- 6:34Speaker 7: got a big show today. We're gonna talk NFL free agency. Well,
- 6:38Speaker 7: actually we're gonna do that next week. This week we're
- 6:40Speaker 7: gonna talk running backs for fantasy. We've got NBA free agents,
- 6:44Speaker 7: we got NHL free agents, We've got NASCAR races this
- 6:48Speaker 7: weekend in Chicago, What a time it was. We've got
- 6:52Speaker 7: aw all in wwnxt WW Saturday it's main event, and
- 6:56Speaker 7: WWE Evolution this weekend Saturday and Sunday, crazy thing. And
- 7:02Speaker 7: then of course we've got forty rules that you didn't
- 7:05Speaker 7: know about American Idol. I'm gonna go over some of
- 7:07Speaker 7: those with you today. So let's get it and hit
- 7:10Speaker 7: it to it. Let's talk about some free agents or
- 7:15Speaker 7: not free agis. Let's talk about some people in running
- 7:19Speaker 7: backs for fantasy football this year. Let's talk about all right,
- 7:24Speaker 7: So here we go with some NFL fantasy mock draft stuff. Well,
- 7:29Speaker 7: we're not doing a mock draft. But here are the
- 7:33Speaker 7: stars of who you should get and we'll go down
- 7:37Speaker 7: the tiers. Okay, so tier one, these are guys that
- 7:40Speaker 7: you should aim for with your first five picks if
- 7:44Speaker 7: you're gonna go running back first. Saquon Barkley obviously number one.
- 7:48Speaker 7: His bye week is week number nine. He is definitely
- 7:51Speaker 7: a good one to get. Saquon Barkley was the MVP
- 7:54Speaker 7: last year. He's an amazing running back. Definitely deserve that.
- 7:59Speaker 7: Let's see Jehan Robinson from Atlanta with a bye week
- 8:03Speaker 7: of week five, Jamir Gibbs add number three for Detroit
- 8:07Speaker 7: bye week and number eight and number four and Tier
- 8:10Speaker 7: one is Dereck Henry from Baltimore. All these guys are
- 8:15Speaker 7: perfect for your first round fantasy drafts. If you're gonna
- 8:20Speaker 7: go running back right away, you know everybody goes different.
- 8:23Speaker 7: Some go running back, some go ride receiver, some go quarterback.
- 8:27Speaker 7: Most people go either QB or running back first. Running
- 8:31Speaker 7: back can actually give you the most point stuff you
- 8:33Speaker 7: think about it, depending on your lead. Let's see Tier two,
- 8:39Speaker 7: number five, Ashtra genty from Las Vegas with a bye
- 8:43Speaker 7: week of eight. I think Genti's a little too new
- 8:47Speaker 7: to be that high. Up. I don't know. That's a
- 8:51Speaker 7: little I don't know if I agree with that one. Well,
- 8:53Speaker 7: we'll see what happens. Taylor from Indianapolis add number six,
- 8:59Speaker 7: that's on eleven bye week. Christian McCaffrey coming out of
- 9:03Speaker 7: an injury. He's number seven. Jacobs from Green Bay at
- 9:09Speaker 7: number eight a con and number nine Irving at number ten.
- 9:16Speaker 7: They got bye weeks A twelve and nine respectively. Tier three.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Williams from the Rams coming in number eleven, James Cook
- 9:25Speaker 7: from Buffalo coming in number twelve. We got Brown from
- 9:29Speaker 7: Cincinnati coming in thirteen. We got Haul from the Jets
- 9:34Speaker 7: coming in fourteen. Now with Justin Field's there, his running
- 9:38Speaker 7: could cut down depending on how much feels runs. So
- 9:43Speaker 7: just a little fyi out there. Walker the third from
- 9:46Speaker 7: Seattle comes in at number fifteen on the list, and
- 9:49Speaker 7: Hubbard comes in number sixteen on the list with a
- 9:53Speaker 7: bye week of fourteen from Carolina. That is your top
- 9:59Speaker 7: three tiers. Let's look at one more tier. We're not
- 10:03Speaker 7: gonna go every tier because there's a lot of tiers here.
- 10:05Speaker 7: We're just gonna go the top five tiers. Let me see,
- 10:15Speaker 7: so Tier four, this is the last tier we're gonna do.
- 10:19Speaker 7: We're gonna go with the top thirty running backs. So
- 10:22Speaker 7: you got Connor from Arizona at number seventeen by week
- 10:25Speaker 7: number eight. You got Joe Mixon at eighteen from Houston,
- 10:30Speaker 7: number six by week or number six week by week.
- 10:33Speaker 7: You got Alvin Kamara number nineteen. Man, how he's fallen
- 10:39Speaker 7: from this list because I remember a few years ago
- 10:40Speaker 7: he was in the top ten. That's crazy. He's gotten
- 10:44Speaker 7: a week eleven by week. Let's see Hampton from the
- 10:48Speaker 7: Chargers at number twelve, David Montgomery from Detroit at number
- 10:53Speaker 7: eight twenty one with a week eight by week. This
- 11:01Speaker 7: cannot be true. I'm gonna have to hold on. I
- 11:05Speaker 7: have to check that out. Let's see DeAndre Swift from
- 11:09Speaker 7: Chicago number twenty two with a bye week of five.
- 11:13Speaker 7: Twenty three is RJ. Harvey and number twelve bye week
- 11:17Speaker 7: twelve at number twenty three, Judkins from Cleveland at number
- 11:21Speaker 7: twenty four, Henderson from New England at number twenty five,
- 11:27Speaker 7: Johnson from Pittsburgh at number twenty six, Jones Senior from
- 11:32Speaker 7: Minnesota at number twenty seven, Tony Poller from Tennessee at
- 11:36Speaker 7: number twenty eight, Pachenko from Kansas City at number twenty
- 11:42Speaker 7: nine and Robinson Junior at number thirty. So those are
- 11:49Speaker 7: your top thirty running backs and if you should draft
- 11:52Speaker 7: him or not, obviously number one through ten our must.
- 11:58Speaker 7: Everything below that is based on what you need to
- 12:02Speaker 7: fill in your draft later on. So next week we're
- 12:05Speaker 7: gonna talk wide receivers. We'll go a little more in
- 12:07Speaker 7: depth with wide receivers to see where everybody's at with that,
- 12:11Speaker 7: and let's move on. So all right, let's talk NBA.
- 12:17Speaker 7: There is some crazy, crazy news going on with Lebron.
- 12:21Speaker 7: He could be out of LA very soon. Well, possibly
- 12:25Speaker 7: still in LA but now with the Lakers. There are
- 12:27Speaker 7: rumors going around that he could end up being a Clipper,
- 12:34Speaker 7: but there's also rumors that he could be going to
- 12:39Speaker 7: the Golden State Warriors. Lebron just sign signed back with
- 12:45Speaker 7: the Lakers. He took his player option. Now the reason
- 12:52Speaker 7: a lot of people say, well, why would he do that,
- 12:56Speaker 7: because in free agency, Lebron is not going to get
- 13:00Speaker 7: what he is going to get with the Lakers. It's
- 13:03Speaker 7: just not gonna happen. Okay, Because it was a player option,
- 13:07Speaker 7: the team has no choice. They had to keep them
- 13:10Speaker 7: because he wanted to stay. Had he went free agency
- 13:13Speaker 7: teams would have paid him a lot less. Lebron is
- 13:16Speaker 7: not Lebron anymore. Obviously, he's in his forties. He is
- 13:19Speaker 7: not as good as he once was, and everyone knows
- 13:23Speaker 7: that he's just not that superstar that's gonna lead you
- 13:25Speaker 7: by himself to a championship. I don't know if he
- 13:28Speaker 7: ever really was that guy. That's why he had to
- 13:31Speaker 7: always go to teams that had stack rosters for him.
- 13:34Speaker 7: He basically told Lakers, you either give me a team
- 13:36Speaker 7: that could compete for a championship or I'm gone. Well,
- 13:40Speaker 7: looks like they're not gonna get anybody that big because
- 13:42Speaker 7: I'm looking right now, I don't see a lot of
- 13:46Speaker 7: people that are that big that are gonna go to LA.
- 13:53Speaker 7: So it looks like Lebron is mostly to be traded.
- 13:57Speaker 7: Here's a new blackbuster, three team trade for that would
- 14:01Speaker 7: send Lebron to the Clippers. This is by Sports Illustrated too,
- 14:04Speaker 7: so it's a legit source. All right. So let's see
- 14:10Speaker 7: if it tells us that actual trade. I don't see
- 14:21Speaker 7: the actual trade. Oh, here we go. It will be
- 14:25Speaker 7: a three team trade. The Atlanta Hawks would receive Derek
- 14:28Speaker 7: Jones Junior Clippers would have received Lebron James, and the
- 14:31Speaker 7: Lakers would get Ezika Zubik and bogged In Bogdanovic. So
- 14:39Speaker 7: let's be what the Lakers would get. You're not gonna
- 14:41Speaker 7: get a superstar for Lebron anymore. It's just not gonna happen.
- 14:45Speaker 7: Lebron does not give you that superstar quality that you
- 14:50Speaker 7: would have gotten before, where it would have took like
- 14:52Speaker 7: a blockbuster trade to get them. It's not gonna happen anymore.
- 14:55Speaker 7: There's also a way that in twenty twenty six, Lebron
- 15:00Speaker 7: go join Steph Curry on what could be Curry and
- 15:04Speaker 7: Lebron's final season together and have that make a run
- 15:07Speaker 7: out of title. So we'll see what happens. But I'm
- 15:12Speaker 7: pretty sure that a lot of these players at this point,
- 15:20Speaker 7: I just think that you're gonna see a little shifting
- 15:23Speaker 7: going on right now. We'll see how long that lasts for.
- 15:27Speaker 7: But I think that right now, I think that Lebron
- 15:30Speaker 7: should just stay put in La with Bronni. He forced
- 15:33Speaker 7: Bronni to go go out of college early to play
- 15:36Speaker 7: with him. Now he's gonna abandon his son in LA
- 15:38Speaker 7: for now and just go play somewhere else. That's just
- 15:41Speaker 7: kind of to be that shitty as a father to
- 15:44Speaker 7: do that to your son, especially because your son is
- 15:47Speaker 7: an even NBA quality right now. So yeah, no, I
- 15:51Speaker 7: think that's wrong. But Lebron's gonna Lebron, and he's gonna
- 15:54Speaker 7: do what he wants. Because I feel he's a selfish guy.
- 15:57Speaker 7: I'd be free agency. There's still a lot of people
- 16:02Speaker 7: that are out there, but none of them are big,
- 16:05Speaker 7: huge names. I mean, Chris Paul is forty, He's not
- 16:08Speaker 7: the big name that he once was anymore. You know,
- 16:11Speaker 7: everything is doing that. Damian Lillard's still out there, Chris Paul,
- 16:18Speaker 7: Jonathan Comunga, Quintin Grimes, They're still out there waiting on contracts.
- 16:25Speaker 7: Oklahoma City signed Jalen Williams to a MAX extension that
- 16:28Speaker 7: could wind up paying him two hundred and eighty seven million.
- 16:31Speaker 7: The move assures the team will keep its young core
- 16:33Speaker 7: together after winning its first title. In addition to Williams,
- 16:36Speaker 7: a Thunder have also signed Shay Glegorious, Alexander who has
- 16:41Speaker 7: a birthday this weekend, and chet Holgram to massive new
- 16:45Speaker 7: deals this offseason. So they are I think Oklahoma City
- 16:50Speaker 7: is gonna make a run for that second straight title
- 16:52Speaker 7: next year, and they're gonna make a good run. NBA
- 16:56Speaker 7: free agency opened up June thirtieth. The NBA's officially set
- 16:59Speaker 7: up salary cap to one hundred and fifty four zero
- 17:02Speaker 7: point sixty four to seven million for the season. That's
- 17:06Speaker 7: a ten percent jump from last year, which was the
- 17:09Speaker 7: expected jump. Jaron Jackson on the Grizzlies agreed on a
- 17:12Speaker 7: five year deal two hundred and forty million dollar extension
- 17:16Speaker 7: for the Max and Nuggets traded Michael Porter Junior to
- 17:19Speaker 7: the Nets in exchange for Cam Johnson. Dorian Finney Smith
- 17:23Speaker 7: agreed to a deal with the Rockets. Ti Jerome and
- 17:26Speaker 7: the Grizzlies agreed on a three year contract, and the
- 17:28Speaker 7: Mavericks struck a two year deal with point guard di
- 17:30Speaker 7: Angelo Russell. So that's pretty big elsewhere. Lebron James, of
- 17:35Speaker 7: course everyone knows, picked up his deal to stay with
- 17:38Speaker 7: LA and now he could end up getting traded. And
- 17:41Speaker 7: of course the Phoenix Suns have traded superstar Kevin Durant
- 17:48Speaker 7: and the Houston Rockets for Jalen Green. That happened last
- 17:51Speaker 7: week after we went off the air. Boston Celtics also
- 17:54Speaker 7: began a refresh by trading Drew Holliday to Portland for
- 17:58Speaker 7: Christaps porsingis to the Atlanta Hawks. So there you go.
- 18:05Speaker 7: You know, nothing major going on. We'll look next year.
- 18:08Speaker 7: Some of the big players still for grabs. Jonathan Cominga,
- 18:12Speaker 7: Quinton Grimes, Al Horford, Chris Paul, Damian Lillard, Josh Giddy
- 18:17Speaker 7: still at the bull Cam Thomas and Malcolm brogdon As
- 18:22Speaker 7: are all free agents, so we'll see where they end
- 18:25Speaker 7: up in what they do now. Giddy is a restricted
- 18:29Speaker 7: free agent, so no one can sign him unless the
- 18:32Speaker 7: Bulls match that contract and see what happens. So the
- 18:36Speaker 7: Bulls could always see what he's worth and then give
- 18:39Speaker 7: him the same or a little more to keep him
- 18:41Speaker 7: in Chicago. So we'll see where he ends up. We'll
- 18:44Speaker 7: see if he stays with the Bulls. I hope he does.
- 18:45Speaker 7: I want to yell Giddy up another year. I'm excited
- 18:48Speaker 7: for him. I think he was a good player. Surprised
- 18:50Speaker 7: the Bulls are waiting, But then again, you know, they
- 18:53Speaker 7: don't have the best They really don't. They don't have
- 18:57Speaker 7: the best management in the world, and this has always
- 19:00Speaker 7: been a bugaboo of all Chicago teams. So we'll see
- 19:04Speaker 7: what happens. All right, So let's see. Here's the NHL. See,
- 19:16Speaker 7: I'm not a big NHL guy, so let's go over
- 19:18Speaker 7: the top ten best contract signed so far from the AHL.
- 19:23Speaker 7: I'm not gonna go player for player because I really
- 19:25Speaker 7: don't know them enough for that and I usually end
- 19:28Speaker 7: up demolishing their names. Okay, So let's see these are
- 19:33Speaker 7: the top contract signed so far in free agency this year.
- 19:36Speaker 7: Mitch Marner from the Vegas Golden Knights signed a twelve
- 19:39Speaker 7: million dollar eight year contract. Eight years. That's a long
- 19:45Speaker 7: ass time. Holy crap, that's nuts. Pious Suitor signed with
- 19:51Speaker 7: the Saint Louis Blues for a four point one two
- 19:54Speaker 7: five million dollar contract for two years. Let's see. Nicolage
- 20:01Speaker 7: Ellers from the Carolina Hurricanes signed a six year, eight
- 20:05Speaker 7: point five million dollar deal. That doesn't seem like a
- 20:08Speaker 7: lot of money. For six years, eight and a half
- 20:10Speaker 7: million dollars, you have to divide that up by six years.
- 20:14Speaker 7: It's really not a lot. He must be pretty new
- 20:17Speaker 7: in the league. He says he's twenty nine, so not
- 20:20Speaker 7: that new. Brett Burns from the Colorado Avalanche signed a
- 20:24Speaker 7: one year, one million dollar deal plus performance bonuses. I
- 20:28Speaker 7: think a lot of players should get contracts like that
- 20:30Speaker 7: in all sports. That's to me, is a good idea,
- 20:33Speaker 7: especially guys coming off injuries. Jake Allen, New Jersey Devils
- 20:39Speaker 7: signed a one point eight million dollar five year contract. Boy,
- 20:42Speaker 7: I'm telling these contracts of the NHL are not that big.
- 20:46Speaker 7: What is this? Garvakakoff from the New York Rangers signed
- 20:51Speaker 7: a seven million, seven year deal, So a million a year.
- 20:55Speaker 7: It really doesn't seem like a lot compared to what
- 20:57Speaker 7: your NBA and NFL players. Yet, let's see Jeff Petrie
- 21:02Speaker 7: from Florida Panthers signed a seven hundred and seventy five
- 21:05Speaker 7: thousand deal for one year plus performance bonuses, something that,
- 21:11Speaker 7: like I said, the NFL and NBA should do. Says
- 21:17Speaker 7: his two year run with the Red Wings was a
- 21:19Speaker 7: rough ride. He was a shadow of the top four
- 21:22Speaker 7: study had been for most of his prime, but he's declining.
- 21:26Speaker 7: So see, there you go. He signs, he gets guaranteed
- 21:30Speaker 7: seven hundred and seventy five thousand dollars for one year,
- 21:33Speaker 7: and he gets performance bonuses if he does something. He's
- 21:36Speaker 7: thirty seven. Some of these guys that are older should
- 21:38Speaker 7: have to do performance bonuses. I think Lebron should do one.
- 21:43Speaker 7: Brock Bosner from the Vancouver Canucks signed a seven point
- 21:46Speaker 7: twenty five million dollar deal for seven years. Andrew magno
- 21:52Speaker 7: a pine from Edmonton Oilers signed a two year, three
- 21:56Speaker 7: point six million dollar deal. These are the best contract
- 22:01Speaker 7: Nick judd stand from the Saint Louis Blues signed a
- 22:04Speaker 7: one hundred or one point seven million dollar deal for
- 22:08Speaker 7: two years. Divide that up. That's less than a million
- 22:11Speaker 7: a year and that's it for those So those were
- 22:15Speaker 7: considered the ten best contract signs so far. That's kind
- 22:19Speaker 7: of crazy. And here, as of a day ago, here's
- 22:22Speaker 7: the top ten free agents still remaining on the board.
- 22:28Speaker 7: Number ten John Murrill a defenseman. Kevin LeBlanc a right winger.
- 22:33Speaker 7: At number nine. Number eight is Joel Kirk Cravronca Ronta
- 22:40Speaker 7: the left wing. Let's see number seven Nikolai Colevnko, a
- 22:46Speaker 7: right wing player. Number six Michael Carcone left and a
- 22:52Speaker 7: right wing. He could play either side. Number five Mix
- 22:57Speaker 7: Peccarati left and right wing. Number four Matt Grulalik a defenseman.
- 23:05Speaker 7: Number three Jeff Skinner right winger. Number two Victor o
- 23:11Speaker 7: left Sun a left and right wing, and the number
- 23:14Speaker 7: one free agent still left out there is Jack Roslovik,
- 23:18Speaker 7: a center and right wing. So there you go. Those
- 23:21Speaker 7: are your top players still out there for the NL.
- 23:25Speaker 7: Will they sign somewhere? We're gonna have to find out.
- 23:29Speaker 7: All right, let's go into some wrestling. We got a
- 23:32Speaker 7: lot to cover here. I'm gonna go over the list
- 23:34Speaker 7: of matches for every single event coming up this weekend.
- 23:39Speaker 7: And there's four big ones I'm not doing. I think
- 23:42Speaker 7: TNA is doing something too, but I'm not sure one day,
- 23:44Speaker 7: so I'm not gonna go over that. We're just gonna
- 23:46Speaker 7: go over the other four. And let's see where they're at,
- 23:49Speaker 7: all right. So here we go. And Saturday and Sunday
- 23:52Speaker 7: is gonna be days full of WWE and AW, especially WWE.
- 23:57Speaker 7: There is three main events going on this weekend for
- 24:00Speaker 7: WWE and of course one for AW. So let's go
- 24:05Speaker 7: over AW. First. Aw all In is this weekend and
- 24:10Speaker 7: here we go. Wow, it's gonna be emanating from the
- 24:19Speaker 7: Texas Rangers Globelife Field and here we go. So here's
- 24:24Speaker 7: the list of matches and let's see this is the
- 24:28Speaker 7: projected match card order. Now there. They've been wrong before,
- 24:33Speaker 7: so I mean they were wrong with money in the Bak,
- 24:36Speaker 7: so we'll see Swerves, Strickland and Willow Spray versus the
- 24:40Speaker 7: Young Bucks, the Woman's Casino Goblin Match. So if you
- 24:44Speaker 7: watch AW, you'll know the Gauntlet match is just like
- 24:47Speaker 7: a bunch of different people and there's usually a wild
- 24:50Speaker 7: card of somebody either returning or somebody coming in for
- 24:53Speaker 7: the first time from usually WWE to Shock to crowd,
- 24:59Speaker 7: and then after that they get played out. No one cares.
- 25:02Speaker 7: Let's see then the TNT Championship Adam Cole Baybey versus
- 25:07Speaker 7: Kyle Fletcher, the AW World Tag Team Championship, the Hurt
- 25:12Speaker 7: Syndicate Bobby Lashley and Sulton and Shelton Benjamin the Champions
- 25:16Speaker 7: versus the Patriarchy of Christian Cage and Nick Wayne versus
- 25:20Speaker 7: Jet Speed Speedball Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight. So it's
- 25:24Speaker 7: a triple threat for the AW World Tag Team Championship.
- 25:28Speaker 7: Then they got the Men's Casino Gotlin Match, AW Unified Championship,
- 25:33Speaker 7: Kenny Omega versus Kachu Okatta, AW Woman's World Championship Match,
- 25:42Speaker 7: Tony Storm Champion versus Mercedes Monet aka Sasha Banks. And
- 25:48Speaker 7: then of course the big one, the AW World Championship,
- 25:52Speaker 7: Texas Death Match, John Moxley Champion versus Hangman Adam Page.
- 25:58Speaker 7: So that's ww ALL or aw ALL in this weekend
- 26:04Speaker 7: es AWWE because there's a ton on there tomorrow. It
- 26:09Speaker 7: starts at three pm Eastern. The Zero Hour pre show
- 26:16Speaker 7: starts at one pm Eastern. It's gonna be an early one.
- 26:19Speaker 7: They're doing an early one this week, so definitely check
- 26:22Speaker 7: that out. It's a daytime pay per view for aw
- 26:26Speaker 7: which is weird. So we're done with that one. Now
- 26:29Speaker 7: let's go into of course, at XT Great American Bash.
- 26:39Speaker 7: So let's talk about that one and see what matches
- 26:42Speaker 7: they have for that. All right, now, this is gonna
- 26:50Speaker 7: be going on, I believe at the same time. Oh wait,
- 27:00Speaker 7: hay according to this, Oh that's the UK time. Why
- 27:11Speaker 7: is it so early in the morning. Oh my god,
- 27:13Speaker 7: it's seven am. It's gonna be on at six am.
- 27:20Speaker 7: That's insane. Where are they from? All right, well, let's
- 27:27Speaker 7: go into the matches. Yeah, it's gonna be an early
- 27:30Speaker 7: morning event. So let's go into the matches. Here we
- 27:33Speaker 7: go the NXT Championship, Obi Femi the champion versus Yokashi
- 27:40Speaker 7: and Amira with Josh Briggs. The NXT North American Championship
- 27:45Speaker 7: False Count Anywhere match Ethan Page the Champion versus Ricky Saints.
- 27:49Speaker 7: Two former aw stars are going at it. The Fatal Influence.
- 27:55Speaker 7: You've got j C Jaane and Fall and Henley would
- 28:00Speaker 7: Jasmin Knicks take you on, Jordan Grace and Blake Monroe.
- 28:07Speaker 7: NXT Woman's North American Championship, Soul Ruka Champion versus is
- 28:12Speaker 7: He Dame. That's gonna be a good one. And then
- 28:17Speaker 7: of course the last one too is going to be
- 28:20Speaker 7: Jevin or Jayvon Evans versus Jasper Troy. So pretty decent card.
- 28:28Speaker 7: It's in Atlanta, Georgia. It can't be. It can't be
- 28:33Speaker 7: that early in the morning. That's weird. That's crazy, al right,
- 28:38Speaker 7: So that's the event for then then of course we've
- 28:41Speaker 7: got Saturday night's main event. There's another big one. This
- 28:47Speaker 7: is going to be a big one. I'm not gonna
- 28:49Speaker 7: watch it, and I'm not gonna see any of this
- 28:51Speaker 7: this weekend. I'm gonna have to watch them later on
- 28:55Speaker 7: because I'm not gonna be home Saturday. And then I
- 28:58Speaker 7: work against Sunday because I am working for Amazon and
- 29:01Speaker 7: this is our big prime sale that ends today. Finally,
- 29:05Speaker 7: but here's the final predictions. The match card for Okay,
- 29:12Speaker 7: Great American Bash happens Saturday at three pm Eastern Time.
- 29:15Speaker 7: I was gonna say, it's not gonna be that late,
- 29:18Speaker 7: all right, So let's go over the final two cards.
- 29:21Speaker 7: Saturday Night's main event seth Rollins versus La Night, Randy
- 29:26Speaker 7: Orton versus Drew Megatyre, and Goother puts his World heavyweight
- 29:30Speaker 7: title on the line against Goldberg in the main event.
- 29:33Speaker 7: Remember this is only a two hour show. There's gonna
- 29:36Speaker 7: be some talking. They'll probably have a few other matches,
- 29:38Speaker 7: but these matches are gonna let them go a little while.
- 29:41Speaker 7: I don't know how long. Goother and Goldberg is gonna
- 29:43Speaker 7: go for because Goldberg can't do long matches anymore. But
- 29:46Speaker 7: we'll see, so we'll see what happens there. And then
- 29:51Speaker 7: of course Sunday, the big weekend ends with WWE Evolution two.
- 29:57Speaker 7: We've got here we go. Here's a match card. We
- 30:01Speaker 7: got j c Jaane versus Jordan Grace for the NXT
- 30:04Speaker 7: Women's Championship. Jade Cargill takes on Naomi and a no
- 30:08Speaker 7: holds barred match. The Queen of the Ring. Jade Cargill
- 30:13Speaker 7: versus Naomi the Money and the bank winner Battle Royal
- 30:17Speaker 7: for the world title shot at Clash in Paris. This
- 30:20Speaker 7: it's gonna be a women's Battle Royal for that, rock
- 30:23Speaker 7: Kelrodriguez and Roxane Perez will put their titles on the
- 30:28Speaker 7: line versus Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss Very Weird Team
- 30:33Speaker 7: and Soul Ruka and Zaria and the Kabookie Warriors in
- 30:38Speaker 7: a fatal four way for the Women's Tag Team Championship.
- 30:42Speaker 7: Becky Lynch versus Bailey versus Lyra for the Women's Inner
- 30:46Speaker 7: Continental Championship. And then it's gonna be Tiffy Time, Tiffany
- 30:51Speaker 7: Strand versus Trish. I think that's a dream match, and
- 30:53Speaker 7: I think a lot of people want to see it.
- 30:55Speaker 7: I know I do. That's for the Women's ww Championship.
- 30:58Speaker 7: And then of course Sky challenged Real Ripley. Even though
- 31:02Speaker 7: EO Ski is the Woman's World Champion, she challenged Real
- 31:06Speaker 7: Ripley and said, I want to face you at Evolution,
- 31:09Speaker 7: So they're gonna face each other. So it's gonna be
- 31:11Speaker 7: a good one. It'll be a decent weekend full of wrestling,
- 31:17Speaker 7: so make sure you check it out. It starts with
- 31:19Speaker 7: w all in and NXT on Saturday, then he has
- 31:23Speaker 7: Saturay Night's Made Event at night, and then ww Evolution
- 31:27Speaker 7: on Sundays. So I noticed for Saturay Night's main event
- 31:30Speaker 7: they did not list any women, so most likely there
- 31:34Speaker 7: will be no women's matches because all those women are
- 31:36Speaker 7: going to get ready for the next night. And I
- 31:38Speaker 7: think it's all in Atlanta, right, this is the whole
- 31:41Speaker 7: weekend out there for WW. I think it is. I
- 31:45Speaker 7: know NXT, Great American Bash and Saturay Night's Made Event.
- 31:48Speaker 7: I believe our and I think Evolution is too. So
- 31:52Speaker 7: that's crazy. But what a weekend it's gonna be. If
- 31:54Speaker 7: you're a wrestling fan in general, make sure you check
- 31:57Speaker 7: it all out. I mean, I've watched AW not a
- 32:00Speaker 7: huge fan of it, but I'll watch it once in
- 32:02Speaker 7: a while. I kind of keep up with it here
- 32:03Speaker 7: and there. All right, let's move on to NASCAR. NASCAR
- 32:08Speaker 7: had a huge race this weekend. It was in Chicago
- 32:12Speaker 7: this weekend. It's gonna be in Sonoda, I think it is.
- 32:15Speaker 7: It's another street race, but the Chicago one was won
- 32:19Speaker 7: by my boy. And the reason I say my boy
- 32:22Speaker 7: is because I met him last week on Friday, I
- 32:25Speaker 7: didn't tell anybody this because my show is already over.
- 32:28Speaker 7: But last Friday I was driving to go get my
- 32:33Speaker 7: admissions test done, which I didn't even know I needed.
- 32:36Speaker 7: So this is all last minute. I would have never
- 32:38Speaker 7: knew about any of this had it not been for
- 32:41Speaker 7: me having to do it. But yeah, So what happened
- 32:45Speaker 7: was I was driving with my kids and we were
- 32:47Speaker 7: going to get the admissions test done, and I was
- 32:52Speaker 7: driving past weather Tech in bowling Brook, where around where
- 32:57Speaker 7: I live, and it was crazy. So I'm driving past.
- 33:03Speaker 7: On the big screen said meet Shane van ginsburg I
- 33:08Speaker 7: think it is how you say his name, and Connor
- 33:11Speaker 7: Zilch from two to four pm on Friday, and I'm like, shoot,
- 33:15Speaker 7: it's Friday. So we go and get the Ambisius test done.
- 33:18Speaker 7: On the way back, I say, kids, we're going to
- 33:22Speaker 7: We're going to weather Tech. So we did and we
- 33:25Speaker 7: met both and it was crazy. It was pretty cool.
- 33:29Speaker 7: So we met both of them, and Shane Van Ginsbergen
- 33:34Speaker 7: won both the one the day before on Saturday, and
- 33:38Speaker 7: he won the pole position. No, did he win a
- 33:41Speaker 7: pole position. I don't think he won the pole position.
- 33:44Speaker 7: But then he also won the big race on Saturday,
- 33:47Speaker 7: which that's his second one that he's won in Chicago,
- 33:50Speaker 7: so that's pretty big. So yeah, I was excited and
- 33:54Speaker 7: I'm excited to see him race again. But he was
- 33:57Speaker 7: a really nice guy. So it was Connor Zilch. Connor Zilch,
- 33:59Speaker 7: I don't even know was He's only eighteen years old.
- 34:02Speaker 7: That's crazy that he's in NASCAR at eighteen. So here
- 34:06Speaker 7: is the standings going into Sonoda this weekend. Here we go.
- 34:10Speaker 7: So William Byron number one, six hundred and thirty two points,
- 34:15Speaker 7: one wins, seven top fives, Chase Elliott number two with
- 34:19Speaker 7: six hundred and nineteen points, one win and six top
- 34:24Speaker 7: five finishes. Kyle Larson at number three, six hundred and
- 34:28Speaker 7: thirteen points, three wins, nine top five finishes. Denny hamlin
- 34:34Speaker 7: Is number four five hundred and eighty nine points, three
- 34:41Speaker 7: three wins, nine top five finishes. Tyler Reddick number five
- 34:46Speaker 7: five hundred and eighty four points, no wins yet, but
- 34:49Speaker 7: five top five finishes. Christopher Bell one of my favorite racers,
- 34:53Speaker 7: number six with five hundred and sixty five points. He
- 34:56Speaker 7: had three top three wins and seven top five finishes.
- 35:00Speaker 7: Ryan Blaney one win, seven top fives, five hundred and
- 35:06Speaker 7: thirty nine points so far. Number eight Ryan Chastein has
- 35:10Speaker 7: four hundred ninety points, one win, three top fives. Chase
- 35:15Speaker 7: Brisco is number nine, four and eighty two points, one win,
- 35:21Speaker 7: six top five finishes. Bowman at number ten as four
- 35:25Speaker 7: underd and eighty points, zero wins, four top fives. Boucher
- 35:30Speaker 7: at number eleven as four hundred and seventy six point,
- 35:33Speaker 7: zero wins, three top five finishes. Joey Legano and number
- 35:38Speaker 7: twelve has four underd and seventy one points. He won
- 35:41Speaker 7: once and top he was top five twice. Wallace Junior
- 35:45Speaker 7: four hundred forty three points, zero wins, three top five finishes.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Priest has four hundred forty one points, zero wins, one
- 35:57Speaker 7: top five finish. At number fourteen A J. Almondinger that's right,
- 36:03Speaker 7: a J. Allmendinger four hundred points, zero wins, one top
- 36:07Speaker 7: five finish. Bush three hundred and ninety seven points, zero wins,
- 36:14Speaker 7: two top five finishes. So those are your top sixteen racers.
- 36:20Speaker 7: The same part is Shane van Ginsberg has two wins
- 36:25Speaker 7: and two top five finishes, but he only has three
- 36:28Speaker 7: hundred eight points and he's number twenty seven. Connor re Ziltch,
- 36:32Speaker 7: the other guy that I met. He wow, he has
- 36:38Speaker 7: zero points are out so he doesn't race like that yet.
- 36:41Speaker 7: But yeah, that's crazy if you think about it. It's
- 36:48Speaker 7: kind of it's kind of sad if you think about it, though,
- 36:51Speaker 7: it really is. Oh and the new NASCAR woman racer
- 36:58Speaker 7: from I believe is a Australia or the UK. Her
- 37:03Speaker 7: name is leg She has thirty points because she raced
- 37:08Speaker 7: already a couple of races, so she's on the board
- 37:11Speaker 7: now too. Over there, so there it is. That's the
- 37:14Speaker 7: Cup Series Exfinity Series right now. Connor Zilch is top
- 37:20Speaker 7: five five hundred and seventy one points, two wins, seven
- 37:24Speaker 7: top fives. Let's see where my boy Shane's at. I
- 37:30Speaker 7: see him on here. I know he's gotta be here though.
- 37:37Speaker 7: Here he is Shane Van Ginsberg zero points, but he
- 37:41Speaker 7: won one and he top five to one, so that's
- 37:43Speaker 7: kind of weird. But I think because he's a NASCAR racer,
- 37:46Speaker 7: not he's a Cup Series racer, not technically in his
- 37:50Speaker 7: Exfinity series, but he races in a couple of races
- 37:52Speaker 7: here and there, so that's why that makes sense, I guess.
- 37:56Speaker 7: Oh right, So there's the NASCAR standings going into this weekend,
- 37:59Speaker 7: were already in the middle of July, which is crazy
- 38:03Speaker 7: to think about. Crazy, crazy, crazy, all right, all right,
- 38:07Speaker 7: So if you ever wanted to get on to American Idol,
- 38:13Speaker 7: here is now. There's forty rules you could check out
- 38:16Speaker 7: a good housekeeping. I'm only gonna go over the top twenty.
- 38:19Speaker 7: So here's the top twenty rules you have to follow
- 38:23Speaker 7: to join American Idol. So here we go. Number twenty.
- 38:26Speaker 7: You can't have any pending contracts or record deals. If
- 38:30Speaker 7: you accept the invitation and join American Idol, you must
- 38:32Speaker 7: sign a contract that says you don't have any contractual
- 38:35Speaker 7: obligations or agreements with your music. So pretty good rule
- 38:39Speaker 7: because of what they do for you. Number nineteen. The
- 38:42Speaker 7: best don't always move on as harsh as the sounds.
- 38:46Speaker 7: Producers on American Idol sometimes purposely move bad singers through
- 38:50Speaker 7: the audition process since viewers enjoy watching a mix of
- 38:53Speaker 7: good and bad singers. Unfortunately, this takes away spots from
- 38:57Speaker 7: qualified singers. So just because people tell you you're really
- 39:00Speaker 7: good doesn't mean you're gonna get on. Number eighteen. All
- 39:04Speaker 7: of your in person auditions will be recorded, even though
- 39:08Speaker 7: the judges don't watch the preliminary rounds, those moments are
- 39:11Speaker 7: still all captured on film, which they do show them
- 39:14Speaker 7: sometimes during American Idol the stuff that was before it.
- 39:19Speaker 7: Number Seventeen You have to dress for television. The show
- 39:23Speaker 7: asks that all auditioning contestants avoid wearing clothing that has
- 39:27Speaker 7: corporate logos, sports names, or brands on in to their edessions.
- 39:31Speaker 7: That makes sense, okay, They don't want to have to
- 39:35Speaker 7: pay to have sponsors on TV of people who aren't
- 39:38Speaker 7: technically their sponsors. Sixteen, No ties are allowed. Most American
- 39:43Speaker 7: Idol seasons have had three judges, but some have had four.
- 39:46Speaker 7: To avoid a fifty to fifty vote, the show has
- 39:49Speaker 7: implemented a majority role that means if a contestant faces
- 39:52Speaker 7: a four judge panel, they must receive at least three
- 39:56Speaker 7: yeses to move forward. I don't believe they should ever
- 39:59Speaker 7: have more than three judges. I think that the three
- 40:02Speaker 7: judges is the best because if you have a split,
- 40:04Speaker 7: that judge gets to decide who goes on and who
- 40:07Speaker 7: does it. That makes sense. Fifteen you can bring your guitar.
- 40:13Speaker 7: The show recommends contestants sing a cappella, but contestants are
- 40:17Speaker 7: allowed to bring a musical instrument into the audition room
- 40:21Speaker 7: if they could play it themselves, but you must audition alone.
- 40:27Speaker 7: Number fourteen. No group acts on American Idol, so only
- 40:31Speaker 7: the potential contestant is allowed in the room. Fyi, no
- 40:35Speaker 7: instrumental support or backup singers are allowed either, except for obviously,
- 40:40Speaker 7: you can bring your guitar, as they said. Number thirteen.
- 40:43Speaker 7: You can sing any song you want, whether it's an
- 40:46Speaker 7: original song or the greatest hit. It's your choice what
- 40:49Speaker 7: you sing for the judges. If your time is limited,
- 40:52Speaker 7: you can even pick out a part of a song
- 40:55Speaker 7: to highlight.
- 40:57Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:57Speaker 7: Number twelve. You have to cover your own travel. It's
- 41:02Speaker 7: free to audition for American Idol, but you have to
- 41:05Speaker 7: cover your travel and accommodations. The show will not compensate
- 41:08Speaker 7: or arrange travel for people auditioning even callback, So basically,
- 41:12Speaker 7: until you get to Hollywood, they're not paying for you.
- 41:15Speaker 7: They pay, I'm sure for you once you get to Hollywood.
- 41:18Speaker 7: That would make sense. Number eleven. Past contestants can't reaudition either.
- 41:23Speaker 7: Anyone who's made it to the top ten in a
- 41:25Speaker 7: previous season is deemed ineligible and can't re enter the
- 41:29Speaker 7: competition makes sense. Number ten, you can't audition twice in
- 41:35Speaker 7: one season. Contestants are allowed to submit only one online
- 41:38Speaker 7: audition per season. Don't worry, there's always next year. So
- 41:42Speaker 7: you cannot do twice. So you can't go to Chicago
- 41:46Speaker 7: but then fail there and then go to Saint Louis
- 41:49Speaker 7: or somewhere around there and try again. Makes sense. They
- 41:53Speaker 7: don't want people doing it all the time and hold
- 41:56Speaker 7: on especially tight to platinum tickets. Starting in twenty twenty two,
- 42:01Speaker 7: judges get to reward nine players well plant them tickets.
- 42:05Speaker 7: They get to basically observe from the box seats at
- 42:08Speaker 7: the theater one day. They get to rest their voice, strategize,
- 42:12Speaker 7: check out the competition, and select who they want to
- 42:15Speaker 7: do it with. Katy Perry explained that the Television Critics
- 42:18Speaker 7: Association winner Press Scurre panel. So the plantom ticket out
- 42:21Speaker 7: American Idol is if you get it, you get a
- 42:24Speaker 7: pass so you get to sit and watch instead of
- 42:27Speaker 7: having to perform in front of people. And then you
- 42:30Speaker 7: get to watch to see who you want to face
- 42:32Speaker 7: and the other one. So you could take the weakest
- 42:35Speaker 7: person or the strongest person if you think you can
- 42:37Speaker 7: beat them. That's pretty cool. Don't lose your ticket. After
- 42:41Speaker 7: checking in, you'll be issued a ticket. If you may
- 42:44Speaker 7: get to the next stage of the competition, you'll be
- 42:46Speaker 7: giving a yellow ticket to wait for it. Hollywood. Just
- 42:49Speaker 7: please don't lose your ticket. So if you lose your ticket,
- 42:52Speaker 7: you're not getting in. Number seven, walkins are welcome. Walkins
- 42:57Speaker 7: can register at nine am in the morning of auditions.
- 43:00Speaker 7: If you registered online beforehand, it's as easy as checking in.
- 43:03Speaker 7: It's aid your seat does be prepared to wait. Number six.
- 43:08Speaker 7: You have to audition for producers. If you do get
- 43:11Speaker 7: a callback, your second round audition is for producers, and
- 43:15Speaker 7: they're the ones who ultimately decide if you get a
- 43:17Speaker 7: judges panel audition or not. You have to wait for
- 43:23Speaker 7: months for a callback after submitting an online application. There's
- 43:27Speaker 7: almost a six month lag between when you'll be contacted
- 43:30Speaker 7: for a callback. You have an audition online first fort
- 43:38Speaker 7: For more recent season, contestants had to submit an online
- 43:41Speaker 7: audition tape, which consisted of answering a few personal questions
- 43:45Speaker 7: and singing a song of their choice. Number three You
- 43:50Speaker 7: must live in the US. American is literally in the
- 43:53Speaker 7: name of the show, so it makes sense that all
- 43:55Speaker 7: contestants must be legal US residents and also legally allowed
- 43:59Speaker 7: to work in the country. Number two, if you're under eighteen,
- 44:04Speaker 7: bring a parent because you could potentially have to sign
- 44:07Speaker 7: a legal document to be on live TV. Any contestant
- 44:10Speaker 7: under the age of eighteen has to bring a parent
- 44:12Speaker 7: or legal guardian with them to the audition. As the
- 44:15Speaker 7: number one rule, you have to beat the age requirements.
- 44:18Speaker 7: Unlike other talent shows, American Idol has a strict age window.
- 44:23Speaker 7: All contestants must be at least fifteen years old, no
- 44:26Speaker 7: and no more than twenty nine at the time of
- 44:28Speaker 7: their audition. So American Idol is not like The Voice.
- 44:31Speaker 7: The Voice will let anybody in to do it. American
- 44:35Speaker 7: Idol is not. They walk between the ages of fifteen
- 44:39Speaker 7: and twenty nine. Makes a lot of sense. I get
- 44:42Speaker 7: it all right. So that that was a fun one.
- 44:47Speaker 7: Next week, I believe it's the next week or the
- 44:51Speaker 7: week after, I don't know. I think it's the week
- 44:55Speaker 7: after the new Happy gilmourmon Week comes out. So we're
- 45:00Speaker 7: gonna talk about the top Adam Sandler movies and where
- 45:03Speaker 7: they rink. We're gonna do that on the week of
- 45:07Speaker 7: Happy Gilmore's release, which I believe is July twenty third
- 45:11Speaker 7: or twenty fifth or something, so it'll be not next week,
- 45:15Speaker 7: but the week after we're gonna do that. Next week
- 45:18Speaker 7: we're gonna do another one. I haven't decided yet, but
- 45:21Speaker 7: we'll see, all right, So next week I think we're
- 45:24Speaker 7: gonna do the top thirty shows TV shows to watch
- 45:28Speaker 7: this summer. It's probably gonna be a lot of streaming stuff,
- 45:31Speaker 7: so we'll talk about that next week. A wee get
- 45:34Speaker 7: after that, we're the week after that we're gonna do
