- 0:22Speaker 1: Would not be.
- 0:25Speaker 3: We're here.
- 0:29Speaker 5: Just drinking beer and making nand Baby, I'm hanging with
- 0:34Speaker 5: the feelers, busting with the boys.
- 0:41Speaker 6: Bro.
- 0:42Speaker 7: Thanks, gentlemen, welcome to another episode of Busting.
- 0:47Speaker 4: With the Boys. Just have a round of applause.
- 0:51Speaker 7: As always, we have the boys in the back. And
- 0:53Speaker 7: if you are here joining us for the first time
- 0:55Speaker 7: for the Donald Trump interview, let me please introduce myself
- 1:00Speaker 7: my co host. My name is Taylor Lawan. To my
- 1:03Speaker 7: right William Earl Compton. The third couple of good old
- 1:08Speaker 7: boys that decided to take care of a dream and
- 1:11Speaker 7: follow our passions and end up in the NFL meet
- 1:14Speaker 7: in twenty eighteen. And now we have a beautiful bus
- 1:16Speaker 7: that we do a podcast. You might be looking around
- 1:18Speaker 7: seeing the spooky stuff around you. Big holiday boys. Love
- 1:22Speaker 7: the holidays. And if you do us a favor, and
- 1:25Speaker 7: just please, for the love of God, press that subscribe button.
- 1:29Speaker 7: It doesn't hurt you and it helps us all the more.
- 1:32Speaker 4: Now, what a weekend. Obviously we had Trump on for
- 1:37Speaker 4: everybody who's unfamiliar with their show. In the beginning, we
- 1:39Speaker 4: do an intro where we recap the weekends. The boys,
- 1:42Speaker 4: we're just at Ohio State at Oregon. We got to
- 1:44Speaker 4: celebrate with coach Lanning. We will get into that stuff.
- 1:47Speaker 4: We do our segments, we recap the NFL weekend, and
- 1:50Speaker 4: then we drop our latest interview, which is, I mean,
- 1:54Speaker 4: Donald Trump, the biggest interview we've ever.
- 1:57Speaker 7: Done, We've ever had by far, one of the most
- 2:00Speaker 7: polarizing individuals in the world right now. It is a
- 2:04Speaker 7: long time coming. Obviously, we want to give a big
- 2:06Speaker 7: shout out to Dana White for making this whole entire
- 2:08Speaker 7: thing happen, being a being able to meet uh mister
- 2:13Speaker 7: Trump at the UFC fights, shake his hand, talk to
- 2:16Speaker 7: him a little bit. A lot of people are going
- 2:18Speaker 7: to be stoked about this interview, and a lot of
- 2:20Speaker 7: people are not going to be stoked with this interview.
- 2:22Speaker 7: Here's what I'll say to that. We had the opportunity
- 2:25Speaker 7: to sit down with a former president who is a
- 2:26Speaker 7: leader of the free world, and I think that is
- 2:28Speaker 7: really cool And if you have a problem with that,
- 2:30Speaker 7: then that's that's super unfortunate. Also, want to give a
- 2:33Speaker 7: shout out to Alex Dana's right hand man. Good guy
- 2:37Speaker 7: Fallow really was like all about the brand and the boys.
- 2:40Speaker 7: He was a good hang when we're at Trump Tower
- 2:42Speaker 7: in Chicago. The dude's an awesome guy.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Follows the Barsol universe a little bit. Look here, here's
- 2:50Speaker 4: what I'll say. Here's what I'll say about this entire thing.
- 2:53Speaker 4: We created this show to answer the question how do
- 2:57Speaker 4: we bring the locker room to life, thrower content and personalities.
- 3:02Speaker 4: When we started this thing, what four or five years ago,
- 3:05Speaker 4: when we started this podcast, it's just a couple of
- 3:08Speaker 4: boys playing in the NFL. We own all of our stuff.
- 3:12Speaker 4: We were in the middle of a gravel parking lot,
- 3:14Speaker 4: operating off of a generator and a cell phone hotspot,
- 3:17Speaker 4: in the middle of July, in the middle of one
- 3:19Speaker 4: hundred degree heat, all trying to basically like build a
- 3:23Speaker 4: real brand, use our network. We're messaging athletes or messaging entertainers.
- 3:29Speaker 4: We're trying to tap into our network to build something
- 3:32Speaker 4: that's real, create a community, and lean on something when
- 3:35Speaker 4: we're done transitioning in the NFL. And like you said,
- 3:38Speaker 4: there will be people who love this interview. There will
- 3:42Speaker 4: be people who question why we did this interview. And
- 3:45Speaker 4: we are aware that there will be some that are disappointed, right,
- 3:48Speaker 4: and ultimately we know that there's going to be a reaction,
- 3:52Speaker 4: both good and bad. And ultimately it goes to we
- 3:56Speaker 4: were talking about, hey, is this a path we go down?
- 3:59Speaker 4: You know, I'm talking to my she's a small business
- 4:01Speaker 4: owner shot up R three Nashville. But you're in the
- 4:04Speaker 4: situation of like, hey, do you go here? Do you
- 4:06Speaker 4: go there? We can say we're not political, we can
- 4:08Speaker 4: say we're not a political podcast. At the end of
- 4:11Speaker 4: the day, we have to accept the fact that we
- 4:13Speaker 4: set out with a political figure. We do accept that,
- 4:16Speaker 4: and ultimately, man, it's like, you're not gonna make everybody happy.
- 4:21Speaker 4: We're fired up to do this interview. I think you
- 4:24Speaker 4: guys are gonna enjoy it. And again, we get to
- 4:26Speaker 4: kind of embrace our style. And I think a lot
- 4:28Speaker 4: of people when they come to our show, they know
- 4:30Speaker 4: we have fun. They know we can laugh at ourselves.
- 4:33Speaker 4: They know we like to thrust ourselves in the middle
- 4:35Speaker 4: of topics of conversation going on in the world, in
- 4:37Speaker 4: the country, and the chances that we've been taking since
- 4:40Speaker 4: twenty nineteen have gotten us to this opportunity to sit
- 4:45Speaker 4: down with arguably the biggest name, if not the biggest
- 4:49Speaker 4: name in the world right now. And that's something that's like,
- 4:52Speaker 4: there's gonna be a lot of new audience that are
- 4:55Speaker 4: coming that don't necessarily know what we're about. And I
- 4:57Speaker 4: would assume that there's gonna be a lot of fun
- 5:00Speaker 4: ball fans, a lot of family people, a lot of
- 5:02Speaker 4: proud fathers shout out the girl, dad's out there, a
- 5:04Speaker 4: young audience that's going to be like, oh, what's Bustled
- 5:06Speaker 4: with the boys? You want to add it to your repertoire,
- 5:09Speaker 4: your repertoire because every Tuesday, we are here at six
- 5:13Speaker 4: am releasing Busting with the Boys, or we recap the weekends,
- 5:17Speaker 4: we recap football. If we are now in the football
- 5:19Speaker 4: season as two x NFL players eighteen years, three three
- 5:22Speaker 4: Pro Bowls amongst the both of us, we recapped the
- 5:25Speaker 4: weekend and then we dish out our latest interview. On Thursdays,
- 5:28Speaker 4: we have a new show we released this year called
- 5:30Speaker 4: The Locker Room where it's all sports talk, all ball talk,
- 5:33Speaker 4: or we preview the weekend, college and NFL. We talk sports, gaming,
- 5:37Speaker 4: sports betting. So if you are a new audience member
- 5:39Speaker 4: tuning into this, I would encourage you to hit the
- 5:43Speaker 4: subscribe button leave comments throughout the episode. And that's all
- 5:47Speaker 4: I have to say about that. Hey, well said, thank
- 5:51Speaker 4: you paint a picture. I've been thinking about this a lot,
- 5:54Speaker 4: you know what I mean, Like we again, we had
- 5:56Speaker 4: the opportunity to sit down and you know the world,
- 5:59Speaker 4: we kind of thrust ourselves into, whether we want to
- 6:01Speaker 4: be in it or not. It is again, it's like
- 6:04Speaker 4: we were talking kind of like pinching ourselves, like bro,
- 6:06Speaker 4: four or five years ago, We're just trying to make
- 6:10Speaker 4: this thing happen.
- 6:11Speaker 7: Just trying to figure out literally sitting on this bus
- 6:13Speaker 7: and thinking ourselves, it wouldn't be sick if we got
- 6:15Speaker 7: a sponsor, right right, Yo, this is actually an actual
- 6:18Speaker 7: business when nobody.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Yeah, could we actually make money on this thing and
- 6:21Speaker 4: do this thing for a living when we're.
- 6:23Speaker 7: No active athlete is doing a podcast right now, Let's
- 6:26Speaker 7: jump in and just see what this whole thing is.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, look at us, just a couple of it,
- 6:31Speaker 4: just sitting on this this empty bus in the beginning,
- 6:34Speaker 4: talking about how we wipe our ass.
- 6:36Speaker 7: Front wipe or back wipe. That was a big conversation,
- 6:38Speaker 7: that was a big topic, one that standard, you're there. Yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 7: so yeah, And I also think that there's there used
- 6:46Speaker 7: to be a world where people would have their differences
- 6:48Speaker 7: of their opinions and it'd be like, all right, let's
- 6:49Speaker 7: have a conversation about it. Let's do it. If you
- 6:51Speaker 7: guys want to have that feeling of you you oppose
- 6:54Speaker 7: this this podcast, feel free to say in the comments.
- 6:56Speaker 7: Feel free to also keep your mind open to everything
- 6:59Speaker 7: that's happening, because we've actually we've reached out to people
- 7:02Speaker 7: that would have Camala on our podcast. We're waiting to
- 7:04Speaker 7: hear back from them. But this is not like a
- 7:07Speaker 7: we're essentially drawing a line in the sand and just
- 7:09Speaker 7: being like that's that. This is what we're doing. So
- 7:12Speaker 7: I just hope that people listen really enjoy it and uh,
- 7:16Speaker 7: just have fun with it, because at the end of
- 7:17Speaker 7: the day, I think we're lacking a lot of that
- 7:18Speaker 7: right now.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Is the humor joice in this podcast? A lot of
- 7:22Speaker 4: good humor. Yes, I wiggled in the brask into the interview, so.
- 7:25Speaker 7: I had to, absolutely had to. But now that we've
- 7:29Speaker 7: addressed the Trump thing, and I hope you guys love it.
- 7:31Speaker 7: I hope you guys really enjoy it. This weekend going
- 7:35Speaker 7: to Eugene, Oregon to watch the Ducks take on the
- 7:38Speaker 7: buck Eyes. Was a classic fucking game. This game was amazing.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Now the boys in the back and we'll confident himself.
- 7:48Speaker 7: During the spring tour they went to Eugene, Orgon and
- 7:51Speaker 7: I was somewhere else for a little bit of time,
- 7:54Speaker 7: something doing something. We were doing something else something, We're
- 7:57Speaker 7: up to something out there. I come back, I say,
- 7:59Speaker 7: how was it? Literally all of you guys were like,
- 8:03Speaker 7: Eugene is incredible. It's an amazing place. The vibes are awesome,
- 8:07Speaker 7: Dan Lanning, this guy is great?
- 8:09Speaker 4: Was it?
- 8:10Speaker 7: Who who's the receiver? Tis Johnson, Dylan Billion, Gabriel, all
- 8:15Speaker 7: these got incredible, like literally seeing the praises of the
- 8:18Speaker 7: Oregon Duck players, coaches, and fan base. So I was very,
- 8:22Speaker 7: very excited to go down to Eugene.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Now you had a great analogy when we were at
- 8:27Speaker 4: the airport too. Yeah, He's like you guys essentially like, yeah, hey,
- 8:30Speaker 4: let us hold the ax, show you this new song.
- 8:32Speaker 4: And he was like it it exceeded our expectation, It
- 8:37Speaker 4: really did.
- 8:38Speaker 7: Cause you also bought up a good point in the airport.
- 8:40Speaker 7: It's Sunday, right, now we actually just landed. Yeah, we
- 8:43Speaker 7: just like you got thirty minutes ago.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Four and a half hour flight to Portland, drive two
- 8:48Speaker 4: hours down to Eugene. It's it's it's a it's a trip.
- 8:52Speaker 7: Which which brings me to what I was gonna say,
- 8:54Speaker 7: is it's amazing that they get these four and five
- 8:56Speaker 7: star athletes and get that type of speed, that type
- 8:59Speaker 7: of time in such a small town area in the
- 9:02Speaker 7: Pacific Northwest, a place that you literally had you it's
- 9:06Speaker 7: like so hard to get to. Now campus is beautiful.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Shout out Animal House. I had no idea that Oregon
- 9:14Speaker 7: or the Animal House the movie was filmed at that university.
- 9:17Speaker 7: Got to see the administrative building, got to see those
- 9:20Speaker 7: immaculate trees. Myself g JP for a moment, and then
- 9:25Speaker 7: Will Compton jumped in. We got to essentially take our
- 9:29Speaker 7: shoes off in the middle of campus, feed squirrels, hide
- 9:32Speaker 7: and bushes, touch different trees and you probably tell these
- 9:36Speaker 7: guys were high. Were oh, these cats were super high,
- 9:41Speaker 7: maybe on life because we were not high at that moment.
- 9:44Speaker 7: Later in the day, later in the day, maybe, but
- 9:46Speaker 7: not in that entire moment. The place is gorgeous. The
- 9:52Speaker 7: trees are massive. The campus is beautiful, and the people.
- 9:56Speaker 7: You would have thought that Will Compton and I went
- 9:58Speaker 7: to school there. That's how much they fucked with busting
- 10:00Speaker 7: with the.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Boys, and and and also it's like the one moment
- 10:05Speaker 4: we got to have with coach Lanning where we storm
- 10:07Speaker 4: the field. He's shaking Coach Day's hand and we're happening
- 10:11Speaker 4: to be right there in the mix. That one moment
- 10:13Speaker 4: you got to have with Coach Lanning probably said everything
- 10:17Speaker 4: you needed to know about.
- 10:18Speaker 7: The guy, right because you guys, Yeah, I've never truly
- 10:21Speaker 7: spoken to Dan before. Now you did shoot me as
- 10:23Speaker 7: contact information. I do appreciate I'm saying a text message today.
- 10:26Speaker 7: But him turning around seeing Will glancing at me and
- 10:31Speaker 7: then just starts screaming for the boys, for the boys.
- 10:35Speaker 7: Rough housed us a little bit. Yeah, grab me, there's.
- 10:37Speaker 4: A photos a former linebacker got me.
- 10:40Speaker 7: Got the the the jersey cranked that that he was
- 10:44Speaker 7: holding that thing like fucking crazy. The dude has got
- 10:47Speaker 7: the fucking second Now, now the second hug is wild.
- 10:50Speaker 7: Like I was trying, I was trying to enjoy the
- 10:52Speaker 7: moment too, but around, Yeah, we got to before the
- 10:58Speaker 7: game and we're kind of just all over the place.
- 11:00Speaker 7: But we got to before the game. Go and listen
- 11:03Speaker 7: to Dan Lanning's pregame speech. I don't know, do we
- 11:06Speaker 7: want to give it away?
- 11:07Speaker 4: Run it right now. Run this speech. We'll come back
- 11:10Speaker 4: to it. Right now. Run the speech. Great now, dude,
- 11:14Speaker 4: Keystone predator, Keystone it was.
- 11:17Speaker 7: It was a Keystone species, Keystone speech. They disrespect us,
- 11:21Speaker 7: they disrespect We're in the big ten. Now, well let
- 11:23Speaker 7: me tell you, fellows. The Keystone species just showed up
- 11:29Speaker 7: literally just sitting in the back and these you just
- 11:31Speaker 7: hear guys in a bout. Yes sir, yes, sir, dude.
- 11:34Speaker 7: Just and then Ohio State's wearing all white. As we
- 11:37Speaker 7: walk out of the locker room. Dudes are like, if
- 11:39Speaker 7: you see white, put your fucking hands on it. Put
- 11:41Speaker 7: your hand on some grown ass men.
- 11:42Speaker 4: I'm thinking, bro, it got it took you back.
- 11:45Speaker 7: It took you back. It really fucking did.
- 11:48Speaker 8: Well.
- 11:48Speaker 1: You're like, yo, you know what I'm saying.
- 11:49Speaker 4: So how you play the game, It's like you get
- 11:51Speaker 4: back and the excitement, the fear, the anxiety, the doubt,
- 11:55Speaker 4: but also you're not believing your doubt. You're just trying
- 11:57Speaker 4: to hype the boys like We're about to go and
- 12:00Speaker 4: fucking war. You felt all of that before the game.
- 12:02Speaker 4: You felt the environment, the stage, I mean Ohio State
- 12:05Speaker 4: at Oregon, the student section, the whole student section was
- 12:08Speaker 4: packed two hours before kickoff. Bro, I'm talking a committed
- 12:11Speaker 4: as student section.
- 12:13Speaker 7: A fan walks down and they fucking boot his ass
- 12:16Speaker 7: out of that little area. Dude, it was.
- 12:17Speaker 4: It was incredible. It was fucking incredible. And how many
- 12:20Speaker 4: how many times does the score change? Like how many times?
- 12:23Speaker 4: Seven times?
- 12:23Speaker 7: Seven? Eight times?
- 12:24Speaker 4: It was.
- 12:25Speaker 7: It was wild, absolutely wild. And dude, that stadium only
- 12:31Speaker 7: sixty thousand. I think they had a world their record
- 12:34Speaker 7: breaking attendant, the record the Eugene world record breaking attendance
- 12:38Speaker 7: of sixty like something thousand people like sixty like three hundred,
- 12:42Speaker 7: and that place was fucking rocking.
- 12:44Speaker 4: It was rocking.
- 12:45Speaker 8: Bro.
- 12:45Speaker 4: We got to go to game day in the morning.
- 12:47Speaker 4: That was all time. People camping out there overnight like
- 12:50Speaker 4: it was sick. Now, I will say, when it gets
- 12:51Speaker 4: to when the sun goes down and the moon comes up,
- 12:54Speaker 4: it is a little bit of walking dead ass. The
- 12:56Speaker 4: craziest come out, the unique crew out there comes out.
- 12:59Speaker 4: If you get one block outside of the pocket of
- 13:02Speaker 4: Oregon football like it's it gets spooky, it's a little dicey,
- 13:05Speaker 4: it gets I mean I saw. I was telling the
- 13:07Speaker 4: boys like we went to this uh sushi spot shot
- 13:10Speaker 4: out a pure sushi, but it ran straight through me
- 13:12Speaker 4: and I had to shit, and thank God for the
- 13:14Speaker 4: subway cat He was a bust with the boys. Listener.
- 13:17Speaker 4: He led me back in the bathroom. I take a
- 13:21Speaker 4: I take a shit, and I'm in a bad spot
- 13:23Speaker 4: because I look up there's no toilet paper. So I
- 13:26Speaker 4: like stand up to myself and like waddle over to
- 13:28Speaker 4: the paper towel machine and just start and I'm just
- 13:32Speaker 4: raw dogging, Yeah, raw dog in the asshole. But I leave.
- 13:35Speaker 4: I get outside a subway because you know, we're trying
- 13:37Speaker 4: to make a little dairy queen stop. The boys are
- 13:39Speaker 4: parked down the road and I see some cat walk
- 13:41Speaker 4: by me and this was like a This was like
- 13:44Speaker 4: a little psycho motherfucker. He had on like a fully
- 13:47Speaker 4: blocked out mask, like you couldn't see his eyes, you
- 13:50Speaker 4: couldn't see anything on him, and he like said something
- 13:52Speaker 4: to me kind of off. It said something to me,
- 13:54Speaker 4: you know, your boy was up in the closet at
- 13:55Speaker 4: that point, so I didn't really know what was going on,
- 13:57Speaker 4: But I thought to myself, I feel like I'm in
- 13:58Speaker 4: a little bit of danger. Yeah, because that's what I'm saying.
- 14:04Speaker 4: You know, I had when he said it to me.
- 14:06Speaker 4: I was on the phone with you speakers, So I'm
- 14:08Speaker 4: thinking to myself, with something happens, I can just start
- 14:10Speaker 4: like yelling, you.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Know what i mean.
- 14:11Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, yeah, we got somebody because it was
- 14:16Speaker 4: it was a little wild.
- 14:17Speaker 7: The guard here will go hell bro, that is wild.
- 14:23Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 14:24Speaker 7: Yeah, when Eugene is at the Tale of two uh
- 14:28Speaker 7: two stories there. When it comes to daytime, my daytime beautiful,
- 14:31Speaker 7: people are wonderful, everyone's having a good time. Everyone just
- 14:34Speaker 7: seems like the shoulders are a little less tense. Nighttime
- 14:37Speaker 7: fast it's a little bit. It's thirty one days of fright.
- 14:42Speaker 7: But yeah, the game itself, man, was awesome. I mean,
- 14:47Speaker 7: Ohio State goes down and scores right away, and you
- 14:50Speaker 7: even see like the off the bus thing. We were
- 14:53Speaker 7: watching both teams warm up Organs off its line. They're
- 14:56Speaker 7: not big cats.
- 14:58Speaker 4: They don't compare to like State.
- 15:00Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 15:00Speaker 7: Then you see Ohio State and it's like these dudes
- 15:03Speaker 7: might be outmatched, like a bigger.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Stamp because they drove it down that first drive, and
- 15:08Speaker 4: then I want to say they forced them to punt
- 15:10Speaker 4: when Oregon came out for their first drive, and it
- 15:12Speaker 4: was kind of like, damn, are the boys going to
- 15:14Speaker 4: be able? Yeah, you can hear this. Yeah, there are
- 15:16Speaker 4: a lot of talent deficit here. But obviously yeah, they
- 15:21Speaker 4: found Yeah, they found number ten, the cornerback for Ohio State.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Number ten. Oh my god, he was getting cooked. He
- 15:27Speaker 4: was getting cooked.
- 15:29Speaker 7: No he's not. We found out.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean they they went after him. Bro uh
- 15:34Speaker 4: number seven Stewart, Yeah, he teed Johnson. I mean it
- 15:38Speaker 4: was it was wild. I felt bad.
- 15:40Speaker 7: I mean, Dylan Gabriel is telling bombs of her bag that.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, it was wild. That was a Dylan Gabriel
- 15:46Speaker 4: legacy game too. They really shout out the boy, Dylan Gabriel.
- 15:48Speaker 7: And the thing that was scary is in the first half,
- 15:51Speaker 7: Ohio State did a great job of running the ball,
- 15:53Speaker 7: controlling the controlling the clock, getting four yards in the
- 15:56Speaker 7: cloud of dust, making a ten yard pass, really just
- 15:58Speaker 7: bouncing their way down and it seemed I'll have to
- 16:00Speaker 7: go back and watch the film, but it seemed to
- 16:02Speaker 7: me that Oregon's big success were these X plays, these
- 16:06Speaker 7: twenty plus yard plays that you can't like, that's not
- 16:08Speaker 7: a life you can live throughout sixty minutes of football,
- 16:11Speaker 7: at least we thought, because they ended up working out
- 16:13Speaker 7: for them. But you go into that second half and
- 16:15Speaker 7: you're like, is this win? The Big ten kind of
- 16:18Speaker 7: takes over from a physicality standpoint, I'll run your down standpoint.
- 16:21Speaker 7: All that a couple of miscues by Oregon two going
- 16:25Speaker 7: for two. Listen, I love creativity and play calling. Something
- 16:30Speaker 7: about just having your center and then everybody over there,
- 16:34Speaker 7: everybody goes on the far hats. Something about that to me, man,
- 16:37Speaker 7: that's like you do that once a year a year.
- 16:41Speaker 7: I'm pretty sure they did it twice in this game.
- 16:43Speaker 7: And I was, I mean, I'm just you know, you know,
- 16:47Speaker 7: I love the x's and o's of the game. I
- 16:48Speaker 7: love watching. I like seeing the game and the strategic
- 16:51Speaker 7: standpoint from each team, and I thought, when the first
- 16:53Speaker 7: one didn't work, it's like, let's never go back to that.
- 16:55Speaker 4: Yeah, well a lot of it too, like you know, offensively,
- 16:57Speaker 4: like you might just start in that position, just see
- 16:59Speaker 4: if they met joke correctly.
- 17:00Speaker 7: Right, and then you bring it all back in. Because
- 17:02Speaker 7: I thought early in the game. They had a lot
- 17:04Speaker 7: of success running the ball. They had success getting those
- 17:07Speaker 7: three four yards and so you know getting that two
- 17:10Speaker 7: yard line, two and a half yard line, whatever it
- 17:11Speaker 7: is for a two point conversion. It's like, he can
- 17:13Speaker 7: make that happen. Now. The kicker for Oregon early in
- 17:18Speaker 7: the game botches a kick to where they could have
- 17:21Speaker 7: gone up. They had a bad hold on a pat
- 17:25Speaker 7: and then later than when they could it should have
- 17:26Speaker 7: been like going up ten to seven. They missed the
- 17:30Speaker 7: they missed the three from from a decent distance. Now
- 17:33Speaker 7: they go back.
- 17:34Speaker 4: After they scored the penalty they got inforced for that kickoff. Yeah,
- 17:38Speaker 4: when he shot it off the buddy's chest.
- 17:40Speaker 7: Right, dude, that kick. The confidence of that kicker to
- 17:44Speaker 7: hammer fuck a ball into somebody's chest and had that
- 17:47Speaker 7: thing bounce back where the boys get it like that
- 17:49Speaker 7: is Yeah, that's like winning the lottery.
- 17:52Speaker 1: There's no way.
- 17:53Speaker 7: And JP said it, dude. On the field, He's like,
- 17:55Speaker 7: could you imagine being the player that the ballet him
- 17:58Speaker 7: in the chest like he is got to be on
- 18:01Speaker 7: Sueye watch just feeling like.
- 18:02Speaker 8: That in the same corner.
- 18:09Speaker 4: You even made the joke. He was like, oh, they
- 18:12Speaker 4: might need to do that for number ten, Like number
- 18:13Speaker 4: ten is now number fifty one, but that was him.
- 18:17Speaker 1: You're lying?
- 18:17Speaker 4: Are you?
- 18:18Speaker 7: Are you being serious? It looks just like him.
- 18:21Speaker 4: That's the corner.
- 18:22Speaker 8: Yeah, that's like another jersey. Oh number h that is.
- 18:26Speaker 4: That's how it reminds me of like the Replacements where
- 18:28Speaker 4: he's like looking around wait, wait is it the Replacements?
- 18:33Speaker 1: What the Yeah?
- 18:34Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, water Boy, where he's looking around figuring out
- 18:36Speaker 4: who's going to try to kick it off of and
- 18:38Speaker 4: this dude's like standing there all nervous and scared. He's like,
- 18:40Speaker 4: there's my bitch.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Can you tell me that kid's name? Denzel Burke? Number
- 18:47Speaker 7: ten for how State? I think so, Denzel, if you
- 18:50Speaker 7: if you happen to come across this video, this this podcast.
- 18:53Speaker 7: Obviously I hate Ohio State, but brother, there's no worse
- 18:57Speaker 7: feeling than being like being in that position of being
- 18:59Speaker 7: bonne and just a snowball effect.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Yeah, just coming to save keep swinging.
- 19:05Speaker 7: Through a brother. Sometimes you get in those slumps, man,
- 19:07Speaker 7: you can ever, everybody can make it out. So I
- 19:10Speaker 7: hope you do and then you don't. The third week
- 19:11Speaker 7: of the November and also in two weeks against the
- 19:14Speaker 7: Nebraska but I hope just for your mentals, my boy,
- 19:18Speaker 7: we've all fucking been there. Yeah, We've all tell him
- 19:20Speaker 7: about the Ezechielia breaking you off twenty.
- 19:22Speaker 4: It's gonna make him feel bad, it's gonna make him
- 19:24Speaker 4: feel better. It was one of those ones where I'm
- 19:27Speaker 4: laying on the turf, like, God fucking help me. Everyone's
- 19:31Speaker 4: watching this right now.
- 19:32Speaker 7: Right, This is the worst Thanksgivings.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Probably the lowest. Yeah, yeah, lowest part of my playing career.
- 19:36Speaker 7: People just trying and eat their food and enjoy a
- 19:38Speaker 7: game Thanksgiving.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Everybody's watching. I'm missing Zeke. He's doing the feed me.
- 19:42Speaker 4: Keep feeding me, right, please.
- 19:44Speaker 7: God, for the love of God, stop feeding him. Yeah yeah,
- 19:46Speaker 7: I think he's full. I think that man is full
- 19:49Speaker 7: and for me. Chandler Jones September twenty twenty one, Arizona
- 19:53Speaker 7: Cardinals versus the Tians. First play of the game, running
- 19:56Speaker 7: outside zone to my side? What happens? Quick? Can side
- 19:59Speaker 7: move for a t Fell. I'm gonna let you know, brother,
- 20:01Speaker 7: it got way worse after that.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:03Speaker 7: My wife told me to my face, it's the worst
- 20:05Speaker 7: football game I've ever seen anybody play in my life.
- 20:09Speaker 4: So listen, that was like, holy shit, what a bad
- 20:12Speaker 4: game by you.
- 20:13Speaker 7: How terrible Buddha Baker put me on my ass. If
- 20:16Speaker 7: you guys don't know who safety bro a safety that's
- 20:20Speaker 7: how you know. You just officially have the yips. Just
- 20:25Speaker 7: you don't need to show me. You don't need to
- 20:26Speaker 7: pull up all the things that. Let me just explain
- 20:28Speaker 7: to the people what it sucks, all right? That is
- 20:33Speaker 7: you see it off of the tackles legs like that. Vulnerable. Hey,
- 20:37Speaker 7: that is a vulnerable position to be in.
- 20:39Speaker 4: And make sure to put these references in there too,
- 20:41Speaker 4: so that way if he isn't watching it all right, cool?
- 20:43Speaker 7: That is, please stop stop zooming in on my little legs. Hey,
- 20:50Speaker 7: those cleats go hard though. Fun fact about those cleats,
- 20:53Speaker 7: those are the same cleates I tore my a cling
- 20:56Speaker 7: and I kept those cleats, and the day before I
- 20:58Speaker 7: was like, these are the cleats. I'm gonna have a redemption.
- 21:01Speaker 7: I burned those cleats after that game. Those those cleats
- 21:04Speaker 7: are at the conjuring of all cleats there. They have
- 21:07Speaker 7: a demon inside of them. But it was an incredible game, man.
- 21:10Speaker 7: And then storming them, Oh god, I'm getting pepper. For
- 21:15Speaker 7: the love of god. It's open season on the wand
- 21:17Speaker 7: right now. Well, yeah, well I'm assuming this is our
- 21:20Speaker 7: most viewed podcast of all time, and you gotta go
- 21:23Speaker 7: and put this ship up here. You gotta go and
- 21:25Speaker 7: put all that.
- 21:26Speaker 4: But overall incredible, I told out.
- 21:30Speaker 2: But you have to explain the lore. I feel like,
- 21:32Speaker 2: if you don't know the body, you gotta explain the lore.
- 21:34Speaker 7: What have you explain?
- 21:36Speaker 4: Yeah? The Lord of what?
- 21:38Speaker 1: Go ahead?
- 21:38Speaker 7: Go ahead of you, guys. What's the lore? What does
- 21:41Speaker 7: Lord mean?
- 21:43Speaker 4: Explain it?
- 21:44Speaker 9: Go ahead?
- 21:45Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 21:45Speaker 10: Lord is like backstory. It's just like what's crazy? Guys?
- 21:48Speaker 7: And you know, yes, yeah, failure, failure, failure makes the man.
- 21:53Speaker 7: It's always you versus yesterday. Yeah, shout out Marcus Marriott. Yes, dude,
- 21:59Speaker 7: I will bring that up. JP just said in the
- 22:00Speaker 7: back he didn't have a microphone on. He said, bring
- 22:02Speaker 7: that up. So obviously we're in Eugene. Marcus Mariota top two,
- 22:08Speaker 7: if not number one quarterback I've ever block for my
- 22:10Speaker 7: entire life. I hit the boy up. I say, hey, man,
- 22:12Speaker 7: we're in Eugene. It's beautiful. I give him the whole
- 22:14Speaker 7: immaculate tree, saying this place is special. I do believe
- 22:17Speaker 7: that Eugene is a special place. He's like, hey, I'm
- 22:19Speaker 7: fired up and make sure this place or that. But
- 22:21Speaker 7: I fucking love those trees, dude, you said when we're
- 22:23Speaker 7: driving into some man, I got a good a tree
- 22:25Speaker 7: like that.
- 22:25Speaker 9: Yeah in purple.
- 22:27Speaker 7: Sorry, it's all right, ja. So Marcus hits me up
- 22:30Speaker 7: before on game day and he goes, hey, uh, get
- 22:35Speaker 7: with Kenny before the game. He has a gift for you.
- 22:37Speaker 7: And I'm thinking it's gonna be I don't know, I
- 22:39Speaker 7: have no idea what it's gonna be, but it's like
- 22:41Speaker 7: a gift. I'm pretty stoked on it. So I hit
- 22:42Speaker 7: up Kenny and uh, hey, will be at the game,
- 22:45Speaker 7: will be in the locker room, hopefully can meet you.
- 22:47Speaker 7: And so we're on the sideline watching the boys warm
- 22:49Speaker 7: up and I've never met Kenny before. He walks up
- 22:52Speaker 7: and he gives me a game warn with the Pac
- 22:55Speaker 7: twelve symbol on it, number eight blacked out Marcus Mariota jersey,
- 23:00Speaker 7: and in the collar of the jersey it says you
- 23:02Speaker 7: versus yesterday.
- 23:04Speaker 4: No. Yeah, And that is legendary.
- 23:06Speaker 7: One of the best gifts I've ever been given.
- 23:08Speaker 4: And Marcus, you need to go back and visit Orgon more. Yeah,
- 23:11Speaker 4: you need to go back and visit Organ more. Bro,
- 23:14Speaker 4: you gotta show love to the fans because they are
- 23:15Speaker 4: obsessed with.
- 23:16Speaker 7: You, Marcus. They love you so much they I had
- 23:21Speaker 7: bunches of people come up to me and just be like,
- 23:23Speaker 7: thank you for protecting Marcus, thank you for doing that
- 23:26Speaker 7: thing with Richard Truman after you hit Marcus.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It was truly.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Yeah, the Arrow story was coming back a lot.
- 23:30Speaker 7: Yeah, a lot. That's a Josh Norman, but uh yeah,
- 23:36Speaker 7: people were truly in Eugene. You would have thought like
- 23:38Speaker 7: I played there or something with some of these people
- 23:40Speaker 7: coming up and being like, that's how much they love you.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Yeah. The love was awesome too for for busting everything else.
- 23:45Speaker 4: Rennie shout out Rennie's yead to meet and greet there.
- 23:48Speaker 4: It was packed. They obviously they say there's only like
- 23:51Speaker 4: a few bars there. That was one of them, but
- 23:52Speaker 4: it was packed, wrapped around the block. Oregon fans, Ohio
- 23:55Speaker 4: State fans, everybody embracing the boys like that was a
- 23:58Speaker 4: great time. It was a great time.
- 24:00Speaker 1: It was.
- 24:00Speaker 7: It was a special special time.
- 24:03Speaker 4: A plus visit. Where would you rank it this year
- 24:05Speaker 4: on stops? I think that's number one this year and
- 24:08Speaker 4: m Nebraska, Michigan and Oregon.
- 24:11Speaker 7: Yeah, I would say it's number one. The only thing
- 24:13Speaker 7: that would have a jump on it would be the
- 24:15Speaker 7: Nebraska Michigan one. But Michigan lost.
- 24:18Speaker 4: But separate you separate them which games?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Oh games?
- 24:23Speaker 7: Yeah, that's the number one. I think it's not close.
- 24:25Speaker 7: It's just if you're just strictly talking about the game.
- 24:28Speaker 4: There was a ton of environment.
- 24:31Speaker 11: There's a ton of back and forth on Twitter over
- 24:33Speaker 11: the weekend that Oregon was ranked in the top five
- 24:37Speaker 11: for the loudest stadiums in college football? Would you all
- 24:40Speaker 11: rank it in the top five?
- 24:42Speaker 8: Was it that?
- 24:42Speaker 1: So?
- 24:43Speaker 4: I mean that that atmosphere was was really damn good. Yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 4: that atmosphere is really dann good, especially because they can
- 24:49Speaker 4: only get like sixty thousand in there. But it is loud,
- 24:52Speaker 4: like it was a loud place like that atmosphere was
- 24:54Speaker 4: all time architecturally.
- 24:56Speaker 7: To that stadium is one of the coolest stadiums I've
- 24:57Speaker 7: ever seen.
- 24:58Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure. Somebody after the game, Shum came up
- 25:00Speaker 4: and was like, Hey, how would you what do you
- 25:02Speaker 4: think loudness to Nebraska was like Nebraska? He's like yeah,
- 25:05Speaker 4: I was like, come on, man, it's a little bit different,
- 25:08Speaker 4: But I will say.
- 25:09Speaker 7: You guys question, Yeah, that's awesome. That's happened in the
- 25:14Speaker 7: Titans game before two though.
- 25:15Speaker 4: So it was loud. No, it was very loud. It
- 25:19Speaker 4: was very loud. Legit like that was an awesomesphere.
- 25:21Speaker 7: Nebraska's louder, Penn State's ladder.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Lsu See, I haven't been to the Penn State, but
- 25:26Speaker 4: people talk about the white out. People say that that's
- 25:28Speaker 4: like because there's a gal we were sitting up there
- 25:30Speaker 4: in the press box with yeah, because she went to
- 25:33Speaker 4: the Nebraska Colorado game and she was like, she was like, yo,
- 25:36Speaker 4: maybe the lout. She's like, the only edge I would
- 25:38Speaker 4: give is probably Penn State because she's been there so
- 25:41Speaker 4: many more times.
- 25:42Speaker 7: And then I haven't been to Kneeling, but you guys
- 25:43Speaker 7: say it's one of the loudest. And then the South
- 25:46Speaker 7: Carolina Tennessee game when they had the big upset that
- 25:48Speaker 7: was lout of two. There's five off.
- 25:49Speaker 4: The bat right there, Kneeling gets insanely loud. That was
- 25:52Speaker 4: one place where I'm standing there and it's like, Okay,
- 25:55Speaker 4: this one I would give over Nebraska for sure.
- 25:57Speaker 7: Also, And.
- 25:59Speaker 4: It was loud, but it wasn't as loud as I
- 26:01Speaker 4: thought it would be I guess right, like maybe it
- 26:06Speaker 4: was the expectation of my head, like maybe I had
- 26:08Speaker 4: lower ones for Oregon and since it out did it,
- 26:10Speaker 4: I'm excited about it. But A and M I felt
- 26:12Speaker 4: like it wasn't what I remembered when I played there
- 26:14Speaker 4: in like nine or twenty ten or something like that.
- 26:17Speaker 12: To me, there's no there's no bite to A and M.
- 26:20Speaker 12: It's like they're cheering because they love Texas A and
- 26:23Speaker 12: M University, not because they love Texas A and M football. Right,
- 26:27Speaker 12: So there's not there's no.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Like nasty nos.
- 26:29Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a good point.
- 26:30Speaker 4: To like the the stadium. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I like that.
- 26:33Speaker 7: Speaking of nastiness, nicest fans aside from probably Nebraska, we've
- 26:39Speaker 7: ever dealt with, Like.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Yeah, they were welcome to Oregon.
- 26:42Speaker 7: How's your time in Oregon? When we storm that field,
- 26:45Speaker 7: dudes are just grabbed me by the chest, going jam
- 26:48Speaker 7: like fired up to be.
- 26:52Speaker 10: There was one fan that wasn't super nice to you,
- 26:56Speaker 10: the duck No.
- 26:57Speaker 6: The yeah he goes yeah, fuck you he goes.
- 27:04Speaker 7: You suck? All right? Really I ran out to the stadium, Taylor,
- 27:09Speaker 7: Yeah you suck. I just kept it moving, man, gotta
- 27:14Speaker 7: love it. Gotta love it.
- 27:17Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, it was awesome.
- 27:18Speaker 7: It was awesome just sending him like he was in
- 27:21Speaker 7: the middle of the entire students action, just like get
- 27:23Speaker 7: him out of here.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Very impressed with the section.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Impressed student section.
- 27:29Speaker 4: And it was awesome too because like for us, we
- 27:31Speaker 4: obviously have to plan out like Okay, we're gonna go
- 27:33Speaker 4: to college game day, Hey, we want to come back
- 27:35Speaker 4: by the hotel, Like it could take this long, it
- 27:37Speaker 4: could take that long because usually there's a lot of traffic. Again,
- 27:39Speaker 4: once you get outside, like one block of the pocket
- 27:42Speaker 4: of Oregon Football, like we're sitting down and eating breakfast,
- 27:44Speaker 4: was not a lot of traffic. We're eating at Pure Sushi.
- 27:47Speaker 4: We just walked up. We didn't have reservation or nothing
- 27:49Speaker 4: the night before, on a Friday night before the biggest
- 27:51Speaker 4: game they've ever hosted, and we're getting seated right away,
- 27:54Speaker 4: Like there's like no traffic. You get to kind of
- 27:56Speaker 4: just go around wherever you want to. In a minute's note,
- 28:00Speaker 4: it was I mean, it was an awesome It was
- 28:02Speaker 4: an awesome weekend.
- 28:03Speaker 7: That was awesome. Uh what about beauty of campus? How
- 28:06Speaker 7: do we feel about that? Where we rank that? It's
- 28:09Speaker 7: kind of ye over thirty minutes.
- 28:12Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, besides Beauty Campus Garrett JP, your guys' team's
- 28:17Speaker 4: duked it out. South Carolina brutal loss for the game.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Cocks just awful field goal kicker missus a kick toward
- 28:28Speaker 4: the end. Yeh bam almost gets beat again.
- 28:33Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean, there's nothing like Sunday watching ap top
- 28:37Speaker 12: twenty five, Pole come out, seeing Alabama number seven LSU
- 28:40Speaker 12: number eight, and knowing that we were controlling our own
- 28:44Speaker 12: destiny in those games and one.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Play away from beating both of those teams.
- 28:49Speaker 12: Yeah, and it's just a familiar feeling. We're close. You
- 28:55Speaker 12: gotta give Beamer time you got. You gotta go back.
- 28:58Speaker 12: Look at spurriers records when he came to South care Atlanta.
- 29:00Speaker 12: Spurrier is one of the greatest coaches of all time.
- 29:02Speaker 12: Their records are very similar like at this point in
- 29:05Speaker 12: their coaching career, and South Carolina is a it's a
- 29:08Speaker 12: hard place to win that. So it's gonna take more
- 29:10Speaker 12: time than Jim Harball going back to Michigan, even though
- 29:14Speaker 12: it took them a while to get into the National Championship.
- 29:17Speaker 1: So I mean it sucks.
- 29:19Speaker 12: Yeah, y'all saw me on Saturday for a little while
- 29:22Speaker 12: it was it's just pain, man, It's stuff you feel
- 29:25Speaker 12: like you don't deserve.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Yeah, you were down too. I was like, fuck, we
- 29:29Speaker 4: might have lost JP for the entire day.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Then we got then we got around the.
- 29:33Speaker 7: World ground back problem.
- 29:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll tell you college football is going The playoff
- 29:39Speaker 4: is set up beautifully bro Like Texas obviously handled business,
- 29:43Speaker 4: but now obviously before the season. You look at Oklahoma
- 29:46Speaker 4: and Michigan as games for them that they'll be tested,
- 29:48Speaker 4: not saying that they weren't tested, but you know they've
- 29:51Speaker 4: handled their schedule, how they've handled it. They're number one.
- 29:53Speaker 4: They're kind of like the only team where it's like,
- 29:55Speaker 4: all right, when are they going to get a game
- 29:57Speaker 4: where it's like are they for real? Like they're showing
- 29:59Speaker 4: to be right now because everybody else is beat each other.
- 30:02Speaker 4: They look beatable, like Oregon's obviously undefeated, but that game
- 30:06Speaker 4: was legitimately a two versus three team, Like oh State's
- 30:08Speaker 4: still a really good football team, but the Collegewall Playoff
- 30:11Speaker 4: is shaping up to be one of the best. I mean,
- 30:12Speaker 4: Iowa States in the top ten, no shoutout, We're in
- 30:16Speaker 4: the top twenty five. Crazy, yeah, massive game. Texas Georgia.
- 30:22Speaker 4: We will be at Alabama Tennessee where we gonna be
- 30:25Speaker 4: at noon. We're gonna be at the Hill at noon
- 30:29Speaker 4: this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee, so the Boys will be there,
- 30:32Speaker 4: be present for the Bamba Tennessee game. But yeah, big
- 30:34Speaker 4: games this weekend, especially with Texas Georgia. But again, college
- 30:37Speaker 4: football landscape is amazing right now.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Tall the Tennessee fans listening, you gotta show these guys
- 30:46Speaker 2: love because we just came off a hot trip at
- 30:48Speaker 2: Oregon where people were absurdly nice. So if you're listening,
- 30:52Speaker 2: call the boys out, say what's up. Will and Taylor
- 30:55Speaker 2: would happily talk for hours on end with you.
- 30:59Speaker 10: We got to show it.
- 31:00Speaker 2: And then me and Garrett head to head. We got
- 31:02Speaker 2: to figure out something game too.
- 31:05Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 31:06Speaker 10: And the curse is over, but.
- 31:07Speaker 7: Well lost an hour ago, but yeah.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Its lost an hour ago over a curse I think
- 31:14Speaker 4: is still kind of up in the air.
- 31:16Speaker 10: I'm I'm, I'm.
- 31:17Speaker 7: Just not where you want to be going into Alabama.
- 31:19Speaker 10: I mean you're still going to go down the whole.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Like I kind of put on the line, I said,
- 31:23Speaker 2: we could do whatever where there's the shaved out of
- 31:25Speaker 2: the shaved mustache and Garrett can attest I was freaking
- 31:27Speaker 2: out during the Oregon game because Tennessee was playing the
- 31:30Speaker 2: same time to play a horrible game versus Florida. Nico
- 31:33Speaker 2: does not look like the guy right now. He looks
- 31:36Speaker 2: like an inexperienced freshman, which he kind of is.
- 31:39Speaker 10: But I don't know.
- 31:41Speaker 2: It's both Bama and Tennessee look beatable and very similar
- 31:44Speaker 2: aspects of their game, and it's gonna be fun.
- 31:47Speaker 10: But yeah, someone's gonna go home.
- 31:50Speaker 7: How are you guys gonna handle this with your relationship?
- 31:52Speaker 2: I mean, we've hit over a year for the last
- 31:55Speaker 2: six years, seven years, eight years.
- 31:58Speaker 7: What's the worst has ever gone?
- 31:59Speaker 10: I don't think it's.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Really ever gotten bad, only because Alabama up until two
- 32:03Speaker 2: years ago had beat us sixteen years in a row,
- 32:05Speaker 2: so I didn't know what winning was. There was never
- 32:08Speaker 2: a year that won until two years ago. And Garrett
- 32:11Speaker 2: was such a gracious loser.
- 32:14Speaker 10: He was like, this, you finally are getting to experience
- 32:16Speaker 10: a win.
- 32:16Speaker 2: And who didn't do it like I'm being a dick
- 32:19Speaker 2: way he was just like this is cool, and yeah,
- 32:21Speaker 2: it happened to be one of the best college football
- 32:23Speaker 2: games in the last decade, maybe ever, But I'm hoping
- 32:27Speaker 2: that this week shapes out.
- 32:30Speaker 10: That's a fun one.
- 32:31Speaker 7: Feel good about it. It's Sunday. You'll probably be shooting
- 32:36Speaker 7: an intro tomorrow with Delaney. Correct.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Yeah, probably because I haven't gotten to consume all the
- 32:41Speaker 4: NFL football that I've wanted to today. I've been trying to
- 32:43Speaker 4: keep up on scores and stuff like that because I
- 32:45Speaker 4: know people enjoys breaking down the NFL. So yeah, I'll
- 32:49Speaker 4: probably be shooting another segment with Delaney.
- 32:53Speaker 7: And then I will be in Arizona. Your boy will
- 32:55Speaker 7: be uh doing some personal stuff. Yeah, handling that. We've
- 32:58Speaker 7: talked about that for a while. I told the boys
- 32:59Speaker 7: before the this was going to come up. So I
- 33:02Speaker 7: will not be in this next segment with Delaney, and
- 33:05Speaker 7: I will also not be in the locker room this week. Still,
- 33:07Speaker 7: both incredible shows. Wish I could be there, and unfortunately
- 33:10Speaker 7: I will not be in that Knoxville yeah this weekend.
- 33:14Speaker 4: So we'll get to this next segment with Delaney where
- 33:16Speaker 4: we where we recap NFL. If you're watching right now,
- 33:19Speaker 4: make sure you're commenting, subscribe, See you after this sad read,
- 33:22Speaker 4: Big hugs, honey kisses. All right, we are back. We
- 33:25Speaker 4: were talking ball real quick. Hang on, let me lock
- 33:27Speaker 4: in with the lucy all right. If you were here
- 33:30Speaker 4: for the Trump interview, go ahead check the chapters. Whether
- 33:32Speaker 4: you're on audio video with YouTube or rumble the boys
- 33:36Speaker 4: in the back door phenomenal job. If you're here for
- 33:37Speaker 4: the Trump interview, you can skip ahead. You can find
- 33:39Speaker 4: those chapters. Jump to it. I got the boy, Delaney
- 33:42Speaker 4: Walker in the building. We're gonna be talking NFL ball talk.
- 33:45Speaker 4: We're in a recap the weekend because there's a lot
- 33:47Speaker 4: of drama going on in the NFL world. Uh, Dlane,
- 33:50Speaker 4: how many.
- 33:51Speaker 7: Years you played?
- 33:52Speaker 1: Fourteen years?
- 33:52Speaker 4: Man, fourteen years? So we got what twenty two years
- 33:54Speaker 4: of experience right now? Breaking this down? Three total Pro
- 33:56Speaker 4: Bowls amongst each other. Indeed with the combination, Yeah, what
- 33:59Speaker 4: do you want to start? Man? A part of me,
- 34:01Speaker 4: since I had you on, or since I have you on,
- 34:04Speaker 4: you got to uh you got to intern for the
- 34:07Speaker 4: Chargers in the off season. You had that little scary
- 34:09Speaker 4: where hardball goes to the blue Tent for the for
- 34:11Speaker 4: the heart arrhythmia. Am I getting that right?
- 34:14Speaker 1: Yeah? I think that's I think that's how you said
- 34:16Speaker 1: you think.
- 34:17Speaker 4: There's any you think there's anything like going on with
- 34:19Speaker 4: with Jim. Has he had this before?
- 34:21Speaker 1: I think he had it before.
- 34:23Speaker 6: I'm not exactly sure what year he had it, but
- 34:26Speaker 6: I know he I think he have an in regular heartbeat,
- 34:30Speaker 6: uh situation going on. And when I saw that, you
- 34:32Speaker 6: know that, it kind of hit me a little hard
- 34:35Speaker 6: because knowing that Jim Harball.
- 34:36Speaker 1: That's my guy.
- 34:37Speaker 6: Tough to see him going to tent, knowing what kind
- 34:39Speaker 6: of guy is, very tough guy, very emotional guy that
- 34:43Speaker 6: wants to be out there on the field, and to
- 34:45Speaker 6: see him leave in the first quarter.
- 34:47Speaker 4: Yeah, did that ever happen when you were on the
- 34:49Speaker 4: Niners with him?
- 34:50Speaker 6: No, that never happened with him. You know, I never
- 34:53Speaker 6: seen it happen. I never heard him talk about is
- 34:56Speaker 6: his heart issue or never seen it. So this was
- 35:00Speaker 6: I think this was the first time I've seen him
- 35:03Speaker 6: actually have to leave the game for a situation like that,
- 35:07Speaker 6: especially being in Denver, could have been tough with the altitude.
- 35:11Speaker 4: So yeah, that's true. And just he's the most football
- 35:15Speaker 4: guy I think in the world, So like, yeah, stress,
- 35:18Speaker 4: I'm sure causes a factor. The dude is all ball
- 35:21Speaker 4: twenty four to seven. But hopefully I think he's I
- 35:23Speaker 4: think he's going to be straight. But yeah, that was
- 35:25Speaker 4: wild to see because they also took like you thought,
- 35:27Speaker 4: it was a pretty high situation because they took his
- 35:29Speaker 4: brother John off the pot.
- 35:30Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what got me. When I seen his brother
- 35:33Speaker 6: just take off and leave, I'm like, is it something serious?
- 35:36Speaker 6: I started looking at see what was going on with him.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Just to you know, to make sure he was okay.
- 35:41Speaker 4: Yeah, but Charger's got a big win against Denver. Denver's
- 35:45Speaker 4: three game win streak ends. Dude, the Dallas Cowboys seem
- 35:51Speaker 4: to be an absolute hell. I want to say, this
- 35:53Speaker 4: loss against the Lions is the worst loss of the
- 35:55Speaker 4: Jerry Jones era. Isn't that right? At home? Like the
- 35:58Speaker 4: worst loss at home the Jerry Jones era. Man, they
- 36:02Speaker 4: got they got a lot of problems. I think they're
- 36:05Speaker 4: in they're kind of cuffed right now because they got
- 36:07Speaker 4: the they obviously paid Dak. You got a couple guys
- 36:10Speaker 4: on our with like the Marcus Lawrence and who's it
- 36:13Speaker 4: Phillips Righthall. I forget his first name, but Phillips is
- 36:15Speaker 4: on ir Micah. You know he's not healthy. He's not
- 36:20Speaker 4: healthy right now and just feels like they have a
- 36:23Speaker 4: lot of problems, man, Like part of me feels like
- 36:25Speaker 4: Jerry Jones has to give up the reins as being GM,
- 36:30Speaker 4: it's a young man's game. I think you got to
- 36:32Speaker 4: let somebody else call the shots and try to make
- 36:34Speaker 4: a move, try to make moves going into the offseason,
- 36:37Speaker 4: because I feel like they need a lot of pieces.
- 36:39Speaker 9: Man.
- 36:39Speaker 4: I feel like they could be set up. They're in
- 36:40Speaker 4: a position where they could be they could have a
- 36:43Speaker 4: lot of problems, like in the future and in Dallas,
- 36:45Speaker 4: like they're Dallas Cowboys, they're always in the mix. But
- 36:48Speaker 4: I feel like they've always been helped out do their
- 36:50Speaker 4: schedule and due to like an uneasier NFC East in
- 36:53Speaker 4: years past. True, and that's that's not the situation right now,
- 36:56Speaker 4: but it does feel like, hey, Jerry, look, time comes
- 36:59Speaker 4: for all of us. Time comes for all of.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Us, coming for him, Yeah, because coming for him.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Too, Like maybe maybe past the clipboard to somebody else.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But would you want to be a GM for the
- 37:10Speaker 1: Dallas Cowboys knowing that Jerry got to have his hand
- 37:14Speaker 1: in every piece of the pie.
- 37:16Speaker 4: That's a good question, that's true, because you know, even
- 37:18Speaker 4: if somebody does come in, it'll probably just be like
- 37:20Speaker 4: a puppet. It'll probably just be a face of the GM,
- 37:22Speaker 4: but that's controlled by Jerry the whole time, the whole time.
- 37:26Speaker 4: That's a good question. I feel like if you're if
- 37:27Speaker 4: you're a Dallas fan, like you know the season is pretty.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Much over over.
- 37:33Speaker 4: I mean, the Lions look fucking incredible.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Man.
- 37:37Speaker 4: They lost a big piece with the aiden hutches and
- 37:39Speaker 4: that was a brutal tree. Bro Like, it just whipped
- 37:43Speaker 4: around and hit ol Buddy's leg and just snapped.
- 37:46Speaker 13: Bro.
- 37:47Speaker 1: I know it was crazy.
- 37:48Speaker 4: If you haven't seen it, be careful watching it is.
- 37:50Speaker 4: It's a wild injury. And I hate that for Raiding
- 37:52Speaker 4: because he's like a young, young, up and coming player
- 37:55Speaker 4: who's a who's building in the stardom right now. But
- 37:58Speaker 4: I hate that he is down because he did. You
- 38:00Speaker 4: guys have the same because Delaney, you broke your leg
- 38:03Speaker 4: in Miami, yep, kind of shattered it. Is it the same?
- 38:07Speaker 4: Is it the same type of injury?
- 38:08Speaker 6: That similar type? But his was a little worse. Honestly,
- 38:11Speaker 6: I couldn't even watch it. I still haven't watched it,
- 38:13Speaker 6: and every time I see it on my Twitter feed,
- 38:16Speaker 6: my ex feed or Instagram, I just scrolled right past
- 38:19Speaker 6: it because I bro.
- 38:20Speaker 4: It snaps so easily, you're like popping a finger or something.
- 38:24Speaker 4: He gets thrown and kind of gets whipped around his
- 38:26Speaker 4: leg just hits old Buddy's ship and just snaps.
- 38:28Speaker 8: Bro.
- 38:28Speaker 6: Yeah, so his was worse because he I think he
- 38:31Speaker 6: snapped it from what is it the phibilia, phibilia, what
- 38:34Speaker 6: is it fibula? Yeah, I think he snapped it from here.
- 38:36Speaker 6: I dislocated it from my ankle, so he just like
- 38:40Speaker 6: a couple of inches up higher where he snapped it in.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Half, just shattered it.
- 38:45Speaker 4: It was just like a clean break because not a
- 38:48Speaker 4: lot of debris in there.
- 38:49Speaker 6: If it's debris, they got to go and find every
- 38:51Speaker 6: piece and then put it together. Because almost like Alex Smith, that's.
- 38:58Speaker 4: Smith injuries.
- 38:58Speaker 1: I think there's were sim you.
- 39:01Speaker 14: Had to he underwent surgery right away after the game,
- 39:04Speaker 14: and the recovery time is six to eight months because
- 39:07Speaker 14: they had to put a metal rod in his leg.
- 39:09Speaker 14: I think, like you were saying, that's kind of along
- 39:11Speaker 14: the same lines of what Alex Smith.
- 39:14Speaker 4: But hopefully he doesn't have because I want to say
- 39:15Speaker 4: Alex has got.
- 39:16Speaker 14: It was compound, so I think it got Yeah, that's
- 39:21Speaker 14: because they broke through the skin.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Yeah, because you know, crrect me if I'm wrong, I
- 39:24Speaker 4: could be talking out of my ass again, dumb football player.
- 39:27Speaker 4: But a compound, a compound is ultimately what you'd rather have, right.
- 39:32Speaker 8: Compound comes out of the skin.
- 39:33Speaker 1: No, you don't, because that's what they had to make
- 39:36Speaker 1: sure for me.
- 39:36Speaker 4: I said that. Yeah, I could be talking out of
- 39:39Speaker 4: my ass. I was thinking compounds just like a clean break.
- 39:42Speaker 8: I mean, it's certainly a clean break, but rips through
- 39:45Speaker 8: the skin.
- 39:46Speaker 6: You don't want a compound because that it is literally
- 39:48Speaker 6: the bone comes out and you can see the bone.
- 39:52Speaker 1: You don't want that.
- 39:53Speaker 6: Like when I had minds, That's what they kept saying,
- 39:55Speaker 6: we have to make sure it's not a compound fracture
- 39:57Speaker 6: because I had tape around it. So they Yeah, they
- 40:00Speaker 6: gave me morphine and then got it open.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:04Speaker 4: An interesting take I heard earlier this morning was if
- 40:07Speaker 4: you're the Lions, you're in a position where obviously you
- 40:10Speaker 4: have an incredible football team top to bottom, like they
- 40:13Speaker 4: can beat you any which way, they have good defense.
- 40:17Speaker 4: Do you make it run at somebody out there in
- 40:19Speaker 4: the market and do a big trade, say a Max Crosby,
- 40:23Speaker 4: and bring him in because obviously the situation with the
- 40:26Speaker 4: Raiders is there a sinking ship right now? You got Max,
- 40:31Speaker 4: you got DeVante, like that whole place is like, you know,
- 40:33Speaker 4: there's drama surrounding the Raiders, but knowing how great of
- 40:36Speaker 4: a leader, how great of a glue guy, team guy,
- 40:38Speaker 4: an elite pass rusher Max Crosby, is do you make
- 40:41Speaker 4: it run at moving him and trying to go all
- 40:44Speaker 4: in with your chips if you're Detroit and trying to
- 40:46Speaker 4: bring somebody like Max over to fill the void of
- 40:48Speaker 4: like an Aiden Hutchinson.
- 40:49Speaker 6: I mean the best scenario, definitely, you definitely go ahead,
- 40:53Speaker 6: try to make that trade. But will the Raiders make
- 40:56Speaker 6: that trade? What a guy like him? He's this state,
- 41:00Speaker 6: He's the piece to that team, even though we starting
- 41:02Speaker 6: to see him crumble a little bit, which is out
- 41:04Speaker 6: of his character. But I understand you frustrated. The season
- 41:07Speaker 6: is long, stuff is not going your way.
- 41:10Speaker 4: You know, you take that you think that shove was
- 41:11Speaker 4: like a real shove, or you think because Max came
- 41:14Speaker 4: out said, y'all are reaching.
- 41:16Speaker 1: I don't know. I really the coach and like he said,
- 41:19Speaker 1: what the fuck?
- 41:23Speaker 8: I thought?
- 41:23Speaker 1: The coach is like, what the fuck?
- 41:26Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a piss off. Max is very frustrated how
- 41:29Speaker 4: things are going because obviously he is the culture of that.
- 41:31Speaker 1: He is, he is the culture.
- 41:33Speaker 6: But I mean, if they can make that move and
- 41:35Speaker 6: the Raiders want to look to better their future and say, look,
- 41:38Speaker 6: let's get rid of some of our assets that we
- 41:40Speaker 6: have right now, that's an asset. You probably move and
- 41:44Speaker 6: you get a lot of picks for you, you know,
- 41:46Speaker 6: because he is a dominant player and he goes into
- 41:48Speaker 6: if he goes to the Lions, oh my.
- 41:51Speaker 1: God, yeah, you could be.
- 41:53Speaker 4: You could be going after a ring.
- 41:54Speaker 1: You're definitely going for a ring.
- 41:56Speaker 8: I mean, what happens with eight and then he.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Comes back and you got to Now you got too
- 42:01Speaker 1: on each side.
- 42:02Speaker 8: I think they already have somebody on the other side.
- 42:05Speaker 4: It ain't.
- 42:05Speaker 1: It ain't. And that's what I'm saying.
- 42:09Speaker 6: We're not hating on whoever on that other side, but
- 42:12Speaker 6: those two on the same team.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Once he gets healthy, you think feel some type of way.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Now he's young, I think he aiding such like a
- 42:21Speaker 4: leader style team guy culture, like he knows who he is,
- 42:24Speaker 4: he knows it brings to the table.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely, Like I think you.
- 42:27Speaker 4: Do a move like that you know you're all in
- 42:29Speaker 4: on winning the Super Bowl this year. Detroit has the
- 42:32Speaker 4: pieces absolutely everywhere, the staff, the players, the roster, offense, defense, everything, bro.
- 42:39Speaker 4: They got absolutely everything. What you make of the the Titans.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Yeah, man, I was there. It was it was It's
- 42:49Speaker 1: tough what.
- 42:50Speaker 4: Happened that we were traveling back during that game, but
- 42:52Speaker 4: what happened because people were talking about Will will Levis,
- 42:56Speaker 4: but also like Sherman was watching the game and he
- 42:58Speaker 4: felt like there were a couple of bad passers apparence
- 43:00Speaker 4: calls that should have went the Titans way that didn't
- 43:02Speaker 4: get called.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Definitely.
- 43:04Speaker 6: I mean you got the one on the hop at
- 43:06Speaker 6: the end of the game where I mean he clearly
- 43:08Speaker 6: hooks his arm, rapes him right before the ball come
- 43:13Speaker 6: sitting there no flag, I mean no flag at all,
- 43:17Speaker 6: and I'm sitting there thinking that flag about to come out,
- 43:19Speaker 6: but they don't get the flag. They Some people can
- 43:23Speaker 6: say it wasn't uncatchable because it was kind of high,
- 43:26Speaker 6: But at the end of the day, I just felt like,
- 43:29Speaker 6: we can't leave the game in the refs hands. And
- 43:32Speaker 6: too many times the Titans is trying to leave the
- 43:35Speaker 6: game in the ref's hands.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Do they need to play better.
- 43:38Speaker 6: Of course, did Will Levis play his worst game? Definitely not,
- 43:42Speaker 6: I thought a lot of times. And I'm not, you know,
- 43:45Speaker 6: hating on no one on that team or none of
- 43:48Speaker 6: the receivers. Sometimes if that ball touches your hands, you
- 43:52Speaker 6: need to catch it. I mean, that's what you're getting
- 43:54Speaker 6: paid for. Your job is to make the quarterback look good,
- 43:56Speaker 6: and sometimes they not making him look good and to
- 43:59Speaker 6: run game was working. We just cannot pass the ball
- 44:03Speaker 6: having a good game and could not We could not
- 44:06Speaker 6: pass the battle better making progress. I mean, but the
- 44:10Speaker 6: Coats a struggling team too. You had Flock Joe coming there,
- 44:14Speaker 6: and he made some plays and we got to him
- 44:17Speaker 6: a few times, but he just made more plays than
- 44:19Speaker 6: we did. And they defense got more turnovers than we did.
- 44:22Speaker 6: And obviously it showed at the end of the game.
- 44:24Speaker 4: Was there one thing that was sticking out more like
- 44:27Speaker 4: from a concept perspective with the Titans, Like, was it
- 44:30Speaker 4: a bad decision? Was it turnovers? Was it a lack
- 44:34Speaker 4: of defense when you needed it? What was standing out
- 44:38Speaker 4: and allowed them to come out of there.
- 44:40Speaker 1: With the win?
- 44:40Speaker 6: Again, like I said, did not make throws. We needed
- 44:44Speaker 6: to get us down the field. To put us in
- 44:46Speaker 6: field goal position at the end of the game. Then
- 44:49Speaker 6: that punt. Should we have punted or should we have
- 44:52Speaker 6: went for It was fourth and seven, and I think,
- 44:54Speaker 6: you know, Collahan thought the defense was gonna get the
- 44:58Speaker 6: ball back for us, and we would have had more
- 45:00Speaker 6: to at this point. The defense was playing pretty well.
- 45:03Speaker 6: They was playing pretty well, you know, but again, we
- 45:06Speaker 6: needed more turnovers. They got that interception at the end
- 45:09Speaker 6: of the brown the end of the game that gave
- 45:11Speaker 6: them the ball back.
- 45:12Speaker 1: That kind of hurt us.
- 45:13Speaker 6: And if we would have got a turnover and put
- 45:15Speaker 6: us in a better situation, we probably could have kicked
- 45:17Speaker 6: that field goal and win in overtime. That's what I
- 45:21Speaker 6: was thinking. But again, you know, I'm not out there.
- 45:24Speaker 6: I'm not you know, you don't know what's going on
- 45:26Speaker 6: in their minds. But I just felt like we didn't
- 45:29Speaker 6: play our best football at the end of the day.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Jack, you got some Oh you're taking the spookiness. The
- 45:35Speaker 4: spookiness they were.
- 45:37Speaker 11: Also, there were two pi's in the first half that
- 45:42Speaker 11: were crazy to me, and correct me if I'm wrong.
- 45:45Speaker 11: If the defensive back is playing the ball and makes
- 45:49Speaker 11: contact with the wide receiver, was actively making a play
- 45:52Speaker 11: for the ball. He can play through, correct, don't.
- 45:56Speaker 4: You can pay as long as you get your eyes
- 45:58Speaker 4: back and you're going for the ball.
- 45:59Speaker 2: Now.
- 45:59Speaker 4: Again, I wasn't watching this game, so I don't know
- 46:01Speaker 4: exactly what you're referring to. But you're saying the Titans
- 46:05Speaker 4: were on defense.
- 46:06Speaker 11: There's a huge interception.
- 46:08Speaker 6: No, we had an interception, but they tall to say
- 46:11Speaker 6: that he legally touched them at ten yards and then
- 46:15Speaker 6: they then we intercepted it. But they gave them They
- 46:18Speaker 6: literally said legal touching, gave them the first down, gave
- 46:22Speaker 6: them the ball back.
- 46:24Speaker 1: So the Coats got saved twice, pretty much twice. No,
- 46:28Speaker 1: I agree, you know what I mean.
- 46:29Speaker 6: But again, the refs are sending a letter on Tuesday saying, oh,
- 46:36Speaker 6: these were bad calls, but it's already too late. The
- 46:39Speaker 6: game is over, so you know, we can sit here
- 46:41Speaker 6: and argue about those penalties all day.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Don't leave it in the refs.
- 46:45Speaker 6: And that's where I come again, do not leave it
- 46:47Speaker 6: in the refhands. And you can see the Titans after
- 46:50Speaker 6: the game and they interviews. They were frustrated, I mean frustrated.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 46:55Speaker 6: And that right there, now, that got up that gotta
- 46:59Speaker 6: get you going. If that ain't starting to fire under you,
- 47:02Speaker 6: I don't know what will you?
- 47:03Speaker 8: Just you not?
- 47:04Speaker 1: Because the talk is, well, they even win six games
- 47:07Speaker 1: this year, that's.
- 47:08Speaker 4: The talk, right, they are behind the eight ball.
- 47:10Speaker 1: They are behind the eight ball.
- 47:12Speaker 4: Speaking of interceptions, Baker Mayfield throws three interceptions and they
- 47:17Speaker 4: still put up over fifty points on the Saints. I
- 47:21Speaker 4: feel like the Saints are a team that could be
- 47:23Speaker 4: going down. Spencer did look. I mean it was it
- 47:26Speaker 4: was his rookie debut, but I did see him slinging
- 47:29Speaker 4: it a little bit. But you know, the Bucks being
- 47:33Speaker 4: able to score over fifty with three interceptions, it is crazy.
- 47:38Speaker 4: It's crazy because the Saints say they pride themselves on defense.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Obviously they they have the type of roster that has
- 47:44Speaker 4: the leadership, the culture and everything else. Like they've had
- 47:47Speaker 4: some quality wins this year. Spencer, he was doing really
- 47:50Speaker 4: well in preseason and then again from the few drives
- 47:53Speaker 4: I saw he was on the ball round pretty well.
- 47:55Speaker 4: He was, But again, like not a whole lot of
- 47:58Speaker 4: like heightened decks dictation for the rookie QB to start,
- 48:01Speaker 4: because that's you know, statistically, I don't know where the
- 48:05Speaker 4: Bucks the Bucks rank I know they're kind of like
- 48:07Speaker 4: in the middle of the pack. They can they can
- 48:09Speaker 4: stop the run there. They've had some new guys in
- 48:11Speaker 4: their secondary and everything else. But this is a this
- 48:13Speaker 4: is a defense that you kind of knew they were
- 48:15Speaker 4: going to come after. Spencer kind of try to confuse
- 48:17Speaker 4: them a little bit, show the multiple fronts, show them
- 48:19Speaker 4: everything else. And it did. It looked like the Bucks
- 48:22Speaker 4: had a hell of a game, even with throwing three interceptions.
- 48:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like the Bucks did their job.
- 48:28Speaker 6: But Spencer, he only made one crucial mistake and that
- 48:31Speaker 6: was pretty much at the end of the game. Where
- 48:33Speaker 6: it was I think it was, well, it was second
- 48:35Speaker 6: half right where you do that interception.
- 48:37Speaker 4: Yeah, because they were up twenty seven to twenty four.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Yeah, and half going into halftime.
- 48:41Speaker 4: And with a start like they gave them fourteen points,
- 48:43Speaker 4: Bucks drove down the first drive score then they have
- 48:46Speaker 4: a fumble fumble recovery four touchdowns in the Saints's first year,
- 48:50Speaker 4: so you kind of spot them fourteen points. You go
- 48:52Speaker 4: up twenty seven to twenty four at halftime, you're thinking, Okay,
- 48:55Speaker 4: Saints got a little life, like they're coming.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I thought that too. I saw it.
- 48:58Speaker 6: I looked up at I'm like, oh, wow, the Saints
- 49:00Speaker 6: came back. I'm like, oh, young Buck out here doing
- 49:03Speaker 6: this thing. So I was watching a little bit. But again,
- 49:05Speaker 6: like you said, just bringing that pressure on them, mixing
- 49:08Speaker 6: things up in the coverage, it.
- 49:10Speaker 4: Helps figuring out figuring out the Saints' is rhythm a
- 49:12Speaker 4: little bit, because again, you're not going to have an
- 49:14Speaker 4: entire playbook opened up when you're a rookie QB starting.
- 49:18Speaker 4: But that was one. Then you go over to a
- 49:22Speaker 4: the Battle of the Beltway Washington Commanders Baltimore Ravens ay,
- 49:26Speaker 4: even though the Commander's loss, I think there's a lot
- 49:30Speaker 4: of there's still a lot of positives to take away
- 49:33Speaker 4: from a game like that. Obviously it was like Washington
- 49:35Speaker 4: plus six six and a half. They lost by seven.
- 49:38Speaker 4: So if you're a gambler out there, that like that sucks. Yoh,
- 49:41Speaker 4: I had them plus. But watching a little bit of
- 49:44Speaker 4: that game, it's like, you know, you're kind of curious,
- 49:47Speaker 4: are they going to be able to run the football
- 49:48Speaker 4: against the Baltimore Ravens. They got the best run defense
- 49:51Speaker 4: in the league. They shut him down defensively in the
- 49:53Speaker 4: run game and made Jayden try to beat you through
- 49:56Speaker 4: the air, I thought, like Jayden bro his potential, his ceiling,
- 50:00Speaker 4: him tapping into it. This young I feel like he
- 50:02Speaker 4: is going to be a great quarterback for a long
- 50:05Speaker 4: fucking time. Bro. But I feel like there's a lot
- 50:06Speaker 4: of positives to take away from that game because Baltimore's come,
- 50:09Speaker 4: They're they're humming right now. D Henny two touchdowns, and
- 50:13Speaker 4: I'll be the first to say, like, yeah, I felt
- 50:15Speaker 4: like he was losing a step. He's getting aged and
- 50:17Speaker 4: everything else. But if there is somebody that works their
- 50:19Speaker 4: tail off in the off season that'll that will ruin.
- 50:22Speaker 4: That is like a Derrick Henry. He's somebody that kind
- 50:25Speaker 4: of like defies the odds of somebody who's getting older,
- 50:27Speaker 4: a big running back, but he's showing that like he's
- 50:29Speaker 4: not slowing down. And they're kind of firing on all
- 50:31Speaker 4: cylinders right now. I mean, Lamar, Like, if you're watching,
- 50:34Speaker 4: they have a they had a beating down defense. They're
- 50:37Speaker 4: not the best statistically on defense, but they're stacking the box,
- 50:40Speaker 4: going single high all game. They're hugging. They're green dog,
- 50:43Speaker 4: and so for those that are unfamiliar with what a
- 50:45Speaker 4: green dog is, are hugging when you're coverage blocks, like
- 50:49Speaker 4: the Ravens were doing a lot of two main routes
- 50:51Speaker 4: when your guys when the Titans stays in the blocks,
- 50:53Speaker 4: if you're a linebacker and you're man the man, the
- 50:55Speaker 4: minute you see in block, you're adding on into the rush.
- 50:57Speaker 4: So they're getting there. They were trying to get to
- 51:00Speaker 4: him and stacking the box, trying to stop the run game.
- 51:02Speaker 4: And Lamar like they were just taking advantage offensively. Guys
- 51:05Speaker 4: are getting open. Lamar's dropping dimes like they're firing right now.
- 51:09Speaker 6: And he Lamar didn't take shots, but kind of took
- 51:11Speaker 6: shots lowky. He was like, I can see what all
- 51:14Speaker 6: the hype.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Is over there with the Commanders, but he came up short.
- 51:19Speaker 4: I was like, yo, I mean you kind of got
- 51:21Speaker 4: Lamar Jackson. Lamar Jackson two point oh right, Like you've
- 51:23Speaker 4: got a quarterback who can run, quarterback who could spin
- 51:26Speaker 4: it just like Lamar. And that was like, that was
- 51:28Speaker 4: like an exciting matchup. You want to see, like what
- 51:30Speaker 4: quarterbacks gonna come out on the top, especially when it's
- 51:33Speaker 4: in a close game like that. And I do I
- 51:34Speaker 4: feel like the Commanders they have a good football team
- 51:37Speaker 4: and obviously the Ravens like they're gonna be they're gonna
- 51:40Speaker 4: be contenders. The NFC is looking nice, like the Packers
- 51:43Speaker 4: put an ass beating on the Corners, Lions putting an
- 51:46Speaker 4: ass beating on the Cowboys. Yeah, Commanders look tough.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, they're still They're still tough.
- 51:52Speaker 4: It's like I was about to say the Eagles, but
- 51:54Speaker 4: the Eagles. I mean, you got what the head coach's name,
- 51:58Speaker 4: he's Sirianiri. He talking ship to the Eagles fan base
- 52:02Speaker 4: and they just be beating down a beating down Browns
- 52:06Speaker 4: team which.
- 52:06Speaker 2: Has no Like a clip just came out like twenty
- 52:09Speaker 2: minutes ago and it was a local Philly guy calling
- 52:11Speaker 2: a radio show calling for Sirian to be fired, which
- 52:14Speaker 2: is one hilarious post win so calling for the fire
- 52:17Speaker 2: and he's wanting Jason Kelsey to take his jobs.
- 52:19Speaker 4: That wow, Hey, that was wild though, him talking shit,
- 52:24Speaker 4: be like I can't hear you, blah blah blah blah.
- 52:25Speaker 4: He's like taunting the fan base. It's like, bro, you
- 52:28Speaker 4: just escaped too, Yeah, you just escaped from the Browns
- 52:31Speaker 4: and heady played by him bringing a son up for
- 52:33Speaker 4: the post game presser.
- 52:34Speaker 6: You can't get a little too, You can't you can't
- 52:37Speaker 6: go at him. Yeah, y, yeah, you can't, bullet professor.
- 52:41Speaker 6: I mean the Browns, bro, they just seem like I
- 52:43Speaker 6: was hearing Jef d Low break it down and it
- 52:46Speaker 6: is It's like I have zero interest in watching the Browns.
- 52:48Speaker 6: Like it's not like they have enough drama to where
- 52:51Speaker 6: it kind of feels a soap opera to where you're
- 52:53Speaker 6: laughing and everything else, Like they just suck.
- 52:55Speaker 4: They're a boring team. They don't they don't play hard,
- 52:59Speaker 4: like they're hanging their hat on Deshaun Watson, like, Okay,
- 53:02Speaker 4: he had a decent second half, Like this team is
- 53:04Speaker 4: in shambles. And again, I think it's hilarious that Sirian
- 53:07Speaker 4: is just sitting there talking shit, just escaping a Browns
- 53:10Speaker 4: Yeah brown I think he brings life. I mean that
- 53:14Speaker 4: dude's work work ethic is very similar like a Derrick Henry.
- 53:17Speaker 4: You see him in the offseason putting like over six
- 53:19Speaker 4: hundred pounds on his back, like everybody talks about how
- 53:23Speaker 4: true of a pro he is, and you saw a
- 53:25Speaker 4: couple of weeks ago when he was just back at
- 53:27Speaker 4: individual or back on the field, like everybody's hype around him.
- 53:30Speaker 4: I do think he brings a little bit of excitement
- 53:33Speaker 4: and juice. But right now their old line isn't playing
- 53:35Speaker 4: that well like last year, years past you had, you
- 53:37Speaker 4: had a good old line, but they have a couple
- 53:40Speaker 4: guys on ir but you had a quality O line,
- 53:42Speaker 4: you had a quality offensive line coach with Bill Callahan
- 53:45Speaker 4: who's now with the Titans. Like, I just don't think
- 53:47Speaker 4: they have the old line that they've had in the
- 53:48Speaker 4: past to where Nick Chubb might do what Nick Chubb does,
- 53:51Speaker 4: but I do think he'll he'll bring a little bit
- 53:54Speaker 4: of spark. It just kind of depends on how the
- 53:55Speaker 4: Browns are gonna, you know, take care of business, how
- 53:58Speaker 4: that culture is, how that locker room is right now.
- 54:00Speaker 4: And I feel like everything we've seen you kind of
- 54:01Speaker 4: just see like a dying again, a dying Browns team
- 54:05Speaker 4: like we do pretty much every year. Who else, who else?
- 54:10Speaker 4: What other headlines we got out there?
- 54:12Speaker 10: You see how boring the Sunday night football game was
- 54:15Speaker 10: last night.
- 54:15Speaker 4: I watched a little bit, but after all, the travel
- 54:17Speaker 4: of your boy was just mouth open, was.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Just run me of like twenty twenty like COVID Thursday
- 54:25Speaker 2: night football games just horrible. Yeah, yeah, yeah, And the
- 54:29Speaker 2: Bengals are just I don't know what to think of them.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Obviously they got to win, but they barely got by
- 54:36Speaker 2: a really bad Giant team.
- 54:38Speaker 10: And I don't understand how Daniel Jones still has.
- 54:40Speaker 1: To go what is he like one in fourteen or primetime.
- 54:45Speaker 2: One in twelve on primetime games, now one in thirteen
- 54:49Speaker 2: games at home?
- 54:50Speaker 1: Yo.
- 54:52Speaker 4: Well, the positive view if you're the Bengals is that
- 54:56Speaker 4: obviously you gotta win. But yeah, to your point, I
- 54:58Speaker 4: don't know, it's the Giants, Like I know, I'm trying
- 55:02Speaker 4: to just find some type of optimism, some type of positivity.
- 55:05Speaker 1: I mean, what's the Bengals record right now?
- 55:08Speaker 4: Two and four with wins over who the Giants and
- 55:12Speaker 4: the Panthers.
- 55:13Speaker 6: Oh, come on, yeah that was I believe that.
- 55:16Speaker 10: Was young Panthers, not any Okay, yeah, really it's like
- 55:22Speaker 10: one one and a half and four.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Yeah, gosh, it's it's crazy.
- 55:26Speaker 4: The good thing, though, is you got two games coming
- 55:30Speaker 4: up against the Eagles and the Raiders. Where again, the
- 55:36Speaker 4: way the spot that the Eagles are in right now,
- 55:38Speaker 4: it's going to be real interesting to see how they
- 55:39Speaker 4: do on the back half of their sales, because last
- 55:41Speaker 4: year they really fell apart, and I feel like they
- 55:43Speaker 4: don't have They're not firing in a way to where
- 55:45Speaker 4: they're able to hang their hat on something right now.
- 55:47Speaker 4: So if you're the Bengals, you got a couple of
- 55:49Speaker 4: games before you play the Ravens. I think on Thursday
- 55:52Speaker 4: Night Football, to get a couple of wins and start
- 55:54Speaker 4: to make it a little interesting. You'd be sitting there
- 55:56Speaker 4: at four and four playing a divisional game on primetime. Again,
- 56:00Speaker 4: it's a team that's like the Ravens right now. So
- 56:02Speaker 4: if you're gonna have some type of spark, it's gonna
- 56:04Speaker 4: be now, It's gonna be in the next couple of weeks.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Gotta be. I mean, it's gotta be.
- 56:08Speaker 6: Have you noticed this trend though, all these quarterbacks that
- 56:11Speaker 6: got paid. Look how bad they're playing?
- 56:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but yeah, bros is playing Girl's not playing that bad.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Great, they're not playing bad.
- 56:21Speaker 4: It's just I mean, again, I didn't see the satellite
- 56:22Speaker 4: last time. I'm kind of hanging out. I'm kind of
- 56:24Speaker 4: commenting the last week bad.
- 56:27Speaker 14: Going into last week, he was tied for the NFL
- 56:30Speaker 14: and touchdown passes and I think like QBR or completion percentage.
- 56:34Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, he's still got it.
- 56:35Speaker 4: What's crazy is that, I mean that old Lion is
- 56:37Speaker 4: not doing a great job protecting him. You see the Lions,
- 56:40Speaker 4: the Lions like one of those cats, I forget his
- 56:42Speaker 4: last name, but he he had like two sacks in
- 56:45Speaker 4: one drive. They were getting back to him.
- 56:47Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean all together, you gotta, you know, put
- 56:52Speaker 6: these pieces together.
- 56:53Speaker 4: And I mean Lamar is playing great. He's somebody who.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Got paid well well two years ago though now wasn't
- 56:58Speaker 1: that last year.
- 57:00Speaker 4: The whole tag like that was like two off seasons ago.
- 57:04Speaker 4: But I don't want to say he got paid. But
- 57:05Speaker 4: I mean to your point, you got Daniel Jones, you
- 57:08Speaker 4: got Deshaun Watson, you got Dak Prescott, Trevor Lawrence, Trevor Lawrence. Yeah,
- 57:14Speaker 4: which yeah, I mean Jacksonville over in London. They are
- 57:19Speaker 4: now beaten badly, the Bears badly. We should be excited. Hey,
- 57:23Speaker 4: Kayle's playing well. The offense run, they're putting up points, like, yeah,
- 57:26Speaker 4: their schedule has not been tough at all. I think
- 57:29Speaker 4: every team that they've beat has like a one only
- 57:33Speaker 4: one win to their name.
- 57:34Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but still get.
- 57:35Speaker 4: Yeah, but still like the NFL, it's tough to win
- 57:38Speaker 4: in this league. Like, no matter what's going on, it
- 57:40Speaker 4: is hard to get wins in this league, and for
- 57:42Speaker 4: the Bears to put up I think thirty plus in
- 57:44Speaker 4: the last two weeks, like there's excitement to have.
- 57:47Speaker 1: They're starting to get it. They really starting to get it.
- 57:49Speaker 1: I mean, keep it up. Let's see what you're doing.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Keep it up.
- 57:52Speaker 4: Yeah, should we get to these uh? Okay, should we
- 57:56Speaker 4: get to our spooky question this week brought to us
- 57:58Speaker 4: by the back of the bus, and then we can
- 58:01Speaker 4: follow that up with tear talk. I'm a big fan
- 58:02Speaker 4: of the fall accessories because obviously we're in the middle
- 58:04Speaker 4: of Spootober right now. I hope you're embracing the spook out.
- 58:07Speaker 4: You're buying our merch, watching watching something of uh, watching
- 58:12Speaker 4: something festive every day, getting yourself an ice your boy
- 58:15Speaker 4: now from eighth and Roast. No free shot outs eight
- 58:17Speaker 4: and Roast, but an iced pumpkin pie latte. So I
- 58:20Speaker 4: hope you're embracing the festivities this this season. Yet, well
- 58:23Speaker 4: do what? Yeah, you got the assumes. We got a
- 58:25Speaker 4: boy in the back shirm. He's got the Taco costume
- 58:28Speaker 4: on right now.
- 58:30Speaker 1: He was supposed to be with the Got children.
- 58:31Speaker 4: But he got the children's costumes. You know, yeah, what
- 58:36Speaker 4: is our what's our spooky question?
- 58:41Speaker 14: All right, come on, Mitch, I mean I gotta fix
- 58:44Speaker 14: my red Ranger our spooky question this week. If you
- 58:47Speaker 14: could replace an actor in any role in any movie,
- 58:51Speaker 14: who would it be?
- 58:52Speaker 1: And what movie can we put ourselves in that role?
- 58:57Speaker 4: You trying to make You're trying to get your name
- 58:59Speaker 4: out there.
- 58:59Speaker 1: I'm just saying, oh, that's the question.
- 59:02Speaker 4: Oh she's trying to be on what the green mile,
- 59:09Speaker 4: god dud.
- 59:10Speaker 1: God shot fire?
- 59:13Speaker 4: Hey, I got actually got a few.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Go forward, take your first one.
- 59:18Speaker 4: Brad Pitt was very close to playing Jason Bourne over
- 59:22Speaker 4: Matt Damon. I want to say he passed on that role.
- 59:26Speaker 4: Maybe a hot take. I think Brad Pitt would have
- 59:28Speaker 4: crushed crushed a Jason Bourne role.
- 59:32Speaker 1: You think so?
- 59:33Speaker 10: You know, Jp, that's fighting words, those.
- 59:35Speaker 4: Are fighting words. I was glad he wasn't on the back.
- 59:38Speaker 2: I love that take because I'm a John Wick over
- 59:40Speaker 2: Jason Bourne guy. So anything to crack or Trash's credibility,
- 59:43Speaker 2: I'm with it.
- 59:44Speaker 4: But Matt Damon obviously crushed it. I'm just saying, Brad
- 59:47Speaker 4: Pitt a little bit of humor in there.
- 59:51Speaker 1: I don't think it's a humor I don't think it's
- 59:53Speaker 1: a humor. I don't think it's a humor.
- 59:55Speaker 4: Role though, but they never are until they throw some
- 59:58Speaker 4: jabs in there. Yeah, Jason Statham over over Matt Damon.
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: I don't think that's even not even a conversation like.
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: That is all of Jason Statham's movies, Is that stuff?
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: Yeah, Like, I see what you mean, but I don't
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: think you're throwing them in there over Matt Damon. I
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: could see a Brad Pitt in there over Matt Damon.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: Another one this could be. This is a spicy fucking take,
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: and this is just a hindsight take. But Gerard Butler
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: over Russell Crowe as Gladiator, I.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Don't hate that. I know.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm with you. I'm with you because obviously he
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: had a shine on three hundred, But I think seeing
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: that movie three hundred he would have made. And I
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: watched The Gladiator after three hundred for the first time,
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: so I was kind of sitting there when I did
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: watch Gladiator. Russell Crowe did kill it, but I'm sitting there,
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: like man, Gerard Butler would have murdered this movie, of course.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: But they like the same kind of characters.
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm with you. I think I'm just saying if
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: Gerard Butler could have played the gladiator role over the
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: three hundred role, I think that would.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: Have Yeah, he would have been perfect. Is he not from.
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: Is he not a new Gladiator Gerard Butler?
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: I know, I don't think so, I don't think. So
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: what role would you put yourself in? Will What do
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: you think you could play? What role could I play?
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: Yeah, because you gave us all these scenarios, but they
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: want to know what role? Who would you switch for
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: you to play that role?
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: You know, maybe I'm a little high on myself, but
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: I think a Chris Pratt in Jurassic Park.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I think I can see you playing that, because it's.
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: Possibly I would have to really dial in my diet.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: But maybe a Thor, maybe a Thor and maybe may
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: you know what? Maybe yeah, maybe maybe Deadpool throw me
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: in there. I love Ryan Reynolds.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: I can get you. Yeah, yeah, you can do those.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: I don't know about Thor. He's a goddess.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: Yeahhh no, yeah, Chris Hamsworth, he is, he is Thor.
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: Ryan Reynolds is Deadpool? Another one I want out of there.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: I want absolutely thrown in the trash and redone is
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: the Flash. I think Ezra he is abysmal as the Flash.
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: Give me somebody like a yeah, scumbag, give me somebody
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: like a Dylan O'Brien from May's Runner. I could see
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: him knocking that one out of the park.
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: Wasn't it a different flash before this guy became flashed?
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: Then DC Universes fucked it all up, and I'm sure
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: that there was somebody before him. But give me yah,
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: Dylan O'Brien looks fast. Yeah, yeah. And then also, you know,
- 1:02:49Speaker 4: give me a Charlie Hunnam as Christian Gray in Fifty
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: Shades of Gray. Wow, a legit.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Yeah he can, he can, but he could. Yeah he
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: could play that psycho ass bro.
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: Just a sexual role.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: If if for me, I'm gonna go Kirk Cobain and
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: and Batman versus Joker. I want to be the Joker. Bro.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: You trying to be the Joker?
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Keith Fledger. I mean, I said, Kirk Cobain, Keith.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: You're trying You're trying to Yeah, you're trying to take
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: out Heath Ledger and throwing Delaney Walks.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I would have crushed that role. Yeah, fucking crushed.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: Give me something, give me uh you know how I
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: got these scars.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: You know I got these scars.
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, Yeah, Let's put a smile on that face.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Hey, you know, you know us a good joker was Diddy.
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: This motherfucker. Hey, this dude is sitting me Diddy fucking picks.
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: All man, been sitting me Diddy picks. Hey see, I
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: mean I could play that role, not Diddy.
- 1:04:06Speaker 4: Hey, back back to the scene. Let's put a smile
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: on that face.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Let's put a smile on that face.
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: Hey, I'll get I can play that role.
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: Bro, give me the best joker. Laugh. Hey, that wasn't bad.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: That wasn't bad.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: I'm telling you, bro, give you that one. I'll crush that.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Give me some time. I can watch all the jokers
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: and put them on in one. I'll crushed that.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: The last where you hang your hat huh oh yeah,
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: you knew you had that.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: I know I had to laugh. I know I had to.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: You could work on the let's put a smile, I could.
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: Work on all of that, yeah, because it's just one
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: liners with the joker. So you just get those one
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: liners down.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: You perfect. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Expressions, the licking the lips.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Licking the lips. Yeah, you know this fool he's been
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: sending me even yo. He sent me with me in
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: my pads, bro, oh shut sun. That's I'm like, Yo,
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: you lucky. I'll not do this ship Jack. I'm gonna
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: be fucking putting faces on you. Dude.
- 1:05:22Speaker 6: That dude crushed me. He ain't gonna cap he killed me.
- 1:05:27Speaker 6: The football one. You gotta see. The football one is
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: fucking crazy. Bro, I ain't even gonna cap.
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: You gotta coming up, Sharon. I don't need these references.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Yo.
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: I'm not even gonna cap. That ship had me dying, bro.
- 1:05:49Speaker 6: Bro almost spit all my ship out on somebody on
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: the plane.
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: When I saw he showed me the Diddy went over
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: the weekend. I was howling with that one.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: Yeah, with the suit on the fucking football boy, that
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: one right there. Bro me, I'm like, what are you doing? Bro?
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: Let are you doing?
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: Diddy Walker?
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: Yeah, shared album for the Trump podcast, all the photos
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: and I'm just sending them all these photos.
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: And then finally tell me how to act after he
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: does send me a roll of Diddy fucking cut up.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: So I'm like, bro, what do we got what are
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: we off? The tear talkies? O favorite top fall accessories.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: All right, let's take a couple of minutes. Let's figure
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: out her tear tone for fall accessories and we'll knock
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: these out. All right, fall accessories. Who wants to kick
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: it off? You want me to go? Yeah, I'll start
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: with my Tier three, and it's gonna be having a
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: hot coffee in hand at all times, having a hot
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: coffee in hand at all times, accessorizing yourself a little bit.
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: I think everywhere you go you need to have just
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: that cup in your hand. My Tier two is gonna
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: be beanies. I love beanie season. I love wearing growing up,
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: we call them sock caps. In southern Missouri, we call
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: them sock caps. Beanies was like the tight one sod
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: casts had, the little you know, you had a little
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: bit more fluff up top. My Tier one is my favorite,
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: and that's gonna be flannels. I love when flannel season hits.
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: I think if you're rocking a beanie, you got a
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: flannel on, a hot coffee in hand, I think you
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: were ultimate fall. You were you were in ultimate fall form. Indeed,
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: that will that's my tier talk.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: My Tier talk one word remember.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: One more to rate it, one more to explain my
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: tier talk.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with h November Okay, hipster.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: Cozy warm, I love it all right, you go ahead.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: Okay, my tear talk, my tiar three. It's going to
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: be oversized hoodies.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: Love those.
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: Can't can't go wrong with oversized all you're just giving
- 1:08:20Speaker 6: me that look right now?
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: You know oversized hoodies? Yeah? Yeah, what is that a smoochie?
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: You got a snuggie? Uh? My Tier two munk boots,
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: I know what those are?
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: No, I don't know what boots are. Yeah, all that
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: seems like a Delaney walking sir.
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: With the sweat bans. You be killing them with those.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: You gotta rock that on the locker room this week.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: I'll rock.
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: I was gonna rock by one of myn when once
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: he got a little colder. I was gonna come through
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: on that Kanye vibe.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: Up and then my what was that? My Tier two?
- 1:09:03Speaker 6: Yeah, my Tier one Ben Davison jumpsuits, jackets, sweat jackets, pants,
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: anything Ben Davison.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: Can't go wrong with those.
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: Okay, all right, so.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: Get that jail house my word respect, That's what I'm
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: talking about. Comfy money ll bean.
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: You guys got any in the back, go ahead it one,
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: jack I know you're a big fall guy.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: Big fall guy. Tier three is gonna go to sweatshirts.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: But more importantly, it's not even the sweatshirt. It is
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: being able to layer a light jacket over a sweatshirt.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: Let's say you're going to like a three thirty game
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: in knox this weekend, come to the hill, meet and greet.
- 1:09:59Speaker 10: Fore if your Knoxville, come meet us the hill.
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: But when the weather's right enough to have two jackets on,
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: having that light jacket over, you can kind of layer
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: it up, do a little color change up.
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: That's special to me.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: Two is gonna be, Man, this one's hard, but I
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: think it's gonna be you don't take it, your girl does.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: But when your girl brings a blanket somewhere, like if
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: you're outside and like your girls like I got a
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: blanket for us, You're like, shit, I wasn't gonna.
- 1:10:24Speaker 10: Bring it out of the house. But if you got it,
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: we're gonna be comfy.
- 1:10:27Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: And then undeniably my Tier one, I feel like this
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: one's obvious is gonna be beanies, huge beanie guy, and
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: I'll wear them year round if I could.
- 1:10:34Speaker 10: My roommate literally does. He'll wear them in July, which
- 1:10:37Speaker 10: is absurd.
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: But when you finally get to the weather point where
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: it's a little windy, you get out there, you get
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: the beanie on, you got the hat hair going on.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: But it doesn't matter, man, that it just feels like
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: you're part of you never kind of like left bed,
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: You're kind of still just snugged up in there.
- 1:10:51Speaker 10: Yeah, love a beanie.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: But anything comfortable is really that's kind of my Miami.
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: You're like the default player for white guys with mustaches. Yeah,
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: when that comes around, it's the best.
- 1:11:04Speaker 8: Photo.
- 1:11:05Speaker 10: There's a lot of variants out there, for sure, I'll
- 1:11:07Speaker 10: go first.
- 1:11:07Speaker 9: Man.
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: My one word is vibes dialed.
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: Jack authentic.
- 1:11:18Speaker 11: Tier three vests, any type of vest. It could be
- 1:11:22Speaker 11: like a poofy vest, it can be a light vest.
- 1:11:24Speaker 11: Just anything that exactly like Jack was saying, with the layers,
- 1:11:28Speaker 11: like layers. Boots would be my Tier two. Any type
- 1:11:32Speaker 11: of you're going cowboy boot, you're going kind of more
- 1:11:34Speaker 11: the ll bean style. You get the timber timberlins out.
- 1:11:39Speaker 11: I love boots. Tier one long sleeve teas. I love
- 1:11:44Speaker 11: a good long sleeve tea.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: And I'm excited to.
- 1:11:46Speaker 11: Be living in this part of the country because you
- 1:11:48Speaker 11: can actually do that in fall, whereas in Texas, I
- 1:11:52Speaker 11: can't really can't really support the long the long sleeved tea.
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: That was my one word. It was gonna be Texas.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: So I feel like that's a move. You got the
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: long sleep tea, you got the best summer top. Usually
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: the cowboy had to go with it, but that is Texas.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: I was gonna say, Nashvillion.
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: That's a nasavillion nash villain. But dude, you can do
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: a word. You don't have to do it to talk.
- 1:12:20Speaker 8: On brand M.
- 1:12:24Speaker 10: M Columbia.
- 1:12:28Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a good one.
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, yeah, all.

- 1:14:11Speaker 4: if you're.
- 1:14:12Speaker 9: Wondering, that sounds okay, Yeah, I got the under quarterback
- 1:14:16Speaker 9: is a great story, right. Yeah. He's like the last
- 1:14:19Speaker 9: drafted and he they put him in and he to
- 1:14:22Speaker 9: smooth the team.
- 1:14:23Speaker 7: He's really good, right, Never know, then you take the
- 1:14:27Speaker 7: best player that anyone's ever seen out of college and
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: he turns out to be not so good.
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: But no, the Saint Louis quarterback, the San Francisco quarterback.
- 1:14:36Speaker 9: I found to be very very interesting. How he's been
- 1:14:39Speaker 9: so good and he was just about the last drift pack.
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I think he was, was he? Mister?
- 1:14:45Speaker 9: He was, mister? Yeah, he's not irrelevant anymore.
- 1:14:49Speaker 7: Yeah, have you uh, if you if you'd like to, Yeah,
- 1:14:53Speaker 7: we're rolling it out.
- 1:14:55Speaker 9: I have been seeing one of these high quality that's
- 1:14:57Speaker 9: pretty cool.
- 1:14:57Speaker 7: We walked in on the other side. Their production is
- 1:15:00Speaker 7: a little bit different than ours, so we like to
- 1:15:01Speaker 7: keep it tight around here too.
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: That was you know, that was right, Marieah? Yeah, good
- 1:15:06Speaker 9: good person.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:15:08Speaker 7: How first off, boys let's give a round with Apaust
- 1:15:11Speaker 7: Dollar Trump taking the time out of his day to
- 1:15:15Speaker 7: come me with busting with the boys. I want to
- 1:15:17Speaker 7: give a quick shout to Alex as well, setting this
- 1:15:19Speaker 7: whole thing up. Alex, outstanding work. We were talking about
- 1:15:22Speaker 7: Brock Purdy before. Yeah, and mister irrelevant. Are you aware
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: of what they do for mister irrelevant?
- 1:15:27Speaker 9: No, I know that he was I think mister but
- 1:15:30Speaker 9: not anymore. He's not irrelevant any longer. But he's just
- 1:15:34Speaker 9: a great quarterback. And it shows you there's a little
- 1:15:37Speaker 9: luck in sports. And actually he wouldn't have played except
- 1:15:39Speaker 9: that everybody got hurt in front of him. Yeah, and
- 1:15:42Speaker 9: then they put him in and he moved the ball right,
- 1:15:44Speaker 9: and that was the end of that. That's happened.
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: What happened with Tom Brady parade?
- 1:15:48Speaker 7: Yeah, so with mister irrelevant, you when you get picked,
- 1:15:51Speaker 7: they put like one number two sixty four out there
- 1:15:53Speaker 7: or whatever, and then after OTS, which is organized team activities,
- 1:15:56Speaker 7: they fly you out to San Diego and they have
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: a parade for mister irrelevant.
- 1:16:01Speaker 9: Oh that's so great.
- 1:16:01Speaker 7: Yeah, so that's a fun time. He's done a great
- 1:16:04Speaker 7: job though, he's been outstanding.
- 1:16:06Speaker 9: Yeah, and they're leading now, right, Yeah, D thirteen zero.
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: As you guys are watching his thirteen zero Thursday Night football,
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: I have the under it's looking healthy. It's in the
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: second quarter.
- 1:16:15Speaker 9: So that's great. So are you on live now? In
- 1:16:17Speaker 9: addition to everything else, because you know, congratulations you show.
- 1:16:21Speaker 9: My son is saying, Dad, you got to do those guys.
- 1:16:23Speaker 9: Those guys are great. You have a son who's six
- 1:16:25Speaker 9: y nine.
- 1:16:26Speaker 7: Oh for totally six seven got me by a couple
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: of saw a little look to it. Gotcha.
- 1:16:32Speaker 9: He's like everybody. I see how totally you. I'm just
- 1:16:34Speaker 9: curious now. He's he's tall, and he's a good boy.
- 1:16:38Speaker 9: He's a good student, very good student.
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: Well we wouldn't we would not be here today without
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: Dana White. We we've established relationship with him. We've met
- 1:16:46Speaker 7: you at UFC a couple of times, and nobody like him. Yeah,
- 1:16:49Speaker 7: he's he is.
- 1:16:50Speaker 12: I can.
- 1:16:51Speaker 9: I just you always say that everybody's replaceable, right, I
- 1:16:55Speaker 9: don't think anybody could do what he does. He's done
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: that and you know, builds and dollars of value just
- 1:17:02Speaker 9: because but there's nobody that can. There's nobody like this guy.
- 1:17:05Speaker 9: He's just a fantastic person. And he's so loyal and
- 1:17:09Speaker 9: I've known him a long time. I've known him a
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: long time, and he's never changed. He's just an incredible
- 1:17:15Speaker 9: guy and he really understands that business. But I think
- 1:17:17Speaker 9: he could probably do something else. Although his enthusiasm is
- 1:17:21Speaker 9: so I mean he's going to a fight. It's like
- 1:17:23Speaker 9: the first fight he's ever gone to. He's so enthusiastic.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: The energy.
- 1:17:28Speaker 9: Oh, he's just he's really and he's he's called high quality, right,
- 1:17:33Speaker 9: There aren't too many around. He's quality, no doubt he is.
- 1:17:37Speaker 7: He's a high function individual. And you two have similar
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: traits in the sense that you guys are both willing
- 1:17:41Speaker 7: to stand in the batter's boxing stand up for what
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: you believe is right at all times. So you guys,
- 1:17:46Speaker 7: I've had a cool relationship you had. UFC was on
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: essentially life support, right and you were able to open
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: the gates for him.
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: They had a hard time, and the Fritidas are great people.
- 1:17:57Speaker 9: They had a hard time at the beginning because nobody
- 1:18:00Speaker 9: would allow it because they thought it was so dangerous.
- 1:18:03Speaker 9: And somehow I met Dana I don't really call me,
- 1:18:08Speaker 9: and he wanted I have a great site. I have
- 1:18:10Speaker 9: a site that was fantastic, actually, and I said, I
- 1:18:17Speaker 9: didn't know much about it, and I said, let's see
- 1:18:20Speaker 9: what it's all about. And I'm telling you, they were
- 1:18:22Speaker 9: the most brutal fights I've ever seen. I said, you know,
- 1:18:26Speaker 9: they may be right, it might be too dangerous. Yeah,
- 1:18:29Speaker 9: but they were unbelievable fights. And I stayed right till
- 1:18:33Speaker 9: the end. I thought I'd go in for fifteen minutes
- 1:18:35Speaker 9: and watch and just pay my respects, good luck, have
- 1:18:37Speaker 9: a good time. Place sold out in two seconds, and
- 1:18:40Speaker 9: I ended up doing you know, numerous with them. I
- 1:18:42Speaker 9: did like five or six of them, and then they
- 1:18:45Speaker 9: got it going, and then it became just amazing. And
- 1:18:48Speaker 9: then they got you know, the ESPN deal, which I
- 1:18:50Speaker 9: assume was a great deal. That was a great deal.
- 1:18:54Speaker 9: But the job he does. But at the beginning, they
- 1:18:58Speaker 9: I guess they had a hard time getting arena. Nobody
- 1:19:00Speaker 9: would take it because of the danger fact, and it
- 1:19:02Speaker 9: has to be dangerous. But interestingly, they've never lost anybody
- 1:19:06Speaker 9: in terms of death, and yet in boxing you have
- 1:19:11Speaker 9: quite a bit of it. And I asked Dan, why
- 1:19:14Speaker 9: is that. I guess it's a little bit different in
- 1:19:16Speaker 9: that sense. You know, it's not all to the head.
- 1:19:19Speaker 9: But they've never lost anybody. Uh, nobody died in the UFC,
- 1:19:23Speaker 9: which is shocking because when you look at some of it,
- 1:19:27Speaker 9: say they have to like one a night, should you know,
- 1:19:30Speaker 9: probably will no longer be with us, right, But it's
- 1:19:35Speaker 9: pretty good. But they really they you know, they they
- 1:19:37Speaker 9: make it as safe as they can make it. But
- 1:19:39Speaker 9: it is really something. It's great to watch. And we
- 1:19:43Speaker 9: do the walk on sometimes, you know where we walk
- 1:19:45Speaker 9: into the arena together and it's crazy that place goes,
- 1:19:49Speaker 9: those places go crazy.
- 1:19:51Speaker 7: The place does a rough it does, it does go
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: absolutely why.
- 1:19:54Speaker 9: It's pretty good. It's pretty good. Now he's a and
- 1:19:56Speaker 9: I know he's he's a friend of yours, but he's
- 1:19:59Speaker 9: very much into he's like a young person. He's so
- 1:20:02Speaker 9: into this world. You know, you're into a world that's
- 1:20:04Speaker 9: much different. I'm into the old world of like television,
- 1:20:08Speaker 9: et cetera, et cetera. And you get views. I looked
- 1:20:12Speaker 9: at your numbers. Congratulations, that's a great success. You've done
- 1:20:15Speaker 9: a fantastic job.
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: We do appreciate it.
- 1:20:17Speaker 9: But you're like a young person. You know, it's like
- 1:20:19Speaker 9: this is young person's television.
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: But you've been you've been doing it for a while,
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: like you've done podcasting, you've done streaming. You had an
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: incredible episode on Andrew shol Shut Out the Boy Andrew.
- 1:20:28Speaker 9: I heard it was good. Tell me about it. It
- 1:20:29Speaker 9: did very well.
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it was really it's still climbing. It's still tim
- 1:20:33Speaker 4: I think in.
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: Twelve hours was right around a million. That's that's all
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: I mean. And it just seemed like you enjoyed yourself
- 1:20:40Speaker 7: on that Tim he did.
- 1:20:41Speaker 9: He was very every one of the guys, you know,
- 1:20:43Speaker 9: they're young guys and they're very different in some cases.
- 1:20:46Speaker 9: And they said, what about these guys? Great athletes? They
- 1:20:50Speaker 9: said professional football players at one point, and great athletes,
- 1:20:54Speaker 9: which I like, I respect that. I respect great athletes
- 1:20:56Speaker 9: a lot. As the reason you gree not only it's
- 1:20:59Speaker 9: not only the muscle, right, I know that, So congratulations,
- 1:21:03Speaker 9: thank you.
- 1:21:03Speaker 7: The thing that's so cool about Schultz in these comedians
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: is there the level of creativity obviously did with THEO
- 1:21:08Speaker 7: Vaughn as well. Have you have you been able Do
- 1:21:11Speaker 7: you know about Shane Gillis. So, Shane Gillis, he's probably
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: on the Boys, probably the biggest comedian in the world
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: right now. Yeah, he's up there and he does a
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: Donald Trump and press impersonation, and he's pretty fantastic at it. Well,
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: does a great job.
- 1:21:27Speaker 9: I've heard great. No, I've heard, I've heard great.
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: Why why do you go the podcasting route? I feel
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: like it's something you've you've leaned into again.
- 1:21:38Speaker 9: Started off and it may be a little bit to
- 1:21:41Speaker 9: do with all of my sons. You know, they're young
- 1:21:43Speaker 9: and uh two or less young, but I have one
- 1:21:46Speaker 9: that's very young. And this is a young world. You're
- 1:21:50Speaker 9: in a young world, right, And I've done a few
- 1:21:53Speaker 9: of them and they've done well. I did one with
- 1:21:55Speaker 9: Elon you know, Elon and I did one, uh they
- 1:22:00Speaker 9: call it, I don't know, they have some special names.
- 1:22:02Speaker 9: But I did, do you know? I did a one
- 1:22:03Speaker 9: on one with Elon Musk was on X right, it
- 1:22:06Speaker 9: was on X and it was unbelievable. Actually, I think
- 1:22:11Speaker 9: he had seven hundred and fifty million people with billions
- 1:22:14Speaker 9: of hits. Who was a crazy It was just a
- 1:22:16Speaker 9: I don't know if it could be done again, but
- 1:22:19Speaker 9: we did it. It was just him and I talk
- 1:22:20Speaker 9: and we went for about two and a half hours
- 1:22:23Speaker 9: and it got, you know, world record stuff. I did
- 1:22:27Speaker 9: one with Tucker. We did fantastically we did one. I
- 1:22:32Speaker 9: think he had that night. He had two hundred and
- 1:22:34Speaker 9: eighty one million. We did it the night of a debate.
- 1:22:37Speaker 9: We had a debate, Republican Party debate, and I didn't
- 1:22:41Speaker 9: want to do it. I said, I'm not going to
- 1:22:43Speaker 9: do it. I'm leading these guys by seventy points, sixty points.
- 1:22:46Speaker 9: Why should I debate. I'm not a stupid person. Why
- 1:22:49Speaker 9: would I debate you know six or seven guys that
- 1:22:52Speaker 9: aren't stupid. They're not they're professional politicians for the most part.
- 1:22:57Speaker 9: And why would I stand there and do that if
- 1:22:59Speaker 9: I have a seven point lead? And so I did
- 1:23:02Speaker 9: something with Tucker that same night, went against the debate,
- 1:23:05Speaker 9: and he had almost three hundred million people Tucker Carlson, Wow,
- 1:23:09Speaker 9: good guy. And so, but this is a new world.
- 1:23:14Speaker 9: It's changing, you know, yeah, it changes very fast.
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: It seems like the world of like mainstream media is
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: like slowly kind of going away. There's so many different
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: ways to access your information, whether it be TikTok or Instagram,
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: And now it seems more than ever x Elon Musk
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: is such a unique relationship that you guys have to
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: me because I think in twenty twenty he voted for Biden,
- 1:23:36Speaker 7: and now he's really done the one eighty, and you
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: see a lot of these kind of bigger name celebrities
- 1:23:41Speaker 7: doing a one eighty and kind of being more supportive.
- 1:23:43Speaker 7: On your end, what is your guy's relationship?
- 1:23:45Speaker 9: Great support, that's great. I mean, he feels that this
- 1:23:48Speaker 9: is the most important election. He thinks the other side
- 1:23:52Speaker 9: is bad, bad people, probably feels in many ways they're
- 1:23:56Speaker 9: not competent. But he also feels that, you know, it's
- 1:23:59Speaker 9: for democracy, et cetera, and feels very strong. I mean,
- 1:24:02Speaker 9: I'm not sure I've heard and he said, I've heard
- 1:24:05Speaker 9: him before I know him, that he said he voted
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: for Biden. I'm not sure that that's so. You know,
- 1:24:11Speaker 9: I just find it hard to believe it. Yeah, but
- 1:24:14Speaker 9: he's an incredible guy. He's a brilliant guy. We had
- 1:24:18Speaker 9: something the other night in Butler, Pennsylvania. You probably heard
- 1:24:22Speaker 9: about it. We had one hundred and one thousand people
- 1:24:24Speaker 9: show up and Elon was there and he got up
- 1:24:27Speaker 9: and he gave a great speech. And he's got a
- 1:24:30Speaker 9: lot of things going. He's got rockets, he's got cars,
- 1:24:33Speaker 9: he's got the whole thing. He's got everything. He's got Starlink,
- 1:24:37Speaker 9: which was very helpful. You know in North Carolina, the
- 1:24:41Speaker 9: Biden really, I mean Biden and Kamala, if you can
- 1:24:43Speaker 9: believe Kamala. How about the thing with CBS. Okay, tell
- 1:24:47Speaker 9: me you heard about CBS where they changed your answer
- 1:24:49Speaker 9: and everything.
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: Did you hear outside the planet?
- 1:24:52Speaker 9: It's the biggest scandal in broadcast I've never heard. She
- 1:24:58Speaker 9: did a very bad interview with them. It was tape
- 1:25:02Speaker 9: and going live, but it was essentially taped, like if
- 1:25:05Speaker 9: you tape a show and you put it on that
- 1:25:07Speaker 9: night or the next day. And she gave some really
- 1:25:10Speaker 9: stupid answers, and what they did is they cut those
- 1:25:14Speaker 9: answers out and they put other answers in. And I
- 1:25:18Speaker 9: think it's really I think it's a very bad act,
- 1:25:22Speaker 9: probably a criminal act, but it's certainly election interference and
- 1:25:28Speaker 9: license threatening. You know, they have licenses, And I just
- 1:25:33Speaker 9: think it's one of the worst things I've heard think
- 1:25:35Speaker 9: of it. She's on things. It's a news organization too,
- 1:25:39Speaker 9: and I think sixty Minutes is under the news umbrella,
- 1:25:43Speaker 9: and they do an interview and she gives a bad answer,
- 1:25:45Speaker 9: and they give her they take it out entirely. It's
- 1:25:48Speaker 9: not like they did a little I mean they took
- 1:25:50Speaker 9: the whole thing out and they put another answer from
- 1:25:53Speaker 9: another question in there which didn't make sense either. I mean,
- 1:25:56Speaker 9: was that was a lowsy answer also, But nobody's ever
- 1:25:59Speaker 9: heard something like that.
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: That's why I think there's like the positives of you
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: doing more long form stuff. People get to see you
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: in a different light compared to how everybody clips up,
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: tries to get the clickbait, tries to get the headlining
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: stuff in the mainstream media.
- 1:26:14Speaker 9: I like doing stuff like this, you know, I like it.
- 1:26:16Speaker 9: I like conversation. I don't seem to get myself in
- 1:26:21Speaker 9: much trouble when she does it. Every time she does it,
- 1:26:23Speaker 9: they say she's stupid, She's stupid. I mean, this is
- 1:26:27Speaker 9: they tried to get away with her not doing it,
- 1:26:30Speaker 9: which is always a bad sign. Frankly, and well, they
- 1:26:34Speaker 9: did it with Biden. They kept them in a basement.
- 1:26:35Speaker 9: But they were able to do that because of COVID.
- 1:26:37Speaker 9: You know, they could say, oh, he wanted to protect
- 1:26:39Speaker 9: And then when I debated him, we had a debate
- 1:26:42Speaker 9: that did you watch a debate with Biden?
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: We did?
- 1:26:45Speaker 9: Did you think he did well?
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: No? I would say the most of the World War
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: I agree. He did not do well.
- 1:26:51Speaker 9: Yeah, so anyway, so they forced him out. It was
- 1:26:54Speaker 9: like a coup. And then this is like Dana would
- 1:26:58Speaker 9: have a fighter and the fighters get it, you know,
- 1:27:01Speaker 9: doing badly, and they say, let's take him out and
- 1:27:04Speaker 9: put a new one. And this never happened before. So
- 1:27:07Speaker 9: they got him out and they put this one in.
- 1:27:09Speaker 9: And she was number thirteen online because she failed already.
- 1:27:12Speaker 9: She had you know, she tried to get the nomination
- 1:27:15Speaker 9: and she failed. There were twenty two people and she
- 1:27:18Speaker 9: came in last. She never made it to Iowa. And
- 1:27:20Speaker 9: now all of a sudden, this can only happen to me,
- 1:27:23Speaker 9: fallas I have one. I spent one hundred and fifty
- 1:27:27Speaker 9: million dollars to beat him, and I was leading by
- 1:27:30Speaker 9: a lot, and then they take him out and they
- 1:27:32Speaker 9: get me another one. That's never happened before. It was
- 1:27:34Speaker 9: like a palace coup. And he doesn't like her. He
- 1:27:39Speaker 9: hates her. I think he hates her as much as
- 1:27:41Speaker 9: he hates her. Yeah, I think Biden hates me. He
- 1:27:44Speaker 9: hates me a lot, but I think he hates her
- 1:27:47Speaker 9: maybe as much or more than he hates me. Is
- 1:27:49Speaker 9: that possible?
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:27:50Speaker 9: Hard to believe that he can't stand her.
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: Why are they just able to slide in a different
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: candidate like usually there?
- 1:27:56Speaker 9: Well, I don't know they were politically correct, they wanted
- 1:28:00Speaker 9: to do it that way, they were afraid not to
- 1:28:03Speaker 9: do it that way. They were catering to maybe something
- 1:28:09Speaker 9: other than competence, and maybe they were. They just wanted
- 1:28:14Speaker 9: to do it. They wanted to be politically correct, and
- 1:28:16Speaker 9: they did it. And then they said should have a
- 1:28:20Speaker 9: six week honey moon period, and that's what turned out.
- 1:28:22Speaker 9: I mean, they had a little bit of a honeymoon period.
- 1:28:26Speaker 9: And now she's falling badly because she's been doing interviews.
- 1:28:29Speaker 9: She's falling because she's doing interviews and the interviews have
- 1:28:32Speaker 9: not been good. They have not been good. So we'll
- 1:28:35Speaker 9: see what happens. But we're leading in all of the
- 1:28:38Speaker 9: swing states right now. We're leading pretty good in all
- 1:28:41Speaker 9: of the swing states. So we'll see. I think it's
- 1:28:44Speaker 9: going to be a very successful campaign. I hope.
- 1:28:47Speaker 4: Do you ever get like now that it's it's getting closer, like,
- 1:28:51Speaker 4: do you ever get nervous for when the day does
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: come and all the boats start piling in.
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: The pregame jitters? Yeah, the the last five minutes and
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: it's like we're playing music in the corner. We're a
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: little nervous.
- 1:29:03Speaker 4: So all your preparation, you've game planned, you've done the campaign,
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: and you start to get there and you know the
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: national anthem's going, you start to get a little jitterary.
- 1:29:09Speaker 9: In some ways, you don't want to think of it.
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I just don't.
- 1:29:13Speaker 9: I don't want to really even think about it. I don't.
- 1:29:16Speaker 9: I just do. I go from day to day. I
- 1:29:18Speaker 9: do what I have to do. I work hard. I'm
- 1:29:19Speaker 9: a hard worker, always been. So I've gone like thirty
- 1:29:24Speaker 9: six days in a row and no rest, and I
- 1:29:28Speaker 9: have what do we have? Twenty three twenty four days left? Right?
- 1:29:31Speaker 9: And I don't intend to take like a day off
- 1:29:34Speaker 9: or two days off. You're running for the president. This
- 1:29:37Speaker 9: is like you're running for the Super Bowl times ten, right,
- 1:29:40Speaker 9: and you sort of all by yourself. But you have
- 1:29:42Speaker 9: some good people. You have some very professional people sitting
- 1:29:45Speaker 9: over there, and I just feel a lot of people say, oh, sir,
- 1:29:51Speaker 9: you should take a couple of days off. I can't
- 1:29:52Speaker 9: take days off. I want to be in Wisconsin or
- 1:29:56Speaker 9: I want to be in Michigan. Today I was in Michigan.
- 1:29:59Speaker 9: I did the Economic Club of Detroit, Detroit Economic Club,
- 1:30:05Speaker 9: and it was great. How to bring back the automobile
- 1:30:08Speaker 9: business which has been stolen from the country. We can
- 1:30:10Speaker 9: do it. We're going to do it easily. We're going
- 1:30:12Speaker 9: to have a lot of automobile business factories open and plants.
- 1:30:18Speaker 9: We're going to open up a lot of them. So
- 1:30:20Speaker 9: I don't know. I find it very interesting. But it's
- 1:30:24Speaker 9: an all out run. It's an all you would say
- 1:30:26Speaker 9: it's an all out sprint, and it is. It's an
- 1:30:28Speaker 9: all out sprint. We're sprinting to the finish line and
- 1:30:32Speaker 9: we're almost there. But we did great in twenty twenty.
- 1:30:35Speaker 9: We did great, and it was a bad thing. Look,
- 1:30:38Speaker 9: we had the COVID all over the place and even
- 1:30:41Speaker 9: people officials were afraid to come. They didn't want to
- 1:30:43Speaker 9: catch COVID. You know, the whole thing was crazy. But
- 1:30:47Speaker 9: I think this time, I think we're actually doing better
- 1:30:50Speaker 9: than we did in twenty twenty something.
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: We like to ask, like coaches and players, when they
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: get like a second opportunity in their career and their profession,
- 1:30:57Speaker 4: what do you feel like you've learned? How do you
- 1:30:59Speaker 4: feel like you've own from your first term. And also,
- 1:31:02Speaker 4: what are some things that you look back on. Maybe
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: there's situations where you think I could have done a
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: better job with that.
- 1:31:08Speaker 9: I think the biggest thing is I got to know
- 1:31:10Speaker 9: a lot of people. You know, so I was elected.
- 1:31:13Speaker 9: If you look at presidents over the United States, over
- 1:31:16Speaker 9: the history of our country, ninety two percent have been
- 1:31:19Speaker 9: politicians and eight percent have been generals. So I was told, well,
- 1:31:24Speaker 9: you got to be a general, you got to be
- 1:31:26Speaker 9: a politician. You know, it makes sense, I guess, But
- 1:31:28Speaker 9: I said, but I'm not a general, not a politician.
- 1:31:31Speaker 9: So I won, and I went to number one. You know,
- 1:31:33Speaker 9: when I announced it, because I was very well known
- 1:31:35Speaker 9: as a business guy, people knew me. I I've done
- 1:31:38Speaker 9: a great job in business, did a lot of great jobs,
- 1:31:41Speaker 9: a lot of great deals, made a lot of money.
- 1:31:43Speaker 9: But I was known as a business guy, and I
- 1:31:46Speaker 9: was known for The Apprentice. You know. I did a
- 1:31:48Speaker 9: show called The Apprentice, which was a very successful show.
- 1:31:52Speaker 9: And I had a lot of best sellers, some real
- 1:31:55Speaker 9: big number one best sellers, The Art of the Deal
- 1:31:58Speaker 9: and others. So I was known and but I went
- 1:32:02Speaker 9: and as soon as I ran, I went to number
- 1:32:03Speaker 9: one on the Republican thing and did that and won.
- 1:32:08Speaker 9: And then I went against a woman known as crooket
- 1:32:11Speaker 9: Hillary and and she is one crooket, but and you know,
- 1:32:20Speaker 9: she was a professional married to a president, popular president,
- 1:32:24Speaker 9: a good president. And then you know, I ran, and
- 1:32:29Speaker 9: the COVID made things tougher because it was, you know,
- 1:32:32Speaker 9: much tougher, but I did. I did phenomenally. Otherwise I
- 1:32:36Speaker 9: wouldn't have run this time. So I've won three Republican
- 1:32:40Speaker 9: nominations in a row, and now we have this final thing,
- 1:32:46Speaker 9: and I think if it happens, it'll be the biggest
- 1:32:49Speaker 9: victory in the history of the country.
- 1:32:51Speaker 7: You know.
- 1:32:51Speaker 9: I mean it's a big thing because I think the
- 1:32:53Speaker 9: country has to have it. We've gone through four years
- 1:32:57Speaker 9: of hardship and you know, there you're asking me, fellaws,
- 1:33:00Speaker 9: what's the biggest problem. I really you know, they say inflation,
- 1:33:05Speaker 9: and they say the economy and all that. I really
- 1:33:07Speaker 9: think that in terms of the voters, inflation is a
- 1:33:11Speaker 9: very big deal. But in terms of the voters, I
- 1:33:13Speaker 9: think the biggest thing is the voter. In terms of
- 1:33:15Speaker 9: the election, I think it's the most important thing. I
- 1:33:17Speaker 9: think women don't want to have migrant killers running around
- 1:33:22Speaker 9: that backyard. You know, it's pretty simple to me.
- 1:33:25Speaker 4: We interrupt this episode to bring you Fireball. Fire Balls,
- 1:33:28Speaker 4: the perfect shot for game day and whether you're buying
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: those sneaky little shoes before going into the stadium or
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: going big with the fireball keke for your tailgate, whether
- 1:33:36Speaker 4: it's at a pregame shot in the tailgate lot or
- 1:33:39Speaker 4: a celebratory touchdown shot at the bar, no matter what,
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: it is, guaranteed doing not your game day. Fireballs iconics
- 1:33:44Speaker 4: inmand flavors, tastes fire and go down easy. Make it
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: the ultimate crowd pleaser. That's why it's the number one
- 1:33:50Speaker 4: shot in the US. By the way, Oregon understood the assignment,
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: Fireball brings tailgates together. We were at organ over the
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: weekend and that we were doing socials, we were doing everything.
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: Fireball is here to give you the spark to ignite
- 1:34:02Speaker 4: that rivalry season all season long. Grab your football buddy,
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: buy around and reignite that rivalry flame. Shout out the
- 1:34:10Speaker 4: fireball back to this episode.
- 1:34:12Speaker 7: Yeah, people obviously want to feel safe in their backyards.
- 1:34:14Speaker 7: You mentioned all the amount of success you've had, whether
- 1:34:18Speaker 7: in real estate, you're best selling books, the Apprentice, the show,
- 1:34:22Speaker 7: that was the top of the charts for a very
- 1:34:24Speaker 7: long time. What was? And then there was an interview
- 1:34:27Speaker 7: did with Oprah I believe it was like whether there's
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: eighty nine or she asked you like, would you ever
- 1:34:32Speaker 7: run for president? And you said, essentially no, I wouldn't
- 1:34:35Speaker 7: because it's a mean and nasty world and I would
- 1:34:37Speaker 7: only do that if it was in extreme circumstances. You know,
- 1:34:40Speaker 7: obviously you end uprunning even one three Republican nominees. What is?
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: What was the straw that broke the camel's back for
- 1:34:47Speaker 7: you to be like, I've really got to put my
- 1:34:48Speaker 7: name in the hat for America.
- 1:34:51Speaker 9: Two things trade because I saw as a businessman. I
- 1:34:54Speaker 9: think I'm a natural, very natural businessman. Like you guys
- 1:34:57Speaker 9: are natural athletes. You're always the best at you sport
- 1:35:00Speaker 9: and it did well. I mean in high school, you
- 1:35:03Speaker 9: guys would dominate, right and even in college you would
- 1:35:06Speaker 9: dominate those nobody you can say that you take you
- 1:35:08Speaker 9: take a player at your level in high school, you're
- 1:35:11Speaker 9: in a different level. You know, you're just much better,
- 1:35:13Speaker 9: You're much much better. Okay, you could run right through
- 1:35:17Speaker 9: that lotcast wouldn't even write I mean, yeah, no, I understand.
- 1:35:21Speaker 9: I know how it works. And then it gets tougher
- 1:35:23Speaker 9: and tougher as you go up right, Then all of
- 1:35:25Speaker 9: a sudden, they get bigger and faster, and you say.
- 1:35:27Speaker 7: This is old.
- 1:35:29Speaker 9: Let me go back to high school. But know you
- 1:35:31Speaker 9: were always dominant in what you did. And I was
- 1:35:34Speaker 9: a good businessman and I'm an athlete too. I was
- 1:35:37Speaker 9: always good at sports. I was always really good, good golfer,
- 1:35:40Speaker 9: a good baseball player, good of it. I love sports.
- 1:35:42Speaker 9: I always love sports, and it's sort of a microcosm
- 1:35:47Speaker 9: of life. Okay, it's the great athletes have something very special,
- 1:35:51Speaker 9: and it's true like that in life. You know, you
- 1:35:53Speaker 9: have people, some people win, some people don't win. It's
- 1:35:57Speaker 9: very interesting. But I always looked at sports as a
- 1:35:59Speaker 9: micro cosm because in the nice part, it's fast. You
- 1:36:03Speaker 9: know you winner, you lose. Right With other things like
- 1:36:06Speaker 9: what I do, it takes years to determine as somebody
- 1:36:09Speaker 9: a winner or not, and it takes a long time.
- 1:36:13Speaker 9: With sports. You win the game where you don't, and
- 1:36:19Speaker 9: it's it's very interesting. But I really have always equated
- 1:36:23Speaker 9: it very much with life. What you do, what you
- 1:36:25Speaker 9: do as an athlete very much. And maybe it's why
- 1:36:28Speaker 9: you show successful. Actually people say it, and then you
- 1:36:32Speaker 9: have people that like watching athletes on television because I do.
- 1:36:35Speaker 7: I do no doubt about it.
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: You on Andrew Schulz's podcast, you guys are talking about
- 1:36:39Speaker 4: the art of the weave, weaving in and out of
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: a conversations. What was the straw that broke the camel's
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: back that got you in the game for politics? Okay,
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: so you're talking about trade things.
- 1:36:52Speaker 9: I think trade, and I think the border. The border
- 1:36:56Speaker 9: was real bad, but nothing like this. And the border
- 1:36:58Speaker 9: was by the way, the border was like ten percent
- 1:37:00Speaker 9: of this and nothing like this. There's never been a
- 1:37:02Speaker 9: border in history, in the history of our country. There's
- 1:37:05Speaker 9: never been a border like this in trade. Because I
- 1:37:08Speaker 9: saw China and I saw other countries just ripping us
- 1:37:11Speaker 9: off so badly. We have these massive deficits. We're not
- 1:37:15Speaker 9: going to have them that long because I'm I'm going
- 1:37:17Speaker 9: to turn it around. We're going to turn it around.
- 1:37:20Speaker 9: They've taken advantage of us, and oftentimes it's our friends
- 1:37:23Speaker 9: that took the biggest advantage, which is true in life too.
- 1:37:28Speaker 9: But I would say those two things. I would look
- 1:37:31Speaker 9: at the trade and I'd see these deals. It was
- 1:37:33Speaker 9: so bad. And it actually started a long time ago
- 1:37:35Speaker 9: with Japan. You know, Japan, before you guys were born,
- 1:37:41Speaker 9: Japan was brutal to us in trade. And then they
- 1:37:45Speaker 9: had a little explosion and they went away. They had
- 1:37:48Speaker 9: a very you know, they had a real problem economically,
- 1:37:53Speaker 9: and all of a sudden they were gone. And then
- 1:37:55Speaker 9: other countries came in. But China came in in a
- 1:37:58Speaker 9: big way, and you know to this day, and I
- 1:38:01Speaker 9: had them pay billions of dollars in taxes and tariffs
- 1:38:04Speaker 9: they call them tariffs. And we did a good job.
- 1:38:07Speaker 9: We had the greatest economy in history. We had the
- 1:38:10Speaker 9: greatest we had the greatest job numbers in history. You know,
- 1:38:14Speaker 9: we had the most jobs. And whether you were a
- 1:38:17Speaker 9: high school student that didn't graduate, no diploma, or you
- 1:38:20Speaker 9: went to Mit, Harvard, the Wharton School of Finance, Stanford,
- 1:38:25Speaker 9: no matter what school you went to, and no matter
- 1:38:29Speaker 9: what degree, you did well, including if you didn't have
- 1:38:33Speaker 9: a degree, if you were a woman, if you were
- 1:38:34Speaker 9: a man, if you were black or Asian or Hispanic, everybody,
- 1:38:40Speaker 9: every single group was doing better than they had ever done.
- 1:38:44Speaker 9: And so I think we're going to do it again.
- 1:38:48Speaker 9: But I think again, as I say I really believe
- 1:38:51Speaker 9: it's going to be the most important election in the
- 1:38:54Speaker 9: history of the country. This will be the most important
- 1:38:56Speaker 9: election because we're a failing nation. We're a nation that's
- 1:38:59Speaker 9: in decline. It's a very serious decline, and it's got
- 1:39:05Speaker 9: to be fixed. And if it's not fixed, we're not
- 1:39:07Speaker 9: going to have this country any longer.
- 1:39:09Speaker 7: You talked about your your love for sports, your love
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: for athletes, and obviously you pride yourself on your golf game.
- 1:39:16Speaker 7: What other sports growing up were you heavily invested into.
- 1:39:20Speaker 9: So I was a very good baseball player. Actually in
- 1:39:23Speaker 9: high school. What position were We're playing first base and
- 1:39:27Speaker 9: sometimes catch you, but basically first place, first base. It's good,
- 1:39:31Speaker 9: good field, a good hitter. And don't forget it wasn't
- 1:39:35Speaker 9: like your stuff, you know, it was. It's high school.
- 1:39:37Speaker 9: But we played very good teams. We had a lot
- 1:39:38Speaker 9: of good, very good players, and we did well. I
- 1:39:44Speaker 9: was you know, it's very anything with the ball and
- 1:39:48Speaker 9: it's hand eye right. If you told me gymnastics we
- 1:39:53Speaker 9: had to gym I was the worst. I was the worst.
- 1:39:57Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:39:57Speaker 9: It's funny. I had friends that were great, and yet
- 1:40:00Speaker 9: if you threw a ball that would hit him in
- 1:40:02Speaker 9: the face. You say, yea, they couldn't catch a ball,
- 1:40:05Speaker 9: but they could do circles. No, it's the craziest thing.
- 1:40:08Speaker 9: Do you understand the wild house?
- 1:40:09Speaker 7: Some athletes are so great at one thing, but you
- 1:40:11Speaker 7: tell them to do something different, and it.
- 1:40:13Speaker 9: Just well, I see it even and go, I'll play
- 1:40:15Speaker 9: with somebody that's a star athlete, like great even some
- 1:40:20Speaker 9: of them with the ball eye hand type coordination, and
- 1:40:26Speaker 9: they won't be good golfers at all, and they never
- 1:40:28Speaker 9: will be.
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: That's us.
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: Yeah, you practice swing there, you're like, man, this this
- 1:40:33Speaker 7: guy can maybe really hit it that thing.
- 1:40:36Speaker 9: I see. You have a good practice.
- 1:40:38Speaker 7: And every golfer ever golf with is always like listen, man,
- 1:40:40Speaker 7: you get better clubs, you get longer clubs. You're just fine.
- 1:40:42Speaker 7: And it's like, no, it's not.
- 1:40:44Speaker 9: You can't go more than an inch?
- 1:40:46Speaker 7: Oh really?
- 1:40:47Speaker 9: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, if you go more than an inch,
- 1:40:49Speaker 9: you're very tall. But if you go more than an inch,
- 1:40:53Speaker 9: it's too tough to control. Believe it or not. You
- 1:40:55Speaker 9: can go an inch, but you don't want to go
- 1:40:56Speaker 9: much more than that. It's interesting. But do you hit
- 1:41:00Speaker 9: a long ball?
- 1:41:02Speaker 7: If I hit it right, yeah, But usually it's just
- 1:41:04Speaker 7: like that.
- 1:41:07Speaker 9: Who's the longer hit?
- 1:41:09Speaker 4: Honestly, I don't think we played now. I think I
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: would give it to myself. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I hit
- 1:41:14Speaker 4: it two thirty y.
- 1:41:16Speaker 7: Well, can have golf. I'll take every other sport.
- 1:41:18Speaker 9: Yeah. It's funny though, but I meet people that are
- 1:41:21Speaker 9: unbelievable athletes, but they can't play golf. I meet baseball
- 1:41:24Speaker 9: players that can hit a one hundred year, one hundred
- 1:41:27Speaker 9: mile an hour fastball, but they can't hit a goup
- 1:41:30Speaker 9: ball that's sitting on the grass, well teed up and
- 1:41:32Speaker 9: ready to go.
- 1:41:33Speaker 7: Yeah, it's just waiting for him.
- 1:41:34Speaker 4: Being an avid sports fan, you made a run at
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: the Bills in twenty fourteen?
- 1:41:38Speaker 9: Did I did?
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: How close? How close were you?
- 1:41:41Speaker 9: The owner who got it is a very good man.
- 1:41:43Speaker 9: I think he's done a great job. Well, he made
- 1:41:44Speaker 9: a great pick. He picked a great quarterback, right Josh.
- 1:41:48Speaker 9: But no, I bid a billion dollars and I put
- 1:41:53Speaker 9: up a letter of credit, and I thought I might
- 1:41:57Speaker 9: get it because it was in Buffalo, which was having
- 1:42:00Speaker 9: some troubles in terms of a place. And he did
- 1:42:04Speaker 9: a billion four or billion four fifty, so it was
- 1:42:07Speaker 9: four hundred million dollars more. It wasn't. I don't think
- 1:42:10Speaker 9: it was a very serious room. But I gave him,
- 1:42:12Speaker 9: you know, I gave him a guarantee of a billion dollars,
- 1:42:14Speaker 9: so that's always serious.
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: That sounds quite serious to me.
- 1:42:17Speaker 9: And he paid a billion four and he was in
- 1:42:20Speaker 9: the oil business. And he's got a daughter who's a
- 1:42:22Speaker 9: great tennis player. You know, it's very unusual that that happens.
- 1:42:25Speaker 9: He owns a team, but his daughter's a top three
- 1:42:28Speaker 9: or four or five tennis player. She went to the
- 1:42:30Speaker 9: finals of the last major, whatever that major was. I
- 1:42:33Speaker 9: watched so many major But and he's a very nice guy.
- 1:42:38Speaker 9: I think he's terrific. I think he's done a great
- 1:42:39Speaker 9: job with that team. He drafted a quarterback who was
- 1:42:44Speaker 9: going to be the number one draft pick, and then
- 1:42:47Speaker 9: he said things on the internet that weren't good. You
- 1:42:51Speaker 9: understand that, And he said, and they passed him. I
- 1:42:55Speaker 9: don't know what he got drafted, maybe number eight or
- 1:42:57Speaker 9: nine or something.
- 1:42:58Speaker 7: Well, yeah, I think he might have been eight, nine
- 1:42:59Speaker 7: or ten.
- 1:43:00Speaker 9: What do you think is do you have a fact
- 1:43:02Speaker 9: checker over there?
- 1:43:02Speaker 7: What was number?
- 1:43:07Speaker 9: Was he number eight or nine or something like that?
- 1:43:11Speaker 9: And uh seven, So there are six teams that are saying,
- 1:43:17Speaker 9: you know, they fire the scouting system, right, but he's
- 1:43:20Speaker 9: a great Do you rate him is a great quarterback?
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:43:23Speaker 9: And he's not only great, he's an exciting quarterback too,
- 1:43:25Speaker 9: but he's a he's a great one. And so he
- 1:43:29Speaker 9: was going to be number one, and then they found
- 1:43:30Speaker 9: things that they didn't like and people passed on him
- 1:43:34Speaker 9: for that, and then so number seven was the Bills.
- 1:43:37Speaker 9: It was a pretty sure it's number seven, right, and
- 1:43:40Speaker 9: number seven was the Bills, and he picked him and
- 1:43:45Speaker 9: he took him around on an apology tour for a day,
- 1:43:48Speaker 9: and he ends up with one of the best quarterbacks,
- 1:43:50Speaker 9: which is pretty good.
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:43:51Speaker 9: The funny thing is you never know how a quarterback
- 1:43:53Speaker 9: is going to turn out, though, because you see people
- 1:43:56Speaker 9: that have a zero chance of failure and they don't
- 1:43:58Speaker 9: do well, and then you see like Goes we're talking
- 1:44:00Speaker 9: about with San Francisco, Right, Yeah, was he very good
- 1:44:03Speaker 9: in college?
- 1:44:04Speaker 7: Was he good rock rock person?
- 1:44:06Speaker 4: Yeah? I mean he was good, he was good.
- 1:44:08Speaker 7: But I always state, yeah, I think he just had
- 1:44:10Speaker 7: it was kind of like a Tom Brady situation where
- 1:44:13Speaker 7: he there was a lot of guys that were people
- 1:44:14Speaker 7: thought were better than him, and he just like didn't
- 1:44:17Speaker 7: have the arm, or didn't have the speed, or didn't
- 1:44:19Speaker 7: have the accuracy. There's always I think when you get
- 1:44:21Speaker 7: into the sport of the NFL and the scouts, they
- 1:44:25Speaker 7: tend to nitpick way too much, and they'll talk themselves
- 1:44:27Speaker 7: in or out of anything. That's when you see like
- 1:44:29Speaker 7: influence from the draft as it goes like some guys
- 1:44:31Speaker 7: maybe a top fifteen pick and all of a sudden,
- 1:44:34Speaker 7: two weeks before it's like this guy might go one
- 1:44:36Speaker 7: overall and he ends up going one overall. So you
- 1:44:38Speaker 7: just see people talking themselves in and out of things.
- 1:44:40Speaker 7: But obviously the kids got incredible talent.
- 1:44:43Speaker 9: The all time greater that was the great Luke gere Right,
- 1:44:45Speaker 9: you know, was it Wally Pip? Wally Pip.
- 1:44:48Speaker 7: Yeah, came out there just a little bit Wally Pip right.
- 1:44:52Speaker 9: So Wally Pip, it's that a long time ago. It's
- 1:44:55Speaker 9: a long time since I've told this story. But Wally
- 1:44:58Speaker 9: Pip was a very good first base when he batted
- 1:45:01Speaker 9: like two eighty great fielder And one day he wasn't
- 1:45:05Speaker 9: feeling well. He said, coach, I just don't feel well.
- 1:45:08Speaker 9: I'm not feeling well. I won't be able to make
- 1:45:11Speaker 9: it today, coach. The coach looks over at the bench,
- 1:45:14Speaker 9: takes an eighteen year old kid who actually came out
- 1:45:17Speaker 9: of college, he went to Columbia. Takes an eighteen year
- 1:45:21Speaker 9: old kid who's sitting there, and he said, lou take
- 1:45:25Speaker 9: over first base, and okay, coach. He goes out and
- 1:45:31Speaker 9: he got like first game two home runs, a single
- 1:45:33Speaker 9: and a double or something. The next game, he you know,
- 1:45:36Speaker 9: he'd ripped the hell out of it. For three or
- 1:45:38Speaker 9: four games, he had like five or six home runs.
- 1:45:43Speaker 9: The coach said, well, I never see anything like this anyway. Well,
- 1:45:47Speaker 9: he gets better, he said, coach, I'm ready there, looked
- 1:45:52Speaker 9: at him, he said, I'm sorry, Wally. You know what
- 1:45:56Speaker 9: Wally said. I thought you'd say that. He understood. Yeah,
- 1:46:01Speaker 9: I mean it's Luke Eric But who knew, right? But
- 1:46:05Speaker 9: who was Luke Arek who was just a young guy
- 1:46:07Speaker 9: out of college. He didn't. I don't think he played
- 1:46:08Speaker 9: in the minor leagues. He came out of college. It
- 1:46:10Speaker 9: was a little different. It was a long time ago.
- 1:46:13Speaker 9: But I always say to people that like people that
- 1:46:18Speaker 9: give up their position for a day or two to
- 1:46:21Speaker 9: somebody else because they have to be at a wedding.
- 1:46:24Speaker 9: Where they have to be somewhere. I say, remember the
- 1:46:27Speaker 9: story of walipep.
- 1:46:29Speaker 4: Because even his injury too. It's like saying, is your
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: best ability is availability? Because you could be injured and
- 1:46:35Speaker 4: then the next time you come back the guy behind
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: you Nebraska.
- 1:46:40Speaker 9: Now the ultimate example of that was didn't he play
- 1:46:42Speaker 9: like two thy nine hundred? He played the most games
- 1:46:45Speaker 9: ever or something, and you know he was and then
- 1:46:47Speaker 9: he got then he got sick, very sick.
- 1:46:49Speaker 7: You talk about guys obviously, you know, stepping out of
- 1:46:52Speaker 7: the game for a moment and their job being taken.
- 1:46:54Speaker 7: You're talking about this long stret this this this sprint
- 1:46:57Speaker 7: you have to the election. How are you finding time
- 1:47:00Speaker 7: to rest when you can, because it seems like, I mean,
- 1:47:03Speaker 7: talking to Dana, he tells me about your schedule. How
- 1:47:05Speaker 7: you're you know, three in the morning, you're here and
- 1:47:07Speaker 7: then you're going over here. You're just you're jumping all
- 1:47:09Speaker 7: over the place. Where do you find time to rest?
- 1:47:13Speaker 9: I really don't find too much time to rest. Look
- 1:47:16Speaker 9: the way I look at it is that and you
- 1:47:18Speaker 9: have two opinions of this. Some people she rests, Kamal arrests.
- 1:47:22Speaker 9: In fact, she's almost resting all the time. She does
- 1:47:26Speaker 9: very little. She takes you know, days off, and I'm
- 1:47:30Speaker 9: not knocking that. You know, that's another I got to
- 1:47:32Speaker 9: get you eight hours.
- 1:47:32Speaker 7: I'm an eight hours guy myself.
- 1:47:34Speaker 9: It was not great hours.
- 1:47:35Speaker 7: Yeah, I get moody.
- 1:47:36Speaker 9: I'm less than eight hours. But but you can't, you know,
- 1:47:42Speaker 9: you get what do we have? Twenty three days? But
- 1:47:45Speaker 9: I've been going for like a lot, you know, I
- 1:47:49Speaker 9: haven't I don't know what it is, but thirty something
- 1:47:52Speaker 9: days and I don't intend. I was telling the guys,
- 1:47:56Speaker 9: I said, you guys already because we're gonna this is
- 1:47:58Speaker 9: a sprint. And it's amazing because you started off at
- 1:48:03Speaker 9: four years and then you have to run and you
- 1:48:07Speaker 9: have to go through primaries and stuff and you have
- 1:48:09Speaker 9: to get that and it's a big deal. I've gotten
- 1:48:12Speaker 9: three in a row. Right, It's never been done before,
- 1:48:14Speaker 9: you know, three primaries in a row. It's never been
- 1:48:16Speaker 9: done before by anybody but FDR. Right, I guess FDR
- 1:48:22Speaker 9: did the four time thing. But that was before they
- 1:48:24Speaker 9: had the cap.
- 1:48:25Speaker 7: I get my information off Instagram. But they were saying
- 1:48:28Speaker 7: like it takes like ninety eight thousand dollars a year
- 1:48:31Speaker 7: just to live a you know, middle class life.
- 1:48:35Speaker 9: You like Instagram?
- 1:48:36Speaker 7: I do. I enjoy it. Yeah, yeah, I like to.
- 1:48:38Speaker 7: I like to scroll, click a couple hearts, put some
- 1:48:40Speaker 7: likes out there and stuff like that. It'll just consume
- 1:48:42Speaker 7: you though. There's a lot going on there.
- 1:48:45Speaker 4: This guy.
- 1:48:47Speaker 9: When I when I first so I was president and
- 1:48:50Speaker 9: I got to be president, I had a lot. I
- 1:48:52Speaker 9: started with Twitter and then I sort of liked it.
- 1:48:57Speaker 9: I didn't even do it. I sort of dictated it,
- 1:48:59Speaker 9: you know. I said to the guy, like, how do
- 1:49:02Speaker 9: you do this? And he showed me, and I sort
- 1:49:05Speaker 9: of liked it. I liked the little whole thing, and
- 1:49:08Speaker 9: I got sort of good at it, and I put
- 1:49:10Speaker 9: it out and all of a sudden, I had like
- 1:49:13Speaker 9: one hundred and ninety million people. And then on Facebook
- 1:49:16Speaker 9: I did even better. And then I was on Instagram too,
- 1:49:20Speaker 9: and you know, and I was I had hundreds of
- 1:49:25Speaker 9: millions of people. And Mark Zuckerberg came to the White House,
- 1:49:28Speaker 9: who I like much better now. I actually believe he's
- 1:49:31Speaker 9: staying out of the election, which is, you know, nice.
- 1:49:34Speaker 9: But he called me up after I was shot and
- 1:49:38Speaker 9: he said that was so brave, which was nice. I
- 1:49:42Speaker 9: didn't feel it was brave. I felt like you know,
- 1:49:44Speaker 9: I just wanted to get off the ground. I didn't
- 1:49:46Speaker 9: like it. I knew I was shot in the year.
- 1:49:47Speaker 9: A lot of the Secret Service didn't think so they
- 1:49:50Speaker 9: thought I was shot all over because there was blood
- 1:49:52Speaker 9: all over the place. The ear bleeds more. Did you
- 1:49:54Speaker 9: ever get a cut in the ear? Because leads it
- 1:49:58Speaker 9: doesn't stop. And I will tell you from versatile experience,
- 1:50:01Speaker 9: and I do. I have respect for Elon a lot
- 1:50:05Speaker 9: because Elon and and by the way, he's another one
- 1:50:08Speaker 9: that respects Dana White a lot. He respects him a lot.
- 1:50:11Speaker 9: But Elon is a different kind of a guy. What
- 1:50:14Speaker 9: he did is he bought something that was run by
- 1:50:17Speaker 9: the radical left lunatics, and he opened it up. You know,
- 1:50:22Speaker 9: he made it. He made it for people not necessarily conservative.
- 1:50:27Speaker 9: He opened it up. He made it fair because I'll
- 1:50:29Speaker 9: tell you it wasn't fair when when we were there,
- 1:50:32Speaker 9: they didn't even want conservative a conservative voice on. I
- 1:50:36Speaker 9: don't know if you guys, how you feel about that.
- 1:50:38Speaker 9: I don't know your politics too well. No, I know
- 1:50:40Speaker 9: your sports better than you.
- 1:50:42Speaker 7: Having the ability to speak how you want is important.
- 1:50:44Speaker 9: Yeah, it's free, you know. And he did that, and
- 1:50:47Speaker 9: it's like, you know what he did is a great
- 1:50:49Speaker 9: I don't know how it works out financially for him,
- 1:50:51Speaker 9: but he's rich and he can do what he wants
- 1:50:56Speaker 9: to do. But he opened it up, and you know
- 1:50:59Speaker 9: that's such an't the thing that he did. You got
- 1:51:01Speaker 9: to handle them. He's really an incredible He's like this
- 1:51:03Speaker 9: incredible guy. He said today that he's actually campaigning for
- 1:51:09Speaker 9: me in Pennsylvania.

- 1:52:12Speaker 4: the episode Make America Great Again? Would you say that
- 1:52:16Speaker 4: involves the Nebraska Cornhuskers winning a national title?
- 1:52:20Speaker 9: Well, how are they doing so far?
- 1:52:22Speaker 4: Right now? We are sitting with a good record of
- 1:52:24Speaker 4: five and one. We're on a bye week right now.
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: We're getting well rested. We got Indiana next week. I
- 1:52:29Speaker 4: think we can take care of business there.
- 1:52:32Speaker 9: You know, I love Nebraska, great people. I won the
- 1:52:37Speaker 9: state by I don't know, like twenty points a lot.
- 1:52:41Speaker 9: You had a great football coach for many years who
- 1:52:47Speaker 9: was a silent person, very unusual, right you know who
- 1:52:50Speaker 9: I'm talking about that, Tom Born? Yeh yeah, So Tom
- 1:52:54Speaker 9: Osborne was a great coach, and he was a silent
- 1:52:56Speaker 9: coach total. Is he still living?
- 1:52:59Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:53:00Speaker 9: Boy, I'll tell you that guy was a good coach
- 1:53:02Speaker 9: for years and never not a RRA coach, you know,
- 1:53:06Speaker 9: just a total professional coach. I wonder what it was
- 1:53:10Speaker 9: like in real left because you know, it seems so unusual, right,
- 1:53:13Speaker 9: but they would just be brutal and they had a
- 1:53:17Speaker 9: good and then all of a sudden they went back
- 1:53:19Speaker 9: to you know, they just when he wasn't there, they
- 1:53:21Speaker 9: didn't do so well. But now they've gotten, you know,
- 1:53:24Speaker 9: they've gotten what.
- 1:53:25Speaker 4: Did decent run from O way to twenty and you
- 1:53:27Speaker 4: know thirteen fourteen.
- 1:53:28Speaker 9: Well it's always going to be decent, right, yeah, But because.
- 1:53:31Speaker 7: They give a flunky off their back of you finally
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: get into a bowl game?
- 1:53:36Speaker 4: We got right now, When did.
- 1:53:37Speaker 9: You guys play in college?
- 1:53:38Speaker 4: Two and eight to twenty thirteen?
- 1:53:41Speaker 9: I was, oh, that's good.
- 1:53:43Speaker 7: I was nine to thirteen at Michigan. Wow, But I
- 1:53:46Speaker 7: was at Michigan in the dark days.
- 1:53:49Speaker 9: What position did you play?
- 1:53:50Speaker 7: Left tackle? Offensive line?
- 1:53:51Speaker 9: Wow? So how much heavier were you then?
- 1:53:54Speaker 7: I was on about two fifty five? Now is three?
- 1:53:57Speaker 7: Three ten?
- 1:53:57Speaker 4: Then?
- 1:53:57Speaker 9: No kidding? Manessa live what's that you decided you wanted
- 1:54:04Speaker 9: to live right?
- 1:54:04Speaker 7: Yeah, honestly, I didn't know. When you get when you
- 1:54:07Speaker 7: weigh that much, you don't realize how much you feel
- 1:54:10Speaker 7: it in your knees, in your back and everything like that,
- 1:54:12Speaker 7: and then you start to the weight starts to come off,
- 1:54:14Speaker 7: and like, I have you no idea.
- 1:54:15Speaker 9: That off and where? Because I know a lot of linemen.
- 1:54:18Speaker 9: I know a lot of a lot of players I
- 1:54:20Speaker 9: know of those? What position? Did you?
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: Linebacker?
- 1:54:23Speaker 9: That's good? I bet he was good?
- 1:54:24Speaker 7: Right heah? I mean yeah, like classic white linebacker, gritty,
- 1:54:29Speaker 7: hard working.
- 1:54:30Speaker 9: So you would say that Lawrence was the best?
- 1:54:33Speaker 4: Uh yeah, especially rushing the passer on the inside. Probably
- 1:54:37Speaker 4: ray Lewis.
- 1:54:37Speaker 9: Luke Keikley. How do you feel about the new had
- 1:54:41Speaker 9: some great ones?
- 1:54:43Speaker 4: Yeah? How do you feel about the new kickoff rule?
- 1:54:45Speaker 9: I think it's terrible? Yeah, I think it's terrible. What
- 1:54:49Speaker 9: are they doing now? College hasn't done that?
- 1:54:52Speaker 4: No, college is still the same.
- 1:54:53Speaker 9: And do you think they will do it?
- 1:54:55Speaker 7: I hope not. This is to me, there's something.
- 1:54:58Speaker 4: About you adapt and follow the A few think things
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: are well.
- 1:55:01Speaker 7: They don't do two feet, they don't do two feet
- 1:55:04Speaker 7: on a catch they have like different sets of rules.
- 1:55:07Speaker 7: They have overtime rules, they've had that for a long time.
- 1:55:09Speaker 9: I think the one foot is a good idea.
- 1:55:11Speaker 7: I like the one foot.
- 1:55:12Speaker 9: Say, you know what, it's too complicated the two feet.
- 1:55:15Speaker 9: I mean if you didn't have slow motion, you know,
- 1:55:18Speaker 9: replay where you see everything perfectly. Yeah, it's amazing. In
- 1:55:21Speaker 9: the old days they didn't have the guys were they
- 1:55:23Speaker 9: had two feet out and they would go it's sort
- 1:55:25Speaker 9: of great to be able to do that. But but
- 1:55:28Speaker 9: one foot is so much It's so so much simpler,
- 1:55:32Speaker 9: unless you have cameras, in which case it doesn't matter
- 1:55:34Speaker 9: that much. Yeah, I like the one foot much better.
- 1:55:36Speaker 9: They have one foot in college, right.
- 1:55:37Speaker 7: Yeah, one foot in college to an NFL. The thing
- 1:55:40Speaker 7: that I love about like the old kickoff rules. Like
- 1:55:42Speaker 7: if you think about every Super Bowl, the slow mo
- 1:55:45Speaker 7: of them kicking the ball off, all the cameras going off,
- 1:55:47Speaker 7: and all the players running down field. I feel like
- 1:55:49Speaker 7: that's such an iconic move for the NFL.
- 1:55:51Speaker 9: And now that's do you so. I haven't been I've
- 1:55:54Speaker 9: been set of busy. I haven't been able to watch
- 1:55:55Speaker 9: too much football went on fairness, and if I did,
- 1:55:59Speaker 9: I'd be you know, it would be a dereliction of duty.
- 1:56:03Speaker 9: Do you understand I'm supposed to be running. I can't
- 1:56:05Speaker 9: watch too much football, but I just saw it the
- 1:56:08Speaker 9: other day and I was amazed. But to me, it's ugly.
- 1:56:11Speaker 9: It's actually ugly. It's not football. Do you like it
- 1:56:14Speaker 9: or do you like it?
- 1:56:15Speaker 7: No?
- 1:56:17Speaker 4: Players, because ultimately they're not doing a whole lot but
- 1:56:20Speaker 4: for entertainment and the old same style of football.
- 1:56:24Speaker 9: They're saying it's dangerous because the hitting is pretty fierce.
- 1:56:26Speaker 9: When you're running that far right, you're running into right.
- 1:56:29Speaker 4: Right, so they're basically lying guys up five yards.
- 1:56:31Speaker 9: Yeah, but somehow it's you know, it's supposed to be football.
- 1:56:33Speaker 9: And I played football too. I didn't particularly like it. Well, position, No,
- 1:56:37Speaker 9: I didn't like it. I played tight tight end, Yeah, walker,
- 1:56:44Speaker 9: I can catch the ball good, but I didn't particularly
- 1:56:46Speaker 9: like having some guy that was lifting weights all day
- 1:56:51Speaker 9: long and came from a bad neighborhood and he sees me.
- 1:56:57Speaker 9: They were tackling hard, you know, and I had a
- 1:57:00Speaker 9: quarterback with that much of an arm, yeah, throataball. It
- 1:57:03Speaker 9: wasn't like but this wasn't high quality football. But I
- 1:57:06Speaker 9: didn't like it too much you love. I love baseball.
- 1:57:09Speaker 7: You talk about your like your childhood. We are. This
- 1:57:11Speaker 7: is the shirt I'm wearing right now. This is Spootober,
- 1:57:13Speaker 7: and it's like for us, it's like the kickoff to
- 1:57:16Speaker 7: the holiday season, Halloween, October all that and the Trump household.
- 1:57:20Speaker 7: As a kid, was your family big on holidays?
- 1:57:23Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, I was. My father loved my mother loved well.
- 1:57:26Speaker 9: They had a great marriage. They were married for many years.
- 1:57:30Speaker 9: That's where he beat me. He beat me on that.
- 1:57:32Speaker 9: He said, Pop, I'm not going to catch you. I'm
- 1:57:35Speaker 9: not gonna catch you them all. Yeah, great marriage, your
- 1:57:38Speaker 9: great wife, great husband. But uh no, it was It's
- 1:57:42Speaker 9: so funny. I see my guys going crazy of you.
- 1:57:44Speaker 9: So I said to them, listen, I've been doing this
- 1:57:48Speaker 9: stuff since six thirty in the morning, So we'll do
- 1:57:51Speaker 9: this one quick. I thought i'd be with you guys,
- 1:57:52Speaker 9: but maybe, I said, maybe we'll do it for four
- 1:57:54Speaker 9: or five minutes. And I found this so into.
- 1:57:57Speaker 13: This is great. This is what they call a long form, right, yes,
- 1:58:01Speaker 13: absolutely cool. It's better than like, you know, boom boom boom,
- 1:58:05Speaker 13: then you go. But no, I thought, right from us,
- 1:58:07Speaker 13: I thought I'd be here for just a short while.
- 1:58:10Speaker 13: These guys are great. I could do it for hours.
- 1:58:13Speaker 13: I could do for hours with them.
- 1:58:15Speaker 9: It's uh, a lot of people you meet, even for interviews,
- 1:58:19Speaker 9: and you wouldn't feel this way. You know, you want
- 1:58:21Speaker 9: to sort of get out of there, right, And I
- 1:58:24Speaker 9: wasn't in the mood to do this. I've been I
- 1:58:26Speaker 9: just get left the Economic Club of Detroit. I made
- 1:58:29Speaker 9: a two hour speech, then I left Maria Bartiromo. She
- 1:58:32Speaker 9: gave me what one hour at least interview, and then
- 1:58:36Speaker 9: I said, okay, is that it for the day. No,
- 1:58:38Speaker 9: You're going to meet a couple of young, handsome athletes.
- 1:58:41Speaker 9: They said, one of them six foot seven and the
- 1:58:44Speaker 9: other one is just a pure good athlete.
- 1:58:47Speaker 7: I said, I said the other one, let me ask you.
- 1:58:51Speaker 9: I said, let me ask you. We want to do
- 1:58:54Speaker 9: it tomorrow or something. Anyway, Now, this was this was
- 1:58:57Speaker 9: We had a lot of fun. I had a lot
- 1:58:59Speaker 9: of fun with you guys.
- 1:59:00Speaker 4: You know, we appreciate it. If I could ask one yeah,
- 1:59:02Speaker 4: if I could ask one more question.
- 1:59:04Speaker 7: And I will do one more as well, and then we'll.
- 1:59:06Speaker 4: Because the country feels very divided right now. Yeah, I
- 1:59:10Speaker 4: know people are gonna watch this episode. There's gonna be
- 1:59:12Speaker 4: a lot of people that love it, I know, even personally,
- 1:59:14Speaker 4: Like I'm going to have people that are going to
- 1:59:17Speaker 4: be disappointed in it, which is unfortunate.
- 1:59:19Speaker 9: This episode.
- 1:59:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I think majority will love this episode.
- 1:59:22Speaker 9: I think so best majority. They're gonna say he's such
- 1:59:25Speaker 9: a nice guy. Yeah, if everyone says that when I
- 1:59:27Speaker 9: do these things, he's so different than I thought he's
- 1:59:32Speaker 9: such a nice guy. I'm actually not a nice guy.
- 1:59:34Speaker 9: But I'm actually I'm actually I think I am a
- 1:59:38Speaker 9: nice guy. Actually, but uh no, I think they'll think
- 1:59:43Speaker 9: it'll be interesting. I'll tell you one thing. You know
- 1:59:44Speaker 9: what you're gonna do. You're gonna get the highest ratings
- 1:59:46Speaker 9: you've ever had. And I don't know why. I have
- 1:59:50Speaker 9: no idea why, but that will happen. You know, I
- 1:59:52Speaker 9: did Gutfeld. He's great, he's a great guy, and he
- 1:59:55Speaker 9: got his highest ratings in the history of his show,
- 1:59:58Speaker 9: and he had the number one show of the week.
- 2:00:00Speaker 9: You're gonna get a high rates and I don't know why,
- 2:00:03Speaker 9: but you'll let me know what your ratings are.
- 2:00:04Speaker 4: Right, absolutely?
- 2:00:05Speaker 9: Do you have a thing as you called ratings or
- 2:00:07Speaker 9: is it called yeah whatever, It's like, how many people
- 2:00:13Speaker 9: are watching yeah.
- 2:00:14Speaker 4: Absolutely. We interrupt this episode to bring you The Locker Room,
- 2:00:17Speaker 4: our newest show this football season. If you're into the
- 2:00:19Speaker 4: Boys and you're into football talk, this is the show
- 2:00:22Speaker 4: for you. We do all of our sports gambling, all
- 2:00:24Speaker 4: of our sports talk to preview the weekend. Our first
- 2:00:26Speaker 4: half of the episode is going to be NFL our
- 2:00:28Speaker 4: back half of the episode is going to be college football.
- 2:00:31Speaker 4: Here's a little spicy trailer to get you excited. Their
- 2:00:33Speaker 4: favorite by six and a half at home the over
- 2:00:35Speaker 4: unders forty nine and a half. I know they're both
- 2:00:37Speaker 4: slow rowing offenses, but I'm telling you, I love the Over.
- 2:00:41Speaker 4: This one you stupid again. That comes out this Thursday
- 2:00:56Speaker 4: at six am. Every Thursday at six am with myself,
- 2:00:59Speaker 4: Delaney Walker, and Taylor Lawan, where we break down ball,
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: we talk ball, we talk bets, we talk everything in between.
- 2:01:05Speaker 4: But again the Locker Room, every Thursday at six am.
- 2:01:08Speaker 4: Back to the episode. But knowing that this division, it
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: feels where it's at the temperature in America, Like if
- 2:01:14Speaker 4: you're elected in November, like, how will you look to
- 2:01:17Speaker 4: unite everybody through your communication?
- 2:01:19Speaker 9: Your great question, that's a great question. So you want
- 2:01:25Speaker 9: to see the country united, But we have like two
- 2:01:28Speaker 9: very different You have a very conservative side and a
- 2:01:30Speaker 9: conservative side, and then you have people that want to
- 2:01:33Speaker 9: see an open border and things. I mean, you know,
- 2:01:34Speaker 9: I don't a lot of it's so far out, Like,
- 2:01:37Speaker 9: for instance, they want men playing in women's sports. I
- 2:01:40Speaker 9: don't think I could ever say I'm thrilled about that. Okay,
- 2:01:43Speaker 9: I've seen it. I've seen people really hurt. In the Olympics,
- 2:01:46Speaker 9: you had two boxes that transition to women, and in
- 2:01:49Speaker 9: the women's boxing they both won gold medals. And you
- 2:01:53Speaker 9: saw the one the young Italian girl got hit a
- 2:01:54Speaker 9: couple of times. She said, oh, I'm bye bye the.
- 2:01:59Speaker 4: Whole she should have stayed in the ring.
- 2:02:01Speaker 9: Well, it's sort of weird, right, yeah.
- 2:02:03Speaker 4: You you you you fight your entire life for that moment.
- 2:02:06Speaker 4: You know, going into it, you're probably gonna face it.
- 2:02:08Speaker 9: It was a weird thing. I mean, she got hit
- 2:02:10Speaker 9: very hard and only with lefts, you know, pum and
- 2:02:13Speaker 9: she then walked back to the corner. She said, I
- 2:02:16Speaker 9: just got hit by a horse. I can't take it,
- 2:02:19Speaker 9: and then she walked back. You're right about a little bit, right,
- 2:02:22Speaker 9: But but she's fighting a man, you know.
- 2:02:26Speaker 4: You know, like if you train like all you think about,
- 2:02:29Speaker 4: like there is no tomorrow, like everything we trained for.
- 2:02:31Speaker 4: It doesn't matter what they throw at you. You're going
- 2:02:33Speaker 4: in the ring. You're going to win. Yeah, you get hit.
- 2:02:36Speaker 4: What there's a couple of jabs. Yeah she might have
- 2:02:37Speaker 4: been hit hard. I'm sure she's been hit hard. Yeah.
- 2:02:40Speaker 4: I was watched you got hit.
- 2:02:41Speaker 9: Beautiful girls got hit by two jabs and that was
- 2:02:43Speaker 9: the end of ye. Yeah, she said, that's interesting, said,
- 2:02:47Speaker 9: she said so. In other words, she should have gotten
- 2:02:48Speaker 9: a ship knocked out of herself.
- 2:02:50Speaker 4: She could have got in there scrap.
- 2:03:00Speaker 9: And you just get the hell beat out of.
- 2:03:04Speaker 4: Italian. The Italians down.
- 2:03:07Speaker 9: She had a beautiful fish. She wants her on the floor,
- 2:03:09Speaker 9: bleeding profusely, look and knows it will never be the
- 2:03:12Speaker 9: same again. Scar down the face. You're a tough guy,
- 2:03:15Speaker 9: he said, tough guy, you should hear the right thing.
- 2:03:19Speaker 7: And I'm not one that says that she matter.
- 2:03:21Speaker 9: But anyways, no, but the two guys, there were two
- 2:03:24Speaker 9: of them, and they both want to go bettle. How
- 2:03:26Speaker 9: about the weightlifting? You know, records haven't been broken for
- 2:03:30Speaker 9: like years, and they put an eighth of announce in
- 2:03:32Speaker 9: another eighth on the and you know the girl can't
- 2:03:35Speaker 9: do the guy comes along. The whole thing is ridiculous.
- 2:03:40Speaker 9: So okay, let's get back to your question.
- 2:03:42Speaker 4: Right the weave, Yeah, phenomenal.
- 2:03:44Speaker 7: We forgot Honestly, I didn't know you're gonna come back
- 2:03:49Speaker 7: to it thing.
- 2:03:49Speaker 9: Yeah, but uh, I have to do it otherwise they'll say,
- 2:03:53Speaker 9: maybe you know you always have to come back. What
- 2:03:56Speaker 9: happens is that I think that we have to have success.
- 2:04:02Speaker 9: If I when I was running the country, we had
- 2:04:07Speaker 9: by the second and a half year, like two and
- 2:04:10Speaker 9: a half years, three years, just before COVID came, we
- 2:04:12Speaker 9: had the most successful country in history ever. This country
- 2:04:17Speaker 9: was doing the best numbers in every category, no matter
- 2:04:20Speaker 9: what category, including employment and everything. And I was getting
- 2:04:25Speaker 9: called by people on the radical left that I would
- 2:04:28Speaker 9: never have ever thought wanting to see me because everybody
- 2:04:31Speaker 9: they knew was working radical left people had jobs making
- 2:04:35Speaker 9: more money than ever and I'm telling you the country was.
- 2:04:39Speaker 9: Then we got hit by the COVID stuff and we
- 2:04:40Speaker 9: had to go back to work, but everybody was working.
- 2:04:46Speaker 9: Everybody was successful. They had great jobs that were making
- 2:04:49Speaker 9: more money than they ever made. Everything was good, and
- 2:04:52Speaker 9: I'm telling you the country was coming together. Okay, despite
- 2:04:56Speaker 9: the fact that you know what we were saying before
- 2:04:59Speaker 9: about the divisions, like, you know, how do you have
- 2:05:01Speaker 9: open borders? Some people I don't think a lot of
- 2:05:03Speaker 9: people like it, but some people do. But the country
- 2:05:08Speaker 9: was coming together and now, and if you would have
- 2:05:11Speaker 9: asked me that question before this, I would have said,
- 2:05:14Speaker 9: it's sort of two countries and you just have to
- 2:05:17Speaker 9: work it out. But I'll tell you I experienced unbelievable
- 2:05:21Speaker 9: success leading the country. Just prior to COVID numbers at
- 2:05:25Speaker 9: the stock market was at an all time. Everything was
- 2:05:28Speaker 9: like perfect and the country was coming together. So now
- 2:05:33Speaker 9: I can honestly answer that question say success will bring
- 2:05:36Speaker 9: the country together, you know. Okay, see we got right
- 2:05:40Speaker 9: back to the that was beautiful.
- 2:05:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:05:43Speaker 7: We have a guest question and it comes from a
- 2:05:46Speaker 7: gentleman named Jordan rus So. Jordan played offensive line. I
- 2:05:49Speaker 7: played with him at the Tennessee Titans. He's a massive fan.
- 2:05:52Speaker 7: So this is a two part question for you. I'll
- 2:05:55Speaker 7: let you hold that play on that.
- 2:05:57Speaker 9: Okay, press the middle root.
- 2:05:59Speaker 8: Yep.
- 2:06:00Speaker 9: He's a handsome man.
- 2:06:01Speaker 15: Yeah, President Trump, huge fan. My name is Jordan russ
- 2:06:07Speaker 15: And my question for you is what has allowed you
- 2:06:09Speaker 15: to be so resilient considering all you've been through, whether
- 2:06:13Speaker 15: it's the weaponization of the Justice Department attacks on you,
- 2:06:17Speaker 15: your family, censorship, uh to assassination attempts, what has allowed
- 2:06:23Speaker 15: you to be be so resilient in the fight? And
- 2:06:25Speaker 15: my guy, my other question, I gotta know, what's the
- 2:06:29Speaker 15: most amount of way you've ever been pressed?
- 2:06:31Speaker 9: Well, the bench press?
- 2:06:33Speaker 4: You know.
- 2:06:33Speaker 9: I don't want to tell him because I might tell
- 2:06:36Speaker 9: it's not much. So I don't think so. I don't
- 2:06:40Speaker 9: think it's too much. It's never been my my I'd
- 2:06:43Speaker 9: have to let's do it sometimes. Well, next time we'll meet,
- 2:06:46Speaker 9: we'll start lifting.
- 2:06:47Speaker 7: We'll bring a bench.
- 2:06:48Speaker 9: Is he live right? No, that's thank you very much.
- 2:06:56Speaker 9: I appreciate it. So he looks he could bench press all.
- 2:07:00Speaker 7: He's an absolute house.
- 2:07:02Speaker 9: He was a great player, Yeah, gritty player. Did he
- 2:07:05Speaker 9: go to the NFL?
- 2:07:06Speaker 7: Yeah, he played for Purdue boiler Makers. He played for
- 2:07:09Speaker 7: Seattle for a little bit.
- 2:07:12Speaker 9: Well, he looks like a great guy. So his question essentially,
- 2:07:15Speaker 9: you're very resilient. How do you basically take it? Because
- 2:07:18Speaker 9: I have been through a lot more than I think,
- 2:07:20Speaker 9: more than any president. Tell him that it was always
- 2:07:22Speaker 9: Andrew Jackson. They said was the one who was most abused.
- 2:07:28Speaker 9: Andrew Jackson. He was a good president, and he was
- 2:07:32Speaker 9: a great general, but he was a good president too.
- 2:07:34Speaker 9: He was very abused, so much so that his wife
- 2:07:37Speaker 9: died very very young, and she died because of heartache
- 2:07:42Speaker 9: of what he went through and what they went through.
- 2:07:44Speaker 9: And the second was Abraham Lincoln. But you know, he
- 2:07:46Speaker 9: was in a little thing called the Civil War, right,
- 2:07:50Speaker 9: but he was very badly abused. And now I think
- 2:07:52Speaker 9: they probably say Trump blows him away. If you were
- 2:07:55Speaker 9: an other truth, I think the answer because a lot
- 2:08:01Speaker 9: of people do ask me this question, how do you
- 2:08:02Speaker 9: take it? How do you take it? How do you
- 2:08:04Speaker 9: get up in the morning? They actually say, how do
- 2:08:06Speaker 9: you get up in the morning and go to work?
- 2:08:08Speaker 9: They're always after you. They want to indict you, they
- 2:08:11Speaker 9: want to put you in prison. They were they're animals. Okay,
- 2:08:14Speaker 9: they're animals. They're sick people. I have a guy named
- 2:08:16Speaker 9: I call them deranged Jacksmith. I mean he was put out.
- 2:08:19Speaker 9: There was this was the weaponization of justice, and probably
- 2:08:24Speaker 9: it's the first time it's happened. I don't think I'd
- 2:08:27Speaker 9: be as popular if they if it didn't happen. Okay,
- 2:08:29Speaker 9: because I explain it to the public. It's not pleasant,
- 2:08:33Speaker 9: but explain it to the public. And I said, here's
- 2:08:36Speaker 9: what happened, and they know it's true. They put they
- 2:08:41Speaker 9: go after me to try and hurt me politically so
- 2:08:43Speaker 9: they can beat me in an election. And it's actually
- 2:08:46Speaker 9: had the opposite effect. It's made me more popular. It's
- 2:08:50Speaker 9: actually made me more popular. And just tell you, I
- 2:08:55Speaker 9: try not to think about it the way he phrased
- 2:08:57Speaker 9: the question, I just say, screw it. Whatever happens happens,
- 2:09:03Speaker 9: and do the right thing. You know. I see guys
- 2:09:06Speaker 9: that golf in sports, but they want to drop it
- 2:09:09Speaker 9: three but they try so hard and in the end
- 2:09:13Speaker 9: it's like it's really unattractive. It's and then you watch
- 2:09:19Speaker 9: some other guys like you know, do you ever see
- 2:09:21Speaker 9: Lee Trevino play golf, you know, just loses a goose
- 2:09:24Speaker 9: or some other you know, just being because I try
- 2:09:33Speaker 9: to take it less seriously than I should. I should
- 2:09:36Speaker 9: take it more seriously. But if I do, I don't.
- 2:09:39Speaker 9: If I did that, I don't think I'd be with
- 2:09:41Speaker 9: you guys today. I really I fight very hard, and
- 2:09:45Speaker 9: I'll also fight nasty because you have to because he's
- 2:09:48Speaker 9: are sick people. These actually people. I think a lot
- 2:09:50Speaker 9: of these people are sick, the people that do what
- 2:09:53Speaker 9: Jordan is saying. And he's no fan of theirs either.
- 2:09:55Speaker 9: I can tell you I love him because he's like
- 2:09:59Speaker 9: so many of our people. That's the attitude, the spirit,
- 2:10:02Speaker 9: and this tremendous love. But I try to be very
- 2:10:07Speaker 9: loose and just say it doesn't matter. You got to
- 2:10:11Speaker 9: do what's right. And I get through it pretty easily.
- 2:10:16Speaker 9: I'll tell you. It also helps. I think that it's
- 2:10:19Speaker 9: made me much more popular. I don't know that i'd
- 2:10:21Speaker 9: be this popular. I mean I'm leading. I beat all
- 2:10:23Speaker 9: the Republicans easily, very easily. I mean in record time,
- 2:10:28Speaker 9: right record fashion. And the indictments came, and all the
- 2:10:33Speaker 9: problems came from Biden and Harris. You know, she was
- 2:10:37Speaker 9: a prosecutor. She probably used whatever talent she has, which
- 2:10:40Speaker 9: isn't much, and she would come after me over nothing,
- 2:10:45Speaker 9: over documents that Biden turned out to have a problem,
- 2:10:51Speaker 9: and I won the case and come after me when
- 2:10:54Speaker 9: I explained to the public, and I would have a
- 2:10:56Speaker 9: news conference and I would explain it in great detail,
- 2:11:01Speaker 9: and they would believe me. They understand it's not even
- 2:11:03Speaker 9: a question. Believe it, they would believe me, and but
- 2:11:06Speaker 9: just tell them I really appreciate him because I have
- 2:11:09Speaker 9: so many people that I respect that are just like him.
- 2:11:14Speaker 9: You have to just fight your way through it, and
- 2:11:17Speaker 9: you cannot let it get you down. You have to
- 2:11:20Speaker 9: just fight like hell and don't let it get you down,
- 2:11:23Speaker 9: and try not to take it. It's serious. It's very serious,
- 2:11:26Speaker 9: but try not to take it so serious that you
- 2:11:29Speaker 9: become immobilized. Because I've had friends that have gone through
- 2:11:33Speaker 9: far less and they become basket cases. Uh, and you
- 2:11:38Speaker 9: don't want that to happen.
- 2:11:40Speaker 7: We appreciate your time today. Thank you rank for sitting
- 2:11:42Speaker 7: down with us on very as much as you've been
- 2:11:44Speaker 7: traveling around and stuff like that, taking this hour. We
- 2:11:47Speaker 7: really do appreciate it.
- 2:11:49Speaker 4: A couple of boys found out.
- 2:11:50Speaker 9: If these guys weren't driving me crazy over here, I'd
- 2:11:53Speaker 9: say for another two hours with you guys. Yeah, two
- 2:11:56Speaker 9: interesting guys, and that's why you're doing so well. You're
- 2:11:58Speaker 9: doing great.
- 2:11:59Speaker 7: I appreciate that.
- 2:11:59Speaker 9: My son says, hello, My six foot nine son says, yeah,
- 2:12:04Speaker 9: you guys. Yeah, it's a little told. Yeah business, look
- 2:12:07Speaker 9: at you guys, say, my son stolen than that it's crazy.
- 2:12:10Speaker 9: I have a good time.
- 2:12:11Speaker 7: Well, thank you so much with your life.
- 2:12:13Speaker 9: Thank you as well again sometimes yeah, absolutely, that's great,
- 2:12:17Speaker 9: thank you very much. Thank you.
- 2:12:21Speaker 8: Do we want to
