A new Maverik gas station is rising in Boise, blending big-box convenience with urban renewal—complete with 30 fuel pumps, truck spots, and city-funded sidewalk and tree upgrades. The Capital City Development Corp. is chipping in nearly $200K to cover public infrastructure costs, a tiny slice (2.3%) of the $8.6M project.
