biggest change in your life? Think about it. Whatever area in your life

has been the biggest change that you've seen, that you've noticed that you've been

told about that. People say, man, you changed. Amen, what

has been the biggest change in your life? And a follow up question to

that is, are you a Christian? Right to me? If there's no

change now, I don't think you have Christ. God changes. God will

I know he would change you. God is able to do exactly what he

said he would do in his word, through his word, because of his

word, in his word. It's just an amazing, amazing thing that God

does. Amen, the life of every single believer who puts that whole faith

and trust in him change. Something happens a man and you start seeing the

fruit of that change in your own life in real time. You don't have

to really force anything when it comes to having this changing, transforming, transforming

life change because of what you have experienced by way of Holy Spirit, through

the Word, and because of the Lord Jesus. We don't have to force

nothing. You just have to be who God called you to be. Fruit

this up. We're gonna be in Galatians, chapter number five, verses twenty

two to twenty six. So a couple of verses there, Coalations chapter five,

of word inspired me to write this book. The Flesh is a monster.

Amen. I wrote this book inspired by Holy Spirit dealing with the flesh issue,

the whole issue of the flesh, and the flesh is a monster.

a constant battle between the flesh and the Spirit of God. The Bible says

they're going to be enemies until Jesus comes for the church, right for the

because since you became a Christian, if you're born again believer, you

know there has to be a change. There had to be a change in

I thank you so much that you have changed the lives of every single one

we have here. Amen. I'm excited to read the scriptures Galatians shot to

five. It's a lot there, Amen, And I go to it often

because yes, I'm human and I need to remind myself what the fruit of

the Spirit is Galatians Shot five twenty two to twenty six. Let's read it.

The Word of Got says, but the fruit of the Spirit. Notice

that there is not fruits, but the fruit of the Spirit. And there's

nine. There's nine fruits, but God's word turns it into one because we

have it all. When you have Holy Spirit, we have this. All

fruit of the Spirit is love. Notice is starts off with love. God

is love. So we have the fruit the Spirit of God. The spirit

is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

gentleness, self control. Count it all up. It's the nine right against

such things. Listen to this. There is no law, not under the

law anyway. We're not under the law, the levitical system anymore anyway,

as born again believe New Covenant Christians, we're no longer under the law.

I know, I get pushed back on this every time I say that,

but it's so many scriptures that say that we're not under the law. We

have the food of the Spirit, right, Yes, and it's the nine

and it starts with what love love. And those who belong to Christ Jesus

have crucified the what the flesh with what where it's passions and desires. Passions

and desires have been crucified. Right if we live by the spirit, let

us also keep in step with the spirit. So we're being led. Let's

we're not going to do. Let us not become conceded provoking one another,

envying one another, because then we're gonna be back in the flesh. And

I know this is a constant thing. I'm not gonna say, Oh,

is what the word says. We have the fruit of the Spirit, and

we have nine attributes, nine connecting attributes or nine connectors of the spirit.

But it starts with love, starts with love, and it ends with self

control. Amen. So we have the power of God, love of God

controlled by the Spirit of God giving us self control. So we have bookends

love self control. And in between the love and self control, we have

the joy of the Lord, which by the way, is our strength.

But peace. Give me peace over any kind of money. You could give

me peace over any kind of money anytime. But the peace of God transcends

all understanding. The world can't understand the peace that we have either. Goodness.

Goodness is a God. Think anytime we do something good and we know

it's for someone else, Amen, that's representing God, the God who is

good, good, the goodness of God. Amen. You ever thought about

it? Man? Why did I do? Why did I do that?

It's it's not my character. I usually want to do that for this person,

that person because God is his goodness. A man is so overflowing in

my life and in your life that you want to do. Good. Faithfulness

something that we need to go back to, and our relationships with the Lord,

with others, and our family, with our spouses, with our children,

with our jobs, and ministry at church with leadership. Faithfulness needs to

be the part of the fruit of the Spirit. That I believe that a

lot of areas in the world have lost this faithfulness gentleness. You know,

we could come to people with a whip like Paul said, or with a

gentle spirit. Have you ever noticed that in your chaotic times in life?

Amen, God still comes with a gentle spirit when we're out of control.

Unfortunately, sometimes that will happen. God still comes with a gentle spirit,

gentleness, and of course self control. Amen. I can't control anybody's response,

but I had to control my own. Amen, I can control my

own actions because they have the self control by way of the fruit of the

Spirit. So I hope you get what I'm saying here a man, the

fruit and the flesh, two different things going on right at the same time.

Right, But we have the Lord and his word on it helping us

through helping us to navigate this what we call life. Have you ever watched

the marching band and men. You know you've seen them. They all dressed

up, they come with the drums and all the instruments and everything in that

band. You notice that it's important for them to stay together. Otherwise it's

going to be sound crazy, first of all, and it's gonna look chaotic.

One person going that way, other boys are gonna be going that way.

It won't be too cool. It won't it be like, not good

for the eyes, it won't sound good or anything. So it's important that

everyone in the band stays in step with one another. They rehearse it and

they know it. Amen, And it looks nice actually when they're doing it

musically though, because I know a little bit about music. Musically, the

band members have different parts to play, right, So in a field in

a field show, they might be walking in different directions, right and making

different formations. But each and every member of the band should be marching to

the beat of the same drum. Shouldn't be doing our own things. And

we're marching with the band of the Lord, the band of brothers and sisters

in Christ. We need to be even though we might be going to different

directions sometimes because we're helping over here, helping over there, doing this missions,

helping in our community. The body, right, we're all over when

we're marching, or we should be marching to the same drum because we have

the fruit of the spirit. Amen, And we should be saying the same

things, not in the same way necessarily because we're all different people, right,

I have a different how do you call it personality? Then your your

personality, but ultimately we have the fruit of the spirit, the nine that

is the fruit of the spirit. It should be marching to the same drum.

Also in a marching mad they should even be on the same foot.

Imagine that unity. You know, left, right, left, a man,

and everybody's going in that direction. If we're all in the narrow road,

right a man, we are going in one direction a man. We're

getting the answers to life's most important questions. Origin. Where do we come

from? God's word says in the beginning, God created that happens in the

earth, Meaning now that we know where we came from, what does that

mean? Morality? This is huge right now, especially in our culture.

Everybody has their own truth, but morality says God says what's right and what's

wrong. What's good and what's evil? Morality? Now we have all of

that. Those questions are being answered through the scriptures. And then we have

destiny. Where do we go when it's all said and done. A man

will marching to the same drum, and we're step keeping a step with the

spirit, keeping a step with one another by way of Holy Spirit. We

know where we're headed. We have a destiny, Amen, and we're going

to ahead in that destination. And we're not going to turn around and turn

back. Amen. We keep on moving forward. So when you see that

marching man, it's for hers, yes, Amen. But it looks so

good and it sounds so good because they're keeping a step with one another.

How much more important it is that we keeping step with the spirit of God

Holy Spirit. And we see a body that's functioning, Jesus Christ, being

ahead, and we're the body and we're moving forward in victory. We don't

lose, Amen, We don't lose. We win because we have the answers

to the four most important questions. Amen. Origin, where we came from?

Meaning now it doesn't mean that. What does it mean now that we

know where we came from? Amen? We are created in the image of

God, morality. How do we know what's good and what's wrong? Good

or good or what's evil? Right or what's wrong? And then we know

where we're going. Amen. And that'll spark up any conversation in your life

and in my life with anybody who's willing to listen to what the Spirit of

in directions. If we're being led by the spirit, we're going to get

the benefits of being led by a holy spirit. God keeping step with the

spirit. But what does that mean or what does he mean by that?

Let's think about it. If you look at the context, we remember that

Paul has been explaining how Christ has set us free from the law and I

want to go down here, but these are notes. We're set free from

the law. You want to follow the Tank commandments, go ahead, and

I'm going to follow the two commandments that Jesus said that that really sums up

the law. Love God with everything you have, mind, body, soul,

strength, everything you have. And love your neighbor like you love yourself.

I'm gonna concentrate on those two. You could if some people want to

try the Tank commandments, Amen, you could get ahead and do that.

But the beautiful thing about having Holy Spirit God in us is that he never

broke the commandments. Amen. And Jesus said, is too that fulfills all

the law and the profits. So what are you going to do? Follow

the try to follow the ten or follow the two, because technically, if

you take one law out and try to follow that law, you should now

open the door for all the laws to follow. Again. Amen, tithing

tithings. I believe that's the law. Right, we'll take that, we'll

bring it into the New Covenant Church and follow that law, and then we'll

dismiss everything else. But the beauty of the Spirit says that we are going

to give out of the abundance or out of the lack that we have monetarily,

but we have what we purposed in our mind. The Scripture says to

give, and it's going to be more than a ten Usually it'd be more

than ten percent. But if you want to go by the law of the

tenth, then you're gonna always have in your mind. I got to give

ten percent of one hundred bucks, I have to give a ten percent ten

percent. So now you're trying to abide by a law. And where Paul

clearly says that Christ has set us free from the law, the law does

not have the power to save us, doesn't have the power to save you,

doesn't have the power to save me. So I would rather be in

the fruit of the spirit, walking in that way, knowing who saved me.

It wasn't the letter of the law, wasn't the law. It was

the Lord of the Law. Amen, the Lord God Almighty, through the

Lord Jesus. The Lord does not have the power to save us. Only

faith in Christ, his gracious work on the Cross saves us on our behalf.

You look at Galatians five thirteen. If you back up a little bit,

we see where it says about the works of the flesh. Amen.

Again, that's where where this book came from. Because sometimes you know,

you get tired of like being, You get tired of the flesh trying to

dominate your life, my life, Amen. And I got tired of it,

and I was like, I know, I know, I know.

I'm not the only one that's dealing with it. As a matter of fact,

everyone who is alive, who has a pulse, who has a mind,

who has a soul right is struggling or has some areas of the flesh

that try to come back. Often the beautiful thing about being born again is

that Jesus, the Lord, Amen, My Lord, my Savior. Amen.

He saved my soul, not my flesh. And I don't think he's

saving my spirit. Amen's spirit is always willing. The flesh is always weak.

But the soul is where we have a will, emotions, we make

our decisions. God transformed our souls. Amen. He's a soul winner,

a man, the ultimate soul winner, the Lord Jesus. See if I

A call to freedom brothers only, do not use your freedom as an

opportunity for the flesh, but through love, serve one another. So we're

Holy Spirit. God. It is possible to have a day without sin,

without letting, allowing flesh to overcome our mind, will and emotions. Possible.

How do I know? Because the Word says it. I don't have

to do nothing outside of what the Word says I could do. Think about

it. So, if you're in service until the Lord, who is holy,

right, righteous, just forgiving, right, loving, then we should

just walk with him, walk by him, walk by his principles. His

principles stand whether or not I believe in it, or you believe it or

not. His principles remain and they stand. Amen. And the Spirit of

God will give us these nine things that we just read right, Love,

long suffering, peace, self control, gentleness, the whole nine. Right,

I call it the whole nine. He gives it to us, and

we could live by that way. We shouldn't use our new found freedom in

Christ to gratify our sinple fleshly desires. So we have the fruit, and

we have the flesh fruit and the flesh. How are we going to live?

Amen, it's dependent on what are you feeding. If you live by

the flesh, you will reap the fruit of the flesh, or the fruits

of the flesh. You live by the spirit, you will reap the fruit

which contains nine in there of the spirit. Living by the fruit of the

Spirit, Amen, will give you joy, peace, all of it.

And you'll have this fulfillment in your life, the satisfaction in your life.

And you'll know what you know that that you know it's true because you'll be

action living in the truth, not living in a lie. You'll actually be

living in the light, not in darkness. Right, apart from Christ,

we are enslaved to sin. We are in We are slaves to the flesh.

Apart from Christ, that's the works of the flesh. Unfortunately, all

these things come very natural to us. Living by the flesh is easy,

doing whatever you want to do, whatever the flesh wants to do, whatever

it tastes good, smells good, looks good, feels good. You couldn't

want to do automatically. But living by the spirit overcomes all of that,

those evil, sinful desires, and then you can live in holiness, which

is a greater place to be. Overcoming is so much greater than being overcome

right when you're over When you're an overcomer, you don't have to submit to

the things that always come to try to take you out by way of this

flesh. Right. So yeah, I might visit this again. It's a
