- 2:27Speaker 9: Zing And if you didn't know, a Spiding Author's magazine
- 2:34Speaker 9: also crowned me as their twenty twenty six Holy the Year.
- 2:40Speaker 9: So I'm excited about that and what I've been able
- 2:44Speaker 9: to do in that space. And so I am your
- 2:48Speaker 9: host tonight and I myself am an author, a poet,
- 2:53Speaker 9: and an emotional wellness advocate.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So I'm excited as tonight. I really am.
- 3:00Speaker 9: I cited because I feel that this night is gonna
- 3:04Speaker 9: be a little different than any type of usual podcast
- 3:08Speaker 9: because we're here tonight to really have a conversation. We're
- 3:12Speaker 9: gonna talk about me. We're gonna talk about a lot
- 3:16Speaker 9: of things. We're gonna We're gonna talk about poetry, faith
- 3:20Speaker 9: and how do we incorporate rate poetry in our lives
- 3:27Speaker 9: and our challenges.
- 3:28Speaker 1: You know, because a lot of us we deal.
- 3:32Speaker 9: With challenges different ways, right, But for us as writers
- 3:36Speaker 9: and poets, most of our poems are from our heart
- 3:42Speaker 9: right and then right, and it's from experiences.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So that's what you're gonna actually experience the night.
- 3:49Speaker 9: So I don't know if you all would be able
- 3:52Speaker 9: to show me where you're calling and from writing or
- 3:56Speaker 9: watching from I don't think I can see it.
- 3:59Speaker 10: Uh, let me listen and let's see I see something.
- 4:04Speaker 10: I see him, I can see him, and the I
- 4:06Speaker 10: see you, I see you. That's my that's my literally, yep,
- 4:13Speaker 10: that is my first lady.
- 4:14Speaker 9: That is my first lady. It's always great to have
- 4:17Speaker 9: you know, support. So right now, what I want to
- 4:21Speaker 9: do is I want to normally before I start anything, right,
- 4:30Speaker 9: I have to. I feel that I need to pray
- 4:34Speaker 9: right because we can't go into things and and you
- 4:38Speaker 9: know really nearly you know, into things and not thinking
- 4:41Speaker 9: that prayer.
- 4:42Speaker 1: It's privilege.
- 4:43Speaker 9: So if your value has with me, Spirity the most
- 4:49Speaker 9: Living God, thank you for being here with us today.
- 4:53Speaker 9: We thank you for for bringing us together tonight in
- 4:57Speaker 9: the body name of Jesus. Lord, I thank you but
- 5:00Speaker 9: every person that you allowed to get on here tonight,
- 5:04Speaker 9: because they could have been anywhere else, Father God, but
- 5:07Speaker 9: in the name of Jesus, you allow them to be
- 5:10Speaker 9: here tonight to be blessed.
- 5:12Speaker 7: Father.
- 5:12Speaker 9: I pray that tonight's conversation you will allow her to
- 5:17Speaker 9: deep people with encouragement, love, hope, and in a better
- 5:22Speaker 9: place than they was when they stepped on to the platform.
- 5:27Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, Father, open our hearts, open
- 5:31Speaker 1: the people hearts to his conversation with Father God, Father God.
- 5:35Speaker 9: I prayed that my guests tonight, Father God will get on,
- 5:39Speaker 9: Father God and all will be well. So I thank
- 5:42Speaker 9: you Lord for giving us the compassion and the empathy
- 5:46Speaker 9: in order to actually.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Have this podcast, and the mighty name on Jesus, I
- 5:52Speaker 1: pray a name.
- 5:56Speaker 7: That's right, all right?
- 5:57Speaker 9: You know we came on here today, so many things
- 6:01Speaker 9: was happening for me, my toolboke, you know what I'm saying.
- 6:10Speaker 9: So it's like the devil. You know, the enemy is here.
- 6:15Speaker 9: You know, he don't he doesn't want to see things
- 6:17Speaker 9: going well, but we.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Got something else for him. We got something, so that's
- 6:23Speaker 1: not gonna that's not gonna happen. We were moving forth.
- 6:27Speaker 1: You know, if this was any other time, I would
- 6:29Speaker 1: probably I wouldn't. I'm not gonna lie. I would have rescheduled.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I wouldn't ask.
- 6:34Speaker 9: But where are at in the Lord right now? I
- 6:37Speaker 9: know that these things happen for a reason. So I
- 6:42Speaker 9: just want to explain to you a little bit why
- 6:45Speaker 9: this podcast exists. I feel that podcasts should be conversations, right.
- 6:56Speaker 9: You should be able to come on and be comfortable,
- 6:58Speaker 9: be you be authentic because when you're talking to your audience,
- 7:02Speaker 9: that's what they want to see.
- 7:04Speaker 7: Right.
- 7:04Speaker 9: So I know a lot of times in our lives
- 7:08Speaker 9: we talk about I got this thing where we talk
- 7:10Speaker 9: about being okay, right, we smile, but on the inside
- 7:15Speaker 9: we're pringing and we feel like.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You're done in it. Right.
- 7:20Speaker 9: Sometimes we're talking to someone and where the grief is
- 7:25Speaker 9: so bad, you know, but we're still smiling and that
- 7:29Speaker 9: is okay.
- 7:30Speaker 1: But we can't. We have to learn how.
- 7:33Speaker 9: To stop suppressing things, right, Stop suppressing your emotions, stop
- 7:39Speaker 9: suppressing how you fear.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So this is for us.
- 7:45Speaker 9: This is where poetry comes in, right, because I look
- 7:48Speaker 9: at poetry as a lifeloin.
- 7:53Speaker 1: From here's a lifeliin.
- 7:55Speaker 9: So that's what brings me to tell you or tonight,
- 8:00Speaker 9: I have to guess tonight. And I'm so excited for
- 8:05Speaker 9: you all to meet this woman.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Okay, she is a friend.
- 8:11Speaker 9: She is a confident because we talk all the time,
- 8:16Speaker 9: and she's a woman of aith, right, who've been through
- 8:19Speaker 9: many challenges. But I'm gonna let you hear talk on
- 8:23Speaker 9: the story.
- 8:24Speaker 1: But before I.
- 8:24Speaker 9: Bring her one. I would like to let you or
- 8:28Speaker 9: know who she is behind the scene. Yel Legrand is
- 8:33Speaker 9: a woman of influence whose strength is rooted in her
- 8:38Speaker 9: faith and preseverance. She's a breast cancer survivor and warrior,
- 8:45Speaker 9: also an advocate for women healing from divorce and life challenges.
- 8:51Speaker 1: She meets with resilience and purpose. Guided by God. She
- 8:57Speaker 1: is a.
- 8:57Speaker 9: Self taught author and trusted voice in her community.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It's buying women to rise above adversity.
- 9:05Speaker 9: She believes her calling is to motivate others by showing
- 9:10Speaker 9: that faith and.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Endurance can overcome any battle.
- 9:16Speaker 9: So, with any further ado, I want to introduce you
- 9:20Speaker 9: to the author, the cancer survivor, the Lupiswarleans, the woman,
- 9:25Speaker 9: the incredible woman of faith, Miss Sheryl le grand.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I wish. I said, y'all have to get some stars.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Give us some stars, give us some lights, give us some.
- 9:38Speaker 7: Thumbs up, some up.
- 9:42Speaker 9: I love you, that's right, yes, yes, first nay authenticity.
- 9:47Speaker 1: So God, Shelan, how do you feeling today? I am
- 9:54Speaker 1: feeling blessed. I want good for me.
- 9:58Speaker 7: Thank you for for trees and everybody for this platform.
- 10:02Speaker 7: Once again for allowing me to share number one. I
- 10:06Speaker 7: don't look at it as a testimony. I look at
- 10:09Speaker 7: it as a faith war I always made. It was
- 10:12Speaker 7: only one person. My name is Ryla Grand. I'm originally
- 10:16Speaker 7: from North New Jersey. I resigned in Nightdale, North Carolina.
- 10:20Speaker 7: When I first got started, my children were smaller and
- 10:23Speaker 7: now all threed on when the other store. One I
- 10:26Speaker 7: finished rad scoal, one finished college, can read go to
- 10:29Speaker 7: grad school, and one has went back. That too, is
- 10:33Speaker 7: the favor of God. I take one day at a
- 10:36Speaker 7: because I life and changed many minutes when caught up
- 10:41Speaker 7: the cancer and Lucas, I tell anyone that's listening, I
- 10:44Speaker 7: didn't have any signs of either one. I was dinosed
- 10:48Speaker 7: with lucas probably about sixteen seventeen years ago. I was
- 10:52Speaker 7: in and out of the doctor, but they did not know.
- 10:55Speaker 7: And so after I had surgery on my knee, and
- 10:59Speaker 7: then it came up years later. Did anybody know you
- 11:02Speaker 7: had lucas? But I was going through the pain years
- 11:06Speaker 7: before that, the same thing with cancer. I was doing
- 11:11Speaker 7: a molegue with Miss Angela Trevina and a couple others,
- 11:16Speaker 7: and my my part was that I have courage that
- 11:21Speaker 7: the doctor told me I was gonna die and it
- 11:24Speaker 7: was about my love. And I would tell anybody a
- 11:27Speaker 7: lot of times when God places somewhere, he is preparing us.
- 11:31Speaker 7: But I was actually doing that thing at that time.
- 11:36Speaker 7: I didn't know he was preparing me for real life
- 11:38Speaker 7: issues with cancer was all they were talking about. Liver
- 11:42Speaker 7: and Shana. You know, he set it up and the
- 11:44Speaker 7: other women. I never forget when I'm start being around
- 11:48Speaker 7: Missus Angela. She was saying, well, y'all ladies like to come.
- 11:53Speaker 7: So when I got on and we did this for
- 11:55Speaker 7: maybe a couple of months. The thing about life. When
- 11:59Speaker 7: I went to the doctor and they actually called me
- 12:02Speaker 7: in the room the faith that I was dinosed for cancer,
- 12:05Speaker 7: I didn't react the same way. My human side wrote
- 12:08Speaker 7: down what I did and what I did, and it
- 12:13Speaker 7: was it was almost like I was at the play
- 12:16Speaker 7: because they I was looking at it when they was
- 12:18Speaker 7: looking at me, and they was taking pictures and then they
- 12:20Speaker 7: said the doctor coming in here, and it was kind
- 12:22Speaker 7: of scary because that was the scene there. So when
- 12:26Speaker 7: they called me inted, it said we got something to
- 12:28Speaker 7: tell you, and so they said the side of a
- 12:31Speaker 7: small piece. My whole face was totally different at that
- 12:37Speaker 7: moment and I called a family member, she's an author
- 12:40Speaker 7: as well. I called her. She said, calm down, and
- 12:44Speaker 7: when you get home called me. Do you know I
- 12:47Speaker 7: would tell anybody when you're going through anyone people could
- 12:50Speaker 7: pray for you. You could jump over, but it is
- 12:53Speaker 7: good to have someone besides you. But we have to
- 12:56Speaker 7: learn how to pray for our So that all the
- 13:02Speaker 7: time we had that was my transformation. And my family member,
- 13:07Speaker 7: my aunt Debbie John informers like it's just surprised, just
- 13:09Speaker 7: a cross and around. And then though she was saying it,
- 13:14Speaker 7: and even after she went home, I had to get
- 13:17Speaker 7: that in my heart and that was hard because the
- 13:20Speaker 7: human part came out the flash. Do we know what
- 13:26Speaker 7: we go something? It's building our strength, it's building our characters,
- 13:31Speaker 7: it's building our faith, building our hop because we take
- 13:34Speaker 7: life for granted. You know, we up every day were
- 13:42Speaker 7: God wakes us up. Right, there is a testimony saying
- 13:47Speaker 7: thank you Lord, but we take that like, oh he
- 13:49Speaker 7: woke of it. So I did all my chick ups,
- 13:56Speaker 7: all my physicals working out, so to me, I was
- 14:00Speaker 7: already doing so can you imagine you already You're already
- 14:05Speaker 7: taking Loopers medicine.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And then that yeah, I can't. I can't even imagine.
- 14:12Speaker 9: I can't what because what we go through with the
- 14:16Speaker 9: loop is is like life changing.
- 14:20Speaker 1: You know, your life changes when you're diagos. When I
- 14:23Speaker 1: think your.
- 14:23Speaker 9: Life changes when you're diagnosed with any chronic owness. You
- 14:27Speaker 9: know it is an order immune disease, but it's also
- 14:30Speaker 9: a chronic illness because as the people say, the doctors say,
- 14:35Speaker 9: they don't have the last say, it's something we will
- 14:37Speaker 9: have for the rest of our lives because they claim
- 14:40Speaker 9: it is no cue.
- 14:42Speaker 1: But we know who has the last say.
- 14:44Speaker 7: So mm hmm, you're not.
- 14:46Speaker 9: When I when I first saw Shovel, I think she
- 14:52Speaker 9: was in a chat.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I don't know something was going on. I think this,
- 14:57Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 14:57Speaker 9: I think it was clean this talking to you about
- 15:00Speaker 9: something and I saw the chet, But I know I
- 15:03Speaker 9: saw her all over kind of on Facebook, all over
- 15:05Speaker 9: the Crew podcast, you know, just seeing things that Queen
- 15:09Speaker 9: Angela was share And when I hold you Storky, you
- 15:14Speaker 9: know you guys, she's being very humble tonight because her
- 15:19Speaker 9: story is of.
- 15:24Speaker 1: God has favor on her life, and I.
- 15:27Speaker 9: Know that she's she was spared for a reason, and
- 15:31Speaker 9: I feel that everything she does now is because of that,
- 15:35Speaker 9: and it shows, you know, so showing you could continue
- 15:40Speaker 9: because I could listen to you all night because she's
- 15:44Speaker 9: so real and it's just.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Her story just is amazing.
- 15:50Speaker 9: But what I do want you to talk about because
- 15:52Speaker 9: you know how we go through humus.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Flayers, You've been through you know the cancer, you said,
- 15:58Speaker 1: God that.
- 16:00Speaker 9: But in the middle of all of that, right, you
- 16:02Speaker 9: know us as poets and writers and authors, how did
- 16:07Speaker 9: you use poetry to.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Even help you along the way that process?
- 16:15Speaker 7: Well, honestly, it was tough because it was very uncomfortable
- 16:19Speaker 7: because you understand, I was right. So when Austin miss
- 16:23Speaker 7: Andrew the Queen asked me to do it, I was
- 16:26Speaker 7: like what because I was like, I'm not a poetry
- 16:28Speaker 7: and I thought you had the rhyme and left. You know,
- 16:34Speaker 7: But what I did learn in life when she pushed
- 16:37Speaker 7: me over the cliff. Anything in life is a challenge.
- 16:42Speaker 7: And as long as we stay, we're not going to grow.
- 16:46Speaker 7: That's number one, We're not going to grow. So the
- 16:49Speaker 7: challenge that I had.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Old Cheryl, I can't hear you. I don't know why.
- 16:54Speaker 7: I know it's Miami, Okay, want me to say something?
- 17:07Speaker 8: Uh?
- 17:08Speaker 7: Can you get me yes, yes, uh huh, I can
- 17:12Speaker 7: hear you? Yeah, yeah, okay, I can't.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Oh you can you? Oh? Okay, I think I can
- 17:20Speaker 1: hear you now too. That's okay, okay. That had keep
- 17:27Speaker 1: on shuttle with life.
- 17:31Speaker 7: Like I said, mister Andrews pushed me in that area
- 17:33Speaker 7: because I never lived before. But in life, when we
- 17:38Speaker 7: stay stuck, we don't grow. That's about anything. So what
- 17:42Speaker 7: what poetry did is let me see a different side
- 17:45Speaker 7: of me. Because I was so comfortable with the writing
- 17:50Speaker 7: when I did his party, because I made a lot
- 17:51Speaker 7: of mistakes. Right, I went from have no internet going
- 17:58Speaker 7: to different stores, right, I didn't have I had to
- 18:02Speaker 7: use everybody hot spot to write. So that's also was
- 18:06Speaker 7: a challenge. So when miss ange to do poetry, I
- 18:11Speaker 7: thought about how did I get to this part with
- 18:13Speaker 7: my books? So you got to remember I didn't have
- 18:15Speaker 7: no WiFi or nothing in my house, so I was
- 18:18Speaker 7: okay bookstores. I made a lot of mistakes. I got
- 18:23Speaker 7: criticized on a lot of my books. So when she
- 18:27Speaker 7: asked me, I thought about that journey. Anything that we
- 18:31Speaker 7: do is going to be a journey. It's up to
- 18:33Speaker 7: us how that journey of life. It's like I heard
- 18:39Speaker 7: me a long time ago when my middle son is
- 18:41Speaker 7: going to grad school have certain pause, and he used
- 18:44Speaker 7: one side of his body. So when I was pushing him,
- 18:48Speaker 7: I was really pushing myself and didn't even know it.
- 18:51Speaker 7: So everything that I do and my strength and my
- 18:55Speaker 7: character and my faith, so poetry was another side of me.
- 18:59Speaker 7: It brought out something different. It brought out the pain.
- 19:03Speaker 7: It brought out the courage, because you know, when we
- 19:06Speaker 7: write our story right right, but brings good out of
- 19:12Speaker 7: the say wow, I didn't even know if this was
- 19:15Speaker 7: any So when I did it, it makes you think
- 19:20Speaker 7: a little bit more. Okay, I did this. I jumped
- 19:26Speaker 7: over the fence. I could put this together. Well, boy
- 19:30Speaker 7: T has you think about your inner stuff? About what
- 19:33Speaker 7: can come out of what can share? One book? We share?
- 19:39Speaker 7: But what about what about that deepness? What about the fall?
- 19:43Speaker 7: We don't talk about that. We don't talk about when
- 19:46Speaker 7: we fall. We don't talk about the situation when we heard.
- 19:50Speaker 7: We don't talk about how we got We didn't get
- 19:53Speaker 7: here because we did everything right. We didn't get here
- 19:56Speaker 7: because we didn't make a mistake in our books. We
- 19:59Speaker 7: didn't get here because we had a block. We did
- 20:02Speaker 7: not we made mistakes, these challenges, and that's what boy
- 20:06Speaker 7: did for me. It bore out everything that was already
- 20:11Speaker 7: there and started anybody's listening. Pick up a pen, don't
- 20:17Speaker 7: look at you perfect and you always gotta get along.
- 20:21Speaker 7: And to make of warning your eyes right to see yourself,
- 20:26Speaker 7: your pain. School. You know you might have to take
- 20:31Speaker 7: your kids to school. And Johnny didn't come by. Whatever
- 20:33Speaker 7: life is, don't let find it. People, family, stop you
- 20:42Speaker 7: because somebody gonna say, girl, you shouldn't do that. I
- 20:44Speaker 7: want to put my business on faith. I would just
- 20:47Speaker 7: share if you listen to the divorcees and trust me
- 20:52Speaker 7: when I say this, you will not never succeed.
- 20:55Speaker 1: You got to hear God first day.
- 20:57Speaker 7: He gives all of us, and when we don't use it,
- 21:03Speaker 7: our gift is not for us, our children and I family.
- 21:08Speaker 7: Everything is God.
- 21:10Speaker 1: So when we not use.
- 21:12Speaker 7: Our guests and talents for Him, we lose all of
- 21:16Speaker 7: them because it all to him. People get that I
- 21:24Speaker 7: met you or Miss Angela. He knew it already, so
- 21:28Speaker 7: why not plan't proceived for the next generation and not
- 21:33Speaker 7: when we when we take us out, we could do
- 21:36Speaker 7: a whole lot of things. So me and say this,
- 21:40Speaker 7: we are Lucis warrant fighters. And God said, it wasn't
- 21:47Speaker 7: time last year or the year after right now, because
- 21:53Speaker 7: I gotta move some stuff around. I gotta shift some stuff, y'all.
- 21:59Speaker 7: It's it's going to be together through me, right.
- 22:03Speaker 1: That's right, that's right. You're right about that.
- 22:06Speaker 9: Because even with Queen Angela, everyone we call her name
- 22:12Speaker 9: is Angela Thomas when we call her Queen Angela, and
- 22:16Speaker 9: she's the queen of collaborations, and she she's a woman
- 22:23Speaker 9: who believes in us authors, she believes in We're not
- 22:29Speaker 9: gonna talk about her talents. She's not gonna talk about
- 22:32Speaker 9: her talents because she feels she and she is doing
- 22:36Speaker 9: the Lord to work.
- 22:37Speaker 7: I prayed my thank.
- 22:39Speaker 9: God that I met her because my family was telling me,
- 22:44Speaker 9: I need.
- 22:44Speaker 1: To do the book. I need to do the book.
- 22:48Speaker 9: But we got to realize a lot of times we
- 22:50Speaker 9: had things in our own lives that is a.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Hindrance and that can mean people. You know what I'm
- 22:59Speaker 1: saying to me people.
- 23:01Speaker 9: So it's like when things start actually be calming down
- 23:04Speaker 9: in my life, you know, I was and my sister passed,
- 23:07Speaker 9: I was able to say no, even if I had
- 23:10Speaker 9: to use her in that instance, I'm gonna write this
- 23:13Speaker 9: book and of her the poetry, because she wanted to
- 23:17Speaker 9: see me.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Write this book. She pushed me.
- 23:23Speaker 9: But you know, for me, poetry is a lifeline. It's
- 23:26Speaker 9: a lifeline for me because there was a lot of times,
- 23:30Speaker 9: you know, when I was younger. I've been writing, maybe
- 23:35Speaker 9: since I was in eighth grade. Yeah, yeah, I think
- 23:39Speaker 9: like in eighth grade I had did my first poem.
- 23:42Speaker 9: It was about a mother and I wasn't second place.
- 23:46Speaker 9: So from then on I saw I said, wow, I
- 23:48Speaker 9: can write my feelings on paper because a lot of
- 23:52Speaker 9: times for me, I feel that poetry is also a language,
- 23:56Speaker 9: right because I can sit, I can write out.
- 23:59Speaker 1: What I feel.
- 24:01Speaker 9: It doesn't matter how sound, it doesn't matter what I write.
- 24:05Speaker 1: You know what I mean, and it's safe.
- 24:08Speaker 9: It keeps me safe until I'm ready to share it
- 24:12Speaker 9: in a way.
- 24:14Speaker 1: That it can help somebody else.
- 24:16Speaker 9: And when we spoke about the gifts, you're right, the
- 24:19Speaker 9: gifts are not for us.
- 24:21Speaker 1: And where I was.
- 24:23Speaker 9: Convicted at was the fact that I can't remember who
- 24:26Speaker 9: said it to me, but the fact.
- 24:28Speaker 1: That you holding on to this gives or gives.
- 24:32Speaker 9: For what right, So that needs the person who needs you,
- 24:37Speaker 9: the person whom God has a sign to you has
- 24:41Speaker 9: to wait.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Not only do they have to wait, they got to struggle.
- 24:46Speaker 9: Right or because I won't or we won't share our gifts.
- 24:50Speaker 1: So you're right, you know, Polty.
- 24:55Speaker 9: You know if anybody on here, like Chel said, don't
- 24:58Speaker 9: have the rhyme, you know that's my forte. But when
- 25:04Speaker 9: I first started writing, I was reading different poems and
- 25:08Speaker 9: I'm like, it just sounded like a conversation.
- 25:11Speaker 1: That's all it is, right, It's just your heart on paper.
- 25:16Speaker 1: So it's something I also do.
- 25:18Speaker 9: And I know chery, I know if you do this
- 25:20Speaker 9: with your poetry, but even at nighttime before I would
- 25:24Speaker 9: have been it's almost like a brain dump, right.
- 25:28Speaker 1: But when I put it all together, it want to
- 25:31Speaker 1: be in a poem. It can be a poem, right.
- 25:34Speaker 9: So writing is definitely something that I think everybody every
- 25:39Speaker 9: time I speak about poetry. Everybody should try to incorporate
- 25:43Speaker 9: in their life, you know. So, So Cheyl, let me
- 25:48Speaker 9: let me ask you chev how many books you had.
- 25:56Speaker 7: Just me alone? I have five and a journal, but
- 26:01Speaker 7: I have collaborated for the last five years of books.
- 26:06Speaker 7: Listen Angels. I have one with my family member that
- 26:13Speaker 7: we are doing now. Oh, I haven't, but I'm gonna
- 26:17Speaker 7: say this right with them. Whatever you do, and like
- 26:22Speaker 7: whatever you do, whether it's our poetry, whether wherever it is,
- 26:29Speaker 7: pray about the person and ask God to guide you,
- 26:33Speaker 7: to protect you. Because everybody don't do right out here
- 26:37Speaker 7: who you work with. So I would tell pray about it,
- 26:42Speaker 7: and don't be so eager to jump over the ship
- 26:45Speaker 7: as I jump over first. Even if you start and
- 26:50Speaker 7: make a mistake.
- 26:54Speaker 1: We have to stop down in ourselves.
- 26:56Speaker 7: Like enemy credit. Like I hear us say no, the
- 27:00Speaker 7: enemy not here. Because the enemy was here, we wouldn't
- 27:02Speaker 7: be up there right. So the task for me to
- 27:06Speaker 7: tell I don't care if it's the man or woman,
- 27:08Speaker 7: if it's nothing but one anything in life you want
- 27:10Speaker 7: to do, because we do what we want to do.
- 27:13Speaker 7: Just step out. Don't let money, don't let your circumstance.
- 27:17Speaker 7: I'm a testimony. Do you know right now the doctor
- 27:19Speaker 7: said I have heart failure. Between the loopers, the heart
- 27:23Speaker 7: failure and everything bragging right, this is gobb Okay, you
- 27:31Speaker 7: don't let what going. When you stop you we take
- 27:34Speaker 7: over it. And that don't mean my life, That don't
- 27:37Speaker 7: mean I don't have to be in the hospital. But
- 27:39Speaker 7: you don't, but they say take over you because they're
- 27:45Speaker 7: doing their job. They're telling you what you need. But
- 27:48Speaker 7: God is the overseer. Y know, anything that you do,
- 27:55Speaker 7: it starts with you. You can motivate me all day and
- 27:59Speaker 7: I can get fine and say okay, but what is shrevey?
- 28:02Speaker 7: We gotta stop looking for other people the patterns on the.
- 28:04Speaker 9: Back until giving us permission, and stop everybody to play
- 28:11Speaker 9: for you.
- 28:11Speaker 7: Sometimes you gotta get on your knees through the transformation,
- 28:14Speaker 7: like a computer. That's why sometime we set it up
- 28:20Speaker 7: with minds and we set our heart. Even our phones.
- 28:23Speaker 7: You know, we don't do certain things my phone going.
- 28:27Speaker 7: We gotta do our minds and shifted like the computer.
- 28:30Speaker 7: You might look more storaging, but whatever, we gotta stop
- 28:35Speaker 7: depending on other people. You know, when I first started
- 28:39Speaker 7: doing podcasts, Miss Angela, I was on the wrong podcast.
- 28:44Speaker 7: He might have been waiting on me. And I've been
- 28:47Speaker 7: on the roll one but a guy six years, six
- 28:54Speaker 7: years saying ask for grand. There was a time she
- 28:58Speaker 7: had a look full of grand because the grand beyond
- 29:00Speaker 7: the wrong things. So everything is a price, and she
- 29:04Speaker 7: was like wet enough, But I think so he waited
- 29:09Speaker 7: for me she watched me grow. She watched the podcasting
- 29:16Speaker 7: My Kids Walking Through. I mean she watched me so
- 29:20Speaker 7: she could see him. Yeah, and that's a good thing.
- 29:24Speaker 7: What it's called grow. So I'm gonna tell you about
- 29:28Speaker 7: if you're looking for perfect and anything that you do,
- 29:31Speaker 7: it's not gonna go. There have to be able, willing
- 29:36Speaker 7: to slip a little bit to grow. That's why act.
- 29:42Speaker 7: You have to. But don't think we're up here. We
- 29:46Speaker 7: don't have stuff going on in our house. Don't think
- 29:50Speaker 7: our life is perfect. Don't see don't think that. Just
- 29:53Speaker 7: look at two women that do all the obstule trials
- 29:58Speaker 7: and that don't mean our life perfect. And I'm telling
- 30:01Speaker 7: you sperients, ain't what the doctor when, like the pastism
- 30:07Speaker 7: always say what are you saying about yourself? What do
- 30:13Speaker 7: we gotta teach? What are you saying? So we gotta
- 30:17Speaker 7: stop making fall? It's bad? Tell you it's not always better.
- 30:22Speaker 7: I don't have in life. My struggles became my hurt
- 30:28Speaker 7: became my healing became my pusin.
- 30:32Speaker 1: My fear became.
- 30:34Speaker 7: My belief. What is you tell you all? I don't
- 30:41Speaker 7: know how drive I have three children that the doctor
- 30:45Speaker 7: done killed me so many years in a nice way.
- 30:48Speaker 7: I'm just using it as a phrase because everything they
- 30:52Speaker 7: told me, oh yeah, uh stop giving a petty party,
- 31:03Speaker 7: that's right, and keep moving. I stop giving a pretty part.
- 31:08Speaker 7: Not blame blame family, they could stick keep you moving.
- 31:17Speaker 7: Can't use no more. You can't you go ahead and talk,
- 31:22Speaker 7: that's what.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Can You can't know? It's just mm hmm.
- 31:34Speaker 4: But that's the one.
- 31:37Speaker 9: Yeah, it's you know.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Our our challenge is uh you.
- 31:42Speaker 9: Know, God uses them to uh to reboot us, to
- 31:45Speaker 9: shift us to uh even.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Reset right, you know, because for me, I.
- 31:53Speaker 9: Had an issue with my emotions since I was a
- 31:57Speaker 9: little girl.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Right, I was right then and you know, doing post.
- 32:02Speaker 9: And doing little things like that, but my emotions still
- 32:06Speaker 9: wasn't regulated at all.
- 32:08Speaker 1: It was a thing where I put it to you
- 32:11Speaker 1: like this, I had a thing.
- 32:13Speaker 9: A fear of death, right, I mean a high fear
- 32:19Speaker 9: of death. So if anyone would die in my family.
- 32:23Speaker 1: I was a hot mess. I'm falling now only a
- 32:27Speaker 1: passer now.
- 32:28Speaker 9: Just to where it got so bad when my families
- 32:33Speaker 9: had to tell me somebody passed, they had to get
- 32:36Speaker 9: together and have an intervention of how they was gonna
- 32:39Speaker 9: tell Keisha.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Okay, that's how bad it was, you know, But I
- 32:46Speaker 1: don't regret that.
- 32:49Speaker 9: I don't regret God putting me through that because the
- 32:52Speaker 9: same thing I feared and reference to.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Death if he put in front of me plink of
- 33:00Speaker 1: the time. So I had no choice but to face the.
- 33:05Speaker 9: Death in his space, even when it came down to
- 33:09Speaker 9: thinking I was going to lose my life, right, but
- 33:13Speaker 9: he allowed me to be there in rooms we're fairly
- 33:19Speaker 9: members who passed away, and I don't know why I.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Was there right continue to continue to continue.
- 33:27Speaker 9: I say personally up to this point, I think he
- 33:31Speaker 9: was preparing me for my father because I was in
- 33:36Speaker 9: a room with him only one and my sister, because
- 33:42Speaker 9: I was going to need that emotional control in order
- 33:46Speaker 9: to be in that room with my dad right instead
- 33:50Speaker 9: of pulling out all over the place and then my sister.
- 33:54Speaker 9: I wouldn't have been my sister solaced the way I
- 33:56Speaker 9: was if my emotions weren't control. So it's like emotional maturity,
- 34:02Speaker 9: my emotional intelligence, just my emotions period means like the
- 34:07Speaker 9: world to me because I thank God for that, because
- 34:11Speaker 9: I would not have been able when my sister was
- 34:14Speaker 9: going through.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Her uncertainty during her the cancer.
- 34:17Speaker 9: She just had a time in her life it was
- 34:21Speaker 9: just uncertainty, right, and I was the only one that
- 34:25Speaker 9: she would talk to. Now, if he hadn't blessed me
- 34:29Speaker 9: with healing me from emotional exhaustion and emotional things, I
- 34:34Speaker 9: would not have been able to sit with her, talk
- 34:38Speaker 9: with her and get her through that moment, right would
- 34:42Speaker 9: I would have been weeping in crying, But that wouldn't
- 34:45Speaker 9: did her that when it did her no good.
- 34:48Speaker 1: You know, I think I thank the Lord for that.
- 34:50Speaker 1: That's what I said. I know. With poetry, m hmm,
- 34:57Speaker 1: that's something I'm never ever want to stop doing because
- 35:02Speaker 1: a lot of times with my poetry, when I had
- 35:06Speaker 1: the pain, I would go to poetry. Right when I
- 35:09Speaker 1: was hurt, I went to poetry.
- 35:13Speaker 11: Right.
- 35:13Speaker 9: You know, it's not going to be everybody's story about poetry,
- 35:16Speaker 9: but I do believe that every single line of you
- 35:22Speaker 9: that are listening.
- 35:23Speaker 1: That's on here me to write. Everybody has a story.
- 35:29Speaker 9: Don't have to be poetry, but we all need to
- 35:32Speaker 9: write because we don't realize how safe that is for us.
- 35:38Speaker 9: You know, there are times I want to say something
- 35:40Speaker 9: to somebody because of the hurt, and I know I
- 35:43Speaker 9: can't because I didn't go Beforebard to ask.
- 35:48Speaker 1: How to present it. So I said, you know what,
- 35:51Speaker 1: I just go to the paper. The paper.
- 35:54Speaker 9: I'm safe with that, so I can say what I
- 35:56Speaker 9: want to say, get it off my chest. And that's
- 36:00Speaker 9: just something that's just what poetry does, you know.
- 36:03Speaker 1: And And speaking.
- 36:05Speaker 9: Of Queen Angela, you know, I can't stop thinking her.
- 36:10Speaker 9: And the reason I say that is because I've been
- 36:13Speaker 9: dealing with Angela and and some of her her books
- 36:17Speaker 9: and anthologies. I think it might have been like two
- 36:20Speaker 9: or three years, you know, but that's that was good
- 36:22Speaker 9: for me.
- 36:23Speaker 1: That was good sticking with someone, right.
- 36:26Speaker 9: And because I've had other people I've been in collaboration
- 36:29Speaker 9: with but it didn't work out, that was because I
- 36:32Speaker 9: didn't belonged there.
- 36:33Speaker 1: That was when I was thinking with my flesh.
- 36:35Speaker 9: I didn't ask God who I needed to be with, right,
- 36:39Speaker 9: and he just let me. One day, one of my
- 36:42Speaker 9: sisters and my chos labor, Charlotte, she also is that
- 36:47Speaker 9: I will do. And she's an author as well, and
- 36:51Speaker 9: she introduced and told me about Angela. And the funny
- 36:56Speaker 9: thing about it is me and Angela used to talk
- 36:58Speaker 9: about so many different things when they came out.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Of the books. You know, my books and things of
- 37:02Speaker 1: that sort.
- 37:03Speaker 9: And I remember saying, when you're gonna do your podcast
- 37:07Speaker 9: now at that time that I know it's feel it
- 37:10Speaker 9: would be because it was actually after year.
- 37:13Speaker 1: It was after my sister died, and it was feel.
- 37:16Speaker 1: She said, when you're gonna do your podcast.
- 37:18Speaker 9: I'm like, well, I want to wait, I'm gonna wait.
- 37:22Speaker 9: I'm going wait, I'm gonna wait. And what happened was
- 37:25Speaker 9: I called myself getting involved with another network, right, okay,
- 37:31Speaker 9: I got involved with it never work, which was which
- 37:33Speaker 9: was good. I loved them to that, but got abroaday,
- 37:35Speaker 9: never working. But I for some reason, I just couldn't
- 37:39Speaker 9: keep up because once I was proud twenty twenty six,
- 37:42Speaker 9: the year you know the poet, it came with how
- 37:47Speaker 9: can I put it? It came with structure, It came
- 37:51Speaker 9: with some things that I had to make sure I
- 37:53Speaker 9: put in place.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I couldn't do that.
- 37:56Speaker 9: I couldn't do everything else at once, and I had to.
- 37:59Speaker 9: I had to realize that for myself.
- 38:01Speaker 1: So I said, you.
- 38:02Speaker 9: Know what, I'm gonna concentrate on where God got me now,
- 38:06Speaker 9: but God has me now, That's what I'm gonna concentrate on.
- 38:09Speaker 9: And it's so funny that I said with the podcast,
- 38:11Speaker 9: because it came with this podcast as well.
- 38:15Speaker 1: The podcast. Right, So I'm still I'm where I need
- 38:22Speaker 1: to be, you know.
- 38:23Speaker 9: So I don't know what's gonna hold after because we
- 38:27Speaker 9: got two more to go in of the year of
- 38:30Speaker 9: the podcast, but we don't know.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Who knows. I might start my own emotional wellness podcast
- 38:36Speaker 1: because I know you are gonna watch. I was a boy, but.
- 38:42Speaker 7: You're doing a wonderful job. And I wanted you when
- 38:47Speaker 7: you were talking about what God was playing for you.
- 38:49Speaker 7: My kept telling me that is an office well because
- 38:55Speaker 7: my grandmother and my grandfather, yeah okay, and her sister
- 39:04Speaker 7: past I do know when you say that, Like when
- 39:07Speaker 7: I was telling you about me, God is for parents.
- 39:09Speaker 7: He knew that he was going to be up here
- 39:10Speaker 7: tonight before we did, because honestly, I had no idea
- 39:13Speaker 7: I was going to be up here tonight until you
- 39:15Speaker 7: told me last week. And I was.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Did I tell you last week? Did I tell you
- 39:22Speaker 1: two days ago? You last week?
- 39:25Speaker 7: I'm trying to give you a little bit more boost,
- 39:28Speaker 7: but we know I swung.
- 39:32Speaker 1: It on you.
- 39:34Speaker 7: But last year or whatever it is this year, and
- 39:38Speaker 7: when I was going through when I came back from
- 39:40Speaker 7: Texas and I was going through I had had I
- 39:42Speaker 7: Sarder Lucas well, you was going to same as that time.
- 39:47Speaker 7: So God the parents still during that time it was
- 39:51Speaker 7: the same I it was kind of the same situaiting right, yeah, okay,
- 39:57Speaker 7: and that and the whole time, even when we was
- 40:00Speaker 7: getting nominated, I didn't know that she was dealing with
- 40:03Speaker 7: and to right, it's not God's timing. No, it's not
- 40:10Speaker 7: about our time. Tell wow, he said, Okay, I'm gonna
- 40:14Speaker 7: shift this order for this to happen when we collaborate.
- 40:21Speaker 7: When when we collaborate, we get to know. But the
- 40:24Speaker 7: collaboration didn't just happen. The collaboration with us been trying
- 40:30Speaker 7: to collaborate the here. So I can't say the collabora
- 40:34Speaker 7: because I look at all the books I'm in with
- 40:36Speaker 7: her were all in that book together. But this wasn't
- 40:39Speaker 7: the time because God had to get the mind and
- 40:42Speaker 7: heart right to get it right, so had the people
- 40:47Speaker 7: in the room. If the real is all over the place.
- 40:50Speaker 7: So while he was one of us the growing up,
- 40:54Speaker 7: he said, this is the season that I'm going to
- 40:57Speaker 7: put you together, because we mixed our seasons up when
- 41:01Speaker 7: I did. It might not even work this year because honestly,
- 41:05Speaker 7: how I met Miss Andrews through off the Debbie Joan
- 41:10Speaker 7: a Foreman, which she just started with Miss andrew She
- 41:14Speaker 7: been looking at her for years. I never when I
- 41:18Speaker 7: was going to a divorce, she said, okay, you got
- 41:19Speaker 7: a story. I was like, how I'm gonna do this
- 41:21Speaker 7: and I do kids? She said no. So when I
- 41:24Speaker 7: started doing a book signers with her, it was a nett.
- 41:27Speaker 7: It was your Sods, a couple of homes authors. When
- 41:31Speaker 7: she told me after about two years, she said we
- 41:34Speaker 7: gotta do something else. I said say what? Because I
- 41:36Speaker 7: had with her and book signings, so that was like
- 41:43Speaker 7: do this. She said, yes, it is time for you
- 41:46Speaker 7: to go to another level. And I was talking about
- 41:52Speaker 7: She gave me a list of names and the lobby
- 41:56Speaker 7: and Miss Angela's name was up here. Look at that
- 42:00Speaker 7: mean that she gave me. I am the one who
- 42:05Speaker 7: touched each name. All the names I stayed connected to
- 42:11Speaker 7: about three that I still.
- 42:15Speaker 1: I guess.
- 42:16Speaker 7: The funny part about it, author Debbie John of Foreman,
- 42:21Speaker 7: it's also now with Miss Angels even though but she
- 42:28Speaker 7: watched me. She watched me. Yeah, as you need to
- 42:32Speaker 7: see even though she helped write book and she do
- 42:36Speaker 7: her own thing, which I love and I meant we
- 42:39Speaker 7: have different tasks from a fart in there, we got
- 42:42Speaker 7: the same goal for the next generation.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And that's right, that's right legacy we got.
- 42:49Speaker 7: Some people get into the jealousy spirit, but I love
- 42:53Speaker 7: it was my family member. There has never been. She
- 42:56Speaker 7: has been my coach for years, her asset. It's never been.
- 43:02Speaker 7: He's so jealous. And that's how you can grow. That's
- 43:05Speaker 7: what you're looking at what somebody else is doing instead
- 43:10Speaker 7: of being your affective self and do Surel and do Keisha,
- 43:16Speaker 7: and we stop trying to do what the next person
- 43:19Speaker 7: doing and us we can make it. And that's why
- 43:23Speaker 7: I love the collaboration. We all got different situations, but
- 43:30Speaker 7: our goal is to motivate and fire. It's not us
- 43:35Speaker 7: and like that, bgether and we can grow. We start
- 43:42Speaker 7: thinking about us, we are gonna lose.
- 43:47Speaker 9: It's not gonna work because that's got it set up.
- 43:52Speaker 9: It does not set up like that, you know, for
- 43:55Speaker 9: us to take the skins, us do these things and
- 43:57Speaker 9: as so as me, me, me, me me, or to
- 44:00Speaker 9: give him.
- 44:02Speaker 7: That's the idol. And when we look at the you
- 44:05Speaker 7: know what I was. I didn't get mad when I
- 44:08Speaker 7: about And don't never forget my middle son that's going
- 44:12Speaker 7: to grad school enough to get the question, why do
- 44:16Speaker 7: bad things happened to the people?
- 44:19Speaker 1: And I wasn't that a book?
- 44:22Speaker 7: That's what I'm saying. Oh, but I think it was
- 44:26Speaker 7: a book.
- 44:28Speaker 1: I think so, Yeah, I think so.
- 44:33Speaker 7: But my son asked that question and I had to really,
- 44:38Speaker 7: But when we look at the Bible, it's of our lives.
- 44:42Speaker 7: Everything in the Bible we reflect somebody in the Bible,
- 44:45Speaker 7: right right. I took things for granted, but when that
- 44:51Speaker 7: happened cheme o radiation, it made me even though my
- 44:56Speaker 7: faith was good, even though I said, I play the Lord,
- 45:01Speaker 7: what about when God come to you unexpected and knock
- 45:05Speaker 7: you off your feet? These are times I have called
- 45:09Speaker 7: and I had a call Kimberly the apostle, because he
- 45:12Speaker 7: has knocked me off my feet. And I never forget
- 45:15Speaker 7: what the apostle said, it's a maybe, it's a delay.
- 45:22Speaker 7: I was all emotional all over the place and I
- 45:24Speaker 7: called and I said, wow, an apostle off. And I'm saying,
- 45:30Speaker 7: is that when we get knocked off it could be
- 45:33Speaker 7: a lesson trying to transfer us into another thing. Are
- 45:43Speaker 7: what do we do when we get knocked off of
- 45:46Speaker 7: our feet? And well, I can't call my family member,
- 45:51Speaker 7: I can't talk to my children. God saying, you know
- 45:54Speaker 7: why I need you to talk to.
- 45:59Speaker 1: That.
- 46:00Speaker 7: I need you to look at me. M grains everything
- 46:05Speaker 7: you through when the doctor told you will never had
- 46:08Speaker 7: kids and you have and you got what three when
- 46:13Speaker 7: you have a metal that's graduated from college girl to
- 46:17Speaker 7: go to grad school. When he used one side of
- 46:19Speaker 7: his boy sometimes he said, wait a minute, daughter, you
- 46:24Speaker 7: need to get in the time out and remember I'm
- 46:27Speaker 7: the same guy with the heart and in the flare up.
- 46:34Speaker 7: So why are you scared to do poetry? Right? Why
- 46:39Speaker 7: are you scared to write that next book? Why are
- 46:44Speaker 7: you worrying about finance? Because your don't belong to you?
- 46:49Speaker 7: You plan to see at the end of the day.
- 46:53Speaker 7: They got minds of their own and think and say, okay, God,
- 47:00Speaker 7: what are you saying to me? He said, I'm transforming you,
- 47:06Speaker 7: I'm shifting you, and I'm delivering you. Because what I'm
- 47:09Speaker 7: taking you, everybody can't go with you. You're gonna have
- 47:14Speaker 7: to maybe get knocked got that right. They can't. They
- 47:20Speaker 7: cannot go with you because what I'm getting ready bringing you,
- 47:24Speaker 7: I need you just to see me because sometime we
- 47:28Speaker 7: run around like a chicken.
- 47:30Speaker 9: We can't see him right, be right right because of
- 47:34Speaker 9: the distractions, you know. And there's plenty of distractions out there,
- 47:40Speaker 9: and it's and that's all the plan of the ender.
- 47:42Speaker 9: Need to put him out there for us to jump
- 47:44Speaker 9: towards that and not see God, you know, and and
- 47:49Speaker 9: I you know by when you're speaking about the jealousy,
- 47:56Speaker 9: you know, by my bishop always tell us, you know,
- 47:59Speaker 9: it's you have to be careful manticizing somebody else gives
- 48:05Speaker 9: or what or worry about with somebody else's at or
- 48:09Speaker 9: wishing you was there where they're at. First of all,
- 48:13Speaker 9: you don't know what they had to go through in
- 48:18Speaker 9: order to gig.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Where they're at, right.
- 48:22Speaker 9: And then the thing of it is you you're not
- 48:25Speaker 9: ready for that. This is why you're watching them go
- 48:29Speaker 9: through what they go through. It right, it looks cute,
- 48:32Speaker 9: it looks good, it looks like it ain't no problem,
- 48:34Speaker 9: but you don't know behind the scenes what that person
- 48:37Speaker 9: had to go room in order to get where that
- 48:42Speaker 9: you know they're at now.
- 48:43Speaker 1: So that's something you know in it passed.
- 48:47Speaker 7: Yeah, of course, you know.
- 48:48Speaker 1: You compare yourself social media. You know.
- 48:51Speaker 9: I used to do that, you know, in the past.
- 48:53Speaker 9: But as I begin to be under a in that
- 49:02Speaker 9: not only changed my life, but I found my bishop
- 49:08Speaker 9: is is different. You know, my my bishop. The integrity
- 49:15Speaker 9: that he has is just amazing.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Right. I watched him preach, teach.
- 49:23Speaker 9: Right and think about this what So I'm still growing,
- 49:30Speaker 9: but I'm not where I was before before I met
- 49:34Speaker 9: you know. So I love all of them, so, you know,
- 49:38Speaker 9: I even I remember one time I was going to
- 49:44Speaker 9: speak at an event actually my mother's church. They wanted
- 49:48Speaker 9: me to speak, and I love to talk. I'm like,
- 49:52Speaker 9: I love to speak. I'd be nervous a little bit,
- 49:54Speaker 9: but I do love to talk. I do love to.
- 49:57Speaker 1: Speak to people, you know, educate people.
- 50:00Speaker 9: She is something I can bless them with, even if
- 50:03Speaker 9: it's tempercent more that I know than they know. I
- 50:06Speaker 9: want to give them that right because that's.
- 50:08Speaker 1: Why I know it.
- 50:10Speaker 9: But I was born to speaking in church and the
- 50:15Speaker 9: Lord said, make sure you used to be to your past.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I had never knew protocol with.
- 50:24Speaker 9: Things like that, but the Lord said, go go to
- 50:27Speaker 9: your past. So I couldn't get my bishop, so I
- 50:29Speaker 9: got my first lady. She's always that's my heart too.
- 50:33Speaker 9: But anyway, she spoke with me and she came back.
- 50:38Speaker 9: She spoke to this and she said, he said to
- 50:39Speaker 9: go for When he said, Dad, it was like a
- 50:43Speaker 9: battery in my back, you know what I mean, Like
- 50:47Speaker 9: it was like a battery on my back. So we
- 50:50Speaker 9: you know, I always said we gotta listen to God,
- 50:54Speaker 9: because God.
- 50:56Speaker 1: Was telling me to make moves and I was not.
- 50:58Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie.
- 50:59Speaker 7: I was and doing it.
- 51:01Speaker 9: My Bishop he prophesized to me about two years ago
- 51:05Speaker 9: and he said, God told him what was I waiting for?
- 51:08Speaker 1: And I'm like, wow, So I knew that was saying
- 51:13Speaker 1: God said the move.
- 51:16Speaker 7: It's time we go forth, look at look at Now
- 51:22Speaker 7: for break?
- 51:22Speaker 1: Okay, she said it's time for break.

- 56:12Speaker 9: that that that was beautiful.
- 56:15Speaker 15: I love it.
- 56:16Speaker 7: That was fire.
- 56:21Speaker 1: That made me at that in my house just listening
- 56:23Speaker 1: to it. That ran over again.
- 56:26Speaker 9: Yeah, because it's also something to remind you that you.
- 56:31Speaker 1: You know, the Lord allowed you to.
- 56:33Speaker 9: Do you know once again, you know, so oh my god,
- 56:38Speaker 9: well everyone, we're back, We're back, We're back.
- 56:42Speaker 1: I wanted to for us to.
- 56:44Speaker 7: Talk about what what was.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Your first book?
- 56:50Speaker 7: Do you know if you remember that?
- 56:51Speaker 1: The first But it wasn't poetry though, right.
- 56:56Speaker 7: No, that wasn't poetry, no.
- 56:58Speaker 9: Okay, okay, and your surviving kids.
- 57:03Speaker 1: That was like the memoir of how you.
- 57:07Speaker 7: Yeah, that's why I did that one in twenty twenty three.
- 57:12Speaker 7: So all the other things. So I finished that one.
- 57:16Speaker 7: I was doing that one actually when I was going
- 57:20Speaker 7: through chemo and radiation of lucas at the same time.
- 57:22Speaker 7: But that was twenty twenty three. And when I heard
- 57:26Speaker 7: the song Keisha. You know what I was thinking about,
- 57:29Speaker 7: I was about the New York Billboard because through everything,
- 57:36Speaker 7: the issues, the health challenges, this only God God would
- 57:42Speaker 7: show you in them, not only one time. Have we
- 57:47Speaker 7: been on the billboard several times.
- 57:50Speaker 1: And this is I think this is gonna be my third.
- 57:54Speaker 7: Time I lived up north. I never what was on
- 58:00Speaker 7: a through all the challenge, all the issues, and all
- 58:06Speaker 7: the and theuth and we have I know you're alone
- 58:13Speaker 7: to me, I think about the book reverse Everything. Yeah,
- 58:19Speaker 7: listen to her song and the words that were in there.
- 58:24Speaker 7: God was preparing you even through your sister. And this
- 58:28Speaker 7: is why you're here and this is why you die,
- 58:31Speaker 7: and this is why you attract the audience like boo
- 58:35Speaker 7: because of the everything you've been through. And look at
- 58:39Speaker 7: a young lady didn't even want to do a podcast
- 58:42Speaker 7: and right, you know, Wow, it's a blessing because the
- 58:55Speaker 7: song truth. You know, you got these people that seeing
- 59:00Speaker 7: the artist and you hit him live, you'd be like,
- 59:03Speaker 7: how did you get that song? The song that was
- 59:07Speaker 7: played within you? And it goes with who you are?
- 59:15Speaker 1: Right, thank you?
- 59:19Speaker 7: And I tell you looking down and see like why
- 59:24Speaker 7: you are up with your family because you wanted a
- 59:31Speaker 7: prival to place and right and what grew me from you?
- 59:37Speaker 7: Because I was wining the nomination, I was like, wait
- 59:41Speaker 7: a minute, let me said, I got the tea is
- 59:47Speaker 7: just let me tell you.
- 59:48Speaker 9: I think between the I think between the because she
- 59:54Speaker 9: cut it like I think we started and then the
- 59:58Speaker 9: cut was I think.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: They had to stop all over again or something like that.
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: It was because I went back in and I saw
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: it was zero from like twenty something thousands.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I think all together. Yeah.
- 1:00:11Speaker 9: I had about you getting forty something the thousands. Yeah,
- 1:00:15Speaker 9: and it was inspired and I didn't take that lightly.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: That just showed me that people see them.
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: That's right, And you motivated me because I was like, wait,
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: I meant now, yeah, it was such a joy. So
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: you don't understand you didn't give us rooms to be
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: comfortable with them. It was It wasn't. It was one
- 1:00:43Speaker 7: of them things like wait, I'm mad. I said, okay,
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: let me see what you's doing. And I was brought
- 1:00:47Speaker 7: me so much joy from that to see your spirit
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: what it was like, I got this and that a minute,
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: let me see who this is. But I just want
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: to say, it's truly humbling. It's a blessing to see
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: my sister, everything you've been through because things job I
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: cannot imagine losing a sister. I call everybody my sister.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: One.
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: Through the pain and through everything that I do experience.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: It is good to cause someone and say you know
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: exactly how I feel. It is say they understand until
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: you experience lupis or cancer.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: That's right, Oh my god, say that everybody.
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: You might have five people with lupis and like you say, butterfly,
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: my butterfly is right over my.
- 1:01:44Speaker 12: Eye, right.
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: Everybody, and I don't understand. And for me with lucas,
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: if I get any type of rash, I gotta automatically
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: go to that.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: Yeah, they checked my lupas my cancer. They said that
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: luke all types of things. And I hear you say
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: the word butterfly. Don't nobody know what butterfly means. That
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: is a symbol of of theoper get a lot of
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: know and like I said, mine is right above my eyes,
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: and you could say so when I hear people say it,
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: I didn't understand it, and that like, wow, I got
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: the butterfly, but.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: That butterfly rash because that's how mind style.
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: M h.
- 1:02:34Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, that's how my story.
- 1:02:37Speaker 11: But for me it's a little different because although the
- 1:02:43Speaker 11: butterfly is the loopers like that people my king a
- 1:02:49Speaker 11: little deep.
- 1:02:50Speaker 9: I see my mom, she nicknamed me, she had names
- 1:02:55Speaker 9: all that was beautiful, right, and my sister was black
- 1:03:00Speaker 9: blood and block.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: So I put them both together beautiful.
- 1:03:04Speaker 9: But so it has a little more sentiment meaning for me,
- 1:03:08Speaker 9: I put us And that's why, you know, because herspirity
- 1:03:13Speaker 9: transformation that God allows her to have throughout our own
- 1:03:17Speaker 9: process it just was unbelievable, right it was. I mean,
- 1:03:23Speaker 9: my sister, once she got over that that hurdle of
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: those times, certain I could see that the Lord just
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: snatched her up and that was it. My my my
- 1:03:34Speaker 9: sister was ministering to people, and my sister row too.
- 1:03:39Speaker 9: She didn't she didn't indulge too much in the poetry,
- 1:03:43Speaker 9: but I found things. They did a lot of honor
- 1:03:46Speaker 9: everythings in her name. And when me and my mom
- 1:03:50Speaker 9: my family will go, we heard somebody rapping saying something
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: it was her poem, and we didn't we didn't even
- 1:03:59Speaker 9: know that she can really write like that. My sister,
- 1:04:02Speaker 9: she had the talent to write, you know what I mean,
- 1:04:05Speaker 9: But that just wasn't her thing, you know.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: What I mean.
- 1:04:09Speaker 9: You know, she Hugglift was teaching the art of damis right,
- 1:04:14Speaker 9: you know too young two young children and old you know,
- 1:04:17Speaker 9: little older adults you know, and schools.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: So that was her blessing because they named the whole
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: school studio after her. Okay, that's her dad, you know
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: what I mean?
- 1:04:30Speaker 9: Because I saw something she wrote it and it said
- 1:04:36Speaker 9: my book. So that was her goal was to write
- 1:04:41Speaker 9: a book. Because she knew she was going to be
- 1:04:45Speaker 9: You know what I'm saying, that's that was all the
- 1:04:47Speaker 9: hope she had. That's why she didn't struggle, you know.
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: And when I that's that's what kind of I guess
- 1:04:57Speaker 9: having to gravitate to you because I saw you had
- 1:05:00Speaker 9: you had the book, so it's like, wow, my sister
- 1:05:04Speaker 9: name was Kim.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: Kim, Look she has the book. You know what I'm
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: saying that somebody who has the book says I didn't.
- 1:05:12Speaker 9: Cancer, So you know, I, like I said the I
- 1:05:18Speaker 9: hope all of you out there who are listening and
- 1:05:21Speaker 9: watching are thinking hard about poaching, you know, about writing
- 1:05:28Speaker 9: in itself. I mean, it's a beautiful thing. And don't
- 1:05:32Speaker 9: be afraid of your words because you know, like you said,
- 1:05:37Speaker 9: you thought poetry you had the rock.
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: I did too.
- 1:05:40Speaker 9: Like back in the day when I first started really writing,
- 1:05:43Speaker 9: I was like, oh, I got it rhyming.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:05:45Speaker 9: I read poaching that I had no understanding of where
- 1:05:48Speaker 9: it until I found out.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: There's no wrong way to write poetry. People have to think.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: That's why I said, you can't.
- 1:05:55Speaker 9: Listen to people people haveing thinking it's supposed to be
- 1:05:59Speaker 9: this way, the grammar is supposed to be.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: No, there's no there's no wrong way, no right way
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: to write to poetry, especially when it's authentic.
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: That's right, it's authentic. Yes, I was gonna say this, Keisha,
- 1:06:16Speaker 7: I think you went out, but whoever is listening, Like
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: I said, we all have a talent that God gave us.
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: If you just be yourself, yuess So it'll be okay
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: even through your mistakes and your issues. And I'm a
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: testimony of that. And one thing I like, Like I said,
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: with me and Keisha, we have a lot in common,
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: but God had to grow both of us in different
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: areas to get us to this point tonight.
- 1:06:43Speaker 9: I'm okay if I left a little bit, that is okay.
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: No, I'm telling the world. When you're on the podcast,
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: you might have a little somebody may leave and come
- 1:06:59Speaker 7: back to invite it's perfect. But that's not this true.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: This this one makes things.
- 1:07:06Speaker 9: I feel like that things happened like that people could
- 1:07:09Speaker 9: look at us and say, wow, I thought it was
- 1:07:13Speaker 9: really gonna be hard.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: I thought they had to be perfect.
- 1:07:16Speaker 9: I thought this had to happen and that had to
- 1:07:18Speaker 9: look because life happens right right like you know, so
- 1:07:24Speaker 9: my my son could have just been walking walking by,
- 1:07:27Speaker 9: you know, what I mean, like it happens.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: I moved the way I was situated because I was like,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: you are not fast. My podcast in the back of it, you're.
- 1:07:43Speaker 7: That's okay, this is from the book we were Okay.
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: So I'm gonna do the best I can. Okay, okay.
- 1:07:52Speaker 7: I lay down heavy, familiar cold, the parents that held me,
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: the words that roll the pain I I nursed, through
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: the mindsets I fed. I surrendered them all to the
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: Lord instead, release the people who didn't hold space for
- 1:08:08Speaker 7: the new creation, seeking his faith. I trade my burdens
- 1:08:12Speaker 7: for his life yo, releasing the chains that only he broke,
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: the oldest gold. A new day is here. I stepped
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: into a call and free from all fear, not by
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: strength but his grace, become who He caused me, and
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: just sacred face. That's because I'm stretching my eyes.
- 1:08:34Speaker 9: Everybody then, because yeah, because your paudi, you have to
- 1:08:38Speaker 9: go in your email, you as you were saying, right.
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: Yeah, that's okay.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: Long as here, then I say, as long as you
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: got as long as you have it. Yeah, I got
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: my glasses.
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: So when I put for embrace the po birth is
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: not studding light, but a quiet grace within the night.
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: It does not happen overnight. In the soul surrender sign
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: patient hands much tender soul. Therenderm the inner told trust
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: the work. Savior does embrace the process and the pause,
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: the almost to make the new adental transformation through.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: That's some of my point. I love it.
- 1:09:26Speaker 7: That's from that's from rebirth, and to me, rebirth means
- 1:09:34Speaker 7: this kisha transformation, reburth and you know, born again. You
- 1:09:38Speaker 7: give your life the Christ and charleng before rebirth. Rebirth
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: means yes, you remember the past, so God has new right.
- 1:09:49Speaker 7: You gotta be able to go with the new, but
- 1:09:52Speaker 7: don't forget the past because there but we also got
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: to be able to separate the two. Is where people
- 1:10:01Speaker 7: have mistake. I said, well, last year might not work
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: this year, even me. You elaborate you was with miss
- 1:10:11Speaker 7: Angela last year, but God picked up today this moment. Yes,
- 1:10:18Speaker 7: I might not been ready last year. God I got
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: That's where you got to look at it. So when
- 1:10:27Speaker 7: you get up here, okay, this will be the new.
- 1:10:31Speaker 7: Ye see that that's not you ready to be here
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: as well? You were just together. Yeah that So I'm
- 1:10:50Speaker 7: really enjoying tonight number one too, because it's coming from
- 1:10:57Speaker 7: uh a face of spirit with you. But it's coming
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: from honesty, and it's coming from a realness.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: That's right.
- 1:11:06Speaker 7: I have been on podcasts for everybody, just like the
- 1:11:09Speaker 7: makeup the head like everything is right right. We are
- 1:11:13Speaker 7: speaking from a truth or know we heard. We don't
- 1:11:17Speaker 7: study it. We speak in fact. Lupus is real, real God,
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: this ain't right. We are showing you the all possible
- 1:11:30Speaker 7: fight everything that we are sarent. Is it easy. I'm
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: not going to sit here and tell you that everything
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: is easy. I'm not going to sit here and tell
- 1:11:39Speaker 7: you that we don't have to cry. I'm not gonna
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: see I feel like getting up. I'm not gonna do that.
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: Sometimes the medicine don't even stop the pain, but I
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: will one thing God always provides, and take control over this.
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: Don't understand even when we a that's something. Stop letting
- 1:12:03Speaker 7: your circumstances knock you off your feet, book, stop letting
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: your children what they doing, stop you, your husband, your whatever,
- 1:12:19Speaker 7: the visual First, when we leave world. We came in.
- 1:12:23Speaker 15: Here bout when we leave.
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: So stop letting everything stop you. We are testimony. I
- 1:12:32Speaker 7: ain't gonna say you living witness, ye not, We ain't
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: got it going on, know the truth about God, what
- 1:12:45Speaker 7: he can do. That's it.
- 1:12:47Speaker 9: I can't.
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: I can't tell you. I can't tell you what's gonna
- 1:12:53Speaker 7: happen tomorrow. I can't tell you. And everything is right,
- 1:12:57Speaker 7: But what I can't tell you from the doctor telling
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: me I can't have no kids, from the loopers, from
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: the from the heart, from eight treatments at one time,
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: from the radiation to m from.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: Losing all my you know, they ain't nothing.
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: It's not what I'm telling you. Don't let life stop.
- 1:13:25Speaker 7: And sometimes kee Sha talk we're gonna be doing too much.
- 1:13:29Speaker 7: And don't hear that because I'm on every podcast, because
- 1:13:32Speaker 7: I'm one everybody set, don't mean I'm in the right
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: room that we gotta be killing that I'm gonna get
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: on this podcast today. I'm gonna go over here today.
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: If I'm not resting, I'm not in order. Easier, if
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: I'm all over the place, I'm not in order either.
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: Sometimes I say, God, I need that right.
- 1:14:02Speaker 9: And we have to, you know, be able to have
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: that decernment. It's very important, you know. I always pray
- 1:14:12Speaker 9: for even more height and discernment because it's the only
- 1:14:15Speaker 9: way we're going to make the right moves and be
- 1:14:18Speaker 9: able to see things in the.
- 1:14:20Speaker 15: Spirit before it happened.
- 1:14:23Speaker 9: You know what I'm saying. Because God prepares us for
- 1:14:25Speaker 9: these things, and sometimes we step out and do things
- 1:14:28Speaker 9: on our own and it don't work out because I
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: always say, you know, if I'm doing something and I'm stressed,
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: then this is not going right down, and well then
- 1:14:40Speaker 9: that's evidently that's where God didn't tell me to do that.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: God didn't put me there. I'm not ready yet, right.
- 1:14:48Speaker 9: So I've come to understand that, right, you know, so
- 1:14:53Speaker 9: I'm able to step back. I'm able to say no
- 1:14:57Speaker 9: to opportunities that look exciting.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: But I can say no.
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: You know, because I know too with the loopis stress. Yes, stress,
- 1:15:12Speaker 9: you don't I could take your life.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: I mean stressing stress period is dangerous.
- 1:15:19Speaker 9: But when you have something like we have with the
- 1:15:22Speaker 9: Order new it could lock you off your feet.
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: Yes it can, and it had y Yeah I can.
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: I mean I was getting sick. It seemed like every
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: day at one time, but it had It wasn't the
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: fact that I had the LOOPID. It was because of
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: what was.
- 1:15:40Speaker 9: Going on in my life, you know, And I didn't
- 1:15:44Speaker 9: realize that until it was going and things, you know,
- 1:15:50Speaker 9: started going different with me, you know, So for me,
- 1:15:54Speaker 9: it's like, I know, we are definitely witnesses, but we
- 1:16:02Speaker 9: are a testimony of what God can do because people
- 1:16:07Speaker 9: look at it and be like, you know, I wish
- 1:16:09Speaker 9: that a lot of other you know, I have a
- 1:16:11Speaker 9: little lucas you know, groups and stuff.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: That I'm and I'm hoping that some of them might
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: have jumped.
- 1:16:17Speaker 9: On because I want to encourage them because a lot
- 1:16:20Speaker 9: of times I don't know if this happened with you, Shovel,
- 1:16:23Speaker 9: but I can't vowe in those groups. It be so
- 1:16:28Speaker 9: depression and I can't go in there trying.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: To be light because it's too much what you know,
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: they they, I mean, all the groups I find.
- 1:16:41Speaker 9: Is just I think they just need somebody, right, you know,
- 1:16:46Speaker 9: even if it's a one on one, they're they're all
- 1:16:49Speaker 9: together and they're all doing the same thing.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying. So that's all they know,
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: but they don't they don't understand. They don't understand.
- 1:16:58Speaker 9: So some of the dudes I try, they go in
- 1:17:00Speaker 9: and you know, and life and then you know, because
- 1:17:03Speaker 9: I love my Lucy sisters, you know, and and I
- 1:17:07Speaker 9: don't know if you realize I've just been seeing a
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: post of so many of them passing away, right, you.
- 1:17:16Speaker 7: Know, we have I think, but I'm in a lot
- 1:17:24Speaker 7: of different lucles groups. So you don't get up there
- 1:17:28Speaker 7: and say motivation things to have you have to because
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: you're right, they do opening there while I'm talking, I
- 1:17:37Speaker 7: can't hose, but I was trying to listen in. Yeah,
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: what I was gonna say is that it's up to us. Yeah,
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: it's gonna be challenged when we talk to other people
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: about it, and everybody friends. I have family members in
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: my family that deal with Luca's and we all experienced
- 1:17:58Speaker 7: different things. Okay, but we remindful of that. Yes, me
- 1:18:04Speaker 7: and you go lucky. But if we got here, we
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: got here through our own pain. And I look at
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: a bad relationship, it comes and goes. I could be
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: twitched on the podcast and I can go out of town.
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: I can go over here my family, what did you do?
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: So I have to remember that that sometimes we have
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: to balance it out. Now. I don't know who's to them,
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: I don't know who's encouraging them. I don't know that
- 1:18:31Speaker 7: relationship with God, but I do process with me. It
- 1:18:36Speaker 7: did not happen overnight crying. It took emotional, it took
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: me playing. So I look at everybody's journey is different,
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: and I believe putting it out here. I just want
- 1:18:50Speaker 7: to tell somebody right now, if you think about nothing else,
- 1:18:55Speaker 7: think about young lady who battled with lucas and cancer
- 1:18:58Speaker 7: at the same time and nothing help and heart fell
- 1:19:05Speaker 7: and ready you one time and I'm still sitting here talking.
- 1:19:13Speaker 7: That's what I want you to anything else, don't even
- 1:19:16Speaker 7: say wow, just you know way God is doing for me,
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: he could do for you that I trust him because
- 1:19:27Speaker 7: if I trusted everybody else, I want to be because
- 1:19:29Speaker 7: I used to go in there and when they was
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: putting you know, a treatments at one time, you going
- 1:19:34Speaker 7: to cancer, ciny, you will break down. Yeah, uh, we
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: lose a lot of great We lose our hair and
- 1:19:42Speaker 7: someone I can eat for two weeks and we can't eat.
- 1:19:48Speaker 7: You transform your mind. And I have a family member,
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: you know, offer with me on my friends. They was
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: with me constantly. They didn't me different. Whoever in your
- 1:20:02Speaker 7: family is going through anything, that key is don't treat
- 1:20:06Speaker 7: them different.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: That's right.
- 1:20:10Speaker 7: Was process I was like, And that's what my book says.
- 1:20:14Speaker 7: Life behind cancer. Don't let your mouth destroy your process,
- 1:20:20Speaker 7: because we kill ourselves what our mouth we do that
- 1:20:25Speaker 7: it don't matter how much I pray. I had the
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: belief and that and my life to deal with lupis
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: and cancer. And they told me I couldn't say time
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: that when I was getting the treatments and think about
- 1:20:41Speaker 7: I was getting eight treatments at one time, reduation plus
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: they was worrying about my heart because the key was
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: winning on my heart. I had my youngest one here
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: that I didn't tell at first. My other two was
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: in college for it was waning. So I'm a testimony.
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: This is not as you are walking miracle and the movie.
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: This is fat And even now when I go to
- 1:21:10Speaker 7: the doctor, it's the blood level. It's the playlist the low. Yes,
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: So it doesn't matter. It's your mind correct with your
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: heart and right mine not right, it's the heart. This
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: is not a botal things. This is reality. So whoever
- 1:21:28Speaker 7: out here, whether before it, whether it's writing the book,
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: we are on. We can be on the billboard against God.
- 1:21:37Speaker 7: That is the favor of God. Many beautiful women. My
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: son was up there during the Knicks game. My hand
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: to put him up there to be in magazine. That's
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: just saying, okay, we in the we in the magazine,
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: we're on the block radio. This is is about the money.
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: How much money? Right right? I get the same thing.
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: I get the same thing, A legend for the next generation,
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: for your kids, kids or you you the daughter saying wow,
- 1:22:18Speaker 7: I know her. Everyone said money, money, come and go,
- 1:22:22Speaker 7: but that legacy days forever. That the podcast, the magazine,
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: right right, but you get it today and it's doing,
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: doing and encouraging and follow God right away. No, you know,
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: you're right, You're right.
- 1:22:55Speaker 9: I've had a lot of people say, well, how much
- 1:22:58Speaker 9: you know I'm gonna shoot chuck. No, that's because I
- 1:23:04Speaker 9: feel that it's a stepping stone. It's gonna be a
- 1:23:08Speaker 9: time everything's gonna have to be free until God field
- 1:23:11Speaker 9: you're ready to move forward and be at that level
- 1:23:17Speaker 9: where people at oh you can charge you know, you
- 1:23:20Speaker 9: know what I'm saying. But right now I'm enjoying where
- 1:23:23Speaker 9: I'm at. Right I don't want no money, but I'm
- 1:23:27Speaker 9: enjoying where I'm at because I'm walking in the purpose
- 1:23:32Speaker 9: and the calling that He has on my life. Finally,
- 1:23:37Speaker 9: something I wasn't doing, you know, and all my family was,
- 1:23:41Speaker 9: like I said, try to push me, especially with my poetry.
- 1:23:44Speaker 9: I was trying to do everything else. I was gonna
- 1:23:46Speaker 9: just write a book just a I was actually go.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: And write a book about youpis about in twenty fourteen.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: It wasn't the time the book is finished. The book
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: went up, but I don't know, I don't know what happened,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: but I had to. I had to tell her to
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: put it down because the grandma was terrible. Everybody was.
- 1:24:12Speaker 9: I was getting bad reviews before I even had the
- 1:24:15Speaker 9: book in my head, you know, And I said that
- 1:24:19Speaker 9: it wasn't time.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: It wasn't time, and who knows who knew that what
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: I wrote it on that.
- 1:24:25Speaker 9: Was I wasn't even going to use that yet because
- 1:24:29Speaker 9: it's gonna be a time for that, and that's already done.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: I probably would just have to just do some little mamovement,
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: you know, around and everything. But it wasn't times. And
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: I know, I'm definitely to believe it's God's time.
- 1:24:43Speaker 9: It's not all the time and at all, you know,
- 1:24:47Speaker 9: because I mean, people don't understand being all these billboards
- 1:24:52Speaker 9: and things of that sort, that's preparing us for even
- 1:24:56Speaker 9: something bigger.
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: Right, But we gotta go of that.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: Like we said, we got to go through the process.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: That's right into the process, and.
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: We can't get a hag mm hmmm.
- 1:25:09Speaker 13: I have.
- 1:25:11Speaker 7: I got to show the world aspiring magazine books. So
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: that's right, let me go get it right there, just
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: bring us.
- 1:25:18Speaker 9: All that's right, I said, you know, I'm in right now.
- 1:25:26Speaker 9: I was able to be blessed to be in charge
- 1:25:29Speaker 9: of the poetry section, like four pages.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I love it, you know.
- 1:25:35Speaker 9: So it's like almost like getting experienced in journalism, like
- 1:25:39Speaker 9: you know, and stuff like that.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: So that's a blessing for me to be able to
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: put those things together.
- 1:25:44Speaker 9: But the real blessing is being able to spotlight other
- 1:25:50Speaker 9: people other than myself, you know what I'm saying, you know,
- 1:25:54Speaker 9: And it's not just about us, but other people on
- 1:25:58Speaker 9: the outside who I'm finding poetry.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: We're trying to push it to them to take this copic.
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: So because I gonna get the first words, free, can
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: I go get the magazine because I want to share.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Go ahead, good, okay, okay. I was like, and I'm
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: gonna get mine, but you can't throw it right guys,
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: I hope you're joining it.
- 1:26:23Speaker 9: This conversation that we're having and I want to thank
- 1:26:27Speaker 9: everybody who's out there now if if I think I
- 1:26:32Speaker 9: can see some of you all, but if you have questions,
- 1:26:35Speaker 9: you want to ask them something.
- 1:26:36Speaker 7: That was what magazine? Was that one? That was the one?
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: What mom.
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: June? Yeah?
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: And this one here it's Prices because my daughter is
- 1:26:52Speaker 7: in here. See graduated with the bar one.
- 1:27:00Speaker 9: See this is what the aspiring or this magazine is
- 1:27:05Speaker 9: due inspite and people.
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: Look at that, look look at this on the front
- 1:27:11Speaker 7: of I'm not thank real briefly several of Miss Angela platforms,
- 1:27:21Speaker 7: and I can tell you ninety seventy five cent the
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: magazines I have at my house. I have been I
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: have least one, two, three, four five, about six calendar
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: to her I have and for my children to be.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: In her magazine, now, that's why that's a blessing.
- 1:27:42Speaker 7: Not only that my son two weeks ago when the
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: next one was in, he was on the billboard semi grant.
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: See that's what I see. What I'm saying, legacy with
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: my younger son through his knees. So when we stopped
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: look it up and look at what God is doing
- 1:28:02Speaker 7: to our younger thoughts and picking at us and we
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: need to show them. We need to show them we
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: make mistakes. We need to show that we're not perfect.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: They have to see it.
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: To illness because we're not. So when life come and
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: hit them, they right now. So it's up us chosen
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: that we pray that we fast, that we get knocked
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: off our right overnight, and that government, I pray it
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: don't parted you exactly because we're losing them because we
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: are not shaming. We we woke up and read the
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: Boble and we ain't never done nothing wrong and the
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: right right. So you prepare for a day like this.
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: Because it's yepbo yep.
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: Because I get excited, okay, I write along with you.
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: I write it when you When I hear you talking
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: about your son, I said, oh my god. You know
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: my my granddaughter. She's three.
- 1:29:16Speaker 9: My name is Mirrapool and I named her of course,
- 1:29:21Speaker 9: and because she is a Liverpool they told pretty much.
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: Told my daughter that almost like she had.
- 1:29:27Speaker 9: Like a certain amount of percentage that she can would
- 1:29:31Speaker 9: have a child, basically as if she.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: Wouldn't be able to right. Mirrorpool was born several months
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: after my sister passed.
- 1:29:42Speaker 9: I said, God knew what we was going to be
- 1:29:44Speaker 9: going through and he birthed a bundle of joy to
- 1:29:48Speaker 9: get us through it.
- 1:29:50Speaker 7: That's right, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: So I said, I when I hear about your son,
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: I'm like, why. I told my mama. I told her
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: mother too.
- 1:29:58Speaker 9: I said Mirorbool was gonna write a book. I'm gonna
- 1:30:01Speaker 9: wait till she get a little maybe about five.
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: I could work with her.
- 1:30:03Speaker 9: I could work with her now because my grandfather has
- 1:30:06Speaker 9: this thing about I think she's gonna like the right too.
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: But she just think about being happy. She wants everybody happy.
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: You happy, you happy?
- 1:30:18Speaker 12: This is her.
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: Yes, don't don't tell me you ain't happy, you know
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: what I mean.
- 1:30:23Speaker 9: So I told her sister, I know her first book
- 1:30:27Speaker 9: gonna be on be about you know, it's gonna be about.
- 1:30:30Speaker 4: Who she is.
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: You know, because I said, member gonna be on that
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: billboard too.
- 1:30:38Speaker 9: I gotta get with angel. I'm liver gonna be on
- 1:30:40Speaker 9: that billboard about two more years.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: He was like, I'm being a bell boy and that's
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: school that up in New York. But I was like, okay,
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: I look at my journey because I was one that
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: I never want kids.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: I was like, kids kids.
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: But then I decided I wanted so when the doctor
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: told me you have never had I was doing yeah
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: right right, A lot of complications. And when you're older,
- 1:31:12Speaker 7: the first thing they say, down syndron, because think about
- 1:31:15Speaker 7: thirty four. Yes, yep, right, look at what God has done.
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: Nobody to God. You can tell me a lot of
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: things in life, but I am one to tell you
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: I have three. As soon as they over thirty, the
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: first thing they say to you is down syndrone, and
- 1:31:38Speaker 7: look at.
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: God and look at God.
- 1:31:40Speaker 7: You see all my children be ain't perfect, but they
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: all in school.
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: You tell you down syndrome and.
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: This and that.
- 1:31:50Speaker 7: And I had complications, but but God said your complication
- 1:31:54Speaker 7: gonna be victree.
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: That's right. You got trust God because we are That's right.
- 1:32:04Speaker 9: You gotta trust God because these doctors tell me all
- 1:32:07Speaker 9: of these things. The doctor told me when I and
- 1:32:10Speaker 9: now I understand. You know, we have to be careful
- 1:32:14Speaker 9: when we're young. We don't know what we allowed to
- 1:32:17Speaker 9: get in our spirit, in our headcates, I will bishops
- 1:32:21Speaker 9: to tell itself all the time. We have to be
- 1:32:23Speaker 9: careful because we can be everywhere doing anything and everything with.
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: You know, because we don't. We don't know, you know,
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: we don't know. And the thing of it is, I
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: had How can I say it?
- 1:32:40Speaker 7: Mm hmm.
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: You know, you start thinking about something and you feel
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: it something coming.
- 1:32:47Speaker 9: Up, so you're like, okay, no, I'm not gonna go there,
- 1:32:50Speaker 9: go there yet. But all like I say is God
- 1:32:55Speaker 9: has blessed me, yes, but he's even bless my children.
- 1:33:01Speaker 9: Because the doctor did tell me when I was diagnosed,
- 1:33:06Speaker 9: I had the butterfly rats.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: Never had no uh bombs or anything on my face.
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: And I'm like, what is God?
- 1:33:15Speaker 15: What is going on?
- 1:33:16Speaker 7: I was?
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: I was praying God doings. I just praying that because
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: my grandmother.
- 1:33:23Speaker 9: Had lupid's right, but she had this right, so it
- 1:33:32Speaker 9: showed on her her face. So the first thing I'm thinking,
- 1:33:37Speaker 9: because I don't know anything about she don't even because
- 1:33:39Speaker 9: she was older, she didn't know much about what her
- 1:33:43Speaker 9: body was going through.
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: But yes, that's the only thing I was worried about.
- 1:33:49Speaker 9: I don't want to look like.
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: That, you know what I mean?
- 1:33:52Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: But then as I got older, you know, you gotta
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: you gotta, you gotta baby.
- 1:33:58Speaker 9: Yourself and those things people saying something wrong at you.
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: About and find out what it is right.
- 1:34:05Speaker 9: You know, I tried to I was in books about
- 1:34:09Speaker 9: Luca's I was about with the body, just to understand
- 1:34:14Speaker 9: my body. You know, if I gotta be in his
- 1:34:16Speaker 9: body and this is going on, you know, I'm going
- 1:34:20Speaker 9: to continue praying and I sayd God for my you know,
- 1:34:23Speaker 9: with the healing and that.
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: But he said, I'm healed anyway. We're here, you know,
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: through his strikes. I'm healed anyway. Because I'm gonna give
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: you a little testimony. My father always stated, you're not.
- 1:34:39Speaker 9: That's what I was from the day day I was diagnosed,
- 1:34:43Speaker 9: was that when I was diagnosed, I was dignosed from
- 1:34:45Speaker 9: a genetologist. And the first thing he said to me,
- 1:34:50Speaker 9: you have lupus. Okay, And Denny said to me, lupus has.
- 1:34:59Speaker 7: A ten Yeah.
- 1:35:01Speaker 9: I think it was a ten year at that time
- 1:35:02Speaker 9: because I was twenty. No a ten to twenty year
- 1:35:07Speaker 9: life speak, Why did you tell me that? But I
- 1:35:13Speaker 9: as I got older, you know, I realized what I
- 1:35:17Speaker 9: thought I.
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: Was gonna die at forty.
- 1:35:20Speaker 9: Okay, I thought I was because I was twenty my
- 1:35:23Speaker 9: diagnosed and my daughter was only a year old.
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: So the first thing I'm worrying about, I know, I'm
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: not going to be here twenty and I'm forty five. Now.
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: Raise got to look at you know what I'm saying.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: We have to we have to trust.
- 1:35:37Speaker 9: We have to trust God because that same thing that
- 1:35:40Speaker 9: you they are counted me out so many times and.
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: You know, I'm not going there until my.
- 1:35:47Speaker 7: Time is up. Left. Let me tell you something.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: We got things to do?
- 1:35:53Speaker 7: How we got things to do?
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: This?
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: Do I love in life? As we Sometimes people get
- 1:36:03Speaker 7: upset because they look at their lives when they see us,
- 1:36:07Speaker 7: and that's like, oh, they got this and they got that.
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: I know they life ain't this and that you're right
- 1:36:13Speaker 7: because you know, do we have our moments yet?
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: But I would sell anybody up here.
- 1:36:21Speaker 7: Woman must talk to God and see where he wants
- 1:36:26Speaker 7: to do at because you don't know, you know, because
- 1:36:32Speaker 7: maybe you can't deal with what I did. Maybe you can't.
- 1:36:35Speaker 7: So you got to find out what works for you
- 1:36:37Speaker 7: for you. You learn what works for you, be okay.
- 1:36:43Speaker 7: But when you start saying, well her life, that you
- 1:36:48Speaker 7: might be absolutely right. That's how I wrote this book
- 1:36:51Speaker 7: right here behind my door. Okay hurts people, hurt the kids.
- 1:36:59Speaker 7: That's so I wrote the book. All my books something
- 1:37:03Speaker 7: behind closed doors. I have another book grows in darkness
- 1:37:13Speaker 7: because of the dark knife behind stupid. When I tell something,
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: I can't tell your story. Like I told you, I
- 1:37:22Speaker 7: made a lot of mistakes forgets. What's one person to hear?
- 1:37:28Speaker 7: Think about it. I had to go in stores and
- 1:37:31Speaker 7: McDonalds them, I didn't have any Wi Fi and I
- 1:37:35Speaker 7: wrote half. I just got to this point. It has
- 1:37:44Speaker 7: been anombertainly. But if anything in life we do, if
- 1:37:49Speaker 7: you look at it, it's don't belong to us anyway.
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: So it is that's right, right?
- 1:37:58Speaker 7: Say, well, you know, God don't want you to share.
- 1:38:00Speaker 7: God don't want you to do this. We share everything else.
- 1:38:03Speaker 7: Let me tell some people like my game. Parents will
- 1:38:07Speaker 7: standing in line all day on the holiday and buy
- 1:38:11Speaker 7: a five hundred dollars game, but you won't invest in yourself. Yes, right,
- 1:38:17Speaker 7: got to get that right. I don't want to do that.
- 1:38:20Speaker 7: I don't want to give them this dollar you But
- 1:38:22Speaker 7: you'll pay five dollars for a game. That's gonna be
- 1:38:24Speaker 7: another way.
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: What we do.
- 1:38:29Speaker 7: But I teach my if you're gonna invest invest something
- 1:38:33Speaker 7: that's gonna help somebody else. Mm hmm, get our mindset
- 1:38:39Speaker 7: right within our fel and stop thinking, well everybody else business,
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: why you're doing this, or you should be making a
- 1:38:50Speaker 7: lot of money because you got books or you a mansion.
- 1:38:55Speaker 7: It's about a legacy. So while you want to wow
- 1:39:00Speaker 7: and you're paying all your bills, I'm not going to
- 1:39:02Speaker 7: condemn you because you gotta do what you gotta do.
- 1:39:04Speaker 7: But we need to stop and look at what are
- 1:39:07Speaker 7: we building in a kingdom? What are we wanting? What
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: are we building? Because when you work at these jobs
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: twenty thirty years, they can file you at any time.
- 1:39:15Speaker 7: Why I mean, you give them your own You're giving
- 1:39:21Speaker 7: them every day whether my family passed to stay. So
- 1:39:28Speaker 7: when the people are trying to do well, we need
- 1:39:31Speaker 7: to encourage one another to fire. That's right because at
- 1:39:37Speaker 7: the end of the day, at the end of the day,
- 1:39:40Speaker 7: it can all be taken.
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: Away, taken away.
- 1:39:44Speaker 7: Do that.
- 1:39:47Speaker 9: Like they say, when you're working, you'll you'll one shake
- 1:39:49Speaker 9: away from being homeless.
- 1:39:51Speaker 7: I done did it all. So when I was saying,
- 1:39:55Speaker 7: why not motivate someone, tell the younger people you experience,
- 1:40:01Speaker 7: they will make the same such mistake. Thank go night,
- 1:40:06Speaker 7: I can go to sleep and say I told them right. Listen,
- 1:40:12Speaker 7: God believest I know as a mother of I told you.
- 1:40:16Speaker 7: You told them for I know some of them gonna
- 1:40:21Speaker 7: go do what they're gonna do.
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: We go and I say, they all kids don't go
- 1:40:25Speaker 1: through you know, at some point they do have to
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: learn on their own.
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: But like you said, are we.
- 1:40:31Speaker 9: Planning to them once God give it to me, I
- 1:40:33Speaker 9: give it to them. It's out of my hands now
- 1:40:35Speaker 9: I did and said what I needed to say. So
- 1:40:40Speaker 9: we're dealing with a totally different Jenner.
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: What this situation is. But I all we can do
- 1:40:49Speaker 1: is pray, pray for me.
- 1:40:51Speaker 7: Well, we're different. So let me just say this when
- 1:40:53Speaker 7: you say that it's not the children, it's and what
- 1:40:58Speaker 7: I mean by that growing up you know, up Northcombe
- 1:41:02Speaker 7: to the stomach along sto. Sure, there's certain things that
- 1:41:06Speaker 7: were not allowed that it's allowed now, right right, And
- 1:41:12Speaker 7: that's another thing. You got that abuse. Now we got whooping.
- 1:41:16Speaker 7: Say oh God. What I'm saying is the mindset is different.
- 1:41:26Speaker 7: You can't things that was allowed to stay that then
- 1:41:31Speaker 7: you can't certain things on one hand is good and
- 1:41:35Speaker 7: one hand is bad. You have more dance out of
- 1:41:38Speaker 7: the house now and even when it out of the house,
- 1:41:43Speaker 7: we have Uncle Ralph and pay comes through. We have
- 1:41:47Speaker 7: lost community love, yes we have, and we don't have
- 1:41:52Speaker 7: God in our homes. Say that in our home and
- 1:41:58Speaker 7: the community is out of order. The younger generation is
- 1:42:03Speaker 7: out of order because of we are present in our
- 1:42:08Speaker 7: own homes. Because you want God out of our homes
- 1:42:12Speaker 7: and out of my hose. Wait reading the world in
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: our homes all day? Everything everything dystrunctional to warfare going
- 1:42:30Speaker 7: is going to be What are we just as a whole?
- 1:42:36Speaker 7: What are we doing as individual? When I kids saying
- 1:42:40Speaker 7: the fool? What are we saying or were saying, you're
- 1:42:42Speaker 7: gonna be like your dad or you're gonna be like
- 1:42:45Speaker 7: are we getting on that needs keep saying because he
- 1:42:49Speaker 7: did it for me, that's right, that's right. I'm not
- 1:42:55Speaker 7: gonna sing until nobody on Facebook. I had a perfect family,
- 1:42:58Speaker 7: my kids and stop craziness. Don't go on. But I
- 1:43:03Speaker 7: know a guy, if he can transform, he could do
- 1:43:06Speaker 7: it anybody. You're right, we don't see everything they do,
- 1:43:13Speaker 7: but I do know I do what I need to do.
- 1:43:17Speaker 7: I got a chance, just like just like with the
- 1:43:23Speaker 7: stuff that we're doing in the magazines that Miss Angela
- 1:43:27Speaker 7: is doing collaboration and we stepped out of our cousin zone.
- 1:43:32Speaker 7: We won't know. I don't know her. I don't have
- 1:43:36Speaker 7: time to do this. I'm not gonna share.
- 1:43:41Speaker 1: If we don't make.
- 1:43:44Speaker 7: How we gonna know? And we just had something about
- 1:43:47Speaker 7: them with me. I think the Lord because with skin
- 1:43:51Speaker 7: loopers that can happen. You know, people were rational all
- 1:43:57Speaker 7: over their faith h m hm. And and like I said,
- 1:44:02Speaker 7: lupas a bad relationship, it comes to go. So sometimes
- 1:44:06Speaker 7: I might say, sure, you gotta step back for two
- 1:44:08Speaker 7: three days. We gotta know too. You can't. You can't
- 1:44:13Speaker 7: give a good word. If the word now in us
- 1:44:16Speaker 7: and we've running around like a chicken. I want to die.
- 1:44:21Speaker 7: I was on the ads podcast.
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: I was.
- 1:44:25Speaker 7: There, You're going to the hospital now, what good is
- 1:44:28Speaker 7: all them? And Mama sick? Damn? I just said it down.
- 1:44:39Speaker 7: Yeah I have to because period, I have to. And
- 1:44:45Speaker 7: we got to watch what we eat. And lucas is
- 1:44:49Speaker 7: different cancer, your hair fall out, you get Yeah, deeper
- 1:44:55Speaker 7: killer loopis people don't know got it until they know you.
- 1:45:02Speaker 1: Until they know you, that's right, That's why they caught it.
- 1:45:05Speaker 9: The invisible disease because you're walking around looking like us
- 1:45:10Speaker 9: and people don't know what we're going through inside all dyes,
- 1:45:14Speaker 9: it's a fight every single day and they don't one
- 1:45:19Speaker 9: thing for me. And I'm sure it's happened to you
- 1:45:22Speaker 9: that a lot of times people don't swing roub you
- 1:45:27Speaker 9: I have.
- 1:45:29Speaker 1: It's real for seak no fortigue.
- 1:45:35Speaker 9: You're gonna It's like, no matter what you do, what
- 1:45:39Speaker 9: you take is that you always have that fatigue.
- 1:45:43Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:45:44Speaker 9: So you gotta do what you gotta do and make
- 1:45:47Speaker 9: yourself feel the way you need to feel so you
- 1:45:50Speaker 9: can get.
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: Up every morning, you know what I'm saying. And and
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: just keep God, keep God in your heart and keeping me.
- 1:45:59Speaker 9: Your life because without him, I know I would not
- 1:46:01Speaker 9: be here today. I wouldn't be here today because you know,
- 1:46:07Speaker 9: when I was younger, I wanted to take my life right.
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: I understand what that meant. But I did, and I'm
- 1:46:17Speaker 1: here now. You know it wasn't glory glory to God.
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: That's that's That's all I can say. But I'm trying
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: to see. I don't I saw some people saying some things.
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: I think I can see a little bit. I know.
- 1:46:38Speaker 1: I think my sister's on I mean she's I know,
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: she said earlier.
- 1:46:45Speaker 9: The village like we don't have the village anymore. You
- 1:46:49Speaker 9: don't have a village, definitely don't.
- 1:46:52Speaker 7: You don't have a l You don't know what like
- 1:46:57Speaker 7: perfect example like just talking to you or feel good
- 1:46:59Speaker 7: talking to my stuff one of your the utmost but
- 1:47:04Speaker 7: something that you said when people see you don't know
- 1:47:08Speaker 7: the pain behind the scene. You gotta be judge. You
- 1:47:12Speaker 7: gotta like people say I do because you don't know
- 1:47:17Speaker 7: my struggles to night, then I don't know that lupas
- 1:47:20Speaker 7: is a bad relationship. It comes and it wants too.
- 1:47:22Speaker 7: So when I get it to go and pose and
- 1:47:25Speaker 7: do this, and yes, because before someone you really need
- 1:47:30Speaker 7: to know their story and you don't. Nobody don't need
- 1:47:32Speaker 7: to give you no pretty party. But I had loopers
- 1:47:34Speaker 7: last night. I had a frail last night right right.
- 1:47:37Speaker 7: The weather yeah yeah, and it comes and it can
- 1:47:44Speaker 7: say it can stay a day, it can stay two.
- 1:47:47Speaker 7: But what I have to do now is cut myself
- 1:47:50Speaker 7: and I take my bite or help like I take
- 1:47:53Speaker 7: my for me because it helps me and I help
- 1:48:00Speaker 7: you for to help me. For the thing is everybody

- 1:48:21Speaker 1: feel to take it. We just have we just have
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: to find the right one and get connected to the
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: right of people. And I know with the Bible, I
- 1:48:29Speaker 1: know you have that too. You deal with that company
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: as well.
- 1:48:35Speaker 9: So that's something that anyone is interested in any products
- 1:48:39Speaker 9: and reference to your health and immune different things to
- 1:48:44Speaker 9: contact shall so that way maybe she can give you
- 1:48:47Speaker 9: a little consultation and go over something or invite you

- 1:48:54Speaker 9: so you'll understand the products. And I'm definitely getting with
- 1:48:59Speaker 9: your show to to get some some products. But this

- 1:50:31Speaker 7: whatever your situation is, it's not a bragging like a
- 1:50:34Speaker 7: god like and so many others that connected to Miss

- 1:51:02Speaker 7: When we do that, we lose our gift. I ain't
- 1:51:04Speaker 7: say no, but it's true. Yeah, but we use it,
- 1:51:09Speaker 7: you lose it. That's what the world if for our
- 1:51:15Speaker 7: He could do it, do you know our behind the scenes.
- 1:51:18Speaker 9: Know you do not do.

- 1:51:55Speaker 9: she's gonna do it.
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: When the Lord said I was ready, I know that.
- 1:52:01Speaker 1: But you know what I learned to show that.
- 1:52:05Speaker 9: We'll never be ready for anything. We'll never feel ready
- 1:52:10Speaker 9: to step out to anything.
- 1:52:12Speaker 1: We just have to do it.
- 1:52:16Speaker 15: We have to.
- 1:52:16Speaker 9: We have to do it afraid. I'm learning that we
- 1:52:20Speaker 9: have to do it afraid. And then once we get
