- 0:11Sean: Hello, and welcome to Scenes from the Screen, the film-focused show for all ages where we cover movies that flicker to life on screens both big and small.
- 0:19Sean: You'll find everything from comedy to horror, cult classics to major studio franchises, big budget to independent, theater releases, streaming premieres, and everything in between.
- 0:29Sean: Stick around and you might discover a new gem or be reintroduced to an old forgotten favorite.
- 0:34Sean: My name is Sean, and I'll be your host.
- 0:38Sean: All right.
- 0:38Sean: Well, today we're here with Jason.
- 0:40Sean: Jason, go ahead and tell us a little bit about yourself or your love of movies, whatever you want to fill everyone in on.
- 0:45Jason: So I do love movies.
- 0:46Jason: Conveniently, I'm wearing a shirt that I speak fluent movie quotes.
- 0:50Sean: I have the same, well, yeah, it's not the same shirt, but you know, not like we trade off or anything.
- 0:54Jason: In fact, I was waiting for you to make a comment when I walked in.
- 0:56Sean: Yeah, I know.
- 0:56Sean: I went, I forgot about it, but yeah, yeah.
- 0:58Jason: Yeah, I'm a movie junkie.
- 0:59Jason: And like Sean, we talk to each other almost in a separate language of oh, that reminds me.
- 1:04Jason: And you just will fire off a quote, and of course, the other person's automatically gonna know it.
- 1:08Sean: Yeah.
- 1:08Sean: Well, I mean, you hope so.
- 1:09Sean: Most people don't.
- 1:10Sean: Most people kind of stare at you like...
- 1:12Jason: An d if the person doesn't, what are you...
- 1:13Sean: Yeah.
- 1:13Jason: ...look at you like you're you're you have three heads.
- 1:16Sean: Well, right, right.
- 1:16Sean: But like the first time I think you know we got started talking was a line from A Fish Called Wanda.
- 1:20Sean: So that's you know, and that's a line I use that nobody has ever gotten.
- 1:24Sean: So that was really impressive.
- 1:25Sean: But today we're gonna do a more modern film.
- 1:27Sean: So we're gonna do something from this year.
- 1:28Sean: It is Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice.
- 1:31Sean: And Jason, I'm gonna read something to you because you tell me if this kind of sums up the movie overall for you.
- 1:37Sean: This is the IMDB description of the film: "Two friends navigate the dangerous world of organized crime, testing their loyalty and survival skills as they get deeper into the criminal underworld.
- 1:48Sean: Is that really an accurate description?
- 1:50Sean: Because...
- 1:51Jason: ...for like half the movie.
- 1:52Sean: Right.
- 1:52Jason: There's another part of the movie they are completely glossing over.
- 1:56Sean: Exactly.
- 1:56Sean: And it's really the selling point of the film, which is time travel.
- 1:59Sean: I mean, it's not gonna be it's a it's not really a spoiler alert.
- 2:01Sean: That happens early on in the film, right?
- 2:02Sean: That's what the whole film is based on.
- 2:05Sean: So I don't understand why they I mean I when I when I saw that I actually kind of laughed.
- 2:09Sean: I'm like, well, I've got to run this by you because I thought it was very weird.
- 2:13Sean: But...
- 2:13Jason: Not to mention the title when I heard that sounds like some weird love triangle, like it's gonna be some boring dramedy.
- 2:20Jason: I'm like, I don't know if I wanna watch this.
- 2:22Jason: It sounds like a modern take on this dude loves this girl and this dude also loves this other dude.
- 2:28Sean: Right.
- 2:28Jason: There's a truth going on here.
- 2:29Jason: I don't want to watch that.
- 2:30Sean: Yeah, there was a 70s movie, I think I think it was 70s, Bob and Carol, Ted and Alice, which is that kind of thing.
- 2:34Sean: That's like swapping.
- 2:35Sean: I mean, I've never seen it, but that's one probably on the list.
- 2:38Sean: But yeah, I mean, but I I only knew about it because I saw Vince Vaughn on um Good Morning America, and they're like, Oh, he has a new movie coming.
- 2:45Sean: I'm like, Okay, cool, that's that's awesome.
- 2:46Sean: And I probably forgot about it.
- 2:48Sean: I mean, I I saw some highlights, didn't really know too much what it was about.
- 2:50Sean: They said, Yeah, I mean, he comes back as himself, and I'm like, okay, cool.
- 2:54Sean: Until my wife mentioned it, and then she said that uh, oh, there's a movie on Hulu with Vince Vaughn.
- 2:59Sean: I'm like, Yeah, oh yeah, I forgot, yeah, let's watch it.
- 3:01Sean: So, yeah, it's uh Mike and Nick and Nick and Alice, and it is from this year, it's strictly streaming on Hulu.
- 3:06Sean: So if you have Hulu, you'll see it on there.
- 3:09Sean: So one of the first things that really impressed me about the first person you see is I love Ben Schwartz...
- 3:14Jason: Yes.
- 3:14Sean: ...in Parks and Rec, and almost anything he does, he's he's fantastic.
- 3:17Sean: Another person I saw on there, I really like Keith David.
- 3:20Jason: Oh, yes.
- 3:21Sean: You put Keith David in the movie, you're selling me already.
- 3:23Sean: Man, Keith David can do no wrong in any film.
- 3:25Sean: I mean, and The Thing and There's Something About Mary, just anything.
- 3:28Sean: They Live.
- 3:29Sean: He's just been fantastic.
- 3:30Jason: Men at Work, an underrated movie.
- 3:32Sean: What's that?
- 3:33Jason: Men at Work.
- 3:34Sean: Which I've never seen.
- 3:35Sean: I know.
- 3:35Sean: I again we were hitting on something that I've again, I I don't know why.
- 3:39Sean: It was something missed back in in those days, but yeah, that's one I know you mentioned several times, but uh yeah, I'll have to I'll definitely add that to my list of what thousands I haven't seen?
- 3:48Sean: So, you know, it it I'm a sucker for a time travel movie.
- 3:53Sean: So you give me a time travel movie, and man, I I'm a happy guy.
- 3:57Sean: This one is okay.
- 4:00Sean: I don't know how you felt about it.
- 4:02Jason: I time travel, pardon the pun, but there's almost limitless limitless possibilities there...
- 4:08Sean: Right.
- 4:09Jason: ...o f what you can do with it.
- 4:10Jason: So on the surface, it's it's fun, it's entertaining.
- 4:14Jason: But if you spend any amount of time thinking about is this possible?
- 4:18Jason: Is this possible?
- 4:19Sean: Logistics.
- 4:20Jason: Y eah, you quickly go down a hole, and then it's gonna ruin every movie you've ever heard of or seen involving time travel, because at least to me, I don't really think it's possible.
- 4:30Jason: And some of the the liberties they take with things that happen, and I don't want to get too far into this movie yet about that.
- 4:35Jason: I'm like, come on.
- 4:36Jason: So I try not to get wrapped around.
- 4:38Sean: Right.
- 4:39Sean: Right.
- 4:39Sean: Yeah, and it's uh you know, like I said, it was you know, I mean, basically it's a simple plot.
- 4:43Sean: He you know, he steps into a time travel machine that uh Ben Schwartz's character has created.
- 4:50Sean: She was a friend, he was, I'm sorry, he is a friend of Alice's, and Alice is actually played by Elsa Gonzalez, I believe.
- 4:59Jason: Eiza.
- 4:59Jason: Eiza?
- 5:00Jason: It might be Eiza Gonzalez.
- 5:01Jason: I can't read my eyes are bad.
- 5:02Jason: I think it is Eiza Gonzalez.
- 5:04Jason: I apologize, Eiza, if you happen to be listening to this.
- 5:06Jason: She's great in it.
- 5:07Jason: I mean, here's one thing that really I almost didn't like.
- 5:10Jason: Uh I'm not a big James Marsden fan.
- 5:13Jason: I like him when he does comedy.
- 5:17Sean: An d that's a selling point for me because he was fantastic in this.
- 5:19Sean: Yes, I mean, he was.
- 5:21Sean: I I was I really enjoyed it.
- 5:23Sean: Like I said, I've seen him in Westworld and you know, X-Men.
- 5:26Sean: Yeah, he was all right, as Cyclops but you know, this movie, I really think he's his gift is comedy, which I don't think they give him enough.
- 5:32Sean: It's almost like Alec Baldwin, way back when, because you're a good looking guy, they don't think you know, oh, he can't, he's got just got to do straightforward dramas or action film.
- 5:40Sean: Man, and Alec Baldwin's fantastic in comedies, and James Marsden, I think, is too.
- 5:44Sean: So give him other chances, Hollywood.
- 5:46Jason: I think the movie Death at a Funeral, I think, was the movie he was in.
- 5:51Jason: It was uh a funeral African-American family, and he was dating one of the daughters, and he got on drugs or something.
- 6:01Jason: He was hilarious in that movie.
- 6:02Jason: He was like naked up on a roof.
- 6:04Jason: At this point...
- 6:05Sean: I think I've seen short pieces of that too, but I never wanted to stick around because I had I didn't want to see from the I mean I had to say from the beginning, so...
- 6:10Jason: Hilarious.
- 6:11Sean: Yeah, and this that's a I believe a remake.
- 6:12Sean: Is that Peter Dinklage?
- 6:13Sean: Yes, too.
- 6:14Sean: Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 6:15Sean: But so, and I love Vince Vaughn too, but I have to admit, in this movie, he looked he looked tired.
- 6:22Jason: Yes.
- 6:22Sean: Lik e he looked, and it wasn't his character's thing.
- 6:24Sean: I mean, maybe like the future him.
- 6:26Jason: Right.
- 6:26Sean: But even when he comes back to like the current day, you know, I mean, the whole premise is he so he steps in a time machine in the future, he comes back to basically kind of save himself from doing something, which would result in James Marsden's death.
- 6:40Sean: So, again, not really spoiler alert because that's again the beginning of the film.
- 6:45Jason: Right.
- 6:45Sean: So the whole thing is him kind of kidnapping himself from the past to you know to save it, you know, whatever.
- 6:51Sean: No, actually, the present because he's from the future.
- 6:53Sean: So he comes back, that's his past.
- 6:55Jason: Yeah, the way the movie started out, and then Marsden going to the door, having been sent by Vince Vaughn, goes to the door, and Vince Vaughn greets him the door.
- 7:03Jason: I was like, Oh, this just took a turn.
- 7:06Sean: Right. Yeah, and it was it was hilarious.
- 7:07Sean: And then one there's one line that James Marsden did and I had to rewind it.
- 7:11Sean: I was laughing so hard.
- 7:12Sean: Where you know he's talking to the future Vince Vaughn character and Nick.
- 7:18Sean: Nick, yeah, but he's talking to Nick, and he said that he's like, Well, I don't remember you telling me this.
- 7:23Sean: He's like, Yeah, you told me, and he just goes into that, he does his words exactly.
- 7:26Sean: And the way he delivered those was hysterical.
- 7:29Sean: I'm like, God, this guy's great, he's great at that.
- 7:31Sean: I mean, maybe I misjudged you know again, James Marsden.
- 7:34Sean: But yeah, Vaughn just looked like he was going through the motions in this, which is...
- 7:38Jason: Yeah, I I agree with you.
- 7:41Jason: I don't know.
- 7:41Jason: I mean, because it was such a meaty role for him.
- 7:44Jason: He's basically playing himself with two different variations of it, so he could have had fun with the other one, like the future self.
- 7:50Sean: Right?
- 7:51Jason: Maybe even toying with the the former self.
- 7:54Sean: Yeah.
- 7:54Jason: And yeah, I just didn't see a whole lot of range there.
- 7:58Sean: No, no, and I was I was I was really disappointed in that because I guess I love Vince Vaughn and everything, so maybe that's just that movie.
- 8:04Sean: You know, maybe the director didn't coax it out of him.
- 8:07Sean: The movie kind of reminded me in a way, and without the time travel, of a watered down Lucky Number Slevin for some reason, which I love.
- 8:13Sean: I haven't seen that in since it came out, but right, it's never anywhere, yes.
- 8:18Sean: But yeah, Lucky Number Sleven is fantastic, and it's you know basically about the navigating of the whole crime world thing, which that that appeal applies to that movie wholly.
- 8:24Sean: But yeah, like I said, it was the thing I like about it.
- 8:28Sean: I know you and I have discussed about this, which is why I don't really see movies at the theater too much anymore, is because they're too long.
- 8:33Jason: Yep.
- 8:34Sean: But this was under two hours.
- 8:35Jason: Yes.
- 8:35Sean: This is doable.
- 8:36Sean: Now, would I go to the theater to see this?
- 8:38Sean: No.
- 8:38Jason: Right.
- 8:39Sean: Because it's not...
- 8:41Sean: back in the day, I probably would have...but now it's you know, it's...
- 8:45Jason: Certainly not if the trailers that they put out ahead of time were like that synopsis for IMDB.
- 8:50Sean: Right.
- 8:50Jason: No, that's not interesting.
- 8:51Sean: You know, the average film that comes out, which I mean it basically is anyway, but it's still, you know.
- 8:55Sean: I mean, like I said, you have some great performances.
- 8:57Sean: You know, I mean, Keith David is the is like the mob boss.
- 9:00Sean: Again, Marsden, Eiza Gonzalez.
- 9:03Sean: Jimmy Tatro's great as Jimmy Boy.
- 9:05Jason: He was awesome.
- 9:06Sean: His and he's got that distinct voice, you know, that he was I think he was in Modern Family for a couple episodes.
- 9:12Jason: Oh, yes, he was.
- 9:12Jason: Yeah.
- 9:12Sean: Yeah, he was one of the uh Haley's boyfriends, but yeah, yeah.
- 9:15Sean: I mean, the cast is great.
- 9:16Sean: Steven Root isn't, you know, I mean, Dolph Lungren, there's just tons of people in this movie.
- 9:20Sean: And again, it's not like it that's not like it totally fails, but yeah, there's nothing that special about it, you know?
- 9:29Jason: And then I started getting because I I wasn't engaged at all times, I started like when he was testing the theory and he stabbed himself.
- 9:40Sean: Right.
- 9:40Jason: And then the future self suddenly has a scar, instantly scar, I'm like, there's no way that happens.
- 9:45Jason: No, no, no, no, no, stop it.
- 9:47Sean: Yeah, I mean that's one theory of time travel.
- 9:49Sean: You know, I mean you gotta you do the Back to the Future, you do this, you do that.
- 9:51Sean: So there's a lot of different theories about it, and it's it's always interesting to see what what they come up with, but yeah, there's so I don't know.
- 9:58Sean: Here's a couple things that bother me about the movie, too.
- 10:00Sean: There's one is, and I thought it was maybe something.
- 10:03Sean: Well, first I thought, okay, he's just using this to effect was a slow motion effect.
- 10:08Jason: Oh,
- 10:08Sean: And then it happened again, and then it happened again, and then it happened like six or seven times.
- 10:13Sean: I'm like, is this something wrong with the TV?
- 10:16Sean: Because why is he he there was even one of a cat wagging its tail that was slow motion.
- 10:21Sean: Why?
- 10:21Sean: Is it padding that you didn't have enough?
- 10:23Sean: Maybe that's it, but I don't know if that bothered you as much as it did me.
- 10:27Sean: I was, I mean, it really irritated me.
- 10:29Jason: I can't say it stuck out, but now that you're bringing it up, yeah.
- 10:32Jason: I I didn't question like what's the scheme of things with this?
- 10:35Jason: Why are why are we drawing so much attention?
- 10:37Jason: We're slowing it down, like pay attention to this.
- 10:38Jason: Like you said, cat wagging the tail, I'm like...
- 10:41Sean: But there's no pay off for it.
- 10:42Sean: Yeah, I mean, if there was a payoff, that's a different story.
- 10:44Sean: Oh, yeah, great.
- 10:46Sean: But another one, man, this film really took a big leap that you have vast knowledge of the Gilmore girls in one particular scene.
- 10:54Jason: Right.
- 10:54Sean: I've never seen the show, I'm familiar with it, but I mean it's a passing familiarity.
- 10:57Sean: But I mean, it really hinges on like this whole you know, story of you know, like, I don't know enough about the Gilmore.
- 11:04Sean: ..why do I care?
- 11:05Jason: It was almost like an inside joke to the cast or the director, somebody that every main character had this intimate knowledge that was their favorite show.
- 11:12Jason: They all knew the characters, the backstories, and everything.
- 11:14Jason: I'm like, what is happening here?
- 11:16Sean: Yeah, I mean, it was just an odd choice to make, you know.
- 11:19Sean: I don't know if I would have gone that way, you know, but you know, apparently then I thought, well, maybe somebody has a connection, maybe the director no, it's like it just seems oddly out of place.
- 11:29Jason: Or or maybe that there's a following of that show that's far bigger than I ever possibly imagined, and I'm just not in on it.
- 11:36Sean: I mean, I think there is a decent following of it, but I just again I don't it wasn't my type, it wasn't something I'd watch, you know.
- 11:42Sean: Again, I'm very selective with what I watch TV wise too, because that really takes a chunk of your time.
- 11:47Sean: But yeah, again, we're just wasn't it.
- 11:48Sean: It's not I don't know if it's a good or bad show.
- 11:50Sean: I just I just didn't care.
- 11:52Sean: And one of the my last thing, which is the unnecessary sequel alert at the very end.
- 11:59Sean: Do I really want to because the there is there's a possibility, and do I really want to see a sequel this?
- 12:05Sean: I do not.
- 12:06Jason: That left a really bad taste in my mouth...
- 12:08Sean: Yeah.
- 12:09Jason: ...the way that ended.
- 12:09Jason: I'm like, this was a pretty good movie, and then you screwed it up in the last two minutes with this bullshit.
- 12:15Sean: Yep, yeah, because you have kind of like a kind of in a way a heartfelt ending.
- 12:19Jason: Right.
- 12:19Sean: And a well-deserved ending, and now you may cheat on it.
- 12:22Sean: And and again, it's like you know, it's almost like well, it's out of the blue.
- 12:27Jason: Right.
- 12:28Sean: Because there was, you know, hey, there's one time machine.
- 12:30Sean: Well, maybe there's something else that can, yeah.
- 12:32Sean: Oh yeah, come on.
- 12:33Sean: I think they're vastly overrating again, overreaching on the fact that we want another, see another.
- 12:38Sean: I mean, what would it be called?
- 12:39Sean: Would it be called Mike and Mike and Nick and Nick and Alice?
- 12:42Sean: I mean, I don't know, you know, because you already have a long title as it is, which is people aren't gonna remember that.
- 12:47Jason: Yeah.
- 12:47Sean: You know, what do you call it for short?
- 12:48Sean: You know, you can't call it Mike for short.
- 12:50Sean: Well, I mean, I've just seen Mike.
- 12:51Sean: Who's Mike?
- 12:52Sean: Yeah, that's leading a conversation down other roads that I, you know, really don't think.
- 12:57Sean: But I don't know, is there anything else you thought about that you want to touch on?
- 13:01Jason: Well, the the the way that ended with bunk, the only movie that actually had a worse ending, in my opinion.
- 13:06Jason: Like, come on, was Lake Placid.
- 13:08Jason: Great movie, very underrated movie.
- 13:12Jason: And then at the very end, they finally killed a huge rogue alligator, and then suddenly out of the water comes a second one.
- 13:19Jason: Immediately they blow it up, and boom, you spend an entire movie worrying about this one alligator, and then a second one, and you killed it in 10 seconds.
- 13:27Sean: But did they have the means?
- 13:28Sean: Did they not have the means before?
- 13:29Sean: Is that you know I mean...
- 13:30Jason: Like I was like, but still you're just cheap en this movie so badly.
- 13:33Jason: So that's what this kind of felt like.
- 13:35Jason: It was just hook at the end of a sequel...
- 13:39Sean: Right.
- 13:40Jason: ...with no explanation for like, oh, there's a second machine.
- 13:45Jason: Why is there a second one?
- 13:46Jason: And why did she know about it?
- 13:48Jason: Like, right, oh yeah, I should have told you, like, right, yeah.
- 13:51Sean: Well, yeah, if you would have told us at the beginning, it wouldn't be this movie, you know what I mean?
- 13:54Sean: Like, so yeah, that's that's laziness on the part of writing, and I that's what I can't stand.
- 13:58Sean: Like, you know, one of my friends that I started seeing movies with when I was in Cleveland, he said, I never thought as much about writing and plot and everything until I met you because you started pointing stuff out, not in a bad way, you know.
- 14:09Sean: Sometimes it's like, oh, this is cool because this happened, or this, you know, this led to this.
- 14:14Sean: But if it makes no sense, what's the point in keeping it in?
- 14:17Sean: You know, it's just yeah, oh, we'll just have an action movie.
- 14:20Sean: Okay, well, you know, you want it to be successful.
- 14:23Jason: Right.
- 14:23Sean: You know, and if you are gonna push the sci-fi aspect of it, which again, this is highly based on science fiction in a way, because it all hinges on that.
- 14:31Sean: You know, you're it's actually throwing it in.
- 14:33Sean: Yeah, it reminds me almost of, and this was done successfully, Happy Death Day, and Happy Death Day 2U.
- 14:39Jason: Yep.
- 14:39Jason: Where it was the time travel aspect was done very well, and you know, it was it was entertaining and it seemed realistic, whereas this one just is a gimmick, you know.
- 14:48Jason: And yeah, it's a gimmick to the first one, but it it meant something, so it had repercussions.
- 14:52Jason: This one, yeah, we'll just fix it, maybe again in a sequel, you know.
- 14:56Jason: I yeah, I like I said, it's a you can watch it if there's nothing else to do, but...
- 15:00Jason: Yeah. I I mean for me, I love Marsden doing comedy.
- 15:03Jason: I thought he was the gem of the movie.
- 15:06Sean: Right.
- 15:06Sean: Absolutely.
- 15:06Jason: Uh not to say Vince Vaughn mailed it in because he still does his patented rapid fire dialogue.
- 15:14Sean: Right.
- 15:14Jason: And he's good.
- 15:14Jason: And plus he and Ben Affleck are are the two people of follicle journey you want to watch in Hollywood.
- 15:19Jason: Like, what's his hair looking like in this movie now?
- 15:21Sean: Right, right.
- 15:22Jason: And Gonzalez...
- 15:24Sean: Follicle journey.
- 15:26Jason: I would watch her read an instruction manual in prison.
- 15:29Jason: I she's just stunning.
- 15:30Sean: She's great, yeah.
- 15:31Jason: And I I haven't seen her be bad in any movie yet.
- 15:33Jason: So the three of them together, uh, there was chemistry there.
- 15:36Jason: I enjoyed them, and as you mentioned, Keith David, Stephen Root, like great ancillary characters as well.
- 15:41Sean: I mean, yeah, just a great cast.
- 15:42Sean: Like they assembled it, the pieces were there, it's just uh sum just didn't really work in overall.
- 15:47Sean: Yeah, like I said, it's you know, I've seen worse misfires.
- 15:50Sean: That at least this had a lot of positives going for it.
- 15:53Sean: Like rewatchability, is it something you would rewatch if it came on TV?
- 15:56Sean: Just if it just came on.
- 15:58Jason: Yeah.
- 15:58Jason: Uh I might, but I probably would feel that the the pull during a slow scene.
- 16:05Jason: Like, is there anything else on?
- 16:06Sean: Yeah.
- 16:07Jason: One of those things.
- 16:07Sean: Right, yeah.
- 16:08Sean: Like there are movies that you just suck you in.
- 16:10Jason: Yes.
- 16:10Sean: Like you know, we we just saw on TV, Sneakers was on.
- 16:13Sean: That will suck me in.
- 16:14Jason: Yep.
- 16:14Sean: Yeah, but this, yeah, this gets really low rewatchability, but like I wouldn't go seek it out again.
- 16:18Jason: Right, yeah.
- 16:19Sean: And again, it will probably come on at some point.
- 16:22Sean: I don't care.
- 16:22Sean: I would I would skip over it, you know.
- 16:24Jason: There are far worse ways to spend two hours.
- 16:27Sean: There are, yeah, yeah. So...
- 16:28Jason: Which is not a glowing recommendation, but yeah, right.
- 16:31Jason: Yeah, so I would say, gun to my head, I would recommend watching it because I I think it's it's worth seeing at least once.
- 16:39Sean: Right, yeah.
- 16:39Sean: As long as you have if you have Hulu, watch it.
- 16:41Sean: You know, like I said, it's a it's a good if you don't care really about paying attention too much, yeah.
- 16:45Sean: Because you don't really have to, you don't have to think too much about this movie, it's kind of a shoot 'em up, and you know, it's got they try to jam everything into it.
- 16:52Sean: And like I said, it works on some level...
- 16:55Jason: Yeah.
- 16:55Sean: ...but it's not yeah, I've seen better films...
- 16:58Jason: Right. Agreed.
- 16:58Sean: So but I've seen a lot worse too.
- 17:01Jason: Oh yeah.
- 17:01Sean: So all right.
- 17:02Sean: Well, is there anything else you want to talk about about this movie anyway?
- 17:06Speaker: Yeah, no, I I I certainly appreciate the opportunity to be here, Sean.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Well, I want you back because we talk about movies all the time.
- 17:13Jason: I'd be happy to come back.
- 17:13Sean: And at some point, we're gonna do maybe some special things, like you know, there will be bonus material, you know, maybe start like a little we were talking about drunken movies.
- 17:22Jason: Oh yeah.
- 17:23Sean: So you know, where we start imbibing while we start watching a movie, and you know, just you know, the movie won't be moving playing, we'll be watching, but we'll just be commenting on it as we do it.
- 17:31Sean: So those will be obviously a little bit longer.
- 17:32Sean: We're not gonna pick you know a three-hour movie.
- 17:35Sean: Yeah, we are gonna pick you know some things that are smaller.
- 17:38Sean: So all right.
- 17:39Sean: Well, thank you again, everyone, for your time.
- 17:40Sean: Thank you, Jason, for being here.
- 17:42Jason: My pleasure.
- 17:43Sean: And we'll have you on again soon.
- 17:45Jason: Thank you.
- 17:46Sean: That's all I have for today.
