Originally from New Jersey, Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton, OH in 1986. He worked the next 9 years with a large Wall Street law firm and with a CPA firm in New York and the Virgin Islands before relocating with his wife and children to San Francisco. Tom has been with RINA since 2002; he is currently a Tax Stockholder, Chairman of the Board and Head of the firm's International Tax Practice.
