Lions Battle Miners in Five-Set Thriller | Joplin News
The MSSU volleyball Lions gave it their all in a five-set thriller against Missouri S&T, taking the first set thanks to clutch plays and an ace from Ashlee Chavez—but the Miners bounced back to claim sets two, four, and five. Despite standout efforts from Ella Breazeale, Kasey Goldberg, and Addysen Alvis, the Lions fell short on the court. They’ll look to rebound this Friday when they host Northwestern Oklahoma State at 7 PM. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
