now you heard that dude ask Jorge, who are you?
- 38:37Speaker 1: Why are you filming me? What's your name? And he said,
- 38:41Speaker 1: I'm Jorge Ventura. You can look me up on X.
- 38:43Speaker 1: And sure enough, the guys did. They looked up Jorge.
- 38:45Speaker 1: They must have. Because what happens next is they assault Jorge.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Here's the video footage. This is Jorge Ventura and his
- 38:53Speaker 1: photojournalist he's with, the two of them near their vehicle.
- 38:59Speaker 1: And these idiots, these insurrectionists start shoving Jorge and the
- 39:04Speaker 1: photojournalist until these two men get in the car in
- 39:08Speaker 1: order to get away to safety. They're not trying to
- 39:09Speaker 1: get into fisticuffs with the people that they're simply covering
- 39:13Speaker 1: on the street. Here's Jorge Ventura, cut sex watch. You
- 39:16Speaker 1: can't have saw me, dude. Get in your fucking car.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Get in the fucking car, man. Look at this limp-wristed weirdo.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So they're assaulting me and my photojournalist.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Got it all on video.
- 39:35Speaker 1: They actually tried to steal my phone, but unsuccessful. And
- 39:39Speaker 1: you're going to get blasted all over the internet, buddy. Yeah,
- 39:42Speaker 1: you're going to get blasted all over. And sure enough,
- 39:44Speaker 1: Jorge posted all that, and that went mega viral yesterday.
- 39:47Speaker 1: It's not enough for it to go mega viral, though.
- 39:49Speaker 1: I mean, that's not Jorge's job beyond that. But I mean,
- 39:52Speaker 1: we just need to see these guys arrested and have
- 39:54Speaker 1: their asses thrown in jail because it's like, what, you're
- 39:56Speaker 1: going to assault journalists now? Hey, where's all the brave
- 39:58Speaker 1: journalism defenders that were standing up for Don Lemon storming
- 40:02Speaker 1: a church a week or so ago? Where's everybody standing
- 40:06Speaker 1: up for Jorge Ventura? You got journalists. Jorge Ventura is
- 40:08Speaker 1: a real deal, actual reporter, unlike Don Lemon. That guy's
- 40:13Speaker 1: going out on the street. He's covering people. He's being respectful.
- 40:15Speaker 1: He's just pointing his camera at news events. He's not
- 40:18Speaker 1: storming churches or anything like that. And we're all the
- 40:21Speaker 1: brave journalism defenders. Nobody's standing up for that guy now.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Nobody's coming out to say this can't happen. We got
- 40:26Speaker 1: to arrest the bad people who are attacking journalists. Maybe just,
- 40:29Speaker 1: maybe this is just a huge pile of partisan horseshit.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Maybe just, maybe this is all, all this nonsense about
- 40:37Speaker 1: defending Don Lemon is in the service of of treating
- 40:41Speaker 1: Christians in a bigoted way and then being for illegal
- 40:46Speaker 1: aliens pouring into our country and wrecking it. Maybe that's
- 40:50Speaker 1: what all of that's about. And maybe it has nothing
- 40:51Speaker 1: to do with standing on any sort of principle or
- 40:53Speaker 1: defending the Constitution or the First Amendment or anything like it.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Jorge Ventura is a real journalist. You should be standing
- 40:59Speaker 1: up for him with a lot more volume and enthusiasm
- 41:02Speaker 1: than any attempt to stand up for Don Lemon, who
- 41:04Speaker 1: just menaced a Christian congregation. And now he's paying the
- 41:10Speaker 1: consequences for it. Maybe. Maybe that should go on. But
- 41:15Speaker 1: that's Jorge. That's Jorge doing his thing. Now, in the
- 41:18Speaker 1: midst of all of this, you can't forget how it
- 41:21Speaker 1: all started. You can't forget how it all started. Because
- 41:25Speaker 1: the fundamental jumping off point in Minnesota was what? What
- 41:30Speaker 1: was it again? It was fraud. It was fraud. It
- 41:33Speaker 1: was the Quality Learing Center is what it was. It
- 41:37Speaker 1: was fraud. It was the fact that Somalis overwhelmingly in
- 41:42Speaker 1: Minnesota have been the convicted criminals behind immense fraud at
- 41:49Speaker 1: the expense of the American taxpayer, at the expense of
- 41:51Speaker 1: the Minnesota taxpayer. Now, the U.S. attorney in that district
- 41:57Speaker 1: said that they were looking at upwards of $ 20 billion
- 42:01Speaker 1: in suspicious payments out the door. He said about half
- 42:03Speaker 1: of that confirmed fraud. The rest, they've been working on.
- 42:07Speaker 1: They've been trying to figure out how much of this
- 42:08Speaker 1: is fraud. So when you hear President Trump citing 19,
- 42:12Speaker 1: $ 20 billion, he's citing very real numbers that the United
- 42:16Speaker 1: States government is super concerned about because they believe that
- 42:19Speaker 1: the Somalis are involved in stealing it. And as the
- 42:21Speaker 1: New York Times told us when they covered this story
- 42:24Speaker 1: in just kind of a little way in November, As
- 42:26Speaker 1: they said, hey, there's a lot of fraud going on
- 42:28Speaker 1: in Minnesota and the Somalis are kind of engaged in
- 42:31Speaker 1: it right now. They consulted a Somali expert who said, yeah,
- 42:34Speaker 1: that's a feature of Somali culture. You steal from the government,
- 42:37Speaker 1: you take as much as you can get, however you
- 42:39Speaker 1: can get it. Okay, well, if that's a part of
- 42:41Speaker 1: your culture, I don't want it here. I don't want
- 42:43Speaker 1: it here. When we say assimilate, we mean adopt our culture.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Don't bring a poisonous culture into our country and wreck it.
- 42:49Speaker 1: We're not for that. We're against it. Get the hell
- 42:51Speaker 1: out of our country. Don't do that. And so the
- 42:54Speaker 1: beginning of all of this is the fraud story. And
- 42:57Speaker 1: that story is not over. In fact, here's Todd Blanche,
- 43:00Speaker 1: the deputy attorney general, last night, cut seven, saying, yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 1: not only are we all over and investigating these left-wing
- 43:08Speaker 1: terror networks, but people need to remember how this all began.
- 43:11Speaker 1: And we're all over that story, too, the fraud story.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Todd Blanche.
- 43:15Speaker 6: Several ongoing investigations. And remember what was happening in December, Laura.
- 43:19Speaker 6: We had a massive fraud going on all through Minneapolis,
- 43:22Speaker 6: all through Minnesota. And suddenly it turned. It turned almost
- 43:26Speaker 6: on a dime. And it became suddenly all about ICE,
- 43:29Speaker 6: all about getting ICE out and how horrible ICE was doing.
- 43:31Speaker 6: But really what we have here is a massive underground
- 43:34Speaker 6: fraud network operating in Minneapolis. And we had a very
- 43:38Speaker 6: strong pushback, very strong pushback when we raised our hands
- 43:41Speaker 6: and said stop. And so, yes, we have multiple investigations
- 43:45Speaker 6: going on. We sent prosecutors from Maine Justice. We sent
- 43:48Speaker 6: prosecutors from other U.S. attorney's offices all over the country.
- 43:51Speaker 6: And we're making progress every day.
- 43:55Speaker 1: That's the story. That's the story. You see what happened
- 44:00Speaker 1: is they activated their foot soldiers in Minnesota to cause
- 44:04Speaker 1: chaos to distract from the fact that we had them
- 44:08Speaker 1: dead to rights on fraud. They started a new epic
- 44:12Speaker 1: and totally destructive pattern of behavior to try and distract
- 44:17Speaker 1: from the old destructive pattern of behavior. And people have
- 44:22Speaker 1: lost their lives because of it. That guy Alex Preddy
- 44:25Speaker 1: and Rene Good would be alive today were it not
- 44:28Speaker 1: for the chaos that the left breathed life into to
- 44:33Speaker 1: protect their fraud schemes. That's just true. There's now a
- 44:36Speaker 1: body count associated with this effort to take the American
- 44:40Speaker 1: people's eye off the ball. And the left owns that.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Tim Walz has blood on his hands as a result
- 44:45Speaker 1: of that. And in case you're wondering what lessons have
- 44:49Speaker 1: the Democrats learned from all of this, they're trying to
- 44:52Speaker 1: expand this fraud enterprise all across the country. It's not
- 44:55Speaker 1: just fraud in voting, it's fraud in the theft of
- 44:58Speaker 1: American taxpayer dollars, which the left has specialized in for years.
- 45:01Speaker 1: President Trump has gone a long way towards tackling it. Remember,
- 45:04Speaker 1: he brought Elon Musk in and Doge, and they actually,
- 45:07Speaker 1: you know, they closed off all the USAID slush fund garbage.
- 45:11Speaker 1: They shut down a bunch of federal taxpayer money that
- 45:13Speaker 1: was going out the door to these NGOs. They shut
- 45:16Speaker 1: down the federal taxpayer money that was going off to
- 45:18Speaker 1: these nominally religious NGOs that were human trafficking illegal aliens
- 45:23Speaker 1: into our country by the millions. The Trump administration has
- 45:26Speaker 1: gone a long way to cut off that kind of fraud.
- 45:30Speaker 1: And they're doing it also with the Justice Department as
- 45:32Speaker 1: they pursue and secure prosecutions and convictions of all sorts
- 45:36Speaker 1: of fraudsters. And that effort needs to continue. Remember, the
- 45:39Speaker 1: Trump administration is investigating Tim Walz and Keith Ellison and
- 45:43Speaker 1: Jacob Fry, and they all deserve it because all of
- 45:46Speaker 1: them have been involved in an effort to obstruct law
- 45:49Speaker 1: enforcement and... to make it easy to commit fraud as
- 45:53Speaker 1: they look the other way or ran a cover-up operation
- 45:56Speaker 1: for the fraudsters in their state. So they deserve everything
- 45:59Speaker 1: that's already come to them and that continues to come
- 46:02Speaker 1: to them. But it's encouraging. I'm glad to hear Todd
- 46:07Speaker 1: Blanch basically say, look, we're staying focused on how all
- 46:10Speaker 1: of this began because this is a massive theft of
- 46:12Speaker 1: the American people. And it is. I mean, $ 20 billion
- 46:16Speaker 1: is an absurd amount of money to be stolen. And
- 46:20Speaker 1: the excuses for it have included, of course, like saying that, well,
- 46:24Speaker 1: they're allowed to do it. Like any scrutiny of them
- 46:27Speaker 1: is because you're a racist. Nope. Nope. Nothing to do
- 46:29Speaker 1: with that. And nobody's falling for that shit anymore. Our
- 46:32Speaker 1: basic view is really simple, which is if you steal
- 46:36Speaker 1: from us, you will be held accountable. And I don't
- 46:39Speaker 1: care what color your skin is. We'll put you in
- 46:42Speaker 1: an orange jumpsuit. Everyone will have the same color. It's
- 46:45Speaker 1: in prison. It's crazy. So. There you go, Todd Blanch.
- 46:51Speaker 1: A good update there from him. As we find out
- 46:54Speaker 1: exactly what's going on here in Minnesota, the pandemonium continues. Now,
- 46:59Speaker 1: I mentioned that Jorge Ventura had captured that footage of
- 47:03Speaker 1: those guys building the wall in the middle of the street,
- 47:06Speaker 1: those insurrectionists blockading everything. Well, remember something. The president of
- 47:12Speaker 1: the United States has gotten involved, and he's And Tom
- 47:16Speaker 1: Holman is in Minnesota and he's staying in Minnesota until
- 47:20Speaker 1: the problem is resolved. And this is getting results. So
- 47:25Speaker 1: Jorge covers the blockade yesterday in the middle of the street.
- 47:29Speaker 1: And then we get this. Local police were called in yesterday.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Look at that. There's a garbage truck and everything. Cops
- 47:38Speaker 1: go in, they sweep out the area, they get rid
- 47:41Speaker 1: of all of the trash, they dump it into the
- 47:43Speaker 1: garbage truck, and they reopen the streets in Minnesota. Let's
- 47:47Speaker 1: be clear about this. This does not happen unless President
- 47:51Speaker 1: Trump is as involved as he is right now. These
- 47:54Speaker 1: Democrats have been trying to get away with doing anything
- 47:57Speaker 1: they want. President Trump got involved directly. He sent Tom
- 48:00Speaker 1: Homan in, and now the local cops are cleaning up
- 48:04Speaker 1: the blockades that these lunatic leftists are creating. So some
- 48:11Speaker 1: good news to finish out that story as Jorge Ventura
- 48:14Speaker 1: captures it on video and the Trump administration is able
- 48:18Speaker 1: to spur these guys into actually taking some action yesterday.
- 48:21Speaker 1: So that's a very big deal and not something we
- 48:26Speaker 1: would have had a couple of weeks ago, not before
- 48:28Speaker 1: President Trump got involved. Now, I mentioned that the media
- 48:33Speaker 1: are celebrating children, literal children, who are involved in the insurrection.
- 48:40Speaker 1: And in fact, CNN has a story up right now
- 48:42Speaker 1: about two brothers who are from Chicago, who are currently
- 48:49Speaker 1: on the streets of Minneapolis. And they're a part of
- 48:55Speaker 1: the insurrection. And in the way CNN covers these guys,
- 49:00Speaker 1: you should know is, and you will know instinctively, is
- 49:03Speaker 1: to celebrate them, to treat them like they are heroes.
- 49:06Speaker 1: The brothers' names are Ben Luman, 17, and Sam Luman, 16.
- 49:11Speaker 1: These are children. Their parents are perfectly fine with them
- 49:14Speaker 1: being on the insurrection. And the whole story is about
- 49:19Speaker 1: how they are quote, trained observers. They say the two
- 49:24Speaker 1: boys wield cell phones and take down plate numbers. They're
- 49:29Speaker 1: 16 and 17 years old. They're from Chicago. They should
- 49:32Speaker 1: be in school, but instead they're running around the streets
- 49:36Speaker 1: of Minneapolis trailing law enforcement. They say they're trailing agents.
- 49:42Speaker 1: They're a part of a ballooning wave of observers across
- 49:46Speaker 1: the North Star State where tensions have soared during encounters
- 49:50Speaker 1: between thousands of federal agents and protesters. They're just protesters.
- 49:55Speaker 1: You see what the language does here? It's meant to
- 49:57Speaker 1: condition you to think that this is totally normal. These
- 50:00Speaker 1: are just protesters exercising their right to protest. Sam and
- 50:05Speaker 1: Ben are trained ice watchers, trained ice watchers. They're barely
- 50:10Speaker 1: trained children. What do you mean they're trained ice watchers?
- 50:13Speaker 1: What does that even mean? They document federal immigration agents'
- 50:18Speaker 1: actions with cell phone video, and they quickly warn of
- 50:21Speaker 1: agents' locations with whistles and car horns. I believe.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Correct me if I'm wrong, I believe that is a
- 50:29Speaker 1: description of obstructing justice. They're obstructing law enforcement. They're running
- 50:33Speaker 1: around with rape whistles and car horns to warn bad
- 50:36Speaker 1: guys that the agents are approaching, that law enforcement is
- 50:39Speaker 1: getting close. Their efforts are reflective of a growing movement
- 50:44Speaker 1: across the country as thousands of parents, teachers, clergy members,
- 50:49Speaker 1: and community organizers have sought training on what they can
- 50:53Speaker 1: legally do when they see an immigration arrest. This is,
- 50:57Speaker 1: I mean, you understand what's happening here. These are kids
- 51:01Speaker 1: who've been groomed into joining this. This is, by the way,
- 51:05Speaker 1: a feature of totalitarian regimes. They groom kids into being
- 51:10Speaker 1: little Soviet rats to try and rat out people who
- 51:15Speaker 1: are doing the right thing. That includes, in this case,
- 51:18Speaker 1: the law enforcement who are doing the right thing, taking
- 51:20Speaker 1: the bad guys off the streets. And this is like
- 51:23Speaker 1: the Chinese cultural revolution again, where you send the kids
- 51:26Speaker 1: out to menace people who are doing the right thing.
- 51:29Speaker 1: It's crazy. The Trump administration has criticized bystanders recording immigration
- 51:34Speaker 1: officials during enforcement operations. Yeah, no kidding. Because they're not
- 51:38Speaker 1: just bystanders recording immigration officials. They're accosting law enforcement. They're
- 51:44Speaker 1: interfering with law enforcement. They're throwing rocks at them, bottles.
- 51:49Speaker 1: They're injuring law enforcement. They're assaulting law enforcement. They're putting
- 51:52Speaker 1: out bounties on the heads of law enforcement. Oh, they're
- 51:55Speaker 1: just observers. Screw you, CNN. Just the idea that they
- 51:59Speaker 1: would even do a story like this without offering any
- 52:02Speaker 1: sort of obvious balance to it is insane. They're just
- 52:06Speaker 1: celebrating these children and the parents who put them out
- 52:10Speaker 1: on the streets to do this. The observers are necessary,
- 52:15Speaker 1: says CNN, given what they describe as dangerous tactics by
- 52:18Speaker 1: federal agents. You know what makes a law enforcement encounter
- 52:21Speaker 1: more dangerous? When people interfere with it. So Tom Holman
- 52:27Speaker 1: was really clear when he got to Minnesota. He finally
- 52:29Speaker 1: did that press conference after a couple days of silence.
- 52:32Speaker 1: He wasn't saying much. He was just meeting with officials,
- 52:34Speaker 1: Tampon Tim Walls, Mayor Jacob Frye. He meets with these guys.
- 52:38Speaker 1: And then a couple of days later, he comes out
- 52:39Speaker 1: and he does a press conference. He goes, here's the
- 52:40Speaker 1: big thing the left keeps saying they want. They want
- 52:42Speaker 1: ICE agents out of Minnesota.
- 52:44Speaker 3: Okay.
- 52:45Speaker 1: How's that going to happen? All right. We'll pull out
- 52:47Speaker 1: of Minnesota the second they're not required. Well, what makes
- 52:51Speaker 1: them required? Why do we have all these federal officers
- 52:53Speaker 1: in the state? It's because violent lunatics keep impeding and
- 52:57Speaker 1: attacking law enforcement operations. So as long as you're doing that,
- 53:01Speaker 1: we need extra men in the state in order to
- 53:04Speaker 1: confront that problem. You don't do that anymore? We don't
- 53:07Speaker 1: need the extra guys. So stop attacking our guys. And
- 53:10Speaker 1: by the way, stop making us chase down violent illegals.
- 53:13Speaker 1: If you've got them in custody, hand them to us. Now,
- 53:18Speaker 1: that's not happening yet. For all the lip service that
- 53:21Speaker 1: these Democrats are giving to, oh, we want peace. We
- 53:23Speaker 1: want safety in our community. It's just horse crap. They're
- 53:26Speaker 1: not giving away these guys. They're not giving up their
- 53:28Speaker 1: sanctuary status. They're not handing over these violent illegals from
- 53:31Speaker 1: the jails directly to the federal government. They'll say things like, oh,
- 53:34Speaker 1: we're doing it in the prisons. Yeah, but you're not
- 53:36Speaker 1: doing it in the jails. So stop lying to the
- 53:38Speaker 1: rest of us. So that's why Tom Holman stays. That's
- 53:41Speaker 1: why federal law enforcement stays. And until these problems are resolved,
- 53:44Speaker 1: they're going to stay. The Trump administration has made that clear.
- 53:46Speaker 1: It's not a white flag of surrender. It's resolved to win.
- 53:50Speaker 1: And the second these guys are not required, we'll get
- 53:53Speaker 1: them out of there and onto other missions all across
- 53:55Speaker 1: our country because we have tens of millions of illegals here.
- 53:58Speaker 1: They've got to be deported and they've got a lot
- 53:59Speaker 1: of work to do. That's just true. So, In case
- 54:03Speaker 1: you're wondering, has CNN turned a new leaf? I mean,
- 54:06Speaker 1: they got Scott Jennings. That's wonderful. That's wonderful that they
- 54:09Speaker 1: have Scott Jennings. They have, you know, sure, Michael Singleton.
- 54:13Speaker 1: But what else they got going on? They got whole
- 54:15Speaker 1: articles celebrating children whose parents deploy them into the streets
- 54:20Speaker 1: to be a part of an insurrection. And then they
- 54:22Speaker 1: treat them like they're heroes. Oh, they're observers. They're trained observers.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Trained observers. You're a trained propagandist if you wrote that article.
- 54:33Speaker 1: That's the ongoing CNN coverage. CNN used to be known
- 54:38Speaker 1: as the Clinton News Network. Remember when Rush called them
- 54:40Speaker 1: the Clinton News Network?
- 54:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Well, we do have Clinton News for real. There have
- 54:47Speaker 1: been a number of developments overnight that Bill and Hillary
- 54:50Speaker 1: Clinton are now, quote, agreeing to testify before the United
- 54:55Speaker 1: States Congress.
- 54:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 54:59Speaker 1: This seems and smells like a complete stunt to me.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Here's the report. This is from Politico overnight. Bill and
- 55:07Speaker 1: Hillary now agree to testify before Congress. Now, remember, the
- 55:12Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee was seeking testimony from these guys to
- 55:15Speaker 1: talk about Epstein. Got to talk about Epstein. Bill was
- 55:18Speaker 1: constantly with Jeffrey Epstein. The guy's flying around on the
- 55:21Speaker 1: private jet visiting the island. The guy's constantly with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 55:24Speaker 1: So maybe answer some questions, Clintons. They refused. They did
- 55:28Speaker 1: a number of stunts where they were pretending like they
- 55:30Speaker 1: were going to give some sort of testimony under very
- 55:32Speaker 1: limited circumstances or whatever. Now, political claims suddenly they are
- 55:37Speaker 1: agreeing to testify before Congress. Well, there's some really interesting
- 55:41Speaker 1: and important context here. One, the United States House is
- 55:45Speaker 1: on the verge this week of passing contempt charges for
- 55:49Speaker 1: the Clintons. It's already been passed out of committee. It
- 55:52Speaker 1: was headed off to the full House this week. They
- 55:55Speaker 1: would vote to hold both of the Clintons in contempt
- 55:58Speaker 1: of for giving double-barreled middle fingers to Congress and saying,
- 56:02Speaker 1: we're not going to testify. You don't have a choice here.
- 56:04Speaker 1: You have an obligation. You've been sent a lawful subpoena.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Show up. And they're refusing. So contempt proceedings for the Clintons.
- 56:12Speaker 1: And if a contempt citation actually occurred and then was
- 56:15Speaker 1: sent off to the United States Department of Justice, that'd
- 56:17Speaker 1: be great because what's the predicate here? What's happened in
- 56:21Speaker 1: the past? What's the standard that's been sent by the left?
- 56:25Speaker 1: I don't know. They put Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon
- 56:27Speaker 1: in jail for contempt of Congress. And that was for
- 56:29Speaker 1: a fake committee. That was for a fake, the January
- 56:32Speaker 1: 6th committee that Nancy Pelosi came up with. So how
- 56:35Speaker 1: about we throw the Clintons in jail for a couple
- 56:36Speaker 1: of months? How about that? We can send the referral
- 56:39Speaker 1: over to Congress, prosecute them, lock them up. Lock them up.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Bill and Hillary Clinton are now trying to figure out
- 56:46Speaker 1: a way out of a criminal referral. They claim they've
- 56:49Speaker 1: agreed to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform
- 56:52Speaker 1: Committee as a part of the panel's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Politico says it's a remarkable reversal for the former president
- 56:58Speaker 1: and the secretary of state, who last month chose to
- 57:01Speaker 1: defy committee-issued subpoenas and risk imprisonment by the Trump Justice Department.
- 57:07Speaker 1: But they changed their minds as the House was preparing
- 57:09Speaker 1: to vote on Wednesday, that's tomorrow, to call their bluff
- 57:12Speaker 1: and hold them both in contempt of Congress. All right,
- 57:14Speaker 1: so that's the late night development. Now, that came after
- 57:18Speaker 1: a sequence of rapid fire events this weekend. Three days ago,
- 57:23Speaker 1: now January 31st, The Clintons sent a letter to James
- 57:29Speaker 1: Comer asking for special treatment in order to give limited testimony.
- 57:35Speaker 1: They offered to give depositions, they claimed, under very specific circumstances.
- 57:42Speaker 1: And here's the offer that they made. In the letter,
- 57:47Speaker 1: lawyers for Bill Clinton proposed a voluntary transcribed interview in
- 57:51Speaker 1: New York City limited to four hours. And confined to
- 57:55Speaker 1: matters only, quote, related to the investigations and prosecutions of
- 58:00Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. In other words, they're trying to foreclose on
- 58:04Speaker 1: anything related to Bill Clinton's personal relationship with Epstein. So
- 58:07Speaker 1: it could only be related to the investigations and prosecutions
- 58:11Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein. You see how weasely this is worded?
- 58:16Speaker 1: And the way the deposition would be done is half
- 58:19Speaker 1: of the time, that would be two hours, would be
- 58:21Speaker 1: dedicated to Democrat questioning. which is another way of saying
- 58:25Speaker 1: Democrats could filibuster two full hours of the interview with Bill.
- 58:30Speaker 1: And then the other two, Republicans would have to rush
- 58:33Speaker 1: whatever pertinent questions they had to Bill Clinton in the
- 58:35Speaker 1: hopes of getting something usable out of it. It was
- 58:38Speaker 1: a scam. It's a total scam. And they said for Hillary,
- 58:42Speaker 1: the lawyers argued that she had no involvement in the
- 58:44Speaker 1: Justice Department's handling of the Epstein investigations. And therefore, they
- 58:49Speaker 1: proposed that she just give some written statements in lieu
- 58:51Speaker 1: of appearing in person. This is the, quote, offer that
- 58:54Speaker 1: the Clintons made this weekend to try to avoid contempt proceedings.
- 58:59Speaker 1: James Comer responded and said, up yours. You're trying to
- 59:02Speaker 1: dodge contempt. We're not giving you special treatment just because
- 59:06Speaker 1: you're a former president of the United States. He said
- 59:08Speaker 1: that yesterday, mid-day. after defying lawful subpoenas, Bill and Hillary
- 59:13Speaker 1: Clinton are trying to dodge contempt by requesting special treatment.
- 59:16Speaker 1: The Clintons aren't above the law. And then, of course,
- 59:19Speaker 1: they sent the letter back to the Clintons telling them
- 59:20Speaker 1: that very thing. And then we get that late night
- 59:23Speaker 1: statement that was published in Politico. And it was it
- 59:28Speaker 1: came from a spokesman For Bill Clinton called Angel Urina,
- 59:33Speaker 1: they they negotiated in good faith, he says to the
- 59:36Speaker 1: oversight committee. You did not. They told you under oath
- 59:38Speaker 1: what they know, but you don't care. But the former president,
- 59:41Speaker 1: former secretary of state will be there. They look forward
- 59:44Speaker 1: to setting a precedent that applies to everyone. That's what
- 59:47Speaker 1: Angel Urina said. OK, so that's why the media are
- 59:50Speaker 1: running wild right now. They say the Clintons are going
- 59:52Speaker 1: to testify. The Clintons are going to testify. We'll see.
- 59:55Speaker 1: This whole thing stinks to high heaven. It seems like
- 59:57Speaker 1: a Hail Mary play, a last ditch effort to avoid
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: contempt proceedings. By this point, they've already satisfied all of
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: the things that would be necessary to be held in
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: contempt of Congress. Let's just hold them in contempt. Give
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: them a criminal proceeding. Let them deal with that. They
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: had their chance. Just refer these guys to the Justice Department.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Let's get that ball moving. We'll keep our eyes on
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: it as we do everything. Always great to have you
