Kentucky honors U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham with statewide flags at half-staff until 6 p.m. on July 18, following a White House proclamation. Graham, 71, died from an aortic dissection after returning from a trip to Ukraine where he met with President Zelenskyy. A longtime foreign policy voice and close Trump ally, he served South Carolina since 2003.
